- 0:03No ID is meant for a sane audience. No ID may
- 0:08contain Liberty -oriented content. PINCO discretion
- 0:12is advised. Now, here's No ID with Paul Banducci
- 0:19and Scott Moskowitz. Welcome back to No ID. Despite
- 0:27heavy fecal contamination, we're doing deconstruction
- 0:30of the mainstream in North Idaho on Scott. Hello
- 0:34internet, I'm Paul. It's good to be here. Good
- 0:38to be back. We better uh Well, I guess we better
- 0:42keep get a move on because this might be our
- 0:44last show ever according to Scott It sounds like
- 0:47his house might burn down any minute now fire
- 0:50so Just don't worry Scott hashtag. We're all
- 0:53in this together Put your mask on take your booster.
- 0:56Keep that fire away two weeks to flatten the
- 1:00smoke and we'll be on our way This fire is big
- 1:04and close. I feel like at least three masks is
- 1:07called for. At least three masks. Yep. You know,
- 1:13I was sent a picture, I got to say, before we
- 1:16get in right into this deep rabbit hole that
- 1:18we went down here, that we, I went down. Sir
- 1:21Spook of Spokane and Dame Jen with a G, producers
- 1:26of this program. You all are producers, but they
- 1:29are executive producers and no agenda, homies.
- 1:33Sir Spook of Spokane sent me a photo from, he
- 1:37was out on his pontoon boat, out on the lake,
- 1:40and he sent me a photo of a pontoon boat next
- 1:44to him, and the guy driving the pontoon boat
- 1:46was wearing a surgical mask. No way, seriously.
- 1:51In 2026. It was two days ago. Out on the lake.
- 1:54Two days ago. So I was wondering - Let me guess,
- 1:57this fellow pontooner, this pooner wearing a
- 2:01mask, Did he also tell the spook of Spokane to
- 2:04slow down? This is a no wake zone. Restrictive.
- 2:08It was in Washington, so it sort of tracks. And
- 2:12then I also got another message from executive
- 2:14producer Jack Kramer. This was yesterday. He
- 2:18texted Liberty Lake, Subaru, both double masked,
- 2:24windows down, doodle in tow. to which I then
- 2:28responded to him, dude, sir spook a Spokane and
- 2:30Dame Jem with a G. Here's the picture they sent
- 2:32me. So I got to wondering, is there some mass
- 2:35propaganda going on in media that we're not seeing?
- 2:38Is it back? It's weird. I don't have cables.
- 2:41So I don't know, like unless it hits me on a
- 2:43Facebook ad or a YouTube ad or what? And I guess
- 2:46Netflix ads now, because it wasn't because that
- 2:49we, we pay, we pay for Netflix and they still
- 2:52give us ads. Same thing with. Oh man, I know.
- 2:57It's Mary, when the ads come on, Mary and I just
- 2:59look at each other and I can't help it almost
- 3:01every single time. Like clockwork. I go, do you
- 3:03remember when, when one of the big selling points
- 3:05of, of online streaming was that we, that we
- 3:07didn't have to put up with this shit? Pepperidge
- 3:09farm remembers there's a term for this, the in
- 3:14shitification of the internet, really everything.
- 3:17Perfect. Because speaking of COVID and in shitification,
- 3:21you know what? We're going to postpone the rabbit
- 3:22hole. Let's do this real quick. Idaho has released
- 3:24details. It will kill. Well, you said in shitification
- 3:28and we're talking about masks. So you got to
- 3:30hear. Idaho has released details. This is from
- 3:32NPR. Idaho has released details on how it will
- 3:35kill death row inmates as the firing squad. Well,
- 3:37I'm sorry. That's the wrong one. Hold on this
- 3:39one. Testing wastewater to gauge community health
- 3:52isn't a new idea. Oh it isn't? When did it originate,
- 3:55NPR? It really took off during the COVID -19
- 3:58pandemic. Viral levels of sewage could predict
- 4:01a rise in confirmed infections and associated
- 4:03increases in hospital visits. And as Trey Oppey
- 4:07reports, it's being used to track many different
- 4:09types of disease. We see wastewater is tested
- 4:12twice a week for 16 different viruses, says Amanda
- 4:15Bidwell, scientific program manager for wastewater
- 4:18scan based at Stanford University. We look for
- 4:21respiratory viruses like COVID -19, influenza
- 4:24A and B and RSV. We also look at gastrointestinal
- 4:28pathogens like neurovirus. And lastly, we look
- 4:31at emerging or rare pathogens like measles. West
- 4:35Nile virus, bird flu, and hepatitis A. The process
- 4:39comes at no cost. So you mean to say, you mean
- 4:43to say that they are now on top of everything
- 4:45else in every other way that they're all over
- 4:48us. They are now surveilling our poop? Well,
- 4:51it's not new, Paul. It's not new. It dates way
- 4:54back to the year of our Lord. Way back to six
- 4:57years ago. It's not new, citizen. It's the new
- 5:02normal. Process comes at no cost to the city
- 5:06waste what? Waste water how does that work? Well,
- 5:10let's find out waste water scan is grant funded
- 5:12and oh So it doesn't cost anything but it does
- 5:18Do we know where grants come from? Where do grants
- 5:21come from? Does that mean like $50 bills because
- 5:25it comes from the war general right sky money?
- 5:28Oh, that's right grant grant money. Oh Yeah,
- 5:32no actually just print it out of thin air With
- 5:35grants face on it sky money helicopter money
- 5:38just drops out of the sky Probably federal federal
- 5:41estate grant money and where does that money
- 5:43come from Scott our poop? The money comes from
- 5:49our poop. I don't know NPR talking about what
- 5:52am I talking about? Wait a minute Talking out
- 5:58of my ass. Yeah Oh, process comes at no cost
- 6:03to the city. Wastewater scan is grant funded
- 6:05an academic project. Right now we have funding
- 6:08through the end of twenty twenty six, but we
- 6:10are optimistic about the future of wastewater
- 6:13surveillance and wastewater scan. Oh, they even
- 6:17use the word surveillance. OK, also now there
- 6:19it is. We got the grant money and now the grant
- 6:22money will never shut off. we will always get
- 6:25the grant money or at least we're going to try
- 6:27to always get the grant money because there's
- 6:29no such thing as a temporary government program.
- 6:32And for the record, I'll tell you where that
- 6:35grant money comes from. It's pretty obvious.
- 6:37You know, if you know if it's a state grant,
- 6:39the money came from one of two places, the taxpayer
- 6:42or it came from federal funds because five of
- 6:47the 15 billion plus or minus a couple million
- 6:50of the state budget comes from from the feds.
- 6:53it's federal it's federal funds and where do
- 6:55federal funds come from well some of it comes
- 6:58from also our pockets but a vast majority of
- 7:01it is now just printed out of thin air which
- 7:04is also another kind of tax because it leads
- 7:06to inflation and inflation is a tax by another
- 7:08name so either way it's not free i like your
- 7:13taxes The city of Boise says user traffic to
- 7:17its wastewater testing dashboard online has declined
- 7:20overall as the pandemic continues to move further
- 7:23in the rearview mirror, but visits still spike
- 7:26during cold and flu season. Right now, COVID
- 7:28levels are low across the country, but wastewater
- 7:31data show a significant rise in rotavirus, both
- 7:34in Boise and nationally. So the COVID thing,
- 7:37yeah, yeah. But here's what to be scared about
- 7:39next. So these people who surveil our poop. Would
- 7:44we call them, um, shittentists? Thank you. Thank
- 7:53you. Let's follow up quickly. Speaking of shite
- 7:58science, shut shit and science on the raw milk
- 8:03story, which we were not the only people who
- 8:06notice last week. I sent you some stuff on this.
- 8:08You did. You're going to cover. Yes. Yeah. You,
- 8:11you sent me a post from, uh, Paul Herndon, the,
- 8:15uh, the brother of legislator Scott Herndon.
- 8:17Paul Herndon is soon to be legislator Scott Herndon.
- 8:20Soon to be. When does he take office? Well, he
- 8:24won the he won the Republican primary for Senator.
- 8:28Yeah. So he so he still has to run in the general
- 8:30election up here in November, although odds are
- 8:33they're not great. They're not amazing, but they're
- 8:36pretty good. He should win as the Republican,
- 8:38although enough for Republicans up here are mad
- 8:42that an actual conservative Republican won. that
- 8:45what will probably happen in the general election
- 8:47is that a lot of them will switch back to what
- 8:49they were originally and vote for the Democratic
- 8:51candidate anyways. I guarantee you with Paul
- 8:54Herndon as the Republican candidate up here,
- 8:56the Democrat candidate is going to have a lot
- 8:58more votes than they would on any average year.
- 9:02So stupid me jinxing it. Of course, he won the
- 9:04primary and let's hope he does well in the general.
- 9:06But his brother, Paul, is a is a raw milk dairy
- 9:10farmer. And a post of his came to your attention.
- 9:12And this is you and an accountant. Man that seems
- 9:15like two full -time jobs. I say that I say that
- 9:17because it's relevant He's a bright you like
- 9:19the Perndons the Herndon's are like on a personal
- 9:22level. They're out there like they're okay They're
- 9:25they're bedside manners. Not great. They're both
- 9:27kind of assholes, but they're the kind of assholes
- 9:30I don't mind because they're highly intelligent.
- 9:33They're highly productive people. They are moral
- 9:35They're ethical, you know, they're just their
- 9:37bedside manner sucks. It sounds describing yourself
- 9:40Paul Herndon Haha takes one to no one he's on
- 9:45point today. Oh My kind of asshole my kind of
- 9:49shitentist I said anyways, the reason why I brought
- 9:54that up is because Paul's a Paul is a intelligent
- 9:57fellow He's good with numbers and he's been very
- 9:59successful with his dairy farm Which is incredibly
- 10:02hard on a good day running a dairy farm is very
- 10:05very difficult So so when so when Paul speaks
- 10:08on a topic He tends to have a very good grasp
- 10:12on that topic. So he is a worthwhile source to
- 10:16work with. like us and many others noticed the
- 10:29M5M propaganda that was blanketing everything
- 10:31last week with regard to raw milk. And just again
- 10:33to show to sum up quickly how the mainstream
- 10:36continues to present raw milk. This is from NBC
- 10:40from several years back because they've done
- 10:41they've done many rounds of the raw milk propaganda.
- 10:44Here was one of them. Raw milk. Think of it as
- 10:47raw sewage. It's heavily fecal contaminated.
- 10:51Think about where the cows, their feces are.
- 10:54So every quote report from the mainstream is
- 10:58a version of that with regard to raw milk. Here
- 11:00is Paul's Facebook post from a couple days ago
- 11:04as read by a voice from Eleven Labs. A couple
- 11:06of weeks ago there was a story that propagated
- 11:08all over Idaho that was based on an IDHW press
- 11:12release related to raw milk. claiming 60 cases
- 11:15of campylobacteriosis between two dairies, supposedly
- 11:18in North Idaho, and then in the South. Well,
- 11:22according to the disease outbreak reports from
- 11:24Panhandle Health for May, this seemingly did
- 11:26not happen. Big surprise. IDHW releasing fake
- 11:30news. So not only apparently was the 60 cases
- 11:35into approximately 30 ,000 or more, estimated
- 11:41regular raw milk drinkers in the state be such
- 11:44a tiny percentage as to be irrelevant. Paul is
- 11:47even saying that even that's not even true. It's
- 11:50baloney. Correct. It's a bald faced lie. And
- 11:56either one of two things. They knew it was a
- 11:58lie and they pushed it. Shocker. Or they just
- 12:01didn't do their research. Also shocker. Either,
- 12:04you know, again, nothing would shock us. And
- 12:06also the more you know, just in case you're wondering,
- 12:0960 people out of about thirty three thousand
- 12:11give or take who at least that they know of drink
- 12:14raw sewage equates to point one eight percent
- 12:21point one eight percent of raw sewage drinkers
- 12:24get sick but that's not even true because after
- 12:28calling into the agencies who track that so who
- 12:31actually on the on the ground floor level track
- 12:33that stuff none of the cases none of the cases
- 12:37were linked back to raw milk. But Idaho Health
- 12:41and Welfare pushed the narrative that it was
- 12:44raw milk related. It was not. Officialdom always
- 12:48pushes anti -raw milk propaganda from media to
- 12:51government and other distinctions without differences.
