- 0:04Speaker 1: your Own Business. I'm your hosts Yanna, who I am
- 0:08Speaker 1: by Now, thank you guys for joining me for this episode.
- 0:11Speaker 1: If you guys like a commentarying you wanna hear more,
- 0:14Speaker 1: go to spriaker dot com for a slash you minding
- 0:17Speaker 1: your Own Business? A little bit about me. I am
- 0:20Speaker 1: a certified recovery life coach and mental health coach and
- 0:25Speaker 1: a mental health practitioner, and I'm all about helping people
- 0:29Speaker 1: on their paths, their journeys, and their purpose to a
- 0:32Speaker 1: new and better you through self discovery. I help people
- 0:35Speaker 1: when it comes to minding their own business and focusing
- 0:39Speaker 1: on themselves versus focusing on other people. Recovering from being
- 0:45Speaker 1: people pleasers, seat fillers, captain sable Hose, build a Bears,
- 0:49Speaker 1: build of dolls, and being a seat feeling. Also helping
- 0:54Speaker 1: people instead of looking for lovefe appreciate value, wanted, needed
- 0:59Speaker 1: to be a part of something, to be validated, to
- 1:01Speaker 1: be approved of, to be accepted for somebody, Know your
- 1:04Speaker 1: worth and proving something to people versus finding that within yourself. Now,
- 1:11Speaker 1: I know it's been a minute since I've been here,
- 1:14Speaker 1: and I'm sorry I have not been here, but I
- 1:16Speaker 1: have been going through medical issues with my throat, so
- 1:21Speaker 1: I wasn't able to do my podcast for a little while.
- 1:25Speaker 1: My throat is doing much much better, so I decided
- 1:28Speaker 1: to come on here today and do my podcast. It
- 1:30Speaker 1: used to be where I used to be able to
- 1:32Speaker 1: go live and do it, but unfortunately I'm not going
- 1:36Speaker 1: to be able to be able to BECAUSPREAKA doesn't let
- 1:39Speaker 1: us do lives anymore, so we have to do them
- 1:42Speaker 1: pre recorded. So this will be posted probably around eight
- 1:46Speaker 1: thirty this evening Eastern Standard time. So I wanted to
- 1:52Speaker 1: basically let y'all know what has been going on since
- 1:56Speaker 1: I've been gone. I've been in and out the hospital
- 1:58Speaker 1: since October and in December I went through about I
- 2:03Speaker 1: think five times to the hospital because of my throat,
- 2:06Speaker 1: and then I have something going on with my stomach
- 2:09Speaker 1: where I have a hernia, and I have something on
- 2:11Speaker 1: my abdomen that's eight centimeters long. While I was gone,
- 2:16Speaker 1: I had a lot of time to really sit back
- 2:18Speaker 1: and think about a lot of things, and I really
- 2:21Speaker 1: learned a lot while I was gone, And one of
- 2:23Speaker 1: the things I learned is the fact that the people
- 2:28Speaker 1: you may think are going to be there for you
- 2:32Speaker 1: are the people that will turn their back so on you.
- 2:34Speaker 1: Quicker than anything, I learned that family is not biological.
- 2:38Speaker 1: That family is people, regardless of who they are, that
- 2:42Speaker 1: genuinely care about you. And with this particular podcast, if
- 2:46Speaker 1: you minding your own business, it's more about you focusing
- 2:51Speaker 1: on yourself. Now here's the tears a kicker to it all.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Nobody's saying don't help people, but don't help people and
- 2:58Speaker 1: destroy yourself at the same time. Don't help people and
- 3:04Speaker 1: you're lowering yourself in order to build other people up
- 3:08Speaker 1: who are not gonna appreciate it. Don't follow behind the crowds,
- 3:14Speaker 1: become the leaders of crowds. God never said that we
- 3:20Speaker 1: had to be fools in order to be godly people.
- 3:24Speaker 1: God never said we had to be like anybody else
- 3:28Speaker 1: besides ourselves. God never said that we had to bow
- 3:34Speaker 1: down to other people. Because if Jesus didn't bow down
- 3:37Speaker 1: to the devil himself, regardless how many times the devil
- 3:41Speaker 1: came in him and said to him that he wanted
- 3:44Speaker 1: him to bow down, and this is what he would
- 3:47Speaker 1: give him, the devil said, no, I mean God, I
- 3:50Speaker 1: mean Jesus said no sorry, Jesus said no, no matter what,
- 3:54Speaker 1: No matter what the devil presented to him, Jesus never
- 3:57Speaker 1: bowed down to the devil. Why are we Why are
- 4:01Speaker 1: we lowering ourselves to people that we shouldn't be lowering
- 4:04Speaker 1: ourselves in the first place. Why are we having these
- 4:08Speaker 1: self esteem, self worth and self value issues when these
- 4:15Speaker 1: other these people who you feel are better than you
- 4:18Speaker 1: and all actuality, are not better than you at all.
- 4:22Speaker 1: The one thing I learned in recovery is the acceptance
- 4:25Speaker 1: of yourself, and that means no makeup, no fake hare,
- 4:29Speaker 1: no plastic surgery, none of that, because at the end
- 4:33Speaker 1: of the day, you're doing all of these things just
- 4:36Speaker 1: destroying your You're destroying yourself. So by you trying to
- 4:41Speaker 1: make yourself better by putting on makeup, by doing plastic surgery,
- 4:48Speaker 1: you ain't doing it making yourself unhealthy. So the fact
- 4:52Speaker 1: that y'all are so worried about everybody else's business, but
- 4:56Speaker 1: yet you're not concerned about your own. You making everybody
- 5:01Speaker 1: else money, but not focusing on making your own self money.
- 5:05Speaker 1: You putting somebody else down just so to make you
- 5:09Speaker 1: look better. That's kind of stupid, don't you think? The
- 5:15Speaker 1: one thing I've learned is being who you are is
- 5:18Speaker 1: a beautiful thing, regardless of what anybody says, regardless of
- 5:23Speaker 1: what anybody thinks, regardless of anybody does. I look at
- 5:29Speaker 1: my flaws and imperfections, any disabilities I have as war wounds.
- 5:35Speaker 1: I look at them as badges of honor. I don't
- 5:37Speaker 1: look at them as negative in any way. I don't
- 5:42Speaker 1: look at my failures as this terrible thing. I look
- 5:48Speaker 1: at it as a journey. I look at it as
- 5:53Speaker 1: these are things I went through, and these are things
- 5:55Speaker 1: that's always gonna remind me of what I went through.
