- 0:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Hey everyone, it's Justin here, Voices for Voices.
- 0:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're gonna skip through the the housekeeping.
- 0:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We have a pretty packed show here today.
- 0:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh there's a lot of misinformation, a lot of things going on in the world, as there always is.
- 0:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um and and so we are on this episode, which is now 551, uh gonna be addressing multiple issues.
- 0:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So please stick with us as we uh as we get get started.
- 0:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh obviously we have our guest, David Solomon's with us.
- 0:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm gonna cover some uh some information and then we're gonna go to him for his his uh commentary on on uh on the topics.
- 0:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh so first and foremost, uh Scott Minor is telling people that he that they he was the one being sued uh when uh voices for voices, Justin Alan A's, David Solomon, anybody that looks up the docket in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, uh will see that.
- 1:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So the plaintiff is the person or people or organizations who are doing the suing.
- 1:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The defendants are the people being sued.
- 1:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we're clearing that up.
- 1:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So Scott, you sued us.
- 1:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't I I I don't know how to be more plain as day.
- 1:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's on the docket, it's everywhere.
- 1:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So let's let's just uh do that.
- 1:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh secondly, uh there's an individual who we have brought to the attention of the public.
- 1:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Sorry, sometimes my eyes water.
- 1:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm gonna still work through this.
- 1:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh we brought this time and time again.
- 1:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: His name is Von Ullman.
- 1:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh he marries children.
- 1:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Children as young as, I believe, seven or eight.
- 2:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Again, David will add to the color of uh the commentary uh of of this, uh on just giving kind of the highlights of like what we're um what we're gonna be talking about.
- 2:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and and and so there's an issue with that because uh the conversation that once again Mr.
- 2:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Rothermel is allowing uh to continue um is that now Scott and followers, members uh are saying that David is marrying children, which is categorically false.
- 2:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So David will be addressing that, of course.
- 2:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Again, we are being sued.
- 2:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So uh anybody that has any questions, if you think we're lying, then go to the docket and look.
- 3:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Don't trust me, don't trust David.
- 3:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You're not gonna trust us, anyways.
- 3:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, you got your mind made up.
- 3:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But if you actually want to see the real deal, then go to the Montgomery County uh docket and uh type type in uh voices for voices and see which see what comes up, see who's suing who, uh, see who's the plaintiffs, who's the defendants.
- 3:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's pretty pretty easy uh to uh to do that um and to see that.
- 3:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So it's kind of remarkable that people are even entertaining that idea.
- 3:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh yeah, and we brought this up many times about Vaughn.
- 3:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and about Vaughn, David, and and what we what we've done in the past with our shows and and uh and works that we feel this is a big public safety concern that parents, the community, community leaders, law enforcement need to know about.
- 4:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, and so that's why we brought that up many, many, many, many times.
- 4:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And Scott Minor apparently is deciding to use I don't I don't know, selective listening, selective remembering, I don't know.
- 4:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But um the person that if you actually do a you know one of those searches uh and you type in Vaughn V-A-U-H-N Ullman O-H-L-M-A-N and the last name, uh, there's there's variations of it, but what's gonna come up, you're gonna at least see uh where the salvation army has some property, and Vaughn and his team were gonna hold a retreat there.
- 5:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Once the Salvation Army learned about that, they cut it off.
- 5:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: They said, no, we're not have you're not you're not having your retreat here because we know what you're doing, and we don't we don't agree with it.
- 5:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like a lot of people all across the world, but especially here in the United States, um, and and so von Ullman is the one marrying children.
- 5:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So again, Scott, you're you need to get your facts straight, and that's why we have so many viewers and listeners, and um why people turn to us for the facts, uh, because that's what they do.
- 5:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: They get the they get the facts.
- 5:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, and there's a comment that we referred to in our last episode uh that is being played out where an individual commented that uh Realmakers has actually tripled their membership base, their member membership, and they charge money for this.
- 6:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So this isn't a free thing, so they charge money, so they're yeah, they got triple the money, and what I said in the last episode, I'll say it again here, is I believe that it the reason why they did get that triple was because of voices for voices, because we gave them airtime, even though it was airtime that uh we feel that a simplistic uh way of thinking that people would go, oh, okay, let me check into this.
- 6:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, and so it's kind of one of those things where they got the benefit of the doubt.
- 7:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So they had they tripled their membership base, and yet they're the ones suing us.
- 7:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and they're the ones uh with uh you know the Washington Post uh news reporter writing articles for them.
- 7:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So uh we're not gonna get too much into the into the into the weeds, uh, because that that um yeah, we're just gonna move to the next point here.
- 7:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Okay, got that, got that.
- 7:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh yeah, so David just came out and was saying, hey parents, uh Von's marrying children.
- 7:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So he's in this group called Realm Makers, and Scott's leading it.
- 7:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so whether he knew it or not, um, he's getting the names mixed up.
- 7:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's Von Ullman who marries the children, not David Solomon.
- 7:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't know how many times we're gonna have to say it.
- 7:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We'll say it until we're just gonna have to just keep on keep on saying it.
- 8:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And Scott never came forward to tell his organization members about Vaughn.
- 8:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's that's the other part.
- 8:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, Scott was also defending him.
- 8:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: He was also defending Bryan Davis when there was a third-party call that neither David nor I made uh with Mr.