- 12:56Yep. And there was also further down on the thread,
- 12:59only like two comments down, another fellow dairy
- 13:01farmer or somebody who worked in the industry
- 13:02was like, yeah, I called in to the agency's name.
- 13:05They named the agency. I sent you the screenshot.
- 13:07I forgot what the agency was called. But that's
- 13:09why I sent you the screenshot, Scott, so you
- 13:11could have that information available of who
- 13:13they called in. And that agency, its literal
- 13:16job is to track these things when, yeah, yeah,
- 13:18those cases exist. But no, everything we've tested
- 13:21for raw milk does not lead back to these cases.
- 13:25Uh, where does it say which, which is the, cause
- 13:27I'm looking at your screenshots of this screenshots
- 13:29or comments. Oh man. You're going to make me
- 13:32try to go find it on real time. Hold on. Man,
- 13:35project manager of, Oh, the Bureau of communicable
- 13:38disease. Yes. There you go. Okay. The Bureau
- 13:42Bureau of communicable disease. Yeah. An agency
- 13:47I didn't know exists a couple of days ago. Apparently
- 13:49it exists and they do track these things. And
- 13:52they said, what? No, that's not true. Can you
- 13:58imagine explaining to an Idahoan from a hundred
- 14:00years ago about this such a such a Bureau that
- 14:04is the least Idaho thing I have ever heard Could
- 14:09you imagine explaining to an Idaho person a hundred
- 14:11years ago that there are over 139 separate unique
- 14:15distinct agencies state agencies that then have
- 14:19a bunch of other sub agencies and committees
- 14:23and groups beneath them all doing their thing
- 14:27to the tune of billions and billions and billions
- 14:29a year. And then that doesn't count the all the
- 14:32county bureaucracy, the city bureaucracy, all
- 14:36the good stuff. It would be annoying if these
- 14:40were benevolent agencies happen to be malevolent.
- 14:43So let's get into my rabbit hole that I've been
- 14:46promising you for the last hour and a half as
- 14:49we we couldn't even do our pre show subscriber
- 14:53only. But not really conversation before we hit
- 14:56the live button because I took so freaking long
- 14:58editing these clips It all spawned it all started
- 15:01When I pulled this clip from a creme channel
- 15:05two and it's from just a couple of days ago.
- 15:08Take a listen Hey gay couple is recovering after
- 15:10caldwell police say they were attacked on saturday
- 15:12night The two men say they were leaving a restaurant
- 15:15when at least one man shouted homophobic words
- 15:17chased them and beat them up The suspect was
- 15:20later arrested We do want to warn you some of
- 15:23these images may be hard to look at. John Webb
- 15:25with our Boise Sister Station reports tonight.
- 15:28Oh John, I feel so scared that this could happen
- 15:30to me and my partner. And then just seeing my
- 15:34partner's face afterward, Eric Reed had to get
- 15:37six stitches on his lip. His partner Juan Alvera
- 15:40was bruised and cut over the 15 years they've
- 15:44been together. They say they've never experienced
- 15:46anything like this. I literally thought I was
- 15:49going to die man. Like, I thought I was gonna
- 15:51die. And I don't even know how to explain the
- 15:54fear I have right now. Like, we haven't left
- 15:56our house for the last few days. Well, the victims
- 15:59allege they were coming out of Al Capulco here
- 16:01in the back parking lot. And that's when they
- 16:03say the men started yelling at them. The back
- 16:05parking lot? That's when they say the men started
- 16:07yelling at them. They say they also chased them
- 16:09across the parking lot into the intersection
- 16:11right here where the railroad track meets 9th
- 16:14Street. They claim that that's where they were,
- 16:16quote, jumped. Two gay men. going out the back
- 16:20door and through the intersection. I'm pretty
- 16:24sure there was a club right next to Mr. Fister
- 16:27on Castro called the back parking lot. What's
- 16:29going to happen next to the next person? Are
- 16:31they going to kill them? I was going to call
- 16:32it Peerland, but the gay bar down the street
- 16:34already took the name. But I literally felt like
- 16:37they were going to kill us for being gay. And
- 16:40it's just, it's a scary thing to live through,
- 16:42man. It's, I never wish this on anyone. 55 year
- 16:45old Pedro Villarreal. I definitely don't want
- 16:48to be killed for being gay either. was arrested
- 16:51and charged with misdemeanor battery. But police
- 16:54say based on Idaho law, they cannot charge the
- 16:57man with a hate crime. So Idaho specifically
- 17:00doesn't have a code that covers hate crime. Unfortunately,
- 17:04I'm sorry for the background car noise. I tried
- 17:07to kind of use my processing to get rid of it.
- 17:10It's the audio sucks. So I'm going to set up
- 17:12my own. Ask Paul, let me guess this is, this
- 17:16is going to lead. This is kind of be The front
- 17:19banner that they're going to hold, they being
- 17:22the pedos and the elites and the people with
- 17:24the agendas, they're going to carry this banner
- 17:27when the next legislative session starts. And
- 17:29I guarantee you, what are they going to bring
- 17:31up? Hate crime laws. They're going to push for
- 17:36hate crime laws. Unfortunately, it covers crimes
- 17:41that involve national origin, things of that
- 17:44nature. But unfortunately, sexual orientation
- 17:46is not one of those that is actually covered
- 17:48under the ad host statute. Lieutenant Peterson
- 17:50says it's difficult when the law ties their hands.
- 17:53It's frustrating. We're here to serve the citizens.
- 17:56It's a real bummer when the law doesn't allow
- 17:58us to do even worse things to people and control
- 18:03even more aspects of your life. Because you know
- 18:05what's more important than justice? Performative
- 18:09justice. Because it's intent and reason that
- 18:13matters more than the act itself, of course.
- 18:17So if you steal from somebody, It's totally less
- 18:21of a crime if you steal from somebody to then
- 18:23give that money to homeless people than it would
- 18:25be if you just pocketed it, because that matters.
- 18:29Robin Hood, man. He's just stealing from the
- 18:32rich. If only we could prosecute you based on
- 18:36intent and what we perceive as your motive, then
- 18:40life would be so much better. It's frustrating.
- 18:44We're here to serve the citizens of Idaho and
- 18:46unfortunately when we're unable to... given the
- 18:49justice that th need under the application frustrating.
- 18:54Alvera and Re and want to see people co that
- 19:01away and remember th in the end. All of us bleed
- 19:06Americans. John Webb, Idaha How did the mainstream
- 19:14m And then when the gay couple says, yeah, we're
- 19:19conservative, mine's just exploding right now
- 19:22because I thought gay, like the far, the lefties
- 19:26spoke for all the gays. Remember every time,
- 19:28every time they bring up anything else, it's
- 19:32somebody speaking for all the gays. The LGBTQ
- 19:34plus community. In fact, it's not just the right.
- 19:40That's right. The community, the community. Does
- 19:44the name Matthew Shepard ring a bell to you?
- 19:48Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Very familiar. Well, I'm
- 19:51not like intimately familiar with that case,
- 19:53but I'm familiar enough to be dangerous. Yeah,
- 19:56it was in the mid early 90s and it sparked a
- 19:58big a big debate about gay rights, homosexual
- 20:03rights and discrimination and all that kind of
- 20:05stuff. And a number of laws were passed, I think,
- 20:07even at the federal level about that kind of
- 20:09stuff. And the narrative pushed by the mainstream
- 20:13super hardcore was that a teenage older teenager
- 20:17or younger 20 something guy got, you know, taken
- 20:20out into the countryside of Wyoming, you know,
- 20:23tied, tied to a barbed wire fence and brutally
- 20:27beaten by like two or three straight dudes for
- 20:30the crime of being gay. When really what actually
- 20:33happened was the gay guy was a scumbag, just
- 20:36like everybody involved. They were all ne 'er
- 20:37do wells and scumbags. And it was a drug deal
- 20:40gone bad. It was, it was around drugs and people
- 20:43accusing other people of owing them money, owing
- 20:46them drugs. Uh, and then ultimately it was a
- 20:49couple of guys taking this dude out and essentially
- 20:51in their minds, even in the score, but the victim
- 20:53happened to be gay. So they pushed the narrative
- 20:56of hate crime and, uh, all that that entailed.
- 21:00And then, yeah, that was a big thing. Okay. Well,
- 21:04screw my rabbit hole. I had all this audio, but
- 21:05I guess I don't need it. You, you remember more
- 21:07than more than just a little bell. All right.
- 21:12Let's I have taken down the mighty Scott. Well,
- 21:17I'm sorry Scott's feeling this way right now
- 21:19Well, thanks for tuning in to no ID well good
- 21:27the good news is is you have time now to Evacuate
- 21:31and escape that fire Scott. So you're welcome.
- 21:34I just did you a favor. Yeah pack up the artwork
- 21:37You have lots of time to pack extra masks. I
- 21:43have a few different clips to illustrate Sort
- 21:47of what I'm trying to present here I did not,
- 21:50I was only really familiar with the sort of mainstream
- 21:55narrative of it until about 2013 when an author
- 22:00named Steven Jimenez wrote a book called, it's
- 22:05called The Book of Matt and he was a, well hold
- 22:09on, summarize who the author Steven Jimenez was
- 22:14when he was looking into Matthew Shepard. Stephen
- 22:19Jimenez is a journalist and author who became
- 22:21widely known for his investigative work on the
- 22:23murder of Matthew Shepard. His book, The Book
- 22:25of Matt, challenged the prevailing narrative
- 22:27that Shepard's death was solely a homophobic
- 22:29hate crime. Instead, Jimenez argued that drug
- 22:32-related motives were a significant factor and
- 22:35that other complexities of Shepard's social life
- 22:36were being overlooked. Jimenez faced consi -
- 22:39Yeah, yeah, but what was he, though? Like, was
- 22:42he working for 2020? Yes, Stephen Jimenez was
- 22:46working on his investigation around the Matthew
- 22:48Shepard case in the 2010s Jim, but he really
- 22:51gained broader media attention around 2013 with
- 22:53his book the book of Matt Yeah, but this is so
- 22:56fucking worthless Chauncey everyone. I just again
- 22:59I had all of you out there who thought he should
- 23:01replace me. We're not there yet He was a rich.
- 23:04Yeah, he didn't set it. He for one. He's gay
- 23:07Stephen Jimenez Yes, that's what you were getting
- 23:10at one of the two things you were getting at
- 23:11Yes, and for some reason people think that that
- 23:13is important But I guess people think that it
- 23:16is. Well, it's only important when it's important,
- 23:19don't you know? It only matters when it suits
- 23:21your agenda. Exactly. So my understanding is
- 23:25that he was working for ABC, was a mainstream
- 23:28journalist, and he just sort of got caught up.
- 23:32The more he dug, the more he was like, wait a
- 23:34minute. The narrative is baloney. There was obviously
- 23:37way more that was going on here. And the more
- 23:39he went and started talking to witnesses and
- 23:41people who knew and people who were around that
- 23:43scene in Wyoming, in Laramie during that time,
- 23:46people were like, oh yeah, everybody knows that.
- 23:48Nobody thinks that this was a gay hate crime.
