- 0:00Here's your host, Alex Starren. For the past few days here on the
- 0:06Alex Grett Podcast Network. You might have heard me talking about what's going on
- 0:11at Columbia University. But Lou Terminello, congratulations, you're the first interview post
- 0:17all that craziness. I mean, I know there's still stuff to talk about
- 0:20with that, but I wanted to break it up with some sports. Why
- 0:23not, right, Lou. Absolutely, sports is our getaway. That's why
- 0:27we love it. I appreciate that you listened through your world. I appreciate
- 0:31you listening to this through the news though, because I think it's it's important
- 0:34to talk about a bit of everything right without question. But let's talk about
- 0:40something that probably took a lot of attention away from what's going on on college
- 0:43campuses because a lot of college athletes were drafted last night. And let me
- 0:48start with the fact that Pennick Junior did not come to the Giants as was
- 0:53speculated. He gets drafted by the Falcons. I mean, didn't they just
- 0:57sign Kirk Cousins. But I'm not a big deals got to be hurting right
- 1:00now. Well, this is my this is Terminello's take on at ALEX.
- 1:07I was shocked like everybody else, not shocked. Nothing shocks me. I
- 1:11was surprised when Atlanta at eight selected Michael Penick Junior. Obviously, they did
- 1:19sign Kirk Cousins ninety million of his one hundred and eighty million is guaranteed.
- 1:27But again, look what happened to the Jets last year. We are now
- 1:34in an era and where I think the most And we've said this before that
- 1:38the most important position in football obviously is quarterback, but probably the second most
- 1:46important position is backup quarterback. And if you don't have a backup quarterback,
- 1:51And again I think Pennix Junior. I know he's had two ACL injuries.
- 1:57I know he's had shoulder injuries, but I think the guy is going to
- 2:00be a terrific NFL player. He throws a great deep ball. It seems
- 2:05like he's built for the NFL. So even if he sits for a couple
- 2:08of years or maybe even three years like Aaron Rodgers did, like Jordan Love,
- 2:14did they have their quarterback situation locked up unless this kid can't play at
- 2:21all, which we don't know for the next fifteen years, so we'll see.
- 2:28I would I would have gone elsewhere. The Falcons in a very winnable
- 2:32division. A very winnable division need major defensive help. Their defensive rankings have
- 2:39been in the low between twenty five and thirty for the last four or five
- 2:46years, so I probably would have gone there. Ironically, the first fourteen
- 2:52picks were all offensive picks, which I think was the deepest in history.
- 2:57It was the deepest in history before a defensive player was picked. So it
- 3:01did surprise me. It surprised me. But then when I thought about it,
- 3:06Okay, here's the guy that we really really like, and and and
- 3:09they did it. So but that was the big surprise in the draft that
- 3:15was last night was supposed to be an explosive night as far as trades,
- 3:22you know, among the top ten teams in the draft, but it wasn't
- 3:25explosive. It basically went It went according to not not according to form,
- 3:34but basically, Yes, the first three the first teams were picking quarterbacks.
- 3:39That's what happened. Then, by the way, maybe you maybe you talked
- 3:43the Falcons off the ledge and a lot of NFL teams off the ledge of
- 3:46actually not picking Pendix. What I mean by is, remember you were a
- 3:51staunch defender, and even though he had a rough time against the Michigan defense
- 3:54in the time game, he said, don't don't you know, lose faith
- 3:59in the kid. And here he is draft of the NFL first round or
- 4:01eighth pick by the Falcons. Now we got to talk about his counterpart.
- 4:05I think McCarthy's gonna farewell in Minnesota and just in the NFL. I just
- 4:11like his poise at the college level, don't you Again, the guy has
- 4:15been taking a lot of hits from media members, but apparently the Giants came
- 4:21very close to picking him at number six, and they love Drake May.
- 4:27The Giants, didn't they From what I hear, they really pushed New England
- 4:32to try to make it, to try trade up to three, but New
- 4:36England would budge. I like McCarthy more so than most. I was not
- 4:45so sure at first, But the more you hear, the more you see,
- 4:49it seems like I'm convinced more that he's going to be an effective NFL
- 4:57quarterback. Again. He played on a great team at Michigan. When he
- 5:01was pressed against Alabama, I mean that fourth down play, what was fourth
- 5:05and two? He got it done. He got it done against Bama.
- 5:10He got it done against Michigan. He got it done against Ohio State.
