- 0:14Speaker 1: Welcome to the Naughty but Nice Show. I'm your host,
- 0:17Speaker 1: rap Shooter, and it is Thursday, which means our dear
- 0:20Speaker 1: friend Mark Loopo joins us, who is now no. One
- 0:24Speaker 1: around the world. There's Loopy lou Hey.
- 0:27Speaker 2: You Loopy Loopy live, world famous.
- 0:30Speaker 1: Love it? A friend of ours, a mutual friend of
- 0:33Speaker 1: ours in Australia texted Lad. He always says Loopy lou
- 0:36Speaker 1: now he never never says I love it? I love it?
- 0:40Speaker 1: What have we done? How are you? Mark? What's going on?
- 0:41Speaker 2: Doing great? I'm doing great. I was at the vys
- 0:44Speaker 2: this week and uh and the on the on the
- 0:47Speaker 2: open bar.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Line, excuse me fabulous. I for many years worked for
- 0:53Speaker 1: Diddy and Jayla and Jessica Simpsons, so I'd go to
- 0:56Speaker 1: those award shows every single year for decades, and they
- 0:59Speaker 1: were quite traumatic when you worked with a big star,
- 1:02Speaker 1: particularly backstage. So now I stay away from them. I'm
- 1:06Speaker 1: it's sort of ruined it a little bit. And don't
- 1:08Speaker 1: think this is not a boo hoop. I have a
- 1:11Speaker 1: great wife. I'm not doing that. But I don't really
- 1:13Speaker 1: enjoy those awards shows. I don't enjoy fashion shows either.
- 1:16Speaker 1: For years I worked with Naomi Campbell, Tyra Banks. And
- 1:18Speaker 1: so this week's fashion Week in New York, and my
- 1:21Speaker 1: friends are asking me what shows are you going to?
- 1:22Speaker 1: And I'm like absolutely, Like it's just it's kind of
- 1:26Speaker 1: triggering it away. What did we not see on TV
- 1:29Speaker 1: that your eagle eyes spotted? What was the vibe or
- 1:31Speaker 1: people excited? Was Taylor Swift as biggest star in the
- 1:34Speaker 1: room as she was on TV?
- 1:35Speaker 2: It's so funny you asked that. So like Taylor Swift
- 1:37Speaker 2: and big stars who were sitting in the audience, they
- 1:40Speaker 2: kind of leave when the cameras are not on them.
- 1:42Speaker 2: They walk away, they do other things, and they come
- 1:44Speaker 2: back right before their awards are announced. So I thought
- 1:48Speaker 2: that was interesting. And then seeing like Shakira stretching and
- 1:50Speaker 2: getting ready before the performance, like this is a little
- 1:52Speaker 2: behind the scenes tibbits really make it kind of a
- 1:55Speaker 2: special experience.
- 1:56Speaker 1: I love that stuff. I was backstage at the Grammars
- 1:59Speaker 1: I worked for Alisha Cake and I was in Alicia's
- 2:01Speaker 1: dressing room and I think Sting was in there, the
- 2:04Speaker 1: Rolling Stones came in there. It was just, you know,
- 2:06Speaker 1: it was crazy, like the who's who of music history
- 2:11Speaker 1: really respected Alicia Keys. She's very respected as a musician,
- 2:15Speaker 1: and I wanted to hang out with like the Kardashians.
- 2:18Speaker 1: I wanted like, that's my world, and instead I found
- 2:21Speaker 1: myself in this room full of these incredible musicians. We
- 2:24Speaker 1: have great lives, the things we get to say, do
- 2:27Speaker 1: you ever take it for granted?
