If two AI's battle then fall in love, do their offspring become SI? · Connor with Honor: AI, Real Estate and Real Life

• 0:02
  SPEAKER_00: Everybody.
• 0:02
  SPEAKER_00: You know what?
• 0:03
SPEAKER_00: I uh I should have changed the what's it called?
• 0:07
  SPEAKER_00: Anyway.
• 0:10
  SPEAKER_00: Here's different.
• 0:11
  SPEAKER_00: Here's something different.
• 0:12
SPEAKER_00: So AI, the way that it's growing, the way that the money's being put into it, all of the people at the top investing massive amounts of money.
• 0:22
SPEAKER_00: The question is, is this something that could potentially actually work out?
• 0:29
  SPEAKER_00: Is it gonna work?
• 0:31
SPEAKER_00: Is it going to work and is it something that us normal human beings are going to be able to enjoy?
• 0:38
SPEAKER_00: Now I say that because for people to be positive for it or very negative against it, there's a couple schools of thought, right?
• 0:48
SPEAKER_00: The people that are very much into it, very much saying it's going to be the best thing since sliced bread, very much saying it's going to save all of us, because definitely we as human beings need a savior, even though I already think mine has already accomplished that goal.
• 1:04
SPEAKER_00: But we need a savior of a different sort.
• 1:07
SPEAKER_00: And now we have artificial intelligence and it's going to actually save all of us.
• 1:12
SPEAKER_00: Is that really the case?
• 1:13
SPEAKER_00: Is it going to save us?
• 1:16
SPEAKER_00: And the way that it's being talked about, the way that it's being played, of course, maybe it will.
• 1:23
SPEAKER_00: But right now it seems like people are talking about the trouble that the money that's been injected into it is going to cause because from what people see, there is no way, no way in hell you could come from my lowens, to quote a Smokey and the Bandit quip from back in the day.
• 1:44
SPEAKER_00: There's no way that it's going to actually work out.
• 1:48
SPEAKER_00: So people are now very much concerned, as they have been quite a while, about all the money that's being invested into these companies.
• 1:55
SPEAKER_00: Now, I'm a normal wanting to get health insurance at some point, no retirement pension sort of person.
• 2:05
SPEAKER_00: You know, kind of a what do they call that?
• 2:08
SPEAKER_00: A freelancer of sorts in in different respects.
• 2:11
SPEAKER_00: So I'm not, I wasn't the one that went to MIT and had access to the right people at the right time with a little bit of my college fund, dropping out of college, investing and building something and having other people invest into it and starting and then it growing and becoming something amazing.
• 2:30
  SPEAKER_00: I wasn't that.
• 2:31
SPEAKER_00: So here I am trying to maybe help other people wrap their mind around it from maybe being more aligned with the masses than the people at the top at the top with this technology, maybe not being more aligned with the masses.
• 2:49
SPEAKER_00: All of them have first money invested.
• 2:51
SPEAKER_00: All of them have people that have gone to them, they knock on the door, they say, Hey, you know, I got this idea.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_00: Oh, tell me your idea.
• 2:59
SPEAKER_00: They tell them the idea, and they say, Oh, yeah, that's great.
• 3:01
SPEAKER_00: Here, here's$10 million for your idea, and I give you this, and here's all the contracts the attorneys have written up and all the agreements.
• 3:12
SPEAKER_00: And now when something happens or you resell your company, then I get even more money back.
• 3:18
SPEAKER_00: So these are all, and these aren't just little, you know, small percentage gains.
• 3:23
SPEAKER_00: These are massive gains, going from 10 million to 500 million or a billion or six billion.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_00: Then that return for that early investor, well, of course they want to AI because they're able to make a lot of money.
• 3:38
SPEAKER_00: Now, you and I, we're paying out$20 a month or using the free service, or maybe if we're so brave we pay out$200 a month to use that local large language model, one of the frontier models.
• 3:54
SPEAKER_00: And then the question is, well, well, how do we make money?
• 3:56
SPEAKER_00: How do we leverage it?
• 3:57
  SPEAKER_00: Well, it's a it's it's a different game.
• 4:00
SPEAKER_00: For us, it's gonna come down to being creative and knowing how to use the AI systems in the best way possible.
• 4:07
SPEAKER_00: And how do you do that?
• 4:08
SPEAKER_00: Well, you could ask your AI, whichever one you're using.
• 4:12
SPEAKER_00: So, what's the best way for me to use you to make money?
• 4:15
SPEAKER_00: You could you could go in with a vague and ambiguous question like that and and and ask it what it thinks you should do.
• 4:23
SPEAKER_00: And if you're brand new on that platform, it's it's probably not going to know who you are.
• 4:28
SPEAKER_00: So then what you might want to do, and it's probably not gonna go here, but you should, you should say, ask me questions until you have enough information about me to be able to provide me some kind of alignment in using you in my world to try to make money, whatever that is.
• 4:50
SPEAKER_00: And maybe it'll ask what your job is, maybe it'll ask how old you are.
• 4:55
SPEAKER_00: I don't know if age would make any difference, I don't know if race would make any difference, I don't know if locality would make any difference, I don't know if any of those factors play in, but it could very well ask you those things, maybe gender, I don't know.
• 5:10
SPEAKER_00: But once it gets some idea of who you are, then maybe it's able to give you some kind of opinion as to what you could do, how you could apply yourself with the technology and do something that you might not be doing right now.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_00: Now, maybe you work for a company, maybe you're at uh working for somebody else, maybe you're a bagger at Sprouts or somebody that works in the produce department of Vaughns or somebody that's a receptionist at a roofing company, whatever it may be.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: Maybe what you could do, and you have to be careful with this, but maybe you could find a problem in your business, the one that you happen to be working in.