- 8:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Scott Minor.
- 8:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: He agreed, he he found out about 10 or 15 minutes in that the call was being recorded.
- 8:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: He kept talking.
- 8:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So that counts as you know an understanding that your call is being recorded.
- 8:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If you don't want it recorded, you hang it up.
- 8:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You don't need a law degree, you don't need any of that.
- 9:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You just need common sense that says, okay, I'm gonna hang up.
- 9:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: He didn't do that, and in that call, the third party brings up Bryan Davis, and it's got like, oh, I'll take notes, I'll look into this, I'll uh and you know, all that.
- 9:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, which I don't know if you did, uh, but uh it's it's a little bit interesting how that that happens.
- 9:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like, well, I don't really know.
- 9:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't he wouldn't do that, and but if he is, you know, talking to children behind parents' backs about porn cutting and what I a couple other topics that are very, very inappropriate for any child, let alone children that aren't yours, and he's and Bryan's no counselor, he has no degree to be able to you know be a behavioral specialist.
- 10:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So uh we touch on that, and this is the big one.
- 10:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This is one of the big ones here.
- 10:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I got one more after this, and then we're gonna get it to David.
- 10:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So the reason why Mr.
- 10:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: David Solomon got kicked out of Realm Makers, Realm Sphere, which Scott's apparently saying that David left on his own, which that's that's a categorical lie.
- 10:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, he goes kicked out, that's a big difference.
- 10:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Having your account shut down versus going through all the steps yourself.
- 10:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And in Scott's deposition and uh other communication methods, mention how David came to his uh attention when he was when when Scott was looking at the analytics.
- 11:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So he's looking at the analytics, he's like, man, there's somebody that's like doing a lot of networking, right?
- 11:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I mean, Realm Sphere, Realm Makers had you know put a feather in their cap saying, you know, this is the place where you know you can collaborate with other writers.
- 11:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So that's what David was doing.
- 11:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: He was just using he was using the platform just as if you know you're using LinkedIn or using Facebook or TikTok, which, oh, by the way, uh, a few months ago, my voices for voices, our voices for voices, TikTok account mysteriously got banned.
- 11:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so that's that's a little bit curious, but we covered that in previous episodes.
- 11:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I digress.
- 11:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So Scott didn't like that David was doing that, um, because he felt that David might and and uh mythical mythical creatures around the world was gonna over overrun, like from a competition standpoint, that mythical was gonna go into the number one slot, and and and no realm makers, realms feared that you know they were gonna go below.
- 12:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so that was that was interesting.
- 12:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Last point, and then it's gonna David for content uh analysis.
- 12:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh so a couple nights ago, I talked about this in a previous episode, uh, but I want to give a little context.
- 12:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I'm gonna share my screen, and this is gonna take a minute.
- 12:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This is just so you can see that I'm pulling up a real definition here, and we go share.
- 12:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Okay.
- 12:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Extortion.
- 12:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You might say, well, what are you talking about?
- 12:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Extortion.
- 13:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh okay.
- 13:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh the the definition of extortion.
- 13:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we're gonna start the definition and we're gonna go from there.
- 13:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Extortion is the practice of obtaining money, goods, or services from an individual or group through coercion, you know, against their will.
- 13:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This typically, and this is coming from Wikipedia that source it.
- 13:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This typically involves threats of future harm, whether physical, psychological, or reputational, is classified as a criminal offense in the most jurisdictions.
- 13:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And then the key key elements of extortion is coercion, the act of using threats or intimidation to compel someone to give up property or perform an action, threats.
- 13:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: These can include threats of physical harm, damage to property, or harm the reputation.
- 13:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The threat does not need to involve an unlawful act.
- 13:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Consent.
- 13:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The victim may appear to consent to the demands, but this consent is obtained under duress.
- 14:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So why that why am I bringing up extortion?
- 14:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Because two days ago, David got communications from his stepdad working.
- 14:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm not going to name names, but related to this case, saying that they, so David's stepdad, which really, as we know, it's not really his stepdad.
- 14:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, it it it it it's some it he he's the handler of David.
- 14:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we're putting that out there too, so people understand that.
- 14:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So he's handling David's you know, day-to-day, what and making sure he's doing this and that and the other.
- 14:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Well, two nights ago, uh, David was getting communication from the stepfather that I or voices for voices, we have to give up mythical creatures around the world because we acquired them in, I think it was November, December of 2025.
- 15:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And he said, All you all Justin has to do is give up mythical, and I won't call CPS, uh child, which is child protective services.
- 15:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I won't have the police send to his house.
- 15:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So again, these are threats.
- 15:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Talked about threats in in the previous episode.
- 15:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, so you you can check out more on that.
- 15:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, and so this is coercion.
- 15:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So, what was he doing?
- 15:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, it was coercing me, trying to, was he was trying to obtain, or says practice on money.
- 15:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: He was trying trying to obtain a platform that is very successful from an individual through coercion saying, hey, I'm gonna send child protective services to your house, Justin.
- 16:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If I'm gonna send the cops to your house, we might we might even SWAT your house.
- 16:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, and so he was threatening me.
- 16:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, and I I don't know if that still has continued, but that happened two nights ago, and that's the reason I brought up extortion because we have been extorted.
