Latest / Reclaiming Consciousness / What it Actually Means to Be Psychic with Amy Belair
Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_02: What I didn't understand because of the way that it's portrayed is that it's all an internal process of tuning into a much subtler, finer grained level of reality and learning how to make sense of it.
- 0:16SPEAKER_02: I really think that the trauma that has us coiled into a survival state is one of the biggest things that prevents us from accessing our psychic abilities because it dials us into like a very narrow bandwidth of this reality.
- 0:33SPEAKER_00: Welcome to Reclaiming Consciousness.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: My name is Elise Bassine, spiritual mentor, breathwork practitioner, and owner and CEO of Elise Breeds.
- 0:42SPEAKER_00: For many years, our consciousness has been hijacked by societal and cultural programming, religion, the media, and familial and ancestral trauma.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: Right now, during this epic time in history, people are waking up, realizing who they really are, and reclaiming the pieces of their consciousness that they unknowingly gave away.
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: This podcast is an exploration of how so many spectacular humans are leading the way in exiting the matrix and reclaiming who they really are and what they're capable of.
- 1:14SPEAKER_00: In this show, you'll meet exceptional people who are paving the way in raising consciousness and creating a new way of living on this earth.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: Get ready to go deep.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: Now let's dive in.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: Hi everyone, welcome back to the show.
- 1:33SPEAKER_01: So this week I love, love, love this episode.
- 1:37SPEAKER_01: This week I brought Amy Belair back to the show.
- 1:40SPEAKER_01: And Amy and I are just like, we're like the deepest kind of soul sisters.
- 1:45SPEAKER_01: Like, I can't even tell you guys.
- 1:47SPEAKER_01: I think I don't know if we mentioned this the last time she was on the show, which is so crazy, was about two years ago at this point, which is so weird.
- 1:56SPEAKER_01: But anyway, Amy and I have almost the exact same astrology chart, which I'm like tearing up when I say this because, like, how does that happen?
- 2:06SPEAKER_01: Um, we're both Scorpio, Sun, and Pisces rising, but I'm Aquarius moon and she's Leo moon.
- 2:13SPEAKER_01: So like our moons are opposite each other, but then almost all of the rest of our chart is the same, which is really weird.
- 2:22SPEAKER_01: And we were born in the same year.
- 2:23SPEAKER_01: We've been deeply connected since we met each other.
- 2:26SPEAKER_01: And I think we met each other pretty early on.
- 2:30SPEAKER_01: We both worked with the same coaches, so it's just really funny.
- 2:36SPEAKER_01: We're just so deeply connected.
- 2:38SPEAKER_01: And we have such a powerful conversation about psychic abilities.
- 2:43SPEAKER_01: And Amy is super passionate about helping people develop their psychic abilities and helping everybody understand and see that you are psychic.
- 2:54SPEAKER_01: It's just about learning how to trust and value and develop those abilities.
- 3:00SPEAKER_01: And we go really deep into that in this episode.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: So I know you're gonna love it.
- 3:04SPEAKER_01: Definitely check out Amy.
- 3:06SPEAKER_01: If you don't follow her on Instagram, you definitely wanna do that.
- 3:09SPEAKER_01: She's just like such a light.
- 3:11SPEAKER_01: She's thecosmic.oracle on Instagram, and we'll link all of her stuff below.
- 3:16SPEAKER_01: But I just love Amy so much.
- 3:18SPEAKER_01: This is just such an amazing conversation, and I can't wait.
- 3:22SPEAKER_01: I know you're gonna love it.
- 3:24SPEAKER_01: So, just a couple of things here before we dive in.
- 3:27SPEAKER_01: First of all, I forgot to mention I have a new free download for you.
- 3:33SPEAKER_01: And I don't think I mentioned it here on the podcast, but I just want to make sure everybody gets it.
- 3:38SPEAKER_01: So it's called Five Ways to Use Breath Work for Better Client and Personal Results.
- 3:44SPEAKER_01: So, whether you have a business and you work with clients or not, it's this guide that I created.
- 3:49SPEAKER_01: It's a downloadable PDF of five different ways that you can use breathwork to enhance the results that you're getting in your business, with your clients, or just in your life in general.
- 3:59SPEAKER_01: So you definitely want to check it out.
- 4:01SPEAKER_01: And it also comes with a brand new breathwork session that I just channeled on connecting with and experiencing infinite abundance.
- 4:10SPEAKER_01: And I love this breath work session so much because the truth is you are infinite abundance.
- 4:16SPEAKER_01: Like that's what you truly are.
- 4:18SPEAKER_01: And this breathwork session just reminds you of that and brings you into that energy.
- 4:24SPEAKER_01: It's so powerful.
- 4:25SPEAKER_01: So if you have not done so yet, go download that.
- 4:30SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna put the link below because everybody needs it.
- 4:34SPEAKER_01: And then also the high frequency channel mastermind is starting at the end of this month.
- 4:40SPEAKER_01: And I just want to say, you guys, like it's really been so powerful for me to start to work with some of these women because you get two private calls with me, and some of the women have already had their calls.
- 4:56SPEAKER_01: And what I see so powerfully is that every time I clear a deeper level of trauma with somebody and identify a deeper core wound and we shift it, their channel opens up and they understand something way deeper and way more about what it is that they're meant to do in their business.
- 5:20SPEAKER_01: And I've seen it with every single woman.
- 5:22SPEAKER_01: And that's really the focus of this mastermind is opening up your channel so that you can bring through new offers, new ideas, new healing modalities.
- 5:34SPEAKER_01: You know, that's one thing that I like am continuously blown away by with the women who do the metamorphosis method is, you know, whether it's through the context of working with me privately or just going through the program, the metamorphosis, but when they go through that, every single woman downloads their own unique healing modality, their own unique way of working with clients.
- 6:01SPEAKER_01: And the way that they're able to access that is because of clearing the trauma.
- 6:07SPEAKER_01: And I've been thinking so much about this.
- 6:10SPEAKER_01: And the way that it really works from like a deeper psyche and psychological perspective is that when you have an unconscious wound from childhood or even ancestrally, or even past life, when you have an unconscious wound, it creates a block in your vision.
- 6:30SPEAKER_01: It creates this way that you're not able to fully see clearly because there's something that is unconsciously stopping you from seeing, because in order to fully see, you have to see that first.
- 6:45SPEAKER_01: So if you can imagine an actual like dark spot in your vision, like you know how if like you see a lot of bright lights and then you shut your eyes and there's like kind of like dark spots in your vision and you can't see clearly.
- 7:00SPEAKER_01: That is what unconscious wounding and trauma does.
- 7:04SPEAKER_01: Because in order for you to fully see and fully see yourself, you have to see that as well, because that's part of you.
- 7:12SPEAKER_01: So that's why healing trauma and opening your channel are so intimately related.
- 7:18SPEAKER_01: You can't have one without the other.
- 7:20SPEAKER_01: So that's why I'm so passionate about making these tweaks with people to pinpoint and shift deeper levels of trauma.
- 7:28SPEAKER_01: Because when you do, everything opens up and you're able to see yourself and what you're meant to do and what you're meant to channel and what you're meant to bring through business and otherwise so much more clearly.
- 7:43SPEAKER_01: And this mastermind is not about like going through this long process of healing trauma.
- 7:48SPEAKER_01: That's not what this is about.
- 7:49SPEAKER_01: This is about quickly identifying things that you have not been able to see that have been stopping you from fully seeing the bigger vision of what it is that you're meant to bring through, the medicine that you're meant to channel, you know, and having full access to the innovation and the genius that you're meant to bring onto the planet.
- 8:12SPEAKER_01: And as a result, your business grows.
- 8:15SPEAKER_01: Or for those women that are earlier on, your business gets momentum and it goes.
- 8:20SPEAKER_01: And I've seen it with so many women who have kind of been at that place where they can't get out of the starting gates with their business.
- 8:27SPEAKER_01: And then all of a sudden, we shift something, we shift the trauma, we pinpoint the deepest wound, and all of a sudden everything becomes clear and it becomes so much easier to move forward because there's nothing standing in the way anymore.
