Transcript
- 0:14Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to Pink Shade. It is TLC Tuesday.
- 0:18Speaker 1: I'm here with Kimberly to talk about ninety day fiancee.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Hey girl, Hello, how are you good to see Mary Payne.
- 0:27Speaker 1: I don't know what that's about.
- 0:29Speaker 2: I don't either. I don't know what the voice was.
- 0:31Speaker 2: That was weird. I was channeling someone else, but I
- 0:34Speaker 2: don't know who.
- 0:35Speaker 1: Okay, make sure all your microphone is set correctly, because
- 0:38Speaker 1: two weeks ago it was too loud, and then last
- 0:40Speaker 1: week it was too soft.
- 0:42Speaker 3: Yeah, I think my mic I might need a new
- 0:44Speaker 3: mic because Katie also.
- 0:45Speaker 2: Oh I'm not I right, Mike, now I am there
- 0:48Speaker 2: we go.
- 0:48Speaker 1: Oh my god, that's so much better.
- 0:50Speaker 2: So much better. No, I do think my mic I
- 0:54Speaker 2: might need a new mic. So join our Patreon I
- 1:00Speaker 2: and it's off here.
- 1:02Speaker 3: I yeah, she said that yesterday, and then we recorded
- 1:05Speaker 3: our Patreon last night, our live stream, and everyone in
- 1:08Speaker 3: the comments was saying I was really quiet, so I
- 1:11Speaker 3: had to turn my volume up.
- 1:14Speaker 2: So I don't know what's happening.
- 1:16Speaker 3: Might need a new mic, might need a new box. No,
- 1:20Speaker 3: no microphone box.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Okay, all right, okay, just making sure. Yeah, I have
- 1:27Speaker 1: to tell you that At the end of this episode,
- 1:31Speaker 1: Katie reveals that Josh's never gone down on her, to
- 1:37Speaker 1: which I say, TLC needs a new storyline, like we cannot.
- 1:42Speaker 1: I was like, I can't have two storylines as such.
- 1:46Speaker 2: I thought you meant my Katie. Uh oh, sometimes you come.
- 1:53Speaker 3: You start our episodes with you accosting us about something
- 1:57Speaker 3: we said in our latest day date with dateline, and
- 1:59Speaker 3: so that's that's what I thought you were doing. And then,
- 2:01Speaker 3: of course Josh, I thought you met Josh Mankowitz because
- 2:04Speaker 3: we had texted him in one of our recent episodes
- 2:07Speaker 3: while we were recording so I could get his live
- 2:10Speaker 3: on the air Mutton Chops, and so I just had
- 2:15Speaker 3: a huge incestuous crossover in my mind. So I'm so
- 2:19Speaker 3: relieved you're talking about Katie with the C and I'm fie,
- 2:23Speaker 3: let's talk about their oral situation all day long.
- 2:26Speaker 2: Compared to my Katies. I don't want to know anything
- 2:29Speaker 2: about that.
- 2:30Speaker 1: No, no, no, especially not involving Josh manco It's wow.
- 2:33Speaker 2: No, it's like a fatherly figure to us.
- 2:36Speaker 1: That's really weird. Conversation has gone in the first two
- 2:40Speaker 1: minutes right downhill.
- 2:42Speaker 2: Oh yeah, this is the the kind of lingus.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Time.
- 2:48Speaker 3: The era we are in our kind of lingus era
- 2:50Speaker 3: of match shart productions. We haven't had too much of
- 2:53Speaker 3: that on Love After lock Up. We did have a
- 2:56Speaker 3: saggy balls conversation because they were deflated.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Oh right, that's true.
- 3:06Speaker 2: A lot that didn't.
- 3:09Speaker 1: I didn't want to think about. Well tlc C stands
- 3:11Speaker 1: for cuddling us. We're just about sick of that. Well,
- 3:17Speaker 1: let's talk about this episode. And there's a lot of
- 3:21Speaker 1: good stuff here. I still don't know how many episodes
- 3:25Speaker 1: do we usually have twenty, so yeah, somewhere, so we're
- 3:30Speaker 1: still we've got a good ways to go here. We
- 3:32Speaker 1: still haven't even gotten like the first wedding yet.
- 3:34Speaker 3: The real question is how much more hateful can Marissa
- 3:39Speaker 3: and Katie be? Is it possible for them to go
- 3:43Speaker 3: further down in our estimation because I defended Katie a lot.
- 3:50Speaker 2: At the beginning.
- 3:51Speaker 3: Yeah, I kind of tried to defend Marissa, but I
- 3:53Speaker 3: really tried to defend Katie. She's despicable, she's really horrible,
- 4:00Speaker 3: she's really.
- 4:03Speaker 2: The worst person.
- 4:05Speaker 1: She really needs some help. And then this week, I guess,
- 4:08Speaker 1: like the National Citizens for OCD or the National Council
- 4:13Speaker 1: on OCD came out and was like, she does not
- 4:15Speaker 1: represent us, and then she got we don't know her,
- 4:19Speaker 1: and she got mad about that, and then Josh got
- 4:21Speaker 1: mad about that. Yeah, they both were posting about it. Yeah,
- 4:25Speaker 1: they were offended.
- 4:27Speaker 2: I think the issue is there's nothing wrong with her
- 4:31Speaker 2: saying she has OCD.
- 4:33Speaker 3: It's when she blames her bad behavior on the OCD
- 4:37Speaker 3: when clearly she is an extremely selfish, narcissistic person.
- 4:43Speaker 1: Yeah. I think that's right. And so.
- 4:47Speaker 3: In a way that might be pathological of some sort
- 4:50Speaker 3: of mental illness that I don't want to say, but.
- 4:53Speaker 2: There are several that come to mind. Yeah, right now,
- 4:57Speaker 2: just would he say them?
- 5:00Speaker 1: Mom said you're gonna hurt somebody, and she said, like murder.
- 5:04Speaker 2: That was concerning?
- 5:05Speaker 1: That was that was that was the first thing that
- 5:07Speaker 1: popped in her head.
- 5:08Speaker 3: So the fact that the mom said on TV, I
- 5:13Speaker 3: think he will hopefully make you be a less selfish person,
- 5:16Speaker 3: because that's been a character flaw of hers her entire life.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Yeah, that's concerning.
- 5:22Speaker 3: It's awful actually in a religious household, so you know,
- 5:25Speaker 3: they were like beating into her charity, you know, like
- 5:31Speaker 3: the Bible, you know, not being self selfish, and she
- 5:36Speaker 3: is still the complete opposite and so selfish that that
- 5:41Speaker 3: makes you think there's something chemical in her brain, some
- 5:45Speaker 3: sort of synapses or.
- 5:47Speaker 1: It's not great. And it's not great that even with
- 5:49Speaker 1: your grandparents don't like you because they will forgiven.
- 5:53Speaker 2: Your parents and your grandparents.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Yeah, it's rough, but let's don't start with them. Let's
- 6:00Speaker 1: start with Yeah. So this is season twelve, Episode twelve,
- 6:05Speaker 1: Seeking of God. So help Me God is the name
- 6:08Speaker 1: of this episode. I don't know why the name of
- 6:12Speaker 1: this episode is so helped Me God. Maybe we'll find
- 6:14Speaker 1: it as we go through. Somebody says it. Maybe Josh.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Josh is thinking, please help.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Me God, Please help me God. I can't believe I've
- 6:22Speaker 1: moved to be with this person. So we'll start with
- 6:26Speaker 1: Mallory and Rasheet and it's forty two days to wed.
- 6:29Speaker 1: I like when they tell us this. So yes, she's
- 6:32Speaker 1: gone to look at wedding dresses and she posted today,
- 6:35Speaker 1: so I'm like behind the scenes of it, which is
- 6:37Speaker 1: cute with Mikayla and Katie, and she says, you know,
- 6:43Speaker 1: I'm not like a besize zero sample girl, So I'm
- 6:46Speaker 1: going to this place and I was happy that, you know,
- 6:48Speaker 1: she was happy that they had things in her size
- 6:51Speaker 1: that she could buy off the rat because a lot
- 6:52Speaker 1: of times, you know, you got to buy something, you
- 6:54Speaker 1: have to wait. And so she was happy about that
- 6:57Speaker 1: and she had a lot of choices. And she doesn't
- 7:00Speaker 1: it looks like a five dollar hore on her wedding day.
- 7:03Speaker 1: She will save that for later. I like. She's like, also,
- 7:05Speaker 1: because this family's going to be watching from Turkey and
- 7:07Speaker 1: I definitely don't want them to see me looking like
- 7:09Speaker 1: a five dollar horr. Yeah, she's really cute trying on
- 7:13Speaker 1: the dresses. Even my daughter and her cold black Heart
- 7:17Speaker 1: came through the room and was like, oh, she's so cute,
- 7:19Speaker 1: look at her.
- 7:20Speaker 2: I know, I love Mallory. She's quickly writing to be
- 7:23Speaker 2: one of my new favorites.
- 7:25Speaker 1: Mm hmm, I think so. So they chat about how
- 7:29Speaker 1: things are going. You know, you know now that he
- 7:31Speaker 1: got over the thing with Brandon, and she says, well,
- 7:34Speaker 1: you know how the pre nup conversation went, and you
- 7:36Speaker 1: know that's bad enough, But to be honest, the issue
- 7:39Speaker 1: is I need to have a heart to heart with
- 7:41Speaker 1: him about something that I've procrastinated about. And you're right,
- 7:44Speaker 1: of course, it's the kids, and it's uncomfortable, like so uncomfortable,
- 7:49Speaker 1: like there might not be a wedding, that's how big
- 7:52Speaker 1: the topic is. And their girls are like, what could
- 7:55Speaker 1: it be? What could it be? We have no idea
- 7:58Speaker 1: what this is. Possibly is it you mean? Like murder?
- 8:02Speaker 1: Like murder? And she says, I'm not sure, you know
- 8:07Speaker 1: if I ever want to have kids, and Michayla goes,
- 8:12Speaker 1: are you serious? You know, because he would have kids
- 8:14Speaker 1: right now? Have you talked to him about this at all?
- 8:17Speaker 1: Is he gonna see this coming now? Mikayla is her
- 8:20Speaker 1: best friend in the world, you know that she knows this. Yes,
- 8:25Speaker 1: And she goes, I've never been truly honest with him
- 8:28Speaker 1: about this because I love him so much and I
- 8:31Speaker 1: don't want that to be something that would keep us
- 8:33Speaker 1: from being with each other. But it sounds like to
- 8:35Speaker 1: me that maybe this is a producer driven push, because
- 8:40Speaker 1: she's probably like, yeah, in a couple of years, I'll
- 8:43Speaker 1: probably be ready, but we've got to just see how
- 8:44Speaker 1: the marriage goes first, Right.
- 8:46Speaker 3: You know they have to have several conflicts and secrets
- 8:50Speaker 3: to get cast on the show, right, you really got
- 8:53Speaker 3: to hold something back until the person comes to America.
- 8:56Speaker 3: These you're not conversations that can film you having over
- 8:58Speaker 3: the phone.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Everything can't be fine now, yeah, yeah, so I'm talking toad.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Katie goes, well, they need to talk about this immediately,
- 9:07Speaker 1: and Michayla says he wants kids for sure, like he
- 9:10Speaker 1: would have kids tomorrow, so this could be like make
- 9:13Speaker 1: it or break it. I was like, Mikayla, you sure
- 9:15Speaker 1: do know a lot about what rash Sheet wants, but
- 9:17Speaker 1: yet stunned. But it's stunned that she has held this
- 9:21Speaker 1: information back. Mallory goes, well, you know my family situation,
- 9:26Speaker 1: I didn't have a good example of a mother, and
- 9:29Speaker 1: what if I turn into her like going out and
- 9:32Speaker 1: drinking and bringing guys home. I mean, hopefully you wouldn't
- 9:35Speaker 1: do that if you were married. But she says, I
- 9:38Speaker 1: would feel like a horrible person, repeating that cycle. And
- 9:41Speaker 1: they go but that's not you. You're not that kind
- 9:43Speaker 1: of person, and she goes, well, I didn't think my
- 9:44Speaker 1: mother was that kind of person. And it's hard because
- 9:48Speaker 1: I don't know what a healthy relationship with the parent
- 9:50Speaker 1: looks like. I'm afraid I won't break the cycle. And
- 9:53Speaker 1: they're like, this is gonna be rough. It's gonna be
- 9:56Speaker 1: a hard conversation. I'm glad you're trying on this wedding
- 9:59Speaker 1: dress because no man's gonna want to marry you, you
- 10:01Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. I think this is interesting about
- 10:06Speaker 1: Mallory because we are midway through the season and finding
- 10:08Speaker 1: this out.
- 10:09Speaker 3: Right, Well, she has said her friends are her family,
- 10:14Speaker 3: and there's something about her dad.
- 10:16Speaker 1: That she told me, right, so.
- 10:20Speaker 3: Yeah, apparently her mom was the five dollar hooker or
- 10:24Speaker 3: whatever that she said.
- 10:26Speaker 1: And we're talking ed she says, my parents divorced when
- 10:28Speaker 1: I was ten. They went their separate ways and eventually
- 10:31Speaker 1: started new families, and my sister and I felt like
- 10:35Speaker 1: chopped liver. Then my dad kicks me out at eighteen,
- 10:39Speaker 1: and after my car accident, he never showed up to
- 10:42Speaker 1: visit me at the hospital, Like who does that? And
- 10:45Speaker 1: to this day, well since she had this accident last year,
- 10:48Speaker 1: he has not seen me.
- 10:50Speaker 2: That's crazy.
- 10:51Speaker 1: And it's his sister also. I don't know, I'd like
- 10:53Speaker 1: to see the sister. Yeah, but she's cute too, I bet.
- 10:57Speaker 2: She I was just thinking that, I bet they're cute.
- 10:59Speaker 1: And she said, I'm envious of people with healthy relationships
- 11:02Speaker 1: with their parents, and that's why I'm terrified because I
- 11:04Speaker 1: don't know anything about it. You know, I wanted to
- 11:07Speaker 1: talk to wash Sheet in person about this. I mean,
- 11:10Speaker 1: but it could end our relationship. I don't think so.
- 11:14Speaker 2: Yeah, I think it's gonna be fine.
- 11:16Speaker 1: So they're at home and she makes them some tea,
- 11:18Speaker 1: some Turkish tea, and they sit outside, and he's like,
- 11:21Speaker 1: it's not good. She's like, I'm trying. He's like, you're
- 11:24Speaker 1: gonna need to learn to make the tea. She's like,
- 11:26Speaker 1: this is fine, it's good enough. I'm interested in the
- 11:28Speaker 1: teacause the tea's always red. I'm interested in what the
- 11:32Speaker 1: tea tastes like. I love a hot tea. You do
- 11:37Speaker 1: on the porch like a sun gallow, No, don't drinking
- 11:40Speaker 1: hot tea, that's hot, no iced tea on the porch. Well,
- 11:44Speaker 1: you would normally drink iced tea on the porch, or
- 11:47Speaker 1: you might have a cold cocktail, like a glass of
- 11:50Speaker 1: wine with some ice in it, Like a.
- 11:53Speaker 2: Lady, what about a mint jew lip?
- 11:57Speaker 1: I mean, sure, but you don't need to get so
- 12:02Speaker 1: so stereotypical. Yeah, yeah, you know of some water in
- 12:07Speaker 1: your stanley is also just fine. Was sitting on the
- 12:10Speaker 1: porch is a thing. So he says, so, how was
- 12:14Speaker 1: the dress shopping? And she says, I can't tell you
- 12:17Speaker 1: how it was. It was a surprise that He's like okay,
- 12:20Speaker 1: and she goes, when you see me, you have to
- 12:21Speaker 1: like ugly cry, and he goes, no, why do that.
