- 3:45Speaker 2: Camera guy didn't clap. It's okay, I'll just give them
- 3:51Speaker 2: hard time. But hey, he sounds like you've been through
- 3:53Speaker 2: the ringer a little bit. You walked in here. You're
- 3:55Speaker 2: second day, second day, non stop, NonStop all day. What
- 3:59Speaker 2: is what has been on your schedule the last few days?
- 4:01Speaker 3: And if you don't mind, what has been on my schedule?
- 4:03Speaker 3: If you look at my hat that BK. Yeah, hell no,
- 4:11Speaker 3: what needed if you pay me? This is bo Knows
- 4:14Speaker 3: Men's heel. You're starting on pod with Yeah, I'm sorry,
- 4:18Speaker 3: my own podcast, and ninety percent of the country would say, alway,
- 4:23Speaker 3: it's going to be another sports podcast. Nah, been there,
- 4:26Speaker 3: done that, know how to do that? This is on
- 4:29Speaker 3: mentel for the simple reason, and I say this, you
- 4:32Speaker 3: guys are young, but I'll give you four or five
- 4:34Speaker 3: years from now, you're going to be going to get
- 4:37Speaker 3: your prostate chair and doing all this and so and
- 4:41Speaker 3: so on, and it's going to get to the point
- 4:42Speaker 3: to where you're up three four times a night, going
- 4:46Speaker 3: to take a leak. That's what happens when you get
- 4:49Speaker 3: on Yeah. So that's what you got for it. That's
- 4:51Speaker 3: what you've got to look forward to Me myself, I
- 4:56Speaker 3: want to use my platform, my name, my report, my
- 5:02Speaker 3: recognition to promote both knows men's helf because what we
- 5:06Speaker 3: do as men, Well, I'm gonna ask you this question,
- 5:11Speaker 3: and that's for both of you. What's the first thing
- 5:14Speaker 3: come to your mind? If your doctor come out and
- 5:18Speaker 3: told you you got proseate cancer, how much time do
- 5:22Speaker 3: I have lost?
- 5:23Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 5:24Speaker 3: Probably one or he says that you're in the beginning
- 5:28Speaker 3: stages of prosec cancer. It's not but it's not bad,
- 5:32Speaker 3: but you have to have you gotta have your prose
- 5:38Speaker 3: taken out, and then you research it and look at everything.
- 5:42Speaker 3: And the thing that you do well probably genetics because
- 5:47Speaker 3: you go back and look at your great grandfather, your grandfather,
- 5:49Speaker 3: your dad, your uncle's find out that find out like that.
- 5:54Speaker 3: But the thing about it, most men think, show you
- 5:57Speaker 3: how small our minds are. As men. We're all like this.
- 6:00Speaker 3: We all have this fault is that the doctor come
- 6:05Speaker 3: and tell you, hey, you're in the beginning stage of
- 6:07Speaker 3: process cans. You can either treat it or take it out.
- 6:13Speaker 3: Most guys, without thinking it's going to say, let's try
- 6:17Speaker 3: to treat it, because if you know what your prostate do,
- 6:22Speaker 3: it controls everything that you do as far as sex,
- 6:26Speaker 3: everything sperm produced all of that erections. And so for
- 6:31Speaker 3: the song, so we're gonna think, oh shit, that goes
- 6:34Speaker 3: my sex life. That goes my sex life. I'll be
- 6:38Speaker 3: on d drugs for the rest of my life. That's
- 6:41Speaker 3: how the small part of our mind thinks. And so
- 6:44Speaker 3: instead of thinking like this, I need to get that
- 6:48Speaker 3: taken out so I can spend time with my family,
- 6:54Speaker 3: with my kids. I want to be around so I
- 6:59Speaker 3: can hear the worry Papa. I want to go to
- 7:02Speaker 3: Papa's house, Papa wanna takes me fishing, and so forth
- 7:05Speaker 3: and so on. Well, I'm at that stage, not only
- 7:08Speaker 3: that colon cancer probably say cancer reunting my family. So
- 7:14Speaker 3: I was going to get it regardless of how many
- 7:17Speaker 3: football football games I played, how many touchdowns, how many
- 7:21Speaker 3: home runs I here, period. But we as men, we
- 7:25Speaker 3: never talk about that. Well, in the last time you
- 7:28Speaker 3: sit around with your guys after either hunting or fishing
- 7:32Speaker 3: or golfing and say, man, you know, last night, should
- 7:37Speaker 3: I was up four or five times pissed because my
- 7:39Speaker 3: prostate won't let me sleep we don't talk about that.
- 7:42Speaker 4: Or if you did it, we're sitting here laughing, joking.
- 7:45Speaker 3: Because you don't take it serious, right, But if you're
- 7:47Speaker 3: serious about it, and so we don't talk about it
- 7:50Speaker 3: because we don't want our buddies or the public to
- 7:53Speaker 3: look at us as not being strong or we got
- 7:56Speaker 3: a cheek in our arm and we're not that alpham
- 8:00Speaker 3: mail that every everybody preceivees me as because we're weak.
- 8:05Speaker 3: That's not the that's not the case. If you ask
- 8:09Speaker 3: your girlfriends, your wives, your your your mom's aunts, they
- 8:14Speaker 3: go to lunch in order wine and dip and talk
- 8:19Speaker 3: about all their issues. They talk about breast cancer, they
- 8:23Speaker 3: talk about incontinence, they talk about menopause, they talk about everything.
- 8:29Speaker 3: But we, as men, we don't talk about that because
- 8:33Speaker 3: it's taboo. I want to use my platform to peel
- 8:37Speaker 3: the layers off of that, off of off of that onion,
- 8:40Speaker 3: so we can talk about it. I want to set
- 8:44Speaker 3: up my podcast to where I could take it on
- 8:46Speaker 3: the road and travel and go into different cities. Get
- 8:51Speaker 3: one of my buddies that I played with or played against,
- 8:53Speaker 3: either in the NFL or the Major League Baseball, have
- 8:58Speaker 3: them to get his personal doctor get your cardiologists, your gaserineologists,
- 9:08Speaker 3: get your who else, your orthopedic surge, get all your doctors,
- 9:14Speaker 3: your urologists, proctologists sitting on the stage with you, and
- 9:19Speaker 3: tell them, look, we're going to have you here to
- 9:22Speaker 3: talk to this crowd of men, to talk to this
- 9:25Speaker 3: big audience. And what we want from you. We will
- 9:29Speaker 3: advertise you and your business and your clinic or your hospital.