- 16:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um I'm not gonna tell you where we're at with with with that, but uh this this needs to be said, it needs to be seen, and so I am gonna finally pass it over to David.
- 16:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: David, thank you so much for joining us.
- 16:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Thank you for uh bearing with me uh for for that part uh of the show.
- 16:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And yeah, uh, you know, feel free to take the floor and share what you need.
- 17:03Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 17:04Speaker 2: Well, first of all, good morning, Realme, for everybody listening.
- 17:09Speaker 2: Uh let's just take a moment and think about what Justin just said.
- 17:15Speaker 2: So, you know, I I still have friends in Realm.
- 17:25Speaker 2: And uh and so I'm gonna talk on their behalf first, and then I will talk about how I feel about this.
- 17:35Speaker 2: Um the thousands and thousands of messages with Scott Minor saying that I abused the platform and was private messaging authors, um, over about 80% of those were with one individual, and it had nothing to do with my trafficking, it had nothing to do with bringing Rome down.
- 18:06Speaker 2: We actually co-wrote a book together, and I will not name that individual till the book comes out, and then you can figure it out on your own.
- 18:15Speaker 2: So we used that platform with us to co-write a book, and we would message every hour, and there would be edits and notes, and we would, you know, that's how we communicated.
- 18:29Speaker 2: Um a large part of that is it was easy for me to communicate on there, um, and it was easy for them to communicate.
- 18:39Speaker 2: Okay, I did message uh probably everyone on Realm that was an author for a crossover that I am now being called a lot of names for, so let me explain that.
- 18:58Speaker 2: I have a contract with a big publishing house, and I do.
- 19:04Speaker 2: The thing is, I wanted to give back to the community because I know that there has been a lot of negativity within the community, so I was willing to let other authors publish short stories or at least cameo in a big Avengers endgame like Christian Fantasy Crossover.
- 19:31Speaker 2: And despite all the people hurting me, and despite all of the evil that took place, I was willing to do that.
- 19:43Speaker 2: It was very hard for me to join Realm Makers because I had been hurt by author Bryan Davis in every which way, and I had run away from God, and I'm not proud of it.
- 20:04Speaker 2: It was one of the darkest days of my life when I joined Realmmakers because I was about to do something very bad.
- 20:17Speaker 2: Before my mom died, I was a member since my childhood, actually, of the Christian writing world.
- 21:18Speaker 2: And that is mainly because my mom worked in Trinity Broadcasting Network, and then she worked on Ten Commandments, she worked on all these uh you know different Christian ministries throughout the years.
- 21:35Speaker 2: I I grew up with these people in my home.
- 21:38Speaker 2: We uh joined a group called Holy Worlds, and it was great, and I am gonna release the name that I went under because everybody knows it.
- 21:52Speaker 2: My name was Angel Sword, and if you Google it, it comes right up.
- 21:59Speaker 2: There were events that took place after I came back from being trafficked.
- 22:05Speaker 2: And I understand where people go, oh, he's wacko, and there's no way.
- 22:17Speaker 2: But the the problem is there was, we went through 20 cars.
- 22:25Speaker 2: I'm gonna release this.
- 22:27Speaker 2: We went through 20 cars in the city of Oregon City of hit and runs in a small town.
- 22:38Speaker 2: And anytime we wanted to leave our little neighborhood, there would be a hit and run.
- 22:47Speaker 2: Oh, well, that's delusional.
- 22:48Speaker 2: Okay.
- 22:49Speaker 2: Well, you can call me delusional, but can you call my mom delusional?
- 22:55Speaker 2: Because she was hospitalized, I was hospitalized, both of us were hospitalized multiple times from hit and runs.
- 23:05Speaker 2: Okay.
- 23:06Speaker 2: So if I was not taken, then why is it that one of my captors wrote my best friend behind my back from childhood?
- 23:27Speaker 2: The following.
- 23:31Speaker 2: Please don't tell, this is at the time uh I was known since the world knows as Jeremiah.
- 23:42Speaker 2: Please don't tell Jeremiah's mom that I am reaching out to you.
- 23:48Speaker 2: I am reaching out on the behalf of Bryan Davis, concerned for the whereabouts of your best friend, the young man, Jeremiah Paul Song, aka Nathaniel Isaac Hahn.
- 23:59Speaker 2: We had an encounter, and I don't think it went well.
- 24:04Speaker 2: And mentally I am unstable because of it.
- 24:08Speaker 2: I'm hoping that he's okay, but I don't need his mom coming after me because of what I did to him.
- 24:16Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 24:20Speaker 2: Do you know his whereabouts or his address or his phone number?
- 24:27Speaker 2: I just want to make sure he's okay.
- 24:31Speaker 2: Blessings.
- 24:34Speaker 2: Praying for you.
- 24:37Speaker 2: Okay.
- 24:39Speaker 2: If I was not taken, why did Bryan Davis reach out to literally everyone that I know?
- 24:48Speaker 2: Or have someone else do it.
- 24:52Speaker 2: Now, after I got away, the church that I was not going to name, but they have not cooperated, is Stone Creek Christian Church.
- 25:07Speaker 2: And Mr.
- 25:08Speaker 2: Bryan Allen Davis talked to my youth pastor for four hours.
- 25:12Speaker 2: Days before I was taken.
- 25:15Speaker 2: People, I was chloroformed in front of my mom.