- 8:41SPEAKER_01: So that's what we're really going to be diving into inside the mastermind.
- 8:45SPEAKER_01: And that's why you have private time with me and we have the group calls, because they're both incredibly valuable in guiding you to open your channel and then helping you really flush out what are these things that are really meant to come through and how you can integrate them in your business and how you can move forward with them and how you can really develop them so that you can grow your business.
- 9:11SPEAKER_01: But not only that, you can have so much fun sharing these really unique and innovative business strategies, offers, and your unique way of working with clients and really being able to name what it is that you do and articulate it in a very powerful and potent way that is a unique expression of your frequency, your essence, and your genius.
- 9:38SPEAKER_01: So we start at the end of the month.
- 9:40SPEAKER_01: Please reach out to chat about if this is a fit for you.
- 9:43SPEAKER_01: And I'm happy to hop on a call with you if you want to just flesh out if this is the right program or mastermind for you.
- 9:51SPEAKER_01: So just reach out to me about that.
- 9:52SPEAKER_01: You can just email info at elisebreeds.com and I'm happy to chat with you further about that.
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: Okay, without further ado, enjoy the episode.
- 10:05SPEAKER_01: Hi everyone, welcome back to the show.
- 10:07SPEAKER_01: So I'm very excited today because I have Amy Belair back with me on the show.
- 10:13SPEAKER_01: God, I don't even remember how long it's been since you were here before, but welcome to the show, Amy.
- 10:18SPEAKER_02: Oh, thank you so much for having me.
- 10:20SPEAKER_02: I think I was on in 2022 the last time, which feels crazy because that only feels like 12 months ago, not two years.
- 10:27SPEAKER_01: I know.
- 10:27SPEAKER_01: It's so weird.
- 10:28SPEAKER_01: Well, first of all, can you introduce yourself just for people who might not know you?
- 10:33SPEAKER_01: Just a quick introduction.
- 10:35SPEAKER_02: Yeah, sure.
- 10:36SPEAKER_02: Okay, so I guess I'll call myself an Akashic Oracle and a devotee of the Akashic Records.
- 10:42SPEAKER_02: I just love the Akashia so much.
- 10:44SPEAKER_02: I love to do readings for people, do mentorship with people, and also teach people how to access the Akashic Records as well as how to become professional readers.
- 10:53SPEAKER_02: And I also help people to connect with their soul purpose as well as activate and develop their psychic abilities to use in the world, but in particular through the vehicle of their soul work.
- 11:04SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 11:05SPEAKER_01: And we were just talking before we started recording about like how important it is for people to understand that they have psychic abilities and develop them, which I totally agree with, by the way, because I believe everyone is a channel for something.
- 11:20SPEAKER_01: Um, and I guess my first thing that to bring up to talk about is like, why do you feel like it's so important right now for everybody to understand this or to start to like dive into this?
- 11:32SPEAKER_02: I think because ultimately to me, developing your psychic abilities means expanding your capacity to like read and relate to reality as well as other people in a way that is not only deeper, but also where you get more accurate information.
- 11:48SPEAKER_02: So, you know, we're so accustomed to interacting with each other and responding to each other based on the surface level way that somebody else is presenting themselves.
- 12:00SPEAKER_02: But there is so much more information.
- 12:02SPEAKER_02: And it's not hard to learn how to read somebody at that, like at a deeper level, uh, so that you can see them with greater clarity and you can understand how to navigate whether it's a pleasant, enjoyable interaction or an unpleasant, like confrontational interaction when you can psychically read someone.
- 12:22SPEAKER_02: It's like you just have more information with which to respond to whatever is going on.
- 12:30SPEAKER_02: And I feel like like there are more answers available to us than we're used to acknowledging.
- 12:35SPEAKER_02: And I don't see why we wouldn't just start to work with this.
- 12:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and it's like not only for people who are like us who have businesses or whatever and want to develop this.
- 12:47SPEAKER_01: I feel like, like, for example, could you imagine if you were like a lawyer and you were psychic, like how much easier would that be?
- 12:55SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 12:56SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 12:56SPEAKER_02: I think about it a lot in terms of the medical field because I have experience there.
- 13:01SPEAKER_02: But I'm like, here's the thing is that doctors are psychic.
- 13:06SPEAKER_02: Spoiler alert, yes, they're going based off of like data and lab reports.
- 13:11SPEAKER_02: And guess what?
- 13:12SPEAKER_02: That's all human made up shit to help us understand.
- 13:16SPEAKER_02: It's like it is a form of psychic, basically like psychic sorting out of information, but we think we're doing it with our analytical mind.
- 13:24SPEAKER_02: But like imagine if a doctor, a nurse, whatever, they develop their psychic abilities and so they can handle either a difficult patient who's having a trauma response in a more appropriate way, they can interact with each other interpersonally in a more respectful and like conducive to doing a good job way, they can diagnose more successfully.
- 13:48SPEAKER_02: There's just so many applications for it.
- 13:50SPEAKER_02: And exactly, if you're a lawyer and you are psychic and you can connect with your client, you can connect with the judge, you can read them on a deeper level, it just gives you such a huge advantage.
- 14:01SPEAKER_02: And not necessarily an advantage to like get ahead and crush your competition.
- 14:06SPEAKER_02: I'm sure it can be used that way too.
- 14:08SPEAKER_02: But I mean like an advantage in actually being impactful in this life, which is what motivates a lot of us.
- 14:15SPEAKER_01: And also the other thing that I'd love to hear your perspective on is I feel like most people they have a misconception of like what it means to be psychic too, because it's like, oh, well, tell me like what I'm thinking, or tell me like what's gonna happen in the future.
- 14:30SPEAKER_01: And like, while sometimes I do know what people are thinking, I don't feel like that is like the proper application of what that actually means.
- 14:40SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I agree.
- 14:41SPEAKER_02: And this held me back for a really long time.
- 14:44SPEAKER_02: I didn't realize that I was psychic for so long, and ironically spent all of my time wishing I was psychic and reading books about how to develop my psychic abilities, and you know, watching like Sylvia Brown Wednesdays on Montel Williams and Psychic Detective and things like that.
- 15:02SPEAKER_02: And what I didn't understand because of the way that it's portrayed is that it's all an internal process of tuning into a much subtler, finer grained level of reality and learning how to make sense of it.
- 15:18SPEAKER_02: And that that sense is not the same thing as like black and white, right or wrong.
- 15:24SPEAKER_02: There is something huge to be said for having like cultivating a high level of accuracy when you're doing it as a paid service.
- 15:32SPEAKER_02: But for the most part, I think the big error or like the misconception that blocks a lot of people from even understanding what it means to be psychic and therefore how to develop it is they think there's a right answer.
- 15:45SPEAKER_02: They think there's one objective, correct answer, and then that that puts them into guessing mode, which is the opposite of psychic, right?
- 15:54SPEAKER_02: It's like our you know, sad little analytical ego mind trying to weigh all of the things it thinks it knows and figure out the right answer.
- 16:03SPEAKER_02: But actually, it's about softening our own boundaries and our limitations and tuning into those subtler levels of reality and letting them speak to us through a different language, which is more of a symbolic and emotional and felt language.
- 16:19SPEAKER_02: And then we sort of learn how to read that and draw conclusions, you know, and apply meaning to it and then learn how to communicate.
- 16:27SPEAKER_02: It's quite a process.
- 16:27SPEAKER_02: It's a lot.
- 16:28SPEAKER_02: Yeah, no, it is.
- 16:29SPEAKER_01: And you have to really like trust yourself and place value on the things that you're perceiving.
- 16:35SPEAKER_01: Cause I think that that what I see for a lot of people too is that they don't A, trust themselves and B, place value on the things that they're perceiving.
- 16:44SPEAKER_01: Cause that's like a huge piece of it.
- 16:45SPEAKER_01: Because I feel like if you don't place value on what you're perceiving, then you like dismiss it altogether.
- 16:50SPEAKER_01: And then your perception of reality would be that I'm not even aware of this.
- 16:56SPEAKER_01: You are, you just aren't placing value on it because we haven't been taught to place value on like those subtler things, like you said.
