- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:02Epstein Chronicles. According to Nicholas Tartaglioni, you know the guy
- 0:08that was in the jail cell with Jeffrey Epstein when
- 0:10he allegedly tried to kill himself the first time around. Well,
- 0:14according to that guy, Jeffrey Epstein was approached by Morien Komi,
- 0:18who allegedly offered Jeffrey Epstein freedom if he would roll
- 0:21over on Trump. Now that's a pretty highly charged statement
- 0:26to make, right. The problem is there's nothing to back
- 0:29that up and keeping it one hundred, I don't really
- 0:31believe anything Nicholas Tartaglioni has to say. I think that
- 0:35he was the message center, and I think that what
- 0:37Jeffrey Epstein said about Tartaglioni in that jail cell is true.
- 0:43I think that Tartaglioni assaulted Epstein in that cell, and
- 0:46one of my working theories is he was putting that
- 0:48cell on purpose to pass on that message either you
- 0:51do it or we will. And Epstein obviously got the
- 0:54message right one way or the other. He got the
- 0:56message either he did it himself or somebody else did it.
- 1:00But I don't think he did it of his own volition.
- 1:03I don't think he woke up one day and was like,
- 1:04you know what, today is the day I'm going to
- 1:07end my life, because when you talk to all the
- 1:09people that were around them, that's not what they say.
- 1:14And Jeffrey Epstein, from everything we know, isn't the kind
- 1:17of guy that's going to pack it in. He thought
- 1:19he was going to win this case. He thought that
- 1:21he was going to beat this So I have a
- 1:23hard time believing the narrative that he just woke up
- 1:25one day and decided to call it quits. I just
- 1:28don't think that happened. Now. Look that doesn't mean that
- 1:30that isn't what went down. I just have a hard
- 1:33time believing it from everything else we know, from all
- 1:36the other people we talk to, very difficult to believe
- 1:39that this man, with his hubris, with his arrogance, with
- 1:43his thoughts of being better than everybody else, thought that
- 1:47he was actually going to be sunk, especially considering all
- 1:50of the information that he had on other people. So
- 1:52considering all of that, I'm going to need some concrete
- 1:55proof of what mister tark Taglione he's telling us here,
- 1:59And unfortunately for him, and for us, all we have
- 2:02to go on is what Nicholas Tartaglioni, a four time murderer,
- 2:05has to say. Not exactly what I'd call a reliable narrator,
- 2:10all right. Today's article is from the New York Post
- 2:12and the headline Jeffrey Epstein claimed prosecutors offered his freedom
- 2:16if he agreed to implicate Donald Trump. According to his excelmate,
- 2:20this article was authored by Andy Tillett. How long before
- 2:24they're showing up at Nicholas Tartaglioni's jail to give him
- 2:27all kinds of special favors. Oh yeah, Well come on, Nicholas,
- 2:31come on down to the other facility. Have yourself a
- 2:33Chick fil A too. Jeffrey Epstein claimed New York federal
- 2:37prosecutors told him that he could walk free if he
- 2:40agreed to implicate Donald Trump. According to his excelmate, well
- 2:44there it is, folks. We can pack it all in
- 2:46and we can just forget about the investigation. You know,
- 2:50Nicholas Tartaglioni told us what was up. After his arrest
- 2:54on child sex trafficking charges in July of twenty nineteen,
- 2:57Epstein was transferred to the Metropolis Incorrectional Center in Manhattan,
- 3:02where he shared a cell with ex cop Nicholas Tartaglioni,
- 3:05who was awaiting trial before being convicted on a quadruple
- 3:08murder charge. That should be what the article's about right there.
- 3:12Why was Jeffrey Epstein in the cell with Tartaglioni in
- 3:15the first place? Who made that decision? Why they make
- 3:18that decision, and how come that person has never come forward?
- 3:21Because even in the lowest rent cop dramas on TV,
- 3:25they're not going to put a guy like Jeffrey Epstein
- 3:27in a cell with somebody like Nicholas Tartaglioni. Why would
- 3:30they do that? What's the purpose? What's the point? You're
- 3:33gonna put Epstein in there with other white collar people.
- 3:36You're gonna put him in there with other people that
- 3:38are facing the same kind of charges. What you're not
- 3:40gonna do is put one of the most or should
- 3:43be one of the most protected inmates in the whole
- 3:45entire system, and with a guy that's facing four murders.
- 3:49Who came up with that idea? And why? That should
- 3:52be what this articles about. Not pitching this bullshit that
- 3:55Tartaglioni has some inside information. These motherfuckers will do anything
- 4:00besides talk to the survivors. Huh. Tar Taglioni fifty seven
- 4:05now claims that Epstein, who died a month after being arrested,
- 4:08told him prosecutors had offered to cut a deal if
- 4:11he'd snitch on President Trump, who was then in his
- 4:14first term, breaking news, Epstein would have rolled over faster
- 4:17than you can say jump. What do you think he
- 4:19had loyalty to Donald Trump? Do you think Jeffrey Epstein
- 4:22had loyalty to anybody? He had loyalty to himself. That's it.
