- 0:00Speaker 1: All right, what's my top secret number? Well, I'll tell you.
- 0:03Speaker 2: 330-729-9977.
- 0:03Speaker 3: 330-729-9977. We'll get.
- 0:09Speaker 1: You through to us on NewsRadio 570 WKBN.
- 0:10Speaker 2: 330-729-9977.
- 0:10Speaker 1: Between now and 6 o'clock. All right, you got something
- 0:29Speaker 1: to say? Run it up the flagpole, see if anybody salutes.
- 0:32Speaker 1: That's what we're going to do here on NewsRadio 570.
- 0:35Speaker 1: They just might salute. You never can tell. Bombshell ruling
- 0:43Speaker 1: in case against alleged 9-11 masterminds. One of the headlines today.
- 0:49Speaker 1: So what is that all about, you say? What could
- 0:53Speaker 1: that be about? That's the headline, bombshell ruling in case
- 0:56Speaker 1: against alleged. Judge throws out Khalid Sheikh Mohammed's 9-11 confession
- 1:02Speaker 1: in already long wait for trial. A military judge today
- 1:07Speaker 1: threw out a confession made by Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the
- 1:11Speaker 1: alleged mastermind of the September 11th terror attacks. In his ruling,
- 1:16Speaker 1: military judge, Lieutenant Colonel Michael Sharama, wrote that statements made
- 1:23Speaker 1: by Mohammed to investigators in 07 were not given voluntarily,
- 1:27Speaker 1: the New York Post reports. This is the guy that
- 1:32Speaker 1: would look like Ron Jeremy, the porn star. The ruling
- 1:36Speaker 1: could complicate what has already been a decade-long wait for
- 1:40Speaker 1: the suspected plotter to stand trial. The ruling could complicate
- 1:45Speaker 1: what has already been a decades-long wait. for this guy
- 1:50Speaker 1: to stand trial. Did you hear what I said? Decades.
- 1:54Speaker 1: The move wasn't initially made public, but sources familiar with
- 1:57Speaker 1: its content told the newspaper that the judge had axed
- 2:00Speaker 1: Mohammed's confession from the case in the ruling earlier this week,
- 2:04Speaker 1: just days before the 25th anniversary of the deadly attack
- 2:07Speaker 1: that killed nearly 3,000 people. Sharama set a trial date
- 2:11Speaker 1: of June 2028 for Mohammed and three co-defendants. Sharama rejected
- 2:20Speaker 1: a request by prosecutors to open a trial in January 2027,
- 2:24Speaker 1: saying it would leave too little time for the resolution
- 2:27Speaker 1: of pretrial evidentiary and compliance motions. Sharama's latest ruling threatens
- 2:35Speaker 1: to further delay the case, which has been plagued by
- 2:38Speaker 1: postponements and failed efforts to secure a plea agreement. In 2024,
- 2:42Speaker 1: Mohammed and these other guys that were involved in admitted
- 2:46Speaker 1: to their roles in a terror attack in exchange for
- 2:49Speaker 1: serving life sentences and avoiding the death penalty. They're all
- 2:52Speaker 1: being held in a U.S. military base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
- 2:59Speaker 1: In criticism of the plea deal from many families of
- 3:02Speaker 1: the victims, the Biden administration withdrew the agreement, resulting in
- 3:05Speaker 1: more litigation. In addition to avoiding the death penalty, it
- 3:09Speaker 1: stipulated that men answer any questions the families of the
- 3:12Speaker 1: victims have about the attack. All right, so that's kind of.
