  Speaker 1: the battle. You know, anytime God places something great on

  Speaker 1: the inside of you, you can expect opposition. But not

  Speaker 1: all opposition comes from enemies. Sometimes it comes from people

  Speaker 1: close to you. When David showed up at the battlefield

  Speaker 1: and began speaking in faith about defeating Goliath, his oldest

  Speaker 1: brother Eliap immediately tried to shut him down. Instead of

  Speaker 1: encouraging him, Iliab questioned his motives, credit besides his character,

  Speaker 1: and try to make him feel small in front of others.

  Speaker 1: Didn't see what God saw, And that's often how it happens.

  Speaker 1: When God puts a dream in your heart, something bigger

  Speaker 1: than your current situation, something that stretches your faith. Not

  Speaker 1: everyone will understand it. Some people will question you, some

  Speaker 1: will doubt you. Others may even try to discourage you

  Speaker 1: with negative words or subtle criticism. They may see say

  Speaker 1: things like you're aiming to hire that's not realistic, Stay

  Speaker 1: in your lane. But what they're really doing is speaking

  Speaker 1: from their limited perspective. Iliab saw David as a shepherd boy.

  Speaker 2: God saw him as a king.

  Speaker 1: Iliv saw inexperience. God saw anointing. Ili Av saw limitation,

  Speaker 1: God saw destiny.

  Speaker 2: Come on, Jesus, you have to remember.

  Speaker 1: People judge from the outside, but God works from the inside.

  Speaker 1: When God called you, he didn't ask for anybody else's opinion.

  Speaker 1: He didn't check with your friends, your family, or your

  Speaker 1: coworkers to see if they thought you were qualified. He

  Speaker 1: places purpose in you because He already equipped you. That

  Speaker 1: means you don't have to prove anything to anybody. The

  Speaker 1: danger is not that Iliab shows up. The danger is

  Speaker 1: if you start believing what Iliab says.

  Speaker 2: If you allow those negative.

  Speaker 1: Words to take rout, they can cause you to doubt yourself.

  Speaker 1: They can cause you to shrink back and miss what

  Speaker 1: God is calling you to do. David didn't argue with Iliab.

  Speaker 1: He didn't try to defend himself approve his words. He

  Speaker 1: simply kept moving in what God had placed in his heart.

  Speaker 1: And because he refused to be distracted by doubt, he

  Speaker 1: stepped into a moment that would change his life forever.

  Speaker 2: And the same is true for you and me.

  Speaker 1: There will always be voices trying to make you feel unqualified, unprepared,

  Speaker 1: or unworthy, but those voices don't determine your future.

  Speaker 1: So when ILIAV shows up, don't get discouraged, don't get distracted,

  Speaker 1: and don't shrink back. Stand firm and who God has

  Speaker 1: called you to be. Trust what He's placed on the

  Speaker 1: inside of you, and keep moving forward in faith because

  Speaker 1: God's favor all in your life is going to take
• 3:22
  Speaker 1: you places that other people said you could never go.

  Speaker 1: Come on, Jesus Father, thank you if you see us
• 3:30
  Speaker 1: differently than others see us. Thank you that you have
• 3:34
  Speaker 1: placed purpose, calling in greatness on the inside of us.

  Speaker 1: Help us to silence every negative voice and not allowed
• 3:41
  Speaker 1: doubt to take root in our hearts. God, we choose
• 3:43
  Speaker 1: to trust what You've spoken over our lives, and we'll
• 3:46
  Speaker 1: walk boldly in it.
• 3:47
  Speaker 2: In Jesus' name.

  Speaker 1: Now that your word for today, Take it, apply to
• 3:51
  Speaker 1: your everyday life, and you continue to be encouraged and inspired.
