- 6:47let's dive right into swimming pool. Folks, not in the shallow end either.
- 6:53I'm talking to the deep, the deep end. We go deep homeboy,
- 6:57right here on this show. On November the twenty seventh, nineteen sixty
- 7:03three, a US Army retired Brigadier General Folks by the name of Herbert see
- 7:14Holdridge wrote an open letter to the Honorable Wagner car It was Attorney General State
- 7:26of Texas. Now Herbert Holdridge US Army, retired Brigadier General, was the
- 7:33administrator of the Constitutional Provisional Government of the United States. And if you don't
- 7:40know what that is, you're in good company, because you need to do
- 7:43a lie. H Apparently he also wrote a letter on the twenty sixth November.
- 7:55It's earning the investigation of these two murders, he says, as a
- 8:00PostScript to my letter of November twenty sixth, which I knew I half,
- 8:03folks, I'm sorry. I looked for it high and low and could not
- 8:07find it. But I do have the PostScript to those letters concerning the investigation
- 8:13of these two murders. I suggest a careful scrutiny of the complicity of mister
- 8:16Lyndon Johnson, now acting as President in these crimes. Within the area of
- 8:24my conclusion that these murders were plotted by Vatican Jesuit forces. I offered the
- 8:30following additional factors bearing on the situation. Number One, Lyndon B. Johnson
- 8:35was a co conspirator with Kennedy and the forces of the Vatican in the fraudentent
- 8:41election of nineteen sixty and is equally guilty with Kennedy for every crime Committee he
- 8:50accepted without protest, hope seditious orders that all Roman Catholics vote for Kennedy,
- 8:58engaged in every political fraud which brought Kennedy to power, was responsible for the
- 9:03mammoth frauds perpetrated in Texas by his own political machine. Made the quote hilgrimage
- 9:09to Kenosa. He yield allegiance to the pope invalidating his oath to the Constitution,
- 9:18and after Kennedy's inauguration, became a willing accessory to every executive crime.
- 9:24Kennedy's inauguration being fraudulent and by adhering enemies of the United States treason. Johnson's
- 9:31inauguration was identical, and he is no more illegal president than would have been
- 9:37the lowly of the wino Nats from skid Row, hastily sworn in as president.
- 9:43All right, this planet, this general don't like either one of these
- 9:46guys, Okay, Kennedy or Johnson, but two. Johnson's purpose to continue
- 9:52this The seditious policies of Kennedy, we made plain in his address to Congress,
- 10:00has adherents to the Kennedy policies in Vietnam involving the murder of Buddhist monks
- 10:05and the subsequent murders of d M and New all under the inspiration of the
- 10:11CIA adherents to support the Wall Street shark which is bankrupt you to the United
- 10:16States, and its raids against the sardines of Latin America, under the guise
- 10:22whom an already awarded Alliance for Progress reliance on h bomb diplomacy as the ultimate
- 10:30international instrument, sledge of loyalty to the United Nations controlled by nations enemies of
- 10:35our Constitution, But not one word spoken of loyalty to the Constitution and the
- 10:41Bill of Rights. And the Kennedy President in his inaugural talking out of both
- 10:46sides of his mouth, a very gem of jesuitical double talk, undoubtedly written
- 10:54by a damn Jesuit. All right, this guy is not a fan of
- 11:01the Jesuits either, Okay. Number three Johnson's crocodile tears over the murder of
- 11:09Kennedy, But not one word of a responsible executive purpose to uncover every hidden
- 11:16criminal who helped flot the assassinations, referring like the police of Dallas to announced
- 11:22by silence that the record of Oswald is now closed, and I repeat quote
- 11:28like hell, it is no effort. Number four, as a long term
- 11:35Texas politician, fainted with every political outlaw and having access to all facts and
- 11:41rumors prior to assassinations and more surely subsequent, there too, remaining mute through
- 11:46the world, shutters at the open knowledge of murder of Oswald cover for the
- 11:52real criminals, indicating clearly that Johnson was that some guilty knowledge or is himself
- 11:58a participant in the crime. Had he nothing to conceal, he would himself
- 12:03have taken the initiative of a full investigation. Number five and any murder,
- 12:11A compelling question is who had the most to gain? The obvious answer is
- 12:16Lynda B. Johnson, for all his tearful regrets. Six, anticipating in
- 12:24the four days of Vulgar Vatican ballyhoo, turning a fraud and criminal into a
- 12:28saint, squeezing every ounce of political and clerical advantage out of the laver of
- 12:33the dead. Kennedy, as had been done during life, including the exploitation
- 12:39of his entire family. M Number seven undoubtedly prepared to accept Robert Kennedy as
- 12:46vice presidential candidate for the nineteen sixty four elections, as already hinted, to
- 12:52permit the Pope to play both ends against the middle a session of John McCormick.
