- 1:25Speaker 5: Now, the good Lord have mercy, all right. Well, I
- 1:33Speaker 5: don't know what to say about that. I can't do it.
- 1:37Speaker 2: You can't do it, bit one.
- 1:39Speaker 1: No, I guess it's maybe like the brand maybe, and
- 1:43Speaker 1: maybe the kind that they use, because I just got
- 1:49Speaker 1: some new ones and it's in the because sometimes I
- 1:52Speaker 1: have trouble going to sleep.
- 1:54Speaker 5: And let me tell you something.
- 1:56Speaker 2: They work wonders for sleep, like real talk.
- 1:59Speaker 5: Uh not for me. It made me hungry. It gave
- 2:02Speaker 5: me the monchies.
- 2:04Speaker 1: I started panicking a little bit, like it was way
- 2:07Speaker 1: too much, and I took it.
- 2:09Speaker 5: Maybe, like.
- 2:11Speaker 1: I want to say, one o'clock PM a couple of
- 2:15Speaker 1: days ago, that bitch ain't kicking until six thirty wow,
- 2:21Speaker 1: seven o'clock Wow.
- 2:23Speaker 5: I'm driving.
- 2:25Speaker 2: Oh wow, I've never don't. I don't drive or operate
- 2:29Speaker 2: heavy machinery or do anything important while you know, if
- 2:32Speaker 2: I'm gonna do that, like I forgot.
- 2:35Speaker 5: I had bid it. I just bid I just bid it. God,
- 2:39Speaker 5: I had bit it.
- 2:40Speaker 1: And I'm on my way back home with my dinner
- 2:44Speaker 1: from I hot and I'm just feeling weird, and I'm like,
- 2:48Speaker 1: why the fuck, am I so hungry?
- 2:50Speaker 5: And then I'm like, why why do I feel so funny?
- 2:54Speaker 1: And by the time I turned into my complex, I
- 2:59Speaker 1: remember I was like, oh my gosh.
- 3:03Speaker 5: It's that motherfucking editor.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Earlier I had forgot about it because I was like,
- 3:08Speaker 1: this shit ain't work, this shit ain't do shit, Like
- 3:11Speaker 1: what the fuck let.
- 3:12Speaker 2: Me tell you?
- 3:12Speaker 5: For years I said, oh bitch, we're here right.
- 3:18Speaker 2: For years, I never like took edibles or weed, even
- 3:22Speaker 2: because people would smoke, but then they would be there themselves.
- 3:26Speaker 2: They wouldn't be like you see on TV and stuff
- 3:28Speaker 2: like TV always exaggerate shit. But I didn't know that then.
- 3:32Speaker 2: So I'm sitting there and I'm looking at different people.
- 3:34Speaker 2: And then the ex that I had when we first
- 3:37Speaker 2: met many many many years ago, well, he ate a brownie,
- 3:42Speaker 2: but he ate like a whole brownie, and nobody told
- 3:45Speaker 2: him that there was weed in it. So he was
- 3:46Speaker 2: sitting there fucked up for like days afterwards. And I
- 3:51Speaker 2: didn't really take it seriously. I'm like, you're exaggerating, you're this, that,
- 3:54Speaker 2: and the third. But as a person, like when I
- 3:57Speaker 2: first did it, and I kind of ate almost the
- 4:00Speaker 2: whole brownie, I eight like half of one. I uh,
- 4:03Speaker 2: I see how it got there.
- 4:04Speaker 5: Yeah, well I didn't know.
- 4:08Speaker 2: I didn't know. I did not know.
- 4:10Speaker 5: It is not a game.
- 4:12Speaker 2: I was really like legit annoyed. But anyways, uh inside
- 4:16Speaker 2: of another week Here on WRTR Real Talk Radio. Welcome,
- 4:21Speaker 2: thanks for joining us again. My name is Marcus Smooth.
- 4:24Speaker 5: And my name is miss Lyric Provido.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Hey, y'all, April, you ready for Easter alert?
- 4:34Speaker 5: Yes?
- 4:35Speaker 2: I guess that did not sound now, Okay, I don't know.
- 4:40Speaker 2: We'll see Eastern Okay, what does Easter mean when you're
- 4:43Speaker 2: an adult? Because I mean I get the religious aspect. Okay, yeah, okay,
- 4:48Speaker 2: but just I don't see many people our age group
- 4:53Speaker 2: celebrating Easter or really doing much anymore. I haven't in
- 4:57Speaker 2: the past few years, to be honest, I have.
- 5:00Speaker 1: But my mom she keeps leaving out what I'd be
- 5:03Speaker 1: wanting in my adult Easter basket, so I couldn't excited
- 5:08Speaker 1: no more.
- 5:09Speaker 2: Or what do adult Easter basket?
- 5:12Speaker 5: I demanded it? I demand it.
- 5:14Speaker 2: What do they look like? I mean, same thing. But
- 5:16Speaker 2: like with Alan Weed, since we talked.
- 5:20Speaker 5: It's a good Christian woman.
- 5:21Speaker 1: She ain't even no alcohol for that matter, because that's
- 5:25Speaker 1: what I'll be asking for. Instead, she give me apple cider,
- 5:29Speaker 1: She give me socks, she gives me you know, cozy stuff, work, Mama.
- 5:35Speaker 1: I don't want that. I want a bottle of tequila
- 5:38Speaker 1: in my at what I want?
- 5:41Speaker 5: Mom?
- 5:42Speaker 6: Uh?
- 5:43Speaker 1: I like the chocolate and all of that, but I
- 5:45Speaker 1: would like a bottle of alcohol, please and thank you,
- 5:48Speaker 1: or some wine that I like, red wine, prefer sweetbread,
- 5:52Speaker 1: if you will, right, yeah?
- 5:55Speaker 2: Huh So how has this week influenced your mood? How
- 6:00Speaker 2: are you m you know what we know?
- 6:05Speaker 5: Actually been okay this week? I think.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Last week I was about to take off heads.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I was gonna rip everybody's heads off. It's
- 6:17Speaker 1: a twinge of that. Really, I'm gonna go into it,
- 6:21Speaker 1: you know, to protect my kid, my oldest. But you know,
- 6:25Speaker 1: he told me of a situation where, you know, his
- 6:30Speaker 1: shady ex tried to basically get him Jonathan Majors.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Okay, now I'm talking about him later too.
- 6:38Speaker 5: Yeah, and I ain't like that.
- 6:41Speaker 1: So I said a few choice things, and uh, it's
- 6:45Speaker 1: up honestly, because you know, I'm I'm a bear, twenty
- 6:49Speaker 1: four freaking seven.
- 6:50Speaker 5: I don't care how old my kid get. That's still
- 6:53Speaker 5: my child.
- 6:54Speaker 1: Right, anytime that he tells me that there's an issue,
- 6:58Speaker 1: then we all gonna have a motherfuck issue, you and me.
- 7:01Speaker 1: And this particular incident was very serious, something that literally
- 7:06Speaker 1: could have changed the trajectory of his life. And it's
- 7:12Speaker 1: got me so heated to the point where I want
- 7:14Speaker 1: to put hands and feet on this little hoe.
- 7:17Speaker 2: Wow.
- 7:19Speaker 1: Wow, you know what, I ain't protected. I'm gonna just
- 7:22Speaker 1: go ahead and say it. So, Okay was at a
- 7:26Speaker 1: bar with his friends. His ex girlfriend was there and
- 7:31Speaker 1: unbeknownst to him, he didn't know she was there, but
- 7:34Speaker 1: she was also there with a friend of hers happens
- 7:40Speaker 1: to be a white woman.
- 7:42Speaker 5: Okay, white little girl.
- 7:45Speaker 1: And uh so he said everything was chill and was
- 7:48Speaker 1: hanging out. He wasn't really paying her no mind. And
- 7:51Speaker 1: I guess that's the night progressed. The white girl started
- 7:56Speaker 1: getting a little flirtatious with him his last and do
- 8:00Speaker 1: all this stuff, and she, you know, tried to get
- 8:05Speaker 1: him to you know.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Yeah, and he.
- 8:13Speaker 1: Was like, oh no, And I'm so grateful. I got
- 8:18Speaker 1: so emotional when he told me this because it made
- 8:20Speaker 1: me so proud that he had enough sense to do
- 8:23Speaker 1: what he did. He was like, oh, he said she
- 8:27Speaker 1: wasn't on that energy before she started drinking, So I
- 8:31Speaker 1: pushed her off off of her because I'm not trying to,
- 8:36Speaker 1: you know, go down that road with anybody. So she
- 8:39Speaker 1: was like no. But it was so crazy because I
- 8:42Speaker 1: noticed that right after I basically told her no and
- 8:47Speaker 1: I carried her, she went over to the ex girlfriend
- 8:52Speaker 1: and was key key and then laughing and and and
- 8:55Speaker 1: and talking with her for the rest of the night.
- 8:58Speaker 1: How crazy is that, I said, son, she tried to
- 9:01Speaker 1: backdoor you. She tried to set you up. That was
- 9:03Speaker 1: a setup. I hope you know, I said. She She
- 9:08Speaker 1: most likely told that girl to go ahead and try
- 9:11Speaker 1: try to get him to go, you know, do something
- 9:14Speaker 1: with you, so they could use the opportunity to lie
- 9:17Speaker 1: on you.
- 9:19Speaker 2: Hmm.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Okay, I'm not playing that type of game with.
- 9:28Speaker 2: M.
- 9:30Speaker 1: So there will be some consequences for this, because what
- 9:36Speaker 1: you won't do is continue to stop my kid after
- 9:39Speaker 1: he made it clear that he doesn't want to be
- 9:44Speaker 1: with you no more. So now you're trying to turnish
- 9:47Speaker 1: his reputation. You spread in rumors about him talking about
- 9:53Speaker 1: some Oh he cheated on you, and that's why y'all
- 9:55Speaker 1: not together. You're trying to turnish his name and his character. Girl, like,
- 10:00Speaker 1: you're really asking for it. And I was like, did
- 10:02Speaker 1: you not tell him that your mother was crazy like that?
- 10:07Speaker 1: She goes like she's she's not the one nor the two,
- 10:10Speaker 1: Like did you not tell her that?
- 10:11Speaker 5: He was like no, not really.
- 10:13Speaker 1: I said, well, oh, well that's she gonna fuck around
- 10:16Speaker 1: and find out.
- 10:17Speaker 5: Then I guess, oh, well, I.
- 10:20Speaker 2: Have the stories I can tell you about that. M Well,
- 10:24Speaker 2: but I won't to death. Instead, I will tell you
- 10:27Speaker 2: what I wanna be like when I grow up. So
- 10:30Speaker 2: when I grow up, I want to be like thirty
- 10:32Speaker 2: nine year old doctor Jermaine Wirl, who, on April first
- 10:36Speaker 2: of this year, has become the youngest HBCU president in history. Work. So,
- 10:43Speaker 2: while Corey Booker was delivering his filibuster speech on the
- 10:46Speaker 2: Senate floor, doctor World was also making history. According to
- 10:49Speaker 2: because of them we can the milestone is powerful, Savannah
- 10:54Speaker 2: State being the oldest public, historically black university in Georgia.
- 10:59Speaker 2: It was, but it was like the way the students
- 11:01Speaker 2: welcomed him that truly set the tone for the celebration.
- 11:05Speaker 2: So they said, in a moment that felt straight out
- 11:08Speaker 2: of the Jennifer Hudson Show. Have you seen those videos
- 11:10Speaker 2: where they're like, you know, singing and stuff. They said,
- 11:13Speaker 2: The students serenaded Doctor Whirl at a campus building with
- 11:17Speaker 2: surprise performance, giving him the ultimate HBC you welcome one
- 11:21Speaker 2: filled with joy, pride, and a sense of shared purpose.
- 11:24Speaker 2: World's path to the presidency is rooted in decades of
- 11:28Speaker 2: experience and impact. Prior to like this particular appointment, he
- 11:33Speaker 2: served as president of Augusta Technical College, where he increased
- 11:36Speaker 2: student enrollment by more than twenty percent three years. Wow. Yeah,
- 11:42Speaker 2: and he like broker transformational partnerships with local universities, even Amazon,
- 11:48Speaker 2: the city of Augusta. Yeah. Work that earned him his accolades,
- 11:54Speaker 2: like he got the Leadership Award from Greater Augusta Black
- 11:57Speaker 2: Chamber of Commerce. Worked today, black Man, because as we
- 12:01Speaker 2: I like the fact that the not that thirty nine
- 12:05Speaker 2: is younger, but I like the fact that we are
- 12:07Speaker 2: seeing younger leaders. It's like we typically only get accolades
- 12:14Speaker 2: when we get a little bit, you know what I'm saying, Like,
- 12:18Speaker 2: it's good to see a younger generation with such poise
- 12:22Speaker 2: and just accomplishments. I'm truly inspired by that. I love
- 12:26Speaker 2: that yeap work today black MANE.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Well, we must be on a world because I'm going
- 12:31Speaker 1: to speak about another black man who's doing every things. Yeah,
- 12:36Speaker 1: when I grow up, I want to be like Nicholas
- 12:39Speaker 1: Watson from Texakarna, Arkansas, who has autism and ADHD and
- 12:47Speaker 1: recently graduated with a record breaking four point eight GPA
- 12:52Speaker 1: work and expectations that he would struggle with reading and math,
- 12:57Speaker 1: he was accepted to that one, not to but forty
- 13:01Speaker 1: five colleges goly and awarded over one point five million
- 13:07Speaker 1: dollars in scholarships.