- 23:51Okay, so here, let's get to this audio. And the
- 23:53first one is - Yeah, and when Jimenez started
- 23:54out on this, he started out to prove the mainstream
- 23:58narrative because he was buying it. Correct.
- 24:01So he had an agenda as a gay man. and then the
- 24:04more he dug the more he went oh and back back
- 24:07in 2013 there still was a such thing as at least
- 24:09a somewhat genuine journalist uh i don't think
- 24:12those exist anymore but you know so he he wrote
- 24:16about it here is an nbc news clip from 2018 for
- 24:2221 years matthew shepard worshipped in an episcopal
- 24:25church today the full pews and pageantry at the
- 24:28national cathedral were all for him Shepard was
- 24:32brutally attacked in 1998, tied to a fence and
- 24:35left to die, targeted because he was gay. Back
- 24:39then, his family quietly took his ashes home,
- 24:42fearing any burial ground in Wyoming might be
- 24:44vandalized. But when the National Cathedral offered
- 24:48recently to inter his ashes, his parents say
- 24:51it felt right. Matt loved the church so much.
- 24:55Is it hard? Yes, it is. He's moving away. This
- 25:04is from must be just awesome for his parents
- 25:07who have capitalized on this tragedy and turn
- 25:09it into something that's not. I'm sure I'm I
- 25:15can't help but point that out. It's pretty gross.
- 25:19Here is a clip from KCRA 3. It's the local news
- 25:23out of Modesto Stockton, Sacramento. This clip
- 25:25is from 2015. had to include that. A lot of people
- 25:32talk about this, Kelly, and in the midst of the
- 25:34national debate over religious freedom laws and
- 25:36gay rights, the parents of Matthew Shepard took
- 25:38their message to Sacramento today. He was murdered
- 25:41in an anti -gay hate crime in Wyoming 17 years
- 25:45ago. Case Area 3's Claire Duan spoke with them
- 25:47about what they're still fighting to change.
- 25:50Dennis and Judy Shepard say closure is just an
- 25:54imaginary concept. You always had that hole in
- 25:56your heart. The mother's day cards, the father's
- 26:00day cards, the birthday cards. Their son Matthew
- 26:02Shepard was robbed, beaten, tied to a fence,
- 26:05and left to die. The anti -gay hate crime became
- 26:08a rally crime for activists. In a drug deal.
- 26:10There's no such thing as gay rights. People use
- 26:13that as a buzzword, as a flash word. It's equal
- 26:16rights. So they've been pushing for social acceptance
- 26:19of and civil rights protections for the LGBT
- 26:22community. We get letters from folks... Boy,
- 26:24they didn't age well, did they? ...the parents
- 26:26that they wish their own parents. could be, which
- 26:28is gratifying that they trust us, but heartbreaking
- 26:30that their own parents aren't there for them.
- 26:32Their efforts led to the Shepherd Bird Hate Crimes
- 26:34Prevention Act five years ago. U .S. Attorney
- 26:37Ben Wagner. It was the first time in history
- 26:41that a federal criminal statute was passed specifically
- 26:45protecting... the rights of people based on sexual
- 26:49orientation and gender identity and gender. Because
- 26:52nothing says equality like setting up protected
- 26:55classes of people. All of us are equal, but some
- 27:00of us are more equal than others. But the Shepherds
- 27:05say in light of the controversy in Indiana, there
- 27:08is still a long way to go. Well, we are progressing,
- 27:11but... Indiana? We thought we were progressing
- 27:13with the Civil Rights Act when it was enacted
- 27:15too. And 50 years later, you still have racial
- 27:18problems. Isn't that funny? It's like a tacit
- 27:21admission from Shepherd's dad that like, legislation
- 27:25doesn't actually fix what the people proclaiming
- 27:28it will fix. It doesn't actually do that. But
- 27:32here I am. Here I am growing the state and surveillance
- 27:36and legislation anyway. It's like the most ridiculous
- 27:39thing. And patting himself on the back. For what,
- 27:42quote, we did back in the 60s for the civil rights
- 27:45movement. Do you see what he's doing there? Like,
- 27:49we were heroes back then, but also it didn't
- 27:51work. But it didn't work. Well, we are progressing.
- 27:54But it didn't. We also, by the way, anyone who
- 27:56disagrees with us is regressive, because what
- 27:59we're doing is progressive. We are progressing.
- 28:01We are progressing. We thought we were progressing.
- 28:03It's not gay rights, Scott. It's equal rights,
- 28:06unless you're gay and then you get different
- 28:08rights. We thought we were progressing with the
- 28:11Civil Rights Act when it was enacted too and
- 28:1350 years later You still have racial problems
- 28:16and they believe certain challenges stand in
- 28:18the way I think organized religion is really
- 28:20it's a roadblock that somehow the interpretation
- 28:23they wait Didn't this clip start with organized
- 28:26religion? They were in church. That was a different
- 28:29clip with an Episcopal church that way. It's
- 28:31that was NBC News and Now, this is from a few
- 28:34years earlier from a different station, but that
- 28:36is this lady. That's the voice of Matthew Shepard's
- 28:39mother. So that's what I'm saying. Yeah. Well,
- 28:43but you don't understand, man. It's just all
- 28:45about how people interpret that biblical verse
- 28:48that says we are so grateful to this church that
- 28:51represents organized religion for lionizing and
- 28:55turning our son and lionizing our son and turning
- 28:58him into a martyr and entering his ashes here
- 29:00at this church. the symbol of organized religion.
- 29:04But you know what the problem here is? Organized
- 29:06religion. I think organized religion is really
- 29:08it's a roadblock that somehow the interpretation
- 29:11they have of the Bible which is completely different
- 29:13than mine and many many many many many many many
- 29:16others says that being gay is somehow offensive
- 29:20to God's eyes. I don't believe that. While they
- 29:22will never get closure for Matt's death, they
- 29:25believe fighting for equal rights is the best
- 29:27way to celebrate his memory. He had great hugs.
- 29:30hugged with his whole body he was a hugger in
- 29:33sacramento clare my gay son hugged with his whole
- 29:35body very emotional story while the crest theater
- 29:39will show a documentary about matthew shepard
- 29:41in a couple of weeks i'm sure that documentary
- 29:44was full of factual information and really was
- 29:46illuminating with regard to who matthew shepard
- 29:48was finally here and i'm gonna i'll tie it into
- 29:52the clip we heard at the beginning about the
- 29:54uh gay couple that was beaten within an inch
- 29:56of their lives in idaho on saturday night and
- 29:59they had a swollen lip or something. Here is
- 30:03a little bit longer, so stick with it. This is
- 30:05from The Redacted Show, and it's hosted by a
- 30:09former Fox News. The show is called Redacted?
- 30:11Redacted, yeah. And a similar vibe to us, sort
- 30:14of questioning mainstream narratives. It's like
- 30:16a former Fox News host. It doesn't even matter.
- 30:17Not as cool as us. Certainly not, man. They cover
- 30:21the world, and we just cover Idaho, so obviously
- 30:24we're way cooler. The hate crime laws being used
- 30:27in Boulder today trace back to a very specific
- 30:30case, the killing of Matthew Shepard in 1998.
- 30:34But what if we were not told the truth? about
- 30:37this case, and in fact, we were not. Now, this
- 30:39story relates not only to Gay Pride Month, which
- 30:42just kicked off a few days ago, but - Isn't it
- 30:44interesting? This is running during Gay Pride
- 30:46Month, the Idaho gay couple that was mercilessly
- 30:49beaten outside of Acapulco. A few days ago, but
- 30:52also to the hate crime - That's not intentional
- 30:53at all. The only thing missing from that hate
- 30:56crime was somebody wearing a red hat saying,
- 30:59this is Trump America. This is Trump country.
- 31:02Trump country. And you know, it'll just be awesome
- 31:05if in like two weeks it turns out that, you know,
- 31:08these gays paid some other gays to pretend to
- 31:11beat them up and be like, okay, now you got to
- 31:13hit me, but not too hard, but you got to hit
- 31:15me in the face so they could see it. Give me,
- 31:17I want six stitches, not 12, six. It's perfect.
- 31:22They learned from the Juicy Smollett. a thing
- 31:25because it was like, it was what I'm referring
- 31:28to. Yeah. Yeah. It was, but it was 157 below
- 31:30at three o 'clock in the morning in Chicago,
- 31:32you know? So they were like, well, we have to
- 31:34make it a little more plausible this time, you
- 31:36know? So how about just like a Saturday? My favorite
- 31:37part is that in that, in that particular case,
- 31:40the guy paid illegal immigrants to do it like
- 31:43four, he paid foreigners to do the dirty deed
- 31:47and pretend to rob him and beat him up. And then
- 31:49they got it. And then they botched it. And then
- 31:51they got found out. And then it turns out that
- 31:53the whole thing was a hoax. Ah, good times. I
- 31:57mean, come on. Like, come on. It's June, it's
- 32:02gay pride month. It's outside Boise, the Treasure
- 32:06Valley. Come on. Hey, you two gay guys. I'm not
- 32:10saying it's a lie. In 2026, you want to tell
- 32:13me that all of a sudden outside of Boise, the
- 32:17people of Caldwell had decided, we've had enough
- 32:20of these fags. We're going to teach them a lesson.
- 32:24And just out of the blue after 15 years of no
- 32:29issues at all, that night in Pride Month was
- 32:34the night. Today's the day! And it's like, well,
- 32:38you know, you two assholes, man, these these
- 32:40poor guys were just beat up outside of a restaurant.
- 32:42Like, why do you like neither one of us know
- 32:44what the hell happened here. We just know that
- 32:47the mainstream is full of crap and always has
- 32:49ulterior motives for how and why they present
- 32:52the things that they present. So did these two
- 32:55guys? get beaten around the block for a drill.
- 32:58I don't know, maybe like I'm not saying they're
- 33:00liars necessarily. I'm saying the mainstream
- 33:02is liars. And this is why I'm presenting another
- 33:05time that this was done in an extremely back
- 33:08during the this was like the tail end of the
- 33:10mono culture. where everybody was reading the
- 33:13same things and watching the same things. And
- 33:16yeah, like Matthew Shepard was a freaking household
- 33:18name for many, many, many years and a lot of
- 33:22legislation and like surveillance state and civil
- 33:26rights programs, which are now being used as
- 33:28the basis for why the guy with the the five o
- 33:31'clock shadow guy in the dress should be able
- 33:33to do the helicopter in the men in the women's
- 33:35restroom. It's all emanating from shit that emanated
- 33:38from Matthew Shepard's story. Which was which
- 33:41the whole the whole premise of which was false
- 33:43and they turn them into a martyr Exactly, and
- 33:45they turned him into a hero They turned him into
- 33:47the poster child for quote -unquote gay slash
- 33:49equal rights. It's wild stuff back to the Idaho
- 33:52case though how much you want to bet that those
- 33:54homos just hustled somebody in a game of pool
- 33:57and You know is like if somebody you know They
- 34:01hustled somebody and then they got chased out
- 34:03the way and and you know in the process of getting
- 34:06their shit kicked in their shit pushed in, you
- 34:09know, it was like slurs were said because yeah,
- 34:12you know, if I'm beating up a guy and I'm pissed
- 34:13off and be like, take that fag hustle me a pool,
- 34:16pow, pow. And then the night later it was like,
- 34:18it was a hate crime. I was like, well, I mean,
- 34:20isn't every crime a hate crime when it's personal
- 34:23like that? It's like, you don't go out of your
- 34:25way to pound on somebody if you'd like them.
