What hurt worse for Husker fans---seeing Scott Frost get a big win for UCF, or seeing Oregon look awful in a loss at Illinois?

Early Break – 93.7 The Ticket KNTK · Oct 26, 2026 · 19m

-Iowa’s loss to Minnesota was great for Husker fans…but then we saw Scott Frost and UCF upset BYU in 2 OT (39-31)…after Illinois had

taken down Oregon, 21-10, in Champaign to send Dylan Raiola home with a loss

-Husker fans certainly aren’t sad to see Raiola lose, but a loss at Illinois further validates the pain of the loss in Eugene last

weekend…PLUS, Oregon’s loss this time got offensive coordinator Drew Mehringer fired for a sputtering offense