- 13:10Speaker 2: I'll take my coins in your degree please, thanks.
- 13:13Speaker 5: Peria.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Along with his academic achievements what cyn excels and sports
- 13:19Speaker 1: like soccer, track and basketball, he chose Harding University on
- 13:24Speaker 1: a basketball scholarship and will study electrical engineering with sixty
- 13:29Speaker 1: four college credits.
- 13:32Speaker 2: That is incredible and wow. To actually to overcome an
- 13:37Speaker 2: obstacle like you know, any kind of neurological or learning
- 13:42Speaker 2: disability or anything, to overcome that on top of four
- 13:47Speaker 2: point eight you said, gee, work today.
- 13:51Speaker 5: Yes.
- 13:53Speaker 2: Meanwhile, I'm sitting there struggling, reading shit, eating cheetos and anyways,
- 14:04Speaker 2: all right, so you ready to answer some letters?
- 14:07Speaker 5: I absolutely am. Let's get to it.
- 14:09Speaker 2: All right, let's get a popping after this. We'll be
- 14:12Speaker 2: right back.
- 14:13Speaker 7: America loves first until a black woman actually wins something.
- 14:16Speaker 7: Then it turns into full blown panic mode. Meet Carol
- 14:20Speaker 7: Moseley Braun, the first black woman elected to the US Senate,
- 14:23Speaker 7: and why her victory made the system show its teeth.
- 14:26Speaker 7: Nineteen ninety two, America was busy patting itself on its back,
- 14:30Speaker 7: pulling at the Year of the Woman. But Carol Moseley
- 14:32Speaker 7: Braun wasn't here for token celebrations. She ran for Senate
- 14:35Speaker 7: in Illinois. She beat o old white man who thought
- 14:38Speaker 7: he had a lifetime lease on that seat, and shook
- 14:40Speaker 7: the whole establishment awake. The first black woman in Senate,
- 14:44Speaker 7: the first woman to represent Illinois, only the second black
- 14:47Speaker 7: senator since reconstruction. Amazing. So you think they throw a parade, right, No,
- 14:53Speaker 7: they sharpened their knives. That's what they did. From the
- 14:56Speaker 7: moment she stepped foot in the Capitol, it was clear
- 14:59Speaker 7: her existence alone was a threat. They nitpicked every move
- 15:03Speaker 7: she made, turned minor slip ups into major scandals, screamed
- 15:06Speaker 7: about thiccks, all while ignoring the mess happening right under
- 15:09Speaker 7: their dusty desks. She wasn't even allowed to make the
- 15:12Speaker 7: same basic mistakes white male senators made like every day,
- 15:16Speaker 7: Carol had to walk a type rope that they live
- 15:18Speaker 7: on fire. And when she pushed back against racism, sexism,
- 15:21Speaker 7: and their political games, they painted her as angry, unprofessional,
- 15:25Speaker 7: and out of control. That sounds familiar to me? Does
- 15:28Speaker 7: it sound familiar to you? After just one term, they
- 15:32Speaker 7: did what they always do. They locked the door behind
- 15:35Speaker 7: her and pretended that she was never there. Carol Moseley
- 15:38Speaker 7: Braun didn't just break barriers, she shattered illusions. She showed
- 15:41Speaker 7: that a black woman could walk into the holes of
- 15:43Speaker 7: power without asking for permission. And the system, well, it's
- 15:47Speaker 7: spent the next decade trying to erase the blueprint that
- 15:50Speaker 7: she left behind. She wasn't a failure, she was a warning.
- 15:54Speaker 7: And trust me, they heard it loud and clear. Say
- 15:57Speaker 7: her name, Carol Moseley Braun.
- 16:01Speaker 8: Maybe not what you should do, but definitely she would.
- 16:07Speaker 1: What's going on you, guys, it's your girl, miss Lyric Pravido.
- 16:09Speaker 1: And I'm back with my segment if it were Lyric,
- 16:13Speaker 1: where I talk about your relationships, situationships and friendships and
- 16:17Speaker 1: I give my two cents about it. Yeah, let's get
- 16:21Speaker 1: into it. If you guys want to continue to get
- 16:24Speaker 1: your advice questions answered by yours truly, please send them
- 16:29Speaker 1: to Lyric Pravido at gmail dot com.
- 16:33Speaker 5: Now let's get started.
- 16:37Speaker 2: Oh read this one or you got one?
- 16:39Speaker 5: Sure you can go ahead.
- 16:41Speaker 2: Hey, Lyric, I hope you are doing well. I've been
- 16:45Speaker 2: going back listening to your other podcast and y'all crack
- 16:48Speaker 2: me up. I was turned on to the show by
- 16:50Speaker 2: my own twin sister, so I know she's listening. Just
- 16:54Speaker 2: say Polly Pocket and she will know this is me, oop,
- 16:59Speaker 2: and I want her to know what's me because I
- 17:01Speaker 2: have a question for you.
- 17:02Speaker 5: Okay.
- 17:04Speaker 2: That same sister is well aware that she lives in
- 17:07Speaker 2: a sundown town here in America. Ooh, you know what
- 17:11Speaker 2: a sundowntown is, right.
- 17:13Speaker 5: I sure do.
- 17:14Speaker 2: Okay. Historically we have all been close and would spend
- 17:19Speaker 2: holidays together until a little after the pandemic where she married.
- 17:24Speaker 2: When she married this man, none of the family knew
- 17:26Speaker 2: too much about. Since then, our family gatherings have shifted
- 17:31Speaker 2: and I haven't had the chance to visit her and
- 17:33Speaker 2: her husband in their new home, mainly because they live
- 17:38Speaker 2: at ain't sundowntown. He's Caucasian, and I don't have an
- 17:42Speaker 2: issue with that, but this is his hometown and it
- 17:45Speaker 2: just isn't a good look for black people to pull
- 17:47Speaker 2: up visiting relatives. I'm wrestling with whether I should feel
- 17:50Speaker 2: guilty about not visiting, especially since I know the history
- 17:54Speaker 2: of where they live. I worry about her safety at
- 17:57Speaker 2: my own comfort level in that environment. I don't want
- 17:59Speaker 2: her to feel abandoned or hurt by my absence, But
- 18:02Speaker 2: at the same time, I'm not sure how to navigate
- 18:05Speaker 2: these feelings without causing tension. If it were you, would
- 18:10Speaker 2: you be mad at yourself for not making the trip?
- 18:13Speaker 2: Or is it reasonable to prioritize my own feelings about
- 18:16Speaker 2: visiting a sundowntown. I really want to hear your thoughts
- 18:19Speaker 2: on the situation and how I should approach it with her.
- 18:22Speaker 2: Should I just communicate my concerns or is it best
- 18:26Speaker 2: to just let it be for now? Because she knows
- 18:28Speaker 2: good and damn well, that's the reason no one has
- 18:30Speaker 2: been there to visit her, but she acts like some
- 18:32Speaker 2: sort of a victim. I hate to be that cutthroat,
- 18:35Speaker 2: but she hasn't responded, and I know she listens to
- 18:37Speaker 2: this show. LOL. Thank you so much for your help.
- 18:40Speaker 2: I know I chose violence. Love y'all and her honestly
- 18:44Speaker 2: signed pollypocket.
- 18:45Speaker 1: Okay, miss Polly Pocket, here's what you do. You definitely
- 18:49Speaker 1: tell her how you feel. Well, you really don't have
- 18:52Speaker 1: to because you just did, but I know you're listening.
- 18:56Speaker 1: Hey girl, Hey, you're right to look at here. I'm
- 19:00Speaker 1: gonna talk to both of y'all. Right now, y'all need
- 19:03Speaker 1: to plan a girl's trip, a family trip, all right.
- 19:08Speaker 1: That way, you're still visiting your sister, you're still getting
- 19:14Speaker 1: that quality time. Your boundaries are also satisfied as well.
- 19:19Speaker 1: If you don't feel comfortable visiting that town, you should
- 19:22Speaker 1: not be forced to. And she should understand, especially when
- 19:26Speaker 1: it's coming from a place of love and you're concerned
- 19:29Speaker 1: about not only just her safety, but yours as well.
- 19:35Speaker 1: We get it that she's attached herself to her husband
- 19:39Speaker 1: to the point where you know she's ignoring this. But
- 19:45Speaker 1: this is something that has been going on for eons
- 19:49Speaker 1: for black people, and it is not safe to visit
- 19:54Speaker 1: drive through, let alone live there, because let's be honest,
- 20:00Speaker 1: the moment something happens and you piss off the wrong
- 20:03Speaker 1: person in this town, it might be cutains for your sister,
- 20:05Speaker 1: who knows, like, I don't want to put that on anybody,
- 20:08Speaker 1: but these are the things that are happening.
- 20:10Speaker 5: In America, in these small towns.
- 20:13Speaker 2: Right. I had fun at game night, but the neighbors
- 20:16Speaker 2: were sitting there, you know, shaking nooses at me outside
- 20:19Speaker 2: the windows, like what.
- 20:21Speaker 1: It's unfortunate that people still have these thoughts and views
- 20:25Speaker 1: about people who do not look like them. But this
- 20:27Speaker 1: is the reality that we are in.
- 20:30Speaker 2: It's so strange. It is so strange, it really is.
- 20:33Speaker 1: So what you have to do to offset that is compromise.
- 20:37Speaker 1: There's no reason why you can't visit each other outside
- 20:40Speaker 1: of where she lives and spend that quality time elsewhere,
- 20:44Speaker 1: and you know that might give her some peace of mind,
- 20:48Speaker 1: and she may like, you know, see what, have a
- 20:52Speaker 1: chance to like get away from home and see what
- 20:55Speaker 1: things are for what they really are.
- 20:57Speaker 5: You know.
- 20:59Speaker 1: I experience is that, you know when I was in
- 21:02Speaker 1: a situation, No, not the same thing, but just as
- 21:07Speaker 1: I got you, I got you got I experienced that one.
- 21:11Speaker 1: Sometimes when you're away from home, you get a chance
- 21:14Speaker 1: to really think about things, and you can have a
- 21:17Speaker 1: clearer mind about certain things, like if you're home twenty
- 21:20Speaker 1: four to seven. You get so used to your surroundings
- 21:23Speaker 1: that you know, you get comfortable. Sometimes taking yourself out
- 21:27Speaker 1: of the surroundings that you're in and being placed somewhere
- 21:30Speaker 1: else or being somewhere else can clear your mind and
- 21:33Speaker 1: you can have a more open mind frame about what
- 21:37Speaker 1: it is that you really need to do, or see
- 21:39Speaker 1: things for what it is and hear what people are
- 21:42Speaker 1: really trying to say. And I think you planning this
- 21:46Speaker 1: family vacation will will give her the opportunity to do that,
- 21:51Speaker 1: and maybe she'll be more open to your concerns.
- 21:58Speaker 5: That's it. That's basically it that it's basically what I
- 22:00Speaker 5: would do.
- 22:01Speaker 1: I would definitely plan to see her somewhere outside of
- 22:04Speaker 1: the home and area because of my comfort level matters too.
- 22:11Speaker 1: Like you can respect how she feels, but she also
- 22:13Speaker 1: has to respect how you feel as well. And this
- 22:18Speaker 1: is a common ground idea to where both parties are
- 22:21Speaker 1: satisfied and.
- 22:22Speaker 5: You both get what you want.
- 22:24Speaker 1: So I hope that you guys heard what I said
- 22:26Speaker 1: and you take that into consideration and hopefully maybe y'all
- 22:30Speaker 1: have a little Vegas trip or go to New York,
- 22:32Speaker 1: or go to La or do something fun with each
- 22:35Speaker 1: other out of the sundown town that she lives in.
- 22:39Speaker 5: Yep, all right, so let's see the next one.
- 22:45Speaker 1: It says, dear Lyric, I want to remain anonymous for
- 22:52Speaker 1: the protection of my friend. And here's why I hooked
- 22:56Speaker 1: up with my straight friend. And I'm not sure what
- 22:59Speaker 1: to do for contexts. I am an out and proud
- 23:05Speaker 1: bisexual man work. I invited my friend, let's call him George,
- 23:11Speaker 1: over last weekend. His girlfriend, who honestly sucked, had just
- 23:16Speaker 1: left him, so the plan was to order pizza, get faded,
- 23:21Speaker 1: watch movies, and just you know, catch up. But the
- 23:26Speaker 1: weed that I bought was a little stronger than advertised,
- 23:28Speaker 1: and we were pretty fucked up after finishing a joint.
