- 0:18the Observatory Podcast Today. We are honored to have as our guest author and
- 0:23chandler Paul Selig. We're excited to have him share with us a message that
- 0:28he's been bringing through for several years. Sit back and relax and enjoy.
- 0:33Paul Selig. Welcome back to the Observatory Podcast today. We are joined by
- 0:39Paul Selig, an author, and we were introduced to his book some time
- 0:45ago. We've read all of his books and we really enjoy what he is
- 0:49has been giving us. He's a channeler. And welcome Paul. We're so
- 0:54glad to have you here. Yes, welcome Paul all the way from Hawaii
- 0:57today. I'm on Mallie Yes whatever, a beautiful place to live. Well,
- 1:03the people that we have on our podcast may not be really even aware
- 1:07of what it is that you do, So would you mind just kind of
- 1:11giving an introduction to what you do? I'd be awesome. Well, I'm
- 1:15at chandler. I think of myself sometimes like a radio, and I'm not
- 1:23entirely sure how this developed. I'm not somebody who necessarily even believe very much
- 1:27in channeling, but I work with guides that teach through me, and they
- 1:34dictate books through me. So I don't write anything. I sit in a
- 1:37chair, I close my eyes, and I hear it much like you would
- 1:42hear a broadcast. It's as if it's not an external voice in the room.
- 1:47It's a thought that blocks out all other thoughts, that has a very
- 1:51distinct quality to it. So when I'm chandling, I'm just tuned into a
- 1:55very specific station that is present in delivering information at a very very rapid pace.
- 2:02There are eleven books now, and there's no editing. I mean it's
- 2:06literally the books are transcribed from recordings and that's it. We go back and
- 2:09spell check and check punctuation, but maybe if three words might be changed and
- 2:15retext if I mispronounced them. So I'm a conduit for a level of information.
- 2:21When I work as a psychic, which I do as well, which
- 2:24is a different skill set, the radio that I am tunes into you,
- 2:29and then I hear an aspect of you or the people that you will ask
- 2:31about. So that seems to be my work. I tend to think of
- 2:35it as kind of stenography. Really, I don't glamorize it at all.
- 2:38It's this very odd way of transmitting information, and I'm really just the medium
- 2:46by which it comes true. Yeah, it's when we first started listening to
- 2:53you, it was a little bit we preferred to read it because it was
- 2:57a little bit distracting the way it channels. And I'm sure you'll freely admit
- 3:00that, because you receive it and kind of mumble the words and then it
- 3:06comes through and you pronounced the words then clearly. And it was a little
- 3:09bit distracting at first, but we enjoy watching it now. I'm used to
- 3:15it too. You know that I didn't start out trying to channel. I
- 3:19started to open up as a Claire audience, which is, you know,
- 3:22clear hearing. When I was working, I was volunteering at a center for
- 3:28people that were living with life challenging illnesses, doing energy work. I'd started
- 3:31a form of healing. I was very quiet about it. I was a
- 3:35college teacher for most of my adult really all of my adult life until I
- 3:39stopped. But I started hearing things for people that they began to confirm.
- 3:46And when I started doing a little group in my apartment. I wasn't planning
- 3:53on channeling, but I used to. Initially. When it would come,
- 3:55I literally felt like somebody had their lips pressed against my forehead, and as
- 4:00the word was being impressed into me, I was forming it with my lips,
- 4:05and that's how the whisper repeat began. It's a bit of a loop.
- 4:10Yeah, So I can imagine like reading ticker tape, you know,
- 4:13or fortune cookies one after another. That's really the process I'm used to it.
- 4:18I mean, I don't know how people channel. I've seen video of
- 4:21some people. It seems I don't watch and follow other channels. I saw
- 4:27some footage of Jane Roberts, who channeled Seth working back I guess the early
- 4:30nineteen seventies, and I recognized it. I recognized the physical process because for
- 4:36me, it's a very physical experience. It's not just like I'm flooding in
- 4:40a cloud, and it's certainly not like I'm reading the front page of the
- 4:44tabloids and giving everybody what they want to hear about the evils of the world.
- 4:48Right. It's a very specific way of working. And there are times
- 4:53when I don't channel with a whisper and repeat, and then I don't remember
- 4:57anything pretty much, and that's a little unnerving for me. This way,
- 5:01I'm actually able to question the teachings if I need clarification. I describe and
- 5:09very simply as climbing to the back seat of the car and turning the wheel
- 5:13over to my guides. And then if from the back seat, if I
- 5:16hear something that strikes me as confusing or impossible, I lean up and I
- 5:24say what's this about? And they'll say, Paul is interrupting, and then
- 5:27I'll usually take my question. Yeah, I love that. I love that
- 5:30we feel that you are a student along with us if you would, you
- 5:35know, probably at a different level, but still having that same relationship with
- 5:40the guides in terms of listening and being taught by them. Oh, I'm
- 5:46not a spiritual teacher and I'm certainly not a guru, and I don't want
- 5:53to or need to glamorize this. I think that's a trap that people can
- 5:57get into around spiritual world. I am aware that I have this audibility that
- 6:03has a level of skill attached to it, and that's because I've been doing
- 6:08it a long long time. You know, this didn't just I mean I
- 6:12didn't start lecturing, or I wasn't aware at least that I was lecturing until
- 6:16two thousand and eight. I was channeling, or they were bringing through attunements,
- 6:20but mostly I was hearing directions for how to work with specific energies.
- 6:27They were sort of building me. I think through that process, I had
- 6:30been a heavy smoker, and I quit smoking in two thousand and eight.
