- 1:50Speaker 5: first number one hit record with n L E. Chopper
- 1:53Speaker 5: on Urban radio. Ain't ain't gonna answer feature Lil Wayne.
- 1:57Speaker 5: So he did a great job record.
- 2:01Speaker 7: One of the records has been working that record. They've
- 2:03Speaker 7: been at the station, they've been doing events with us,
- 2:06Speaker 7: like but most importantly like the people love what an
- 2:09Speaker 7: lef Chopper is doing right now.
- 2:10Speaker 3: So congratulations friend, and hey Ferrari, I love your misshit.
- 2:14Speaker 6: All right, just go down. You're gonna be hosting the
- 2:15Speaker 6: show with us.
- 2:16Speaker 5: So we got a little segment called in case you
- 2:18Speaker 5: missed it, and we're actually into it right now because
- 2:20Speaker 5: BT just jumping the gun.
- 2:21Speaker 6: He's just all over the place.
- 2:22Speaker 1: I'm real. Okay, let's go, let's go to.
- 2:28Speaker 5: Lebron Lebron and he just came out with a statement
- 2:31Speaker 5: thanking everybody for the prayers. You know, his son a
- 2:33Speaker 5: separate cardiac arrest at his practice.
- 2:35Speaker 6: It was his first practice, right.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Now, that was his first practice. Wow.
- 2:38Speaker 6: Yeah, So and it has to do with uh, is
- 2:41Speaker 6: it the same thing shack Son did.
- 2:42Speaker 2: No, shack Son actually had a he had a heart problem,
- 2:47Speaker 2: so he had to actually get heart surgery. Okay, this
- 2:50Speaker 2: was like, you know, nobody really knows what happened or
- 2:53Speaker 2: what's going.
- 2:54Speaker 1: On to be healthy. Yeah, yeah, I'm glad. You know,
- 2:57Speaker 1: Bronni's doing well.
- 2:58Speaker 2: And you know, big shout out to Lebron and Savannah
- 3:01Speaker 2: for updating us and let us know what's going on.
- 3:04Speaker 2: And you know, I just hope they kind of, you know,
- 3:07Speaker 2: give us a little insight. I think he also mentioned
- 3:10Speaker 2: in his post that he was going to tell us
- 3:11Speaker 2: a little bit more information whenever, you know, whenever they.
- 3:14Speaker 1: Get over that.
- 3:15Speaker 7: I think an eighteen year old going into cardiac arrest
- 3:18Speaker 7: is very scary, Like, I don't think you ever think
- 3:20Speaker 7: that about your teenage child. So I'm not gonna lie,
- 3:25Speaker 7: though I was wondering if maybe Lebron felt like obligated
- 3:29Speaker 7: to put out a statement out so fast because of
- 3:31Speaker 7: the Jamie Fox thing. How everybody was like, so are
- 3:33Speaker 7: you just outside? You're not gonna thank us for the
- 3:35Speaker 7: prayers and all that.
- 3:36Speaker 3: So I don't.
- 3:38Speaker 1: I don't think Lebron owe us anything. I don't think
- 3:40Speaker 1: they any statement to respect. But I do appreciate him
- 3:44Speaker 1: updating us and let us know what's going on.
- 3:46Speaker 8: Just concern because it's like we came up with him,
- 3:48Speaker 8: he came up with us.
- 3:49Speaker 1: If the child, we know him, so we concerned.
- 3:52Speaker 8: We want to give our prayers and let him know
- 3:55Speaker 8: and Savannah know that we're behind him one hundred percent.
- 3:58Speaker 8: But at the same time, we want to respect their
- 4:00Speaker 8: privacy and space and just kind of wait on them
- 4:03Speaker 8: to give us more updates.
- 4:04Speaker 1: That's how I feel about it.
- 4:05Speaker 5: I just touch out about the fans, you know, wanting
- 4:09Speaker 5: demanding Jamie Fox for him to come out and say something.
- 4:13Speaker 1: That's like our uncle, like we like, what is going on?
- 4:16Speaker 1: We want to know.
- 4:17Speaker 8: I wanted to know, but when he started coming out
- 4:20Speaker 8: and we started seeing him out. That was probably like
- 4:22Speaker 8: his way of saying, I'm okay, y'all, but not just
- 4:24Speaker 8: necessarily want to speak at that at that moment. I
- 4:27Speaker 8: know I know how he I would never know how
- 4:30Speaker 8: Jamie Fox feels, but I'm saying I know how it
- 4:33Speaker 8: is to be kind of known and outside and the
- 4:36Speaker 8: spot like that. You might not just I'm not feeling
- 4:38Speaker 8: all the way myself to get on Instagram and say
- 4:40Speaker 8: anything or any I went through a lot, you know,
- 4:42Speaker 8: and I don't want to talk about it yet, but
- 4:45Speaker 8: I do appreciate but appreciate him for finally coming forward
- 4:48Speaker 8: and saying something.
- 4:50Speaker 5: Oh and I only brought up Sharif because Sharif had
- 4:52Speaker 5: just was on ABC and he was saying that he
- 4:55Speaker 5: spoke to Brownie.
- 4:57Speaker 9: I talked to Bronnie and I sent him a message.
- 4:59Speaker 9: I just said, he questions you have, you can ask
- 5:01Speaker 9: me because I can probably answer them for you.
- 5:03Speaker 10: Shaquille O'Neil's son, Sharif, is a fellow second generation Starr
- 5:07Speaker 10: in the making, but he also knows what it's like
- 5:09Speaker 10: to take on a grueling heart health battle. At eighteen,
- 5:12Speaker 10: he underwent open heart surgery to correct his coordinary ordery,
- 5:16Speaker 10: so I.
- 5:16Speaker 9: Know people are going to be staying there praying for
- 5:19Speaker 9: you and all that. You kind of just don't want
- 5:20Speaker 9: to hear too much about it at the moment.
- 5:22Speaker 7: I think as an athlete, like my brother was an athlete,
- 5:24Speaker 7: he played every sport and then with his health failed,
- 5:27Speaker 7: he didn't know who he was anymore, Like he.
- 5:30Speaker 3: Just was lost, Like you could see the depression.
- 5:32Speaker 7: So I think, you know, athlete to athlete that that
- 5:35Speaker 7: was a cool moment, is mental.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Like my husband.
- 5:38Speaker 8: You know, my husband's an NBA fourteen years and that
- 5:42Speaker 8: takes a toll on their bodies.
- 5:44Speaker 1: They're young, they're just now getting started.
- 5:47Speaker 8: My husband is now, you know, dealing with things from
- 5:51Speaker 8: in playing bio so long that they just physically have
- 5:54Speaker 8: to endure from just being so hard on their bodies
- 5:57Speaker 8: and working at practice every day, stuff like this. So
- 6:00Speaker 8: you never know what Brannie's body is going through. That
- 6:03Speaker 8: was his first practice. He's probably been practicing really really hard.
- 6:07Speaker 8: You know, you just don't know, because the athletes, they
- 6:09Speaker 8: really go through a lot.
- 6:10Speaker 3: They go through a lot, and it was pumping.
- 6:12Speaker 7: So you know, some people were saying that they think
- 6:15Speaker 7: it may have something to do with the COVID nineteen vaccine.
- 6:17Speaker 7: Like a lot of people feel like, you know, it
- 6:19Speaker 7: was rush that came out. We don't know how people
- 6:21Speaker 7: are going to respond to it. Are you one of
- 6:23Speaker 7: the people that think the COVID nineteen vaccine wasn't really
- 6:27Speaker 7: given what it needed to give?
- 6:30Speaker 1: Yeah, I am.
- 6:31Speaker 8: I'm gonna be honest, because I feel like it came
- 6:34Speaker 8: to like all the other vaccines that have been successful
- 6:40Speaker 8: have been able to be tested over time, and we
- 6:43Speaker 8: knew what the side effects were over time, But with
- 6:46Speaker 8: the COVID vaccine, it was kind of like a rush
- 6:49Speaker 8: because everybody was just trying to figure out. But once
- 6:51Speaker 8: they told me that I would still get it even
- 6:55Speaker 8: if I took the vaccine, I just was like, well,
- 6:58Speaker 8: what's the point, you know, I don't want to put
- 7:01Speaker 8: my body through that. And then I don't even know
- 7:03Speaker 8: what this sea is yet. Y'all don't even.
- 7:05Speaker 1: Really know what this sea is yet.
- 7:06Speaker 8: I don't know, you know, So I just wanted to
- 7:09Speaker 8: wait it out until it was further you know developed.
- 7:13Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, developed, and.
- 7:16Speaker 8: They did a little bit more testing on it because
- 7:18Speaker 8: it was just a little bit quick.
- 7:19Speaker 7: For me, it's gonna be twenty thirty years from now,
- 7:21Speaker 7: and it's gonna be one of those commercials if.
- 7:24Speaker 3: You suffered from growing a fifth hour.
- 7:26Speaker 1: And it was so many of them that came out,
- 7:28Speaker 1: so many variants.
- 7:30Speaker 8: Of the of the of the COVID, So it was like,
- 7:33Speaker 8: once you take the vaccine for this, then it's like
- 7:36Speaker 8: you still get this, but you need to go back
- 7:39Speaker 8: and refresh with this.
- 7:40Speaker 1: It's just too much for me.
- 7:41Speaker 10: You know.
- 7:41Speaker 8: I got two kids, and they always were asking me,
- 7:45Speaker 8: are you gonna get the shot out?
- 7:46Speaker 1: Even when I go to the doctor, are you gonna
- 7:47Speaker 1: get the kids? I just I'm just not ready. I
- 7:51Speaker 1: don't know.
- 7:52Speaker 6: The NBA had to get it.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Yeah, they had to get it, but people were getting
- 7:57Speaker 1: fired from their job.
- 7:58Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:59Speaker 1: And I went on Want reality TV at the time.
- 8:01Speaker 8: I know a lot of them had to get vaccinated
- 8:04Speaker 8: and if they won, they were getting tested every second
- 8:07Speaker 8: of the day. From my understanding, so I didn't really
- 8:10Speaker 8: go through it. I was just kind of duked off
- 8:12Speaker 8: at home with my kids.
- 8:13Speaker 1: With with my.
- 8:14Speaker 8: Daughter, I want to it was like I got printing
- 8:17Speaker 8: at the end, sort of like but with my son.
- 8:20Speaker 8: But yeah, it was it was definitely different.
- 8:22Speaker 5: Well, you know, it's definitely different. Tina Knowles lost in
- 8:26Speaker 5: It's just Tina Knowles. Now she had filed from white
- 8:31Speaker 5: looking like that.
- 8:33Speaker 3: Who hell rob beyond mama?
- 8:36Speaker 1: Well, she was gonna about her I'm stuck in.
- 8:41Speaker 6: She officially filed for divorce from her husband. That's a
- 8:44Speaker 6: lot your loss.
- 8:45Speaker 7: That's a lot the robbery and filing for divorce in
- 8:47Speaker 7: the same week, Like you know, my mind, I'm like, hmm,
- 8:50Speaker 7: I wonder if her trifle to ask husband husband had
- 8:52Speaker 7: something to do with her getting robbing and so she
- 8:54Speaker 7: had to file for divorce or maybe his family trifle.
- 8:56Speaker 3: My mind is going everywhere, But who the hell rib
- 8:58Speaker 3: beyond mama?
- 8:59Speaker 2: Though?
- 8:59Speaker 3: That's that, this is what I needed.
- 9:01Speaker 1: I think that's common in l A. I think home
- 9:03Speaker 1: invasions are I think trigger.
- 9:05Speaker 5: Question is holding a million dollars in cash beyond at
- 9:10Speaker 5: their house.
- 9:15Speaker 1: You got saved for a rainy day.
- 9:16Speaker 8: You never know the bank's gonna close up on us
- 9:19Speaker 8: one day. We ain't gonna be able to get no
- 9:20Speaker 8: money out for a little while.
- 9:22Speaker 6: She is old school, they used to have money and
- 9:24Speaker 6: mattress stuff.
- 9:26Speaker 1: I better have some cash saved up somewhere.
- 9:29Speaker 3: That's the only I know.
- 9:31Speaker 7: She got stuff stashed probably in multiple quarters of that house.
- 9:36Speaker 7: You're lucky you only went away with a million dollars.
- 9:38Speaker 1: But that signe though, is this this is her second marriage, right, Yeah, this.
- 9:42Speaker 5: Is her second marriage. And a lot of people are
- 9:45Speaker 5: saying and speculating that they kind of knew it went
- 9:48Speaker 5: downhill when they did this show called Black Love and was.
- 9:53Speaker 6: Explaining how she prayed for a husband or prayed for
- 9:59Speaker 6: a man in her life and her husband at the time.
- 10:02Speaker 5: She she looked over at Richard and said he's not perfect,
- 10:05Speaker 5: and then she was proceeding and he was like, wait,
- 10:07Speaker 5: I'm not like you know, he kind of took offense
- 10:10Speaker 5: to that.
- 10:11Speaker 3: Was he being funny or was he actually offended?
- 10:13Speaker 5: No, he looked offended because the camera kind of stayed
- 10:16Speaker 5: on him and we were able to see his reaction.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Is he perfect? Absolutely not.
- 10:21Speaker 6: And a lot of people are like, well, that's where
- 10:23Speaker 6: it went downhill from there.
