Latest / Felix Nikolas Prehn's Podcast / Felix Prehn - Leaked: Last EASY Wealth Opportunity in 2026 + Stock Market News 02 June 2026
Transcript
- 0:00A few weeks ago on this channel, Winston here showed you four small stocks before anybody was really paying attention.
- 0:07One was Redwire, which this one kicked out, 163% up, whoops, 86% up on Voyager, 69% up on Firefly.
- 0:17And that happened in just weeks.
- 0:19And today I'm going to show you six stocks that Winston here believes are the last easy wealth-building opportunities left in 2026.
- 0:29Two of them are backed by billions in government money.
- 0:33Two of them are invisible infrastructure behind every AI company you've ever heard of.
- 0:39And one is a cloud giant that Wall Street just keeps underestimating.
- 0:44And one, my personal favorite, is a stock that almost nobody talks about in an industry that could be bigger than AI itself.
- 0:51And I'm saving that one for last.
- 0:53Oh, and one of the six, I just bought it with my own money.
- 0:56I'm going to tell you which one that is before the video ends.
- 0:59We don't hold you hostage.
- 1:00They're timestamps.
- 1:00You can obviously jump around.
- 1:01You can read the description.
- 1:02So if you are someone who just wants to know the stock tickets, um, I wish you luck.
- 1:08Because some of these stocks are less risky, some of these are extremely risky.
- 1:13And I'm going to tell you which is which, according to my humble opinion.
- 1:17And I'm going to also show you the three-part framework I use to decide whether a stock deserves your money.
- 1:23It was just hype dressed up in a press release.
- 1:26Because I strongly believe in not giving you fish because they go smelly in a few days, but actually teaching you how to fish.
- 1:33My name is Felix Breen, I'm an ex-investment banker.
- 1:36That down here, Winston, come on, sit.
- 1:39Sit.
- 1:40Sit up.
- 1:41Sit up.
- 1:42Good point.
- 1:43Stay.
- 1:44This here is Winston, the brains behind it all.
- 1:48And we've taught what, 25,000 students or something like that, which is super, super rewarding.
- 1:54And today I'm going to give you the same kind of breakdown that I've given you for some of the other stocks.
- 1:59Now, does that mean these guys are going to go up 100%?
- 2:02No, of course not.
- 2:03I'm not a financial advisor.
- 2:04I haven't got a crystal ball.
- 2:05You're going to come to your own conclusions, right?
- 2:08This is the most important bit.
- 2:09But the video is also going to be pretty dense in terms of information, a little bit more than some people can process.
- 2:15So I'm going to put the six stocks, the real numbers, the real risk, to make sure it really lands for you all together in a full bonus research report, which covers everything, actually, plus more that we just don't have time for in the video.
- 2:27You can download that for free at felixfriends.org slash six stocks.
- 2:31Felixfriends.org slash six stocks.
- 2:33The link is in the description down below.
- 2:36So before we dive deep into the six stocks, let me show you the framework.
- 2:41Because I don't want you to memorize ticker lists.
- 2:44I don't want you to buy things because some guy on YouTube with a very cute dog is talking about it.
- 2:49That's not really how we get the financial freedom.
- 2:51I want you to understand how to evaluate any stock.
- 2:54It's these six here, the next six, or whatever comes after that.
- 2:57So I use these three filters here.
- 2:59Filter number one, so looking at growth stocks, do they have a cash runway?
- 3:04Can they survive for a couple of years without having to sell more shares to raise money?
- 3:10Because when a company doesn't have a lot of cash and they sell new shares, they call it dilution.
- 3:16It means your slice of the pie gets smaller and smaller and smaller.
- 3:20Sort of the zempic for shareholders, but not in a good way, just side effects.
- 3:25Filter number two is the institutional tailwind.
- 3:30And what I'm looking for is there a big structural force like a government spending, new regulations, or maybe change in index fund rules, like what we discussed with SpaceX the other day.
- 3:41Does that create mandatory buying pressure?
- 3:43I'm not talking about hype, I'm talking about situations where large pools of money are forced to flow into a stock, whether it really wants to or not.
- 3:52That's that's ticker item number two.
- 3:54And item number three is revenue inflection.
- 3:57I thought the word inflection made me sound smarter.
- 4:00Is this company crossing the line from sort of interesting to showing real revenue growth?
- 4:07Because Wall Street will tolerate a money-losing company for a while, but the moment revenue starts to really speed up, it's typically when the big money moves in.
- 4:17And if a stock passes all three of these filters, it goes on my watch list.
- 4:23If it fails on one of them, I want to understand exactly why I ever put a single dollar into it.
