Speaker 1: What's up, everybody. Welcome back to another episode of Bucco Territory,
• 0:13
Speaker 1: presented to you by the Foul Territory Network. I'm Platinum
• 0:16
Speaker 1: Key aka Mark, and today's episode is a little unique.
• 0:19
Speaker 1: Usually I'd be usually you'd be seeing Noah Hailes here
• 0:23
Speaker 1: and he'd be flipping it over to myself and Josh
• 0:26
Speaker 1: Harrison for your typical Pirates coverage, digging into what happened
• 0:30
Speaker 1: in yesterday's game or what have you. But today we're
• 0:33
Speaker 1: gonna do something a little unique. On Wednesday, Josh was
• 0:38
Speaker 1: able to make it to PNC Park for the first
• 0:41
Speaker 1: time since twenty twenty three when he was a member
• 0:43
Speaker 1: of the Philadelphia Phillies, and so we wanted to document
• 0:46
Speaker 1: Josh's return to PNC Park as a spectator, as a fan,
• 0:51
Speaker 1: as a podcast host, as a former teammate, and give
• 0:55
Speaker 1: you just a little glimpse into what that's like when
• 0:59
Speaker 1: you're player who spent eight years within an organization and
• 1:03
Speaker 1: you've finally come back after you've ended your baseball career
• 1:07
Speaker 1: and have a whole different perspective. You know, Josh is
• 1:11
Speaker 1: obviously really only seen PNC Park from the grass, from
• 1:16
Speaker 1: the dirt, and so getting his perspective of going up
• 1:19
Speaker 1: into the press box. He hopped on the radio for
• 1:23
Speaker 1: in the sixth inning to talk with Greg Brown, so
• 1:26
Speaker 1: we have a few clips of that as well, and
• 1:29
Speaker 1: then we're gonna wrap up today's episode with an interview
• 1:32
Speaker 1: that I conduct with Josh myself. We originally had recorded
• 1:37
Speaker 1: an interview between Noah and Josh on the field during
• 1:40
Speaker 1: banning practice, but the guy that produces this podcast I
• 1:43
Speaker 1: kind of screwed up.
• 1:44
  Speaker 2: The audio somehow.
• 1:46
Speaker 1: I don't know who that guy is, but really needs
• 1:47
Speaker 1: to step up his job. So instead we have an
• 1:52
Speaker 1: interview with myself and Josh to conclude today's episode. So
• 1:56
Speaker 1: really appreciate everyone tuning in. I hope you enjoy this
• 1:59
Speaker 1: unique episode, and hopefully we'll have Josh back at P
• 2:03
Speaker 1: and C Park a few more times here this year.
• 2:06
Speaker 1: So we'll dig into everything here show you some clips,
• 2:09
Speaker 1: but first a word from our sponsors and one quick
• 2:14
Speaker 1: note for our audio listeners. Make sure to check out
• 2:17
Speaker 1: the video clips on YouTube. But rather than have you
• 2:20
Speaker 1: listened to some background noise of the clips of Josh,
• 2:23
Speaker 1: me fans and seeing former players and a few other people,
• 2:29
Speaker 1: We're just going to jump right into the interview so
• 2:31
Speaker 1: kick back, relax, and enjoy some time with Josh Harrison
• 2:35
  Speaker 1: at P and C Park.
• 2:40
Speaker 3: My dog Bella would do anything for a treat, and
• 2:43
Speaker 3: I want to give her a treat that will take
• 2:45
Speaker 3: care of her long term.

  Speaker 3: That's ok.
• 3:43
Speaker 2: Jhy about the seventh any Josh, what it's like to
• 3:46
Speaker 2: be back at PNC Park.
• 3:48
Speaker 3: Man, that's electric? Can I right now a scoreboard and
• 3:50
Speaker 3: that might might not be reflective of what pirates fans want,
• 3:53
Speaker 3: but it's going to be there to put us energy
• 3:56
Speaker 3: that I was once part of being on the field.
• 3:58
Speaker 3: To experience it from you know, a different lands, it's school, man,
• 4:02
  Speaker 3: it's cool.
• 4:02
Speaker 2: I looks like the perspective and different you can see
• 4:04
Speaker 2: different angles, talls you've ever seen You saw a grim
• 4:07
Speaker 2: slim from up in the west five.