- 10:24Speaker 1: What's a lot of divorces going on? I don't seem
- 10:27Speaker 1: like well they said.
- 10:28Speaker 7: That that show was cursed, like they went and like
- 10:31Speaker 7: showed I saw it on Instagram. They were like all
- 10:36Speaker 7: they were showing all these beautiful black couples that had
- 10:39Speaker 7: gone on the show and then ended up getting a divorce.
- 10:42Speaker 7: But That was kind of the thing with reality TV
- 10:43Speaker 7: in general, though, I felt like people were saying like
- 10:46Speaker 7: people that took their relationships on reality TV, no matter
- 10:48Speaker 7: what the platform was, were bound for divorces. Well, you
- 10:51Speaker 7: never heard that when you were doing reality TV.
- 10:53Speaker 1: I heard it. But I think it's different strokes for
- 10:56Speaker 1: different folks.
- 10:57Speaker 8: You know, when you get that sort of type of
- 11:00Speaker 8: fun and friendship with your partner, I think whatever's gonna
- 11:04Speaker 8: happen gonna happen anyway. I think reality TV just brings
- 11:07Speaker 8: certain stuff to the forefront. If a person being sneaky
- 11:10Speaker 8: need to get found out anyway, I think that does.
- 11:14Speaker 8: But if everybody doing what they're supposed to do and
- 11:17Speaker 8: being honest with each other, I feel like being like
- 11:21Speaker 8: I was on reality TV with my husband.
- 11:23Speaker 1: And we were good. We're good, We're still good.
- 11:25Speaker 2: Right now, you got to be in cohouced with each other. Yeah,
- 11:27Speaker 2: you can't just let them play with you like that.
- 11:29Speaker 2: Now We're not gonna like you gotta be like you
- 11:31Speaker 2: gotta understand what's going on, because a lot of times
- 11:34Speaker 2: the stuff that you see on reality TV is that
- 11:37Speaker 2: you know, the producers are controlling a lot of things
- 11:40Speaker 2: behind the scenes. Who you with you're gonna be like, man,
- 11:44Speaker 2: they're gonna do this, but we we might turn up
- 11:46Speaker 2: a little bit for TV.
- 11:47Speaker 8: Yeah, we might give him a little sun like we know,
- 11:49Speaker 8: but we know what's going on.
- 11:51Speaker 6: Unless you were like a Peter Gunns or a cVj.
- 11:54Speaker 7: Oh lord, what to say to make my face make
- 11:58Speaker 7: a face like you know, I'm just saying, you.
- 12:03Speaker 6: Get exposed real fast.
- 12:05Speaker 7: Another person, did you and Little Mama when y'all were
- 12:07Speaker 7: dating on reality TV, did y'all ever talk about like
- 12:10Speaker 7: what you wanted to do off camera?
- 12:12Speaker 1: Well, first of all, we never dated.
- 12:14Speaker 2: We met each other at a at an event, but
- 12:18Speaker 2: that that day wasn't planning. That's that was like the producers,
- 12:22Speaker 2: you know, Mama, So I was so I did growing
- 12:28Speaker 2: up here Pop Atlanta. I did two seasons with them,
- 12:31Speaker 2: and one of the scenes that a lot of people
- 12:33Speaker 2: was talking about was when we went on like a
- 12:36Speaker 2: blind date or something like that.
- 12:37Speaker 1: But I said, like, the producers set up.
- 12:40Speaker 2: And I knew it was something because you know, when
- 12:43Speaker 2: I give my call she it'll be like, Okay, we're
- 12:45Speaker 2: filming here, these are the people that's gonna.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Be there, blah blah blah.
- 12:49Speaker 2: Okay, cool, you know, that particular scene was like I
- 12:54Speaker 2: didn't have I didn't have nothing. So it's just like, yo,
- 12:57Speaker 2: this is the time you feel me today and this
- 12:59Speaker 2: is a low cation. I'm like, yoh, where is this? Uh,
- 13:03Speaker 2: you know, we're trying to figure out the right location.
- 13:06Speaker 2: I get there and then it's like you know, yeah,
- 13:10Speaker 2: but it was but it was like never set up
- 13:13Speaker 2: like that, Like it was just like, you know, y'all met,
- 13:15Speaker 2: I think you guys are great on camera together and
- 13:18Speaker 2: that like that's what it was. So you ain't never
- 13:20Speaker 2: liked Little Mama or nothing, No, I've never I never
- 13:23Speaker 2: knew her like that.
- 13:24Speaker 1: So I went through that.
- 13:28Speaker 6: Experience.
- 13:29Speaker 8: Well, they sent me up they wanted to send me
- 13:32Speaker 8: up with Scrappy one time. I knew of Scrappy, but
- 13:35Speaker 8: I didn't know them like that, and they wanted me
- 13:37Speaker 8: to you know, like I liked.
- 13:38Speaker 1: Them or whatever however it went.
- 13:41Speaker 8: But it wasn't like it because I never would have,
- 13:45Speaker 8: you know, dealt with him and on a real life basis.
- 13:49Speaker 8: But I was just doing what the producers set up
- 13:51Speaker 8: for me to do to get storyline or whatever.
- 13:54Speaker 1: But that was who it was. It was with Scrappy.
- 13:57Speaker 2: Okay, That's why I respected growing up hip hop because
- 14:00Speaker 2: it was never like I feel like when I was
- 14:02Speaker 2: doing that show, it was never like they was trying
- 14:05Speaker 2: to like tell me to do something I want to do.
- 14:07Speaker 2: It's like you meet somebody for the first time and
- 14:09Speaker 2: then you know producers they have now they're like, Okay,
- 14:12Speaker 2: let's try to put this together. Look, this looks dope
- 14:14Speaker 2: on camera. That's like chemistry. So you know they doing
- 14:17Speaker 2: what producers does. Yeah, can be messy, but that's when
- 14:23Speaker 2: you as talent got it. You gotta decide what you're
- 14:26Speaker 2: willing to do and what you're willing to not For TV,
- 14:30Speaker 2: you got to be really willing to do what you
- 14:32Speaker 2: want to do. That part give them what you want
- 14:34Speaker 2: to get them.
- 14:35Speaker 5: I remember that scene it was just on YouTube not
- 14:37Speaker 5: too long ago, with you and Joscelyn in the scene
- 14:39Speaker 5: and about her.
- 14:40Speaker 6: Throwing the money, and you know, the.
- 14:42Speaker 5: Producers or whoever came out and extcorted you guys, broke
- 14:46Speaker 5: you guys up. How hard is it to kind of
- 14:48Speaker 5: stick keep your composure in moments like that.
- 14:51Speaker 8: Well, that was like one of my first big scenes
- 14:55Speaker 8: on the network and I was just coming in and
- 14:58Speaker 8: they had told me that I couldn't fight. They was like,
- 15:00Speaker 8: if you fight, we're gonna have to let you go.
- 15:03Speaker 8: But just going forward learning, I know why they did
- 15:08Speaker 8: why they said what they said, because they knew what
- 15:10Speaker 8: type of person I was outside of TV.
- 15:13Speaker 1: So I felt like I was like nang at the moment.
- 15:17Speaker 8: You have to kind of think of what you can
- 15:19Speaker 8: do to turn the moment around for your benefit to
- 15:23Speaker 8: where you don't feel like nobody got they one up
- 15:27Speaker 8: on you or whatever, because I felt like shit, it
- 15:31Speaker 8: was a it was a good scene, you know, it
- 15:33Speaker 8: was like one of the best scenes. So you just
- 15:36Speaker 8: have to be on your p's and q's with them.
- 15:38Speaker 8: That scene was set up like that. They never wanted
- 15:41Speaker 8: me to be able to touch her, you know what
- 15:42Speaker 8: I'm saying. That's you know, she was the star of
- 15:45Speaker 8: the show at that point in time, so.
- 15:46Speaker 1: They wasn't gonna really let nothing go down when you really.
- 15:49Speaker 8: Think about it, So that's why that big thing was
- 15:52Speaker 8: in the middle.
- 15:53Speaker 5: It was like, Yeah, they already knew what she was
- 15:58Speaker 5: gonna do.
- 16:00Speaker 3: She was gonna be like your.
- 16:02Speaker 5: Dime dropping moment was when you said, you know you,
- 16:07Speaker 5: I'm gonna run you out of here like such and such,
- 16:09Speaker 5: ranging out of town, the first time. I felt like,
- 16:12Speaker 5: now that was a jab.
- 16:16Speaker 3: It's still driving. Look you laughing.
- 16:19Speaker 1: It's so crazy because me and her cool now.
- 16:21Speaker 8: So to go back and look at how it was
- 16:23Speaker 8: all done and handled, it's funny because it is like
- 16:31Speaker 8: I just only said what came to my mind that
- 16:33Speaker 8: I thought about that because I knew her for real,
- 16:36Speaker 8: So that's the thought that came to my mind at
- 16:39Speaker 8: the time, is like I know this about you, and
- 16:42Speaker 8: it's you know what I'm saying.
- 16:43Speaker 1: So it was that they did think the production produced.
- 16:47Speaker 8: That because when I when I and I talked to
- 16:50Speaker 8: her a while ago and I apologized to her because
- 16:53Speaker 8: I felt like it was all a set up from
- 16:56Speaker 8: the beginning when I got cast and for Love and
- 16:57Speaker 8: Hip Hop, they knew who I knew and who I
- 16:59Speaker 8: didn't know.
- 17:00Speaker 1: And I asked him.
- 17:01Speaker 8: I was like, well, can I tell them I'm excited?
- 17:03Speaker 8: Can I tell them I got Pig. I can't tell John'slyn,
- 17:07Speaker 8: but you could tell Cay Michelle. So it's like, okay, cool,
- 17:11Speaker 8: because it really wasn't gonna do nothing to tell came
- 17:13Speaker 8: to Shelle because came and Shell really wasn't in it
- 17:16Speaker 8: like that she was the.
- 17:17Speaker 1: Season I came in.
- 17:18Speaker 8: Yeah, the season I came in, she was out already,
- 17:21Speaker 8: but we still were friends at that time, so they
- 17:23Speaker 8: was like it was like they kind of pitted us
- 17:25Speaker 8: against each other in the background in so many ways
- 17:31Speaker 8: they did they tried to, but I just know how to.
- 17:34Speaker 8: I'm just I'm all around smart person, so I knew
- 17:40Speaker 8: how to kind of turn it around and just make
- 17:42Speaker 8: it like, Okay, this is not what it is.
- 17:45Speaker 1: This is what it is.
- 17:46Speaker 8: And I was never pressed about They just always made
- 17:48Speaker 8: it a storyline, made it like, oh, she's pressed because
- 17:51Speaker 8: she doesn't know who she is. I know for a fact,
- 17:54Speaker 8: she know who I am. This is not a question
- 17:56Speaker 8: everybody but in Miami. But to the audience looking at
- 18:00Speaker 8: Love and hip Hop, they looking at like, oh, she
- 18:02Speaker 8: really don't know us. She's just pressed to know her
- 18:04Speaker 8: And no, that's the only thing that I didn't like.
- 18:07Speaker 8: But the way she played it is how she played
- 18:10Speaker 8: it because she probably looking at it like, yeah, I
- 18:11Speaker 8: do know you, but you should.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Have taught me. You was on this damn show. You
- 18:14Speaker 1: know what I'm saying.
- 18:15Speaker 8: So I had to that ass, Yeah you get what
- 18:17Speaker 8: I'm saying. So I had to look at it in
- 18:19Speaker 8: both ways because I really wanted to tell her, but
- 18:22Speaker 8: I wan't goin to lose my opportunity either. So you know,
- 18:24Speaker 8: they played it. They played the game, but we both
- 18:27Speaker 8: uh handled it well. We gave them TV, we gave
- 18:31Speaker 8: them entertainment, and we still cool and like she said,
- 18:35Speaker 8: we bond now to this day.
- 18:36Speaker 1: So you know, it is what it is.
- 18:38Speaker 6: I feel like that was like the golden era of
- 18:40Speaker 6: love and hip hop.
- 18:41Speaker 1: I loved it. Yeah, me me Rashida, that was like
- 18:48Speaker 1: the Golden Heart League.
- 18:50Speaker 3: Yeah, it gave what it was supposed to give it.
- 18:54Speaker 7: Knowing Jocelyn before love and hip hop and then building,
- 18:57Speaker 7: I guess the relationship during and after. Has Jocelyn always
- 19:02Speaker 7: been so like sporadic or reactionary, Like.
- 19:06Speaker 1: I mean, I mean probably yeah.
- 19:10Speaker 8: Before I made it to Miami, you know, she was
- 19:13Speaker 8: there before me, so I came from Memphis, So I mean, yeah,
- 19:17Speaker 8: probably then, but I didn't see it, you know what
- 19:19Speaker 8: I mean, like I ever seen I didn't see her
- 19:22Speaker 8: in there, like when I when I met her and
- 19:24Speaker 8: was dancing with her. She finally came back from she
- 19:27Speaker 8: was somewhere else and came back to Miami for a
- 19:29Speaker 8: little while, but she wasn't. That's why I said the
- 19:33Speaker 8: things I said when I got into it on TV's
- 19:35Speaker 8: because it's I didn't know that side of her. But
- 19:38Speaker 8: everybody has different sides. Everybody handles shit, I mean stuff,
- 19:42Speaker 8: different ways. So okay, everybody handlesha different ways. So you
- 19:47Speaker 8: just you you. I feel like she wanted them people.