- 13:00Johnson dies as was predicted, along with Kennedy or Robert Kennedy. If
- 13:05Johnson lives, well, if that's not a foreshadowing focus to keep a foot
- 13:15in the crack of the door to perpetuate the fallen Kennedy dynasty where the Communists
- 13:22involved in these murders, Johnson and the Vatican would have exploited their full propaganda
- 13:26against the USSR. The fact that they have remained mute in the case that
- 13:30they realize their own involvement, know where the bodies are buried, and rely
- 13:35upon the seditious, fussifying mobster pressed controlled by the Vatican in Wall Street to
- 13:41cover their crimes. If you of the above, I demand that Johnson be
- 13:46questioned under oath actions suppressed the same through investigate the same thorough investigation demanded of
- 13:52other suspects. The Constitution cannot be defended otherwise. Wow. So yeah,
- 14:03there's a by authority of the Constitution of the United States. Mister Herbert C.
- 14:07Holdridge Brickadier General, use I'm a retired administrator. That is your crazy.
- 14:16There's a crazy general document of the day. Thank you, Herbert.
- 14:22Yeah. Oh, before we move on, folks, friend of the show,
- 14:30my buddy Jason Sealman. You may know him from the the epic Fundaments
- 14:37that he created for a television show including Jack rubiesa Pickles. Just eat him.
- 14:46He's a very brilliant creative mind and again friend of the show, he
- 14:50is created amazingly enough a Lego art set, a limited edition Lego arts set
- 15:00of President John F. Kennedy for the sixtieth anniversary. It's a commemorative edition,
- 15:05two iconic portrait options and a white or black frame. One is Divisionary,

- 17:52show. All right, so, folks, I have here a Louisiana State
- 18:06Police report, and you might be thinking yourself, Louisiana State Police, hmm,
- 18:17what are they doing? Well, I'll tell you what they're doing.
- 18:19They are watching General Edwin Walker and this is the report of his activities in
- 18:27New Orleans. They might be thinking to yourself, Okay, Well, General
- 18:33Edwin Walker lived in Dallas, right, yeah, so what was he doing
- 18:38in New Orleans? Well, apparently the Louisiana State Police were wondering the same
- 18:47thing, and upon hearing that he was going to be in New Orleans decided
- 18:55to surveil him. Well, why why why would you survail? As you
- 19:04know, former Major General of the United States on November the twentieth, nineteen
- 19:14sixty three, at about eleven am. Let me repeat that date for you,
- 19:21folks. On November twentieth, nineteen sixty three, at eleven am,
- 19:30I informed or Frank Manning of the Attorney General's Office of him mysterious meeting the
- 19:37above subject, General Evan Walker add and Judge Leander Perez's office in the National
- 19:44American Bank Building. Later, there was also a meeting at the National Bank
- 19:49of Commerce in the National Bank Commerce Garage Building. While I was not in
- 19:56the meeting room proper, but noticed several of the people that were in attendance.
- 20:00I noticed that especially one A Joseph Newborough, was there. Shortly after
- 20:06that, about one thirty pm, mister Manning asked to see me, or
- 20:11asked to see if I could find out what was going on. I then
- 20:17went to the vicinity of mister George Singleman's office at three pm, and while
- 20:22waiting in mister Singleman's office, I heard a telephone conversation, evidently from Judge
- 20:26Leander Perez that General Walker was still in his office in private conference, I
- 20:33learned that General Walker was having some kind of a meeting at the Young Hotel.
