Transcript
- 0:43What's up everybody? Late night Kifi, here goes
- 0:47cultman.com coming at you with another live stream.
- 0:48Music. I have had a crazy day.
- 0:52I think the garbage is about to get picked up outside my
- 0:55building like clockwork, so hopefully that won't be too
- 0:57distracting as you're about to hear the machinery of San
- 1:01Francisco San Francisking behind me or in front of me.
- 1:05But I wanted to come on and do a live stream and struggling a
- 1:09little bit with my mental health and I wanted to come on and do a
- 1:12few live streams this week. There's some really cool stuff
- 1:15to talk about. If you don't watch this live,
- 1:18maybe you can watch this on the replay or on our podcast.
- 1:22These shows are always podcasts at the end of the day.
- 1:25We do have a few people watching on YouTube.
- 1:27I appreciate you. It is late at night on the West
- 1:30Coast, which means it's late or early everywhere else in the
- 1:32world right now. But I wanted to come on and talk
- 1:35about the brand new Iron Maiden documentary, Burning Ambition.
- 1:38I thought it was really well done.
- 1:40I saw it about a week and a half ago, and I realize like not many
- 1:43people have had the chance to see it yet.
- 1:45So I wanted to make sure that I got to see it and bring you my
- 1:48real review right before everybody else.
- 1:58Mute myself for a minute while this commotion goes on outside
- 2:01the window. Yeah, I meant to get it done by
- 2:04now. And that's how it goes, folks.
- 2:08That's how it goes. But you know, if you're watching
- 2:12this live, I appreciate you. If you're here late at night,
- 2:16usually Tik Tok's always got some people on.
- 2:19YouTube's always got some people on late.
- 2:21Brandon Machado, what up? What up?
- 2:24Some people are on TikTok at this hour.
- 2:26And my wonderful, amazing, gorgeous, beautiful fiance is
- 2:31here way past her bedtime. But thank you, babe.
- 2:35I'll see you in about a day and a half, but I wanted to come on
- 2:38and like I said, I wasn't feeling too well today and I
- 2:42just wanted to make sure I got a couple of streams in this week.
- 2:44So the goal is I have a whole bunch of doctor's appointments
- 2:48tomorrow just for some housekeeping.
- 2:50And then I'm going to Ichabod. Bain is also here.
- 2:54I have some doctor's appointments.
- 2:56I'm going to go see the Blood Incantation, All Gates Open
- 3:01documentaries, experience, and then I'm going to come home and
- 3:06probably eat dinner and then maybe do another stream.
- 3:09And there's some pretty banger albums coming out this week.
- 3:12I might want to do a review of at least one of them.
- 3:14But let's just talk quickly about Iron Maiden and the
- 3:19Burning Ambition documentary. Before I do that, a little bit
- 3:22of housekeeping. Recently I did a live stream on
- 3:24Jason Newsted's recent round of interviews.
- 3:27Still a hey, Michael Licious is here and Buddha is my lot.
- 3:32I'm still a bucket list for me for Jason Eust that I would love
- 3:37to get a chat with him, but he's been doing some phenomenal
- 3:40interview stuff lately. I'm really proud of him for
- 3:43speaking his truth always. Also this week, we had a brand
- 3:48new interview on our YouTube and podcast with King Ultra Mega,
- 3:51including Bran Dollar of Mastodon and of course, the
- 3:55founder of King Ultra Mega and Metal Allegiance, Mark Menge,
- 3:58who we always have a good rapport, but Bran, just recently
- 4:03they dropped King Ultra Mega, dropped their cover of Dead
- 4:05Wishes. It was just Cornell's death of
- 4:08bursary, if you will. So a really deep, deep emotional
- 4:12interview. I'm really proud of this one.
- 4:14I'm really honored to get a chance to talk to Bron and I
- 4:17hope eventually to talk to Mastodon someday formally.
- 4:21But I've hung out with the big guys.
- 4:23I've hung out with all the guys and I actually saw Mastodon
- 4:25before they were famous. Gigi fan is here.
- 4:27What up, What up Zozi as Zambi is here, I Zombie is here, Nami
- 4:34Queen lobby Jizz 001, I think also on the gram.
- 4:42So that interview came up and then in the morning, what's up
- 4:46Boo? In the morning our new interview
- 4:50with Sun Don't Shine is coming out and we've had a lot of
- 4:53interviews with the guys from Sun Don't Shine, but this is
- 4:56really a first. Their debut album, full length
- 4:59album is out now, Birth to Death, and I talked to Kenny
- 5:02Hickey, you know him from Type O Negative.