- 12:25Speaker 1: She was, You're gonna be like ugly crying when you
- 12:28Speaker 1: see me, and he's like, huh, he did not unders
- 12:31Speaker 1: and he's like, why will I be crying? And so
- 12:35Speaker 1: then she gets serious and says she just kind of
- 12:38Speaker 1: looks forlornly to the side, and he says, why is
- 12:41Speaker 1: your face like a toilet right now?
- 12:43Speaker 3: Oh my god, like a toilet without a bidet akaa,
- 12:49Speaker 3: the kind of toilet I hate?
- 12:50Speaker 1: Right Like that was funny. I've never heard that. I
- 12:54Speaker 1: was like, what could he possibly mean, like your face
- 12:56Speaker 1: looks like shit long?
- 12:59Speaker 2: Or like oh I was thinking, like yeah, like the
- 13:01Speaker 2: face the long.
- 13:04Speaker 1: I don't it was.
- 13:05Speaker 2: It was strange, Okay, I'm looking it up because it
- 13:08Speaker 2: could be one of those Turkish phrases that sarper like
- 13:11Speaker 2: we say in Turkey when your face like toilet, your
- 13:14Speaker 2: butt and your face give out the poop. I don't know.
- 13:20Speaker 1: It's all we always start off good with the Sarpers
- 13:22Speaker 1: and then we can never bring it out.
- 13:24Speaker 2: That's what, because that's what I feel like.
- 13:26Speaker 1: He does.
- 13:27Speaker 2: Yes, I said in the second half, why your face.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Like a toilet? Right now? What are you finding? Mm hmmm,
- 13:36Speaker 1: we're googling on air? Yeah, Mary pain, he can write
- 13:41Speaker 1: google things face look like toilet. No, no, it's not
- 13:49Speaker 1: a price. It's not a price. No, no, we didn't
- 13:50Speaker 1: think it was gonna be. So she says, well, we
- 13:54Speaker 1: have some things to discuss, and I'm afraid that this
- 13:57Speaker 1: topic is so important that you might not want to
- 14:00Speaker 1: marry me. He goes, what, of course, babe, I want
- 14:03Speaker 1: to marry you. She says, but okay, what if I
- 14:06Speaker 1: said I'm not sure if I want kids ever? And
- 14:11Speaker 1: he goes, well, we can you know, I don't know.
- 14:15Speaker 1: I don't know what he's like. Is that what you're saying?
- 14:18Speaker 1: Or you say, what if I said that you know?
- 14:20Speaker 1: And she says, as of right now, I don't want
- 14:23Speaker 1: to have a baby because I don't know if I
- 14:26Speaker 1: could ever be a good mother. And he goes, oh, Mallorie,
- 14:29Speaker 1: why do you think bad all the time? And she goes,
- 14:32Speaker 1: I'm not trying to think bad. I'm being realistic, and
- 14:35Speaker 1: I'm worried that I do not know how to be
- 14:37Speaker 1: a mother because of my childhood. I mean, spoiler alert,
- 14:40Speaker 1: nobody knows how to be a mother. They just give
- 14:41Speaker 1: you a baby and say good luck. I mean, even
- 14:44Speaker 1: if you had a great example of a mother. And
- 14:46Speaker 1: I think the best people that know how to be
- 14:49Speaker 1: moms from people that like baby said a lot, or
- 14:51Speaker 1: did nannying or something, because at least they've got some experience. Yeah,
- 14:55Speaker 1: but otherwise no, nobody knows, y'all. By now, I hope

- 17:54Speaker 1: So the talking Eddie says, I have eight siblings and
- 17:59Speaker 1: nineteen nieces and nephews, and I want to be a
- 18:02Speaker 1: dad and see my parents be grandparents to the kids.
- 18:07Speaker 1: And in two years we know everything about each other.
- 18:10Speaker 1: And now I left Turkey and now she tells me this,
- 18:13Speaker 1: and you know, if I would have known, maybe I
- 18:15Speaker 1: would not have left Turkey to marry her. That's why
- 18:19Speaker 1: she didn't tell you. And he says to her, literally,
- 18:23Speaker 1: you make me sad. And I think your mind.
- 18:26Speaker 3: Will Your toilet seat does not have a bidet attached
- 18:30Speaker 3: to it.
- 18:31Speaker 1: A sad toilet seat, and I think your mind will
- 18:33Speaker 1: change in two years. And she goes, but what if
- 18:36Speaker 1: my mind doesn't change, would you still want to be
- 18:38Speaker 1: with me? And he goes, now, I don't want to
- 18:40Speaker 1: talk about this, and she goes, but we have to
- 18:42Speaker 1: talk about it, and he says, I really want to
- 18:45Speaker 1: have a baby so much, and this is very bullshit
- 18:48Speaker 1: and he walks off as I'm talking head, she says,
- 18:52Speaker 1: you know, if he decides not to get married. He
- 18:55Speaker 1: has to go back to Turkey, and I can't imagine
- 18:58Speaker 1: my life without him. But he goes off and do
- 19:00Speaker 1: his She shed shop. Yeah, yeah, also to be fine.
- 19:06Speaker 1: It's totally gonna be fine.
- 19:07Speaker 3: But that she's so worried about, like being a good parent. Yeah,
- 19:11Speaker 3: she's gonna be better than her mom.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Yeah, she just worries about keeping the cycle going. You know,
- 19:18Speaker 1: she's good.
- 19:18Speaker 3: That means she's going to break the cycle. She'll work
- 19:21Speaker 3: hard to break the cycle.
- 19:22Speaker 1: I think, I know she's so cute. She des to
- 19:25Speaker 1: have children. I would be more interested if she said,
- 19:29Speaker 1: when I had that horrible accident, I found out I
- 19:33Speaker 1: could not have kids because they had to take parts
- 19:35Speaker 1: of me out or something. That's kind of what I
- 19:37Speaker 1: was thinking where we were going. But no, she's got
- 19:41Speaker 1: two feet of and testine remote. So yeah, everything everything
- 19:44Speaker 1: else still working. Okay, Thomas and Paula, we had a
- 19:49Speaker 1: little scene with them. Let's hear what they have to say.
- 19:53Speaker 3: Oh, man, I didn't even look at my notes for
- 19:55Speaker 3: Mallory and rash and I had funny things written down.
- 19:57Speaker 3: When you were saying, tell her mom, her mom, go, well,
- 20:00Speaker 3: pretend that you're telling talking about your your Mallorie talking
- 20:04Speaker 3: about your mom going getting in drunk, going drunk, going
- 20:09Speaker 3: going and getting drunk all the time and going out
- 20:11Speaker 3: late hard.
- 20:12Speaker 1: Well, you know, my mom used to go out all
- 20:14Speaker 1: the time and get drunk and bring guys home, and
- 20:16Speaker 1: I just don't want to do that.
- 20:19Speaker 2: Is her mom, Katie, that was it, But not your Katie. No,
- 20:27Speaker 2: Katie with the sea, Yeah, Katie with the sea.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Yeah. I do worry a little bit about the amount
- 20:34Speaker 1: of online hate Katie is getting.
- 20:37Speaker 3: I worry for her mental health, which is why I
- 20:39Speaker 3: tried to defend her so much.
- 20:43Speaker 1: This week was pretty bad. Let's talk about Thomas and Paula. Okay,
- 20:49Speaker 1: mm hmm.
- 20:51Speaker 3: So they are still in the farm with mom and
- 20:53Speaker 3: step stepmom and dad. The stepmom Renie is teaching Paula
- 20:58Speaker 3: how to plant seeds, and Paula brings up that Rennie
- 21:02Speaker 3: was upset about that social media video with the mom,
- 21:05Speaker 3: and she said, I didn't want to pick sides, and
- 21:07Speaker 3: I have empathy for everything you did for Thomas, and
- 21:10Speaker 3: I want to bond with you, but also I kind
- 21:14Speaker 3: of wanted to bond with the mom too.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Ye.
- 21:16Speaker 3: Rinney said, your family's so great, you don't understand how
- 21:19Speaker 3: bad it was here. I raised Thomas when he was
- 21:21Speaker 3: in the darkest place. So it's a dagger to my
- 21:24Speaker 3: heart that Thomas wants to reconnect with his mom, which
- 21:28Speaker 3: is fair, but also he's an adult and he may
- 21:31Speaker 3: need to feel like he tried with.
- 21:33Speaker 1: Yeah, so it's not up to her, but it's it's rough. Yeah.
- 21:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 21:37Speaker 3: So Paula apologizes, and Rinnie says she knows her heart
- 21:41Speaker 3: was going a good place and she appreciates Paula clearing
- 21:44Speaker 3: the air.
- 21:44Speaker 2: And that's literally all that happened.
- 21:46Speaker 3: Oh no, that's not Meanwhile, Thomas tells dad Tom, there's
- 21:51Speaker 3: a Tom and Tom and a Thomas.
- 21:54Speaker 2: It's God as Tom and usually it would be the opposite.
- 21:57Speaker 2: I feel like or like this little Tommy, little Tommy.
- 22:01Speaker 2: Yeah Tom tooj. Yeah.
- 22:04Speaker 3: So he says, Paula wants me to repair everything with
- 22:08Speaker 3: the family.
- 22:09Speaker 2: She wants to.
- 22:10Speaker 3: She really thinks her crystals can bring everybody together.
- 22:13Speaker 2: Miniatures will bring everybody together.
- 22:16Speaker 3: And Tom says, you know, just so you know, in
- 22:18Speaker 3: ten years, you won't remember who's who's at your wedding.
- 22:21Speaker 2: And I was like, that's true.
- 22:23Speaker 3: For most guests, but I don't feel like that's true
- 22:25Speaker 3: for your parents. I don't think I remember if your
- 22:28Speaker 3: parents were at your wedding.
- 22:30Speaker 1: I think if you have like five hundred people at
- 22:31Speaker 1: your wedding, you may not remember. But I think if
- 22:33Speaker 1: you only have like twenty five thirty people and four
- 22:36Speaker 1: of them were your parents, you might remember that. Yes.
- 22:39Speaker 3: Yeah, So Paul Thomas says, I don't know why you
- 22:45Speaker 3: even or Tom says, I don't know why you even
- 22:48Speaker 3: wanted to invite your mom, and Thomas tells, you know
- 22:52Speaker 3: the dad, I know how hard it was for you,
- 22:54Speaker 3: and I knew that I could always count on you,
- 22:57Speaker 3: and I really appreciate everything you did for me, and
- 22:59Speaker 3: I want you to know that. And that's all Dad
- 23:03Speaker 3: needed to hear that he has what he did for Tom.
- 23:06Speaker 3: Thomas wasn't being forgotten right because he was pursuing things
- 23:10Speaker 3: with the mom, and the dad says he appreciates. Toma
- 23:14Speaker 3: is saying that they pack up to leave and they
- 23:16Speaker 3: feel like they accomplish everything they wanted to on the trip,
- 23:19Speaker 3: and Tom says, Paula, you're part of the family now,
- 23:24Speaker 3: and she I think she understands the family better now,
- 23:27Speaker 3: and Thomas says, okay, but Paula, you're in their talking head,
- 23:31Speaker 3: you're still not going to try to fix it, right,
- 23:33Speaker 3: you understand that you can't fix it. And Paula says, well,
- 23:36Speaker 3: I still want to take a picture of everyone at
- 23:38Speaker 3: the wedding together, all of the parents, And Thomas says,
- 23:43Speaker 3: so you haven't learned anything, and she says, it's just
- 23:47Speaker 3: a picture, and he says, that's literally what started the
- 23:50Speaker 3: whole thing. He took a picture with my mom, So
- 23:53Speaker 3: you just want to repeat that And she's like, whatever,
- 23:56Speaker 3: it's gonna be fine.
- 23:58Speaker 1: It's interesting when I talk to her, she's said that, uh,
- 24:01Speaker 1: the parents lived in a trailer on this farm, but
- 24:05Speaker 1: to me, it looks like they live in a house.
- 24:07Speaker 1: And then the trailer was like the guest space.
- 24:10Speaker 3: Yeah, maybe their house is also a trailer, but the
- 24:14Speaker 3: wheels were covered by you know, people cover the wheels.
- 24:18Speaker 1: Yeah, it could be. But also they said on this episode,
- 24:22Speaker 1: I'm so glad you got to see how Thomas grew up.
- 24:25Speaker 1: I was like, did he grow up grow up on
- 24:28Speaker 1: this farm like a new Yeah me too.
- 24:31Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 24:32Speaker 1: Confusing.
- 24:33Speaker 3: Something's not making sense. Are they getting married at the
- 24:36Speaker 3: Queen Mary though, that's the question.
- 24:39Speaker 1: I believe that is where the wedding is planned.
- 24:41Speaker 2: Yes, did they book it? Okay?
- 24:43Speaker 1: Yes, I believe so because I told her about Katie
- 24:48Speaker 1: playing a ghost on the Queen Mary you did, yes,
- 24:51Speaker 1: And she's like, I want to get She goes, I
- 24:52Speaker 1: want to get in touch with her and find out
- 24:54Speaker 1: about that because I want to do it.
- 24:56Speaker 2: She would be good at it.
- 24:57Speaker 1: Yeah, hilarious. So she was ghost of the Week or whatever.
- 25:02Speaker 2: Yeah, she got a certificate.
- 25:05Speaker 1: She should hang that behind herself in a podcast studio. Okay,
- 25:09Speaker 1: Asha and Maxwell hmm okay, well Asha. We start off
- 25:16Speaker 1: the episode with her calling her prophetess Patricia PPP and
- 25:22Speaker 1: she says, hey, listen, I got to call you right quick,
- 25:25Speaker 1: and she goes, it's one forty five in the morning.
- 25:26Speaker 1: She goes, anyway, we got to do a prayer. She
- 25:29Speaker 1: doesn't even care that it's my God.
- 25:31Speaker 2: God doesn't punch a clock and neither just Asia.
- 25:34Speaker 1: No, She's like, anyway, my sister is Cola and Glenn,
- 25:40Speaker 1: so it's uh, Jacola and Glenna.
- 25:42Speaker 2: And then because I thought it was just like Cola, like.
- 25:48Speaker 1: It's j O C C O L A H Jacola,
- 25:53Speaker 1: and I would like to know where that originated from. Glenna,
- 25:56Speaker 1: we got probably the dazz name is Glenn.
- 25:58Speaker 3: Were you named after we Cola or were you named
- 26:03Speaker 3: after like an off brand Cola like R. C.
- 26:07Speaker 1: Cola with an age or Cola Scola. I mean, what
- 26:11Speaker 1: is that? Cole A Scola, Cola Scola, the actor that
- 26:17Speaker 1: wrote Oh Mary, thank you? Okay, yeah, just the light
- 26:24Speaker 1: went completely dim in your eyes when I said that.
- 26:26Speaker 2: No, I had no idea.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Okay, sorry, that was a That was a that was
- 26:29Speaker 1: an inside Broadway joke.
- 26:31Speaker 2: And I haven't seen it. I would like to see
- 26:35Speaker 2: it in New York. I want to see it. Maybe
- 26:37Speaker 2: I should go see it.
- 26:38Speaker 1: You should go see it. It changed.
- 26:40Speaker 2: I remember how you raved about it.
- 26:42Speaker 1: Yeah, uh, anyway, that was sorry, guys. So she Cola.
- 26:48Speaker 1: She says, Cola, Glenn and Rod will be there today,
- 26:50Speaker 1: and she goes, let's do a prayer, and then she's
- 26:53Speaker 1: like hello, hello. She just in that how the devil works,
- 26:56Speaker 1: just trying to cut me off from my prayer. The
- 26:58Speaker 1: devil will do it so funny. Now the screen, the.
- 27:04Speaker 3: God is anything good and the devil is any minor inconvenience,
- 27:09Speaker 3: like you know, if her like Wi Fi is glitchy,
- 27:13Speaker 3: if they get her drink wrong at Starbucks.
- 27:16Speaker 2: Right the devil.