- 20:38They had a confidential meeting in a small room at the Young Hotel where
- 20:41General Walker met with about thirty five conservative political leaders. Most of these people
- 20:48were from the immediate vicinity of New Orleans. I was unable to gain an
- 20:52interance to this meeting. I did not leave the hotel lobby until about two
- 20:56am, and then noticed General Walker in the lobby. He went upstairs in
- 21:02about two am on eleven, twenty one sixty three. All right, a
- 21:07couple of things here, Judge Leander Perez. Okay, big deal, folks.
- 21:18Judge Leander Perez was the former District Attorney of Black Minds Parish and now
- 21:23I prominent judge Black Minds Parish, who owned about half the damn parish.
- 21:30Very wealthy, very bigoted, segregationist, very anti communist. And if you
- 21:41would like to know more about Leander Perezent disposition, I would urge you all
- 21:45to go on to YouTube and google this Judge Leander Perez firing line William F.
- 21:59Buckley, and you will see these two have a very interesting exchange.
- 22:07Also Joseph Newborough, who was I believe partners in a detective agency with the
- 22:18Guy Banister before Guy Banister formed his Guy Banister an Associates deal, not for
- 22:26very long, but a lot of these folks Newborough included Guy Johnson, Guy
- 22:33Banister. They had formed some kind of anti Communist league type of deal of
- 22:41the Caribbean. So these are very extreme right wing folks. Folks okay.
- 22:52Now. On Thursday eleven, twenty one, sixty three note these dates,
- 23:00Okay, At eight pm, General Walker had another meeting and had approximately ninety
- 23:07members there. I talked to General Walker for quite some time, making his
- 23:12acquaintance, and did not leave the hotel until about one am, But I
- 23:18was unable to learn of anything of any importance. There was evidently no further
- 23:21activity on the General's part. I was unable to learn at that time at
- 23:26what time the General left the city. I understand mister Joe Newborough was recently
- 23:33convicted of a federal offense involving the use of the mails to defraud. That
- 23:41mister Newborough was also in the Marines and was an expert in jiu jitsuism.
- 23:48Mister Newborough was also very friendly with one Jack Martin. Mister Jack Martin is
- 23:53the man who filed the petition with the state's Central Committee in an endeavor to
- 23:57disqualify mister Grammillion as a candidate for Attorney General on the grounds that he had
- 24:03been convicted on I can't read that he says convicted on federal grounds, and
- 24:17so forth and so forth. We know that this was done by mister Martin
- 24:21on the instructions of mister Leander Perez with the grect name is Edward Stewart Suggs.
- 24:27He was born in Arizona and it is about forty four years old.
- 24:32He appears to have a long criminal record and is wanted for murders somewhere around
- 24:36Dallas or sant Anton, Texas. I am not yet aware of the full
- 24:41disposition of these murder charges. Respectfully submitted BG Special Agent B four nine five.
- 24:48I he asked. Joe Newborro is considered to be a very dangerous individual.
- 24:53His record is available from the FBI. Jack Martin has been missing from
- 24:57the city. However, I understand he was seen a couple of days ago
- 25:02and he had grown a full Van Dyke. He is also a dangerous psychopath.