- 5:05Q is here, What's up Q and Todd Strange, who I've met a bunch of
- 5:09times but never got to do an interview with.
- 5:11So I was really excited to interview Kenny and Todd and if
- 5:17you're not only should you be listening to Sun Don't Shine
- 5:20because one of the best records this year so far, but Kenny
- 5:23dropped some exclusive Type O Negative news on us that you
- 5:27will not want to miss. I wouldn't be surprised if it
- 5:29gets picked up by other outlets and I'm always humbled and
- 5:33appreciative if Blabbermouth or Loudwire or somebody shouts us
- 5:36out or, you know, shares our thing.
- 5:39But this is 1 If you love typo, this is a one.
- 5:43This is 1 you need to check out, but you should be checking out
- 5:46already. You should be checking out the
- 5:51you should always be checking out the Sun Dark Shine album.
- 5:54So that that's coming up in a few hours.
- 5:57And then just my other podcast. We're wrapping up our series on
- 6:01a CDCI love this cover of Nick as Angus from the Power Age
- 6:05album, and we have our final episode that's out now and our
- 6:10final episode on ACDC is going to run on Friday.
- 6:13Super stoked in general. And then we're moving on to a
- 6:16new series about the first four albums of DSI.
- 6:20I can't do it as good as Nick the DSI voice, but just saw them
- 6:24recently and they were phenomenal.
- 6:26All right, there's our tip menu as always.
- 6:29You know, we have some money that comes in from advertising

- 8:09us at all the things, Cash App, Kofi, PayPal, Venmo, whatever,
- 8:15it's all good. But anyway, let's talk about
- 8:17Maiden and let's talk about burning ambition.
- 8:20So my wonderful fiance and I went to the movies here in San
- 8:23Francisco at the Metreon AMC. There were Thursday and Saturday
- 8:30showings. And I will tell you, the
- 8:31Thursday showings were all sold out, completely sold out.
- 8:35And I heard that that was the case in a lot of other cities.
- 8:38And then for the Saturday show, our theater wasn't completely
- 8:40full, but it certainly had a nice little crowd and they were
- 8:44very vocal and enjoyed the movie, as you would expect
- 8:47metalheads to do. Whenever there's one of these
- 8:48things like Fathom Events showing a Metallica concert or I
- 8:52remember going to the the movie theater on the Lower East Side
- 8:57of New York City, you see Day of the Guisano when Slipknot did
- 9:00their big Mexican concert film. That was insane.
- 9:04I saw the Black Sabbath of final concert back from 2013 video.
- 9:09They're waiting to hear news about the back to the beginning.
- 9:13I think it's a rights thing. Kratos 666-9996 is here.
- 9:19What's up? Miss Parsley is here.
- 9:21Jimenez is here. Thanks for being here.
- 9:23I appreciate everybody for showing up and showing love.
- 9:26And we had a nice little crowd for this hour of the night, even
- 9:29folks watching on Facebook. I appreciate you.
- 9:33I appreciate you. It's nice to see people here.
- 9:37So Iron Maiden, right? We saw the dock.
- 9:39We we had spent some time in the city.
- 9:41We got a great lunch. And Oh my God, that that Spanish
- 9:47bread may not recover from that experience.
- 9:51But anyway, went to City Lights Books as you do in San
- 9:53Francisco. We're having a lovely weekend in
- 9:56town. And we went to see Burning
- 9:57Ambition. And I'll talk a little bit in a
- 10:01bit in in a few about how the band is trying to actually
- 10:03distance themselves from the documentary.
- 10:05But they them and their management authorized and paid
- 10:09for this documentary to be made. So it's weird to see them
- 10:12separate themselves from it. Malcolm Venville is the director
- 10:16and it was written by David Teague.
- 10:18And I think when you're doing a documentary, the writer is also
- 10:21sort of a forecaster, if you will, about like how the films
- 10:25are made. But it was a pretty incredible
- 10:30overall experience. I'll start there.
- 10:33It told the whole history of the band and visa vie their impact
- 10:39on the world. Iron Maiden you, If you wanted
- 10:42to say that Iron Man is his greatest metal band ever, most
- 10:46people wouldn't fight you. Or some people will say Black
- 10:48Sabbath. Some folks will say Metallica,
- 10:50Megadeth, Slayer, Maiden, Shirley.
