- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Hi.
- 0:02Speaker 3: Right here we go, just after six o'clock on this
- 0:05Speaker 3: Tuesday morning, getting things started. Thank you for joining us, Rick,
- 0:07Speaker 3: He's got those three things. Presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 0:11Speaker 4: Jimmy Kimmel will air a rerun on Stephen Colbert's last
- 0:15Speaker 4: show in solid aarre and respect. Jimmy Kimmel decided that
- 0:19Speaker 4: on May twenty first, he will air a rerun so
- 0:22Speaker 4: that all the focus can be on Steven's last moment
- 0:24Speaker 4: in late night. He did the same thing eleven years
- 0:27Speaker 4: ago for David Letterman when he had his final show
- 0:29Speaker 4: on CBS's The Late Show. Colbert and Kimmel their competitors, but.
- 0:33Speaker 5: They're also friends first and foremost.
- 0:35Speaker 4: Kim was actually on his show last night along with
- 0:38Speaker 4: Jimmy fallon Seth Myers, and John Oliver.
- 0:41Speaker 5: They all talked about Late Night together.
- 0:43Speaker 4: They talked about their old podcast, Strike Force five, which
- 0:46Speaker 4: we're going to have an episode out, I believe today,
- 0:50Speaker 4: a new episode out today or tomorrow. All just kind
- 0:53Speaker 4: of coming back together and talking about everything. Stephen Colbert,
- 0:56Speaker 4: he has a slew of people lined up for his
- 0:58Speaker 4: last few shows leading up to me, including Petrol Pascal
- 1:02Speaker 4: David Letterman himself will be on former President Barack Obama.
- 1:06Speaker 5: There's a bunch lined.
- 1:08Speaker 4: Up for him all leading up to that very last
- 1:10Speaker 4: show that he's going to have. National Centennial Park is
- 1:14Speaker 4: getting recognition for how great it is. USA Today ranked
- 1:17Speaker 4: it the ninth in their twenty twenty six ten.
- 1:20Speaker 5: Best Reader's Choice Awards.
- 1:22Speaker 4: This marks the second straight year that the park has
- 1:24Speaker 4: made the national list, which is really cool. They highlighted
- 1:28Speaker 4: the full scale replica of the Parthenon, obviously, because who
- 1:31Speaker 4: else has something like the Parthenon?
- 1:33Speaker 5: No One.
- 1:34Speaker 4: They also, though, mentioned the cool community events that they do,
- 1:37Speaker 4: like Musicians Corner and the Tennessee Craft Fair.
- 1:40Speaker 5: Obviously, we are very lucky to have Centennial Park.
- 1:43Speaker 4: Get out there and enjoy it, especially as the weather
- 1:45Speaker 4: is getting nicer and nicer. The sun is shining right
- 1:47Speaker 4: now and it's got me so excited for the day.
- 1:50Speaker 4: The sun makes such a difference on how I'm gonna
- 1:52Speaker 4: feel that day. And Kraft has started releasing mac and
- 1:56Speaker 4: Cheese chicken Ramen.
- 1:58Speaker 5: I thought of you, Zach immediately, so in it's.
- 2:01Speaker 4: Already been seen in some stores cause a lot of
- 2:03Speaker 4: online buzz, and now Craft has announced that this is
- 2:06Speaker 4: a new flavor that will be rolling out nationwide, So.
- 2:10Speaker 5: Keep your eye out for it, Zach. I know you'll
- 2:12Speaker 5: be the first one to try it and tell us
- 2:13Speaker 5: how it is.
- 2:14Speaker 6: I go to the.

- 3:32Speaker 5: By child?
- 3:33Speaker 2: I have two?
- 3:34Speaker 5: Where did that question come from?
- 3:36Speaker 2: Kevin Well?

- 3:39Speaker 10: I have two dogs, Charlie and Willow.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Hi, Charlie and Willow. What kind of dogs are they?
- 3:46Speaker 10: Willow is a Siberian Husky and Charlie's a mix that
- 3:50Speaker 10: he is mainly Australian cattle dog.
- 3:52Speaker 3: All right, here's my question. If those dogs had jobs,
- 3:56Speaker 3: what would they be?
- 3:57Speaker 8: Go?
- 3:58Speaker 6: Oh, dear Willow would be a duchess because she's just pretty.
- 4:04Speaker 6: She is the epitome of a lady from everywhere, but
- 4:07Speaker 6: she's also got a chaotic.
- 4:08Speaker 5: Street to her.
- 4:10Speaker 10: Charlie could be like.
- 4:12Speaker 6: A court jester because he's got like two brain cells.
- 4:15Speaker 6: He's just rubbing them together.
- 4:16Speaker 4: Okay, just rubbing them together.
- 4:19Speaker 8: I love that.
- 4:20Speaker 4: That sounds like Zach's dog George Yep, the best boy.
- 4:25Speaker 4: They're like so sweet and you look at them and
- 4:27Speaker 4: you just know there's nothing.
- 4:28Speaker 5: Going on in there, but they're so like you.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Do you have a ball?
- 4:32Speaker 5: A ball?
- 4:33Speaker 2: A ball?
- 4:34Speaker 5: Where's the ball? Have you seen the ball?
- 4:37Speaker 6: He tries to hurt us like sheep.
- 4:39Speaker 5: That is the novel. That is the best thing ever.
- 4:43Speaker 3: And Kristin, you were very fast with those answers, so
- 4:45Speaker 3: nice job. Ricky promised it was gonna get weird.
- 4:47Speaker 8: Weird questions, so I had to deliver no problem.