- 4:26Not to Alain Maxwell, not to any of his other friends, nobody,
- 4:29to himself, and certainly not to America or Israel. This
- 4:35was the most self serving man, maybe in the history
- 4:37of the world. Prosecutors told Epstein that if he said
- 4:41President Trump was involved with Epstein's crimes, he would walk free.
- 4:45In a petition to be pardoned, Tartaglioni claims in a
- 4:48pardon application filed in July and obtained by the Post,
- 4:51Oh no shit, huh, trying to get a pardon from
- 4:54Donald Trump and using this as debit and owen Trump
- 4:58He'll probably bite well that Nicholas start TAGLIONI he really
- 5:02cleared me. And you know he caught a raw deal.
- 5:04He only killed four drug dealers, So you know he
- 5:06shouldn't be in prison. Let's let him out. Why don't
- 5:09we move him to Camp Brian as well? The absurdity
- 5:11of it all makes me ill. Epstein told me that
- 5:14lead prosecutor Marie Comy said that he didn't have to
- 5:17prove anything as long as President Trump's people could not
- 5:20disprove it. According to marine Comy, the FBI were her people,
- 5:24not his, President Trump's. The filing states, well, Marine Comy
- 5:28wasn't the lead prosecutor on the case. The lead prosecutor
- 5:32on the case was Alison Moe. So that's the first
- 5:35tell right there. Yeah, Comey was involved in it, but
- 5:39she wasn't making the decisions. She wasn't the one making
- 5:41the final call. And to be honest with you, as
- 5:44much as I'm not a fan of Marie Comy, I
- 5:46highly doubt that this story's true. Now, I won't say
- 5:49it's not true one hundred percent because that would be
- 5:52a lie. I don't know. I wasn't in the cell,
- 5:54but I'd lean ninety nine percent towards the side of
- 5:58things that never happened. The papers don't specify what crimes
- 6:03Trump would have been implicated in. At the time of
- 6:05his death, Epstein was charged with sex trafficking and conspiracy,
- 6:08but it was also suspected in a laundry list of
- 6:11other crimes, from financial misdealing to money laundering and blackmail.
- 6:16That's the stuff that's real dangerous for a lot of
- 6:18these people because remember, the vast majority of people that
- 6:21were around Jeffrey Epstein weren't engaging in the abuse, but
- 6:26the vast majority of people that were around them were
- 6:28engaging in a whole host of financial crimes. And that's
- 6:32why I've said from the beginning, we should focus on that,
- 6:35because once you open that door, it's going to open
- 6:37the door to everything else. And that's why they haven't
- 6:40focused on it. That's why we never saw RICO, that's
- 6:42why we've never seen a full accounting forensically speaking of
- 6:46anything Epstein was up to. And that's why we're never
- 6:49going to see that in my opinion, because that's the
- 6:51path to victory, that's the path to transparency, and that's
- 6:54the path to justice. Komi, who acted as lead process
- 7:00the cutter in Tartaglioni's case was fired by the Justice
- 7:02Department in July, and attempts to reach her for comment
- 7:06were unsuccessful, while the Department of Justice did not respond
- 7:09to a request for comment. Now, look, one thing I
- 7:12will say is that Clayton Howard, one of the guys
- 7:15from the Diddy case, also had some pretty interesting things
- 7:18to say about Marine Call Me. So, I mean, you
- 7:21can do with that as you will, but I have
- 7:23a hard time believing that Marine Call Me offered Epstein
- 7:26some kind of deal, because I think that if she
- 7:28offered Epstein that kind of deal, Epstein and his lawyers
- 7:31would have jumped at it because then they would have
- 7:33had the hammer hanging over the administration's head as well
- 7:37as controlling the story when it comes to the Department
- 7:40of Justice. That would have been the perfect situation for
- 7:43Jeffrey Epstein, and we know that he's not going to
- 7:45let a situation like that pass him by. So it
- 7:49just doesn't pass the stiff test. Tart Taglioni added in
- 7:53his petition that Epstein told him President Trump was not
- 7:56involved in Epstein's crimes. Well, that's convenient as your looking
- 8:00to get a parton huh. Nah. Donald Trump. Never heard
- 8:02of the guy. What do you mean? He's a construction guy.
- 8:05He's never built anything. He never wrote a book called
- 8:08Art of the Deal, he was never on TV. Who's
- 8:10Donald Trump? That's the kind of shit we're hearing from
- 8:13TARTAGLIONI over here as he's trying to get a pardon,
- 8:16and look, I get it. I'd be saying anything too. Yeah,
- 8:20Donald Trump, guy cured cancer. You didn't hear? Ah? Donald
- 8:23Trump eighteen feet tall and hung like a bull. Whatever
- 8:27it takes to get me the fuck out of jail
- 8:29is what I'd be saying too. The two men shared
- 8:32a bunk until Epstein's first suicide attempt. Allegedly, they just
- 8:36called it a suicide attempt. Really, we don't know if
- 8:38it's a suicide attempt. On July twenty third, twenty nineteen,
- 8:42when he was discovered in his cell with bruising on
- 8:45his neck. He was then placed on suicide watch in
- 8:48a secure unit and given a different cell mate when
- 8:50he returned. No mention that Epstein said that this dude
- 8:54attacked him, that he assaulted him. That was what Epstein said.