- 27:18Speaker 1: The devil is working at the Starbucks. So four days
- 27:23Speaker 1: to wed, the screen tells us she calls Rod Rod's
- 27:27Speaker 1: at the She says, are you at the hotel? And
- 27:29Speaker 1: he says, yeah, we don't have the directions to the house.
- 27:31Speaker 1: She says, I'll send them to you. So she says,
- 27:34Speaker 1: are you at the hotel and he says yes. But
- 27:37Speaker 1: then they all show up with giant rolling bags. How
- 27:41Speaker 1: many people can stay in this house because they just
- 27:43Speaker 1: added four people to this house.
- 27:47Speaker 2: Well, this was the large airbnb that they rented, right, yeah.
- 27:51Speaker 1: But if they weren't planning for this to happen, why
- 27:55Speaker 1: all of a sudden do they have four extra bedrooms?
- 27:57Speaker 3: They were planning it, Okay, So I called phony baloney
- 28:03Speaker 3: on all of this.
- 28:04Speaker 2: We didn't know there was a wedding.
- 28:06Speaker 1: I completely agree that there's not any way everybody had
- 28:10Speaker 1: their bags packed within two days and went to Africa
- 28:13Speaker 1: with their pastor. I don't even know if these days
- 28:16Speaker 1: you have to get certain shots before you go right
- 28:19Speaker 1: to Africa and stuff. So come on now, baloney, As
- 28:23Speaker 1: Katie would say, yes, amen. So they're talking to her.
- 28:27Speaker 1: She says, today, my older sister, Jacola, my middle sister Glenna,
- 28:32Speaker 1: my mom's friend Kathy are coming along with stepbrother Rod
- 28:36Speaker 1: to Nigeria. And I just told them, come on, we're
- 28:39Speaker 1: gonna have a vacation in Africa. We had things planned.
- 28:42Speaker 1: Just come on over, Come on.
- 28:46Speaker 3: I don't even do that for like going to the
- 28:51Speaker 3: west side in La like when I lived in the Valley.
- 28:54Speaker 2: That would take a week of planning at least. Yeah, yeah,
- 28:58Speaker 2: just hop on over to Africa.
- 29:01Speaker 1: There's just no way. There's no way, so she says,
- 29:06Speaker 1: My sisters are usually supportive of everything I do, but
- 29:09Speaker 1: they have no idea we're getting married. I hope Rod
- 29:12Speaker 1: didn't tell them anything. So ten hours of a flight.
- 29:18Speaker 2: What else are they talking about on the flight?
- 29:20Speaker 1: Which means you like at least fourteen hours of traveling,
- 29:23Speaker 1: and you're saying, nowhere along the way, did either any
- 29:26Speaker 1: of these three people go? I wonder why she wants
- 29:28Speaker 1: us to come to Africa.
- 29:31Speaker 2: And Rod doesn't seem like the kind that can keep
- 29:33Speaker 2: his secret. Let's be real. Oh no, he's a gossip queen.
- 29:37Speaker 3: Yes yes, so also, yes, you do need a yellow
- 29:42Speaker 3: fever vaccination to go to Nigeria.
- 29:46Speaker 1: And how far ahead in advance can you get that.
- 29:49Speaker 1: Can you get it? Can you just call up your
- 29:51Speaker 1: primary care and be like, you got yellow fever in stock?
- 29:54Speaker 1: I thought to get that, right, they have that at CBS,
- 29:57Speaker 1: next to the COVID and the flu yellow fever. I
- 30:00Speaker 1: don't think so, right, Come on t LC. So she says,
- 30:05Speaker 1: I hope Rod didn't tell them anything, but there's no
- 30:07Speaker 1: more time to keep the secrets now or never. So
- 30:10Speaker 1: all the sisters and Rod arrive at the Airbnb and
- 30:14Speaker 1: Aunt Kathy or whoever she is, and Aunt Kathy was like,
- 30:18Speaker 1: I got to get in on this, like I want
- 30:20Speaker 1: to be on TV. This is my moment. So in
- 30:24Speaker 1: the talking head Jacola and Glenna, the sisters and Kathy say,
- 30:28Speaker 1: Asha always does this. She just comes up with the
- 30:30Speaker 1: last minute vacation and we follow her to another continent
- 30:34Speaker 1: where you need a yellow fever vaccine.
- 30:36Speaker 2: Okay, they have malaria.
- 30:40Speaker 1: Yeah, and she says, you know Asia, she's just bossy
- 30:43Speaker 1: and demanding. And my note here is so now they
- 30:46Speaker 1: just all of a sudden have space in this house
- 30:48Speaker 1: for four more grown ups. Okay. So Rod sits down
- 30:53Speaker 1: to talk to Asia. Everybody's going to get settled, and
- 30:56Speaker 1: he says, you're going to need to tell everybody what's
- 30:58Speaker 1: going on, and not just days before the wedding, it's
- 31:01Speaker 1: four days before the wedding. And he says, there's something
- 31:05Speaker 1: going on. You're just not telling me everything. And she goes,
- 31:09Speaker 1: you think I'm pregnant? Now that is offensive to God
- 31:12Speaker 1: and to me. And she says to roj because you're
- 31:16Speaker 1: just stuck. You're not being open minded. You think it
- 31:19Speaker 1: can only be one thing and it's not. And he goes,
- 31:22Speaker 1: do they practice voodoo here in Nigeria? They put did
- 31:25Speaker 1: they put something in your drink or your food? And
- 31:27Speaker 1: she goes and she says, they practice voodoo in America.
- 31:31Speaker 3: Shut up, Rod, Jesus. He thinks he's living in the
- 31:35Speaker 3: movie Get out? What do you think is happening here?
- 31:40Speaker 1: And talking to her, Rod goes, I worry, you know,
- 31:42Speaker 1: you get those callers on the phone. I'm worried. Just
- 31:44Speaker 1: a scam. No callers ever get you to come fly
- 31:49Speaker 1: to another country and marry somebody when you need a.
- 31:52Speaker 3: Vaccine Nigerian prince email scam that has been a joke forever.
- 31:58Speaker 2: Is about please come and me.
- 32:01Speaker 1: And he kept saying robocalls. I was like, Rob, Rod, Rod,
- 32:04Speaker 1: whatever your nam is okay. So Asha says, well, you
- 32:08Speaker 1: can just have a conversation with Maxwell yourself, and he says, oh,
- 32:11Speaker 1: I will. So now we see Maxwell and his parents
- 32:15Speaker 1: and his sister Blaze sitting by this beautiful seaside restaurant
- 32:19Speaker 1: and it's by the ocean. You can see people are
- 32:21Speaker 1: like standing out, like looking to see what they're filming.
- 32:24Speaker 1: Because you could see there's people that are like, you know,
- 32:27Speaker 1: making sure people don't cross the line into the recording.
- 32:29Speaker 1: I love stuff like that. If somebody keeps going by
- 32:33Speaker 1: on a horse, I was like, that person's trying to
- 32:34Speaker 1: get their moment and do that.
- 32:38Speaker 3: On Hollywood Boulevard block people from walking into a shot.
- 32:42Speaker 3: So I had to like herd people into the little
- 32:45Speaker 3: tourist shops, yeah, or on Holly so they wouldn't walk
- 32:49Speaker 3: on the street because we needed the street to be
- 32:51Speaker 3: completely empty.
- 32:52Speaker 2: Yeah, we're so mad.
- 32:55Speaker 1: Lots of yelling and what movie was this?
- 32:58Speaker 2: This was for the Oscars.
- 32:59Speaker 3: It was for an opening shot that they were going
- 33:01Speaker 3: to use the Oscars of like a drone shot of
- 33:06Speaker 3: Boulevard completely empty.
- 33:08Speaker 2: For some reason.
- 33:09Speaker 3: And so but if you shoot during the day at
- 33:12Speaker 3: Hollywood Boulevard, there's thousands of people, So.
- 33:16Speaker 1: So how did you get this? So you block the
- 33:18Speaker 1: street off on both ends.
- 33:20Speaker 3: And then you say, can you just come inside and
- 33:22Speaker 3: stay inside, stay in this hot, hot no air conditioning,
- 33:27Speaker 3: tourist place that sells shirts that say I love La
- 33:30Speaker 3: Yes for for just it's five more minutes. We just
- 33:34Speaker 3: needed the shot five more minutes and did you give
- 33:37Speaker 3: more minutes?
- 33:37Speaker 1: Maybe everybody didn't get anything shirt, they were just in
- 33:43Speaker 1: the wrong place at the wrong time.
- 33:45Speaker 3: Yeah, But at the other point, some were like, oh,
- 33:48Speaker 3: we're part of a thing, like yeah, yes, and.
- 33:52Speaker 1: You were like, yes, you are, You're important.
- 33:55Speaker 2: Yes, you're basically the star of the oscars.
- 34:00Speaker 1: So Asha introduces everyone to everyone, and she stands up
- 34:05Speaker 1: and says, well, the reason we have brought everyone together
- 34:08Speaker 1: is to introduce all of you to my fiance Maxwell,
- 34:12Speaker 1: and in a few days we'll be getting married. Speech over,
- 34:15Speaker 1: she sits down and they're all like what and Rod goes, huh,
- 34:19Speaker 1: I see you charmed her really really good, and he's like,
- 34:25Speaker 1: so Blaze says to the sisters, how do you feel,
- 34:29Speaker 1: because she's like, oh, yes, sisters are here. Sisters sister
- 34:32Speaker 1: see each other, and they go, well, we are shocked.
- 34:37Speaker 1: We are shocked, and she goes, well, the man at
- 34:40Speaker 1: the embassy told Maxwell that the best bet is to
- 34:43Speaker 1: get married and reapply for the spousal visa, take that
- 34:46Speaker 1: visa back to the United States with the marriage certificate
- 34:49Speaker 1: and reapply. And they said, so this will be faster,
- 34:51Speaker 1: and she goes, no, it could be another year, it
- 34:54Speaker 1: could be another two years. We don't know. But it
- 34:56Speaker 1: takes time. But this is the best bet. And I
- 34:59Speaker 1: think this will work because you know, now we're really
- 35:02Speaker 1: doing it. So talking to how the sisters go, we
- 35:06Speaker 1: are very surprised she did not tell us this. We
- 35:08Speaker 1: had no idea why we were getting yellow fever shots
- 35:12Speaker 1: three months ago, and it is unfound was.
- 35:16Speaker 3: Right what I googled, because otherwise we're just spreading misinformation.
- 35:20Speaker 1: Oh, I said something so absolutely wrong on the on
- 35:24Speaker 1: the Love After lock Up podcast yesterday, I said that
- 35:29Speaker 1: Cecily was not a part of Italy, that Sicily was
- 35:31Speaker 1: a separate country, and that's not true. Is false, that's false.
- 35:35Speaker 1: So yeah, I don't need twenty six more people to
- 35:38Speaker 1: tell me, because I've realized that I said it as
- 35:43Speaker 1: if it was true. It realized now I shouldn't have
- 35:45Speaker 1: left the internet. Tell me that because I read that somewhere,
- 35:48Speaker 1: so no, that's just just a quick Google would have
- 35:51Speaker 1: found out that I was wrong. So yeah, we left
- 35:54Speaker 1: it in.
- 35:55Speaker 3: So they should feel very prideful of their location as yes,
- 36:04Speaker 3: and I think they think of themselves as slightly different
- 36:07Speaker 3: than regular Italians.
- 36:09Speaker 1: I think of it as Texas. The people in Texas
- 36:12Speaker 1: think that they're in a different country, and that's I mean,
- 36:14Speaker 1: they can have it, no shade takeisha. So the sisters say, well,
- 36:21Speaker 1: we are just so surprised she did not tell us,
- 36:23Speaker 1: and it's unfair because we should have known this was coming,
- 36:27Speaker 1: so we could have been more prepared. Mm hmm, that's good.
- 36:30Speaker 1: You read those lines and you're so tired. You know,
- 36:32Speaker 1: they're so tired. They're really reading those lines.
- 36:35Speaker 3: If this was real, I feel like she would have
- 36:36Speaker 3: gotten them drunk, because I feel like these ladies like
- 36:40Speaker 3: need a cocktail or something.
- 36:41Speaker 1: And like right before they were arrived, remember it was
- 36:45Speaker 1: one forty five am where they're from, so it's like
- 36:47Speaker 1: probably four in the morning where they're from now, so
- 36:50Speaker 1: they are get some sleep first.
- 36:52Speaker 2: Yeah, no, theos the clock and yeah, God doesn't punch your.
- 36:57Speaker 1: Clock, no, right, So the sister said, as what will
- 37:00Speaker 1: you do if you're denied again? And she goes, I
- 37:03Speaker 1: do not think it will happen again, because this time
- 37:05Speaker 1: God really is on my side. And the first time.
- 37:08Speaker 3: Said that before, but this time there was static on
- 37:12Speaker 3: the line and I misinterpreted and he cut out right
- 37:16Speaker 3: as he said I ordained this. It was like, I
- 37:20Speaker 3: don't ordain this, but that don't was cut out because
- 37:23Speaker 3: of the static, and I got confused.
- 37:25Speaker 2: But this time it's for.
- 37:26Speaker 1: Real, God said, this time it's ordained and we this time,
- 37:31Speaker 1: we will have a stronger evidence and the marriage certificate
- 37:35Speaker 1: and they will know for a fact it's legitimate because
- 37:37Speaker 1: we will not include those losers who send us our
- 37:41Speaker 1: best friends okay, whose.
- 37:43Speaker 2: Faces blurred the lady but not the man, right.
- 37:47Speaker 1: Yeah, uh, I can't remember that.
- 37:51Speaker 2: I think the lady was for sure the lady. I
- 37:53Speaker 2: think the man we saw his face. I could be wrong.
- 37:56Speaker 1: She's like Asha got me going over to Nigeria, getting
- 37:59Speaker 1: scammed by Jerian scammera so and talking tot as she goes.
- 38:04Speaker 1: I could tell my sisters were speechless. And I understand
- 38:07Speaker 1: because his whole family was sitting right there. They had
- 38:09Speaker 1: to play along to get along and if they had
- 38:12Speaker 1: an opinion, they're just gonna internalize their feelings to tell
- 38:14Speaker 1: me later, like, oh, they're gonna.
- 38:16Speaker 2: Tell you later.
- 38:16Speaker 1: Yeah. So the ant or the sister or somebody says,
- 38:19Speaker 1: so when are you gonna have babies? Because they're very
- 38:22Speaker 1: concerned about her age everybody else.
- 38:25Speaker 3: Every day we wait to impregnate you is a day
- 38:29Speaker 3: that you are more feeble and into menopause.
- 38:33Speaker 1: Just one less egg every day. Yeah, And they say
- 38:37Speaker 1: when will you have babies? And Maxwell says, we will
- 38:40Speaker 1: see by the grace of God? And Clement says, who
- 38:43Speaker 1: Clement is a man? A few words except for when
- 38:45Speaker 1: you chimed in last week about her being in menopause.
- 38:49Speaker 1: He said, I say, I just need two boys and
- 38:52Speaker 1: two girls. And they all look at him like, do
- 38:55Speaker 1: you see how old she is? Like are you crazy?
- 38:58Speaker 1: Is she gonna have quads? And she says, let me
- 39:02Speaker 1: tell you something right now, they're gonna be two pregnancies
- 39:04Speaker 1: and whatever comes, that's it. That's what you're taking.
- 39:08Speaker 2: He's like slipping some money to the doctor.
- 39:11Speaker 3: I think she should just because she could artificially inseminate
- 39:14Speaker 3: multiple eggs. And he's gonna like slip money to the
- 39:17Speaker 3: doctor just put like twenty in there.
- 39:20Speaker 1: And to see what happens. Yes, yeah, happens.
- 39:23Speaker 2: So you already freezed her eggs. Actually, she has a
- 39:26Speaker 2: lot of money.
