- 0:01Well, that's good because we're entering the judgment zone where every Tuesday we have
- 0:04somebody who's found themselves in a predicament. We like to get a little judgy
- 0:08because they're looking for that judgment, that advice. Absolutely seven oh one two
- 0:11eight oh one ninety eight seven would love to hear what you think. You
- 0:14can text or you can call. We're gonna for grins and gagles scholar Tiffany,
- 0:18and she's on the phone now, Tiffany, what's happening. So what's
- 0:21happening is I'm getting married this summer. Super exciting. Congratulations and thank you
- 0:27so much. I'm excited about that. And my bachelor party is coming up.
- 0:32I have a really close circle of friends. We've all been friends since
- 0:36high school. They're all my bridesmaids. I don't have a sister, it's
- 0:40just my friends and my soon to be sister in law is my personal attendant,
- 0:45Okay, which that makes total sense. I feel like you always have
- 0:48to give somebody, whether you're the usher of the personal attendant, somebody within
- 0:52the family kind of a role. Yeah, so she's going to be my
- 0:55personal attendant. I didn't invite her to my bachelorette party because she won't know
- 1:02anyone, and I just didn't want to have to like entertain her at my
- 1:07party. You know. Well, my husband just found out that I didn't
- 1:10invite her, and he's super upset with me. Okay, you got to
- 1:15draw the line somewhere, and it sounds like you've drawn it at personal attendance.
- 1:19Yeah, it's just it's super small. It's just like six of us
- 1:23in a way. If I'm understanding this, you're looking out for her in
- 1:27terms of like, hey, you're gonna feel weird. But I will say
- 1:32I probably would have invited her because she probably would say no. Or do
- 1:37you think she's one of those people like out of guilt? Is gonna be
- 1:38like, oh, I'm going You know, she's not much of a partier
- 1:42either, you know, so I just didn't feel like she would have that
- 1:47much fun. So how do I handle this? Okay, so let's be
- 1:49honest. This will be between us here. Do I really like her or
- 1:53is that the issue? I honestly like, she lives far away. I
- 1:59don't her very often. You know, I were friendly, but I don't
- 2:04think we'll be like best friends. I'm gonna be honest. I would issue
- 2:07the invite just to say, but I would make it so hey, just
- 2:09so you know, you don't have to come, like I'm not expecting you
- 2:13to come. Yeah, I'm with you, Tiffany. I would not invite
- 2:15her because we all have been in those situations. You got your girls that
- 2:19you grew up with, you got a million inside jokes. She doesn't want
- 2:22to be there anyway, she's not gonna understand. She's gonna feel left out,
- 2:24and for your sake, it's totally gonna kill the vibe. So a
- 2:28good call on your part. But your husband obviously doesn't feel the same way.
- 2:30And that's why you're here in the judgment zone. We're gonna see what
- 2:34people think, and so listen to Tiffany. And obviously some people might get
- 2:38a little judge here, so don't take offense, but just hang ted.
- 2:39Okay, okay, thank you? Seven one eight oh one nine eight seven.
- 2:45Yeah, I mean I agree with her husband. I think it's not
- 2:46cool, Like I mean, they're not even married yet and she's already disrespecting
- 2:51her I mean, soon to be husband's family and he's obviously very selfish,
- 2:54and I think that's a huge red flag, and you probably take note all
- 2:59right, well, hey, thank you for the call, No problem,
- 3:00thank you, Christine. I don't know if selfish is the word. We
- 3:04posted it on our big ninety two point seven Facebook page. What are people
- 3:07saying? Christen said, I like her butt dot dot is I haven't seen
- 3:10a picture. No, she says, is what people say when they don't
- 3:15want to admit that they don't like someone. She's going to be family.
- 3:17Went on invite her and tried to get to know where a little bit better.