- 9:34Speaker 3: But what you got to give us is that you
- 9:36Speaker 3: got You got to help take care of these gentlemen
- 9:38Speaker 3: out here who can't afford to pay for a PSA
- 9:42Speaker 3: test because somebody may not have the insurance that we have.
- 9:46Speaker 3: We got to get the audience to attend, and if
- 9:50Speaker 3: they attend, it'll cost them from anywhere from one to
- 9:53Speaker 3: ten bucks, no more than that, and that money stays
- 9:56Speaker 3: in a fund for that area to help pay for
- 9:59Speaker 3: their p say, to help pay for their colonosopies, and
- 10:04Speaker 3: make and make it easier for guys to sit around
- 10:06Speaker 3: and talk instead of just talking about the football game
- 10:10Speaker 3: and talk about this. Let's take a page from the
- 10:12Speaker 3: women's book, their playbook. Let's let's sit down and go
- 10:16Speaker 3: to dinner and talk about our problem. How many times
- 10:19Speaker 3: have you watched TV, or you're on your computer and
- 10:22Speaker 3: an ED commercial comes up damn near every time you
- 10:25Speaker 3: turn it on, right, But we don't talk about that.
- 10:30Speaker 3: I have my prostate taken out in October.
- 10:33Speaker 4: This past October.
- 10:35Speaker 3: This past October, I had my prostate taking up. I
- 10:38Speaker 3: never once set up and said, oh no, I don't
- 10:42Speaker 3: want to do it. God, it's gonna ruin my sex life.
- 10:45Speaker 3: It's gonna do this or do that. The first thing
- 10:47Speaker 3: I thought about was my family, wife, kids, grandkids. Why
- 10:53Speaker 3: should I be selfish and cheat them out of the future.
- 10:58Speaker 3: I said, get that taken out, Get it out of me,
- 11:02Speaker 3: so I won't be looking over my shoulder. Because if
- 11:05Speaker 3: you decide to treat it with radiation, there's a ninety
- 11:08Speaker 3: nine percent chance that it's starting to come back. It
- 11:10Speaker 3: may not come back within one or two years, but
- 11:13Speaker 3: five six years down the road, it's gonna read its
- 11:15Speaker 3: head again. And when it does, it's gonna have gone
- 11:19Speaker 3: from your prostate to your bones, your bones, to your lungs, liver,
- 11:23Speaker 3: then to your brain and that's over. And so I
- 11:26Speaker 3: buried my brother in law just two weeks ago because
- 11:30Speaker 3: it happened in that order.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Really, yeah, So it's interesting my prostate as well too,
- 11:36Speaker 2: because like it seemed like it's like minut of forty. Right,
- 11:38Speaker 2: that's when you get your the prostate exam. They get
- 11:40Speaker 2: the two fingers up there and they do the whole.
- 11:42Speaker 3: Two fingers get get the PSA test done where they
- 11:45Speaker 3: draw blood and that's real what and that's the and
- 11:49Speaker 3: that's the real real way to check your PSA. Go
- 11:52Speaker 3: get the blood working on and they send it off
- 11:54Speaker 3: and then they combine your your numbers from your PSA
- 11:58Speaker 3: test with what they call your glease On score. Okay,
- 12:02Speaker 3: now I don't know what the hell the Gleason score
- 12:03Speaker 3: is because I'm not totally fair, but it combines both
- 12:06Speaker 3: of them, and if it's in the high six or
- 12:09Speaker 3: seven or above, you need to get something done.
- 12:11Speaker 2: Get something figured out.
- 12:12Speaker 1: He gets something.
- 12:13Speaker 2: It's so interesting because like the prostate is something like
- 12:16Speaker 2: he's thirty six, I'm thirty four, and they're like it's
- 12:19Speaker 2: it's forty, right. Is that when they say you should
- 12:21Speaker 2: get your.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Products, they say forty But.
- 12:24Speaker 3: If if it runs in your family, yeah, you probably
- 12:28Speaker 3: need to get it checked bed for forty, Well, you
- 12:31Speaker 3: just to be on the safe side.
- 12:32Speaker 2: That's the thing that's going on right now, is it
- 12:33Speaker 2: seems like rates in younger men are having prostate issues
- 12:38Speaker 2: sooner or than stage of forty. And so we sit here,
- 12:41Speaker 2: we hear the number of forty forty forty kind of
- 12:42Speaker 2: wait till then. I had a guy that I put
- 12:44Speaker 2: with in high school and in college, and he was
- 12:46Speaker 2: the healthiest one of all of us. He passed away
- 12:47Speaker 2: a couple of years ago because of prostate cancer.
- 12:50Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying.
- 12:50Speaker 2: The same ages, same age, missus. Like what thirty two.
- 12:53Speaker 1: At the time.
- 12:54Speaker 3: Check out this. When I was twenty years old, I'm
- 12:58Speaker 3: in the prime of my life. I could whoop King Kong's.
- 13:01Speaker 4: Ass, buddy.
- 13:02Speaker 2: I was watching a film before and.
- 13:05Speaker 1: The thing about it.
- 13:06Speaker 3: I woke up one morning, went to the bathroom and
- 13:08Speaker 3: used the bathroom, end up getting ready for class. This
- 13:10Speaker 3: on a Friday. We had a game on Saturday. I
- 13:15Speaker 3: get up, go to the bathroom, get up to flush
- 13:16Speaker 3: the stowt this blood in the stool. Oh shit, scared
- 13:19Speaker 3: the hell out of me. Go tell the trainer, Tell
- 13:22Speaker 3: the head training. He said, all right, well, I'm gonna
- 13:24Speaker 3: call the doctor. We're gonna hit up something, and you're
- 13:26Speaker 3: all right now, we're gonna play the game tomorrow. After
- 13:30Speaker 3: the game tomorrow, But I'm gonna give you this package.