- 4:29So let me show you how each of these six stocks scores.
- 4:32Tell you the one I bought, I tell you the one that's my favorite.
- 4:35But before I get into the stocks, let me ask you something and be honest with yourself.
- 4:39Have you ever bought a huge winner?
- 4:42Too late.
- 4:43You saw the stock, you knew it was good, you watched it run up, and by the time you finally bought it, the easy money was already gone.
- 4:51Or worse, have you ever held the stock and watched your savings just slowly disappear into Wall Street's pockets?
- 4:59Week after week, red, red, and more red.
- 5:02And you keep kept telling yourself, it'll come back.
- 5:05And by the time you finally sold, the damage was done.
- 5:09Now that's not bad luck.
- 5:11That's the gap between knowing what to buy and knowing how to actually make money from it.
- 5:17And closing that gap is the single most important thing you can do as an investor.
- 5:22And that's why I'm gonna do something for you this weekend on Saturday that's better than this video.
- 5:28I'm gonna run a live free session, one time, where I will walk you through the playbook that sits behind everything I'm about to show you.
- 5:37It's called the Greatest Stock Market Playbook.
- 5:40And the link is in the description down below.
- 5:43Go to greatestplaybook.com, grab yourself a free seat, bring pen and paper, and an open mind.
- 5:49And I will teach you for and a half, two hours, Wall Street's playbook for exactly what's going on in the market right now, so you can benefit from what's coming in the next couple of months and apply it year after year after that.
- 6:03But let's start with our stocks.
- 6:06Let's start with the most exciting, uh, the most riskiest uh on our list.
- 6:12Both of these stocks are backed by billions in government money.
- 6:16Both of them are in industries, most people think are science fiction, and both of them could either make your fortune or go to zero.
- 6:23So very, very important to understand how to play risk management on this.
- 6:27The first stock is called better technologies, ticker symbol better or beta, depending on where you are in the world.
- 6:34What do they make?
- 6:35Electric aircraft, not drones, full-size planes, full-size planes that take off and land vertically like a helicopter, but they fly like a jet.
- 6:46They call it Eve tolls, electrical, vertical, takeoff and landing.
- 6:51I know who came up with that, right?
- 6:53Sort of the Tesla for the sky.
- 6:57Now let's run through the filters here.
- 7:00And if you're wondering where I get my data from, by the way, we have a Winston app, which of course Winston here built for us.
- 7:06Where is Winston?
- 7:07He's down here.
- 7:08Winston, come on.
- 7:09Come on, tell us about the Winston app.
- 7:11Come on, sit up.
- 7:12Up, up, up, hey, sit up, come here.
- 7:15He's too tired.
- 7:16He doesn't want to get up.
- 7:17Uh, but Winston built an app, uh, and we call it the Winston app.
- 7:20And it gives you all that data.
- 7:22Um, and and here, if I pull up better technologies, uh, it says no score yet, Winston is snapping, which is actually 100% point on, which because it's a it's a it's an early stage business.
- 7:32But they build electric aircraft, revenue growth is there, reasonable, 30% a year.
- 7:38They're spending loads of money on RD, which is actually what you want in a growth company, um, 26% more than last year.
- 7:47And they have three years of cash on hand.
- 7:50So I'm quite happy with that, right?
- 7:51Now, looking into the detailed data doesn't really work when it's a growth company, so I'm showing it to you because it's kind of kind of helpful to see.
- 7:58And this is a stock that only went public in November.
- 8:01And if you love IPOs, this is a little bit of a warning signal.
- 8:05It IPO'd around here and is presently down 50% from the IPO price.
- 8:10Woohoo! Um, now there is one thing on the screen that I quite like the look of.
- 8:15And of course, it isn't the fact that it's down 50%.
- 8:17It is the fact that the stock is doing this.
- 8:20I'm gonna go through that in a lot more detail on the weekend if you join me there at um on Saturday.
- 8:25And I have a low.
- 8:26I have another low, I have another low at exactly the same place, and also highs in the same place.
- 8:31So we're trading in this what I call a heartbeat pattern.
- 8:34And that's actually the setup that we look for.
- 8:36It's a setup that Wall Street's been looking for for 50 years.
- 8:40Once you understand that, you kind of think, well, if we break out of this zone here, especially with lots of money pouring in, then this could actually be an interesting play.
- 8:48But in summary, cash looking good.
- 8:51The institutional tailwind is this.
- 8:53The FAA, the federal agency that controls flying things, um, maybe not UFOs and birds, but everything else, they launched a program called EIPP, sorry for all the acronyms, uh, and that fast tracks electric aircraft certification.
