- 0:00Speaker 1: The thoughts, views and opinions shared on the Flow Show no Filter are for educational and entertainment purposes only.
- 0:10Speaker 1: I am not a professional y'all, I'm just good, good, ah, we have reached the favorite day of the week for the flow show no filter game, friday tgif.
- 0:39Speaker 1: Welcome, welcome, welcome y'all.
- 0:42Speaker 1: Uh, shout out to everybody listening on Apple and Spotify and the rest of the podcasting hosting networks, platforms, whatever.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Shout out to the breakfast crew in the building.
- 0:56Speaker 1: We had a great time last night on our first official panel.
- 1:01Speaker 1: It went really well.
- 1:04Speaker 1: Today is the blackout.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Diddy has four new accusers.
- 1:08Speaker 1: I want to talk about what really happened to Gene Hackman and whatever else we may have time for on this Friday.
- 1:18Speaker 1: I don't know about y'all, but I'm feeling good.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Matter of fact, I'm feeling great.
- 1:21Speaker 1: February 28th, Not a leap year, so I believe this is the last day of the month.
- 1:31Speaker 1: Lot to talk about today.
- 1:33Speaker 1: Hope everybody is standing ten toes on the blackout.
- 1:36Speaker 1: We had a great time last night on the panel.
- 1:41Speaker 1: I'll tell you a little bit about that towards the end of the show.
- 1:46Speaker 1: But yeah, feeling good, feeling good, feeling good.
- 1:51Speaker 1: We, we, we.
- 1:53Speaker 1: These four accusers for Diddy came out of nowhere and they came because there is some act that will be.
- 2:02Speaker 1: I think it would be too late or something.
- 2:05Speaker 1: Something happens with the act and we're gonna get into it.
- 2:07Speaker 1: There's some type of law or something that these uh accusers had to get their, their motion, or I mean their lawsuit, filed before march 1st, so we're gonna get into that.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Uh, last night was great.
- 2:25Speaker 1: If you missed it, it was at six o'clock.
- 2:27Speaker 1: We had a panel of nothing but flow, the flow show, filter, listeners.
- 2:32Speaker 1: They didn't know each other from a can of paint as far as, besides being in the chat and and things of that and they all got on and it was a beautiful time and it just points out the fact of what I've been trying to tell everybody that I have the best supporters, the best community online, and it was good to see and it was good for them to to get together and it was good for other people to see what I'm talking about.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Because, see, I ain't one of those people that just say hyperbole and you know, so I'm not gonna come up here.
- 3:09Speaker 1: You know you hear everybody say, hey, I got the best group in, in, in, whatever, and you know it's like cliche, they just say it to say it.
- 3:16Speaker 1: I'm not gonna say it if I didn't believe it.
- 3:19Speaker 1: I'm so no filter that if I had a community that wasn't the best community or whatever I would say.
- 3:28Speaker 1: I would say, hey, I love making this content.
- 3:30Speaker 1: My community ain't all that, but I love them anyway.
- 3:33Speaker 1: That's me.
- 3:34Speaker 1: So I'm not the one going to keep saying I got a great community or great supporters just to say it to gaslight y'all.
- 3:42Speaker 1: I can't do it.
- 3:43Speaker 1: That's kind of like a gift and a curse for me.
- 3:45Speaker 1: I'm not phony, I can't just say stuff to say it.
- 3:48Speaker 1: So I like to have a chance to show what I've been saying.
- 3:51Speaker 1: So all the people who are on the panel, who met everybody for the first time, they could say to themselves Flo said that all his supporters are just cool as hell.
- 4:02Speaker 1: And now you know I'm not just talking mess, nothing, everything.
- 4:07Speaker 1: I come up here.
- 4:08Speaker 1: You can take it to the bank and cash it.
- 4:10Speaker 1: Like my boy said, I don't need credit, I'm cash, I'm debit, meaning if I say it, you can take it to the bank.
- 4:20Speaker 1: If I say I got a great group and we are a part of a great group, that's exactly what it means, because if it wasn't, I wouldn't say it and so it was good to see them interact and and and.
- 4:30Speaker 1: Uh, it's a lot of funny things.
- 4:32Speaker 1: I'm gonna get into that a little bit later on in the show.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Uh, it was a lot of laughs and a shout out to the crew.
- 4:38Speaker 1: It was a great panel talking about the black out, they talked about new edition concerts.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Uh, they talked about their kids, all kind of stuff.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Just a therapeutic session for us to come together.
- 4:49Speaker 1: I realized that so many people would send me messages of how my podcast helps them get through the day and, and I didn't even realize that, like I was just doing what I do, I come here, talk about meaningful news.
- 5:04Speaker 1: You know, try to make it entertaining for the hour that I got your ears and that's it.
- 5:10Speaker 1: And then, once I started getting messages about people listening to me in the hospital and cancer patients and people telling me I help them get through their day, I had no clue.
- 5:21Speaker 1: But one thing about it even when I don't have a clue, once I get a clue I know how to react on the clue.
- 5:28Speaker 1: So I said you know what it's therapeutic for me.
- 5:31Speaker 1: People don't realize I'm the type of person my family, friends and people who know me.
- 5:36Speaker 1: They learn more about me on my podcast than in real life, because I'm not a person who talks about me all the time and so it's therapeutic for me.
- 5:48Speaker 1: So I figured a panel With the group that I have for us to come together however often the listeners want to come together and talk.
- 5:58Speaker 1: I figure it would be a great thing, and I wasn't wrong.
- 6:01Speaker 1: So enough of that.
- 6:03Speaker 1: It's Friday.
- 6:05Speaker 1: Y'all know what we do on Friday.
- 6:07Speaker 1: We celebrate that we made it to another Friday and we got the weekend coming up.
- 6:14Speaker 1: And also the crew in the chat.
- 6:16Speaker 1: Please do not let me forget to thank my subscribers.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Got some special subscribers.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Y'all guys have answered.
- 6:23Speaker 1: Y'all guys and girls have answered the call, and I am just grateful and I appreciate that you guys are understanding that subscribing to this podcast is more about preserving the truth and appreciating the truth.
- 6:38Speaker 1: You know, when you take the edgy route and the raw route that I take, you can't really accept a lot from corporations, so you got to depend on your people.
- 6:47Speaker 1: I got just as much faith as y'all, as y'all have in me, so I appreciate that.
- 6:52Speaker 1: So, chat, don't let me get out of here without thanking these special, special subscribers.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Um, without further ado or should we say without further or don't, or without further a diddy, let's get going.
- 7:07Speaker 1: So we got a lot going on.
- 7:15Speaker 1: So we're going to talk about diddy and from diddy.
- 7:17Speaker 1: I think I'm squeezing kevin lyles too, because kevin lyles, I think, is linked to this Diddy situation in some form or fashion.