- 6:00Speaker 1: So just because I don't have what everybody else around
- 6:02Speaker 1: me has doesn't mean that I'm not a good person.
- 6:07Speaker 1: It doesn't mean that I'm not worthy of something. It's
- 6:09Speaker 1: just not my time. So at the end of the day,
- 6:14Speaker 1: I want people to understand that you minding your own
- 6:20Speaker 1: business and not worrying about somebody else's business makes you
- 6:24Speaker 1: a better person. I am one of these people. When
- 6:27Speaker 1: it comes to negative I'm doing a podcast. So at
- 6:36Speaker 1: the end of the day, when it comes to doing
- 6:38Speaker 1: this podcast on spreaker dot com, I need people to
- 6:43Speaker 1: understand that I didn't create this podcast just because I'm
- 6:50Speaker 1: giving you temporary advice. I am giving you permanent advice
- 6:55Speaker 1: because these are things that you're gonna need to not
- 7:01Speaker 1: only recover and heal, but being able to maintain the
- 7:06Speaker 1: recovery and the healing. A lot of people go back
- 7:10Speaker 1: to the same behavior, go back to the same things,
- 7:13Speaker 1: and they still get the same result. It's just like
- 7:16Speaker 1: people that get hooked on drugs. They think ninety days
- 7:21Speaker 1: is enough to get somebody off drugs. No, it ain't.
- 7:23Speaker 1: It's a lifetime. It's a lifetime of healing. It's a
- 7:27Speaker 1: lifetime of recovery. But every time you go through something,
- 7:31Speaker 1: you're supposed to be better at spotting the red flags,
- 7:36Speaker 1: and your intuition should be strong enough to say, I'm
- 7:40Speaker 1: not gonna waste my time with it. You should be
- 7:42Speaker 1: at a place where rejection don't even bother. You know,
- 7:45Speaker 1: you don't even matter whether you single or whether you
- 7:49Speaker 1: with somebody or not. It's okay to accept rejection and
- 7:54Speaker 1: don't feel bad about it. Don't feel bad because a
- 7:56Speaker 1: job didn't her. You, don't feel bad because somebody don't
- 7:59Speaker 1: want to be with you. Those things are not meant
- 8:01Speaker 1: for you, and that's okay. It's okay not to be
- 8:04Speaker 1: involved in certain things. But that's not what society teaches you.
- 8:08Speaker 1: They teach you you gotta go and compete and not
- 8:12Speaker 1: give up. I'm giving up. No, I'm not wasting my time.
- 8:17Speaker 1: I ain't doing that because that's not meant for me.
- 8:21Speaker 1: I'm not competing where I don't compare. I'm not competing
- 8:25Speaker 1: where I don't want to compete with or without. So
- 8:29Speaker 1: if a lot of women really minded their business and
- 8:33Speaker 1: really wasn't out here having sex, they would get better results.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Because here's the thing. By you trying to be like
- 8:41Speaker 1: these other females that are promiscuous, you now know differently
- 8:44Speaker 1: than the women that are pamiscals that you talked about,
- 8:48Speaker 1: because now you just became one of them when you
- 8:49Speaker 1: gave your body to a man. So at the end
- 8:55Speaker 1: of the day, when it comes down to these particular things,
- 9:04Speaker 1: I just wish number one women would close their legs
- 9:07Speaker 1: and stop having sex with men that you're not married too,
- 9:11Speaker 1: men that you're not committed to, because here's the thing,
- 9:17Speaker 1: you're giving your body to men that are just looking
- 9:21Speaker 1: at you as another notch on their belt. They don't
- 9:25Speaker 1: want you, they won't have sex with you. They don't
- 9:28Speaker 1: take you out dinner, don't take out the movies, don't
- 9:30Speaker 1: do nothing. And if they do, they're expecting sex. My
- 9:34Speaker 1: old thing is close your legs and see what happened.
- 9:36Speaker 1: Tell them you ain't having sex. A matter of fact,
- 9:38Speaker 1: don't even let them come to your crib. Every time
- 9:41Speaker 1: y'all go out you meet him somewhere, don't even let
- 9:44Speaker 1: that man know where you live at for about a year,
- 9:46Speaker 1: not because you got somebody there, because I'm not bringing
- 9:48Speaker 1: to my house because I know if I bring you
- 9:50Speaker 1: to my house, there's no telling what you gonna do.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Because if I tell you no, who to say you're
- 9:56Speaker 1: not gonna sex assault me? Who to say that you're
- 9:58Speaker 1: not gonna do that? You don't want to know a
- 10:01Speaker 1: man to really care about you. If you say you're
- 10:03Speaker 1: a celibant, he has no choice for the respect that.
- 10:07Speaker 1: And if you don't want to go in that journey
- 10:09Speaker 1: with you, then he's not the person for you. But
- 10:12Speaker 1: women don't ever want to put men on these particular journeys.
- 10:15Speaker 1: If that man says no, then he's not the person
- 10:18Speaker 1: for you. So I'm just saying, it's just like when
- 10:28Speaker 1: they come down to people that are supposed to be
- 10:30Speaker 1: your friends. If your friends got you doing something that's
- 10:33Speaker 1: gonna put you in jail, those are not your friends.
- 10:37Speaker 1: They're not your friends at all. So I get the
- 10:41Speaker 1: fact that I get the fact that for a lot
- 10:49Speaker 1: of y'all you want to fit in in the end crowd.
- 10:52Speaker 1: No you don't. You don't want to fit in with
- 10:55Speaker 1: the in crowd because, honey, you going to jail somewhere, jail, pregnant,
- 10:59Speaker 1: hooked on drugs, all kind of nonsense. You gotta accept
- 11:06Speaker 1: things for what they are, whether you want to or not.
- 11:09Speaker 1: And ladies, for y'all having children, because I will be
- 11:13Speaker 1: talking about this on my other African melani and Queens channel,
- 11:18Speaker 1: I'm gonna need y'all to stop having these babies. And
- 11:21Speaker 1: you ain't married. As matter of fact, I would say,
- 11:25Speaker 1: I don't think no young girl should be having sex
- 11:27Speaker 1: until you are close to thirty. Honey, start making these
- 11:31Speaker 1: men wave, Start making them wave and stop and stop
- 11:37Speaker 1: being a second option and being a side check to
- 11:40Speaker 1: a man and he's married. Have some type of self esteem,
- 11:44Speaker 1: self worth to yourself. You really think this man is
- 11:48Speaker 1: leaving his wife. I mean, he is telling you so
- 11:51Speaker 1: many things about his wife, but he ain't even tore her,
- 11:54Speaker 1: and then when you talk to her, you find out
- 11:57Speaker 1: that this woman has no idea this man and even
- 12:00Speaker 1: feels this way. Ladies, I need y'all to stop getting
- 12:03Speaker 1: mad and please start listening to your side. To the
- 12:06Speaker 1: side chick, I'm gonna tell you what I do when
- 12:10Speaker 1: I deal with women of the side chicks, or even
- 12:13Speaker 1: women that I find out that the man is married to.