- 9:10And there were eight slots available.
- 9:14Beta or beta was selected for seven of them.
- 9:18So they got seven out of the eight slots.
- 9:20Literally no other company is able to do anything else.
- 9:24On top of that, they have, as I say, the the money, and they have also aircraft orders of$3.9 billion on the books.
- 9:34And the customers are people like UPS, United Therapeutics.
- 9:38They've committed to buying 991 aircraft, 991 of these guys.
- 9:45GE Aerospace just partnered with them to develop a hybrid electric turbo generator that extends their range.
- 9:52Um, they're also building the charging stations.
- 9:55We've got 123 charging stations they've built because these planes need to get charged.
- 10:00And then the revenue infliction here, this part here, and I'm making an absolute um picks breakfast of this chart here, aren't I?
- 10:06Of this slide, they brought in 10 million of revenue in the last quarter.
- 10:10The four-year guidance is 39 to 40 million.
- 10:13So for a company valued at$4 billion, which is I think what we're trading right now, is it?
- 10:18Yeah,$4 billion, 40 million in revenue is sort of like, uh, okay, guys, how do you get to this valuation?
- 10:25So better essentially pass the first two filters, the flying colours, literally, right?
- 10:30The revenue inflection point, though, hasn't happened yet.
- 10:32This is a pre-revenue company trading on potential, right?
- 10:37So the risk here is very, very real.
- 10:39The technology works, but scaling to manufacturing is a very, very different challenge.
- 10:43We've seen that in the EV game, right?
- 10:45Most EV companies failed.
- 10:47So if you put money into beta, you need to be comfortable with some serious uh uh Wall Street calls it volatility.
- 10:53It means uh it could go up or down a lot.
- 10:55So this is high risk, high potential, bet on the future, essentially.
- 10:59Stock two on Winston's list is Righetti Computing.
- 11:04And it's really a shame that this isn't Italian.
- 11:06Um, if you think of beta as the Tesla for the sky, Reggetta is trying to be the intel of quantum computing.
- 11:14Now I know quantum computing sounds like something from a science fiction movie, uh, although if you go back to our last quantum video um and looked at the stocks at that point and then decided entirely on your own that you might want to own one of those, you'd probably be sending me Christmas cards.
- 11:31So I'm not promising you future outcomes.
- 11:33Even though I was right in the past, it doesn't mean I'm gonna be right in the future, right?
- 11:36That's how it works.
- 11:37But you know, the kind of computer you're using to watch this on, they process information using zeros and ones, lots of zeros and ones.
- 11:46Basically, it's on or off.
- 11:47Quantum computers use something called qubits.
- 11:53And they can be on, off, or both at the same time.
- 11:57It's sort of think of it like a zero that doesn't really know what gender it is, right?
- 12:02And I know that sounds a little bit weird, not the gender thing.
- 12:04You know, people can do whatever they want, but the the qubit thing, but it means they can solve certain problems millions of times faster than any computer that exists today.
- 12:14I think that analogy is probably the least PC analogy you will hear on quantum computing on YouTube.
- 12:19So we're talking about drug discovery, financial modeling, cryptography, logistics, science, problems that would take supercomputers thousands of years to solve.
- 12:31A quantum computer could do them in hours.
- 12:35So Reggetti builds and designs these quantum processors in-house.
- 12:40They just launched something called the 108-qubit Cepheus processor.
- 12:45Cepheus is a constellation in the sky.
- 12:48It's this guy here, which I don't know if that makes you feel better or worse about investing this stock.
- 12:53Let me know down below in the comments.
- 12:55Try to spell Cepheus.
- 12:57Uh, but literally, their quantum computing is available on Amazon.
- 13:03Now, if you're now checking your Amazon Prime subscription, not at Amazon, AWS, Amazon's cloud business.
- 13:08They also have a contract with India's national supercomputing agency.
- 13:13They have an integration with Nvidia.
- 13:15So now we know all that.
- 13:17Let's look at some numbers.
- 13:20And what I always do here, go to the Winston app.
- 13:23I put a link down below to those as well uh as well.
- 13:25We have a there's a free trial to it for the week.
- 13:28Um look actually, this is what we're gonna do.
- 13:31We're gonna give you a month's free trial to it.
- 13:33Right, just play with it for a month.
- 13:34You got some value in it, stick around.
- 13:36If you don't, you just cancel it.
- 13:37So you click on the link down below and it'll it'll probably still say seven days, but then when you click on checkout, it'll say 30 days free.
- 13:44Uh, I promise you that.
- 13:45I'll I'll change that uh by the time this video is uploaded.