- 7:25Speaker 1: But first we want to get into these four additional essay accusers and these assaults that Diddy has going on.
- 7:36Speaker 1: So first article that we want to get in today is from the Variety platform.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Today is from the variety uh platform and it says uh, diddy has four new accusers.
- 7:53Speaker 1: And I was like wow, did they just come out of nowhere?
- 7:57Speaker 1: And then I read more into it and they said it's because of a gender motivated violence act and that window closes March 1st.
- 8:07Speaker 1: So let's get into a variety.
- 8:09Speaker 1: This is from Stephen Horowitz.
- 8:12Speaker 1: This is an article from Stephen Horowitz of the variety Sean.
- 8:16Speaker 1: In the headline reads Sean Diddy Combs faces for additional sex A salt suits as gender motivated violence act.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Look back window closes.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Let's see what we got here.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Sean diddy combs has been hit with four new lawsuits from plaintiffs alleging sa, all filed under the gender motivated violence act, with a look back window closing on March 1st.
- 8:50Speaker 1: All of these suits filed in New York all details similar allegations of sexual assault, with accusers claiming they were rugged and subsequently subjected to sex acts against their will Stop me if you heard it before were previously time barred to file a lawsuit against their abuser during the window period of March 1st 2023 and March 1st 2025.
- 9:34Speaker 1: With the act coming to a close, more suits are expected to be filed before week's end.
- 9:43Speaker 1: So there are more coming.
- 9:45Speaker 1: So the reason why all four of these lawsuits hit us in the face out of nowhere, uh, is because of that act, because I was like wow for it.
- 9:55Speaker 1: I mean, we've been getting lawsuits, but I saw there was like one earlier in the day and the next thing I know, I pulled up a, I pulled, I did more digging and it's like four today and I didn't see many people talking about these four.
- 10:08Speaker 1: I saw a lot of people talking about the one.
- 10:10Speaker 1: So let's get into the first lawsuit against the Mohawkster.
- 10:14Speaker 1: It says the first lawsuit against a Mohawk Diddy comes from Aristaia Benitez, who lived in New York City in 1995 and at the age of 20.
- 10:28Speaker 1: A sophomore at New York University, she was employed by Pepe Jeans, a Tommy Hilfiger sister brand, and was invited by Andy Hilfiger to a party at a restaurant where Combs was present.
- 10:45Speaker 1: Oh brother, she was seated next to Combs and was given a non-alcoholic drink, after which Combs allegedly forcibly groped and fondled her tatas and backside and front side, if you know what I mean.
- 11:06Speaker 1: And it says under her clothes.
- 11:09Speaker 1: She claims to have been rendered unconscious and awoke in the back of a cab hours later, with no recollection of how she got there.
- 11:20Speaker 1: She got there.
- 11:30Speaker 1: The fare had been paid and she noticed her groin area was sore.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Upon belief, the suit claims she was vaginally penetrated by Diddy and his associates While she was unconscious.
- 11:52Speaker 1: Yeah, let's go to the next one.
- 11:54Speaker 1: Another plaintiff, justin Gooch, claims that he was 16 years old in 1999 while living with his grandparents in New Jersey.
- 12:05Speaker 1: Now in January he visited the popular New York City Club Tunnel where he met Combs.
- 12:12Speaker 1: We've talked about the tunnel numerous times on this show.
- 12:14Speaker 1: It's a popular.
- 12:17Speaker 1: It was a popular club in New York.
- 12:19Speaker 1: All kind of craziness went down and allegedly this is part of it.
- 12:25Speaker 1: It so she met combs at the tunnel.
- 12:28Speaker 1: Combs allegedly I mean he, sorry, justin uh combs allegedly invited gooch to one of the club bathrooms and once inside a stall he gave him ketamine, proceeded to penetrate the backside without consent.
- 12:52Speaker 1: After the incident, combs apparently asked that wasn't so bad now, was it?
- 12:59Speaker 1: This is like my boy, greg, said.
- 13:06Speaker 1: You know, these stories are horrific and they just really make you want to just get to the trial, to like get some accountability to what really happened or didn't happen, because it's just these, this is just.
- 13:20Speaker 1: You don't even want to believe these stories are true.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Sad, but let's go now.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Leslie Cockrell.
- 13:29Speaker 1: Leslie Cockrell filed a third lawsuit regarding an incident that occurred in 99 when she was 24.
- 13:39Speaker 1: She ran a scouting business in the music industry.
- 13:43Speaker 1: She ran a scouting business in the music industry and during that summer she went to one of Combs' parties in the Hamptons along with another artist called Jay Stone.
- 13:54Speaker 1: She thought it would be a good networking opportunity, which is the case with a lot of these people, and you know that is most of the reason why people go to these industry parties is to network and help to further their career.
- 14:06Speaker 1: Meet people, hobnob, whatever.
- 14:08Speaker 1: You're not going there thinking that these drinks are possibly spiked and you could be penetrated in all of your holes.
- 14:17Speaker 1: That's not what you're thinking.
- 14:23Speaker 1: Now, at the party, combs offered her a drink.
- 14:28Speaker 1: What do we say about that if I don't think combs could ever offer a person a drink ever again in life, no matter what the outcome is.
- 14:37Speaker 1: But let's go.
- 14:38Speaker 1: Combs offered her a drink and touched her as he gave her a tour of the house, which was packed inside and out with naked people who were engaging in sexual activities.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Now, after her second drink, after a second drink, she began to feel lightheaded and was guided to lie in a room by herself.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Drifting in and out, she woke up to combs vaginally inside her without consent Consent Now, allegedly.
- 15:31Speaker 1: When she came to, she was sore and was told not to tell anyone what happened.
- 15:36Speaker 1: And that brings us to our fourth and final Diddy Combs lawsuit.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Now, the fourth one is from a young lady by the name of Kendra happening.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Kendra worked as a designer designer for a showroom in Los Angeles in 2007.
- 16:05Speaker 1: She applied to a new VH1 show called I Want to Work for Diddy.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Y'all remember that show.
- 16:15Speaker 1: It was a show about.
- 16:18Speaker 1: It was like one of those reality shows.
- 16:20Speaker 1: It was in the era where it was like 50 million reality shows on every station and this was one that they came with.
- 16:27Speaker 1: It was called I want to work for diddy and she was selected and moving to new york.
- 16:35Speaker 1: That year, one night she was invited to an after party where she was led to a back room.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Now, in this back room it was Diddy and there were other individuals.
- 16:52Speaker 1: Diddy offered her a drink.
- 16:57Speaker 1: She accepted.
- 17:00Speaker 1: She believes now the drink was laced.
- 17:06Speaker 1: She sat down next to combs, who allegedly guided her head down to have her perform oral on him.
