- 0:00Welcome to The Hypnotist, the show that gives you inside
- 0:03access to cutting edge hypnosis with real clients facing genuine
- 0:07issues. Brought to you by the
- 0:10hypnotherapist, demanded by celebrities, CEOs and even
- 0:14royalty. Adam Cox.
- 0:16These recordings took place live from Adam's clinic in London's
- 0:19world famous Harley Street. This podcast features powerful
- 0:23hypnosis, so do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
- 0:27This recording is not suitable for those with epilepsy or
- 0:30severe mental health issues, so get yourself comfortable and
- 0:34enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist.
- 0:45Hi, it's Adam here, and you're about to listen to an
- 0:49educational preparation hypnosis session.
- 0:53And it was created for a client that wanted to be in the right
- 0:56state to prepare for an exam. And in particular, it was a
- 1:01multiple choice exam. And this client was very, very
- 1:05good at doing assignments and long form dissertations.
- 1:10But because of the country that they grew up in compared to the
- 1:13country that they were living now, they didn't have a lot of
- 1:16experience doing multiple. Choice.
- 1:18Questions. So there is an element here of
- 1:21framing it as a very winnable process, that it is actually
- 1:26advantageous because it gives you the ability to practice and
- 1:31prepare in certain ways. But there's also an element that
- 1:34sometimes when people are nervous about exams, they build
- 1:37them up to be bigger than what they actually are, which means
- 1:40they don't prepare because they're stressed and they tend
- 1:43to avoid it. And when the exam's happening,
- 1:45they're getting all worried and panicked rather than thinking
- 1:47about the questions. So this hypnosis session has an
- 1:50element of preparation. It actually uses a metaphor to
- 1:55make it feel like this is actually something that they can
- 1:58prepare for, is exciting and gives them a payoff if they win.
- 2:03So if you have an upcoming exam and you want to feel more
- 2:06confident and you want to feel more enthusiastic about revising
- 2:10and preparing that I think you'll benefit from this
- 2:13particular hypnosis session. But if you like my hypnosis and
- 2:16don't want to be listening to the intro, this kind of
- 2:19explanation, and the outro in the description, I've actually
- 2:22got a link to some free downloads that don't have any of
- 2:26that, they just have the hypnosis.
- 2:27So if you like this kind of stuff and just want hypnosis,
- 2:31click the link in the description and you can get
- 2:33those completely free. For now though, find a quiet,
- 2:36comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.
- 2:38Relax and enjoy the session. Take a deep breath in, and as
- 3:22you breathe in, breathe in that slow, long, relaxing breath.
- 3:31And as you exhale, just allow your body to release any
- 3:38feelings of worry, stress, or tension, enabling any feelings
- 3:46of hesitation, trepidation, or frustrations to leave your body
- 3:55in that exhale. That's in breathing, in
- 4:01relaxation and exhaling tension as you allow each and every
- 4:12breath to take you deeper and deeper.
- 4:18Relaxed. The deeper you breathe, the more
- 4:29relaxed you become. And the more relaxed you become,
- 4:35the deeper you breathe. And as your body relaxes, your
- 4:46imagination awakens. I feel a wonderful sense of
- 4:55feeling like you're drifting to a place where powerful, profound
- 5:01changes take place effortlessly and energetically.
- 5:09That's it. Getting deeper and deeper.
- 5:19Relax now. I don't want your imagination to
- 5:25take you to a place that represents the most resourceful
- 5:30you've ever been time in your past, perhaps maybe in a place
- 5:39of study or a place of relaxation, a place of
- 5:45accomplishment. And I want you to imagine you're
- 5:49back in that place, feeling a sense that any preparation that
- 5:56came before was being put to good use when you take it.
- 6:03A feeling that you have the natural intelligence and ethic
- 6:12to be able to learn anything that you desire to learn.
- 6:21So with every breath, your body relaxes, taking you to that
- 6:24place, A place of relaxation, a place where your mind was
- 6:31naturally curious. And I want you to imagine back
- 6:38there you see an unusual door. This door will take you to a
- 6:50television studio hosting a game show.
- 6:56So imagine standing in front of that door as I countdown from
- 7:005:00 to 1:00, and as I arrive at 1, you will imagine being on the
- 7:07other side of the door in the recording studio of a game show.
- 7:155 Putting your hand on the handle. 4 Turning the handle, 3
- 7:20opening the door, 2 walking through the door feeling
- 7:25resourceful and one closing the door behind you and finding
- 7:31yourself in ATV studio of a game show.
- 7:42And I want you to imagine this is a high stakes game show with
- 7:50a big prize. Imagine being invited on to take
- 7:56the hot seat, maybe a luxurious, impressive chair.
- 8:04There you are on the stage. The lights are bright and the
- 8:09cameras are rolling. And just imagine that typical
- 8:14cliche game show host, big smiling white teeth welcoming
- 8:21you with warmth. You're the contestant, and in
- 8:27front of you is a screen. The screen that has four options
- 8:36for each question, and only one is right.
- 8:44And these may be ABC and D, or perhaps something else.
- 8:54And if this was the very first time you were on a game show,
- 8:58you may be nervous. In fact, this may feel
- 9:05uncomfortable, intense. But since this is your
- 9:10imagination, let's imagine that today something is different.
- 9:19I want you to imagine you've played this game before, many,
- 9:25many times. And on each and every occasion
- 9:31that you played this game before, you felt more relaxed,
- 9:37you felt more confident, and your knowledge increased.