- 12:17Speaker 1: Do you know what I tell both sides? Number One,
- 12:21Speaker 1: If I'm the girlfriend and I find out the person
- 12:25Speaker 1: I'm with his cheek, the first thing I'm gonna ask
- 12:28Speaker 1: her is what has he told you about me? If
- 12:32Speaker 1: she says he tells me that you don't do this,
- 12:34Speaker 1: and you don't that I don't cook, that I don't clean,
- 12:37Speaker 1: that I don't take care of him, that I'm not
- 12:39Speaker 1: there for him, that's what he told you. Does it
- 12:46Speaker 1: look like that based on in my house? Does it
- 12:49Speaker 1: look like I don't do any anything? So he pretty
- 12:54Speaker 1: much told you a bald face alife just so he
- 12:57Speaker 1: can get you in bed, Because if he was really
- 13:01Speaker 1: gonna divorce me the moment he met you, he'd have
- 13:04Speaker 1: came to me and told me immediately he wanted a divorce,
- 13:07Speaker 1: but he didn't. Ladies, please stop playing yourselves. If a
- 13:12Speaker 1: man does not tell his wife from the moment he
- 13:15Speaker 1: met you, then he want divorce, then he has no
- 13:20Speaker 1: intentions of leaving his wife. I have had wives call
- 13:27Speaker 1: me and I have no idea these women even existed
- 13:32Speaker 1: because I don't go looking for it. I don't. I
- 13:34Speaker 1: don't go look for it. It always seems to find me.
- 13:37Speaker 1: And I always tell women that I don't look for nothing.
- 13:40Speaker 1: It always comes to me because if I'm not ready
- 13:44Speaker 1: to look for it, I ain't gonna try to find it.
- 13:46Speaker 1: But if I want to look for it, trust me,
- 13:48Speaker 1: I'll find it. A lot of y'all will look for
- 13:50Speaker 1: stuff knowing you don't want to find it, and then
- 13:54Speaker 1: find it and go right back to the person. Then
- 13:56Speaker 1: what was the point of looking for it? Then what
- 13:58Speaker 1: is the point you blaming a woman when you should
- 14:01Speaker 1: be believing your husband. Your husband is the one that
- 14:04Speaker 1: made the choice to ask that girl for her phone number.
- 14:07Speaker 1: That man made a choice to go out to dinner
- 14:10Speaker 1: with that woman and spend money on that woman, to
- 14:11Speaker 1: have sex with that woman that was not that woman,
- 14:15Speaker 1: That was your husband. And even if it's one of
- 14:18Speaker 1: your friends going after your husband. Why didn't he come
- 14:21Speaker 1: to you when she started making passes at him and
- 14:24Speaker 1: telling you that he did. Oh, because wouldn't believe me,
- 14:28Speaker 1: You would say, my friend would never do You get
- 14:31Speaker 1: out of here. You better think again. You better stop
- 14:33Speaker 1: thinking your friend wouldn't want your man. You lost your mind.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Your husband come to you and tell you his home,
- 14:42Speaker 1: your homegirl try to sleep with him, and you gonna
- 14:46Speaker 1: believe her. And then when you find out that they
- 14:51Speaker 1: now are really sleeping together, now you mad at him?
- 14:54Speaker 1: Uh huh, Be mad at him, Be mad at her
- 14:57Speaker 1: because he tried to tell you so. At the end
- 15:04Speaker 1: of the day, I need people to understand minding you,
- 15:07Speaker 1: minding your own businesses, you protecting yourself, you understanding that
- 15:12Speaker 1: not everybody is your friend, Not everybody is gonna accept you.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Not everybody's gonna like, gonna like you, or approve of
- 15:20Speaker 1: you any of that. Who cares if they don't. That's
- 15:26Speaker 1: what I'm saying. Taking care of yourself and being independent
- 15:28Speaker 1: is so important. That's why I can't stand on people say, well,
- 15:31Speaker 1: you gotta be you gotta stop being independent. I'm not
- 15:34Speaker 1: gonna stop being independent. Know it ain't nowhere because if
- 15:38Speaker 1: you leave me, or I leave you, or you pass away,
- 15:41Speaker 1: I still gotta take care of myself. I don't know
- 15:44Speaker 1: why y'alln't understand that people gonna leave, people gonna leave,
- 15:48Speaker 1: people gonna walk out, people gonna die. That's just where
- 15:51Speaker 1: it is. Ain't nothing you can do with that, nothing,
- 15:55Speaker 1: nothing you know about it. The only thing you can
- 15:57Speaker 1: do is be independent no matter what. That's why you
- 16:01Speaker 1: don't lower yourself for nobody. You don't lower yourself for anybody.
- 16:08Speaker 1: I don't care who it is. People are going to
- 16:12Speaker 1: walk out of your life no matter what, and you
- 16:17Speaker 1: gonna be by yourself. But that is the biggest line
- 16:22Speaker 1: society tells you. Oh you gonna get married. Look at
- 16:25Speaker 1: all these people getting divorced. Look at all these females
- 16:28Speaker 1: having these babies and are now single mothers. Will great
- 16:36Speaker 1: power come great responsibility? Ladies and gentlemen, y'all better get
- 16:41Speaker 1: it together and understand that y'all better going on somewhere
- 16:47Speaker 1: at the end of the day. Like I said, you
- 16:49Speaker 1: gonna have people that's gonna sit up here and do
- 16:55Speaker 1: all kinds of crazy things in this world. But at
- 16:59Speaker 1: the end of your life is of your own and
- 17:04Speaker 1: at the end of the day, whether somebody's in your
- 17:06Speaker 1: life or not, you better be able to stand alone.
- 17:09Speaker 1: You better be able to do things on your own.
- 17:10Speaker 1: And you better not lower yourself for anybody. I don't
- 17:14Speaker 1: care if you're in a marriage or not. Do not
- 17:17Speaker 1: lower yourself. Don't do that because it's not your job
- 17:22Speaker 1: to build a grown person up. That's their parents' job.
- 17:24Speaker 1: That is not your job. That is their parents' job.