- 17:15Speaker 1: She passed out and awoke to combs sitting at the foot of the bed, knowing she was rugged and that her inside was sore.
- 17:27Speaker 1: She claimed that she was later invited to combs la mansion, where she was subsequently abused.
- 17:36Speaker 1: Representatives for combs responded in a request for comment.
- 17:45Speaker 1: No matter how many lawsuits are filed, especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims, it won't change the fact that mr combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone, man or woman, adult, minor.
- 18:03Speaker 1: This lawsuit is nothing more than a collection of media headlines stitched together with fragments from other lawsuits and baseless rumors.
- 18:12Speaker 1: With the deadline for New York's Gender Motivation Violence Act expiring tomorrow, opportunists are scrambling to file last minute meritless claims.
- 18:25Speaker 1: Scrambling to file last minute meritless claims.
- 18:27Speaker 1: We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason, but that does not make the claims true.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Mr Combs is confident he will prevail in court.
- 18:40Speaker 1: Now I don't know what you think about those, but all I know is, no matter how you spin it, diddy is cooked.
- 18:53Speaker 1: It's just too many stories and the odds of every last one of these stories or even like every last one of these stories not being true is like you probably have a better chance of being struck by lightning and winning the lottery ticket and winning the lottery at the same time.
- 19:16Speaker 1: So as we approach this enterprise letter, we got these lawsuits.
- 19:23Speaker 1: We know they trifling.
- 19:28Speaker 1: We've already heard the stories.
- 19:29Speaker 1: He gives a drink, they feel crazy.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Next thing, you know, you know what happens and it's starting to seem like that's the culture or that was the culture.
- 19:43Speaker 1: That is the culture.
- 19:44Speaker 1: I't know, I'm not a part of that culture, but dominoes are falling.
- 19:52Speaker 1: And when I say dominoes are falling, there's another case of sexual you know what?
- 20:04Speaker 1: And it's from another exec.
- 20:07Speaker 1: It's Kevin Liles.
- 20:10Speaker 1: I don't know if you heard about it.
- 20:14Speaker 1: But this, kevin Liles, which is another music exec who was in the Diddy, at the Diddy parties or in the Diddy culture of the days when you could just do this, see what's happening is you could just do this and get away with it back in the Diddy culture of the days when you could just do this, see what's happening is, you could just do this and get away with it back in the day.
- 20:29Speaker 1: And what's happening is everyone has a voice now and so these skeletons are coming out.
- 20:38Speaker 1: And so why do I say Kevin Lyles, the big record exec that was at Warner Music?
- 20:46Speaker 1: What makes me think that his has something to do with Diddy?
- 20:57Speaker 1: Go check it out.
- 20:58Speaker 1: If you know the music industry, you know Kevin Liles is up there at the top with Diddy, with Jay-Z, with all of these guys LA Reed.
- 21:07Speaker 1: You know this is the there at the top, with Diddy, with Jay-Z, with all of these guys LA Reid.
- 21:09Speaker 1: You know this is the top of the top and it's a small world at the top.
- 21:14Speaker 1: So they all hang.
- 21:15Speaker 1: They know each other, they know what's going on, and one thing about Kevin Lyles is when this stuff was first going on, back before Diddy was arrested, uh, uh, kevin Lyles was standing 10 toes on for for Diddy.
- 21:32Speaker 1: He he said, uh, they interviewed him.
- 21:37Speaker 1: I think it was a TMZ interview.
- 21:38Speaker 1: He said, uh, about the allegations.
- 21:41Speaker 1: He said that's not the Diddy he knows.
- 21:43Speaker 1: And to me that was just a bold-faced lie, because there's no way that a person like me I've never been in the industry as deep as a Kevin Lyles, but I've been in it to know that it's widely known that Diddy is a monster.
- 22:03Speaker 1: Even the people who cool with him know that and I've heard them say it out their mouth.
- 22:08Speaker 1: And these aren't, uh, you know, roadies, these are top execs who I've heard out their own mouth say what type of stuff Diddy was on, and this and that and that Diddy was something else and Diddy is something else.
- 22:24Speaker 1: So see, to the average American or to the average person who's not in this industry or privy to the information, where I was, you know I was an artist back in the day, so I was around to hear conversations, and so to the average person, you might not know, you don't know Kevin Liles, or don't know, you know none of this stuff about Diddy, or you're not around this mess.
- 22:46Speaker 1: So, kevin Liles, or don't know, you know none of this stuff about Diddy or you're not around this mess.
- 22:47Speaker 1: So, kevin Liles say that you say, okay, well, he's just saying it's no big deal.
- 22:52Speaker 1: But somebody like me that knows exactly what these people they know.
- 22:57Speaker 1: So I would respect Kevin Liles more if he didn't just say, just don't say anything.
- 23:03Speaker 1: If he didn't say anything, I wouldn't have much to say.
- 23:05Speaker 1: But for him to actually put out there and say that's not the Diddy he knows when he knows, everybody knows that Diddy is a monster and has been a monster.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Even his quote unquote, friends.
- 23:20Speaker 1: So for Lyon, this is what you get.
- 23:25Speaker 1: Lying, this is what you get for for being someone to help keep this mess going.
- 23:37Speaker 1: Now you're under the fire.
- 23:38Speaker 1: So let's talk about kevin lowe's.
- 23:39Speaker 1: And there's something else about kevin lowe's situation that it trips me out, because Diddy was arrested around September 6th, right?
- 23:51Speaker 1: Well, it just so happens that I have an article here that I looked up.
- 24:00Speaker 1: You know I did some digging to make sure because I can remember, but I always like to look at the article to make sure I'm not just putting something out.
- 24:06Speaker 1: That's not true.
- 24:07Speaker 1: Check this out, y'all.
- 24:10Speaker 1: Diddy was arrested on September 6th or right around that day give or take a day, but it's September 6th, I believe, right.
- 24:20Speaker 1: And then I have this article from September 17th, nearly Ten days later, and it says Kevin Liles leaves Warner Music Group.
- 24:35Speaker 1: Basically, he was pushed out Out of nowhere.
- 24:43Speaker 1: So, mr, that ain't the Diddy I know, just so so.
- 24:49Speaker 1: So let's let's, let's read the tea leaves.
- 24:50Speaker 1: This is what we do.
- 24:50Speaker 1: I'm like a teacher, I'm teaching all everybody how to read those tea leaves.
- 24:55Speaker 1: You don't have much celebrities coming out, but when you do have one that wants to stand ten toes with a person like diddy, with with all these nasty rumors, nasty allegations, mountain allegations, the feud, if he did want to come out, I would think he is definitely cool with Diddy and trying to do what he can to help his friend, who has probably engaged in the same things that he has right.