- 25:20Speaker 2: She is a witness that Bryan had me taken.
- 25:23Speaker 2: And she may be gone, she may have died, but her reports did not.
- 25:29Speaker 2: And the reason we went to podcast is because the law enforcement, and Justin was here for that, told us to.
- 25:39Speaker 2: They gave us permission because the law enforcement would not do anything about this particular issue.
- 25:48Speaker 2: Now, when people are calling me wacko, and that's fine.
- 25:58Speaker 2: It looks wacko.
- 26:00Speaker 2: What's going on?
- 26:02Speaker 2: Because it's not normal to have all these car accidents, all these comas.
- 26:08Speaker 2: This is not normal.
- 26:10Speaker 2: And it screwed up my life.
- 26:15Speaker 2: Now, some people are saying, oh, well, you're a liar because of you know the Korean War and the Vietnam.
- 26:22Speaker 2: Well, no, not so fast.
- 26:24Speaker 2: I would like to refer to my dad's military record that the Vietnam War officially ended, but he stayed in Vietnam as Special Forces sniper.
- 26:40Speaker 2: And under his military record says Vietnam Korean vet.
- 26:49Speaker 2: So he served in two wars, but he only rarely ever came home.
- 26:58Speaker 2: So that is why all my life I was told that he was a Vietnam vet in the war.
- 27:06Speaker 2: So let's just clarify that.
- 27:09Speaker 2: Okay.
- 27:10Speaker 2: He blew up our home in Reno, Nevada.
- 27:15Speaker 2: Please research this because you can actually Google this.
- 27:18Speaker 2: It's in focus on the family.
- 27:20Speaker 2: What happened to me and my mom got published by reporters.
- 27:24Speaker 2: It also got published on ABC and MBC in Klamath Balls, Oregon.
- 27:29Speaker 2: When it happened, okay.
- 27:33Speaker 2: I became a writer at six years old.
- 27:38Speaker 2: I wasn't gonna do this, but we're gonna drop it anyway.
- 27:43Speaker 2: I published my first book at six years old with my mom.
- 27:47Speaker 2: And you guys have actually watched it on VHS.
- 27:52Speaker 2: If you ever watch Veggie Tales, then you watch some of my work.
- 27:56Speaker 2: Congratulations.
- 27:57Speaker 2: I was the youngest writer, probably in the industry at that point, even though my mom helped me.
- 28:03Speaker 2: Oh, and I was paid for it too, because when I turned 18, I could access that money, and my mom made it that way.
- 28:12Speaker 2: So that's how I survived at that point.
- 28:15Speaker 2: All right, number three.
- 28:18Speaker 2: So much hate, so much lies, so much misinformation on me.
- 28:26Speaker 2: Seriously.
- 28:29Speaker 2: The reason this is happening is because Scott Minor wants to paint me as a liar and he wants to paint me as the bad guy.
- 28:39Speaker 2: So we're gonna set this straight.
- 28:41Speaker 2: I don't want Realm Makers shut down.
- 28:44Speaker 2: I do not want Realm Makers' reputation hurt.
- 28:47Speaker 2: I want Mr.
- 28:48Speaker 2: Scott Minor to do his freaking job.
- 28:51Speaker 2: Von Omen is an author that marries children.
- 28:55Speaker 2: I went to you, we had a conversation, you said screw you.
- 29:00Speaker 2: I went to you because Bryan Davis messaged me and has interfered in other kids' lives.
- 29:08Speaker 2: That is dangerous.
- 29:11Speaker 2: I went to you as a leader, I don't hate you.
- 29:17Speaker 2: The reason Sophia Hansen is wrapped in this, and when you say that I've endangered authors on realm calling them human traffickers, well, guess what, boys and girls?
- 29:29Speaker 2: It's because there might be evidence they are, and we're gonna drop that right now.
- 29:34Speaker 2: Okay.
- 29:35Speaker 2: So Sophia Hansen reported to Scott, created this hate group that you know I was a liar, they wanted to collect evidence behind everybody's backs.
- 29:51Speaker 2: You guys don't know about this group.
- 29:53Speaker 2: And so Fia used my friend at the time.
- 29:59Speaker 2: Uh his name was Gabriel, but you know, we really don't talk anymore.
- 30:06Speaker 2: Thanks, Scott, for that one.
- 30:09Speaker 2: And he used someone else in that group that we won't name to get close to me and gather information.
- 30:19Speaker 2: So he coursed someone into gathering information, tricked me into a friendship.
- 30:24Speaker 2: That's fun.
- 30:25Speaker 2: Okay.
- 30:26Speaker 2: Number five, it is not me that recorded that conversation, it is one of the people in that hate group that recorded the conversation.
- 30:38Speaker 2: I did not record this conversation with Scott Minor.
- 30:42Speaker 2: They called him.
- 30:43Speaker 2: They called him.
- 30:45Speaker 2: I'm gonna reiterate that.
- 30:46Speaker 2: They called him concerned about Bryan Davis.
- 30:51Speaker 2: So that's that's number five.
- 30:53Speaker 2: Von Ohlman marries children.
- 30:57Speaker 2: You can Google it, it's under quiverful.
- 31:01Speaker 2: I have received messages today that someone on Realm is basically saying that I am with Von Ohlman or are helping marrying children, and that is not true.