- 4:50Speaker 5: That was a weird question for sure.
- 4:51Speaker 8: Heaven.
- 4:52Speaker 4: But when since you made it through that, Kristen, I'm
- 4:56Speaker 4: very excited to tell you you are the first caller
- 4:58Speaker 4: of the day this morning on one of seven five
- 5:00Speaker 4: the River. You're getting tickets to see Alex Warren at
- 5:02Speaker 4: Bridgetone Arena.
- 5:03Speaker 9: I'm so excited.
- 5:04Speaker 10: Thank you guys so much.
- 5:05Speaker 5: You're so welcome. Who are you gonna take with you?
- 5:07Speaker 6: My youngest he's a big fan.
- 5:10Speaker 5: Oh good. You want to know what's cool about Alex Warren.
- 5:12Speaker 4: He's one of those artists where really young kids love him,
- 5:15Speaker 4: but also much older.
- 5:17Speaker 5: Crowd also loves him. Like he just spans, did.
- 5:20Speaker 2: You call Chris old?
- 5:21Speaker 5: No? I didn't.
- 5:22Speaker 2: You said much older?
- 5:23Speaker 5: I say, Kristen, you said much old.
- 5:25Speaker 2: I'm just saying you said much older.
- 5:27Speaker 4: He has a lot of different fans for different generations
- 5:31Speaker 4: than two of his concerts, but it is very cool
- 5:35Speaker 4: to watch. It's very cool to see that he can
- 5:37Speaker 4: kind of reach that many different people.
- 5:39Speaker 8: Sure, my daughter is a huge fan. Christin.
- 5:42Speaker 3: Thank you for call and starting your day with us.
- 5:44Speaker 3: You're gonna have fun at this concert. Have a great
- 5:46Speaker 3: day today, all right, thank you.
- 5:47Speaker 10: I appreciate it.
- 5:48Speaker 5: And you sound young and spry. Kristen, and now you're
- 5:51Speaker 5: making it up. No, because Zach.
- 5:54Speaker 3: Seconds, we're gonna put you on hold to get all
- 5:56Speaker 3: your information. Okay, thanks, Thanks, are these tickets tomorrow.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Same time?
- 6:01Speaker 9: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on.
- 6:06Speaker 11: Morning.
- 6:06Speaker 8: Thank you for starting your day with us.
- 6:07Speaker 3: Ricky is back at it judging something else. She just
- 6:11Speaker 3: was the judge like a cocktail competition and uh, now
- 6:16Speaker 3: we don't know what it is, but she's judged.
- 6:17Speaker 8: Not it's not zach or I.
- 6:19Speaker 3: I don't think, Oh Ricky, hold on, I can't hear
- 6:22Speaker 3: you at all.
- 6:23Speaker 8: Oh, oh there you are.
- 6:26Speaker 5: Can you hear me?
- 6:26Speaker 1: Now?
- 6:26Speaker 8: I can hear you right now.
- 6:27Speaker 2: That was weird.
- 6:28Speaker 4: I was gonna say, I hope you can hear me.
- 6:30Speaker 4: I don't know what else to do if you can.
- 6:33Speaker 4: But yes, I am judging something new this time. I
- 6:35Speaker 4: just want to say, I am so happy that people
- 6:38Speaker 4: are learning my true talent of judgment.
- 6:40Speaker 5: And letting me use that talent in a.
- 6:43Speaker 4: Very formal public facing outside.
- 6:47Speaker 5: Of this show and judging just the two of you.
- 6:50Speaker 8: You've had a lot of practice over the years.
- 6:51Speaker 5: Yes, I have with the two of you.
- 6:53Speaker 4: And now I'm just judging other things. But I'm judging burgers.
- 6:57Speaker 4: Battle of the Burger. It's happening on Thursday at the
- 7:00Speaker 4: Yard at One City, and I will be judging and
- 7:03Speaker 4: seeing which burger in Nashville is.
- 7:05Speaker 5: The best burger.
- 7:06Speaker 7: I don't think I've ever been more jealous a day
- 7:08Speaker 7: in my life. I love me a burger. I want
- 7:11Speaker 7: to taste all of them.
- 7:12Speaker 5: The positive here, Zach is that you can come.
- 7:14Speaker 4: Oh I'm coming because everybody can come. If you want
- 7:16Speaker 4: to get a ticket, I am going to post a
- 7:18Speaker 4: link up on one O seven five The River's Instagram page.
- 7:20Speaker 5: In the stories.
- 7:21Speaker 4: There's also a contest running on one O seven five
- 7:24Speaker 4: The River's page right now to win tickets to go.
- 7:28Speaker 3: Okay, can I can I throw some like uh, you know,
- 7:31Speaker 3: burger styles at you and you tell us how you
- 7:33Speaker 3: feel about them?
- 7:34Speaker 5: Sure?
- 7:35Speaker 4: Yeah, this might be an advantage though for any burger
- 7:37Speaker 4: places that are listening right now that might be part of.
- 7:39Speaker 5: This contry your audience.
- 7:42Speaker 3: Do you like a thin and crispy burger patty.
- 7:46Speaker 5: Like a smash burger?
- 7:47Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 7:47Speaker 5: I love a smash burger?
- 7:49Speaker 3: Okay, okay, what about a thick burger that's like hard
- 7:52Speaker 3: to get your mouth around?
- 7:53Speaker 1: Yes?
- 7:54Speaker 5: I do? I like those as well. Tell me going
- 7:56Speaker 5: to be right?
- 7:57Speaker 7: Are you going to be judging like the condiments that
- 7:59Speaker 7: are on the burghl burger?