- 25:20Speaker 1: So it makes sense that after he's arrested not even two weeks I'm talking about Kevin Liles is a staple at Warner Music Group.
- 25:32Speaker 1: So you mean to tell me all of a sudden, 10 days after Diddy is arrested, you are basically forced out of Warner Music Group.
- 25:45Speaker 1: There's no such thing as coincidences, y'all.
- 25:49Speaker 1: Kevin Liles is definitely in the same situation or similar situation as Diddy as we speak, and we're going to get into it, because there's not just a coincidence that you go down and you're one of the ones talking about.
- 26:15Speaker 1: That's not the Diddy, you know, when we all know you telling a bold-faced lie Kevin Liles.
- 26:23Speaker 1: And so now Kevin Liles of Def Jam and Def Jam are being sued by Jane Doe for sexual assault.
- 26:45Speaker 1: Mind y'all.
- 26:49Speaker 1: We have this Enterprise letter coming out in a week or two or less, and the enterprise letter is supposed to detail everybody who worked with Diddy, everybody who helped Diddy, the entire organization, how it worked, who helped Diddy do illegal things, who helped with the trap.
- 27:04Speaker 1: All of that, and don't be surprised if you hear kevin loud's name.
- 27:10Speaker 1: So this is from variety.
- 27:15Speaker 1: Another article from stephen horowitz says kevin louds, the veteran music executive who has played a key role in D'Angelo and Young Thug's careers, is being sued by Jane Doe, claiming that he sexually assaulted her during her employment at Def Jam in the early 2000s.
- 27:40Speaker 1: Now, in the suit filed in New York Supreme supreme court, this jane doe named universal music group def jam and kevin lowes as defendants.
- 27:54Speaker 1: She filed under the victims of gender motivation motivated violence protection law, which was granted an amendment in 2022, and this was granted to allow survivors whose claims were previously time barred to file a suit before march 1st 2025.
- 28:18Speaker 1: Laws responded to the suit in a statement to Variety, refuting allegations, saying I absolutely deny the outrageous claims reported in the press this evening.
- 28:31Speaker 1: He said I wish I could share a more detailed response to this slander, but this is the first I've heard of this claim, and the anonymous accuser's attorney shared the lawsuit with gossip influencers and media outlets before it was even posted by the court.
- 28:49Speaker 1: So my attorneys and I have not seen the actual lawsuit.
- 28:56Speaker 1: After near and he goes on to say, after nearly 40 years of service to our culture, I've intentionally built a reputation for doing things the right way, treating people the right way and empowering women.
- 29:10Speaker 1: It is a shameful reality that these lies spread so freely.
- 29:16Speaker 1: My attorney and I will fully clear my name and when we are successful, this anonymous accuser and her attorney will face a defamation lawsuit and every other available legal consequence.
- 29:29Speaker 1: These allegations will not derail my mission to be of service to our community and focus on the greater good and the greater God.
- 29:40Speaker 1: Now, at the time of the alleged lawsuit, liles began sexually harassing her soon after making derogatory and degrading comments based on her gender, regarding her body and appearance.
- 30:16Speaker 1: From 2000 to 2022, the sexual harassment escalated, with Liles alleging pushing his body against her breasts and grabbing her behind.
- 30:29Speaker 1: Now, in 2020 and 2002, this Jane Doe says that she was at the office with Liles when he made sexual advances that she Rejected, that she Rejected he then allegedly forced Himself on top of her and graped her.
- 30:50Speaker 1: Despite continued protests, the suit claims that UMG and Def Jam Not only knew, or should have known, of Lau's propensity To commit these sorts of crimes, but they also enabled how he engaged with employees.
- 31:15Speaker 1: Now, as you see, this is the same type of culture.
- 31:18Speaker 1: It's the same stuff we're seeing, and it's just funny to me because, like I said, two things got me looking at Kevin Lyle's funny.
- 31:33Speaker 1: Like I said, the first is that you were removed or left or forced out or whatever happened with Warner Brothers, just two weeks after Diddy was arrested.
- 31:40Speaker 1: And then, on top of that, you are one of the people's, one of the few people, who came out and did an interview talking about that's not the Diddy you know.
- 31:54Speaker 1: So you went ahead and stuck your neck out for somebody who was seen on camera doing crazy stuff, and when I'm talking about the Cassie situation.
- 32:09Speaker 1: And, mind you, diddy ain't a teenager, he ain't even in his young 20s.
- 32:15Speaker 1: He 50-something doing this.
- 32:17Speaker 1: He, 50 years old, putting hands and feet and kicking a woman that's the size of my pinky At 50.
- 32:25Speaker 1: Hands and feet and kicking a woman that's the size of my pinky at 50, and you sticking your neck out saying that's not the diddy, you know, with the when the allegations came.
- 32:32Speaker 1: So now you under the hot, now you in the hot water boiling.
- 32:37Speaker 1: So it goes on to say in 2002, in 2002, I'm sorry, I keep saying 2022, sorry y'all.
- 32:45Speaker 1: In 2002, doe says that she was at the office with lyle's when he made sexual advances again and in the statement shared the variety.
- 33:01Speaker 1: The attorney for jane doe says we commend our client for her determination to seek justice for the sexual abuse she endured, as well as the sheer bravery it took to come forward against a well-known celebrity figure.
- 33:17Speaker 1: In our lengthy experience defending sex abuse victims, we have witnessed a common thread and that it is often not alone.
- 33:28Speaker 1: They are not alone in their abuse Based on the violent and egregious conduct.
- 33:32Speaker 1: We expect that others were also abused and we hope that they can also come forward to share their experiences and pursuit of justice to share their experiences and pursuit of justice.
- 33:44Speaker 1: Of course, representatives of UMG did not respond at the time.
- 33:49Speaker 1: Now, in 2023, liles was named as a defendant in a $25 million sexual assault that was filed against singer Trey Songz.
- 34:01Speaker 1: That was filed against singer Trey Songz.
- 34:04Speaker 1: Kevin Louse manages Trey Songz.
- 34:08Speaker 1: I don't have to tell y'all most people know how many lawsuits and the craziness that Trey Songz has been involved in.
- 34:19Speaker 1: And this is his manager, mister, that's not the diddy, I know.
- 34:23Speaker 1: But we all know trey songs has been caught up in a lot of mess and I know personal stories from people who were there.
- 34:38Speaker 1: Trey songs is wild.
- 34:41Speaker 1: I'm just gonna tell y'all who were there Trey Songz is wild.
- 34:45Speaker 1: I'm just gonna tell y'all.
- 34:46Speaker 1: It ain't my place to go into the details because until he's in a court of law or it's time to come out or say this or say that, I'm just gonna let y'all know Trey Songz is a wild boy.