- 10:53On the Mount Rushmore of metal bands, they did not pay less
- 10:58attention to any era of the band, despite the fact that the
- 11:03main lineup of the band has been together, was together for 45
- 11:08years. The most, you know, the most
- 11:10notable lineup, if you will. And I love that they told the
- 11:14story from the very beginning, not quite in the early childhood
- 11:19detail that the Led Zeppelin documentary did, becoming Led
- 11:23Zeppelin, but enough, you know, enough of, you know, where Iron
- 11:27Maiden comes from, how they form, what drove them to make
- 11:32the music they make. And really, it kind of begins
- 11:36and ends, as always, with Steve Harris.
- 11:38Steve founded the band in 1975. This year is or 19.
- 11:42Yeah, 1976. This is the OR.
- 11:45Last year was the 50th anniversary of Iron Maiden.
- 11:48It's now into this year. They're touring on the Run For
- 11:50Your Lives 50th anniversary tour.
- 11:54You know, it was always Steve's vision ultimately, and it's
- 11:57still is Steve's vision. He's written most of their
- 11:59songs, got the most writing credits in the band.
- 12:02He's written quite a good deal of their lyrics, the direction
- 12:04of the music. And then as time has gone on,
- 12:07other, you know, Adrian Smith, Dave Murray, Bruce Dickinson,
- 12:10other people have had a hand in the writing, but it's really
- 12:13mostly Steve. And, and you can kind of see
- 12:16Steve's kind of driven direction is what led the band to be
- 12:21uncompromising and so successful and why they are so big beyond
- 12:26their music. Iron Maiden is a movement.
- 12:29Iron Maiden is a vibe. Iron Maiden is a phenomenon.
- 12:33And people who know about Iron Maiden just know Eddie Dead, the
- 12:37zombie mascot of the band. They just know Iron Maiden.
- 12:41They know them. The film has a bunch of people
- 12:46talking about the history of the band, not just the band members
- 12:49themselves. A lot of stuff from Rod
- 12:51Smallwood, their manager all these years.
- 12:54Actor Javier Bardem, who seems to show up everywhere lately, is
- 12:58a humongous metalhead and loves Iron Maiden.
- 13:02You know, Lars Ulrich was in there.
- 13:04I think people would be surprised at how glowingly he
- 13:06talked about the band. Metallic and Maiden have had
- 13:09rivalries forever, but there's a lot of mutual respect there.
- 13:12Chuck D talked about how he became aware of Iron Maiden and
- 13:16how important they were to him. Just their artwork and, and
- 13:21Derek Riggs his artwork as, you know, just a huge fan of their
- 13:25and their shirts and how he became conscious of them as an
- 13:28important force in music when he was just getting into early hip
- 13:32hop and, and, you know, really just kind of becoming a
- 13:34professional artist himself. And, and by the way, Chuck D is,
- 13:40you know, kind of has an art career.
- 13:42He has an art book out now of all his sketches from around the
- 13:45world is what he does in his spare time.
- 13:47He's got a history of hip hop out.
- 13:49So, you know, very fun to see Chuck pop up in the Iron Maiden
- 13:53documentary and they talk about the early days of the band and
- 13:58you know, they're early members and their earliest, you know,
- 14:03kind of formations. And there's a lot of love talked
- 14:06about Paul Diano, who passed away a year ago and just passed
- 14:10the one year anniversary of Paul passing.
- 14:13And you know, he's really important to the story of Iron
- 14:17Man. There is no Iron Maiden with
- 14:19Dickinson without Paul. And I know that there's like
- 14:22sort of there's some fans that only love the Paul stuff,
- 14:25believe it or not still. And there's people who think
- 14:28that, you know, Maiden just became so much bigger and better
- 14:30with Bruce because he was so bombastic and his range was
- 14:33incredible as a heavy metal singer.
- 14:35But Paul, when we did Iron Maiden on our earlier edition of
- 14:41the other podcast, I have the Glitch in the Musical podcast,
- 14:44we were astounded at Paul's really range and talent.
- 14:48Those first few albums. He took a lot of vocal chances.
- 14:51He was really at a time when traditional Hard Rock,
- 14:55especially classic rock and progressive rock, which Iron
- 14:58Maiden loves, but they dabbled in Prague.
- 15:01But much later when all the punk bands came along, Paul was kind
- 15:04of a punk. He was one of them.
- 15:06Or at least he looked very punky with his studs in his leather
- 15:09and his tude. And he was really essential for
- 15:14Iron Maiden crossing over and not being like, fuck these guys,
- 15:17these fogies, you know, these, these old guard people.
