- 0:01I want to pull out the shop in the class.
- 0:04Of course, the beginning is about the man and the reward
- 0:07that he gets for what he did. But I actually want to focus on
- 0:12a middle part of the parishah and maybe he doesn't get as much
- 0:16airwaves for that work and much focus.
- 0:19And that is a two things. Number one is that after we
- 0:24learn about penhas a champion Moshe Aveno, a certain mitzvah,
- 0:29by the way, Moshella more soror de medianim viquete mota attack
- 0:35and you attack Median and strike them.
- 0:45Attack Median. Attacking Median and punishing
- 0:49them is maybe Moshella Beno's last in a sense last mission.
- 0:56In fact, in some pasukim, Hashem says after you attack them, then
- 1:01they're going to go, which means Moshe Beno's last mission on
- 1:04this earth. No, you could have delayed.
- 1:05So Moshe Beno, according to Madash was told in some pasukim
- 1:10at their connection, he was told attack Mijan, Mijanahu, Miyana,
- 1:15the people who they are the ones who lured in our Jewish men to
- 1:21make our men sin. And they enabled us to create a,
- 1:24they created a muggy fob. Because of this, they never been
- 1:27attack them in revenge and then Moshe will die.
- 1:31So Moshe was told basically your death, your passing is dependent
- 1:38on. However, whenever you get them,
- 1:41it's far done. So if you want, you can wait a
- 1:42week, quit a month, you quit a year, you quit 10 years, it
- 1:48doesn't make a difference. God will not make allow
- 1:51Musharraf man to pass away until he fulfills his mission.
- 1:55And Musharraf man decided to do what?
- 1:57How long did it take? Immediately, in seconds, he
- 2:01jumped up and started to work to fulfill his mission.
- 2:04And this to me as one lesson of a leader, and that is a leader
- 2:09needs to be 1000% selfless. A leader is very often inclined
- 2:15to involve his own self into the matter, to think about his own
- 2:18self. And every person's a leader and
- 2:20they're given a mission by Hashem.
- 2:22The proof of that they're a good leader is how much are they
- 2:25thinking about themselves and how much are they not?
- 2:29And this is one example from this Mesab Musharra, Musharraf,
- 2:31Mundanim take advantage because of mundanim.
- 2:34Show that you're upset at them. They made us sin.
- 2:36They took us down. Get them back and do not think
- 2:39about yourself one bit. And Musharraign did exactly
- 2:42that. Either way at all.
- 2:43It's one lesson a leader. It's an incredible thing you're
- 2:46at the same time another lesson of a leader is and Moshe asks
- 2:50God later on in the parishah. Moshe says OK, I know I'm going
- 2:56to pass away. I know my time is up.
- 2:59Hashem, please choose as the next leader of our people the
- 3:06following criteria. He says get the person.
- 3:12By the way, Moshe Hashem in the mood you've called Hashem.
- 3:15Hashem should appoint the God of all directions, which is
- 3:22interesting detail. God should appoint Ish Allah
- 3:25Aidah a man to lead the people. Hashi is still the fan.
- 3:29This man will go out in front of them, but she have all the fan,
- 3:33he'll come in front of them. This leader, Hashiyo CM Bashi
- 3:37VM, he'll take them out and to bring them in.
- 3:39The Lord, the Adat Hashem Katson, do not allow Omniseo to
- 3:47be sheep, like sheep without a shepherd.
- 3:50Moshe has said a lot of things there.
- 3:52God, choose a person. By the way, God, you are the God
- 3:56of all directions. Factor #1 why is irrelevant?
- 4:00Why is I mentioned now God of all directions as we talk about
- 4:04choosing a leader, number one, Number two, he says a man who
- 4:07will go out in front of them, come back in front of them, take
- 4:11them out, bring them in. Those terms literally mean our
- 4:15focus on war. Those terms are focused on a man
- 4:19who could lead on his son on war.
- 4:21OK, now I can understand choosing a leader, choose a man
- 4:24who's American of the war, but the first, the opening request
- 4:29and the closing requests are difficult.
- 4:30Opening was God of all directions and the closing one
- 4:34was make sure they're not sheep without a shepherd.
- 4:38What is the significance of God of all directions?
- 4:40What does it seem to be said? What does it mean we.
- 4:44Do it when, with Sharma by the hard, we're supposed to be
- 4:48thinking of all, all directions of the world.