• 4:09
Speaker 3: Yeah, I was doing the radio bit with Greg Brown
• 4:11
Speaker 3: and uh, you know watch you know, Majenski get the
• 4:14
Speaker 3: Bitch track out and there very first pitch, you know,
• 4:17
Speaker 3: watching it from up there is like, oh man, it's
• 4:21
Speaker 3: definitely a different perspective because you know, oh yeah, for
• 4:24
Speaker 3: the longest my only perspective was down on the field.
• 4:26
Speaker 3: So yeah, you know, being up here in this club
• 4:28
Speaker 3: Loved One, I'm seeing a different angle, different view of
• 4:30
Speaker 3: the stadium, different view of the bridges. Like yeah, you know,
• 4:33
Speaker 3: my perspective is like, man, this is beautiful up here.
• 4:36
Speaker 3: You know, things that we don't get to see down
• 4:37
  Speaker 3: on the field.
• 4:38
Speaker 2: Yeah, you get to see up here. Speaking of things
• 4:41
Speaker 2: you young typically get to see, I mean people do
• 4:43
Speaker 2: you see that you haven't seen so long?
• 4:45
Speaker 3: Man, it's countless. And that's from former teammates like Matt
• 4:50
Speaker 3: Haig who's the head and coast. Yeah, all the way
• 4:52
Speaker 3: back to minor leagues. So you know, the training staff
• 4:56
Speaker 3: to the clubhouse staff, you know, people that made a
• 4:58
Speaker 3: special you know, just out out of uh just outside
• 5:02
Speaker 3: of baseball. Ignore that guy and just walked past. But
• 5:05
Speaker 3: you know there's so much more. So, uh, baseball were
• 5:09
Speaker 3: recording something yeah, yeah, we were side. Yeah yeah, you know,
• 5:15
Speaker 3: we keep it rolling. But uh, you know, it's a
• 5:17
Speaker 3: lot of things behind the scenes that you've seen with
• 5:20
Speaker 3: you know, that's more than just playing on the field.
• 5:21
Speaker 3: People that made this play special and uh, you know
• 5:24
Speaker 3: to get to see the people that saw my wife
• 5:27
Speaker 3: and daughters when we were leaving on how the kids doing.
• 5:29
Speaker 3: You know, they they might have helped you know, load
• 5:31
Speaker 3: them and far you know, so all these things that
• 5:35
Speaker 3: it's like, man, it's more than just your guys on
• 5:37
Speaker 3: the field, there's so much more to it than you know,
• 5:39
Speaker 3: time passes his bob, but when you see each other,
• 5:42
Speaker 3: it's almost like, man, we've got to have those okay.
• 5:45
Speaker 2: Yeah, and speaking of the current guys, you have a
• 5:47
Speaker 2: chance to talk to the current guys. I say, you're
• 5:49
Speaker 2: chained with County Griffin the World War.
• 5:50
Speaker 3: Yeah, for sure, Man, I got to talk to KG.
• 5:53
Speaker 3: He actually, uh surprised me. He walked up on me
• 5:56
Speaker 3: before I could seek him out, and uh, you know
• 5:58
Speaker 3: that's pretty cool because I must say, you see, it's
• 6:02
Speaker 3: hard to miss him and stood up. I was like,
• 6:05
Speaker 3: and I see why you was on you got most Yeah,
• 6:08
Speaker 3: just talking to him and obviously he was on our
• 6:10
Speaker 3: podcast and telling him that you know, we'll make it happen.
• 6:12
Speaker 3: You know, it's meeting rather sooner rather than later, and uh,
• 6:16
Speaker 3: we're able to make it happen. And just told him like, man,
• 6:18
Speaker 3: keep going, have fun, and uh tell him that this
• 6:20
Speaker 3: place was special and I'm I'm excited to be here
• 6:22
  Speaker 3: to enjoy you.

Speaker 3: just through the game. But also my uncle John T.
• 6:35
Speaker 3: Bons Shelby coached him, so you know, like family. I
• 6:38
Speaker 3: took a picture and send it to my aunt uncle
• 6:40
Speaker 3: and the like, oh you know to where you know,
• 6:43
Speaker 3: my aunt said to tell his wife Trish High like
• 6:45
Speaker 3: they go that far back, and uh, you know Mookie Betts,
• 6:48
Speaker 3: that's my boy. We played each other and just how
• 6:51
Speaker 3: things come full circle. My daughter and his cousin are
• 6:53
Speaker 3: best friends. And just like you know, baseball will have
• 6:56
Speaker 3: you connected with people that you didn't even know and
• 6:59
Speaker 3: you so it's always refreshing to see, you know, people,