- 2:28Speaker 2: I pinched myself every time. It's really great, it's awesome.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Yeah, I occasionally do. I occasionally get a little jaded
- 2:35Speaker 1: and I'm like, are you insane? I remember one morning guy,
- 2:38Speaker 1: I was jumping in the car to go and do
- 2:40Speaker 1: a morning show and I was a little hungover and
- 2:43Speaker 1: I had a little bit of a headache, and I
- 2:45Speaker 1: was like, I had a bad attitude, and I was
- 2:47Speaker 1: driving before somebody was driving me. They send a driver,
- 2:50Speaker 1: They actually send like a driver, like a car with
- 2:53Speaker 1: I felt like I was a prince dressed in the
- 2:55Speaker 1: back of this limo. And I called myself and I
- 2:58Speaker 1: was like, how many people in the world world would
- 3:00Speaker 1: kill to be doing what you're doing right now? And
- 3:03Speaker 1: you've got an attitude And I snapped myself out of it.
- 3:07Speaker 2: It's perspective and we have to have the gratitude for
- 3:09Speaker 2: it because we do have great lives, and it's you know,
- 3:11Speaker 2: you never know what's going to end, so you got
- 3:13Speaker 2: to enjoy it while.
- 3:13Speaker 1: We have it. Oh and on that optimistic note, a
- 3:16Speaker 1: little stinker, let's jump into the show and talking of
- 3:20Speaker 1: great lives, this is one of the joys of my life.
- 3:23Speaker 1: I love, love, love doing this podcast. I've had so
- 3:25Speaker 1: many different jobs. I think this is the happiest I've
- 3:28Speaker 1: ever been in the job. Mark you love it too,
- 3:30Speaker 1: and you were a little a little slum at first
- 3:33Speaker 1: to warm up to do it.
- 3:34Speaker 2: I love Thursdays and I love that we do this
- 3:36Speaker 2: together every Thursday. It is a highlight of my week, truly.
- 3:40Speaker 1: Oh mine too. Let's jump into the show. What time
- 3:42Speaker 1: is it, my friends? It is tea time. Big story
- 3:44Speaker 1: coming out of London. William and Kate are having to
- 3:47Speaker 1: deal with mountain pressures thanks to their huge star quality,
- 3:51Speaker 1: and King Charles has no plans to help. So there's
- 3:54Speaker 1: a little report out of London saying that there are
- 3:56Speaker 1: constant demands on William and Kate. The press Office get
- 4:00Speaker 1: more requests for William and Kate than anybody else, and
- 4:03Speaker 1: this is because they're their huge star quality. There is
- 4:06Speaker 1: no doubt that these two are probably the royals of
- 4:10Speaker 1: the family. This is the Kim Kardashian of the family.
- 4:13Speaker 1: We love all the Kardashians, but the key player is Kim.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Now it has turned out within the royal family, particularly
- 4:20Speaker 1: because of Meghan and Harry stepping away, the stars of
- 4:24Speaker 1: the show are gonna be William and Kate. I looked
- 4:28Speaker 1: at ensincs Rey Union at the MTV Awards. Just into
- 4:32Speaker 1: the star. Yes, it's about justin Lance looked good though,
- 4:36Speaker 1: and sometimes we make a little bit of a nice fern.
- 4:39Speaker 1: But I thought you looked. I thought you looked quite good.
- 4:41Speaker 1: But just into the stars. So back to the story,
- 4:43Speaker 1: Kate and William are the star. All the requests are
- 4:46Speaker 1: for them. Their star power, they're shining qualities mean that
- 4:50Speaker 1: they have a lot of pressure. So King Charles has
- 4:53Speaker 1: reduced the number of royals that are part of the
- 4:56Speaker 1: Inner Circle. I think that's a good optic because we
- 5:00Speaker 1: don't want the taxpayers to have to pay for this big,
- 5:02Speaker 1: sprawling family who do very very little. So now the
- 5:05Speaker 1: inner Cirtle, the royals you see on the belcony and
- 5:08Speaker 1: all the fancy events, it's not that many. So that
- 5:10Speaker 1: means the workload didn't decrease, but it got shared between
- 5:15Speaker 1: less people, so Kate and William are having to do more.
