Christiana Eva Schelfhout is a musician and healing arts practitioner, who has had her own deep apprenticeship with chronic mental and physical illness, which has lead her on an expansive path of exploration and discovery around the world, drinking from wellsprings of traditional knowledge. Much of her extensive time in training and facilitation has been spent as a Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor and as a maker of healing songs and sounds.