- 34:56Speaker 1: And so now that I'm seeing Kevin Lyles, he manages Trey.
- 34:59Speaker 1: He got this small lot of smoke.
- 35:00Speaker 1: He's standing up for Diddy.
- 35:00Speaker 1: Kevin Lyles, he manages Trey.
- 35:01Speaker 1: He got this lot of smoke.
- 35:01Speaker 1: He's standing up for Diddy.
- 35:03Speaker 1: Kevin Lyles, you looking like you about to go down, bruh, it ain't looking good.
- 35:10Speaker 1: The Jane Doe who filed the suit claimed that Lyles ignored the growing accusations against songs over the years.
- 35:19Speaker 1: I can confirm that.
- 35:22Speaker 1: I can confirm that.
- 35:26Speaker 1: I can confirm that.
- 35:30Speaker 1: But the suit was settled the following year.
- 35:32Speaker 1: Money, money settled it.
- 35:39Speaker 1: I am not the type I evaluate what is in front of me and I deal with who is on the chopping block.
- 35:46Speaker 1: I don't just throw out mess to put people under the fire, because if I was that type of podcast or YouTuber, I would be doing it.
- 35:54Speaker 1: I don't do it for clicks and views, I just do it to give you all the news.
- 35:58Speaker 1: But trust me, if I did I could do some story times on on some of these trey song situations and you would probably throw up.
- 36:10Speaker 1: So let's continue.
- 36:14Speaker 1: A veteran label and management executive, liles, recently left his post as chairman of CEO of Warner Music Elektra Entertainment.
- 36:27Speaker 1: The company saw significant success with Young Thug, blah blah, blah, blah blah.
- 36:36Speaker 1: So you guys, I'm going to officially say I that kevin lyles has entered the diddy chat and I don't think anybody else is going to make the statement of.
- 36:54Speaker 1: That's not the diddy.
- 36:55Speaker 1: I know because kevin lyles you a damn lie, and realizing that you made that statement is what made me even look harder at him.
- 37:10Speaker 1: I wasn't even really paying kevin lowe as much attention.
- 37:11Speaker 1: I'm gonna be honest with y'all.
- 37:13Speaker 1: But when diddy was arrested and then kevin lowe's was removed or forced out or whatever, 10 days later, it don't take a rocket scientist to know that had.
- 37:22Speaker 1: It's a strong possibility that that was connected.
- 37:26Speaker 1: And then you had a nerd to be talking about.
- 37:29Speaker 1: That ain't the diddy.
- 37:30Speaker 1: You know, when everybody in the industry, even if you put like this, even if you want to stand up for diddy, if you just want to be honest about it, because, hey, hey, I'm not going to say, you know, we all have friends and we want to stand up for our friends and we care about them, we don't care what they're going through, so hey, I would give you that Maybe that's your friend, you want to stand up for or stand by him or do something.
- 37:58Speaker 1: But you got to keep it real and you only got two options.
- 38:01Speaker 1: You can either not say nothing or you can say, hey, um, diddy's been a good friend of mine.
- 38:08Speaker 1: I hope the situation works out the best way it can for him, something like that.
- 38:13Speaker 1: But when you come out talking about that, ain't the diddy, you know this ain't 2000, no more.
- 38:22Speaker 1: Y'all, kevin, y'all don't have control of the media, no more.
- 38:26Speaker 1: So if you saying that that's not the Diddy, you know it's a lot of people who know that it's widely known in the industry what Diddy has done and is about Kevin Lodge.
- 38:42Speaker 1: You a manager to Trey Songz.
- 38:43Speaker 1: You know what type of stuff Trey Songz has done.
- 38:43Speaker 1: And is about Kevin Liles.
- 38:43Speaker 1: You a manager to Trey Songz.
- 38:44Speaker 1: You know what type of stuff Trey Songz has done.
- 38:46Speaker 1: You know how he treated and what he's done in women.
- 38:52Speaker 1: So you looking like a bold faced liar.
- 38:57Speaker 1: Now I think we need to be paying a little bit more attention to Kevin Liles, y'all.
- 39:00Speaker 1: I'm just going to be honest.
- 39:01Speaker 1: I wasn't really paying attention to Kevin Liles, y'all.
- 39:04Speaker 1: I'm just going to be honest.
- 39:05Speaker 1: I wasn't really paying attention to Kevin Liles.
- 39:06Speaker 1: But with them statements, with this new lawsuit finding out he had other lawsuits I didn't know he was managing Trey Songz.
- 39:14Speaker 1: Now it all really makes sense.
- 39:20Speaker 1: And a lot of podcasters.
- 39:21Speaker 1: They might not know this information or they might be scared to say it, but hey look, it is what it is.
- 39:25Speaker 1: I can't do nothing but tell you what I know as to be true, and y'all know me long enough to know that if I don't have any context on it, I won't say it.
- 39:34Speaker 1: I say, hey look, I don't know nothing about that, I'm just giving you this.
- 39:38Speaker 1: But when it comes to Trey Songz and Kevin Liles and Diddy, it's a lot more I could put out if I was just a messy person that just wanted to put out whatever hearsay I heard.
- 39:53Speaker 1: I'm not that type.
- 39:54Speaker 1: But I tell you one thing where there's smoke, there's fire and we're gonna keep letting it out.
- 40:00Speaker 1: So let me get to my subscribers and we're going to get back to before we get out of here.
- 40:07Speaker 1: I got to go to Gene Hackman, but let me thank the people who are responsible for this podcast, for this audio, for the video, for everything you're seeing and listening and hearing.
- 40:20Speaker 1: Without the subscribers it ain't here.
- 40:24Speaker 1: Without the subscribers, this ain't happening without the subscribers.
- 40:30Speaker 1: As a podcaster grow, you start getting corporate money.
- 40:34Speaker 1: This stuff, this podcast will go from talking about Diddy to talking about the birds and the bees and the browns and the Lakers and all type of fluff stuff.
- 40:44Speaker 1: But because people choose to subscribe and understand that subscribing to this podcast is all about preserving a platform of truth that actually gives the people who listen to this platform a voice.
- 40:55Speaker 1: Evidence last night I was in the chat.
- 41:00Speaker 1: I gave all the flow show listeners who wanted to come and talk and say what they had to say.
- 41:05Speaker 1: I gave them my platform for a night and we're going to continue that Now soon.
- 41:09Speaker 1: When you find another podcaster or YouTube that backs up their words like that, please let them know and send me their information, because I don't see nobody doing that.
- 41:18Speaker 1: So if you see them, let me know.
- 41:21Speaker 1: If you see another podcaster that, tell you he about the people and he gives his people the platform to talk and say whatever they want to say and talk about whatever they need to talk about, please be the first person to let me know, because, as far as, as far as I know, ain't nobody doing this, because I'm true.