- 17:28Speaker 1: It is not your job to pay somebody else's bills.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Who's house you don't live in, That is not your responsibility.
- 17:35Speaker 1: If their own parents won't give it to them, why
- 17:37Speaker 1: are you giving it to him. You shouldn't even be
- 17:41Speaker 1: doing that. Your blessings are your blessings. But that don't
- 17:47Speaker 1: mean you can't take your blessings and go build a school,
- 17:51Speaker 1: go build a community center, go build something. That don't
- 17:54Speaker 1: mean give it the people in your personal life. No,
- 17:57Speaker 1: that is not what that means. It means that you
- 18:02Speaker 1: are doing something to help others, But not personally that part.
- 18:10Speaker 1: God never said personally you had to give up everything
- 18:14Speaker 1: for your family. God never said you had to give
- 18:17Speaker 1: up everything personally for your spouse. God never said to
- 18:21Speaker 1: give up your dreams, your goals to be with a man.
- 18:24Speaker 1: There is nothing that says that. Nothing nothing, Where are
- 18:35Speaker 1: y'all reading all this stuff at? Because God said men
- 18:40Speaker 1: and women are both supposed to submit to each other.
- 18:43Speaker 1: But it does not mean your career. It does not
- 18:46Speaker 1: mean give up everything. God did not say that. And
- 18:50Speaker 1: God when he said the word help make it means
- 18:53Speaker 1: you are the assistance to me. You add to my life,
- 18:57Speaker 1: you don't take away from it. When you got people
- 19:01Speaker 1: taken away from you everything you worked hard for, everything
- 19:07Speaker 1: that you built, then you pretty much have to let
- 19:12Speaker 1: them people go because those are not people you want
- 19:16Speaker 1: to deal with. These are not people you want to
- 19:18Speaker 1: waste your time home. So at the end of the day,
- 19:22Speaker 1: I just want people to understand that when it comes
- 19:27Speaker 1: to your well being and what is best for you,
- 19:33Speaker 1: it is not about everybody else. It's about you. People
- 19:36Speaker 1: only add to your life. They do not nor are
- 19:39Speaker 1: they supposed to attract from your life. If anybody's attract
- 19:43Speaker 1: from your life, you leave them with it at and
- 19:45Speaker 1: stop having low self esteem low self worth. Because society
- 19:49Speaker 1: builds people up. If you see happity thee without makeup
- 19:52Speaker 1: happity people broke, you would see they're not everything they
- 19:56Speaker 1: cracked up to me. If you have to use looks
- 20:00Speaker 1: and money to make yourself a better person, I don't
- 20:03Speaker 1: know what toe you. So all I'm saying to people
- 20:07Speaker 1: is stop worrying about what everybody else got to think
- 20:11Speaker 1: and what everybody feels. It's your life. Live your life
- 20:16Speaker 1: the way you want to live your life. Do whatever
- 20:19Speaker 1: it is you feel the need that you want to do.
- 20:21Speaker 1: But don't let nobody stand away from your greatness. If
- 20:23Speaker 1: you are on a path and your parents coming to
- 20:25Speaker 1: you saying why are you not married? Because I choose
- 20:28Speaker 1: not to be married, I'm not ready to be married.
- 20:30Speaker 1: I don't want kids right now, stand on that. Don't
- 20:34Speaker 1: let nobody change your mind on that. If you say
- 20:37Speaker 1: that you don't want to have kids, either that person
- 20:40Speaker 1: accepts it or they don't. If you do not want
- 20:44Speaker 1: to be a relationship, either that person accepts it or
- 20:47Speaker 1: they don't. But if you don't accept it, take everything
- 20:49Speaker 1: and come with it. You cannot be mad because somebody
- 20:53Speaker 1: dogged you out because they told you they didn't want
- 20:57Speaker 1: to be a relationship with you. They told you that,
- 20:59Speaker 1: and yet you decided to continue to deal with them anywady.
- 21:04Speaker 1: So don't forbet when all this stuff happens and you
- 21:08Speaker 1: don't understand why. Like I said, I get it. Trust me.
- 21:15Speaker 1: It's a lot of people that choose pain over happiness.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Sadly enough, there are a lot of people that will
- 21:23Speaker 1: destroy their own happiness for the love of somebody else,
- 21:27Speaker 1: for someone that doesn't want you. Somebody doesn't want to
- 21:30Speaker 1: be in a relationship with you. Somebody doesn't even want
- 21:33Speaker 1: to even be with you in the first place. They
- 21:35Speaker 1: want everything that come with you, but they don't want you.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Even though that's a hard pill to swallow. A lot
- 21:44Speaker 1: of y'all, if you go back and look at every
- 21:46Speaker 1: single last one of your relationships, you gonna find that
- 21:51Speaker 1: none of these people cared about you in the first place.
- 21:54Speaker 1: You were just a convenience. You would just see Field,
- 21:57Speaker 1: the Captain saber hor build a beard and a build
- 21:58Speaker 1: a dog. That's all you were. And there are a
- 22:02Speaker 1: lot of people that when they build these people up,
- 22:04Speaker 1: they end up being left. There are people in jail
- 22:07Speaker 1: because somebody else and what they did. All these drug
- 22:11Speaker 1: dealers sitting in jail and prison not because of what
- 22:14Speaker 1: they did, because they homeboys snitched on everybody. So he
- 22:17Speaker 1: wouldn't go to jail. You think somebody won't take you
- 22:20Speaker 1: down with them when y'all doing something negative. If you
- 22:24Speaker 1: got all these people that are adrenalin junkies, people that
- 22:28Speaker 1: are playing Russian roomlette with their lives, you gotta lead
- 22:30Speaker 1: them with they at Sometimes you can't do dirt with everybody,
- 22:34Speaker 1: gotta do dirt by yourself. And sometimes you gotta take
- 22:37Speaker 1: things to the grave. You just do. At the end
- 22:43Speaker 1: of the day. It's sad what's going on in this
- 22:47Speaker 1: world right now, But right now, if you find love
- 22:51Speaker 1: and you find a good person, then by all means, hey,
- 22:56Speaker 1: I ain't mad at it. But if you don't, it's
- 23:00Speaker 1: okay too. If you don't like all these reality TV shows,
- 23:06Speaker 1: I don't even watch none of the No, I don't
- 23:08Speaker 1: watch none of them because to me, it ain't nothing
- 23:11Speaker 1: but a bunch of bs married at first sight. Is
- 23:14Speaker 1: not even about marriage, is really about the drama. It's
- 23:17Speaker 1: went from people really trying to find love to now
- 23:21Speaker 1: being about a bunch of druma in the past few years.