- 19:50Speaker 8: You get what you.
- 19:51Speaker 7: Give, you know, but in it though, it's like, you
- 19:55Speaker 7: give me a little bit of shape, baby, I'm about
- 19:57Speaker 7: to I'm about to tear you up.
- 19:59Speaker 3: Like I don't think she is a She don't play.
- 20:02Speaker 7: Even She's gonna finish it, like like whatever it is
- 20:05Speaker 7: that you throw at her, that that woman is a finisher.
- 20:08Speaker 8: Yeah, but they come from like the lifestyle we all
- 20:10Speaker 8: kind of lived in.
- 20:11Speaker 1: We had to be like this.
- 20:12Speaker 6: We just had on the show she you know said.
- 20:17Speaker 5: And Jocelyn, and she said that Jocelyn has always been
- 20:21Speaker 5: like that.
- 20:21Speaker 8: Yeah, and probably know better than me because I just
- 20:26Speaker 8: she That's why I didn't I understand why she did
- 20:29Speaker 8: what she did. But I didn't understand cause she was
- 20:31Speaker 8: always nice to me when we danced together, and she
- 20:33Speaker 8: used to come back from where she was at and
- 20:36Speaker 8: come to Miami. Yeah, Jocelyn she was she was still
- 20:39Speaker 8: doing drugs about I didn't say nothing about she's talking
- 20:44Speaker 8: about how.
- 20:44Speaker 6: She treated her back when they was danced.
- 20:47Speaker 3: Are you asking what she doing drugs back then? I
- 20:50Speaker 3: don't know.
- 20:52Speaker 1: I don't know. I didn't because drugs can drugs can
- 20:56Speaker 1: change people.
- 20:57Speaker 2: True, I said she are you saying, are you saying
- 21:01Speaker 2: what she because she had said she does do drugs,
- 21:04Speaker 2: so she admittature.
- 21:06Speaker 1: Yeah, well, I don't know. I don't know.
- 21:08Speaker 8: If there's something she got into later on, that's something
- 21:11Speaker 8: you had to ask her.
- 21:12Speaker 1: I'm not sure. I didn't see her doing nothing.
- 21:14Speaker 6: But when she was around you, she was pleasant and she.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Yeah, she was always cool or whatever.
- 21:18Speaker 8: But it has you know, I've been seen her had situations,
- 21:22Speaker 8: you know, where she did have altercations and stuff with
- 21:24Speaker 8: other people, but she never handled it the way I
- 21:26Speaker 8: see her handling the now.
- 21:27Speaker 1: That's all I'm saying.
- 21:29Speaker 7: It could be so much that goes into that though.
- 21:31Speaker 7: It could just be, you know, access to different resources
- 21:34Speaker 7: like living a celebrity lifestyle, being on TV, having a
- 21:38Speaker 7: million people on social media talking crazy to you, and
- 21:41Speaker 7: maybe you just accidentally released your anger and frustrations in
- 21:44Speaker 7: other ways.
- 21:45Speaker 1: And also if you do drugs.
- 21:46Speaker 2: You know, people start acting crazy, man, because you know
- 21:49Speaker 2: I've seen the behind the scenes after the fight and
- 21:53Speaker 2: how she was like acting crazy towards the cops, and
- 21:57Speaker 2: I was like, come on, man, I have seen people
- 22:01Speaker 2: get mad, but I'm like to take it there.
- 22:04Speaker 8: It was like it seemed like it was just a
- 22:06Speaker 8: lot going on at night, because she d M me
- 22:09Speaker 8: and was like, did I see you at the fight?
- 22:11Speaker 8: And I was like no, what After the fact that
- 22:15Speaker 8: she was like, I thought I saw you. I saw
- 22:17Speaker 8: a girl with some peak head. I thought you didn't
- 22:19Speaker 8: speak to me, and I'm like, no, why would I not.
- 22:25Speaker 8: She was like no, we've been bunny, and I wasn't.
- 22:28Speaker 8: She was like I was thinking you didn't speak to
- 22:30Speaker 8: me or something. I was like, no, baby, I wasn't.
- 22:32Speaker 1: At the fight.
- 22:33Speaker 3: The way she was snatching random people. Girl, oh my.
- 22:37Speaker 8: She wouldn't have anything to me. But she just I
- 22:40Speaker 8: think it was that. I think that I just intensified.
- 22:44Speaker 8: I don't know what happened. I went there to say
- 22:46Speaker 8: what happened, but I know it was a lot of
- 22:48Speaker 8: beaker and the making forth between the two parties for
- 22:51Speaker 8: a long time, so you never know, you've.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Seen what happened. The body camera showed us everything what happened.
- 22:56Speaker 1: I know it was.
- 22:57Speaker 6: And this being in case you missed it.
- 22:59Speaker 5: You were just recently on the blocks for about the
- 23:02Speaker 5: Nicki Minaj thing and how she said, uh, you know
- 23:05Speaker 5: those little and hip hop checks them.
- 23:08Speaker 1: And yeah, it was funny.
- 23:10Speaker 5: Yeah, and you was like, well you can still you know,
- 23:12Speaker 5: you could still have smoke with her.
- 23:14Speaker 1: That was a.
- 23:16Speaker 8: I talked to Kyle after the neighborhood talk and they
- 23:20Speaker 8: took it down because it was a live I was
- 23:23Speaker 8: just on the other morning and somebody asked me about her,
- 23:28Speaker 8: and I just told them, you know then, yes, I
- 23:31Speaker 8: wanted to fight and stuff like that, because you know,
- 23:33Speaker 8: when people say certain things where I'm from, it's just
- 23:36Speaker 8: fighting words. But I was saying, I'm over it now.
- 23:40Speaker 8: It's like so long ago. I'm doing other shit now.
- 23:43Speaker 8: I don't really got time to be worried about Nicki Minaj.
- 23:46Speaker 8: I would never see her. Probably if I did see her,
- 23:48Speaker 8: It's not like she's gonna tell security to move and
- 23:50Speaker 8: fight me. You know, they're not, you know, She's so
- 23:54Speaker 8: it's like not even a legitimate beef, you know what
- 23:57Speaker 8: I mean.
- 23:57Speaker 1: So because she really didn't do nothing to me. I
- 23:59Speaker 1: didn't do nothing her.
- 24:00Speaker 8: When I said what I said on Twitter, I said, damn, Nikki,
- 24:03Speaker 8: what's wrong with them loving hip hop chicks? But I
- 24:05Speaker 8: had always I was in B's in the trap video,
- 24:08Speaker 8: so I had always been had like a little cool
- 24:10Speaker 8: relationship with the barbs on Twitter. We'll check people talking
- 24:13Speaker 8: about people and be I'm laughing and talking and joking.
- 24:16Speaker 1: So I was saying it as a joke.
- 24:18Speaker 8: But when she got wind of what I said, she
- 24:20Speaker 8: responded how she responded, and it was like a little
- 24:23Speaker 8: back and for a fixed change. But like I told her,
- 24:26Speaker 8: I said, it was like weird that y'all put that
- 24:28Speaker 8: caption with the live because I stand on whatever I say.
- 24:33Speaker 8: I didn't say I still want to fight her, I said,
- 24:35Speaker 8: I don't.
- 24:36Speaker 1: Care to fight her anymore. It's like, why did you
- 24:39Speaker 1: want to fight Nicki Minaj?
- 24:41Speaker 2: Because of what she said after the facts, after the
- 24:45Speaker 2: fact of that.
- 24:46Speaker 5: She became real disrespectful. After she said what's wrong with
- 24:49Speaker 5: a love and hip hop check? Nikki responded really disrespectful.
- 24:53Speaker 1: Right then they made it like fighting words what she said,
- 24:56Speaker 1: So it was like.
- 24:58Speaker 8: Ooh, like where you But it's like right, It's like
- 25:05Speaker 8: I'm not going to see her, like it's not If
- 25:08Speaker 8: I did, it wouldn't be a okay, let's squirrel up
- 25:11Speaker 8: and fight, you know what I'm saying.
- 25:13Speaker 1: So that's why I was like.
- 25:14Speaker 7: Do you think Nicki Minaj is like there's just so
- 25:18Speaker 7: much that seems to be floating around it. Obviously, you
- 25:20Speaker 7: cannot take everything you hear on the internet as facts, right, I.
- 25:25Speaker 1: Don't heard stuff about myself that I didn't even know.
- 25:27Speaker 3: You're like, well, thanks for tel Aviv.
- 25:28Speaker 7: Yeah, but it seems like the media or the people
- 25:32Speaker 7: in media are trying to paint this picture of Nicki
- 25:34Speaker 7: Minaj not being very receptive to women, like she's not
- 25:37Speaker 7: a girl's girl, Like she's not opening the doors to
- 25:39Speaker 7: all the young female artists that are coming in, for example,
- 25:43Speaker 7: Like a lot of like people tend to kind of
- 25:46Speaker 7: compare Nikki and Lotos receptions to young women.
- 25:50Speaker 3: Do you feel like Nikki is kind of like gatekeeping
- 25:52Speaker 3: or if she's worried about her spot.
- 25:55Speaker 8: Just imagine like okay, like even me, I'm not even
- 25:58Speaker 8: nowhere near a Nicki minaje, but I have to watch
- 26:01Speaker 8: who I fuck with, Like I cannot go to me
- 26:03Speaker 8: I FA's and just start messing with this girl. They
- 26:06Speaker 8: rad messing with this girl. They want to do reality
- 26:08Speaker 8: mess with this girl. You know, I just can't do that.
- 26:11Speaker 8: And she can't do that. She cannot do a feature
- 26:14Speaker 8: with everybody. She's gonna pick.
- 26:16Speaker 2: Who she like and she gonna do a feature with them,
- 26:19Speaker 2: or if who she think can go, who she think
- 26:21Speaker 2: going what she like?
- 26:23Speaker 8: You know, and I think she owns that right. I
- 26:25Speaker 8: don't think what she's doing is nothing wrong with it.
- 26:28Speaker 8: I don't think she gotta go down the list and
- 26:30Speaker 8: work with everybody.
- 26:31Speaker 1: I love Lotto.
- 26:32Speaker 8: Lotto is like a little sister to me, and Lotto
- 26:35Speaker 8: was a big Nikki fan, So I guess not Lotto
- 26:38Speaker 8: felt that way. You never know what transpired and nikkdhead
- 26:42Speaker 8: where she felt like, I'm not doing it with I don't.
- 26:46Speaker 1: It's not time.
- 26:47Speaker 8: Some stuff is just about time, and too, it's just
- 26:50Speaker 8: not time for me to.
- 26:51Speaker 1: Do a record with a lot All. I don't.
- 26:52Speaker 8: I'm not feeling it yet. You know, she might not
- 26:55Speaker 8: have just been feeling herself and then when you done
- 26:58Speaker 8: came and then sometimes it be like, Okay, I just
- 27:01Speaker 8: really want to feeling myself. I really ain't had nothing
- 27:02Speaker 8: to do with you and then you come in me
- 27:04Speaker 8: now really not doing it.
- 27:06Speaker 2: So it's you just never know. She a woman, She's
- 27:08Speaker 2: a human being at the end of the day. About
- 27:10Speaker 2: the situation anything, any.
- 27:12Speaker 8: I guess it was a situation where Lodo wanted Nikki.
- 27:16Speaker 8: It was just like she ain't really not she said
- 27:19Speaker 8: she was trying to think of another record or they
- 27:21Speaker 8: was trying to get another record going or whatever.
- 27:24Speaker 1: However, you just never know. You just never know.
- 27:28Speaker 8: But then and then sometimes I didn't have situations where
- 27:31Speaker 8: I didnet tried to bring people around me and not
- 27:33Speaker 8: saying Loto would do this, because lot of I love Lotto.
- 27:36Speaker 8: I done been around a Loto a couple of times
- 27:38Speaker 8: and she always been sweet to me. So but I
- 27:41Speaker 8: have had situations where girls will come around me and
- 27:44Speaker 8: I'm just genuinely like you, you got something going on,
- 27:47Speaker 8: and you cute and got something going on, come on,
- 27:50Speaker 8: come out with me whatever, and they'll literally try to
- 27:53Speaker 8: do what I do after the fact, like literally copy
- 27:57Speaker 8: and paste and try to beat me.
- 27:59Speaker 1: And for whatever reason, they might have everything going.
- 28:02Speaker 8: For theyself, they might have this this dead stuff I
- 28:04Speaker 8: don't even get going on. But it's the effect of
- 28:06Speaker 8: when I walk in here. They know you and they
- 28:09Speaker 8: don't know me, and I want to be like that.
- 28:12Speaker 8: Instead of just being an open person and saying how
- 28:15Speaker 8: can you help me to try to figure out how to,
- 28:17Speaker 8: they'll try to throw shade and try to be like
- 28:19Speaker 8: you and try to Nikky gotta protect her brain and herself.
- 28:23Speaker 1: If I was nigronage, I probably would.
- 28:24Speaker 8: I don't fuck with beaches now, so I know if
- 28:27Speaker 8: I was in that type of she like a bitch,
- 28:30Speaker 8: couldn't come around like it's just you.