- 17:04SPEAKER_01: But the one thing that I want to dive into that you said that I think is very important, is an important conversation right now, is this idea that like there's not just one objective truth, right?
- 17:15SPEAKER_01: And I think that this is something that we're slowly starting to realize as a collective.
- 17:21SPEAKER_01: But like as we move into uh, you know, like higher states of consciousness or awareness in general, I think we have to like start to understand this.
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: And I think so much of like the contention or things that occur in the world are based on this like foundation of the fact that there is supposedly one objective truth, and there's not.
- 17:46SPEAKER_01: I think it's like very important for people to understand this.
- 17:50SPEAKER_01: So I'd love your thoughts on that.
- 17:52SPEAKER_02: A hundred percent.
- 17:54SPEAKER_02: Like I remember being maybe I was a teenager or a kid or something, but I remember being like, I was a kid.
- 18:00SPEAKER_02: I was like, how do I know that the color that I think is red is the same color that you're seeing?
- 18:05SPEAKER_02: And then I kind of, you know, followed that thought experiment and was like, there's no way that we would ever know.
- 18:10SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 18:11SPEAKER_01: I mean, other than us agreeing on something being red, haven't you had it happen so many times where one person's like that's green and someone else says it's blue?
- 18:20SPEAKER_02: Yeah, exactly.
- 18:21SPEAKER_02: That's exactly it, right?
- 18:22SPEAKER_02: So, like, how do I know the rods and cones in my eyes are seeing the exact same shade and interpreting it the same way that yours are?
- 18:29SPEAKER_02: They aren't.
- 18:30SPEAKER_02: There's probably a lot of variation, but we all have an agreed upon consensus reality, but that agreed upon consensus reality is still experienced totally subjectively.
- 18:43SPEAKER_02: Like I remember learning about empirical evidence, and I just like fell off my chair laughing.
- 18:49SPEAKER_02: I was like, that's not even a thing.
- 18:51SPEAKER_02: Like empirical evidence, it is scientifically demonstrated that the observer changes the outcome of any experiment.
- 19:00SPEAKER_02: So there is no possible way to find a like objective fact or find empirical evidence.
- 19:06SPEAKER_02: It's not possible.
- 19:08SPEAKER_02: Our experience of reality is totally subjective.
- 19:11SPEAKER_01: Yes, and it's funny.
- 19:12SPEAKER_01: So in my certification, I make everyone read this book, which by the way, you have to get this book because it's the it's the most mind-blowing book.
- 19:20SPEAKER_01: It's out of print and you can order it on Amazon, but it's called Rebirthing, the Science of Enjoying All of Your Life.
- 19:27SPEAKER_01: And it's about breath work mostly, but there it's also about like the mind and the nature of reality.
- 19:34SPEAKER_01: And one of the first things that he teaches in the book, which has made a lot of controversy for people, is this, which says all statements are equally true.
- 19:46SPEAKER_01: And then he goes into like explaining how all statements are equally true.
- 19:51SPEAKER_01: And this is something that, like, in the first round of my certification, we spent like an entire call going back and forth about this because it's a hard concept for people to understand.
- 20:03SPEAKER_01: But once you do understand that, I feel like it's so much easier to bring it back to the psychic saying it's so much easier to work with that stuff because you're understanding the nature of reality, which is not objective or there's no like reality outside of what you're experiencing.
- 20:22SPEAKER_02: Totally.
- 20:23SPEAKER_02: It's like it liberates your consciousness from basically, yeah.
- 20:27SPEAKER_02: I think like when we're functioning under that perception that there is a truth, like one objective truth, it's like it holds us onto a track.
- 20:38SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 20:39SPEAKER_02: And so we can only travel on that track when we realize like that is a brilliant sentence, like all statements are equally true.
- 20:48SPEAKER_02: When we actually absorb that, it's like, oh my god, I'm free.
- 20:51SPEAKER_02: Like I can fly.
- 20:52SPEAKER_02: I'm not, I'm not stuck here anymore.
- 20:55SPEAKER_02: I can think in any direction that I want.
- 20:58SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 20:59SPEAKER_01: And it's just it's funny because, and while, you know, you and I might perceive it as liberating, I think other people might perceive it as confronting or threatening to whatever perceptions of reality that they currently have or that currently make them feel safe in the world.
- 21:19SPEAKER_01: Or like they know, you know, like everyone kind of has these things that they hold on to that are like their definition of reality or what something means.
- 21:29SPEAKER_01: And when that gets threatened, it can feel unsafe for people.
- 21:34SPEAKER_02: Most definitely.
- 21:36SPEAKER_02: And I th I always think about how much trauma we all have personal trauma within this life, lineage trauma, ancestral trauma, akashic, like personal soul akashic trauma, collective akashic.
- 21:49SPEAKER_02: It's like we're all in a pond that had an oil spill.
- 21:53SPEAKER_02: Like whether we have actually come into contact with the surface layer of the oil spill or not, we're still in that pond.
- 22:00SPEAKER_02: We we're still right.
- 22:02SPEAKER_01: Oh my God.
- 22:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 22:04SPEAKER_01: And I think that this is an important piece of it too.
- 22:06SPEAKER_01: Because what I always find for, you know, because with my work, a lot of it is through the trauma lens.
- 22:13SPEAKER_01: But then, like, what happens for people when they start to clear the trauma is they do become much more psychic and they do have so much more access to their gifts.
- 22:22SPEAKER_01: So, like, what is your take on the relationship between trauma and being psychic?
- 22:27SPEAKER_02: That's exactly it.
- 22:28SPEAKER_02: I have a theory that there are two main things that are holding us back from the awareness that we're all psychic.
- 22:34SPEAKER_02: And I'll make this argument right away.
- 22:36SPEAKER_02: And I feel like I can say this because I was a midwife and I got to interact with so many fresh newborns, like literally fresh out of the womb.
- 22:45SPEAKER_02: We are all psychic.
- 22:47SPEAKER_02: That is the first language.
- 22:49SPEAKER_02: That is how they communicate.
- 22:51SPEAKER_02: Their preferred setting of communication is not crying, believe it or not.
- 22:55SPEAKER_02: They have a whole bunch of other methods of communicating.
- 22:59SPEAKER_02: We adults are just a little bit distracted.
- 23:02SPEAKER_02: And so usually they have to resort to crying.
- 23:24SPEAKER_02: So like I believe that when people are talking about the veil getting thin, the veil is simply our conscious ego mind.
- 23:31SPEAKER_02: And like maybe there are other layers to the veil as well, but I still don't think it's really like there's a collective veil because we all have a collective consciousness that we participate in together, and that creates almost a little bit of a glass ceiling for everyone else, but also it's more of a personal veil, which is why we can say, like, oh, the veil is getting thin at some points, and other people are like, I have no idea what you're talking about because they are not feeling it.
- 23:58SPEAKER_02: That conscious ego mind is shutting out anything that it deems like unnecessary, distracting, or unsafe.
- 24:07SPEAKER_02: And if we have a lot of trauma, then it is like there are a lot of things that get categorized as unsafe.
- 24:14SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 24:15SPEAKER_02: So it shuts out a lot of that subtler information, and we're dealing with like macro levels.
- 24:20SPEAKER_02: And the only psychic information that comes through is in support of our survival, even if we're not actually in a situation where our survival is threatened, like any unprocessed trauma, part of our mind is still gonna see it that way and see that it needs to protect us from that at all times.
- 24:37SPEAKER_02: And then the other thing I think that disconnects us from our psychic abilities is the fact that in at least in Western culture, there's no context for it.
- 24:45SPEAKER_02: There's no good on vocabulary, there's no acknowledgement of it as being a thing, other than like a mental illness concern or like a religious experience, sometimes a religious delusion or a religious, you know, the work of the devil or what have you.
- 25:03SPEAKER_02: And then also like when you're a child at school, nobody's measuring when they check your aptitudes, so your psychic abilities are not included in that, which then means that first of all, you never have that scene within you.
- 25:18SPEAKER_02: And I think that having our gifts witnessed and reflected back to us when we are children is an important part of our developmental process.
