- 0:04My name is Victor Furman. Some call me the Voice. I've always been
- 0:10fascinated with human nature, spirituality, science and the crossroads at which they meet.
- 0:17Join me now and we will explore these topics and so much more with
- 0:22fascinating guests, authors and experts who will guide us to Destination unlimited. What
- 0:34may humanity learn from the wisdom and experience of our closest marine relatives, the
- 0:41dolphins. My guest this week on Destination Unlimited, Danielle Booman, amid personal
- 0:47challenges, forged a profound connection with the highly intelligent and intuitive dolphin consciousness,
- 0:54unraveling the secrets that lie within our spiritual potential. Her story serves as a
- 0:59testament to the boundless possibilities of the human spirit. Daniella, a Swiss native
- 1:04based in California, is a corporate consultant, international teacher, transformational speaker,
- 1:11life coach, and evolutionary consciousness guide. Her insights and teachings open new pathways
- 1:19for change, helping individuals tap into their spiritual potential and fostering greater unity on
- 1:26Earth. Her website is Vibrantlivingnow dot org, and she joins me to share
- 1:30her path and new book, Gliding you home a dolphin's dream of a new
- 1:37Earth. Please join me in welcoming to destination unlimited. Daniella Booman, Welcome,
- 1:44Daniella, Thank you so much. Victor, welcome to you. It's
- 1:49a pleasure to be here. Daniella. Please share your early path and how
- 1:53it led to your calling and work. Okay, So, first of all,
- 1:59I am an immigrant. I'm a Swiss native. And so I was
- 2:02born in Switzerland in a town called Sauceball and of a little over two hundred
- 2:09and fifty people, by a midwife. And my mom said that just like
- 2:15my birth, my personality was quite the same way. I came through with
- 2:23a vengeance, like places to go, people to see, things to accomplish.
- 2:29So yes, I was born and raised in Switzerland, and I from
- 2:37an early age had a strong connection to Mother Earth and to my surroundings and
- 2:46to my surroundings, and I felt a very strong interconnectedness to all that was
- 2:53and was very turned on by life. And I was always very puzzled when
- 3:00I looked around and I saw people were more functioning in an automated state of
- 3:07being. And how did your father's example open you to unlimited possibilities? Well,
- 3:15my dad. So my parents were entrepreneurs. My mom was very much
- 3:19the structure person and my dad was the philosopher and businessman, and so he
- 3:24would very often alert us when we were going through nature walks in the Highlands
- 3:36and he would like take us through the forest and then he would tell us
- 3:43quiet, children, listen, and then we would have to listen to the
- 3:47birds and to the wind and to two different elements that were all around us.
- 3:53And for me, that was deeply impressive to my entire psycho spiritual system.
- 4:00So my dad in many ways really embedded the power of presence within me
- 4:10that when you work from a present state of being, the unlimited, unlimitedness
- 4:18of the universe around you is just absolutely dynamic. So it was I think
- 4:27that that had a lot to do with it, which then later on years
- 4:31later also led me to want to come to the United States as an explorer
- 4:39of or adventurer of consciousness and as a citizen of planet Earth. You know,
- 4:46it was very exciting to me to explore what was out there. Would
- 4:53you refer to your father there was more to life than what I saw?
- 4:58Yes? Would you refer to your father as a Yes? In many ways,
- 5:01I think I would and how did he manifest that? Well, you
- 5:08know, he was born as probably number fourteen of you know, fifteen children,
- 5:15wow, from a very poor family. Well poor there were farmers.
- 5:20They had everything they needed. Really they they were very rich because they had
- 5:26music. And so they grew up singing music and so did I and playing
- 5:31the accordion on the piano. And so my dad just had this incredible light
- 5:36about him. And he had the spark in his eyes up to about six
- 5:41months before his passing. And that spark was this little mischievous light of what's
- 5:46next, what's next to explore. And so my dad had an incredible trust
- 5:54of how, you know, how life would evolve and presented opportunities. And
- 6:00he mom and a dad build a business, you know, going door to
- 6:05door. And he always told us, he said, it's like God is
- 6:13telling me where to go go over here here Eloi's or go over there.