- 9:42I want you to tap into that feeling of familiarity, that any
- 9:51tension begins to feel like it's melting away and turning into
- 9:56focus, that any nervousness or adrenaline is there to sharpen
- 10:03your mind, not to cloud it. And just imagine on the day of
- 10:14the game show that you can report recall playing this same
- 10:18game every day for 100 days. Therefore, nothing phases you
- 10:30because you've done this before, and each time your brain builds
- 10:37stronger and stronger links between questions and answers,
- 10:46between focus and calm, and you realize the more you prepare,
- 10:59the more your subconscious mind starts doing the work for you.
- 11:07Imagine going back in time on all of those days before the
- 11:12game show, and imagine using powerful tools like AI platforms
- 11:23and you get the platforms to generate similar questions that
- 11:28would appear in the game show. You could think of each session
- 11:36as a rehearsal, and each rehearsal is like building a
- 11:41muscle recall muscle, a confidence muscle.
- 11:49Until that format, multiple choice questions, feels
- 11:56comfortable. Some would say second nature to
- 12:00you. Just imagine you're in a
- 12:08dialogue when you're back there on the game show, encouraging
- 12:16you and calming you, telling you that you've been here before,
- 12:20you've seen this before, you know these questions, you know
- 12:25these answers, and you can treat it more like a game than a test,
- 12:33a game you've played many times before.
- 12:38What would intimidate or phase someone else doesn't bother you
- 12:45at all as you start to anticipate the very questions
- 12:52before they're even asked. That's how good your preparation
- 12:57is. And as you relax even deeper,
- 13:06I'd like you to imagine what it feels like to be calm and
- 13:11focused even when the pressure is on.
- 13:17Breathing in confidence and exhaling any doubts.
- 13:25Breathing in clarity and exhaling any uncertainty.
- 13:35Because you know something very important you're willing to do
- 13:41enough to prepare enough. You're ready.
- 13:48I want you to get a feeling. Then what if this game show
- 13:55represents something else for you?
- 13:59An exam? A test?
- 14:03And what if the quiz master is the computer screen?
- 14:07No need to panic, you need to freeze.
- 14:15You figure out how much time you have for each question and just
- 14:21allow all of that preparation and your unconscious to guide
- 14:27you. Some questions you will know
- 14:32even before seeing the options, some will make sense only when
- 14:38you see the options. And just like a game show where
- 14:44you can remove two of the choices, what if your
- 14:49unconscious does that for you? A process of elimination where
- 14:56you can make educated guesses. To turn a one in four chance to
- 15:02a 5050, you don't need to phone a friend because your
- 15:09unconscious mind is your friend and your unconscious can recall
- 15:16more than your conscious mind. Dance in, unlock all of the
- 15:23resources necessary and just imagine what it would be like to
- 15:32no longer see yourself on a game show, seeing yourself taking a
- 15:39test, No cameras, no studio lights, no live audience and
- 15:47cheering. Just yourself sitting calmly in
- 15:52front of a computer taking an exam and see yourself composed,
- 16:02relaxed and centred. As the observer, you can see
- 16:11that your breath is steady, your posture upright yet easy.
- 16:20You are oozing confidence as you glance at the first question and
- 16:26it feels like you're playing a game.
- 16:32Imagine seeing that version of you smiling because you know the
- 16:37answer to this question. See yourself selecting the right
- 16:43answer and going on to the next question and question after
- 16:48question. Your mind performs like it's
- 16:51meant to, not perfectly, but powerfully, with strategy, with
- 16:58focus, with calm and with ease. And whether you're on your own,
- 17:08doing that exam, or with a group is not important.
- 17:13You're seeing yourself resourceful, composed, dare I
- 17:20say it, even having fun. Observe as you finish the exam
- 17:28with a knowing look that you've done more than enough because
- 17:34you showed up having prepared well and done what you needed
- 17:42to. You answered calmly,
- 17:48strategically, pacing yourself well, allowing all of that
- 17:53preparation and practice to help you when it mattered most.
- 18:00And what if, from this day on, studying feels more like
- 18:06playing? The mind likes to learn, it's
- 18:12not a chore. And reviewing feels like
- 18:16training for a game where you're winning more often each time you
- 18:21play. And you get to practice these
- 18:27multiple choice questions where you see the results even before
- 18:33you take the exam, Boosting your confidence, increasing
- 18:39composure. Your calm is now your power and
- 18:46your preparation is your proof that you are more than capable
- 18:52of performing at your best. And allow this to be a seed of
- 18:58an idea to practice the material and the topics, but also this
- 19:05style of answering them. Practicing these multiple choice
- 19:10questions like it's a fun game to either confirm that you have
- 19:18the knowledge you need or to give you a feedback loop as to
- 19:23what you need to spend more time preparing.
- 19:26The next time you prepare to take all of these thoughts and
- 19:35find yourself back on that stage of the game show as you realize
- 19:42you've just won the grand prize, Imagine them showing you that
- 19:47prize. Maybe a giant check or a car or
- 19:52something else to allow the prize to represent whatever you
- 19:58want it to represent. And then you leave that door,
- 20:03find yourself back in that place of resourcefulness, and now it's
- 20:07time to drift all the way back to the here and the now.
- 20:14So take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your
- 20:21nose. Wiggle your fingers and wiggle
- 20:25your toes. Connect and calibrate into the
- 20:27here and the now as I now count from 1:00 to 10:00 to awaken
- 20:33you. Starting to count 123 waking up
- 20:40456 more alert 7-8. Open your eyes.
- 20:44Open your eyes. 910. Wide awake, wide awake, wide
- 20:51awake. Thank you for listening to The