- 31:15Speaker 2: There's a lot of hate because the videos that Realm makers put on their website are calling my wife a whore, a prostitute, she's on strip chat, and that is not true.
- 31:27Speaker 2: That is made by haters that have not been verified, and you guys are idiots and retards because you, as a ministry, put videos up talking about my son, talking about Bryan talking about my son, and talking about this girl named Angel talks too fast, calling my wife a whore.
- 31:48Speaker 2: You shared information that was private that was given to you to show harassment of Bryan Davis.
- 31:58Speaker 2: That is what you've done.
- 31:59Speaker 2: Okay, so you've only proven my case now.
- 32:03Speaker 2: Okay, we're gonna start calling out some people here.
- 32:07Speaker 2: So, Wayne Thomas Batson, listen, I I've seen you in the comments.
- 32:15Speaker 2: I've I have friends that know you in Maryland.
- 32:19Speaker 2: I'm not mad at you, and you never trafficked me.
- 32:24Speaker 2: So if someone wants to say you trafficked me right now, then we're gonna have a problem.
- 32:31Speaker 2: You're not in this, and I will do everything in my power to make sure you're not accused of that.
- 32:39Speaker 2: So I don't want you to be in trouble for trafficking me.
- 32:44Speaker 2: You did not do that.
- 32:45Speaker 2: Now, granted, it is my understanding in 2021, you filed on me, and I want to know why.
- 32:59Speaker 2: I'm curious about that.
- 33:01Speaker 2: But you were not the person that chloroformed me or took me.
- 33:08Speaker 2: Now you know that circle, you are a part of that circle, but you are not a trafficker.
- 33:15Speaker 2: So we're just gonna clear that right now.
- 33:18Speaker 2: Um, anyone else I've named other than Bryan Davis or Von Ohlman and Sophia Hansen, I don't care about.
- 33:28Speaker 2: Those are the three I care about.
- 33:30Speaker 2: I never said Scott Minor was trafficking children.
- 33:35Speaker 2: I said he's allowing it by not looking into it.
- 33:40Speaker 2: So this whole business of me painting Scott Minor as a human trafficker did not start until an individual came to me, Justin, and three other people.
- 33:53Speaker 2: We're gonna put that out there.
- 33:55Speaker 2: And they said he was allowing stuff to go on.
- 34:04Speaker 2: Now, this isn't from me, this is from someone else.
- 34:09Speaker 2: So what, you're gonna sue them too?
- 34:13Speaker 2: Because I don't even know them, but they came to me.
- 34:19Speaker 2: Okay, so let a judge look that over.
- 34:24Speaker 2: That is where I got my information that you are a trafficker.
- 34:28Speaker 2: And by the way, it looks pretty damn.
- 34:32Speaker 2: Because if you're allowing a trafficker to be on your platform, and then you're allowing that behavior, that's a problem.
- 34:45Speaker 2: That's not me victimizing and calling every author that doesn't take my side, and I'm talking about you, Carrie needs, a trafficker.
- 34:55Speaker 2: Because you're not, there are only certain individuals who participated in this event are guilty.
- 35:14Speaker 2: Becky Minor.
- 35:18Speaker 2: I I have nothing but respect for you.
- 35:22Speaker 2: My mom knew you.
- 35:24Speaker 2: I pulled up all her old messages.
- 35:27Speaker 2: I really don't want anything bad with you.
- 35:31Speaker 2: This isn't about you.
- 35:33Speaker 2: So I yeah, but no.
- 35:37Speaker 2: This is about Scott, Bryan, and Von Ohlman.
- 35:43Speaker 2: Those are the three.
- 35:45Speaker 2: Anyone else?
- 35:48Speaker 2: I don't care about.
- 35:49Speaker 2: Okay.
- 35:52Speaker 2: I've seen all the hate.
- 35:56Speaker 2: I've been called a liar, I've been made fun of, that's fine.
- 36:01Speaker 2: It's fine.
- 36:03Speaker 2: As far as me writing Sound of Freedom, you know what I gotta say?
- 36:08Speaker 2: You believe it or you don't, it ain't gonna change a thing what I say.
- 36:14Speaker 2: I don't have anything to prove to you, because I have received my paychecks, and I have received being uh a part of a greater uh purpose in projects like that.
- 36:29Speaker 2: I have the pictures and all the other stuff, so that's fine.
- 36:34Speaker 2: People like me are used to hate because when you take a stand, people are gonna hate you, and the more hate you get, you must be doing something right.
- 36:44Speaker 2: So go ahead and hate me because I'm just gonna praise you back.
- 36:49Speaker 2: I'm not gonna hate on you back.
- 36:52Speaker 2: That's that's the son my mom raised.
- 36:55Speaker 2: Okay, okay.
- 36:59Speaker 2: I apologize about that.
- 37:02Speaker 2: I had a Pennsylvania number, or someone gave my phone number out, and we've we've had a fun time tonight today.
- 37:10Speaker 2: Okay, we're getting near the end here.
- 37:14Speaker 2: So someone made a comment that it is labor trafficking or child slavery because my eight-year-old is writing a book, and this is where it crosses a line.
- 37:28Speaker 2: Ryan wants to write, then Ryan is gonna write.