- 25:27SPEAKER_02: And so a lot of us don't have that experience.
- 25:30SPEAKER_02: And we can probably see this in more like mainstream accepted things.
- 25:34SPEAKER_02: Like if you have a gift for music, but you had a shitty childhood and nobody really acknowledged that in you, it's very clear and easy to see that that gift for music doesn't necessarily get developed because we need an adult to take us under their wing and safely show us how to develop that skill.
- 25:51SPEAKER_02: So with our psychic abilities, that's not even a topic.
- 25:54SPEAKER_02: Like it's not even validated or considered at all.
- 25:58SPEAKER_02: So there's no process or passive development.
- 26:01SPEAKER_02: And anybody who sort of like breaks through that and still has psychic abilities falls into one of these categories of like mental illness or some random religious mystical experience or a dangerous religious experience.
- 26:14SPEAKER_02: And then that combines to cause us to just like have no awareness of our psychic abilities at all.
- 26:21SPEAKER_01: I agree.
- 26:21SPEAKER_01: And I think you're right, there's no context for it.
- 26:24SPEAKER_01: And then, you know, it's interesting, you know, coming from like a mental health background, if you look at, you know, the DSM, which is like the diagnostic book for mental any kind of mental illness, basically like anything that has to do with being psychic would be diagnosed as like some kind of mental illness.
- 26:48SPEAKER_01: So I think this is an important thing to talk about too.
- 26:51SPEAKER_01: And I'd love to get your perspective on this end to go into this of like, what is actually the difference, right?
- 26:58SPEAKER_01: Between like, and if there is one, right?
- 27:01SPEAKER_01: Between having some kind of psychic experience or, you know, being talked to by beings or whatever, and actually having a mental illness, right?
- 27:13SPEAKER_01: Like, where is the line?
- 27:15SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 27:16SPEAKER_02: I mean, I say this as a non-mental health medical professional with very limited, like I have personal experience with people with mental illness, but not professional experience.
- 27:26SPEAKER_02: But I suspect that a lot of people who are diagnosed with mental illness are having psychic experiences, but that there's no mentorship, there's no grounding.
- 27:40SPEAKER_02: It's like I laugh because I think about how I used to want to have like, oh, this big mystical experience.
- 27:46SPEAKER_02: And I know a lot of people that I work with do, but I'm like, we would shit our pants.
- 27:51SPEAKER_02: I would have shut my pants.
- 27:53SPEAKER_02: I probably would have mentally fragmented and been one of the people who's diagnosed with a mental illness because it's too much.
- 28:00SPEAKER_02: Totally.
- 28:01SPEAKER_02: I think that's what happens is sometimes people, for what any plethora of reasons, their veil thins very quickly, and a lot of information comes through.
- 28:13SPEAKER_02: Their mind, their conscious mind struggles to make sense of it because we don't have context and we don't have mentorship.
- 28:21SPEAKER_02: There's nobody to help you ground and guide you through it.
- 28:24SPEAKER_02: And the only option available is to have it seen through the lens of like a mental illness diagnosis.
- 28:31SPEAKER_02: That being said, I do know people who really severe mental illnesses, and like I also don't want to downplay that.
- 28:38SPEAKER_02: Totally.
- 28:41SPEAKER_02: And just the solution would be that everybody, you know, has guidance through it.
- 28:46SPEAKER_02: Although I think everybody would benefit from guidance.
- 28:49SPEAKER_01: I agree.
- 28:50SPEAKER_01: And I think that also sometimes it can be like a psychic opening that's coupled with trauma.
- 28:58SPEAKER_01: Or what can happen too is if people have severe trauma and they kind of like leave their bodies or they're only like partly in their bodies, then they can be taken over by like dark entities or something.
- 29:09SPEAKER_01: And that can be like a mental illness too.
- 29:11SPEAKER_01: So I definitely think that's a piece of it.
- 29:14SPEAKER_01: But I do feel like so much of having a psychic awakening or just like simply being aware of energies and being able to see things that most people can't see could be classified as a mental illness, just strictly if you look at like the diagnostic ways of looking at it, right?
- 29:35SPEAKER_01: Which is really interesting in our culture.
- 29:38SPEAKER_01: So not only are we not given a context or that's not anything that's valued to us growing up, it also then eventually could like lead you to the crazy house, which I think is why a lot of people may not want to fully embrace it or may not want to fully say that that's the truth for them.
- 29:59SPEAKER_02: Completely, completely.
- 30:01SPEAKER_02: And personally, my least developed Claire is Claire Audience, and I have a past life memory of being institutionalized and separated from my children.
- 30:12SPEAKER_02: And I don't think like I had terrible experimentation done on me or anything, but I remember being like heavily sedated, and I think that I spent the rest of my life there for hearing voices.
- 30:23SPEAKER_02: So in this life, I'm like, I don't want to hear shit.
- 30:26SPEAKER_02: I do not want to hear, I would rather see, I would rather feel.
- 30:30SPEAKER_02: That's just how I am.
- 30:31SPEAKER_02: But the same can be true.
- 30:32SPEAKER_02: Like, I meet a lot of people who are blocked in their third eye for the same reason because they like had the same experience, but just through their inner vision.
- 30:40SPEAKER_02: And plus, I mean, before we hit record, we were both commiserating over the intense energies of the last week and laughing about you can kind of still know what's going on and yet totally gaslight yourself and think it's you rather than realizing it's a collective experience.
- 31:01SPEAKER_02: And I think that that is even more intense when you're having psychic experiences that you don't necessarily realize are psychic experiences, and you can't just find somebody easily on the internet to talk to.
- 31:15SPEAKER_02: I mean, it's getting a lot easier now, but still use your discernment.
- 31:19SPEAKER_02: But then we just spend a lot of time like spinning our wheels and gaslighting ourselves and questioning, was this even real?
- 31:26SPEAKER_02: Like, what is wrong with me?
- 31:27SPEAKER_02: Am I mentally unwell?
- 31:28SPEAKER_02: Do I need to go on medication?
- 31:30SPEAKER_02: Like, what is going on?
- 31:32SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 31:33SPEAKER_01: And then also I feel like the opposite kind of thing, or not opposite, but kind of like a different tangent of this, is there is so much now spiritual information, quote unquote, available on the internet or on social media, that I think it can be even more confusing to people in some ways, because if they're having an experience and then they you just like see a random idea from a random person that might may or may not be true or may or may not apply to you, but then you can try to apply it to yourself and continue to confuse yourself, which I think is another thing that can happen, um, especially now with just all these people out there saying stuff that that they've like just found out or just discovered or think is the truth that you know may be the truth for them right now, but also might not apply to everyone or anyone.
- 32:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 32:34SPEAKER_02: It's a little bit like the blind leading the blind.
- 32:37SPEAKER_02: It's but like at the same time, I'm like, well, what's the option?
- 32:41SPEAKER_02: And that the spiritual industry becomes regulated?
- 32:44SPEAKER_02: No fucking thank you.
- 32:45SPEAKER_02: So yeah, no, definitely not.
- 32:47SPEAKER_02: And I think that's why for all of us who do this work, like we probably it behooves us to include the discussion around discernment to the point where you know, sometimes I just feel like, can I be done with talking about this now?
- 33:02SPEAKER_02: But I feel like no, you really can't ever.
- 33:04SPEAKER_02: Because that's the only actual solution is for each of us to develop a familiarity with our own internal barometer that tells us whether something resonates as being true and truly useful and supportive to us, or whether we are outsourcing our power to somebody that we think has more answers than we do.
- 33:22SPEAKER_02: And that's never that's not the goal.
- 33:25SPEAKER_02: That's not the goal.
- 33:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah, totally.
- 33:27SPEAKER_01: And it can be challenging, I think, for people who obviously want to learn more and like want to have answers from somebody that you know has more experience or knows more, but also like holding that polarity of not like giving your power away, but also learning from somebody, I think is it's just part of it.
- 33:47SPEAKER_01: And also what I will say too is I feel like whatever experience you have, there's always something that you're meant to learn, even if it was something that ends up not being good for you, quote unquote, whatever that means.