- 6:17And he was a good listener. You know, I had to learn a
- 6:23lot more about that later on. He was a very good listener because he
- 6:28just did it, you know. So it's just his perception and his intuitiveness
- 6:33about life. He felt a tremendous connection and because of that, he was
- 6:40also hyper sensitive as well. But the interconnectedness of all of things was something
- 6:46that he always had that added a different level of intensity to growing up in
- 6:55that family than you know if you grow up in a perhaps more of a
- 6:58conventional family. So my dad saw nuances absolutely. And how did your corporate
- 7:04career enzue? Well, I've from a very early age. I would read,
- 7:13in my very early teens, I would read books like shiksa Shaws which
- 7:17means Destiny as a Chance by Tortwald Deadliftsen, which is a German author.
- 7:25And so I very much always studied psychology and Freud and Young and Hegel and
- 7:32you know, the different philosophers. And I was just always extremely curious,
- 7:40and so I started to study personality profiles and communications types. And when I
- 7:48the second time I came over to this country to actually stay here, I
- 7:54realized the difference between the United States and Switzerland of mentality. It was much
- 8:01more drastic than I thought, Victor. The figure speeches were different, the
- 8:05mentality was different. I have a quite good sense of humor, except at
- 8:09the beginning nobody seemed to laugh at my jokes, and so I had to
- 8:18really learn and use my spiritual and psychological skills to adapt to successfully integrate,
- 8:30and that that fed my passion of team building, communication, uh, peace
- 8:37making or mediating, you know, mediating. It's like I often function as
- 8:41a translator, you know. To hence I started to write books. I
- 8:48started to create different kind of materials in a corporate setting, also as a
- 8:54life and a life mastery coach and career coach, because of my passion to
- 9:03explore the infinite potential that we that we that we carry really within us.
- 9:09And you're making and breaking it down in such a way where it combines the
- 9:13left brain and the right brain and it creates a holistic way of perceiving,
- 9:20functioning, and expanding our sensory perception to then expand into the greater ethers of
- 9:26our of our universe. Absolutely, please tell us about your first book,
- 9:31actually series of books, High Performance Without Pain? Was this born from personal
- 9:37experience? Yes? So, the book High Performance Without Pain, a seven
- 9:43step blueprint to reclaim your vibrant life and get even more done, came about
- 9:48through, first of all, twenty some years of coaching. And even though
- 9:54I used a variety of modalities from mindfulness, meditation, to question aires to
- 10:00personality profiles, et cetera, et cetera. It wasn't until I really started
- 10:05to incorporate those seven habits, which are seven character qualities that they would also
- 10:11perhaps call in Buddhism, that I started to see a palpable internal shift in
- 10:18my corporate clients that were, you know, fortune five hundred clients and people
- 10:24from every walk of life. And so, having burned the candle at both
- 10:33ends, I was building a business coaching seminars retreats in Switzerland, while I
- 10:39was also taking care of my parents and was the case manager, so to
- 10:43speak, because I made sure that they were able to maintain at home till
- 10:48the end of their life, and so there was always a lot to take
- 10:52care of. My brother was involved in their care and managing the different careacters
- 11:00because they were living caregivers, and my sisters were just peripherally involved. But
- 11:05I was the one kind of managing everything. And so I would often travel
- 11:11back and forth across the pond three four times, like every three or four
- 11:16months a year, and so there was a lot of jet lag building of
- 11:24my business over there or leading seminars pretty much wearing every hat that you that
- 11:28you can wear. The negotiated a seminar leader, the spiritual teacher, the
- 11:33communicator, the caregiver, the one that yelled at the caregivers, applauded the
- 11:37caregivers, talked to the doctors. You get the idea. So what ended
- 11:43up happening I twenty fourteen. I was back here in the United States,
- 11:50and I was preparing for a keynote. However, suddenly I could barely move
- 11:54my arms, my legs, and the energizer that had been on the hero's
- 12:01journey he realized that the hero doesn't have limits, and so I was faced
- 12:09with those limits, and from those limits, I was able to then deepen
- 12:13and expand the seven habits that I talk about in the book, which is
- 12:22presence and judgment, awareness, acceptance and belonging, compassionate action which is about
- 12:33leaving no part behind, equanimity and communication, curiosity and goal achievement, and
- 12:39patience and transformation of the ego not they all have subtitles. But I realized
- 12:46as I was having to sit for hours on end because I could not rush
- 12:54this journey of healing, because this virus had attacked my my nervous system.