- 28:33Speaker 1: I gotta really feel you out first for a long time.
- 28:36Speaker 2: People around you will tell you that about me now,
- 28:38Speaker 2: like I really got to feel out and then I
- 28:40Speaker 2: might feel you out for a long time and then
- 28:42Speaker 2: not call you ever.
- 28:43Speaker 3: It be like, yeah, that's a good perspective, you know
- 28:46Speaker 3: what I'm like?
- 28:46Speaker 5: No de Liah saying, you know, I gotta watch my
- 28:48Speaker 5: back because I'm not just anybody exactly.
- 28:51Speaker 8: That's all I think she. I think that's what it
- 28:54Speaker 8: is with her. I don't think she gatekeeping. I don't
- 28:56Speaker 8: think she no hater because i'd have met her. She
- 29:00Speaker 8: didn't come off as a hater.
- 29:01Speaker 6: Did her? People cast you for the bes in the track.
- 29:04Speaker 1: When she did bes in the trap video.
- 29:06Speaker 8: She was just I think people that was in her
- 29:08Speaker 8: team just wanted girls that was known dancers in Miami
- 29:11Speaker 8: with a name and stuff like that. So they contacted
- 29:14Speaker 8: me and I went on. They paid us and everything.
- 29:17Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 29:17Speaker 1: I was sitting right next to her.
- 29:19Speaker 8: Yeah, so she was cool, pleasant, talking everything like it was.
- 29:24Speaker 1: People were telling me for I went down talk to her.
- 29:26Speaker 1: She's a bit.
- 29:27Speaker 8: Don't say nothing to her. But I I get people
- 29:31Speaker 8: to sign.
- 29:31Speaker 2: Yeah, they were saying it, but when I got but
- 29:34Speaker 2: when I got there, she wasn't.
- 29:36Speaker 1: I liked it. She was like, sit by me. She
- 29:39Speaker 1: was cool.
- 29:39Speaker 8: So you can't listen to what people say about people
- 29:43Speaker 8: that might have been how she treated them in the
- 29:45Speaker 8: environment they was in, or that just maybe something that
- 29:48Speaker 8: they've heard and they repeating it.
- 29:50Speaker 6: Yeah, because I know what people going through in their life.
- 29:52Speaker 2: Is exactly all the time about certain celebrities, they be like, oh,
- 29:57Speaker 2: don't talk to this person because this person was like that,
- 29:59Speaker 2: And they're like, I just went up and said, what's
- 30:01Speaker 2: up to this person?
- 30:02Speaker 1: That was cool. You're doing some business. Definitely a different vibe.
- 30:07Speaker 3: Energy might have been in alignment.
- 30:09Speaker 1: Exactly, Dime.
- 30:12Speaker 5: You are definitely a vibe and we'll be right back

- 30:31Speaker 5: in the building.
- 30:32Speaker 6: Is it still do piece? Is just a dime? What
- 30:34Speaker 6: you're going by?
- 30:35Speaker 1: Whatever? I'm a little bit about whatever, Okay, gotch whatever.
- 30:39Speaker 5: We want to get to know you a little bit more,
- 30:41Speaker 5: you know, and and you know all the things that
- 30:43Speaker 5: we discussed in the case you missed it, like.
- 30:45Speaker 6: How did all that stuff arise?
- 30:47Speaker 5: You know, take us back to Memphis and you know,
- 30:50Speaker 5: how did you grow up?
- 30:51Speaker 6: What led you to to who you are now?
- 30:55Speaker 8: Well, Memphis it's small, so it's it's a it's a town,
- 31:01Speaker 8: but it's big, like it's like a big heart type town.
- 31:04Speaker 8: So I grew up with my mom, but my dad
- 31:10Speaker 8: he was kind of like in and out of jail.
- 31:11Speaker 8: But he got out when I was like in the
- 31:14Speaker 8: fifth sixth grade. So he's been active everything in my
- 31:17Speaker 8: life even then before he got out, he was active
- 31:20Speaker 8: in my life. But you know how they have issues
- 31:23Speaker 8: and they go to jail whatever whatever. But my mom
- 31:25Speaker 8: always was there. She's a teacher, so I always she
- 31:31Speaker 8: was kind of strict, but I still lived the normal,
- 31:35Speaker 8: you know, teenage life.
- 31:36Speaker 1: We wasn't like hurting for nothing.
- 31:38Speaker 8: We was, you know, a middle class, nice house, grew
- 31:41Speaker 8: up good. What's it just by yourself, REGI I'm my
- 31:44Speaker 8: mama's only child. I got brothers and sisters on my
- 31:47Speaker 8: daddy's side, but not my mom, so it was just
- 31:49Speaker 8: me in the house. So that's another thing, you know,
- 31:52Speaker 8: being a single I mean being an only child. You
- 31:55Speaker 8: get a little boy, it was getting a little boring.
- 31:57Speaker 8: But I always had cousins and stuff, and I go
- 31:59Speaker 8: to South Memphis and being with my daddy and play
- 32:03Speaker 8: with my cousins and play with my friends over in
- 32:05Speaker 8: the neighborhood. And I always was way around it because
- 32:08Speaker 8: I always had like my mama's side and my daddy's side,
- 32:12Speaker 8: so it was fun.
- 32:13Speaker 1: Like Memphis was fun growing up.
- 32:15Speaker 8: We all went out, we clubed, you know, stuff like that.
- 32:18Speaker 8: It was like everybody know everybody, so I'm pretty known
- 32:21Speaker 8: where I'm from.
- 32:22Speaker 6: Like side is this uptown you grew up.
- 32:24Speaker 8: I grew up in White Haven in South Memphis, so
- 32:27Speaker 8: it's like they called it black can now, but Black
- 32:30Speaker 8: Haven in South Memphis. This is my stumping ground. It's
- 32:33Speaker 8: like where I'm from in Memphis.
- 32:35Speaker 7: How old were you when you went to your first
- 32:37Speaker 7: twenty one and up club?
- 32:39Speaker 1: Oh?
- 32:42Speaker 8: I won twenty one, Yet I was like nineteen cause
- 32:46Speaker 8: I used to use my friend Ida, and she was
- 32:48Speaker 8: older than me. So any time I used to be
- 32:49Speaker 8: at the casino, we got casinos by Memphis too. I
- 32:52Speaker 8: used to be the casino, I was clubs cause she
- 32:55Speaker 8: got I looked like her a little bit, so I
- 32:57Speaker 8: was like, get that idea extra id. So I used
- 33:00Speaker 8: to still be outside and I wasn't supposed to be outside.
- 33:03Speaker 3: Was it weird? Okay?
- 33:04Speaker 7: So I went to my first twenty one up club
- 33:05Speaker 7: when I was nineteen, and I immediately fell out of place.
- 33:10Speaker 3: I looked at myself. I was like, girl, what are
- 33:12Speaker 3: you wearing? Look at what these women got on?
- 33:13Speaker 1: Oh my god? No, I denied.
- 33:15Speaker 8: I was ready because the club, like where I'm from,
- 33:19Speaker 8: it was the premiere.
- 33:20Speaker 1: So that was a club that you like, grow up.
- 33:23Speaker 8: You know, everybody like that's where you dream to go
- 33:26Speaker 8: one day like that's like the I'm going to the
- 33:28Speaker 8: premiere one day, so that I was ready, Like I
- 33:31Speaker 8: was ready. I was always fresh head to toe. Don't
- 33:35Speaker 8: play with me and my friends were coming through, like
- 33:37Speaker 8: we coming through. We got out the old club pitches,
- 33:39Speaker 8: we got our babs, we got our bottles. Everybody got
- 33:42Speaker 8: they bottles. We did that, we did like growing up.
- 33:45Speaker 8: I can't say like I didn't ball for a long.
- 33:47Speaker 1: Time, like I've been a following a long time. It's
- 33:50Speaker 1: been a long time.
- 33:52Speaker 6: Shit, So what was the point that led you to dancing?
- 33:58Speaker 1: I think just curiosity.
- 33:59Speaker 8: But because I'm not one of them people that could
- 34:01Speaker 8: say I struggle and I had to dance, I really
- 34:06Speaker 8: did not like I was. I went to college for
- 34:10Speaker 8: two years. I went to college at University of Memphis.
- 34:12Speaker 8: Then I went to lemon On College. So I went
- 34:15Speaker 8: to college and I tried the college thing. But I'm smart,
- 34:19Speaker 8: but I don't like sitting there going to class every day,
- 34:21Speaker 8: Like yeah, I can't do that, but I know what
- 34:24Speaker 8: y'all talking about. But I don't have time for I
- 34:26Speaker 8: want to go somewhere. But I feel like money led
- 34:31Speaker 8: me to dance, But it was also curiosity because I
- 34:34Speaker 8: could have got money from any type of place, but
- 34:37Speaker 8: it was like the fast money. And then okay, so
- 34:40Speaker 8: when I was in Memphis and the college, I used
- 34:42Speaker 8: to work at my family restaurant and it's a barbecue
- 34:45Speaker 8: spot in the airport. So it was fast money working
- 34:48Speaker 8: at the airport because you're a waitress. But your tables
- 34:50Speaker 8: turning over so fast, we leave and work with hundreds
- 34:54Speaker 8: of dollars.
- 34:55Speaker 1: Is a waitress. That's a lot of money.
- 34:57Speaker 8: So I'm looking at like, oh shoot, I got this
- 34:59Speaker 8: nice apartment. Of course, my mom and dad helped me.
- 35:02Speaker 8: With my dad more so because my mama once I
- 35:05Speaker 8: ain't once I ain't say college, and then she ain't
- 35:08Speaker 8: see that college going all the way through. It was
- 35:10Speaker 8: downhill for me and her. She was like she didn't
- 35:13Speaker 8: understand that going my own.
- 35:15Speaker 2: Path, her being a teacher. I'm sure that, yes, exactly,
- 35:18Speaker 2: so that's what that was. And then but I still
- 35:21Speaker 2: went my own way. It is what it is, you know.
- 35:24Speaker 8: She ended up being proud of the decisions that I
- 35:27Speaker 8: made in the in the way I turned out because
- 35:30Speaker 8: I still kept my my morals and stuff. Even though
- 35:33Speaker 8: I was down in Miami dancing, I still was kept
- 35:35Speaker 8: a class about myself.
- 35:37Speaker 3: So and you're a mom now, so you can understand
- 35:38Speaker 3: that she was.
- 35:39Speaker 1: Yeah, I understand some of the stuff hunting.
- 35:42Speaker 6: It's just some of the stuff that you didn't understand.
- 35:45Speaker 8: With my mama, some of the strictness, because she was
- 35:48Speaker 8: really strict.
- 35:49Speaker 1: But she did let me.
- 35:51Speaker 8: She won't one of them mammy diaries. Now, don't get
- 35:54Speaker 8: me wrong, but she was very strict in my teenage,
- 35:58Speaker 8: like because it was like, don't bring me no babies.
- 36:00Speaker 8: Don't bring me no babies. Don't bring me no babies.
- 36:02Speaker 8: Don't bring me That's all she preached, don't bring her
- 36:04Speaker 8: no babies. But it went to the extreme of she
- 36:08Speaker 8: made sure I didn't bring no baby. So it's like,
- 36:10Speaker 8: why does she do that?
- 36:11Speaker 1: I feel like.
- 36:13Speaker 8: Certain ways she made me stay in the house or
- 36:15Speaker 8: I couldn't go to like like in high school they
- 36:19Speaker 8: had like the clubs you can go to when you
- 36:21Speaker 8: won twenty one.
- 36:23Speaker 1: Yeah, like, yeah, I used to be wanting to go out.
- 36:26Speaker 1: She wasn't having it.
- 36:27Speaker 8: She let me have my own phone lines and stuff
- 36:30Speaker 8: like that. She even let me have boyfriend, let them
- 36:32Speaker 8: come over my house. She let me do prom She
- 36:36Speaker 8: let me do stuff like that, but not too much.
- 36:38Speaker 8: Like not too much leaving and just staying out and
- 36:41Speaker 8: she don't know what's going on.
- 36:42Speaker 1: And I'm appreciative for she's strict.
- 36:47Speaker 8: She was strict though, because some of the stuff you
- 36:49Speaker 8: could with blessing it. I understand, I'm gonna be strict.
- 36:53Speaker 8: I'm strict now, but you gotta kind of let people
- 36:58Speaker 8: grow up.
- 37:00Speaker 1: Raised in college. Yes they ain't look at me. I'm
- 37:02Speaker 1: in college. I'm in there, but I'm smoking in the dorm.
- 37:05Speaker 2: I'm doing what you doing that you do Anyway, I
- 37:10Speaker 2: always tell people, like, you know, even even with my sister,
- 37:13Speaker 2: my nephews, always be like, man, let them experience life
- 37:16Speaker 2: at a younger age so when they do become an adult,
- 37:19Speaker 2: they know what they like and what they don't like.
- 37:21Speaker 2: Because if you strict, Like when I was in college,
- 37:23Speaker 2: I was in college long either I was six.
- 37:26Speaker 1: Months ready to get outside. I wasn't my mama wasn't
- 37:29Speaker 1: strict on me.
- 37:30Speaker 2: But the girls that I met at college that I
- 37:32Speaker 2: knew in high school, I was like, whoa.
- 37:34Speaker 1: They turned up? WHOA? Couldn't wait to get out?