- 34:01SPEAKER_01: There's always something in it, and there's always something that you gain from that anyway.
- 34:05SPEAKER_01: So from that perspective, it's like all fine.
- 34:09SPEAKER_01: But I think what I also just want to come back to is the energies right now, because I do feel like that is a big thing that's happening that we should touch on.
- 34:19SPEAKER_01: What do you feel like is important to understand about what's happening right now or what are you feeling deeply about this time?
- 34:27SPEAKER_02: Well, okay.
- 34:29SPEAKER_02: So last week I experienced a really big heart opening, like a very deep and blissful heart opening.
- 34:38SPEAKER_02: And it wasn't really triggered by anything in my life per se, but I remember it feeling really beautiful.
- 34:47SPEAKER_02: And then the very next day, I bottomed out so hard and went down to a space of like density, and I don't know, I suppose you could call it darkness, but that doesn't really feel accurate.
- 35:01SPEAKER_02: It just felt like I had depression and it hit me out of nowhere.
- 35:06SPEAKER_02: And I am not, I I've had depression in the past, been on medication for it in the past, have no regrets about that.
- 35:12SPEAKER_02: That was a long time ago.
- 35:14SPEAKER_02: Like I felt like I had a lead weight in my heart, and every step I tried to take, every action just felt so insurmountably huge, and I had no energy for it, and like I couldn't even really smile.
- 35:26SPEAKER_02: Uh periodically, I would experience like intense rage, which is super unusual for me.
- 35:31SPEAKER_02: But at no one, nothing was happening in my life.
- 35:34SPEAKER_02: Like I wasn't mad at anyone.
- 35:37SPEAKER_02: I just had these feelings, and I spent the whole week being like, what the f is wrong with me?
- 35:42SPEAKER_02: Like, am I going into early menopause?
- 35:44SPEAKER_02: Like, is this hormonal?
- 35:46SPEAKER_02: Like, what is going on?
- 35:47SPEAKER_02: And then I think it was on Sunday, I came to the conclusion.
- 35:51SPEAKER_02: I was like, if I feel this way for another week, I will go back to the doctor and go on medication because I'm non-functional.
- 35:57SPEAKER_02: Like this carry on.
- 35:59SPEAKER_02: And then yesterday, so I do this weekly energy report.
- 36:03SPEAKER_02: So yesterday before I did the report, I just tuned into the collective and was like, what for just preparing myself to pull through what we need to know.
- 36:12SPEAKER_02: And I just had this realization, like, oh, this is the heart opening.
- 36:17SPEAKER_02: You're just feeling like it's like, yes, the heart opened and it felt beautiful for a moment, and then all the density and pain that has been waiting to be felt and acknowledged and transmuted is there it is.
- 36:32SPEAKER_02: And I really honestly unplugged from any predictive astrological, like I even have my own energy reports behind a it's like a private podcast, it's free, but I feel like to what you were saying, there are so freaking many energy reports out there now.
- 36:48SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that I I almost feel like I know I'm supposed to be doing them, but I don't feel good about contributing to more noise and more people looking outside of themselves to understand.
- 37:00SPEAKER_02: And yet I know I'm supposed to be doing them.
- 37:02SPEAKER_02: So I reconciled it by making it a private podcast that you have to subscribe to.
- 37:07SPEAKER_02: But I've unplugged from any astrological reports to the point where I even forgot that there was an eclipse happening.
- 37:14SPEAKER_02: I still feel the thing.
- 37:15SPEAKER_02: So genuinely, with that solar eclipse, since then I feel like time was already getting compressed and shortened, but it's like in hyperdrive right now.
- 37:25SPEAKER_02: It's just, I can't even, I can't keep up.
- 37:27SPEAKER_02: And it does feel like a struggle to my mental health sometimes where I'm like, yeah, how has three weeks gone by and I haven't answered this person or I haven't done this thing, like what even happened?
- 37:38SPEAKER_02: So I feel like time is super sped up.
- 37:41SPEAKER_02: I feel like that Mercury retrograde we just passed through was the worst one I've ever experienced.
- 37:47SPEAKER_02: But it felt like being dragged through a bed of hot holes, laced with shards of glass, laid over top of a pile of manure.
- 37:53SPEAKER_02: That's how I felt.
- 37:55SPEAKER_02: And then I think the Scorpio full moon is when that um heart opening happened, and then it was like, and pummel, pummel, pummel with all the different so that's how I experienced it.
- 38:06SPEAKER_02: I have no idea.
- 38:07SPEAKER_02: I know there's you know deeper elements of astrology that I believe are playing out.
- 38:11SPEAKER_02: I don't really know what they are.
- 38:12SPEAKER_02: I stopped paying attention to the Schumann resonance or what the sun is doing.
- 38:15SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 38:16SPEAKER_02: For me, it felt important to almost like be in my own personal experience of it and report from there rather than paying attention to those markers, but I do feel their effect.
- 38:29SPEAKER_02: Like I believe in them.
- 38:30SPEAKER_02: I just watch them.
- 38:31unknown: Yeah.
- 38:32SPEAKER_02: But I don't know what's happening in the world.
- 38:34SPEAKER_02: Although I saw somebody say something maybe last week or the week before about World War III starting.
- 38:39SPEAKER_02: And I know there's a TikTok ban buzzing around, but I ultimately, though, even with this huge wave of density, it was more around my ability to function on a day-to-day level.
- 38:49SPEAKER_02: I don't feel scared for humanity or scared about the future.
- 38:55SPEAKER_02: I very much feel like everything that's happening, I don't even necessarily believe that the dark powers have power anymore.
- 39:04SPEAKER_02: I really feel like the simulation is coming to an end and they're kind of trying to wake us up.
- 39:10SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 39:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 39:14SPEAKER_01: No, I agree.
- 39:15SPEAKER_01: I don't feel scared for humanity at all.
- 39:19SPEAKER_01: Like that to me doesn't feel anything to worry about at all.
- 39:24SPEAKER_01: And I experienced something similar to you.
- 39:27SPEAKER_01: And I definitely experienced some like heaviness in the last like week or so for sure.
- 39:33SPEAKER_01: And I know we're both Scorpios too.
- 39:35SPEAKER_01: So, like the Scorpio full moon, I could definitely feel I had something similar happen where I definitely felt like this opening.
- 39:42SPEAKER_01: And then it was kind of like a crash kind of a thing where I was like, what's happening?
- 39:47SPEAKER_01: What's wrong with me?
- 39:49SPEAKER_01: kind of thing, and not remembering, like, you know, the bigger energies at play.
- 39:53SPEAKER_01: And I think it's just so important to remember that too.
- 39:56SPEAKER_01: Like I was talking to a client about this because she had a similar opening and then kind of like a crash thing.
- 40:02SPEAKER_01: And I was like reminding her of that exact thing.
- 40:04SPEAKER_01: And then I'm like, oh, well, I need to listen to myself because that is also what is happening.
- 40:11SPEAKER_01: So I think it's also important for people to remember that just because like you might be feeling like an emotion or like having an emotional experience, it doesn't mean anything wrong or bad.
- 40:25SPEAKER_01: It's just like moving.
- 40:27SPEAKER_01: And I think that that's really important to remember because we want to like make all of these reasons or what's wrong with me, or I have to figure this out.
- 40:36SPEAKER_01: And while on one hand, I very much believe that it's very important to untangle your deep wounding and clear it.
- 40:46SPEAKER_01: On the other hand, I feel like once you know what that is, we don't need to sit and try to like continually figure it out after we already figured it out.
- 40:55SPEAKER_01: And if an emotion is happening, just let it move and we don't need to make a story around it all the time.
- 41:02SPEAKER_01: And that's kind of where I've been at too, is just like letting myself be where I'm at and just moving forward when I feel like I can.
- 41:18SPEAKER_01: I know that's like not very profound or anything, but I have been feeling that way too.
- 41:23SPEAKER_01: There feels to me, because someone asked me this the other day, like what I see as like the energies that are happening right now and that are like gonna continue to happen.