- 13:33Speaker 3: This is matter's not want you to mix it with
- 13:34Speaker 3: a gallon of water and drink it and drink it
- 13:37Speaker 3: all and give me two gallons. You can't have anything
- 13:40Speaker 3: to eat after noon. So from now and on, I'd
- 13:44Speaker 3: start myself and drink this crappy stuff. And it flushed
- 13:47Speaker 3: me out, blew the toilet up from four o'clock that
- 13:50Speaker 3: evening till the next morning when I went to the doctor. Yeah,
- 13:55Speaker 3: I got liquid, clear liquid coming out of me. Go
- 13:58Speaker 3: and they do my first coldnts, they find apollop. That
- 14:01Speaker 3: was benign. And if you know the story behind Chadwick Bozeman,
- 14:06Speaker 3: the Black Panther actor, he passed away at forty three
- 14:11Speaker 3: from colon cancer. Nobody knew he kept us secretating to
- 14:14Speaker 3: pass away from colon cancer. So if I had it ignored,
- 14:18Speaker 3: like we all do as young young guys who think
- 14:22Speaker 3: we that that we are invincible, we know everything. If
- 14:28Speaker 3: I just said, oh, that's probably nothing, so I'm not
- 14:31Speaker 3: gonna buy, I wouldn't be here right now. And since then,
- 14:35Speaker 3: I guarantee to you that I've had at least fifteen
- 14:38Speaker 3: cold enough. I just had one last month, and I
- 14:42Speaker 3: get one because I'm sixty three.
- 14:43Speaker 1: I get one every three years.
- 14:46Speaker 3: Really, because in ten years you can grow a camel
- 14:50Speaker 3: up inside of you and don't even know it. Even so,
- 14:54Speaker 3: that's why I'm using my That's why I'm using my
- 14:58Speaker 3: platform to help educate men, because we do women educate
- 15:04Speaker 3: each other because they sit down and talk about it.
- 15:07Speaker 3: We don't do that because we're too narrow minded and
- 15:10Speaker 3: we're thinking, Oh, I don't want somebody talking about about
- 15:15Speaker 3: me or laughing at me. I don't want friends talking
- 15:17Speaker 3: about me, or oh I can't get it up. Trust me, guys,
- 15:22Speaker 3: I'm talking from proof. I've been down that road. Because
- 15:27Speaker 3: the first thing guys think is that there goes my
- 15:31Speaker 3: sex life. I can't get a heart on anymore. They
- 15:34Speaker 3: got shit out there now that'll make VIGR look like
- 15:36Speaker 3: a chump. And to think about it. And I say
- 15:42Speaker 3: that in a laughing matter, But that shouldn't be the
- 15:45Speaker 3: first thing you think about, or the second or third.
- 15:49Speaker 1: It should be. For me, it was I have.
- 15:52Speaker 3: A four year old grandson and a two year old
- 15:54Speaker 3: grandson and it's the best gift God it's ever given me.
- 15:57Speaker 3: And I want to be around and watch him play
- 15:59Speaker 3: in the first litle league baseball, their soccer. They're tack
- 16:02Speaker 3: on do classes. That's what I want to be around for.
- 16:05Speaker 3: My grandson just hit me a picture yesterday day. He
- 16:08Speaker 3: got an acceptance letter. Now he's four. He got an
- 16:11Speaker 3: acceptance letter to go to kindergarten at the big school
- 16:14Speaker 3: where all the big kids go. And he and he's
- 16:18Speaker 3: happy like he just got a full ride at Harvard
- 16:21Speaker 3: or somewhere.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Yeah, but that's what makes me happy now. Sports.
- 16:27Speaker 3: I have an attended a football game or Super Bowl
- 16:30Speaker 3: since Troy Aikman and the Dallas Cowboys won their second
- 16:33Speaker 3: Super Bowl with Troy. And the only reason I'm here
- 16:38Speaker 3: is to get this out to the public because I figured, Hey,
- 16:42Speaker 3: there's no better time than to do this now, because
- 16:46Speaker 3: the Super Bowl, everybody watch it, but hell, nine percent
- 16:51Speaker 3: of the viewers are men, right, and this is a
- 16:56Speaker 3: good time to let the country know that, hey, it's
- 16:59Speaker 3: okay to talk about this. Don't sit up and keep
- 17:02Speaker 3: it balled up in time, because as they say, pressure
- 17:04Speaker 3: will bust the pipe. If enough pressure builds up, it'll
- 17:08Speaker 3: a bust a pipe. And for me, I don't think
- 17:12Speaker 3: I was put on this earth to be one of
- 17:14Speaker 3: the greatest football players of baseball players. I was put
- 17:17Speaker 3: on this earth to share messages like this period. It's
- 17:22Speaker 3: not about the fame.
- 17:24Speaker 1: I'm over.
- 17:24Speaker 3: I'm over that this is the first. But this is
- 17:28Speaker 3: the first public thing that I've done since I got
- 17:32Speaker 3: a professional sports and to come out and let people
- 17:35Speaker 3: know something personal like that, just about me, that should
- 17:40Speaker 3: tell you, hey, if this guy can do this, and
- 17:44Speaker 3: we seldomly see him or hear him, it should be
- 17:47Speaker 3: easy for everybody else to say, hey, I'm having probably
- 17:52Speaker 3: say issues, I'm having colon issues. I'm having I found
- 17:58Speaker 3: I feel a luck in my chess. We don't call
- 18:02Speaker 3: them rest, but men have breast cancer.
- 18:07Speaker 1: Period.
- 18:08Speaker 3: Yeah, men have breast cancer. And I didn't know that
- 18:11Speaker 3: until a couple of years ago. But to let guys know, hey,
- 18:16Speaker 3: there's an avenue for you to sit and talk about it.
- 18:20Speaker 3: This is a conversation for just you and your doctor.
- 18:24Speaker 3: This is for you to spread with your friends. When
- 18:26Speaker 3: I find out about my project, I call all my
- 18:29Speaker 3: budgets from high school, college, everybody in the baseball team.
- 18:32Speaker 3: We we got on a zoom call and half of
- 18:36Speaker 3: my teammates already having project issues. Or I've had that
- 18:40Speaker 3: project removed, but nobody knew. Talk to my teammates from
- 18:46Speaker 3: the pros from baseball and football, told them the same
- 18:49Speaker 3: thing because it needs to be known.
- 18:52Speaker 4: I think it's powerful too, because again it's like Bo Jackson.
- 18:56Speaker 4: Everybody who has this idea of Bo Jackson?
- 18:59Speaker 1: Do you?
- 19:00Speaker 4: I assume you do because you talked about being over fame,
- 19:03Speaker 4: like does it? It's got to just be exhausting knowing
- 19:06Speaker 4: that everything that you've done on both the diamond and
- 19:09Speaker 4: the football field, that's what people always want to talk
- 19:11Speaker 4: to you about.