- 5:18Speaker 1: I know this sounds like rich people problems. How hard
- 5:21Speaker 1: is it to go and kiss a baby or open
- 5:23Speaker 1: a hospital? I get it, I do get it. But
- 5:25Speaker 1: it is a job to them, and they do take
- 5:27Speaker 1: it very seriously. And can you ever be too good
- 5:31Speaker 1: at your job?
- 5:32Speaker 2: I mean I think that you know it is a job,
- 5:34Speaker 2: and it reminds me of jobs I've had where you know,
- 5:37Speaker 2: management cuts people and then you're left scrambling, or you
- 5:40Speaker 2: take on other people's work and Harry left and Megan's
- 5:43Speaker 2: out and now I'm doing double the work and it's
- 5:46Speaker 2: stressful and you need to remind you, to remind yourself.
- 5:48Speaker 2: These people have kids, they have a whole life outside
- 5:50Speaker 2: of this job, and they are tired, and maybe they're
- 5:53Speaker 2: hungover and they don't want to go to work.
- 5:54Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 5:55Speaker 2: So I mean, yes, you could be too good, like
- 5:57Speaker 2: you could be so a workaholic, and you could be
- 5:59Speaker 2: so dedicated to your job, but you know you need
- 6:01Speaker 2: to have a balance there too.
- 6:03Speaker 1: I've learned to set a balance. I didn't used to
- 6:05Speaker 1: have a balance. I would work twenty four to seven,
- 6:07Speaker 1: I really would. I can now do a lot in
- 6:09Speaker 1: much less time. So I've really set aside now hours
- 6:13Speaker 1: of the day that a mine. I'm really good at it.
- 6:15Speaker 1: I can never completely turn off. I'm always sure to
- 6:17Speaker 1: looking at before emails, but I am really it's something
- 6:22Speaker 1: really during the pandemic, I got better off. Where are
- 6:25Speaker 1: you mark on work personal relationship balance?
- 6:29Speaker 2: I am similar where I'm always looking at my phone,
- 6:32Speaker 2: always checking text emails, and I truthfully, I mean I'm
- 6:35Speaker 2: always getting requests to do things, you know, for my
- 6:37Speaker 2: job and et cetera. And so it's hard to separate that.
- 6:40Speaker 2: I don't have a job where it just ends at
- 6:42Speaker 2: five o'clock and I'm out and doing you know. And
- 6:44Speaker 2: then when you're going out at night, you're going to
- 6:46Speaker 2: events and networking. That's part of work too, as you're
- 6:48Speaker 2: trying to build your network and try to advance yourself
- 6:51Speaker 2: in media. It's a lot.
- 6:53Speaker 1: It's a lot. It's constant sort of hustle, isn't it
- 6:55Speaker 1: as a constant grind, And even if you're at the
- 6:58Speaker 1: most glamorous events shows in the world, you are there working.
- 7:02Speaker 1: I used to say to some of my friends who
- 7:03Speaker 1: are not in the business, who were a little jealous
- 7:05Speaker 1: sometimes when they saw the places I was going to.
- 7:09Speaker 1: I'm not invited as a guest. They didn't invite me
- 7:13Speaker 1: to just come and have. They invited me for a reason. Yes,
- 7:16Speaker 1: they want something in return. So technically I'm sort of
- 7:19Speaker 1: working and I can't get really sloppy here because I
- 7:21Speaker 1: won't be invited back ever again. This is like a
- 7:24Speaker 1: work you know. The best way to think of it,
- 7:26Speaker 1: Think of that work party that you're invited to maybe
- 7:29Speaker 1: once a year. Maybe it's the Christmas party you don't
- 7:31Speaker 1: really want to get. Yes, your boss is there. You
- 7:34Speaker 1: can't really drink, even though it's an open bar and
- 7:36Speaker 1: they're paying for it. It sounds fabulous, doesn't it, Free drinks,
- 7:39Speaker 1: let's all have a party, But in reality you're sort
- 7:42Speaker 1: of not looking forward to it. You're a little bit
- 7:44Speaker 1: like oh gosh, or a school reunion. They don't really
- 7:48Speaker 1: want to know. It's a bit like work. That's what
- 7:52Speaker 1: it's like for Kate and William. Yes, they live in
- 7:56Speaker 1: a palace, they wear crowns on their heads. I get
- 7:59Speaker 1: that there are a lot of perks that come with
- 8:02Speaker 1: that job, but it is still a job. But it
- 8:04Speaker 1: brings us to our whole question of the day. William
- 8:07Speaker 1: and Kate are dealing with mountain pressure thanks to their
- 8:11Speaker 1: huge star quality. Should their dad help them out? Should
- 8:15Speaker 1: King Charles get involved here and saying no, I'll take
- 8:18Speaker 1: on more responsibility, take some of the burden off you.
