- 0:00Speaker 1: Badd He's bad, He's bad. He's just popping in here
- 0:02Speaker 1: to have a little bit of an announcement. You're probably
- 0:04Speaker 1: looking at this episode and the title doesn't have anything
- 0:07Speaker 1: to do with a book club. No, unfortunately for you,
- 0:11Speaker 1: but fortunately for us. We're on holidays, Yes we are,
- 0:15Speaker 1: and we've pre recorded a lot of episodes which you
- 0:18Speaker 1: would have all listened to by now.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Yeah, and pre recording book Club was it was good still,
- 0:25Speaker 2: but it required reading obviously a lot.
- 0:27Speaker 1: Yeah, book Club, although our shorter episodes, the time that
- 0:31Speaker 1: goes into it is a lot more because you've got
- 0:33Speaker 1: to read ten chapters. Yes, And we were like, we're
- 0:38Speaker 1: maxed out, to be honest.
- 0:40Speaker 2: I mean yeah, and I mean yeah, we did try
- 0:42Speaker 2: our best.
- 0:42Speaker 1: I'll give you that. Yeah, we maxed out completely. That's
- 0:44Speaker 1: why the last couple of chapters Jake read because he's
- 0:46Speaker 1: a lot of he's a lot quicker reader than I am.
- 0:50Speaker 1: But either way, we're like, well, we're not going to
- 0:52Speaker 1: give you nothing.
- 0:53Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, of course kind of nothing.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Over on Patreon, we have episodes that come out every
- 0:57Speaker 1: single Thursday, The banger On bangers On Bad. Yes, so
- 1:01Speaker 1: we're like, you know what, instead of paying eight nine
- 1:03Speaker 1: nine this week, you can have an old episode to
- 1:06Speaker 1: showcase what's over there full length, and then you may
- 1:10Speaker 1: as well after that, you may as well go get
- 1:12Speaker 1: a backlog of like nearly three years of content. Hopefully
- 1:15Speaker 1: you go and are like, holy shit, this was mind
- 1:17Speaker 1: blowing this type of episode. The community, there might be
- 1:21Speaker 1: some references to Callistemon and Poe. Oh yeah, you might
- 1:25Speaker 1: are our high lord names over on Patreon, as well
- 1:28Speaker 1: as the umb which is the United Nation of Baddies, yes,
- 1:32Speaker 1: which is where we unite over on Patreon. Either way,
- 1:35Speaker 1: we love you and thanks for the support because we're
- 1:37Speaker 1: on holiday because of you.
- 1:38Speaker 2: Guys, and will be of course. Yeah, and we'll be
- 1:40Speaker 2: back next week.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Yeah, I love you. Sydad coming up on reletles Patreon
- 1:44Speaker 1: this week. Jake was edited to be taller in the
- 1:47Speaker 1: group photo with Luke Bates. Can I say something? You
- 1:55Speaker 1: did have that photo on his phone.
- 1:57Speaker 3: Where Phonos I was thinking we out angled the bark
- 2:04Speaker 3: out a.
- 2:04Speaker 4: Look, welcome back to where the baddies unite hit him
- 2:20Speaker 4: with we've been doing.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Welcome back to the umb lately, I know, back to
- 2:24Speaker 1: our roots, back to the o G. I want to
- 2:26Speaker 1: say everything to the bat something to the baddies, What
- 2:28Speaker 1: do you want to say? A couple of weeks ago,
- 2:29Speaker 1: we had Loke Bateman on the pod, a new best
- 2:31Speaker 1: friend like Batman. Yeah, and I feel like you guys
- 2:34Speaker 1: are probably thinking, all these guys, I can do his
- 2:36Speaker 1: chat about Luke Bateman, right, I forgot about his and
- 2:40Speaker 1: I just wanted to let you guys know that we
- 2:42Speaker 1: said we'd be friends with him, and proof in the
- 2:46Speaker 1: pud that we are is that we're going to have
- 2:48Speaker 1: dinner with him tonight. Here we are, we're going to
- 2:50Speaker 1: his house. Then we're going out to a dinner. But
- 2:53Speaker 1: he said me at his house. I don't know what
- 2:55Speaker 1: to say, but I mean, it's pretty nice up here.
- 3:00Speaker 1: You is spectacular. Oh wait, I forgot we could do
- 3:04Speaker 1: this right now. We actually had our first Well, you
- 3:07Speaker 1: and Luke Baiman had your first argument in a relationship.
- 3:12Speaker 4: Yeah, that was less of an argument and more of
- 3:15Speaker 4: bullying from YouTube.
- 3:19Speaker 1: So what was it, Jake?
- 3:21Speaker 4: Basically, Luke is just like, I don't remember how fully
- 3:24Speaker 4: how the conversation came up, but oh, basically we got
- 3:29Speaker 4: into the top topic of bed sheets and we're in
- 3:32Speaker 4: a we're in a group text chain.
- 3:33Speaker 1: The three of us we should name the group chat something.
- 3:35Speaker 1: We should three musket tears, three top sheets. Basically I
- 3:45Speaker 1: was like, yeah, top sheets, guys or something. I don't know.
- 3:48Speaker 4: I think he said something about top sheets, and then
- 3:50Speaker 4: he goes, is the best time in my life because
- 3:51Speaker 4: Jake doesn't use one.
- 3:52Speaker 1: I was like, yeah, fuck them, and.
- 3:54Speaker 4: So then Luke just starts berating me about top sheets,
- 3:57Speaker 4: about using a top sheet and saying how gross and
- 3:58Speaker 4: stuff it is. And so I don't know, Odi and
- 4:01Speaker 4: I've had this argument plenty of times over the last
- 4:03Speaker 4: four years.
- 4:04Speaker 1: And someone who Jake really looks up to finally agrees
- 4:09Speaker 1: with me. Yeah, yeah, I think I think after I
- 4:13Speaker 1: do accepted the top sheet is the way to go
- 4:15Speaker 1: or and I'm not going to use one, like I
- 4:17Speaker 1: just don't like them, but you do think it's more
- 4:19Speaker 1: cleanly clean. I don't know. I still don't know if
- 4:22Speaker 1: I fully agree with the cleanliness thing.
- 4:23Speaker 4: Yeah, because like you guys are talking about, all you
- 4:26Speaker 4: have to do is wash the fitted sheet and then
- 4:29Speaker 4: the top sheet. Obviously your pillow cases. You still wash
- 4:32Speaker 4: your doner cover, but less frequently like.
- 4:34Speaker 1: But it's also way more effort to put a doner
- 4:36Speaker 1: sheet a doner cover on than it need is to
- 4:37Speaker 1: put sheets on.
- 4:38Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 4:38Speaker 1: Yeah, but like to me, the trade off, but you
- 4:41Speaker 1: don't wash, you do? Yeah, I just every time I
- 4:43Speaker 1: wash my bed sheets, I just take the Douner cover
- 4:45Speaker 1: off and I just change. I have like three.
- 4:47Speaker 4: Sets of bed sheets now once a week, No, I'm
- 4:50Speaker 4: a two weaker. I do every two weeks and then
- 4:54Speaker 4: once a week.
- 4:54Speaker 1: I don't know. I feel like once a week feels
- 4:56Speaker 1: like you just did it yesterday or something. Shit. A
- 4:58Speaker 1: week goes by and you're like, fuck, I did this
- 4:59Speaker 1: yes today. I don't want to do it last ship week.
- 5:03Speaker 1: But so I would just change them all. Like, to me,
- 5:06Speaker 1: the trade off that I don't have to use this
- 5:09Speaker 1: fucking stupid top sheet and get tangled up in it,
- 5:12Speaker 1: and the trade off having to just like change the
- 5:14Speaker 1: dovey cover, it's fine for me. Well the other thing too,
- 5:18Speaker 1: was because I think it's just as cleanly if you're
- 5:20Speaker 1: wahing them just as frequent. Luke was very against dogs
- 5:22Speaker 1: in the bed. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, this motherfucker loves
- 5:24Speaker 1: dogs in the bed. I fucking I know. I've stayed
- 5:29Speaker 1: very strong of having them out of the bed, but
- 5:32Speaker 1: I do love having them in the bed. Yeah, but
- 5:34Speaker 1: I just couldn't under the we don't have sheets, but
- 5:37Speaker 1: under the duner. It's crazy to me. It's just so
- 5:40Speaker 1: like giving them, cuddling them where they're not supposed to
- 5:44Speaker 1: be in like the most like comfortable place in your house.
- 5:47Speaker 1: For some reason, it's so nice. Yeah, okay, that's my argument.
- 5:49Speaker 1: The trade offs fine, The trade offs fine. My argument
- 5:52Speaker 1: is trade is fine. And also.
- 5:55Speaker 4: I wouldn't be fully transparent that I let my dogs
- 5:58Speaker 4: so like a day or two before we change it.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Chees. I let my dog sleep in the bed because
- 6:02Speaker 1: I do like it, but I just have to change
- 6:05Speaker 1: the bed. She's way more often, so when I know
- 6:07Speaker 1: I'm about to change them, I let Henry. You're not
- 6:09Speaker 1: a grub and you're like, just let him in day
- 6:11Speaker 1: one and then sleep. No, no, no, no, no, I don't
- 6:13Speaker 1: do I used to do. I used to let him sleep.