- 8:03Speaker 5: Yes? Like how it tastes, what it looks like.
- 8:05Speaker 7: Definitely pickles on the burger, you know I love pickles.
- 8:08Speaker 2: Yep, that has to be on there.
- 8:10Speaker 8: How do you feel about a fried egg? And a burger. Oh,
- 8:12Speaker 8: I'm all for it.
- 8:13Speaker 5: Ooh my mouth just started watering.
- 8:15Speaker 3: Now what about how important is the bread to uh,
- 8:23Speaker 3: you know, meat ratio.
- 8:25Speaker 4: So that's where I'm a little different because I'm gluten free.
- 8:28Speaker 4: So sometimes they don't have gluten free buns and we
- 8:31Speaker 4: go with like.
- 8:32Speaker 5: Lettuce style, you know what I mean.
- 8:33Speaker 4: So it depends on the bun or if they even
- 8:37Speaker 4: have a bun kind of changes the whole the.
- 8:40Speaker 5: Flavor palate, you know.
- 8:47Speaker 8: So that's interesting. Do you think these chefs know I?
- 8:49Speaker 3: Do you think they'll come prepare to gluten free options
- 8:51Speaker 3: for you?
- 8:52Speaker 4: I did this last year as well, and they had
- 8:54Speaker 4: gluten free options for me.
- 8:55Speaker 5: Some of them had gluten free buns.
- 8:56Speaker 4: Some of them had lettuce, some of them had nothing,
- 8:59Speaker 4: which I totally get and so I don't dock them
- 9:01Speaker 4: points on that, but they do make it very friendly
- 9:05Speaker 4: for the gluten free Yah.
- 9:06Speaker 3: Okay, Well, good Luck is this Thursday again? Ricky's going
- 9:09Speaker 3: to post a link on the Instagram at one oh
- 9:11Speaker 3: seven five the River if you want to join her
- 9:13Speaker 3: taste some of these burgers for yourself. Good luck, Rickey,
- 9:16Speaker 3: Oh I don't need luck.
- 9:17Speaker 4: Fun so jealous judge literally so good at judging and
- 9:22Speaker 4: then even better at judging food because your girl loves
- 9:25Speaker 4: a good meal.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 9:28Speaker 8: I just passed seven o'clock. You're on this Tuesday morning.
- 9:30Speaker 8: Let's go.
- 9:31Speaker 3: Ricky Sanchez is right here with those three things. Presented
- 9:33Speaker 3: by Marx Bain Real Estate.
- 9:35Speaker 4: Racy Abrams has announced her third album, Daughter from Hell
- 9:39Speaker 4: is the name of this album. It's gonna come out
- 9:41Speaker 4: July seventeenth. The lead single, hit the Wall, is actually
- 9:45Speaker 4: coming out this Thursday night.
- 9:47Speaker 5: Very excited about it. She told Billboard that she wrote.
- 9:49Speaker 4: The album in between the hectic moments of touring and
- 9:52Speaker 4: that she try not to put any pressure on herself
- 9:55Speaker 4: to reinvent, which I think is really cool. Sometimes people,
- 9:58Speaker 4: you know, they come out with something really successful and
- 10:00Speaker 4: then they switch it up and then you don't.
- 10:02Speaker 5: Know how successful it's really going to be.
- 10:04Speaker 4: So it seems like we're kind of getting the same
- 10:05Speaker 4: vibes we're used to from Gracie. But we'll really find
- 10:08Speaker 4: out this Thursday with her first single. If you're driving downtown,
- 10:12Speaker 4: you'll start to notice new traffic signal changes. This is
- 10:15Speaker 4: the next phase of National's downtown signal retiming project that
- 10:19Speaker 4: they're doing, and Dot says that the upgrades are designed
- 10:22Speaker 4: to improve traffic flow and make busy intersections safer.
- 10:25Speaker 5: Pedestrian crashes are actually.
- 10:27Speaker 4: Down twenty percent downtown, which is really amazing since they
- 10:30Speaker 4: started adding these different headstart crossing signals and implement different
- 10:35Speaker 4: phases of this entire project. The next phase includes better
- 10:39Speaker 4: timed lights, dedicated left turn signals, thank god, because the
- 10:43Speaker 4: left turn signals have been driving me nuts down here
- 10:48Speaker 4: and flashing yellow arrows at key intersections in order to
- 10:52Speaker 4: keep traffic moving while improving safety. So hopefully this continues
- 10:56Speaker 4: to make it safer and safer for pedestrians because National
- 10:58Speaker 4: is actually known for not be safe for pedestrians, which
- 11:01Speaker 4: is not great. So already onto a good track here
- 11:05Speaker 4: with the drop of twenty percent of any pedestrian crashes.
- 11:09Speaker 4: And Nintendo is raising the price on switch to just
- 11:13Speaker 4: like everything else is life, it's getting more expensive.
- 11:16Speaker 5: Nintendo announced that the hiking.
- 11:17Speaker 4: Of the price is going to go from four forty
- 11:20Speaker 4: nine to ninety nine to four hundred and ninety nine
- 11:22Speaker 4: ninety nine.
- 11:23Speaker 5: This September. They issued an apology.
- 11:27Speaker 4: They said, you know, we're sorry that this is happening,
- 11:29Speaker 4: but the price was raised because the price hikes on
- 11:31Speaker 4: the parts that are needed in order to build the
- 11:34Speaker 4: Nintendo switched to.
- 11:36Speaker 5: Since it's launched last.