- 3:19Speaker 1: Bad news, I suppose. TV reporter films encampment outside her
- 3:22Speaker 1: own son's college housing and viral post. Lindsay Clancy's attorney
- 3:27Speaker 1: makes candid admission after jury leaves without a verdict. What
- 3:30Speaker 1: could that be? Jury enters second day weighing if psychosis
- 3:36Speaker 1: drove killing of children. Nervous, scared, beat down, Lindsay Clancy
- 3:41Speaker 1: awaits jury's verdict after a five-week trial. Speaking outside court,
- 3:46Speaker 1: Lindsay Clancy's attorney, told a swarm of media that he
- 3:49Speaker 1: could not predict how long jurors would take to reach
- 3:52Speaker 1: a verdict in the murder trial. The five-week proceeding included
- 3:55Speaker 1: roughly 290 pieces of evidence, he told reporters, asking whether
- 3:59Speaker 1: he felt confident. I'm never confident, adding that he had
- 4:02Speaker 1: no idea what the jury would do. Now, there's an
- 4:04Speaker 1: honest attorney and an honest answer. They worked hard, it's
- 4:07Speaker 1: been a long trial, and I have faith in the
- 4:09Speaker 1: jury system. The attorney also asked how Clancy was feeling
- 4:14Speaker 1: as she headed into the weekend. Nervous, scared, beat down
- 4:18Speaker 1: as usual. Lindsay Clancy jury scrutinizes pill bottles as medical
- 4:28Speaker 1: expert questions medication defense. Prescription drug evidence received fresh attention
- 4:36Speaker 1: in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial after jurors asked to
- 4:38Speaker 1: review pill bottles during deliberations. Dr. Mark Siegel, Fox News
- 4:43Speaker 1: senior medical analyst, said the request puts The sharply disputed
- 4:48Speaker 1: medication issue back in focus. Clancy's defense has argued that
- 4:52Speaker 1: a complex medication regime contributed to her mental decline, while
- 4:56Speaker 1: prosecutors have argued that the drugs she took did not
- 4:59Speaker 1: cause postpartum psychosis. Siegel said many of the prescription bottles
- 5:04Speaker 1: collected in a case were unopened and that Clancy was
- 5:08Speaker 1: taking a smaller number of the medications at the time
- 5:11Speaker 1: of the killings. He said only a few of those
- 5:13Speaker 1: drugs could even conceivably trigger psychosis. and that there was
- 5:17Speaker 1: no direct evidence the medications did so here. I don't
- 5:22Speaker 1: see any direct evidence that the pills were causing it,
- 5:25Speaker 1: Siegel said. The jury also asked to see the knife
- 5:30Speaker 1: used during Clancy's suicide attempt. Fox News contributor Joshua Ritter
- 5:35Speaker 1: said the request could indicate jurors are examining the prosecution's
- 5:40Speaker 1: argument that Clancy's wounds were superficial and that she had
- 5:44Speaker 1: an internal conflict about whether she wanted to die. Clancy
- 5:48Speaker 1: faces three counts of first-degree murder and the death of
- 5:50Speaker 1: her children. How you could do that? She does not
- 5:53Speaker 1: dispute killing them, but says she was suffering from postpartum psychosis.
- 5:59Speaker 1: You have to be suffering from something to do that.
- 6:01Speaker 1: Would you not agree? I mean, you can't be in
- 6:03Speaker 1: your right mind to do something like that. You got
- 6:07Speaker 1: to be. Something's got to be weird. Jelly Roll reveals
- 6:10Speaker 1: where he stands politically after Trump jokes spark backlash. Like,
- 6:16Speaker 1: I should care what Jelly Roll thinks about anything. You're
- 6:19Speaker 1: on the air.
- 6:21Speaker 4: Well, I underestimate him. Could you believe the third stringer
- 6:25Speaker 4: won the game? How about that?
- 6:28Speaker 1: I don't get excited about preseason games, though.
- 6:31Speaker 5: You don't?
- 6:32Speaker 4: No. They put Gabriel in, and I can't believe the score.
- 6:37Speaker 1: It was 37-3. Sheesh.
- 6:41Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Some people say he had an air of excitement about him, too,
- 6:47Speaker 1: to the game.
- 6:48Speaker 4: Well, one thing, the Guardians are still there, aren't they?
- 6:52Speaker 1: Yes, they are. I mean, yes, they are. It's kind
- 6:56Speaker 1: of exciting with the Guardians. I don't pay much attention,
- 7:01Speaker 1: and stick from Dayton, I don't pay much attention to
- 7:03Speaker 1: the preseason games. I mean, I confess I did listen
- 7:08Speaker 1: to it last night. I was listening to the post-game show. Yeah.