- 5:15You know, I think that it'll be it'll be good. Hey, all
- 5:18these quarterbacks, it's you know, you're throwing uh spaghetti to the wall and
- 5:24see see what sticks. So, I mean, that's just happened with the
- 5:29Bears because Caleb Williams, you know, I feel like he's all about his
- 5:32flashiness over his style of play or his his strategy. I don't know,
- 5:38I don't I don't know if it's going to be the best pick for the
- 5:41Bears, only because they just tried with fields and work. I mean,
- 5:45Caleb seems really like his own person. He done. I don't know I
- 5:48was gonna mess well in Chicago, but I guess, as you say,
- 5:51they're trying to do that. I just don't have much fail them in the
- 5:54NFL. Maybe I'm wrong. Well, I mean, obviously after his junior
- 6:00he was the consensus number one pick going into a senior year for the twenty
- 6:06four NFL draft. Then they start thinking about other players maybe being picked number
- 6:15one. But again when the smoke cleared and he went at his pro day
- 6:20and with the NFL scouts, he emerged as the clear cut number one.
- 6:27If the Bears did not pick them, and he became an all star,
- 6:30Hall of Fame type quarterback, they would have never heard the end of it.
- 6:35Well, for my dad's sake, I want myself to eat pro here
- 6:39because I want the Bears to do well. I mean, obviously they're they're
- 6:43they're my dad's team, but also they're just a team that I have seen
- 6:46struggling struggle aft well, especially at the quarterback position. I mean, really,
- 6:50they haven't drafted. I mean, Jim McMahon was an excellent quarterback.
- 6:55He won the Super Bowl with him. Yes, they were a defensive probably
- 6:59the greatest defensive one year team. Uh and they were in NFL history.
- 7:04McMahon was more than a than a just of a caretaker, game manager quarterback.
- 7:12But they really haven't had a quarterback of Hall of Fame caliber since Sid
- 7:16Luckman in the forties. So so we'll see. The Bears have good personnel,
- 7:24so I'm sure he'll work hard and we'll see what happens. But again,
- 7:30we can we can talk about all these players, and really, Alex,
- 7:35I don't. And the one thing I'm so glad the draft is here,
- 7:39because the one thing I can't stand if I had to look at one
- 7:42more mock draft. I mean, please, I mean I don't look at
- 7:46that as the NFL I pop up on the newspaper or pop up on my
- 7:53you know, on my phone. Oh my god, that's just it's just
- 7:57what that's almost like a bracket buster right there in the NCAA tournament. That's
- 8:01what that was this week with all these picks at the top going to quarterback.
- 8:05You mentioned, well, there's two things I also want to cover.
- 8:09You mentioned Drake May another ACCQB who's really thrived and excelled. Lou. I
- 8:15think he has a lot of potential and never well, you know, why
- 8:18don't you in Caleb, But Drake May, Well, Drake May was breaking
- 8:20a lot of records and making career numbers at UNC, wasn't he Well again,
- 8:24look at the kid he's won. He was ACC Rookie of the Year,
- 8:28ACC Offensive Player of the Year, he won a couple of other ACC
- 8:33awards. He's big, he's mobile. Yes, everybody compares him to Justin
- 8:41Herbert because of his throwing motion and his build. Again, I like him.
- 8:48One of my friends saw him live and he saw him in one of
- 8:52his worst games. And this person is associated with the NFL and said that
- 8:58Drake May did not have a game and he was at was at the game
- 9:01at Clemson. But you gotta look, you gotta look past past those type
- 9:07of games and just see how, you know, how we would do in
- 9:13an NFL game in NFL offense, how he runs the offense, how he
- 9:16commands the huddles. And let's face it, the Patriots are looking for They're
- 9:22not going to find another Tom Brady, that's for sure, but they're looking
- 9:24for the next quarterback that could be a playoff quarterback for them, and they
- 9:28got I mean, they got so many holes to Patriots. So again,
- 9:31I'm not even sure how many of these guys. I would say Caleb Williams
- 9:35is going to start right away. I'm not so sure that Drake May is
- 9:39going to start right away. But but we'll see. Well, your Jets
- 9:45draft and offensive tackle from Penn State, which is huge. I think that
- 9:50line needs to protect Rogers. I mean, there's a reason why he went
- 9:54down four plays into last season. He didn't have that line there. But
- 9:58maybe maybe the year pick there will help them out a little bit. Yeah,
- 10:03it was it wasn't a flashy pick. I loved Brock Bowers, and
- 10:07so did the Jets. But apparently when push came to shove, they decided
- 10:13to pick the offensive tackle. And I know they signed you know, they
- 10:20made the trade to get Morgan Moses. They brought Smith back in free agency.