- 41:34SPEAKER_01: And to me, it feels like there's been like an expansion of consciousness where it feels like people have more access to like a wider perspective of reality.
- 41:45SPEAKER_01: Do you feel that way?
- 41:46SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah.
- 41:47SPEAKER_02: That's why I'm so jazzed about I have a renewed level of enthusiasm about teaching people that actually you're just psychic.
- 41:53SPEAKER_02: That's what's happening.
- 41:54SPEAKER_02: And actually being psychic is super normal and grounded, and it's not these like massive mystical out-of-body experiences all the time.
- 42:01SPEAKER_02: It's like very day-to-day in our perception.
- 42:04SPEAKER_02: But it yeah, totally.
- 42:05SPEAKER_02: Well, we were both part of the I can't remember what that summit was called, but with Jennifer, Mother Malia.
- 42:11SPEAKER_02: Oh, the clear channel.
- 42:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 42:14SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 42:14SPEAKER_02: And so back in October, I recorded mine at the very last minute.
- 42:18SPEAKER_02: And when I tuned in, I hadn't tuned into the future at all at that point.
- 42:23SPEAKER_02: And when I felt, I was like, oh shit, like January, February, March feels like it's going to be a huge, like so much light coming in, which basically to me translates as like a massive expansion of our consciousness.
- 42:36SPEAKER_02: A lot of people feeling like they're having a walk-in experience to some degree or another, like just an upgraded level of their own consciousness coming in.
- 42:44SPEAKER_02: And then interestingly, I did feel like around April it kind of like have to level out basically, because we can't, we also can't live that way consistently forever.
- 42:55SPEAKER_02: Like it also has to come down and integrate before the next big wave comes in.
- 43:00SPEAKER_02: Is that anything you've been feeling?
- 43:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah, totally.
- 43:03SPEAKER_01: I felt that way for sure.
- 43:05SPEAKER_01: Because it's true.
- 43:06SPEAKER_01: Like we can't just be like on this, like, because it's like a high kind of you have to like kind of come down from the high and integrate it almost too.
- 43:15SPEAKER_01: And also, like you said, whatever you expanded into, like whatever darkness was there, kind of has to be felt and released too.
- 43:24SPEAKER_01: And I think that's kind of what the crash is too, where it's like we kind of have to move through some of the denser stuff that got kicked up in the expansion, is what it feels like to me.
- 43:37SPEAKER_01: So I felt like exactly the same thing.
- 43:40SPEAKER_02: I wonder, I mean, I've never done ayahuasca, but I'm I'm listening to you talk and I'm like, it just feels like, yeah, like purges go with big openings.
- 43:50SPEAKER_02: Like and then it's just like, and all the sludge, this layer of sludge must come up and out now.
- 43:58SPEAKER_01: Totally.
- 43:59SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 43:59SPEAKER_01: No, I Never done ayahuasca either, but I I I guess that's why you like vomit.
- 44:04SPEAKER_01: Because I've all I've had experiences too where I'm like having bigger awakenings or openings or growth, and then you do purge in some way, whether you're like going to the bathroom a lot or vomiting or whatever it is, like that does happen.
- 44:19SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 44:19SPEAKER_02: I noticed that too when I teach people how to access the cashic records.
- 44:23SPEAKER_02: It's not to everybody, but pretty much every round, somebody will be like, I had loose bowels afterwards.
- 44:29SPEAKER_02: Is that normal?
- 44:30SPEAKER_02: I had like a stomach bug come up after.
- 44:33SPEAKER_02: Is that normal?
- 44:34SPEAKER_02: Big head cold and a bunch of mucus.
- 44:36SPEAKER_02: I'm like, yeah, because it's a super high frequency.
- 44:38SPEAKER_02: So initiating a big purge, big old purge.
- 44:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah, exactly.
- 44:43SPEAKER_01: But that's always good.
- 44:44SPEAKER_01: I love a purge.
- 44:45SPEAKER_01: I feel like that's a Scorpio thing too.
- 44:47SPEAKER_01: I love like a purge or like getting rid of stuff, throwing stuff away, burning it, killing it, whatever it is.
- 44:57SPEAKER_01: Not hurting anyone, but just like getting like getting rid of stuff.
- 45:01SPEAKER_02: Getting it out.
- 45:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 45:04SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 45:05SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, that all makes sense.
- 45:07SPEAKER_01: And then as far as like the psychic stuff, because I know this is so important for you to teach.
- 45:12SPEAKER_01: And like, where do you see, for example, if we think about like five or 10 years from now, how will we be all like relating differently because of being able to access our psychic abilities?
- 45:25SPEAKER_02: Well, I think what happens when we're relating to each other, it's like we're facing each other and we think that we're relating to each other, but there's almost like a partition in between with a like reflective surface.
- 45:40SPEAKER_02: But you can it's also a little bit transparent.
- 45:42SPEAKER_02: So you can kind of see the other person, but mostly you're seeing your own reflected projection.
- 45:50SPEAKER_02: And so we're kind of arguing with our own projections most of the time.
- 45:54SPEAKER_02: And I feel like as we learn to access our psychic abilities, the reflection is still there.
- 46:01SPEAKER_02: The projection is still there, and that's not a problem, but we can see past it and see the other person with greater clarity and be able, therefore, to communicate with each other just in a way that is deeper and more meaningful and less like reactive, I think.
- 46:17SPEAKER_02: I'm kind of wired to always think about it in terms of work.
- 46:22SPEAKER_02: I'm just very motivated by like soul mission, soul purpose, soul work, that kind of stuff.
- 46:28SPEAKER_02: So I think about all of the people who are here and like they want to help.
- 46:34SPEAKER_02: And I feel like there's been a limit to the way that we can help.
- 46:38SPEAKER_02: I I mean, I'm sure you felt this in your former career, just as I did, but it's kind of like the structure and the setup of the systems does not take into account there's no room for any of that.
- 46:52SPEAKER_02: It's just completely omitted.
- 46:53SPEAKER_02: It's like dealing with the actual person is omitted.
- 46:58SPEAKER_02: You're just dealing with like a flat cardboard.
- 47:01SPEAKER_02: Do you know what I mean?
- 47:02SPEAKER_02: Like an appointment.
- 47:03SPEAKER_02: It's just an appointment, it's not even a whole person.
- 47:06SPEAKER_02: And so you're so limited in the way that you can help.
- 47:08SPEAKER_02: And so let's say like 10 years from now, I mean, I know systems are slow to change, but also time is accelerating.
- 47:14SPEAKER_02: So who knows?
- 47:16SPEAKER_02: But I believe and I sort of foresee a strong potential that people will break away from systems and choose to start their own, either their own businesses or their own systems, their own like schools or you know, clinics or whatever.
- 47:33SPEAKER_02: And they will have this kind of thing integrated so that when you're dealing with a student and their parents, there's space for you to actually like look at the whole dynamic that's happening and see them on a deeper level and like really actually reach conflict resolution, let's say, like true conflict resolution.
- 47:56SPEAKER_02: We took care of it on paper, and you know, who cares if there's still a problem?
- 48:00SPEAKER_02: Right done now.
- 48:02SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 48:02SPEAKER_01: No, it's so funny just thinking about being a school counselor and and kind of what you talked about before with like empirical evidence, like there would all always be like the evidence-based practices or whatever, which I always thought was bullshit because I'm like, what is the evidence that like one person got results from this?
- 48:22SPEAKER_01: Because I'm telling you, not everyone will, because everybody's different, you know, so it's not really going to help anybody, or it might help like one person or whatever, and then for varying degrees help other people.
- 48:34SPEAKER_01: But I always found that fascinating for myself because I'm like, this is what we're like holding people to.
- 48:42SPEAKER_01: It doesn't even really mean anything.
- 48:44SPEAKER_01: So, anyway, to your point, along with what you're saying, I think also along with being able to like tune into people more, I also feel like just naturally the way that we've kind of been programmed to almost be manipulated or manipulate other people goes away because everyone is like so much more psychic and tuned in.
- 49:08SPEAKER_01: There's like no point in manipulating anyone.
- 49:11SPEAKER_01: So everything that's been set up from a place of manipulation just would have to crumble because it would be like weird.