- 7:13Speaker 1: The post-game show. But– We carry the Browns on CD
- 7:17Speaker 1: 93.3 on the road this morning, Glory. We carry the
- 7:21Speaker 1: Browns on there, and I enjoy listening to it. But
- 7:25Speaker 1: it's the preseason. I just don't get excited about it.
- 7:28Speaker 1: I'll tell you what I get excited about. In my
- 7:31Speaker 1: neck of the woods, it was exciting to listen. I
- 7:34Speaker 1: enjoy listening to Bob Hannon do the play-by-play on the
- 7:36Speaker 1: YSU game that we carried yesterday as we start our season.
- 7:41Speaker 1: I mean, so it was good to hear his voice,
- 7:43Speaker 1: and good to listen to that game. And great to
- 7:47Speaker 1: have a victory.
- 7:47Speaker 4: He was like the new Browns announcer. He's pretty good,
- 7:49Speaker 4: isn't he?
- 7:50Speaker 1: What's his name?
- 7:51Speaker 5: Andrew Siciliano.
- 7:53Speaker 1: He worked at Fox Sports. Yeah, yeah. He's a guy
- 7:55Speaker 1: from last year. I can never remember his name.
- 7:57Speaker 4: He's pretty good, isn't he?
- 7:58Speaker 1: Yeah, I think he is pretty good. You can't– they're
- 8:02Speaker 1: all unique. Gibbs Shanley was unique. Yep. Nev Chandler was unique. Yep.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Who was the guy– J.C.
- 8:10Speaker 3: Coleman.
- 8:11Speaker 1: No, no, no, no. Who was the guy? Was it
- 8:13Speaker 1: Jim Mueller?
- 8:15Speaker 4: Jim Mueller, did you like him?
- 8:16Speaker 1: Yeah. I mean, they all– I thought they were all
- 8:19Speaker 1: really good.
- 8:20Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 8:21Speaker 1: I thought Gibbs Shanley was excellent. I thought Jim Mueller
- 8:23Speaker 1: was good. Neve Chandler was good. Oh, yeah. I thought–
- 8:30Speaker 1: Did you like Jimmy Donovan? I thought he was outstanding.
- 8:33Speaker 4: He was pretty good, wasn't he?
- 8:34Speaker 1: Yeah, I thought he was outstanding. And this guy, to me,
- 8:38Speaker 1: has Jimmy Donovan-like qualities, but not to that level. But
- 8:44Speaker 1: there was something about the connection when you asked that.
- 8:47Speaker 1: There's something about the connection between the TV sports anchor
- 8:52Speaker 1: and the play-by-play for the Browns that for some reason
- 8:56Speaker 1: made it special. This guy that you're mentioning was not
- 8:59Speaker 1: a local TV news sports anchor. He was on Fox.
- 9:05Speaker 1: So you lose that connection. Yeah.
- 9:07Speaker 4: Of course, you know somebody else is a legend. Tom
- 9:10Speaker 4: Hamilton's number one, isn't he?
- 9:13Speaker 1: Yes, he is. But I will tell you this much
- 9:15Speaker 1: when you bring that up. Yeah? I hear these people
- 9:19Speaker 1: have bellyache when Rosie does the games because Tom might
- 9:23Speaker 1: be going to the West Coast games. I enjoy listening
- 9:26Speaker 1: to Rosie call a game, too. I think Rosie calls
- 9:29Speaker 1: a good game. I enjoy listening to him.
- 9:31Speaker 4: Yeah, but you know, one of the guys, he was
- 9:34Speaker 4: doing part-time work at WTAM, and a lot of people
- 9:38Speaker 4: didn't like him. But I got Chuck Galetti always took
- 9:41Speaker 4: my calls, you know?
- 9:42Speaker 1: Yeah, but I'm just talking about these guys. I mean,
- 9:46Speaker 1: it seems to me that we've had a lot of
- 9:50Speaker 1: good Browns play-by-play guys. This guy I've gotten used to.
- 9:53Speaker 1: I think that he'll do a good job going on.
- 9:57Speaker 1: I just hope the Browns have... a good year for
- 10:00Speaker 1: a change.