- 19:13Speaker 3: I hope now when people want to talk, they want
- 19:15Speaker 3: to talk about these issues.
- 19:17Speaker 4: Do you ever enjoy reliving or talking about old you know,
- 19:22Speaker 4: old memories and everything that you accomplished on the on
- 19:25Speaker 4: the field.
- 19:26Speaker 3: Only when people ask me about them and fireside chats.
- 19:29Speaker 3: It's so fun and so on.
- 19:31Speaker 1: Now my grandson I talked to him about it.
- 19:34Speaker 3: Yeah, And they make me watch my highlights, which I
- 19:37Speaker 3: hate because I've seen him one hundred zillion times. They
- 19:41Speaker 3: want to watch them over and over. You over your
- 19:44Speaker 3: leg My grandsons can mimic can mimic me? And all
- 19:48Speaker 3: my highlights? Really, they get the ball the head that's
- 19:55Speaker 3: throw out half around. Then they imitate Hall sitting on
- 19:58Speaker 3: the ground throwing his helmet. They do all of that,
- 20:01Speaker 3: and they're you, is.
- 20:02Speaker 2: There a highlight of theirs that there is like their favorite.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Believe it or not, it's not of me. Really, that's what's.
- 20:11Speaker 2: We'll comp them.
- 20:16Speaker 3: It's an Aaron Judge when he hit his record breaking
- 20:20Speaker 3: home run and he went around the bases and he's waving.
- 20:23Speaker 3: Then he went to the fence and waved to his
- 20:25Speaker 3: family in his hands. My grandson can mimic him to
- 20:28Speaker 3: a t. You'll hit the ball first take out, He's
- 20:32Speaker 3: go around the base. Then he'll do that little Aaron
- 20:34Speaker 3: Judge dance. He went home plate and he runs over
- 20:38Speaker 3: to the wall to the curtains and he's waving to
- 20:41Speaker 3: Aaron Judge's parents and he come back. Then he said, Papa,
- 20:45Speaker 3: I don't want them boards to put water on my head. Yeah,
- 20:48Speaker 3: he caught his teammates come out with the water and
- 20:50Speaker 3: that'sh on it. He likes everything but the water port
- 20:52Speaker 3: on his head fair enough. So that's what I enjoy
- 20:55Speaker 3: doing now. Yeah, And if I can reach out and
- 20:59Speaker 3: touch one person, I figured that I've done my job.
- 21:02Speaker 3: But I plan on reaching out to me. I plan
- 21:04Speaker 3: on touching millions. Yeah, because we all need this absolutely
- 21:09Speaker 3: one store, one store, one tale lore. It's rumored, it's out,
- 21:14Speaker 3: it's people talk about it like you're you know, you're
- 21:16Speaker 3: in the Old Testament times and you just got to
- 21:18Speaker 3: gather around and you listen to Grandpa tell the story
- 21:20Speaker 3: about one time a bo Jackson ran a what was
- 21:23Speaker 3: it a full point one four And that's true.
- 21:28Speaker 1: True, we're saying the ran the four.
- 21:30Speaker 4: One three ran out of the stadium.
- 21:33Speaker 3: There's a combine at the time, Okay, but combines back then,
- 21:37Speaker 3: what's where the people at the combine that they would
- 21:40Speaker 3: come to your college and invite all the colleges the
- 21:44Speaker 3: athletes from one hundred two hundred miles away. We had
- 21:47Speaker 3: it at Auburn because that year I was gonna be
- 21:49Speaker 3: a first round draft pick, and I didn't go to
- 21:52Speaker 3: some big combine at at the super Dome or whatever.
- 21:57Speaker 3: Because if you're the first round draft pick, if you
- 21:59Speaker 3: know you're gonna be I'm one, you don't have to
- 22:01Speaker 3: go to combine.
- 22:02Speaker 1: And I was on the track team.
- 22:05Speaker 3: I was on my way to track practice and my
- 22:07Speaker 3: job in track, as my track coach said, if you
- 22:09Speaker 3: can catch Harvey Glance, you don't have to track practice.
- 22:14Speaker 3: Harvey Glance won the gold medal. He was the fastest
- 22:18Speaker 3: man in the world. Alburn graduated in nineteen seventy six,
- 22:22Speaker 3: so it's eighty two, so he's at least nine ten
- 22:27Speaker 3: years older than me. And I never caught him. Coach said,
- 22:32Speaker 3: if you catch Harvey, you don't have to track practice.
- 22:35Speaker 3: And I chased him every day, couldn't catch him. So
- 22:38Speaker 3: it looked like an eighteen wheeler chasing a ferrari. Yeah,
- 22:42Speaker 3: and I never and I never caught his ass. But
- 22:45Speaker 3: I was on my way to track practice and everybody
- 22:48Speaker 3: had to come by and sit up in our indoor
- 22:50Speaker 3: practice facility.
- 22:52Speaker 1: It was about sixty yards long.
- 22:55Speaker 3: And they had it set up with electronic tape on
- 22:58Speaker 3: the ground, a lazy light down at the end. But
- 23:01Speaker 3: they only had about from here to the wall in
- 23:04Speaker 3: that room and stopping this. So they told me the ring.
- 23:08Speaker 3: They they told me to run, and my coach at bow,
- 23:11Speaker 3: please come in and run for these guys. They are
- 23:13Speaker 3: here because they want to get your forty. All these
- 23:17Speaker 3: other kids are here because they're trying to make it
- 23:19Speaker 3: to where where you are. Just come right the forty
- 23:21Speaker 3: because I'm tired of these people. Call them my fucking phone.
- 23:23Speaker 2: You just so you're hanging out, you're at track practice
- 23:27Speaker 2: and your coach is just bugging you.
- 23:28Speaker 3: On my way to track practice, so I had to
- 23:30Speaker 3: pass the facility where they were getting ready to sit
- 23:33Speaker 3: up for the thing. So I said, all right, I
- 23:34Speaker 3: went in and I saw where they were, and I
- 23:37Speaker 3: got up, and I got down and took off and
- 23:39Speaker 3: I stay from here to the finish line, which is
- 23:42Speaker 3: to the wall. I let up, cruise through, ran a
- 23:46Speaker 3: four two six, and the guys with the sod they
- 23:52Speaker 3: said he slowed up five yards. He slowed up five
- 23:56Speaker 3: yards from the thing slowed the coach at bow. Please
- 24:01Speaker 3: run through the fucking tape so I can get these
- 24:02Speaker 3: guys out of my head because I don't want them.