- 39:27Speaker 1: I know, maybe she has though maybe she's maybe she.
- 39:30Speaker 2: Has freezed her eggs. Yeah.
- 39:31Speaker 3: I don't know if they'd like that though, because that
- 39:33Speaker 3: doesn't feel as God ordained. It feels more science ordained.
- 39:36Speaker 1: I don't think you say freezed your eggs. I think
- 39:38Speaker 1: you say froze.
- 39:39Speaker 2: Froze.
- 39:40Speaker 1: Apologies, okay, just making sure nobody come at us. I
- 39:44Speaker 1: know this least a part of Italy. Okay. So Rod's like,
- 39:49Speaker 1: you're already talking about babies and talking to head. Rod goes,
- 39:53Speaker 1: it is too early to think about babies. They're not
- 39:55Speaker 1: even going to be living in the same house, the
- 39:58Speaker 1: same country, and then he says, I don't even know
- 40:02Speaker 1: if he can afford babies.
- 40:04Speaker 2: So now he's so.
- 40:08Speaker 3: Rod, I'm gonna he can't be I don't know if
- 40:11Speaker 3: he's right, he's enophobic.
- 40:12Speaker 2: Let's say that.
- 40:13Speaker 1: He has no idea what these people's wealth status is.
- 40:19Speaker 1: They could be like supremely wealthy, Like he has no idea.
- 40:24Speaker 2: He just gets there they're poor scammers immediately because they're
- 40:27Speaker 2: right Nigeria. Right. Yeah.
- 40:30Speaker 1: So Rod says, all right, Maxwell, what kind of business
- 40:33Speaker 1: will you pursue in the United States? And Maxwell says,
- 40:36Speaker 1: right now, I'm in the car business. It's like buying
- 40:38Speaker 1: and reselling. And Asia says he is in a wholesale
- 40:42Speaker 1: auto broker, but he is considering doing electrical work and
- 40:47Speaker 1: Maxwell says, yes, my dad, Clement is an electrical contractor. Oh,
- 40:51Speaker 1: which does mean he has a profession that makes money.
- 40:54Speaker 1: And Rod says, don't speak for your man, please, Uh, Maxwell,
- 40:59Speaker 1: do you understand what American women are looking for in
- 41:03Speaker 1: a husband. Well, now he's against Americans too, Rod, He's
- 41:07Speaker 1: got a lot of negative opinions. He says. The husbands
- 41:10Speaker 1: in America work very very hard. She works very very hard.
- 41:16Speaker 2: Yeah, women hard assume he won't work very very hard.
- 41:21Speaker 1: Why do we assume that the women are just now,
- 41:24Speaker 1: now that she's got a husband, she's just gonna like he's.
- 41:26Speaker 2: Gonna stop working.
- 41:27Speaker 3: Yeah, he needs to work very hard, but he can't
- 41:29Speaker 3: work hard inherently because he's Nigerian, so he's unable to
- 41:33Speaker 3: work hard.
- 41:34Speaker 1: She has a doctorate. I highly doubt she's just going
- 41:36Speaker 1: to stop working. And Maxwell goes well, I don't think
- 41:42Speaker 1: Americans work harder than Nigerians. And Rod goes, oh, really, well,
- 41:45Speaker 1: how much you got in your bank account? And Maxwell
- 41:49Speaker 1: just looks around and goes, well, you're not going to
- 41:51Speaker 1: compare me to you because you have all the machines there,
- 41:55Speaker 1: so you make everything easier to work. But here in Nigeria,
- 41:58Speaker 1: I use my hands to work under harsh situations. So
- 42:02Speaker 1: I don't think you work harder than Nigerians. You're just blessed.
- 42:06Speaker 1: Mm hmm. And I think we've heard this before. We've
- 42:09Speaker 1: heard this before on some show where they said, like,
- 42:12Speaker 1: you think that you work hard, but you have a
- 42:14Speaker 1: lot of machines that do things for you, which you know,
- 42:18Speaker 1: I wouldn't think of being that I live here, But
- 42:21Speaker 1: that's definitely true. So Maxwell says, Okay, look, it's normal
- 42:27Speaker 1: to ask somebody what you do for a living, but
- 42:29Speaker 1: to ask how much of money I have in my
- 42:31Speaker 1: bank account is a dumb question, a very dumb question.
- 42:34Speaker 1: And you don't ask a man such questions. Yeah, I
- 42:37Speaker 1: don't think you just don't ask anybody that question. It's
- 42:39Speaker 1: pretty rude.
- 42:40Speaker 2: No, it's very rude. Also, he doesn't translate what he
- 42:44Speaker 2: writes in Nigeria. You don't know what that means in
- 42:47Speaker 2: American money, right right?
- 42:50Speaker 1: So Rod says, I am a very hard worker. And
- 42:53Speaker 1: one thing I know about Nigerians. We get a lot
- 42:55Speaker 1: of robo calls and scams and they all come from Africa.
- 43:00Speaker 1: Let me tell you something. The robo calls that I
- 43:02Speaker 1: get is they're all about my loan.
- 43:04Speaker 2: The loan.
- 43:05Speaker 1: My loan has been processed there. I'm so lucky. They
- 43:08Speaker 1: just need a few more pieces of information about my loan.
- 43:11Speaker 1: And nowhere on these robot calls that I get twenty
- 43:13Speaker 1: a day about my loan, does it say it comes
- 43:16Speaker 1: from Africa.
- 43:17Speaker 3: All of mine are from American politicians. So I don't
- 43:22Speaker 3: know what he's talking about. And also he just told
- 43:27Speaker 3: you he has a job. It is with cars.
- 43:30Speaker 2: He is not.
- 43:31Speaker 3: You know who was sitting in a call center making
- 43:33Speaker 3: robo calls submit in India? Yeah he was and us
- 43:38Speaker 3: think a fake photo that was clearly a catfish. So
- 43:41Speaker 3: let's direct our xenophobia towards India.
- 43:44Speaker 1: Yeah, no, let's don't do that. And I know, let's
- 43:46Speaker 1: don't do that. So you know, Rod says, the robo
- 43:51Speaker 1: calls come from Africa, and Balaze says, you're talking about scams,
- 43:54Speaker 1: but that is not my family. It is fine to
- 43:56Speaker 1: be skeptical and have fears, but my family is far
- 44:00Speaker 1: from the scam. And Rod says, well, I flew ten
- 44:04Speaker 1: hours on a plane, which I've never done before, to
- 44:06Speaker 1: be sure she's in good, good hands, and Blaize says, okay, well,
- 44:11Speaker 1: I don't want someone around him who's going to be
- 44:13Speaker 1: bossy and too proud and cannot submit. But you're free
- 44:16Speaker 1: to make your observations. So Blaize is like, you're gonna
- 44:19Speaker 1: take down my brother. I'm going to take down your sister, cousin, godsister.
- 44:24Speaker 1: And she's like, why my catching stray? It's like, I
- 44:26Speaker 1: just what I know.
- 44:28Speaker 3: Families are against the wedding for different reasons. What's funny
- 44:33Speaker 3: is Asia's mom is the only one on board, but
- 44:36Speaker 3: she doesn't seem to matter because they think she is
- 44:40Speaker 3: the doddy old lady and the daughters don't take her seriously.
- 44:44Speaker 3: And Rod doesn't take your serious word. You fooled mom
- 44:48Speaker 3: into being bored with this. She loves Maxwell because he's
- 44:51Speaker 3: so handsome, and I don't know.
- 44:54Speaker 1: She hasn't said I think she just drunk again. She
- 44:57Speaker 1: hadn't They give her a pill. So Maxwell says to Rod,
- 45:04Speaker 1: my name is Maxwell and the meaning of my name
- 45:06Speaker 1: is greatness, so you're gonna like me. I like that.
- 45:10Speaker 1: I liked it. I was like, good, give it back
- 45:13Speaker 1: to him.
- 45:14Speaker 3: He should have learned what Rod meant. And your name
- 45:18Speaker 3: is Roderick, which you mean stupid head.
- 45:24Speaker 1: And they all kind of laugh and Maxwell saying that,
- 45:26Speaker 1: And Maxwell says, you seem to have a lot of problems,
- 45:30Speaker 1: but I'm looking forward to spending time with you and
- 45:32Speaker 1: getting to know you. And Rod's like.
- 45:35Speaker 2: Nice I would.
- 45:37Speaker 3: He didn't punch him in the face, he didn't storm off.
- 45:40Speaker 3: He took it very well.
- 45:42Speaker 1: He just sort of laughed. Yeah. He didn't say why
- 45:44Speaker 1: are you coming at me so hard? And you don't
- 45:46Speaker 1: know my finances and you're disrespecting my parents by saying
- 45:50Speaker 1: we're scammers, you know. But he was just nice about it.
- 45:53Speaker 1: So talking to Rod, says, he says all the right things,
- 45:57Speaker 1: but he'll slip up if he's not authentic. Asha has
- 46:01Speaker 1: been very smart in all her decisions in business and life,
- 46:04Speaker 1: but this is the worst decision I've ever seen.
- 46:08Speaker 3: So if she's been smart in all decisions, why do
- 46:10Speaker 3: you assume this is such a dumb decision. I mean,
- 46:13Speaker 3: I think it is a dumb decision, But why does
- 46:16Speaker 3: he think it's a dumb decisions?
- 46:18Speaker 1: Have we seen her? Do we know that she's had
- 46:21Speaker 1: like six boyfriends that have fooled her before?
- 46:24Speaker 2: Right now? I don't think so.
- 46:26Speaker 3: I think she's very picky, and that's why she hasn't
- 46:29Speaker 3: been married so far.
- 46:31Speaker 1: I think. So, Okay, let's move on to Katie and Josh.
- 46:37Speaker 2: Oh God, these assholes.
- 46:38Speaker 1: Okay, so not everybody here is an asshole?
- 46:42Speaker 3: No, well, there's it's more than it was last week
- 46:46Speaker 3: because I've turned on somebody.
- 46:48Speaker 1: Okay, all right, here we go.
- 46:50Speaker 3: So Katie and Josh, they are all kissy and their
- 46:53Speaker 3: hero shot now, which is like the first time she's
- 46:56Speaker 3: made out with him and not Ryan in this hot Man.
- 47:00Speaker 1: It is the second hero shot where she rubs her
- 47:02Speaker 1: hand ale on his face. Weird, weird, weird.
- 47:07Speaker 2: Let me stick my tongue in your mouth.
- 47:10Speaker 3: So they go to a cake tasting for the wedding
- 47:12Speaker 3: because I guess they're having the wedding there.
- 47:15Speaker 1: I guess that's why they're there. And we didn't know.
- 47:17Speaker 1: We thought they were there for Easter.
- 47:19Speaker 3: But okay, so she says, fifty people will be at
- 47:22Speaker 3: the wedding, and she's happy her parents are coming and
- 47:26Speaker 3: can give me some insight. I'm going in with an
- 47:29Speaker 3: open mind. Who says that about a cake tasting, it's.
- 47:34Speaker 1: A cake tasting. And the fact that when the guy
- 47:36Speaker 1: said how many people are going to be she goes fifty.
- 47:40Speaker 2: And Josh is like, okay, I had no idea.
- 47:44Speaker 1: I know zero people. I didn't know that fifty people
- 47:46Speaker 1: still liked you.
- 47:47Speaker 2: But okay, yeah, okay, how many of them have you
- 47:50Speaker 2: made out with? Forty nine?
- 47:52Speaker 1: Well, let's don't count your parents, so forty eight I didn't.
- 47:56Speaker 3: I counted the parents, at least one of the parents
- 47:58Speaker 3: on purpose, because I don't know it.
- 48:00Speaker 2: She does when she's super drunk at home. She might
- 48:03Speaker 2: have made out with her grandfather. I don't know.
- 48:06Speaker 1: He doesn't like her either.
- 48:08Speaker 2: It's take out your dentures.
- 48:09Speaker 1: It's awful. No, he dies not have denterrous girl.
- 48:12Speaker 2: No, he looked pretty good, so I don't remember what
- 48:17Speaker 2: he looks like. So he looks pretty good.
- 48:20Speaker 1: I'm shaking my head. The teeth weren't great, but okay.
- 48:23Speaker 2: There we go.
- 48:23Speaker 3: But he's also She's like, I'm going in with an
- 48:26Speaker 3: open mind, which is a very weird thing to say
- 48:28Speaker 3: about a cake tasting. And the guy asks if they
- 48:32Speaker 3: have their wedding colors, and Josh goes, I like this
- 48:36Speaker 3: the color of my shirt, which is like a maroon.
- 48:38Speaker 3: And he goes, no, not for the wedding. And he goes, no,
- 48:42Speaker 3: I guess not. That's a dumb response. No, not this color.
- 48:46Speaker 1: And you know with this color, you know what she
- 48:48Speaker 1: didn't do before she went to the cake tasting, take
- 48:53Speaker 1: a shower, wash her hair. No, she looks like she
- 48:58Speaker 1: stuck her head and a vat of grease and went
- 49:00Speaker 1: to the cake tasting.
- 49:02Speaker 2: You know who has started showering a lot more Mallory.
- 49:05Speaker 1: Oh good, good, that's good.
- 49:07Speaker 2: Okay, she transferred the hair grease to Katie. So Katie
- 49:13Speaker 2: tells us I'm not gonna be a bridezilla, but maybe
- 49:17Speaker 2: just a zilla, you know, like I am in my
- 49:19Speaker 2: normal life.
- 49:21Speaker 1: I liked that. I liked that she was she owned it. Yeah, okay.
- 49:24Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 49:25Speaker 3: So they haven't planned anything for the wedding, and Josh says, well,
- 49:29Speaker 3: you're in control of everything. But when you say you're
- 49:31Speaker 3: in control, it's chaos. And I really don't want stress
- 49:34Speaker 3: and chaos on the wedding day. That terrifies me. And
- 49:38Speaker 3: she says, when I tell you I've got this, I
- 49:40Speaker 3: do like the apartment that I told you I got
- 49:44Speaker 3: and we instead stayed in a hotel, and like my
- 49:49Speaker 3: mattress that is stained.
- 49:51Speaker 2: I've got this.
- 49:52Speaker 1: She doesn't. She doesn't.
- 49:54Speaker 2: She doesn't have anything plan.
- 49:56Speaker 3: So Josh says, Katie had said maybe we could have
- 50:01Speaker 3: the wedding at your house and the parents, and the
- 50:05Speaker 3: parents go no, that, no, we cannot fit fifty people.
- 50:10Speaker 3: We don't even like you, Katie, So you're not gonna
- 50:13Speaker 3: trash our house and let people use our bathroom.
- 50:15Speaker 2: No, it's not happening.
- 50:17Speaker 1: And by the way, if the wedding is like in
- 50:18Speaker 1: thirty days and they're just like, can we have it
- 50:20Speaker 1: at your house?
- 50:21Speaker 3: Uh no no, And so the parents say we have
- 50:25Speaker 3: We are not surprised that she has nothing planned.
- 50:28Speaker 1: Yep.
- 50:29Speaker 2: And it's six weeks away. So will they be able
- 50:33Speaker 2: to find a venue in six weeks?
- 50:35Speaker 1: What? No? No, that she was counting her marriage to
- 50:39Speaker 1: be like, sure, you can have it at our house.
- 50:41Speaker 1: We saw that backyard. That backyard can't fit fifty people.
- 50:43Speaker 1: It's tiny.
- 50:44Speaker 2: What is happening where is the Is it gonna be
- 50:46Speaker 2: at the like community center, even those places are booked. Yeah,
- 50:50Speaker 2: you get have to get married on like a tubesday morning.
- 50:54Speaker 2: Well that's what they're gonna have to do, is get
- 50:56Speaker 2: married on a Tuesday morning so that they can find
- 50:58Speaker 2: a place or at three in the morning. I don't
- 51:04Speaker 2: give me do it in you're off hours.