- 6:16Speaker 1: He never likes going under. Darcy likes going under, but
- 6:19Speaker 1: fuck she her hair gets it rest. I don't let
- 6:20Speaker 1: her sleep in the bed. She shed Yeah, little tiny
- 6:23Speaker 1: black like eyelash lank tairs fucked. But Henry, he likes
- 6:27Speaker 1: sleeping on top of the things, on top down the
- 6:29Speaker 1: bottoms fine for a full year living. Henry is massive,
- 6:33Speaker 1: not massive, but like for a dog that's in the bed,
- 6:34Speaker 1: he's big. He takes up so much space. A little
- 6:37Speaker 1: dog takes up a big amount of room. So I'll
- 6:39Speaker 1: be like, get the fuck out of the fuck, get
- 6:40Speaker 1: in your bed. I gotta say that, I fucking do
- 6:42Speaker 1: love it. Have you ever let a dog sleep in
- 6:44Speaker 1: the bed? Berry got anxiety before he died, so he
- 6:47Speaker 1: would sleep in the bed at the bottom near my feet. Yeah.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Still it's kind of nice out. Yeah, but when he
- 6:51Speaker 1: goes into security, Oh yeah, it is a little bit
- 6:54Speaker 1: like a security for them or you. For you. It's
- 6:56Speaker 1: kind of nice knowing Henry. So I don't know why.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Maybe Henry, now Berry wasn't doing in a fight if
- 7:02Speaker 1: someone was there, probably bark. Not that the last couple
- 7:05Speaker 1: of years we had him, but he would have barked.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Back in the day, Henry would bark like fucking crazy.
- 7:10Speaker 1: You guys are barkers, to be fair, Oh my god.
- 7:12Speaker 1: Maybe because he's a pack mentality gun on there. I
- 7:15Speaker 1: don't know, even just excitement they bark so Darcy genetically instinctively,
- 7:24Speaker 1: like I understand why she barks, because like her literal
- 7:28Speaker 1: job was to run down a hole, find a badger,
- 7:31Speaker 1: and then bark loud enough for whoever the hunter was
- 7:34Speaker 1: to hear her through dirt. So it's like you can't understand,
- 7:37Speaker 1: like she's actually hardwired to do that. Henry, though, it
- 7:41Speaker 1: fucking annoys me that he barks so much, and mean
- 7:44Speaker 1: Bethro was like, shut up, dude, Yeah, that's he's a
- 7:49Speaker 1: fing noise outside and starts biking. What do you what
- 7:51Speaker 1: do you mean? What are you gonna do if someone
- 7:54Speaker 1: actually came in, you'd be scared. He would literally be
- 7:57Speaker 1: He wouldn't hurt anyone, He wouldn't attack anyone. He would
- 7:59Speaker 1: just look at him. Like, I guess at least we
- 8:02Speaker 1: know that, but like we got Darcy for that. Now,
- 8:04Speaker 1: I wish he didn't bark so much, But you must
- 8:06Speaker 1: also have some hard wine in his brain where he
- 8:08Speaker 1: just barks and just being a dog, dog being a dog. Look,
- 8:12Speaker 1: I guess that's fair enough. Anyway. Oh, here we go
- 8:16Speaker 1: on the topic of the bed sheets. That's sort of
- 8:17Speaker 1: a hot take. If you would you agree with that.
- 8:20Speaker 1: It's like sort of a hot take that drinking. It's
- 8:21Speaker 1: more of a hot take to be like dogs are
- 8:23Speaker 1: allowed in the bed it's more of a hot take.
- 8:25Speaker 4: Then dog's not allowed in the bed. Yeah, look fair,
- 8:29Speaker 4: It is just it's just so nice.
- 8:32Speaker 1: I fucking I wish my bed sheets didn't have to
- 8:34Speaker 1: get Maybe I should put a top sheet on purely
- 8:35Speaker 1: for this reason. I wonder if in our inventions, in
- 8:39Speaker 1: our inventions for the podcast, like main episodes, if we
- 8:42Speaker 1: could do something with like a top sheet for dogs
- 8:43Speaker 1: for you, like a different variation. That's a good idea,
- 8:46Speaker 1: like it wraps it up and throws it out, or
- 8:47Speaker 1: something a bit of like an extension off the bed.
- 8:52Speaker 1: And then they're only allowed on that. But they wouldn't
- 8:54Speaker 1: want to go on that, Darcy, they would know that
- 8:56Speaker 1: that's insuferior. Give an inch, they take a fucking mile.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Let me say, do it's crazy, I know no one.
- 9:02Speaker 1: The only the only like living creature that takes up
- 9:09Speaker 1: more of a bed than your girlfriend is your dog.
- 9:12Speaker 1: Facts I agree with that one. Anyway.
- 9:15Speaker 4: I asked the I asked our listeners what is your
- 9:19Speaker 4: hottest take? And I wanted to read you something to
- 9:21Speaker 4: see if you think they are hot takes or if
- 9:23Speaker 4: they're just like I don't know, takes medium, takes medium,
- 9:27Speaker 4: lukewarm takes.
- 9:28Speaker 1: It takes all right, that being insecure is a choice
- 9:32Speaker 1: not an option. Oh, I actually don't think that's much
- 9:37Speaker 1: of a hot I mean that being insecure is a
- 9:40Speaker 1: choice not an option? Am I wigging out? Do not
- 9:45Speaker 1: understand it? Not really? So it means like you know
- 9:48Speaker 1: how people in relationships are insecure. Basically you're choosing to
- 9:52Speaker 1: be insecure and not it happens to you. Oh shit,
- 9:55Speaker 1: it set me in validating the feeling. Okay, Okay, I
- 9:58Speaker 1: think it is in a sense of choice that is hot.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Though I do agree that's a hot take, then definitely hot.
- 10:03Speaker 4: I want to say that's a hot take because I
- 10:05Speaker 4: think sometimes being insecure is out of your control.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Yeah, I guess there's arguments between like do you have
- 10:12Speaker 1: I don't know. Maybe that's not a good way to say.
- 10:14Speaker 1: I was going to say do you have trauma to
- 10:15Speaker 1: like back it up justify it, but.
- 10:18Speaker 4: Like I don't know, Like yeah, true, Like how do
- 10:21Speaker 4: you justify making that statement?
- 10:22Speaker 1: Because like if if it's your first relationship and your
- 10:25Speaker 1: trauma free, like maybe then it's a choice. True. I
- 10:27Speaker 1: don't know that is hot. Yeah, I think that's a
- 10:30Speaker 1: hot ta Yeah yeah, yeah, I'm locking Oh you'd have
- 10:35Speaker 1: to have you seen Love Actually the movie. Oh fuck now,
- 10:40Speaker 1: I'm going to say something we Love actually is a
- 10:42Speaker 1: bad movie. You can fuck off. That is a hot take.
- 10:45Speaker 1: Love actually is a v Love actually is. It's just
- 10:50Speaker 1: it's a fucking classic Christmas movie. I think, oh, okay,
- 10:54Speaker 1: this is something Cassie would have known. Yeah, it's said
- 10:57Speaker 1: in England.
- 10:59Speaker 4: It's like three different characters that are all sort of
- 11:03Speaker 4: intertwined in a way, having a different love story each
- 11:06Speaker 4: and then they're all like related or some ship. One
- 11:08Speaker 4: of them is like the Prime Minister of England. One
- 11:11Speaker 4: of them is like remember watching the trailer Cassie a
- 11:14Speaker 4: Christmas time?
- 11:14Speaker 1: And yes, no it's you watch it's actually really good
- 11:17Speaker 1: it actually no, no, it's actually really good. And that is
- 11:19Speaker 1: a very hot take. There is no such thing as
- 11:22Speaker 1: casual sex. That's not that's not a hot take. I
- 11:25Speaker 1: think that's just like, that's just an objective truth. Actual, Yeah,
- 11:28Speaker 1: I mean that's an objective truth. Taylor Swift and Travis
- 11:33Speaker 1: Kelcey are in a pr relationship engagement and all that
- 11:38Speaker 1: is a hot take. No, it's not hot because there's
- 11:41Speaker 1: no way Tay Swift would do that for Travis Kelsey. Yeah, true,
- 11:45Speaker 1: Like what's she gaining out of this? Really? I know
- 11:48Speaker 1: Travis Kelsey in his own right, it's like fucking yeah.
- 11:50Speaker 1: It's also like, like what's she gaining from this? He's
- 11:53Speaker 1: genuinely only one to gain in terms of it's coming,
- 11:56Speaker 1: if it's coming. In terms of pr. Yeah, in terms
- 11:58Speaker 1: of pr he's the only one gaining because she is
- 12:00Speaker 1: like you know, you could be with anyone, Taylor Swift
- 12:03Speaker 1: can be with anyone and you're the one adding to
- 12:05Speaker 1: the relationship. If it's a PS done. Who would be
- 12:07Speaker 1: the equivalent of Taylor Swift? I think, like I think Jess,
- 12:11Speaker 1: it has to be a man because he's attracted to
- 12:13Speaker 1: the men.
- 12:13Speaker 4: Yeah, I think, like the the closest person in the
- 12:17Speaker 4: world today that's like currently in Renado. I want to say,
- 12:22Speaker 4: like we we we think of singers, right, but it's
- 12:26Speaker 4: got to be someone like a professional sportsman that's soccer.
- 12:28Speaker 1: Player, like Messi or Ronaldo or something like that. Like
- 12:32Speaker 1: there's no one. There's no one like Taylor Swift day,
- 12:35Speaker 1: no one equivalent A But if we're going musicians and
- 12:38Speaker 1: we could choose it probably is like stream wise yeah,
- 12:41Speaker 1: but like if we could go back in the day.
- 12:42Speaker 1: It's got to be like Elvis or Michael Jackson. Yeah,
- 12:44Speaker 1: Bruno mars wud be out there, you know he gets
- 12:47Speaker 1: yeah somehow just get streams like how how radios?
- 12:54Speaker 3: Bro?