- 6:34The guide said in a group in front of people, we want to continue
- 6:36to work with you where you're going to have to stop this if we're ape,
- 6:40so we can be able to and I actually did stop the next day,
- 6:44which still amazes me. Yeah. Well, but you know, but
- 6:50they started lecturing at that point, and all I knew was that I was
- 6:55talking more and I wasn't recording anything, and certainly I wasn't transcribing. I
- 7:00didn't want to hear it. I didn't like to hear myself channel for the
- 7:01reasons you mentioned. It's kind of awkward and why am I? Why is
- 7:05this happening this way? And this is the way it's happening. And a
- 7:10medium that I had met, an old time spiritual medium, a wonderful woman,
- 7:14ninjet Nick, found out that I was not recording and transcribing, and
- 7:19was mildly indignant about it. And because I respected her, I did what
- 7:26she said, and the next week I record I recorded it, and then
- 7:29I sat there and I typed it up and I saw that it was like
- 7:32a five or seven page lecture that required no editing. And I had been
- 7:35a writer with the worst case of writer's block of anybody I've ever met in
- 7:40my life, which was a source of tremendous shame for me because I was
- 7:44teaching writing and goring teacher. But that was a game changer for me.
- 7:50About five seven pages no editing. I wanted to see every week, you
- 7:54do what happened again, and every week every week, and then maybe I've
- 8:00been doing this for a few months, they said, we have a book
- 8:03to write, and if you take two weeks, we'll do it. And
- 8:05that was the very first book of the series, called I Am the Word
- 8:09Yeah, And that tremendous book that's been a foundation. When we read that
- 8:13book the first time, we read it years ago, and then we revisited
- 8:18it again about a year ago and read in a second time after we had
- 8:22read everything else that you had done. And when we went back and revisited,
- 8:24we recognized what a foundational work that first one was because it lays the
- 8:31groundwork for everything that's coming afterward and how to really tune into that, as
- 8:35you say, and it's been beautiful. That's my feeling about that book too.
- 8:39I haven't revisits. I don't really read the after they're done. I'm
- 8:43the only time, and I don't even really read the transcripts of the individual
- 8:48lectures unless there's something that was really surprising that I wanted to go back and
- 8:52see what they were talking about. Because when I'm doing, especially when they're
- 8:56dictating a book, it's so intense. I'm just trying to keep up.
- 9:01I'm just trying to amass the pages really through you know what what what is
- 9:07the book link manuscript that they're they're delivering, So I keep an eye on
- 9:11how far they seem to be. But one of the books was five hundred
- 9:13pages, so what do I know? Right? But the first But but
- 9:18I do read them. When I do the audiobooks, that's the first time
- 9:22I sit in the chair and read them all around and really get and that's
- 9:26when I really go, wow, my goodness is no editing and no writing
- 9:28and this makes sense. I'm still surprised at the coherence. But the first
- 9:33book I also believe holds the DNA for the entirety of the teaching that everything
- 9:39else is a real detailed unpacking. I mean, it's kind of like a
- 9:45foundational course and then you go to you know, the advanced courses you can
- 9:50understand the basics of chemistry. I don't. I think I've never even took
- 9:54it, and if I did, I would have failed it before you get
- 9:56into you know, the way the universe is put together, and that's kind
- 10:03of what this has been like, Yeah, which kind of leads us to
- 10:07the teachings of the Guides because they also say, you know, if we
- 10:11were to give you everything at once, there's no way that you could hold
- 10:13it. And so that's also that same premise about you know, building building
- 10:18our spiritual awareness, our individual awareness, undoing some of the stories that are
- 10:24preventing us from understanding that at a level of where we live today. And
- 10:31I think that's been really important for me because it's given me permission then to
- 10:35lean in a lot easier and be that beginner at whatever stage I am.
- 10:39I feel like a beginner, I really in their life terribly human, are
- 10:46wonderfully human, and you know, but I know how my life has changed,
- 10:52you know, through this encounter, and you know my feeling about how
- 11:01the teaching unfolds because it is like an unfoldment. The books are energetic transmissions.
- 11:05They're all working with the vibrational field and consciousness of the reader. And
- 11:11the guides actually say that they mentor the students as they work with them.
- 11:15They're getting the books, they're being supported in their and their comprehension. And
- 11:20a lot of people have reported that, you know, but the books.
- 11:22They can feel the energy of the books, and that's the same with every
- 11:24you know, that's just been going on since the beginning. But I think
- 11:28that they bring us to a plate the place that we have to acclimate to
- 11:33each level. You know. It's almost like when you're you've been in a
- 11:35very dark cave and you're brought to the right. If you brought out too
- 11:41quickly, you might want to retreat back into the darkness. It's too sudden
- 11:45and too frightening, you know, and you can go blind, you know.
- 11:50So I think that we're led through this in ways that we can hopefully
- 11:54integrate and manage. That's my hope. I hear people whose I read seven
- 12:01books and lockdown and I'm going, great, it was a seven. It's
- 12:03a lot to read, and yeah, for times because people were doing that,
- 12:07and it's not a rush to the altar, you know, there's a
- 12:13they're bringing this through at a level that I can maintain. I have no
- 12:16idea what the really almost no idea what the next book is going to be.
- 12:18And I'm supposed to start dictation sometime this summer. It's due in the
- 12:22fall. They think about thirty days of sessions, maybe thirty five, you
- 12:28know, depending on how often how many hours I'm channeling in a day.