- 23:25Speaker 1: I think it was last season, none of them stayed together,
- 23:28Speaker 1: none of them. So at the end of the day,
- 23:32Speaker 1: I get it, I do. I get it. Everybody wants
- 23:37Speaker 1: to be loved. Everybody wants to be accepted, but sometimes
- 23:40Speaker 1: that just ain't the case. And your people may not
- 23:43Speaker 1: even be in the environment that you in. Your people
- 23:48Speaker 1: that may be your people may be people that are
- 23:50Speaker 1: not in your environment, which means you gotta get up
- 23:53Speaker 1: and move. Sometimes when it comes to your health and wellness,
- 23:58Speaker 1: you got to get up and move to a whole
- 23:59Speaker 1: nother state or move to a whole nother country in
- 24:03Speaker 1: order to be healthy. You can't keep staying in bondage
- 24:09Speaker 1: and staying in chaos. You can't. You gotta get up
- 24:16Speaker 1: and move. That is the only way that you gonna
- 24:20Speaker 1: you gonna get through. Because it took me leaving my
- 24:24Speaker 1: environment for me to be somewhere better for better things
- 24:30Speaker 1: to happen. You gotta leave your environment. If your environment
- 24:36Speaker 1: is not where you need to be, pack up and
- 24:40Speaker 1: bounce and leave, because there's no point of staying somewhere
- 24:47Speaker 1: that you're not being You're not getting healthy, you're not happy,
- 24:51Speaker 1: relationships ain't working out because of people in that environment
- 24:54Speaker 1: are negative. You need to leave, leave the environment. And
- 24:58Speaker 1: I know that's hard to do. I know it's hard
- 25:00Speaker 1: to get up and bounce and leave, but sometimes you
- 25:04Speaker 1: need to leave the environment in order for you to
- 25:08Speaker 1: have a better life. Sometimes you gotta leave the country
- 25:12Speaker 1: in order to be a better life. You know how
- 25:14Speaker 1: many people that left the country and they just as
- 25:15Speaker 1: happy as they can be. But the only thing about
- 25:18Speaker 1: leaving the country is if you can't be a actual citizen,
- 25:22Speaker 1: then I don't recommend your leaving because you just waste
- 25:24Speaker 1: some time going for place to place. And that's just
- 25:26Speaker 1: the way it sounds. Because if you ain't got that
- 25:27Speaker 1: kind of money like that, I don't recommend you do.
- 25:31Speaker 1: But I just want people to understand you minding your
- 25:34Speaker 1: own business is exactly that. You minding your own business.
- 25:38Speaker 1: You're focusing on yourself. You're doing for yourself, You're taking
- 25:41Speaker 1: care of yourself. You're traveling the world by yourself. You're
- 25:43Speaker 1: doing things by yourself. You don't have to have people
- 25:46Speaker 1: around you, and you somebody that fights your battles by yourself.
- 25:51Speaker 1: There are people that fight their battles and they have
- 25:53Speaker 1: nobody there for them at all to help them through
- 25:57Speaker 1: what they're going through. And yet it's still they're going
- 26:01Speaker 1: through these battles. Is it easy? No? But some people
- 26:06Speaker 1: love their families enough not to put them involved in
- 26:10Speaker 1: their battles that they face or that they fight. So
- 26:15Speaker 1: there's nothing wrong with you not bringing people involved in something.
- 26:22Speaker 1: Sometimes you gotta move in silence. Sometimes you got to
- 26:24Speaker 1: do the forty eight laws of power. Sometimes you're gonna
- 26:26Speaker 1: have to be able to pay attention to signs that
- 26:30Speaker 1: it's time for you to walk away from something or someone.
- 26:33Speaker 1: Sometimes it can be a situation where you may say
- 26:36Speaker 1: this is not meant for me. I need to walk
- 26:38Speaker 1: away from this, I need to move from this, I
- 26:40Speaker 1: need to go on to something better. Then do that.
- 26:42Speaker 1: Don't let nobody stand in your way of your greatness.
- 26:45Speaker 1: Don't let nobody stand in the way of what it
- 26:47Speaker 1: is that you're trying to do to be the best
- 26:49Speaker 1: version of yourself. Don't let nobody sit up here and
- 26:52Speaker 1: steal from you, take your ideas making money off your talent.
- 26:57Speaker 1: Do you not understand the NBA and all all of
- 27:00Speaker 1: this whole entertainment business. These people don't have a bit
- 27:05Speaker 1: more talent in the world, but yet they're making billions
- 27:08Speaker 1: of dollars off other artists' talent. But yet these artists
- 27:13Speaker 1: are only getting a two percent of what they make
- 27:18Speaker 1: off their talent. Now they're trying to make money off
- 27:22Speaker 1: these tours. So now the labels are trying to basically
- 27:25Speaker 1: make it so they get a certain percentage of the tours. Yeah,
- 27:29Speaker 1: they're trying to do that. Now that's coming very soon.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Pretty soon they'll be able to make money off your tours.
- 27:35Speaker 1: And then what So, all I'm saying is focus on yourself.
- 27:42Speaker 1: Like I said, I get it. I absolutely get it.
- 27:44Speaker 1: The fact that a lot of us, you know, we
- 27:47Speaker 1: try to live up to all these expectations. But I'm
- 27:52Speaker 1: done with expectations at this point. I am living my
- 27:55Speaker 1: life for me. I'm not living my life for everybody else.
- 27:59Speaker 1: I am living in my life for what I choose
- 28:02Speaker 1: to live my life for. And if I never get married,
- 28:05Speaker 1: I'm okay with that. Right now, I'm in the health
- 28:08Speaker 1: I'm in the health and wellness stage of my recovery
- 28:11Speaker 1: where I'm healing internally. And that is the hardest recovery
- 28:16Speaker 1: to deal with, is internal health. Mental health. You can
- 28:20Speaker 1: get through it by just letting go off all the trauma.
- 28:23Speaker 1: Emotional health is learning emotional intelligence and learning that nine
- 28:27Speaker 1: to nine point nine nine nine percent of the time,
- 28:30Speaker 1: it's not even worth you being mad about things. It
- 28:33Speaker 1: ain't even worth being mad. When a person she's just
- 28:35Speaker 1: walk away, it ain't worth it. I don't even waste
- 28:39Speaker 1: my time when the people do stupid things. I just
- 28:43Speaker 1: don't even care. I just be like, Okay, it is
- 28:46Speaker 1: what it is, go ahead and leave. I don't care,
- 28:48Speaker 1: cause I don't been through it so many times. I
- 28:50Speaker 1: just don't even care no more. I don't put nothing
- 28:53Speaker 1: past nobody. I trust people until you give me a
- 28:56Speaker 1: reason not to and trust. I'm gonna give you another
- 28:59Speaker 1: reale to hang yourself. If you can't go out with
- 29:03Speaker 1: your friends without being influenced by them, if you can't
- 29:08Speaker 1: be in a room with a woman and she's naked
- 29:11Speaker 1: and you not do anything, then we have a very
- 29:14Speaker 1: serious problem. Because the lack of discipline is funny to me.