- 12:54Speaker 4: Yes, he just that's that's the hack is rating making
- 12:57Speaker 4: radio songs.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Apparently it's a huge hack. I got I saw. Apparently
- 13:02Speaker 1: a massive hack to just like become super rich is
- 13:06Speaker 1: to create a song like you know, the the song
- 13:08Speaker 1: ex Do that's used in so many movies. Yeah, he
- 13:14Speaker 1: adds just royalties and royalties and royalties. That's where they
- 13:17Speaker 1: make most of their money. I think he's dead, but
- 13:19Speaker 1: like his family makes royalties off that fucking crazy Kelly
- 13:22Speaker 1: Holiday has a few KFC songs they for real. Yeah, yeah,
- 13:25Speaker 1: there you go, fucking royalties mate, obviously. Okay, is this
- 13:30Speaker 1: a hot take or is it just lukewarm putting ketch
- 13:36Speaker 1: up directly on your fries slash chips is disgusting child behavior.
- 13:41Speaker 1: That's a fucking hot taken, Heart, that's a hot take. Better?
- 13:44Speaker 1: Are you like it all over? I switched it up,
- 13:46Speaker 1: but I'd say on the chips.
- 13:48Speaker 4: So if I have a bottle right next to me,
- 13:52Speaker 4: I'll go all over everything.
- 13:54Speaker 1: But if I'm at a place that has the little cups.
- 13:56Speaker 1: I'll fill the cup and dip agree agre yeah yah
- 13:58Speaker 1: yeah yeah, and that's hot. Take that is hot. It taste,
- 14:00Speaker 1: but I feel like it seeps into the potatoes better.
- 14:03Speaker 1: I Hey, you get a bit on your fingers.
- 14:05Speaker 4: Yeah, and then there's a bit of salt and ketch
- 14:08Speaker 4: up on your fingers.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Yeah, we put them.
- 14:09Speaker 4: Okay, you put them on your hot chips, right the
- 14:11Speaker 4: first chip delicious, second chip delicious. You have some of
- 14:14Speaker 4: your burger Yum, yum yum. Once you get to the
- 14:16Speaker 4: point where the chips have had like a bit of
- 14:18Speaker 4: tomato sauce laying on it for like maybe five ten minutes,
- 14:21Speaker 4: and it sort of started, like you said, to seep
- 14:23Speaker 4: in and underneath it's like a bit of soggy potato,
- 14:25Speaker 4: but crispy.
- 14:26Speaker 1: Next to it pol delicious. Bro. I'll tell you what.
- 14:31Speaker 1: I'm on a journey trying to find actual good chicken salt.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Oh and I thought that would be easy to find here,
- 14:37Speaker 1: not in like supermarkets. Hey. And once I got sent
- 14:41Speaker 1: charcoal Charlie's chicken salt, yeah, like from the restaurant as
- 14:45Speaker 1: a pr thing, And my god, that's one of the
- 14:47Speaker 1: best par packages I've ever got. Fuck it was good
- 14:50Speaker 1: at a just like they're not even paying me message
- 14:52Speaker 1: them and I'm like, this is fucking brilliant. And then
- 14:54Speaker 1: because also I don't eat chicken salt that much. So
- 14:57Speaker 1: after I went overseas a couple of times I came back,
- 14:58Speaker 1: I was all crusty. So I did that throw it out?
- 15:00Speaker 1: Oh I got wet. Yeah, So I was like, yeah,
- 15:02Speaker 1: and you can't buy it, not that I know of.
- 15:05Speaker 1: I have to go into a store maybe and be like, hey, guys,
- 15:08Speaker 1: chicken sauce. Can I have a tub full of chicken
- 15:10Speaker 1: salt chips? And they'll be like really, I just really
- 15:13Speaker 1: like it is chickens salt worse for you than normal salt?
- 15:18Speaker 1: It's I've actually no id it. Also, who cares? It's
- 15:21Speaker 1: big debate, think about that the Jake mindset.
- 15:28Speaker 4: Okay, if you need a license to own a reptile,
- 15:34Speaker 4: you should need to pass a test and have a
- 15:36Speaker 4: license to have kids.
- 15:38Speaker 1: WHOA, we were just talking about this. We spoke about
- 15:40Speaker 1: this literally not long ago. Round circle. Yeah we agree,
- 15:43Speaker 1: that's not I don't think that's a hot take license
- 15:45Speaker 1: to have a reptile. Yeah yeah, yeah, what type of reptile.
- 15:48Speaker 1: I don't like snak. I mean any reptile full stop.
- 15:53Speaker 1: It's just yeah, a lizard about it. You needed the
- 15:55Speaker 1: reptile license. It's easy to get. I'm pretty sure you
- 15:59Speaker 1: just get it from it. You have a snake, yeah,
- 16:01Speaker 1: Beth has a reptil lask. But like, it's so much
- 16:03Speaker 1: harder to look after a dog than it is. You
- 16:05Speaker 1: feed that thing once a mark. That's and I are
- 16:07Speaker 1: going away for a full month in a few weeks, right,
- 16:10Speaker 1: And my dad was like, what are you gonna do
- 16:13Speaker 1: with Sprinkles the snake? And I was like, oh, I
- 16:14Speaker 1: don't even stress. Like, we'll feed him. Beth will feed
- 16:16Speaker 1: him the day before she comes down to Sydney, kept
- 16:19Speaker 1: to get out flight, and then he won't need to
- 16:21Speaker 1: eat till weekeed home eats once a month.
- 16:24Speaker 4: And then I said, all I'll do is just like
- 16:26Speaker 4: remind you to go too into like two weeks in.
- 16:28Speaker 1: I'll just see if you can go check on his water.
- 16:30Speaker 1: You know, you know how the other day you were
- 16:31Speaker 1: telling me, I think it was off pod. You're getting
- 16:34Speaker 1: Henry and Dusty dogs looked after the way you're away,
- 16:37Speaker 1: and Bess worried about Henry's like mental state and being
- 16:41Speaker 1: like entertained. Yeah yeah yeah, mentor what's it called for? Filment? Fulfillment?
- 16:44Speaker 1: Yeah you should? You should wigre out with the snake.
- 16:48Speaker 1: What do you mean and be like like like somebody
- 16:51Speaker 1: needs to come get him out and handy? What about
- 16:53Speaker 1: his fulfillment? Henry is going to be living up in
- 16:56Speaker 1: a new place in Sydney, snake. Okay, let me think, Oh,
- 17:04Speaker 1: we've got someone in here giving you given us like
- 17:06Speaker 1: a lot of right. This is not a heart take.
- 17:11Speaker 1: A well made sandwich can be better than a fancy
- 17:13Speaker 1: restaurant meal. Facts. I don't like fancy restaurant meals. That's
- 17:16Speaker 1: not that hot? Is this heart take? Fancy restaurant meals
- 17:22Speaker 1: kind of suck. Mid I suppose it depends on your
- 17:25Speaker 1: taste buds. Fancy restaurant meals aren't for the meal, it's
- 17:30Speaker 1: for the experience, agreed. So like I would like to
- 17:34Speaker 1: I would probably prefer to go to like you know who,
- 17:36Speaker 1: you go to a super fancy place. I've only actually
- 17:38Speaker 1: I've only ever been like one in my life. But
- 17:40Speaker 1: like you get like a couple of courses in their
- 17:41Speaker 1: time and it's like also like a bunch of the
- 17:44Speaker 1: chickens like the size of my pinky. It's stuff you've
- 17:47Speaker 1: never eaten, and you're kind of like, how am I
- 17:49Speaker 1: supposed to enjoy this one? I don't understand it, you know,
- 17:51Speaker 1: like I would prefer a chicken nugget type of thing.
- 17:53Speaker 1: I've always felt bad too, because normally your parents are
- 17:55Speaker 1: paying for it, Like I'm not done there, and then
- 17:57Speaker 1: like I'm unfulfilled. I'm like, Dad, that's just cost you
- 18:00Speaker 1: like one hundred fifty bucks on my meal. And I
- 18:02Speaker 1: didn't like it. I know I didn't say it to him,
- 18:04Speaker 1: but yeah, no, he's a hot take. Actually, yeah, having
- 18:08Speaker 1: childish taste buds are better than having matured taste buds simpler. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 18:14Speaker 1: I don't think that's I'll take. I actually screwed that.
- 18:16Speaker 1: I you can get through life so much better. Everyone's
- 18:18Speaker 1: out here trying these new things. I don't consistent feel
- 18:23Speaker 1: how come?
- 18:23Speaker 4: How come it is so normal to judge people with
- 18:26Speaker 4: childish taste bud.
- 18:28Speaker 1: I don't know and be like, roll up, my girlfriend
- 18:30Speaker 1: started eating sardines, that's all you commented. She did it again.
- 18:32Speaker 1: When I was there, I was like, don't fucking touch me,
- 18:34Speaker 1: Like that's disgusting. I actually I think it's absolutely crazy.
- 18:39Speaker 1: So I watched that video and I thought, I have
- 18:41Speaker 1: to watch this. It's going to be disgusting. She takes
- 18:43Speaker 1: a buck. She goes hmmm. I was like, fuck, it
- 18:46Speaker 1: stinks like it stunk the house down. I'm like, I
- 18:48Speaker 1: feed my dogs.
- 18:49Speaker 2: What she ate?
- 18:50Speaker 1: Yeah, I was like she was doing it when I
- 18:52Speaker 1: was there. I was like, I was like, I'm not
- 18:54Speaker 1: getting a kiss from you to that, like to me,
- 18:56Speaker 1: sardines just because I've been feeding it to my dogs
- 18:58Speaker 1: for so long. Is dog food And like, I know
- 19:01Speaker 1: it's really good for your skin, and I make it
- 19:02Speaker 1: th reason and whatever. But like people always said it
- 19:05Speaker 1: to me, fish is so good for you. If I
- 19:07Speaker 1: could eat it, I would actually remember when I tried
- 19:09Speaker 1: tuna and I actually like was gagging.
