Taillon Returns as Jays Battle for Wild Card | Toronto Blue Jays News
Toronto Blue Jays are clinging to a Wild Card race after a tough loss to the Guardians, but hope is on the horizon with Jameson Taillon nearing his return. The veteran starter, sidelined since August 11 with forearm tendinitis, is throwing again and expected to be activated soon—possibly even facing the Royals this Friday. With a solid 3.38 ERA before his injury, Taillon’s return could be the boost the rotation desperately needs as the Jays fight for postseason positioning.