- 24:05Speaker 3: Call them I thought they pissing my wife off. They
- 24:07Speaker 3: waking up all the time of night, six in the
- 24:09Speaker 3: morning cause they're trying to wonder where the fuck you are.
- 24:12Speaker 3: Please do it for me, if you love me, run
- 24:16Speaker 3: the fucking forty and run through the tape.
- 24:18Speaker 1: I said.
- 24:19Speaker 3: I'm not gonna run, I said, because if I try
- 24:22Speaker 3: to stop, I'm gonna tear something.
- 24:24Speaker 2: Up.
- 24:25Speaker 3: He said, well, we'll open the fucking door. And that
- 24:27Speaker 3: door hadn't been opened since I've been at all, and
- 24:29Speaker 3: I was there for four years. That door and they
- 24:32Speaker 3: cleared all the crap back and they opened that back door.
- 24:37Speaker 3: And I went and got down and I told my guy,
- 24:40Speaker 3: my teammates on the track, who was a high jumper,
- 24:42Speaker 3: I said, will you get my bag and just gonna
- 24:44Speaker 3: short walk walking towards the track, because when I break
- 24:47Speaker 3: this tape here and run this, I'm gonna keep going
- 24:49Speaker 3: to the track. And I got down and pile out
- 24:53Speaker 3: the blox and everybody everybody had stop watching, and the
- 24:58Speaker 3: electronic tape was by itself, so all of everybody they
- 25:01Speaker 3: had to stop watch had me under four one elect trunk,
- 25:09Speaker 3: some guys had had had some guys had me had
- 25:12Speaker 3: three nine three nine five four flat four one. And
- 25:17Speaker 3: the tape said, when I crossed the laser line, it
- 25:21Speaker 3: was flashing four one three and I kept going.
- 25:26Speaker 2: So, so when did you find out that you ran
- 25:29Speaker 2: a full one three? Because clearly they came up to
- 25:31Speaker 2: the practice.
- 25:32Speaker 3: They came up to the track practice and they said, hey,
- 25:34Speaker 3: what do you think you're running? What do you think
- 25:36Speaker 3: you ran? I said, I don't know. They said, you
- 25:41Speaker 3: ran a four one three. I said, all right, They
- 25:44Speaker 3: said all right, they said ain't Ain't nobody ever running
- 25:48Speaker 3: fucking four four four one three? And you said all right,
- 25:53Speaker 3: And I said something to the fact. Look, I got
- 25:55Speaker 3: big of fish and fried like trying to catch this
- 25:57Speaker 3: motherfucker over here.
- 26:00Speaker 2: I'm trying to not do the track practice is all
- 26:02Speaker 2: you're thinking about.
- 26:03Speaker 3: I'm trying. I'm trying to get out of track practice.
- 26:06Speaker 3: But that that never happened. But the four one three
- 26:10Speaker 3: story is true.
- 26:11Speaker 2: It's factual. So when you see it, the combine and
- 26:14Speaker 2: for the longest time was Chris Johnson, right, who was
- 26:16Speaker 2: four two nine, and then the cat that went to Cincinnati.
- 26:18Speaker 2: I previous name, he was John Ross. Yeah, he broke that.
- 26:23Speaker 2: You're watching everybody argue on the NFL network about all
- 26:26Speaker 2: the fastest forty time and you're sitting there just with
- 26:28Speaker 2: your grandkids, like these guys don't even know that.
- 26:30Speaker 3: Well, I'm saying it's sim saying, well, I didn't say it,
- 26:34Speaker 3: but the arrogance side.
- 26:36Speaker 2: Of me, yeah, which is on the side of me, the.
- 26:39Speaker 3: Twenty one year old side of me. Yeah, what I said, Shit,
- 26:43Speaker 3: he's still looking at the bottom of my cleats because
- 26:46Speaker 3: he's crossing fans and I'm down. That's slowing down, So
- 26:49Speaker 3: I didn't cross it. But yeah, yeah, yeah, that's what
- 26:53Speaker 3: I would have said. But but no, I chipped my
- 26:56Speaker 3: hat to the young man for running.
- 27:00Speaker 1: Yeah, I took my hat to him. But I know
- 27:05Speaker 1: what I did.
- 27:07Speaker 3: I wish somebody from that that was there at that
- 27:10Speaker 3: combine that probably was dead, but I wish that they
- 27:12Speaker 3: would come out and say, hey, I was there when
- 27:16Speaker 3: he ran before one three.
- 27:18Speaker 2: Yeah, no one ever came out and said anything.
- 27:20Speaker 3: I don't know who they are because I didn't care
- 27:23Speaker 3: because I was on because I told that I had
- 27:24Speaker 3: a bigger fish to fry.
- 27:26Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 27:26Speaker 2: Yeah, you're probably the first man in history to be
- 27:29Speaker 2: the number one overall pick and sit there and be like, yeah,
- 27:31Speaker 2: I don't care about that. I have to go to
- 27:33Speaker 2: track practice.
- 27:34Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 27:35Speaker 2: We were at a radio road to day and we
- 27:38Speaker 2: were walking around doing a little bit of media here
- 27:40Speaker 2: and there, and I heard a story about you how
- 27:42Speaker 2: when you're growing up you wanted to go to University
- 27:44Speaker 2: of Alabama, and your visit to Alabama is why you
- 27:47Speaker 2: went to Auburn.
- 27:49Speaker 3: The coach came into my house to visit with me
- 27:52Speaker 3: and my mom, and we were expecting coach Bryant to
- 27:56Speaker 3: come up. And he told me coach Bryant had a
- 27:59Speaker 3: family emergency the head to go ten to, so they
- 28:03Speaker 3: sent the defensive coordinator Ken down the Hill. And I
- 28:06Speaker 3: just come in from a baseball game. I come through
- 28:09Speaker 3: the front door. I walk in, I see my mom
- 28:13Speaker 3: sitting at the dining table, this old white guy. I speak,
- 28:17Speaker 3: go downstairs and do my laundry, get my baseball uniform
- 28:19Speaker 3: out to watch it like we do, cause I got
- 28:21Speaker 3: a game. The next day. He comes down, he said, Vincent.
- 28:24Speaker 3: They call me Vincent Vincent. My name's coach Ken Downehill.
- 28:28Speaker 3: I'm the defensive coordinator at the Universe Talit of Alabama.