- 51:06Speaker 1: She'll be drunk by trying to make out with the priests,
- 51:08Speaker 1: so now I know.
- 51:10Speaker 3: So then it gets so much worse. And this scene
- 51:12Speaker 3: I actually found quite infuriating. I was so stressed so
- 51:17Speaker 3: at the cake tasting. Still, Katie gets a notification on
- 51:21Speaker 3: her smart watch, which is so funny that she has
- 51:23Speaker 3: a smart watch, because I feel like those are supposed
- 51:26Speaker 3: to help people manage their lives better.
- 51:28Speaker 1: And I noticed that when she was looking at her watch,
- 51:31Speaker 1: She's like, you're not gonna like this. I was like,
- 51:33Speaker 1: what time? It is?
- 51:34Speaker 3: Like, you have access to all the technology to help
- 51:37Speaker 3: you get your act together and you still can't do it.
- 51:40Speaker 3: I'm sure there's an app on there that helps you,
- 51:42Speaker 3: like count how many drinks you've had, so you don't
- 51:44Speaker 3: make that. So she says, the delivery company is giving
- 51:50Speaker 3: me the window of when your possessions from the UK
- 51:53Speaker 3: a arriving, and he says, what, why are they contacting you?
- 51:58Speaker 3: And she says, well, they've been contact I told you
- 52:02Speaker 3: and he says, no, you didn't, and the parents get
- 52:07Speaker 3: so tense.
- 52:08Speaker 2: They're just like, this is so bad.
- 52:10Speaker 1: Kimberly didn't make you so stressed to think like that
- 52:13Speaker 1: was all his stuff.
- 52:15Speaker 3: I was so when we get more of the story,
- 52:18Speaker 3: I was just more and more infuriated.
- 52:20Speaker 2: And the parents are just sitting there, just like not.
- 52:22Speaker 3: Eating the cake, just like Katie fucked up something else,
- 52:26Speaker 3: and she gave a total bitch to Josh. So she
- 52:29Speaker 3: explains that his stuff has been stuck at customs since
- 52:34Speaker 3: he got to America and now his possessions are finally
- 52:38Speaker 3: arriving in Portland, but they are not in Portland now
- 52:43Speaker 3: they are in California. And she says, I feel like
- 52:48Speaker 3: he's being a little dramatic.
- 52:51Speaker 2: What fuck fuck you, Katie.
- 52:56Speaker 3: I have you with every fiber of my being right now.
- 53:00Speaker 3: There's something so selfish about her.
- 53:03Speaker 1: It's really bad. This is really bad because he's you
- 53:07Speaker 1: could you could see the non acting sheer panic, like
- 53:11Speaker 1: we're not just doing this scene that producers told us
- 53:13Speaker 1: to do. You could see the real like panic in
- 53:16Speaker 1: him that was there.
- 53:18Speaker 3: This is everything I own and we are not there.
- 53:21Speaker 3: They're going to drop it off and no one is
- 53:23Speaker 3: going to be in the hallway of our apartment building
- 53:25Speaker 3: for anyone to take what's gonna happen.
- 53:27Speaker 1: We've got to call.
- 53:29Speaker 3: He's gonna go back, get sent back to England because
- 53:32Speaker 3: no one's there to sign for its nightmare.
- 53:35Speaker 2: This is a nightmare.
- 53:36Speaker 3: And instead of problem solving, she's like, I think he's
- 53:39Speaker 3: being a little dramatic. I oh, there's so many diagnoses
- 53:49Speaker 3: I think I can think about the top of my head.
- 53:51Speaker 2: But basically, just bitch. She just she's being a bitch.
- 53:56Speaker 3: So he says he She goes, so he's being dramatic,
- 54:01Speaker 3: And Josh says, I've been trying to get these things
- 54:03Speaker 3: for weeks and you haven't told me anything, and they've
- 54:06Speaker 3: been contacting you, and this is this level of importance
- 54:11Speaker 3: to me up here, and you're treating it all the
- 54:14Speaker 3: way down here. Yeah, And she says, well, I was
- 54:17Speaker 3: on my run when they called, and I texted you
- 54:20Speaker 3: about it and you never asked, so I didn't bring
- 54:24Speaker 3: it up.
- 54:25Speaker 1: She probably sent him a text that said, hey, remind
- 54:28Speaker 1: me to tell you something later.
- 54:29Speaker 2: Right exactly, and he didn't.
- 54:31Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 54:32Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 54:33Speaker 3: So he apologizes to the parents. He's like, I'm sorry
- 54:37Speaker 3: that we're having this discussion in front of you at
- 54:39Speaker 3: this cake tasting. And they say, no, it's important. It's
- 54:43Speaker 3: all of your belongings and our daughters being a huge
- 54:46Speaker 3: see you next Tuesday.
- 54:47Speaker 2: Right now. We're sorry for our daughter, is what they
- 54:49Speaker 2: should have said.
- 54:50Speaker 3: So Josh says, if it was all of her storage
- 54:53Speaker 3: unit possessions, like that weird bin that had like loose
- 54:59Speaker 3: bean in it and things like that a plate, yeah,
- 55:05Speaker 3: she would be concerned too. And she says, well, there's
- 55:08Speaker 3: nothing you can do but just hope it gets there
- 55:11Speaker 3: when we're there.
- 55:13Speaker 1: No, there's something you can do, which is schedule it
- 55:16Speaker 1: for when you're home, or get a friend to go.
- 55:18Speaker 3: Get a friend to go and wait and contact the
- 55:21Speaker 3: company and make sure it's okay for someone else to
- 55:23Speaker 3: sign give him your authorization, like you need to start
- 55:27Speaker 3: making calls right now. And he said, I would just
- 55:30Speaker 3: appreciate you taking this more seriously. These are all of
- 55:33Speaker 3: the possessions that I have in this world, right and
- 55:36Speaker 3: so they he's upset, and I would be upset to
- 55:40Speaker 3: and so they go back to her. On another day,
- 55:43Speaker 3: they're at the parents' house. They look at the chickens
- 55:45Speaker 3: in the backyard. She's trying to catch one and it's
- 55:48Speaker 3: running away from her, and he says, this looks like
- 55:51Speaker 3: you on a night out trying to catch an innocent
- 55:53Speaker 3: guy to make up with it and make out with him.
- 55:55Speaker 3: We'll call the chicken Ryan, And I was like, so
- 56:00Speaker 3: now we're joking about her trying to essentially s a
- 56:06Speaker 3: people who don't want it.
- 56:08Speaker 1: It's uh, it's he's just laughing, like he's made the
- 56:11Speaker 1: joke of the century, and like, this is a girl
- 56:13Speaker 1: you're supposed to be marrying, and you're making jokes about
- 56:17Speaker 1: how she's trying to make.
- 56:19Speaker 3: Out with force herself for herself on there pushing her away.
- 56:25Speaker 3: So he says, it's good that you know, we're happy
- 56:29Speaker 3: and having fun after our fight yesterday and we had
- 56:32Speaker 3: a great night shagging. So happy Easter. So they just
- 56:36Speaker 3: they just go swing from fights to makeup.
- 56:39Speaker 1: Sex, Like is this stuff that's what I need to know?
- 56:42Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly, We're not even going to get a follow up.
- 56:45Speaker 2: I bet on the stuff.
- 56:47Speaker 3: So the dad leads them in an Easter egg hunt
- 56:50Speaker 3: and that was fun.
- 56:51Speaker 2: They're both actually very into it. They're both being really competitive,
- 56:54Speaker 2: and he's like, this is intense and they can't find
- 56:57Speaker 2: the eggs anywhere, and like there's like a golden egg
- 57:00Speaker 2: and they're like take no prisoners, and they're like both
- 57:04Speaker 2: going for it. It was cute.
- 57:05Speaker 3: But then they're in their talking head and he says,
- 57:07Speaker 3: I would like to tone down the competition when we do
- 57:10Speaker 3: this with our children, and she says no, and he says, okay,
- 57:16Speaker 3: so you can organize the egg hunt and I'll organize
- 57:19Speaker 3: the therapy that they'll need because.
- 57:21Speaker 2: Of the egg hunt.
- 57:22Speaker 3: And so Josh finds the golden egg, which has two
- 57:26Speaker 3: dollars in it. Yes, Katie takes one of them and haha,
- 57:31Speaker 3: it's so fun. So the grandparents come over for an
- 57:33Speaker 3: Easter meal, the grandparents, who also hate Katie and Edward.
- 57:38Speaker 3: The grandpa says, Katie is very opinionated and.
- 57:43Speaker 2: Pushy, but she's a good person, you know. I just
- 57:49Speaker 2: good luck Josh. It's good luck, Josh. You grandpa says.
- 57:56Speaker 1: Grandpa's had a couple of mid afternoon Easter wines and
- 57:59Speaker 1: he's telling it all loose lips.
- 58:02Speaker 2: Everyone in this family hates her.
- 58:04Speaker 1: Yes.
- 58:04Speaker 3: So at the meal, Katie starts drinking. She's like secretly
- 58:08Speaker 3: pouring more wine for herself and Josh.
- 58:11Speaker 1: Josh gets up to get the sausage rolls and she's likelgooloo.
- 58:14Speaker 2: Well he's not looking.
- 58:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 58:16Speaker 3: So the mom asked if Josh celebrated Easter and he
- 58:19Speaker 3: says kind of. When I was a kid, it was
- 58:21Speaker 3: more about chocolate. I'm not very religious, and he says,
- 58:24Speaker 3: what does the religion mean to you? And mom says, well,
- 58:29Speaker 3: you're gonna have to have your children baptized and raised
- 58:31Speaker 3: in the church. And I think she says to us,
- 58:36Speaker 3: I think religion gives people good morals, Like it's done
- 58:40Speaker 3: with my daughter Katie.
- 58:42Speaker 1: Clearly my daughter has turned her face away from the church.
- 58:46Speaker 3: Because if ever there was a face for religion, Katie
- 58:53Speaker 3: is not. That she's like on a billboard warning people
- 58:56Speaker 3: against forcing religion on children.
- 58:58Speaker 1: I wonder though, if the mom the reason she seems
- 59:02Speaker 1: so like calm and okay with the whole not okay,
- 59:05Speaker 1: but like not as bothered by Katie as any regular
- 59:08Speaker 1: person in her presence would be, is because she's so religious.
- 59:11Speaker 1: She has really just prayed a lot to come to
- 59:14Speaker 1: peace with it because she has a piece about her yeah,
- 59:18Speaker 1: where she's obviously very upset about her daughter, but she's
- 59:21Speaker 1: yet also thrilled that she doesn't live with her.
- 59:25Speaker 2: That's where so I think there are other siblings.
- 59:28Speaker 1: I think there are two, yeah.
- 59:30Speaker 3: And I think they are good. And I think the
- 59:34Speaker 3: mom a long time ago has written off Katie as
- 59:38Speaker 3: like a wild cousin in the family that comes around
- 59:41Speaker 3: occasionally for the holidays, and they're fun for a while,
- 59:45Speaker 3: but you don't let yourself get stressed over what's happening
- 59:49Speaker 3: in their life because you stare at times a year.
- 59:53Speaker 3: It's a lot of therapy and praying, and she's like,
- 59:55Speaker 3: I'm focused on my good children, and I Katie, I'm
- 1:00:00Speaker 3: I have to bail her out of jail one day,
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: but like, as long as she's not in jail. It's
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: because of murder, but it's fine as long as she's
- 1:00:08Speaker 3: not in jail, And I don't let she's like emotionally
- 1:00:11Speaker 3: detached herself. It's like you have a boss that is
- 1:00:15Speaker 3: kind of mercurial with their emotions, and you found that
- 1:00:20Speaker 3: like sometimes they're really excited about things, but then sometimes
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: they're really mad about things.
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: And you found it's.
- 1:00:26Speaker 3: Healthier for your mental health to just be like neutral,
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: so you don't get excited when they get excited, you
- 1:00:32Speaker 3: don't get sad when they get sad, and you just
- 1:00:35Speaker 3: detach and that's better for you. And I feel like
- 1:00:38Speaker 3: the mom has done that and have put all of
- 1:00:40Speaker 3: her focus on her other kids, and if Katie comes
- 1:00:43Speaker 3: around once in a while, that's great.
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: I think that's right because I think that the way
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: her mother I've really been thinking about this a lot,
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: the way that her.
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: Fascinating you guys, we've never had like a case study
- 1:00:56Speaker 3: like Katie.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: I think her mother's saying when she said, yeah, I
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: was bad on my birthday. I was bad. I kissed
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: everyone like it's funny or it's like I was I was,
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: I was bad. I accidentally like took too many pennies
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: at the CBS. It said, just take one, like she
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: kind of the way she's like, I was bad on
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: my birthday, and the mom just says that makes me sad.
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: It leads me to believe she's had a lot of
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: therapy coaching on how to approach Katie, how to respond
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: when Katie does things, and for her to say one
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: day you're going to hurt somebody. I feel like the
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: mom has had a I'd love to know how much
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: therapy her mothers have because dad is sort of like,
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: I don't know. She does therapy and then tells me
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: and I just say, okay, that's how we deal with Katie.
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: When does she leaves me?
- 1:01:44Speaker 3: It might be church therapy like pailing with the reactious leader.
- 1:01:51Speaker 3: And they have tried to pray the drunk away with Katie,
- 1:01:56Speaker 3: which is like a different kind of pray the gay away,
- 1:01:59Speaker 3: to pray the take out away, but they have been unsuccessful.
- 1:02:03Speaker 3: So they are teaching her to like focus on her
- 1:02:06Speaker 3: own emotions and the good children. But what's interesting about
- 1:02:10Speaker 3: that scene is why did Katie confess that she was
- 1:02:13Speaker 3: bad on her birthday? Does she have like a confessional
- 1:02:16Speaker 3: relationship with her mom, like she confesses her sins to her?
- 1:02:20Speaker 3: Why does she tell her mom all of this stuff
- 1:02:23Speaker 3: that she does when she knows it will be against
- 1:02:26Speaker 3: what her mom believes? Is she trying to get attention
- 1:02:30Speaker 3: from her parents by doing this sort of behavior, right,
- 1:02:35Speaker 3: It's very strange. It is it could justice easily not
- 1:02:39Speaker 3: have said anything because she doesn't live there.
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: How her mom know, right, yeah, I'm with you. Okay,
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: continue on. I'm sorry I could. I'm nastly fascinated by
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: the situation.
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:02:52Speaker 3: So they're talking about church, and you know, the mom
- 1:02:55Speaker 3: says religion gives people good morals, unlike Katie, and the
- 1:02:59Speaker 3: dad to ask if Josh would ever convert, and Josh says, oh,
- 1:03:03Speaker 3: God goodness, that's a big question. Oh my cheerio, that's
- 1:03:06Speaker 3: a good question. That's a big question. No, I don't
- 1:03:10Speaker 3: know enough about your religion. And Katie says, well, what
- 1:03:13Speaker 3: if I took you to church, which again was interesting
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: because she's not lying to the parents and saying, we
- 1:03:18Speaker 3: go to church all the time, right, you know, Yeah,
- 1:03:22Speaker 3: so we go in Portland. We totally have a regular
- 1:03:25Speaker 3: church are The pastor's name is George Glass.
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: We totally go all the time.
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: I I think they've given up with her trying to
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: go to church.
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: Uh huh.
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: But I think their whole thing is if you get married,
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: if you have children, God forbid, then we need those
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: children to go.
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: To church, right, because it's too late for you.
- 1:03:46Speaker 3: But the kids are innocent and we could still mold
- 1:03:49Speaker 3: them into who we want them to be.
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: They will still be our grandchildren. Right.
- 1:03:53Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:03:54Speaker 3: So Katie's like, what if I took you to church?