- 41:38Speaker 1: True to this and I'm true to my subscribers, so let me shout y'all out and of of course, I know I take a few minutes to do this every time because, whether you know or not, these more, these people are more important than you even know.
- 41:50Speaker 1: These people are the reason why I could wake up in the morning and come here and give y'all unbiased, unfiltered news from somebody like me who don't care what nobody say.
- 42:02Speaker 1: I'm one of the few people that have already stood up to the industry as a youngin' you know what I'm going to do as a grown man.
- 42:09Speaker 1: So let's shout out to these subscribers First.
- 42:13Speaker 1: Tanya Shepard, I greatly appreciate you.
- 42:17Speaker 1: She gave a $3 donation of subscription to keep this podcast rolling.
- 42:22Speaker 1: I need everybody in this chat to say thank you to Tanya for preserving the truth and understanding.
- 42:29Speaker 1: That's what it's about.
- 42:30Speaker 1: Next, we got John, john.
- 42:36Speaker 1: I appreciate you.
- 42:37Speaker 1: John gave a $3 subscription.
- 42:41Speaker 1: Shout out to you, john, for giving me three of your hard-earned money.
- 42:46Speaker 1: $3 is one egg.
- 42:49Speaker 1: I think at this point $3 can buy you one egg at the supermarket.
- 42:55Speaker 1: And I appreciate you for subscribing to the podcast.
- 42:59Speaker 1: And we got two special special I'm going to have to say subscriber of the day and co-subscriber of the day because they donated and went above and beyond.
- 43:14Speaker 1: I got to give them both their props and everybody in the chat and everybody on this podcast got to give them their props.
- 43:21Speaker 1: And who I'm talking about?
- 43:22Speaker 1: I'm talking about cynthia white richardson.
- 43:25Speaker 1: She gave eight dollars y'all at eight dollar subscription when I only asked for three.
- 43:32Speaker 1: So cynthia white richardson round of applause, everybody in the chat thanks cynthia.
- 43:43Speaker 1: Cynthia gave eight when we only asked for three and but we appreciate everybody that gives more.
- 43:50Speaker 1: Give what you can give, because this is a great situation here.
- 43:54Speaker 1: Like I said, I got a great group of.
- 43:56Speaker 1: It was it was basically ladies night last night, on the panel and just like my family.
- 44:00Speaker 1: The reason why I called it flo's house, the panel because I wanted to be just like it used to be in my family's house where everybody could talk about whatever and you know no structure, just good people talking about good, good things or news that we need to get off our chest.
- 44:17Speaker 1: We had the one guy in there, felix, to hold down and make sure he didn't say much, but he was there to support the ladies and make sure that nobody do nothing to our ladies, because we protect our ladies on the flow show, no filter, just like the ladies protect us.
- 44:31Speaker 1: And so shout out to Felix for being the only man on the panel last night.
- 44:35Speaker 1: It was like 10 women and it was great.
- 44:39Speaker 1: So, hey, I'm doing my part, let's just all do ours and I appreciate it.
- 44:46Speaker 1: And last but certainly, certainly not least, subscriber of the day what Heather Kelly, what her, what her subscription, what she donated to this podcast To preserve the truth so that I could wake up in the morning and give y'all this truth at the crack of dawn.
- 45:13Speaker 1: Look, I give y'all the truth Before this Hollywood could even wake up.
- 45:19Speaker 1: They still sleep.
- 45:21Speaker 1: Y'all done already got the truth.
- 45:23Speaker 1: I done went on about my day.
- 45:25Speaker 1: Heather Kelly donated with a $18 subscription.
- 45:33Speaker 1: Heather Kelly is holding this podcast down, so let me get some thank yous to Heather in the chat.
- 45:45Speaker 1: Let me get some thank yous to Heather in the fan mail.
- 45:49Speaker 1: Thank her directly if you know who Heather Kelly is.
- 45:53Speaker 1: I don't know who Heather Kelly is, but this sweetheart has found it in her heart to donate $18 to a cause that I only asked for $3.
- 46:05Speaker 1: But if you could give more, it doesn't do anything but help and Heather alone, you might make me come in here and spill all the Trey Songz beans off that $18.
- 46:17Speaker 1: Thank you, heather, for the $18 subscription.
- 46:20Speaker 1: Let's get some hand claps in the chat you heather for the 18 for subscription.
- 46:25Speaker 1: Let's get some hand claps in the chat.
- 46:26Speaker 1: Let me give you some real hand claps from my hands to your ears.
- 46:28Speaker 1: This is a.
- 46:29Speaker 1: When I say we got the best community, I mean that and y'all see it.
- 46:37Speaker 1: If you missed the panel last night, I will be taking a clip and uploading some of the panel to the audio podcast for free for everybody to listen to over the weekend.
- 46:49Speaker 1: I'm going to do a clip, clean it up a little bit and so you guys can get a chance to listen over the weekend.
- 46:56Speaker 1: I don't do a podcast anyway, so you'll get some bonus coverage of that panel just to get an idea, so you can listen to what I've been telling y'all.
- 47:05Speaker 1: I'm one of those people I'm from.
- 47:06Speaker 1: I'd like to show you better than I can tell you and I know I've been telling you about how cool the flow group is and how, how blessed I am and how blessed anybody who's a part of the situation, how blessed we are.
- 47:18Speaker 1: We all are.
- 47:19Speaker 1: But I want you to hear for yourself.
- 47:21Speaker 1: The funny thing about the panel was two things that was funny.
- 47:26Speaker 1: The first thing was the panel was set up to tell everybody about the blackout and what, and the information about DEI and all that Y'all.
- 47:37Speaker 1: That panel got up there.
- 47:39Speaker 1: They talked about the blackout for about five seconds and for the rest of the hour and a half or almost two hours they were on there.
- 47:47Speaker 1: It was just talking about all kinds of stuff and I loved it.
- 47:50Speaker 1: But at the end they made sure that we wrapped it up and we reminded everybody about the blackout today.
- 47:57Speaker 1: But I thought that was very funny.
- 47:59Speaker 1: I actually told my best friend about it.
- 48:01Speaker 1: I said I was in my mind, picturing that they were going to be talking about the blackout and dei and this and that for about 40 minutes at least, before they went into whatever else, they went into y'all.
- 48:13Speaker 1: They talked about the blackout.
- 48:15Speaker 1: It was like announcing.
- 48:16Speaker 1: It was like the, the, the no morning announcements at school, when you talk about it for about three minutes and then the rest it was whatever.
- 48:24Speaker 1: And I loved it.
- 48:26Speaker 1: And another thing that was funny is they were supposed to get out of there.
- 48:31Speaker 1: Shan, that's my sister from another Mr Shan.