- 10:01Speaker 4: Yeah, it'd be nice, but I think the Indians, the Guardians,
- 10:05Speaker 4: have to be commended for what they're doing, aren't they?
- 10:09Speaker 5: Well.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Well, we shall see. I mean, I hate to be
- 10:12Speaker 1: too optimistic, but, I mean, things have been going better
- 10:15Speaker 1: than they were for a while back. Let's put it
- 10:18Speaker 1: that way. I mean, how can you not root for
- 10:20Speaker 1: the Guardians? And, frankly, even for the Browns, even though
- 10:25Speaker 1: they've disappointed me for decades. Yeah.
- 10:28Speaker 4: Have a good day.
- 10:29Speaker 1: Thank you. It's Dick from Dayton Newsradio. Making his final
- 10:33Speaker 1: appearance as a guest host to Jimmy Kimmel Live Thursday night,
- 10:36Speaker 1: country music star Jelly Roll... Walked back his previous assertions
- 10:45Speaker 1: that he is apolitical just days after mocking President Donald
- 10:48Speaker 1: Trump's weight, physical fitness, and approval ratings. A lot of
- 10:53Speaker 1: people seem to think these Jimmy Kimmel writers have secretly
- 10:56Speaker 1: been pulling the strings and forcing this good old country
- 10:59Speaker 1: boy to poke fun at our commander-in-chief, Jelly Roll told
- 11:03Speaker 1: the audience. But let's be real about this, you all.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Do you think I would take orders from some sweaty
- 11:10Speaker 1: little dork named Josh? No, I wasn't telling it like
- 11:14Speaker 1: it is. And for some reason, that seems to freak
- 11:17Speaker 1: a lot of people out. I guess now that I've
- 11:20Speaker 1: lost all this weight, folks can finally see I have
- 11:25Speaker 1: his manhood. Country music star continued adding, It is funny
- 11:28Speaker 1: that before this week, everybody thought I was MAGA, and
- 11:32Speaker 1: now they think I'm some sort of liberal snowflake. He
- 11:35Speaker 1: went on to walk the audience through his culture and
- 11:39Speaker 1: political evolution and push back on criticism of his celebration
- 11:43Speaker 1: of the UFC Freedom 250 event held at the White
- 11:47Speaker 1: House in June, using the event as a catalyst for
- 11:50Speaker 1: his message surrounding his political views. But just because I
- 11:53Speaker 1: watch a fight on TV doesn't mean I support everything
- 11:57Speaker 1: this administration does, Jelly Roll said. Just like hosting Jimmy
- 12:01Speaker 1: Kimmel's show doesn't mean I support have all of Jimmy
- 12:05Speaker 1: Kimmel's politics. Sure, I lean left on some things, but
- 12:10Speaker 1: like most folks, I'm pretty down the middle. I'm a Christian.
- 12:13Speaker 1: I'm a country music singer. I'm a farmer. I'm a
- 12:16Speaker 1: bow hunter. And most of the things I eat, I
- 12:19Speaker 1: prefer to get with a stick and a string. That's
- 12:22Speaker 1: the truth. He concluded this segment of his monologue by
- 12:25Speaker 1: joking about his newfound friendship with Kimmel's crew, adding, and
- 12:30Speaker 1: I truly am going to miss all of my communist
- 12:34Speaker 1: anatifa friends here on the staff of the jimmy kimmel
- 12:37Speaker 1: show so i don't know don't you think as a
- 12:43Speaker 1: performer sometimes this is a great thing about dolly parton
- 12:46Speaker 1: dolly parton never mixed politics with anything she was doing
- 12:51Speaker 1: dolly parton was there to entertain everybody who showed up
- 12:54Speaker 1: and bought a ticket that's what dolly parton did And
- 13:02Speaker 1: these people don't want to put politics into their show.
