The UK Inquiry Into Grooming Gangs: Introduction And Executive Summary (6/19/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
0:03
Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to begin taking
0:08
a look at the report from the UK talking about
0:11
the grooming gangs. That way, everybody gets a look at
0:14
it or gets to hear it for themselves, and then
0:17
they can decide one way or the other what's really
0:20
going on. So with that said, let's just jump right in.
0:26
Rupert Lowe, As is the case with many decent, hard
0:30
working Britons, I was unaware of the sheer scale of
0:33
the evil that has been and continues to be perpetrated
0:37
by chiefly Pakistani Muslim men against vulnerable young white women
0:42
and girls in communities up and down our country. But
0:45
a single court transcript from one such horrific case, amplified
0:49
by Elon Musk early last year, set in motion along
0:53
overdue national reckoning on the matter that inspired over twenty
0:57
thousand British patriots to help fund our rape gang inquiry.
1:03
What follows is a comprehensive report of its findings. It's
1:07
essential that all related court documents are securely preserved for
1:10
both legal and historical reasons. I'm grateful to everyone on
1:14
my team who has contributed to exposing this demonic chapter
1:18
in Britain's history. A combination of the paralyzing fear of racism,
1:23
accusations and the scramble for votes from imported foreign subculture
1:28
meant that pure evil was allowed to metastasize. Nor is
1:33
the horrendous ordeal over The root cause was immigration, beginning
1:37
with the British Nationality Act in nineteen forty eight and
1:41
escalating under Tony Blair from nineteen ninety seven onward. Believing
1:46
proud Nation to be responsible for the mid twentieth century
1:49
destruction of Europe, our postwar leaders embraced diversity and multiculturalism
1:55
as the supposedly civilized alternative. This report establishes, beyond the
1:59
nis doubt that this open society obsession has in fact
2:03
enabled untold barbarism of its own. Oil and water do
2:08
not mix, and cultural differences going back centuries are the
2:11
genesis of the problem. I urge all Britons to read
2:15
this report in full. Lessons need to be learned and
2:19
prosecutions need to follow. For the appalling cowardice of those
2:22
responsible for refusing to resist such horrors. The strongest possible penalties,
2:28
up to and including death, must also be sought. For
2:31
those yet to be properly punished, or indeed punished at all,
2:35
for the vile, unspeakable crimes. The world is a dangerous
2:41
place to live, not because of the people who are evil,
2:44
but because of the people who don't do anything about it.
2:47
Quote Albert Einstein, introduction. The Right Gang Inquiry has now
2:53
concluded the first phase of its work. It was established
2:56
to examine one of the most horrendous scandals in the
2:59
long history of our country, the systematic targeting of vulnerable girls,
3:04
overwhelmingly white British by predominantly Muslim Pakistani gangs across towns
3:09
and cities up and down the nation. The evidence presented
3:13
throughout the hearings confirm what had long been known but
3:16
repeatedly denied by many in the political class. The Inquiry
3:20
welcomed girls, boys, men and women of all races and
3:25
religions to testify to their experience to gain a complete
3:28
picture of the rape gang phenomenon. The Casey Report of
3:32
twenty twenty five stated that disproportionate numbers of men from
3:36
Asian ethnic backgrounds were among the suspects for a group
3:40
based child sexual exploitation. Baroness Casey quoted local reports showing
3:45
that a significant proportion of those convicted were of Pakistani
3:50
and Lord Muslim heritage. The crime stretched back generations. The
3:55
Rape Gang Inquiry was necessary because the state and its
3:59
institutions have feled catastrophically over decades. Police, social services, schools,
4:05
social services, the NHS, licensing authorities and governments allowed these
4:12
gangs to operate with impunity. There was a demonstrable lack
4:16
of political will to confront them. The Labor Party initially
4:20
refused a public inquiry altogether, only relenting under considerable pressure.
4:25
It'll be many years before this inquiry is complete and
4:28
there is no guarantee that it will adequately address the
4:31
politically sensitive eth no religious nature of the phenomenon. Despite
4:37
now pushing for an inquiry and opposition when in government,
4:40
the Conservative Party did very little. The Rape Gang Inquiry
4:45
was survivor led. Every day the panel sat with Sammy Woodhouse,
4:48
a survivor turned activist herself, alongside a variety of experts
4:53
who attended whenever they are specialist subject formed the focus
4:57
of our efforts to get to the truth exact indistinct
5:00
areas of the scandal, in turn, so that a maximally
5:04
full picture could be established parents and careers described their experiences.