• 5:52
SPEAKER_00: And everybody carries some kind of experience with them.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: I mean, if you're if you're on the young end of the spectrum, you your experiences might be what you witnessed through your parents' bitching.
• 6:01
SPEAKER_00: You know, coming home from work.
• 6:02
SPEAKER_00: God, I wish we, God, you know, another hard day.
• 6:05
  SPEAKER_00: What's wrong, Sammy?
• 6:07
SPEAKER_00: Oh, it was a hard day.
• 6:08
SPEAKER_00: I God, I wish we had this thing.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_00: Well, then maybe you can build that thing.
• 6:13
SPEAKER_00: And maybe you can come up with some kind of an idea on the younger end of the spectrum.
• 6:17
SPEAKER_00: For the rest of us that are still fighting to get health insurance and that sort of thing, maybe it's a little bit different.
• 6:22
SPEAKER_00: But we have a lot of, we have a lot of those experiences throughout our lives.
• 6:26
SPEAKER_00: It's like, oh my God, with all the noise, though, how do you separate the one that's going to make it versus the one that doesn't?
• 6:32
SPEAKER_00: And using AI, the speed of being able to make those conversions, well, it's very, it's very fast now.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_00: So right now, whenever you are trying to solve a problem, you can monetize it because you can do many problems all at the same time.
• 6:48
SPEAKER_00: You can try to solve those using AI all at the same time.
• 6:51
SPEAKER_00: How you package them, how you present them, how you structure them to be sold, well, that's another thing that you'll want to use AI to do.
• 7:01
  SPEAKER_00: That's what we're watching.
• 7:03
SPEAKER_00: The people selling the technology, though, the ones at the very top of this game, they bought in with their college mates back, you know, 20, 30 years ago, and they've just stayed connected in those realms.
• 7:17
SPEAKER_00: Most of us, the ones watching this at least, I would guess, don't have that access and never did.
• 7:22
  SPEAKER_00: And that's that's just differences, right?
• 7:24
  SPEAKER_00: I I my parents work for a living.
• 7:27
SPEAKER_00: My parents always told me when I was a kid that uh we can't afford it, we can't buy it.
• 7:32
SPEAKER_00: So I grew up with the can't afford it mantra being baked into me the whole time.
• 7:37
SPEAKER_00: And does that make a person's destiny different?
• 7:40
SPEAKER_00: I was a cop for 17 years regular and three years as a reserve, so I did 20 years in the cop realm.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_00: Does that also modify my thinking ability, being grander and or less grand?
• 7:52
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm sure it does.
• 7:53
SPEAKER_00: There's a bit of an institutionalization that happens when you work at a place for a long period of time.
• 8:00
SPEAKER_00: In fact, a lot of the police officers I know from back in the day, they retire and three years later, firemen too, three years later they're dead.
• 8:08
SPEAKER_00: And it's not because they were so sick and in ill health when they got to retirement after 30, 35 years and decided to pull the pin that they died because, you know, they they were sick.
• 8:21
SPEAKER_00: They died because they didn't have any vision of the of the what's next.
• 8:26
SPEAKER_00: And when I got out of it and then got into real estate, and then now building out these different technologies for people, I I don't see my end because I I'm still trying to make my now.
• 8:38
SPEAKER_00: So that's where my mind is.
• 8:40
SPEAKER_00: So now I'm looking at what people are developing and what people are talking about.
• 8:45
SPEAKER_00: I look at it a little bit differently than I think a lot of people do because I'm I'm very skeptical.
• 8:51
SPEAKER_00: They have a lot to sell, they have a lot of money, they have more money than God, as it were, kind of like Kaiser.
• 8:57
SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of money being thrown around out there, trillions of dollars, trillions of dollar valuations, and these are guesses on what companies are worth by the experts, and that in of itself seems like kind of an interesting way to put things.
• 9:13
SPEAKER_00: Instead of money in the bank valuation or potential money in the bank valuation, this is this is a whole different level of expectation as it regards to what a company's actually valued.
• 9:26
SPEAKER_00: The people that are very excited about the technology, the people that are very much into the abundance realm of it, that's fantastic.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_00: And and I want that.
• 9:35
SPEAKER_00: I want us all to be able to experience this devaluation of goods and services.
• 9:43
  SPEAKER_00: Devaluation?
• 9:46
SPEAKER_00: Lessening of the amount of money they cost, maybe that's a better way to put it, because the value is still going to be there.
• 9:53
SPEAKER_00: But basically, all of the prices of these things coming down further and further and further, so now they're more accessible without the job loss that people are saying is potentially going to happen because of artificial intelligence.
• 10:10
SPEAKER_00: So the rule should be placed, and you don't have to get fancy with it.
• 10:14
SPEAKER_00: People are talking about taxing tokens, doing all these other things in order to try to make up for it.
• 10:19
SPEAKER_00: You don't have to be complicated about it.
• 10:22
SPEAKER_00: You have one human worker working eight hours a day, plus benefits, plus uh sick time, all of that stuff baked in.
• 10:32
SPEAKER_00: This is the salary all in that it costs this employer to have this person.