- 23:32Speaker 1: The beers didn't really help either. We ended up talking
- 23:36Speaker 1: about him and his exis sex life and how it
- 23:38Speaker 1: was pretty bad from beginning to end, and then we
- 23:41Speaker 1: just started talking about sex in general. He kept asking
- 23:44Speaker 1: a bunch of questions about gay sex, and eventually the
- 23:48Speaker 1: talk and the weed got me kind of hard, and
- 23:52Speaker 1: he noticed. He asked if he could go down on
- 23:55Speaker 1: me to see what it was like.
- 23:56Speaker 2: And okay, okay, turn this off. This is a gay porn.
- 24:03Speaker 2: Stop that. This is literally how most of these like
- 24:08Speaker 2: new age gay porns start. It's like, oh, well it's
- 24:11Speaker 2: a straight boy, his heart is broken. Oh I fucked
- 24:14Speaker 2: my friend's man. Oh I'm so bad.
- 24:18Speaker 1: Well, they ended up doing it, and the next day
- 24:25Speaker 1: he ended up not being there. I called him, he
- 24:30Speaker 1: didn't pick up. I text him, he never responded. If
- 24:34Speaker 1: I had to guess, he's embarrassed. I don't want to
- 24:36Speaker 1: hurt him. And if this was just him experimenting, then
- 24:40Speaker 1: that's fine. I was a safe person and he trusted me,
- 24:44Speaker 1: and I guess maybe he decided that this wasn't for him.
- 24:48Speaker 1: I'm just so scared that he hates me now. The
- 24:51Speaker 1: only way I know he's alive is that he's been
- 24:53Speaker 1: posting workout stuff on Instagram. I want to give him
- 24:57Speaker 1: his space, but I also.
- 25:00Speaker 2: Want to know how was that ask.
- 25:04Speaker 5: Know what his feelings are?
- 25:08Speaker 9: Right?
- 25:10Speaker 5: What should I do?
- 25:11Speaker 1: The last thing that I did was sent him a
- 25:14Speaker 1: lengthy text basically saying that I know that he wanted
- 25:17Speaker 1: his space, but I did want to hear from him.
- 25:21Speaker 1: And we were friends for a long time and I
- 25:24Speaker 1: don't want this to change anything.
- 25:27Speaker 5: What should I do?
- 25:28Speaker 1: My best friend for eight years I've never been more heartbroken.
- 25:39Speaker 5: I'm sorry.
- 25:39Speaker 2: We're not laughing at you, you know, losing friend.
- 25:44Speaker 1: This situation is wild, but go ahead. It's it's it's
- 25:53Speaker 1: interesting to me that oh m, hold on, let me okay,
- 26:03Speaker 1: this is what I will say. This is what I
- 26:05Speaker 1: will say. Give him a space. You've done what you've
- 26:11Speaker 1: needed to do. You've reached out, no pen intended. But
- 26:16Speaker 1: now the ball.
- 26:16Speaker 5: Is in his cord.
- 26:21Speaker 2: All right, it's back. Let us know the dates.
- 26:28Speaker 1: There there are two well, there are normal numerous things
- 26:33Speaker 1: that could be going on in his mind, but i'll
- 26:35Speaker 1: name just one. He might be embarrassed that he did
- 26:41Speaker 1: it or ashamed, or three he might have actually liked
- 26:45Speaker 1: it and doesn't and and now does not know how
- 26:47Speaker 1: to process these feelings. Whatever the case may be. You
- 26:55Speaker 1: need to give him the space so he can process it.
- 27:00Speaker 1: There is no time limit. You know that he's safe,
- 27:03Speaker 1: he's not self harming, he's not in any danger. You
- 27:06Speaker 1: see that. You know he's been posting. He's fine, but
- 27:10Speaker 1: he needs this time to find out.
- 27:15Speaker 5: Not only what he likes, for who he is.
- 27:19Speaker 1: And you were the person that he chose to have
- 27:24Speaker 1: this interaction with, because yes, he was comfortable enough to
- 27:33Speaker 1: talk to even talk to you about it, let alone,
- 27:36Speaker 1: you know, carry out the app and also he felt
- 27:39Speaker 1: safe enough, you know, to express himself to you in
- 27:43Speaker 1: this way. Now, friendship rise, y'all have crossed the line.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Let's just leave it at that. Y'all have crossed the line.
- 27:53Speaker 1: It's not gonna be the same. I'm not gonna say
- 27:55Speaker 1: that you cannot be friends after this, but it's definitely
- 28:00Speaker 1: will be changes because once you become intimate with some
- 28:05Speaker 1: with someone, it just does something to the friendship.
- 28:08Speaker 2: It does.
- 28:10Speaker 1: And even though you know he may not have feelings
- 28:13Speaker 1: for you, it sounds to me like you used to
- 28:16Speaker 1: have feelings for him, because in the beginning of your
- 28:18Speaker 1: letter you kind of like said that you always thought.
- 28:22Speaker 5: He was attractive.
- 28:23Speaker 1: So and then the text that you read, which I
- 28:27Speaker 1: didn't read because it was rather lengthy, it leads me
- 28:30Speaker 1: to believe that as well.
- 28:33Speaker 5: The best thing that you can do right now is
- 28:35Speaker 5: just give him his space.
- 28:36Speaker 1: When he's ready to come around, he will make that
- 28:39Speaker 1: decision to come around and have a conversation with you.
- 28:42Speaker 1: Other than that, you've done what you've needed to do
- 28:45Speaker 1: as a friend, which was to reach out, let him
- 28:48Speaker 1: know how you felt, you were, you communicated with him
- 28:54Speaker 1: how you felt and why you're saying whatever, what it
- 28:58Speaker 1: was that you said, it's up to him.
- 29:01Speaker 5: So I would leave that that you've done your part.
- 29:04Speaker 2: You really have, and I mean, i'll you know, just
- 29:06Speaker 2: go back to your letter where you say that you
- 29:08Speaker 2: are very comfortable and now, for a lot of people,
- 29:11Speaker 2: one of the things that you have to realize is
- 29:14Speaker 2: sexuality and the way that people are treated as a
- 29:17Speaker 2: result of sexuality. Like the whole conversation around it is
- 29:22Speaker 2: usually taboo, and it's usually involving a lot of kind
- 29:26Speaker 2: of feelings, and people are less comfortable to embrace things
- 29:30Speaker 2: even if they like them, even if they don't like them.
- 29:32Speaker 2: It can lead to lots of confusion. Like Lyrics said,
- 29:35Speaker 2: so just you know, as you navigate your own feelings,
- 29:39Speaker 2: because right now you can only control you. So what
- 29:43Speaker 2: I would say is, you know, as a person that
- 29:45Speaker 2: actually has gone through something like this, that's the only
- 29:48Speaker 2: reason I'm tappening in I usually you know this is
- 29:50Speaker 2: her segment. But if someone who has gone through it,
- 29:54Speaker 2: I will tell you that, yeah, you cross the line.
- 29:57Speaker 2: Your friendship is going to be different to a degree.
- 30:00Speaker 2: But what I will say, is just step back, let
- 30:03Speaker 2: that man navigate his feelings on how he feels about
- 30:06Speaker 2: whatever's going on, because you really don't have any influence
- 30:10Speaker 2: over that, and you can't bombard him because this is
- 30:13Speaker 2: his shit to work out. But you know, friend, we've
- 30:18Speaker 2: all been there and done that. At some point in time,
- 30:21Speaker 2: my heart goes out. But it is almost damn near right.
- 30:25Speaker 2: It's a rite a passage. So sorry, miss Lerric, I
- 30:28Speaker 2: mean to step on your toes and that, and I
- 30:30Speaker 2: was just trying to give a little insight from you know,
- 30:34Speaker 2: I gave that's been there.
- 30:35Speaker 1: Okay, mito's taken in the process because what you did
- 30:40Speaker 1: was confirm everything that I said.
- 30:42Speaker 5: So that just means I give a good advice. And
- 30:44Speaker 5: if you guys want.
- 30:45Speaker 1: To continue getting your advice, please send your stories and
- 30:52Speaker 1: your questions to my email at lerk Provider at gmail
- 30:57Speaker 1: dot com. And until next.
- 30:58Speaker 2: Time, Hey, let's troll this timeline, this lyric come right back.
- 31:06Speaker 10: Oh, no, violent tornado causes destruction in Arkansas town. But
- 31:10Speaker 10: y'all ain't getting FEMA checks. Whoever could have voted for this?
- 31:16Speaker 10: What's that severe storm brought flooding to Tennessee and y'all
- 31:21Speaker 10: ain't getting FEMA checks.
- 31:24Speaker 5: Who voted for that?
- 31:25Speaker 11: Oh no?
- 31:27Speaker 10: In extraordinary two hundred and twenty six tornado warnings have
- 31:30Speaker 10: been issued in Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Tennessee, Alathama, Ohio, Indiana,
- 31:42Speaker 10: And y'all ain't getting FEMA checks. Whoever could have possibly
- 31:46Speaker 10: voted for that?
- 31:50Speaker 2: Search me alrighty Niggeese were black. And let's get into
- 31:56Speaker 2: this timeline, this lyric which got burst.
- 32:01Speaker 5: Let's talk about feet.
- 32:03Speaker 1: Why because that's what Michelle Williams from Destiny's Child had
- 32:07Speaker 1: to put on on her flight home. Somebody, somebody had
- 32:14Speaker 1: the stinking corn ashy feet on her seat, like you
- 32:20Speaker 1: know how the window.
- 32:22Speaker 2: Yes, I know exactly what you're talking about.
- 32:27Speaker 1: So she said, So she's on a flight. I don't
- 32:30Speaker 1: know she's too coming or going, but she's on her
- 32:34Speaker 1: flight right, and she's in of course business class, and
- 32:38Speaker 1: she should.
- 32:39Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 32:40Speaker 1: I love that for you. But somebody had taken off
- 32:44Speaker 1: not just their shoes, but they stops too.
- 32:50Speaker 5: She sees feet. They damned there touching her arm their feet.
- 32:57Speaker 2: No no, no.
- 32:59Speaker 5: Take the picture of it.
- 33:01Speaker 1: And the caption reads, I promise you better get your
- 33:04Speaker 1: foot from me. This, y'all, this is happening now on
- 33:08Speaker 1: my flight, and I'm crying, real tears. She starts talking
- 33:12Speaker 1: about how she's on the flight and everything's cool, she's comfortable.
- 33:16Speaker 1: So she looks out the corner of her eye and
- 33:19Speaker 1: she sees somebody's foot all invading her personal space. I said, girl,
- 33:26Speaker 1: I know you lying, but let me tell you. The
- 33:29Speaker 1: comments had me sick. Y'all are some trifling ass niggas.
- 33:37Speaker 1: There are so many people who was saying they would
- 33:39Speaker 1: have tickled it. Yeah, said I would have spilled my
- 33:43Speaker 1: hot coffee on them.
- 33:44Speaker 5: On acid. Yeah yeah, this is why they.
- 33:50Speaker 1: Don't uh bring you can't bring lighters on the plane
- 33:54Speaker 1: because their whole foot would have been on fire.
- 33:56Speaker 2: You know that.
- 33:57Speaker 1: You know that it was a whole situation. Somebody said
- 34:01Speaker 1: destiny feet filled. I said, y'all us coming up with
- 34:06Speaker 1: different feet jokes for the names of these songs and albums.
- 34:10Speaker 1: I said, this poor girl had to like smell feet
- 34:13Speaker 1: her whole flight.
- 34:14Speaker 2: Like uh uhm, no, no, no, let me tell you
- 34:18Speaker 2: it wouldn't have been made like you got.
- 34:19Speaker 5: To get your motherfucker's taking ass feet from around.
- 34:22Speaker 2: God, you have ten you got five.
- 34:25Speaker 5: Seconds, you got ten toes from this.
- 34:29Speaker 2: And exactly and that at some point I am going
- 34:33Speaker 2: to start taking toes. Something gonna happen. These toes are about.
- 34:37Speaker 1: To go spraying with hand sanitizer anything like shall that.
- 34:43Speaker 2: Is ignorant and speaking of disgusting things. Um Trump directs
- 34:50Speaker 2: Department of Justice to investigate former administration officials who criticized him.
- 34:57Speaker 2: That is right, ladies and gentlemen. He is weaponized the
- 35:00Speaker 2: Department of Justice against his personal political enemies. President Trump
- 35:07Speaker 2: signed an executive order. This is according to PBSTUR and
- 35:11Speaker 2: CNN and MSNBC. Everybody's been talking about this. President Trump
- 35:15Speaker 2: signed executive orders Wednesday targeting two former aides who criticized him,
- 35:21Speaker 2: escalating his retribution campaign. The president directed the Justice Department
- 35:27Speaker 2: to investigate Miles Taylor, a former Homeland security official, and
- 35:31Speaker 2: Christopher Krabbs, a top security official. Both were appointees in
- 35:37Speaker 2: Trump's first term. And you know, listen, so Chris Christopher Crabbs,
- 35:42Speaker 2: he only said the only thing this man said that
- 35:46Speaker 2: the twenty twenty election results. He confirmed that. He was like, yeah,
- 35:50Speaker 2: they were solid, And Trump was like, no, no, girl,
- 35:56Speaker 2: you said something against me. He wants yes men around him.
