- 0:00Speaker 1: Do most people not know? It's 106.7 Light FM. You
- 0:03Speaker 1: know us. We're Cubby and Christine, producer Kristen, but Reddit
- 0:06Speaker 1: had a question, and it was a simple question. What
- 0:10Speaker 1: do most people not know? And here are some of
- 0:12Speaker 1: the answers, and let me know if you know some
- 0:15Speaker 1: of these, Christine. Have you recently changed your password? And
- 0:18Speaker 1: if so, what is your password? Apparently, when people change
- 0:22Speaker 1: their password, they just don't know it after that.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Yeah, very true.
- 0:25Speaker 1: Do you do anything specifically, like after you change your password?
- 0:28Speaker 1: I hear at work, I always forget the work password. Yeah,
- 0:32Speaker 1: that's bad. So the day I change it, I put
- 0:34Speaker 1: it in my notes on my phone.
- 0:36Speaker 2: But do you ever have to get into an app
- 0:38Speaker 2: and you don't know what your password is and you're
- 0:41Speaker 2: like on the fly, you've got to change it.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Yes.
- 0:44Speaker 2: But you don't make a note of it wherever you
- 0:46Speaker 2: make a note. And then the next time you go back,
- 0:48Speaker 2: you have to change it again.
- 0:49Speaker 1: And I'm so used to face ID on everything now.
- 0:53Speaker 2: Yes, I know. I'm always like, read my face.
- 0:56Speaker 1: I know, read it.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Look, it's me.
- 0:59Speaker 1: So you have everything from passwords to this. Bananas are berries.
- 1:04Speaker 1: Did you know bananas are berries?
- 1:06Speaker 2: Honestly, I did not know that. We looked it up.
- 1:09Speaker 2: It's true. I didn't know that.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Did you know that Antarctica is a desert?
- 1:16Speaker 2: Not really. I never thought about it.
- 1:17Speaker 1: When you think desert, you think sunny.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Yes.
- 1:20Speaker 1: 120 degrees. And dust. And camels.
- 1:23Speaker 2: But now we're talking polar bears.
- 1:25Speaker 1: But Antarctica is a desert.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:27Speaker 1: How... Oh.
- 1:29Speaker 2: How to use.
- 1:31Speaker 1: There, there, and there. So there's T-H-E-R-E. There's T-H-E-I-R. There's
- 1:40Speaker 1: T-H-E-Y apostrophe R-E.
- 1:43Speaker 2: I will not correct you, but it makes me crazy.
- 1:46Speaker 2: But yes.
- 1:47Speaker 1: I have a pet peeve with my brother-in-law and I've
- 1:49Speaker 1: never told him this. I'm about to snap one day.
- 1:52Speaker 1: I've told you this. Yeah. Sometimes he'll text me. And
- 1:55Speaker 1: if he says, you're welcome, for example, it's always Y-O-U-R.
- 2:00Speaker 1: And never Y-O-U. And every single time I'm like, this
- 2:04Speaker 1: is the day I'm going to say, no, it's Y-O-U-R-E.
- 2:09Speaker 2: And does he say me too, T-O, instead of T-O-O?
- 2:12Speaker 1: I don't think so. Does that get you?
- 2:15Speaker 2: That gets me too, yeah.
- 2:16Speaker 1: If they're going to write me too, it has to
- 2:18Speaker 1: be two O's, right?
- 2:19Speaker 2: Yes. It's like me as well, yes.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Other things people may not know, the average person will
- 2:24Speaker 1: spend about five to six years of their life waiting
- 2:28Speaker 1: in line. Ugh. It's a surprising amount of time we
- 2:30Speaker 1: spend just waiting around. That's awful. Probably more around here, too,
- 2:34Speaker 1: if you count traffic and all that.
- 2:36Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Did you know that Oscar the Grouch was orange on
- 2:41Speaker 1: Sesame Street on the very first season? I did not
- 2:43Speaker 1: know that. No.
- 2:45Speaker 2: No, I'm glad they changed him up.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Or maybe the TVs just changed.
- 2:51Speaker 2: Mind blown.
- 2:51Speaker 1: When Sesame Street first came out. Here's one.
- 2:55Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.
- 2:56Speaker 1: That phone number you have, like when I call you
- 2:58Speaker 1: on your cell phone.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:00Speaker 1: You don't own that phone number. You lease it from
- 3:03Speaker 1: a carrier. Yeah.
- 3:05Speaker 2: I do know that because I always want to like
- 3:07Speaker 2: take it with me if I change services. And that's
- 3:10Speaker 2: like a big request. Right. You don't get to keep
- 3:12Speaker 2: that number necessarily.
- 3:13Speaker 1: They'll charge you sometimes, right? Yeah. And finally, on this list,
- 3:17Speaker 1: when you sneeze in the middle of peeing, it speeds up. What?
- 3:23Speaker 1: Probably something you never paid attention to. But next time
- 3:26Speaker 1: you're on the bowl.
- 3:27Speaker 2: I thought everything stopped for a second.
- 3:29Speaker 1: I think it just speeds up. I thought you had.
- 3:32Speaker 2: To sneeze or cough. Everything was like on hold. And
- 3:35Speaker 2: then we continue.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.
- 3:39Speaker 2: I think I'm sharing too much. I'm going to stop now.
- 3:41Speaker 1: I'm trying to think if I've ever been midstream and
- 3:44Speaker 1: I've sneezed. And I don't know if I have.
- 3:46Speaker 2: Could you make that work? Like look into a light
- 3:48Speaker 2: or something next time you go.
- 3:50Speaker 1: I'm thinking the flow comes out a little bit quicker.
- 3:51Speaker 1: Doesn't it?
- 3:53Speaker 2: Well, according to this, yeah.
- 3:57Speaker 1: When you sneeze, you're right, though. Everything does kind of stop.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Everything stops.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Your eyes shut. It's like your body's taking a screenshot.
- 4:05Speaker 2: Yeah. Don't you get afraid if you're driving and you
- 4:07Speaker 2: have to sneeze and you're like, oh, no, oh, no.
- 4:09Speaker 2: And I'm like, please let no one be around.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Right. Is this the moment I have to change lanes?
- 4:13Speaker 2: I'm going to be gone for a second. Okay.
- 4:15Speaker 1: Anyway, any fun facts out there? Something maybe you didn't
- 4:18Speaker 1: know until late in life? Educators. Want to hear from you. 44363. Yes, educators.
