Transcript
- 0:01We have a massive big show today, a lot to cover
- 0:05unprecedented times in the silver and gold markets.
- 0:09We're going to talk about silver manipulation.
- 0:12JP Morgan from the most unlikely source.
- 0:15We're going to talk about $50 silver, but we'll also talk
- 0:20about $450 silver. We got three real facts.
- 0:24This is critical. These are real concrete facts
- 0:27that tell us we are very, most likely very early in the silver
- 0:32bull market. Hold on for that one.
- 0:35And the biggest story of all, we're going to talk about the
- 0:38Fed, this complicated smoke and mirrors situation that all of us
- 0:43precious metals investors get hit with about the Fed interest
- 0:47rates, inflation. I'm going to clear it all up for
- 0:49you. I've got this.
- 0:51We're going to learn together, but we're going to make sense of
- 0:54the smoke and mirrors coming out of the Fed and most importantly,
- 0:58what that means for silver and gold.
- 1:00And of course, we're going to visit our favorite bullion
- 1:03dealer coin shop in Singapore to see what's going on there.
- 1:06Guys, we need to remember one thing we are living through
- 1:10right now together. Unprecedented times, craziness,
- 1:15chaos is going on in the world on almost every level.
- 1:19We could spend the next 30 minutes talking about that, but
- 1:22this is also one of the most unprecedented times for silver
- 1:27and gold. But buckle up because we don't
- 1:30know exactly what's going to happen in the short term.
- 1:33There's a lot of short term noise that we're dealing with
- 1:37right now. The important thing for us to
- 1:39remember are the long term facts and in my opinion, undoubtedly
- 1:44they are super supportive for the precious metals.
- 1:48Before I go on too much longer, thank you.
- 1:51Yes, you. Thank you for joining me down
- 1:53here in the basement. Your time is valuable.
- 1:56You are valuable. We are an awesome community of
- 1:59basement dwellers. Thank you so much.
- 2:01Please subscribe. Please give this video a thumbs
- 2:04up. Please leave a comment so that
- 2:06we can learn from you. Yeah, you don't have to agree
- 2:09with me or anybody else. We can learn from each other.
- 2:12Super chats and super thanks are always super appreciated but
- 2:17never expected. Let's start with manipulation
- 2:20and then we got a lot to work through guys, here we go.
- 2:23And wait till you hear where this came from.
- 2:26The most unlikely source is talking about silver being
- 2:30rigged. Here's the proof Silver just
- 2:34crashed 46.5%. Yeah we we know trillions got
- 2:39wiped out and right at the bottom JP Morgan closed their
- 2:44shorts. Perfect timing again.
- 2:47Then he goes on wait till you hear who's saying this.
- 2:50Then he goes on to say this, between 2008 and 2016, five
- 2:55major banks got caught manipulating silver.
- 2:57JP Morgan Scotia bank at HSBC, Deutsche Banky, our friends in
- 3:03Germany, we're going to talk about Germany a little bit later
- 3:07and an incredible fact that will make you feel real good about
- 3:10what we're going through right now.
- 3:12Morgan Stanley. These were criminal cases and
- 3:16regulators were still handing out fines and convictions as
- 3:20recently as 2025. Let's skip down here.
- 3:24Here's there's the proof that he's giving us, OK, there's
- 3:28where they kind of closed their silver short there, right?
- 3:32And down here, you can see where the price is.
- 3:35The reason why we want to listen to this guy, he's a crypto guy.
- 3:39He's got like 150,000 followers. This is a crypto person who's
- 3:44now digging into the silver situation, which only indicates
- 3:49to me further proof that there's more people coming into the
- 3:52world of silver. But wait, I think there's more
- 3:56when we look at manipulation and our friends at our friends at
- 4:00the JP Morgan, there's always more when it comes to JP Morgan.
- 4:05Peter Spina, who's a super respected voice in the world of
- 4:11of gold and silver. Sorry guys upstairs, Susie is
- 4:15traveling right now, so I don't have her help.
- 4:18I'm I'm making sure I got the right screen shared, which I do
- 4:21You should be looking at Peter Spina right?
- 4:24Who says just what yesterday? JP Morgan's actual silver
- 4:29warehouse stocks are now down to about 44.5 million Troy oz,
- 4:36another 4.5 million draw down last week.
- 4:40That was after January 10th when he said JP Morgan's actual
- 4:44silver warehouse stock stocks were down to around the 80
- 4:48million Troy oz mark, Quite a bit different than the
- 4:51183,000,000 they indicate that they have.
- 4:56That comes from Ed Steer. OK, So oh, the other big key
- 5:01thing that we want to talk about when it comes to this
- 5:05manipulation, this was brought up to me by one of the more
- 5:10insightful people in the precious metal sector.