- 13:01And so what happened was as life happens, I have sat a thousand hours
- 13:09in the stillness of the moment, reflecting in its pace. But I realized
- 13:15that it never seems to go anywhere else but here. So when I explored
- 13:22these habits at this deeper level is when I ended up starting to put the
- 13:28book tangibly together. Of course, it is a culmination of a client experiences
- 13:35and having actually taken them through the book. The book is based on a
- 13:39gentleman that I was the CEO of a fortune five hundred company, and the
- 13:48way he found me was through burnout and a referral, and he could barely
- 13:54function anymore because he had pushed himself to the extreme, like many high performers
- 13:58tend to do so. Once an individual grasps even just the first habit,
- 14:05which is a foundation at the house, it doesn't matter what problems or challenges
- 14:11there may be, because when you bring presents to that second, to that
- 14:16moment, it will then reveal its message to you, and if you're present,
- 14:22you will be able to receive it. This is for anyone in business,
- 14:24correct, Yes, this is for anyone in business. Yes, it's
- 14:28for anyone in business. The seven habits are very much about looking through at
- 14:37your life through a different lens. When you work with habit to judgment awareness,
- 14:43you know, really becoming aware of those judgments. But it has a
- 14:48very practical slant to it, so it's it's not just Okay, these are
- 14:52my judgments, and no, I'm going to work on my judgments. It
- 14:56really goes to a deeper realm of understand ending and then the whole book always
- 15:03comes back to a compassionate action state for yourself and all those involved. So
- 15:09it's always about creating a unism within everywhere you are walking or where you're working.
- 15:18What inspired your latest book, Gliding You Home, and how did your
- 15:22connection with dolphin consciousness influence the creation of this book? Well, that's I
- 15:28love the question. The dolphins, the dolphin consciousness there, they were really
- 15:35the main instigators. But what happened was in twenty eighteen, after both of
- 15:46my parents had passed, I had another bout, another flare up of these
- 15:52of this virus that had attacked my nervous system, and in many ways it
- 15:58was also burning up much of the old and was updating. It's just like
- 16:02a computer system would updating and needing the time to integrate while I'm still in
- 16:07the body versus in the past people may have left it. And so I
- 16:11was going through a phase where I had NonStop nerve pain and I'm not good
- 16:18with medicine. I have a joke and it's kind of goes like this,
- 16:22I'll make a horrible drug addict because I don't I can't take a whole lot.
- 16:26So I felt like I was at my wits end basically, and I
- 16:33was sitting and I literally, Now you have to understand, I was very
- 16:38much used to being able to monitor and manage my own emotional, physical energy
- 16:44mentally through my through discipline and practices. So when I'm saying I couldn't do
- 16:49that anymore, you know, I was really like I felt like I was
- 16:52at a wits end. Now I'm not talking about suicidal, that's not at
- 16:57all. I'm talking about I just couldn't had the pain. And so literally
- 17:02I slipped to the other side. Suddenly I found myself. And that's where
- 17:07slipping to the other side, and I talk about that in the first part
- 17:11of the book comes in because it was a poetic redemption of that experience where
- 17:15suddenly I did feel picked up by the dolphin consciousness and they were showing me
- 17:22a completely different world and It wasn't like I just went into a meditative state.