- 48:34Speaker 1: I've been teaching her and working with her and we've been working together, her content creating.
- 48:39Speaker 1: We met on TikTok when I was doing the Rasheem Carter case and I done had Shan doing brand deals.
- 48:47Speaker 1: I've had Shan making commercial, taking pictures.
- 48:50Speaker 1: I love Shan because she's always willing to try, and yet last night she hosted the panel, did an excellent job and I knew she was going to be fine, because one thing about the flow show no filter, it ain't nothing but a bunch of people supporting each other.
- 49:05Speaker 1: That's all you're gonna find in this community, because the ones who ain't about our community, they usually weed themselves out because this is a beautiful thing.
- 49:13Speaker 1: We got here like we do.
- 49:15Speaker 1: I was not worried one bit about shane hosting her first panel for me, because I know the flow show filter ain't nothing but a bunch of people who support and gonna uplift each other.
- 49:24Speaker 1: And it was funny.
- 49:25Speaker 1: So shan goes about an hour.
- 49:27Speaker 1: It was about an hour, right.
- 49:29Speaker 1: So they started at six.
- 49:30Speaker 1: At about seven o'clock, let's say shan was like all right y'all.
- 49:34Speaker 1: Well, we've been on here an hour, so we're gonna go ahead and get out of here y'all.
- 49:37Speaker 1: Well, we've been on here an hour, so we're going to go ahead and get out of here Y'all.
- 49:40Speaker 1: They was on another hour, they were on almost another hour.
- 49:44Speaker 1: After they said we about to get out of here and I loved every bit of it and that's what the flow show no filter is about A diverse group coming together and unifying and we all we got I don't care about nobody outside this circle and when I say this circle, I'm talking about my apple family, my spotify family, my youtube family, my facebook family, my instagram family, my tiktok family all under one roof and we gonna ride for each other on the to the wheels fall off and I love it.
- 50:17Speaker 1: And another thing y'all know about how I am about group chats.
- 50:21Speaker 1: So after they get off the panel, the group chat was on fire all night.
- 50:26Speaker 1: They just talking, talking, talking, talking, talking.
- 50:29Speaker 1: That you would think they are.
- 50:30Speaker 1: You don't think the flow show no filter family been together for 30, 40 years.
- 50:35Speaker 1: It was man, and it was exactly what I thought and what I wanted it to be.
- 50:39Speaker 1: I wanted it to be somewhere where we could come talk and it ain't about what the subject is.
- 50:46Speaker 1: Yeah, we got a few subjects we want to talk about, but I want the women it turned into ladies night talk about whatever you want to talk about, cause this is it's just about bonding, it's just about getting out what we want to get out.
- 50:58Speaker 1: You know, speaking to level-headed, like-minded individuals.
- 51:02Speaker 1: And it was beautiful y'all.
- 51:03Speaker 1: I ain't gonna go on and on about it.
- 51:05Speaker 1: They were special and we're gonna do it again and, like I said, look out for tomorrow I will definitely put a uh clip.
- 51:13Speaker 1: I will add an audio clip, maybe about 45 minutes or so, uh, over the weekend, so you can hear the panel and kind of just hear what went on and just, you know, kind of listen to the beautiful group that we're putting together and we are growing.
- 51:26Speaker 1: So, like I said, shout out to everybody who subscribed.
- 51:29Speaker 1: I really appreciate you.
- 51:30Speaker 1: I will continue, as you can see, every day, 730 sharp, like my daddy and my mama raised me.
- 51:38Speaker 1: Y'all see that that thing is uploaded.
- 51:39Speaker 1: I do that on me.
- 51:40Speaker 1: Ain't nobody telling me to do that.
- 51:42Speaker 1: You know who telling me to do that?
- 51:43Speaker 1: My people like y'all for supporting.
- 51:45Speaker 1: Ain't no way y'all going to support me.
- 51:47Speaker 1: I ain't going to get my ass up to do what I'm supposed to do.
- 51:50Speaker 1: That's the family and that's where I come from.
- 51:53Speaker 1: So I appreciate y'all and y'all ain't going to just hear it out of my mouth.
- 51:57Speaker 1: Y'all going to see it in me giving up four hours of content every day.
- 52:01Speaker 1: I still have people in fan mail that be like, oh, I wish you would have talked about this.
- 52:07Speaker 1: You didn't talk about that.
- 52:08Speaker 1: I'm like I love it.
- 52:09Speaker 1: It doesn't bother me when people complain and when I say complain I don't mean like in a bad way but when people say, say that that's a positive to me.
- 52:17Speaker 1: Because I say to myself I'm giving four hours of content a day, two two hour shows, and my people still want more.
- 52:25Speaker 1: So shout out to y'all because I'm gonna give you more.
- 52:30Speaker 1: So let's get to this gene hackman before we get out of here and and everybody's free for the weekend.
- 52:36Speaker 1: I don't know what.
- 52:37Speaker 1: What the heck I'm going to do.
- 52:38Speaker 1: To be honest, I'll be so wore out from the week.
- 52:40Speaker 1: I just like to relax on the weekend.
- 52:42Speaker 1: So I ain't probably doing much, but I'm sure y'all going to have a ball.
- 52:46Speaker 1: And, side note, tomorrow is March 1st.
- 52:50Speaker 1: My birthday is March 6th, so we will be celebrating my birthday online.
- 52:56Speaker 1: I think it's Thursday.
- 52:58Speaker 1: So if you want to participate, all you gotta do for me is get a subscription.
- 53:05Speaker 1: If you want to give me a birthday present, just get.
- 53:08Speaker 1: Get a subscription, real easy, I like.
- 53:10Speaker 1: I tell you I'm a cheap date.
- 53:12Speaker 1: If you want to do more, we're gonna have a party.
- 53:14Speaker 1: If you want to do some super chats and all that, we're gonna do that this week.
- 53:17Speaker 1: But hey, I'm just giving y'all a heads up, my birthday is march 6th.
- 53:21Speaker 1: Don't play with me now.
- 53:23Speaker 1: Now, gene hackman.
- 53:25Speaker 1: What really happened?
- 53:29Speaker 1: Unless you're living under a rock, you know gene hackman and his wife and dogs and you know Gene Hackman and his wife and dogs and RIP to them.
- 53:44Speaker 1: And when it first happened, we all screamed sound like carbon monoxide.
- 53:47Speaker 1: We said that for them to just pass away like that and we didn't see any obvious signs of foul play had to be carbon monoxide.
- 54:01Speaker 1: But as the day went on, police saying it's not carbon monoxide and they believe it's something mysterious happening.
- 54:07Speaker 1: So let's listen to this 9-1-1 call first and then we're gonna get into what really happened to gene hackman.
- 54:15Speaker 1: Oh yeah, so we got the.