- 34:27He took the pool cue and did that thing where
- 34:30he motioned it toward his mouth and then stuck
- 34:32his tongue in his cheek and made it look like
- 34:34the cue was pushing out the other side. Hey guys,
- 34:38you want to see a magic trick? And the pool cue
- 34:39disappeared. OK, I want to present the rest of
- 34:44this redacted clip because. It goes into a little
- 34:46more detail about what was going on and who Matthew
- 34:50Shepard truly was. So you summed it up, but I
- 34:52want to do it in a little bit more detail because
- 34:54I I rabbit hold it. So I don't know. Fast forward
- 34:56if you don't want to hear it. Yeah, it is. You
- 34:59know what? You have a fast forward button on
- 35:01your device. Go right ahead if you really don't
- 35:02want to hear it. But also to the hate crime laws
- 35:05that are being used to prosecute the fire bomber
- 35:08in Boulder, Colorado, crazed attacker, gay pride
- 35:12flag in the background. So here we go. How do
- 35:14these two things? come together it is uncomfortable
- 35:16it's a story about how grief was weaponized well
- 35:20intended grief a myth became law and now that
- 35:23law is giving the government the right to punish
- 35:26thought labeling something a hate crime may feel
- 35:29satisfying but it is dangerous because our legal
- 35:32system is supposed to guarantee equal justice
- 35:35under the law adding extra punishment based on
- 35:38intent or emotion, risks undermining that very
- 35:43principle. It opens the door to thought policing,
- 35:46punishing people more harshly, not just for what
- 35:48they did, but what we think motivated that. And
- 35:51can you see how then our own rights will be eroded
- 35:54under this? So it's in three parts. I thought
- 35:56this was America. I'm sorry. I thought this was
- 36:00America. Ironically, Ironically, hate crime laws
- 36:06gained momentum under the Clinton administration
- 36:09following the 1998 death of Matthew Shepard.
- 36:12The media story was based on so many lies it's
- 36:14hard to count. We were manipulated not only into
- 36:18the gay pride movement, but also to sign off
- 36:21on the very notion of hate crimes. The Clinton
- 36:24administration jumped right into the Shepard
- 36:27case before an investigation had taken place.
- 36:30President Clinton even called the hospital and
- 36:32gave a national speech about bigotry. 10 years
- 36:35later, we got this president. Yeah, the moral
- 36:38crusader, Bill Clinton. Can you imagine? Especially
- 36:41looking back, like it's like unbelievable. OK,
- 36:45you know what? Commentary not needed. Never mind.
- 36:47Ten years later, we got this. President Obama
- 36:50signed the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr.
- 36:52Hate Crimes Prevention Act. It added new protections
- 36:56from hate crimes for sexual orientation, gender
- 36:59identity, gender and disability. It removed federally
- 37:03protected activity requirements. So previously,
- 37:06a hate crime had to occur during specific federal
- 37:09activity like voting or attending school. Now
- 37:12the new law removed that restriction. So the
- 37:15federal The government can prosecute hate crimes
- 37:17even if the victim was not engaged in such activity.
- 37:20So as you can imagine, this new power allowed
- 37:23the government to prosecute thought, to track
- 37:26ideologies, to expand its own power based on
- 37:30intention. Exactly. So the implication here and
- 37:35what it has become is that, for example, if you
- 37:40mug somebody and they're gay, now instead of
- 37:43a mugging, it's a hate crime. even if you didn't
- 37:46even know, even if you had no clue they were
- 37:48gay when you took their wallet, now it can be
- 37:50prosecuted as a hate crime and for worse penalty
- 37:54than you would get if it was just a mugging.
- 37:56Because in the world we live in, it's more heinous
- 38:01to commit a hate crime against a protected class
- 38:03than it is to just commit a regular crime against
- 38:05anybody. But it's like, it's retarded on its
- 38:10face because whoever you mugged is a something.
- 38:14They mugged you, you're an Italian American.
- 38:16They mugged me, I'm a Jew. They mugged my wife,
- 38:19she's a woman. Everybody is a something. Yeah.
- 38:23No, I mean, you said it. You hit the head on
- 38:26the nail when you said it's retarded on its face.
- 38:28And it's because most people have the IQ of a
- 38:32cold bowl of soup. And so do almost all of the
- 38:36glorious leader, leader, leaders that they elect.
- 38:38Even worse. It's like watching a bunch of retards
- 38:42trying to fuck a doorknob out there. Here in
- 38:46part three is some of the details of what really
- 38:49was behind the whole Matthew Shepard was tied
- 38:51to a fence post on account of he's gay Now the
- 38:54public was sold this story of Matthew Shepard's
- 38:56death as an innocent man Who was beaten to death
- 38:59for making a pass at a straight man, but in -depth
- 39:02reporting tells a very different story Drugs
- 39:06The amazing reporting of Steven Jimenez shows
- 39:10that the public was told a lie not only to expand
- 39:13government powers, but to sell the gay rights
- 39:15movement and lie to gay Americans about the true
- 39:18danger that Matthew Shepard was involved in that
- 39:21got him killed, which was drugs and prostitution,
- 39:24not... hitting on straight people. Jimenez himself
- 39:27is a gay man. He knew right away that he was
- 39:30being manipulated by this story. He spent months
- 39:33in Laramie, Wyoming, talking to people who had
- 39:35first -hand accounts. And no one that he talked
- 39:39to immediately thought this was a hate crime,
- 39:42not even the murder prosecutors. Why is that?
- 39:44Because many credible witnesses told Jimenez
- 39:48that Matthew Shepard and his killer, Aaron McKinney,
- 39:51had a long and storied sexual relationship and
- 39:54that they sold drugs together across state lines.
- 39:56It's almost like the people who are closest to
- 39:59the thing that happened know the most about the
- 40:03thing that happened. Whoa. I mean, like, tell
- 40:07me about how mind blowing that is, huh? Wow.
- 40:12Wow. Jimenez shows how Shepard had been engaging
- 40:15in very dangerous activity prior to his death,
- 40:17including drugs and prostitution, possibly motivated
- 40:21by the fact that his autopsy showed he was HIV
- 40:24positive, which may be why he was so reckless.
- 40:27Now, just a few months before his death, he had
- 40:29his jaw wired shut because he reportedly made
- 40:31a very aggressive pass at a straight man who
- 40:34punched him. Jimenez reports that Shepard tried
- 40:37to report this punch as - That's self -defense.
- 40:40Well, and it sounds like he was probably she
- 40:43was probably jacked on freaking crank and who
- 40:46the hell knows what he was really doing But he
- 40:48just he sounds like he was methed out whatever
- 40:50it is a very aggressive fill -in -the -blank
- 40:52whatever it was Tried to report this punch as
- 40:55a rape, but when baby you got copper in your
- 40:58pocket cuz I'm tweaking all over you Copper in
- 41:03your pocket. Let me write that down as a gay
- 41:05meth head joke. Come on. That was pretty good
- 41:07Oh, I'm writing it down as a show title Copper
- 41:10in your pocket. You know, he'd he knows the going
- 41:13rate of copper That's something only the very
- 41:16wealthy or the the very poor would have in common
- 41:18Jimenez reports that Shepard tried to report
- 41:20this punch and I have to give it I have to give
- 41:22Adam Carolla credit That's a part of his bit
- 41:24rich man poor man that the very wealthy and the
- 41:27very poor have in common the middle -class stone
- 41:29There's a million examples. It's his part of
- 41:31his bit like um, where's Jerry? He's in his trailer
- 41:35You know, if you say he's in his trailer, that's
- 41:38something the very poor and the very rich would,
- 41:39okay. Anyway, it's not my, it's not my bad. No,
- 41:42I like it. That's good. I wish I could take credit
- 41:43and there's a million of them. Jimenez reports
- 41:45that shepherd tried to report this punch as a
- 41:48rape, but when he was examined at the hospital,
- 41:51the physician found no evidence of rape and shepherd
- 41:54himself dropped the account. Also you make a
- 41:56pass at somebody, they punch you and then you
- 41:59report the punches. Also, Shepard had previously
- 42:03been arrested as a sexual predator, according
- 42:06to Jimenez. Jimenez found that Shepard had been
- 42:09arrested for molesting eight -year -old boys,
- 42:12had received counseling, and been hospitalized
- 42:14for suicide. As a result of that, the prosecution
- 42:18in his murder trial moved to suppress this from
- 42:21the record during the trial in 1999. Okay, so
- 42:27there's a little more illustration of who Matthew
- 42:29Shepard is. Would you like to know more? Yes,
- 42:31I would like to know more. Okay, a little bit
- 42:34more on this here is part four. But it matters
- 42:37because gay men were never told the truth. Drugs
- 42:40and prostitution and HIV is what led Matthew
- 42:45Shepard into dangerous behaviors and into a dangerous
- 42:47situation, not hitting on the wrong straight
- 42:50man. It matters because our grief was manipulated.
- 42:54We were sold a sad story that left out these
- 42:57important details such as the award -winning
- 43:00play, The Laramie Project, the song The Scarecrow
- 43:03by Melissa Etheridge, which is a song about intolerance,
- 43:06which was not Matthew Shepard's story. This NBC
- 43:09made for TV movie, the Matthew Shepard story.
- 43:12Not one of them told us the truth until this
- 43:16brave gay men saw right through it, Stephen Jimenez,
- 43:19and decided to investigate. And what happens
- 43:22then when we don't catch the government and the
- 43:25media in these lies? Obviously, we get expanded
- 43:29government power like the Matthew Shepard hate
- 43:31crime bill. So he's unfortunately 15 years. later.
- 43:36And in the meantime, and especially in 1998,
- 43:401999, and 2000, we were blanketed from every
- 43:44corner and the highest levels of officialdom
- 43:47with the bullcrap narrative. And it was used
- 43:50for all of the purposes that the BS narratives
- 43:53are always used for. And you'd still going on
- 43:56now and you just heard it at the top here with
- 43:59the two days ago clip from creme channel two
- 44:03out of Spokane. If only we had given them two
- 44:08weeks to flatten the gay meth head curve. If
- 44:12only that dude who was HIV positive had just
- 44:14double, triple masked up and gotten his eighth
- 44:17booster, then none of this would have been an
- 44:20issue. Gay hate crimes are the new normal, sir.
- 44:25And don't you ever question that narrative. Basically
- 44:31when you push this hate crime legislation it
- 44:33employs like another a few thousand more government
- 44:35workers, right? Basically like DEI projects and
- 44:38all of these other things to like identify. We
- 44:40need a whole department. The hate crime department.
- 44:43The Bureau of Hate Crimes. The Bureau of Hate.
- 44:48I could get behind that one. Bureau of Hate.
- 44:52I think I'm changing my tune. I'm Pro Bureau
- 44:55of Hate and I wish to be its head director. I'll
- 45:00apply for that job. I will, I will draw a government
- 45:03salary to work at the Bureau of Hate, but it's
- 45:06not going to do what most people think it's going
- 45:07to do. You see how it takes so much longer to
- 45:14go through the deconstruction of why something
- 45:18like, why that would be questioned, you know,
- 45:21where it's like, well, how dare you? What the
- 45:23hell's wrong with you? These poor guys were just,
- 45:25all they were trying to do is enjoy a, well,
- 45:28a burrito, funnily enough, but a burrito at a
- 45:31Mexican restaurant and they just were they were
- 45:34assaulted. And I mean, what's wrong with you?
- 45:35Well, because there's probably a lot more to
- 45:39why this is being presented. Why is it being
- 45:40presented? Yeah, we we've all been quick and
- 45:43easy. We've all we've all been yesterday was
- 45:46our we've all been involved in scuffles in our
- 45:48lives at very you live long enough and there's
- 45:50been a scuffle you get one too many freaking
- 45:52PBRs at a dive bar and someone was whatever shoving,
- 45:56you know, fight or this or that. You live long
- 45:58enough, you had maybe one or two of those experiences
- 46:00or more depending on the type of person you are.
- 46:03Why is KREM Channel 2 or Idaho's New Six, why
- 46:06are they reporting this? Oh, we know. We know.