- 13:06Speaker 1: They're entertainers. Like Bruce Springsteen, you're just pissing off a
- 13:09Speaker 1: lot of your audience with your leftist politics. Why don't
- 13:13Speaker 1: you just shut up, show up, sing, and entertain people
- 13:17Speaker 1: and leave? That's really what you should be doing. It's
- 13:21Speaker 1: the lessons of the great singers like Dolly Parton. Who
- 13:27Speaker 1: was it? Was it the... Who was the group that
- 13:31Speaker 1: said nasty things about Bush when he was president? And
- 13:36Speaker 1: they were country singers and it really devastated their career.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Was that the Dixie Chicks? Remember that? They said nasty
- 13:43Speaker 1: things about him and it was devastating. I mean, people
- 13:48Speaker 1: just didn't go for that at all. So sometimes these
- 13:57Speaker 1: people should maybe think twice about it. Maybe think twice
- 14:01Speaker 1: about it. Trump election fraud crackdown lands first arrest putting
- 14:05Speaker 1: longtime critics in White House crosshairs. What's that all about?
- 14:10Speaker 1: The first arrest in what a Trump administration prosecutor says
- 14:13Speaker 1: will be a broader election fraud crackdown was announced Friday
- 14:17Speaker 1: in Los Angeles. And the White House seized on the
- 14:20Speaker 1: case to hit back at longtime critics. First assistant U.S.
- 14:24Speaker 1: attorney for the Central District of California announced... A Honduran
- 14:29Speaker 1: national was charged with two felony counts and could face
- 14:33Speaker 1: deportation if convicted while criticizing California's current voter registration safeguards
- 14:40Speaker 1: and renewing DOJ's demands for a voter roll audit. Today's
- 14:43Speaker 1: arrest is the first of many to come. Unfortunately, because
- 14:47Speaker 1: of states like California allowing non-citizens to easily register to
- 14:51Speaker 1: vote and receive a ballot by mail, there's no telling
- 14:54Speaker 1: how many non-citizens are currently registered to vote in We
- 15:00Speaker 1: again review our request that California immediately comply with our
- 15:04Speaker 1: request to audit their voter rolls so that all voters
- 15:07Speaker 1: can have confidence in our elections. Why would you be
- 15:09Speaker 1: opposed to that? Rivera Flores lives west of Van Nuys,
- 15:18Speaker 1: was charged with fraudulent voter registration and false claims of U.S. citizenship.
- 15:23Speaker 1: He did not vote in an election, according to the DOJ.
- 15:28Speaker 1: Rivera Flores entered the U.S. during the George W. Bush
- 15:31Speaker 1: administration and was a green card holder but was not
- 15:34Speaker 1: a U.S. citizen. He was previously charged with misdemeanor for
- 15:38Speaker 1: disrupting immigration law enforcement operations at a federal building in Carmela, California.
- 15:44Speaker 1: Rivera Flores also allegedly sent a Homeland Security investigation agent
- 15:49Speaker 1: a slew of text messages calling the officer not the
- 15:53Speaker 1: good guy and saying he could not wait until the
- 15:56Speaker 1: midterms because he believed the agent would not have qualified immunity,
- 16:00Speaker 1: legal protection that can shield law enforcement officers from certain
- 16:04Speaker 1: civil claims for their official conduct. Text messages between Rivera
- 16:10Speaker 1: Flores and the agent reviewed by Fox News show several
- 16:14Speaker 1: profane jabs directed at the officer. All right, so this guy,
- 16:19Speaker 1: why would you do that in the first place if
- 16:21Speaker 1: you're not an idiot? You'd be an idiot. The White
- 16:24Speaker 1: House says Rivera Flores' case is Indicates mainstream media and
- 16:28Speaker 1: political critics are off base in their countervailing reporting and
- 16:31Speaker 1: allegations about the existence of voter fraud. Despite the media
- 16:35Speaker 1: and Democrats claiming it never happens, the evidence of non-citizens
- 16:39Speaker 1: registering to vote in our elections continues to pile up.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Any non-citizen found registering to vote and voting in our
- 16:47Speaker 1: elections will be held accountable. Only Americans should be electing
- 16:50Speaker 1: Americans leaders. Well, who disagrees with that? I mean, I
- 16:56Speaker 1: would agree with that, wouldn't you, 100%? That makes a
- 17:01Speaker 1: world of sense to me. Why would you change the
- 17:03Speaker 1: thought process on that at all? What else do I
- 17:12Speaker 1: have for you? It's a crazy world these days. Crazy
- 17:20Speaker 1: stuff going on, man. All right, calls? Well, we'll take some.