- 29:19Speaker 1: All of y'all claim to be claim to be godly people,
- 29:22Speaker 1: yet you have no discipline. So you mean tell me
- 29:25Speaker 1: it's that easy for a negative person to influence you.
- 29:32Speaker 1: I certainly absolutely do. But you know what does even funny?
- 29:41Speaker 1: You ain't got to be here either. Sorry, y'all, I
- 29:45Speaker 1: find people funny. But anyway, long story short, at the
- 29:49Speaker 1: end of the day, you gotta learn that you were
- 29:52Speaker 1: all you got, you will put on your bruin. You
- 29:55Speaker 1: came in this world by yourself, and you gonna leave
- 29:58Speaker 1: this world by yourself. And bottom line is, none of
- 30:01Speaker 1: this stuff is going with you when you pass away,
- 30:04Speaker 1: none of it. So stop living your lives holding on
- 30:09Speaker 1: the things that you're not gonna keep when you pass away.
- 30:12Speaker 1: Your kids ain't gonna do nothing but sell it. Are
- 30:17Speaker 1: you serious? Right now? Hold on? And you know it's funny.
- 30:22Speaker 1: Somebody just decided they wanted to remove my my my thing,
- 30:31Speaker 1: So that's crazy. I don't even get mad at this
- 30:36Speaker 1: point at the end of the day. It's just funny
- 30:45Speaker 1: how people try to do things, and it's just hilarious.
- 30:53Speaker 1: I just don't even understand what in the world that people.
- 31:03Speaker 1: It's just hilarious to me. It's amazing how people try
- 31:08Speaker 1: to do things to you because they're mad for whatever reason.
- 31:14Speaker 1: And it's amazing how people try to do certain things
- 31:18Speaker 1: and they try to stop you from doing certain things,
- 31:23Speaker 1: not realizing some things are a blessing. I was doing
- 31:28Speaker 1: a live on TikTok while I was doing my podcast
- 31:32Speaker 1: and somebody decided to flag it. Here we go again
- 31:37Speaker 1: with the nonsense. I'm not even mad about it. To
- 31:41Speaker 1: be honest, I don't even care because what the person
- 31:44Speaker 1: didn't realize is I'm actually doing my podcast for Spreaker.
- 31:49Speaker 1: But I just find it funny that you have people
- 31:54Speaker 1: that want to stop you from your growth and from
- 31:59Speaker 1: your development and trying to stop you from being the
- 32:03Speaker 1: best version of yourself. And then they said it's for
- 32:07Speaker 1: suicide and self harm. Oh my lord, let me let me.
- 32:17Speaker 1: Let me read this to y'all. It says we want
- 32:20Speaker 1: TikTok to be a place where people can discuss emotional
- 32:23Speaker 1: complex topics and support without increasing risk or harm. We
- 32:29Speaker 1: do not allow us promoting sharing plans of suicide or
- 32:33Speaker 1: self harm. I didn't say anything in my video that
- 32:35Speaker 1: was self harm or suicidal. But it's really amazing how
- 32:40Speaker 1: people try to play your face and then when they
- 32:45Speaker 1: they look at it and they realize that it's not
- 32:48Speaker 1: any of the things, they put it back, and then
- 32:51Speaker 1: they put it back and then you go up and
- 32:54Speaker 1: you be like, all you can do is laugh about it.
- 32:58Speaker 1: You can't even be mad about it. And that's what
- 33:00Speaker 1: I'm saying. We're negative people. There's no point of getting
- 33:03Speaker 1: mad because anybody else in this situation probably would be
- 33:07Speaker 1: pissed off right now, But you wanted to tell me why,
- 33:10Speaker 1: you won't even tell you why. I'm not pissed off
- 33:12Speaker 1: about it, because all it is is is leading me
- 33:15Speaker 1: somewhere else. And that's why I tell people negative people
- 33:18Speaker 1: move things out the way that don't belong, and then
- 33:22Speaker 1: when you leave and then you're gone, then they're mad
- 33:25Speaker 1: that you're gone, and they wonder why it is that
- 33:28Speaker 1: you don't do videos anymore, why people stop being content creators,
- 33:32Speaker 1: why people stop doing YouTube and TikTok and Facebook and Instagram.
- 33:39Speaker 1: Because people want to basically put their misery onto you
- 33:45Speaker 1: or say something about you because they think they're better
- 33:48Speaker 1: than you for whatever reason. Bullying people, harassing people, and
- 33:52Speaker 1: threatening people. I just find it funny that these people
- 33:57Speaker 1: really think I'm gonna be upset because you took my
- 34:02Speaker 1: stuff them because you're mad because I am not going
- 34:08Speaker 1: to do what you want me to do. And I
- 34:10Speaker 1: already know it's the same people from the sex Coat
- 34:15Speaker 1: that's doing this, So I'm not even upset about any
- 34:20Speaker 1: of this because when they put it back, after they
- 34:24Speaker 1: listen to it and they put it back, I don't
- 34:26Speaker 1: want to hear nothing. At this point. I'm not the
- 34:29Speaker 1: one thing about me. All it is I got people
- 34:33Speaker 1: from a sex coat that I pretty much helped take
- 34:37Speaker 1: down that's trying to destroy my life every chance, thank God,
- 34:42Speaker 1: forsaking it. And because I will not come back to
- 34:46Speaker 1: that sector, and because I will not pay them, no attention,
- 34:51Speaker 1: no dusk, not a mad Like I said, I find
- 34:55Speaker 1: them funny. I find them absolutely hilarious. I really really do.
- 35:00Speaker 1: I find them hilarious. And now that I've found a
- 35:03Speaker 1: channel and now they're trying to cause problems so that
- 35:06Speaker 1: way it'll get me to come back to YouTube. I
- 35:09Speaker 1: ain't coming back to YouTube. I'm not. There's no way
- 35:12Speaker 1: in the world I'm doing it. But again, all it
- 35:15Speaker 1: is is negative. People just move things out the way
- 35:20Speaker 1: and that's all they do. So I'm not even mad
- 35:23Speaker 1: about any of this. I don't get mad about stuff
- 35:26Speaker 1: like this. I don't even see the points of getting mad.