- 11:37Speaker 4: June, they've sold nearly twenty million new units. So if
- 11:41Speaker 4: you want to buy one, this summer is the time
- 11:43Speaker 4: to do it. Don't wait until September because it's just
- 11:46Speaker 4: going to go up again.
- 11:47Speaker 2: A good call.
- 11:48Speaker 5: I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 11:50Speaker 5: need to know.
- 11:50Speaker 8: Thank you, Ricky.
- 11:51Speaker 3: And while we're talking about things getting more expensive, you
- 11:53Speaker 3: should know about an hour from now, we have one
- 11:54Speaker 3: thousand bucks for you.
- 11:55Speaker 8: We're paying your bills.
- 11:56Speaker 3: Come eight ten, get that keyword, get that money back
- 12:00Speaker 3: down the way.
- 12:00Speaker 8: Zach's Facts. We are learning together.
- 12:02Speaker 10: Next class is in Sessions Zach's Facts, brought to you
- 12:07Speaker 10: by Mark Spain Real Estate on the River.
- 12:10Speaker 7: Did you guys know that if you put like a
- 12:12Speaker 7: cold spoon to the top of your mouth, it's supposed
- 12:14Speaker 7: to help with like sinus pressure.
- 12:17Speaker 8: So I looked it up and apparently it reduces.
- 12:19Speaker 7: Inflammation and the nasal canal it like will actually help
- 12:22Speaker 7: if you have like sinus problems going on in your head, so.
- 12:26Speaker 4: Like when you're congested from all of these terrible allergies.
- 12:29Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 12:29Speaker 7: This You take a cold spoon, put it on the
- 12:31Speaker 7: roof of your mouth and it's supposed to help.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Okay, there's your fact of the day.
- 12:35Speaker 5: I'll try it.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Now we know.
- 12:37Speaker 9: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning.
- 12:40Speaker 1: On the River.
- 12:42Speaker 4: My elopement is coming up faster than I expected.
- 12:46Speaker 5: Uh, and the awkward questions are starting.
- 12:49Speaker 4: It's Ricky Zachabano in the morning on one.
- 12:51Speaker 5: O seven five the River.
- 12:52Speaker 4: Yesterday Kevin went, are you an aj going to join
- 12:56Speaker 4: your bank accounts?
- 12:57Speaker 5: Out of literally.
- 12:58Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, no. You guys are talking about
- 13:01Speaker 3: you were talking but what were we talking about? Getting
- 13:02Speaker 3: you nails done or something? And you said that he
- 13:04Speaker 3: was going to.
- 13:05Speaker 8: Pay for you to get your nail and do I
- 13:06Speaker 8: have this right?
- 13:07Speaker 4: And you followed it up with an awkward conversation of
- 13:10Speaker 4: are you guys going to join your bank account?
- 13:11Speaker 7: But I feel like that's a legit question, like are
- 13:13Speaker 7: you going.
- 13:14Speaker 4: To Well I started to think about it more than
- 13:16Speaker 4: I have prior, and now I want to know the
- 13:18Speaker 4: pros and cons of joining bank accounts when.
- 13:20Speaker 5: You get married.
- 13:22Speaker 9: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on.
- 13:26Speaker 8: The seven five the river.
- 13:28Speaker 3: We're talking about the pros and cons of newlyweds joining
- 13:31Speaker 3: bank accounts, bringing their money together. We got on this.
- 13:34Speaker 3: I will explain why it popped in my head.
- 13:36Speaker 8: Ricky wasn't out of nowhere.
- 13:38Speaker 2: We were talking.
- 13:38Speaker 3: You said that Aja, your fiance who you will soon
- 13:41Speaker 3: be eloping.
- 13:42Speaker 5: Less than a month away with weird uh huh.
- 13:46Speaker 2: He said that he was.
- 13:46Speaker 3: Going to like pay, it was very sweet of him
- 13:48Speaker 3: pay for you to get your nails done before your elopement.
- 13:51Speaker 3: And I was like, well, that's a weird way of
- 13:52Speaker 3: saying it that he's going to pay because you guys
- 13:54Speaker 3: are getting married, so like his money's your money and
- 13:56Speaker 3: vice versa.
- 13:57Speaker 8: And then I asked you if you were joining bank
- 13:59Speaker 8: account and.
- 14:00Speaker 4: You kN One likes to make things weird and he
- 14:02Speaker 4: likes to ask the weird questions that.
- 14:04Speaker 5: Are super personal. Okay, so here we are, Kevin.
- 14:07Speaker 7: Let's start with you have a shared bank account, We
- 14:10Speaker 7: have a credit card, and then we both have our
- 14:13Speaker 7: own bank accounts.
- 14:14Speaker 8: So no, we not go out.
- 14:16Speaker 2: Don't have a shared bank account.
- 14:17Speaker 5: We don't.
- 14:17Speaker 8: And I'm not saying one way is right or wrong.
- 14:20Speaker 8: I was just asking what they were doing.
- 14:21Speaker 4: So we've discussed it a little bit, and I don't
- 14:23Speaker 4: think we're going to kind of combine our bank accounts.
- 14:27Speaker 4: We do have a shared savings account that we started
- 14:30Speaker 4: prior to the elopement or anything like that, and when
- 14:33Speaker 4: we were originally deciding on whether or not we were
- 14:36Speaker 4: going to do a traditional wedding, we decided, let's start
- 14:39Speaker 4: a shared bank account.
- 14:41Speaker 5: We save our money.
- 14:43Speaker 4: But we don't really think that we're going to share
- 14:45Speaker 4: our savings account.