- 4:50And so it's it's true, it's a very important factor that God
- 4:53is the God of all directions. Why are we mentioning that when
- 4:56we're talking about leader? Yeah, we do that also when we
- 4:58shake the law, we shake it all four directions.
- 5:00Serum called by not sacrifices. We have Abu Dhakot, Tanufa, we
- 5:05wave in all directions. Good.
- 5:07But why is that relevant as you speak about a leader, a man,
- 5:11sorry, God, who's God of all directions?
- 5:14Please choose for us a leader. Or do you think that's relevant?
- 5:18Let's have that pack in front of him at all times.
- 5:19So now he keeps him on the you know, the straight pet.
- 5:23Says Rashi, I'm Allefana Moshe, it's open.
- 5:27Rashi Moshe, you know, and this is the second very important
- 5:34criteria of a leader Galui via dua la faneca.
- 5:37You know that tosha called ehrad wehrad.
- 5:41Everyone's mind venando mean zela ZE, and nobody's minds are
- 5:46alike. My name alahem.
- 5:48When I tell you Hashem, you are A1A God of all directions.
- 5:53I'm referencing the fact that our leader, your messenger,
- 5:58should be the exact same way. Appoint the person Monique she
- 6:02has so well who can handle every person and their own way, which
- 6:11means as a leader, we need a person who's going to mirror
- 6:15God. And God has the awareness and
- 6:17the realization that every one of us at this table, every one
- 6:21of us in the community, anyone, anyone else in our family and
- 6:24every one of us in Jewish world, we're all different.
- 6:27No two people have the same makeup, the same mindset, the
- 6:31same background, the same thought process.
- 6:33We're all very different. And the more God realizes, which
- 6:36God realizes completely, the more God directs the world and
- 6:40directs us in the right way. We need a leader who treats us
- 6:45with the exact same approach. And that's very difficult to
- 6:48find because typically a person, especially a great person, he's
- 6:53carved out his molds, right? A great person has worked his
- 6:56whole life to carve out a most certain mold.
- 6:58And he believes in certain things.
- 7:00He believes in people being a certain way.
- 7:02And he believes that he has the right ingredients to create a
- 7:06great person. And I was looking at his people,
- 7:09He's looking at his constituents and he sees one guy is a little
- 7:12bit more of a talker than I like.
- 7:14One guy is a little bit more of a less of a learner than I like.
- 7:18One person is less of a hesitant person than I like.
- 7:21One person is a little bit weak in the air.
- 7:23We have to feel out, all right. And now this leader was meant to
- 7:27be a person like God, which is a person who realizes that people
- 7:32are different. Now he has to be Saville.
- 7:35What is the word Saville? Saville means handle.
- 7:38He has to be able to have patience.
- 7:40It's worth of patience. It means be able to deal with
- 7:43that. So and so is not the kind of
- 7:45learner I want it to be. So and so is not the kind of
- 7:47prayer. I want it to be patient with
- 7:49that fact. He doesn't so and so does not
- 7:51really have the right calm character.
- 7:54I need him to have so And so gets angry too often.
- 7:56And this leader needs to realize that, see that, and yet see past
- 8:01that by saying, but that's OK 'cause he'll have his greatness
- 8:04in his area. He'll have his greatness and
- 8:06that area. He'll have his greatness in the
- 8:08other area. And that requires a person who's
- 8:12trying to be like God, the God of all directions, which means.
- 8:18That Moshe is giving Hashem advice like.
- 8:20Yeah, it's a very interesting thing.
- 8:22So Moshe was not giving out advice.
- 8:24He's saying Hashem, this is what I'm praying for.
- 8:27This is what I this is what I my whole life, I work on molding.
- 8:31Moshe is our first leader. We have, I'm talking about
- 8:34called and we even have Moshe's father in a sense.
- 8:37Moshe is our first leader as an Umm.
- 8:40So Moshe has the right to put in his vote and his vote is
- 8:44calling. I need to have someone I work
- 8:49basically showing you I worked my whole life as a leader,
- 8:52right? And clearly Moshe is revealing
- 8:54to us what was the dominant feature of Moshe's leadership.
- 8:58It wasn't his total knowledge. It wasn't his humility, it
- 9:02wasn't his character. It was his understanding.
- 9:04And Moshe is saying to Hashem, I spend the whole life working on
- 9:08this understanding. God, my prayer and my request is
- 9:12that the next man follows that same mindset.