- 37:37Speaker 5: So when you was at the did somebody introduce you
- 37:39Speaker 5: to dance? It was your friends doing it or Okay.
- 37:42Speaker 8: So in college, I did the college thing for a
- 37:45Speaker 8: couple of years, but then I end up coming to
- 37:48Speaker 8: Atlanta for just just to kick just to kick shit
- 37:51Speaker 8: or whatever. And I went to Blue Flame with one
- 37:53Speaker 8: of my homeboys and I had on some booths like this.
- 37:58Speaker 8: They was black level.
- 37:59Speaker 2: I just know the story and I was I was like,
- 38:02Speaker 2: they're making some money here.
- 38:05Speaker 1: I'm telling somebody from Memphis they making some.
- 38:07Speaker 3: Money in here.
- 38:08Speaker 1: To see what they was doing like, I was like, well,
- 38:10Speaker 1: this is cute. But my humble was like.
- 38:13Speaker 8: You finna what? It was like, what you finna do?
- 38:16Speaker 8: I said, I think I want to dance? He was
- 38:18Speaker 8: like nah. I said, yes, I want to tried and
- 38:22Speaker 8: he was like damn. I said, I'm finna go. So
- 38:25Speaker 8: I asked somebody about it that was like you. I said,
- 38:28Speaker 8: I need an outfit though. The girl was like you
- 38:30Speaker 8: got you gotta dance, and I was like, I need want.
- 38:32Speaker 8: She was like the house mom got some white house
- 38:34Speaker 8: mom had a leather elfie metched my leather thigh highs
- 38:38Speaker 8: just the same. I danced in regular boots my first
- 38:40Speaker 8: night dance.
- 38:41Speaker 6: And your body already like like it is right now.
- 38:45Speaker 8: I didn't have nothing I mean, but I was still fine.
- 38:47Speaker 8: I'm Memphis bread. I was never flat booty, flat chest.
- 38:51Speaker 8: I always had big old. My husband was like, you
- 38:53Speaker 8: been had big TV's like it's been like that. I
- 38:56Speaker 8: had to take him down something. But I've been nice
- 39:00Speaker 8: shaped up. But I got my shape together a little
- 39:03Speaker 8: bit as long, you know, as I went further. So
- 39:05Speaker 8: I bought the f from the house. Mom went after
- 39:08Speaker 8: and dance. Can y'all believe this in regular boots? But
- 39:12Speaker 8: they were stig at the Blue Flame? How much money
- 39:14Speaker 8: did you make your first day? I made a lot
- 39:16Speaker 8: of money. I made like probably about nine hundred dollars.
- 39:20Speaker 1: That was a lot for me then now at Blue Flame.
- 39:24Speaker 8: But guess what I got in trouble the first time
- 39:26Speaker 8: I worked in there. They did not want me to
- 39:28Speaker 8: come back no more. They was like, we don't want
- 39:31Speaker 8: you to come back. The people are complaining about you.
- 39:33Speaker 8: I was like, what did I do? They said I
- 39:35Speaker 8: was charging too much for the dancers because the dancers
- 39:38Speaker 8: was five dollars and I was refusing the five dollars.
- 39:40Speaker 8: I was like, no, I'm not gonna do it unless
- 39:42Speaker 8: you give me teen or more or make it rain.
- 39:45Speaker 3: Oh so you went to the but there was that rule.
- 39:49Speaker 8: But I'm this my first time dancing. I'm not doing
- 39:51Speaker 8: ship for five dollars.
- 39:52Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 39:52Speaker 7: No, you you went to the Blue Flas as a customer.
- 40:01Speaker 8: And started dancing. Nobody did made me tell me nothing.
- 40:05Speaker 8: I did that on my own.
- 40:07Speaker 3: Were you drunk? High? Completely sober?
- 40:09Speaker 8: I was always I'm always smoking, but I want on nothing.
- 40:12Speaker 8: I ain't never really been a big drinker like that,
- 40:15Speaker 8: but I do drink.
- 40:16Speaker 6: But that's just your personality.
- 40:18Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 40:19Speaker 1: I was just like, damn, ain't making money. I want
- 40:21Speaker 1: to see what. I don't know what.
- 40:23Speaker 8: I had already been hearing about Atlanta and the dancing
- 40:25Speaker 8: and stuff, and I'm down there. I'm down here touristing
- 40:30Speaker 8: and just outside.
- 40:31Speaker 1: I ain't no kids. Then nothing like this. I could
- 40:33Speaker 1: kind of move and do whatever I wanted to do. Honey.
- 40:36Speaker 8: I went and started dancing in Blue Flame. And then
- 40:38Speaker 8: I had a dude, So I went back to Memphis.
- 40:41Speaker 8: This dude he was he was hanging on me. Why
- 40:43Speaker 8: he gonna tell my mama that I was dancing?
- 40:47Speaker 3: How old were you at the time.
- 40:48Speaker 1: I was, I was twenty two. What your mama say?
- 40:53Speaker 8: She was mad because first of all, he was all
- 40:56Speaker 8: way older than me, so she already didn't like him anyway.
- 41:00Speaker 1: He told my mama.
- 41:02Speaker 6: Was he in like his thirties or something.
- 41:04Speaker 8: Yeah, she felt like that was too old for him
- 41:06Speaker 8: to be even messing with me anyway.
- 41:08Speaker 1: So I was like, ever like he was, you know,
- 41:11Speaker 1: DJ and stuff like that. I was like, okay, you know.
- 41:14Speaker 5: So now you win the life. What are some of
- 41:17Speaker 5: your funniest moments in that in that lifestyle?
- 41:21Speaker 8: Dand Censer, Oh, it's been so many the fights, honey,
- 41:28Speaker 8: the money, like as far as like the most money
- 41:31Speaker 8: made night type of my nights, like it's been. It's
- 41:34Speaker 8: been a lot of It's been a roller coaster ride,
- 41:37Speaker 8: even like the things that happened in the club between
- 41:41Speaker 8: me and the girls, you know, stuff like that. It's
- 41:44Speaker 8: all been a big learning experience. Like I just I
- 41:47Speaker 8: became Dying Piece in the strip club. So it's like,
- 41:51Speaker 8: who would ever knew what that name come from? My
- 41:55Speaker 8: friend Kim named me Dying Piece because when I first came,
- 41:58Speaker 8: Remember I said I was in Atlanta first, So it
- 42:00Speaker 8: was a girl she was from Memphis, but she danced
- 42:03Speaker 8: in Atlanta and she was in Medis City. She was
- 42:05Speaker 8: like real popping, So her name was promised, so I
- 42:07Speaker 8: wanted to name myself promise once I started actually dancing.
- 42:11Speaker 8: So I was promised when I was flowing around dancing
- 42:13Speaker 8: and stuff like that. But when I got to Miami,
- 42:15Speaker 8: my homegirl flew me after a long story short, took
- 42:19Speaker 8: me to this club called Take One, and she was like, we're.
- 42:21Speaker 1: Making money in Miami. Come on down.
- 42:23Speaker 8: I'll let you borrow the flight money. Get back to
- 42:25Speaker 8: me if you make money whatever. So I came on
- 42:27Speaker 8: down and she was like, they was like, so, what's
- 42:31Speaker 8: your name? And I was like, promise. They was like,
- 42:33Speaker 8: we already got a promise and so I was like, oh,
- 42:35Speaker 8: well she what, I'm gonna be so key of my friend.
- 42:38Speaker 8: She was like, I think your nae should be dying peace.
- 42:41Speaker 8: She from Memphis too. I think y'all night should be
- 42:43Speaker 8: dying peace. I was like, what I said?
- 42:46Speaker 1: Well, she I just didn't.
- 42:49Speaker 8: Yeah, I gotta go with it tonight and I have
- 42:51Speaker 8: been with it ever since.
- 42:53Speaker 1: Really, what's the most money that you've ever made dancing
- 42:56Speaker 1: in one night? Yeah? Probably like about thirteen thousand.
- 42:59Speaker 3: Dollars, right? Was it your birthday?
- 43:03Speaker 8: It's been a couple of times, it's been there a
- 43:05Speaker 8: couple it's been up in that area a few cups.
- 43:08Speaker 1: It's been up in the area.
- 43:09Speaker 8: One time when even my birthday, it was our white
- 43:12Speaker 8: party at King of Diamonds, and Jessy came, but Jesus
- 43:16Speaker 8: didn't get there till like three or four in the morning.
- 43:19Speaker 8: We were sitting there all night.
- 43:23Speaker 2: Everybody had on white, all the customers had on white.
- 43:27Speaker 1: Everybody just looking nice and dick down.
- 43:29Speaker 8: Everybody going on the stage looking around, no money flying,
- 43:32Speaker 8: nobody doing nothing.
- 43:33Speaker 1: We was like, oh my god, we are not gonna
- 43:36Speaker 1: make no money Jesus.
- 43:40Speaker 8: So we're like, oh, this is crazy, I'm telling you.
- 43:43Speaker 8: When he walked in that door of King of Diamonds,
- 43:45Speaker 8: they played all white everything. Remember that song had got it.
- 43:49Speaker 2: It looked like snow. It was like a damn snowstorm.
- 43:53Speaker 2: Like it seemed like the niggas that was they was
- 43:55Speaker 2: in their section sitting there the whole time.
- 43:57Speaker 8: They wasn't dancing, none of us they were. They were
- 43:59Speaker 8: still in there like we won't j You're not getting
- 44:04Speaker 8: like he ain't get nothing.
- 44:05Speaker 1: But soon as he walked in their door, it was
- 44:07Speaker 1: money everywhere.
- 44:08Speaker 2: Like you could just dance and you was gonna get
- 44:09Speaker 2: thousands because it was just money everywhere, like Jesus, but
- 44:13Speaker 2: our particular section.
- 44:15Speaker 1: It was probably like about seven or eight of us.
- 44:17Speaker 1: When we got through.
- 44:17Speaker 8: We we didn't leave from counter, probably like ten or
- 44:20Speaker 8: eleven o'clock the next morning.
- 44:23Speaker 2: Yes, we light outside. We just had GZ on the show.
- 44:27Speaker 2: You should have asked him about that night. I bet
- 44:29Speaker 2: he remembered that none of the girl danced on him.
- 44:32Speaker 1: I remember nights. I don't remember me too, Jesus, because
- 44:36Speaker 1: he might be was ridiculous.
- 44:38Speaker 8: He didn't even have to dance, none of us. We
- 44:40Speaker 8: was all in the crowd, dancing for the crowd. Like
- 44:43Speaker 8: he was not dancing, none of it. It was a midget.
- 44:45Speaker 8: They used to dance. The King of Diamonds, she was.
- 44:47Speaker 8: She was the one dancing for him dance.
- 44:50Speaker 1: That night.
- 44:51Speaker 4: We'll be right by. Stayed with more of the ball
- 44:54Speaker 4: Or Alert show. You're listening to a special edition of
- 45:01Speaker 4: the Baller Alert.
- 45:02Speaker 8: It's Jessica time and you are now tuned into the
- 45:04Speaker 8: Bottle Alert Show.
- 45:06Speaker 5: So how was the camaraderie with the women that you
- 45:09Speaker 5: experienced during your dancing?
- 45:11Speaker 8: It was up and down, baby, We had a time.
- 45:14Speaker 8: We used to fight. We used to Oh what would
- 45:17Speaker 8: y'all fight over money. I thought over money. They used
- 45:21Speaker 8: to say, I would fight over does How does that work?
- 45:23Speaker 1: Though? Like when you know, when y'all fighting over there,
- 45:25Speaker 1: It used to be, you know, it used to be
- 45:27Speaker 1: a lot of it used to be. It used to
- 45:29Speaker 1: be the splits. It used to be a lot of.
- 45:31Speaker 8: Girls come from out of town and don't know what's what,
- 45:34Speaker 8: and I don't know how to add and they'll get
- 45:36Speaker 8: their ass well.
- 45:37Speaker 2: But I feel like the dance coaches is damned. It
- 45:41Speaker 2: like the game coaching it is. It's like a street
- 45:44Speaker 2: because Yo, when they come here, they with me. You
- 45:47Speaker 2: don't go over there and talk to Jez and you
- 45:49Speaker 2: don't talk to these people.
- 45:51Speaker 1: When they come here, they talk to me, talk said.
- 45:53Speaker 8: The people that come in there, they got their people
- 45:56Speaker 8: that they foold with. They gonna say, we're dying, go
- 45:58Speaker 8: get down for me, and then I'm gonna bring my
- 46:01Speaker 8: people to dance.
- 46:01Speaker 1: That's how it used to be when I dance, Like.
- 46:04Speaker 8: Whoever, I'm cool with they coming there, Okay, dann pick
- 46:07Speaker 8: some girls come dance with me and my homeboys whatever whatever,
- 46:09Speaker 8: and were the ones dance and we ain't got to
- 46:11Speaker 8: worry about arguing over the path because we are homegirls.
- 46:14Speaker 1: But it always worked like this.
- 46:16Speaker 8: Somebody in the group might like somebody over here and
- 46:18Speaker 8: we ain't gonna hate on her, come on dance, but
- 46:20Speaker 8: we're gonna.
- 46:21Speaker 1: Pick this up and keep it moving. It was a lie.
- 46:23Speaker 1: It was rule to it, you know.