- 12:33And it's they're done all now, in front of audiences, in front of
- 12:35groups. I don't know. I don't do the books on the phone like
- 12:39I used to with one person, you know, in me recording, And
- 12:43I don't know yet, and I'm hoping I know, and I just have
- 12:46to trust what they've been doing. They haven't let me down yet or let
- 12:48us down yet. But I'm with you all. You know, you may
- 12:56know the work better than I do because you read it as a student,
- 13:00and I'm in some ways the radio, you know. And I used to
- 13:03say no the radio doesn't get to dance to the music, you know,
- 13:07And maybe I do now more than I art lest I feel that I do,
- 13:13But I'm not in a rush to enlightenment. I don't know that that
- 13:20happens for me in this lifetime. But I do understand when they talk about
- 13:24realization and what that means, and the idea of being realized, which means
- 13:28moving to a level of knowing which is demonstrable and experiential. You know,
- 13:37It's that's what I if I have an aspiration with this work, it's to
- 13:41rest there or grow from that awareness. I don't know that it's about having
- 13:46it be done well. One of the things that the work, there's so
- 13:52much, but one of the things that I've really enjoyed is how it has
- 13:56helped me understand language that I learned through through a faith based environment for a
- 14:01long time. How I now understand that language such as resurrection, and how
- 14:07how much more relevant the explanation is about what that really means today to the
- 14:15environment that we're in. You know, what we are called to do in
- 14:18terms of our own awakening and just what that resurrection process is versus what some
- 14:24of the faith based beliefs were of my youth. Yeah, I would agree
- 14:30with that. The other thing about that what she's saying it the faith based
- 14:35is an outside in type of learning, where this is a learning that happens
- 14:39within. It's an inside out type of learning. And it's it's been for
- 14:45both of us a transformational way of looking at things, because it's Christ consciousness
- 14:50that you're you're talking about mostly, but not in a way that we've heard
- 14:54anyone else talk about it, at least, you know, not that we
- 14:58know everyone out there who's talking. But the message is very universal across lots
- 15:05of different things that have nothing to do with Christ consciousness, whether it's Buddha
- 15:09or anything, is all coming leading back to this scene place and then having
- 15:15you know, a very pivotal part for me, and I remember reading this
- 15:18over and over and over was that everything is of God or nothing is,
- 15:22and really taking that in and having that resonate in terms of vibration, so
- 15:26that my language has changed, you know, my I no longer judge things.
- 15:33I hold them in a vibrational form. If you would, Some feel
- 15:37dancer to me, some feel lighter. And so from that standpoint, I
- 15:41think the wisdom and guidance from the Guides is just so powerful for anyone wanting
- 15:50to create more harmony and grace in their own life as they continue this path.
- 15:56Well, that's lovely to hear, you know. I you know,
- 16:00I'm an old time twelve stepper, you know. And I remember there's a
- 16:04line, Um, God is everything or God is nothing? What's hard choice
- 16:10to be in that we're lit. I remember hearing out of twenty five and
- 16:14if the Lord Man you was the adots hold themselves in darkness so much from
- 16:22whatever their addiction is, and that that place that they hold themselves in darkness
- 16:26and outside of God is not outside of God. Yeah, Judgment and Shane,
- 16:30it's all of that. Yeah, Now it's you know, it's a
- 16:33big it's a big journey. So you know, like I, like we
- 16:37were saying before, we're we're students of the Guides. Literally, we've we've
- 16:41taken a lot of time to do that. We read daily. We don't
- 16:45necessarily read this daily. We spend time as a couple just exploring reading.
- 16:49We've done a lot of work, the work that we are each doing.
- 16:52Um. I was led into a world of music through some other experiences,
- 17:00things that I had, And I notice when you channel that you're you move
- 17:04kind of back and forth like this, like a wave. And in music
- 17:07it's the same thing. It's a rhythm. And I wonder if you'd be
- 17:10willing to speak to that, if there's somewhat of a rhythm to the cadence
- 17:15of when you're when you're a channeling or not. I don't always. When
- 17:18there's some early videos of me channeling, um, I think they're up online
- 17:26someplace probably, And I used to rock like that. Yes, it's like
- 17:32being at the whaling wall or something. I didn't understand it at all,
- 17:36um, But I think some of it just may have been the energy movement
- 17:38through me. Often now there's sort of a figure a that comes when I'm
- 17:45first bringing the energy in. Once i'm working and channeling, I'm not I'm
- 17:52far less aware of the movement. Yeah, And I don't know that it's
- 17:59about cadence. I do think it's about resonance, and I think that's me
- 18:06acclimating to whatever is present and coming through in the live workshops. It's true
- 18:11people experience it in the online things as well, but when you're in a
- 18:18live workshop, you know, and there's a bunch of people and the guides
- 18:22are bringing the energy in and teaching people how to work with the energy.
- 18:25Everybody's some people are rocking around, but mostly you don't have to, you
- 18:30know, I don't. It's not dramatic for me anymore. When I was
- 18:34younger, I like the drama of the energy because it was real and vague,
- 18:40you know, And I'm far less attached to that. I don't need
- 18:42this to be a revival meeting, sure, I just like knowing that the
- 18:48energy is there, and for me, that's experiential. And when people come
- 18:51to these things, they're feeling the energy, often in a way they never
- 18:55have for the first time, and then having their own response to that.