- 13:47So just a just a little bit of a little bit of a you know, feel good gift here uh today.
- 13:53Um now these guys are burning through about 20, 30 million dollars of cash uh a quarter, and that gives them a pretty short runway, um which you'd think.
- 14:10Now, I actually know something about them.
- 14:12They hold cash equivalent stuff, and I will I will make a note to update that to make sure we give you guys the best information out there.
- 14:21So if you ever see anything in the app that you're not loving, please tell me.
- 14:24I will make it better, usually the same day.
- 14:27So back to my slide 569 billion cash.
- 14:30So they have about a five-year runway to burn through money, which is pretty good.
- 14:34Institutional tailwind, see, senor, because in May, Reggetti received a letter of intent for$100 million from the CHIPS Act.
- 14:44It said, uh, dear Righetti, this is your CHIPS Act.
- 14:46I am intending to send you$100 million.
- 14:49And that's part of a$2 billion government initiative to build America's quantum computing infrastructure.
- 14:56So the US government has essentially decided that quantum computing is uh important for national security.
- 15:01Because imagine if the Cubans got your national got got quantum computers and the US didn't, or they'd hack everything, or the North Koreans, they'd hack everything and take everybody's money.
- 15:10Um Rigghetti is one of the companies they're founding.
- 15:13But that revenue inflection is still an eh because um they brought in how many how much money last quarter?
- 15:20About 4 million last quarter, right?
- 15:22Uh, and it's trading at 700 times sales.
- 15:26So um, by every financial metric, this stock makes absolutely no effing sense.
- 15:32And if you are a buy-in and holder till death to us part kind of guy, you probably don't want to be in this.
- 15:38But if you are a little bit more of the uh growth investor, then we get these opportunities, and they typically start with something that looks like this, and then it went up just a little bit.
- 15:50And what am I seeing right now?
- 15:52We saw the same pattern here, starting to break out of that.
- 15:55Again, I'm not telling you to buy it, obviously.
- 15:57I'm just highlighting the way I look at this, and it went up like 200%.
- 16:02So could do the same thing.
- 16:04We're seeing some serious institutional money pouring in here, but again, it is high risk because quantum computing might never work.
- 16:11I I think it would, but I could be wrong on that, right?
- 16:14The Vighetti might be uh might become a pasta company, which is really what I should have been uh in the first place.
- 16:20So this is the Vigeti is the most speculative stock on our list, government backing, real technology, and so on.
- 16:25But both better and regetti are pre-revenue companies, government betting, long time horizon is required, or rather very good risk management is required, which might be another way of looking at this.
- 16:35Now, stock number three, and then we're gonna get onto the one that I actually just bought and onto the one that is kind of my secret favorite here.
- 16:43We are all of a secret favorite, don't we?
- 16:45Read you winstead.
- 16:46Uh, and you are weach.
- 16:48Uh, stock number three is the Oracle.
- 16:51Now, I know you're thinking it's a boring database company, my dad's IT department uses.
- 16:57But Oracle might be the most underestimated AI story on the planet right now.
- 17:04Because what people don't understand is this every AI model, every chatbot, every image generator, every autonomous vehicle system needs massive computing infrastructure to run.
- 17:15Someone's gonna build the data centers, the cloud platforms, the backbone, all that stuff.
- 17:19Nvidia makes the chips, but the chips need a home.
- 17:22And Oracle is building homes for chips that need homes.
- 17:27It's sort of like a charitable endeavor.
- 17:30Um, let's have a look at Oracle's data here.
- 17:32First of all, Winston gives it a score of 66 out of 100, which is okay.
- 17:37Decent business, he says.
- 17:39Some strong pillars, some weaker.
- 17:41Now, I've also got in here insider buying, and by insiders I mean politicians.
- 17:46Donald Trump has a$3 million exposure according to his last filing.
- 17:52And you can see on the chart here Ro Canner, who's a very good, I was gonna say trader, um, politicians.
- 18:01He keeps buying this thing.
- 18:02So you can see all the buys and sells that.
- 18:04You can see literally all of them.
- 18:06Um and revenue growth is accelerating.
- 18:10Insiders own 40% of the company, which is brilliant, because what's what you do what you want to see, spending 10 billion on RD, 50 billion on data centers.
- 18:20Margins are pretty pretty solid, and they're converting pretty much more than the revenue into cash.
- 18:26I guess they're using a lot of leverage.
- 18:28Now, they are taking on quite a lot of debt, but their interest cover, which is basically gives you an explanation here.
- 18:35Uh, how many times the company's profit can cover the interest bill on its debt?