- 8:21Speaker 3: Where's that?
- 8:22Speaker 1: And actually is the hardest working? Can I do something?
- 8:25Speaker 1: What about the other ones? Let's not let's not wake
- 8:28Speaker 1: up and let's leave. We don't need him out there.
- 8:31Speaker 3: But where's Fergie?
- 8:32Speaker 1: Where's Sarah Ferguson? Could she go and do some of
- 8:35Speaker 1: this stuff? What do you think? Should their dad help go?
- 8:38Speaker 1: Wroote on our Twitter page at Naughty Niser on Facebook
- 8:41Speaker 1: pages and be sure to share bet tomorrow to hear
- 8:45Speaker 1: your results. Hey, Lupie, what are you working?
- 8:47Speaker 2: The story is so good, so juicy. Dancing with the
- 8:51Speaker 2: Stars pro Sharner Burgess revealed the really difficult celebrity partner
- 8:55Speaker 2: she couldn't even be in the same room with. Oh
- 8:58Speaker 2: what so short? It reveals that she had a lot
- 9:01Speaker 2: of friction with one partner, in particular when they weren't
- 9:04Speaker 2: twirling together on camera. Now the season she returned after
- 9:08Speaker 2: she and s left partner Bobby Bones won the Mirror
- 9:10Speaker 2: Ball Trophy, she had a partner that was really difficult,
- 9:13Speaker 2: and Sharna says, quote, I wasn't able to be in
- 9:15Speaker 2: the room alone with him after the first couple of
- 9:17Speaker 2: weeks because things happened and it was so rocky that
- 9:20Speaker 2: we were eliminated very quickly. Now, Burgess didn't name the
- 9:24Speaker 2: partner by name, but the next season Burgess appeared in
- 9:28Speaker 2: after Dancing with Bones, she was paired with Desperate Housewives
- 9:32Speaker 2: actor Jesse Metcalf that Robie gets really good because Metcalf's
- 9:37Speaker 2: personal publicist told TV line, quote, if she's referring to
- 9:40Speaker 2: a time where our client Jesse Metcalf worked with miss
- 9:43Speaker 2: Burgess for four years ago, the only recollection was that
- 9:46Speaker 2: they didn't get along. Big insinuations are not only reckless
- 9:50Speaker 2: but also irrelevant.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Yes, we knew at the time four years ago. We
- 9:56Speaker 1: heard all the rumors. They just didn't get along. And
- 9:58Speaker 1: it's so interesting with the show because you really are
- 10:01Speaker 1: paired with a stranger and right away you're spending up
- 10:04Speaker 1: to ten hours a day with somebody and you've got
- 10:07Speaker 1: to work. It's not like when celebrities go on talk
- 10:10Speaker 1: shirts and stuff. They really have to work for four
- 10:12Speaker 1: or five or six minutes. Dancing with the Stars is
- 10:15Speaker 1: a really hard show to do. I've had celebrities that
- 10:18Speaker 1: I worked for that turned it down just because the
- 10:20Speaker 1: time commitment is really really great, and at the end
- 10:23Speaker 1: of the week you have to get on that dance
- 10:25Speaker 1: floor and dance, and you have to learn the skills.