- 36:00Speaker 2: He wants people nobody can say anything that he does
- 36:05Speaker 2: not believe to be true, even if it isn't true.
- 36:10Speaker 5: Mm.
- 36:11Speaker 2: And he is using the Justice Department to go after
- 36:14Speaker 2: these people. Just imagine what that means for the trickle
- 36:19Speaker 2: down for the rest of us. Hmmm, Donald Trump is
- 36:23Speaker 2: his quote. I think that this is from the transcript.
- 36:28Speaker 2: I think it's a very important case. And I think
- 36:30Speaker 2: he's guilty of treason if you want to know the truth.
- 36:34Speaker 2: But we will find out this guy. Krebs was saying, Oh,
- 36:37Speaker 2: the election was great. It was great that that was
- 36:41Speaker 2: a very corrupt election. They used COVID to cheat. And
- 36:44Speaker 2: we're gonna find out about this guy too. He's saying
- 36:48Speaker 2: that they use COVID to cheat the twenty twenty election.
- 36:51Speaker 2: Make that make sense.
- 36:54Speaker 1: I don't know why. He just can't get over it,
- 36:57Speaker 1: get over it and get over himself. Like you lost,
- 37:01Speaker 1: you fucking lost, Get over it?
- 37:05Speaker 5: Why we still That's exactly what I was about to say.
- 37:08Speaker 2: It's literally five years later, you like, so yeah about
- 37:12Speaker 2: them four years ago? I actually want we don't care,
- 37:15Speaker 2: we don't ask. He's something. It's a lot of mental
- 37:19Speaker 2: stuff going on. It's a whole cocktail of mental shit
- 37:22Speaker 2: going on right there, and it is radiating to these
- 37:25Speaker 2: white people around him, his neighblers. All right, what you
- 37:30Speaker 2: got your turn?
- 37:31Speaker 5: Speaking of Trump?
- 37:33Speaker 2: Oh no?
- 37:34Speaker 1: A federal judge refuses to dismiss the Central Park Five's
- 37:39Speaker 1: defamation case against President Trump. And for those who do
- 37:44Speaker 1: not know and have been living under a rock, the
- 37:49Speaker 1: Central Park five or five young men who are exonerated
- 37:54Speaker 1: after spending more than a decade in prison for the
- 37:57Speaker 1: nineteen eighty nine rape and beating of a woman, white
- 38:01Speaker 1: woman who was jogging. US District Judge Wendy Beetlestone in
- 38:07Speaker 1: Philadelphia denied access denied Trump's motion to dismiss in a
- 38:14Speaker 1: brief Thursday night order. The five men sued Trump last
- 38:20Speaker 1: followed during the presidential election campaign. They accused him of
- 38:24Speaker 1: making false and defamatory statements about them. During the September
- 38:28Speaker 1: tenth debate in Philadelphia with then Vice President Kamala Harris,
- 38:34Speaker 1: Trump misstated key facts of the case when Harris brought
- 38:37Speaker 1: up the matter, saying they admitted they said they pled guilty,
- 38:43Speaker 1: And I said, well, if I pled guilty, they badly
- 38:46Speaker 1: hurt a person, killed the person ultimately, And if they
- 38:50Speaker 1: pled guilty, then they pled were not guilty. In a statement,
- 38:55Speaker 1: the five's lawyer, Shannonspector, said that they are gratified by
- 39:00Speaker 1: the courts ruling and thorough analysis and look forward to
- 39:04Speaker 1: the discovery trial and ultimate vindication of these five fine men.
- 39:09Speaker 1: And with that being said, get your money, baby, because.
- 39:16Speaker 5: We can always run them tapes back.
- 39:18Speaker 1: You definitely said that they have a case and it's
- 39:23Speaker 1: curtains for your wallet, sir, So.
- 39:28Speaker 2: Do I I really do. Let's see, I was gonna
- 39:31Speaker 2: talk about Jonathan Majors, but it's gonna be lengthy, and
- 39:34Speaker 2: if you want to give another or do you have another,
- 39:38Speaker 2: let me tell you all right, because pop culture this
- 39:40Speaker 2: week for me has been a no okay. So have
- 39:44Speaker 2: you heard about Keky Palmer? Supposedly she was supposed to
- 39:48Speaker 2: have been interviewing Jonathan Majors. Do you hear about that?
- 39:51Speaker 2: I heard a little something about that. I like skipped
- 39:54Speaker 2: it though. Yeah, it's on her show, baby, this is
- 39:57Speaker 2: Keky Palmer.
- 39:58Speaker 5: Mm hmm.
- 40:00Speaker 2: She had announced it I think last week or week
- 40:02Speaker 2: before that, on April eighth, that he was supposed to
- 40:06Speaker 2: have been on her show. Well, I pulled up in
- 40:12Speaker 2: my phone. According to the Grio headline, Kicki Palmer pulls
- 40:17Speaker 2: Jonathan Major's episode from podcasts after backlash. After teasing an
- 40:23Speaker 2: episode featuring Jonathan Major's Keky Palmer's appears to cancel the
- 40:28Speaker 2: actor's appearance altogether. Now I knew we you and I
- 40:32Speaker 2: would be revisiting this whole Jonathan Major's combo, and I'm
- 40:37Speaker 2: glad it panned out this way, so, like I said
- 40:40Speaker 2: in a recent article from The Grio, Keky Palmer forced
- 40:43Speaker 2: backlash after she featured actor Jonathan Majors in an episode
- 40:47Speaker 2: of her podcasts. The controversy arose due to Major's legal issues,
- 40:52Speaker 2: including allegations of assault and domestic violence, which have attracted
- 40:57Speaker 2: significant media attention. Following the negative reactions from her fans
- 41:01Speaker 2: and the public regarding her decision to host him, Palmer
- 41:05Speaker 2: decided to pull the episode from her podcast. Kiki Palmer
- 41:10Speaker 2: expressed her intention to create a space for open conversations,
- 41:15Speaker 2: but the backlash has prompted her to reconsider the implications
- 41:18Speaker 2: of having a guest who is currently involved in such
- 41:21Speaker 2: a series legal matters. The situation highlights the complexities faced
- 41:28Speaker 2: by public figures when navigating relationships and collaborations in the
- 41:32Speaker 2: context of ongoing legal controversies. By removing the episode, Palmer
- 41:37Speaker 2: aimed to address the concerns raised by her audience and
- 41:40Speaker 2: demonstrate sensitivity to the gravity of the allegations against Majors.
- 41:45Speaker 2: The decision reflects a growing awareness, you know among creator YadA, YadA, YadA.
- 41:49Speaker 2: Here's where I stand on this, and I want to
- 41:52Speaker 2: be clear of my issue because I don't think I've
- 41:54Speaker 2: made it clear before. Do you have anything to say
- 41:56Speaker 2: before I go into.
- 41:58Speaker 1: This, Ram, I just don't understan because she already came
- 42:01Speaker 1: out and said that she lied about it.
- 42:03Speaker 5: So why is everybody still on him about it?
- 42:06Speaker 2: Well, because that's not what she said. I mean, no, like,
- 42:09Speaker 2: she did not say that she lied about it. I'm
- 42:11Speaker 2: on ABC News right now. Jabbari's lawyer said the pair
- 42:15Speaker 2: settled out of court. He says, quote, we are happy
- 42:18Speaker 2: to announce that the lawsuit Grace filed against Jonathan Majors
- 42:22Speaker 2: was successfully settled. Attorney Brad Edwards said in a statement
- 42:27Speaker 2: to ABC News, quote it took tremendous courage for Grace
- 42:32Speaker 2: to pursue this case. We are happy to have helped
- 42:36Speaker 2: her close this chapter favorably so that she can move
- 42:40Speaker 2: forward and begin and finally heal. She never said that
- 42:45Speaker 2: he didn't do it. She just settled out of court
- 42:49Speaker 2: for the defaming and all that other shit. This is
- 42:52Speaker 2: my issue. Kekey's decision to interview Jonathan Majors. It already
- 42:58Speaker 2: off the bat shot a red flag up with me
- 43:01Speaker 2: about because she the conversation was supposed to be about
- 43:03Speaker 2: accountability and the message like about accountability. So why are
- 43:08Speaker 2: we talking to Jonathan Majors Because he's not been held
- 43:11Speaker 2: accountable to anything. This is the message that it sends
- 43:16Speaker 2: regarding domestic violence, especially with the way I see people
- 43:19Speaker 2: so quick to jump into fen not just black men,
- 43:22Speaker 2: but any men convicted of crimes. Now, Keikey herself, she's
- 43:27Speaker 2: only you know, she's had her controversial moments in the
- 43:29Speaker 2: past that I'm not really interested in rehashing. But this
- 43:32Speaker 2: latest decision, like when she was like I'm gonna interview
- 43:36Speaker 2: Jonathan Majors, I had to question her values because at
- 43:38Speaker 2: this point I must consider two things, two possibilities. Either
- 43:42Speaker 2: Keiki doesn't genuinely care that Jonathan Majors has been accused
- 43:47Speaker 2: of beating a woman, or she was financially incentivized to
- 43:51Speaker 2: conduct this interview, like prioritizing the money over the actual
- 43:55Speaker 2: domestic violence victures. Now, given her numerous endorsements and public appearances,
- 44:02Speaker 2: she's been, like in commercials for Monopoly and all this
- 44:06Speaker 2: other shit, it's hard not to think that her financial
- 44:09Speaker 2: games play a role in these choices, she says, and
- 44:12Speaker 2: these are the Kekey herself has said that she's been
- 44:15Speaker 2: a victim of domestic violence before, So if you've been
- 44:21Speaker 2: a victim of domestic violence yourself, I kind of struggle
- 44:25Speaker 2: to understand how she could sit down with somebody accused
- 44:28Speaker 2: of domestic violence and then engaging discussions about accountability feels
- 44:33Speaker 2: kind of dismissive to the countless people that watch your
- 44:38Speaker 2: show and suffer in silence. Like I support survivors, I do.
- 44:43Speaker 2: I value community. I want you to support survivors. I
- 44:46Speaker 2: find it troubling the Kekey and anybody else would like
- 44:51Speaker 2: prioritize her career over the voices of those affected by abuse.
- 44:56Speaker 2: And I want to be clear, I don't know Jonathan
- 44:58Speaker 2: Major's personally. I don't compel, you know, like I'm not
- 45:03Speaker 2: personally I don't have any beef with him, And I'm
- 45:07Speaker 2: not saying that there isn't redemption beyond anything that you
- 45:11Speaker 2: do out here. But what do you mean it's.
- 45:14Speaker 5: Not Hell no, it's not.
- 45:17Speaker 2: Man, Oh yeah, I'm not. And that's the point. I'm
- 45:25Speaker 2: not saying that you know, he has not, But what
- 45:29Speaker 2: I'm saying is that he ain't got to be all
- 45:32Speaker 2: over everybody's blockbuster film every goddamn week. Either he doesn't
- 45:36Speaker 2: go out here get a job like everybody else that
- 45:39Speaker 2: is falling on their ass. But for us to sit
- 45:41Speaker 2: here and have this like campaign of redeeming these oh well,
- 45:46Speaker 2: he didn't really do it. He's a great guy. That's
- 45:48Speaker 2: not what she said. They they put out that information
- 45:52Speaker 2: bet on the fact that people were going to read
- 45:54Speaker 2: the fact that the case has been dropped, which everybody did.
- 45:58Speaker 2: They read the case. D oh Jonathan Major is cool.
- 46:01Speaker 2: We cool? Oh well, redemption and.
- 46:04Speaker 8: Accountability and he talking about oh well, you know, it's
- 46:07Speaker 8: all in God's hands and all this shiit Like. People
- 46:10Speaker 8: do this ship on a regular basis, and we enable it.
- 46:14Speaker 8: We do because we continue to celebrate there. They're all
- 46:18Speaker 8: over our goddamn TV screens and movie screens because we
- 46:22Speaker 8: allow them to be. Because nobody's actually holding him accountable
- 46:25Speaker 8: or anybody else for that matter. Look at this nutt
- 46:29Speaker 8: in the goddamn White House. So that is how I
- 46:33Speaker 8: feel about that. So yeah, I was quite happy to
- 46:36Speaker 8: hear of her decision to pull his interview. I think
- 46:39Speaker 8: she interviewed Cash Doll instead.
- 46:42Speaker 2: So yeah, he worked because I was I was about
- 46:46Speaker 2: to side out of you, girl. He was about to
- 46:47Speaker 2: get to chot because I don't do that.
- 46:53Speaker 5: You about to get chat?
- 46:58Speaker 2: Uh? You got anything else?
- 47:00Speaker 5: Uh? Let's see.
- 47:02Speaker 1: Do we really care about Kanye.
- 47:07Speaker 2: No, we don't care about Kunye, we don't care about
- 47:10Speaker 2: Canas Evans. I mean Candice Owen's trying to rebrand herself
- 47:13Speaker 2: to Yeah, she's back talking about you and Nigga now,
- 47:20Speaker 2: just like Jonathan, girl, stay over there, goodbye?