- 46:12But to your point, lies are easy. The truth is
- 46:14hard. It's much easier to lie with a soundbite.
- 46:19And it's much harder to explain the truth in
- 46:21a paragraph. But that is typically what the two
- 46:24of them require. Lies are easy. They're soundbite
- 46:26form. The truth takes a lot more to break down
- 46:29and explain. And oftentimes, and especially When
- 46:33we're talking principles of freedom and free
- 46:35market stuff and whatnot the truth and is often
- 46:40times counterintuitive to the modern Thinking
- 46:44process the way most people process information
- 46:47and that's of course, you know product of a hundred
- 46:50years of Institutionalized education in the state
- 46:53controlling education and indoctrination But
- 46:58yeah, it's things that are true tend to be a
- 47:02little harder to explain, and a little more counterintuitive.
- 47:05Whereas the things that are easy, they sound
- 47:07good and it's like, oh yeah, government is good.
- 47:11Soundbite, intuitive, boom, easy. There you go.
- 47:15Or, you know, hate, it's a hate crime. Well,
- 47:19I guess that's that. But there's so much more
- 47:21beneath it. But it takes time, it takes energy.
- 47:25Truly, it takes the desire to actually want to
- 47:28know the truth, to care about the truth. and
- 47:30most people don't have that desire. They just
- 47:34don't. Yes, they would rather just drive around
- 47:37Idaho listening to NPR and hearing clips like
- 47:41this. Even as anti -LGBTQ legislation continues
- 47:45to try and curb lifestyles, Canyon County Pride
- 47:48brought the Treasure Valley bright colors, smiles,
- 47:50and a whole lot of fun this past weekend. I'm
- 47:54sure they did. Yeah, and that's what is that
- 47:55eight seconds long and how even as us KKK far
- 48:00-right haters are attempting to to ruin people's
- 48:03lifestyles All of the good people had fun HL
- 48:12Menken one of my favorites and said the fact
- 48:15is that the average man's love of liberty is
- 48:18nine -tenths imaginary Much like his love of
- 48:21and sense of justice and truth Liberty is not
- 48:24a thing for the great masses of men. It is the
- 48:27exclusive possession of a small and disreputable
- 48:29minority like knowledge, courage, and honor.
- 48:33It takes a special sort of man to understand
- 48:36and enjoy liberty and he is usually an outlaw
- 48:38in democratic societies. So the reason why I
- 48:41bring this up is because you can easily slot
- 48:43in also the truth or breaking down the mainstream
- 48:46narrative that slots in here because 90 % of
- 48:48people who claim to care about the truth really
- 48:51don't. they're not interested in putting in the
- 48:54work because it takes work. It takes a lot of
- 48:56effort to find the truth and it takes the ability
- 48:59to wrestle with that which directly contradicts
- 49:03your worldview at times or contradicts what you
- 49:06think you know or forces you to change your position
- 49:08or your narrative. If you are moored to principles
- 49:13that are immutable and do not change, such as
- 49:16for us, the principles of self -ownership and
- 49:20liberty and free markets and things like that.
- 49:22Well, as the data comes through or as the true
- 49:25story comes through, you have to shift your worldview
- 49:29at times in order to either match your principles
- 49:32or you can abandon them, I suppose. But then
- 49:34that becomes preference, not principle. And that's
- 49:38hard. Most people, they aren't interested in
- 49:40it. They aren't capable of it. It's uncomfortable.
- 49:45So to the overarching point, Why is the truth
- 49:50so elusive? Why is it so hard to get out there?
- 49:54Because even now, if you were to ask most people
- 49:56about the Matt Shepard thing, they would tell
- 49:58you, oh yeah, hate crime. They don't know any
- 50:01better. And they don't care to know any better.
- 50:06It's also very uncomfortable to confront the
- 50:09premise that officialdom is so malevolent. like
- 50:14that oh my god everything we were told was bull
- 50:16crap a lot of the people that pushed what they
- 50:19pushed was they knew it was the story was bs
- 50:22and they were just using it as a cudgel to ram
- 50:24through the bubble that's a really disconcerting
- 50:27premise well not only that but it's a foundation
- 50:30shaking thing yes like if you if you have a a
- 50:35foundation that is built upon trusting those
- 50:38in authority if you believe in the system If
- 50:40you believe our glorious leader, leader, leaders
- 50:42who run the system are to be trusted or are worthwhile
- 50:46or, you know, if you have any sort of stock in
- 50:49the system, then anything that can shake that
- 50:53belief is anathema. You want to insulate yourself
- 50:56from it. And that's how people behave. So it's,
- 51:00you know, you run into the same stuff. A really
- 51:02good example that I come across often in the
- 51:05more conservative circles. is with cops and the
- 51:08military. There are a lot of former police officers
- 51:11and tons and tons and tons of former military
- 51:14and a lot of them who cross both orbits, who
- 51:17really drink the blue Kool -Aid and drink the
- 51:20army green BDU colored Kool -Aid. And it is a
- 51:24part of their identity. And so when you start
- 51:27at me as a myself as a libertarian, as an anarchist,
- 51:30and I start breaking some of the concepts down
- 51:32because these people will be like, yeah, you
- 51:34know, fuck the government. I'm for freedom. And
- 51:35I'm like, are you know, let's, you know, let's
- 51:38ride this logic train to its inevitable conclusion.
- 51:41And if you believe in these institutions that
- 51:45quite frankly are the ones most responsible for
- 51:47putting the jackboot on the neck of other people,
- 51:49but you claim to be for freedom. Well, let's
- 51:53let's unpack this and the walls go up. And they
- 51:56get very upset and defensive because it is a
- 51:59core foundational belief system. It is a part
- 52:03of who they are. It is their identity. And that
- 52:06is really tough to grapple with. Last little
- 52:11part of this before mid show. And of course,
- 52:13Bill Clinton and the Janet Reno and all of them
- 52:16rallied around, rallied around this idea. Yeah,
- 52:19songs were written about it. You could hear and
- 52:21talk about it when I lived in the state of Montana.
- 52:23Tell me you're in a cult without telling me you're
- 52:24in a cult. Yeah, they rallied around the guy
- 52:28with the acoustic guitar and that guy's name
- 52:29was Bill Clinton So I think a lot of people have
- 52:31been duped into this story over the years and
- 52:33the person who ran them the Matthew Shepard Charity
- 52:36was a Clinton lawyer a former Clinton lawyer
- 52:39Like money was raised on this our grief was weaponized.
- 52:43We meant well, right? Yeah, we didn't know I
- 52:46lied to us in order to expand government powers.
- 52:48I'm mad as shit I mean why why is outrage? so
- 52:54easy to push Money. It makes me think of earlier
- 53:01in one of the clips when Matt Shepard's parents
- 53:03were like, we'll never have closure on this.
- 53:05Well, of course you will have closure on this.
- 53:08You can never have closure on this. Why? Hello.
- 53:11Oh, I like money. Yeah. The moment you have closure,
- 53:17the gravy train stops. That's the reason why
- 53:19every agency that's ever been created never goes
- 53:22away. It just engages in mission creep or like
- 53:26the Southern law poverty center. They quite literally
- 53:29just hire people to be super racist so they then
- 53:33can invent racist events and justify their own
- 53:36existence. Because once you've solved the problem,
- 53:39the need for your existence no longer exists.
- 53:44Well, we around here have not solved the money
- 53:48problem, but we're approaching it in a much more
- 53:51honest fashion. We run on the value for value
- 53:56model on no ID, unlike selling phony baloney
- 54:01narratives in order to extract large amounts
- 54:04of money from people who do not really even know
- 54:10where their money's going or why or agree or
- 54:13know their ass from their elbow apparently including
- 54:15me until something like 2013 we just run on a
- 54:19straight -up value for value model which means
- 54:21this we try to put out the value with every show
- 54:25that we Release every Thursday the show comes
- 54:28out and there's no paywalls and there's no nothing
- 54:30It's just the show and we try to make it valuable
- 54:33if you find the show valuable We ask that you
- 54:35return value to us via time talent or treasure.
- 54:38That's it super direct Doesn't rely on any weird
- 54:43manipulative mechanisms Time and talent is what
- 54:47it sounds like It means sending us stuff like
- 54:50audio clips, sending us stuff like news links,
- 54:54articles, boots on the ground reports, your area
- 54:56of expertise, any form of sending us stuff that
- 55:01you think would work well in the show or stuff
- 55:03you think we should know, or show art, which
- 55:06today, episode number 33 of No ID, I have show
- 55:11art that was submitted by Dan of the Dead. that
- 55:14I will be using, and I haven't sent it to you
- 55:17yet, because you're going to get the reveal as
- 55:19soon as the show is posted, just like everybody
- 55:21else. Nice. Yep, it's a good one. Thank you,
- 55:24Dan of the Dead, for sending in show art. It's
- 55:26never been easier to do, and it is great value
- 55:30returned. So thanks, Dan of the Dead, for the
- 55:32show art for today. Telling people about the
- 55:35show is big value returned in the time category,
- 55:39and that just means letting people know about
- 55:41the show, if you enjoy it. Yes, please. anybody
- 55:44you think that would like it and actually even
- 55:45if you're not even sure shows like this grow
- 55:48from word of mouth so big value returned is letting
- 55:52people know about this program here are a couple
- 55:55of follow -ups speaking of value returned in
- 55:58the form of hey i hear this and i look that up
- 56:01or i know this and so i'm going to send a note
- 56:03here is a note from well there's actually two
- 56:09notes on the the pond array county firefighter
- 56:13putting his phone underneath the door and trying
- 56:16to get video of his co -worker in the shower.
- 56:20So that one... Wouldn't you know it? It was our
- 56:22old friend and former and like runs in firefighter
- 56:25circles. Kevin Killian. Kevin Killian. Funnily
- 56:30enough, there's more than one note about that
- 56:32story. So the first one, yes, was from Kevin
- 56:34Killian who texted us, Hey dudes, the Ponderay
- 56:37County firefighters are all involved are volunteers.
- 56:42So no taxpayer payout on that one. Well, that
- 56:46really did make me feel better. Thank you very
- 56:47much. That did make me feel better as did knowing
- 56:51that it wasn't a crime of gay passion. It was
- 56:54just a crime of heterosexual That's that's the
- 56:56next one. Yes. And so thank you for the value
- 56:58returned Executive producer Kevin Killian you
- 57:01died did I slept like a baby that night after
- 57:03I read that this other note is from Bob Norris's
- 57:08tundra who says He said the nice he said the
- 57:13firefighter he wasn't very nice in his note though
- 57:15He said the firefighter in the shower. It was
- 57:17a woman It's easy to find that out just by searching.
- 57:21And then, I don't know, he or she linked a note
- 57:24to a spokesman review story that Bob Norris's
- 57:28tundra linked. And it says, According to court
- 57:31documents, Martin Shear was arrested for attempted
- 57:34voyeurism after Fire Chief Christopher Haynes
- 57:37reported a woman barricading herself in the bathroom
- 57:40after seeing a phone camera pointed in her direction
- 57:43after she finished showering. Shear pleaded not
- 57:45guilty to the charge, blah, blah. When deputies
- 57:47arrived, the two worked together as firefighters.
- 57:50When deputies confronted Shear about the photos,
- 57:52he said he hadn't taken any photos. It's not
- 57:54mine. And he said he had been checking to see
- 57:58if the heater mounted on the wall near the bathroom
- 58:01was working. The thermostat, however, is on the
- 58:03opposite side of the room, according to court
- 58:05documents. After searching through Shear's phone,
- 58:08deputies discovered a deleted video taken in
- 58:10May that was taken from the floor and showed
- 58:13the shower. Based on the video I saw and what
- 58:15she described, I believe this is not the first
- 58:17time Shear had done this, Deputy Daniel Berkey
- 58:19wrote. And it goes on, but apparently this has
- 58:23been a chronic thing and he is straight. That
- 58:28sounds like a pattern of behavior. Kind of does.