- 46:25Speaker 8: So we used to fight over We used to fight.
- 46:28Speaker 8: I used to fight over money all the time. It
- 46:31Speaker 8: was never over no, dudes, it was never.
- 46:33Speaker 2: So it used to be like money to be like
- 46:34Speaker 2: somebody coming there and they spend money with you, and
- 46:37Speaker 2: then it'll be like a girl like you want a
- 46:38Speaker 2: bigger percentage than you or something like that.
- 46:40Speaker 3: Yeah, never understand, how y'all y'all?
- 46:43Speaker 1: Well, I remember I got into it with Drill probably
- 46:46Speaker 1: remember this. It was so funny.
- 46:48Speaker 8: She was on stage dancing and I'm on the ground dance,
- 46:50Speaker 8: but the dude is throwing money on both the stage
- 46:53Speaker 8: and the floor. So I'm like, let me move man over.
- 46:57Speaker 8: But some of this fell from off the stays. She's like, no, bitch,
- 47:00Speaker 8: that's mine.
- 47:02Speaker 1: I'm gonna pick it up.
- 47:03Speaker 8: So we're fighting over these This is a fight. So
- 47:06Speaker 8: it's like that's a fight, ied a fight over all money,
- 47:10Speaker 8: anything something to do with money, because if they apply,
- 47:14Speaker 8: they play, especially the new girls. They don't know what's
- 47:16Speaker 8: going on. They'll come, try to play stupid, come get
- 47:18Speaker 8: in the pile, dance and want to split at the
- 47:21Speaker 8: end of the night. Girl, you wasn't there. You know,
- 47:23Speaker 8: It's just a lot. It's always something in the club,
- 47:26Speaker 8: always something. And that's what I had to deal with
- 47:28Speaker 8: because I got my own show now caught them in.
- 47:30Speaker 8: So that's what I had to deal with with the
- 47:32Speaker 8: girls in there, Like I'm like, what era of dancing
- 47:35Speaker 8: do y'all come from?
- 47:36Speaker 1: It was just all over the place.
- 47:37Speaker 8: Because I'm trying to teach them, to teach them that
- 47:40Speaker 8: they know how they function in they world is just
- 47:43Speaker 8: all over the place.
- 47:44Speaker 7: How do the women stay clean in like dancing? Because
- 47:47Speaker 7: I'm sorry, y'all.
- 47:49Speaker 3: So I love a good strip club.
- 47:51Speaker 7: Yes, I'm always like, Lord, she don't pull them draws
- 47:54Speaker 7: down about six, seven, eight, ten times. And I have
- 47:58Speaker 7: staying clean dry anybody ever farted? Like like I these
- 48:04Speaker 7: are the things I want to know, Like how are.
- 48:06Speaker 3: You tworking like that?
- 48:07Speaker 7: And like church, That's what I'm saying, Like there's no dish,
- 48:11Speaker 7: there's nothing to just be clean and dry.
- 48:13Speaker 3: I'm like, this is.
- 48:14Speaker 1: One of my rules at the Mint. Good hygiene is
- 48:17Speaker 1: a musk.
- 48:18Speaker 7: Like you you're a boy the side, like you're dancing
- 48:21Speaker 7: the whole time, like you're gonna work up a sweat.
- 48:22Speaker 7: Are you taking a break after every dance to go
- 48:25Speaker 7: like freshing up?
- 48:26Speaker 1: Yeah, you gotta go freshing up. You gotta go fishing up.
- 48:29Speaker 8: And then you know you you change your clothes, you
- 48:32Speaker 8: keep your clothes, change you freshen up.
- 48:34Speaker 1: You got sprady out the rent.
- 48:36Speaker 8: You know, some girls cut their tampon string and put
- 48:39Speaker 8: their tampon in to keep these charge from coming down,
- 48:43Speaker 8: or when they're dancing on their cycle either or you know,
- 48:47Speaker 8: so it's it's tricks and stuff that they do.
- 48:51Speaker 3: Y'all want to just take the week off when you
- 48:52Speaker 3: want your cycle?
- 48:54Speaker 1: I mean the dude, Yeah, okay, what is the Mint?
- 49:01Speaker 6: You were saying?
- 49:02Speaker 8: Oh, The Mint is my show on now that's TV.
- 49:05Speaker 8: That's an app, a streaming app, and it's thirteen. I
- 49:09Speaker 8: got thirteen anxiety dancers in one house and they're they're
- 49:15Speaker 8: trying to get out of the club, sort of like
- 49:17Speaker 8: my situation. I was dancing and then I started rapping
- 49:21Speaker 8: and then flow riding. Them signed me. They said either
- 49:23Speaker 8: you're gonna stop dancing or you're gonna sign. Which one
- 49:25Speaker 8: is it? So I picked to stop dancing. So the
- 49:29Speaker 8: girls that I picked they talented, they wrapped, they seen,
- 49:32Speaker 8: they act, they got businesses. They're just all around stars
- 49:35Speaker 8: and I just want to see them do good in
- 49:37Speaker 8: the industry. And I'm in the mint, moding and making
- 49:39Speaker 8: them into what I feel like they need to be
- 49:42Speaker 8: to be successful and get to the next level. It's
- 49:44Speaker 8: like I'm still working to get to where I want
- 49:47Speaker 8: to be, but I know it's things that I wish
- 49:49Speaker 8: people would have told me or showed me that would
- 49:52Speaker 8: it got me there quicker than I am now. So
- 49:55Speaker 8: I'm gonna just use this time to like bum with
- 49:57Speaker 8: these girls, like try to show them, teach them, you know,
- 50:01Speaker 8: rules of the game.
- 50:01Speaker 1: And we had a time, but it was a lot.
- 50:04Speaker 8: You know, it was a lot dealing with all of
- 50:05Speaker 8: them and trying to keep things in order and stuff
- 50:09Speaker 8: like that, Like even like what you said with the hygiene,
- 50:11Speaker 8: I had to deal with that smell chicks and stuff
- 50:14Speaker 8: like that, like people coochies ain't riding and thinking and
- 50:18Speaker 8: like how you talking about I looked I looked at
- 50:21Speaker 8: the ment as like I want to see how you
- 50:24Speaker 8: function in the club right now first, before I even
- 50:27Speaker 8: think about what you're finna do in the industry, because
- 50:29Speaker 8: that made me into what I am.
- 50:31Speaker 1: So I want to see how you and are you a.
- 50:33Speaker 8: Bitch that just being a club just sitting there smoking
- 50:35Speaker 8: hooka your own hustle like that, or is you a
- 50:38Speaker 8: bitch that walking around and ask everybody for a dance?
- 50:40Speaker 1: You know?
- 50:41Speaker 8: I just wanted to see before we even get in
- 50:43Speaker 8: the house and talk about anything or about you being
- 50:47Speaker 8: a star.
- 50:47Speaker 1: I want to see where you come from.
- 50:49Speaker 7: Do you show the I guess like the hygiene inspection.
- 50:53Speaker 8: Yeah, it's there. It's on the auditions that's out now
- 50:56Speaker 8: on now that TV. The auditions episode is out, the
- 50:58Speaker 8: season doesn't start to August twenty seventh. So my auditions
- 51:03Speaker 8: episodes aired last Sunday, and I've been the Internet. It's
- 51:07Speaker 8: been way crazy than I thought it was gonna be
- 51:10Speaker 8: because people have such an opinion on what I said
- 51:15Speaker 8: and what I had light skin Keisha on the auditions
- 51:18Speaker 8: as a judge drama board Stuwie Rock and they had
- 51:21Speaker 8: such opinions on how we were handling the girls because
- 51:24Speaker 8: from the jump, I say this an empowering experience. It's
- 51:27Speaker 8: not like an experience where I'm be little in girls
- 51:30Speaker 8: or doing anything.
- 51:31Speaker 1: But but.
- 51:35Speaker 8: This to mint though, I'm making you and moolding you
- 51:37Speaker 8: into something. It's not going to be easy. It's a competition.
- 51:40Speaker 8: They win ten thousand and a chain, and I'm helping
- 51:43Speaker 8: you to get to where you feel like you want
- 51:45Speaker 8: to go.
- 51:45Speaker 1: I'm trying to link you with people.
- 51:46Speaker 8: I'm putting you with these persons, putting you know whatever,
- 51:49Speaker 8: so I can do to help you be successful and
- 51:51Speaker 8: get at the club.
- 51:52Speaker 3: It's gonna be criticism.
- 51:53Speaker 8: It's gonna be criticism if you come into the auditions
- 51:56Speaker 8: and you don't I had live auditions and ONIX. If
- 51:59Speaker 8: you come into the auditions in your underarms, not shaving,
- 52:01Speaker 8: you don't want to show them and stuff like that,
- 52:03Speaker 8: then I don't know what you want me to do.
- 52:05Speaker 1: You could be fine as fuck, but I can't.
- 52:07Speaker 8: Do nothing with that, because even if you say you
- 52:10Speaker 8: rush whatever you did to get here, you're a dancer.
- 52:14Speaker 1: I mean, that's first, that's hygiene. That's first.
- 52:17Speaker 8: I mean, everybody is just so mad about the way
- 52:20Speaker 8: I talk to like the way we were joking and
- 52:22Speaker 8: cracking up and y'all were tearing them down, and y'all
- 52:25Speaker 8: were doing this and on it.
- 52:26Speaker 3: Listen, baby, it's gonna be worse on that nightclub.
- 52:29Speaker 6: No, it's different than Joscelyn's Cabaret.
- 52:31Speaker 8: And that's something I wanted to explain to people too.
- 52:34Speaker 8: It's nothing like her show. Shout out to her, you know,
- 52:36Speaker 8: that's what she got going on. She's four seasons in.
- 52:39Speaker 8: I'm only an audition episode in and it's been a comparison,
- 52:43Speaker 8: And I think that's crazy.
- 52:44Speaker 6: Thinking that because y'all both for dancers.
- 52:46Speaker 8: Right, right, But it's a difference if we talk about
- 52:49Speaker 8: Johnson's Cabaretta and we're talking about the men, the minutes
- 52:52Speaker 8: for them to get out at Johnson's Cabarett are still
- 52:55Speaker 8: dancing with her going on tour, which is a great
- 52:57Speaker 8: opportunity as well. But my opportun is I don't dance
- 53:01Speaker 8: no more, so I can't take them on tour to
- 53:02Speaker 8: dance still. I got a husband and stuff. Not saying
- 53:06Speaker 8: you can't dance with a husband or whatever. I ain't
- 53:08Speaker 8: really seen it successfully done, but you know whatever, you know,
- 53:12Speaker 8: So I'm the girls that I picked.
- 53:14Speaker 1: They came to me because they look up to me.
- 53:17Speaker 8: They didn't go to Johnson's Cabaret, so they came to
- 53:20Speaker 8: the Mint. So my thing is to get them, try
- 53:23Speaker 8: to transition them out of the club. So it's challenges,
- 53:26Speaker 8: it's different things we're doing in there. I'm letting them
- 53:28Speaker 8: showcase they talented talent. I'm trying to get to the
- 53:31Speaker 8: root of issues they might have. Like, it's a lot
- 53:34Speaker 8: going on in the Mint, So.
- 53:36Speaker 6: What did you clear that up? Why do you call
- 53:37Speaker 6: it the Mint?
- 53:38Speaker 8: You remember, I'm dying Piece, So a lot of people
- 53:41Speaker 8: mistake my name for diamond and stuff like that. My
- 53:43Speaker 8: name is dying Piece. I'm a dime. So it's like,
- 53:46Speaker 8: where do dimes come from? Wherever they made they made
- 53:49Speaker 8: it the US Mint. So that's why I called my
- 53:52Speaker 8: show the Mint, because that's what we're making it more
- 53:54Speaker 8: and we're making more mean and I want them to
- 53:57Speaker 8: be bigger and better than me. Is thirteen of them.
- 54:00Speaker 8: It's all about them, really. I'm just doing it because
- 54:02Speaker 8: I haven't been on TV in a while. I had
- 54:04Speaker 8: the idea to do it and I wanted to interact
- 54:08Speaker 8: with other women. It's not gonna be a cakewalk. I'm
- 54:11Speaker 8: not gonna be miss nice time to everybody. Like it's
- 54:14Speaker 8: just not gonna happen like that. Yeah, I gotta be
- 54:17Speaker 8: real and I got a certain standard that I won't
- 54:20Speaker 8: and then I'm looking in when I go into the house.
- 54:21Speaker 1: It goes into your attitude.
- 54:23Speaker 8: They were saying, I was asking Messi questions and stuff
- 54:26Speaker 8: like that. No, I was asking them to see how
- 54:28Speaker 8: they're gonna answer the question.
- 54:29Speaker 1: You don't have to answer the question, missy. If I
- 54:31Speaker 1: ask you who you.
- 54:32Speaker 8: Think make the least amount of money in the room,
- 54:35Speaker 8: it's a way you can answer that without being nasty
- 54:37Speaker 8: or putting nobody else down. I want to see how
- 54:40Speaker 8: you're gonna answer. See, I'm smart, you know. I want
- 54:43Speaker 8: to see how smart you are. So that's I mean,
- 54:45Speaker 8: people taking how they want. I'm happy for all the
- 54:48Speaker 8: criticism because that means you watch it. Well, let me
- 54:51Speaker 8: stay tuned.