- 19:13Speaker 4: No, I'm gonna give all the credit here. He goes
- 19:15Speaker 4: like he didn't want it for the skin. He wanted
- 19:17Speaker 4: it for just like the you know protein low cameros. Yeah,
- 19:19Speaker 4: and he goes, fucking, I've never liked it. I'm going
- 19:22Speaker 4: to get through it.
- 19:22Speaker 1: He buys like three or fourteens of tuna at the
- 19:24Speaker 1: grocery shops and then he just like starts hooking into
- 19:26Speaker 1: one and he's like, but he like had three bites
- 19:29Speaker 1: of it, and he was like, I can't eat fucking
- 19:31Speaker 1: disgusting eye. Bro. All right, okay, Doky, this is a
- 19:41Speaker 1: hot take and a half. I want a hot one eye.
- 19:45Speaker 1: Jake was edited to be taller in the group photo
- 19:47Speaker 1: with Luke Bateman. Jake, can I say something? He did
- 19:55Speaker 1: have that photo on his phone.
- 20:00Speaker 3: That photo, I was thinking, we out angled the fuck
- 20:04Speaker 3: out of Luke. But I originally and then I thought
- 20:06Speaker 3: to myself, like, we're actually really, we actually are right
- 20:09Speaker 3: next to him.
- 20:10Speaker 2: True.
- 20:10Speaker 1: But the reason why I think the angle is a
- 20:14Speaker 1: bit skewiff is because I look taller than you in it. True,
- 20:20Speaker 1: and that's and that is just objectively not true. And
- 20:22Speaker 1: unfortunately for me, I want to say something to Jake
- 20:25Speaker 1: set the tripod up, took the photo, and then when
- 20:28Speaker 1: I asked for the photo, he still had it for
- 20:30Speaker 1: like two weeks before I looked at it. So what
- 20:33Speaker 1: did in his spare time? Mate, best friend? I just
- 20:37Speaker 1: did the podcast, my best friend. I want to look
- 20:39Speaker 1: at that. I'll do a couple more.
- 20:45Speaker 4: Is this a hot take or is this just kind
- 20:46Speaker 4: of like, you know, a take Titanic was an iconic movie,
- 20:50Speaker 4: but it wasn't a good movie.
- 20:52Speaker 1: There's a difference neither of I should we need to
- 20:56Speaker 1: watch this? I've got it on my bucket list, I said,
- 20:58Speaker 1: I watched it with Cassie. Okay, you can do it anything.
- 21:01Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 21:02Speaker 1: Since Leonardo DiCaprio, which I love too, I know he's
- 21:06Speaker 1: like a fucking creep now as an actor. That aside,
- 21:08Speaker 1: I love him.
- 21:09Speaker 4: So do I Yeah, I think I do think he's
- 21:11Speaker 4: a great actor. But let's just think about this, like,
- 21:16Speaker 4: I think I'm gonna hate it.
- 21:17Speaker 1: I think we'll be really boring. Yeah, it's half musical,
- 21:19Speaker 1: isn't it? Oh? Is it? I'm not watching it. I
- 21:22Speaker 1: don't know. I think it is. I think they're singing
- 21:24Speaker 1: it now, all right? Ice cream tastes better when you
- 21:31Speaker 1: eat it with a spoon then, looking that, I hate
- 21:35Speaker 1: ice cream cones. I love. I hate ice cream cones.
- 21:38Speaker 1: A good one, but not one of those like plastic
- 21:40Speaker 1: you want like a wolf wife hate. I don't know why.
- 21:43Speaker 1: I have no idea why last one. Being hot isn't
- 21:49Speaker 1: the same as being attractive? Being the as being attractive?
- 21:54Speaker 1: What's the difference? Then? No, I agree because Hotness is
- 21:57Speaker 1: an extension of you, whereas attractive is just looks okay, okay,
- 22:02Speaker 1: that's not that hot.
- 22:03Speaker 4: I feel like I agree with that because if you
- 22:05Speaker 4: think about it right, and that you know the episode
- 22:08Speaker 4: where in Modern Family where Phil and Cam, he Cam
- 22:13Speaker 4: fucks up and someone fucks up his order of a washer,
- 22:16Speaker 4: a dishwasher or some shit, and then Phil is also
- 22:18Speaker 4: like someone like talks about about his wife because Phil
- 22:22Speaker 4: objectively is not an attractive person, but he makes up
- 22:26Speaker 4: for it. He makes up for it in his charisma
- 22:29Speaker 4: and his aura in that episode is a good word.
- 22:32Speaker 4: So and then Cam's kind of like and that I
- 22:34Speaker 4: had to ask myself, is Phil hot?
- 22:37Speaker 1: Is Phiel sexy? And I really do think that. And
- 22:42Speaker 1: all through school especially, it's all about attractiveness, And then
- 22:47Speaker 1: as soon as you start to get out, different people
- 22:49Speaker 1: start to get hotter because it's a whole bundle type
- 22:53Speaker 1: of vibe good person, good, good family, funny, good charisma
- 22:58Speaker 1: can hold a conversation. It's not what's better, what do
- 23:01Speaker 1: you think is better hot? Being hot? Like, because hot
- 23:03Speaker 1: is more of like a person. Attractive is like a model. Yeah, okay,
- 23:06Speaker 1: so attractive is like you're objectively a good looking person,
- 23:09Speaker 1: but being hot is like you're good looking plus your
- 23:12Speaker 1: fun dang out yea all those like you can be
- 23:14Speaker 1: attractive and be like fucking is okay, okay, so yeah,
- 23:17Speaker 1: you know, you know some people kind of like ah,
- 23:20Speaker 1: it's almost like feels weird to be like, well, that
- 23:23Speaker 1: person's hot as fun. Yeah. I kind of think if
- 23:25Speaker 1: someone's going to be like, you're hot as fuck, i'd
- 23:27Speaker 1: be like thank you. To be fair, both of them
- 23:32Speaker 1: are ask compliments you're attractive or yeah yeah yeah, I'm
- 23:35Speaker 1: just if someone ever says to me you're attraction, I'm
- 23:36Speaker 1: going to be like, so, so you hate my person
- 23:38Speaker 1: I feel like attractive. I'll do that next time and
- 23:42Speaker 1: be like, wait, so what's my personal I feel like
- 23:44Speaker 1: attractive you can get away with like not being attracted
- 23:48Speaker 1: to them. But like that doesn't make sense then, because
- 23:52Speaker 1: I was going to say, like, you could say she's
- 23:54Speaker 1: objectively really attractive, but if I said she's objectively hot,
- 23:57Speaker 1: kind of feels like I'm checking her out. I don't know.
- 23:59Speaker 1: But like hot doesn't have to I think hot can
- 24:01Speaker 1: be subjective true because because it goes more into personality,
- 24:05Speaker 1: because like you can both appreciate a nice looking woman
- 24:08Speaker 1: or man and say they're attractive. Yes, but if it
- 24:10Speaker 1: was a nice looking person who said they're hot, it's
- 24:12Speaker 1: kind of like I'm checking them out in my head. Anyway. Yeah,
- 24:15Speaker 1: that's fair, that's fair. You're a girlfriend. Ever trying to
- 24:19Speaker 1: bait you? Not really, I've tried to bait her a
- 24:22Speaker 1: couple of times. Really, Yeah, doesn't it doesn't really wear.
- 24:26Speaker 1: I don't know. I feel like he wait a second
- 24:28Speaker 1: for kay? Is it crazy that I'm like, so, Bethany,
- 24:33Speaker 1: she my girlfriend, Bethany. If you're new here and nobody
- 24:35Speaker 1: knows that, So.
- 24:36Speaker 4: Bethany, not a single part of her would be like
- 24:41Speaker 4: scared or feel as though she can't look at a
- 24:45Speaker 4: guy and be like, wow, he's hot in front of me.
- 24:48Speaker 4: But like if but I would never be like, wow,
- 24:51Speaker 4: that girl's really hot in front of her.
- 24:53Speaker 1: That's quick witted, though I wouldn't say Cassie's quick witted?
- 25:00Speaker 1: Does she? Does she listen to these? Now? Not a
- 25:03Speaker 1: patron anymore? Now? Do I say that she's good? In
- 25:08Speaker 1: many other ways? I saw that TikTok that you guys made.
- 25:10Speaker 4: It might've been on Instagram, but and it was the voice,
- 25:14Speaker 4: the sound of her being like you know, I think
- 25:16Speaker 4: I really thick skin.