- 8:58Why are we recreating history? Why are we trying to
- 9:01make this dude look like he's some kind of good guy. Here,
- 9:04we're talking about a corrupt cop, a corrupt police officer
- 9:07who murdered four people. Now, if you want to take
- 9:10stock in anything he has to say and listen to him,
- 9:13that's cool. Me, on the other hand, not believe in
- 9:16a single word that this dude has to say. His
- 9:20death was ruled a suicide, but lapses in security and
- 9:23protocol at the correctional facility and the lack of evidence
- 9:27collected at the time of his death have led to
- 9:30many questions. You mean, like the question you're ignoring in
- 9:32this article, the question about what happened that first time
- 9:35around in the cell, because we all know that Jeffrey
- 9:37Epstein didn't try and kill himself that first time around.
- 9:40We all know that Nicholas Tartaglioni assaulted him. And I
- 9:43don't care what anybody says. I don't believe any of
- 9:46the stuff that we've heard from the jail. The investigation
- 9:49into what happened was bullshit. Epstein says that Tartaglioni assaulted him,
- 9:54Tartaglioni denies it. I believe what Epstein had to say.
- 9:57It makes the most sense a former canine officer in Westchester.
- 10:02Tartaglioni was convicted of killing four men after a twenty
- 10:05sixteen cocaine deal went wrong and he believed a worker
- 10:08at his animal sanctuary had stolen two hundred and thirty
- 10:11thousand dollars. The ex cop claims and his pardon bid
- 10:15that the prosecution was flawed and the evidence was manipulated
- 10:18by cops to frame them for the murders. Oh yeah,
- 10:21you got framed, buddy. This dude is so corrupt that
- 10:25it's not even funny. He's from my old neck in
- 10:27the woods, and there's no doubt about how corrupt Nicholas
- 10:31Tartaglioni is was and always will be. In his petition,
- 10:37he alleges a mobile phone involved with the case was
- 10:40tampered with to add his name as a contact after
- 10:43it had been confiscated. He and his lawyers claim video
- 10:46evidence was altered, spliced, mutilated, and destroyed to suit the prosecution.
- 10:51The partner request claims the man who worked for Tartaglioni,
- 10:54Marcus Cruz, confessed to setting up the murders for a
- 10:57Mexican cartel, but was convinced by an event instigator to
- 11:00change his story. Oh yeah, that's exactly what went down, Bro.
- 11:05We know what you did. We heard from the other
- 11:07people involved, and we know that you lured these people
- 11:10out to the spot and then killed them. Tartaglioni also
- 11:16claims the star witness at trial, Joseph Biggs, a bodybuilder
- 11:20in school security guard, only implicated him after meeting with
- 11:23prosecutors thirty times and repeatedly lied and fabricated information on
- 11:28the stand. Everybody is a liar, but Tartaglioni. You see
- 11:32the trend here. Biggs was sentenced to seventeen years in
- 11:36twenty twenty four for his role in this scheme after
- 11:39admitting to pulling the trigger of a gun which killed
- 11:42one of the men. He had been facing life, but
- 11:44his sentence was reduced due to his cooperation. Upon a
- 11:48jury finding him guilty in twenty twenty four, a judge
- 11:51slam Tartaglioni, saying he cared more about animals than the
- 11:54people he killed, calling him delusional and racist, and citing
- 11:58the overwhelming evidence against ABC News reported, yeah, he was cooked.
- 12:03We followed the trial, Bro was cooked. The evidence was irrefutable,
- 12:08and the fact that he's getting up here now and
- 12:10trying to use the Epstein case as some kind of
- 12:13fulcrum to get himself out of prison is foul, and
- 12:17that shit's gonna get challenged. Believe it, because this dude's
- 12:20exactly where he belongs to our Taglioni claims there have
- 12:24been numerous attempts on his life since Epstein's death, leaving
- 12:27him injured with a metal plate in his head. Well,
- 12:29I'm sure that those attacks had nothing to do with
- 12:31the fact that you crossed the Mexican mafia, right, nothing
- 12:34to do with the fact that you screwed the Cinaloa cartel.
- 12:38I'm sure that they took that kindly. I'm sure that
- 12:40they don't want any retribution. I'm sure they don't have
- 12:42anybody in this jails that you're at. Give me a break, dude.
- 12:46Enough with the nonsense, Okay, Nicholas Tartaglioni not exactly a
- 12:50reliable narrator, and frankly, I'm not buying any of it,
- 12:54But like usual, we'll follow along and we'll see where
- 12:57it all goes. All of the information that goes with