- 54:52Speaker 3: You know, that's a lot of.
- 54:55Speaker 7: It's a lot of women that are talking about, you know,
- 54:57Speaker 7: body enhancements. She was on the show, was talking about
- 55:00Speaker 7: what her as enhancements have done, and you know how
- 55:03Speaker 7: uncomfortable it is. What do you say to the women
- 55:06Speaker 7: that are getting the work done to dance?
- 55:10Speaker 8: If you were young and you ain't had no kids
- 55:12Speaker 8: or nothing yet. I really beg that you don't do
- 55:15Speaker 8: nothing yet. That's all I'm gonna say out of my experience.
- 55:18Speaker 8: Like I said in the Mint, I'm telling y'all like
- 55:20Speaker 8: I'm telling it like I'm in the Mint.
- 55:22Speaker 1: I'm telling them things I wish people would to tell me.
- 55:24Speaker 8: I wish I didn't do nothing before I had kids,
- 55:27Speaker 8: because they gave me naturally everything. Just growing up and
- 55:31Speaker 8: becoming a woman gonna naturally give you what you're trying to,
- 55:33Speaker 8: what you're looking for. That's what I say. I mean
- 55:36Speaker 8: to each is, I don't do what you want to do.
- 55:37Speaker 8: I did what I wanted to do, so I can't
- 55:38Speaker 8: knock nobody. That's just my advice. I wish I would
- 55:41Speaker 8: have waited a little while long as far as getting
- 55:43Speaker 8: your body done or adding to or whatever, because now
- 55:46Speaker 8: I can't get it down.
- 55:47Speaker 1: I gotta take some shit.
- 55:48Speaker 8: Away because I done, gotta have two kids, and it's
- 55:51Speaker 8: naturally there now along with what I added. So it's
- 55:54Speaker 8: like now I'm like, okay, you have done. I had
- 55:56Speaker 8: shots done.
- 55:57Speaker 1: That's it. Life off shots. I had my bridge done.
- 56:01Speaker 8: But now I'm preparing myself because I want to try
- 56:04Speaker 8: and reconstruct and like get things taken out.
- 56:07Speaker 1: Not that it's hurtful or hurting.
- 56:09Speaker 8: Me or anything, but I just, like I said, I
- 56:12Speaker 8: have baby, Wait now I have natural hips now adding
- 56:16Speaker 8: on to what I added, And I didn't.
- 56:17Speaker 1: Need this, you know.
- 56:19Speaker 8: So that's my only advice. Really, just wait to see
- 56:21Speaker 8: how you're gonna shake out.
- 56:22Speaker 7: A lot of women probably feel like they're not going
- 56:25Speaker 7: to they will maximize.
- 56:27Speaker 3: Them their money.
- 56:29Speaker 8: Yeah that's true too, that's true too. But I have
- 56:32Speaker 8: seen girls this little make a bank. So I feel
- 56:36Speaker 8: like it's your Yeah, I feel like it's your personality.
- 56:39Speaker 1: Don't be flat and slopping now, ain't.
- 56:40Speaker 8: I ain't connoning it, Like, keep it tight, keep it right, like,
- 56:43Speaker 8: let's not be dumb here, you know, like, keep it tight,
- 56:46Speaker 8: keep it right.
- 56:47Speaker 1: Whatever.
- 56:48Speaker 8: It's some some people like bigger girls dancing like the vbws.
- 56:54Speaker 8: That's good too, but they be fine as fucked. They
- 56:56Speaker 8: be tight and right. So that's the only thing I say.
- 56:59Speaker 8: I say the girls, I feel like you're gonna make
- 57:02Speaker 8: money how you carry yourself, how you dressed when you
- 57:05Speaker 8: in the club, keeping your hygiene up, keeping your hair,
- 57:08Speaker 8: your makeup done, your nails done and all that.
- 57:11Speaker 1: But if you feel like you want to do it,
- 57:13Speaker 1: do it? That's on you.
- 57:14Speaker 5: You know question After the club, you said you went
- 57:19Speaker 5: to rapping.
- 57:20Speaker 6: What happened with that career like with my rap career.
- 57:23Speaker 2: Yeah, it's still going on, baby, don't think no shut.
- 57:29Speaker 5: You went from that and then you got all love
- 57:30Speaker 5: and hip hop? Is that what led you to love
- 57:32Speaker 5: and hip hop?
- 57:32Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 57:32Speaker 8: Because when I was dancing, Remember I said, they told
- 57:37Speaker 8: me to sign with Floor Rider, That's who signed me
- 57:41Speaker 8: to sign with him. I had to stop dancing, So
- 57:45Speaker 8: that was a decision I had to make stop dancing
- 57:47Speaker 8: or sign the record deal.
- 57:48Speaker 1: So I signed the record deal.
- 57:49Speaker 8: So with that to answer your question, with that deal,
- 57:54Speaker 8: I asked to be let out of that deal because
- 57:56Speaker 8: I was upset about situations and how I felt like
- 57:59Speaker 8: they one putting me out. Yeah, you know, the typical
- 58:02Speaker 8: artist thing. So that's how they went. Then love and
- 58:05Speaker 8: hip hop came. So with love and hip hop, it's
- 58:09Speaker 8: a situation where on love and hip hop, you get
- 58:11Speaker 8: on there to further your music, but it'd be more
- 58:13Speaker 8: of a criticism thing when you get on love and
- 58:15Speaker 8: hip hop, because I feel like love and hip hop
- 58:18Speaker 8: is more for the people going out than the people
- 58:20Speaker 8: coming in. Really yeah, because they put me in a
- 58:24Speaker 8: box to where she's ratchet. She's too rough around the edges.
- 58:28Speaker 8: This is a strip of fight music.
- 58:29Speaker 1: Da Da Da da. But listen to what you hear
- 58:31Speaker 1: right now. It's still the same thing.
- 58:33Speaker 8: But it was too critique because it was on TV
- 58:35Speaker 8: in front of everybody's face, so they looking at me country,
- 58:37Speaker 8: I'm from Memphis, but guess what's going on now? Which
- 58:39Speaker 8: I say when I say down Memphis popping, but they
- 58:43Speaker 8: had never heard that on TV. There was something new
- 58:46Speaker 8: to people hear. Yeah, it was like, what is this thing?
- 58:50Speaker 8: This wretched girl with this pink current talking at crazy
- 58:53Speaker 8: and laugh from But I'm from where I'm from. I'm
- 58:55Speaker 8: from Memphis. I'm a product of where I'm from. I'm
- 58:57Speaker 8: not getto like I just told y'all right as well,
- 59:01Speaker 8: but this's my product of my environment and the world
- 59:04Speaker 8: wasn't adapted to that year. It kind of came that's
- 59:07Speaker 8: why we can hear real go realer, you know what
- 59:10Speaker 8: I'm saying. And gainst the boo and little Check, you know,
- 59:12Speaker 8: they they set the tone. But you know, then we
- 59:15Speaker 8: got the the girls, Eliza and all of them coming
- 59:20Speaker 8: in and gloss up and all of them.
- 59:23Speaker 1: So it's like and they didn't do TV, so it
- 59:26Speaker 1: was like.
- 59:28Speaker 6: How'd you get that opportunity for loving hip hop? Did
- 59:30Speaker 6: you just? They wasn't.
- 59:31Speaker 8: I think they was just reaching out and trying to
- 59:33Speaker 8: cast and they reached out to me, and I guess
- 59:36Speaker 8: they saw I was like doing music and no, she
- 59:40Speaker 8: actually tried to but they was already in the process
- 59:43Speaker 8: of casting me when.
- 59:44Speaker 1: She told me about it. Mephis right. Yeah, she from
- 59:47Speaker 1: Memphis too, so she was telling me.
- 59:49Speaker 8: She was like, I went and ate dinner with her
- 59:51Speaker 8: Memphis one day, and she was like, I think I
- 59:52Speaker 8: can get you an interview on love and hip Hop
- 59:55Speaker 8: And I was like.
- 59:56Speaker 1: That's a good impression. I was like, am I already
- 59:58Speaker 1: on love and hip Hop? She was like, you kidding me?
- 1:00:01Speaker 8: And that's how she introduced me because she called him
- 1:00:03Speaker 8: and was like, I'm introducing her. I'm bringing her. I'm
- 1:00:06Speaker 8: gonna come back to Love and hip Hop just to
- 1:00:08Speaker 8: bring her.
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: That's dope.
- 1:00:10Speaker 8: Yeah, So she came back for that one episode just
- 1:00:12Speaker 8: to bring me in.
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: And they pissed off that day too, so she was.
- 1:00:18Speaker 8: Y'all been friends for a while, Yeah, for a while,
- 1:00:21Speaker 8: like before I got on TV. And stuff like that,
- 1:00:23Speaker 8: but in Memphis not so much. But I knew she
- 1:00:27Speaker 8: was though. You know how you know people in your
- 1:00:28Speaker 8: city from in passing and be liked. She seemed cool
- 1:00:31Speaker 8: and then we ended up meeting through Gangstaboo Wowang.
- 1:00:35Speaker 5: Booby connecting everybody because we just had Drummer Boy on
- 1:00:38Speaker 5: and he was she was so impactful in his life.
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: Yes, and me and him we had a podcast together,
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: cop Beat in the Bead y'all.
- 1:00:44Speaker 6: I was gonna get to that, yeah.
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: So he she linked me and him up. So my
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: sister supposed to be like that.
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:00:52Speaker 8: She always was that link. She always wanted people. Even
- 1:00:55Speaker 8: Little Chan said, I met you through Boo. I'm like
- 1:00:58Speaker 8: you stuck with me now, So everybody echoed my publicist,
- 1:01:02Speaker 8: now I met her through Boo. Everybody like Boo was
- 1:01:05Speaker 8: always their person that wanted to link everybody.
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: You sure she taught me about drugs. She like, she
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: is me you are you sure? You and Drumae y'all
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: ain't never worked together. That's odd, that's strange.
- 1:01:19Speaker 8: And she always just want everybody to link up and
- 1:01:22Speaker 8: work like especially from the city.
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: She felt like why not.
- 1:01:25Speaker 3: She's the bridge like she is.
- 1:01:27Speaker 7: She knew how to connect people, not just putting everybody together,
- 1:01:30Speaker 7: but actually understand the energy between don piece and drama
- 1:01:33Speaker 7: and why this.
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: Will work, why this would work. Yeah, she was semester that.
- 1:01:37Speaker 5: When we met you you were single on love and
- 1:01:40Speaker 5: hip hop and then you got in a relationship. Was
- 1:01:43Speaker 5: that your How long did you know your husband well before?
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: Oh, I've been knowing Sean since.
- 1:01:51Speaker 8: He like college, college, a little bit like high end
- 1:01:56Speaker 8: of high school.
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: College.
- 1:01:57Speaker 8: We met like in past and we had mutual friends
- 1:02:00Speaker 8: and he was like, ooh when I first seen you,
- 1:02:02Speaker 8: I thought you was so fine. I was like, but
- 1:02:05Speaker 8: why yet you know, get all dawn on me there
- 1:02:08Speaker 8: he did, but we kind of didn't never like become exclusive.
- 1:02:12Speaker 3: You was outside, girl was using your bag, trying to
- 1:02:15Speaker 3: get your money.
- 1:02:15Speaker 8: I was, and I feel like we always talk about that.
- 1:02:18Speaker 8: He was like, I don't think it would probably would
- 1:02:20Speaker 8: have worked out with us if we would have linked
- 1:02:22Speaker 8: up earlier than we did. It was perfect timing for
- 1:02:24Speaker 8: us because he was doing his thing NBA, and you
- 1:02:27Speaker 8: know how the NBA players be. Child I would have
- 1:02:29Speaker 8: killed this man.
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: You ain't evenna be running around to me and oh
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: damn away games, I'm.
- 1:02:34Speaker 6: Coming to so when did y'all rekindle.
- 1:02:37Speaker 8: It was when I was on Love and Hip Hop,
- 1:02:38Speaker 8: But we always kept in touch over the years. Here
- 1:02:42Speaker 8: and there, we kept in touch. Sometimes I'd be like,
- 1:02:45Speaker 8: I ain't dealing with him right now, and I stand
- 1:02:47Speaker 8: him up. He'll try to fly me out. I stand
- 1:02:49Speaker 8: him up. He'll tell you yeah. But when I was
- 1:02:53Speaker 8: on Love and hip Hop, we end up linking up,
- 1:02:54Speaker 8: and I thought he still had a He had a
- 1:02:56Speaker 8: he had some situations. He had a situation going on.
- 1:02:59Speaker 8: So I was like, if you we're still in your situation,
- 1:03:01Speaker 8: I'm not doing it.
- 1:03:02Speaker 2: But he was like, nah, were not together no more.
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: I was like, okay, because I was on.
- 1:03:06Speaker 8: Love and Hip Hop at this time, I can't be
- 1:03:08Speaker 8: playing around and being no missing, no drama, you know,
- 1:03:12Speaker 8: with no other person and you dealing with something.
- 1:03:14Speaker 6: But it seems that your feelings changed because y'all then
- 1:03:17Speaker 6: did a marriage boot camp. Oh yeah, wanting to get
- 1:03:21Speaker 6: married and a family.
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: We was already married.