- 49:20SPEAKER_01: Like it wouldn't make sense.
- 49:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I totally see that too.
- 49:24SPEAKER_02: Like there's just there's no need for it, there's no benefit to it.
- 49:29SPEAKER_02: And there might be people that really want to hold on to that system like until the bitter, bitter end.
- 49:35SPEAKER_02: But for the most part, I think like I really believe that most human beings aren't happy with the status quo.
- 49:41SPEAKER_02: And if they are given an actual path to something that feels freer and better and more authentic, they will gladly take it.
- 49:51SPEAKER_02: And that path isn't always easy.
- 49:53SPEAKER_02: But most people aren't even looking for that.
- 49:55SPEAKER_02: They're just like, oh my gosh, get me out of the rat race of lies, right?
- 49:59SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so totally.
- 50:01SPEAKER_02: I I see that too.
- 50:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 50:03SPEAKER_01: And it just will feel so much more authentic, also in like relating to people, or things will seem like they the way that people create things will make a lot more sense.
- 50:15SPEAKER_01: Where it's like now a lot of the or almost all of the systems are out to like hurt people, or they at best just don't make sense or don't aren't a contribution to like getting anything done.
- 50:31SPEAKER_01: And that I think is gonna change also as people are just much more tuned in and have less interest in, you know, being told what to do by people who obviously don't care about them.
- 50:43SPEAKER_01: So that I think is gonna change as well.
- 50:46SPEAKER_01: And I think like people's telepathy is gonna come online even more too.
- 50:52SPEAKER_01: So it's like people will be a lot more tuned into just what other people are thinking or feeling.
- 50:59SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I absolutely see that.
- 51:02SPEAKER_02: And I feel like it's already happening, but that's like where we don't necessarily, we wouldn't necessarily call it that.
- 51:09SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 51:10SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 51:10SPEAKER_02: If you suddenly hear somebody's voice in your mind, sure, you'll probably call it telepathy.
- 51:15SPEAKER_02: But I think it's like happening on a subtler level where you just sort of know what the other person's thinking.
- 51:20SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 51:20SPEAKER_02: So you kind of know what they're gonna say before they say it, but you don't really realize it until they say it, and you're like, oh, I knew you were gonna say that.
- 51:28SPEAKER_02: I see that telepathy happens on three levels there's sacral telepathy, heart telepathy, and like third eye telepathy.
- 51:35SPEAKER_02: And I think that the heart telepathy is the was the first one that came on, and there were a whole bunch of us that were empaths, and we didn't realize we were empaths, and we just gaslit ourselves, like, what's wrong with me?
- 51:47SPEAKER_02: Why do I cry all the time?
- 51:49SPEAKER_02: Like, why am I so sensitive?
- 51:51SPEAKER_02: But yeah, we didn't have a language for it.
- 51:53SPEAKER_02: We didn't necessarily acknowledge it as such, and I think that'll probably happen with the other forms of telepathy as they come on, too.
- 52:00SPEAKER_02: Is like mostly we'll just be like, why was the matter with me?
- 52:07SPEAKER_01: Yeah, no, I feel that way all the time.
- 52:09SPEAKER_01: So I feel like I'm so like sensitive and I will get like very upset about things, and I'm like, why am I getting so upset about this?
- 52:16SPEAKER_01: And I'll like think about it like over and over again if I see something upsetting, which is like not good living in fucking Philadelphia.
- 52:25SPEAKER_01: I see fucked up shit nonstop walking the dog.
- 52:28SPEAKER_02: Like I'm like Yeah, is that hard?
- 52:32SPEAKER_02: Is that hard on your energy body?
- 52:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it is.
- 52:35SPEAKER_01: I mean, I feel like I've developed certain techniques that I can do to mitigate it.
- 52:42SPEAKER_01: Just sometimes I get caught off guard though.
- 52:44SPEAKER_01: Like, for example, the walk that I have to take to my acupuncturist, which I actually just created a new way of going, which I don't know why I didn't do that right away.
- 52:52SPEAKER_01: But if I go the way that's like the quickest, and sometimes I have to if I'm like running a little late, because the way that Philly is, and Philly is like super haunted, by the way.
- 53:02SPEAKER_01: The way that Philly is is like it'll be like normal, but there'll be like these little like pockets of dark energy.
- 53:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 53:10SPEAKER_01: And then if you don't realize it, you can like walk through the dark energy pocket and then it'll like affect you.
- 53:17SPEAKER_01: So what I do is I like created these little like things to do where I will, as I'm about to walk through it, I'll create kind of like a tunnel of light before me so I can just like walk through that.
- 53:29SPEAKER_01: And that really works.
- 53:30SPEAKER_01: Like the other day I did, well, it was maybe like a month or so ago when I did that.
- 53:35SPEAKER_01: I was about to walk through it and it was like across the street.
- 53:39SPEAKER_01: And there was two people walking towards me that were definitely like dark pocket people.
- 53:45SPEAKER_01: And they, as I like created the tunnel of light, they like crossed to the other side of the street, and so I didn't have to like walk past them.
- 53:53SPEAKER_01: So there's little things like that that I will do.
- 53:55SPEAKER_01: But like I said, sometimes I'm caught off guard and like I'll just be hit with something and I'm like, oh shit, that sucked.
- 54:05SPEAKER_01: But yeah, it's intense sometimes out in these streets.
- 54:10SPEAKER_02: Yeah, for real.
- 54:11SPEAKER_02: I mean, that used to be so hard on me when I lived, because I used to live in Toronto and now I don't.
- 54:16SPEAKER_02: I live in a small city that's kind of in a very rural community.
- 54:21SPEAKER_02: So it's a little wee city surrounded by a bunch of farms and water, and that definitely helps a lot, but it's intense when you're highly sensitive.
- 54:31SPEAKER_02: Because totally, like what you were saying about Philly being haunted, it's not only the current living people, and that's a legit thing, right?
- 54:38SPEAKER_02: Because like seeing the way that people talk to each other and treat each other, or just what they're doing, or just feeling their energy is one thing.
- 54:46SPEAKER_02: And then there's the whole layer of all the ghosts that are waiting to be seen and released, too.
- 54:51SPEAKER_02: It's yeah, oh my god, there's so many.
- 54:54SPEAKER_01: Like I remember when was it?
- 54:56SPEAKER_01: I feel like it was last year, or maybe it was when I got back from Costa Rica last year, and we were coming off of the highway from the airport, and we came into our little area.
- 55:08SPEAKER_01: But it's interesting too because my neighborhood is very nice, it's more like affluent.
- 55:14SPEAKER_01: There's like a lot of families, and it's like really nice.
- 55:18SPEAKER_01: And this is how Philly is.
- 55:19SPEAKER_01: But then it's like just two blocks over, there's like housing projects, right?
- 55:23SPEAKER_01: So, and then sometimes when you come in, you come in on like the street where like it's the housing projects on one side and our neighborhood on the other side.
- 55:31SPEAKER_01: And as I drove down that street, I literally saw all of these like dark entities and energies kind of like swoop down.
- 55:41SPEAKER_01: And I was like, oh shit, okay.
- 55:47SPEAKER_01: So yeah, that stuff is definitely it's funny just to like kind of bring it full circle when you were talking about like not knowing that you're having psychic experiences.
- 55:56SPEAKER_01: Like, I feel like it's stuff like that that for me has been happening since I was little, but just not having any kind of like understanding or context for it.
- 56:05SPEAKER_02: That's exactly it.
- 56:06SPEAKER_02: It's like if there's no language, if there's no context, like culturally accepted mainstream context for it, there's no practical application, give it to it, there's no like assessment of aptitudes within it, there's no developmental path created, it's like the whole thing has been omitted, but it's not not there.
- 56:25SPEAKER_02: It's just there's no way to talk about it.
- 56:28SPEAKER_02: There's no, it's just this big vacuum of denial.
- 56:32SPEAKER_02: We so then we deny ourselves and we deny our experiences because there's nothing to anchor it into.
- 56:39SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 56:40SPEAKER_01: So how do we like normalize it from your perspective?