- 17:24Speaker 2: 330-729-9977.
- 17:25Speaker 1: We'll get you through to us. 330-729-9977. If you want
- 17:33Speaker 1: to conversate here on NewsRadio 570, I'd already give you in.
- 17:36Speaker 1: I'm just looking over the headline screen as it goes down.
- 17:41Speaker 1: Give you the latest stuff. Where did I leave off
- 17:45Speaker 1: on this phone bank? That's the problem. Why don't we
- 17:49Speaker 1: just start at the top of the phone bank and
- 17:51Speaker 1: work our way down? You're on the air.
- 17:53Speaker 4: Did anybody mention Charlie Pryde doing a duet?
- 18:03Speaker 1: Charlie Pryde, people don't even remember Charlie Pryde.
- 18:05Speaker 5: He was a superstar.
- 18:10Speaker 1: I know, but a lot of people, I know who
- 18:12Speaker 1: Charlie Pryde is, but a lot of people listening have
- 18:15Speaker 1: no clue who Charlie Pryde is. But the best thing
- 18:17Speaker 1: for a singer and entertainer to do is leave politics
- 18:20Speaker 1: out of your show. Why do you want to turn
- 18:22Speaker 1: half the audience off? Like, for example, in the good
- 18:26Speaker 1: old days, Johnny Carson, he didn't have a political tilt
- 18:30Speaker 1: to it. Letterman, Carson, Jay Leno, those shows are much
- 18:36Speaker 1: different than these guys like Kimmel and the shows that
- 18:40Speaker 1: they're doing today. They just piss off half the audience
- 18:43Speaker 1: when people are looking for entertainment and comedy. And why
- 18:49Speaker 1: would you want to do such a thing? That's why
- 18:51Speaker 1: so many people don't watch him anymore.
- 18:52Speaker 5: Charlie, Charlie, Charlie.
- 18:54Speaker 1: I don't care about Charlie Pryde. You're on the air.
- 18:59Speaker 3: Hello?
- 19:00Speaker 1: Yes, go ahead.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah. Robin Williams, I think, came up with a
- 19:07Speaker 2: great line. This is a quote I have in print
- 19:11Speaker 2: concerning the East Palestine incident. Robin Williams said that God
- 19:18Speaker 2: gave men one penis and one brain, but only enough
- 19:22Speaker 2: blood to run one at a time.
- 19:24Speaker 5: That's true.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Now, I'm glad you laughed, Ron, because it's funny, and
- 19:34Speaker 2: then you swallow, you gulp, and then you realize it
- 19:39Speaker 2: probably is.
- 19:42Speaker 2: A factor in almost any of these circumstances, all the
- 19:46Speaker 2: way up, sad to say, to rape. You know? Williams
- 19:53Speaker 2: was like Carlin. He could make you laugh, and then
- 19:58Speaker 2: when you left the theater all the way home, you
- 20:00Speaker 2: were thinking about some major idea. The guy became a
- 20:04Speaker 2: philosopher and a poet. That's a profound sentence to me.
- 20:11Speaker 2: after the initial laugh. And I just keep thinking about that,
- 20:17Speaker 2: all of the radio, TV, and newspaper coverage of this
- 20:22Speaker 2: situation in Palestine. And I think Robin Williams was on
- 20:27Speaker 2: to something.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Well, I don't know. You're talking about with York down
- 20:35Speaker 1: with the process.
- 20:36Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah. So at whatever level, I think it's, you know,
- 20:46Speaker 2: there's a lot of other factors in there. But that comment,
- 20:50Speaker 2: I think, Ron, is applicable today. Almost in every circumstance.
- 20:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 20:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 20:57Speaker 1: But I mean, listen, I mean, the guy didn't commit
- 21:00Speaker 1: murder and the guy, I mean, it's, it's like, okay.