- 3:21I mean the minority. Any other comments about her rear end No,
- 3:23I didn't see anything that was it. Okay, all right, Well,
- 3:25Amanda's on the phone right now taking more calls while we're in the middle of
- 3:29the judgment zone. Personally, don't even extend the invite. We've all been
- 3:31on trips where it's just super awkward. You got the person lingering, you're
- 3:35making the inside jokes because you' all grew up together, and they're like,
- 3:38huh what you went to the wear Yeah, and you're gonna want to include
- 3:42her through all of that, and I feel like that's just going to kind
- 3:44of put a little damper on it. Well, we have a phone call.
- 3:46I hope they don't swear, good morning. Who's this Good morning?
- 3:49My name's Jake. From my understanding, isn't a bachelor party supposed to just
- 3:53be the bridal party? Personally, I think it's her choice. It's her
- 3:57party, her choice. She's not saying who he invite to his bachelor party,
- 4:00so I don't think he should get any stay in what she does at
- 4:03her party or who she invites. It'd be different if she didn't invite her
- 4:06to the wedding, or if she didn't even make her part of the wedding
- 4:09party. Right exactly? Well? Heye, was it? Jab Yes?
- 4:12Jay, thank you so much for calling. Appreciate you, right, I
- 4:15mean, I think you'll leave it be. Let the husband pout, be
- 4:18mad. Who cares? He's gonna forget about it, go on with the
- 4:20wedding. She can come to the wedding. That'll be great again. You're
- 4:27the personal attendant. It's such an honor to be here today. Oh that's
- 4:31that's the worst job. Hey, make it to be in a couple photos.
- 4:35She'll be She'll be fine in the morning, No, Amanda, still
- 4:41send see let's see. Well it's been almost a year since Jamie Fox was
- 4:46in the hospital for who knows why. Everybody just knew that it was really
- 4:49serious. He was supposed to be on a game show called Beachizam, co
- 4:54hosting it with his daughter. She ended up just kind of take sad.
- 4:57You mean that Genie movie was Shack from the nineties. No, not that
- 5:00one. Oh, this is a game show? Pipe gotcha close? You
- 5:02remember that film? I totally do. Wait Jack's one and acting role.
- 5:09I feel like he's done a cameo in a couple of things. But either
- 5:12way, we're finally gonna find out from Jamie Fox himself what this life threatening
- 5:15health scare was. But he is doing it in an upcoming comedy special.
- 5:19Other than that, we have no other details. Feels very odd, but
- 5:23who knows. I guess that's just a good way to get people to watch
- 5:26your comedy special. Ben he a comedian, I know he's a rapper,
- 5:30things acts, game show host? Is Is he funny? Is he?
- 5:36Well, of course he's funny. I'm sure he can be. I don't
- 5:39know how his stand up chops are. I guess we'll see. And I
- 5:44don't know if they're bringing back the ha for Pamela Anderson, But Baywatch is
- 5:47getting a TV reboot on Fox. They did the movie of Course, with
- 5:51David Hasselhoff and Zach Efron, which was I it was really stupid, but
- 5:57I think it's supposed to be right. I mean, just like anything,
- 5:59when you watch some of these shows back in the nineties, you're like,
- 6:01Okay, it's not how I remembered it. But they Watch for Me was
- 6:04a classic. There was a storyline. It just wasn't you know, girls
- 6:08running on the beach in the red swimsuits, which, of course those iconic
- 6:11suits will be back. Don't know who's going to be a part of it.
- 6:14I feel like the Hoff needs to come back as something. Yeah,
- 6:17well the movie they watched. The movie in twenty seventeen got a seventeen percent
- 6:23on Rotten Tomatoes. So the only way to go is up. You know
- 6:26who they should get that watched it? Did you? You know who you
- 6:28sho get to do it? Is that young up and coming actress the one
- 6:31that hosted SNL Sidney Sweeney. Have you heard of it? Yeah, she's
- 6:35really talented. Do you think she would look good in a un read swimsuit
- 6:40running on the beach pike? Is that what you're alluding to? Could they
- 6:43make them two pieces on their I okay, all right, I'm just saying,
- 6:46just to make it more modern, you don't want to date the show.