- 17:27I slipped to the other side. And then when I came back,
- 17:33it was pretty shocking because many of those filters had been were lifted, but
- 17:40I found myself back in my body. So, you know, after that,
- 17:45there was a lot of integrating that needed to take place and upgrading of
- 17:49the information, and they pretty much kept on insisting that I would write this
- 17:56book. Their energy is very loving and playful. Yeah, however also quite
- 18:04directive, and I guess I've been described the same way. They're very directive,
- 18:12you know. So I started to finally agree that I would write this
- 18:18book. And because it was it wasn't something it was something very close to
- 18:26my heart, and so so to put that out into the written word for
- 18:30the public was like, you know, it wasn't something I chose to do,
- 18:33really, but I followed the calling and so they pretty much gave me
- 18:38the outline of everything right from the get go. I must share with our
- 18:44listeners that your book is a beautiful, prosaic streme of consciousness of this wonderful
- 18:49information that the dolphins shared with you. You know, in my limited physical
- 18:52connection with dolphins, I sensed communication with them on the level that transcends words
- 18:59were spoken language. What did they share with you about this, Well,
- 19:03what they shared with me about that really was that their big message really is
- 19:11about unity, and it really is about going to that next level mindset,
- 19:19you know, and the higher evolution of who we are. So really,
- 19:26what they are giving in many ways is tremendous transformational steps to let go of
- 19:32these old paradigms. And they were doing it as a lyrical guide to ascension
- 19:41of the New Earth. And they're doing it in such a way where they
- 19:45are weaving in the information as you're reading it, and they're not even expecting
- 19:51you to understand everything, but they know that you're the deeper part of who
- 19:56you are will transcend the limitation of mind and the intellect. So it's it
- 20:03really, it goes from from the disconnection of humanity to the spiritual heart opening
- 20:15two patterns no more. It pretty much is like it's it's like you're you're
- 20:22on a journey with them and they're guiding you through it. However, you
- 20:26can also just open the book anyplace and use it as a as an orgle,
- 20:37which I didn't realize until I actually had the book in my hands.
- 20:41But they are really describing the steps of ascension and what living in the now
- 20:47looks and feels like. And of course their world, Victor is it is
- 20:53very, very immersive. Like I. Sometimes I have to take a break
- 21:00because by increasingly working with them, I became increasingly sensitized even more to my
- 21:07sensory perception. And a big part of their message is the importance of humanity
- 21:12to increase the sensory perceptions on every level, not just the sixth sense,
- 21:18the five senses, so we can start to feel the interconnectedness of all that
- 21:23is because when we do, our relationship changes. It's no longer the same
- 21:30relationship, because how would you How could you relate to a tree and heard
- 21:36the tree if you are sensing the tree's energy, right. I tried to
- 21:40explain to them that, because I said to them it was getting a bit
- 21:45much for me to write the book by feeling everything. Even I've always experienced
- 21:51sort of life in living colors as a very dynamic state of being, and
- 21:56I've always had to sort of tune down and slow down and explain everything and
- 22:03the way I was perceiving it. And when I was explaining that to them,
- 22:08working with them was increasing that even more. They were saying, but
- 22:12isn't it beautiful? And because they didn't really understand that the human doesn't experience
- 22:19that. Right you speak, you speak metaphorically about this transition as the surface
- 22:26to the depth of the ocean water. How does this represent a shift from
- 22:30a consciousness state to a deeper, more subconscious level. It basically almost means
- 22:37like a washing away of what you of what you knew before, and it's
- 22:45taking you to that next level. It's like shifting and pivoting you, almost
- 22:49like you're if you're watching a dolphin go come up out of the water and
- 22:52twirling, and it's like sliding you into and pivoting you into that next state
- 23:00of consciousness. My guest is Daniella Bowman. Her book is called Gliding You