- 10:24But they're thirty three years older, they're one year. They're on one
- 10:30year deals. So I have no problem with them picking a left tackle.
- 10:37And I just hope that the kid can play. And according to everyone,
- 10:43the kid can't play all right. One one big miss, which I just
- 10:46realized as we're talking, was a guy named Blake Korham was not drafted last
- 10:50night. And what are running back tandem? You know, in tandem with
- 10:54McCarthy, you had that one two punch and Korham is their hopes. My
- 11:00hope is still alive. You could end up in a Giants uniform by the
- 11:01end of this draft. That's what I'm open for, because I think they
- 11:05need him to replace something. Absolutely, he's going to get drafted to now.
- 11:09He might get drafted in the third or fourth round, but he's getting
- 11:11He's not going to go through the whole draft undrafted. But he was not.
- 11:16He was not targeted to be a first round pick. But he might
- 11:20get drafted in the third round. If he doesn't get drafted tonight, you'll
- 11:24definitely get drafted tomorrow. Well, he doesn't seem the time to be mister
- 11:28irrelevant, We'll put it that way. So we'll see, all right,
- 11:33moving on from the draft, and there's a lot more talking about next week
- 11:35as the draft wraps up. But last night, you know, the Knicks
- 11:41had I watched some of the game, they had struggled on certain end.
- 11:46It looks like Philly's defense tightened up a lot more than the first two games.
- 11:50Is that a right assessment? Well, I mean, obviously Philly playing
- 11:52at home. The one thing they did yesterday was they rebounded better. They
- 11:56actually won the rebounding battle last night, which they didn't do in the first
- 12:00two games. And despite that ridiculous uh situation at the end of the game
- 12:07where I can't believe that three NBA officials missed three calls basically on one play,
- 12:16if the Sixers got one rebound, the game was over and they couldn't
- 12:18get that rebound the other night. But I can't believe that three NBA officials
- 12:24didn't see Nick Nurse calling the time out or or Jalen Brunson holding onto Maxie
- 12:33Maxi's jersey. Now, truth to be told. When I saw it live,
- 12:37I didn't think there was a foul. But the camra angle didn't show
- 12:43Brunson grabbing onto Maxie's jersey. And he grabbed, grabbed onto him with a
- 12:48with a good grab. Obviously they call that the chance of the Knicks winning
- 12:52the game. Probably don't happen, but uh, that's that's the way it
- 13:01goes. That NBA two minute report is good and bad. You know,
- 13:05last two minute officials report because it uh, and they didn't have that when
- 13:11I was in the NBA, they didn't do They didn't do the last two
- 13:15minute report. It's good, Alex, it's good and it's bad. It
- 13:20opens up a can of worms. Yeah, our guys mistakes and uh,
- 13:24this is the NBA playoffs. Now. Now you look at last night's game,
- 13:30Joel Embiid, in my opinion, should have been thrown out of the
- 13:33game. That was a very dangerous play, dangerous action pulling down Mitchell Robinson.
- 13:41I have seen I that was a dirty play. I remember, and
- 13:46I wasn't with the Nets. I was way post my Nets career, but
- 13:50I was in the building in Barkley's when uh mbid initiated a brawl at UH
- 14:00at Berkeley Center, and uh, you know it, he has a history
- 14:07and he should have been thrown out. Now, he might have been thrown
- 14:11out if they hadn't screwed up game two. If Game two ended with no
- 14:18controversy and there was one one and Bead might have gotten tossed out last night.
- 14:24That's just my if you I haven't you know, spoken to anybody with
- 14:28league connections. That's that said that, But that was a dirty play,
- 14:33and I think, I think and beat a dirty play. Well, I
- 14:37wonder if our buddy, if your buddy Mitch actually supplied some of these tapes
- 14:41to the rest after and the teams after the game, I don't know,
- 14:43but yep. Now, the other disturbing thing about last night was apparently and
- 14:50Beam now has Bell's palsy. Now, I mean it's it's a little un
- 14:58known how he got it. I don't know how he got it, but
- 15:00uh, is that gonna affect him the rest of the playoffs? Well,
- 15:03I've known, I've known a couple of people who have had that. Sometimes
- 15:07you can get that from uh, a cold breeze hitting your face and then
- 15:15I had a coworker who had it. He went to physical therapy and they
- 15:20worked that out. The other person who had I forgot how she had,
- 15:24how she took care of it, But I get I guess it's it's I
- 15:31guess I want to describe it. Maybe it feels like no Overcaine, you
- 15:35know, like you have a shot Novercaine and no Overcaane never goes away.