- 10:29Speaker 1: It's not that easy. I remember speaking to Lisa Renner
- 10:31Speaker 1: about this. She said it was the hardest thing she
- 10:33Speaker 1: ever did. She could sort of phone in housewives, she
- 10:35Speaker 1: could turn up and cause trouble and leave, But Dance
- 10:38Speaker 1: with the Stars it's a skill. You gotta dance, and
- 10:40Speaker 1: so you put with a professional. They teach you how
- 10:42Speaker 1: to dance. And what happens if you don't like each other?
- 10:45Speaker 1: Has that happened to you? Have you ever been paired
- 10:47Speaker 1: with somebody I have, Well, you're just like, oh, I
- 10:49Speaker 1: don't really like them, but I'm sort of stuck with them.
- 10:52Speaker 1: You've got to suck it up.
- 10:53Speaker 2: Oh. I mean, there's been several moments in my career
- 10:56Speaker 2: that I've had to work with people that it didn't
- 10:58Speaker 2: go along with or we just didn't buy it. And
- 11:00Speaker 2: it's hard. It's really really hard. But I think in
- 11:02Speaker 2: this way it's so intimate and you know, for example,
- 11:05Speaker 2: when I was a producer at Wendy Williams, she was
- 11:07Speaker 2: on the show, you know, early on in the iteration
- 11:09Speaker 2: of the show, and it's a lot because you're doing
- 11:11Speaker 2: a talk show. Then you're flying back and forth. And
- 11:14Speaker 2: I remember one, you know occasion, we were going to
- 11:16Speaker 2: surprise her, like, you know, the whole staff in support,
- 11:19Speaker 2: and she came in and was like not having it,
- 11:21Speaker 2: and she was tired and just cranky. And it's a
- 11:23Speaker 2: hard gig. It really is.
- 11:25Speaker 1: It's a hard gig. It really is a hard gig.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Several celebrities have turned it down. The money is okay,
- 11:30Speaker 1: you know, they make a couple of hundred thousand dollars,
- 11:32Speaker 1: but the work that they put in, it's much easier
- 11:35Speaker 1: doing a post that you paid for on Instagram. Just
- 11:38Speaker 1: post something. This is real, real work. Now the new
- 11:42Speaker 1: cast has been announced, Mark, I think Jamielyn Spears is
- 11:45Speaker 1: probably the one that is standing out the most to me.
- 11:48Speaker 1: What about with you?
- 11:49Speaker 2: Yeah, Jimmie Lynn. I think Tiger's Beckford was Tyson. I'm sorry,
- 11:54Speaker 2: Tyson Beckford. That was kind of random to me, But
- 11:56Speaker 2: I'm curious there's I think Jamielyn Spears. As the book
- 12:00Speaker 2: is coming out. Britney Spears' memoirs coming out, She'll be
- 12:03Speaker 2: on the show.
- 12:05Speaker 1: She better not dance to Britney. Now you know the
- 12:08Speaker 1: producers are going to want toxic And do you think
- 12:11Speaker 1: Britney will be sitting in the audience once she can
- 12:15Speaker 1: twirl the audience? Now, I got some gossip here and exclusive.
- 12:20Speaker 1: I was told that Sam Asgari had approached them about
- 12:22Speaker 1: being on the show and they rejected him. And now
- 12:25Speaker 1: we know why because they've got Jamielyn. I but if
- 12:28Speaker 1: he doesn't do it this year, he's not. This is
- 12:30Speaker 1: his moment. Like if ever there was a moment for
- 12:32Speaker 1: him to get on the reality show, it's today, a
- 12:35Speaker 1: year from now. I'm not sure we're going to remember Sam.
- 12:38Speaker 1: What I do think is really sweet too, is Jamielyn Spears.