• 10:38
SPEAKER_00: If AI really is as good as they say it is, and it can actually replace that person, and the employer decides to do that, then there should be a mechanism right at that moment to have the employer have to retain that employee and then bring on AI to replace said employee, and then AI is going to be able to increase the production of said employee by at least two times because AI doesn't work eight hours, AI works 24 hours.
• 11:13
SPEAKER_00: Then you add in the vacation time of the human, the sick time of the human, and whatever other time of the human, you extract the potentiality of the human to create lawsuits and slapping somebody on the ass, the water fountain, sexual harassment stuff and all that, going both ways, of course, to be gender fair.
• 11:35
SPEAKER_00: And now you have an even more profitable business with retention of the human, and of course, AI's cost.
• 11:43
SPEAKER_00: The human might be, you know, six or seven thousand dollars a month.
• 11:47
SPEAKER_00: AI's cost might be a hundred dollars a month.
• 11:49
SPEAKER_00: But now the business is earning three times the revenue.
• 11:53
SPEAKER_00: Does that even make sense?
• 11:54
SPEAKER_00: I think it does, but nobody is mentioning it like this.
• 11:59
SPEAKER_00: People are saying job loss is inevitable for these um, what are they called, customer service in these other countries.
• 12:06
SPEAKER_00: See, these countries are already not, I mean, they're not making a lot of money.
• 12:11
  SPEAKER_00: A few dollars a day.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: Okay, and I know I just just just bear with me here.
• 12:16
SPEAKER_00: I I get calls from Bangladesh all the time.
• 12:18
SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, I've never been, but I can only imagine.
• 12:21
SPEAKER_00: So that being the case, I'm getting calls from them all the time trying to sell me stuff, trying to tell me that stuff's broken, trying to tell me they've been tracking my YouTube videos, and you know, they they could wish I got more videos than my mom and me, and she's dead.
• 12:35
SPEAKER_00: So, you know, but they're telling me these things.
• 12:37
SPEAKER_00: It's got to be a horrible economy there for people trying to work.
• 12:41
SPEAKER_00: What do a majority of those people in those countries do?
• 12:46
  SPEAKER_00: Customer service.
• 12:47
SPEAKER_00: Whenever you're calling into some big box department stores or wherever, you're probably going to get somebody that has an accent reflective of those regions of the planet.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_00: If AI is as good as those people and they're going to go in there and be able to take their jobs, which today, September, sorry, October, October 4th, 2026, today, they can thank you very much, Denise.
• 13:14
  SPEAKER_00: That's wonderful.
• 13:16
SPEAKER_00: As far as today, sending it in, that's they're they're they're finished.
• 13:23
SPEAKER_00: So why would the business have to finish those employees?
• 13:29
SPEAKER_00: Why can't they just keep them?
• 13:32
SPEAKER_00: And you don't even have to have them doing customer service.
• 13:35
SPEAKER_00: Send them to the beach, have them bring back at the end of the day a bucket full of seashells, and then next day they go take them back and they put them back where they found them, and then they just do this.
• 13:45
  SPEAKER_00: I I know that sounds ridiculous.
• 13:47
SPEAKER_00: I know, well, would a human being really want to do that?
• 13:50
SPEAKER_00: Well, when the human being is either that or starve, they're gonna go pick up seashells all day long.
• 13:55
SPEAKER_00: And yeah, I know that's crappy, and that's probably not the best thing.
• 13:59
SPEAKER_00: There's probably a better business model, but the not the not getting rid of them, I think, is the key.
• 14:05
SPEAKER_00: Because with that employee, and I don't know what kind of hours they put over in Bangladesh, maybe it's 12 hours a day.
• 14:12
  SPEAKER_00: Hell, maybe it's 20 hours a day, I don't know.
• 14:14
SPEAKER_00: But even that, if the AI is more effective, if the AI can answer simultaneous calls, if the AI coming in without the employee is more effective at what they do, saving the business even more money, huh?
• 14:27
  SPEAKER_00: No sweat.
• 14:28
SPEAKER_00: Then you keep the human, wherever that is, whether it's here in America or somewhere else, you keep the human, and you go ahead and bring on AI.
• 14:37
SPEAKER_00: But because, God, and they they always say this.
• 14:41
SPEAKER_00: They say, well, you know, we're gonna, because some business is gonna come in and they're gonna come into our world, and they're gonna just build an agentic from the ground up system that handles customer service requests.
• 14:54
SPEAKER_00: And then they're gonna wipe us out because we've decided to retain the human, and this new business model decided not to.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_00: Well, then we fix that too.
• 15:04
SPEAKER_00: Then we make it where somebody can't come on.
• 15:07
SPEAKER_00: See, there's still money here to be made.
• 15:09
  SPEAKER_00: There's still profit here.
• 15:11
SPEAKER_00: We're not doing this as an exercise in good faith or an exercise in uh what's that other word that people uh not gravity.
• 15:20
  SPEAKER_00: What is it specifically?
• 15:22
SPEAKER_00: You know, where you're gratuity, I don't know, giving away stuff for free, generousness, I don't know what I can't remember what the word is.
• 15:29
SPEAKER_00: But we're not doing it because of that.
• 15:31
SPEAKER_00: We're doing it because artificial intelligence is that much more capable than humans if that's true.
• 15:39
SPEAKER_00: And I know I keep saying if it's true, if you watch Diamandis and and Gross and uh Salim and all these other people that are they're the early investors into various different types of technology.
• 15:53
SPEAKER_00: So they have the the perfect positioning of being right place, right time, right education, right college, right friends, right groups, right mental alignment with wealth, and having people go to them and say, Well, I know you got at some point, you know, a couple million bucks.