- 25:07He has a long record in Menstal's mental institutions, and his record is
- 25:11also available to the FBI respectfully, something something something so General Walker, General
- 25:25Edwin Walker was in New Orleans until the morning of November twenty Seco nineteen sixty
- 25:36three. He was having very high level meetings with very important people, very
- 25:42stream right wing people. You have here mentioned the name Jack Martin, Joseph
- 25:52Newborough. They're all tied to Banister's office. That, folks, is what
- 26:02I call a very interesting document, very very interesting document. And if you
- 26:18want to know why it's so interesting, all I can tell you is tune
- 26:25in to l Answer this year for our presentation on the Martins. And that's
- 26:34all I'm gonna say about that right now. That's up from the interesting and
- 26:45colorful character file. Uh came across and I came across before, but I
- 26:55reread, I reread for context about a lot of things Lauren Halls full length
- 27:04interview by the HCA and I mentioned before on this show from a guy who
- 27:19I believe Robbie had on his show on Out of the Blank, who was
- 27:22associated with He spent a lot of time with Marguerite Oswald and got to know
- 27:30a lot of these California connections of these people, including Dan Marginson, who
- 27:37was an associate of Lauren Lawrence Hall about Lawrence Howard sorry, who also knew
- 27:45Lauren Hall and knew a little bit about this Johnson thirty six rifle. And
- 27:53we've talked about this rifle extensively on the show before. For those of you
- 28:00not familiar, there was a rifle pawned in California, in Hollywood by Jerry
- 28:11Hemming and Lauren Hall sometime and then I think of the summer of sixty three,
- 28:18they did a turn some money because they were going back across the country
- 28:23and delivering goods supplies for these raids in the Cuba. So fast forward a
- 28:33little while into October and November nineteen sixty three, Lauren Hall admits to going
- 28:47to get this rifle out of cop from this detective agency. This detective agency
- 28:52was owned by Roy Halfcott or was it Roy No, I don't know.
- 29:00Hathcock and his associate that worked there as well, named Roy Payne, and
- 29:04their relation to Ruth spelled differently. But anyway, we have an FBI report
- 29:11from an agent Crow from the la Field office stating that he showed up to
- 29:19this detective agency the day after the assassination inquiring about fingerprints found on a rifle.
- 29:30Now, the only logical explanation would be that somehow the FBI found this
- 29:37previously hacked Johnson thirty six somewhere in and around in or around Daily Plaza,
- 29:48because they were inquiring about the fingerprints of Roy Payne, who worked at the
- 29:52agency, and Lauren Hall, whose fingerprints were also home the rifle. Because
- 29:56he's the one that got out of hot Now, like I said, the
- 30:00only logical explanation is to why the FBI would be at this agency the day
- 30:06after the assassination inquiring about this rifle and about these two individuals. It's because
- 30:11they found the rifle. But we have no documentation about this rifle being found
- 30:17anywhere in the known plethora of documents that we have from the FBI. Is
- 30:27that Biden designed or were they deep sixed or what's the deal here? But
- 30:33anyway, back to what I was saying about the guy that Robbie had interviewed
- 30:37on it out of the plank, a guy that known Dan Marginson, who
- 30:41was a friend of Lawrence Howard. He states that that rifle was left behind
- 30:47the picket fence that day. The Johnson thirty six, which is interesting now,
- 30:56Allegedly this rifle left Dallas on a trailer load of other guns that apparently,
- 31:07Hall says he had left at Lester Lowe's now and then picked up a
- 31:14month later and took back to Florida, where I was given to some random
- 31:18dentist. But then Hall says he never got the rifle back. But in
- 31:26this giant, deep long, several hundred page interview of Lauren Hall by the
- 31:36HSCA, Hall was a little bit pissed off because he says, the only
- 31:47thing our government has ever taking the time to ask me a question concerning anything
- 31:52other than missus Odeo. All right, He says that no time has the
- 31:57FBI or anybody else ever questioned him about anything other than missus Odeo. And
- 32:04he says, mister Fithian, I guess who is interviewing him. Was said,
- 32:09what do you resent that? And Hall says, pardon Fifthian says,
- 32:15do you resent that? Mister Hall says, I resent it in this way
- 32:21that I know now that in nineteen sixty three there was a report made to
- 32:25the FBI that I had a Johnson rifle identicals to the one that was taken
- 32:30out of the book depository on the date of the assassination. Not one government
- 32:37agent has ever asked me about that damn rifle. I have been in print
- 32:42for fourteen years. I have been misquoted that I have been accused of the
- 32:45actual assassination and everything else. In fact, in some damn newspaper today.