- 58:32Well, you're right, Bob Norris's Tundra. That
- 58:34was searchable and we are remissed in making
- 58:38a thing about nothing. But hey, man, you know,
- 58:41gays are prosecuted, so leave us alone, you know?
- 58:44Hate crime. Why don't you just back off? And
- 58:47I think this is a hate crime against us. Scott's
- 58:50at least like half Jew. He checks some boxes.
- 58:53Why don't you back off? I'm a purebred bro. I'm
- 58:56a 99 % Jew. Oh, sorry, purebred. Nevermind. He's
- 58:58an alpha Jew. Right, right, right. I did the
- 59:0023 and me, man. It came out as 99 .3 % Ashkenazi
- 59:04Jew. No cap. Nice. So thank you for the - So
- 59:08there you go. Hate crime. Complete hate crime,
- 59:10obviously. Why would you write something so mean?
- 59:13In my defense, I'm not a journalist. I'm not
- 59:15going to look everything up. Sometimes I'm just
- 59:17going to posit theories about it for funsies.
- 59:20So notes like that, even if they're snarky, are
- 59:24value returned. So thank you. Well, you know,
- 59:27you're going to be snarky. You might as well
- 59:28be right. And at least, you know, Bob Norris's
- 59:32Tundra was he was he was right. Now on to the
- 59:36treasure portion of Time Talent and Treasure.
- 59:39And we have a couple this week. Uh, and not only
- 59:42did, uh, executive producer, Kevin Killian, uh,
- 59:45contribute, uh, time in the time talent treasure
- 59:48model. He also contributed treasure with 33 33
- 59:52and his note on that said, I haven't even listened
- 59:57to 32 yet and I'm supporting 33. So thank you
- 1:00:02very much, Kevin Killian for the continued support.
- 1:00:05Thank you. Extremely appreciate it. I would take
- 1:00:08pictures of you in the shower any day. One other
- 1:00:1233 33 came in from Idaho outlaw 88 and it says
- 1:00:18I like the name in the morning Congrats on 33
- 1:00:21episodes Thanks short note Idaho outlaw. I love
- 1:00:26the name very appreciated if we're not friends
- 1:00:29already You may very well be although we may
- 1:00:33I don't know I'm not really sure unless he was
- 1:00:34a Racketeer customers also a no agenda producer
- 1:00:37in the morning is very much a no agenda ism So
- 1:00:40I'm guessing he is a producer, but in any case,
- 1:00:43he's a producer of this show now. So thank you
- 1:00:45very much, Idaho Outlaw. An executive producer.
- 1:00:48Yes, I'm remiss. Executive producer. Easily searchable,
- 1:00:51man. I could have just looked that up. You could
- 1:00:52have looked that up. And then finally here is
- 1:00:58this. He said, please keep me anonymous. So I
- 1:01:00will not say the name, but it is a shiny Schmechel,
- 1:01:04which is $9 .99. Oh, my soundboard's all rearranged.
- 1:01:10God damn it. That's okay, I got this. No. I'll
- 1:01:12take you down there for 25 shmeckles. 25 shmeckles?
- 1:01:17I don't know how much, I don't know what that
- 1:01:18is. Is that a lot? 999! There it is, 999. The
- 1:01:22note says, here is a shiny shmeckle. Charles
- 1:01:26Ponzi was an asshole. And then there's a link
- 1:01:29to the wiki article on Charles Ponzi. Which,
- 1:01:32so this came up on the last show, that Charles
- 1:01:35Ponzi had given skin. to a nurse earlier in his
- 1:01:40life and that he maybe had some selfless tendencies
- 1:01:43and wasn't just... Listen to the first line of
- 1:01:45the Wiki article that was linked by Anonymous.
- 1:01:49Charles Ponzi, born Carlo Pietro Giovanni...
- 1:01:52He has like six names. Was an Italian charlatan
- 1:01:56and con artist who operated in the United States
- 1:01:59and Canada. That's the opening line from the
- 1:02:01Wiki article. An Italian charlatan? Dude, I've
- 1:02:05used that word recently, several times. Make
- 1:02:08charlatan great again. It's a fantastic word
- 1:02:11and it is not used enough, but boy, it could
- 1:02:13be. There's a lot of applicable scenarios for
- 1:02:16that word. I love that. Nice. You know, if somebody
- 1:02:20ever writes something about me, man, that's not
- 1:02:23a bad opening line. Paul Banducci was roguishly
- 1:02:26handsome and a charlatan. You think the roguishly
- 1:02:30handsome part would be first? Mean I'll settle
- 1:02:34for what I can get first last. It doesn't matter.
- 1:02:36The important part is that they notice I did
- 1:02:40like it is a little um, I don't know. It's I
- 1:02:44Didn't know the freaking guy. I just read this
- 1:02:47this biography that just it was a much longer
- 1:02:49form Sort of dive guy. You looked it up. I just
- 1:02:53yeah, it was easily searchable. You're right
- 1:02:56I could have just looked up that he was an Italian
- 1:02:57charlatan and then just that's it I mean, that's
- 1:02:59it's a headline man. You know, it takes about
- 1:03:02two seconds got a sound You got to soundbite
- 1:03:04this. Yeah, of course. It's going to sound something
- 1:03:06like this. Even as anti -LGBTQ legislation continues
- 1:03:11to try and curb lifestyles. Yeah, that's it.
- 1:03:14He's an Italian charlatan. You lost me. I'm lost.
- 1:03:19What are we doing here? Well, I'm just the notion
- 1:03:22that it's that simple. He's just a charlatan
- 1:03:27and a con artist. They're just anti -LGBT. It's
- 1:03:30just those one line, one sentence. No, it's a
- 1:03:33whole biography. It's just more complicated than
- 1:03:35that. I thought you were going to play me a sound
- 1:03:38bite of ourselves saying, look it up already.
- 1:03:40You thought maybe you'd already sound bite it.
- 1:03:41So I was waiting for that. And then it said you
- 1:03:43went a different direction and I still didn't
- 1:03:45understand what you were doing there. But now,
- 1:03:46OK, OK, I get it. If you were driving on the
- 1:03:50highway right now, you'd get a ticket for erratic
- 1:03:51driving, sir. I know. That was a little esoteric.
- 1:03:54It made sense in my mind. On my brewing network
- 1:03:57setup, I had another computer such that I could
- 1:04:00record in real time and I could pull sound bites
- 1:04:02in real time, but I don't have that set up here.
- 1:04:04I probably should add it at some point so that
- 1:04:06I can do stuff like that. But all I'm saying
- 1:04:10is that there's just a bit of a deeper dive.
- 1:04:13It seemed like it was a little more complicated
- 1:04:14than just like, oh, he was an asshole. I think
- 1:04:18he legitimately thought he could make money with
- 1:04:20this thing. Did he con people? Did it get away
- 1:04:23from him? Yeah, I mean, yes. And he was very
- 1:04:26convincing. It seemed it was more complicated
- 1:04:29than just he was an asshole and he was just trying
- 1:04:32to scheme everybody. The truth always is almost
- 1:04:35always. OK, so thus rapeth the value for value.
- 1:04:40Thank you everyone very kindly. Please return
- 1:04:43value to the show at no ID show dot com. All
- 1:04:46of the ways to return value, time, talent and
- 1:04:49treasure is all through the portal of no ID show
- 1:04:52dot com. Indeed, very, very much. Kevin Chillion,
- 1:04:55Idaho Outlaw 88 and anonymous. Thank you very
- 1:04:58much for your monetary value for value additions.
- 1:05:02And thank you, Dan, for your show art, which
- 1:05:07I haven't seen yet. So it better be good because
- 1:05:09I'm pre -thinking you. Well, I'm going to give
- 1:05:13you a little bit of a hint. Very small spoiler.
- 1:05:16It does include imagery of the dark tower. So
- 1:05:19you may or may not love it. I can't wait. All
- 1:05:23right. Second half of show coming up. Do you
- 1:05:25want to do a song or you just want to go right
- 1:05:26into it? Oh, I got a song. Cloudy day, dark rolls
- 1:05:58in and it's fast to rain But out to the cage
- 1:06:01like walls Time goes by and the shadows crawl
- 1:06:04Crushing candy, crushing pills Got no job, mom
- 1:06:07pays my bills Text to Nexus, get my feels Sweatin'
- 1:06:11bullets, Netflix chills World's out there singin'
- 1:06:13the blues Twenty more dead on the evening news
- 1:06:16Think to myself, really, what's the use? I'm
- 1:06:18just like you, I was born to lose Why, oh why
- 1:06:22can't you just fix me? Wearing armor, Walter
- 1:06:25Field 9 But the medication's all gone Why oh
- 1:06:29why does God hate When all the walls get high
- 1:06:34And forget this so -called lie I am so freakin'
- 1:06:40bold I guess I'll sit around I guess I'll sit
- 1:06:49around Can't wait to feel better than I ever
- 1:06:54will Tack that shit like a kid on Benadryl Chase
- 1:06:56it down with a hopeful smile Hate myself, I can
- 1:06:59go for miles They say family's all you need Someone
- 1:07:02to trust can't help you breathe Nail that drug
- 1:07:05but you start to choke You fall on the outs of
- 1:07:07an inside joke Why, oh why can't you just fix
- 1:07:11me? Wearing all the waltz field line But the
- 1:07:14medications all gone I just gotta hate Cause
- 1:07:20I've seen enough of it, heard enough of it Failed
- 1:07:22enough of it, had enough of it I am so freakin'
- 1:07:28but guess I'll sit around So freakin' bored Guess
- 1:07:37I'll sit around Only when his mind is clear though
- 1:08:21That is the least Idaho thing I have ever heard.
- 1:09:31So what I've decided to do over the last few
- 1:09:34episodes, and I think I'm going to keep doing
- 1:09:36it, is for the first couple of times I had my
- 1:09:40songs picked out ahead of time. And now what
- 1:09:44I'm doing is, depending on the direction of things,
- 1:09:47I pick a song based on the kind of overarching
- 1:09:51topic. And I didn't want to pick a song that
- 1:09:54focused too hard on the gay angle. So I went
- 1:09:56with a song that focused more on the drug angle.
- 1:09:59Also, because I know we have another thing, another
- 1:10:03article we're going to, or another happening
- 1:10:05we're going to break down, I think. So it all
- 1:10:08tracks. So just in case anybody's ever wondering
- 1:10:10like, what the hell, why this song? Well, It's
- 1:10:13not your business, but that's why. Sounds like
- 1:10:16Paul is turning into a podcaster. Am I? I would
- 1:10:21say so. And it only took me nine months. But
- 1:10:25on episode 33, you have arrived. Told you I was
- 1:10:28a quick learner. Hit me with it. Speaking of
- 1:10:34being a quick learner, you know what time it
- 1:10:36is. Full send. Hold on, I'm going to get into
- 1:10:43the cold. Do you better? Actually, you better.
- 1:10:47You got to be in good shape for this one. You
- 1:10:49got to get your cardio up. You really got to
- 1:10:51get your cardio up because if you don't have
- 1:10:54good cardio, it might not go so well for you.
- 1:11:01Okay. So after people pushing for years in 2025,
- 1:11:10the CDC finally was forced to release some reports.