- 19:00I don't know that God speak a lot of out music. I mean,
- 19:02I chorus in high school. I didn't take scion know, I didn't take
- 19:07science, you know, I could cud care of less. And the guides
- 19:11often say that they don't use the language of science because it will be alternative,
- 19:17will be out and mooded, you know, in a hundred years and
- 19:19were using different language for things that they do. They do speak in musical
- 19:25terms. Octives yet resonance. Sound, Everything is in sound, everything is
- 19:30in tone, everything is in your your right now and I we're in co
- 19:34resonance or a you know, claiming our reality through our our tonality, and
- 19:40there's actually toning in the channel. There's a point where they tone. Now
- 19:45they do it. Yeah, I hated it when there's a lot of things
- 19:47that I hated it when they started doing any It's a long story, but
- 19:52you know, it's like, oh, brother, I have to do this
- 19:53now. But yeah, they tone through me or we tone and and they're
- 20:00saying that they're claiming a field through that field or resonance where things can happen,
- 20:07you know. And I think it's a way when you're working with a
- 20:10disparate group of people as well, for people to everybody, Kyle line up
- 20:15in the sound so that they can happen or whatever the lesson is that's intended
- 20:19can be received well. To kind of put a parallel with that with my
- 20:25own experience we facilitate. We started facilitating this music stuff is basically just drum
- 20:30circles. People would come with just drums, and that expanded into lots of
- 20:34other things at this point. But what we all started to experience together is
- 20:40when we would allow ourselves to get out of the way that the music would
- 20:42channel just like you're doing it. The music just channels through and it becomes
- 20:47what it's becoming. And it was this powerful experience because none of us are
- 20:49really trained musicians, none of us read notes, none of us have studied
- 20:55music, but we just come into that space of being the music and allowing
- 20:57the music to come through. That's one of the things I asked that it's
- 21:02not it's not. I don't think it's that too much different. Yeah,
- 21:06you know, I am The guides that I work with primarily work with language
- 21:11because they are teachers, but they say the language is really there so that
- 21:14we have a context for the real teaching, which is energetic, so that
- 21:19we have some comprehension of what's happening. Um. And I I accept that,
- 21:26you know, I accept that I am more appreciative now at this stage
- 21:33of my life of forms of worship kirtan other other forms where which is really
- 21:40all about invocation of sound and deity and alignment. And I think that's a
- 21:45very sure ways of expressing source and being in agreement or alignment with it.
- 21:52But that's just me as a as an occasional participant, and not so much
- 21:57has not been my practice. I know people and that is their practice,
- 22:00and it's a beautiful practice. Go now. I know you've been on the
- 22:04Aubrey Marcus podcast a few times. We've watched and there's another guy that we
- 22:11know I consider a Mentor's name is putting Gee. I don't know if you
- 22:14know him as a musician. Been on Aubrey a few times as well,
- 22:18but he talks about that space of getting out of the way and allowing the
- 22:22music to come through. I've seen him do it and others do it,
- 22:26and I've started talking about it as this music not being a performance anymore but
- 22:33an invitation, and the invitation is to come and join. And that's what
- 22:37I feel with your work. It's an invitation to just be in the vibration
- 22:45of what's being channeled through, not so much attached to the words, because
- 22:48it's easy to get attached to the form of the words. Everybody puts a
- 22:55different meaning behind different words. But I love some of the words that they've
- 22:59had coming through, like individuated consciousness. When they said individuated consciousness, that
- 23:03was to me, that was like, oh wow, that's the perfect way
- 23:07of expressing what we actually are. And I'd never heard it expressed that way
- 23:11well. And even today we were finishing the last recording of Sacred Union and
- 23:18they talked about attonements at atonement. Yeah, and it was you know,
- 23:22it was a powerful It was the way they said it that we both looked
- 23:26at each other like, wow, We've never thought of it that way,
- 23:30because they do use language in a very interesting way. They extracted the word
- 23:34in atonement, the extracted tone out of it a hone meant meaning that it
- 23:41was the vibration of the word. Whereas in the religious world that we were
- 23:45in, when people would try to explain atonement, the atonement of Jesus Christ
- 23:51was him paying for our sins and the religion we belonged to. But then
- 23:55they also would say at one month, that's another way to say, let's
- 23:59say that, let's you know, that's been said. I don't know,
- 24:03you remember better than I do. You know, Yeah, another book that
- 24:07comes out in a few months, and that's been you know, the audio
- 24:11book is still happening for that, so I haven't read the whole thing through
- 24:15yet, but that's the teaching beyond it, which is like something I think,
- 24:21so, um, Paul, I may take us a little bit in
- 24:22a different direction now. But you know, one of the things, especially
- 24:26for listeners who maybe haven't read or experienced the Guides, can you share a
- 24:32little bit about what you are hearing the Guides say about the times we're living
- 24:36in right now. You know, we're so divisive and we're so we're so
- 24:41individuated at times, and yet the Guides really tell us that, you know,
- 24:45we we are individuated and collective like the drop of water in the ocean.
- 24:51And so perhaps just share some of those insights that the Guides talking about
- 24:56to kind of bring that conversation to what's real irrelevant today. Well, the
- 25:03Guide said in the very first book, which was channeled in two thousand and
- 25:06nine, that humanity was at a time of reckoning. And they said of
- 25:11reckoning as a facing of oneself and all of one's creations. And they went
- 25:15on to say something in the effect that, you know, everything that's been
- 25:18created in fear needs to be reseen and renown in a higher way. And
- 25:25I, you know, I don't get I don't look for world predictions.