- 32:51I am probably in South Africa or Rhodija. If none of the government agencies
- 32:55ever took the time to ask me anything other than missus odio, why should
- 33:00I voluntarily give you anything? Fittian says, well, I understand and appreciate
- 33:06your comments, except that you haven't answered the question. The question was if
- 33:10you felt constrained to call the CIA merely because you were going to New Orleans
- 33:15to answer questions for Garrison, and then you said in your testimony you also
- 33:20called the FBI. Why didn't you feel constrained to tell officials about all the
- 33:23right winning expressions of intentions or wishes to kill the president of the United States.
- 33:30So I just thought that that was interesting that Hall said this, that
- 33:37I know now that in nineteen sixty three there was a report made to the
- 33:44FBI that I had a Johnson rifle identical to the one that was taken out
- 33:47of the book depository on the date of the assassination. Not one government agent
- 33:53has ever asked me about that damn rifle. Wow. Next up, I
- 34:05placed this one in the just a little bit more than interesting, five folks.
- 34:10July tenth, nineteen seventy eight, we have a report from Robert Morrison,
- 34:17the Director of Security, and William H's Crossed, the Assistant director of
- 34:22Security for the House ELEC Committee on Assassinations, regarding the tampering with Kennedy autopsy
- 34:29photos located in Safe number one O two oh nine five in the reading room
- 34:34of Room three thirty or three thousand, three hundred and eighty one in the
- 34:37Committee offices. At about four oh five Friday, June twenty third, nineteen
- 34:45seventy eight, Mark Flannagan, upon returning some autopsy material to the security room
- 34:50along with Lances Venderson of the security staff, upon opening Safe number one O
- 34:55two oh nine five, noticed that several Kennedy all photos were loose on top
- 35:00of the Kennedy autopsy photo books. The photos removed from the books were numbered
- 35:06thirty nine E one, thirty nine E, two, forty and forty one
- 35:09E. This was two pages consisting of four photos thirty nine one thirty ninety
- 35:16two, along with the cellophane cover that had been ripped from the book and
- 35:20the cellophane enclosure was torn at binder holes. One photo thirty nine eighty two
- 35:24was out of the cellophane enclosure in lying loose look. Quick check by Flannagan
- 35:30and Svenson revealed the photos were from books five Port one of the Kennedy autopsy
- 35:34photos. An immediate check of all the photo books was begun to ascertain if
- 35:38any other photos were missing. This check by Flannagan and Svenson showed no other
- 35:44photos to be missing or tampered with. Book five Port and one had not
- 35:47been signed out since September of seventy seven, according to the checkout log.
- 35:52Both Flannagan and Svenson stated that they would have noticed the photos when the safe
- 35:57was opened at ten am Friday June twenty, nineteen seventy eight, if they
- 36:01had been lying where they were discovered. They both feel there was no way
- 36:06this could have been done accidentally. Someone had to enter the safe and to
- 36:08do this, or and do this. The safe was unlocked but shut approximately
- 36:15five pm Friday, June twenty three. Is a request of the Committee,
- 36:20Investigator John Moriarty, three members of the some redacted section responded to Room three
- 36:28three eight one for the purpose of attempting to get latent prints. Redacted was
- 36:35able to lift thirteen separate cards of latent prints from the interior of the safe
- 36:39and from the Kennedy autopsy photo book that was tampered with. These men left
- 36:44in approximately eight thirty five Friday in June twenty third, nineteen seventy eight nineteen
- 36:49seventy eight. Investigator John Moriarty, William h's Cross, and Gee Robert Blakey
- 36:57were all president at all times during the lifting of the print. The lifted
- 37:01prints were turned over to Investigator Moriarty and remained in his possession. The persons
- 37:08who were in the office alone on Friday June twenty three were Edmund Lopez,
- 37:14Dan Hardaway, and Mitch Mars of the Committee staff, and Regis Blast of
- 37:17the CIA. On Monday, June twenty sixth thirteen cards of prints lifted by
- 37:25Private McGinnis were turned over to the Director of Security, Robert Morrison, by
- 37:30Investigator Moriarty and locked in safe number four five four seven one in Room three
- 37:35three eight one of the Committee office. On June twenty seven, nineteen seventy
- 37:39eight, requests were made to the FBI for certain committee staff member of fingerprint
- 37:44cards. The first request for cards was filled and received a ladder part of
- 37:51the week of June twenty five, seventy eight. The second request was filled
- 37:53and received. On June July fifth, seventy eight, Investigator Moriarty had contact
- 37:59they were acted of the redacted section and requested he tried to make comparisons of
- 38:05known and Lady Prince. On July fifth, nineteen seventy eight, at the
- 38:09request of Gee Robert Blakey of thirteen cards of listed prints and all staff member
- 38:15print cards from the FBI were turned over to Redacted, which he received for
- 38:21so he could take them away from committee spaces to enable him to spend more
- 38:25time studying them. During the week of July two, Redacted was able to
- 38:30obtain the fingerprints of Regis blah Hut, an employee of the Central Intelligence Agency.