- 14:47Speaker 5: I don't know the pro to that, do you know
- 14:49Speaker 5: what I mean? I feel like he has his money,
- 14:51Speaker 5: I have my money.
- 14:52Speaker 4: It is still our money at the end of the day,
- 14:55Speaker 4: like we discuss big purchases together.
- 14:57Speaker 5: And things like that. I don't think we need to
- 14:59Speaker 5: have a shared checking it.
- 15:01Speaker 3: I looked it up. Here would be some of the pros.
- 15:03Speaker 3: A simpler bill paying, be more transparency see team mindset D,
- 15:09Speaker 3: easier budgeting.
- 15:10Speaker 5: Did you put this in chat?
- 15:11Speaker 8: Yeah? Yeah, yeah I did.
- 15:13Speaker 5: Again. None of this sounds like a human being is
- 15:15Speaker 5: saying that.
- 15:16Speaker 2: Here is None of those are pros.
- 15:18Speaker 7: If you just have the conversation of like, okay, cool
- 15:21Speaker 7: do you want to buy a five hundred dollars cooler?
- 15:24Speaker 2: Let's talk about it.
- 15:24Speaker 4: Before we right, exactly like the big purchases we discussed.
- 15:28Speaker 2: That makes sense.
- 15:29Speaker 3: What about different spending habits though, Like do you does
- 15:32Speaker 3: he know that you are addicted to shopping?
- 15:35Speaker 5: Oh, he's well aware. He's the boxes all the time.
- 15:37Speaker 5: He is well aware.
- 15:39Speaker 8: You're not hiding this stuff from him.
- 15:40Speaker 1: No.
- 15:40Speaker 2: I feel like at that point, not his problem, not
- 15:43Speaker 2: his money.
- 15:43Speaker 4: Exactly is my money that I'm spending on this? Because
- 15:46Speaker 4: it's not his money? And we also we are very
- 15:49Speaker 4: transparent with each other. I know what he makes, he knows.
- 15:51Speaker 5: What I make.
- 15:52Speaker 4: Yeah, we know how all of this works. There's no
- 15:55Speaker 4: like hiding finances, you know what I mean. I'm not
- 15:58Speaker 4: like hoarding away money.
- 16:00Speaker 8: Be the concern that.
- 16:01Speaker 3: Some couples would have is the hiding finances, hiding purchases,
- 16:06Speaker 3: stuff like that.
- 16:06Speaker 8: But it sounds like you guys are doing it right right.
- 16:08Speaker 4: So I don't think that there's any difference in this,
- 16:11Speaker 4: you know what I mean. If there are any pros
- 16:13Speaker 4: to having a joint checking account, if somebody out there
- 16:17Speaker 4: has a joint checking account and can convince me that
- 16:19Speaker 4: that's the way to go, then I want them.
- 16:21Speaker 5: To call us.
- 16:21Speaker 7: I think the only pride would be if he made
- 16:23Speaker 7: like a lot of money, then you would want to
- 16:26Speaker 7: share the bank account.
- 16:28Speaker 5: He probably wouldn't.
- 16:30Speaker 4: Six seven through seven, nine, one oh seven. If you
- 16:34Speaker 4: have a reason why I should have a joint checking
- 16:36Speaker 4: account with my Sudibe husband, I want to hear.
- 16:40Speaker 5: All about it.
- 16:41Speaker 8: Thanks for being a part of our morning, Ricky.
- 16:43Speaker 9: Zach and Meno in the Morning on.
- 16:47Speaker 5: Sharing a bank account.
- 16:48Speaker 4: It's something that you got to discuss when you're getting married.
- 16:50Speaker 4: You may want to have joint savings and checking all together.
- 16:54Speaker 4: It's one of seven five the river I am about
- 16:57Speaker 4: to elope in less than a month. Kind of nuts.
- 17:00Speaker 4: So now these are the conversations that are happening. Yvonne
- 17:02Speaker 4: and Clarksville. What are the pros and cons to having
- 17:06Speaker 4: a shared checking account.
- 17:08Speaker 6: I don't think you should.
- 17:09Speaker 10: I think having separate account.
- 17:12Speaker 6: My husband and I had an account that like our
- 17:15Speaker 6: mortgage came out of, so we had one account that
- 17:18Speaker 6: we put that money in. But I had my own
- 17:21Speaker 6: account and he had.
- 17:22Speaker 9: His own account.
- 17:23Speaker 5: And that was because the first.
- 17:24Speaker 6: Time he checked me on my Starbucks purchases.
- 17:28Speaker 4: Yeah, I love that, and that makes sense to me.
- 17:32Speaker 3: I have to address the elephant in the room here.
- 17:34Speaker 3: You're speaking past tense.
- 17:36Speaker 6: Yes, yes, we are getting a divorce.
- 17:42Speaker 3: Well, you know, people say I'm sorry to hear that,
- 17:44Speaker 3: but sometimes I mean it's it's.
- 17:48Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, it's a good thing.
- 17:50Speaker 2: Jo, You's got to go.
- 17:51Speaker 3: But this is because of your spending habits.
- 17:55Speaker 10: No, definitely not.
- 17:57Speaker 5: No, a divorce So we Starbucks.
- 18:03Speaker 2: Years ago?
- 18:04Speaker 5: Who Yeah, I.
- 18:05Speaker 6: Will say to finances was never a problem. So and
- 18:09Speaker 6: I think because of that, Like I thought he was
- 18:12Speaker 6: terrible at spending money, but at the same time, because
- 18:15Speaker 6: I didn't see his account, it was like it didn't
- 18:19Speaker 6: bother me.