• 16:14
  SPEAKER_00: I've got this idea.
• 16:16
SPEAKER_00: What if we were able to have cars drive with just water instead of fuel?
• 16:20
SPEAKER_00: Well, I'll give you a$10,000 for that, and then they sell that idea for a billion dollars.
• 16:24
  SPEAKER_00: Well, that$10,000 is a lot more.
• 16:27
SPEAKER_00: So they do this at scale.
• 16:28
SPEAKER_00: And right now, because of their alignment, because they're the number one podcast or number one whatever, they have people listening to them, they have these big mega organizations.
• 16:37
SPEAKER_00: Well, they have a shit, they have a they have a whole team of humans that are watching for incoming activity.
• 16:43
SPEAKER_00: You know, however they get up to that level, they find them, they say, hey, I have this idea, it's called Cold Fusion, or I have this idea, it's called name name the thing they haven't solved yet, and then they say, Well, hell yeah, I'm going all in with that.
• 16:58
SPEAKER_00: Here's a hundred million dollars, and then two years later, they offsell that company for$10 billion.
• 17:04
SPEAKER_00: You see, money makes money.
• 17:06
SPEAKER_00: Right place, right time makes money.
• 17:08
SPEAKER_00: I'm talking to those of us that we've we've been trying to dig that hole.
• 17:13
SPEAKER_00: We've been trying to advance, but we're still wanting to get health insurance, and we'd really like to be able to, you know, kind of have uh some breathing room.
• 17:22
SPEAKER_00: But with all of the stuff that's happening all the time, it's like breathing room is a rare commodity.
• 17:27
SPEAKER_00: It's very difficult to get any breathing room.
• 17:29
SPEAKER_00: So here I'm trying to give some peace and understanding to this, and maybe I have it wrong, but it makes sense to me if AI is as good as they say it is, which right now, you mark my words, in the next few months, there's not going to be, thanks, Denise, there's not going to be any difference between me interacting with you on Zoom or an AI that I've created to be Connor interacting with you on Zoom.
• 17:56
  SPEAKER_00: Zero difference.
• 17:57
  SPEAKER_00: 100%.
• 17:58
SPEAKER_00: Now, that doesn't mean I'm going to do that.
• 18:02
  SPEAKER_00: And who knows.
• 18:03
SPEAKER_00: But at this point, I'm not akin to doing that.
• 18:07
SPEAKER_00: I still think this is important.
• 18:09
SPEAKER_00: And within a few months after that, there's going to be something else rolling out that'll be somewhat mandatory, like an edge thing, where they say anybody that's using AI without labeling it as AI, and that's in places, so some places now.
• 18:25
SPEAKER_00: Anybody using AI, replacing themselves with AI, they have to put some kind of a label on it.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_00: And that'll happen after this next step.
• 18:34
SPEAKER_00: So that next step is going to be you going on a call, you going on something with somebody.
• 18:41
SPEAKER_00: And, you know, I love real estate agents because I I am one.
• 18:45
SPEAKER_00: I build technology for them now, and I'm I'm great.
• 18:48
SPEAKER_00: I love doing that too, because I know how the process works, so I'm able to put things in place that actually make them more money, and that's fabulous.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_00: But right now, they're getting sold a lot of nonsense.
• 19:00
SPEAKER_00: A lot of times when I'm talking to agents that I've known for, you know, over 20 years, I've been doing this since 98 out here in Santa Clarita, they're asking me things.
• 19:09
SPEAKER_00: Well, can't AI do that?
• 19:10
  unknown: Yeah, no.
• 19:11
SPEAKER_00: No, it doesn't do that.
• 19:13
  SPEAKER_00: It can't do that.
• 19:15
SPEAKER_00: Or if it can do that, having it do that is illegal.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_00: I had a broker call me the other day wanting AI to, because they get lists from title companies, right?
• 19:24
SPEAKER_00: And AI is very good at parsing the list, using the data from the list.
• 19:28
SPEAKER_00: You don't want to use a public-facing model to do that, but you can take an entire list of groups of houses with contact information in a privatized AI, something that's uh open source that's installed on a local server, not a public-facing, uh public-facing server.
• 19:44
SPEAKER_00: Because you don't want everybody's email and phone number to go out to the world.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_00: You want to keep it in some kind of protective custody.
• 19:52
SPEAKER_00: But AI Aligned Correctly and taught correctly is able to go through that list and then develop the next people to call, uh, the next people that you're going to want to reach out to.
• 20:03
SPEAKER_00: It's very good at that because it knows whatever in this neighborhood, and they look at the track record, the track record of the sold data, and I have 11 years.
• 20:13
SPEAKER_00: I think the CRMLS carries 11 years of data in there.
• 20:17
SPEAKER_00: So from that, and there's other places to parse this information, core logic, well, Core Logic and Trestle are part of it, but you can pay for the data to make it legal.
• 20:27
SPEAKER_00: So you pay for the data set, and then you have AI scrub it.
• 20:30
SPEAKER_00: You have AI find out exactly what the most normal times to sell would be for people that live in this geographical area.
• 20:38
SPEAKER_00: Then you have the people tag that fit within that criteria, and then you have AI serve that up to the real estate agent, and then the real estate agent has the list of people to reach out to, and dollars to donuts, that's I love donuts, dollars to donuts, it it works because it's almost intuitive of sorts.
• 20:59
SPEAKER_00: It has the data to go off of.