- 38:38On Friday, William Cross of Security Staff stated he had made attendative identification
- 38:45of blah Hut's prints inside the safe door and on one of the photos in
- 38:51Book five, Part one of the Kennedy autopsy photos on Monday, July tenth,
- 38:55Redacted responded to the committee offices in the presence of Blakey, Morrison and
- 39:00Frost, returned all fingerprint cards and the thirteen cards lifted prints, but they
- 39:06were returning to safe number four or five four seven one in room three three
- 39:09eight one. Redacted stated he had identified a certain number of points and several
- 39:15prints. In his opinion, they were those of CIA employee Regis black Hut.
- 39:22These prints were matched with those on the inside of the safe door and
- 39:24on the back of the photo three ninety two, which had been ripped from
- 39:28book five, part one of the Kennedy autopsy photos, and the photo which
- 39:32had been removed from the cellphone cover. After returning all materials, Redacted departed
- 39:38Committee spaces July tenth, nineteen seventy eight. So why as the CIA employee
- 39:53getting into a safe and looking at the Kennedy autopsy photo not just looking at
- 39:58them, but rip ripping them out of their notebook, I'm generally leaving a
- 40:02mess. Now, what would think, you know, if the CEI were
- 40:08burglarizing something that the guy who'd been smart enough to wear gloves at the very
- 40:16least. My god, But anyway, so is this legit. I mean,
- 40:30his prince were found inside the safe and on the photos, and they
- 40:35guess they shouldn't have been there. So what was he doing? Well,
- 40:43I came across a little bit of audio of Reada's black on the hot seat
- 40:50concerning the burglarization. We're tampering with these photos, and I'm not going to
- 40:57play the entire audio of it here for you today, but I will give
- 41:00you a little taste. So here is the HCA investigators talking to Regis Blahut
- 41:10Blahot. Okay, my name is Jerry Cornwell. We're making a recording of
- 41:20a conversation concerning a breach of security that we have discovered at the Select Money
- 41:29on Assassinations. Would you say to your name and when you spell your last
- 41:35nae d A Hut, As we explained in an informal conversation before we begin
- 41:44to make this tape recording, the committee has discovered that on art that they
- 41:53discovered on June the twenty third, nineteen seventy eight, that the contents of
- 42:08a safe containing autopsy materials in our security office were compered with, and that
- 42:17some of the books of photographs in the safe had been in part disassembled.
- 42:30And we are in the process of talking to those persons who our records indicate
- 42:42had access to the Security office on that date. We have determined that a
- 42:55number of people had such access, including various members of our own staff and
- 43:07yourself, and we are in the process of trying to determine who may have
- 43:23taken the books disassembled any one or more of them on daters on Friday.
- 43:34First, you are an employee of the CIA, Is that correct? And
- 43:38would you stake what the nature of your business has been at the Committee Security?