- 28:32Speaker 3: First of all, I want to apologize because coach Bryant
- 28:34Speaker 3: couldn't make it because he had a family emergency, had
- 28:37Speaker 3: to go ten to. He said, But I want to
- 28:41Speaker 3: tell you that we would love to have you in Tuchcalusha.
- 28:47Speaker 3: We think you'll fit in great, We'll think he'll be successful.
- 28:51Speaker 3: But my honest opinion is that I don't think you
- 28:54Speaker 3: get a chance to play till the end of your sophomore.
- 28:56Speaker 3: The beginning of your junior season, and you know, the
- 29:00Speaker 3: only other place you want to go to that you
- 29:02Speaker 3: were looking at is Auburn because you want to stay
- 29:05Speaker 3: closer home so your family can come see you play.
- 29:08Speaker 3: Then he said, this, young man, let me, let me
- 29:11Speaker 3: tell you something about Auburn.
- 29:14Speaker 1: I said.
- 29:15Speaker 3: He said, Auburn hasn't beat Alabama since nineteen seventy two.
- 29:19Speaker 3: This was nineteen eighty two. And then he said, and
- 29:22Speaker 3: they never will. So I shook his hand like bet
- 29:28Speaker 3: because he said, Vincent, I'm gonna go back up stairs
- 29:30Speaker 3: and talk to your mother. So he shook my hand,
- 29:33Speaker 3: and I'm smiling, but inside I'm saying to myself, you
- 29:37Speaker 3: gotta be a fucking fool if you think I'm gonna
- 29:38Speaker 3: come to your universe and ride the bench for two
- 29:40Speaker 3: fucking years and not play. He's still got to what
- 29:45Speaker 3: I'm saying, he.
- 29:49Speaker 4: Relives and getting tight or tired of.
- 29:51Speaker 3: My God damn, But that's what I'm saying to myself. Yeah,
- 29:56Speaker 3: And I remember his last words, and they never will.
- 30:01Speaker 3: When my freshman year, all been signed eleven running backs.
- 30:05Speaker 3: They signed the number one running back in the state
- 30:08Speaker 3: and I wasn't. And I think I was the fifth
- 30:11Speaker 3: top running back that they claim I was. But come
- 30:16Speaker 3: they let me in the game one time. And I
- 30:19Speaker 3: say this to all kids who is competing in sports.
- 30:22Speaker 3: If you go out for a position, somebody's in front
- 30:24Speaker 3: of you, you should have one goal on your mind
- 30:28Speaker 3: is to take his job. I don't care who he is,
- 30:32Speaker 3: it's to take his job. And I told him, you
- 30:35Speaker 3: put me in the game, I'm going to make it
- 30:37Speaker 3: hardest hell for you to ever want to take me out.
- 30:41Speaker 3: And that's what I lived by. And I got in
- 30:44Speaker 3: the game, or this second possession, first quart against wake
- 30:49Speaker 3: Forest my freshman year, I lit him up like a
- 30:53Speaker 3: Christmas tree. And I've been doing that, but in not
- 30:57Speaker 3: saying that from a bragging standpoint, but I try to
- 31:00Speaker 3: teach young kids today you should have one goal is
- 31:04Speaker 3: to make it to the top and stay there. I said,
- 31:08Speaker 3: my mental aspect of the game was when I stepped
- 31:13Speaker 3: across that white line on the football field to go
- 31:15Speaker 3: on the football field, or step across that white line
- 31:18Speaker 3: on the baseball field. In my mind, I'm the baddest
- 31:22Speaker 3: motherfucker on the planet. Ain't no dog is bigger than
- 31:26Speaker 3: me on the field or badd than me. And I said,
- 31:30Speaker 3: that's the way I live my life in sports, not
- 31:33Speaker 3: saying it's about me, but this dog is gonna make
- 31:37Speaker 3: it to where my all my teammates, my other dog
- 31:41Speaker 3: can run around the ball park call I'm gonna make
- 31:43Speaker 3: sure that I'm the baddest dog in the park.
- 31:47Speaker 2: Kind of going right now, So how were you on
- 31:49Speaker 2: the field, were you like internally as the baddest dog
- 31:52Speaker 2: on the field. Were you sitting there and just kind
- 31:53Speaker 2: of quiet, keep to yourself, or you're a shit talker.
- 31:55Speaker 1: Quiet before the storm?
- 31:56Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 31:57Speaker 1: Quiet, quiet before something. I never ship talking the.
- 32:00Speaker 4: Storm has happening.
- 32:01Speaker 2: What about what other dogs are barking?
- 32:03Speaker 1: When I let the bark let a bark?
- 32:07Speaker 2: Yeah, people walk up.
- 32:07Speaker 3: Both bark, never bark has never anybody If they try
- 32:13Speaker 3: to bite you, my bites bigger.
- 32:19Speaker 1: So you were.
- 32:20Speaker 2: Unfazed by the ship talk. Someone walked up to your boat,
- 32:22Speaker 2: You were, bitch, you're not going to do anything today.
- 32:24Speaker 1: Speak with that's all.
- 32:29Speaker 4: They'd kind of scared now, Yeah, kind of super Bowl Jackson.
- 32:33Speaker 4: You can imagine that type of swagger confidence that this
- 32:37Speaker 4: player would have, especially when they're like a dual sport athlete.
- 32:42Speaker 4: Do we feel like there's ever going to be a
- 32:43Speaker 4: dual sport athlete. Again, like in your mind as you
- 32:46Speaker 4: sit back and see, guys.
- 32:49Speaker 3: Not for football baseball, not for football baseball. If you
- 32:54Speaker 3: try to do both, you're going to be mediocre in both.
- 32:58Speaker 3: You'll never be a start at both positions.
- 33:00Speaker 4: What made it you to where you were a pro
- 33:02Speaker 4: bowler in it, all star in both of those sports?
- 33:07Speaker 1: The heart, the fight, heart, the fight.
- 33:10Speaker 4: Was it hard to juggle both?
- 33:12Speaker 2: No, no, see here's a problem. Will let me just
- 33:16Speaker 2: tell you something right now. We brought Bo back. We
- 33:20Speaker 2: hit to that mindset right now, and now he's just
- 33:23Speaker 2: thinking to himself. I don't go to say a whole lot.
- 33:25Speaker 2: I have my actions. We've lost him. We've lost We've
- 33:30Speaker 2: lost him to the darkness right now.