- 24:36lifestyle. Back on Destination Unlimited. My guest this week as Danielle Booman her
- 24:49new book Gliding You Home, Daniella. The concept of living in the now
- 24:56is a recurring theme in the book. How does embracing this state contribute to
- 25:00personal growth and our ability to connect on deeper levels with the world around us
- 25:07well? Living in the now in the way that the dolphins are explaining it
- 25:14is very much an unprogrammed state of being. There is so much explanation of
- 25:22what living in the now is supposed to be like, of course by many
- 25:26other sources outside of myself, besides myself living from moment to moment to you
- 25:33know. But the bottom line is, we oftentimes bring in a past,
- 25:38a past term consciousness in in living in the present moment, and so in
- 25:45the way that the Dolphin consciousness is relating to it is really is kind of
- 25:51piggybacking on the last question that you ask me. When you take that leap
- 25:55and you transcend to that next level, that you start to leave those old
- 26:02paradigms behind, and you start to relate to yourself and to your life experience
- 26:10primarily from the now moment and not attached to the future or to a past
- 26:15moment. And as your book discusses the importance of releasing old patterns and beliefs,
- 26:22can you provide some practical steps for readers to effectively shed the layers of
- 26:27past conditioning and allow for growth and evolution m HM. So, in order
- 26:33to let go of past conditioning, it's very important to go into a go
- 26:41into a meditative state, first of all, and as you are, for
- 26:47example, inhaling, you're inhaling three deep breaths of present time consciousness, and
- 26:55you're dropping from your head into your heart and body wisdom, allowing your nervous
- 27:00system to simply decompress and relax and connect with Mother Earth, grounding your energy
- 27:10into a state of now here. And as you do that, you are
- 27:17allowing your mind to open. So if you picture a small circle right,
- 27:26and you imagine that's the monkey mind going in a circle, the programmed mind,
- 27:32the monkey mind that attaches to every thought, that is overattached to thinking,
- 27:37every thought is urgent. But now imagine that you are taking that circle,
- 27:41and you're going counter clockwise. In your mind's eye, you're going very
- 27:48slowly counterclock up wise. You can even weave in different colors as they're coming
- 27:56to you intuitively. And then from that place, start to expand and go
- 28:03against that wormhole of your own consciousness and expand and open, open, open,
- 28:11open, until you see a white gap and opening. And when you
- 28:21look out of that white gap opening, you see the present state of being,
- 28:30in the now in which you can move, which you can move into.
- 28:36And just by setting that intention and not obsessing over past patterns, you
- 28:45can start to end slowly or quickly move through a deep breath, just like
- 28:52the dolphins would a deep bellow, and you move out into the other side.
- 29:04And when you get to that other side, you may at the beginning
- 29:08feel sense and see avoid and you allow yourself to become comfortable in that void
- 29:18until things start to crystallize and new and your reality starts to sort itself naturally
- 29:30through your spiritual heart and your mind's eye, and that will set the intention
- 29:42and the experience for the left and the right brain to embrace the pivot or
- 29:52a shift into it the new paradigm as you are learning to practice to go
- 29:59back and fourth between those two realities. Beautiful, thank you so much for
- 30:07them. You're welcome. One of my personal patterns, based upon my relationship
- 30:15with my father, became people pleasing. When I was eight years old,
- 30:18he became ill. I never felt loved by him before that time, and
- 30:22he became ill and I became part of his caretaking team with my mother,
- 30:26and for the first time I felt that he loved me, and it wired
- 30:30in my young mind this concept that if you take care of others, when
- 30:34you serve others, you will be loved and that let me do becoming a
- 30:37people pleaser for most of my life until a point where pleasing others at the
- 30:42detriment of myself became a major challenge and I had to learn to stop.
- 30:47And I had to learn to say the word no, which was very hard
- 30:51for me to say. And this generated a poem which came through me.
