  all those lucid thoughts and I was like

  I'll remember this and then I thought

  so I picked up my phone and I did a quick voice memo

  and the funny part about it is

  I forgot to hit end

  so I woke up this morning and I looked at my phone and

  you know it had been recording the whole night

  so I was like this is gonna be interesting

  I might listen back and see if I talk in my sleep

  that would be a trip but um

  but as I was falling asleep

  I was reviewing my day and everything

  you know that I've been accomplishing this month

  and the plans for the week
• 2:25
  and what's to come next month

  and I was talking to my team
• 2:28
  I was just asking them is there anything I need to do
• 2:31
  anything else I'm overlooking for the expo

  you know and I'm like

  going through my list in my mind about books to order

  banners to print flyers to

  to get ready and all of the back end stuff

  and the message was just feel the love in your heart

  they said

  the only thing you need to bring your awareness to is

  like remembering why you're going

  how fun it will be to meet everybody

  the energy that I'm holding

  and I remembered that yesterday

  the conversation and the vision

  and then it went a little bit further

  so we talked about activations and light activations

  and it's been a theme for me this year so far

  because we re released messages from the councils

  which this book came out in 2015

  and the energy on it is still so strong

  and I'm going through it

  and I was auditing for the audible

  which it's out now

  and as I was listening to the audible

  I kept getting all the messages and guidance

  that I kind of forgotten about
• 4:20
  but it was a great time to reflect 11 years later

  and actually the messages came out in 2014

  so that's when they were channeled in
• 4:30
  so you know

  12 years later and how applicable they are
• 4:33
  but also the activations
• 4:35
  so the transmissions of light and activation
• 4:38
  and I wanted to come on today
• 4:40
  and talk about light activations
• 4:42
  transmission of energy frequencies
• 4:45
  and then that integration so

  so this was just an inspirational thing

  anyhow so I was feeling into it

  getting all these messages
• 5:08
  having the information come through
• 5:10
  as I'm falling asleep

  quick picked up my phone to make a voice memo

  and I was being reminded
• 5:18
  I was reminded of experiences in my past
• 5:22
  where I will go meet people
• 5:24
  that held such a bright light about them
• 5:26
  and the energy that you can receive
• 5:29
  from that connection and it's a beautiful heart heart
• 5:33
  light light
• 5:34
  come together moment where
• 5:36
  then it's the spark of light
• 5:37
  and the emanation of light
• 5:39
  and that synergy just amplifies
• 5:42
  and
• 5:42
  there's something quite powerful in those experiences
• 5:46
  and they were telling me that
• 5:47
  of course it's
• 5:48
  you know
• 5:48
  not gonna be like the same experience for everybody
• 5:52
  and individually
• 5:53
  it'll be all about where you are energetically
• 5:57
  if you're ready or if you're open
• 5:59
  if the timing is divine
• 6:01
  that there is that light that can come in
• 6:04
  and then it can release heaviness
• 6:06
  for a beautiful cleanse
• 6:08
  a beautiful amplification of peace
• 6:11
  joy clarity
• 6:12
  abundance
• 6:13
  uh but also the light activations
• 6:17
  then you have this frequency
• 6:19
  like an attunement within your system
• 6:22
  in your aura did it
• 6:24
  like the light enter into your chakras fully
• 6:26
  is it in your body now so
• 6:28
  there's this beautiful emission of light
• 6:31
  that is created
• 6:33
  and we can receive those frequencies from others
• 6:36
  who are channelers or holding a high frequency
• 6:40
  and we help support each other in times of need
• 6:43
  in such a way
• 6:44
  these little mini activations and ascensions
• 6:47
  but as your light body is now amplified
• 6:51
  and your physical being is holding more light
• 6:54
  that quotient is increasing within your system
• 6:58
  and so then there becomes integration period
• 7:02
  and if you've ever had these moments
• 7:05
  maybe it's the awakening or maybe it's a session
• 7:07
  maybe it's a conversation or a reading
• 7:10
  where all this light comes in
• 7:11
  and you're like oh
• 7:12
  my goodness a whole brand new aha moment
• 7:16
  where you see things differently
• 7:18
  you have a different perspective
• 7:20
  you're able to release let go
• 7:22
  forgive and heal
• 7:24
  you might feel the confidence
• 7:26
  you might feel the inspiration coming
• 7:29
  it's all of this light that is a gift from god
• 7:33
  from your team um
• 7:35
  a frequency from your soul coming down
• 7:37
  but you're able to hold more light
• 7:40
  and so within that
• 7:42
  our physical body and our energy body
• 7:46
  um they're upgrading
• 7:48
  up leveling
• 7:49
  and so it's the integration
• 7:51
  and in the integration you might need to sleep more
• 7:54
  you might feel messages come through
• 7:56
  you might recognize oh
• 7:57
  I'm seeing visions I'm seeing sparkles of light

  or maybe your other Clair senses are amplifying
• 8:04
  and coming online 1 the one that always surprises me
• 8:08
  because it's typically quite random
• 8:10
  is when I can smell so it's like
• 8:13
  what is happening Claire aliens
• 8:16
  and it's when you can smell a scent of something
• 8:20
  that's not present
• 8:21
  so often this happens in mediumship readings
• 8:24
  where we'll smell you know
• 8:26
  our grandmother's perfume
• 8:28
  or something they used to cook for us
• 8:30
  a scent of somebody who's passed on
• 8:33
  but also as energy therapist
• 8:35
  we can smell energy and I tell you
• 8:37
  the first time it happened to me
• 8:39
  I was clearing some energy
• 8:40
  and clairvoyantly I could see it
• 8:42
  it was icky it was like ugh
• 8:44
  let's get this out a lot of fear based programming
• 8:47
  and the emotions that came with that
• 8:49
  and then I I smelled it
• 8:50
  and it smelled like the worst smell of trash hahaha
• 8:53
  ever
• 8:55
  and I was not anticipating that at all
• 8:57
  I told my team whoa
• 8:59
  this is wild yeah

  this does not smell pleasant at all
• 9:02
  so you know
• 9:04
  you can't make up when you smell smells
• 9:05
  there it is uh
• 9:07
  but the on the other side of it
• 9:09
  I smell with Mother Mary and love
• 9:11
  beautiful feminine
• 9:13
  divine frequencies
• 9:14
  I'll smell roses and floral scents or citrus
• 9:18
  so there's all kinds of ways that
• 9:20
  after you have an activation
• 9:22
  now your system is clearing out
• 9:25
  but also the light is just coming through
• 9:28
  it's pouring through
• 9:29
  and so that can amplify your psychic abilities
• 9:32
  your Clair gifts
• 9:34
  but also is a turning point or a moment
• 9:37
  a moment of time where you'll have decisions to be made
• 9:40
  do you want to go forward on a new timeline
• 9:42
  of higher light that trajectory
• 9:45
  are you ready to release
• 9:47
  are you ready to lift your vibration

  are you ready to integrate the wisdom

  that you've acquired from those recent experiences

  but we learn from it and then we build that confidence

  I always kind of went through this myself

  so we Learned from it so

  take that wisdom that can come through

  as you're moving forward

  and you're releasing or closing out past timelines

  because the light that comes through will support that

  it will propel you forward

  that you have this wound to be healed

  like we are in this play

  this life and everything is an opportunity for healing

  for growth for expansion

  for wisdom so it might be yours

  it might be yours from this life

  it might be yours from other life

  but it might be ancestral