- 37:35Speaker 2: And he loves to create, and he is a loving child, and it's his journey, and it's his vision.
- 37:48Speaker 2: It's my job as father, husband, and my wife, and mom, his mom, to support his vision.
- 37:59Speaker 1: You don't have to lie.
- 38:12Speaker 2: Sorry.
- 38:13Speaker 2: Uh just to be clear, if in one of the comments they said, Well, you're profiting off the child.
- 38:19Speaker 2: Nope.
- 38:20Speaker 2: The money that he makes will go to him when he is eligible for that.
- 38:27Speaker 2: He made the decision that he wanted to write on his own.
- 38:32Speaker 2: And now I don't even help him.
- 38:35Speaker 2: He is the one doing things now.
- 38:37Speaker 2: He is fully doing his own thing.
- 38:41Speaker 2: Sometimes we collab if he wants, but right now he is doing his own thing, and I support him, and so does my wife, and he is doing amazing things.
- 38:54Speaker 2: He loves God, and what you guys are doing hurt him so much that he almost gave up on his own faith.
- 39:02Speaker 2: So thank you, Mr.
- 39:03Speaker 2: Batson, for that one because he read your book.
- 39:07Speaker 2: I think you're familiar with some of his stuff, The Door Within, uh, books like that.
- 39:13Speaker 2: Before all this drama happened, he looked up to you, despite everything.
- 39:19Speaker 2: So you might really want to stop and pause.
- 39:22Speaker 2: This isn't a guilt trip.
- 39:25Speaker 2: This isn't, you know, who's right or wrong.
- 39:28Speaker 2: Stop bringing people down.
- 39:31Speaker 2: You're tearing people down, and you're tearing them from their face.
- 39:35Speaker 2: Okay.
- 39:37Speaker 2: Now I stand by what I stand by.
- 39:42Speaker 2: Mythical creatures around the world is uh is a ministry.
- 39:48Speaker 2: Our writing is uh is a ministry, and I'm only gonna push more content out the more I get pushed.
- 39:57Speaker 2: My mom has stories before I was taken that tell a timeline of the abuse that she was getting from Bryan Davis.
- 40:08Speaker 2: So we are gonna put those out.
- 40:11Speaker 2: You guys should be ashamed of yourselves as an organization because you have shamed my wife.
- 40:18Speaker 2: You have ridiculed her by putting those videos and linking them that she's a whore.
- 40:26Speaker 1: If you listen to the three-hour sorts of things, okay?
- 40:37Speaker 2: Um, I'm not afraid of you guys.
- 40:39Speaker 2: You guys are bullies, and I welcome the hate, and I hope I get called every name in the book.
- 40:45Speaker 2: The moment that you call my wife a name one more time is the moment we're gonna have problems, and I am gonna sue the living heck out of all of you.
- 40:54Speaker 2: You understand?
- 40:56Speaker 2: So that is a threat.
- 40:58Speaker 2: You can call me names all you want, but you leave my family out.
- 41:02Speaker 2: I'm leaving your family out, you leave mine out.
- 41:05Speaker 2: Okay?
- 41:06Speaker 2: I am called for ministry, that's what I do, and I'm gonna continue to write Christian fantasy, and God's gonna bless it.
- 41:19Speaker 2: Some of you are gonna hate me, and I really don't care because I don't answer to you, I answer to him.
- 41:25Speaker 2: It has broken my heart because I grew up in your world, and you were my friends, and you were my family.
- 41:35Speaker 2: But that has changed now, and that's okay.
- 41:40Speaker 2: So that is how this episode is gonna end with all that has gone down.
- 41:49Speaker 2: If anyone has any questions, they know where to find me.
- 41:53Speaker 2: Soldierboyder, w-r-i-t-e-r at gmail.com.
- 41:58Speaker 2: Um, you know, someone can ask me what's going on.
- 42:05Speaker 2: My wife answers my email.
- 42:07Speaker 2: Uh, because of the car accidents, I can't look at a computer very well.
- 42:12Speaker 2: Uh, and I had an eye stroke on top of that, so I'm blind in one eye.
- 42:18Speaker 2: So we will go there too.
- 42:20Speaker 2: If anyone slanders my name continuously, they are liable to be sued in a separate lawsuit.
- 42:30Speaker 2: And you guys are doing a good job of it.
- 42:33Speaker 2: Lore Haven, I'm coming for you, buddy.
- 42:36Speaker 2: I'm coming for you.
- 42:38Speaker 2: That was a great one.
- 42:39Speaker 2: You you keep saying the things you're saying about me.
- 42:42Speaker 2: That's good.
- 42:44Speaker 2: That's good.
- 42:45Speaker 2: You keep going.
- 42:46Speaker 2: So, you guys are hypocrites.
- 42:51Speaker 2: You guys are stupid.
- 42:53Speaker 2: Like, pull your head together.
- 42:59Speaker 2: You're Christians.
- 43:02Speaker 2: You call me mental, and in one way you're defending it, and then they're saying, well, he's mental, you know, he's psychotic, okay.
- 43:14Speaker 2: Prove it.
- 43:16Speaker 2: Prove that I am mental.
- 43:19Speaker 2: Oh, well, the videos say this.
- 43:21Speaker 2: Okay, well, the videos, okay, fine.
- 43:24Speaker 2: What did a police report say in my hand?