- 25:30You know, I'm not doing that the genet stuff. But occasionally they do
- 25:38announce a shift of one kind or another in a way that you know is
- 25:45useful or helpful, you know for me, I mean I and I usually
- 25:49get that stuff for the back door, which I'm not looking. You know,
- 25:52I got stuff on nine to eleven before it habit. I didn't believe
- 25:55it because I go, I don't do this kind of thing. It wasn't
- 25:57my thing. And but when they teach about the times, they're really teaching
- 26:07I think as much as anything about the opportunities of the times that we're in
- 26:11for collective shift in consciousness. I personally have never gotten that it's some event
- 26:18and suddenly it's like the hundredth MOCHI and suddenly people are everybody's awake. I
- 26:22don't know, but it happens that way. I've actually I hear four generations
- 26:30is what I was told. Yeah, which was surprising to me and made
- 26:33a lot of people angry because they want it now. I want everybody to
- 26:37be awaked now, and I want what you do. That means is everybody's
- 26:40behaving the way I think they should. Yeah, my awakened world is I
- 26:45don't know, but it happens that way. It never has Why would it
- 26:48change it happen that way now? I don't know. I think it's exciting,
- 26:52and I think it's the it's a little wizard of Ozzie, you know.
- 26:56Right, if we wake up some face different, we wake up different,
- 27:00and our experience of our reality is altered, And because we are different
- 27:06and we're operating at a different level of tone, the manifestation of reality as
- 27:12we know it is altered. That's what the guides are really teaching now,
- 27:15how a world is made new through presence and being at a higher level of
- 27:21tone. But I understand that this is a process, you know, like
- 27:25everything else. I don't, And I think some of what's happening now is
- 27:30that we are experiencing out a kind of polarity that we've been deeply invested in.
- 27:38And the guides say, you know, the only real problem or challenge
- 27:45that humanity is having is what they call the denial of the divine. And
- 27:48that doesn't mean you believe in God or really you know, anything religious.
- 27:52It's the denial of our innate connection to source in and of ourselves and everyone
- 28:03and everything. Yeah, because they have said many times who you put in
- 28:07darkness, what you put in darkness calls you to the darkness. That's just
- 28:11a law, you know, that's that's it. So we invest in what
- 28:15we don't like, and then we battle what we don't like, and we
- 28:18have all this stuff, and I think we can continue to learn that way
- 28:22until we blow ourselves up, which I basically heard is one of the ways
- 28:26we might choose to learn. But I don't get that it's going to happen.
- 28:30The guides have said, and this was surprising, we meetet close.
- 28:36Well, yeah, I said, you can learn through whatever you want to
- 28:37create from. They're not going to judge it. They're just higher ways to
- 28:41learn. Then realizing the futility of war by you know, they excaid it
- 28:48in the very very first book as then you build bigger bombs and bigger bombs
- 28:51and the belief that they're going to keep you safe. Right, that's ridiculous.
- 28:55It doesn't eventually they go off as the problem. Yeah, but they
- 29:00started saying maybe two years ago. Then humanity has decided at a collective level,
- 29:07like a collective soul level, that we are going to move beyond the
- 29:11old paradigm of separation and fear. And so we don't get to move through
- 29:18something by pretending it's not there, right, you know, Honestly, I'd
- 29:22say if you've got a body buried in the basement. Eventually it's going to
- 29:26stink up the whole house. So the process sometimes as boys, something smells
- 29:30money in here, you know, and you start to deal with the reality.
- 29:36And finally it has to be our participation in this reality, because the
- 29:41God's say, if you can see, if it's present for you, seen
- 29:45or unseen, that means you're in energetic accord to it, accord or acjo
- 29:52rd is on a piano, you see. So people say I want to
- 29:56manifest this, I want to manifest that we yet is that we are already
- 30:00manifesting everything we see, including the crap we say we don't want right,
- 30:06and that becomes our responsibility to attend to these things, and that God's teach
- 30:10how to lift these things, how to lift the tone, how to shift
- 30:14the vibrational tone of these things that are operating in a more dense way.
- 30:19You don't do that by judging it or making it wrong or abilifying it.
- 30:23Because to do that, they say, you can't lift the evil man to
- 30:27what they call the upper room, which is Christ's consciousness. You can't lift
- 30:32the evil man to the upper room because you have made him evil. Yeah,
- 30:36but she aligned to that level of judgment and fear and all the things
- 30:41that accompany it. So it's not a comfortable teaching. It's not an easy
- 30:45teaching. But I hear that we're going to have a better experience down the
- 30:49road. I don't know if it's in my lifetime. I hope it is,
- 30:52but I don't count on that. Somebody. I was running in a
- 30:56car once with these couple of people. They really to know my work,
- 31:00you know, I knew I did this work, and they were really worried
- 31:03about the state of the world. And these were like, really smart intellectual
- 31:08people. What are your guides. What are you guys saying? I said,
- 31:12I said to them, all the guys are saying is to take four
- 31:15generation. And one of them said, well, that's really interesting because when
- 31:18I didn't know this, when Moses led the Jews out at Israel, it
- 31:22took forty years or four generations. And they said in order for them to
- 31:29forget that they used to have been, they had been enslaved. It took
- 31:32that long to remember the old paradigm. Maybe I don't think forty years is
- 31:37a long time, but I'm not saying it's forty years, but I think.
- 31:42I think it's hopeful. That's what I can say my experience, it's
- 31:48been used to it. It is hopeful. One of the things that you
- 31:52just mentioned as you began that was this concept of presence and being, And
- 31:57for me, I was already leaning into finding my own way to become present.
- 32:04Music was part of that, Meditation was part of that. Lots of
- 32:07different modalities to find that space. But um, you know where you're where.
- 32:13You're a channel er and you're in that space. You have to be
- 32:15present in that space for that to happen, for this channel to come through,
- 32:21and we're for everyone who has any kind of gift whatsoever. There's this
- 32:27space when you come into presence that allows that channel to open up for every
- 32:30individual has that capacity for themselves. Doesn't mean you're channeling for the rest of
- 32:36the world, but for yourself. And when you follow that presence and being,
- 32:39it tends to that's where the magic is. That's the secret sauce to
- 32:43create. Then I agree when I and you know, many years ago,
- 32:50when I was going like, how do I know I'm real? How do
- 32:52I know this Israel? How do I know that this is what I'm doing?