- 54:20Speaker 1: Uh, where is the 9-1-1 call for gene hackman?

- 55:03Speaker 1: She wants me to be like cuomo.
- 55:05Speaker 1: That's her boy.
- 55:07Speaker 3: So, um, let's listen to what he said very mysterious two-time oscar winner, 95 year old gene hackman.
- 55:14Speaker 3: Oscar winner, 95-year-old Gene Hackman, his wife, one of his dogs, all found dead together.
- 55:22Speaker 3: First it was said no foul play Weird.
- 55:25Speaker 3: Well that's changed.
- 55:28Speaker 3: The deaths are now being investigated as suspicious Facts.
- 55:32Speaker 3: Betsy, the wife, found first in the New Mexico home in the bathroom lying on the floor, a prescription bottle on the counter, pills scattered around their.
- 55:44Speaker 3: German shepherd dead in a kennel clothes in the closet near the wife.
- 55:48Speaker 3: But two other dogs found alive.
- 55:52Speaker 3: Hackman found in the mudroom.
- 55:54Speaker 3: Cops on the scene suspect he had fallen.
- 55:57Speaker 3: Both of the bodies had started to decompose, indicating they'd been dead for a while.
- 56:01Speaker 3: So department said no signs of carbon monoxide poisoning.
- 56:07Speaker 3: That was my guess early on.
- 56:08Speaker 3: Initial autopsy show no external injuries.
- 56:23Speaker 3: Initial.
- 56:24Speaker 3: What did they find on the inside toxicology we don't know yet.
- 56:26Speaker 3: Here is part of a 911 call that was made by a maintenance worker after he looked inside a window of the house and saw bodies on the floor I think we just found two or one deceased person inside a house.
- 56:43Speaker 2: Damn, damn damn.
- 56:45Speaker 2: Is the patient a male or a female?
- 56:47Speaker 2: A female and a male, probably, I don't know.
- 56:50Speaker 2: I don't know if there's just been somebody up here real quick.
- 56:52Speaker 2: Are they breathing?
- 56:53Speaker 2: I have no idea.
- 56:55Speaker 2: I'm not inside the house.
- 56:56Speaker 2: It's closed, it's locked.
- 56:57Speaker 2: I can't go in.
- 56:58Speaker 2: But I see the she's laying down on the window.
- 57:01Speaker 2: Are they moving at all?
- 57:02Speaker 2: No, they're not moving.
- 57:11Speaker 3: Just bring somebody up here really quick, all right.
- 57:13Speaker 3: So not that helpful, right, because he didn't see what happened.
- 57:16Speaker 3: Helpful right, because he didn't see what happened.
- 57:22Speaker 3: Retired fbi agent bobby chacon.
- 57:23Speaker 3: Criminal defense attorney mark garagos.
- 57:25Speaker 3: So let's start with what matters.
- 57:27Speaker 3: What we need to know is what you know the autopsy, the toxicology, of course, but, bobby, what is your list of questions?
- 57:33Speaker 3: Well, I want to know if there's any indication that anybody else was in the house.
- 57:38Speaker 3: So the crime scene team did a search warrant, did a crime scene examination overnight through the house.
- 57:43Speaker 3: So I want to know, you know, if they found any other evidence that anyone else that shouldn't have been there was in that house.
- 57:49Speaker 3: I also want to be from the forensic.
- 57:52Speaker 1: I'm gonna stop it there.
- 57:52Speaker 1: Um, as far as that, y'all I'm gonna be.
- 57:54Speaker 1: You know this is no filter, I just give it.
- 57:55Speaker 1: Y'all I'm going to be.
- 57:56Speaker 1: You know this is no filter, I'll just give it to y'all.
- 57:58Speaker 1: Honest, I don't know what the hell, how the hell, who the hell.
- 58:05Speaker 1: I have no theory.
- 58:07Speaker 1: It's weird.
- 58:10Speaker 1: If it's not carbon monoxide, I'm lost.
- 58:14Speaker 1: I haven't even.
- 58:18Speaker 1: You know, I've been so busy with the Kevin Liles and the Diddy and all the different little stories that I had to cover today, I didn't get a chance to dive deep into this Gene Hackman situation.
- 58:30Speaker 1: But it don't add up, it don't add up, it don't add up.
- 58:41Speaker 1: So before we get out of here, let me tell you what we know about this.
- 58:44Speaker 1: It comes from CNN.
- 58:48Speaker 1: Actor Gene Hackman and his wife were found deceased in their home this week under suspicious circumstances.
- 58:57Speaker 1: And here's what we know.
- 58:59Speaker 1: Like I said, the cause of death are not yet known.
- 59:04Speaker 1: You heard Cuomo from News Nation.
- 59:08Speaker 1: The pair did not show any external trauma, no immediate signs of foul play.
- 59:14Speaker 1: Size of foul play.
- 59:19Speaker 1: They're even saying it appears to have been several days.
- 59:23Speaker 1: They were there, possibly even up to a couple of weeks, as we all know.
- 59:32Speaker 1: Hackman, 95 years old.
- 59:34Speaker 1: I did not know he was 95 years old, like I told my guy Greg on the other show.
- 59:38Speaker 1: I don't know why not know he was 95 years old.
- 59:39Speaker 1: Like I told my guy greg on the other show.
- 59:40Speaker 1: I don't know why, I thought he was even just in his 70s or something, but anyway, you all know he was an oscar-winning actor known for his roles in firm films such as the french connection hoosiers.
- 59:53Speaker 1: We talked a lot about unforgiving and the firm the 911 caller, says they saw Hackman and Arakawa lying on the floor through the window.
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: That's how their bodies were discovered by maintenance workers at the home just before 2 pm.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: Just before 2 pm A caller told 911 they could see two unconscious people through a window but could not enter the home.
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: And here we are Couple had been deceased for quite some time.
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: A German shepherd was also found unalive in the bathroom.
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: The dog was in a crate.
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: Police have clarified.
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: The affidavit says the dog was in a closet, but now they're saying it was in a crate.
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: Two healthy dogs were also found on the property.
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: So there are two dogs that didn't die.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: Did these dogs eat the pills that they found?
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: The dogs who died?
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: Did they eat the pills that were found laying around?
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: Did somebody stage this crime scene?
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: Was something more nefarious going on?
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: Who the knows?
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: But the one thing we do know that they're saying that this death Is suspicious enough to warrant A thorough Investigation.
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: So they're going to investigate this thing and, like I said, they are standing on 10 toes, saying that they Don't believe it's carbon monoxide poison.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: So who knows when we'll find out something?
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: Shoot, the toxicology report Can take months.
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: And Hackman will be honored at Sunday's Academy Awards.
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: As y'all know, this weekend, sunday, we'll have the Academy Awards.