- 15:41But I've never had it, thank God. But uh, I don't know
- 15:45if it's gonna affect him in this in the series. But the one thing
- 15:48is he's having trouble jumping, and the fact that there's two games two days
- 15:52off between Game three and four will help Embiid. And let's face without embiid.
- 15:58Whether he's a dirty player like I think he is, I shouldn't say
- 16:03dirty player. He's had many dirty incidents he's done, you know, so
- 16:07that that's just me. But he's a fabulous player. He can get to
- 16:11the free throw line. Look at the three games, twelve free throw attempts
- 16:15to first game, twelve three throw attempts a second game, and twenty one
- 16:18last night, and he scored fifty. He became the first player in the
- 16:25history of the NBA playoffs to score fifty points and take under twenty shots.
- 16:30He only took nineteen shots, so we had a very very effective fifty point
- 16:33game. Like I said, this is a fifty to fifty series. But
- 16:41now the Sixers have to win three more times, and in their mind they
- 16:47really think that they've already beaten the next twice. So are they going to
- 16:52beat the Knicks five times overall? I don't know that's going to be tough,
- 16:56but we'll see. This is a very interesting series, and we knew
- 16:59it going in it would be interesting. And the Knicks played very hard,
- 17:03and the Knicks never give up. And Jalen Brunson had a better game than
- 17:07he had in two games at the Garden. And so my mind when I'm
- 17:14when we're in these playoffs, my mind focuses on one conference overall. I
- 17:18give them in the Eastern comments I want to see when I'm in the Eastern.
- 17:22So my eye is clearly on what's going on between the Celtics and the
- 17:26Heat because I like the Heater tied one one. I mean, if the
- 17:30Celtics somehow lose, which I know you don't think will happen, does not
- 17:34open the door for the Knicks, we have to go one series at a
- 17:37time. But the fact that them they're given a run for the Celtics money
- 17:41here is very interesting to watch. Well, after getting getting slaughtered in Game
- 17:48one, I thought, you know, maybe Miami might win one game in
- 17:53Miami. But again, they hit, they hit. They hit the twenty
- 17:59three threes the other night, and when that's the great equalizer. The other
- 18:03thing though, from a Celtics standpoint, if you want to be worried and
- 18:07they'll get by this series, Miami's if Miami beats Hey, you know how
- 18:11highly I think of Eric Spolster. I think he's the best coach in the
- 18:15NBA. If Eric Spolster beats the Celtics three more times, I'm going to
- 18:18elevate him even higher, if that's possible. So the Celtics should get by
- 18:22this series. But the alarming thing about the Celtics in that game, when
- 18:27they had a chance to in Game two put the hammer down early, they
- 18:33didn't. There might be something in the Celtics makeup that has them as a
- 18:40floored championship contender. I mean, Alex in the natural, the Celtics would
- 18:47wipe to flow with them at home. The other night, and Miami really
- 18:51had control of that game down the stretch. Yeah, anything can happen.
- 18:55We saw the nextcore eight points in thirteen seconds wherever the hell it was.
- 18:59But to me, that's a red flag for the Celtics. And yes,
- 19:03if by some chance the Celtics get knocked out, the East is wide wide
- 19:08open for the Knicks for anybody who's who's left standing, because the West is
- 19:15much more comparedive than the East. One to eight. That's uh. And
- 19:18you know the Nuggets are taken into the Lakers. They're gonna after that incredible
- 19:22Game two, looks like they're gonna coast through the rest of it. I
- 19:26don't see the Lakers winning another game in that series. I could be wrong,
- 19:30but no, no, maybe the Lakers will win tomorrow night. They
- 19:33have lost eleven straight to the Nuggets playoffs in regular season. But the thing
- 19:37about the thing about last night. Last night was the third straight game that
- 19:42the Lakers had a ten point or more lead, and they've lost all three
- 19:48games in the second half. And they've lost all three games. They have
- 19:52they have Anthony Davis and they have Lebron James, and they blew those games.
- 19:56That's that is that how good the Nuggets are, I guess yes.