- 18:20Speaker 5: I like this idea.
- 18:21Speaker 4: I like this idea of having one account where you
- 18:23Speaker 4: have like your bills go into that account so you
- 18:25Speaker 4: know everything's there, and then outside of that you have
- 18:27Speaker 4: your own thing.
- 18:28Speaker 5: All right, thank you, I appreciate it.
- 18:32Speaker 2: Von is on the market. If there's any single men
- 18:34Speaker 2: that want Von.
- 18:35Speaker 5: Okay, Von, are you looking for anyone though right now?
- 18:38Speaker 6: A sugar daddy, Yeah, a sugar daddy would be great.
- 18:45Speaker 3: Well, thanks you bout this conversation, but to a place
- 18:47Speaker 3: I didn't expect, but we appreciate your thanks.
- 18:51Speaker 4: By I think that that is a great way to
- 18:55Speaker 4: handle your finances.
- 18:56Speaker 7: Yeah, that way, everything you know is taken care of,
- 18:58Speaker 7: and then all of your spendnatures are own account.
- 19:02Speaker 2: Don't worry about me.
- 19:03Speaker 5: Is good. And then I think we.
- 19:05Speaker 3: Will actually agree on this one because you said it's
- 19:07Speaker 3: still gonna have a little bit of independence too, right, right.
- 19:11Speaker 4: And you know, God forbid anything happens.
- 19:13Speaker 3: One last thing you gotta worry about a minute.
- 19:16Speaker 7: I mean, according to a Van, you're gonna get divorced.
- 19:19Speaker 4: That's not what's gonna get divorced. She said that she's
- 19:22Speaker 4: getting divorced.
- 19:23Speaker 2: You're saying.
- 19:25Speaker 8: You got the wrong message from that.
- 19:27Speaker 4: Calls just waiting for a J and I to break up.
- 19:31Speaker 3: Hey, we're playing Ariana Grande eight forty. If you want
- 19:34Speaker 3: to see Ariana Grande in New York. If you want
- 19:36Speaker 3: to trip, be here at eight forty this morning on
- 19:38Speaker 3: the river.
- 19:39Speaker 9: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning.
- 19:42Speaker 4: On one of seven five the river, and it's time
- 19:46Speaker 4: for Kevin Manno's Game of the day.
- 19:47Speaker 5: For tickets to.
- 19:48Speaker 4: See Thomas Rhett and now Horn together at Giodas Park
- 19:51Speaker 4: on July ninth.
- 19:52Speaker 8: The game is called pear pressure.
- 19:54Speaker 3: Not pair like the fruit, but like a pair, like
- 19:56Speaker 3: a pair of people, pair of things.
- 19:58Speaker 8: Thomas Rhtt never mind, you got it.
- 19:59Speaker 4: Went to pair of people, not the pants or like
- 20:03Speaker 4: anything else, because I'm inspired with the game by Thomas
- 20:06Speaker 4: Rtt and Isle Horne, and they are not pants, they
- 20:08Speaker 4: are people.
- 20:09Speaker 5: Okay, you know what I mean?
- 20:10Speaker 8: Uh, Meredith, and Nashville is on the line. How you doing, Meredith?
- 20:14Speaker 10: I'm doing great.
- 20:14Speaker 4: How are y'all?
- 20:15Speaker 3: We're god no complaints over here on this Tuesday morning.
- 20:18Speaker 3: You did tell us right before we went on the
- 20:20Speaker 3: air that you're really close to Giotis Park.
- 20:22Speaker 6: Right now, literally driving by on my way to work.
- 20:24Speaker 5: Yep.
- 20:25Speaker 3: Yeah, that's where the show is that you're trying to
- 20:26Speaker 3: win tickets for.
- 20:27Speaker 8: Do you work right there or you still got a
- 20:29Speaker 8: bit of a drive ahead of you.
- 20:30Speaker 10: I work next to the Metro Police headquarters.
- 20:33Speaker 8: What do you do?
- 20:34Speaker 10: I work for a nonprofit that helps children who have
- 20:37Speaker 10: experienced you.
- 20:38Speaker 4: Oh that's amazing, Maria, Hey for doing shut out the
- 20:41Speaker 4: nonprofit really quick.
- 20:42Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 20:43Speaker 8: It's the Nashville Children's Alliance. Okay, that's great.
- 20:47Speaker 3: I'm gonna feel so bad if you don't win these
- 20:49Speaker 3: tickets when we send you away empty handed.
- 20:51Speaker 8: But your game starts right now.
- 20:54Speaker 10: All right, let's go.
- 20:56Speaker 3: Do you need three out? Of five of these to win.
- 20:58Speaker 3: The tickets should be easy. An old TV comedy Mork
- 21:03Speaker 3: and Blank, Do you.
- 21:04Speaker 8: Know that one? Mindy nice, Robin Williams.
- 21:10Speaker 3: Show, This is easy, cartoon Buddies, Beavis and.
- 21:15Speaker 8: Butthead.
- 21:17Speaker 5: Yeah nice.
- 21:18Speaker 7: John literally pointed at Ricky and I said, butt head.
- 21:21Speaker 4: It's funny because Zach pointed at me, and I immediately
- 21:24Speaker 4: thought of Kevin when I thought, so, we're all.
- 21:27Speaker 5: Thinking of each other right now.
- 21:28Speaker 8: You still need one more, you still need one more?
- 21:30Speaker 3: Here country icons Brooks and.
- 21:35Speaker 8: And yeah, John, just like that, man, that was easy.
- 21:38Speaker 6: Congratulations, Yay, thank you guys.