5:09
Instances of pregnancy, abortion, and children born or rape were
5:13
laid bare. Whistleblowers who had previously been ignored gave evidence.
5:18
Policing and justice failures were documented. Social care, NHS services
5:24
including sexual health and mental health, education, taxi licensing, demographic trends,
5:29
cultural and social issues, and ideological obstructions to justice were
5:34
all scrutinized. Without restriction. Nothing was off the table. Misguided
5:39
political correctness and cultural sensitivities played no part in the proceedings.
5:44
The promise made to every donor was honored and full.
5:48
The truth was pursued and justice was our only objective.
5:53
Survivors were finally given the platform that they'd been denied
5:56
for so long, and were central to the inquiry. The
5:59
full scale of the nature of the crimes can now
6:01
be placed on the public record. The true horror of
6:04
what took place is no longer hidden. Although the inquiry
6:08
lacked statutory powers, the response was overwhelming. Politicians, whistleblowers, experts,
6:14
family members, and many others came forward. Those few and
6:18
prominent positions who declined to give evidence did so knowing
6:21
their refusal would be noted. This report sets out findings
6:25
and makes clear recommendations for how the problem of ripe
6:29
gangs can be eradicated. The country now knows the full truth.
6:34
The country has been given the basis for justice. The
6:37
country has the road map to ensure that these crimes
6:40
never happen again. Executive Summary. The Rape Gang Inquiry examined
6:46
the systemic targeting of vulnerable girls, overwhelmingly white British by
6:51
predominantly Muslim Pakistani gangs across towns and cities throughout the UK.
6:57
The evidence put to the inquiry confirms that the scandal
7:00
institutes one of the most horrendous failures in the history
7:03
of the country. Organized networks of perpetrators built coordinated operations
7:08
that transported victims between locations, supplied them with drugs and alcohol,
7:14
recorded abuse for distribution and blackmail and past girls between
7:18
multiple adult men. These crimes have been committed for decades
7:23
since the nineteen fifties by Pakistanis in particular, and have
7:27
affected every region of our nation. The scale of the
7:31
crime committed staggering. It had been previously established that at
7:36
very least two hundred and fifty thousand young white girls
7:39
have been subjected to repeated rate gang rate, trafficking, torture, pregnancy,
7:44
forced Islamic conversion, and lifelong trauma. The true number is
7:49
probably higher. The perpetrators bear a primary responsibility, yet the
7:54
institutional failures that enabled them for decades must also be confronted.
8:00
Records and official inquiries around eighty seven percent of those
8:03
convicted in these groups based child sexual exploitation cases bore
8:07
distinctively Muslim names. The vast majority of the men involved
8:11
in these gangs were not convicted. Doctor todje Hargi, in
8:17
a mom with the Oxford Islamic Congregation, believes the true
8:20
proportion of gang members who are Muslim to be around
8:23
ninety five percent. This figure far exceeds the Muslim share
8:27
of the overall UK population. The overwhelmingly majority of the
8:32
rape gang networks consisted entirely of men from Muslim backgrounds,
8:37
predominantly of Pakistani heritage, although smaller groups from Somalia, Iran, Syrian,
8:43
Turkish and other Muslim origins were also involved. The inquiry
8:49
heard harrowing testimony from survivors and their families. The method
8:53
used to groom children typically followed the same process. Girls
8:58
as young as eleven were initially friended by a young musslimman,
9:01
who then treated the young child like an adult and
9:04
would then start providing them with alcohol, drugs and cigarettes.
9:07
After a few months, the girls would then be collected
9:10
from school gates, care homes and stree streets and taxis.
9:15
They were taken to houses, flats, restaurants and hotels where
9:18
they were raped repeatedly by groups of men, tortured, filmed
9:22
for black mail, and told that there were trash or
9:25
a kafar who merited punishment. Many became pregnant while still children,
9:31
Some miscarried under trauma, others endured coursed abortions, and some
9:35
gave birth to children who were later removed by the state.
9:40
We found that the same unspeakable crimes occurred in at
9:43
least one hundred and forty nine local authority districts, close
9:46
to forty percent of all such districts across the UK.
9:50
Survivors described daily rapes, red rooms of extreme torture, trafficking
9:55
between cities, and institutional disbelief that compounded their suffering. Some
10:01
girls were even trafficked to the Middle East, where they
10:03
would endure Islamic marriage. The demographic and cultural drivers are clear.