- 1:11:15One of the really important reports was an amalgamation
- 1:11:21of the reported safety signals, basically the
- 1:11:28CDC's analysis of VAERS, V -A -E -R -S, which
- 1:11:31is essentially this official program or platform
- 1:11:35you go to to report vaccine injuries or adverse
- 1:11:42events, they call them, but you know, basically
- 1:11:45fuck ups, injuries, you're hurt. Cause you took
- 1:11:47a vaccine. They're called adverse events, vaccine
- 1:11:49adverse events. And these numbers are B they're
- 1:11:52under reported as they are because figure for
- 1:11:55figure for every now I'm postulating here, but
- 1:11:58I got a figure for every one that reported, you
- 1:12:01know, there was at least one who didn't that's
- 1:12:03probably charitable. It was probably like, you
- 1:12:05know, probably more like one to three or one
- 1:12:08to five, because you know how that is. We all
- 1:12:09know how that is. You only ever file a report,
- 1:12:12you know, the how am I driving or they give us
- 1:12:14your feedback. Nobody, nobody ever takes the
- 1:12:16time to fill those out or send those back unless
- 1:12:18it's one star or five stars. There's nothing
- 1:12:20in between. I think it's extremely generous to
- 1:12:23even say four or five to why it's got to be like
- 1:12:2520 to one. I don't even think it's probably,
- 1:12:27but let's just say for the sake of perceived
- 1:12:31balance and it's one to five. Anyways, after
- 1:12:37several FOIA requests, like dozens of FOIA requests
- 1:12:40and whatnot, the CDC finally had to release some
- 1:12:42of the numbers. And I'll tell you, there's a
- 1:12:44reason why they really didn't want to do it.
- 1:12:48It's a three -parter. First question, Scott,
- 1:12:55is broadly how, and this is from 2026 to 2020,
- 1:12:59the data was collected from 2020 to like 2024.
- 1:13:032025. I think maybe the end of 24, the beginning
- 1:13:06of 25, because they released this in 25. So it's
- 1:13:09probably a smaller window even than that. Cumulative.
- 1:13:13How many adverse events do you think were reported?
- 1:13:20Man, this is going to be sort of a blind guess.
- 1:13:23I don't really know the ballpark to work from.
- 1:13:26Like if it's a thousand or a hundred thousand
- 1:13:28or a hundred. So I'm going to blind guess it.
- 1:13:35was gonna say like 50 ,000 like how you went
- 1:13:45one star or five stars is like a quarter of a
- 1:13:49million they're saying there were a quarter million
- 1:13:53adverse event reports yeah okay that they were
- 1:13:56that that were recorded yeah quarter of a million
- 1:14:01part two and this is why cardio is so important
- 1:14:04Scott How many of them just a raw number you
- 1:14:08don't need to give me a percentage you can't
- 1:14:09if you want I guess but they're one of the same
- 1:14:11at this point how many of them were cardiovascular
- 1:14:16Well, the myocarditis thing was supposed to be
- 1:14:20a big side effect of the mRNA shots Or so the
- 1:14:26far -right KKK or said so percentage of the or
- 1:14:30you said like so it's a total number or percentage
- 1:14:32or both of 250 ,000 either or. I mean, you're
- 1:14:36going to get you get there either way, really.
- 1:14:38But I'm letting you have either angle. I'm going
- 1:14:40to say a little more than half. So I'm going
- 1:14:43to say like, you know, one hundred and one hundred
- 1:14:46forty thousand. That's not a horrible guess.
- 1:14:51It's seventy five thousand, seventy five thousand.
- 1:14:55Now, great either. It's it's not great, but I'm
- 1:14:57not going to give it. I'm not going to give you
- 1:14:59a bell or a boo. I'm giving myself. I'm giving
- 1:15:01my dad's wrong. Over 55 ,000 were neurological.
- 1:15:06So if you count neurological and cardiovascular,
- 1:15:08now you're hitting about your guess. Okay. And
- 1:15:11these are just still. That's crazy. It's pretty
- 1:15:14wild. Crazy. Okay. Part three. I've been working
- 1:15:19hard on these, by the way. Yes. I think I don't
- 1:15:21do anything over here, but I do. I do stuff.
- 1:15:24Turn into a podcaster. All right. In 2023. And
- 1:15:30this ties so nicely in. It's disgusting. In 2023,
- 1:15:37CDC Director Mandy Cohen came out and insisted
- 1:15:40that she wanted to restore trust in her agency.
- 1:15:44While insisting she wanted to restore trust in
- 1:15:46her agency, she also issued a recommendation
- 1:15:49that everyone older than six months old should
- 1:15:53receive the latest booster shots, of course,
- 1:15:56and then insisted that there had been extensive
- 1:16:01studies and testing on it. However, come to find
- 1:16:04out also a few years later. There were two different
- 1:16:12boosters, one from Pfizer, so sponsored by Pfizer
- 1:16:15and one from Moderna. The one made by Pfizer
- 1:16:20was based on data from a study that studied a
- 1:16:25group of blank brought to you by Pfizer rats.
- 1:16:36Hey, based on data from a study of 10 mice. Mice,
- 1:16:42yeah. The Moderna one was based on a group of
- 1:16:48blank. I'm tempted to say also mice. Hold on,
- 1:17:02here we go. It actually was based on a study
- 1:17:08of people. What? 50 people. 50 whole people.
- 1:17:15One of whom suffered an adverse event requiring
- 1:17:18medical attention immediately afterwards. Now
- 1:17:23we don't know what kind of adverse event because
- 1:17:25the company won't tell us and neither will the
- 1:17:27CDC And the company that stood to profit from
- 1:17:31the product conducted the study on its safety
- 1:17:33does do I have that right? Yeah, okay. Yeah,
- 1:17:37it's clarified and That's what CDC director Mandy
- 1:17:45Cohen went off of when she told us all we should
- 1:17:47get one including infants You cannot hate the
- 1:17:54government enough The entire purpose of the CDC
- 1:17:58and the FDA supposedly is to prevent this kind
- 1:18:02of stuff. They shout it from the rooftops that
- 1:18:06without them, society would collapse. But here
- 1:18:10we are. Let's see if I can do both of these back
- 1:18:14to back. Hold on. Ready? We're here. The state
- 1:18:16brought to you by Pfizer. Speaking of society
- 1:18:22collapsing, I'm going to help segue us into the
- 1:18:24next one that I definitely want to cover. There's
- 1:18:28a substance that has been just destroying society
- 1:18:33lately and all the townships in Idaho one by
- 1:18:36one seem to be wanting to tackle it and do something
- 1:18:39about it because four people somewhere in Idaho
- 1:18:41died one time, not even at the same time. Well,
- 1:18:45Bill Clinton and Janet Reno. gave an impassioned
- 1:18:49moral speech about the dangers of this particular
- 1:18:52product. This morning in North Idaho news, the
- 1:18:55Kootenai County Sheriff and other county leaders
- 1:18:57leaders had a town hall in Coeur d 'Alene last
- 1:18:59night. It was all to talk about the dangers of
- 1:19:01kratom. The herbal supplement is legal in Coeur
- 1:19:04d 'Alene, but some other Idaho cities like Kellogg
- 1:19:07and Idaho Falls have it banned in Washington.
- 1:19:10It's also banned in Spokane and Spokane Valley.
- 1:19:13Kootenai County Coroner Duke Johnson says there
- 1:19:16were four Kratom related deaths in the county
- 1:19:18last year alone. Sure there were. Four. Four.
- 1:19:22Four. We're all gonna die. The man who handles
- 1:19:26dead people said there are four dead people because
- 1:19:28of Kratom and the entire, out of 2 .1 million
- 1:19:31people, four died from Kratom. We better ban
- 1:19:35that shit and we better ban it right now. We're
- 1:19:38all gonna die. The active ingredient 70H metraginine
- 1:19:43is known to be 13 times more powerful than morphine.
- 1:19:48So something that... Coroner Johnson then took
- 1:19:52a swig off of his flask and continued. ...morphine.
- 1:19:55So something that powerful should not be sold
- 1:19:57in gas stations and convenience stores from our
- 1:20:00point of view. There should be some strong legislation
- 1:20:02coming forward. That being said, the revenue
- 1:20:04from Idaho state liquor stores, though, is very
- 1:20:06important for our budget. I'm Duke Johnson. I'm
- 1:20:11Duke Johnson. Yeah, that was going to be point
- 1:20:13number two for me. But point number one was,
- 1:20:15I mean, if we're really going to talk about the
- 1:20:18killing power behind a product, you know what
- 1:20:21should never be sold to the general public? Cars.
- 1:20:26Just in the time they had this town hall, four
- 1:20:27people died on the highway. All that horsepower?
- 1:20:32It's too much. It is too much to handle. None
- 1:20:35of the four drivers, for the record, were Sheriff
- 1:20:37Norris. He wasn't even in the country at the
- 1:20:39time. But he was on Kratom. Then morphine. So
- 1:20:45something that powerful should not be sold in
- 1:20:47gas stations and convenience stores from our
- 1:20:49point of view. Kratom is morphine and raw milk
- 1:20:52is sewage. There should be some strong legislation
- 1:20:55coming forward. Strong legislation. The legislation
- 1:20:58is going to be stronger than Kratom. In gas stations
- 1:21:00and convenience stores from our point of view,
- 1:21:02there should be some strong legislation coming
- 1:21:04forward. Johnson says he supports banning the
- 1:21:07supplement in Idaho. Of course he does. The Idaho
- 1:21:10legislature last session that would have either
- 1:21:12completely banned or regulated cradle. We have
- 1:21:15played on this program a lot of some of the audio
- 1:21:18from those Kratom discussions in the last legislative
- 1:21:21session, and it essentially amounted to the pro
- 1:21:24side going, we love Kratom and it cures all ills.
- 1:21:28And then the con side being like, my daughter
- 1:21:31died of Kratom. One side loves it and the other
- 1:21:34side hates it. Those were the arguments. I'm
- 1:21:36telling you, dude, one star, five stars. Like
- 1:21:39it's it's that's this. This is the simulation
- 1:21:42we live in. Telling you stars are five stars
- 1:21:46and it's a total retard parade It's another show
- 1:21:50title. Hold on Write that down. I don't think
- 1:21:56we could do it because we get throttled. You
- 1:21:59know, you call it five star retard parade And
- 1:22:06that's it and this is our last episode because
- 1:22:08the ban hammer is coming I don't even know who
- 1:22:10can ban us, but somebody's gonna do it Johnson
- 1:22:13can it can give us a very strong ban Whatever
- 1:22:19fuck that guy. I don't I don't You're not my
- 1:22:22dad. You can't tell me how much morphine I can
- 1:22:24and can't take. You know, it probably was a kratom
- 1:22:29deal gone bad that killed Matt Shepard. That's
- 1:22:32probably what it was, man. It wasn't about the
- 1:22:33hookers and blow. It was about the kratom. That
- 1:22:36sweet, sweet morphine like kratom. That's what
- 1:22:39got them. They were known to be dealing kratom
- 1:22:41across state lines in between their sessions.
- 1:22:45That's probably why those two gays in Boise got
- 1:22:46beat up too the other week. You know, it was
- 1:22:48a kratom deal gone wrong. I'm telling you, it's
- 1:22:49an epidemic. these gays and their kratom deals
- 1:22:52they gotta be stopped i just feel so scared that
- 1:22:56this could happen to me and my partner and then
- 1:22:59so do your customers seeing my partner's face
- 1:23:01afterwards afterwards after he used kratom i've
- 1:23:07never had an interest in kratom ever but the
- 1:23:09but the more these right bastards are trying
- 1:23:12to ban it the more i want to go buy some just
- 1:23:14on principle shut up and take my money seriously
- 1:23:17no i'm with you on that you know what though
- 1:23:18this is the last now i kind of want to try it
- 1:23:20Last one we'll do for this week. You know, if
- 1:23:22you do try to buy it, you're going to get taxed.
- 1:23:25Every trip to the grocery store comes with an
- 1:23:27extra charge, a 6 % charge, the highest in the
- 1:23:30country. There is absolutely no reason for us
- 1:23:33to be taxing people's food, but that's what we
- 1:23:36do. You shouldn't have to pay tax to eat the
- 1:23:40food at the family dinner table, but we do it.
