- 0:33Speaker 3: A man goes to his doctor and says, doctor, it
- 0:38Speaker 3: hurts when I touch my shoulder, when I touch my leg,
- 0:43Speaker 3: when I touch my back, when I touch everywhere. What's
- 0:46Speaker 3: wrong with me? The doctor examines him briefly and then says, well,
- 0:54Speaker 3: I think I figured it out. You have a broken finger.
- 1:05Speaker 3: We often think that we have all the time in
- 1:08Speaker 3: the world. We say we'll do it later, later when
- 1:13Speaker 3: the timing's right, later when we have more energy, or
- 1:17Speaker 3: later when things settle down. But how often does later
- 1:22Speaker 3: really come. We put things off thinking there's always tomorrow,
- 1:28Speaker 3: only to realize one day that later isn't a guarantee.
- 1:33Speaker 3: Today's episode is about the choices we make or don't make,
- 1:38Speaker 3: and the moments we allow to slip by thinking there
- 1:41Speaker 3: will always be another opportunity. In the end, it's not
- 1:46Speaker 3: the things we did that we regret the most, but
- 1:49Speaker 3: the things we never did when we had the chance
- 1:53Speaker 3: take a moment to reflect on what truly matters before
- 1:57Speaker 3: the chance to act slips into later. We'll talk about
- 2:01Speaker 3: this in this week's episode of Positively three sixty five,
- 2:06Speaker 3: But first we have our trivia question of the day.
- 2:09Speaker 3: Are you ready for it? Here? It is what year
- 2:14Speaker 3: did the Berlin Wall fall? Marking the end of the

- 4:16Speaker 3: Do you know the answer to this week's trivia question?
- 4:20Speaker 3: The question was what year did the Berlin Wall fall,
- 4:25Speaker 3: marking the end of the Cold War? The answer nineteen
- 4:30Speaker 3: eighty nine. The Berlin Wall, which had divided East and
- 4:34Speaker 3: West Berlin since nineteen sixty one, symbolized the ideological and
- 4:41Speaker 3: physical division between the communist Eastern Bloc and the capitalist
- 4:47Speaker 3: Western powers during the Cold War. On November ninth, nineteen
- 4:52Speaker 3: eighty nine, after weeks of mounting pressure and protests in
- 4:56Speaker 3: East Germany, the government announced that East Berliners could cross
- 5:02Speaker 3: the border freely, leading to the walls dismantling dramatically. The
- 5:09Speaker 3: fall of the Berlin Wall marked a pivotal moment in history,
- 5:13Speaker 3: leading to the reunification of Germany and the eventual end
- 5:18Speaker 3: of the Cold War. Now you know, we often live
- 5:28Speaker 3: in a rush, caught up in the frenzy of everyday life.
- 5:33Speaker 3: We're busy planning, chasing after goals, ticking off tasks from
- 5:38Speaker 3: a never ending to do list. But how often do
- 5:42Speaker 3: we stop and truly reflect on the moments we're in
- 5:46Speaker 3: right now, on the things we're putting off, waiting for
- 5:50Speaker 3: the perfect time, or telling ourselves we'll get to it later.
- 5:56Speaker 3: The reality is, life isn't waiting for us to catch up.
- 6:01Speaker 3: Each second is slipping away, and every later that we
- 6:05Speaker 3: push for another day is a chance that we may
- 6:09Speaker 3: never get back. There's a subtle truth in all of this.
- 6:14Speaker 3: We don't always know when will run out of chances,
- 6:19Speaker 3: and that's when regret creeps in. Think about it, how
- 6:23Speaker 3: many times have you found yourself wishing you had done
- 6:27Speaker 3: something differently, wishing you had taken action when you had
- 6:30Speaker 3: the opportunity instead of waiting for later. It's easy to
- 6:35Speaker 3: ignore the now and convince ourselves that tomorrow will bring
- 6:39Speaker 3: another opportunity, But what if? What if tomorrow never comes?
- 6:59Speaker 3: Do not leave anything for later? Later? The coffee gets
- 7:04Speaker 3: cold later, you lose interest. Later, the day turns into night. Later,
- 7:13Speaker 3: people grow up later, people grow old, later, life goes by. Later,
- 7:22Speaker 3: you regret not doing something you had the chance to do.
- 7:28Speaker 4: Later.