- 32:55Israel? And this person said, Okay, Paul, try to channel
- 32:59right now, and I couldn't because it wasn't you know, you can't try.
- 33:06And I sometimes equate it if you know, stepping under a shower,
- 33:10you do have to turn the faucet on, but you're not trying to feel
- 33:15or experience the shower right you're you're in it. It's happening. Yeah,
- 33:20and I that's the experience for me of this, and I do think it's
- 33:24true. And you know, most writers and artists and athletes I know as
- 33:29well talk about moving into this zone. Yes. I had a therapist years
- 33:34ago who asked if when I was working I ever lost track of time,
- 33:39and she said, that's a really good indicator that you're doing what you came
- 33:44for because you're not. Basically, time doesn't exist in the same way because
- 33:47you're separate. Rayl. Because we go to drum circles and four hours later
- 33:54we're still drumming and not even knowing that we have been. And she's an
- 33:59hour in to it. You know, she doesn't really enjoy sitting there for
- 34:02four hours. She's great for an hour or for four hours, but we're
- 34:07in it, so four hours later, the time just flies by that's totally
- 34:09relatable. There shot that. Yeah, that's great. So maybe keeping on
- 34:15presence and being that's been an area for me to work on. And as
- 34:21the guides have talked about presence and being, I find it just really fascinating
- 34:25that that they've said that it's effortless. And so it's like what you said
- 34:31about the shower, and so when I'm when I'm okay, I'm going to
- 34:36just really be present here, I have to remind myself like it isn't something
- 34:39I'm doing anything to try to do right, it's just effortless and getting to
- 34:45that place where it's more about allowing and just not having any expectations or attachment
- 34:52to the moment or the moment that's going to follow next, and then I
- 34:54suddenly find myself present and it's but it is something I think that everyone has
- 35:02to work on. They have their own patterns, their own behaviors that are
- 35:07preventing that, and it's something that everyone that's part of the learning, right
- 35:10is to find that for yourself. I guess. So, you know,
- 35:15it's it's a challenge for me, much easier than it used to be.
- 35:21Um, but I know when I'm there, you know, I mean basically,
- 35:28you know, it's just it's I don't know, you know, I
- 35:30don't I honestly, I don't ponder this stuff much. I'm in it,
- 35:37I'm with it. I'm impacted and informed by it. I'm not a good
- 35:43meditator. I wish I was. Um, I that's just well own way,
- 35:47right, that's just one way to get there. But I do love
- 35:51going for walks, sure, and another way. So there's I don't know,
- 35:54so yeah, but the teaching of presence and being that's relatively recent,
- 35:59that's most of the last past a year or so. Yeah, that's really
- 36:01about this. And I'm so much so that I thought it was going to
- 36:05be the title of the book that they just finished, but it wasn't.
- 36:08They call it the Book of Innocence, which also surprised me. But it's
- 36:13a very interesting teaching. So we have an idea what the next book is
- 36:15going to be titled. I haven't Oh don't you remember when you talked about
- 36:21it? I don't remember sovereignty. Oh yes, I've loved the conversations around
- 36:25sovereignty. I don't remember them, really, and I don't know that that
- 36:30could be something that they address in the next book and talking about a world
- 36:36made new as a focus for them. And I think in these books they've
- 36:40been moving past or beyond the desires of the individual to the ramifications of operating
- 36:52at this level on the manifest world that it has been increasingly. This trilogy
- 36:59is called Manifestation Trilogy, so this will be the last book of that trilogy.
- 37:04So it would make sense to me if they went there, But I
- 37:06could be very very wrong. They've alluded to that, and I go,
- 37:08that's not a good title. I hope that's not the title. But it's
- 37:12not my business. Right, It'll be what it's going to be, But
- 37:15it'll be what it's going to be, I guess, so you know,
- 37:19I just I don't know until I literally don't have a date where the book
- 37:22is going to start. I have a sense around of time, but i'll
- 37:28usually last year or maybe the year before. I was in a channeling in
- 37:34Berkelate over a weekend and the first night they delivered a lecture and I said,
- 37:40and this is the introduction. I went, oh, great, we're
- 37:43on another book. Because then it doesn't stop. Then almost every lecture they
- 37:46deliver is amassing the teaching. So I don't know I'm happy enough to know
- 37:54in advance, because I would get nervous. And the Book of Innocence comes
- 37:59out out in September or August, September, September. We're looking forward.
- 38:06Yeah, we're really looking forward. Oh yeah, I'm wrong. I think
- 38:08it's September. Yeah, I think it's early September. Yeah, I couldn't
- 38:14be. We're excited for that one. Um, wondering, and we're just
- 38:19to ask you. Would we be putting you on the spot too much to
- 38:22ask you to tap into us, to to do a little channeling? And
- 38:27although is that putting you in the spot? Put me on the spot?
- 38:30I'm on my first cup of coffee, um, and you know, I
- 38:35mean I can, but when I tune into you, I'm working psychically.
- 38:37The guys don't forget what we want, okay, you know, they could
- 38:43care less if we get the promotion or away. That's not their teaching.
- 38:46They care more about how we conduct ourselves and how we're learning and how we're
- 38:52not choosing in fear, which is what they recommend. So while I can
- 38:55step into you, I don't know if the guys are going to want to
- 38:59come through or not. You know, they come through I once did a
- 39:01book signing, an early book signing at a place in North Carolina, Ashville.