- 30:53May I share that with you? I would love it. It's called the
- 30:57healing power of no. A time comes for choosing rather than losing the essence
- 31:04that makes us sow and in the bestowing. There's power in knowing the freedom
- 31:11that comes with no. When said with compassion, not angry, in fashion
- 31:18and letting the self love flow, there's a sense of renewing and deep soul
- 31:23imbuing the awareness that comes with no. So with gentle voice and the power
- 31:30of choice and the courage to make it so, I'm still here, my
- 31:37friends. There's no means in this end, just the healing that comes with
- 31:42no. Beautiful Yes. Boundaries are so important, aren't they? Boundaries are
- 31:51so important? And that's where the dolphins talk a lot about that. I
- 31:56says, it's so precious, that is absolutely proud love it. If you
- 32:00would email me that absolutely well. I would love to share that with my
- 32:04clients. Absolutely, very precious. That's where the first book comes in,
- 32:10Victor with the seven habits, because in a habit three, which is acceptance
- 32:17and belonging, belonging right, belong d loved me, I'm eighty years old,
- 32:27I finally feel loved. You feel loved now you've you felt like you
- 32:31belonged? Right? Absolutely right? And for that how many are sold and
- 32:37are selling their souls right? Never been taught different? So dolphins talk a
- 32:45lot about the importance of developing the different spiritual and character qualities in order for
- 32:52the full soul, self, unresistant flow state, and liquid mind to become
- 33:00manifest in the physical form of the human. Okay, And because so often
- 33:08the human tries to assent to whatever spiritual levels without having developed the personality of
- 33:16the human and is dismissing the development and the necessity of self mastery. Right,
- 33:25like the like the quote, no man is master of himself. Who
- 33:32is not master is not master who is not master of himself? Right,
- 33:38And so what you're describing there really is that step to self mastery, to
- 33:46saying now I have the right right and that comes hence the habits in order
- 33:55through acceptance of whatever you are and then the belonging we are then in compassionate
- 34:02action of the first book. In compassionate action, you then learned to not
- 34:09just be compassionate, but to take actual action steps in reference in reference to
- 34:17that, because when you are aware of your worth and your purpose and what
- 34:30you're here to do, so much ends up then changing. And that's where
- 34:37the dolphins talk about the voice of joyflow. Right, How did that make
- 34:45you feel victor when you what kind of quality did that bring out in you?
- 34:51When you ended up feeling that you could say no, it brought about
- 34:53the sense of self love. Yeah, self love, self love, self
- 35:00joy, you know all of that. And when we start to learn through
- 35:07joy versus pain, right, and hence the dolphin and real wisdom, the
- 35:15development of the liquid mind and that flow state that that brings about, right,
- 35:23creating this state of inner equanimity, of flow of compassion because you are
- 35:30against truly starting to see yourself as part of the micro micro organism. Right,
- 35:37you're starting to move them from non resistance, I mean, from resistance
- 35:44to a deeper state of non resistance and acceptance and self worth and self worth
- 35:50may I read a short poem out of my book. Absolutely this just seems
- 35:57to really call to me to read, and this is one of my favorite
- 36:04parts. Here is actually at the end of gliding you home a dolphin stream
- 36:08of a new Earth. But I think it really fits into what we're talking
- 36:13about with acceptance and boundary setting. And you know the original question you had.
- 36:22So the title is the Voice of Joy Flow. I am your guide
- 36:29to eternity, and along the way, we float readily down and down the
- 36:34stream, merely merely down the flow, while releasing resistance to all of your
- 36:40human dreams. I am not physical in nature, but I am an energy
- 36:46of utter abundance, inviting all of you to play day to day. It's
- 36:53not difficult. You see, when you have engaged all of your creativity and
- 37:00your multisensory perception, you can then tap into the stream of what is alive,
- 37:06momentarily letting go of what resists and is not conductive to that flow and
- 37:14use it as the ultimate conduit around rivers and rocks, or to actualize or
- 37:20materialize your highest aspirations, inspirations that have been breathed into you from high above.
- 37:29Being in the flow is writing on the tail wings of your soul's ever
- 37:34vescence, listening and tuning in to its call in the most practical affairs as
- 37:42well as the more limitless and spiritual life endeavors. Merged as one, I
- 37:51am the flow, and I am a whisper, a feather, a wing,
- 37:54an impulse, a thunder, an emotion, tear and laughter, or
- 38:01just a wave along your river of time. I glide intuitively along the way
- 38:08of its waters. Resistance isn't a part of my territory, as I have
- 38:14given over it all, and constriction would only bite me to form and rigidity.
- 38:20Yet my way of interwoven relating is ever changing. As I am paying
- 38:25attention to the now. I am not hard, but fluid with intuitive wisdom
- 38:32and flexibility. I don't resist and I don't insist as I weave my way
- 38:40to what floats my boat the most easily, to my highest vibing vision and
- 38:46frequency. This increases my ability to connect with zest, zeal and vitality and
- 38:54lets me pivot quickly among the people, situations, and interactions in my life.