- 43:51Would it be fed to state that basically you were have been assigned by
- 43:58the agency to say, are many of its documents which have been on temporary
- 44:04loan to the Committee and for our short periods have been stored in say from
- 44:08the Committee's premises? Yes, And would it be accurate to state that you
- 44:19have performed that function on many days periodically, not every day, but many
- 44:29days periodically, at least since roughly the first part of May of this year.
- 44:37If I could ask you to focus on June twenty three, which would
- 44:44have been a week ago last Friday, today being July the eleventh, I'd
- 44:54like to ask you if you can recall on that day irving any person's in
- 45:02the security office taking any items from or replacing any items in a large black
- 45:17safe which sits in the right rear corner of the innermost office in the security
- 45:25space. I can't say specifically that day or any other date or date,
- 45:32but I have witnessed people going in and out of it and taking material In
- 45:37another I might simply explain that the committee has used that safe for the storage
- 45:47of what we may generally describe as autopsy related materials, consisting of photographs,
- 45:57X rays, and various items of clothing pertaining both to Governor Connelly and the
- 46:13late President Kennedy. Would it be fair to state that, because you have
- 46:21been in that's that office in conjection with your duties over the last at least
- 46:29two months or more, that you have at least over hurd conversations to the
- 46:35effect that that was the type of materials which were in that set. Would
- 46:45you describe for us what you have observed and on which occasions during your tenure
- 46:52in this assignment in the nature of the physical items in that say, well,
- 47:06what I seen and what I know that's in there is some clothing next
- 47:15high, some photographs, and that's about the extent of specifics as far as
- 47:24knowing what is in there in detail, I don't know what's in there in
- 47:28detail itemized, or how many, or who's or what other than the pictures
- 47:34that I saw. Your duties have related to materials which have been stored in
- 47:42a different stake. Is that correct, offs and that would be a small
- 47:47two drawer sake, t were sake, and it would sit in that same
- 47:52office to the right of the large black safe we're talking about, that is
- 47:55right. Would you describe the circumstances under which you have observed materials on one
- 48:10or more occasions being taken from are replaced in the black safe containing the autopsy
- 48:19documents and items. Cloud described how I saw it. What have you observed
- 48:27with respected that well, sitting in the same room observing our safe or keeping
- 48:34in touch with our material that people were reading. Other people have entered the
- 48:37room and removed apparently at times stuff that contained or was contained in the state
- 48:46to other parts that are going which I don't know where they took it out
- 48:51of the room. Some that have laid down on either the window sill or
- 48:57on top of the safe or the desk that's in their table reading table and
- 49:02they're going out of the room to later return it or place it back in
- 49:07the safe. All right, I believe that to this is substantially accurate.
- 49:15During our preliminary conversation, you described one basic routine which you had observed periodically
- 49:25over the last two and a half months, which was people coming in opening
- 49:31the safe, removing items, shutting the safe so that it's not a jar,
- 49:37but not necessarily locking it, and then coming back later in the day
- 49:42putting items back in the safe, and at that point locking it. Is
- 49:45that correct? That's correct? And in addition to that usual routine, I
- 49:50believe you described two specific instances in which items were left laying in that room.
- 50:00Is that accurate? The right? So there you have it. This
- 50:07is a just a small part of a very much longer conversation. There's another
- 50:14hour and twelve minutes of this thing. And if you'd like to hear the
- 50:17entire interview, head over to my buddy Alex's YouTube page and search for what
- 50:27his page is called the JFK Theorist, And once you find that, he
- 50:31has the entire audio over there for you to hear very interesting stuff. So
- 50:44you know who's to blame here. It wasn't the hfc A member being lazy
- 50:47and not wanting to relock the safe, and every time they got something out
- 50:52of it was this guy blah trying to learn them a lesson for leaving the
- 51:00safe unlocked. It's all very interesting, folks. Now, let's get into
- 51:09Eugene Davis. That's right, the man the Dean Andrews identified as Clay Bertrand
- 51:22So. June twenty one, nineteen sixty seven, a teletype decoded teletype was
- 51:31sent to the Director of the FBI, Jagahuva and the Dallas office from the
- 51:38New Orleans office that states Dusty assassination of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy, Dallas,
- 51:47Texas, November twenty two, nineteen sixty three. Miscellaneous information concerning New Orleans

- 53:12a criminal informant whatever a symbol number informat means, I guess he was designated
- 53:22a number which means he was paid folks. He was a narc A paid
- 53:29criminal informant p c I folks as early as nineteen sixty now. In connection

- 1:00:21and managed by no Fio Cora, who has been reported extensively to many committees
- 1:00:27and this select Committee as being part of Carlos Marcellos, the Mafioso family.