- 9:16And who did I learn it from? I learned it from you.
- 9:18I spend my life living a life of understanding, leading with
- 9:22understanding. And therefore I shall I'm asking
- 9:25of you to make the next leader. A man is understand now.
- 9:28Sounds like you're sure I had a harder time than Moshe, though.
- 9:31Why now? They're all spread apart and
- 9:34they're all going to their own world.
- 9:35All my over here. They're all in the desert and
- 9:37good. Well, let's think about Moshe.
- 9:39There's challenges of understanding, and that is that
- 9:41he had to deal with. True, Amisa was one block at the
- 9:44time. They were all in the desert.
- 9:46They were all following his leader lead.
- 9:48In a certain sense, understanding was at its peak.
- 9:50It was very easy. On the other hand, they kept
- 9:53having these little flaws and these little weaknesses and the
- 9:57little complaints and little Heta angle and what I gleam and
- 10:00it's not small things. So even though in a certain
- 10:03sense they were very much unified in their structure and
- 10:06their mindset, they also had major moments.
- 10:09I call them little joking, major moments that really were
- 10:13moments. You have to be a very
- 10:14understanding person. Imagine you're more should have
- 10:16been. You're leading the people, you
- 10:18did everything for them. You got them to such a far
- 10:21level. And now comes the Heta angle.
- 10:25How frustrating is that? Undo the whole thing.
- 10:29How upsetting is that? Undo the whole thing.
- 10:31Complaining, whole thing. Kodak.
- 10:34Correct. Kodak.
- 10:36How furious freshing is this? And and then the hitting the
- 10:38rock and these things and the pushing, hit the rock and those
- 10:41different things. Out of my life's goal to going
- 10:43into Israel. That's my life's mission.
- 10:44I can't go in. I wanted to bring these people
- 10:47in. They can't go in.
- 10:48There's so many frustrating moments that you need to be
- 10:51unbelievably understanding, dude, to be able to continue on
- 10:55the right mindset. That's why there's a back and
- 10:57forth of them. But shit, everybody telling
- 10:58Hashem God, I recognize that. That's the making of a leader, a
- 11:03person's understanding. I therefore request that the
- 11:06next leader be a very understanding person.
- 11:08So, so far, 2 elements of a leader #1 selfless #2,
- 11:14understanding and #3 and this is wild is that Hashem says, OK,
- 11:21you asked for this. I know one more thing before we
- 11:25get to #3 Moshe that adds velotti adat Hashem, katzon
- 11:31Hashem, don't allow the people to be like sheep without a
- 11:35shepherd. So I saw this question last
- 11:37night. Sheba a shepherd, you're already
- 11:39requesting a leader. You put your vote in for a
- 11:42leader. It's very clear what you want.
- 11:45What are you adding by saying the words to not allow them to
- 11:47be a sheep without a shepherd. Sheep that shepherd.
- 11:51You already said that's that Shep, don't.
- 11:53You can never leave us. That's true.
- 11:55What do you mean the letter write yourself but shepherd.
- 11:59But what are you adding? You already asked for a leader.
- 12:02You already showed your details that you need a personal
- 12:05understanding. What is this idea of a sheep
- 12:07without a shepherd? So I saw a concept that is a
- 12:11very important detail about a leader as well, and that is a
- 12:15leader. You know, today we're in the
- 12:17friend zone. Everything's a friend.
- 12:20People refer to their parents, sadly.
- 12:22Go he referred to their parents by their first name because
- 12:26we're friends. Who's your best buddy?
- 12:28My dad, which is a nice thing. But also in a sense it becomes
- 12:32very much what happens. Even playing field, along with
- 12:37friendship also includes the ability to be colleague and
- 12:41equal fight. You could argue, you could
- 12:44dispute them, you could disagree with them because they're your
- 12:47equal. Moshe is hinting to the fact
- 12:51that although I just said, although I mentioned what are
- 13:02you asking, although I mentioned you meant the coffee, although I
- 13:05mentioned I would. Drink anything else.
- 13:08The personal understanding all right, well, the shit I didn't
- 13:13know. I remember first class between
- 13:14this and the lemonade hammer that was close to me.
- 13:17I don't know, I did wrong. He did great.
- 13:19Although I mentioned well, she is saying like this, let's go.