- 56:44SPEAKER_02: Well, for me, I my whole thing that has driven me since I started my podcast was my original tagline was there are no muggles, which I still stand by.
- 56:56SPEAKER_02: Like, I just don't believe that there are non-maggers.
- 56:58SPEAKER_01: I get offended by that word, honestly.
- 57:00SPEAKER_01: And I never watched Harry Potter.
- 57:03SPEAKER_01: I did once, but I'm not like a Harry Potter person.
- 57:06SPEAKER_01: But I always got offended by that word because I'm like, that's like mean to people, because it's not like, oh, you're like, I don't know.
- 57:14SPEAKER_01: Go on.
- 57:15SPEAKER_02: I just had to say, I was I likewise get offended by the term NPC.
- 57:20SPEAKER_02: And I mean, I've never met an NPC, I haven't met one.
- 57:24SPEAKER_02: I'm not denying other people's experience who have met one.
- 57:28SPEAKER_02: Possibly it's it's like, you know, if I've never seen a dragon, then maybe I deny that they're real because I've never seen one.
- 57:34SPEAKER_02: I've never met an NPC.
- 57:36SPEAKER_02: All I meet are very traumatized people.
- 57:38SPEAKER_02: That's what I meet.
- 57:39SPEAKER_02: And so I feel like calling them NPCs as though there's nobody home is just so dismissive of the richness and depth that's actually in there cowering under layers and layers of trauma and programming.
- 57:51SPEAKER_01: I agree.
- 57:52SPEAKER_01: And I feel like it's one of those like spiritual, like hierarchy type things where it's like, oh, I'm like better than you, kind of a thing, which I think is is problematic in so many ways.
- 58:04SPEAKER_01: Cause it's like truly like opening up spiritually is not about a hierarchy and it's not linear either.
- 58:11SPEAKER_01: Like, there's no, okay, now you're at this level, now you're at this.
- 58:15SPEAKER_01: Like, that's not how it is.
- 58:17SPEAKER_01: And then to say something like that is kind of like rude, and it's also trying to like insinuate that someone is like a lost cause or something.
- 58:26SPEAKER_01: And I don't think that's true of anyone.
- 58:28SPEAKER_01: I think anyone who wants to can heal their trauma and just become what they want to be.
- 58:35SPEAKER_01: So yeah, I find it rude, and I agree.
- 58:37SPEAKER_01: I think everyone is just traumatized.
- 58:40SPEAKER_02: Yeah, totally.
- 58:41SPEAKER_02: And I think that everybody who would appear like a muggle, who would be called a muggle, is just traumatized.
- 58:46SPEAKER_02: And that we've had this weird experience where the whole psychic experience has been culturally omitted in this part of the world.
- 58:54SPEAKER_02: And so then you just don't acknowledge it because there's nowhere to put it, there's no way to talk about it.
- 59:00SPEAKER_02: So, my thing that I really feel passionate about is trying my best in the absence of an agreed-upon language to accurately describe what is happening and how I'm experiencing psychic things so that people don't because I also notice speaking of spiritual hierarchies, there is some unintegrated ego happening a lot of the time when people are having psychic things and they they play into like mystical, mind-blowing aspect of it, and they downplay the really mundane, grounded, you know what I mean?
- 59:37SPEAKER_02: Like a lot of people think they want to be clairvoyant because if they see something, then they'll like be able to believe it better.
- 59:43SPEAKER_02: I'm like, no, it's pictures in your imagination.
- 59:45SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 59:46SPEAKER_02: That's all it is.
- 59:47SPEAKER_02: You learn to trust it, and you learn to trust it through practicing and putting yourself out there and you know, experiencing validation, and then eventually that little doubt voice becomes smaller, proportionate to the trust voice.
- 59:59SPEAKER_02: But I can count probably on one hand the number of times with my eyeballs I've seen like an undeniable psychic thing.
- 1:00:08SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 1:00:08SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 1:00:09SPEAKER_02: Because that's not necessarily what it has to mean, you know.
- 1:00:13SPEAKER_02: So I really feel passionately that if I can do my best to describe it accurately, it helps people to connect with the experiences they're already having and realize, like, oh, that's what's happening.
- 1:00:27SPEAKER_02: And it kind of feels like for a lot of us, our psychic abilities are just this little ember.
- 1:00:32SPEAKER_02: You know, in the survival shows when they have to use the fire starter and they get this like one precious little ember, and then they like put it in a little tuft of grass and they're blowing on it.
- 1:00:44SPEAKER_02: It feels like that, like they're so subtle and so tiny at first, but they're not negligible.
- 1:00:49SPEAKER_02: It's real, but you just have to like grab it and acknowledge it and start fostering it and practicing with it, and then it grows into this big thing where you can now like get paid better than you did in your like muggle career offering your psychic services.
- 1:01:06SPEAKER_02: Totally.
- 1:01:07SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and I also think that everyone has like a very specific way that they do it specifically, and they just and you just have to like find what that is for you instead of feeling like it has to look a certain way.
- 1:01:21SPEAKER_01: Like, I feel like that's been so many people I've seen, they say that they can't do it just because they are thinking it has to be a certain way.
- 1:01:29SPEAKER_01: So when it's not that certain way, they don't think it's happening, but it's happening, it's just not happening in the way that you think it's supposed to happen.
- 1:01:37SPEAKER_02: Yeah, completely, completely.
- 1:01:39SPEAKER_02: I I agree.
- 1:01:40SPEAKER_02: I think everybody has a unique recipe, and I think everybody has all of the clairs to some degree or another, but some are like stronger and more immediate, and other ones are a little bit quieter, and then some of us have trauma around other ones and block them out.
- 1:01:54SPEAKER_02: But the psychic information is still getting through.
- 1:01:58SPEAKER_02: But the thing I like to say to people too is like mostly what's getting past the filter of your mind is stuff that's so subtle that it doesn't ring the alarm bells.
- 1:02:07SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 1:02:07SPEAKER_02: So that's why you have to like acknowledge things that feel otherwise feel like throw away, you know, little, oh, I kind of knew my friend was calling before the phone rang.
- 1:02:18SPEAKER_02: Oh, that's not really a big deal.
- 1:02:19SPEAKER_02: But it's like, well, it is though, and it got through the barrier of your mind.
- 1:02:24SPEAKER_02: So write it down, celebrate it.
- 1:02:28SPEAKER_01: You know, yeah, I love that.
- 1:02:30SPEAKER_01: Well, I know that we're like coming up on time, but we could probably talk about this forever.
- 1:02:36SPEAKER_01: So, can you let people know where they can find you and then also how they can learn to be psychic from you?
- 1:02:43SPEAKER_02: Yeah, thank you.
- 1:02:44SPEAKER_02: Well, thank you so much again for having me.
- 1:02:46SPEAKER_02: It's so much fun to talk to you.
- 1:02:47SPEAKER_02: Um, obviously, gonna have to have you on my podcast so we can keep talking.
- 1:02:51SPEAKER_02: Okay, so my website is amybolaire.com.

- 1:03:13SPEAKER_02: I have a free quiz to help you figure out your main psychic clair.
- 1:03:18SPEAKER_02: And then right now I am launching a so I have two things.
- 1:03:23SPEAKER_02: I have a self-study course, which is very robust.
- 1:03:29SPEAKER_02: If you just would love to listen and not really participate with people and just take it all in and let it activate you in the background, that's called the psychic activation course.
- 1:03:38SPEAKER_02: And if you know that you would love to do this and you would love to do it professionally, like you want to figure out how to become a healer, how to become a reader, anything like that.
- 1:03:50SPEAKER_02: I have a new program called Psychic School, which is a four-month group immersion wherein we're going to um deep dive into the curriculum and practice together so that you can develop a familiarity with your own gifts and skill with your own gifts and the confidence that comes from the hours put into practice where you know that you can offer it and receive money in exchange and feel good about that exchange.
- 1:04:14SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 1:04:16SPEAKER_01: Love that.
- 1:04:17SPEAKER_01: Awesome.
- 1:04:18SPEAKER_01: Well, thank you.