- 39:01Its life giving and affirming joy threading the patterns of my destiny. I
- 39:09am a joy rider, and that is my superpower allow me to rise above
- 39:15or swim below the surf, or riptide or around what threatens or resists my
- 39:22soul's destiny. Flow is your most natural state, and yet the extent of
- 39:28human species programming, societal expectations and upbringing, and its multiplying mindless robotic actions
- 39:38versus mindful relations have greatly restricted your inner knowing, your truth and spontaneity,
- 39:46which is effortless in nature. The power of internal energy alignment is inherent within
- 39:54this frequency. I am like water and you cannot catch me, but you
- 40:01can ride the wave of my ebb and flow when you pay attention to your
- 40:08soul's longing and destiny, no force but flowing down the river of eternity.
- 40:16It is all the call of your destiny. Thank you for sharing your ocean
- 40:22with us. You're welcome. Absolutely beautiful and listeners, that's what you get

- 43:02My guest this week is Danielle Booman. We're talking about her book Gliding
- 43:07You Home, Daniella. The idea of emotion messengers, that's eh, motion
- 43:14messengers suggests that feelings are personal guides. How can individuals better understand and embrace
- 43:21their emotions as guides in their personal journeys? Well, you, as you
- 43:28probably know. When we grow up right, the boys are encouraged not to
- 43:35cry because crying is weak and girls are sometimes allowed to cry, but it's
- 43:44not Emotions are not looked upon as something good or powerful, and it ends
- 43:52up from a very early age we end up going into a repressed step within
- 44:00our emotional awareness. Of course this varies from individual to individual, but we
- 44:07end up repressing a lot of our emotional insights. Hence you know the term
- 44:15emotional intelligence. Sometimes I work with clients in their forties, fifties, sixties,
- 44:22and they may have multiple degrees, but their emotional awareness is really not
- 44:28not being brought up to par by a long shot, because they've not really
- 44:35known how to tap into that. So Emotions as Messengers really in a very
- 44:42lyrical and on the other hand, very practical way. Within Gliding You Home
- 44:47talks about the importance that when emotions are repressed, they get depressed and they
- 44:55start to sit within the body system. They become rigid and tight, and
- 45:01they start to sit within within the muscles, and its worst, it can
- 45:07even create diseases where we're just not paying attention to the inner signals, to
- 45:15the red flags, and so Emotions as Messengers really dives very deeply into what
- 45:27that looks like when you are starting to trust that emotional, that emotionally intelligent
- 45:36heart within you that beats every step along the way, and that when you
- 45:44learn to trust it to what extent, that it can actually to what extent
- 45:49it can actually take you. So emotions as messengers is it was It was
- 45:57actually quite an emotional segment to the talk about and how often or to write
- 46:07about, how often do we shoot the messenger right in this in this case
- 46:14our emotions right, and yet the heart indeed is really just a guardian of
- 46:21our tears, right, So we were allowing the river there of to find
- 46:27its own organic way to flow through you and naturally out the other way.
- 46:34You're in a different pod because you've not stayed in your old stream of consciousness.
- 46:42So but you know, our tendency oftentimes really is to get very heavy
- 46:46and go into the monkey mind and you know, pretending that the emotions are
- 46:52not there. So it addresses components of feeling lost and what it means to
- 47:02actually address emotions and to use them as a power tool in order to regain
- 47:09what I call your power center. So this particular chapter does talk about how
- 47:15am I going to be able to address my emotions and use them as an
- 47:19inner compass in a way that makes me feel empowered, not in a way
- 47:24where it makes me feel disempowered, in a way that I can learn how
- 47:29to work with grief, in a way that I can learn how to work
- 47:30with passion or forgiveness, and to calm that that inner critic and that chatter
- 47:38voice that goes on in the in our mind or in our monkey mind.