- 21:43Speaker 5: Congratulations, thank yourself. You're the one that did the work.
- 21:45Speaker 4: You're getting tickets to see Thomas Rhett and now Horn
- 21:47Speaker 4: at Giodas Parks Light Night.
- 21:49Speaker 10: It's amazing. I'm so excited.
- 21:51Speaker 8: You're the best.
- 21:52Speaker 3: Hey, do you want the rest of the questions I
- 21:54Speaker 3: had prepared for you?
- 21:55Speaker 6: Yes?
- 21:56Speaker 3: Okay, Notorious Gangsters Bonnie and Bye Clyde.
- 22:00Speaker 8: All right, this might be tough. I don't know.
- 22:02Speaker 3: Home renovators and married couple Chip and oh my goodness,
- 22:08Speaker 3: yeah is in tuego nice job?
- 22:11Speaker 4: Yeah, Yeah, congratulations again. Mary, We're gonna put you on
- 22:17Speaker 4: a hold for just a second.
- 22:18Speaker 5: We gotta get your info.
- 22:19Speaker 6: Okay, thank you so much.
- 22:21Speaker 3: Goodness gracious, she was good at that. We've got more
- 22:23Speaker 3: of these tickets. Same game tomorrow.
- 22:26Speaker 1: Three things you need to know guy, Just.
- 22:28Speaker 8: After eight o'clock, let's go. Ricky's got those three things.
- 22:32Speaker 8: Presented by Mark Spain Real Estate.
- 22:34Speaker 4: Savannah Guthrie is adding game show hosts to her resume.
- 22:38Speaker 4: She's announced a new gig hosting the brand new Wordle
- 22:41Speaker 4: game show. Jimmy Fallon's production company is behind the show,
- 22:44Speaker 4: which is based off of the viral New York Times
- 22:47Speaker 4: game Wordle.
- 22:48Speaker 5: Kevin loves it. He plays every day. Although you lost
- 22:51Speaker 5: your streak recently, didn't you.
- 22:53Speaker 8: Well, I lose my streak.
- 22:54Speaker 3: I mean I was up to like one hundred something
- 22:56Speaker 3: and then we went on vacation, and vacation always throws
- 22:59Speaker 3: me off, So yeah, I started back at zero.
- 23:02Speaker 9: Well.
- 23:02Speaker 4: Shooting for the show will begin this summer, and Kevin
- 23:05Speaker 4: will be the first person to watch it. Riverfront Park
- 23:08Speaker 4: is doing Happy Hour pilates this week.
- 23:10Speaker 5: The plates class is.
- 23:11Speaker 4: Free at the park right next to as end from
- 23:14Speaker 4: five to six pm, with Happy Hour following from six
- 23:17Speaker 4: to seven at Zuzuo which is right across the street
- 23:19Speaker 4: from the park.
- 23:20Speaker 5: First class is this Thursday.
- 23:21Speaker 4: With two more planned for June eleventh and June eighteenth.
- 23:25Speaker 5: I love a free class. Pilates can be expensive. Take
- 23:28Speaker 5: the free class outside. Why not?
- 23:30Speaker 4: These events are weather permitting those so I suggest following
- 23:33Speaker 4: at Downtown Underscore Nashville for updates. And a new sleep
- 23:38Speaker 4: pack is gaining traction and you may have already tried
- 23:41Speaker 4: it or something similar to this.
- 23:43Speaker 5: It's called cognitive shuffling, and.
- 23:46Speaker 4: It's all about distracting your brain from the things that
- 23:49Speaker 4: you're constantly thinking about by thinking about something neutral and boring.
- 23:52Speaker 5: Enough in order to fall asleep.
- 23:54Speaker 4: So same idea as counting sheep, but slightly different, okay
- 23:57Speaker 4: if you haven't tried it before. You have to pick
- 23:59Speaker 4: a simple, just neutral word like blanket for instance, okay, and.
- 24:04Speaker 5: Then you go letter by letter for that word.
- 24:07Speaker 4: And you think of something random, unrelated and briefly picture it.
- 24:11Speaker 5: So for b you might.
- 24:12Speaker 4: Think banana, okay, And then you go to l and
- 24:16Speaker 4: you might think lizard, so then you picture a lizard
- 24:19Speaker 4: and then move on, so on and so forth. People
- 24:21Speaker 4: are saying that it really helps them fall asleep, and
- 24:22Speaker 4: a lot of times they don't even get through the
- 24:24Speaker 4: full world this.
- 24:26Speaker 7: Most of the time, I just think about Kevin and
- 24:28Speaker 7: I immediately fell ASTI because he's boring.
- 24:30Speaker 2: Yeah, it's mean and.
- 24:31Speaker 8: Also creepy at the same time.
- 24:35Speaker 5: And those are the three things you need to know.
- 24:37Speaker 5: Added with a creepy edition.
- 24:40Speaker 8: Well, thank you a guy. I'm definitely gonna try that.
- 24:42Speaker 3: And I just have to circle back and say I
- 24:44Speaker 3: didn't lose World. I didn't get it wrong. I just
- 24:46Speaker 3: forgot to play because we were on vacation. My record is.
- 24:48Speaker 4: One, so sorry for not saying it correct sixty seven.
- 24:53Speaker 3: That was my max streak, one sixty seven and I
- 24:55Speaker 3: just forgot because we were on vacation.
- 24:56Speaker 8: I'm glad we did not lose. No, I didn't get
- 24:59Speaker 8: it wrong.
- 24:59Speaker 9: Come you do lose the game, Ricky is Zach and
- 25:03Speaker 9: manno in the morning.