- 6:48I'm a big fan of the whole piece swimsuit things, the whole pieces
- 6:53of the calling the whole piece. Yeah, well, I can't wait for
- 6:55that to come out. You know what movie this is from. I mean,
- 7:01if I didn't know what story I was about to talk about, I
- 7:03would go I have no idea, but it is from Freaky Friday. There's
- 7:09been a lot of rumors that Lindsay Lohan and Jimmy Lee Curtis wanted to do
- 7:12a sequel, and Lindsay Lohan confirmed it yesterday. Talk about a girl who
- 7:15had a fall from Grace, just completely gone, moved to not Tokyo.
- 7:19Where did she move for the Middle East? I believe, Yeah, and
- 7:23then got her life together came back. Now she's a mom living her life.
- 7:27She's on a couple of Netflix specials. Didn't she marry a prince or
- 7:30something? But I think she was dating a Princeville half that blood prince.
- 7:32I have no idea, but good for her. It's kind of fun to
- 7:35see her in this, you know, revival stage again. Absolutely, I
- 7:40mean I just wish good things for everybody, her included. So I hope
- 7:43the movie is good. It's her and Jamie Lee Curtis reprising their roles.
- 7:46That's what I'm understanding. They didn't give a whole lot of details. But
- 7:49is this later in obviously later in life? Does it happen again? Of
- 7:55course it does. Do they find themselves switching bodies again? Because that's not
- 7:58believable? Wheeler alert. Jeez, sorry, you're not You're gonna have to
- 8:03go see it. No more information, get Amanda in the morning. Seven.
- 8:09This might be news to you, Amanda and everyone listening. Kids love
- 8:13those cell phones? Oh boy? Do they? Parents do? I mean,
- 8:16everybody does. It's an addictive thing and it's just kind of icky,
- 8:18it sure is. But one school has found a solution for kids who are
- 8:22obsessed with their smartphones. What they're doing is providing parents with big air quotes
- 8:28here, dumb phones at no cost to give to their kids. And so
- 8:33the kids, you would think, would spend a little less time on their
- 8:37little dumb phones. What exactly is a dumb phone? I'm not really picking
- 8:39up what you're putting down. You're not, no, Okay, Well,
- 8:43I guess it would be on it. What makes a phone a smartphone is
- 8:48its ability to browse the internet, have data, do more than just texting
- 8:52and calling, got it? So a dumb phone would just be that kind
- 8:56of like your old Nokia, remember back in two thousand and three, of
- 8:58course, but you still play some games Snake on that bad boy. Oh
- 9:01yeah, listen, I spent a lot of time playing brick Breaker on my
- 9:05Nokia. But still, nonetheless, it would be a dumb phone. I
- 9:07don't know if they'd have a game or two. But there's no internet access,
- 9:11so you can't have social media, can't have Snapchat, can't go on
- 9:13Wikipedia. Seven one two eight zero one idea in seven. I would love
- 9:16to know the rules right now, because we had found out last week and
- 9:20there were people that had sent us messages that people are allowing phones just in
- 9:24classrooms. I can't even imagine that life. I feel like it just got
- 9:28to the point where there's nothing you could do, right, Like it was
- 9:31a pointless battle that they just eventually said, all right, fine, do
- 9:35they not have lockers anymore? You just put your phone in your locker?
- 9:39Yeah, but what about it? If there was an emergency, then you
- 9:41call the school office. And you say, hey, I need to talk
- 9:45to Amanda Lee because of whatever reason they're then they call you to the office
- 9:50and everybody goes ooh, and then the teacher goes, hey, it could
- 9:52be an emergency, which is fair, Which is fair. So yeah,
- 9:56the school is handing out these dumb phones to all of the parents and they
- 9:58think that might be a solution of the issue. Which is interesting because you
- 10:03would think if my phone didn't have social media, or if I wasn't able
- 10:05to go on the Internet, I wouldn't spend hardly any time looking at it.
- 10:09But I remember back in the day being obsessed with my phone, and
- 10:11all the option was was to call or text somebody. Growing up in the
- 10:15Wadina Deer Creek area, I lived in Henning, like Borderline by Deer Creek,
- 10:20so it was long distance for me to call school or for my family.