- 47:45So it really is asking you to take heart and gaining momentum and personal power
- 47:52as you as you learn to shift gears from your intellectual, mental, emotional,
- 47:59and spiritual state so you can more readily pivot and shift those gears and
- 48:04perhaps go the neutral instead of being an emotional reactivity. We often tend to
- 48:10explain feelings mentally and instead of just allowing them to speak up for themselves.
- 48:19So this chapter encourages you to and teaches you how to do that. And
- 48:23the dolphins shared with you the secret chambers of your being, exploring the hidden
- 48:29chambers within the heart. What do these chambers represent? Well, these these
- 48:35chambers were present in many ways. You know, like Indiana Jones, You
- 48:38know how he was on the on the hunt for the Holy Grail. Right,
- 48:45So in order to us to assent on these higher plateaus of our consciousness
- 48:52and as we are preparing for a for a new world which some of will
- 48:59be will be going on to and others won't be. But it is about
- 49:02going through these passage ways, so different chambers will light up. You know.
- 49:10It's imagine if you're going through a tunnel and you are lighting the flashlight
- 49:16into different corners, and there's different components that are going to light up,
- 49:21like in like in a spooky show, or you know, like they have
- 49:28at Universal Studios or whatnot during Halloween for example. And so when you graduate
- 49:37onto different levels, there will be different things that are lit up within the
- 49:45core of your the secret chambers of your heart that you will start to know
- 49:51about when you get there. But for that you have to pass through these
- 49:57different phases, because the Holy Rail is not just therefore the taking. You
- 50:02have to be able to walk through that path and within your own life,
- 50:08in your own way, graduate to those next level, to that next level,
- 50:14and then they will reveal themselves. So there is still so much to
- 50:21explore within within your own human psyche and far beyond, and the secret chambers
- 50:30of your of your being will give you an entry way on how to do
- 50:36that. Oh, may humanity embrace next level mindset what you call incension mm
- 50:44hmm. So in in Gliding You Home, you know, I do talk
- 50:52about that next level mindset right and spiritual ascension. And and then in in
- 50:59my book High Performance Without Pain, it outlines you know, the strategies basically
- 51:06right. And but what it will do is it will help individuals that seek
- 51:15that journey to evolve their consciousness and and then achieve you know that that personal
- 51:22growth. So it will explore the spiritual dimensions of your personal growth as a
- 51:34as a blueprint for for vibrant living and the connection that we all share,
- 51:43the human connection independently of of of political orientations or what's going on on our
- 51:52on our worthly stage. So by integrating the the these two different approaches,
- 52:00individuals can evolve their consciousness and achieve a holistic personal growth. And Gliding Your
- 52:07Home touches on the concept of deep compassion and surrender. Please elaborate on how
- 52:15embracing vulnerability and surrender is akin to exploring an endless ocean of sacred treasures.
- 52:23I love how you put that, Yes, So deep compassion and a surrender
- 52:30is really about allowing. The whole book is really about allowing and surrender and
- 52:37allowing your humanity to come forth, allowing it to show up and to be
- 52:45there and to be able to work and live much more from a liquid state
- 52:54of awareness and then perception and an integration and then a resonance and then manifestation.
- 53:07So for that to take place, a deeper level of compassion needs to
- 53:19be allowed. So the question of what am I allowing in my life,
- 53:27and the plus or minus and and or what am I disallowing in my life
- 53:34can really bring forth components of your humanity that that otherwise couldn't be there because
- 53:43you're you're You're you're creating a clean slate for yourself to show up in and
- 53:52to surrender. If you were to imagine a pot of water and to be
- 54:00able to surrender those feelings into it where they're kept in tender embrace, and
- 54:10as you go into this surrender, just like when I slipped to the other
- 54:15side, I completely let go at least at the time, in order to
- 54:23slip and experience myself from a different state of being, one that was not
- 54:31attached to anything but reconnected with the ultimate source of who I am and that
- 54:38brought me forth into creating that new world in the making in which we come
- 54:49from. Holism, unity, belonging, equanimity and compassion and surrender are a
- 54:59big part of that. The wisdom of Daniellawoman. Her book is called Gliding