- 20:00But the other disturbing thing was late in the game, when Darvinham called a
- 20:06time out, the Angelo Russell didn't enter the huddle. He was on the
- 20:12bench looking at his phone. And again, you know, I've been down
- 20:18in the NBA for a lot of the style of play and game management,
- 20:25guys taking games off. But that's another bad look for the NBA. Yeah.
- 20:30I know it's not the first time we've seen it in all sports,
- 20:33but it happens in the NBA more so than other sports. And it happened
- 20:37in the key playoff game that was That's disconcerning to me, if I mean,
- 20:44in my opinion, once the series is over, the Lakers gotta dump
- 20:48the Angelo Russell. I have to. You can't be allowed to get away
- 20:55with that. Absolutely not. Well, you know, in a few minutes
- 20:59we have here, I want to switch to the NHL real fast. Your
- 21:02Islanders are on the brinklely, what what do they gotta do? What they
- 21:07gotta do is they have to They have been able to come up with the
- 21:14big, big play against a team that's much better than them in every way,
- 21:18shape or form. They'll probably they might maybe they'll win tomorrow and go
- 21:26to Game five. But that's it, Caroline is better. Like you said
- 21:30last week, the bottom of the East, the seventh and eight seeds in
- 21:36the East really are borderline playoff teams. Maybe there aren't even playoff teams.
- 21:41Look, look who's eighth in the West. The Vegas Golden Knights up to
- 21:45nothing against the one seed Dallas. That doesn't feel like an upset to me.
- 21:52But you know, the Islanders took Patrick Watt took a chance yesterday and
- 22:00his risk wasn't rewarded. Soroken, I mean, obviously he's going to be
- 22:06the Islander goaltender moving forward, but goaltenders go through periods of confidence slumps.
- 22:11We saw it with Sorok in the first half of the year. And Simeon
- 22:18Varlamov has been playing great for the Islanders even though they lost the first two
- 22:21games. And the fact that he took a risk with Soroking yesterday, I
- 22:26was surprised going in and uh Soroking on, especially on the first and third
- 22:34goals. They were stoppable. When you're playing in a tight playoff series,
- 22:42you got to come up with those staves and that was the one advantage that
- 22:45everybody thought if the Islands were going to push the series to six games or
- 22:48something, they would have the goaltending advantage over Frederick Anderson, who's been great
- 22:53now he hasn't been tested that game on Tuesday night, when the Islanders were
- 22:57up three to nothing, up three nothing, but they were being outplayed,
- 23:02they were losing all the battles, and the fact that they blew the three
- 23:07nothing lead for the first time in their playoff history was no surprise to me
- 23:12as I was watching the game. Carolina is a good team. Carolina and
- 23:15the Rangers in the next round is going to be a hell of a series.
- 23:21I mean, that's much different than the Rangers. Basically, the Rangers
- 23:25should win in five if they don't win four straight. The Rangers are faster
- 23:29than the Capitals. They're too deep for the Capitals. They're too good for
- 23:33the Capitals. And if the Capital's going to take six penalty penalties i did
- 23:38the other night, you're not stopping the range of power play. They're too
- 23:42good. They're just too good. And I mean, I mean like a
- 23:48strong five for you know, five fourteen. They are a strong power play
- 23:53team five fourteen, so and that's going to make the next and you don't
- 23:57like them giving remp of credit. But I'll tell you what I said last
- 24:00week. He's going to be a factor boomed. He's scored already. Look,
- 24:07he's played a toll of fifteen minutes in two games. He's not conomic.
- 24:11David Again, I don't think he's playing against Carolina maybe maybe maybe game
- 24:19one. Well, I want to I want to go because we've covered our
- 24:23local teams right now. I want to go real quick to the other history
- 24:27that's looming at City Field this weekend. And not many people except maybe Gary
- 24:33Cohen, Keith to Creditta is Ron Darling are talking about it because right now
- 24:37the fever pitches about the Rangers and the and the next. But yes,
- 24:41Pete Alonso on track for home run two hundred, possibly as soon as tonight.