- 10:22So we had a cell phone plan like Sell two thousand. So I
- 10:26had this little phone in seventh or eighth grade because otherwise after dance or wherever
- 10:31I would be, I'd have to call my parents collect because it was long
- 10:33distance collect. I know, one eight hundred call att remember this. So
- 10:39I would have this phone, but I would hide it from everybody because I
- 10:41was so embarrassed to have a cell phone. That's how uncool it was.
- 10:45Yeah, my, how the times have changed here now you're one hundred years
- 10:48old. Thirty eight. Thank you Pike for asking. I really appreciate that.
- 10:52We were wondering though, did they allow I had my pager's going off?
- 10:56It says nine to one one. Somebody needs to get in touch with
- 11:00me. Yeah, I don't know. Interesting, we have somebody on the
- 11:01TEP they do, yes, seven one ninety seven. Hello. Yeah,
- 11:05So my son is in middle school in Fargo Public schools and he's technically they're
- 11:11not allowed to have their cell phones and classes, but the general rule is
- 11:16if a teacher doesn't see it, it's fine to be in your pocket,
- 11:18but if they use them, then the teacher takes them for the class.
- 11:20Got it, Okay, So it's a very loose rule. It's kind of
- 11:24just like maybe like taxes, like it's recommended, but they're not going to
- 11:28really do anything. Yeah, don't do it, you know what I mean,
- 11:31one of those things not really enforced. Well, thank you for the
- 11:33call, man, yep Hi Big ninety eight point seven, Hey Jessing,
- 11:35you Juno West Fargo High School. Do not allow self so really love it.
- 11:39I'm glad we're in the West Fargo school district. It makes me happy
- 11:43from an adult perspective. From a kid's perspective, I get the idea.
- 11:46But at the same time, there's a lot of kids who have a lot
- 11:48of appointments. That's always been the helpful piece to get your kids in and
- 11:50out of a play that remind yourself. It's a give or take. Do
- 11:52I want them cheating on their phones? No? But I want I'm texting.
- 11:56No, But unless it's your parents, yeah, no, for sure,
- 11:58I get that. Well, thanks for the call and the insight.
- 12:01We appreciate you, Amanda. In the morning on SIG seven, I want
- 12:07everybody to feel real good about their relationship and your marriage. So I'm going
- 12:11to tell you the story about the single saddest man you've ever heard. And
- 12:15it's okay because he shared the story on his social media and so he wants
- 12:18to, if anything, create awareness about how sad you could be. My
- 12:24man talked about how he'd been married to a girl he met in college for
- 12:28eight years. Now, eight whole years of marriage. Well, things started
- 12:31to go downhill, Amanda, after my guy was in a near fatal car
- 12:35accident. Okay, not good. Ended up being in a coma for two
- 12:39weeks. Took him four months to recover before he was finally able to get
- 12:43home get back to work. My gush, this is like a real Lifetime
- 12:46movie. Okay, yeah, just wait. Did he know his wife when
- 12:50she walked in? Yeah? Yeah, he remembered. Okay, Well,
- 12:54however, when he got home, there were things he wasn't remembering, and
- 12:56so his wife told him that before the accident, they'd been sleeping in separate
- 13:01bedrooms. Now, my man knew that was not true. No, she
- 13:05did not. She said it was because he had been snoring. Also a
- 13:09lie, but he obliged. He went with it. No, but it
- 13:13was after that he realized that there had been quite a bit of distance created
- 13:16in their marriage. She was not the same, so he knew. After
- 13:22his thirtieth birthday, he came home and she was off with her friends having
- 13:26a spa day on his thirtieth birthday. Amanda really is so she wanted to
- 13:30just such a supportive wife. She decided she was going to celebrate his thirtieth
- 13:33birthday give us a loan to the way she wanted to. Yeah, no,
- 13:35definitely alone time he had. He ordered takeout, watched some Netflix,
- 13:41went to bed, and the next morning he woke up. He decided that
- 13:45was it. He was going to file for divorce, so he called his
- 13:46lawyer, got the papers drafted, and started to make some moves to make
- 13:50it a smooth process. Started selling off his possessions, and when he finally
- 13:56decided to leave Amanda, he got on the road and just start to drive
- 14:00in worked from a hotel. Ten days went by, ten whole days.