- 47:24Speaker 1: Oh okay. Well, Megan the Stallion the teaser for Coachella
- 47:35Speaker 1: did she I'm here for it. I can't wait. I
- 47:40Speaker 1: am rooting for this girl.
- 47:42Speaker 2: I do like I do.
- 47:44Speaker 1: I watched her her little documentary on I think it
- 47:47Speaker 1: was prime Amazon Prime, And you know, I think people
- 47:54Speaker 1: tend to forget that these artists.
- 47:57Speaker 5: Are human too.
- 47:59Speaker 1: They are and they go through shit, just like you
- 48:02Speaker 1: know people who are not in the spotlight, and you know,
- 48:06Speaker 1: people tend to forget that because they all they see
- 48:09Speaker 1: is all they see is a pretty face. All they
- 48:11Speaker 1: hear is music. All they see is her shaking her
- 48:14Speaker 1: ass or whatever. But they don't know what type of
- 48:16Speaker 1: things she had to go through to get to that point.
- 48:19Speaker 1: They don't know, you know, the mental stress and depression
- 48:24Speaker 1: that you know, some of these artists be going through
- 48:27Speaker 1: to be even able to write the music that they
- 48:32Speaker 1: put out there in the world, Like they go through
- 48:34Speaker 1: real shit. And I'm like, I'm so happy that she
- 48:41Speaker 1: finally has like people around her that she can trust
- 48:44Speaker 1: that have her best interest, because she could have easily
- 48:47Speaker 1: turned into another Kanye.
- 48:49Speaker 5: She lost her mother, her only hearing.
- 48:55Speaker 2: Kanye. I think that's a one time deal there, but I.
- 49:00Speaker 5: Well, it could have.
- 49:01Speaker 1: Honestly, depression, it can damage and really like break you.
- 49:10Speaker 1: And honestly, I'm just using him as a as an
- 49:13Speaker 1: example because he's like on the lowest spectrum of things,
- 49:19Speaker 1: where like that's the absolute worst.
- 49:21Speaker 5: That you can get when you lose a parent.
- 49:27Speaker 1: But she came out on top to me and pressing
- 49:32Speaker 1: forward and now she's doing bigger and better things and
- 49:36Speaker 1: she you know, of course she still has Megan hate train,
- 49:41Speaker 1: but she's not letting that stop her. And she's pushing
- 49:44Speaker 1: forward and I love that for her. So I'm looking
- 49:47Speaker 1: forward to see what she does at Coach Ella. I
- 49:51Speaker 1: can't wait for the performance. Everybody thought that her career
- 49:54Speaker 1: was over when she decided to not stand for Nicki
- 50:00Speaker 1: Minaj bullying season that she was in, and you know,
- 50:06Speaker 1: I can't wait. I don't see what Let's see what
- 50:10Speaker 1: she does.
- 50:11Speaker 2: Yeah, I do. I really stand Megan a lot, and
- 50:15Speaker 2: there's something about her that is authentic and it's it's
- 50:18Speaker 2: different from what we've seen already. It's a nice change.
- 50:22Speaker 2: Like I love these artists like er Dogi, Janelle. You know,
- 50:26Speaker 2: Janelle was just at shoot what is it? The Black
- 50:29Speaker 2: Nerd con Blurd Tiffany saw my sister, she saw her
- 50:33Speaker 2: in Urson at that very gone. Okay, So it's just
- 50:39Speaker 2: shit like that that I see. You know that these
- 50:42Speaker 2: artists are doing that are attracting different kind of crowds.
- 50:45Speaker 2: You see more people speaking out and more people having
- 50:49Speaker 2: representation and just knowledge and more people find out more things.
- 50:56Speaker 2: You know. Oh wow, I didn't even know I would
- 50:58Speaker 2: be interested in video games and shit. Oh well, you
- 51:01Speaker 2: know what, I watched this all the time. I didn't
- 51:03Speaker 2: know that there was a con fort that kind of shit.
- 51:05Speaker 2: They're just kind of mixed for community, and it's those
- 51:10Speaker 2: interactions that generate business and create wealth and create growth
- 51:15Speaker 2: and things of that nature and knowledge and fucking nugget
- 51:20Speaker 2: trying to tear it all down, yap. So that's all
- 51:24Speaker 2: of controlling the timeline this week.
- 51:27Speaker 1: I would think, So let's move on. We don't care
- 51:29Speaker 1: about anything else.
- 51:33Speaker 2: So shady, all right, I've seen some behavior. I'm neck.
- 51:36Speaker 9: Let me pause my movie. Let me just point out
- 51:39Speaker 9: of all of the over twelve hundred protests, we don't seen. Right,
- 51:43Speaker 9: they're saying over a few million people have participated in
- 51:46Speaker 9: protests across the nation. Let me just say that out
- 51:49Speaker 9: of all of these protests, I have not seen that
- 51:51Speaker 9: one person getting teargased. I have not seen anybody getting
- 51:56Speaker 9: want with the with the batons. I have not seen
- 51:59Speaker 9: any of the SWAT team lined up approaching people that
- 52:05Speaker 9: are marching the streets. As a matter of fact, I
- 52:07Speaker 9: heard that in Dallas the police shut down the roads
- 52:11Speaker 9: to allow the people to walk over there where the
- 52:14Speaker 9: JFK incident happened, the Grassy Noo and the depository. Yeah,
- 52:18Speaker 9: they shut down the streets to allow the protests to
- 52:21Speaker 9: continue to allow people to walk on down them roads.
- 52:26Speaker 9: So when you hear black people saying the ones who
- 52:30Speaker 9: decided to protest in other ways like protesting by not
- 52:36Speaker 9: being on the front lines, remember that this is why
- 52:40Speaker 9: had it not been majority white people marching, would that
- 52:45Speaker 9: have still been the outcome? Like serious question, don't lie,
- 52:49Speaker 9: you know the answer. And this is why we said
- 52:52Speaker 9: that this wasn't for us. It is okay that some
- 52:54Speaker 9: people went, okay, that's fine, but it is great that
- 52:57Speaker 9: majority of us at home and watch TV while simultaneously
- 53:03Speaker 9: having already been doing protesting through other avenues because y'all
- 53:08Speaker 9: act like marching is the only way to protest. Just
- 53:10Speaker 9: remember this is why the outcome would have been very different,
- 53:16Speaker 9: and we all know it. And if we're being real,
- 53:18Speaker 9: it's not our jobs. It is not our jobs to
- 53:21Speaker 9: dismantle white Christian nationalism and white supremacy. We didn't create it, bitch,
- 53:26Speaker 9: We did not create it. We don't benefit from it,
- 53:29Speaker 9: So it's not our jobs to dismantle. It has to
- 53:32Speaker 9: be dismantled from within by the very people that created
- 53:36Speaker 9: it and benefit from it inherently. That's them same people
- 53:40Speaker 9: marching as you should I'm so happy. I'm so happy
- 53:45Speaker 9: y'all showed the fuck up while we sat the fuck down.
- 53:48Speaker 2: Margie, has you live? So this week I wanted to
- 53:55Speaker 2: just touch on what the Republicans or the republic Hunts
- 53:58Speaker 2: have been up to you, because a lot of us
- 54:00Speaker 2: know is bad, but not necessarily how bad. And I
- 54:05Speaker 2: know this segment could be a toss up of my
- 54:07Speaker 2: feelings about the week mixed with fact. Today it is facts,
- 54:10Speaker 2: just straight facts. In the past week, the Congressional Congressional
- 54:17Speaker 2: Republicans have done so much damage to Americans and the
- 54:22Speaker 2: way we operate this bitch. But I've broken it down
- 54:26Speaker 2: to what, in my opinion, seems to be the top
- 54:30Speaker 2: five most harmful things that have been passed. Number One,
- 54:33Speaker 2: they passed their budget that will add trillions to the
- 54:36Speaker 2: national debt and cuts almost a trillion dollars in healthcare.
- 54:40Speaker 2: This is important because, bitch, where all the money going.
- 54:44Speaker 2: The vast majority of the spending goes to tax giveaways
- 54:48Speaker 2: to the wealthiest people in America. Hello. Number Two, they
- 54:53Speaker 2: pass a say that which will make it harder for
- 54:57Speaker 2: millions and millions of America sekends. Instead of making it
- 55:02Speaker 2: easier to register the vote they're making it harder for
- 55:05Speaker 2: people to register to vote, particularly women and those serving abroad.
- 55:09Speaker 2: For example, if your driver's license doesn't match your birth certificate,
- 55:13Speaker 2: like many married women's don't, it could potentially block you
- 55:17Speaker 2: from voting altogether. So you may be Lyric Johnson on
- 55:22Speaker 2: your birth certificate, but because your married name is Lyric Bravado,
- 55:26Speaker 2: Guess what when it comes to the polls, you may
- 55:29Speaker 2: have some trouble getting to the or getting you know,
- 55:33Speaker 2: the ability to be able to register the vote. And
- 55:35Speaker 2: with all of these programs and government offices that have
- 55:39Speaker 2: been seriously limited or closed down altogether, guess what. Hmmm.
- 55:44Speaker 2: Number Three, while we were all upset and rolling our
- 55:47Speaker 2: eyes at tariffs and all of that bullshit, them bitches
- 55:50Speaker 2: passed the bill, literally passed a bill to endorse tariffs
- 55:55Speaker 2: and to strip Congress's power to curb the president's tariffs
- 55:58Speaker 2: authorities in any way, no guardrails, just a big stinking
- 56:02Speaker 2: ass orange stain making all the calls all of that.
- 56:06Speaker 2: Number four, they passed a bill stripping the power of
- 56:10Speaker 2: federal judges. Just like Lyrics said in the last segment,
- 56:14Speaker 2: all of these federal judges have been ruling against Trump
- 56:17Speaker 2: because what they're doing in is unconstitutional. So instead of
- 56:21Speaker 2: complying with the constitution of the law, this bill would
- 56:25Speaker 2: undermine federal judges and limit their rulings to their local jurisdictions.
- 56:31Speaker 2: But these are federal judges ruling on federal matter. To
- 56:35Speaker 2: get it, do get it. You see what's happening. So
- 56:39Speaker 2: number five, this one is the cruelest out of all
- 56:42Speaker 2: of them that I read, and you know, perk up,
- 56:46Speaker 2: especially if you balling' on a budget. Perk up. These
- 56:49Speaker 2: gremblins have passed a bill to jack up overdraft fees intentionally.
- 56:54Speaker 2: So I think it's safe to say that many of
- 56:57Speaker 2: us have had some bad days banking and maybe splurge
- 57:01Speaker 2: a little when we shouldn't have. What this bill means
- 57:05Speaker 2: is that on your worst day, the very worst day,
- 57:08Speaker 2: that you can't pay all your bills and you overdraw
- 57:10Speaker 2: your account for whatever reason. Now your fees and bills
- 57:13Speaker 2: could possibly be hundred dollars. They eliminated the cap on
- 57:16Speaker 2: overdraft fees why so that the people at the top
- 57:19Speaker 2: make more money. This is how they do it. The
- 57:22Speaker 2: only way the Democrats are going to stop them is
- 57:25Speaker 2: to get a few Republicans to join them. A few
- 57:28Speaker 2: in the Senate, a few in the House, that's it.
- 57:31Speaker 2: But for all of us, we need voices to help
- 57:36Speaker 2: shift the public opinion so that we can get the
- 57:39Speaker 2: support we need on this craziness. This is where we
- 57:43Speaker 2: come in as a people. We don't have the option
- 57:47Speaker 2: to just sit back and not care anymore. We can't
- 57:49Speaker 2: just leave it alone and hope for the best. These
- 57:53Speaker 2: bitches literally want to turn all of us into their
- 57:57Speaker 2: own personal banks. And don't even let me start talking
- 58:01Speaker 2: about how Trump has offered the people in Greenland each
- 58:04Speaker 2: ten thousand dollars are taxpayer money to get them to
- 58:08Speaker 2: be okay with the fluctionhitting trying to pull over there, baby,
- 58:11Speaker 2: we are cook, We're fuck Listen. It's interesting how literally
- 58:16Speaker 2: in every action movie, white people are depicted as these
- 58:19Speaker 2: unstoppable heroes, but living in twenty twenty five America today,
- 58:23Speaker 2: I am seeing quite the opposite, lots of fearful and
- 58:26Speaker 2: cowardly enablers allowing the current state of affairs to continue. Honestly,
- 58:30Speaker 2: these bitches will fistfight you over the idea of a
- 58:33Speaker 2: black superman, and quite a few turn their nose up
- 58:37Speaker 2: back upside down over goddamn miles morales. But when given
- 58:42Speaker 2: the actual opportunity to demonstrate the narrative that y'all claim crickets,
- 58:49Speaker 2: I hate it here saying get out here, be vocal,
- 58:53Speaker 2: have them yelling matches and disrespectful ass conversations with y'all's
- 58:58Speaker 2: backwoods ass family members that can keep selecting his name
- 59:01Speaker 2: on ballots, threatened them bitches, not necessarily physically but morally. Look,
- 59:05Speaker 2: Bethany and Tad, we will be withdrawing Katie from swim
- 59:09Speaker 2: classes because you are supporting a racist, hateful administration and
- 59:14Speaker 2: we don't fuck with it. Or however, y'all gonna say it,
- 59:16Speaker 2: how hard is that? Because again, y'all be real funky
- 59:20Speaker 2: and disrespectful with the keyboard in your hand over some bullshit.