- 25:17Speaker 1: And then and then you come over and it's and
- 25:19Speaker 1: it's mere Robin's voice. Yeah, and she's like, I do
- 25:22Speaker 1: not think I'm fixing. Is she sensitive? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 25:28Speaker 1: hundred percent. So it depends on the context, but overall, yeah,
- 25:31Speaker 1: I think that's why we work. I'm very I said
- 25:33Speaker 1: it on a one hundred klongmeter race to like a
- 25:34Speaker 1: family and stuff, that's why we work. I'm very level headed,
- 25:37Speaker 1: and she's very emotional, taking away the bad stigma behind emotion,
- 25:40Speaker 1: which is what I love about Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 25:42Speaker 1: Like she experiences all the highs and lows where I'm
- 25:44Speaker 1: like kind of mundane and through the middle. Mate, you
- 25:46Speaker 1: experience your emotion through her, No, I do. I do,
- 25:48Speaker 1: And I like she brings out the best of me
- 25:50Speaker 1: because I can experience things better. Yes, and then a
- 25:53Speaker 1: round circle to like batting her. I think me and
- 25:55Speaker 1: Cassie find different men attractive really oh yeah, fair because
- 25:59Speaker 1: you look at guys that are a lot bigger than
- 26:01Speaker 1: you and think he's hot. Yeah, and then she's like, no,
- 26:03Speaker 1: I like you. She's like, that's also an insult. Yeah,
- 26:05Speaker 1: Like a big guy will be running I'm like, fuck,
- 26:07Speaker 1: he's jack Dale, like he's good looking, and she's like, no,
- 26:09Speaker 1: not really, And they're definitely bigger than me. That just
- 26:14Speaker 1: means that she likes small guys. You know what's funny
- 26:21Speaker 1: is I've been at the beach before and a guy
- 26:24Speaker 1: shirt off tan, probably a little bit taller than me,
- 26:27Speaker 1: a little bit, it's more muscly than me, a little
- 26:29Speaker 1: bit leaner than me.
- 26:30Speaker 4: Full tattoos, wrist wrist right, going all up and meeting
- 26:34Speaker 4: in the middle of the chest, so he's fully tattered
- 26:36Speaker 4: from there down. And he runs past, and Beth goes,
- 26:39Speaker 4: I wouldn't mind you.
- 26:40Speaker 1: With the chest tattoo, that's why you want today, I
- 26:44Speaker 1: reckon you would look sick with full patted up. I
- 26:47Speaker 1: actually agree, Yeah, I actually do agree. It's not called Western.
- 26:50Speaker 1: What's that style where like not fine line, what like
- 26:53Speaker 1: like patchwork? Yeah, like like what you've got, but thicker.
- 26:56Speaker 1: It's like old school American. Yeah. I think that's talking
- 26:58Speaker 1: about like how it's like old sailor Jerry's style. Can't
- 27:01Speaker 1: I don't know if I'd like that. I felt that
- 27:05Speaker 1: if you're going like fineline, patchwork takes fucking forever because
- 27:08Speaker 1: they're so small and little true as those one gets
- 27:11Speaker 1: a lot like kind of like wades. I don't like
- 27:12Speaker 1: waye tatoos. That's going to be nothing to anyone. Yeah,
- 27:14Speaker 1: that style blocks I do hear you, I do hear you.
- 27:17Speaker 4: I I I've said to best that I really wouldn't
- 27:21Speaker 4: mind like proper full on sleeves.
- 27:22Speaker 1: I can go leg sleeve and then like patchwork up top. Yeah,
- 27:26Speaker 1: I would not hate full chest because like this guy's
- 27:29Speaker 1: chest looked so defined with there's too much thought that
- 27:34Speaker 1: goes into tatoos. But oh fuck, I feel like I
- 27:36Speaker 1: just I just I still. I think I've said this
- 27:37Speaker 1: once before, but this was I think I said this
- 27:39Speaker 1: before the pod was even a full time job. Like
- 27:41Speaker 1: I want to have enough money one day to just
- 27:43Speaker 1: like get in touch with the tattoo artist, sit down
- 27:46Speaker 1: with them, and pay for just so much of their time.
- 27:48Speaker 1: In terms of like I just want to like take
- 27:51Speaker 1: my shirt off. I want to just be like, Okay,
- 27:53Speaker 1: look at me, and like let's start designing shit. I
- 27:56Speaker 1: don't care about meaning, Like I just wanted to look hectic,
- 28:00Speaker 1: and then it's only going to look good with a
- 28:02Speaker 1: fit body. True, So it's going to keep incentive because like,
- 28:06Speaker 1: I don't want to get all like fucking dad bod
- 28:08Speaker 1: like and then start to look like true too true.
- 28:11Speaker 1: But actually, tattoos do hide unfit physiques better. That's a
- 28:14Speaker 1: good tattoed guy who has like an objectively bad body. Yeah,
- 28:18Speaker 1: looks more ripped. That's a good point. Is a good point.
- 28:21Speaker 1: You can hide some man booms with him, all right, Jake.
- 28:33Speaker 1: Up next is something a little bit fun. Would you
- 28:36Speaker 1: say that, do we not just have fun? I think
- 28:39Speaker 1: I heard you laugh at you time. An extension of
- 28:42Speaker 1: our fun. Up next is extending the fun we just had.
- 28:46Speaker 1: Let's keep going with the fun. Keep going with the fun.
- 28:51Speaker 1: Would you say we love to get out of things.
- 28:57Speaker 1: I kind of love to get in things her thing.
- 29:04Speaker 1: It's not her things. That's just that sounds like I
- 29:07Speaker 1: haven't tried both things those. No, it sounds like I'm
- 29:10Speaker 1: stealing from her. I like to get into it your
- 29:16Speaker 1: favorite drawer. Would you agree that we like to get
- 29:19Speaker 1: out of like events, yes, or like business meeting, anything
- 29:24Speaker 1: like that in front of me. I've got the best excuses.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Oh maybe not the best. Let me free rephrase that
- 29:28Speaker 1: I've got excuses to get out of things common ones
- 29:31Speaker 1: and I want your rate. Actually how good they are? Okay,
- 29:34Speaker 1: you can be these are more friendship related or kind
- 29:38Speaker 1: of like business you're the owner okay, okay, and like
- 29:40Speaker 1: it's an employee okay, okay, yeah, more of them a
- 29:42Speaker 1: friend basis. I think one or two a business. So
- 29:44Speaker 1: I'm not I'm not going to be a good like
- 29:46Speaker 1: boss or anything like that because I'll be too scared
- 29:47Speaker 1: to reprimand anyone. Yeah yeah, please, I mean yeah, I'm
- 29:50Speaker 1: going to be like they did this, I'm going to
- 29:51Speaker 1: tell on them. Okay, rate these excuses, Jake, Sorry, mate,
- 30:01Speaker 1: my car won't start. I won't be able to make
- 30:03Speaker 1: it in today. I'll get you an every buddy, don't
- 30:05Speaker 1: worry about it. Oh that's actually good. Ah to be fair,
- 30:17Speaker 1: But like car won't start, I'd be thinking, like, prove it, bitch,
- 30:21Speaker 1: send a VID. But no, I think like if I
- 30:27Speaker 1: was a business.
- 30:28Speaker 4: Owner with an employee and a car wouldn't start, Like
- 30:32Speaker 4: if it's the first time they've like tried to get
- 30:34Speaker 4: out of work for like a reason like that, I'd
- 30:36Speaker 4: be like, honestly, don't worry about it, mate, Like you
- 30:38Speaker 4: can work from homework from home, but if you need.
- 30:39Speaker 1: To get your cars order to get disordered, but suess
- 30:42Speaker 1: business a good guy. Yeah, I'm really getting that. My
- 30:45Speaker 1: employee is gonna like me. Yeah. You can also just
- 30:48Speaker 1: take me for a rather I hope. So all right,
- 30:52Speaker 1: rate these excuses. I'm trying to save money. Sorry, I
- 30:56Speaker 1: can't give me a snario. What if I asked someone
- 31:00Speaker 1: to do so, You've asked me to go to the
- 31:05Speaker 1: market and then go get a coffee and have some
- 31:08Speaker 1: lunch after. Sorry, man, I'm trying to save money. I
- 31:11Speaker 1: can't fuck I'd probably just be like really, I'd be like,
- 31:17Speaker 1: that's frugal excuse, like say, low, yeah, low. Here's the thing, right,
- 31:23Speaker 1: is like.
- 31:25Speaker 4: It's also like because if you I find that hard
- 31:29Speaker 4: to judge people that, Like, I do think that if
- 31:33Speaker 4: people say they have no money, but they do have
- 31:34Speaker 4: like a bunch of money and they're just saving I
- 31:38Speaker 4: think on one hand, it's like, oh, come on, you
- 31:40Speaker 4: do have a bunch of money, like do something fun.
- 31:42Speaker 1: But on the other hand, it's like, good for you
- 31:44Speaker 1: for being strict. It's also respectable. Yeah, but if you're
- 31:47Speaker 1: the person on the receiving end, you're almost like funk off. Yeah. True,
- 31:50Speaker 1: Like if you're letting me shout you so you can
- 31:54Speaker 1: save money. And then I find out how much money
- 31:56Speaker 1: you've got. I'd be like, sending you take an advance,
- 31:58Speaker 1: send youin invoice with intury. Yeah, that's alone. That's not
- 32:01Speaker 1: a fucking that would be a friend if someone did that,
- 32:04Speaker 1: if you actually had no money. All right, right, these excuses.
- 32:07Speaker 1: The context of this one is you're a girl and
- 32:10Speaker 1: maybe like, okay, a formal party, like a like form formal,
- 32:14Speaker 1: get cocktail, formal dress wear, all right, So I don't
- 32:19Speaker 1: have anything to wear for it. Sorry, I can't make it.
- 32:25Speaker 4: Even though I'm supposed to be in the mind of
- 32:27Speaker 4: woe woman right now, I know for a fact that
- 32:30Speaker 4: I've got something to wear.
- 32:32Speaker 1: So I'm going to say it's a bad excuse. I
- 32:34Speaker 1: would agree to you. I'd be like, but also I've
- 32:37Speaker 1: said to my girlfriend plenty of times, like you got
- 32:39Speaker 1: heaps aware She's like, I need to buy something new,
- 32:41Speaker 1: and would they prefer not to buy something new and
- 32:44Speaker 1: not go.
