Speaker 1: He's going to escape to his left, now lobs it
• 0:08
Speaker 1: in the end zone, intercepted by Javon Holland! Javon Holland
• 0:13
Speaker 1: saves the day! I think they're going to have to
• 0:17
Speaker 1: throw this in. May rolling right, looking, end zone, picked off, intercepted,
• 0:24
Speaker 1: it's Hunter! And indeed it was. The two big interceptions
• 0:31
Speaker 1: of the day. And it's Sling TV Sunday recap ahead
• 0:34
Speaker 1: of Monday Night Football. But oh my goodness. It might
• 0:37
Speaker 1: have been a low scoring affair of 12-7. The Giants
• 0:40
Speaker 1: might have played conservative because of the rain and the
• 0:42
Speaker 1: wind and the awful weather where even Porto Potties were
• 0:46
Speaker 1: flying down the parking lot outside MetLife Stadium yesterday. But nonetheless,
• 0:53
Speaker 1: a win is a win is a win. And I mean,
• 0:57
Speaker 1: everybody's heart was pounding before that major interception by Javon Holland,
• 1:02
Speaker 1: who the Giants signed in 2025, by the way, after
• 1:07
Speaker 1: letting Cam Ward and the Titans move down the field,
• 1:10
Speaker 1: almost thinking, well, we could have another collapse like we
• 1:12
Speaker 1: did those six, seven weeks last year. Not to be
• 1:15
Speaker 1: this year. And now with that, I'm Alex Garrett. One
• 1:19
Speaker 1: look up Alex Media. Yesterday was an odd, interesting, exciting day.
• 1:25
Speaker 1: Odd because who'd have thought In 2026-27, the Raiders would
• 1:30
Speaker 1: now be 3-0. Who would have thought Drake May, who
• 1:33
Speaker 1: was definitely, definitely on the rise last year, crapping the bed,
• 1:39
Speaker 1: intercepted by Travis Hunter, his first career interception, by the way,
• 1:42
Speaker 1: coming against the Phenom New England quarterback. And by the way,
• 1:47
Speaker 1: the Patriots lose 35-6. And then in Detroit, you know,
• 1:51
Speaker 1: that game was very close. The Jets keep being very
• 1:53
Speaker 1: interesting and competitive, but they fall short to the Lions.
• 1:57
Speaker 1: Brees Hall injured, and that's the other thing about yesterday.
• 2:00
Speaker 1: The injuries that took place for the Giants, losing Brian Burns,
• 2:05
Speaker 1: torn ACL, after losing Dart last week. This is going
• 2:11
Speaker 1: to be a bigger ship to navigate for Harbaugh. How
• 2:15
Speaker 1: about in Pittsburgh, where the Rodgers era is now 2-1,
• 2:20
Speaker 1: and the Bengals had a tough loss there. And then
• 2:24
Speaker 1: over in Rio... With one second left, the Ravens somehow
• 2:29
Speaker 1: kick a game-winning field goal. And the Giants are 2-1,
• 2:33
Speaker 1: while Dallas is 1-2. And let me think what else
• 2:37
Speaker 1: came to mind. Obviously, the Falcons on Thursday night beating
• 2:41
Speaker 1: the Packers. Very interesting, because Penix Jr., we saw him
• 2:45
Speaker 1: in Washington. Not Oregon, Al Michaels. Washington. You know, he
• 2:51
Speaker 1: was close. He played competitively against J.J. McCarthy. in that
• 2:56
Speaker 1: championship a few years ago. So to see him excel
• 3:00
Speaker 1: in the NFL is not surprising at all. And also yesterday,
• 3:06
Speaker 1: what came to mind as I was watching around the
• 3:09
Speaker 1: league was that Buffalo survived a scare from the now
• 3:16
Speaker 1: 0-3 Herbert Harbaugh Chargers. That's right, Herbert Harbaugh, 0-3, while
• 3:21
Speaker 1: Buffalo Josh Allen and the Bills survive and push through
• 3:26
Speaker 1: it to win their third in a row. I think
• 3:29
Speaker 1: their 3-0 to start the year as well. So there
• 3:31
Speaker 1: were some interesting notable games. But it just shows, even
• 3:36
Speaker 1: in a 12-7 low-scoring game, it was thrilling. Dable, Salah,
• 3:42
Speaker 1: not getting their wins in MetLife returns. Opting to kick
• 3:47
Speaker 1: a field goal with minutes on the clock. in the
• 3:52
Speaker 1: second half to give the Giants a chance with three timeouts.