- 15:22They were welcomed as the new guard and came along right
- 15:25behind Judas Priest kind of right around the first Maiden
- 15:29album. Priest is becoming their full
- 15:32form of a a real classic heavy metal band.
- 15:34The new wave of British heavy metal is coined in a magazine
- 15:39article in 1978. Coincidentally, when Maiden
- 15:43comes around and you know, the film spends a lot of time on the
- 15:49early days of the band and the early lineup and the different
- 15:52drummers and guitarists who came through.
- 15:54But those first 2 Maiden records, the self-titled Iron
- 15:57Maiden album and Killers are are just phenomenal.
- 16:00And I know that maybe there are experts who will say that
- 16:04Maiden's court records are not even, you know, they're uneven,
- 16:08like a few absolute bangers, a couple of other good songs and
- 16:11some weak ones. That's most bands of that era.
- 16:13Most bands are, as Nick Cameron of Glacial Musical would say,
- 16:163030 Thirty. But I think it's important to
- 16:20note that Maiden really was one of the first true heavy metal
- 16:24bands. They made heavy metal music for
- 16:26heavy metal fans, and they really helped start a movement.
- 16:29Sabbath really did not embrace being metal until later, even
- 16:35though they were clearly metal. There are a lot of bands that
- 16:37are almost metal. There are a lot of songs that
- 16:40are metal ish in the history of Hard Rock and classic rock, but
- 16:45they're not metal bands until Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, and
- 16:48Iron Maiden. And Maiden is absolutely in that
- 16:51Holy Trinity, especially before the American bands take hold and
- 16:55thrash metal becomes a thing. So then they go into the Bruce
- 17:00era, they get Bruce, they get they get the drummer from Samson
- 17:05Les Banks who then comes in and then Bruce comes in and you
- 17:09know, it really opens up the range of the bands and the run
- 17:11of albums that Iron Maiden has, including Paul's albums.
- 17:14Those first 7 or 8 Iron Maiden noms are tremendous and they had
- 17:19a bunch of singles that are not album songs like Twilight Zone
- 17:23and things like that that were humongous before they were on
- 17:26albums or compilations or whatever, Aces High, things like
- 17:30that, that became singles. The band was wildly successful
- 17:34and humongous right out of the gate.
- 17:37Started in small clubs, people maybe weren't aware and then
- 17:41they just became a global phenomenon over time.
- 17:45And obviously with Bruce, they grew and grew, you know, number
- 17:50of the Beast, Power Slave, Somewhere in time, Peace of
- 17:52Mind. These are iconic albums.
- 17:57You know, some of their later stuff that live after Death is
- 18:01one of the greatest live albums in the 80s.
- 18:03It's a banger. I'm a big fan.
- 18:06I still like Fear of the Dark, which was the last album with
- 18:09Bruce and you know, they, it was kind of warts and all, you know,
- 18:13the good and the bad kind of the Bruce versus Steve and Adrian
- 18:18and Dave versus Bruce and Steve. And you know, Nico comes in and
- 18:23he really, he's also so physical and you know, Les is a great
- 18:27drummer, but you know, Nico is so physical as a drummer.
- 18:31He really put them over the top. He was able to support that over
- 18:35the top music with his playing ability, which, you know, you
- 18:40got to show respect, ultimate respect to.
- 18:43And then they talk about the fallout, like the band was
- 18:45starting to drift apart. And Bruce kind of told them at
- 18:48like halfway through a tour in 90, two or three, he was
- 18:51quitting. I'm doing a solo album and I'm
- 18:53leading the band. And, you know, they were angry
- 18:57and they were mad. And, you know, it really put a
- 19:01strain on things with Steve. And then they talked a lot about
- 19:04the Blaze era and Blazes interviewed.
- 19:06And he was like, I'm grateful for the chance to be in Maiden.
- 19:09Most of the fans embrace me. Some of them didn't.
- 19:12It's not, it's not Blaze's fault entirely that the material was,
- 19:15you know, diminishing and not as up to the classic material.
- 19:19Although some of that stuff is still great and the Klansman is
- 19:22still played a lot and on tours and Blaze, you know, took it
- 19:28right in the face from fans. There was a lot of people mad
- 19:30and Bruce took it in the fan. I think Bruce didn't think maybe
- 19:34clearly like how big a star he thought he was versus how good
- 19:38his solo albums are. I think those first few Bruce
- 19:41solo albums are terrific. Yo, Tito, what's up?
- 19:43Good to see you, brother. I'm here talking about the Iron
- 19:45Maiden documentary late at night on the West Coast.