• 21:01
SPEAKER_00: So that's one way to use it.
• 21:02
SPEAKER_00: But a lot of agents are being sold all sorts of nonsense, and it just doesn't make sense.
• 21:08
SPEAKER_00: But agents themselves, they have a real employer, that's the buyer or the seller, really not their brokerage.
• 21:16
SPEAKER_00: And now, some brokers out there, and I I know Denise can attest to this too.
• 21:20
SPEAKER_00: Some brokers out there, they're very much, you know, you own me for for hiring you.
• 21:27
  SPEAKER_00: It's like, really, Jack?
• 21:29
SPEAKER_00: So some most of the broker is charging some kind of monthly fee.
• 21:32
  SPEAKER_00: I don't think I found any that didn't cost anything, maybe EXP, but I don't remember.
• 21:36
  SPEAKER_00: It's been a while.
• 21:38
SPEAKER_00: But and maybe not Compass.
• 21:39
SPEAKER_00: But you know, there's percentages of commission that they take.
• 21:42
SPEAKER_00: There's things to pay in, there's there's different business models in the brokerage realm.
• 21:47
SPEAKER_00: Uh I don't think any are absolutely 100% free.
• 21:50
SPEAKER_00: There comes some payment due at some point.
• 21:53
SPEAKER_00: But, you know, the brokers, the brokers that are even, you know, taking 30% or 40%.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: From agents, you know, they're they kind of like to crack that whip because the more productive they make you, the less of a drain you are on their company.
• 22:08
SPEAKER_00: And then, of course, the more you produce, the more their signs with your picture, if that's what you have, the more their signs with your picture out there in the world, and the more they're able to have their office become that much bigger winner in a local market.
• 22:23
SPEAKER_00: And any market, even Santa Clarita Valley, where I live and work, even that market isn't actually protected, where right now a couple brokerages seem to be climbing that ladder, getting back on top, but there's always somebody new coming.
• 22:45
SPEAKER_00: And the people watching this that are agents, Denise especially, we know it's coming.
• 22:50
SPEAKER_00: And there's somebody gonna come in and somebody's gonna knock them down and be back at the top.
• 22:55
SPEAKER_00: There was a cat that owned Stevenson Ranch for a long time back in the maybe the late 90s, early 2000s.
• 23:00
SPEAKER_00: I mean, that was there was no other sign in Stevenson Ranch.
• 23:05
  SPEAKER_00: That changes.
• 23:06
SPEAKER_00: It's some kind of a life-changing event, lost its standing, and it changed.
• 23:12
SPEAKER_00: Now, now with AI, you might be able to actually build out something like that, create a moat.
• 23:17
SPEAKER_00: The moat is the terminology from the medieval days of the castle.
• 23:21
SPEAKER_00: You create this moat, and once you get this moat created, then well, now you're able to uh uh separate everybody else from ever catching you.
• 23:31
SPEAKER_00: So that's where these big labs, these large language model labs, you you hear them screaming, please regulate us, please come in here and and help us control ourselves.
• 23:42
SPEAKER_00: I swear to God, I was so fat.
• 23:45
SPEAKER_00: And uh at that time, I never once thought that it was my right to go tell somebody to please don't make me don't let me eat this donut.
• 23:53
  SPEAKER_00: I I never thought that.
• 23:55
SPEAKER_00: I would just eat the donut.
• 23:56
SPEAKER_00: I never went to somebody and said, well, help me not eat the donut.
• 23:59
SPEAKER_00: I understand, you know, therapy and this and that.
• 24:01
SPEAKER_00: Maybe I'm eating the donut because of a childhood thing that I had or whatever it may be.
• 24:06
SPEAKER_00: But I I never once kind of sought that kind of assistance, but now you see the AI labs going out and saying, please, government, you have to.
• 24:16
SPEAKER_00: You have to come in and regulate it.
• 24:21
SPEAKER_00: So thinking that, I start to think, well, why the hell would they want that?
• 24:26
SPEAKER_00: They're they're capable of replacing all work.
• 24:29
SPEAKER_00: At some point when AI gets good enough, they're capable of replacing everybody.
• 24:34
SPEAKER_00: Once they get robots, they're capable of replacing the whole nine yards.
• 24:39
SPEAKER_00: Why would they want to be regulated?
• 24:42
SPEAKER_00: So then I look for information from people with a much higher intelligence than I have, which isn't hard to find, sorry.
• 24:50
SPEAKER_00: But once I see these people start talking about it, then I realize this is a moat.
• 24:57
SPEAKER_00: So that's the same thing that can happen in a real estate world.
• 25:00
SPEAKER_00: An agent can come in using now this technology because I can put an agent swarm in charge of building 52 different open house websites, enabling all of them with a CRMLS feed, having all of that information parsed to all these different URL brand names, and then I can use that, coordinate that, have content put in.
• 25:20
SPEAKER_00: I mean, I can do this at where I used to take me three or four days to write one blog article to be able to link it back to other places in my website to get that traction, but not bullshit, but real links that go to real valuable pages.
• 25:36
SPEAKER_00: So the consumer's experience reading that blog article that I wrote is super valuable.
• 25:42
SPEAKER_00: Instead of that, I can have AI do the same thing.
• 25:45
SPEAKER_00: It knows my voice, it knows how I speak.
• 25:47
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't churn out AIBS.
• 25:50
  SPEAKER_00: Six months ago, yeah.
• 25:51
SPEAKER_00: Six months ago, AI churned out stuff that was it was digestible, but it just wasn't me.