- 59:22Speaker 2: But you can't have these kinds of conversations of substance
- 59:26Speaker 2: with that folks that you actually know. Mm hm. White
- 59:30Speaker 2: power maya, that's it, That's all you've got? Anything else?
- 59:32Speaker 2: Will slit? Nope, while thoughts up next.
- 59:37Speaker 4: Poor white people should know that they're voting against their
- 59:40Speaker 4: best interests. Poor white people need to see the light
- 59:43Speaker 4: that voting for rich billionaires doesn't help them. They see
- 59:46Speaker 4: the light. They know what they're doing they know that
- 59:48Speaker 4: they're voting against their interests. They know, and they don't care.
- 59:52Speaker 4: They're angry and upset that their whiteness has not saved
- 59:55Speaker 4: them from the dulgrums of being poor. And they know,
- 59:59Speaker 4: in the depths of their poor white souls that they
- 1:00:01Speaker 4: do not have the skills, the ambition, or the smarts
- 1:00:04Speaker 4: to survive in a world that requires all of those
- 1:00:07Speaker 4: things to not be poor. Let me tell you something
- 1:00:09Speaker 4: right here, right now, poor black people and poor people
- 1:00:13Speaker 4: of color become disillusioned and you know, become jaded.
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: That's it.
- 1:00:18Speaker 4: Poor white people become domestic terrorists and mass shooters. This
- 1:00:22Speaker 4: is why our efforts to build bridges, to build community,
- 1:00:26Speaker 4: to reach across the aisle, to do all of those
- 1:00:29Speaker 4: things fail time and time again, because we're dealing with
- 1:00:33Speaker 4: a group of individuals who know that they have experienced
- 1:00:36Speaker 4: generations of life altering poverty as the result of actions
- 1:00:43Speaker 4: from other white people who are wealthy and privileged. They
- 1:00:46Speaker 4: know good and goddamn well that black people just got
- 1:00:49Speaker 4: the right to vote less than sixty years ago. So
- 1:00:51Speaker 4: it's not black people, and it's certainly not immigrants and
- 1:00:54Speaker 4: people of color who are making the policy and legislative
- 1:00:57Speaker 4: decisions that render poor people or excuse me, poor white
- 1:01:01Speaker 4: people poor.
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: It's not black.
- 1:01:03Speaker 4: People and people of color making those policy decisions. It's
- 1:01:05Speaker 4: other white people, privileged, college educated white people who are
- 1:01:09Speaker 4: making those decisions. And poor white people know this fundamentally,
- 1:01:13Speaker 4: they know this. They are just that full of hate
- 1:01:16Speaker 4: and insist upon directing their hate towards black people and
- 1:01:19Speaker 4: towards people of color because at their core, they're racist,
- 1:01:23Speaker 4: no matter what. That's what you have to understand about
- 1:01:25Speaker 4: white supremacy and about many, many, many, many, many, many
- 1:01:29Speaker 4: many white people in general. No matter how disenfranchised they
- 1:01:32Speaker 4: may be on the basis of income, on the basis
- 1:01:35Speaker 4: of lack of education, on the basis of disability, on
- 1:01:37Speaker 4: the basis of neurodiversions, on the basis of LGBTQ status,
- 1:01:42Speaker 4: whatever it is, they're still white and they will still
- 1:01:45Speaker 4: cling to that white privilege, especially when they have no
- 1:01:49Speaker 4: other privileges or systems of power with which to cling.
- 1:01:53Speaker 4: That is why trying to build community and solidarity with
- 1:01:56Speaker 4: many poor white people, especially in rural areas, falls short.
- 1:02:00Speaker 4: Even when there are poor white people who see the vision,
- 1:02:04Speaker 4: who see the light, and who try to rally their
- 1:02:06Speaker 4: Caucasian brothers and sisters in arms. Those poor white people
- 1:02:10Speaker 4: who see the vision, they're vastly outnumbered, out gunned, out
- 1:02:14Speaker 4: manned by these other poor white folks who sit up there,
- 1:02:18Speaker 4: generations of rural poverty and vote for someone like Donald Trump.
- 1:02:24Speaker 4: Why do you have vote? Why?
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: Why?
- 1:02:28Speaker 4: Why file?
- 1:02:29Speaker 2: Why do my children hate me? Are real talk radio?
- 1:02:35Speaker 5: Why do my vagina barn?
- 1:02:37Speaker 4: Truth is out there.
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: Explaining the unexplained. We're answering why to the question? Do
- 1:02:42Speaker 2: you want to know? By taking your skeets over on
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: Blue Sky at WRTR Radio. We take your emails at
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: WRTR Radio at gmail dot com. Because this is a
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: WAT files. Remember the truth is out there. You first
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: of me, Mama, you know.
- 1:03:01Speaker 5: I'm go ahead and go. My wife comes from me.
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: I'm curious to know why, DoD Why do people keep
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: using law enforcement as a means to troll people?
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: What do you mean?
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: Like why do people call cps?
- 1:03:19Speaker 5: Oh?
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: Why do people get people's home swatted by the police?
- 1:03:24Speaker 5: And this? That? And the third like why do people
- 1:03:27Speaker 5: do that?
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: Ship honestly because they can? Because I God, I don't know,
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: I can't. I can tell you the malicious reasons I
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: think why. I can tell you the systemic reasons I
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: think why, But ultimately, yeah, that's that's some bullshit, like
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: real bullshit. They did that ship to Cardi.
- 1:03:51Speaker 5: They are Minaj. That's why I ask, Oh really, yep.
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: Her home was swatted by the police in the middle
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: of the night for the third time. Wow called and
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: said that a woman was shot. I just feel like,
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: if y'all could do everything else, y'all should be able
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: to trace the calls and these people should be held responsible.
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: You never hear that, No, it's always oh, my house
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: was swatted and this, that and the third. But okay,
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: so what happens to those people who be playing on
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: the line though?
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: Uh as Tasha Ka, it's not cool, It's not okay.
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: This one comes from Oh, I'm sorry why.
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: Because the truth is out there and if you play
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: with me like that, I'm gonna give them a reason
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: to come to my motherfucking.
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: House pretty much all right. This one comes from Cletus
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: from New Jersey. Why do employers act like an impressive
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: resume means that you are quote overqualified for a position
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: you directly applied for. I like this question because, yeah,
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: employers definitely need to be read for that. Okay, So
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: if I'm a person, let's say I have a full
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: time job, because I've run into this issue too. If
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: I have a full time job doing something else and
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: I go and apply for your job, I already knew
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: when I applied for it, because I had to read
- 1:05:18Speaker 2: the job description. I know what the requirements are. I
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: know that I'm overqualified. Why right now this job market
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: is trash. It's going to be trash because it's gonna
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: be trash even more because you have thousands upon thousands
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: out of work right now. There are going to be
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: all kinds of people applying for all kinds of shit.
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: And I've never liked the stipulation personally of being overqualified,
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: because then that kind of makes me feel like you well,
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: I mean, I guess it lets me know how you
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: run your company, because I see it. Even in some
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: recent endeavors of mind, where I go into a position
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: or go into a job that I've had all of
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: this experience, it's like people that are there already almost
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: feel I don't know, they feel threatened because you know
- 1:06:10Speaker 2: the job so well yep, And it's just like I'm
- 1:06:15Speaker 2: not here to compete with you. I'm here to get
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: a check, like that's that's what I'm here to do. Personally, Personally,
- 1:06:21Speaker 2: I'm not. But maybe other people are looking to advance
- 1:06:24Speaker 2: their career, and that's fine. But why should somebody's resume
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: be like as far as them being overqualified, I get it.
- 1:06:32Speaker 2: Underqualified if I require a master's degree for I don't know,
- 1:06:37Speaker 2: therapy or something like, it's you come in with a
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: high school degree like or diploma. I get that. But
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: to say that somebody's overqualified for something, especially in this
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: job market, I honestly I don't know why cleats from I.
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: Know it's because they don't want the competition. If you're
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: overqualified for the job, you can.
- 1:06:58Speaker 5: Take the spot. That's how people think. It's not necessarily no,
- 1:07:03Speaker 5: you're right, it has to be true, But that's the
- 1:07:06Speaker 5: way people think. Why would I hire somebody with all of.
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: This experience when that puts me in a position to
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: have my position taken. That's the way people think.
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: That is so strange.
- 1:07:18Speaker 5: Of course, they're going to get somebody who's underqualified, because listen,
- 1:07:23Speaker 5: if I there's no way in.
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: Hell I've been here for seventeen years, no way in
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: hell they're going to promote this person to the job
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: that I want. But you bringing this guy who has
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: seventeen years of experience and has done this, that and
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: the third with all these other companies.
- 1:07:39Speaker 2: And of course that is such small thinking to me,
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: because if I have my eyes set and I'm motivated
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: to get a certain position, I'm going to get that
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: position regardless to who comes in my way, because I
- 1:07:51Speaker 2: know that I'm taking the necessary steps to get that position.
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: Don't be threatened by me. That's like people that you
- 1:07:58Speaker 2: be driving next to on highway, you be sitting there,
- 1:08:01Speaker 2: you'll go behind them, they be going slow, and as
- 1:08:04Speaker 2: soon as you merge to the next lane to go
- 1:08:06Speaker 2: ahead of them, they want to then speed up. Why
- 1:08:08Speaker 2: the fuck are you speeding up only when you see
- 1:08:10Speaker 2: somebody else about the advance past? Why is that your motive?
- 1:08:13Speaker 5: Exactly because you're advance.
- 1:08:16Speaker 2: Why is that your motivation and not the fact that
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: you want to actually advance? Because you have some serious questions.
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: Because people only want are comfortable when you're on their level.
- 1:08:29Speaker 5: Or under their level. If you look like you're gonna
- 1:08:31Speaker 5: surpass them and anything in life, people get mad about that.
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: And what I don't like about this mindset is because
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: it's definitely used as as a racial thing as well
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: when people say that you've I've had it happen to
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: me where people have said, oh, you're overly qualified. But
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: then you bring this this girl who's straight out of
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: high school into the position that I, you know, applied for,
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: and I know that I have more experience than her work.
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: Sorry kletus, but unfortunately there's not much you can do
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: out there in the job market except for aim higher.
- 1:09:20Speaker 2: You know, if I would my advice to you would be,
- 1:09:23Speaker 2: if you see that narrative playing out, step back from
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: that situation, because you already know it's gonna be some
- 1:09:30Speaker 2: funck shit. Just walk away. That's stress that you really
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: don't even need in your life if you are out
- 1:09:37Speaker 2: here searching for a job, because one of the things
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: that you already got to worry about in any job
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: that you start is stability.
- 1:09:44Speaker 4: Yea.
- 1:09:44Speaker 2: And if they already starting from jump with buck shit,
- 1:09:49Speaker 2: take your blessings and move on there, brother, why because
- 1:09:53Speaker 2: the truth is out there exactly. That wraps it up
- 1:09:56Speaker 2: for this week's WI Files. You know, the socials and
- 1:09:59Speaker 2: h making noxious is up next.
- 1:10:02Speaker 12: If we are going to talk about efficiency and worry
- 1:10:04Speaker 12: about some solar panels, whatevers. Let's talk about the fact that,
- 1:10:09Speaker 12: as of March thirtieth, Trump's golfing has cost us approximately
- 1:10:15Speaker 12: twenty six million dollars and the last time I check,
- 1:10:19Speaker 12: we're not getting anything in return for that. So I
- 1:10:22Speaker 12: will get back on my remarks, but I just wanted
- 1:10:24Speaker 12: to point out that maybe we need to talk about
- 1:10:27Speaker 12: the president and his golfing habits. In fact, he decided
- 1:10:30Speaker 12: that he was going to golf as the markets were
- 1:10:34Speaker 12: taking He decided he was going to golf. Instead of
- 1:10:37Speaker 12: receiving for heroes who died serving this country, he has
- 1:10:41Speaker 12: decided that he wanted to play games while the rest
- 1:10:44Speaker 12: of us are really trying to make sure that we
- 1:10:46Speaker 12: can serve the American people.
- 1:10:52Speaker 10: Unge to make a nauseous on WRT our Real Talk Radio.
- 1:10:58Speaker 2: Let's go. These are some of the stories you might
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: not read about the New York Times, the Washington Post,
- 1:11:04Speaker 2: or the Wall Street Journal. It's news to make you nauseous.
- 1:11:08Speaker 2: You're up, miss Alric.
- 1:11:10Speaker 13: Alright, alright, alright, let's see where we're at now. This
- 1:11:16Speaker 13: news story had me so fucked up because it just
- 1:11:23Speaker 13: goes to show you that white privilege is still.
- 1:11:26Speaker 5: Reign supreme here in the United States.
- 1:11:30Speaker 2: Unfortunately for what reason. H y'all certainly ain't got nothing
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: to back it up.