- 19:49You are up early on the East Coast.
- 19:53So yeah, man, really tremendous job.
- 19:55They gave a lot of respect to Blaze.
- 19:57And then it was kind of. You know, hey, we're not doing
- 20:01so great. We went from doing arenas to
- 20:03theaters to clubs again. And you know, Bruce wasn't doing
- 20:06as well, even though he did some tremendous stuff.
- 20:09I highly recommend you check out the Bruce Dickinson documentary
- 20:14where he went to Bosnia Herzegovina and played a concert
- 20:19in a war zone. I mean, it'd be the equivalent
- 20:21of going to Gaza right now and putting on a concert.
- 20:25And he put himself in the lion's mouth.
- 20:26They were at risk of getting killed constantly and they put
- 20:29on a tremendous show. That documentary is really
- 20:32great. I saw that working a graveyard
- 20:34shift got you, brother. That was really great.
- 20:36A couple of years ago. I think I want to say on me,
- 20:39right around the pandemic, that movie came out.
- 20:41But Bruce comes back in and basically it's been 2526 years,
- 20:4627 years since Bruce came back in.
- 20:48Fun fact, my band Grunt was featured in the Metal Maniacs
- 20:53issue where they announced Bruce's return to the band.
- 20:56It was also really no social media, barely any social media
- 20:59back then, just YouTube and websites.
- 21:02And so our band was featured, my demo and our was reviewed and
- 21:06you were featured at the back pages of Metal Maniacs with
- 21:10Bruce Dickinson on the cover. I think I still have a copy
- 21:12somewhere. If not, I need to pick one up
- 21:15because I'm in it my very mean looking Karl Hart hoodie days.
- 21:21But anyway, then they take us up through now up through the last
- 21:27few years. You know, I'll talk about Nico
- 21:30stepping down and Simon Dawson coming in, which we did a whole
- 21:34live stream about last year when that got announced.
- 21:37You know, the band has tried to put some distance between them
- 21:39and the documentary, which to me is confusing because like, OK,
- 21:45people get, you know, like you've, you gave the director
- 21:49the final edit. They're going to put out what
- 21:52they saw and heard and the story that was told to them.
- 21:54They're going to retell. And so if you don't have the
- 21:59final edit and cut on the film, it's going to come out unbiased,
- 22:03which I think is the best that's actually documented.
- 22:07Documentary film is about telling the truth and telling an
- 22:10independent idea, not some, you know, whitewashed storytelling.
- 22:16So I thought it was really cool that it was warts and all, and
- 22:19that Bruce and Steve were mad at each other and they had to all
- 22:21get in the room and get on a call and be like, what do you
- 22:24think about Bruce coming back in?
- 22:25Well, you know, took a little thawing out of the, of the
- 22:29freeze of the two of them to make it work.
- 22:32And I guess they don't like I, I mean, I couldn't think of what
- 22:34else they wouldn't want told. And that would be it.
- 22:37The, the rift between the band, the how it how it split, how
- 22:41they came back. Maybe they didn't want that out
- 22:43there. But to me, that's what makes it
- 22:45great. It's one of the things that
- 22:47makes it great. I know that Dennis Stratton, the
- 22:52first one of the first Iron Maiden guitar players who was on
- 22:55the debut Iron Maiden album before he left, complained that
- 22:59there's not enough mentions of him.
- 23:01Dude, you're on one album. I appreciate that he's on that
- 23:04first album, but he's not essential to the story of Iron
- 23:08Maiden and being in it. You know, Steve was like Steve
- 23:13and Rod Small would go for like, I don't know how we feel about
- 23:16this, but I thought it was great.
- 23:18I thought it was really well done.
- 23:20I think when it finally comes to on demand, fans should go see
- 23:24this. If you love Iron Maiden, if you
- 23:25love metal, you definitely want to see this.
- 23:28Hey Suzanne, what's up? I see you are there, maybe
- 23:30watching two on Facebook. Here's a great picture of Bruce
- 23:34on the last Iron Maiden tour a year and a half ago by Omar.
- 23:38They are. You know, Nico stepped down.
- 23:42He had the stroke. He really had.
- 23:44We didn't know anything about it until after he had come through
- 23:47it. But he really almost lost his
- 23:49ability to play drums. Tito knows.
- 23:51So, you know, Tito's a drummer, how hard it would be to have,
- 23:54like, a debilitating stroke. And drumming is so physical and
- 23:58taxing and you need your whole body and your whole essence to
- 24:02play drums. Even if you're in a, you know, a
- 24:04Dune band, you need so much work physically to play drums.