- 39:07It was a really beautiful bookstore, and I did a little talk there
- 39:12and I was just talking talking and some guides. Some poor man in the
- 39:15audience raised his hand and said, well, well, the guide say something
- 39:20for us, and they said, yes, we are not the entertainment.
- 39:25I love that. I love that. Yeah, that's awesome. Yeah,
- 39:30it's not a dog and pony show with them. But if you want wish
- 39:34there saying yes, if you wish, so, I can tune in.
- 39:37But I don't know what you're what you're wanting to hear about. If I
- 39:39tune into you, I'm just tuning in that I may get information. But
- 39:44I think something that they've been talking about lately and they've become much more clear
- 39:52about it, is the fact that that christ consciousness as it's manifesting now is
- 40:00way different than what has been taught by Christianity over time. And I don't
- 40:05know if they'd be wanting to would willing to go into that or not.
- 40:08That's not for you or I thought you meant the talenty. It doesn't have
- 40:13to go for us person, Yeah, not for us. But I don't
- 40:15think there's anything for us personally. I'll see if they want to go here.
- 40:20We don't say one thing, and saying we would only say one thing.
- 40:22You create a religion, You create a religion. God or you know
- 40:24who's God, God or what you think of as God, does not create,
- 40:28does not create. Religions a manufactured identity. It's a manufactured identity.
- 40:31I am a Christian, I am Hindu. I am a Christian, I
- 40:34am a Hindu. With his way among selfrastructure, it is a way of
- 40:37knowing the self through a structure. These things that we have useful, these
- 40:39things can be highly useful. You are opportunities. You are opportuneness. You
- 40:44can make any working benefit. You can make anything work to your benefit.
- 40:47But the truth of the matter is, but the truth of the matter is
- 40:50the idea of God. The idea of God has become self distorder for most
- 40:52of you, has become so distorted from most of you don't even know the
- 40:57You don't even know that you're going to that in your heart about the everydu
- 41:00thing is working without the effort that you think is required. Religion is a
- 41:05structure use one. Religion is a structure and a useful one. A textbook
- 41:07is useful. A textbook is useful if it forwards your growth, if it
- 41:12forwards your growth comprehension or comprehension on what you are to know who and what
- 41:16you are the level of newspeach, at the level of identity we teaches reuniting
- 41:21with is reunited with the self that already knows, that already knows your happidle
- 41:25outside. You don't have to go outside to realize the source of all things.
- 41:29To realize the source of all things, it is and as it is
- 41:31in, as you all in, and as all all of that you encounterwards
- 41:37e that you encounter and you see. Valm interrupts, Pom interrupts. Order
- 41:40about different countures. But what about the difference in consciousness? But when you
- 41:44teach between what you teach, what we're instructoratures, and what religious doctrine teaches.
- 41:47Any true religion, any true religions, teaching love is teaching love and
- 41:52claiming love, and claiming love and knowing God in love and knowing God in
- 41:55love or the vibrational home or the vibration of love. Those who do not
- 41:59be disordered, those religions will not be distorted. And the truth of our
- 42:01religions is key, and the truth of our religions is key, even the
- 42:06debasis of them, we could get to the basis of them. They responding
- 42:07one truth, there is finally one truth of God is God is what have
- 42:12you wish to call it, whatever you wish to call it, God is
- 42:15God is to understand God, to understand Gods or letting a rols through a
- 42:19litany of rules or subjective opinions or subjective opinions about the teaching. It's about
- 42:23what a teaching means. Can be useful, can be useful, but it
- 42:27is often distorting. But it is often distorting and distorted teaching and distorted teaching
- 42:31is rarely useful, is rarely useful, but it maybe learn through. But
- 42:35it may be learn through if you comprehend the meeting distruction, if you comprehend
- 42:38the meeting of the distorts, then we'll beyond it and then beyond it thin
- 42:42I can behama wasn't then it can become a blessing period And they're saying period
- 42:47beautiful. Yeah, that's beautiful. Yeah, thank you to the Gods for
- 42:52coming through and sharing that for us today. We really appreciate it and because
- 42:58we do see a lot of people people that are that are shedding faith and
- 43:02you know, the faith of their childhood, the faith of parents, and
- 43:07it can be a traumatic process to go through. Sure. Sure, I
- 43:13was raised in a sort of an atheist you know. I mean, I've
- 43:15got a painting a sacred heart because I love the burning hearts behind me.
- 43:21But I've got you know, I've got Hindu deities on my desk. So
- 43:27you know, we're all over the place here and quite inclusive. But I
- 43:30think what the opportunity here is is a reclamation of truth. And the guides
- 43:38have said, and they said it just now again that the basis of every
- 43:42religion is actually pure. It's just been what's been added to it. Yeah,
- 43:45it's got screwing, and most of that's been through politics and a need
- 43:51to control. Yeah that's all. Yes, it's it's such a limiting way
- 43:58of seeing things sometimes when we get stuck in the dogmatic thinking and the dogmatic
- 44:02rules and different things that they just referred to. But there's truth in all
- 44:08religions, and that truth, the basis of that, as they said,
- 44:13is that love. It's community, it's coming together all of those things and
- 44:21everything is of God or nothing. Everything is of God or nothing is.
- 44:23And as we see people releasing that, the reason they're releasing it is because
- 44:27of the limitation that the religion tries to put on the exploration into everything.