10:09
Perpetrators from Pakistani Muslim and other Muslim backgrounds operated under
10:14
an honor and shame based clan code that treated non
10:17
Muslim girls, especially white working class girls, as property available
10:22
for sexual use. This pattern was reinforced by eight theological
10:27
and legal aspects of Islam. These include the doctrine of
10:30
Muslim superiority drawn from the Quranic verses, that position Muslims
10:35
at the top with the duty to correct non believers.
10:38
The gang member's justification for their crimes can be found
10:42
in the Islamic principles of loyalty and disavowal known as
10:46
al Wala Walabara. It demands enmity towards non Muslims, the
10:52
superiority of men over women, forced marriage combined with the
10:56
absence of any fixed minimum age of consent, the perception
11:00
of female sexuality as inherently dangerous, a system of sex
11:04
slavery that authorizes sexual relations with non Muslim captives, and
11:09
a religiously sanctioned social hierarchy that subjugates conquered non Muslims.
11:15
These elements, filtered through clannish immigrant subcultures, provided religious justification
11:21
that enabled the systematic rape and even slaughter of white
11:24
British girls. Were Britain. Functioning effectively, these girls would have
11:29
received considerable state protection. However, every one of our institutions
11:33
filed them catastrophically. Police forces ignored repeated reports, criminalized victims
11:40
instead of perpetrators, destroyed evidence, and allowed known rapists to
11:44
walk free on beill social care services undermind. Protective parents
11:48
placed children and trafficking hubs inside children homes, closed cases
11:53
despite clear indicators of exploitation, and retaliated against whistleblowers. The
12:00
NHS recorded genital injuries, multiple sexually transmitted infections in children
12:05
as young as thirteen, pregnancies caused by rape and suicide attempts,
12:10
yet discharge victims back to their abusers without safeguarding referrals
12:14
or traumacare. Schools observed older men collecting girls at gates
12:19
her disclosure of rape on school premises, and responded by
12:22
excluding victims rather than protecting them. Taxi licensing authorities renewed
12:28
permits for drivers who formed the logistical backbone of the
12:31
network and collapsed in the face of organized protests when
12:34
basic safety measures were proposed. Political failure lies at the
12:39
heart of the scandal. Successive governments lacked the will to
12:42
confront the ethnic and religious patterns. The Labor Party bears
12:46
particular responsibility. It initially refused a public inquiry and only
12:51
relented under the pressure by ordering a process viewed with
12:54
widespread skepticism. Labor dominated councils and MPs were briefed on
12:59
the gang long ago, yet later deny knowledge. The party
13:03
prioritized electoral reliance on Muslim voting blocks and then blocked
13:08
or watered down inquiries, suppressed ethnicity data, and framed legitimate
13:12
concerns as far right agitation. When finally forced to act,
13:17
the Labor government produced a national inquiry whose tightly drawn
13:20
terms of reference deliberately excluded systematic examination of the demographic,
13:26
cultural and religious drivers. The Conservative Party, while in government,
13:31
continued with Labour's approach and fell to impose mandatory ethnicity
13:36
recording or launch a full statutory inquiry, despite clear evidence
13:40
from Rotterham and elsewhere. Scottish political parties have refused a
13:45
dedicated inquiry and failed to record offender ethnicity. Political correctness,
13:50
fear of accusations of racism, and fear of losing electoral
13:53
support from certain demographics have taken precedence over the protection
13:58
of British children. Whistleblowers, parents and survivors who came forward
14:03
showed extraordinary courage despite having been met in the past
14:07
with disbelief and intimidation. The perpetrators operated with impunity because
14:14
the state enabled them. The evidence now demands immediate and
14:17
decisive action to eradicate the problem, deliver justice for the victims,
14:21
and ensure these abhorrent crimes are eradicated from our shores.
14:25
We now have a clearer sense of the problem. There
14:28
are a number of measures necessary to resolve them, up
14:31
to and including considerable changes to our criminal justice system,
14:35
the passage of legislation and a targeting specifically gang based CSE,
14:40
and a great amount of institutional overhaul. Our detailed list
14:44
of recommendations includes improved data recording on ethno religious patterns
14:51
among offenders, far stronger sentencing, a comprehensive deportation effort, institutional
14:58
accountability measures, multi agency coordination, specialist training, enhanced safeguarding through
15:05
greater family involvement, and closing the various gaps in British
15:09
law through which so many victims fell. Following the publication
15:14
of this report, we intend to release the full witness testimony,
15:17
gather additional survivor accounts, identify those responsible in Parliament, and
15:21
begin civil and private legal actions to ensure maximal accountability.
15:27
All right, folks, we're going to wrap up part one
15:29
right here, and in the next episode we're going to
15:32
pick up where we left off with the overview of crimes.