- 25:07Speaker 4: Never did I think that this would become such a
- 25:09Speaker 4: topic of conversation and such a debate.
- 25:11Speaker 5: But here we are.
- 25:12Speaker 4: It's one of seven five the river, and we cannot
- 25:15Speaker 4: stop talking about how we put on our socks and
- 25:17Speaker 4: shoes in the morning, because each of us does it differently,
- 25:21Speaker 4: which makes.
- 25:22Speaker 5: No sense to me.
- 25:23Speaker 4: I do it normally, okay, hold on, hold on, hold on,
- 25:26Speaker 4: We're gonna go through what everybody does, okay, and at
- 25:28Speaker 4: least Zach and I are in agreement that Kevin does
- 25:31Speaker 4: it the weirdest.
- 25:31Speaker 5: I do it the way that.
- 25:35Speaker 4: I assumed everybody else did it, which I thought was normal,
- 25:38Speaker 4: which is.
- 25:39Speaker 5: Sock, sock, shoe, shoe.
- 25:41Speaker 8: No I do sock chew sock shoe.
- 25:44Speaker 5: So Zach does it entirely different.
- 25:46Speaker 4: And then Kevin, tell everybody what you do. Because this
- 25:49Speaker 4: needs actual explanation.
- 25:51Speaker 3: I mean, this has been something that people are shocked
- 25:55Speaker 3: about me for years here, but I wear two pairs.
- 25:57Speaker 8: Of socks pretty much every day.
- 25:59Speaker 3: So I go, oh, sock, sock, sock, sock, pants, and
- 26:03Speaker 3: then later shoes.
- 26:06Speaker 2: Kevin, it's insane. You actually make my brain hurt.
- 26:11Speaker 1: It's literally insane.
- 26:12Speaker 3: My feet and more comfortable with two pairs of socks.
- 26:14Speaker 3: I don't know why they're with one, they're very sweaty.
- 26:16Speaker 3: With two, it's more comfortable.
- 26:18Speaker 5: Doesn't make any sense.
- 26:18Speaker 3: I like a tube sock, so I put them on
- 26:20Speaker 3: before I put my pants on.
- 26:21Speaker 8: See you got them showing you guys right now.
- 26:23Speaker 3: Here's this sock, and then underneath I got the little
- 26:25Speaker 3: sockh So you wear a short sock and then a
- 26:27Speaker 3: tall short sock, tall sock, short sock, tall sock pants, uh, holster,
- 26:34Speaker 3: money belt.
- 26:35Speaker 5: Okay, you're in shade. All this is nuts.
- 26:39Speaker 4: The normal way that people do their shoes and socks.
- 26:41Speaker 4: So I swore was sock, sock, shoes, shoe. No, so
- 26:46Speaker 4: Zach does it where it's just all at once. You're
- 26:49Speaker 4: sitting down and putting everything on to Yeah.
- 26:51Speaker 7: I sit down and I put my leg up on
- 26:54Speaker 7: the other leg, and I put my sock and then
- 26:56Speaker 7: my shoe on on that leg, and then I do
- 26:58Speaker 7: the opposite leg.
- 26:59Speaker 5: And this is still so off balance.
- 27:01Speaker 3: This is the last thing you do before you walk
- 27:02Speaker 3: out the door. You're not like walking around your house
- 27:04Speaker 3: with the shoes on.
- 27:04Speaker 4: Correct, Okay, I would feel all balanced. So even though
- 27:08Speaker 4: it's for a split second, like I just want to
- 27:10Speaker 4: right because both of my my feet would feel different.
- 27:14Speaker 3: Having one foot with a sock and a shoe on
- 27:17Speaker 3: it and the other footage just naked.
- 27:19Speaker 8: That feels crazy, Like that.
- 27:20Speaker 4: Just feels weird, totally normal, it is.
- 27:24Speaker 3: I did look it up and the more common thing
- 27:26Speaker 3: is what Ricky does sock, socks, shoes, shoes.
- 27:30Speaker 2: So you just walk around in your socks.
- 27:32Speaker 5: Yeah, all the time.
- 27:34Speaker 2: You just walk around in your socks.
- 27:36Speaker 5: My slippers on, Yeah, so.
- 27:37Speaker 2: Then they get dirty.
- 27:38Speaker 5: No, with my slippers on, She's not looking at.
- 27:43Speaker 8: A dirty flow.
- 27:45Speaker 5: My house is so dirty.
- 27:47Speaker 2: Vacuum beforehand.
- 27:48Speaker 5: Oh my, I do vacuum my apartment. I know this
- 27:52Speaker 5: is going to a whole different conversation.
- 27:54Speaker 8: Where do your pants factor?
- 27:56Speaker 3: And I need to know that did the pants come
- 27:58Speaker 3: before the socks?
- 28:00Speaker 4: I feel like there's an HR violation new So, but
- 28:06Speaker 4: I will I will admit that depending on the socks
- 28:09Speaker 4: that I'm wearing. If I'm wearing high socks, like what
- 28:11Speaker 4: you like, Kevin, I will put my high socks.
- 28:13Speaker 5: On first and then my pants.
- 28:16Speaker 8: Okay, But normally I'm not.
- 28:17Speaker 4: Wearing high socks, so typically I'm putting my pants on.
- 28:20Speaker 3: And then Thanks for being a part of our morning, Ricky.
- 28:24Speaker 9: Zach and Meno.
- 28:25Speaker 1: In the morning.
- 28:27Speaker 4: At one O seven five, the River want you to