- 1:03:24Speaker 8: Okay, that's the tea. We was married when we did
- 1:03:26Speaker 8: in marriage boot camp. We just wanted to do it
- 1:03:28Speaker 8: because we just wanted that big chat.
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: Okay, check listen.
- 1:03:35Speaker 8: I was like, I ain't want to do Rene, and
- 1:03:37Speaker 8: it was like, send me this email. I was like, well,
- 1:03:40Speaker 8: you know what I said, what it ain't gonna hurt nothing,
- 1:03:42Speaker 8: little fourteen days. You know, I ain't gonna hurt us nothing.
- 1:03:46Speaker 8: It's a little vacation anyway, you know. So we was
- 1:03:48Speaker 8: already actually living in La at the time anyway, So
- 1:03:51Speaker 8: it was it wasn't nothing.
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: Blessing was baby.
- 1:03:53Speaker 8: That was the only thing that was like real tough
- 1:03:55Speaker 8: for me leaving her fourteen days and stuff like that.
- 1:03:58Speaker 8: But yeah, we end up doing manage boot camp. But
- 1:04:01Speaker 8: I wouldn't turning down marriage boot camp y'all want me
- 1:04:04Speaker 8: to do. But after they pieced me if one manage
- 1:04:06Speaker 8: boot camp, but it was just like it was to
- 1:04:10Speaker 8: come with the territory because it was just like they
- 1:04:14Speaker 8: couldn't find nothing on us. It was just like they
- 1:04:16Speaker 8: just couldn't find it was just like we were just
- 1:04:18Speaker 8: too yeah, like yeah, it was like they had to
- 1:04:23Speaker 8: try to figure something out, but it was neither here
- 1:04:25Speaker 8: nor there.
- 1:04:25Speaker 6: Because it wasn't no drama.
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: Yeah, it went no drama with us, and we really
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: were already married, so we was really playing like they
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: didn't know.
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: Just shout out, shout out to TV. I love y'all.
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: Y'all was y'all was all right.
- 1:04:38Speaker 8: Y'all played a little bit, but as far as how
- 1:04:41Speaker 8: they treated the cast and stuff like that, and you know,
- 1:04:44Speaker 8: made sure they were good with it. But we didn't
- 1:04:47Speaker 8: have no storyline. We had to come up with something.
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: What you was about to say before you before you listen?
- 1:04:53Speaker 8: I played with the don't play with our season. We
- 1:04:55Speaker 8: had the best season Solgia Boy.
- 1:04:57Speaker 10: And the.
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: Telling Me, Me and Sean Fizz and Tiffany Mo and car.
- 1:05:10Speaker 6: Oh my gosh.
- 1:05:11Speaker 5: And I feel like the biggest the biggest tea was
- 1:05:13Speaker 5: Soldier Boy and Nia and then Moe and her Man.
- 1:05:18Speaker 8: That was that. That was an experience. I don't know
- 1:05:21Speaker 8: why they won't break They should at least reunite us
- 1:05:24Speaker 8: like that. We was like, I don't know about Soldier Boys.
- 1:05:27Speaker 3: That season was crazy. That that season was.
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: They pisched you off a couple of times. A couple
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: of times they pisced me off. I know that I
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: was about to leave.
- 1:05:35Speaker 7: Y'all were hot when they started talking about weed. Yes,
- 1:05:38Speaker 7: asking y'all to smoke less.
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: Because why are we in l A what's the point.
- 1:05:45Speaker 7: Yeah, but they're also too when you guys did the
- 1:05:49Speaker 7: law of detector, and Sean asked, had you cheated on
- 1:05:53Speaker 7: him since y'all had been exclusive.
- 1:05:54Speaker 8: Which was crazy because they asked him, we have marry me.
- 1:06:01Speaker 3: But that was your question to him though, right, Like yeah,
- 1:06:03Speaker 3: but he.
- 1:06:04Speaker 8: If that's the case he fell to he was already married. Yeah,
- 1:06:07Speaker 8: it was out a game, Like I just felt like
- 1:06:10Speaker 8: they had nothing else on us, so they had to
- 1:06:13Speaker 8: like kind of blow up.
- 1:06:14Speaker 3: Yeah, genuine question for you was that?
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: Was it?
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: I mean, no, that one.
- 1:06:18Speaker 2: That was like a question that he asked because he
- 1:06:21Speaker 2: know I would pass it. You get what I'm saying. Yeah,
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: he knew I would pass it.
- 1:06:26Speaker 8: I thought I would pass the test because that's literally
- 1:06:32Speaker 8: I was like, yeah, that's perfect ask me that because
- 1:06:34Speaker 8: this something I know I passed.
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, Because.
- 1:06:37Speaker 7: People asked him like that's what you chose to ask,
- 1:06:40Speaker 7: and he was just like, that's what I was comfortable
- 1:06:41Speaker 7: to ask.
- 1:06:42Speaker 8: Yeah, And I was comfortable if I I would have
- 1:06:44Speaker 8: just tried to defer, you know what I'm because we
- 1:06:47Speaker 8: discussed with the question gonna be I was like, yeah,
- 1:06:49Speaker 8: that's a good one.
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: Asked me that.
- 1:06:51Speaker 8: It was never No, we didn't even really put no
- 1:06:52Speaker 8: thought into the questions like that. We were like, we're
- 1:06:54Speaker 8: gonna ask something easy so we know we are passed.
- 1:06:57Speaker 3: That was what it was.
- 1:06:57Speaker 6: Deception, right, Yes.
- 1:06:59Speaker 5: But that's the game they played, So that really was
- 1:07:03Speaker 5: you really passed it?
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: I know I passed it. Girl, I would not even listen.
- 1:07:10Speaker 8: I don't see through my husband and have not seen
- 1:07:13Speaker 8: through him since we got together. So that's why I
- 1:07:15Speaker 8: was like when we came up with our questions, That's
- 1:07:19Speaker 8: why I was like, Yeah, ask me that. That's perfect
- 1:07:21Speaker 8: because I'm like, I know I'm gonna pass it. They
- 1:07:25Speaker 8: knew what they were doing. We shouldn't have set ourselves
- 1:07:27Speaker 8: up like that. We should have asked some a little
- 1:07:29Speaker 8: bit less that they could make something out of small. Yeah,
- 1:07:33Speaker 8: but that's where TV come in. It's reality TV. That's
- 1:07:37Speaker 8: the game they play.
- 1:07:38Speaker 5: So throughout all your career, you know, now you're a mom,
- 1:07:42Speaker 5: you have a husband.
- 1:07:43Speaker 6: How has life changed for you?
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: Really?
- 1:07:46Speaker 8: Life has just been a blessing honestly, like having my
- 1:07:50Speaker 8: kids and my husband and being able to spend time
- 1:07:53Speaker 8: and have a family. It's been the best thing ever.
- 1:07:55Speaker 8: And being back doing my own show. I didn't ever
- 1:07:58Speaker 8: think of coming back to reality TV. I'd be back
- 1:08:01Speaker 8: with my own show. So life has been great. I
- 1:08:05Speaker 8: can't complain. I really hadn't really put out a lot
- 1:08:08Speaker 8: of music because I really just been writing and working
- 1:08:11Speaker 8: and I ain't really been too pressed about it. But
- 1:08:13Speaker 8: with the show coming out, I think I'm gonna just
- 1:08:15Speaker 8: like push some stuff out with it.
- 1:08:17Speaker 6: And I have a relationship with your mom now still
- 1:08:22Speaker 6: a work in progress.
- 1:08:23Speaker 8: It's a work in progress. Yeah, we were doing good.
- 1:08:28Speaker 8: I don't know if y'all watched the show, but Sean
- 1:08:29Speaker 8: had linked us back up after us not talking for
- 1:08:32Speaker 8: a while.
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: We were doing good for a while.
- 1:08:34Speaker 8: But things go left, you know, outside of TV and
- 1:08:38Speaker 8: real life, things go left, and some stuff I'll be
- 1:08:41Speaker 8: trying to get past.
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: I pray about it, but you know it'll come with time.
- 1:08:46Speaker 3: I pray that.
- 1:08:47Speaker 8: I talked about that on the show with the Girls too.
- 1:08:48Speaker 8: That was begging me to call home Mother's Day. It
- 1:08:50Speaker 8: was like a lot.
- 1:08:51Speaker 6: You know, how's a relationship with your children.
- 1:08:54Speaker 8: I mean, if you don't have one with me, you
- 1:08:55Speaker 8: don't have one with them, So it's not one that's.
- 1:09:00Speaker 7: I know, that's hurtful, Like no matter how easily you
- 1:09:03Speaker 7: can kind of talk about it.
- 1:09:04Speaker 8: Yeah, you learn to you learn to kind of code
- 1:09:07Speaker 8: with things, but that's you know you. Then I see
- 1:09:10Speaker 8: people in their bond with their mom and I'd be like, damn,
- 1:09:13Speaker 8: it's cool. You know, wish I had it, but it
- 1:09:17Speaker 8: just didn't get it just hasn't got there.
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: I don't know, said.
- 1:09:21Speaker 3: Your mom was strict.
- 1:09:22Speaker 7: Are you raising your kids similarly to how your mom
- 1:09:25Speaker 7: raised you? Are you catching yourself like, man, that's what
- 1:09:28Speaker 7: my mama did.
- 1:09:31Speaker 8: I try not to some stuff, yes, some stuff, Yes,
- 1:09:34Speaker 8: I do live by some stuff my mama live by,
- 1:09:38Speaker 8: Like he ain't spend the night over nobody else's house.
- 1:09:40Speaker 8: It's just not happening. You know this, this, and then
- 1:09:43Speaker 8: the third because it's just too crazy out here. But
- 1:09:46Speaker 8: as she grows, as blessing grows and wisdom grows, I'm
- 1:09:50Speaker 8: gonna put my own twists into what my mom and
- 1:09:54Speaker 8: my dad because to see my mama feel like my
- 1:09:56Speaker 8: dad is just too lenient, and it's the vice verse
- 1:10:00Speaker 8: with her. So I kind of want to be in
- 1:10:01Speaker 8: the middle. I don't want to be too lenient and
- 1:10:03Speaker 8: I don't want to be too street neither, because a
- 1:10:06Speaker 8: lot of stuff I ain't tell her because I feel
- 1:10:08Speaker 8: like I wasn't comfortable enough to tell her. So I
- 1:10:10Speaker 8: don't want to develop their relationship, especially with my daughter
- 1:10:13Speaker 8: where she feels like she can't come and talk to
- 1:10:15Speaker 8: me about things going on.
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: I need to know for her to talk to. Yeah,
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: I'm the one.
- 1:10:20Speaker 8: We're gonna tell you what's up, So come to me.
- 1:10:22Speaker 8: Nobody ain't gonna keep it real with you like I am.
- 1:10:25Speaker 3: Did you see that?
- 1:10:25Speaker 7: Kylie Jenner said, Well, she admitted I guess to having
- 1:10:28Speaker 7: her breast.
- 1:10:29Speaker 3: Done at nineteen. Oh, I know that.
- 1:10:32Speaker 7: And she said that she would be devastated if her
- 1:10:34Speaker 7: daughter decided to do any type of plastic surgery.
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: And they told me, I ain't gonna lie. But I
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: didn't do nothing in nineteen.
- 1:10:40Speaker 8: I was probably like twenty two twenty three when I
- 1:10:43Speaker 8: started getting into.
- 1:10:45Speaker 6: Hey, if your daughter wanted to dance and all that too.
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: No, I'm sending the table to where, blessing she won't
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: have to.
- 1:10:53Speaker 3: But you didn't have to. You did it out of curiosity.
- 1:10:56Speaker 8: Yeah, that's a good point. But I also did need money.
- 1:11:05Speaker 8: You get what I'm saying as an adult because money. Yeah,
- 1:11:08Speaker 8: because you got to understand I didn't go to path
- 1:11:11Speaker 8: they wanted me to go so I had to once
- 1:11:12Speaker 8: you don't go to path your parents tell you to go,
- 1:11:15Speaker 8: You gotta get it on your own pretty much. Paying yeah,
- 1:11:20Speaker 8: at the airport, and then I ended up getting fired
- 1:11:21Speaker 8: from there.
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: How you get fired from your own family spy, I
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: don't know, but I got fired. My cousin, my stepmama
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: worked there. You let it go down internet? How did
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: I get fired?
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: No?
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: I'm just I love y'all now to this day, I
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: love him.
- 1:11:38Speaker 6: But son's gonna end up playing in the NBA maybe.
- 1:11:41Speaker 8: Well, boost Is said. He said that Jesus not he
- 1:11:45Speaker 8: gonna be a ball player now. But whatever he chooses
- 1:11:49Speaker 8: to do, you know, I just want my kids to
- 1:11:51Speaker 8: be happy, healthy, And even to answer the question with
- 1:11:55Speaker 8: the dancing thing, I don't want Blessen to do anything
- 1:12:00Speaker 8: like that. I'm sending it to where the tone to
- 1:12:02Speaker 8: where she have her own table.
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: She on a YouTube show now, So I mean, I
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: don't know, you.
- 1:12:07Speaker 8: Know, but I wouldn't turn my back on anything than
- 1:12:13Speaker 8: my children if I disagree with it. That's the friction
- 1:12:17Speaker 8: with me and my mom. You can't turn your back
- 1:12:20Speaker 8: on your child. You gotta still be there even if