- 1:00:38So there you have some more ties with the quarter of the two sisters and
- 1:00:44Clay Bercher and Carlos Marcello and Castro and all kinds of crazy stuff folks,
- 1:00:50crazy stock, crazy stocking. And I came across this. I always thought
- 1:01:00it was interesting when we talk about Jack Martin, when we talk about the
- 1:01:07beginning of the investigation into the New Orleans side of all this assassination stuff,
- 1:01:15we think of Jack Martin being the impetus, you know, of calling the
- 1:01:23FBI letting them know about David Ferry and that they should check in on David
- 1:01:31Ferry and all this stuff, and then David Ferry being brought in. But
- 1:01:38Jack Martin didn't go to the FBI until November twenty fifth, nineteen sixty three,
- 1:01:45and David Ferry wasn't brought in for questioning until November twenty seven, nineteen
- 1:01:47sixty three, but the day after the assassination, on November twenty three,
- 1:01:55nineteen sixty three, there is a FBI report from a clerk, a lowly
- 1:02:07clerk at the FBI office of New Orleans named Thomas Bevans, and he states
- 1:02:16thus, at about seven forty five pm on this date, a mister W.
- 1:02:24Hardy Davis thirty forty four Louisiana Parkway Avenue. Now you will notice that
- 1:02:32address is also very close and on the same road street that David Ferry lived
- 1:02:40on. Folks, he lived in Louisiana Parkway Avenue. So on this date
- 1:02:45mister W. Hardy Davis okay called regarding the rifle used by Oswald and captioned
- 1:02:57matter which was the assassination of President John of Kennedy. Davis stated that agents
- 1:03:06should contact a mister Jack S. Martin, who lives on North Prior Street,
- 1:03:15New Orleans, Louisiana. David said that Martin can give information regarding a
- 1:03:20mister David Ferry. Ferry, according to Davis, was in the Civil Air
- 1:03:24Patrol with Oswald, is a disbarred airline pilot speak Spanish is a gun collector
- 1:03:35and a fanatic like Oswald. Ferry may be the man who obtained the rifle
- 1:03:38for Oswald. So you see, very shortly, folks, and that's it
- 1:03:46for this that's it for this memorandum. Very shortly after the assassination occurred,
- 1:03:58things were being talked about New Orleans between certain people. Now, this W
- 1:04:03Hardy Davis is a former Bill bondsman in New Orleans and obviously a snitch Rooney.
- 1:04:18So he obviously had a conversation with Jack Martin at some point after the
- 1:04:24assassination and prior to sending this or contacting the FBI, in which they had
- 1:04:30a conversation and which Jack Martin told him all this stuff about Fairy being in
- 1:04:42the civil Air patrol with Oswald, which was true, and he was a
- 1:04:45disbarred airline pilot. He did speak a little Spanish, he was a gun
- 1:04:51collector, and he was a fanatic. And he says Fairy maybe the man
- 1:04:58who obtained the rifle for Oswald, which is what Jack Martin told the FBI
- 1:05:01later on. You know that he may have taught about to shoot while on
- 1:05:05his civil Air patrol and this net and this net. So I just thought
- 1:05:13it was interesting that, you know, Jack Martin didn't voluntarily go to the
- 1:05:19FBI and drop a dime on ferry. They went to him because of w
- 1:05:29Hardy Davis dropping a dime and snitching on the line. Interesting. All right,
- 1:05:40folks, there you have it. Another exciting episode of the Lone Gumming