- 33:32Speaker 3: We lost we are But I'll tell you one one
- 33:36Speaker 3: short then I'm gonna let you fellas go. Monday Night,
- 33:45Speaker 3: Monday Night Football Raiders canst Seattle my college roommate who
- 33:50Speaker 3: blocked for me for four years? What's back up? Full
- 33:53Speaker 3: back to Johnny L. Williams for Seattle Tommy agent And
- 33:58Speaker 3: it's the week that let's the other fans made up
- 34:00Speaker 3: big to do out of bowl Versus Bosworth Brian Bosworth
- 34:09Speaker 3: baddest guy in the NFL. Soul called badest guy in
- 34:13Speaker 3: the NFL. He had the mohawk with the pink and
- 34:15Speaker 3: red hair, they had the tattoos and everything, and he
- 34:19Speaker 3: was Jack and Bodswory's got to be tamous. And I'll
- 34:24Speaker 3: tell you that he was smart because that persona he
- 34:27Speaker 3: put on.
- 34:28Speaker 1: Made him a shit ton of money, right, the bad guy. Yeah,
- 34:33Speaker 1: the rebel.
- 34:34Speaker 3: I'm gonna hit you even if you run out of bound.
- 34:37Speaker 3: That's him. Take the fifteen yard penps. I don't care,
- 34:40Speaker 3: but I'm gonna teach you you can't run away from me.
- 34:43Speaker 1: And I like that.
- 34:45Speaker 3: In the whole week they talked Bosworth talking I'm down
- 34:48Speaker 3: in LA with the Raiders. They said, oh, yes, no
- 34:52Speaker 3: out of him. Nothing to say now that week leading
- 34:56Speaker 3: up to the game, Wednesday before the game, Now, I'm
- 35:01Speaker 3: not exaggerating this and I'm not lying. Swear on my
- 35:04Speaker 3: mother's grave. The Thursday before that game, on Monday night,
- 35:13Speaker 3: three things happened. The first thing happened was I told
- 35:19Speaker 3: my wife she was pregnant with our second child, and
- 35:22Speaker 3: she didn't believe me, and she got a pregnant test
- 35:25Speaker 3: two days later, and she was pregnant she said.
- 35:28Speaker 1: How did you know that? Swear?
- 35:31Speaker 3: No, I'm here, And then I went back and said,
- 35:35Speaker 3: and just being arrogant because just me and her in
- 35:38Speaker 3: the room, I said that bow no shit, I said,
- 35:43Speaker 3: it's true. So that's just me that the first thing happened.
- 35:48Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 35:51Speaker 3: The second thing that happened that game was November thirty,
- 35:54Speaker 3: nineteen eighty seven, my twenty sixth birthday. On that day,
- 36:01Speaker 3: the third thing that happened, I celebrated my birthday, Me
- 36:06Speaker 3: and my raided teammates by blowing the asshole out of
- 36:10Speaker 3: the Seahawks them, oh on them, folding them up and
- 36:19Speaker 3: putting them in our pocket. But at the end of
- 36:22Speaker 3: the game, we have a saying, what do you want
- 36:27Speaker 3: to do with these guys? By the end of the
- 36:30Speaker 3: same we want to have their souls in our hands,
- 36:33Speaker 3: stuffing them in their pocket. By the fourth quarter, we
- 36:37Speaker 3: want to kill the will, kill their will to even
- 36:40Speaker 3: players they don't play it somewhere. And the icing on
- 36:43Speaker 3: the cake was when our truck bars worked down on
- 36:45Speaker 3: the goal line, like, oh, they've been talking all day,
- 36:48Speaker 3: but it worked out good.
- 36:50Speaker 1: Now.
- 36:51Speaker 3: The first play that I ran two series before, I
- 36:56Speaker 3: had the ninety something yard run. We ran a play
- 37:00Speaker 3: and I cut it back because I'm using all my
- 37:04Speaker 3: peripheral visions.
- 37:06Speaker 1: I never looked here. I'm looking here, I'm looking at you, and.
- 37:10Speaker 3: I'm looking at this guy here, but I'm looking this way,
- 37:13Speaker 3: so I'm looking so I see my So I was
- 37:16Speaker 3: notorious for cutting back and eating you up. My offensive
- 37:20Speaker 3: coordinator Terry Terry Terry Row Biscuy, well.
- 37:26Speaker 1: We call him biscuit. We busy, Come on, said Bow.
- 37:31Speaker 3: He said, we're gonna run that play two series from now.
- 37:35Speaker 1: We ain't gonna run that same play.
- 37:37Speaker 3: Keep it outside, and I promise you you take it outside,
- 37:41Speaker 3: You're gonna bust their ass wide open. And was back
- 37:45Speaker 3: back on the seven yard line and was it except
- 37:49Speaker 3: six six year six yard line or something? He said,
- 37:52Speaker 3: keep it outside, and I did, and went went to Tacoma,
- 37:58Speaker 3: asked what's the name? He said, He's not gonna stop
- 38:01Speaker 3: till he could get to a coma. And they had
- 38:04Speaker 3: the door open until they were in the stadium. That's
- 38:06Speaker 3: the only way I stopped. They had and in the
- 38:09Speaker 3: tunnel there was about thirty thirty forty yards. I went
- 38:12Speaker 3: three courts away down that tone, turnout and come back.
- 38:15Speaker 3: Most of the defense all of the kicking get gained
- 38:19Speaker 3: was in the tunnel, clapping for me, hugging me, cheering
- 38:23Speaker 3: me on and so for this song. And then I
- 38:28Speaker 3: think I caught a pass for a touchdown. And then
- 38:30Speaker 3: the pay I put the nail in the coffin that
- 38:34Speaker 3: killed the spirits was when I truck barged down on
- 38:36Speaker 3: the three yard line.
- 38:37Speaker 2: He said anything to you after the game?
- 38:39Speaker 3: No, but with me being young and but I lie,
- 38:45Speaker 3: this is a lot, so I'm saying it to you
- 38:47Speaker 3: right now. But I wanted to say, next time, have
- 38:50Speaker 3: a bus fare, motherfucker I but I didn't. That's just
- 38:56Speaker 3: the trash side of me talking, because as you know,
- 39:00Speaker 3: we talked trash the whole game. We talked trash the
- 39:02Speaker 3: whole game. And but that night, that week was probably
- 39:07Speaker 3: the best week of my sports career because of the
- 39:11Speaker 3: pregnancy of my wife, my birthday and all my family
- 39:15Speaker 3: and friends back home got to see me work.