- 21:04Speaker 1: And he gets a slap on the wrist and he
- 21:06Speaker 1: gets embarrassed. Learn from it and, and, and learn from
- 21:11Speaker 1: it and, and get on with your life and live
- 21:14Speaker 1: a better life than, than don't make that mistake again,
- 21:18Speaker 1: would be my advice to him. Put it behind you.
- 21:21Speaker 1: And the sun comes up tomorrow. And try to find
- 21:27Speaker 1: a better purpose, better meaning in your life than what
- 21:30Speaker 1: you were trying to do.
- 21:32Speaker 2: Yeah. As they say in lots of churches, amen, brother.
- 21:36Speaker 2: Thank you for the call.
- 21:38Speaker 1: Thank you. Appreciate it. That's what he, I mean, that's
- 21:41Speaker 1: really what he needs to do. And hopefully he will
- 21:47Speaker 1: do it. I mean, I don't know the guy. I've
- 21:49Speaker 1: never met the man, never talked to the guy or
- 21:51Speaker 1: anything like that, but... I mean, it's just bizarre. So,
- 21:56Speaker 1: I mean, the whole damn thing is just so weird.
- 22:01Speaker 1: It's just weird. And who knows why he got divorced
- 22:03Speaker 1: or what's going on there. But, I mean, if these
- 22:11Speaker 1: people don't know by now so many of these sting
- 22:13Speaker 1: operations that the cops are doing, and good Lord, it
- 22:16Speaker 1: happens all the damn time. I mean, these idiots are
- 22:21Speaker 1: constantly doing it. And do they not pay attention to
- 22:24Speaker 1: the news? And they get caught every time. Well, here's
- 22:30Speaker 1: this guy thinking what? He's going online for a prostitute?
- 22:34Speaker 1: You're driving down to East Palestine. You don't know who
- 22:37Speaker 1: you're meeting. You don't know how safe it is. I mean,
- 22:38Speaker 1: just think how stupid this is. How just stupid this is.
- 22:44Speaker 1: But I don't know. He couldn't be in his right
- 22:46Speaker 1: mind to be doing that at that time. Who knows
- 22:49Speaker 1: if he's depressed because of his divorce or whatever the
- 22:51Speaker 1: case might be. I mean, get your act together. Mend
- 22:55Speaker 1: your ways and try to go out and find a
- 22:57Speaker 1: good woman. And get on and be a better man.
- 23:01Speaker 1: That would be my advice that I would give to
- 23:03Speaker 1: the guy. And I'm sure he's waiting for my advice.
- 23:07Speaker 1: You're on the air.
- 23:08Speaker 5: Hey, Ron, how are you doing this evening?
- 23:12Speaker 1: I am doing well. Thank you for asking.
- 23:16Speaker 5: Oh, anyhow, I want to go back to Bubba Ganoush
- 23:20Speaker 5: and talking about why they don't build an AI unit here.
- 23:26Speaker 5: The reason is, is because if you dig up all
- 23:29Speaker 5: that brine grime, dredge that river, you're going to bring
- 23:32Speaker 5: up all the pollution from the Industrial Revolution. And that's
- 23:37Speaker 5: the reason why they don't do it.
- 23:39Speaker 1: Oh, you're talking about when he's saying they should build
- 23:41Speaker 1: it down on Wilson Avenue and that kind of stuff if.
- 23:43Speaker 4: They're going to put them in.
- 23:44Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly.
- 23:44Speaker 5: Exactly. That whole property from the Industrial Revolution is so
- 23:49Speaker 5: full of pollution. I talk to people that I know
- 23:52Speaker 5: about it, and they're going, you've got to understand, it's
- 23:55Speaker 5: full of so much pollution. If you dredge the river
- 23:58Speaker 5: and you wanted to generate electricity and put electric turbines
- 24:02Speaker 5: in and everything else like this, it's because it's so
- 24:05Speaker 5: full of pollution. What do they call that in the.
- 24:12Speaker 5: You know, you dig this all up and do everything,
- 24:14Speaker 5: you got to get rid of the industrial waste and everything,
- 24:17Speaker 5: is far more expensive than building the plant.