- 14:05His wife finally texted him and said, is this a joke? When are
- 14:09you coming home? What? Ten days had gone by? Then she decided
- 14:16she was going to miss him. Correct. I don't know if missing is
- 14:18the word. Maybe just curiosity finally got to her, like, hey,
- 14:22what isn't there a guy that lives here? Isn't even he's my husband?
- 14:28Yeah, that's right, I remember that guy? Where is he? Ten
- 14:31days? Ten whole days had gone by. What was his response, Well,
- 14:33he started getting these sexs and he just decided to ignore it. He
- 14:37sent her the auto text you know, hey, I'm driving I can't respond
- 14:39right now, and then she said something interesting to him. She said,
- 14:43please come back. I promise I will cut him off, he said,
- 14:48cut him off? Who's him? Turns out she she outed herself as having
- 14:56an affair, and so that's where our story ends. My man is now
- 14:58single. The door his final. But what a sad ending. So it
- 15:03sounds like she didn't cut him off after all. I don't think anyone has
- 15:05ever cut off. I don't think there was a I think it was full
- 15:07steam ahead whatever that was. Poor guy. Gosh, that is so sad.
- 15:13I know. It's just like I do love the fact that it took
- 15:16ten days and she circled back, like, gee, you know now that
- 15:20you're gonna kind of miss y'all. Hello, Ben Trending. Now here's what
- 15:26you need to know. He got me all emotional yesterday. Jason Kelsey.
- 15:31We knew he was going to probably retire from the NFL, but he had
- 15:33about a forty five minute press conference yesterday and my, I mean, my
- 15:37heart was just melting, and he was talking about meeting his wife, going
- 15:41through that entire process, how he just knew the second she walked in the
- 15:43door, that is who's gonna marry. And then he basically retired because he
- 15:48just wants to be a dad. Listen to this also giving me three beautiful
- 15:50girls in a life that increasingly brings me more fulfillment off the field than it
- 15:56does on. We've had a great run, Ki, I am a product
- 15:58of my upbringing. I think one of the best things a person can be
- 16:02in this world is a father. A father who was present, loving,
- 16:07devoted just may be the greatest gift a child could ask for in our society.
- 16:12And I have a damn good one man. Just think about the best
- 16:15man speech he's going to give when Travis and Taylor get married. Oh,
- 16:18it's going to be something. Might even steal the show, to be honest
- 16:22with you, by the way, Travis, of course there yesterday also just
- 16:25in tears. He was wearing a friendship bracelet. Sad but also good for
- 16:29him, you know what a great career. Didn't score any touchdowns, though
- 16:33I thought that was the whole point of it. I know yesterday I was,
- 16:36oh, my gosh, Pike, did you say this? He goes?
- 16:37You know he is a center, right, he's an offensive aligneman trying
- 16:41do we care so much? He's just the most likable. Oh yes,
- 16:45that's not fair. You don't know the other ones that is they're all have
- 16:48podcasts, and their brothers aren't all married to Taylor Swift. Okay, not
- 16:52married yet? All right? Did you see this? A Wisconsin man named
- 16:55Ronald Gorsky. He has officially eaten thirty four thousand, one and twenty eight
- 17:00Big Max. It started back May seventeenth, nineteen seventy two. He has
- 17:04saved every single receipt that he has had since then. Why because he wants
- 17:11you to show like I ate all of these Big Macs, and when they
- 17:15say would you like your receipt, he's the one who goes, actually,
- 17:17yes, I I sure do. But can you imagine that many Big Max?
- 17:22How is it that that became like the flagship burger? I think it
- 17:25was because of the sauce. Listen, hey, if you love bread and
- 17:29lettuce, I know the Big Mac is perfect. Yeah, he said,
- 17:32He us eat about nineteen which is a day, and now consumes about two.