- 13:24What she is saying, although I say that the leader has got to
- 13:27be a person of understanding and understanding everybody probably
- 13:31means that he's a humble person and probably means he's an easy
- 13:35person. Said, well, she at the same time
- 13:38he's got to be a person. Same time he has to be a person
- 13:43who's a leaders nonetheless, which means he has to be a
- 13:46shepherd to his sheep. Do not allow that leader to
- 13:50become an equal just because he's understanding.
- 13:53He's not understanding because he's weak.
- 13:54He's not understanding because he's like them.
- 13:57He's understanding because he's great enough to be an
- 14:00understanding person. Now two types of people
- 14:02understand. There are people who understand
- 14:04because they've made themselves like the sheep and they made
- 14:08themselves like everybody else. I understand so and so is anger
- 14:11problem because I have the same anger problem.
- 14:13I understand so and so is marriage issues because I got
- 14:15the same marriage issue, same problem raising children,
- 14:18because I have the same issue raising my children.
- 14:20I have the same issue with honesty because I also struggle
- 14:22with honesty. That's OK, that's not great.
- 14:25A leader has to be a person who's greater than them but
- 14:29still understands. So Moshe is saying two things in
- 14:32that basuk I've got. I asked for a person, very exact
- 14:37request, very specific esque. I asked for a person as soon as
- 14:40understanding, but not because he's weak and he's low and he's
- 14:45like them and he's like the weakest Jew around.
- 14:47He's therefore understanding of the weakest Jew.
- 14:49No, no, no, he is the finest of the pack.
- 14:52He is the greatest of the pack, and he's still understanding.
- 14:55I wanted to be a shepherd, a leader, a person who's different
- 14:59and yet still understanding. And that's an art.
- 15:01It's an art to be a person who spends your whole day in Benbur
- 15:05Dash, or to be a father who has figured out life and greater
- 15:09than his children and yet still be understanding of his
- 15:11children's differences. That's an art that takes work,
- 15:16that takes development, and that takes a person being.
- 15:19Really go back to the first point, Egoless And egoless is
- 15:23Moshe Abinow saying I'm going to give it my life for the sake of
- 15:26mitzvah. I'm selfless and that brings in
- 15:29these two qualities, a person's understanding, yet at the same
- 15:33time great. The final story of Moshe's
- 15:36request for leadership is this part, and that is Hashem's
- 15:39response. God says, OK, you ask for it.
- 15:43Do you want a very specific leader?
- 15:45Therefore I choose for you. You're sure I've been noon.
- 15:50I don't know Hashem, and you're sure I've been noon.
- 15:56That man has a special spirit and put your hands on him.
- 16:02Now, what's special about God's response?
- 16:04What's special is I even know Mosher Avenu made very clear
- 16:09what he's looking for in the future.
- 16:10Leader. He had an assumption, and that
- 16:13assumption was a leader will most likely be his children.
- 16:19Why? Because first of all, they're my
- 16:22kids. Second of all, they probably
- 16:24have moshed developed this mindset of how to be a leader
- 16:28and he thinks he probably gave it over to his children and
- 16:31therefore mosheda been it was requesting a certain specific
- 16:34leader. And this is where his
- 16:36selflessness needed to be in full blast.
- 16:40And that is Hashem responded by choosing somebody else, not his
- 16:43son. Hashem responded by choosing
- 16:46Oshawa Benun, his find his greatest student, but not his
- 16:49son. And now you say Moshe has to be
- 16:52selfless. There's nothing a person wants
- 16:54more than their legacy to go on with their children for the sake
- 16:58of their children, for the sake of themselves, for the sake of
- 17:00the whole world. And that Moshe has to let that
- 17:03go and to be so selfless to accept the fact it's not going
- 17:06to be a sense. So why was he Oshawa benun?
- 17:09Why was he Oshawa Benun? She was best equipped like it
- 17:13was the best. It was the best one in the sun.
- 17:15It was his. 9 ends. OK, so everything the two good.
- 17:19The boys had been around one of the spies.
- 17:21OK, three good answers, I'm sorry to say.
- 17:25You're all all for three son up near the bell.
- 17:29I do that, no. What was it?
- 17:32Who's who? His father was Mary.
- 17:33No, no, not his father and his grandfather.
- 17:36No. Sez and Madash Mary Claire
- 17:40Madash, your Shua Benun has been chosen because of the following
- 17:45detail. And that is it.
- 17:46Every morning you set up before Moshe gave class, your Shua
- 17:51Benun set up the benches. And sure, I've been set up the
- 17:55benches for other people to come listen.