- 1:03:56Speaker 3: And he says, I'd be open to it, you know,
- 1:03:59Speaker 3: i' mcna. So that's sort of like you don't you
- 1:04:02Speaker 3: don't know, you know, kind of you're open. And Katie says,
- 1:04:08Speaker 3: Mom asked her mom, if Josh doesn't believe in God,
- 1:04:12Speaker 3: will he.
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: Go to hell and I'll go to heaven?
- 1:04:14Speaker 3: And Mom says, well, I don't know what's in his
- 1:04:17Speaker 3: soul and what God is looking for, which is kind
- 1:04:21Speaker 3: of bs because isn't all of her studies isn't that
- 1:04:24Speaker 3: tell you what God is looking for to go to heaven?
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: It was interesting the way she said to her mom,
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: mom my book, It's like, Mom, well Josh go to heaven. Yeah,
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: looks like she was like a four year old at
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: like Sunday School, Like, you know, it was strange.
- 1:04:39Speaker 3: Everything is strange, strange, everything is strange. Also, you can
- 1:04:43Speaker 3: see the thoughts start going and now Katie is like O.
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: C D.
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: Spiraling Yes, right, the after life. She's now spiling spiraling
- 1:04:52Speaker 2: about that. So Katie's like, well, if he doesn't go
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: to heaven, how can I be happy if he's in heaven?
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: And or if he's in Hell and I'm in Heaven.
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: If I was Josh, I would have gotten ever walked away.
- 1:05:02Speaker 3: I would be like, we're having an Easter dinner conversation
- 1:05:05Speaker 3: and everyone's just assuming that I'm going.
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: To Hell, like I'm leaving.
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: Well, She's like, Mommy, tell me where do the bad
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: people go?
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: Like Darling, your bestrothed is going to Hell? Oh no, mommy, Yeah,
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: it's crazy.
- 1:05:23Speaker 3: So mom says, I don't know Katie because she's instead
- 1:05:27Speaker 3: of like going along with the OCD, you know, she
- 1:05:29Speaker 3: she just needs an answer. She could have just lied
- 1:05:31Speaker 3: to her, but instead she's like, I don't know Katie,
- 1:05:34Speaker 3: and she's kind of annoyed. I feel like like they're
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: incessant questions. I'm sure Katie asked a lot of questions
- 1:05:40Speaker 3: because of her mind's going, and she's like.
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: What about this?
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: Mom?
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: What about this? Do ducks go to heaven? What about geese?
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: Do geese go to heaven?
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: What about that geese that bit me? Did he go
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: to heaven? What about this? Do the ants go to heaven?
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: Katie fucking I don't know? Ask God? Like everyone hates her.
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: And they're like, maybe she should have some more wine.
- 1:06:03Speaker 3: Yeah, she had her drunks, so she'll pass out. Stop
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: talking to us, so Mom says in their in their
- 1:06:09Speaker 3: talking head, Katie tells Josh, you know our kids need
- 1:06:12Speaker 3: to be baptized, and he says, well, this is starting
- 1:06:15Speaker 3: to feel like an ultimatum, like it's again your way
- 1:06:18Speaker 3: or it's nothing. And she says, I feel like I've
- 1:06:22Speaker 3: told you I'm Lutheran, so it shouldn't blind blindside you.
- 1:06:26Speaker 3: And he says, and I've told you that I'm agnostic,
- 1:06:30Speaker 3: so that shouldn't blindside you. You can't have it both ways,
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: like I've been very clear about my religion and or
- 1:06:38Speaker 3: lack of religion. And Mom tells them to get into heaven,
- 1:06:44Speaker 3: you need to accept Jesus Christ as your savior. And
- 1:06:47Speaker 3: I was like, okay, you lost me, Mom. You had
- 1:06:52Speaker 3: you had me with I hate my daughter, but you
- 1:06:55Speaker 3: lost me with telling me that I'm going to hell.
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: She got real, reallys real quick.
- 1:07:01Speaker 2: Real religious, real quick.
- 1:07:03Speaker 3: And again I ask like, what if Josh was Jewish
- 1:07:06Speaker 3: or something else and not agnostic.
- 1:07:09Speaker 2: Would she also say that she would feel like.
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: Hell?
- 1:07:15Speaker 3: Or is she one of the Christians that's like, oh,
- 1:07:18Speaker 3: she's one of the chosen people.
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: We don't mess. I don't know. I kind of feel
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: like she's like, you're a Lutheran or you're nothing.
- 1:07:26Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly exactly, that's what feels like. Yeah.
- 1:07:30Speaker 3: And Katie says, well, I don't know, is it like
- 1:07:32Speaker 3: so black or white? And the mom says, I think it.
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: Is, which is weird because five seconds ago she said,
- 1:07:38Speaker 2: I don't know what's in his heart. I don't know
- 1:07:39Speaker 2: what God is looking for.
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: And it doesn't seem very Christian to be like it's
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: black and white, You're going to.
- 1:07:46Speaker 2: Hell, You're going to hell. It's no, no one judges
- 1:07:49Speaker 2: like a good Christian.
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: That's right, real, that's right. Wow. And also she's sick
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: of Katie. She's been there one day. She doesn't want
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: to eat sausage rolls. She looked at her glass. It
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: was empty. Two minutes ago it was full. Katie drank
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: her wine. Yeah, she's gonna have to drive grandma and
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: grandma back to the nursing home. She's in a mood.
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: She's in a mood. She's had it, she's had it.
- 1:08:10Speaker 2: Had it.
- 1:08:11Speaker 3: Yeah, she's not a very patient Christian lady. Okaye, she's
- 1:08:18Speaker 3: trying to Maybe she's realized because of the packages that
- 1:08:22Speaker 3: got lost in customs, Josh. Really, she needs to save
- 1:08:26Speaker 3: this young man, even though he is agnostic. She needs
- 1:08:29Speaker 3: to save him and get him away from her daughter.
- 1:08:32Speaker 3: So she is going to be as horrible as possible,
- 1:08:34Speaker 3: telling him he's going to hell so that he'll run
- 1:08:38Speaker 3: get away from my daughter.
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: She wants somebody to take care of her so bad.
- 1:08:42Speaker 3: I know she wants him to save her, even though
- 1:08:45Speaker 3: he's getting nothing out of the deal.
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: No, and I don't know if he's surprised either. Honestly, No,
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: he's not.
- 1:08:51Speaker 3: There has to be something that is not right or
- 1:08:54Speaker 3: he just wants to be in America to be an influencer.
- 1:08:56Speaker 2: He seems to really want to be on social media.
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: He said, forty year old influencer. Okay, let's talk about
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: Debbie and is he he is in back thirty? Wow? Wow,
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: sorry apologies. Okay, let's talk about Debbie and Meadow. Okay, Wow,
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: that was okay. Debbie and Meadow. Okay, you know, with
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: all the conversation about my banks, tell me the truth,
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: do my banks look like Debbie? Because now I'm concerned
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: that my banks look like Debbie's banks.
- 1:09:32Speaker 3: No, and I actually wrote, even though she's going through
- 1:09:36Speaker 3: torture right now and sobbing on the sidewalk. Her hair
- 1:09:40Speaker 3: looks good, and I don't know how she gets it
- 1:09:42Speaker 3: to be so unfrizzy in that New Orleans. That New
- 1:09:47Speaker 3: Orleans humidity is a killer. So how what products is
- 1:09:51Speaker 3: she using?
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: I wonder if she's got a no, what do you
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: do when you get it straight resilient blowout? Because it's
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: bored straight, it's board straight, right, and yeah.
- 1:10:05Speaker 2: I've gotten that too.
- 1:10:06Speaker 3: It kills you because the formal dide and it's bad,
- 1:10:09Speaker 3: but you're you're ingesting all of that for me.
- 1:10:12Speaker 2: Oh, you have to wear a mask like you, guys,
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: eyes like, just profusely, guys.
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: It's not it's not worth it bad.
- 1:10:20Speaker 3: But the humidity, the other hand, the friz, Wow, we
- 1:10:25Speaker 3: don't like the friz. No, she's but no, your hair
- 1:10:28Speaker 3: doesn't look like Tibby's.
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: Okay, thank you, I'm concerned. Okay. So twenty five days
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: to wed so we opened with her ball and crying
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: on the street of New Orleans. Just can't just a
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: shell of herself and her white jeans because he's sitting
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: on throw up. If she's on the streets and New Orleans,
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: it looks like more like the garden. It looked a
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: little nicer.
- 1:10:53Speaker 2: Yeah, it's very cute street.
- 1:10:55Speaker 3: I shouldn't be so there's probably not like drunk like
- 1:10:59Speaker 3: alcohol on the ground.
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: It looks like a nice place. But I still just
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: don't get on the ground in your white pants anywhere. Yeah. So,
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: because he told her he's going back to Egypt and
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: he comes down, he goes a d D look at me,
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: a d D. Look at me, Debbie, Debbie, look at me,
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: look at me, and she's like no, And he gets
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: out of ring and places it on the ground and
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: kneels and he's like a divvy look at me, look
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: at me?
- 1:11:27Speaker 2: Or were you shocked?
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: I was furious.
- 1:11:31Speaker 2: I was I was furious and I was shocked too.
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: I was shocked. And I'm gonna tell you what else
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: today or yesterday, ninety day fiance like official Instagram posted
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: you know a little video of this moment. I wrote back,
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: total dick move. Yeah, and we don't love her and
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: we definitely don't love him. This is a dick power move.
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: And I hated it. Hated it.
- 1:11:59Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm I'm mad at the show. I'm mad at him.
- 1:12:03Speaker 2: I'm mad at because.
- 1:12:04Speaker 3: I had started to let myself believe that those reports
- 1:12:07Speaker 3: that they got married were false and that perhaps he does.
- 1:12:10Speaker 2: Go back to Egypt and she is.
- 1:12:12Speaker 3: Saved from this man, right, And I had my hopes
- 1:12:16Speaker 3: of they were dashed again.
- 1:12:18Speaker 2: And also, this is the worst thing you could do
- 1:12:21Speaker 2: to someone.
- 1:12:22Speaker 3: This is like those those prank DJs on the radio
- 1:12:27Speaker 3: who call up somebody and are like, I have bad news.
- 1:12:30Speaker 3: I'm the police and your son died.
- 1:12:33Speaker 2: Just kidding. You want tickets to the Rihanna concert? Like, yes, haha, Like.
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: This was a I didn't like this prank. I don't
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: think it's funny. I think it tells you everything you
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: need to know about his controlling character.
- 1:12:48Speaker 3: This is he took what he did when he pretended
- 1:12:51Speaker 3: he wasn't getting on the plane and he was already
- 1:12:53Speaker 3: at the airport in the first episode, and that hold
- 1:12:57Speaker 3: my beer, I'm gonna out asshole myself, yes, and do
- 1:13:01Speaker 3: an even worse prank.
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: Yes, it's not funny.
- 1:13:05Speaker 3: I'm going to crush this woman's spirit and her soul
- 1:13:09Speaker 3: and then give her the happiest moment of her life.
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: I don't understand what kind of we've definitely diagnosed Katie.
- 1:13:17Speaker 2: But yeah, the psychopath, there's something.
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: Something is there that is completely wrong for anybody to
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: think this is the right thing to do.
- 1:13:26Speaker 2: So if a guy does this to you, don't marry them.
- 1:13:30Speaker 2: Don't marry them.
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: Marry them.
- 1:13:33Speaker 3: And she's the type that where she would be like,
- 1:13:35Speaker 3: do not put cake in my face at our wedding.
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: Absolutely not.
- 1:13:39Speaker 3: I'm getting my makeup done. It's the happiest day. I
- 1:13:42Speaker 3: think it's gross when people do it. It will be
- 1:13:44Speaker 3: very upsetting to me if you do that. And he
- 1:13:47Speaker 3: does it anyways, yes, and encourages the crowd to cheer
- 1:13:49Speaker 3: for him.
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: Yes, Yes, you're so right. So she won't turn around,
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: so he goes and like hugs her behind her, which
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: it really is like one of the first times we've
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: seen him touch her, and he.
- 1:14:00Speaker 2: Was gonna strangle her.
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: She's ball she's balling, crying and he's smiling like as
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: he's like in her like look at me.
- 1:14:08Speaker 2: And then moment television gold.
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: And then she turns around and he gets on the
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: ground with the ring and he goes, I got you.
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: She falls to the ground crying even more and it's
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: like I'm gonna kill you. I'm gonna kill you. But
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: then she hugs him and then she hits him and
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: then he's laughing and he goes like, I got you,
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: I got you DD. It's not funny.
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: It's not funny.
- 1:14:29Speaker 3: And I don't feel like he would have done this
- 1:14:31Speaker 3: at all if he wasn't on TV.
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: I think he's trying to create like gotcha teaching.
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: Show show is acting too like to show that he
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: was like I will go back to jumped.
- 1:14:43Speaker 3: One thousand percent and to be the most memorable character
- 1:14:46Speaker 3: on this season. And he wouldn't have even put in
- 1:14:49Speaker 3: the effort to do a prank to her if he
- 1:14:52Speaker 3: wasn't on TV. But this is how he's putting in
- 1:14:55Speaker 3: the effort not to say I love you.
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: So he answered the ring which seems to have a
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: price on it. Oh my god, it seemed to have
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: a sticker on it. That was the price tag. But
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: maybe it was the size, but he says, I don't
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: know the size or something hurt, but there is a
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: sticker on it. And he kisses her forehead while he
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: looks outward.
- 1:15:15Speaker 2: Forehead, fore forehead, kiss.
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: Forehead, and he laughs and goes, it's not easy to
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: be with Mito.
- 1:15:23Speaker 3: And with his eyes open, yeah, looking he can't even
- 1:15:28Speaker 3: close his eyes when he kisses her.
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: Talking Todd, he goes, I was carrying this ring around.
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: I was waiting for the right moment, and so she
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: surprised me. So I surprised her.
- 1:15:38Speaker 2: So it's like a revenge thing. Yes, fuck is wrong
- 1:15:41Speaker 2: with you?
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: Yeah, she surprised me by showing me this chapel. So
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: I said, I'll surprise you by saying no, but then
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: I'll surprise you again by saying I mean So, he says,
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: We've had our ups and downs, but it just helped
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: us to understand more things about each other. And now
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: I know that she's a good person and has a
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: good heart. And I think before we met each other
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: she was missing well, we was missing something in our lives.
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: And now I complete her and she completes me. Everything
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: is everything is so narcissistic.
- 1:16:12Speaker 2: And what do you mean you were waiting for her
- 1:16:14Speaker 2: to show she's a good person?
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: Now now I know. Now I know she's not a
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: good person. So I will say this that the ring
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: he gave her seemed to be sort of a small
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: ring that again had the price tag on it. But
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: then when she's hugging him, because then she shows it
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: like we're engaged, it seems to be like a smallish ring.
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: Then when she's hugging him, you see the smallest ring
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: with the band under it, and then there's a different
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: ring that's like a big square, like green or something.
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: On the other hand, Anyway, I'm gonna have my eye
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: on this because I feel like maybe it's reenactment and
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: I don't like that.
- 1:16:54Speaker 2: And they're already married. Trust anything on this show.
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: You know who we can't trust, and that's Marissa. So
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: that's who we end with. It's Marissa and Edward, and
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: boy oh boy, have I really been wanting to root
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: for her, But.
- 1:17:09Speaker 3: She's too She is a member of MENSA and a
- 1:17:14Speaker 3: genius and an intellectual sophisticate.
- 1:17:17Speaker 2: I don't know if you knew that.
- 1:17:18Speaker 3: She is the smartest person and she needs someone to
- 1:17:21Speaker 3: match her intellectually. I'm not sure if you were aware
- 1:17:24Speaker 3: of that. She knows that Cecily is part of Italy.
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: Okay, she sells wedding.