• 3:56
Speaker 1: And ultimately, Sly missing it. Very fascinating move to end
• 4:00
Speaker 1: the half. The Giants only could put up three after that.
• 4:03
Speaker 1: But they did what they had to. Jameis Winston did enough.
• 4:07
Speaker 1: The one thing I want to see them tighten up, though,
• 4:09
Speaker 1: is at the goal line, you don't go backwards. Penalties
• 4:12
Speaker 1: at the goal line is going to hurt you in
• 4:13
Speaker 1: the future. Skadaboo, running backwards at the five, losing seven
• 4:19
Speaker 1: or so. Didn't hurt them overall, but You want to
• 4:22
Speaker 1: tighten that up. But for the personnel they have right
• 4:27
Speaker 1: now and the dicey health that they have, a 2-1 Giants,
• 4:35
Speaker 1: you'll take it any way you can get it on
• 4:38
Speaker 1: this Sling TV Sunday recap of week three. We're in
• 4:41
Speaker 1: week three. How did that happen? And then on the
• 4:45
Speaker 1: college side, real fast, after Saturday's afternoon game between Tennessee
• 4:51
Speaker 1: and Texas, I felt like The rest of the day
• 4:53
Speaker 1: was going to be a blah. Turns out we had
• 4:55
Speaker 1: seen some upsets overall. We saw Penn State fall to
• 5:04
Speaker 1: Wisconsin in the last couple minutes. We saw USC lose
• 5:07
Speaker 1: to Oregon. I mean, there were some notable losses. We
• 5:10
Speaker 1: saw Ole Miss lose to the Gators, who were ranked
• 5:12
Speaker 1: for the first time in five years. So all this
• 5:17
Speaker 1: to say, I think now is the perfect opportunity to
• 5:22
Speaker 1: go to Sling TV and use my link because you've
• 5:26
Speaker 1: got postseason baseball on the horizon starting tomorrow. Cam Schlittler
• 5:31
Speaker 1: getting his start after a Cy Young candidacy season. You've
• 5:35
Speaker 1: got Monday Night Football tonight. Bears-Eagles. How will they do
• 5:39
Speaker 1: without Caleb Williams there? That's going to be an interesting storyline.
• 5:43
Speaker 1: And the Eagles surviving the Titans last week. What does
• 5:47
Speaker 1: that mean for Philly? We'll have to find out tonight.
• 5:51
Speaker 1: So there's a lot going on. It's my favorite season
• 5:53
Speaker 1: in the fall. Not only because we're about to turn
• 5:55
Speaker 1: 35 here, but because it's everything. It's baseball, football, hockey
• 5:59
Speaker 1: starting tomorrow also. Gear up. Get ready. And join us

• 6:09
Speaker 1: a Sling TV Sunday recap. And by the way, with
• 6:12
Speaker 1: the calls on CBS, the Hunter into and then the
• 6:17
Speaker 1: Javon Holland into called by the legendary Bob Papa. on
• 6:22
Speaker 1: WFAN Sports Radio 66. So much more to go. And
• 6:28
Speaker 1: if they can navigate well with Harbaugh, I said in
• 6:32
Speaker 1: January when he first signed, we're going to be taking
• 6:35
Speaker 1: the NJ Transit to see the first place New York
• 6:39
Speaker 1: football giants. But that's one game at a time, one
• 6:45
Speaker 1: series at a time. And until then, Join us on
• 6:51