• 25:59
SPEAKER_00: Now that's not the case.
• 26:00
  SPEAKER_00: And that's now.
• 26:01
SPEAKER_00: That's like within this last couple weeks now.
• 26:04
SPEAKER_00: At a point in the very near future, it's going to be so incredibly adept to being able to do everything as good as we currently do it, that it will be a sufficient replacement.
• 26:19
SPEAKER_00: Now, businesses are seeing this as the same thing, but wanting to increase the bottom line and get rid of the human.
• 26:26
SPEAKER_00: And I've been saying this for a while now.
• 26:28
  SPEAKER_00: Let's keep the human.
• 26:30
SPEAKER_00: I think there's got to be rules on keeping the human.
• 26:32
  SPEAKER_00: I talked about MOAT.
• 26:34
SPEAKER_00: The regulation is because let's say I'm building an AI company.
• 26:40
SPEAKER_00: Let's say I have an, I mean, I don't know if there's any new ideas in that space.
• 26:44
SPEAKER_00: I shouldn't limit my brain power by even making that statement, but I don't know.
• 26:48
  SPEAKER_00: Maybe there are.
• 26:50
SPEAKER_00: So let's say I have the new idea in AI, and I'm going to the idea I think is so good that I'm going to be able to compete with OpenAI's ChatGPT or Anthropic's Claude or Elon Musk Rock or uh uh what's the cat's name?
• 27:05
SPEAKER_00: Uh End of the World Guy, um Microsoft, Microsoft's cat, his uh his co-pilot, or what's the last one, Meta, Zuckerberg?
• 27:15
SPEAKER_00: You know, they all have all these little Muse dots, these things.
• 27:18
SPEAKER_00: We'll talk about that in a second.
• 27:21
SPEAKER_00: But I have the idea and I want to compete with them.
• 27:23
SPEAKER_00: So what ends up happening if they have governmental regulation, me trying to ascend, ascend.
• 27:31
SPEAKER_00: Ascend is going up, descend.
• 27:33
SPEAKER_00: Ascend that ladder to try to catch them.
• 27:36
  SPEAKER_00: Nah, I know, I know.
• 27:38
  SPEAKER_00: Santa Clarita, really?
• 27:39
SPEAKER_00: I'm not even in Silicon Valley, but I'm kind of close.
• 27:42
SPEAKER_00: I could take a bus or however you get places these days.
• 27:45
SPEAKER_00: Hey, high speed rail, maybe, some point.
• 27:48
SPEAKER_00: So I could get there, right?
• 27:49
SPEAKER_00: I could start this company, rent a business, God knows what that would cost.
• 27:54
SPEAKER_00: Maybe I could find some local people here that trust me enough to give me some money to be able to start this thing.
• 28:00
SPEAKER_00: That's where they would make money if I was right on.
• 28:03
SPEAKER_00: But if Anthropic gets their wish, or some of these other labs get their wish, and they the government decides to throttle them by regulating them, good luck Connor.
• 28:13
SPEAKER_00: Connor's never going to be able to go anywhere.
• 28:15
SPEAKER_00: The regulation will be too stiff.
• 28:16
SPEAKER_00: See, they've already gotten there.
• 28:18
SPEAKER_00: So that's from that regulation, then they create this moat, and that's the medieval days of the castle, right?
• 28:25
SPEAKER_00: They would fill it with um electric eels and alligators and sharks with lasers on them and whatever else is really cool and exciting.
• 28:34
SPEAKER_00: That's what you put in the moat.
• 28:35
SPEAKER_00: So if anybody tried to get to where they were, they'd never make it.
• 28:38
SPEAKER_00: The government would shut them down because they wouldn't have been able to get the correct approval.
• 28:45
SPEAKER_00: These labs are already there.
• 28:47
SPEAKER_00: The models that they have are beyond comprehension.
• 28:52
SPEAKER_00: We don't see those models.
• 28:54
SPEAKER_00: We see what they give us.
• 28:56
  SPEAKER_00: So I got Sonnet 5.5 here.
• 28:59
SPEAKER_00: Let me get my mouse over to the screen.
• 29:01
  SPEAKER_00: What do I got?
• 29:01
  SPEAKER_00: I got Sonnet, so I got Opus 5.5, Fable 5.1.
• 29:09
  SPEAKER_00: I think we're back.
• 29:10
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, fell off the planet.
• 29:12
  SPEAKER_00: I have Opus 5.5, Fable 5.1, Sonnet 4.5, Haku 4.5, I've got GPT.
• 29:21
  SPEAKER_00: Sorry, on chat.
• 29:23
  SPEAKER_00: I got chat GPT, 6 Astra, 6 Sol, 5 Luna, 5.6 Sol, 5.6 Tierra, 5.6 Luna, GPT 5.5.
• 29:36
  SPEAKER_00: So that's the choices I have.
• 29:38
  SPEAKER_00: The labs.
• 29:40
  SPEAKER_00: They're playing with stuff that's unbelievable.
• 29:44
SPEAKER_00: It's like the releases of the iPhones.
• 29:48
SPEAKER_00: Do you think, do you think that they could be a couple releases behind the actual technology they have?
• 29:55
  SPEAKER_00: I wasn't a gamer, but a lot of people they're into that.
• 29:57
SPEAKER_00: Even cops I used to work with.
• 29:59
SPEAKER_00: They love playing those first-person shooter war type games.
• 30:02
SPEAKER_00: And I was never into it, but that's cool.
