  Awesome day yesterday. Cannot complain whatsoever. So thank you to everyone.

  Big shout outs to Red Lobster in Middletown for having an amazing platter set

  up for us from my parents.

  They enjoyed it. And of course, shout outs to my wife, Rachel,

  for having our house prepared and ready to go for just a mini birthday little

  get-together before our birthday party on Sunday.

  As I wake up this morning, it is pouring in the Northeast, and I am so grateful.

  Sometimes when we wake up, we feel our aches and pains.

  Our joints just don't want to work with us. They feel as if they want to lay down forever.

  You wake up and you can feel all the, you know, the pain.

  You know, all that feeling there. And you start to feel your quote unquote age.

  You say to yourself, my goodness, am I am I getting older? What's happening?

  You know? Yeah, we get older.

  Stretching helps. Of course, I'm not a professional. But here's what I want to talk about.

  As we get older and wiser and we know what we can and cannot do,

  don't allow that part of your instincts, your, I don't want to say instincts,

  don't allow the part of your thinking that you're getting quote unquote older
• 3:31
  to set the tone for the day, for the week, for the month, heck for the year.

  Yes, we are all going to get older. And yes, some of our bones are going to
• 3:41
  ache and they're going to be a little painful at times.
• 3:45
  But think about all the sacrifices our Lord and Savior and Jesus Christ went through.
• 3:50
  Think about the pain and the torture that he went through.
• 3:53
  That's never going to be any amount of what we're dealing with.
• 3:57
  So I'm not saying that we should say, hey, how dare we?

  And I'm not comparing. but I am
• 4:05
  stating a fact just because we are going
• 4:07
  through some aches and pains and maybe we're going through some
• 4:10
  hard times at home we also have to remember the
• 4:13
  sacrifices that he made for us so when you're feeling pain when you're feeling
• 4:18
  you know like you don't want to wake up from bed or should say wake up get up
• 4:23
  from bed and and start your day always begin your day with a prayer because
• 4:28
  a day without prayer is a day without power I went about two days without prayer
• 4:32
  and I'm thinking, what's wrong?

  What's going on? And it was because I hadn't prayed.

  And the second I prayed, I felt like my pain was going away.

  I felt like my, my burdens were, were at ease and I felt like things just felt right.

  So if you haven't prayed, let's do it together right now.

  Heavenly Father, we thank you so much for all that you continue to give us.

  We know Lord that you are such an amazing God.

  We know that you are the person that has meant for us to come together.

  And we certainly know that no matter what happens in our lives,

  you will always have our best interest at heart and you will always be there for us.

  We pray today the words that you taught us.

  Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.

  Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