- 32:46Speaker 4: I have learned that when Beth says she has nothing
- 32:52Speaker 4: to wear, like obviously, so like I want to be
- 32:56Speaker 4: fully transparent with the baddies.
- 32:58Speaker 1: Here, I agree with her. Yeah, but like that's honestly,
- 33:02Speaker 1: just because what I really want to say, is like,
- 33:04Speaker 1: you have heaps to wear, But I don't feel like
- 33:06Speaker 1: trying to like reason with her, Like I think all
- 33:08Speaker 1: she wants to do is just have me agree with her.
- 33:10Speaker 1: I actually, I actually learned something the other day. Hey, yeah,
- 33:14Speaker 1: it might be a hot take, maybe it's not. So.
- 33:15Speaker 1: You know how when your girlfriend says I've got nothing
- 33:17Speaker 1: to wear and they need to buy something for the event, Yeah,
- 33:21Speaker 1: that's because they actually care about the event. If they
- 33:24Speaker 1: don't care about the event, they have something to wear. Yeah,
- 33:29Speaker 1: they'll do a doubleware of something they wore in the past.
- 33:31Speaker 1: They don't give a fuck. Okay, Okay, so can't say
- 33:36Speaker 1: how I figured that out, but I did. That's all right.
- 33:37Speaker 1: So here we go. I'm gonna start understanding how much
- 33:41Speaker 1: Beth cares about these dates. We go. Alright, I'm liking
- 33:49Speaker 1: this little hag. We gotta go to buy a new
- 33:53Speaker 1: outfit every week. This one will be relatable for you.
- 33:57Speaker 1: So rate these excuses. I completely forgot I made other plans. Okay,
- 34:03Speaker 1: I am guilty of this, but it's the worst fucking
- 34:08Speaker 1: excuse ever.
- 34:09Speaker 6: It is.
- 34:10Speaker 1: It's like, because I could have at the time of
- 34:13Speaker 1: making the original plan that I'm now missing. I could
- 34:17Speaker 1: have put it in my calendar that I don't use,
- 34:20Speaker 1: so to then remember I swear using the calendar app
- 34:23Speaker 1: is hard. Yeah, maybe that should be an expense. Yeah,
- 34:31Speaker 1: is like, ah fuck, that's such a good Like I
- 34:34Speaker 1: do that honestly? So often do I do that?
- 34:39Speaker 4: I do that so often? And I know it's the
- 34:41Speaker 4: worst excuse. But also it's like, it's not an excuses
- 34:44Speaker 4: what I did.
- 34:45Speaker 1: True, it is the honesty respected. Yeah, It's like I'm like,
- 34:49Speaker 1: it's it's no excuses what I did. But then it's
- 34:50Speaker 1: also like, I can't be it makes you look like
- 34:52Speaker 1: a ship friend. But I just have to wear the
- 34:56Speaker 1: fact that, like I'm a ship friend. Yeah. Like objectively
- 34:59Speaker 1: yeah know, and then I have to love objectively. Yeah,
- 35:03Speaker 1: I know. I learned obviously. I think I told the
- 35:05Speaker 1: Batters a while ago. I learned what the difference between
- 35:07Speaker 1: objective and subjective is. We learned on the pod. Yeah,
- 35:09Speaker 1: we learned it together. Ever since then, stuck gradual growth
- 35:13Speaker 1: like glue.
- 35:14Speaker 4: Two things that I've invested in the person, I've invested
- 35:16Speaker 4: in the company that made the words objective and subjective.
- 35:19Speaker 1: And the more I say, the more money I get.
- 35:20Speaker 1: That's that's why I'm saying. The only thing that's stuck
- 35:21Speaker 1: with me recently is fair eye clamps. Fucking we were
- 35:26Speaker 1: supposed to buy more than today and we didn't. You
- 35:28Speaker 1: say it rate this excuse, I honestly just can't be bothered. Dang.
- 35:35Speaker 1: It would depend on the scenario. In my opinion, Like,
- 35:38Speaker 1: if it's a friend's birthday, you're a ship friend.
- 35:41Speaker 2: True.
- 35:42Speaker 1: If it's like I don't know, just like a group
- 35:45Speaker 1: hangout that is, you know, relatively very casual. Yeah, not
- 35:52Speaker 1: not relatively more just very casual, then I think, look,
- 35:56Speaker 1: who gives a fuck? But yeah, depend on the situation.
- 36:01Speaker 1: They were good. Good to know now they were good.
- 36:02Speaker 1: I like those baddies. Let us know what you use. Yeah,
- 36:05Speaker 1: if there's any good ones, they were just from the
- 36:07Speaker 1: top of my head. Hm, bades. Time for dilemmas. We'll
- 36:17Speaker 1: say it again, even though we say it every episode
- 36:19Speaker 1: on Patreon. You have your own dilemmas, all right? Okay,
- 36:23Speaker 1: longtime friend of the pod. Wait and there's a link
- 36:27Speaker 1: at the top of Patreon to go to find the dilemma. Sorry,
- 36:30Speaker 1: longtime friend of the Pod and now officially a certified
- 36:32Speaker 1: Patreon bad I'm hoping to get some male perspective on friendship.
- 36:38Speaker 1: Here's my dilemma.
- 36:40Speaker 4: I'm twenty nine and about to go through a major
- 36:41Speaker 4: life transition. I'm moving to a different state in the US,
- 36:44Speaker 4: where I don't know anyone. I've moved several times before,
- 36:48Speaker 4: so I know I've got this. This is the longest
- 36:50Speaker 4: I've ever stayed in one place, and I'm moving at
- 36:53Speaker 4: an age where making new friends feels a lot harder
- 36:56Speaker 4: than it did in my early twenties. While I'm sad
- 37:00Speaker 4: to leave behind the life I've built here, I'm also
- 37:03Speaker 4: excited about what's ahead. The part I'm not looking forward
- 37:08Speaker 4: to making new friends. It honestly feels a lot like dating.
- 37:12Speaker 4: You have to start over with the what's your favorite color?
- 37:15Speaker 1: Phase.
- 37:15Speaker 4: It can be exhausting meeting people and testing out friendships
- 37:19Speaker 4: until you find the ones that really click. One thing
- 37:21Speaker 4: I've noticed is that I haven't had I haven't had
- 37:24Speaker 4: many close guy friends in recent years. A lot of
- 37:27Speaker 4: the time things get.
- 37:29Speaker 1: Weird because they end up developing feelings, or if I
- 37:32Speaker 1: try to be friends from the start, they assume that
- 37:35Speaker 1: I'm interested romantically. The frustrating part is that I genuinely
- 37:39Speaker 1: enjoy having male friends. Love my girls as always, but
- 37:43Speaker 1: some of my favorite friendships have been with guys because
- 37:46Speaker 1: the banter is unmatched. It's well, you like us if
- 37:50Speaker 1: you're thirty.
- 37:51Speaker 4: First to be honest, I'm actually more myself around guys.
- 37:55Speaker 4: I'm not interested in I'm friendly, bubbly and comfortable, but
- 38:00Speaker 4: I'm not touchy or intentionally flirtatious. I'm just being me Ironically,
- 38:05Speaker 4: When I actually like a guy, I get super quiet.
- 38:09Speaker 4: But my friendliness comes across as interest and gives the
- 38:12Speaker 4: wrong impression. Sorry, she said, maybe my friendliness comes across
- 38:17Speaker 4: It also seems like a lot of people in my
- 38:18Speaker 4: age are actively looking for a girlfriend, boyfriend, or future spouse. Meanwhile,
- 38:23Speaker 4: I'm genuinely happy being single right now and I'm only
- 38:26Speaker 4: looking to build friendship.
- 38:28Speaker 1: Is there anything I can do or do? I just
- 38:31Speaker 1: need to accept a reality check when it comes to
- 38:33Speaker 1: the fact that guy and girl friendships change as you
- 38:36Speaker 1: get older. Do you guys feel the same way about
- 38:38Speaker 1: girl best friends? Oh, new baddie, she said, long time
- 38:42Speaker 1: friend of the bod WHOA you skipped some vital episodes.
- 38:49Speaker 1: He's about to explode.
- 38:52Speaker 4: Any thoughts, advice question mark? Love you guys, thinks ros
- 38:54Speaker 4: making me laugh no matter what I'm going through.
- 38:56Speaker 1: Stabbad before we get to the dilemma. That reminded me.
- 39:00Speaker 1: Actually I had a massive wig out the other day.
- 39:02Speaker 1: So she's moving states, right, and in Australia it's very
- 39:06Speaker 1: normal to move states. I don't think this is sounder,
- 39:09Speaker 1: but it feels like the same sort of feeling when
- 39:12Speaker 1: you're in Europe. Moving countries must be so normal. Yes,
- 39:17Speaker 1: if we said we're going to move to England, that's
- 39:19Speaker 1: the biggest thing in the world. But moving from like
- 39:21Speaker 1: England to Amsterdam must be like moving from New South
- 39:23Speaker 1: Wales to Gold Coast.
- 39:25Speaker 4: No, I'm pretty sure. Like, let's say if you go
- 39:27Speaker 4: you and I are born in England. Yeah, if I
- 39:29Speaker 4: moved to England, like right now.
- 39:31Speaker 1: You and I fly to each other.
- 39:33Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't think travel time would be any different
- 39:36Speaker 4: if you and I lived in Amsdam in England.
- 39:37Speaker 1: That's it's not sounder, but that's maybe that's a different thing.