- 1:11:35Speaker 5: Go ahead, all right?
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: So it did in this it doesn't say where they're from.
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: So I'll just say say what US Army say. Why
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: prosecutors have charged US Army member Jordan Henning with the
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: murder of his wife, Sergeant First Clash, Ashley Henning. He's
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: been found guilty of first degree manslaughter. Wow, he is
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: a white man and she was a black woman. Just
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: to say, all right. This tragedy occurred after Ashley's thirty
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: seventh birthday party. Footage captures the couple arguing as they
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: were cleaning the home. As the party ended, one of
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: the children ran to the neighbor's house for help as
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: the couple argued. The neighbor told police that Jordan put
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: him in a headlock when he tried to mediate the situation,
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: which forced him to call nine to one one. That
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: infuriated Jordan, and he decided to go to the extreme.
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: As Ashley tried to stay calm and plot a way
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: out of the home, Jordan grabbed a gun from upstairs
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: and taunted her. Because of the neighbor's involvement. Ashley was
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: heard begging him to be a man and put the
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: gun down. Footage showed Jordan's shooting her four times, reloading
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: his gun, and returning to the kitchen to shoot her
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: once more before.
- 1:13:03Speaker 5: Spitting wow on her body. No, Jordan told her twenties
- 1:13:11Speaker 5: that he was suffering from an extreme emotional disturbance.
- 1:13:15Speaker 2: Oh you did.
- 1:13:15Speaker 5: Judgment wasn't paired. He claims that he was under extreme
- 1:13:19Speaker 5: stress due to years of a toxic marriage. However, the
- 1:13:24Speaker 5: jury found him guilty and he was later sentenced to
- 1:13:27Speaker 5: twenty years in.
- 1:13:28Speaker 2: Prison, as he should be matter of fact.
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: Never you don't know why the charge is first degree
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: manslaughter though, Like why do you try to make it
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: sound like an accident. If you shoot somebody four fucking times, reload,
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: then shoot them again, and then proceed to spit on
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: the body, that's not a fucking accident exactly.
- 1:13:55Speaker 2: It's all in the language of these lawsuits, which is
- 1:13:58Speaker 2: why there are people like John Nathan Majors that get
- 1:14:01Speaker 2: to skate by because we're not actually looking at what
- 1:14:05Speaker 2: these people are doing. That is what it is. I
- 1:14:09Speaker 2: hate that shit too, but that's exactly what it is.
- 1:14:13Speaker 2: It's all in the language and I only remember. So
- 1:14:15Speaker 2: do you remember last year where I had to do
- 1:14:17Speaker 2: the jury case. I was on a jury where the
- 1:14:20Speaker 2: language was like that. It was about voluntary versus involuntary
- 1:14:25Speaker 2: manslaughter and all about you know, just intent. And it's
- 1:14:28Speaker 2: how these laws and stuff are written that create that
- 1:14:32Speaker 2: kind of a sketchy situation. But yeah, so this story
- 1:14:36Speaker 2: is from over a year ago. But I want to
- 1:14:39Speaker 2: tell you the story, and then I want to explain
- 1:14:41Speaker 2: why it was relevant and nauseating to me, especially today.
- 1:14:44Speaker 2: All right, say what Tampa, Florida, Say what?
- 1:14:48Speaker 13: Oh lord, I had to be Florida.
- 1:14:52Speaker 2: According to WFLA, researches have attributed a Florida man's battle
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: with worsening my brains to tapeworm eggs found in his
- 1:15:03Speaker 2: brain shut up. In a study that's now published in
- 1:15:07Speaker 2: the American journal Journal of Case Case Reports, neurologists documented
- 1:15:13Speaker 2: the case of a fifty two year old man who
- 1:15:15Speaker 2: reported his chronic migraines gradually becoming more severe over a
- 1:15:20Speaker 2: four month period. He didn't present with the common neurological
- 1:15:24Speaker 2: symptoms like seizures, facial asymmetry, and like weakness or numbness,
- 1:15:28Speaker 2: but a CT scan revealed that he had a cluster
- 1:15:33Speaker 2: of cysts in his brain. It's not funny, but the
- 1:15:36Speaker 2: imaging pointed a neurologists towards a possible lead. And I'm
- 1:15:40Speaker 2: gonna try to pronounce this neuro sister circosis good grief.
- 1:15:46Speaker 2: The condition is a rare parasite infection of the brain
- 1:15:50Speaker 2: that is strongly linked to pork consumption, according to According
- 1:15:57Speaker 2: to Centers for Disease Control the CDC, the most neuroserousystysteric
- 1:16:03Speaker 2: sosis patients GREED in the US are people who come
- 1:16:08Speaker 2: from regions where the disease is common, including a Latin America.
- 1:16:12Speaker 2: So essentially he got this illness from consuming undercooked pork
- 1:16:16Speaker 2: as in vacant. And right now we have Donald Trump
- 1:16:20Speaker 2: as president that, among other things, has cut programs like
- 1:16:24Speaker 2: the CDC and the FDA that monitor the safety of
- 1:16:28Speaker 2: these kinds of foods in the first place. And again,
- 1:16:31Speaker 2: this is from undercooked meat. So perhaps another five or
- 1:16:34Speaker 2: ten minutes in the pan could have, you know, changed
- 1:16:37Speaker 2: this narrative. But I want to be very clear that
- 1:16:40Speaker 2: certain shit you just simply can't just cook away. And
- 1:16:45Speaker 2: that is why these programs are in place. That's why
- 1:16:48Speaker 2: these measures are in place, and the thought that this,
- 1:16:51Speaker 2: the thought of all of this has just like drove
- 1:16:53Speaker 2: my anxiety through the roof and made me quite noxious
- 1:16:56Speaker 2: because we had these programs in place, and then you
- 1:17:00Speaker 2: have people like Robert Kennedy out here telling people that
- 1:17:03Speaker 2: the only way the vaccine against measles or to you know,
- 1:17:07Speaker 2: protect against measles is to go out here and actually
- 1:17:09Speaker 2: get it until people start dropping dead and then he goes, oh, well,
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: I believe in the vaccination for me, like they roll
- 1:17:17Speaker 2: the shit back after they've already caused harm. Yeah, if
- 1:17:21Speaker 2: you want these and more nause eight news stories, give
- 1:17:24Speaker 2: us a follow over me at Blue Sky. I am
- 1:17:27Speaker 2: at m A R c U S smot That is

- 1:17:36Speaker 5: So yeah.
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: I can find these still on Facebook and Instagram and
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: also TikTok and sometimes Snapchat under Lyric Bravado.
- 1:17:47Speaker 2: You can also follow the show over again on Blue
- 1:17:49Speaker 2: Sky WRTR Radio. So for real Talk this week we
- 1:17:56Speaker 2: talk about BBL smells Up.
- 1:17:58Speaker 11: Next, It's time to speak Up. Did y'all catch the
- 1:18:02Speaker 11: news in the Friday night news drop that today April eleventh,
- 1:18:07Speaker 11: the State Department issued an internal memo to all of
- 1:18:11Speaker 11: its employees, telling its employees that they are to report
- 1:18:15Speaker 11: anything they see in the workplace that is un Christian.
- 1:18:20Speaker 11: State Department employees are ordered to report anything they see
- 1:18:26Speaker 11: that is un Christian. Illow Jesus with everything in me.
- 1:18:31Speaker 11: But this, no, no, this is what Christian nationalism is.
- 1:18:38Speaker 5: People.
- 1:18:39Speaker 11: I have been telling you for months. Anybody watch the
- 1:18:43Speaker 11: Handmaiden's tail Gilead. This is what's happening. There is now
- 1:18:47Speaker 11: an instruction to people who work in the State Department
- 1:18:51Speaker 11: of our government to report anything un Christian. This is
- 1:18:58Speaker 11: not a drill. Put your boots on, go over your
- 1:19:04Speaker 11: neighbor one hundred.
- 1:19:09Speaker 10: It's real job.
- 1:19:11Speaker 2: L U RGR real talk radio. We keep it real.
- 1:19:16Speaker 2: So we're back. And like I said before, TikTok strikes
- 1:19:19Speaker 2: again this week via social media. Did you'll see the
- 1:19:22Speaker 2: lady talking about bbls. So apparently there's this lady that's
- 1:19:27Speaker 2: gone viral on TikTok and she was discussing how she
- 1:19:31Speaker 2: had her bbl removed because her sit down wind was funny.
- 1:19:37Speaker 2: I'm sorry it was funky and it is well, I mean,
- 1:19:41Speaker 2: both work. Anyways, it started this week long debate, like
- 1:19:46Speaker 2: most of these viral videos do on social media, back
- 1:19:50Speaker 2: and forth about people talking about BBL win and for me,
- 1:19:56Speaker 2: this is my first time. I don't go outside, this
- 1:19:59Speaker 2: is my first time hearing this bullshit BBL win or
- 1:20:04Speaker 2: what so helped me? Where are you with it? Laric?
- 1:20:09Speaker 2: Did you know this was a thing?
- 1:20:10Speaker 5: Yes? I did.
- 1:20:11Speaker 2: I'd be smelling.
- 1:20:13Speaker 4: No.
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: I have not thank goodness for that, because you know
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: I have a thing with that type of stuff.
- 1:20:20Speaker 2: Do you know anybody with a BBL that would have
- 1:20:22Speaker 2: had the wind?
- 1:20:24Speaker 5: I do?
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: He probably got it, but I ain't gonna say that
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: bitch's name, but yeah, you know somebody with a disgusting
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: diaper BBL.
- 1:20:38Speaker 2: What do you mean diaper?
- 1:20:40Speaker 9: Oh?
- 1:20:40Speaker 5: You mean nasty?
- 1:20:43Speaker 4: Like?
- 1:20:43Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:20:43Speaker 5: Ew you built real childish?
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: Wow, because now you look you walking around looking like
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: you got a permanent diaper on twenty four to seven,
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: and I know that bbl's thing.
- 1:21:00Speaker 2: Okay, So all right, So for those of y'all just
- 1:21:04Speaker 2: for context here, I'm going to insert a part of
- 1:21:09Speaker 2: what she said. This is part three. You've watched it, right,
- 1:21:12Speaker 2: it's lyric?
- 1:21:13Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I watched it.
- 1:21:15Speaker 6: Okay, Part three on how I got my BBO surgically
- 1:21:19Speaker 6: removed because my sit down when with stinking, real, real bad.
- 1:21:25Speaker 6: So I deleted part one because there were so many
- 1:21:28Speaker 6: people in the comments talking shit, how y'all are doing now?
- 1:21:32Speaker 6: So I deleted part one and I made part two
- 1:21:35Speaker 6: because there was some people in the comments that wanted
- 1:21:38Speaker 6: to know more. BBO stink, do you hear me? And
- 1:21:42Speaker 6: it's not coming from the vagina or the be hole.
- 1:21:45Speaker 6: It's coming from the incisions that they cut to inject
- 1:21:50Speaker 6: the fluid and the fact in your butt. Okay, there's
- 1:21:55Speaker 6: people in the comments saying, oh, you wasn't washing up right,
- 1:21:58Speaker 6: Come on, let's be real. It's coming out of the incision.
- 1:22:03Speaker 6: It fucking stink. I don't care what y'all say. It's stink.
- 1:22:08Speaker 6: And if it's not healing properly and your body is
- 1:22:11Speaker 6: rejecting it, the hole will remain open and the drainage
- 1:22:15Speaker 6: will continue to come out and stink up your lennen,
- 1:22:18Speaker 6: stink up your underwear, stink up everything. Okay, now, Matt
- 1:22:22Speaker 6: BBL been removed for the last past four years, only
- 1:22:27Speaker 6: headed in for about a year until it was stinking
- 1:22:32Speaker 6: so bad.
- 1:22:32Speaker 14: I couldn't take it no more.
- 1:22:34Speaker 6: I don't know, if y'all wanted me to get on
- 1:22:36Speaker 6: here and say BBL smell good, but they fucking stink
- 1:22:40Speaker 6: stay away from me.
- 1:22:42Speaker 2: So thoughts on what she had to say as far
- 1:22:45Speaker 2: as her getting hers taken out, because so she said,
- 1:22:50Speaker 2: I don't know, it's led to all of this discussion
- 1:22:52Speaker 2: about just the things that can happen, and one nurse
- 1:22:56Speaker 2: broke it down really well. She talked about how in
- 1:22:59Speaker 2: that particular area you have so much going on. Not
- 1:23:04Speaker 2: only have you had a surgery that is already comes
- 1:23:09Speaker 2: with you know, a certain amount of you know, dirt
- 1:23:12Speaker 2: and funkins everything. I mean, because at that point you
- 1:23:15Speaker 2: have puss draining out that carries a stench. You got
- 1:23:19Speaker 2: everything back there on top of the fact that you
- 1:23:22Speaker 2: got a shit and your ass is sore and you're
- 1:23:24Speaker 2: probably not gonna clean as normally, you know, as well
- 1:23:27Speaker 2: as you normally would.