- 12:41Speaker 1: She's given all her money to the strike. That's nice.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Every penny she earns from Dance with the Stars is
- 12:47Speaker 1: going to the strike. Okay, moving along, Nick Jonas is
- 12:51Speaker 1: telling fans to stop throwing stuff at him on stage.
- 12:54Speaker 1: He said, knock it off so that the new TikTok
- 12:56Speaker 1: video it's on Nordi gossip dot com. He's jamming out
- 12:59Speaker 1: to one of his songs instead of bracelet is flung
- 13:01Speaker 1: in the air. It looks like one of those friendship
- 13:03Speaker 1: bracelets at the tailor's well. At first he smiled and
- 13:07Speaker 1: then he shook his head and he got quite serious
- 13:09Speaker 1: and told the fans to stop before continuing with the song.
- 13:12Speaker 1: We know. Bb Rexa was seriously hurt in New York
- 13:16Speaker 1: City when a fan threw a cell phone ouch at
- 13:19Speaker 1: her face. That fan was arrested. Harry Styles has been
- 13:23Speaker 1: hit with multiple objects while touring mock Is this now
- 13:28Speaker 1: a problem we have to think about?
- 13:29Speaker 2: So annoying going to a concert now because when you
- 13:32Speaker 2: order food, they take your cap off the drink. You
- 13:34Speaker 2: can't have the caps you have to or they put
- 13:36Speaker 2: all your drink into this huge cup and you have
- 13:38Speaker 2: to lug it around. You know. I was the Jonas
- 13:40Speaker 2: Brothers concert a few weeks ago. It's funny because the
- 13:43Speaker 2: audience is full of like teenage girls. I can't you know,
- 13:45Speaker 2: it's like and they were well behaved, So I mean,
- 13:47Speaker 2: I'm surprised it's happening to these people. But I think
- 13:50Speaker 2: in general, please stop being annoying, because we want to
- 13:52Speaker 2: see all these concerts enjoy ourselves and these artists should
- 13:55Speaker 2: not be getting feared of getting hit in the face
- 13:57Speaker 2: with something.
- 13:58Speaker 1: And while we're on it, can we say too, if
- 14:00Speaker 1: you go to the movies, shut up, shut up, shut.
- 14:04Speaker 3: Up, shut up.
- 14:05Speaker 1: Oh they taught people shut up. The worst is at
- 14:09Speaker 1: the theater because the theatre is really expensive, like and
- 14:12Speaker 1: you pay all that money to see a show and
- 14:14Speaker 1: someone behind just rattling on. Oh, it's just so rude.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Everybody sit down and shut up. Okay, what's my boyfriend
- 14:22Speaker 1: Ryan Reynolds up to with the King?
- 14:24Speaker 2: Yes, so Ryan Reynolds took atica classes before meeting the
- 14:28Speaker 2: King and found that it made him feel like a
- 14:29Speaker 2: serial killer. This is hilarious. So Ryan Reynolds recently became
- 14:33Speaker 2: the proud owner of a Welsh soccer club and he
- 14:36Speaker 2: was in need of some coaching and advance of the
- 14:38Speaker 2: visit from the King, and he said, we went to
- 14:40Speaker 2: the We went to the monarchy boot camp. It's like
- 14:43Speaker 2: the military, except your pinky is always out. He's excusey
- 14:47Speaker 2: said he felt like a serial killer. The idea of
- 14:49Speaker 2: bound to someone, it triggers something in me.
- 14:52Speaker 3: It's weird, isn't it. It sound weird to like bend
- 14:55Speaker 3: over and it's so odd, Like I grew up with this,
- 14:59Speaker 3: so it didn't feel weird to me until I moved
- 15:01Speaker 3: to America. But I don't know, and I think ultimately
- 15:04Speaker 3: here the king. Now they've become a lot more lucy
- 15:06Speaker 3: goosey with the rules.
- 15:07Speaker 1: Remember you weren't allowed to touch the queen, and somebody did.