- 1:17:32Speaker 3: Dresses for a living, which I'm sure she has a
- 1:17:35Speaker 3: nice she has. She has a good job, and I'm
- 1:17:37Speaker 3: she has a good business mind and things like that,
- 1:17:40Speaker 3: But she freaking talks like she is securing cancer and
- 1:17:44Speaker 3: he's a dumb dumb who is like intellectually handicapped.
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: Did you hear that she was fired from Kleinfeld for
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: showing his dick pics to her coworkers.
- 1:17:56Speaker 3: I did hear that. I don't is that true? We
- 1:18:00Speaker 3: know if that is factual?
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: I asked another ninety Day fiance member who said they
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: had also heard that, but they did not know if
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: it was factual.
- 1:18:09Speaker 2: Because on the show, she told them about the circumcision. Right,
- 1:18:15Speaker 2: I told Dorothy and a couple other people about the circumcision.
- 1:18:18Speaker 2: But I don't believe we saw her show picture picture.
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: But maybe she did.
- 1:18:23Speaker 3: The show and they cut it out. But then how
- 1:18:26Speaker 3: would Kleinfeld know unless someone told him.
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: Somebody told on her. That's what I think.
- 1:18:31Speaker 3: They don't like her, even though she's the most beloved
- 1:18:34Speaker 3: coworker they've ever had there besides Randy.
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: M Yeah, I think that somebody told her. Like I
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: was very uncomfortable. She showed me a picture of her
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: husband's dick and I did not want to see it.
- 1:18:44Speaker 2: Jesus.
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: Now, we don't know. That's all alleged, so we don't know.
- 1:18:48Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, okay, so she's doing fine now, she started
- 1:18:51Speaker 3: a bar studio.
- 1:18:52Speaker 2: She's fine.
- 1:18:54Speaker 3: So She has come alone to New York because she
- 1:18:57Speaker 3: needs space, and they are majorly connected, as any good
- 1:19:02Speaker 3: intellectual will say, I'm majorly disconnected right now?
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: Did she say she's in mensa? Are you just saying that?
- 1:19:09Speaker 2: Oh no, I'm just joking.
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: Okay, all right, she as, I was like, did I
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: miss that that? She said that? Okay, all right. No.
- 1:19:17Speaker 2: So her friend from the party, one of the judge ladies,
- 1:19:21Speaker 2: he has met her to at Kleinfeld to see her
- 1:19:24Speaker 2: dress fitting, and she says, I'm surrounded by happy brides
- 1:19:28Speaker 2: all the time, and it really sucks that, like I
- 1:19:32Speaker 2: don't have those excited feelings right now. And again she's
- 1:19:36Speaker 2: so intellectual.
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: Guys like what, Like, it really.
- 1:19:41Speaker 3: Sucks that, like I don't have these She sounds like
- 1:19:44Speaker 3: Emma and she is deep intellectual. Also, Dorothy, her work wife,
- 1:19:51Speaker 3: is there, and Dorothy and the friend gossip immediately. When
- 1:19:55Speaker 3: Marissa goes to try in the dress, It's like, oh
- 1:19:57Speaker 3: my god, nice to meet you.
- 1:19:58Speaker 2: What do you think about Edward? He's a d me right,
- 1:20:00Speaker 2: he's not good enough for her?
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: Have you seen have you seen that dick?
- 1:20:03Speaker 2: Have you seen thee So they are worried.
- 1:20:07Speaker 3: They're not sure if she's going to go through at
- 1:20:09Speaker 3: the wedding, and Dorothy keeps trying to get the friend
- 1:20:12Speaker 3: to say that she's against it, like but you're what
- 1:20:14Speaker 3: do you really think? Like do you do you think
- 1:20:16Speaker 3: she should do it? And the friend keeps trying to
- 1:20:18Speaker 3: be very diplomatic and like feel Dorothy out. They're each
- 1:20:22Speaker 3: trying to feel each other out, like do we hate him?
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: Right?
- 1:20:25Speaker 2: We hate him right? Because he's not good enough for Marissa.
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: Right, it's like on three say it one, yes, exactly,
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: I'll say it if you say it on three. Yeah.
- 1:20:35Speaker 3: So she comes out in this dress that she says,
- 1:20:38Speaker 3: it's just like me. It's sexy and sophisticated.
- 1:20:42Speaker 2: And okay, it's.
- 1:20:46Speaker 3: Sort of a Grecian style to me, she looks like
- 1:20:50Speaker 3: a pillar, a Grecian pillar.
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's good.
- 1:20:54Speaker 3: So the friend says, well, you made the right decision
- 1:20:58Speaker 3: with the dress. Maris is like, what what do you mean?
- 1:21:03Speaker 3: And Dorothy goes, well, I just hope you love Edward
- 1:21:06Speaker 3: for the right reason. And Marissa goes, what do I
- 1:21:09Speaker 3: love him for his money? He's a poor Well, of
- 1:21:15Speaker 3: course I don't love him for his money. Did you
- 1:21:17Speaker 3: hear that joke that I just.
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: Made he's a poor okay.
- 1:21:22Speaker 2: So Dorothy goes, well, like sex, do you love him
- 1:21:26Speaker 2: for sex?
- 1:21:27Speaker 3: And Maris is like, I don't know what I'm doing.
- 1:21:30Speaker 3: I'm not one hundred percent sure about the wedding. I'm
- 1:21:32Speaker 3: like seventy five.
- 1:21:33Speaker 2: Percent sure, and Dorothy says, first for me, seventy five
- 1:21:37Speaker 2: might as well be zero, like you have to be
- 1:21:39Speaker 2: all in.
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: And you know what's interesting? This week on Love After
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: lock Up, Corey said about Kirsten and Brady, she said,
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: I give a seventy five percent chance, and we were like,
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: that's good. That's good for Love after lock Up? He
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: saw people.
- 1:21:54Speaker 2: Yes, good, Yeah, I mean even as in like seventy
- 1:21:59Speaker 2: five percent of no, fifty percent of Nicole she is
- 1:22:03Speaker 2: like fifty percent good for me, Chris, Yes, seventy five
- 1:22:09Speaker 2: was I think how Michael Michael felt about Angela when
- 1:22:13Speaker 2: they I think it was no there was.
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: Baby Girl Lisa, it was so Ja boy and baby Girl.
- 1:22:17Speaker 2: It was baby Girl Lisa. Yeah.
- 1:22:18Speaker 3: Yeah, so uh, Dorothy's like it might as well be zero,
- 1:22:23Speaker 3: and Marissa says, so I can't be sure in forty
- 1:22:26Speaker 3: five days, like I just can't get to be one
- 1:22:29Speaker 3: hundred in forty five days, and the friend's like, but
- 1:22:32Speaker 3: it's been two and a half years that you've known him,
- 1:22:35Speaker 3: and Marisa says, I know.
- 1:22:37Speaker 2: It's just now that we're living together.
- 1:22:39Speaker 3: I'm assessing our new dynamic where I've realized he's stupid
- 1:22:43Speaker 3: and it's basically like marrying someone who has.
- 1:22:47Speaker 2: An intellectual disability, the way I have to speak down
- 1:22:50Speaker 2: to him. So the friend says he was happy, go
- 1:22:54Speaker 2: lucky and his personality has changed because he can only
- 1:22:58Speaker 2: take so much of your bitchiness. And Marissa says, yeah,
- 1:23:03Speaker 2: because he feels beaten down by me. Yes, but I
- 1:23:08Speaker 2: want him to feel confident and be independent of me.
- 1:23:12Speaker 2: And she's like, last night I wanted alone time in
- 1:23:14Speaker 2: the city and I didn't contact him, and at ten
- 1:23:17Speaker 2: thirty at night, he texted me like have a good night.
- 1:23:21Speaker 2: Like I felt like there was attitude with the text,
- 1:23:23Speaker 2: and she says, I'm busy. I don't want to.
- 1:23:26Speaker 3: Text nine thousand times a day. Well, you're engaged to
- 1:23:30Speaker 3: him and.
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: You just check in.
- 1:23:32Speaker 3: You're helping to raise your children, so you should text occasionally.
- 1:23:38Speaker 3: He's not asking nine thousand, he's asking for one. And
- 1:23:42Speaker 3: she says he's miserable and he's afraid of messing up
- 1:23:45Speaker 3: because I'm not being nice to him, because I'm not
- 1:23:48Speaker 3: happy because of him. It's all his fault that he's
- 1:23:52Speaker 3: making me act like such a bitch. And Dorothy says,
- 1:23:55Speaker 3: if you're not certain, you shouldn't get married. And Marisa says,
- 1:23:58Speaker 3: I shouldn't be settling but the city because she thinks
- 1:24:01Speaker 3: she's so much better than him. But the situation is
- 1:24:04Speaker 3: more complicated than my friends realize. And I was like,
- 1:24:07Speaker 3: what is there something we don't know?
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: Yeah? Is pregnant? Yeah, exactly. Yeah.
- 1:24:14Speaker 2: So then she texts Edward, she said. She says, Edward
- 1:24:17Speaker 2: texts her that she he needs to talk to her
- 1:24:20Speaker 2: about something important, and he's coming to the city to
- 1:24:23Speaker 2: meet her. And she's like, oh my god, he is
- 1:24:26Speaker 2: going to travel into the city alone. No one with
- 1:24:28Speaker 2: his low IQ should be allowed on the streets without
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: a supervisor.
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: It is three hours away, so you do wonder, like
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: is he driving? Is there a train?
- 1:24:37Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, there's a train, I'm sure, but like he's
- 1:24:40Speaker 3: going to navigate the trains by himself.
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: Gosh in a language that he reads.
- 1:24:46Speaker 2: Wow, yeah, if money that he has and wow, she
- 1:24:50Speaker 2: I mean she thinks.
- 1:24:51Speaker 3: She needs to have him on a leash like a
- 1:24:53Speaker 3: little kid. You'd have like a backpack leash.
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: Yeah, God bless.
- 1:24:58Speaker 3: So my brother had one of those because he was
- 1:25:01Speaker 3: always running off. So she's so they meet up and
- 1:25:06Speaker 3: he tells us, you know, she barely said goodbye to
- 1:25:09Speaker 3: me when she went on this trip for a few
- 1:25:10Speaker 3: days to New York. She didn't even hug me. She's
- 1:25:13Speaker 3: being very cold and not loving to me. And I'm
- 1:25:16Speaker 3: doing everything I can to make her happy and she's
- 1:25:18Speaker 3: not giving it back.
- 1:25:19Speaker 2: We're a couple. It's not just her.
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: And I was like, finally, yeah, I like he's standing
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: up to her. I like it.
- 1:25:26Speaker 3: Finally it's not all about her and what she wants.
- 1:25:29Speaker 3: And he says, I need more because I know my
- 1:25:31Speaker 3: value as a person. And so he meets with her.
- 1:25:34Speaker 3: He brings her a coffee, which I thought was nice,
- 1:25:37Speaker 3: and she says she's nervous, like this has to be
- 1:25:40Speaker 3: important for you to come all this way by yourself
- 1:25:43Speaker 3: without your adult human like to be.
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: What if he walked up and he had one of
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: those huge badges around his neck that they make the kids,
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: but like their airline piction, Yes, that says an accompany
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: of minor. You know that's what I'm Yes, yes, all right.
- 1:26:00Speaker 3: He's like going to reenact home alone too, lost in
- 1:26:02Speaker 3: New York again, like with a backpack on, and he's
- 1:26:06Speaker 3: gonna like and people will come up to him.
- 1:26:08Speaker 2: Do you know where your mom and dad are?
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:26:10Speaker 2: Right, I can't find them. Let me get an officer
- 1:26:15Speaker 2: to help you. So he says, I don't feel good
- 1:26:19Speaker 2: with you.
- 1:26:19Speaker 3: You just left for four or five days and you
- 1:26:22Speaker 3: didn't even give me a hug. You know that I
- 1:26:25Speaker 3: like those things, and you're just so cold. I'm begging
- 1:26:27Speaker 3: for love and it's not acceptable for me. And she
- 1:26:30Speaker 3: kind of rolls her eyes, which.
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: He really was able to, like really express exactly what
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: he was upset about, you know.
- 1:26:37Speaker 2: Which is all she's wanted. She says, this is what
- 1:26:40Speaker 2: she's wanted.
- 1:26:41Speaker 3: She's like, I want him to stand up for himself
- 1:26:43Speaker 3: and get mad at me back, like when I'm being
- 1:26:46Speaker 3: a bitch.
- 1:26:47Speaker 2: I want him to be a man. And he's now telling.
- 1:26:49Speaker 3: Her, yeah, good good, and she's like rolling her eyes,
- 1:26:52Speaker 3: and he says, I need affection.
- 1:26:54Speaker 2: You were never like this at the beginning, like you've changed, and.
- 1:26:58Speaker 3: She says, I'm not affectionate as you you are in general,
- 1:27:00Speaker 3: and I'm just not in a headspace to be that
- 1:27:03Speaker 3: way right now. And you're quiet, and I feel like
- 1:27:07Speaker 3: there's nothing for us to talk about. There's no stimulation.
- 1:27:15Speaker 2: Were you having like book club meetings in the dr
- 1:27:19Speaker 2: when you were first dating? Is this what you're missing?
- 1:27:22Speaker 2: Like you would download like thesis papers on the internet
- 1:27:28Speaker 2: and then discuss them exactly.
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 1:27:30Speaker 3: You want to do like a mock trial where you
- 1:27:32Speaker 3: would debate each other about like political issues.
- 1:27:36Speaker 2: Do you exactly?
- 1:27:37Speaker 1: She got the ck because he's like playing so much
- 1:27:39Speaker 1: with the kids that she's like, that's annoying, but she
- 1:27:43Speaker 1: wants him to do that. But then she want I
- 1:27:46Speaker 1: don't know what she wants.
- 1:27:47Speaker 3: She didn't like it when they were wrestling upstairs because
- 1:27:50Speaker 3: she's like, it's now like I have three kids.
- 1:27:52Speaker 2: It was really loud and I didn't like it.
- 1:27:55Speaker 1: You mess up on the bed, yeah, and.
- 1:27:57Speaker 3: Mm hmm, it's all about the pillows, and so she
- 1:28:03Speaker 3: she's like, there's no stimulation. He says, I give you
- 1:28:06Speaker 3: exactly what you want, and then you complain and she says,
- 1:28:09Speaker 3: you haven't. You promised to give me space on this trip,
- 1:28:12Speaker 3: and then you got mad at me, and then she
- 1:28:14Speaker 3: like smirks like she's got one up on him, and
- 1:28:19Speaker 3: don't try to tell me you didn't.
- 1:28:20Speaker 2: You got mad at me and you know, and but
- 1:28:23Speaker 2: that happened after you gave him a cold goodbye that
- 1:28:27Speaker 2: was on this trip, so your point doesn't hold.
- 1:28:30Speaker 1: So Also I think he's like, okay, wait, so she's
- 1:28:33Speaker 1: going to work in the city. She's gonna this is
- 1:28:35Speaker 1: how it's going to be. Whenever she gets annoyed, she's
- 1:28:37Speaker 1: just going to flee to her other apartment.
- 1:28:39Speaker 2: Right, and now talk to me for days?
- 1:28:41Speaker 1: Yeah? Right?
- 1:28:42Speaker 2: So he says this is new for me.
- 1:28:44Speaker 3: You weren't like this before, and she says, I'm not
- 1:28:48Speaker 3: okay with my life and I can't hug you when
- 1:28:50Speaker 3: I feel so unsure of things. I am questioning things,
- 1:28:54Speaker 3: and he says, like, what are you questioning? And she
- 1:28:56Speaker 3: says our compatibility and if we're even the right fit
- 1:28:59Speaker 3: to get married, and he tells us this is bullshit.
- 1:29:03Speaker 3: I can't believe she has the balls to say that
- 1:29:05Speaker 3: to me, and she tells him every time I put
- 1:29:08Speaker 3: down a deposit.
- 1:29:10Speaker 2: Or book something for the wedding with my money.