- 18:40So for about five years, they could pay for it with one year.
- 18:43This is where most health companies sit.
- 18:45Winston says, pay a little bit of a dividend, not a lot, but a little bit.
- 18:49And they have this backlog of orders of$500 billion.
- 18:54Now, a lot of that comes from open AI.
- 18:56We may or may not have the money to do it.
- 18:58Anthropic is just secretly filed for IPO.
- 19:02OpenAI is going to do the same thing.
- 19:04So they might bring in the money to actually pay pay Oracle that way.
- 19:07We'll we'll find out.
- 19:09So these guys are deep part of the AI story.
- 19:12Guided for 90 billion revenue this year, but Larry Allison, who owns most of it, you're, you know, you're essentially betting on him.
- 19:19It's a bit like a like a Musk company.
- 19:21You're betting very, very much on the founder there.
- 19:24Uh and they're being very, very uh ambitious.
- 19:27It's really uh something.
- 19:28So the risk is obviously also there because they gotta execute.
- 19:31If they don't, you know, there's no risk-free trade ever.
- 19:34But the way I think about it is that these guys are basically building the highway for AI.
- 19:42So let me show you next two companies that are building the toll booths for the very, very same highway.
- 19:48I also want to say congratulations.
- 19:49You made it way the I also want to say congratulations.
- 19:53You're halfway through the video already, which is fantastic.
- 19:55Uh, so you've got the framework now.
- 19:57You've seen how pre-revenue companies with government backing work, you've seen the infrastructure giant.
- 20:02Um, and you're probably sitting there thinking, okay, I get it.
- 20:05These are interesting companies.
- 20:07But say knowing Oracle has a$500 billion backlog doesn't tell me what you should do with your money.
- 20:12Knowing that better has seven FAA approvals doesn't tell me whether I should buy it.
- 20:18And that's the thing, isn't it?
- 20:20You don't know whether you should buy it now, whether you should wait, whether you're too early, whether you're too late.
- 20:24And if you've bought a huge winner too late before, or you were held on as it destroyed your savings gradually and slowly, and the money poured over to some chap on Wall Street, you realize by now that maybe picking the stock or finding a good stock isn't the hard part.
- 20:40I just giving you six here in this video.
- 20:42Finding them is kind of the easy part.
- 20:44The hard part is everything else.
- 20:46It's the entry, it's the exit, the position size, the discipline, and it drops 30%, and your stomach's in your throat.
- 20:52That's when that's when you separate yourself from the masses who are just hoping and praying and wishing.
- 20:57And that's what the free session on the Saturday is about.
- 21:00So if you want to go to greatestplaybook.com, I'm going to walk you through the playbook that sits behind the picks, how to actually turn stock research into investments or trades, how to get rid of that anxiety and replace it with a system.
- 21:17It'll be free.
- 21:18We'll teach it to you.
- 21:19It'll be on Saturday one session, about an hour and a half or two hours.
- 21:24And the links in the description.
- 21:25And no, there'll be no replay.
- 21:27Don't ask me for one.
- 21:28Now, stock numero quattro is Dying Trace, which sounds exciting, doesn't it?
- 21:33The ticker symbol is DT, and every company on earth is building what?
- 21:37AI systems.
- 21:38AI chatbots, AI analytics, AI automation, AI software.
- 21:42And who's watching the AI?
- 21:43Who makes sure these systems actually work?
- 21:46Who catches when an AI agent hallucinates, which is making shit up?
- 21:51When it crashes, or when it starts costing the company money?
- 21:54There are examples of these AI bolts just deleting entire databases, right?
- 21:58Who deals with this?
- 21:59Dino.
- 22:00They're the air traffic control for AI.
- 22:03Their platform monitors, observes, and manages every piece of a company's digital world, on the code to the cloud, to the AI agencies, the whole thing.
- 22:14And they just launched something called DynaTrace Intelligence.
- 22:18Everything is now about intelligence, apparently.
- 22:20It is an agentic AI, which you don't know what that means.
- 22:24It is an AI where you most of you use AI, maybe your Google search or something.
- 22:28You can ask a question, it gets you an answer.
- 22:30Agentic AI is something that does things on its own.
- 22:34Scary, I know, but it's true.
- 22:36So they don't just monitor your problems, they fix them automatically with no human being there.
- 22:42And if we look at the company, Winston score 57, which isn't brilliant, but he's curious.
- 22:50He says it's a decent business, some strong pillars.
- 22:52The smart money has sold it.
- 22:55You can see that here.
- 22:56Like Trump sold 175k there.
- 22:58It was Lisa McLean.