- 15:10Speaker 1: I think it was Michelle Obama, and then everybody's, oh,
- 15:13Speaker 1: this is terrible. The Queen's like, no, it's all fine.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Be human beings. Everybody were all human beings. I think
- 15:19Speaker 1: if you're kind and respectful, that's the way to go.
- 15:22Speaker 1: I met Madonna once, my idol, and it felt like
- 15:25Speaker 1: I was meeting a queen. I almost wanted to Curtsey,
- 15:29Speaker 1: I could have dipped I could have dipped my head.
- 15:30Speaker 1: Who would do it for you? Mark?
- 15:32Speaker 2: I really want to meet Opera.
- 15:34Speaker 1: Oh, i've met her. So I was backstage on her
- 15:37Speaker 1: show in Chicago. When her show was on, I'd fly
- 15:39Speaker 1: there with different celebrities, and I went there like five
- 15:42Speaker 1: or six times, and the first time I met her,
- 15:45Speaker 1: I was like, oh, they could hear music, which she
- 15:48Speaker 1: walked to the room. But then by the fifth time
- 15:50Speaker 1: I met her, she was actually kind of like a
- 15:51Speaker 1: producer like she was really like a regular. Regular is
- 15:54Speaker 1: the wrong word. But she was like sort of normal
- 15:57Speaker 1: is the wrong word. She was hope, but it wasn't
- 15:58Speaker 1: quite a scary Will make that happen? Okay, We're going
- 16:01Speaker 1: to take a quick break and we will be right back.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Welcome back to the Naughty but Nice Show. I'm rob
- 16:07Speaker 1: shoot him with that, dear friend, Mark Lupo loopy, Let's
- 16:09Speaker 1: get to the pole stuff. Oh, last show, we had
- 16:12Speaker 1: an exclusive Amy Pohlar. Amy Polar might be in negotiations
- 16:16Speaker 1: to replace Jimmy Fallon on the tonight show. So insiders
- 16:20Speaker 1: at thirty Rock tell me that they have a problem
- 16:23Speaker 1: with Jimmy. This new report is something that is very
- 16:26Speaker 1: shocking to them. A lot of people knew about this
- 16:29Speaker 1: within the building. Plus, his ratings are not back and
- 16:32Speaker 1: that ultimately is the problem. So we're hearing like Ellen,
- 16:35Speaker 1: he could survive a year or so and then sort
- 16:37Speaker 1: of disappear. Who would replace him? I'm hearing Amy Pohler
- 16:41Speaker 1: after Tina Fey said she didn't really want the job,
- 16:44Speaker 1: Amy Pohler, what do you think should we have Amy
- 16:47Speaker 1: Pohler as the host of the show. Let's have like
- 16:49Speaker 1: eighty two percent said yes, you like that idea, so
- 16:51Speaker 1: do I don't forget to vote on today's pole page
- 16:55Speaker 1: at naughty nice rob at basebook page is naughty, does it?
- 16:58Speaker 1: I'm misuur Shaea tomorrow to hear your results are now
- 17:02Speaker 1: my favorite part of the show and noisiest of the.
- 17:06Speaker 2: Owow today it's Ariana Grande cow. She teared up while
- 17:13Speaker 2: admitting to using a ton of lip injections, saying she
- 17:16Speaker 2: used to make up as a disguise.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Okay, slippop.
- 17:20Speaker 2: Singer was overcome with emotion when she revealed that in
- 17:22Speaker 2: a Vogue Beauty Secrets clip that she no longer feels
- 17:25Speaker 2: the need to use botox and fillers. She said, I've
- 17:28Speaker 2: had a ton of lip filler over the years and botox.
- 17:30Speaker 2: I stopped in twenty eighteen because I just felt it
- 17:33Speaker 2: was too much. I felt like I was hiding. And
- 17:36Speaker 2: she said I used makeup over the years as disguise
- 17:38Speaker 2: or something to hide behind. And she also added that
- 17:41Speaker 2: she used big hairstylers and used big hairstyles in a
- 17:45Speaker 2: similar manner.