- 24:23Speaker 3: Hmm.
- 24:24Speaker 1: Yeah, but shouldn't that have been done by now if
- 24:26Speaker 1: it wasn't?
- 24:27Speaker 5: No, it's never been done, not on the Mahoning River.
- 24:32Speaker 1: Wouldn't it have?
- 24:33Speaker 5: This is all the pollutants from the industrial revolution when
- 24:37Speaker 5: all the mills were down here and everything. The reason
- 24:40Speaker 5: that they don't do it And dredge it and everything
- 24:43Speaker 5: is because it'll bring all the bad chemicals and everything
- 24:48Speaker 5: else up and everything. I'm telling you the truth about this.
- 24:51Speaker 5: And that's the reason why they don't do it. If
- 24:56Speaker 5: you had to rebate that from the EPA, you're talking
- 25:01Speaker 5: billions of dollars to get rid of all the pollution
- 25:04Speaker 5: before you can actually use the property.
- 25:10Speaker 1: Well.
- 25:12Speaker 1: The people who polluted it, the problem I have with
- 25:16Speaker 1: these companies when they leave is they should be on
- 25:18Speaker 1: the hook for cleaning up the mess that they made.
- 25:20Speaker 5: Yeah, but they're long gone and done long ago.
- 25:25Speaker 1: Right.
- 25:26Speaker 5: When the steel industry died back in the late 70s
- 25:29Speaker 5: and even before that, it's all gone. But it's so
- 25:33Speaker 5: polluted that if they disrupt that, they're going to cause
- 25:36Speaker 5: more pollution and chemical hazards. The abatement behind that is
- 25:42Speaker 5: more expensive than building on it.
- 25:45Speaker 1: All right, Tiger. Thank you. Appreciate it. You're on the air,
- 25:48Speaker 1: running out of time.
- 25:50Speaker 3: Yeah, California is not the only state that has a
- 25:52Speaker 3: problem with inactive voters. They just found something like 875,000
- 25:58Speaker 3: ineligible or inactive voters on their voter rolls. And about
- 26:04Speaker 3: five years ago, they discovered a million and a half
- 26:07Speaker 3: ineligible people that moved. you know, the people that died,
- 26:11Speaker 3: you know, uh, they send you, you got a card,
- 26:13Speaker 3: you don't mail it back. They should just purge you
- 26:15Speaker 3: from the voter roll. We had a problem. We lived
- 26:17Speaker 3: in Ohio a few years ago and they sent us
- 26:22Speaker 3: a voter card. Somehow it got forwarded to Pennsylvania. We
- 26:26Speaker 3: had to write back and forth to him three times
- 26:29Speaker 3: to get us off the rolls in Ohio. You know,
- 26:33Speaker 3: I had to send him a copy of the deed,
- 26:36Speaker 3: a copy of a utility and a copy of the, uh,
- 26:40Speaker 3: what do you call it, the property tax form to
- 26:42Speaker 3: them before they, you know, would remove us from Ohio.
- 26:46Speaker 3: But they're having a lot of problem in not just California,
- 26:49Speaker 3: but a lot of states. People are just there, and
- 26:53Speaker 3: then they get cards. Well, I haven't lived here for
- 26:56Speaker 3: five years. Why am I getting a card? Because they
- 26:58Speaker 3: don't purge the voter roll.
- 26:59Speaker 1: Right.
- 27:02Speaker 3: And I think you and G2 should have an interesting
- 27:05Speaker 3: conversation about that, you know, about just how to purge
- 27:09Speaker 3: you know, records of invalid information like the government has.
- 27:14Speaker 3: You know, the government never throws anything away.
- 27:18Speaker 1: You are 100% correct. I suspect that there's... Whenever you're
- 27:24Speaker 1: mailing out ballots to people who aren't asking for them,
- 27:27Speaker 1: it's just to open the fraud. Hey, I'm out of time.
- 27:30Speaker 1: I wish you would have called earlier. Thank you, my friends.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Have a great weekend. Ron Furt from the Kingdom of Mahoning.
- 27:35Speaker 1: Stay tuned. Sean's coming up, then the Guardians.