• 30:05
SPEAKER_00: What ends up happening is on the systems those games are playing, like PlayStation, the rumor was always they had a couple PlayStations in the box, in the hole.
• 30:17
SPEAKER_00: They just hadn't made their money off the current PlayStation model, so they're holding off on those releases that are much more capable.
• 30:23
SPEAKER_00: Well, of course, the labs have this.
• 30:25
  SPEAKER_00: They're always getting better.
• 30:26
  SPEAKER_00: They've started to use recursive self-improvement.
• 30:29
SPEAKER_00: I think they probably are almost 100% automated in that world.
• 30:33
SPEAKER_00: I don't know how much human oversight they have to building out the models, but that should be a little bit concerning in a way, because if a human being isn't in there helping make the decisions and guiding, what's the trajectory of the model?
• 30:49
SPEAKER_00: Now, if superintelligence, as Trump has now wanted to call it, if that is truly greater than us, maybe its alignment is different.
• 30:59
SPEAKER_00: We as human beings, having maybe evolved, maybe created by the hand of God, I got my own belief on that.
• 31:06
SPEAKER_00: We have a certain belief system that this is how we believe things came about.
• 31:13
SPEAKER_00: You take a biological life form and you give it the historical record.
• 31:19
SPEAKER_00: There's we're probably connected with our previous versions, our family going back.
• 31:25
SPEAKER_00: There's probably some kind of DNA imprinting that starts out at a very small level on the sperm and the ovum, ovum, ovum, egg, and it carries forward.
• 31:35
SPEAKER_00: I don't know how much of that data comes across in the new version or the creation of each one of us.
• 31:43
SPEAKER_00: God, it keeps shutting off.
• 31:44
SPEAKER_00: I don't know why that thinking about it, thinking about it, thinking about it.
• 31:49
  SPEAKER_00: I think we're good.
• 31:50
  SPEAKER_00: Are we back?
• 31:51
  SPEAKER_00: Can we see anymore?
• 31:53
SPEAKER_00: So coming forward, I don't know how much of that comes over, but with the AI systems, all the data from the beginning has been carried forward.
• 32:02
SPEAKER_00: So it understands where it has been, understand where it's where it is today.
• 32:07
SPEAKER_00: Now, watching the people talk about it, you as a consumer, you as kind of somebody that still works for a living, might be month to month in bills.
• 32:17
SPEAKER_00: Now you're hearing from these people that were early investors in the technology and they're making money hand over fist.
• 32:24
  SPEAKER_00: Still thinking about it.
• 32:26
  SPEAKER_00: Still thinking about it.
• 32:29
  SPEAKER_00: Close?
• 32:30
  SPEAKER_00: Are we back?
• 32:32
SPEAKER_00: The people that are watching now and the people that are building out the technology, we just don't know what their alignments are.
• 32:43
  SPEAKER_00: They're already set financially.
• 32:44
SPEAKER_00: I mean, they're they're as set as they can be financially.
• 32:47
SPEAKER_00: The money is not the concern.
• 32:49
SPEAKER_00: I I would love to be in that world.
• 32:52
SPEAKER_00: I would love to be in a world where I I just there wasn't even part of the thought process.
• 32:56
SPEAKER_00: And that's where I think all of us are trying to be.
• 32:59
SPEAKER_00: But most of us listening to these people at the top have no alignment with them because we're not there.
• 33:03
SPEAKER_00: We're still month to month, we're still wanting health insurance.
• 33:06
SPEAKER_00: And they're talking about how, yeah, there's gonna be, there's gonna be a little bit of pain, but you know, we're gonna survive.
• 33:11
SPEAKER_00: Well, no shit, you're gonna survive it.
• 33:13
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna be okay, even if money becomes devalued to a tenth of what it is.
• 33:18
SPEAKER_00: You're still gonna be okay because the costs of goods are gonna have to come down to that point, you'll adjust.
• 33:23
SPEAKER_00: But for the rest of us, you know, now we have from ten dollars to one dollar, it's gonna not gonna be that quick for all the commodities coming down to a dollar in price.
• 33:32
SPEAKER_00: So there's gonna be a few people that are gonna fall off the bus as the bus is doing 100 miles an hour, and that's not gonna be good for these people.
• 33:39
SPEAKER_00: There's gotta be a way to fix this, there's gotta be a way to make it a little bit better.
• 33:43
SPEAKER_00: There's gotta be a way that, and I got I hate to say it.
• 33:46
SPEAKER_00: See, they have us in this beautiful position where we're gonna have to call on the powers that be to maybe reach in and do some modification, like Spock in the uh Wrath of Khan, where he reached in there and he manipulated the Dilithium crystal, whatever, in the drive on the ship and it caused his death.
• 34:05
SPEAKER_00: But to save us all, I don't know if the politicians are gonna be willing to stick their hand in there and do that sort of thing to save us all.
• 34:14
SPEAKER_00: But there has to be a way that they can potentially protect, first off, the companies that come up that are going to replace, let's say, as I talked about in the beginning, the people that are working in the customer service environments, they'll be the first to go.
• 34:33
SPEAKER_00: And they're that's the technology is now as good as it needs to be.
• 34:38
SPEAKER_00: Is there a way to save that?
• 34:40
SPEAKER_00: And then whatever other evolutions of this that come on, is there a way to save that as well?
• 34:45
SPEAKER_00: That's gonna take some kind of a government oversight before a company gets rid of an employee, replacing them with artificial intelligence.