- 17:46Speaker 3: So interesting.
- 17:47Speaker 1: When I was on a morning show, somebody in the
- 17:49Speaker 1: cast wore a ton of makeup and it was a
- 17:52Speaker 1: guy and he said that it was his mask. He
- 17:55Speaker 1: said he was just so uncomfortable with the way he looked,
- 17:58Speaker 1: with who he was, who he is, that he used
- 18:01Speaker 1: it as sort of a crutch to get him through
- 18:04Speaker 1: a bad moment or insecurities. And to hear Arianna, somebody
- 18:09Speaker 1: who's so beautiful and so talented, so successful, to realize
- 18:12Speaker 1: that they have vulnerabilities too, was so interesting to me.
- 18:17Speaker 1: I've done this. I've definitely used, whether it be expensive
- 18:21Speaker 1: clothing to make me feel better or gone to get
- 18:23Speaker 1: an expensive haircut because I don't feel very handsome, and
- 18:27Speaker 1: it doesn't really change you that much. And once you
- 18:30Speaker 1: realize that, I think life gets better. It's a really
- 18:33Speaker 1: deep important message here that you are giving us ariana grande.
- 18:38Speaker 1: And also two you're changing the subject on that sloppy Rea.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Win both ways. And now this is the day we
- 18:45Speaker 1: should be the naughty. It's okay, let's do and not
- 18:47Speaker 1: is the day norty, naughty, naughty. Prince William recalls the
- 18:50Speaker 1: terrifying memory of Princess Anne. Princess Anne is my favorite royal.
- 18:55Speaker 1: So William was talking about Anna, and she's no nonsense,
- 18:58Speaker 1: no nonsense at all. He used to go to bell
- 19:00Speaker 1: Moro Castle. When he was little, he used to run
- 19:02Speaker 1: around with his aunt and they used to run around
- 19:04Speaker 1: the castle and he said, most people, or some people
- 19:08Speaker 1: would let the little, the little, the children, the children
- 19:10Speaker 1: win and said, absolutely not. This is a very fit person.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Let's remember she's the first royal to ever compete in
- 19:17Speaker 1: the Olympics, he said, and did not hold back. I
- 19:20Speaker 1: love it. I love it. When you play a board game,
- 19:23Speaker 1: or if you have to play with children over the holidays,
- 19:26Speaker 1: nieces and nephews, do you let them win?
- 19:28Speaker 2: I mean not anymore now that and it has given
- 19:30Speaker 2: me the license to be who I really want to be.
- 19:34Speaker 1: Adam was like, no, I could run faster than can
- 19:36Speaker 1: you imagine if you have, like love, a race from
- 19:38Speaker 1: here to there? And just shut off his little legs, Williams.
- 19:40Speaker 1: The legs could keep up tough. I was like, get
- 19:43Speaker 1: it together. I love it, I love it, I love it.
- 19:45Speaker 1: Not he is the day. Let's end with a moment
- 19:46Speaker 1: of robb. You a rob But I saw a rainbow
- 19:49Speaker 1: yesterday after a horrible thunderstorm, and it made me remember
- 19:53Speaker 1: this great quote from Dolly Partton. If you want the rainbow,
- 19:57Speaker 1: you've got to put up with the rain. Next time
- 20:00Speaker 1: you feel like you are standing in the rain, remember
- 20:04Speaker 1: there might be a rainbow just around the corner. Hey,
- 20:08Speaker 1: that is it for today. Thank you so much for
- 20:10Speaker 1: listening to the Naughty but Nice with Rob and Mark show,

- 20:15Speaker 1: iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts wherever you listen, and leave us
- 20:18Speaker 1: a review if you can, and remember altogether an hour.

- 20:24Speaker 1: be what nice. Take care everybody. It's not even nice
- 20:31Speaker 1: with Ro