- 17:34He says he's never sick and tired of them. He said, actually,
- 17:37when people see me eat one, they look at me like, is
- 17:40this like your first time? Just because he still loves it? No way,
- 17:42what would you say? What menu item from whatever fast food restaurant?
- 17:47Have you eaten the most of in your life. If you told it it
- 17:49all up, what menu item Ooh okay, So dairy queen chicken strips have
- 17:55got to be up there with the gravy sauce. I think just had that
- 17:57Sunday chicken. The long chicken sandwich like the original chicken sandwich from Burger King
- 18:03is one of my faves when you get it with zesty sauce. Okay,
- 18:06I didn't name the things you like. No, I'm saying to pick one
- 18:08I know for me, I think it's and I know your cry is it's
- 18:12probably a mic chicken. Oh really okay? And I like them fine,
- 18:15but it was just all you know, they weren't the dollar many forever,
- 18:18so it was just the easiest choice. Like MC chicken, give me two.
- 18:21Yeah, mine's got to be probably chicken nuggies from somewhere with sweet and
- 18:25sour sauce or zesty gotta be for me, it's you named eleven things.
- 18:30It's not a specific restaurant. Well, and that's just it because I volley
- 18:33around. I'm not like you where you have like a home, like I'll
- 18:34go to Wendy Wendy's Burger King. I do. I get that I met
- 18:40as long as the four fast food restaurants in the last four days. Okay,
- 18:45I volley, all right, really dude, that's the game. That's
- 18:49the game is you have to figure out which one you've eaten the most.
- 18:52Though, give me a little bit. I gotta think on that, all
- 18:56right. Taylor Swift's Erasteur, which dabut is March fourteenth on Disney Plus.
- 18:59By the way, that is a day earlier than initially planned, is going
- 19:03to include songs Maroon and Cardigan, along with four other acoustic songs. So
- 19:07people are very excited about this. What Taylor Swift song would you say you've
- 19:11heard the most times in your life? Easy, Tim McGrath, you think
- 19:15ear drops on my guitar? You don't think like shake it off? Just
- 19:18could he hear it at like every event, every wedding? Maybe I don't
- 19:22know any other brainbusters for me today. Tear drops on my guitar with Zesty's
- 19:27sauce. Probably love Zesty sauce. Oh my gosh, all right, today
- 19:33gonna be cloudy. There is a chance of some snow. Nothing really gonna
- 19:37stick around. How are you thirty five? Like it? A minute in
- 19:41the morning on big nutty eight point seven. I mean, I know that
- 19:45you're a big, big fan historically of toes, sucking on toes, liking
- 19:51fat, not at all you even come around a bit on toe, even
- 19:53a little bit. God, you're gonna hate the story, but I want
- 19:56you to put yourself in these parent shoes. These parents are up in arms
- 19:59after something that happened at the school. Okay, they're having a fundraising week,
- 20:03which is a good thing. Absolutely. They're raising money for something called
- 20:07Not Your Average Joe Coffee, which is a coffee shop in the town of
- 20:11Deer Creek that has people with intellectual and mental disabilities employed there, which is
- 20:17great. Yeah, that is awesome. So they're finding different ways to fundraise,
- 20:19and one of the ideas the students had was to have an assembly where
- 20:23they have a little competition that involves licking toes, not just licking toes.
- 20:30I can't, I honestly don't know if I can hear anymore. Let me
- 20:33know if this helps it all. Licking peanut butter off of other students' toes,
- 20:38whatever happened to the old school, like pie in the face. And
- 20:42remember our assembly is going up. Yeah, it's all been fine. So
- 20:47tired at this point. No, I like this, I like you said,
- 20:49that is so disgusting. I think it's brilliant. Well, obviously a
- 20:53massive success. The district raised one hundred and fifty two thousand dollars. No,
- 20:57they did not not your average Joe coffee during the fundraising week. Now,
- 21:02of course, that included some other events I would imagine, not primarily
- 21:06peanut butter licking. However, parents are upset. They feel like while uh,
- 21:10well intentioned activity, they believe it went too far. Now the school
- 21:15board has fired back, saying anybody seen in the video licking peanut butter ufattoes
- 21:21was more than willing. They volunteered. Really, It's not like there were
- 21:23somebody. They didn't have the kids on a leash, like okay, now
- 21:26you gotta do this. I mean, this is a oh wait. I
- 21:32just don't get why. I don't get why. The like they said,
- 21:34is people volunteered. We did a thing in high school I remember, and
- 21:37I was in charge of the assembly or the Pepperrowley. Oh you were,
- 21:41because you were the president, right, president hosted the pep rally. It's
- 21:45probably just the most annoying kid in school. You were on the mic.