- 39:18Speaker 4: Yeah, what was uh?
- 39:20Speaker 2: What was a relationship relationship? Like with Terry Robisque in
- 39:23Speaker 2: twenty sixteen, he was He was our offics coordinator at
- 39:26Speaker 2: the Titans, and he was His personality is incredible. He
- 39:29Speaker 2: could sit there and tell stories.
- 39:30Speaker 1: But I just did a piece with him last year
- 39:31Speaker 1: about his book.
- 39:32Speaker 2: Oh really that's awesome.
- 39:34Speaker 1: Yeah yeah.
- 39:35Speaker 4: At what age do you feel like you're uh you
- 39:38Speaker 4: you kind of do something outside whatever it is where
- 39:40Speaker 4: you're like you just you have the conversation with yourself.
- 39:42Speaker 1: You're like, I don't got it anymore. Oh, hell, I
- 39:45Speaker 1: said say that. I say that when I lift the toilet. See,
- 39:51Speaker 1: but all the ability had in the morning, Yes, I was.
- 39:55Speaker 3: I'd have to say, I sit up and think now,
- 39:57Speaker 3: and I say to myself, you with the ship at
- 40:00Speaker 3: one time, and you woke up this morning and you
- 40:03Speaker 3: felt like you got run over by a herd of cattle.
- 40:06Speaker 3: And I have and I asked, man with my wife,
- 40:10Speaker 3: did you beat me with a sledg Tamil last tight
- 40:11Speaker 3: while I was asleep? Arms hurt, my elbow, can't sleep
- 40:17Speaker 3: because this shoulder hurt. Got an artificial shoulder here officially
- 40:22Speaker 3: hip prop State Surgery Colony. I'm a mess.
- 40:31Speaker 1: I'm a mess.
- 40:32Speaker 2: I know we had two. I have one more question?
- 40:34Speaker 2: Was you with a butt light question? What do you
- 40:36Speaker 2: say to people when everybody's argued by the greatest athlete
- 40:39Speaker 2: of all time? Like your name in Deon Sanders's name
- 40:41Speaker 2: comes up quite a bit. What do you think when
- 40:43Speaker 2: people are arguing for Deon Sanders, knowing the mindset you have,
- 40:47Speaker 2: and I know you're not going to say it publicly,
- 40:48Speaker 2: but what do you think.
- 40:51Speaker 3: Everybody have their own opinion. I would never say I'm
- 40:57Speaker 3: the better athlete because that's not my man. I'm gonna
- 41:01Speaker 3: always compliment somebody else, period. Deon Sander was great at
- 41:07Speaker 3: what he did. He's in the hall.
- 41:09Speaker 4: The thing.
- 41:11Speaker 3: I love him for that weird friends, and I'm quite
- 41:14Speaker 3: sure I'm I'm gonna go to ca collar route and
- 41:17Speaker 3: get him on my podcast because with him having his
- 41:21Speaker 3: bladder cancer and my propitiate issue ship, we'll have an
- 41:26Speaker 3: award winning podcast.
- 41:27Speaker 4: Hell yeah to the two greatest to do it on,
- 41:30Speaker 4: you know, playing both baseball and football, you guys having
- 41:33Speaker 4: a conversation with all the hell stuff going on.
- 41:35Speaker 3: Absolutely, so that's where I am. And I say this,
- 41:42Speaker 3: I was good for the sports when I played, but
- 41:45Speaker 3: those sports was great for both Jackson. It's allowed me
- 41:50Speaker 3: to be here with you all. It's allowed me to
- 41:52Speaker 3: provide for my family. It's allowed me to do things
- 41:57Speaker 3: for the public that nobody knows about. I can go
- 42:01Speaker 3: do things in the shadows and put some sunshine in
- 42:04Speaker 3: somebody's life and leave and nobody know the difference. And
- 42:10Speaker 3: I love that. I love that part of me. I
- 42:14Speaker 3: love being private. I don't have to be out there
- 42:17Speaker 3: look at me, Hey, this is me. I hate that
- 42:20Speaker 3: a lot of people. I've been living in my community
- 42:23Speaker 3: in Illinois for almost thirty five years and I drive
- 42:28Speaker 3: my Dodge Duly to the service station that's a mile
- 42:31Speaker 3: up the street and I'm not hitting you. Somebody will
- 42:35Speaker 3: walk up to me and say, you like that, fellow
- 42:38Speaker 3: bow Jackson. Then they said, damn it, you are What
- 42:41Speaker 3: the hell are you doing in Illinois? I live a
- 42:44Speaker 3: mile down the road. Nobody knows it. The people that
- 42:48Speaker 3: see me often is my buddies that I hunt with,
- 42:51Speaker 3: fish with, and the people down on the golf course.
- 42:55Speaker 2: That's awesome.
- 42:55Speaker 1: That's you'll see me the most. That's awesome.
- 42:57Speaker 4: We have a segment sponsored by budd Light because people
- 43:00Speaker 4: would do anything for a nice school bud Light. But
- 43:02Speaker 4: what is something that bo Jackson would do anything for?
- 43:07Speaker 1: What it is something or someone that I do anything for?
- 43:10Speaker 4: Something bo Jackson would do anything for?
- 43:13Speaker 2: Wrinkle in it to I can't say family.
- 43:15Speaker 1: All right, I would do anything to keep.
- 43:25Speaker 3: No, I can't say that because I'm starting a podcast,
- 43:32Speaker 3: all right.
- 43:33Speaker 1: And it can't be anything with the family.
- 43:35Speaker 2: No, no, no, no. Well, we give you if.
- 43:38Speaker 1: You can't give you fai like that.
- 43:40Speaker 4: If you have a favorite grand Jill that you know
- 43:43Speaker 4: I want them to be, I will take that.
- 43:45Speaker 3: But I would I would give my life. I would
- 43:53Speaker 3: give my life if I can hug and kiss my
- 43:59Speaker 3: mom again.
- 44:00Speaker 1: Mm hmm period. Period. That's a good one. It's a
- 44:06Speaker 1: really good one. Thank you man. I appreciate it. We
- 44:12Speaker 1: really appreciate it.
- 44:12Speaker 2: Thank you man, Thank you, get your sleep.
- 44:15Speaker 1: Thank thank you all Mam