- 23:00He's got$500.
- 23:01So someone's someone started GoFundMe page for Lisa.
- 23:03Who is Lisa McLean?
- 23:05Republican.
- 23:06Well, she's done 1,400 trades, so she's probably all right.
- 23:08I don't think we need to need a GoFundMe page.
- 23:10But what do you notice?
- 23:12Where's all the selling happening?
- 23:13It happened up here, didn't it?
- 23:15Before the stock really collapsed.
- 23:16Some last some you know, suckers who are late.
- 23:20And then what's happening since?
- 23:22It's one by.
- 23:23Just one by.
- 23:24So that's kind of curious, isn't it?
- 23:26Who's that one by?
- 23:28Donald J.
- 23:29Trump, El Presidente.
- 23:31Um and yeah, he trades a lot.
- 23:332,300 trades to get closed.
- 23:35And we can view all those holdings.
- 23:36This is all in the in the in the Winston app.
- 23:38But yeah, that's kind of an interesting one, right?
- 23:40Now it's a very small trade for him.
- 23:42So I wouldn't bet the ranch on it just because he owns it.
- 23:45But what do we see?
- 23:46We see revenue growing.
- 23:47We see RD investment going up, which is actually what you want in a tech company.
- 23:53They're generating cash, so they're not going to run out of money ever.
- 23:56And they have an insanely high margin, which means whatever they're making is very good because people are willing to pay a lot for it.
- 24:05And they've got no debt whatsoever.
- 24:06So this is actually a pretty decent company from where I'm sitting.
- 24:10Doesn't mean you should run out and buy it.
- 24:12So in summary, they've got plenty of cash, they're generating cash.
- 24:15Woo-hoo.
- 24:16Um, they also have a$1 billion buyback.
- 24:21$1 billion in$1 billion buyback program, which means they're going to be less shares out there, right?
- 24:27So the gut, the the government.
- 24:30The government too.
- 24:31Uh management thinks the stock's undervalued enough to buy its own shares.
- 24:36Or maybe management has uh share options and they want to pump the stock.
- 24:40I'm not saying the second is true, but it is a possibility.
- 24:44And they sell through AWS, AWS's marketplace, and they now sell over a billion dollars through the AWS marketplace.
- 24:53And revenue is growing.
- 24:54We expect 2 billion this year.
- 24:56So the growth is okay, right?
- 24:58It's not explosive, but it's okay.
- 25:00So it's sort of a slow compounder, it's sort of like that steady grower.
- 25:04It's not your immediate moonshot.
- 25:08So four stocks down.
- 25:09I still haven't told you the one I bought.
- 25:10I know I'm mean, aren't I?
- 25:12Um and I still haven't told you my favorite.
- 25:14So those are the two that are coming up next.
- 25:16Tenable holdings.
- 25:17T E N B is stock numero five.
- 25:21Um, and I've been wanting to tell, and I've been wanting to tell, and I've been wanting to talk to you about this because it's the one I just bought with my own money.
- 25:30Now, that doesn't mean you should buy it.
- 25:32I am not going to tell you when I sell it, probably.
- 25:35I may, but you may miss that video.
- 25:37So don't buy something just because I'm buying it.
- 25:39That's not gonna get you anywhere, right?
- 25:41You also don't know what percent of my portfolio it is and all that kind of good stuff.
- 25:44Risk management is the key to it.
- 25:46But let me tell you why I bought it.
- 25:48Tenable is a cybersecurity company, but not in the way most people think about cybersecurity.
- 25:53Most cybersecurity companies try to build walls like firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection.
- 26:00Tenable does something different.
- 26:02They show you every crack in the wall before the hackers find it.
- 26:06And they call it exposure management.
- 26:09So their platform, Tenable One, scans your entire digital footprint, your cloud, your code, your AI system, your IoT devices, everything you have.
- 26:18And it tells you where you are vulnerable.
- 26:22And here's how bad it is.
- 26:24Here's what to fix.
- 26:26And they just launched something called Hexa AI, which is an AI agent that finds the vulnerabilities and then it tells your team exactly how to patch them up.
- 26:39And because everybody is building AI software, the attack surface and the cracks are growing exponentially.
- 26:48And Tenable is the company that maps that surface.
- 26:51Now, if you look at the fundamentals here, it's a$3 billion company.
- 26:54Winston um is concerned about this poor Winston score.
- 26:59We've had a lot of government buying in this, not huge buys, but you know, Roe Kanner can't help himself.
- 27:07He buys it every time he wakes up.
- 27:10And he was buying it on the way down.
- 27:12Maybe you should attend our session on the weekend.