- 43:27Speaker 2: I've endured more than you have known, and I have lost more than you will ever lose, and yet I'm still here writing Christian fantasy.
- 43:42Speaker 2: And to end it on this, Bryan Davis was my favorite author, despite him trafficking me, and I'm going to tell you why.
- 43:55Speaker 2: Because he and Wayne Thomas Batson are the Reason that I did not kill myself at the age of thirteen.
- 44:04Speaker 2: They, their books, brought me back to church.
- 44:13Speaker 2: All the evil that Bryan has done will not change the fact that that one book saved me.
- 44:24Speaker 2: And it is for that reason that that book will remain, that favorite book, in my heart.
- 44:35Speaker 2: And I will hide it.
- 44:37Speaker 2: And I will always reference it.
- 44:42Speaker 2: And I will always remember how God used that book to save me at the age of 13 from taking my life.
- 44:52Speaker 2: When Thomas Batson also, his book did that to me.
- 45:00Speaker 2: So when you guys look and say that I'm psycho and mental, no.
- 45:11Speaker 2: And I can prove it.
- 45:16Speaker 2: I would encourage you to ask the question: why are you guys doing this?
- 45:23Speaker 2: Scott Minor says, because I want to defame Realm.
- 45:27Speaker 2: I don't want to defame Realm.
- 45:29Speaker 2: I want the leadership of Realm to pay attention.
- 45:34Speaker 2: Bryan Davis Harvest interview.
- 45:37Speaker 2: Somebody listen to it and tell me what he's saying.
- 45:41Speaker 2: Please.
- 45:44Speaker 2: Astro Alliance, is it normal for children to be bred by dragons?
- 45:49Speaker 2: Let's go on.
- 45:51Speaker 2: I spout off on ghostwriting for Bryan Davis.
- 45:54Speaker 2: Well, that's hilarious.
- 45:56Speaker 2: I have the manuscripts that my mom wrote for him.
- 46:00Speaker 2: I don't know if people think I'm stupid or not.
- 46:09Speaker 2: Now, the one thing I will say about Mr.
- 46:13Speaker 2: Batson in his defense is when I was in one of the car accidents, my mom reached out because I couldn't remember my life, which is true.
- 46:25Speaker 2: He actually did reach out and he prayed for me.
- 46:30Speaker 2: So I, you know, I have that exchange.
- 46:36Speaker 2: Now Chris Hopper, he didn't do the same.
- 46:43Speaker 2: He called me up and he lectured me.
- 46:47Speaker 2: He said I'm demonically possessed, blah blah blah blah blah.
- 46:51Speaker 2: You know, it it was it was a crying day for a kid that came out of a coma.
- 46:58Speaker 2: I don't hold that against him.
- 47:02Speaker 2: Now my mom, on the other hand, she did.
- 47:06Speaker 2: But I didn't.
- 47:09Speaker 2: My mom fought hard and fought brave.
- 47:13Speaker 2: As far as a handler, well, I'll let you figure that out.
- 47:17Speaker 2: Maybe you should ask Bryan Davis about that.
- 47:19Speaker 2: Bryan Davis knows a lot more about my life than I actually do.
- 47:24Speaker 2: He's reached out to my family, he's reached out to my wife's family, he's reached out to everybody.
- 47:30Speaker 2: For someone that claims they don't know me or aren't involved with me.
- 47:36Speaker 2: They reached out to my youth pastor as a minor.
- 47:39Speaker 2: They wanted to know my whereabouts.
- 47:41Speaker 2: Don't believe me.
- 47:42Speaker 2: I have the transcripts of their conversations.
- 47:45Speaker 2: Bryan Davis talked to Tim Long from the dates of August 14th to December 20th, 2011, before I went missing about me and who I was, where I lived.
- 48:02Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 48:03Speaker 2: At Stone Creek Christian Church.
- 48:06Speaker 2: So there it is.
- 48:08Speaker 2: Alright, I'm gonna let Justin close it off.
- 48:12Speaker 2: Um and uh I'm gonna just breathe because this has affected my health.
- 48:19Speaker 2: And I have not slept because it's never easy when the body of Christ is the one attacking you, and then you're representing that body, and here we are in a spiritual war, a physical war, and a mental war, and that's not right.
- 48:39Speaker 2: So maybe we could stop attacking each other for one minute and start asking the question why did realm makers sue us?
- 48:48Speaker 2: And then maybe we'll get somewhere, and you don't have to like me, and you don't have to believe me, but the facts will not lie as to why we are here.
- 49:02Speaker 2: Von Oman Mary's children, Bryan Davis had me taken.
- 49:06Speaker 2: That is why we are here.
- 49:07Speaker 2: Sophia Hansen, yeah, she had some part to play.
- 49:11Speaker 2: I said it once because there was evidence that came to me that she might be connected to that.
- 49:18Speaker 2: So there it is.
- 49:21Speaker 2: Alright.
- 49:23Speaker 2: Justin, go ahead.
- 49:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Yeah, I mean, it's hard being so transparent and to have to relive events and you know what's been going on for you for such a long time to really the last couple three days with what's going on.
- 49:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um Yeah, we don't and I said this in a earlier show, I think it might even be the five five hundred and fiftieth that I didn't mention.
- 50:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um or the five hundred and forty-ninth.