- 17:57So that means what? No, Shua did not merit the
- 18:00leadership because of the fact that he stayed by Moshe his 10th
- 18:03every day. No, he didn't marry the
- 18:05leadership because Michelle Key belted on Messiahshua.
- 18:08Or maybe this is it's up Messiahshua.
- 18:10No, he didn't marry the leadership because of following
- 18:14his master 1000% his leader 1000%.
- 18:17No, he didn't marry the leadership because he's good at
- 18:19understanding or good at being a shepherd.
- 18:24Maybe not he merited because setting up the benches.
- 18:27Setting up the benches, What does that mean?
- 18:30Well, she had her sons lost out because you're sure I said at
- 18:33the benches, what does this mean?
- 18:35And this is the final detail of a leader, I think.
- 18:37And that is how much and how dedicated are you to a certain
- 18:44outcome? How much do you care for toilet
- 18:47to exist? How much do you care for your
- 18:50students to learn, how much you care for the people to grow?
- 18:54If you're willing as a leader to speak, that's impressive, but
- 18:58it's also coverage. If you're willing as a leader to
- 19:01give classes, that's impressive, but it's also developing tada,
- 19:04and you feel good about yourself as the whole thing.
- 19:07But if you willing as a leader to set up the benches, that
- 19:10means a person set up the benches.
- 19:11That means that all you care about is a good outcome.
- 19:15You're so, so dedicated to a good outcome.
- 19:19You're willing to set up the benches and set up the benches
- 19:21also means sweep the floors. It also means be there late at
- 19:25night to make sure everything's everything's right.
- 19:27It also means all the other details it takes the behind the
- 19:31scenes details it takes to make Torah flow, to make people flow,
- 19:36to make people develop, to make people grow.
- 19:38That's a full-fledged leader. Follow this.
- 19:42It's not about the fact that he learned by Moshe Bran.
- 19:44It's not enough. He needs to have the split and
- 19:47interest in a good outcome. So what do you have from our
- 19:51prep Sukim of the makeup of a leader #1 selfless, completely
- 19:56selfish. Moshe Albano was giving up his
- 19:59life by doing that last mitzvah that ashamed gave him, but he
- 20:02did it anyway. As a leader #2 you have to be a
- 20:05person whose understanding 4 directions.
- 20:08And that means even think about your children.
- 20:11I need two of them alike. Think your children, I need 2
- 20:14alike. No, no.
- 20:16And I think about this all the time and I can't figure it out.
- 20:20Very much not like one son. I called up yesterday.
- 20:23I said come with me. We're going to learn a little
- 20:25bit. And then we're going to go to a
- 20:27Sifanim store. Right?
- 20:29And he's like that. No thank you.
- 20:31Wish it was. No, thank you.
- 20:32OK, That's all I'm doing here. Another one that says that,
- 20:36wait, you're ready for me? He's rough money.
- 20:38He's running across the street to come and he's bringing his
- 20:40loose leaf and he's learning and he's going to Sifanim store and
- 20:43he's spending an hour meeting a Sifanim store on a first day.
- 20:46Two sons, what's the difference? I'm trying to figure out what I
- 20:49do wrong with this one. Are they right with this one?
- 20:50The answer is they're different and they have a different
- 20:53makeup. And that's the reality.
- 20:54And you have it with your children.
- 20:56You have it with people that you know.
- 20:58Everybody's different. And the earlier you understand
- 21:01it, the earlier you're able to handle it.
- 21:04That's it. That's the reality.
- 21:05And the more you try to push a certain mold is the more you get
- 21:09frustrated because they're no one's a certain mold.
- 21:12You know yourself. I think about myself as much as
- 21:15I was a goody goody, I was not in a certain mold and if you
- 21:17tried to put any mold on me, I was going to go the other way.
- 21:20You can't handle it. You do not want to be expected
- 21:23to be something and said you want to be understood.
- 21:26That's a very nowadays 2026 cheesy mindset.
- 21:30And therefore, to combat the 2026 element to it, you have to
- 21:34go to the next part of the play super, which is a leader, also
- 21:36has to be a person who's a leader, a shepherd's a sheep,
- 21:40not somebody who's the same as the crowd.
- 21:43The biggest mistake, I don't know if my father ever said this
- 21:47or he showed it to me. He said a rabbi is not a friend.