- 1:23:29Speaker 6: I had to come outside and talk about this because
- 1:23:32Speaker 6: after what I just experienced, I'm traumatized. BBL smell is
- 1:23:38Speaker 6: one hundred percent real. I don't care what your mama say,
- 1:23:41Speaker 6: I don't care what your friends say, I don't even
- 1:23:44Speaker 6: care what your doctor say.
- 1:23:45Speaker 14: BBL smell is real.
- 1:23:47Speaker 6: And let me tell you why. And if you're wondering
- 1:23:49Speaker 6: what it's smell like, it smell like broccoli, the broccoli
- 1:23:53Speaker 6: that's been sitting in your pot with the top phone
- 1:23:56Speaker 6: for two days.
- 1:23:57Speaker 14: We all know how that smell. Sour, funky molded. Now,
- 1:24:02Speaker 14: what's gonna be some people that say, my BBL don't
- 1:24:05Speaker 14: smell like that. I don't know where she gets her
- 1:24:06Speaker 14: information from.
- 1:24:07Speaker 6: Take your hand and rub it back there and see
- 1:24:10Speaker 6: if you smell the same thing that I'm smelling. Now,
- 1:24:12Speaker 6: some bbls have a soft, funky smell, like a musky smell,
- 1:24:18Speaker 6: and then some bbls have a loud smell, a smell
- 1:24:23Speaker 6: like rotten flesh.
- 1:24:24Speaker 14: But trust me, it's all the same smell.
- 1:24:28Speaker 6: Now, if you're wondering how to get that funky smell
- 1:24:32Speaker 6: up out of your skin, because yeah, it's something and
- 1:24:35Speaker 6: poores and it's deep within their skin, take you a
- 1:24:38Speaker 6: cup of vinegar, three tablespoon of epsom salt, run you
- 1:24:44Speaker 6: a bath of hot, steamy water, and sit in a
- 1:24:48Speaker 6: tub for by thirty to forty five minutes. You're gonna
- 1:24:51Speaker 6: need one of them fit rags that you get from Amazon,
- 1:24:55Speaker 6: the hotel style rags. I've told two friends about that,
- 1:25:00Speaker 6: and trust me, it works. And I know I joke
- 1:25:02Speaker 6: a lot, but this is not a joke. This is serious.
- 1:25:07Speaker 6: Let's getting that smell out the way, because baby, I
- 1:25:09Speaker 6: can't take it no more. If y'all gonna do it,
- 1:25:11Speaker 6: let's just do it right, okay.
- 1:25:13Speaker 2: And I always assume that sit down when people because
- 1:25:16Speaker 2: I have been around people that have had big, big
- 1:25:19Speaker 2: foul sit down when I'm not oblivious to that, but
- 1:25:24Speaker 2: sit down when as a result of a BBL is
- 1:25:27Speaker 2: something that I hadn't even considered because just wow, okay, uh.
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: Yeah, because you're you're having a surgery, you're having that
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: sucked out of one part of your body and then
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: inserted in your ass. Yeah, you're gonna have some things,
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: and then you know there's a process to it. A
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: lot of people try to do the cheap way. They
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: go overseas and these other countries because it's cheaper to
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: do it, and people does not mean better, you know
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: what I'm saying. Like, the one thing I I can't
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: say is the United States holds their doctors into higher
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: standards and they will snatch your fucking medical license if
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: you keep sucking up or if you do you know
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: too much damage, you know, in a specific amount of time,
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: Like they don't play about that shit, all right, But
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: you go overseas and you get your body done, Like
- 1:26:22Speaker 1: what do you expect. There's so many stories about people
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: who are dying on the table or a couple of
- 1:26:29Speaker 1: days after from getting BBLS done. And also it's a process.
- 1:26:37Speaker 5: You have to.
- 1:26:38Speaker 1: Get lymphatic drainage massages. When you get your body done,
- 1:26:44Speaker 1: you have to Surgery creates an environment of where toxins
- 1:26:51Speaker 1: and bacteria can build in your body. You have to
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: take the necessary steps to do what you need to do.
- 1:26:58Speaker 1: And you and I both know that some people don't
- 1:27:03Speaker 1: know how to fucking follow directions.
- 1:27:05Speaker 2: People don't know how to clean their ass normally, Like
- 1:27:08Speaker 2: just you don't know how exactly. Y'all don't know how
- 1:27:13Speaker 2: to clean your normal, small, basic ass. Then you go
- 1:27:16Speaker 2: and get a much bigger ass that then not clean.
- 1:27:19Speaker 1: It's like people don't follow directions, You don't listen to
- 1:27:22Speaker 1: the doctor's instructions. You just be having the surgery, and
- 1:27:25Speaker 1: then three days later you out bopping outside. You're fucking
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: off and you're doing all this wild shit right when
- 1:27:32Speaker 1: you just had surgery, Like no, you gotta let your
- 1:27:35Speaker 1: body heal. You gotta take the specific precautions like you've
- 1:27:40Speaker 1: been advised, and you have to get those massages. Now,
- 1:27:44Speaker 1: I've watched a lot of girls who don't have the
- 1:27:46Speaker 1: smell they've been vouched for. But and this is because
- 1:27:52Speaker 1: they followed their doctor's instructions and they did not cut corners.
- 1:27:57Speaker 1: Doctor also spoke about this and basically said, if you
- 1:28:01Speaker 1: are still having a BBL smell months after you've healed
- 1:28:08Speaker 1: up and did this, that, and the third, you have
- 1:28:10Speaker 1: an active.
- 1:28:11Speaker 5: Infection something else wrong.
- 1:28:14Speaker 2: Girl.
- 1:28:15Speaker 1: So why aren't you not like going to get that
- 1:28:18Speaker 1: shit taken care of them?
- 1:28:20Speaker 5: You just you done got used to it, or like.
- 1:28:24Speaker 2: Ah, okay. Well, the lady that originally posted this video
- 1:28:29Speaker 2: that has sparked this conversation, she started getting all of
- 1:28:32Speaker 2: this backlash from people.
- 1:28:34Speaker 6: I wasn't expecting a video to blood like it did.
- 1:28:39Speaker 6: But I have a lot of women angry with me.
- 1:28:44Speaker 6: They are reporting me, They're.
- 1:28:47Speaker 5: Calming and nasty things.
- 1:28:49Speaker 6: I'm just about to delete everything and good about my
- 1:28:54Speaker 6: business because when I say this is crazy, it's like
- 1:29:01Speaker 6: they removed the sound from my other video. I wasn't
- 1:29:05Speaker 6: saying anything, but I guess I did not fit their narrative.
- 1:29:10Speaker 6: They're not happy about my experience. That's pretty much what
- 1:29:14Speaker 6: I was saying.
- 1:29:16Speaker 5: They did not that.
- 1:29:17Speaker 6: They said, they're not putting my sound back up. So
- 1:29:20Speaker 6: I'm gonna just The crazy part is so many women
- 1:29:24Speaker 6: pissed off at me. I don't even know who to.
- 1:29:27Speaker 14: Start to block so they could start reporting me.
- 1:29:30Speaker 5: They're just coming at a rapid pace.
- 1:29:34Speaker 6: So I'm done, y'all. I'm just like I wasn't. I
- 1:29:38Speaker 6: didn't know people was gonna get mad like this. I
- 1:29:41Speaker 6: just thought I was sharing experience. But I'm done this
- 1:29:46Speaker 6: BBO trapped on play.
- 1:29:48Speaker 2: You know there was people in the comments like you
- 1:29:51Speaker 2: said this, and now you know people looking at me
- 1:29:54Speaker 2: funny and that's not how it rolls, and that's not
- 1:29:57Speaker 2: how you know, it really happens a bit. You just and.
- 1:30:02Speaker 1: Yeah, I know people was going off, like to the
- 1:30:04Speaker 1: point where they were she had to delete the video.
- 1:30:07Speaker 5: Or something did.
- 1:30:09Speaker 2: It's got penus.
- 1:30:12Speaker 1: But here's the thing. People are allowed to speak about
- 1:30:15Speaker 1: their experience. She didn't say, you know, this is what
- 1:30:19Speaker 1: happens to everybody. She said that's what happened to her exactly.
- 1:30:23Speaker 1: Really gotta shut the fuck up in and listen. You
- 1:30:27Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, Like, come on, yo, you gotta chill.
- 1:30:33Speaker 2: I'm gonna let y'all had that whole conversation because I
- 1:30:35Speaker 2: know this, I mean, this is pivoted off into people
- 1:30:39Speaker 2: talking about like people are using their what doctors they
- 1:30:42Speaker 2: use as a as a flex like your your BBL
- 1:30:46Speaker 2: position is now a flex online.
- 1:30:48Speaker 5: Oh I got this.
- 1:30:50Speaker 2: I'm gonna let y'all have all of that because it
- 1:30:53Speaker 2: is a realm that I just we.
- 1:30:57Speaker 1: Just I just have to say this, can we normalize,
- 1:31:01Speaker 1: Like I'm I'm not judging those who feel like they
- 1:31:04Speaker 1: gotta get a little niptock here and there and to
- 1:31:07Speaker 1: make themselves feel more confident about their body.
- 1:31:09Speaker 5: Girl, do what works for you and do whatever.
- 1:31:12Speaker 1: Because there's a lot of dudes who was getting plastic
- 1:31:15Speaker 1: surgery nowadays.
- 1:31:16Speaker 2: Too real.
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: But my thing is, work on your mental before you
- 1:31:22Speaker 1: get these surgeries done, because a lot of y'all don't
- 1:31:26Speaker 1: take that shit into consideration. Y'all just thinking that, uh this,
- 1:31:31Speaker 1: this doctor is going to go in here and fix me,
- 1:31:34Speaker 1: and I'm gonna be this perfect being and this that
- 1:31:36Speaker 1: and the third and everybody's gonna love me and this
- 1:31:38Speaker 1: that and the third, and y'all still be miserable.
- 1:31:41Speaker 2: Maybe I should name this show bbl.
- 1:31:43Speaker 1: Smissy, I have no idea what with my figures. Let's
- 1:31:49Speaker 1: normalize loving ourselves as how we are and getting you know,
- 1:31:56Speaker 1: the necessary mental health that we need before we before
- 1:32:03Speaker 1: we take these drastic measures and try to change certain
- 1:32:05Speaker 1: things about ourselves. Let's just make sure that you know
- 1:32:08Speaker 1: that our mental is in a good place. Because you
- 1:32:12Speaker 1: you already unhappy with your body, and now that you
- 1:32:15Speaker 1: actually got it done, now look at you.
- 1:32:17Speaker 5: You're going through this bullshit.
- 1:32:20Speaker 2: I would agree, well, I would just say prioritize fixing
- 1:32:27Speaker 2: the inner before you you fix the outer exactly. I mean,
- 1:32:32Speaker 2: you know there is something to be said. I mean,
- 1:32:35Speaker 2: you can want to enhance your body and there's nothing
- 1:32:38Speaker 2: you know, mentally quote unquote wrong with you. Just make
- 1:32:42Speaker 2: sure that you are doing it for you know, the
- 1:32:45Speaker 2: right reasons and not like do make sure that you're
- 1:32:48Speaker 2: doing it because you literally want a bigger ass and
- 1:32:51Speaker 2: not because you want a bigger ass to attract x YS.
- 1:32:55Speaker 2: That's here we go, so that you know, unpacked that
- 1:33:00Speaker 2: before maybe deciding that you wanna, you know, go near
- 1:33:04Speaker 2: a scalpel for any type of reason, especially out here
- 1:33:08Speaker 2: with this, especially in twenty twenty five today, where it
- 1:33:12Speaker 2: is sketchy out here at.
- 1:33:14Speaker 5: Then, and stop cutting corners.
- 1:33:17Speaker 1: If you actually do want to get a surgery, save
- 1:33:21Speaker 1: up for a knowledgeable surgeon who you've researched. Stop going
- 1:33:27Speaker 1: to Turkey and stop going to Columbia and all of
- 1:33:30Speaker 1: these other places to get these surgeries on your body.
- 1:33:34Speaker 5: You only have one life. Stop playing with it.
- 1:33:37Speaker 2: So group on BBSs, group on bb exactly you you
- 1:33:43Speaker 2: you thinking you're gonna get a good result.
- 1:33:45Speaker 1: You paid three thousand dollars to get your butt done.
- 1:33:48Speaker 5: Girl, your child.
- 1:33:50Speaker 1: Cheek is gonna cave in the other one's gonna fall
- 1:33:53Speaker 1: the falcon Yeah, and she's gonna eat your ass up.
- 1:33:58Speaker 1: I'm not playing with child lives out here like it's serious.
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: If you're gonna get surgery, save up for it and
- 1:34:04Speaker 1: do your research. Stop going on Instagram and listening to
- 1:34:07Speaker 1: these people talking about something.
- 1:34:09Speaker 5: Oh yeah I got this that in the third down
- 1:34:12Speaker 5: the line. Oh they did. But you don't get your shit.
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: Done three months prior because you have to listen to
- 1:34:19Speaker 1: somebody on TikTok have then people be scamming you.
- 1:34:23Speaker 5: Just do your research, man.
- 1:34:24Speaker 3: Oh TikTok Shop ass work literally all right, So I