- 24:45I mean, what do you think about that? Well? Uh,
- 24:51and the Mets. I've only had three guys I believe that have exceeded two
- 24:56hundred, so it would be exciting. Uh, David Right was over two
- 25:00hundred, Yeah, David Wright, Mike Piazza and Daryl Strawberry. If if
- 25:07he remains a Met, Pete Alonzo should hit over four hundred home runs as
- 25:11a Met, but we'll see if we'll see if he signs with the team
- 25:17at the end of this year. But yes, the fans will big sided
- 25:19if he hits home hits number two hundred over the weekend against Saint Louis a
- 25:26good thing for the Mets after suffering a very bad blow last Friday night with
- 25:30the Francisco Alvarez thumb surgery. And you don't want a first year player who's
- 25:38still raw. You want to get so much experience missing two months. But
- 25:44that's the way it goes. And but J. D. Martinez makes his
- 25:48season debut when his mid debut tonight, so that's uh. And he'll and
- 25:53he's in the lineup and he's batting behind Peter Alonzo, so that's a good
- 25:57thing. But they gotta get card said in the back. He's been out
- 26:00and he's not gonna come back until around June first. He's their best pitcher.
- 26:04I guess Tyler McGill come back in the middle of May. That'll help.
- 26:08And the one guy that we forgot who is is a serviceable pitcher and
- 26:15I guess he'll be back around June first is David Peterson. And you're just
- 26:18looking for guys to eat up five six innings because you can't have bullpen guys
- 26:25pitch every night to wear out your bullpen and they'll become they'll become ineffective.
- 26:30So so we'll see a well disappointing after the two out of three against the
- 26:36Dodgers to lose, then two out of three against I thought they're gonna keep
- 26:38that momentum going well. I meant, face, they won five series in
- 26:42a row. So I'm not gonna kill him on that. You know,
- 26:48yeah, you want them to keep you want to keep winning serious. Now
- 26:51I hope they can win two out of three, not sweet the Cardinals this
- 26:53weekend, but you keep winning those serious and that's that's what the that'll that
- 26:59that's how you build up a winning record. So we'll see. Now,
- 27:03one last thing that happened this week, which maybe fell at under the radar
- 27:06of non baseball fans or whatever those wrapped up in the Rangers and Knicks Beaver
- 27:11here is the fact that Aaron Judge did pass the former captain, his previous
- 27:17captain, Derek Jeter on the home run list. Now, obviously Jeter wasn't
- 27:21a home run hitter, but it was something to say, and I mentioned
- 27:22that because they's Aaron's birthday. So how about that a little bit of a
- 27:26tie in there to the whole Yankees team and what Aaron did this week,
- 27:30and of course he will hit more than two sixty to sixty one. I
- 27:34think he didn't get up there, right, I mean he's got it.
- 27:37Yeah, no here. I think Aaron Judge has been hit five hundred,
- 27:40that's for sure, and happy birthday to Aaron Judge. But the Yankees did
- 27:44not. I mean, look, spliting with the Oakland A's horrible, that's
- 27:48concerning. And they wasted a basis loaded opportunity last night alone, which costs
- 27:53him the game in my opinion. Oh for sure. I mean, so
- 28:00again, we'll see it's still early. It's only it's only April twenty fifth
- 28:07or twenty sixth, April twenty six so we still have a long time.
- 28:12Just gonna ask you one thing to wrap up the week. You're not gonna
- 28:15sit behind the dugout anytime, So they yelled, there I have to ask
- 28:18that question. Well, no, because I'm afraid I'll get the manager thrown
- 28:22out of the game. And it's really my fault. I hope. I
- 28:26have no idea. Alex how that could happen. How an umpire can throw
- 28:32out a manager or anybody in the dugout when it was somebody in the stands.
- 28:44I think so. The highlight though, to me is when they eject
- 28:47the public address guy for playing three blind mice. That that one will always
- 28:51be up in the record books of rejections up put it that way. Hey,
- 28:55lou, there's been a fun short catch up with you. We'll do
- 28:57a lot one next week, but there's just so much talk about you can't
- 29:00really recap it all because it's not done yet, right, there's a plenty
- 29:03of hockey basketball to go this yeper round alone. Yes, next week when
- 29:07we talk, we should be getting ready for Rangers in Carolina and we'll see
- 29:11if the next season is still still on the precipice. But I think the
- 29:18next are in pretty good shape and we'll see what happens. And you gotta
- 29:22love the Vincenzo you're Italian over there making those When Embiid pulled Mitchell Robinson down,
- 29:30who was the first guy to and he wasn't afraid that Embiid was seven
- 29:34inches told at him. He stuck his nose right in there, all right,
- 29:41lude thanks for the time. Thanks for Terminalo's taking breaking up this podcast
- 29:44a little bit into some sports world. We needed it after a week like
- 29:47this. Right absolutely