- 35:30Speaker 1: But I bet you if I always take my channel down,
- 35:32Speaker 1: they'll be mad about it. She gone again. Of course
- 35:35Speaker 1: I'm going again. I ain't got time to go through this.
- 35:38Speaker 1: And that's why I say a lot of people now
- 35:41Speaker 1: just do their podcast be a voice, because when you
- 35:44Speaker 1: get on the social media platforms, all these people want
- 35:47Speaker 1: to do is take you down. They claim they support you,
- 35:51Speaker 1: and yet they don't. They claim they care about you,
- 35:54Speaker 1: but they're calling your family, getting you fired from your job,
- 35:57Speaker 1: harassing and bullying and stock and doxing you. And then
- 36:03Speaker 1: when the video gets put back up because there's nothing
- 36:06Speaker 1: that's saying anything about suicide and any capacity, then you
- 36:10Speaker 1: got to go on there and you got to pretty
- 36:12Speaker 1: much address it. But then when you tell them I'm
- 36:15Speaker 1: taking my stuff down because I've had enough, When you
- 36:18Speaker 1: tell them that I'm now going to write books and
- 36:20Speaker 1: I'm now going to do my stuff on an app,
- 36:23Speaker 1: now they're mad because now you're gone. The person that
- 36:27Speaker 1: hated so much, the person that they try to destroy,
- 36:32Speaker 1: is now gone. And now they're mad because now their
- 36:35Speaker 1: channels are nothing without you. They made their whole channels
- 36:39Speaker 1: about you, their whole channels talking about you, their whole
- 36:42Speaker 1: channels trying to make you look bad, and now they're
- 36:47Speaker 1: mad because now they can't use it. So yeah, I
- 36:53Speaker 1: find it funny. So it's insane. I don't pay people
- 37:01Speaker 1: absolutely no attention because I just don't, And I just
- 37:07Speaker 1: find it funny when you have people trying to stop
- 37:11Speaker 1: your growth and trying to do all these things to you,
- 37:14Speaker 1: and then when they put it back then it's gonna
- 37:17Speaker 1: be oh yeah, So I don't even I don't even
- 37:24Speaker 1: get mad about stuff like that. I don't. I don't
- 37:28Speaker 1: even get I don't even get mad about, you know,
- 37:32Speaker 1: certain things like that because I don't. I don't even
- 37:35Speaker 1: feel the point of getting mad. So when I live
- 37:42Speaker 1: my life, I live my life, and I'm happy and
- 37:48Speaker 1: the life that I have pretty much created. So a
- 37:52Speaker 1: lot of people think, oh, You're just gonna be miserable
- 37:56Speaker 1: and lonely. I'm like, I'm not any of these things.
- 38:03Speaker 1: What what what? And what way would I be miserable?
- 38:09Speaker 1: I have no reason to be miserable about any of
- 38:13Speaker 1: these things. But yeah, I do kind of fund the
- 38:17Speaker 1: fundy though. So, like I said, don't don't be mad,
- 38:21Speaker 1: because you got people that want to see you down,
- 38:25Speaker 1: and they want to see you you miserable and lonely
- 38:29Speaker 1: and and and bitter, and they want they want you
- 38:33Speaker 1: to see all of these things. Mm hmm, So don't
- 38:43Speaker 1: even do it. So I just tell people your happiness
- 38:48Speaker 1: begins and ends with you and not everybody else. But
- 38:52Speaker 1: you gonna always have people that's going to want to
- 38:57Speaker 1: try to break you because they think that they can
- 39:02Speaker 1: break you, or they think that you they can make
- 39:07Speaker 1: you worse, make whatever. I I just laugh about it.
- 39:12Speaker 1: I do. I laugh about it cause I find it
- 39:14Speaker 1: funny because you gonna always have people that's gonna wanna
- 39:21Speaker 1: see you, wanna see you fall. They gonna want to
- 39:24Speaker 1: see you in whatever way they can break you, in
- 39:28Speaker 1: whatever way they feel that they can break you. So
- 39:34Speaker 1: it's always gonna be something. That's why I don't even
- 39:38Speaker 1: get mad about certain things, Noma, I just don't because
- 39:45Speaker 1: you're gonna have people like this anyway, and no matter what,
- 39:49Speaker 1: you're gonna have people that's going to want to see
- 39:51Speaker 1: you fall. That is just what they're going to do.
- 39:56Speaker 1: And there's not much that you can at actually do.
- 40:02Speaker 1: So only thing you can do is do the best
- 40:06Speaker 1: you can to be the best version of yourself. And
- 40:12Speaker 1: that's it. So even though you may think that, oh
- 40:20Speaker 1: my god, I don't understand why these people are attacking you,
- 40:24Speaker 1: they're attacking you because you're a godly person. That's it.
- 40:30Speaker 1: That's all. It's sad, but that's what we deal with
- 40:36Speaker 1: every day. So, like I said, this is why, you know,
- 40:42Speaker 1: I don't understand why people come on people's channels because
- 40:46Speaker 1: you're miserable. Your misery has nothing to do with me
- 40:52Speaker 1: at all, So I don't even I don't even get
- 41:01Speaker 1: mad about it, to be honest. So that's why I said,
- 41:06Speaker 1: I continue to live my life the way that I
- 41:10Speaker 1: choose to live it. But like I said, you gonna
- 41:13Speaker 1: always always have people that's go and try to destroy
- 41:20Speaker 1: everything that you you build. So I don't even let
- 41:31Speaker 1: it bother me because at the end of the day,
- 41:36Speaker 1: living living the life that you created is what matters. So,
- 41:41Speaker 1: like I said, you're gonna always have people that's gonna
- 41:44Speaker 1: hate you no matter what you do. Even if you
- 41:47Speaker 1: are minding your own business, even if you are doing
- 41:51Speaker 1: your content and not bothering nobody, you will always have
- 41:54Speaker 1: somebody that's gonna bother you. This is a way around that.
- 41:57Speaker 1: But don't don't let those people get under your skin.
- 42:01Speaker 1: Don't let the words that come out their mouth affect
- 42:04Speaker 1: and impact you. But here's the kicker of it all.
- 42:09Speaker 1: Even if you ignore people, even if you just tell
- 42:14Speaker 1: them to leave you alone, they're not going to do that.
- 42:17Speaker 1: Why because that's not what they That's not what their
- 42:19Speaker 1: intent is. Their intent is to basically essentially make you miserable.