- 1:23:43Would you like to hear a story, Scott? Governor
- 1:23:47Otter's last year as governor. So we're talking
- 1:23:50eight years ago now, give or take. What is it?
- 1:23:532026? Yeah, I think that was eight years ago.
- 1:23:56The legislature in a bipartisan effort, by the
- 1:23:59way, it was bipartisan past a law eliminating
- 1:24:04the sales tax. Would you like to know what happened
- 1:24:08to that bill? Governor Otto vetoed it after campaigning
- 1:24:13on it, by the way. Oh, you know who else has
- 1:24:15campaigned on it after taking Otter's place?
- 1:24:20You can guess. Mm. 49 ,000. Mm. Governor Little.
- 1:24:29Guess what? He hasn't done anything about it
- 1:24:31at all. So it actually, we did it. They did it
- 1:24:34once and then it got vetoed and they didn't have
- 1:24:37enough votes to override it. It was close, but
- 1:24:40not close enough. Oh, I'm shocked. So yeah, bet
- 1:24:44you are a little. This I'll be very curious as
- 1:24:47the last time I'm going to try this stupid thing.
- 1:24:50What was the reasoning behind why Governor Otter
- 1:24:53in Idaho vetoed the elimination of the grocery
- 1:24:57tax? Governor Butch Otter vetoed the bill that
- 1:25:00would have eliminated Idaho's grocery tax in
- 1:25:022017 due to concerns about the state budget.
- 1:25:05He argued that the loss of revenue, about $100
- 1:25:07million annually, would severely impact funding
- 1:25:10for education, public safety, and other critical
- 1:25:12services. Essentially, he saw it as a budget
- 1:25:15shortfall that would jeopardize... Okay, so in
- 1:25:16other words, he campaigned on it and then was
- 1:25:19like, well... But we want the money. Yup. We
- 1:25:27need this money. I need money. But that's what
- 1:25:32we do. You shouldn't have to pay tax. to eat
- 1:25:36the food at the family dinner table, but we do
- 1:25:39it. Idaho's grocery tax applies to most food
- 1:25:42purchases, making it one of the few states that
- 1:25:44still fully taxes groceries to offset the cost.
- 1:25:48Idaho provides a grocery tax credit where eligible
- 1:25:50residents can claim the credit on their state.
- 1:25:52That's how they justify the tax. Supporters of
- 1:25:55the system argue the credit targets relief to
- 1:25:57Idahoans while allowing the state to keep collecting
- 1:26:00revenue for the general fund. But those who oppose,
- 1:26:03yeah, but you know what that is. It's an interest
- 1:26:05-free loan to the government. So people who like
- 1:26:08that system, they like it for a reason. A, they're
- 1:26:11disingenuous assholes. B, they're economic illiterates.
- 1:26:15Or C, all the above. It's so inefficient. We
- 1:26:20steal your money, but don't worry. It's okay
- 1:26:22because we give some of it back to you later.
- 1:26:26I mean, there's like all taxes. Well, unless
- 1:26:27we deem you rich. The argument is used for all
- 1:26:29taxes, but... Yeah, unless you're too rich. What
- 1:26:32if we determine that you're rich? You don't want
- 1:26:35to make more than like, let's say 50k a year,
- 1:26:37you know, because otherwise and if you're rich,
- 1:26:39you know what you can do with your food choke
- 1:26:41on it. Keep collecting revenue for the general
- 1:26:44fund. But those who oppose the tax believes there's
- 1:26:47an imbalance between what people are paying versus
- 1:26:49what they're getting back. So if you have a large
- 1:26:51family, there's a potential that you're going
- 1:26:56to spend X amount of money at the grocery store.
- 1:26:58But there is potential for you to get back, actually
- 1:27:01get back more from the state than what you spend
- 1:27:05in groceries. Oh my God. No, not that. Well,
- 1:27:09what about all the other forms of taxes you paid?
- 1:27:10Well, what about the grocery? Wait, hold on.
- 1:27:12I got to clip this one from the state. Oh, no.
- 1:27:15State. This is a good new one. The state. than
- 1:27:19what you spend in groceries. There have been
- 1:27:21attempts to eliminate the grocery tax over the
- 1:27:23years, but concerns about replacing lost revenue
- 1:27:26have kept those efforts from crossing the finish
- 1:27:28line. I love that one. It's such a good one.
- 1:27:31Concerns about replacing lost revenue. You got
- 1:27:34to love the wording. Yeah, because when your
- 1:27:37house is on fire and you put out the fire, the
- 1:27:40first thing you ask is, well, what are we going
- 1:27:41to replace it with? I need money. But concerns
- 1:27:47about replacing lost revenue have kept those
- 1:27:49efforts from crossing the finish line. It's like
- 1:27:53it's some magical thing that has kept it from
- 1:27:56happening. The alien overlords won't let us.
- 1:27:58We don't know who to blame. But something out
- 1:28:01there, some nebulous concern type entity thing
- 1:28:04is the reason why we haven't been able to get
- 1:28:06this passed. We're not going to tell you specifically
- 1:28:09who. Nah. Because... Nah. But why does gas cost
- 1:28:14more? in Washington than Idaho. The reason why
- 1:28:18is because it does. But why male models? We picked
- 1:28:25up a lot of signatures. Mystery solved citizen.
- 1:28:28Then came this rumor throughout the state that
- 1:28:31we're going to have a shortfall. in our state
- 1:28:34budget. It was rumored at one point thanks to
- 1:28:36expanding million dollar shortfall for many Idahoans.
- 1:28:39The grocery tax comes on top of already rising
- 1:28:42food costs. One shopper says the total at the
- 1:28:44register also the fault of the state for devaluing
- 1:28:47the currency. So also the fault of the state.
- 1:28:50Hello. Oh, hey, fun fact. When they're calculating,
- 1:28:53when they're calculating the CPI, the consumer
- 1:28:55price index, which is one of the metrics they
- 1:28:57use for inflation. You want to know the two categories
- 1:29:00they specifically remove from those calculations
- 1:29:03to come up with their numbers, gas and groceries.
- 1:29:08Perfect. They literally remove those line items
- 1:29:11from the calculations. So that's how they come
- 1:29:13up with a CPI of, you know, inflation of three
- 1:29:16point four percent for March. And you're looking
- 1:29:19around and you're looking at your bills and you're
- 1:29:20looking at your credit cards and you're looking
- 1:29:22at the thing like three point four percent. Where
- 1:29:24the fuck do they get this number? This is motherfucker.
- 1:29:27This is like nine percent. What are you talking
- 1:29:29about? Yeah, it's because they they don't calculate
- 1:29:32the two things that are that are most sensitive
- 1:29:35to inflation. You got to be impressed by their
- 1:29:38gimmickry, their gimmickry. It's very effective
- 1:29:42because then half of the people, including people
- 1:29:44that think they like, quote, lean right, turn
- 1:29:46around and go, well, this apparatus that perpetrates
- 1:29:49the gimmickry is essential. And it's what makes
- 1:29:51Idaho, Idaho. There are only two types of people
- 1:29:56in the world who can gimmick budgets to that
- 1:29:58level and it is Idaho bureaucrats and politicians
- 1:30:01and people who do the accounting for corporations
- 1:30:04before earnings One shopper says that and wouldn't
- 1:30:07you know it they're kind of the same demographic
- 1:30:10distinction without a difference one shopper
- 1:30:12says the total at the register is often more
- 1:30:14than expected would be nice if things were a
- 1:30:16little bit often more than expected especially
- 1:30:18with the prices already so high Like you're putting
- 1:30:25shit in your shopping cart and you're like you
- 1:30:27do not look at the price as you do it And then
- 1:30:29you roll up and you're like, oh, oh shit. Oh,
- 1:30:32okay. That was more than I expected Yeah, all
- 1:30:35right. The charge to my card was Damn my kratom
- 1:30:43cost more than it did a year ago. Oh And this
- 1:30:47this lady that they put the mic in her face in
- 1:30:49like the parking lot of the grocery store as
- 1:30:51she was unloading from the cart into her trunk
- 1:30:53was a hundred and fifty pounds overweight. Oh
- 1:30:58Of course, she was she was dude. She just sounded
- 1:31:00like I don't know how this happened I go to the
- 1:31:03store. I spend more money than I mean to Nice
- 1:31:06if things were a little bit cheaper right now,
- 1:31:08especially with the price At least she said she
- 1:31:12said especially so she's got one up on the Boise
- 1:31:15State professor, especially with the price is
- 1:31:17already so high They keep climbing and so I if
- 1:31:2330 hey us too lady You know that meme where the
- 1:31:26where the goose is chasing the person like we're
- 1:31:29that goose I'm that goose but why Linda? Why
- 1:31:32are the price is still climbing? But why? Why
- 1:31:34are they so high? Why does your money cost? Why
- 1:31:37is your money worth less, Linda? Why do you not
- 1:31:39have purchasing power, Linda? Why? If they're
- 1:31:42already taking tax, you know, and you have the
- 1:31:44tax. And so sometimes I'm like, wow, I thought
- 1:31:47I was not spending that much. My position is,
- 1:31:49is the grocery sales tax is an immoral tax. You
- 1:31:53shouldn't have to pay tax to breathe. You shouldn't
- 1:31:56have to pay tax to drink water, and you shouldn't
- 1:31:59have to pay tax to eat food. This guy's on a
- 1:32:01roll. If the government has to tax you on food,
- 1:32:03they're just spending too much money. Oh, don't
- 1:32:06you worry. That tax us on other stuff, too. The
- 1:32:08question whether Idaho should keep taxing groceries
- 1:32:10is expected to be a major conversation out of
- 1:32:12the Capitol. Miley C. Pursuth, Local News 8.
- 1:32:15Now, this clip was just absolutely full of future
- 1:32:17sound drops, so be prepared thyself, because
- 1:32:20you're going to hear a bunch from that particular
- 1:32:22one. I can't wait. All right, my family's home.
- 1:32:28I'm gonna be fixing dinner. I am ready. Yes,
- 1:32:30all coming up on episode 34 and beyond. I am
- 1:32:33so excited for my dinner that I just got taxed
- 1:32:37on. Fantastic. This is way more than I expected.
- 1:32:40I'm gonna sit down at my meal. I'm gonna look
- 1:32:42at it and I'm gonna be like, yeah, I think I
- 1:32:44paid $7 in sales tax on this bad boy. I'm doing
- 1:32:48my part. Where's the correct volume? Still haven't
- 1:32:53dialed it. There we go. You're doing your part,
- 1:32:57man. Keeping the our benevolent leader leader
- 1:33:00leaders watching over us and just, you know,
- 1:33:04looking after our safety and our health. Nothing
- 1:33:08says I care about you like telling them shut
- 1:33:12up and give me your money while you eat. And
- 1:33:15don't you dare chase that dinner with raw milk.
- 1:33:17Raw milk? Think of it as raw sewage. Yep. Yepers.
- 1:33:24Well. I have no idea if this journey on episode
- 1:33:2833 was enjoyable, or enraging, or funny, or any
- 1:33:32combination of the above. But if it was, and
- 1:33:35it otherwise provided value to you, please remember
- 1:33:38us at NoIDShow .com. It was good for me. Was
- 1:33:41it good for you too? Am I gonna be able to, before

- 1:33:47one? Where are you? I just feel so scared that
- 1:33:52this could happen to me and my partner. So I
- 1:33:56guess it wasn't. No ID show .com. Please return
- 1:34:03value, time, talent or treasure. If you found

- 1:34:18of this region is still standing after the wildfires
- 1:34:21from Post Falls, I'm Scott and I'm Paul taxation