- 21:48Oh, yeah, get out of here. It was yeah. Oh.
- 21:51One of my favorite times was hosting the peprowley. Okay, let's pretend.
- 21:53Let's take us back to DGF PEP rally gearing up for a football games.
- 21:59Yeah, cheerleaders are coming out. What would you do? Well, we
- 22:00did have this one little shtick, me and my partner in crime. We
- 22:04would do. We would throw T shirts. We just bought a bunch of
- 22:07like white Haynes undershirts, you know, and we would throw them out and
- 22:11you know how crowds are you threw them or did you have the gun?
- 22:15No, we threw we didn't got it. They didn't give us the gun,
- 22:17the T shirt gun. So at any point during this pep rally,
- 22:19we would just like I'd kind of start reaching behind the podium, and everybody
- 22:22knew I was reaching for his shirts. I'd kind of tease them a little
- 22:26bit, and then I'd just start yelling, oh lotch of T shirt?
- 22:29Who loch of shirt? And everyone's just going nuts. And then I'm running
- 22:32back and forth like pointing at the crowd, you know, like they do.
- 22:34Oh my, I'm getting chills thinking about it. You throw it,
- 22:37and of course it's just a plain white T shirt that's probably too big.
- 22:40Well, we did do some gross stuff. We didn't lick any toes,
- 22:42but I remember doing like these eating like gross food competition. Yeah, I
- 22:45can see that, but like what kind of gross food? Oh? The
- 22:48grossest I remember? We blended it up put like pigs feet, you're such
- 22:52a liar, like sardines and mayonnaise and milk, and blended it up.
- 22:59Really did just concocted the grossest thing. And we have people have to chug
- 23:03it. So what's better now sucking on toes or meeting blended bigs feed?
- 23:07Oh you just put me on a diet gross. That's disgusting. Gets to
- 23:11pigs feen here, I'm a hungry don't like it? Amanda in the morning,
- 23:15get up on Dig seven. We want to give you a chance to
- 23:22win Disney on Ice tickets. We were looking for caller nine. Hello,
- 23:26who's this Rachel? Rachel? Good morning? Your call nine? Oh hang
- 23:30on? Do I hear somebody in the background. Yeah, he's so happy
- 23:33that I'm getting tickets for him. What's his name? His name is Isaiah?
- 23:37And do you know him? Yeah, he's my one year old.
- 23:41Oh there you go. Okay, got you right on. So here's the
- 23:42deal. We're going to give you a chance to win four tickets to Disney
- 23:45on Ice. You can bring Isaiah and anyone else. So here's the deal.
- 23:48It's called Dizney. It's called sixty second show Down Disney Edition. Have
- 23:53you heard this little game before? Yeah? Okay, cool. Well for
- 23:57those listening, you have sixty seconds. Amanda is going to give you clues
- 24:02on seven different Disney related things I've written down. You get five of them.
- 24:07You're going to Disney on Nice. All right. I know Isaiah's there.
- 24:08He's super excited. We got a little distraction going on, mama,
- 24:11but I have a feeling you and I can do this. Are we locked
- 24:15in? Are you ready? I'm ready dropping him off at daycare right now?
- 24:18Oh nice? Okay, let's all do our best here in sixty seconds
- 24:22is on the clock, Rachel, Amanda, here we go in three,
- 24:25two and one. This is a song on the Lion King. Yes,
- 24:32thank you lady, and with the spaghetti yep, she has a lot of
- 24:40z's. She's a princess who likes to lay in her bed living beauty.