- 50:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh just so much awesome content we we have.
- 50:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um that we don't incite violence harm to body, mind, sphere, the you know, Dave mentioned David mentioned, you know, somebody talks about a family.
- 50:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Well, you know, it somebody talks about somebody's family, uh you know, that's that that's something.
- 50:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But we don't talk about oh, well, they need you know, we need to go get rid of them.
- 51:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We need to like I said, the extortion, the coercion of you know, threatening me with swatting with CPS with local police or state or federal come into my house, and not a one person that'd be making those calls knows me.
- 51:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Never met me in person, probably never will, because I have no interest, and that's the part that gets me is I I don't even know.
- 51:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I mean, the last couple days I think I've looked a couple times just because of the the comments are just so hateful.
- 51:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, and their attorney, Mr.
- 52:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Christopher Dean Rothermel, is letting it happen, saying that it's alright for them to do this, and so that's where I say, you know, might not like our videos, that's fine, turn to channel, might not like the content, that's okay, turn to channel.
- 52:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But what you'll never see is any of us saying we need to take this person out, we need to do this, let's all join one big lawsuit again.
- 52:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I mean, for tripling their membership plus raising eighty hundred thousand dollars, I haven't seen we haven't seen anything.
- 53:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I mean, I don't know.
- 53:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I mean, maybe we've had two thousand, but that's all gets that's gotten basically spent.
- 53:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And and so we're there there are there's things that I'm not gonna mention here, um, but you know, the take an advantage part, you know, if you have uh you know, my I have two nephews and they're I think three three years apart in age, and so they beat up on each other just like brothers do, and you know, sports, and that it helps them get better and learn, and um you know that's one thing, but they're not sitting there actively trying to physically harm somebody, and not only that, but to be public and to know that things that like David's mention, David knows the people who are in this these circles, and and so I don't I don't know, you know, if if that was Scott that that was initiating the the swatting and and all that, and um oh no, not only did they want mythical, so let's go at the the extortion.
- 54:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm gonna I'm gonna close that loop.
- 54:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Not only do they want mythical, but they wanted the videos down, which they've already taken down my TikTok account, which nobody else would have any reason to do that.
- 54:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I had 600 followers, I didn't have a hundred million followers.
- 54:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I mean, come on.
- 54:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The only people who have reason in a benefit are the very people who are coming against us.
- 55:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're not come, we didn't come against them, we did not file this lawsuit.
- 55:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: They file, they filed it.
- 55:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so if you don't want to believe it, go look at the Montgomery County case docket, type in voices for voices, and see who the plaintiff is.
- 55:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Do it, take you 30 seconds, and then you can make your decision off of that.
- 55:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And you know, I I honestly don't care what you your decision really is, because the more time that I spend on this hateful rhetoric towards me, the harm, all you know, the threats and all that, I get it.
- 55:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm a public figure, I'm in front of camera close to every day or several times a week at the least.
- 56:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I get it.
- 56:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We have 550 episodes.
- 56:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: People are jealous, and they want they want that, and they don't have that, and so I'm gonna spend more time.
- 56:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm gonna make a promise to myself that I'm gonna spend more time on me and us as an organization, voices for voices, which includes mythical creatures around the world, which includes David, his family.
- 56:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm gonna I'm gonna do that because I want the stress that my body has to be good.
- 56:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like when I went to the gym this morning, I didn't want to go to the gym, I was not in a good, good, good spot.
- 56:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But I was stressing my legs because I was on the leg workout.
- 56:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And then one of the gentlemen there, I don't like talking when I go to the gym, I'm just like doing things, and and he was helping me, and like I've lifted before like many, many, many, many years ago, and I didn't take it negatively at all.
- 57:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I was just like, I it it really was just a nice gesture for him to you know just impart some knowledge.
- 57:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like, I'm just I'm just gonna spend more of that time where where I have instead of on you know these negative things, like we're gonna if we have to, and we had to um, you know, reach out to police locally, everybody knows my address.
- 57:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um and so we had to do that.
- 57:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And we have an informant, which we're not gonna name unless in a classified environment, uh, that we receive a lot of this information.
- 57:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And you might say, oh, well, you know, David's just the one saying it.
- 57:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Well, I've I've interacted with this individual, and and uh I won't go any further than than than that, and that was before any of what happened this past week and what's been going on, um, because I'm not gonna I'm not gonna compromise this individual um because they're seeing things and hearing things and uh you know it's and and so I I'm just gonna do that myself.
- 58:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm just gonna spend more time on me, the organization, and we're just we're just gonna we're gonna continue.
- 58:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like last night, we finish up the you know the the story in Laguna on mythical creatures around the world.
- 58:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like we're just gonna continue because that that's what we do.
- 58:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like we we do this to uplift people, we do this to uh for the betterment of society, and so I just ask anybody who's watching and listening, can you say the same for you?
- 59:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I I'm just I'm gonna do things that make me happy, and what makes me happy is helping people, not hurting people.
- 59:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So thank you for joining us.
- 59:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Thanks to David.
- 59:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You had to run.
- 59:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um give us a big thumbs up, like, follow, subscribe, share, reshare, repost, and get that phone out and share the voices for voices, podcast, and TV show with 25, 50, 100 contacts in your phone.
- 59:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Free to do, and we would greatly appreciate that.