- 39:40Speaker 1: That's that was wigging me out. I was like, these
- 39:41Speaker 1: people must be just like going about going to France
- 39:44Speaker 1: inly Spain, and I'm fucking thinking that's on the other
- 39:46Speaker 1: side of the world. I watched the TikTok today, you
- 39:48Speaker 1: know Italian Batch. Yeah, and so he's got a girlfriend
- 39:50Speaker 1: and on TikTok. I think her name's like Livy or
- 39:51Speaker 1: something like that. Yeah, she's she makes TikTok and she
- 39:54Speaker 1: go and it's like their eight year anniversary and she goes, Oh,
- 39:57Speaker 1: we booked a place in England because of how good
- 40:00Speaker 1: the weather is. We normally would have just flown to France. Yeah,
- 40:04Speaker 1: And I was like talking about that's like Spain or
- 40:08Speaker 1: something like what do you mean. Yeah, well, I'm going
- 40:11Speaker 1: to Europe soon and that's like I need to physically
- 40:13Speaker 1: and mentally prepare for that, just like flight to Queensland
- 40:17Speaker 1: for them. Brosky. Yeah, that's a thing at the moment.
- 40:21Speaker 1: Where is that from.
- 40:23Speaker 4: I haven't even been watching any like an og thing.
- 40:25Speaker 4: I haven't really been watching a YouTube.
- 40:29Speaker 1: Canada qualified through the round of sixteen. I'm going for Canada.
- 40:33Speaker 1: Now let's go. They be South Africa. Dang. Yeah, actually
- 40:40Speaker 1: pretty good. I think it's pretty good. Good game to watch,
- 40:42Speaker 1: to watch the highlights. Yeah, yeah, anyway back to the dilema.
- 40:48Speaker 1: There's a dilemma ship.
- 40:51Speaker 4: So look, in the past Odi and I have been
- 40:54Speaker 4: very well bent on guys and girls can't be best friends.
- 40:57Speaker 4: And like I would say, over time, it's slowly gone
- 41:00Speaker 4: from just like a black and white guys and girls
- 41:02Speaker 4: cannot be best friends to like, it's very rare that
- 41:06Speaker 4: it works, very rare.
- 41:08Speaker 1: I think what you're experiencing, though, is you're becoming more
- 41:13Speaker 1: mature in life, and with that, people are getting into relationships.
- 41:17Speaker 1: So the men that used to be friends are now
- 41:19Speaker 1: finding partners that unfortunately are getting the friendship you want
- 41:24Speaker 1: from their partner. That's why it's coming near and far
- 41:27Speaker 1: between because of that reason. Like, here's something I'll say.
- 41:31Speaker 4: So when I was single, I had lots of friends
- 41:36Speaker 4: that were not lots, but like I had friends that
- 41:39Speaker 4: are women. But like I, I don't know, what you're
- 41:43Speaker 4: saying right now might be exactly what happened, Like ever
- 41:47Speaker 4: since I started dating Beth. It's like you hit the women.
- 41:51Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a weird thing. It's a weird way to
- 41:53Speaker 1: put it.
- 41:53Speaker 4: But like I, I I think, like I don't know
- 41:58Speaker 4: if it's immature or not, Like I don't know, like,
- 42:00Speaker 4: but I just think, like I kind of think it
- 42:03Speaker 4: would just be weird if I.
- 42:04Speaker 1: Like hung out with other women. I don't know, why.
- 42:06Speaker 1: But it's also like we both see our partners is
- 42:08Speaker 1: our best friends as well, which you're getting that friendship
- 42:11Speaker 1: box ticked by your partner, which she doesn't have, that
- 42:13Speaker 1: doesn't want that. So like is it a reality check?
- 42:17Speaker 1: I think it's just it's making the friends you're looking
- 42:19Speaker 1: for group a lot smaller. Yeah, the pool and also
- 42:24Speaker 1: the men at twenty nine who are single and want
- 42:26Speaker 1: to be in friends in quotes friends are really really
- 42:31Speaker 1: probably going off this podcast going to have other intentions. Yes, yes,
- 42:36Speaker 1: as you've experienced. Yeah, all you can do is just
- 42:39Speaker 1: be open and honest. But also she beat around the
- 42:43Speaker 1: bush and said the way she is friends with people
- 42:45Speaker 1: might come across as flirting, which is a problem in itself,
- 42:49Speaker 1: not by you, by them interpreting that. Yeah, because like
- 42:53Speaker 1: that's just who you are. Yeah, you're a twenty nine
- 42:56Speaker 1: single and you're like, oh yeah, I just want to
- 42:57Speaker 1: be friends. And then you're like, fucking Jack and band
- 42:59Speaker 1: have the best enter in the world as a man, Like,
- 43:01Speaker 1: Unfortunately they're going to take it a different way. And
- 43:03Speaker 1: I don't think that's right, but that is what happens. Like,
- 43:06Speaker 1: is there something I can do or do I just
- 43:08Speaker 1: need to accept a reality check when it comes to
- 43:10Speaker 1: the fact that guy and girlfriendships change as you get older.
- 43:13Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, like I kind of I guess I
- 43:17Speaker 1: think you need a guy who's in a relationship and
- 43:21Speaker 1: has talked about having female friends and they're fine with that,
- 43:24Speaker 1: and that's what you need.
- 43:25Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, it's an interesting a bit like that even
- 43:28Speaker 4: think about this, but like I I don't know, Like,
- 43:32Speaker 4: I don't think I would. Like, let's just say you
- 43:34Speaker 4: find a I don't know you somewhere and you meet
- 43:38Speaker 4: a guy and you guys hit it off, and you
- 43:40Speaker 4: guys have a lot in common, and he has like
- 43:41Speaker 4: a fiance or whatever, right, so it's like fully one
- 43:44Speaker 4: hundred percent platonic from both ends.
- 43:47Speaker 1: Like I don't think I would. So let's say his
- 43:51Speaker 1: fiance is very uncomfortable with it. Yeah, Like I don't
- 43:56Speaker 1: know if like just like I am a not a victim,
- 44:01Speaker 1: but I am a product of society. But part of
- 44:06Speaker 1: me thinks, like I wouldn't blame her for feeling not
- 44:10Speaker 1: good about it neither. Actually, you know what I mean.
- 44:13Speaker 1: I've been talking to there's a girl who works at
- 44:16Speaker 1: the gym. She dates the owner. I've been chatting to
- 44:18Speaker 1: her just a fair be because I fucking go to
- 44:20Speaker 1: the gym every day. Yeah, just about like life and stuff,
- 44:22Speaker 1: and like I'm very open to I haven't thought anything
- 44:24Speaker 1: about it. But after hearing this, if she said to
- 44:26Speaker 1: me like, oh, it was like opening eyes to be like, oh,
- 44:28Speaker 1: I'm looking for a new friend, you want to go
- 44:29Speaker 1: get a coffee, I'd be like.
- 44:31Speaker 6: Nah, yeah, same though, same, same, So don't I don't
- 44:36Speaker 6: know how to answer this question apart from the fact
- 44:37Speaker 6: that if you look, I want to say, like, it
- 44:40Speaker 6: can be done.
- 44:42Speaker 1: It can definitely be done.
- 44:43Speaker 4: But like I just think that maybe you do need
- 44:47Speaker 4: to accept the fact that it's going to be a
- 44:49Speaker 4: very very difficult thing. Maybe I think, yeah, I think
- 44:54Speaker 4: it's going to be a hard thing and you have
- 44:56Speaker 4: to accept it's complicated.
- 44:57Speaker 1: But I think you can make it work if you
- 44:58Speaker 1: want to.
- 44:58Speaker 4: Yeah, definitely, Like you don't have to, like, you know,
- 45:01Speaker 4: you don't look at not all like we don't look
- 45:03Speaker 4: at every woman we see as someone who's like a
- 45:06Speaker 4: potential suitor.
- 45:07Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, you know what I mean. Yeah,
- 45:10Speaker 1: and it's just fine. And the guy who's in the
- 45:11Speaker 1: same mindset as you, Yeah, I think that is. Yeah,
- 45:14Speaker 1: I agree Next to Lemma, Here we Go. Boyfriend's Mental
- 45:19Speaker 1: Health AUDI. I listened to the episode where you spoke
- 45:22Speaker 1: about anxiety recently, so I wanted to write in. My
- 45:25Speaker 1: boyfriend has been struggling with his mental health lately. He
- 45:27Speaker 1: feels lost and is struggling with work, friendships, finance, and
- 45:30Speaker 1: high anxiety. He feels left out by his friends, but
- 45:33Speaker 1: hasn't told them how he's feeling, even though they've noticed
- 45:37Speaker 1: and tried to check in. He tends to brush it
- 45:39Speaker 1: off and say he's fine and tries to deal with
- 45:42Speaker 1: everything alone. I understand how hard it can be to
- 45:46Speaker 1: open up, but when he drinks, all of these bottled
- 45:49Speaker 1: up emotions come out at once. He becomes overwhelmed and reactive,
- 45:54Speaker 1: often venting to me about feeling left out, which can
- 45:57Speaker 1: turn into arguments because I get frustrated that he only
- 46:00Speaker 1: left these emotions out when he's drunk. It feels like
- 46:03Speaker 1: underlying resentment builds up because nothing is really ever said
- 46:07Speaker 1: when he's sober. This weekend, things escalated at a party.