- 24:45Yes. Oh, this is like the elephant with the big dumb Thank you
- 24:52said. I almost said, sorry, Oh whoa, Mickey's really good friend.
- 24:56He's a real ball. No dah, yes, imagine say goopy,
- 25:04Yes, I say goopy? All right, wow, Rachel, my gosh,
- 25:08dropping a kid off in daycare and just multitasking. You just say,
- 25:12that's what moms. Joah, you don't want four tickets to Disney on ice
- 25:17like in a minute in the morning, big naty eight point seven. Imagine
- 25:21going into the hospital. And when you go into the hospital for like,
- 25:22let's say, a surgery, you got a lot of trust in the people
- 25:26doing the surgery. I mean, actually nothing but trust. I've never really
- 25:29questioned it, Like, are you ever skeptical about it? I never have
- 25:33been. No, there's not a lot of reason to be right. I
- 25:34mean, they went to years and years of schooling smartest people in the world.
- 25:37They've done it a ton of times, and you think you'd hear if
- 25:41they were messing things up. Every once in a while, you've heard things,
- 25:44you know, how they put like a big X or something on like
- 25:45your knee or whatever it is, like, hey, just so you know,
- 25:48I'm putting this on here so they don't do the wrong knee. Well,
- 25:52man, this one might even be worse because a gentleman named Jorgey.
- 25:55Now this is not in the United States medical system. Okay, okay,
- 25:59so o an origin. So don't be going trying to save a couple bucks
- 26:02to have surgery in Argentina. Oh boy, what do you do? He
- 26:04went in for a gallbladder removal surgery? Turns out you don't need a gallbladder?
- 26:10Do you have yours? I forgot if he had yours out or not?
- 26:11What did I just get taken out of me? Oh? My appendix?
- 26:15Oh that's it. Yeah, you don't need mosa. Keep the heart
- 26:18in there, You're fine. Yeah? Can I get the heart deliver?
- 26:21Long? And we're getting one kidney? Is one kitten? Oh god?
- 26:23Well, this guy goes in to get his gallbladder removed. Surgery's delayed twenty
- 26:27four hours, so he's just hanging out waiting for this gallbladder removal. Surgery
- 26:32finally is performed, but soon after he realizes that it was not his gallbladder
- 26:37that he had removed. Well, he had received a vasectomy. What he
- 26:42was planning on starting a family with his new girlfriend, which is the heartbreak.
- 26:48I was just gonna ask how old is he he's forty one. Okay,
- 26:51okay, so you know getting up there. But I'm assuming his girlfriend
- 26:53is not forty one. It doesn't matter, don't even mattered, literally doesn't
- 26:57matter. It doesn't excuse the accidental vaseectic. At what point did he notice
- 27:02when they were like, hey, just so you know, when you go
- 27:03home, all you're gonna need are to grab some peas and just rest and
- 27:07you'll be good. Or could he feel it? How did he know a
- 27:11nurse was the one who told him a mistake had been made when he came
- 27:17around after the operation, informed what had happened, and he said, he
- 27:19feels so angry and helpless. Can't understand how they made such a mistake when
- 27:25it had gallbladder ridden all over his medical records. That's a good question from
- 27:29rage. Yeah, no kidding. So I know that vasectomies can be reversible.
- 27:33You would think that they would have just kept him under and like undone
- 27:37what they had done. You would think. Now, he did say,
- 27:38doctors have explained to him that the possibilities of reversing the error are minimal.
- 27:44Unfortunately, what yeah, I mean, let me ask you this. Obviously,
- 27:47I know my man Jorge wanted to start a family. But the amount
- 27:51of money you're likely going to get from this mistake, what I mean.
- 27:53You can't see me right now, but I'm doing the thing where you take
- 27:56care here sale like Peter Totter in a little So I'm gonna go like this
- 28:00because I have kids. There's no price on having children. I mean,
- 28:03you can adopt a kid. You can't adopt five hundred thousand dollars in a
- 28:07lawsuit settlement. Oh gosh,