- 27:15We, you know, we might learn something.
- 27:17And then what do you see?
- 27:18Well, you see an inflection here, right?
- 27:20You see the stock recovering very, very nicely.
- 27:23And that's honestly the reason I bought it.
- 27:26And that'll make a lot more sense if you join me on Saturday.
- 27:29Because why would you buy something that looks on the face of it like a total loser?
- 27:34It's down 53%, but it was down, you know, 80% or something like that.
- 27:38It is for the simple reason that as we were collapsing, I wasn't buying it, we got some really big spikes here in selling happening on the way down.
- 27:49And those were the last people that wanted to get the F out of the burning building, but were really late.
- 27:54And then what changed is that on the ways on the green days, we're now seeing some really nice volume coming in, which looks to me like institutional money, fresh money, who is going, this looks interesting.
- 28:08And I like fresh money, fresh money, yes.
- 28:11Uh, so this is something that's already rebounded quite nicely.
- 28:15Uh, I bought it, I think, last Monday.
- 28:19So that would have been about here 23.
- 28:21So it's six dollars higher.
- 28:23But if it were, and again, no promise of that, if it were to recover some of the previous highs of April, last 2024, 57% up, 100% up to the 2022 top.
- 28:34So think about this is a stock that's trading where it was trading in 2020.
- 28:38We basically have no AI in 2020.
- 28:41So the demand possibility, the addressable market is that much bigger, and it hasn't done bagger all.
- 28:47And these guys are profitable.
- 28:49They're generating cash.
- 28:50Everybody has to spend money on cybersecurity.
- 28:53It is just, it's just, it's a that's the tailbone.
- 28:57It's the one budget line that companies cannot cut, right?
- 29:00You can delay marketing, you can postpone product loan, whatever you can delay.
- 29:05But AI deployment, security for an AI deployment, you cannot afford to skimp on that one.
- 29:15So revenue is growing again, 10% year on year.
- 29:19We're going to bring about a billion in a bit this year.
- 29:21And it's a pretty slow growth rate.
- 29:23And I want to highlight that to you.
- 29:25So why did I buy it?
- 29:26Because I believe the market is underpricing the cybersecurity tailwind.
- 29:30I can start to see the money pouring into it.
- 29:33So I see an asymmetric risk reward.
- 29:36Every company is rushing in, rating essentially places where they can get attacked, cybersecurity they cannot cut.
- 29:42And if growth accelerates, I think this could re-rate significantly.
- 29:46So my money's on this one.
- 29:46Doesn't mean yours should be.
- 29:47Please, please, please don't ever buy something just because I'm buying it.
- 29:50I am wrong.
- 29:51I have losers too.
- 29:52And I'll walk you through that on the weekend as well, because that's really important to understand.
- 29:55No one's got a crystal ball.
- 29:56No one's always right.
- 29:58But if you understand the rules, the structure, you have risk management that is really rock solid, then your downsides are limited.
- 30:09And that's really the point.
- 30:10Now, stock number six is the one in the way I'm most excited about.
- 30:15I haven't bought this yet.
- 30:16It's called 10X Genomics.
- 30:1810X! Ticker symbol TXG.
- 30:23And it could be the most important company on this list.
- 30:26And let me explain to you why, because it might just blow your mind.
- 30:31Right now, when you go to a doctor and they think you might have, you know, some sort of disease, they take a biopsy or something, and they look at your tissue in a microscope and they can tell you whether you know your cells are good or bad.
- 30:44But they can't tell you what those cells are doing, which ones are aggressive, which ones are dormant, which ones are you know gonna spread.
- 30:52They're basically looking at a city from an airplane, they're trying to figure out which buildings have people in them.
- 30:58You can see the buildings, but you can't see the life inside the building and whether there's a party going on in there or something.
- 31:05Hideous.
- 31:06Now there's something called spatial biology, and it changes that.
- 31:11It lets scientists see inside, inside individual cells at the molecular level and understand not just what these cells are or that they're there, but what they're doing.
- 31:23You can see how they're communicating with each other and which ones are dangerous.
- 31:27So imagine being able to map every cell in a tumor and know exactly which ones to target with treatment years before a traditional test would catch it.
- 31:36That's what 10x genomics is building.
- 31:38And then the leader.
- 31:40Now, if you look at the fundamentals, it's a$3.7 billion company.
- 31:43Winston is a little concerned about that data.
- 31:46Revenue is just not doing anything.
- 31:49Uh, they're spending a fair bit on RD.
- 31:51They have cash.
- 31:52They have quite a bit of cash on hand, and they're not burning through it, which is nice to see.