- 1:29:14Speaker 3: I think, like, is this wedding even going to happen
- 1:29:18Speaker 3: and she he thinks for her this is just about money.
- 1:29:23Speaker 3: But for me, I left my entire life to be here.
- 1:29:26Speaker 3: And why didn't she tell me that she was questioning
- 1:29:29Speaker 3: all this before? I think she has tried to tell
- 1:29:31Speaker 3: him several times, like in the park, she told him
- 1:29:34Speaker 3: she was questioning things. Yeah, but she never had these
- 1:29:38Speaker 3: questions or told him before he came that she was
- 1:29:41Speaker 3: having these doubts.
- 1:29:43Speaker 1: By the way, why didn't she He's got there plan
- 1:29:45Speaker 1: all this beforehand, like all the wedding stuff. She should
- 1:29:48Speaker 1: just had it all planned before they knew they were anyway,
- 1:29:51Speaker 1: that's neither here or there. But that's annoying to me, doo,
- 1:29:53Speaker 1: and like, why are you planning it? I'm sixty days out,
- 1:29:55Speaker 1: Like you should have already done all that. Yeah.
- 1:29:57Speaker 3: Yeah, So their showdown in New York showdown continues.
- 1:30:05Speaker 1: Well next time on Katie and her friends, it looks
- 1:30:08Speaker 1: like they're doing like a hin do you know, like
- 1:30:11Speaker 1: a hindoo instead of like a because he's British, because
- 1:30:14Speaker 1: they have on fascinators and they're like it was in
- 1:30:17Speaker 1: the middle of the day, like they're doing tea yea,
- 1:30:19Speaker 1: And she goes, you know, drunken like, let's play a
- 1:30:22Speaker 1: game and never have I ever, never ever has Josh
- 1:30:25Speaker 1: gone down on me. And they're like, okay, never ever
- 1:30:28Speaker 1: has Josh gone down on me either, Like that's not
- 1:30:30Speaker 1: how you play the game, dummy.
- 1:30:32Speaker 2: You just wanted to humiliate him and he's not even there.
- 1:30:37Speaker 1: Yeah, And then in her talking head she goes, if
- 1:30:40Speaker 1: I have to have sex with the only Josh for
- 1:30:42Speaker 1: the rest of my life, it's going to be boring.
- 1:30:45Speaker 1: And uh, she says to her friends. Once I say
- 1:30:49Speaker 1: I do, I don't like want it Josh to be
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: like the only person for the rest of my life
- 1:30:53Speaker 1: that I can make out with, So I want to
- 1:30:56Speaker 1: talk to him about it, like like an open relationship.
- 1:31:01Speaker 1: The whole thing that her whole personality is making out
- 1:31:04Speaker 1: is just beyond what.
- 1:31:06Speaker 3: It is, like a mental illness of something. It's like
- 1:31:11Speaker 3: it's behavior like this, like sexual like everly sexual behavior
- 1:31:15Speaker 3: is can be part of like being bipolar or being
- 1:31:20Speaker 3: you know some I'm again not going to speculate, but
- 1:31:24Speaker 3: it is like a part of that. But again, she's
- 1:31:27Speaker 3: brought someone into this and she's not working on herself.
- 1:31:31Speaker 3: And if he's not down with this sort of thing,
- 1:31:34Speaker 3: also foisting yourself on people who do not want you
- 1:31:37Speaker 3: to make out with them is not part of any
- 1:31:42Speaker 3: that is being.
- 1:31:43Speaker 2: A sexual assaulter. So you are. It's it's not even
- 1:31:47Speaker 2: the same thing.
- 1:31:48Speaker 1: It's also surprising that something bad has not happened to
- 1:31:52Speaker 1: her with that kind of aggressive behavior you could run across.
- 1:31:56Speaker 1: A guy who's not doesn't just want to make out
- 1:31:59Speaker 1: is not going to turn out well for you. You know,
- 1:32:02Speaker 1: he's surprising. So Thomas says to Paula, he says, I
- 1:32:10Speaker 1: need my apartment to be a safe space from invasive smells.
- 1:32:15Speaker 1: And she says, you know, I'm so sorry you were
- 1:32:17Speaker 1: born like this because it's so sad. And he says,
- 1:32:23Speaker 1: can you handle this? This is who I am and
- 1:32:25Speaker 1: what I need. And in the talking she goes, I
- 1:32:27Speaker 1: don't know.
- 1:32:28Speaker 2: And he's fine on the farm, like.
- 1:32:30Speaker 1: Yeah, there's a lot of smells there.
- 1:32:32Speaker 3: Yeah, but he's fine the hay, the horses, the cows,
- 1:32:36Speaker 3: like none of it bothers his galeries.
- 1:32:38Speaker 2: She says, chemical allergies.
- 1:32:41Speaker 1: She's not sure she can handle this for the rest
- 1:32:43Speaker 1: of her life. Rod and Maxwell talk and Rod says
- 1:32:49Speaker 1: to Maxwell, you're not established and I look at you
- 1:32:52Speaker 1: moving to the United States as a newborn baby, and
- 1:32:56Speaker 1: Maxwell says, okay, So if you don't trust me, you
- 1:32:58Speaker 1: should trust Asia because she's a very smart person. And
- 1:33:01Speaker 1: Rod says, well she was smart before now a ride.
- 1:33:05Speaker 1: You just hate her by the way I looked it
- 1:33:08Speaker 1: up while we were talking. And you do have to
- 1:33:11Speaker 1: have a yellow fever vaccination ten days to four weeks
- 1:33:13Speaker 1: before you go to Nigeria, yes, days at least. So
- 1:33:19Speaker 1: suck at Matt Sharp so just kiddy, not mattch Sharp,
- 1:33:22Speaker 1: just Matt Sharp productions. So Raschid says, if you don't
- 1:33:28Speaker 1: want a baby, I will have to cut this relationship.
- 1:33:31Speaker 1: And the talking head, she says, seeing him have no empathy,
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: maybe I should be the one to say we can
- 1:33:35Speaker 1: stop right here, buddy, go back to Turkey. She won't
- 1:33:39Speaker 1: do that. Shaye says to annabel Now I don't like
- 1:33:42Speaker 1: how things ended with Alison, and Annabelle says Alison is
- 1:33:46Speaker 1: a spoiled brat. Shaye and his talking head says, I
- 1:33:49Speaker 1: think they're literally both wrong. And we see them in
- 1:33:53Speaker 1: the car together, and Shae says to Alison, who's baby
- 1:33:56Speaker 1: sister in the back. Shaye says, to Alison, you got
- 1:33:59Speaker 1: a problem with the Annabel or something, and she goes, duh,
- 1:34:02Speaker 1: that's obvious she's a bitch, and Jay says, well, we're
- 1:34:05Speaker 1: getting married, so you guys have to work this out.
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: Talking to Annabelle says, fuck her. I can't believe she
- 1:34:11Speaker 1: caught me a bitch.
- 1:34:13Speaker 2: I didn't know if she calls you a bitch either.
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:34:16Speaker 3: Usually Allison does the snide comments like behind her back,
- 1:34:19Speaker 3: but now she's she's over that.
- 1:34:21Speaker 2: It's right to her face.
- 1:34:22Speaker 1: She made fun of my church and I will not
- 1:34:25Speaker 1: tolerate it.
- 1:34:27Speaker 2: Well, also, Shay, you raised this.
- 1:34:30Speaker 1: Girl right, we're the other daughter. The other daughter was
- 1:34:33Speaker 1: only for one of them.
- 1:34:34Speaker 3: Nice so like, but they even say Alison's the bitchy
- 1:34:38Speaker 3: one yea, Like why is everyone okay with that?
- 1:34:41Speaker 1: I don't know, because she's pretty. I don't know. Everarda
- 1:34:45Speaker 1: Marissa talk there by the waterfront and he says, we're halfway.
- 1:34:52Speaker 1: We're on the halfway point to the ninety days now,
- 1:34:54Speaker 1: so we need to know if we're going to move
- 1:34:56Speaker 1: forward or not, and she goes, can't you give me
- 1:34:58Speaker 1: a chance to just think about it? And he goes, no,
- 1:35:01Speaker 1: I can't and walks off.
- 1:35:04Speaker 2: So, yeah, you should know by now.
- 1:35:06Speaker 1: We know they're gonna get married, so it's gonna work out.
- 1:35:08Speaker 1: All she needed was them to just stand up to
- 1:35:10Speaker 1: her one.
- 1:35:12Speaker 3: That's when the dynamic flipped and he had the upper
- 1:35:15Speaker 3: hand and that's what she needed.
- 1:35:17Speaker 1: Yeah, and they're going to bang it out. Do we
- 1:35:20Speaker 1: have time for a quick Kimberly's Corner?
- 1:35:23Speaker 3: Well, I watched part of Diaries. Do you want me
- 1:35:27Speaker 3: to do part of it? Or should I do it
- 1:35:30Speaker 3: next week?
- 1:35:30Speaker 1: Why don't we do it next week? Why don't we
- 1:35:32Speaker 1: do it next week? And who was on though I
- 1:35:35Speaker 1: didn't even.
- 1:35:36Speaker 3: See Evelyn and Corey, Oh god, fleeing and we found
- 1:35:42Speaker 3: out what was happening with the fleeing the apartment situation.
- 1:35:46Speaker 2: Okay, Emma, Emma who banged Rob? And yeah, it's not
- 1:35:52Speaker 2: being nice to me and she's getting a Brazilian wax
- 1:35:55Speaker 2: with her twin sister. Yeah, a lot going on with Emma,
- 1:36:02Speaker 2: except not really. And then Vea and the dog sitter
- 1:36:09Speaker 2: mm hmm. She almost died because she had a benign
- 1:36:12Speaker 2: brain tumor.
- 1:36:15Speaker 1: And again got real culty and religious on the internet
- 1:36:19Speaker 1: talk speaking.
- 1:36:21Speaker 2: Because sometimes people go back, like on Plattville.
- 1:36:26Speaker 1: Can you remind me how Veya is spelled? Is it V.
- 1:36:31Speaker 3: Why sh No, there was a j in there somewhere.
- 1:36:41Speaker 1: Because I know, because I feel like was it? It
- 1:36:45Speaker 1: was it? Because it's like one of your kind of sisters.
- 1:36:48Speaker 1: I feel like it's because the e a h theya
- 1:36:53Speaker 1: name in the Bible. It doesn't appear in the Bible,
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: but it is short for navea heaven spelled backwards. Nailed it.
- 1:37:04Speaker 1: There we go, There we go, There we go. Because
- 1:37:06Speaker 1: she was raised in the religious cult kind of Amish
- 1:37:09Speaker 1: as well. Yeah what does She and ch Kina were
- 1:37:11Speaker 1: to see others like, hey girl, familiar.
- 1:37:16Speaker 2: Wow sisters, cult sisters, high five, former cults.
- 1:37:21Speaker 1: Are you guys covering on dateline? The dateline that was
- 1:37:23Speaker 1: on Friday?
- 1:37:25Speaker 2: Uh? Yes we are because mystery.
- 1:37:28Speaker 1: It was Blaine, Yes, and uh yeah I watched it.
- 1:37:33Speaker 2: There was lots of mushrooms and I really hate mushrooms.
- 1:37:36Speaker 1: I do too. I powered through and there was a
- 1:37:39Speaker 1: lady with a pretty severe tan, pretty severe tan going on.
- 1:37:45Speaker 2: Yeah, we talked about it, but in a nice way,
- 1:37:47Speaker 2: because she have to.
- 1:37:48Speaker 1: I'm not past. I'm sure that you do, but I
- 1:37:51Speaker 1: will tell you right now. I was concerned about her melanoma.
- 1:37:54Speaker 1: I know me too.
- 1:37:55Speaker 2: I did, I did say, get get your moles checked.
- 1:37:59Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, wow, Okay, everybody, make sure you are following
- 1:38:03Speaker 1: Kimberly and Katie at day Dayline, and that you're following
- 1:38:06Speaker 1: them over on YouTube, which is a date with K
- 1:38:08Speaker 1: and K. And you can also watch this video over
- 1:38:12Speaker 1: there as well on YouTube. We are there. That is
- 1:38:16Speaker 1: Pink Shade Bunkies this week, I got Keisha tomorrow and
- 1:38:20Speaker 1: do and welcome to the platform. Rewatch on Pink Shade
- 1:38:22Speaker 1: Prime and so good. I can't wait. I haven't watched
- 1:38:26Speaker 1: that episode yet. Gotta do that.
- 1:38:28Speaker 2: Wellbo a little bone to pick.
- 1:38:30Speaker 3: I did hear you say to Keisha that it was
- 1:38:32Speaker 3: the highlight of your week recording with her?
- 1:38:36Speaker 1: Here's the problem. Keisha doesn't listen, and you do. And
- 1:38:39Speaker 1: I don't like that you talk about me on Dayline
- 1:38:42Speaker 1: all the time, and not always nicely. So don't wait
- 1:38:47Speaker 1: me start pulling some footage. You know why it's the
- 1:38:50Speaker 1: highlight of my week because it's so easy to do
- 1:38:53Speaker 1: the notes. Yeah, and because I've already watched it. It's
- 1:38:56Speaker 1: always gives me a little thrill to remember, Oh yeah,
- 1:38:59Speaker 1: this is terrible.
- 1:39:01Speaker 2: And I know it's your favorite show on TV.
- 1:39:03Speaker 1: It's my favorite show. And also Keisha doesn't know what's
- 1:39:05Speaker 1: going to happen, and I do, and I sort of.
- 1:39:07Speaker 2: Like that, yeah, and I get it, and she's delightful.
- 1:39:12Speaker 2: You get it.
- 1:39:13Speaker 1: Keisha still doesn't know about Kimberly, I mean about Kimberly, sorry,
- 1:39:18Speaker 1: Kim and Olivia and why they initially had that fight
- 1:39:21Speaker 1: over the MLM money. She still doesn't know about that.
- 1:39:24Speaker 1: It's coming.
- 1:39:25Speaker 2: I'm so excited.
- 1:39:26Speaker 1: I'm so excited.
- 1:39:27Speaker 3: Already hates Kim a proper amount for where she is
- 1:39:31Speaker 3: in the show, and she can't imagine hating her anymore.
- 1:39:35Speaker 2: Right, it's gonna happen.
- 1:39:37Speaker 1: I told her. I was like, you just don't. You can't.
- 1:39:38Speaker 1: You can't imagine the heights you can go to with
- 1:39:40Speaker 1: this woman. Wait till Lydia's wedding. You won't believe it.
- 1:39:44Speaker 1: You won't believe it. So anyway, that's on Wednesdays, everybody.
- 1:39:47Speaker 3: And you said Ethan is racheful, and she was like, what,
- 1:39:51Speaker 3: you have no idea.
- 1:39:53Speaker 1: She could help. She's like, he gets more angry. I go,
- 1:39:56Speaker 1: oh my god, he's not even angry. Oh, we're gonna change.
- 1:40:01Speaker 1: I'm going to change the name. The five dollars level
- 1:40:04Speaker 1: of Pink Shade Prime from Andrea's Rage to Ethan's.
- 1:40:08Speaker 2: Rage because we need Andre.
- 1:40:11Speaker 1: Get out of here. God, get out of here, Andre.
- 1:40:13Speaker 3: And don't flatter them. They'll take that as like, oh,
- 1:40:16Speaker 3: they're talking about us. They want to bs, that's why
- 1:40:19Speaker 3: they talk about us.
- 1:40:20Speaker 1: When I met him, I told him about it and
- 1:40:22Speaker 1: he was like, what Andrea's rage, that's so funny. He
- 1:40:27Speaker 1: didn't get it. He didn't get I was making fun
- 1:40:28Speaker 1: of him to his face. He didn't get it. That's
- 1:40:31Speaker 1: our show, everybody. We will see you later this week
- 1:40:34Speaker 1: and again these new shows Age Inappropriate and Double Lives