- 42:27Speaker 1: Their insense is to make you come out of character
- 42:31Speaker 1: so they can say that they're right about you, so
- 42:34Speaker 1: they can say that what they did to you is valid. Basically,
- 42:40Speaker 1: to play victim, negative people have to have somebody to
- 42:45Speaker 1: mess with, so when you attack them, you're in the wrong.
- 42:50Speaker 1: It's a scripture where God does talk about the fact
- 42:54Speaker 1: that when people retaliate that a golly people, it is
- 42:57Speaker 1: worse on you than it is a demonic person. True,
- 43:01Speaker 1: So even though you're trying to walk away, even though
- 43:04Speaker 1: you're trying to be left alone, it don't mean these
- 43:07Speaker 1: people gonna leave you alone because they're just not gonna
- 43:08Speaker 1: do so. They just gonna continue to bother you until
- 43:12Speaker 1: they get whatever it is, and they won't. For some people,
- 43:16Speaker 1: it's just so they can ruin your reputation, to fame
- 43:19Speaker 1: your character or slender your name. For other people, it's
- 43:22Speaker 1: to make people not like you. For other people it's
- 43:26Speaker 1: because you're smart. But mainly the most important reason is
- 43:30Speaker 1: just because you're a godly person, nothing more, nothing less
- 43:33Speaker 1: than that. So at the end of the day, because
- 43:37Speaker 1: you're not what society's standards is and you're a person
- 43:41Speaker 1: of God, because you're a sweet night person, because you
- 43:44Speaker 1: have flaws and imperfection, because you're overweight or whatever. The
- 43:47Speaker 1: situation is, people are going to mess with you no
- 43:51Speaker 1: matter what, just because they feel they can't, just because
- 43:55Speaker 1: they feel that you're lower than them for whatever reason.
- 43:59Speaker 1: And then when you don't entertain it, that's when they
- 44:01Speaker 1: get mad. That's when they're upset because you're like, dude,
- 44:06Speaker 1: why are you bother me? Why are you even coming
- 44:08Speaker 1: from me? I'm not even bothering you at this point
- 44:12Speaker 1: in juncture, So I don't understand why you feel the
- 44:15Speaker 1: need to bother me when I haven't done anything to nobody.
- 44:19Speaker 1: And that's the sad part about it. So I'm not
- 44:21Speaker 1: worried about it. If it stands, then it's cool. But
- 44:27Speaker 1: then when I stop doing lives and move on somewhere else,
- 44:31Speaker 1: then they gonna let me mad about it. But, like
- 44:33Speaker 1: I said, for these people to claim they don't like you,
- 44:35Speaker 1: and yet they're still following you, yet they're still finding
- 44:38Speaker 1: your channels, Yet they're still harassing you like they have
- 44:43Speaker 1: the right, especially after everything they've done to you. The
- 44:47Speaker 1: fact that they are trying so hard to break you
- 44:51Speaker 1: and you just continue to thrive despite them. It's hilarious.
- 44:56Speaker 1: That's the best get back when you are thriving and
- 45:00Speaker 1: these people are not. I find it hilarious. So that
- 45:06Speaker 1: being said, I'm not even mad about it. If if
- 45:10Speaker 1: it stands, it stands, I'm not even going to hum worry.
- 45:13Speaker 1: But right now they're reviewing it. If they if they
- 45:17Speaker 1: put it back and they say it's appealed, then it is.
- 45:20Speaker 1: And if it ain't then it won't be. But I
- 45:23Speaker 1: still got it on here, so that's all that matters.
- 45:27Speaker 1: But I just find it funny. Then I ain't say
- 45:30Speaker 1: nothing that had anything to do with suicide or yet
- 45:32Speaker 1: my stuff got taken down. Hmm. Interesting. But anyway, like
- 45:37Speaker 1: I said, this is why I'm doing my podcast on
- 45:40Speaker 1: my voice podcast because I ain't got time for this nonsense.
- 45:44Speaker 1: I don't I ain't got to a bar. So that
- 45:46Speaker 1: being said, I want to thank y'all for doing me
- 45:48Speaker 1: for this episode. I don't he got it. I should
- 45:51Speaker 1: marry Alma. I appreciate y'all. But if you want to
- 45:54Speaker 1: do one on one coaching or you want to be
- 45:56Speaker 1: a guest on my podcast, I know I have not
- 45:59Speaker 1: been able to have get and a lot of y'all
- 46:01Speaker 1: have asked to be guests on many of my different podcasts.
- 46:05Speaker 1: I am doing it, but I'm doing it in May
- 46:08Speaker 1: because April I gotta have a procedure done. In March,
- 46:12Speaker 1: I gotta move. So once I get settled in, I
- 46:14Speaker 1: will start reaching back to everybody about people being on
- 46:19Speaker 1: my podcast. And I'm really looking forward to having all
- 46:22Speaker 1: of these people as guests on my podcast. But if
- 46:25Speaker 1: you want to have one on one coaching, you want
- 46:28Speaker 1: some advice about something, you need some motivation, or you
- 46:31Speaker 1: want me to talk about a particular subject, or you
- 46:34Speaker 1: want me to read your your emails live, you can
- 46:38Speaker 1: reach me at a sach dot M a R. I
- 46:42Speaker 1: am a zero one at gmail dot com. That's a
- 46:46Speaker 1: Sacha dot M a R. I am a zero one,
- 46:51Speaker 1: and you'll see I'll be able to reach back out
- 46:54Speaker 1: to you. But I promise you I will be getting
- 46:57Speaker 1: back to everybody. I have all of your emails saved,
- 47:01Speaker 1: so I definitely will be reaching out to people about,
- 47:04Speaker 1: you know, doing the podcast as soon as I have
- 47:09Speaker 1: this procedure done in April. So I just wanted to
- 47:12Speaker 1: come on here and you say, what's up, y'all? I
- 47:14Speaker 1: miss y'all. I love y'all. So with that being said,
- 47:18Speaker 1: I appreciate y'all for holding me down on all of
- 47:20Speaker 1: my podcasts. I am so eternally grateful, but I am
- 47:23Speaker 1: back for now. If anything happens and y'all don't hear
- 47:26Speaker 1: from me, that's because my throat is back hurting. But
- 47:29Speaker 1: today it was a good day, so I'm decided to
- 47:31Speaker 1: just do my podcast. So I love y'all. I appreciate y'all,
- 47:35Speaker 1: And with that being said, have a very good evening
- 47:38Speaker 1: and we'll talk soon. Bye.