- 31:56They have pretty decent margins, which means their product is something people are willing to pay for, and they consistently grow their profit per share.
- 32:05And what they've done, because I should probably show you the stock chart, right?
- 32:08It looks a bit like, oh my god, look at the rally, look how beautiful.
- 32:11And then you zoom out and you go, hey.
- 32:13But actually, this is this is the potential, right?
- 32:19I'm not saying it's gonna go up 600%, but it is, it is that.
- 32:22It's trading 85% below its high.
- 32:26Oh, buy and hold, buy and hold, right?
- 32:28Yeah, good luck with that.
- 32:29Um, and what we're seeing here again is something I'm gonna talk to you more about on the weekend is this heartbeat pattern thing here.
- 32:36Sloping up quite nicely.
- 32:38We're breaking out of that here.
- 32:39So it's kind of got the hallmark of the things that we're looking at and that we're looking for.
- 32:42But these guys have cut expenses a lot, their margins have improved, they beat earnings by a white by a very wide margin in the last quarter.
- 32:52So they're getting lean, right?
- 32:54They've given themselves again the uh Zempic treatment.
- 32:57And there is an institutional tailwind because they're launching a new platform in the second half of this year called Atira.
- 33:05And Attira is that spatial biology platform that could really grow their addressable market.
- 33:11So think of it as their next sort of generation products, the one that's designed to take that spatial biology from the research labs into actual clinics.
- 33:21So people's lives will be saved by this.
- 33:23They partnered with an AI company called Biooptimus to launch something called Stila, which is a spatial data initiative that combines basically what 10X does with AI.
- 33:34So it's kind of the spatial biology plus AI.
- 33:37Uh, and that's I think the big opportunity here because uh humans looking at teeny tiny molecules, we're gonna make mistakes, but AI will not.
- 33:46And revenue is growing, 150 million revenue last quarter, which is more than we were expecting.
- 33:53Uh, guidance for the year is now 600 million plus.
- 33:56So it's a turnaround story.
- 33:58Management's cut the fat, the top line's growing again while margins are expanding.
- 34:02So costs are going down, revenues going up, new product launching, AI partnerships, which is kind of the setup that we look for.
- 34:09What's the risk?
- 34:11It's a turnaround story.
- 34:13And sometimes they turnaround once more.
- 34:18You know, management goes back to the good old ways of let's just spend more money, it'll be fine.
- 34:23Um, let's buy a yacht for the business.
- 34:25But if it works, the opportunity could be tremendous.
- 34:30And that's why it's my favorite.
- 34:31Not because it's the safest, not because it's the surest thing, but because the upside, if the turnaround continues, could be extraordinary.
- 34:37And almost no one's talking about it.
- 34:39And that's kind of where this, I see the opportunities hiding.
- 34:41So there we are.
- 34:42We got six stocks.
- 34:44Congratulations for making it this far.
- 34:46We've got two government-backed frontier bets, better regetti.
- 34:50Um, we got Oracle, the AI infrastructure giant, and we've got two software toll booths, Dynatrace and Tenable, and then the hidden gem that we just talked about, 10x genomics.
- 35:00So you now know more about these six companies than 99% of retail investors.
- 35:04And none of it will help you.
- 35:05Because knowing better has, you know, a certain backlog isn't a strategy.
- 35:10Knowing Oracle has got you know$500 billion revenue committed, again, it isn't a trade, it's a headline.
- 35:16Headlines don't make you money, they make Wall Street money.
- 35:19And I can tell you right now, some of these stocks could be massive winners.
- 35:23Most retail investors will still lose money on them.
- 35:26Not because the companies were bad, because they didn't know the rules.
- 35:31They didn't have a system, they didn't have a structure.
- 35:34And if you've bought the right stock before and still lost money, you held too long, you got in too late, you got out too early, you panicked when it dropped, whatever, you have a playbook problem.
- 35:45And that's why I'm gonna run that free live session for you guys on the on the weekend at greatestplaybook.com.
- 35:52And we're gonna walk you through the exact playbook, how to turn research into decisions.
- 35:58And it'll work for you no matter where you are in the world, whether you got$500 to your name or millions of dollars to your name.
- 36:04The system doesn't care about your balance, it cares about your process, it cares about your behavior.
- 36:08So show up for yourself.
- 36:09Links in the description, it's pin to the comments, grab yourself a free seat, show up with a nice cup of cocoa, and listen and improve your skills, which is what this is all about.
- 36:22And if this video has helped you, send the link to that live session to someone else who might benefit from learning the rules too, or just send them this video.
- 36:31I wish you all the best.