- 46:13Speaker 1: He got upset about feeling left out and started reacting
- 46:16Speaker 1: to small things that normally wouldn't bother him. I felt
- 46:19Speaker 1: frustrated because we've had this conversation before about him speaking
- 46:22Speaker 1: to his mates when he's sober, but he hasn't been
- 46:25Speaker 1: able to yet. He knows I'm his biggest supporter and
- 46:28Speaker 1: I'll do anything for him, but he was kind of
- 46:30Speaker 1: taking his emotions out on me. My friend's overheard an
- 46:34Speaker 1: argument where he said some hurtful stuff about his mates,
- 46:37Speaker 1: and he was yelling. He was yelling. Now they're worried
- 46:40Speaker 1: about me and think less of him. What they didn't
- 46:44Speaker 1: see was that later his friends railed around. What they
- 46:48Speaker 1: didn't see was later his friends rallied rallied around him,
- 46:52Speaker 1: supported him, hugged him, and told them that they loved him,
- 46:56Speaker 1: which he ended up having an emotional breakdown, which felt
- 46:59Speaker 1: like an important turning point for him. He also apologized
- 47:02Speaker 1: a lot to me for the way he acted and
- 47:04Speaker 1: spoke at me, and my heart generally hurts for him
- 47:08Speaker 1: because I know just how much he was hurting. Since then,
- 47:10Speaker 1: he started opening up more, which feels like a positive step,
- 47:13Speaker 1: even though the situation itself was an ideal. His friends
- 47:16Speaker 1: seemed to understand this came from months of bottled up
- 47:19Speaker 1: emotions rather than anger at me or our relationship. But
- 47:22Speaker 1: I don't think my girlfriend saw the full context. Oh shit, Okay,
- 47:28Speaker 1: I understand why they're concerned, especially as this isn't the
- 47:31Speaker 1: first time alcohol has brought things to the surface. Outside
- 47:34Speaker 1: of these situations, we never argue and have a really loving,
- 47:38Speaker 1: stable relationship and I can see a future with him,
- 47:40Speaker 1: which is why this feels so hard. I'm struggling with
- 47:43Speaker 1: how to explain the bigger picture to my friends without
- 47:45Speaker 1: sounding like I'm excusing behavior that still isn't okay, and
- 47:49Speaker 1: the advice would be much appreciated. Love the guy, love
- 47:52Speaker 1: the pod guys. Damn. The more that went on, I
- 47:56Speaker 1: was kind of like, this guy's got sick friends. True,
- 47:59Speaker 1: this guy's one group is hectic. But this is also
- 48:02Speaker 1: why as a friend, you never know the full extent
- 48:05Speaker 1: of what's going on inside a relationship. Yeah, which is
- 48:09Speaker 1: if you try to explain to your friends, yeah, like that,
- 48:12Speaker 1: they just think you're defending him. I can completely understand
- 48:15Speaker 1: this because I remember back in the day, we had
- 48:17Speaker 1: friends who this exact situation. We get on the piss
- 48:20Speaker 1: and start arguing with their girlfriend, and we would see
- 48:22Speaker 1: that and then we'd be like, fuck, that's not healthy
- 48:24Speaker 1: at all, And after we'll be like, is everything just
- 48:26Speaker 1: coming out like we don't know what's okay, and he's like, no, no,
- 48:28Speaker 1: it's fine. I swear. I I my ex girlfriend. The
- 48:30Speaker 1: only time we argued was when we were both drunk. Yeah,
- 48:33Speaker 1: and as a friend, it's hard to see and you
- 48:35Speaker 1: think you should step in, but is it your place?
- 48:37Speaker 1: And now the friends are doing the right thing by
- 48:38Speaker 1: stepping in and be like are you not being treated okay?
- 48:40Speaker 1: Which is a good step, but also like she feels
- 48:42Speaker 1: like she is.
- 48:44Speaker 4: She I assume you've explained to your friends this situation. Yeah,
- 48:53Speaker 4: So the hard thing about the scissors, I just need
- 48:56Speaker 4: to take your word for it.
- 48:57Speaker 1: I suppose that's what good friends are for.
- 49:00Speaker 4: Like, yeah, it's hard because like they're they're being good friends.
- 49:05Speaker 4: But I think they just need to take your word
- 49:07Speaker 4: for it. I don't know, like maybe you need to
- 49:08Speaker 4: sit them down and be like I really appreciate the concern,
- 49:12Speaker 4: and I want you guys to know that, like you
- 49:14Speaker 4: are the first people I'll go to if like my
- 49:17Speaker 4: relationship ever does get you know, abusive, Like if he
- 49:21Speaker 4: ever is treating me very poorly, maybe you can talk
- 49:26Speaker 4: to your boyfriend and let him know, like this is
- 49:28Speaker 4: do you mind? Like if I sit my friends down
- 49:29Speaker 4: and just explain to them the situation because like he's
- 49:33Speaker 4: probably gonna be like, yeah, one hundred percent short, like definitely,
- 49:35Speaker 4: like you know, and he's super apologetic about it all.
- 49:38Speaker 4: It sucks that it happened. It's kind of like how
- 49:43Speaker 4: oh my bose friend Luke Bateman was telling us.
- 49:47Speaker 1: That men, you know, throughout life showing emotion come What
- 49:52Speaker 1: comes with showing emotion is shame, and so we bottle
- 49:55Speaker 1: things up in quite often it comes out as anger
- 49:57Speaker 1: or violence. And so that's what's happened to your boyfriend.
- 50:00Speaker 4: And it's good that his friends were quite supportive in that,
- 50:03Speaker 4: but I think it would be good for your boyfriend
- 50:05Speaker 4: to understand that that's what's happening, because although he is
- 50:10Speaker 4: a product of the way society has brought us up,
- 50:14Speaker 4: it is he needs to understand that, like he can
- 50:19Speaker 4: control that. Like if he understands why it's happening, why
- 50:22Speaker 4: it's happening, like he can control that, because it is
- 50:24Speaker 4: still the wrong thing. Like I don't want to like
- 50:27Speaker 4: give him an excuse or give you know, men as
- 50:29Speaker 4: a whole excuse to say, like, oh, yeah, you know,
- 50:31Speaker 4: we show emotion.
- 50:33Speaker 1: With the emotion we show is anger just because society
- 50:35Speaker 1: raises that way and we experienced shame blah blah. It's
- 50:36Speaker 1: like it's good to know that, but also it's like
- 50:39Speaker 1: once it's wrong. Yeah, And he, although she said he's
- 50:44Speaker 1: taking a step in the right direction, he's probably unaware
- 50:47Speaker 1: of that cycle that's just happened. Yeah, and to be
- 50:50Speaker 1: aware of that might be a better step in the
- 50:53Speaker 1: right direction to help avoid that in the future, because.
- 50:56Speaker 4: Men think very logically as well. Yeah, Like I know
- 50:59Speaker 4: I would be if I understood the cycle that was
- 51:02Speaker 4: going on. It would help me a lot personally. Yeah,
- 51:04Speaker 4: it sounds it sounds like your boyfriend is also kind
- 51:07Speaker 4: of understanding, like he see from what we've heard from
- 51:11Speaker 4: your dilemma. I would actually recommend him if you could
- 51:14Speaker 4: get him to listen to our episode of Luke Bateman,
- 51:16Speaker 4: that would be sick Luke Bateman's fucking He.
- 51:18Speaker 1: Will understand his emotions a lot better. And then to
- 51:21Speaker 1: circle back to your friends, I think exactly what Jake said,
- 51:24Speaker 1: and then also reiterate that how much you value them
- 51:28Speaker 1: stepping in and making sure that I'm or you are okay. Yeah,
- 51:32Speaker 1: Like let them know how much you value that, and
- 51:34Speaker 1: like I want them to not do that, and maybe
- 51:36Speaker 1: you can tell them the whole situation or they should
- 51:38Speaker 1: just take your word for it. As long as you say, like,
- 51:40Speaker 1: this is how it's like resulted, yeah, and how our
- 51:44Speaker 1: relationship is now, and this is why it's happened. If
- 51:46Speaker 1: you feel open and you feel like you need to
- 51:48Speaker 1: tell them, But as long as they understand, they should
- 51:50Speaker 1: be like, Okay, thanks, I'll just checking in and let
- 51:52Speaker 1: you know. And I'm always going to check it in
- 51:53Speaker 1: on now. Of course that's what you want. I like that.
- 51:55Speaker 1: It's good advice. It is done for the relatables. Baddies
- 52:04Speaker 1: boogie you know what to do by now. Baddies who

- 53:26Speaker 1: magic to me. I actually like this because we've only
- 53:29Speaker 1: ever given like massive ratings to obvious bangers. I've never
- 53:33Speaker 1: heard this song once in my life. It's very I
- 53:34Speaker 1: think that's vibe. But I'm going to give that like
- 53:36Speaker 1: a seven point five. Yeah.
- 53:37Speaker 4: I think I'm going to go seven points to make
- 53:41Speaker 4: it easy.
- 53:42Speaker 1: Three seven point three, so seven point four. Yeah, boy,
- 53:47Speaker 1: I like that, have you okay? I wanted to add
- 53:50Speaker 1: a song for the baddies actually, yeah, and that song
- 53:53Speaker 1: is I think it's called I Love It. I love it,
- 53:56Speaker 1: I love it. It is right, So we all know
- 53:58Speaker 1: this song and if you if you don't know the

- 54:05Speaker 1: play it, Ottie, I saw. What I want you to
- 54:08Speaker 1: do is the song is obviously about a boy, a situationship,
- 54:14Speaker 1: a relationship, right yeah, but I want you to imagine
- 54:18Speaker 1: your relationship with goods, money, go mess when you listen
- 54:23Speaker 1: to this. It's very funny. Listen think about your favorite

- 54:32Speaker 1: Why can I love it? Let's go again his own baby.
- 54:40Speaker 5: That means I have a purpose, like.

- 55:42Speaker 1: that said they had this song playing and it goes.
- 55:46Speaker 1: I know this song is about a boy, but this
- 55:47Speaker 1: is just really how I feel like. And I was like,
- 55:49Speaker 1: that's a team. Anyh baddies, thanks for listening. We love