- 24:09And he had to learn how to re drum.
- 24:11And maybe felt like on the last tour that he played on, he was
- 24:15sort of just barely covering the parts and he wasn't as good
- 24:19anymore. I saw a Maiden a couple of years
- 24:22ago and I didn't think they were at all slipping, but maybe like
- 24:26he played enough that you didn't notice.
- 24:28I know people now we have the Internet, you can rewatch videos
- 24:32over and over about how good or not good Lars is.
- 24:35Whatever. We don't suffer any large
- 24:39slander here at Ghost Code, Man. Not to me.
- 24:41Not not, not other than what he deserves.
- 24:43Not extra slander. But you know, that was tough.
- 24:46And they moved on with Simon Dawson from Bruce's solo band at
- 24:50times. And they've been apparently very
- 24:54solid and good. You know, they're on this Run
- 24:58for Your Lives tour around the world.
- 24:59They're coming to the States this summer and fall with
- 25:03Megadeth and Anthrax. On certain dates for Anthrax,
- 25:06but Megadeth on every day. I'd love to get to one of these
- 25:10shows. I don't know how much longer
- 25:12we're going to have. Iron Maiden.
- 25:13They did do, and they have an Iron Maiden kind of festival
- 25:17now, like a convention that's going to take place every year
- 25:21in England and maybe they're going to play that convention
- 25:23and eventually I could see them dropping down and just doing
- 25:26that. Nikko has a book coming out.
- 25:29I thought the Bruce book was very good.
- 25:31Adrian's book. Adrian Smith's book was not
- 25:33good. Despite what a personable and
- 25:35great person he is and great guitar player and a great
- 25:38performer. I thought his book was pretty
- 25:40lame. Nikko's book, which is going to
- 25:43be deeply personal and talk about a lot about his stroke.
- 25:46Hello, boys and girls. Which he used to say from the
- 25:49stage at the end of every show when he threw out his wristbands
- 25:52and his jock and stuff, which is like, imagine if you get hit in
- 25:56the face with his sweaty ball jock strap thing.
- 26:00But that's coming out in October.
- 26:03So I'm very looking. You know, one of the most
- 26:05anticipated rock memoirs to come out this year along with Kim
- 26:09Dial of Soundgarden. And you know, Nico is still
- 26:13playing. He has Iron Maiden cover band,
- 26:15Titanium Tart. He's got his ribs placed in
- 26:17Florida. I love Iron Maiden and I know I
- 26:20love Nico. I don't know if I want to go to
- 26:23Florida just to get ribs, but Tito, maybe you can help me out
- 26:26with that. Tell me if you've ever been
- 26:28there. But yeah, man, I highly
- 26:30recommend seeing this thing. It's got a great cast.
- 26:32A lot of people tell the story of Maiden.
- 26:36I don't think it's like washed over.
- 26:39I think it's pretty great. IMDb has this.
- 26:42Technically it's 7.6 out of 19 reviews just in case you care
- 26:47about such things. And on Rotten Tomatoes it's 83
- 26:53on the tomato meter and 95% on the popcorn meter. 12 reviews on
- 26:59the tomato tomato meter, which I think is like professional
- 27:04reviewers, and 95% of fans. So that's 250 plus verified
- 27:09ratings. Tremendous job of putting 50
- 27:14years of Iron Maiden love and lore into a documentary and
- 27:19again, I got the opportunity to see it, so I wanted to share it
- 27:21with all of you just in case I it has not been yet announced
- 27:27for streaming and on demand and for purchase I'm sure it will
- 27:29be. Let me know in the comments if
- 27:32you're interested in seeing this or you don't care about band
- 27:34biographies. Let me know what other stuff
- 27:37you'd like me to review and share with you.
- 27:40I'm back tomorrow night with another live stream, probably an
- 27:44album review of an album coming out this Friday and a pretty
- 27:46notable one for metal. And of course, every Thursday I
- 27:51do my live stream, the weekly Ritual, the rock and Metal news
- 27:55show. Once again, if you're here for
- 27:57the first time and you like what you saw, like and subscribe.
- 27:59If not, that's cool, drop some comments, whether you what you
- 28:03don't like. I read them all, I take them all
- 28:06in and I make notes. That's it for me y'all have a
- 28:09good day. I will be back later today I
- 28:12guess in about 1617 hours. 18 hours.
- 28:19Peace have a good night. Up the irons forever maiden have
- 28:24a good one. Good night.