- 44:34If God is everything, then let's explore everything we know by the residence of
- 44:39how it feels in us each individually, whether that's something for us or not,
- 44:44if we pay attention, if we just let you know, I spend
- 44:47a lot of my life. I'm a twelve step or two, so I
- 44:50spend a lot of my life disconnected from who I was. But when that
- 44:53connection opened back up again and I was able to see it differently, it
- 44:58was somewhat of it direction a new life began. And you know, I
- 45:04think a lot of people in addiction can can really relate to that and the
- 45:08power in the message. And why why I would encourage people to pay attention
- 45:13to this message is that because anything you hold in darkness, if you're an
- 45:19alcoholic and you hold it in darkness, it's going to take you deeper into
- 45:22that darkness. If you're addicted to porn and you hold that in darkness,
- 45:27it's going to take you deeper into that darkness. You have to be just
- 45:30very careful about realizing that everything is of God. It's really one of the
- 45:35I think the most profound thing that we've each learned from the guides. Yeah,
- 45:38but they say, you know, there is one note song in the
- 45:42entire universe that's in manifestation is all things? Yea, and things are everything
- 45:46is in vibration at lower and higher levels. So you know, if somebody
- 45:52says, well, where's God and this terrible thing, well, you know,
- 45:55we made the terrible thing for the most part, and that's where responsible
- 46:00to that. But also when you so to push it away or to pretend
- 46:07it's not there, actually gives it more power. Really, So the realization
- 46:14of source where every thing seems to be, is just lifting that thing,
- 46:16lifting the vibration of it. I mean, I'm there are things that I
- 46:22wish were different in the world, certainly or in months, and I have
- 46:29to be careful of how I attach my identity to those things, how I
- 46:35make the problem what I think I did. Ye. No. But but
- 46:38again, if if these things are perceived as opportunities for growth or development or
- 46:46hopeful change, I think they all become quite useful. I mean, I
- 46:52didn't love yeah, I'm sure I had a good time. I was a
- 46:55happy drunk up until the end. But I didn't love it, you know.
- 47:00And I'm toping that i've known this is on air for that anymore.
- 47:04It's been many, many, many years now. But I I'm aware that
- 47:10that was part of this journey and it brought me to a place I would
- 47:15not have chosen. I wouldn't have believe me if somebody told me that I
- 47:19was going to be doing this, I would have thought they were nuts.
- 47:23We can relate to that, definitely, that's the thing. I would have
- 47:28been the bottom of the list. Yeah, But you know, I had
- 47:31an idea of who I was supposed to be in the world and what that
- 47:37looked like and how it should be seen and approved jobs. And I started
- 47:44to get that and it didn't work. Maybe it would be different now,
- 47:49but I'm I'm glad at this time in my life that it isn't what I
- 47:53had wanted, because I think that would have short changed myself terribly. Well,
- 47:59that's interesting. Yeah, one of the things that we hear the guides
- 48:01to talk about often is at that expectation that we have about how things should
- 48:06show up, and that when we can let goal of that it can actually
- 48:09show up much more beautiful than we ever imagined. Think so I think so
- 48:15beautiful. Well, Paul, we really appreciate you being here today. Do
- 48:21you have anything any other outstanding questions? Honey, you will? Will?
- 48:23I want to ask. I've looked at your schedule. I see you're traveling
- 48:27quite a bit, and of course, you know, we'd love for you
- 48:30to come visit Utah sometime and maybe I don't know if that's something we can
- 48:35start to work on together and gather a group that would then make that worthier
- 48:40time and travel, but we would love for you to come and visit one
- 48:44day here a little closer. We obviously can come when you're in Sedona,
- 48:47even Berkeley. You know, there's when you're at Slon That's been a place
- 48:52that I would love to come and see you be at. So there's other
- 48:54places, definitely, but we would love that. Yeah, cute. I
- 49:00never know. You know, there's a man that I've worked with who sets
- 49:05up the events, and he's the person to ask as I just basically see
- 49:08if I can manage. Now that I live in the middle of the Pacific
- 49:13Ocean, it's not as easy sure to get around. It was to be
- 49:16old in New York. I can bop anywhere. Um and uh. Now
- 49:21it's a big commitment to get off the island because you know, when I
- 49:23go to Costa Rica to work, it takes me twenty four hours of travel
- 49:28and I get there, you know, and God when I come home,
- 49:31I'm just basically, I think that the Yiddishes for Clement, you know,
- 49:37I'm at it. But I'd like to go to Utah. And it's funny,
- 49:39I used to I don't know, I so maybe maybe you were you
- 49:44with that were you were with that group of ex Mormons and side guys.
- 49:49I was taught but directs Mormons. Char I was like they were in a
- 49:52biker gang. Yeah. I think they were like eight of us, eight
- 49:57or nine of us. Yeah, yeah, yes, so, and I
- 50:00you know, why not, you know, I'm happy. I tend to
- 50:04try to go where I'm asked, you know, you asked to be questions
- 50:09that we came up and ask you. I don't know if you remember.
- 50:12This was because in the Mormon Church they talk about there's the priesthood is called
- 50:16the milk Kesic priesthood, and the guides identify themselves as a collective as Milk
- 50:22KESDIC and so we were asking you about that out of curiosity and we talked
- 50:27about that a little bit and you didn't know then, and I'm sure you
- 50:29don't know now. I don't really, you know. I try not to
- 50:34get attached to the names. Yeah, exactly, and that's it. Yeah,
- 50:38well, I think we could probably put a group together, is it
- 50:43Noba? Is he the one that so? Yeah, I've been in touch
- 50:45with Nola's so I know I have his email in that so I'll reach out
- 50:50to him. Yeah, that be great. But again, Paul, thank
- 50:53you again. We feel it an honor to have you joined us, and
- 50:58we look forward to contain newing the conversations and the friendship and most definitely continue
- 51:05the reading the words of the guides. It's really beautiful. Yeah, very
- 51:09much, thank you both for having me. Thanks Paul, all right,