- 21:50And then he said much as a rabbi is a rabbi and he couldn't be a
- 21:52friend. It told misunderstand it not be
- 21:54a friend. He could be a confidant, he
- 21:56could be a friend, but the rabbi shouldn't be boising it up with
- 22:00the boys. This doesn't work that way
- 22:01because if he does then I'll show his flaws, and if he does
- 22:05then I'll allow himself to be as flawed as anybody he knows.
- 22:10I should not be his approach. His approach should be, I'm
- 22:13pushing, I'm developing, I'm growing personally, I'm growing,
- 22:16I'm working on myself, I'm working on my character, on and
- 22:19on. And yet still at the same time,
- 22:21I'm understanding. I could learn from people.
- 22:24I could, I could, I could reach out to people.
- 22:26I could recognize their issues and their flaws and their
- 22:28challenges and how they live their life.
- 22:30Got to be both at the same time. It's very difficult.
- 22:33And finally, a person has to be as a leader of Yoshua Yoshua as
- 22:38a person who's dedicated to the alcohol.
- 22:41And that means set of debentures, that means work on
- 22:45something that is 0 fanfare zero.
- 22:49No, not impressive at all. Completely agita, just a
- 22:53struggle only to get people to learn and to grow and to help
- 22:57them. If you're not willing to do the
- 22:59the time and it takes to take your children for yourself, get
- 23:03around, but take your children right.
- 23:04So of course you love time out together as a family.
- 23:08That's fun. You'll do that.
- 23:10You even could take a walk with each child and understand that.
- 23:13But how about the effort that it takes to pack, to go, to deal?
- 23:18How about the effort that it takes every Friday night to do
- 23:22to just to work on getting the table together?
- 23:24How about the effort that it takes to do different things?
- 23:26So to go to work, to make money, to support your family.
- 23:28You love your children. You want to give them
- 23:30everything. There's a lot, a lot of effort,
- 23:31a lot of back office stuff that you have to do just to enjoy the
- 23:35understanding of them and the leadership of them is a lot, a
- 23:38lot of agile you put into the day.
- 23:40That is 00 enjoyment and zero sense of of of purpose and
- 23:46meaning. And yet that is a leader that is
- 23:50a person who represents that's a person who does a lot to bring
- 23:54out the good outcome. And if a person is only
- 23:57interested to be, so to speak, on TV, which means only
- 24:01interested to enjoy the front part of it, and he's not willing
- 24:05to do the effort, time and the pain and the struggle of all the
- 24:09parts that are not enjoyable. A father loves taking his kids
- 24:12out of the ice cream if they can behave, loves it.
- 24:14It's a good feeling. Feel like a dad, right?
- 24:16You love sitting by a Shabbat table.
- 24:19If they're good kids and they're sitting around and they're
- 24:20schmoozing, you love that. But how much do you love getting
- 24:23that phone call from the teacher in the middle of the year?
- 24:26And how much do you love having to deal with hiring extra tutors
- 24:30to work on that child or spending the time or spending
- 24:33really late nights trying to figure out what am I going to do
- 24:35with this kid? You hate that, right?
- 24:37But that's all part of the same picture of a leader.
- 24:40And that is I do the front stuff, I do the enjoyable stuff,
- 24:43I even have understanding in that stuff and I lead them, but
- 24:47all based on the fact and I've dedicated to the right outcome.
- 24:50Yoshua Benun was the best at that.
- 24:53And so therefore he was chosen above Moshe's children because
- 24:57he was not set enough. Someone who works, that's the
- 25:02past. Who says someone who works on
- 25:04the figs, he enjoys the fruit. You person who works on the
- 25:10outcome, he enjoys the outcome. He enjoys the outcome.
- 25:13And that's a really, really big test.
- 25:15Is the leader interested in the outcome or is he only enjoying
- 25:19the enjoyable times? And you can find some people who
- 25:22are not so interested in the back time in the back office
- 25:25time. And they say to themselves, I
- 25:27shouldn't be doing this anymore. Why should I waste so much time
- 25:29on the dumb stuff? No, no, no, that's the makeup of
- 25:32a leader. And if you drop that, you'll be
- 25:35recalled together. You need these 4 components,
- 25:38selflessness, understanding yet still being different and yet at
- 25:43the same time fully being dedicated to the outcome of what
- 25:47it is to create greatness. How these four things, you're a
- 25:51great leader. That's the idea.