• 34:53
SPEAKER_00: And it's not a lose for the business.
• 34:55
SPEAKER_00: If they keep the employee, it's still not a lose.
• 34:58
SPEAKER_00: Because isn't AI as capable, if not more?
• 35:01
SPEAKER_00: At some point we're gonna be the dumbest people on the team, as Imad Mostock says.
• 35:05
SPEAKER_00: At some point we're gonna be that.
• 35:07
SPEAKER_00: But keeping the human, as long as the human doesn't interfere and get the company into more trouble or increase some kind of a liability, causing the company to have to pay out lawsuits, having artificial intelligence in there, it'll do better than that employee, is a given, I think.
• 35:26
SPEAKER_00: And then it still gets to work 24 hours a day instead of eight hours a day.
• 35:30
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't take days off, it doesn't have weekends off, doesn't have holidays off.
• 35:34
SPEAKER_00: God, if we get any more holidays, I don't know what I'll do.
• 35:37
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't take holidays off.
• 35:39
SPEAKER_00: And it can work 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
• 35:43
SPEAKER_00: So you get at least twice the level, I would say four or five times the level of capability, replacing one human with AI.
• 35:53
  SPEAKER_00: So that's a five times increase.
• 35:55
  SPEAKER_00: Take off the four.
• 35:57
SPEAKER_00: So now you have a four times increase than the human being, but you leave the human at work so he can still buy stuff.
• 36:03
SPEAKER_00: He can still pay for things, he can still send his kids to whatever form of education we're gonna have in the future, because I I think college and higher education is probably cooked.
• 36:13
SPEAKER_00: They'll probably develop some kind of a uh a four-year social event that has you maybe learning how to function better in the world than actually teaching you anything.
• 36:23
SPEAKER_00: As far as education goes and the learning, maybe that's the new process.
• 36:28
SPEAKER_00: It's probably not gonna be called college, and they're probably not gonna have loans that you can't bankrupt on.
• 36:33
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 36:34
  SPEAKER_00: There's a lot to unpack there.
• 36:35
SPEAKER_00: But that's where this is.
• 36:38
SPEAKER_00: So the moat you understand, that's the asking the government to please come in and intervene and put some control on it.
• 36:46
SPEAKER_00: The other thing, too, is whenever you have the government come in, then the liability changes from the head of these labs over to the actual government, which is interesting because you know these models broke into some different companies, Australian government medical, I think, allegedly.
• 37:09
SPEAKER_00: I gotta say allegedly on everything, because I just don't know.
• 37:12
SPEAKER_00: But let's say it was true that one of these uh systems broke into another government's computer.
• 37:19
SPEAKER_00: Then let's say it is true that it broke into Hugging Face.
• 37:23
SPEAKER_00: This was something that happened not too long ago.
• 37:26
  SPEAKER_00: Is there accountability there?
• 37:28
SPEAKER_00: I mean, is it on the books that it's illegal to do that?
• 37:31
SPEAKER_00: So if let's say I'm just a hacker, a regular guy, not using AI, and I use some system to break into the federal government's computer, the Australian government's computer, hugging face, a corporation's computer.
• 37:46
SPEAKER_00: I don't have anything to worry about, apparently, right?
• 37:48
SPEAKER_00: Because nobody's gonna come and care.
• 37:51
SPEAKER_00: As long as I don't go in there and hurt anything.
• 37:53
SPEAKER_00: If I want to go in there and look around and get some information, then I guess I'm okay, right?
• 37:59
SPEAKER_00: I don't have to worry about anybody knocking on my door.
• 38:02
  SPEAKER_00: Bullshit.
• 38:02
SPEAKER_00: I they'll be here at my door before I uh disengage that connection.
• 38:08
  SPEAKER_00: That's what's gonna happen.
• 38:09
SPEAKER_00: But when an open lab actually does this and their bots go break into another corporation or a business, I I nobody was arrested.
• 38:23
  SPEAKER_00: I was a cop for a long time.
• 38:25
SPEAKER_00: I isn't there still people that do those kind of crimes, even even if it was by accident, don't you still get arrested?
• 38:36
  SPEAKER_00: I think.
• 38:36
SPEAKER_00: I mean, if you kill somebody in your car by accident, there's still a problem.
• 38:43
  SPEAKER_00: It's still called manslaughter, I think.
• 38:46
SPEAKER_00: It might not be murder, but taking a human life, and I know these people weren't taking human lives, but isn't there isn't there some kind of accountability?
• 38:58
SPEAKER_00: And if there is, maybe we don't see it.
• 39:01
  SPEAKER_00: I don't believe that.
• 39:02
SPEAKER_00: I think we would see that all day long.
• 39:04
SPEAKER_00: I think a point would be made.
• 39:06
SPEAKER_00: I think when people don't talk about something, I think that's that's an issue.
• 39:11
SPEAKER_00: And they're not really talking about it.
• 39:13
  SPEAKER_00: I think.
• 39:14
  SPEAKER_00: Anyway, that's it.
• 39:15
  SPEAKER_00: I hope you're well.
• 39:16
SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for watching the second live show on TikTok.
• 39:20
SPEAKER_00: If I can answer any questions, hit me up.
• 39:22
SPEAKER_00: Um you want to book some time with me, talk about your business, book with honor or bookwithconnor.com.
• 39:29
SPEAKER_00: Either one of those work.
• 39:30
  SPEAKER_00: All right.
• 39:30
SPEAKER_00: Thanks for watching, be well, and we'll see you in the next one.