- 5:13It's important to remember that the, the people regulating the
- 5:17COMEX, I guess after the great financial crisis, they put in a
- 5:21bunch of like hardline regulators that were that we're
- 5:24bringing these criminal cases against these banks.
- 5:27All of them are gone from what this person told me, we're kind
- 5:31of living in a situation which could be akin to the hen running
- 5:35the box running the hen house, right?
- 5:39Like there's regulators, but essentially the COMEX and the,
- 5:43you know, the, the futures market, they're kind of just
- 5:46doing well. There's not as as strict of,
- 5:49over of oversight as we had in the past.
- 5:53So I know it's crazy. I know we've been buffeted all
- 5:56over the place guys, but but you know, long term, we're fine.
- 6:01Now, this next one, take your blood pressure medicine.
- 6:04We're going to talk about someone who's talking about the
- 6:07possibility of $50 silver. But then we'll open the window
- 6:11and let the sun come in and talk about $450 silver.
- 6:15But this comes from NBA economics, OK?
- 6:21Gets a lot of attention, he says.
- 6:24The CME, the COMEX will take this opportunity to dump silver
- 6:31into the 50s next week on the guise of oil going up.
- 6:36They will be getting the price of silver as low as possible
- 6:40before they cash settle. Force majeure 550 million ounces
- 6:46of open interest in the next two weeks.
- 6:50Now we're going to dig into this later.
- 6:52The idea behind that is inflation mixed with interest
- 6:56rates from the Fed. I'm going to make it real clear
- 6:58you're going to learn something today and we're going to learn
- 7:01on this together. And I even have a prop to share
- 7:04with you. So I don't agree that we're
- 7:06going to see if it. I would be absolutely
- 7:08flabbergasted and shocked if we saw a $50 silver.
- 7:12And hey, let's bring the sun out because it doesn't really matter
- 7:16anyway because long term we like to look longer than the one
- 7:21week, one week out time frame. Long term guys, we are good.
- 7:26This was shared by traditional money, the gold to silver ratio.
- 7:29If it were to be at 10 right now, we would have $450 silver.
- 7:35Let that sink in. Even at today's gold price,
- 7:38reversion to the historic 12:50 ratio drives silver to 450 an
- 7:45ounce with gold set to climb substantially higher.
- 7:50Think about that. That's a $4500 gold.
- 7:53A lot of people think gold is going to go to 6008 thousand.
- 7:56Silver's upside becomes truly explosive.
- 8:00OK, And that was in reference to this from our friends at silver
- 8:03mining, silver elephant mining, talking about the gold to
- 8:08silver. Now something big to remember.
- 8:11I know, right? I understand.
- 8:13Even me, I'm like, oh, the gold to silver ratio, sure it'll get
- 8:17to 10. The gold to silver ratio
- 8:19historically has been at 10 many times even lower.
- 8:24The only reason, don't get mad at me, OK?
- 8:27But the only reason why in our heads, yeah, right, that we
- 8:30think it can't happen is because of recency bias.
- 8:34Because since we've been alive, the gold to silver ratio has
- 8:37been what, 30 to 1? Maybe at the lowest, 40 to one,
- 8:41it was as high as 100 to 1. So we here guy, look, we're
- 8:45talking about markets that have been around for thousands of
- 8:49years. The US dollar in the, in the
- 8:54Federal Reserve and the COMEX and the LBMA, they've been
- 8:58around for hundreds of years, 50 years, whatever it is, gold and
- 9:02silver had been around for thousands of years in long term
- 9:07history. When you're talking about any
- 9:09asset class in any relationship between asset classes, when
- 9:14we're going to look at data, people always want to look at
- 9:16long term data. Don't they go to talk to any
- 9:19financial though? We got to look at the long term
- 9:22data unless we're talking about gold and silver.
- 9:25In that case, Oh, they're, they're barbarous relics.
- 9:28They're worth nothing, right. We were hearing that up to three
- 9:31years ago. It's OK for us to look at the
- 9:34long term data. So while that NBA guy says we
- 9:37could, sorry Susie, I got her covered up because she's gone
- 9:41today, an NBA guy says we could get the $50 silver.
- 9:44We know the reality that we could also get the 400.
- 9:47I look, I speak my truth, OK? I'm not a financial planner,
- 9:52don't make any financial decisions based on what I'm
- 9:55saying. But I absolutely believe
- 9:58wholeheartedly that in my lifetime, I'll see $450 silver,
- 10:03I'll see 600. I, it could literally go to the
- 10:06moon because of the degradation. That's what all this volatility
- 10:10going on, all the smart, the hardest people, Michael Oliver,
- 10:14all, I mean, all of them are saying the same thing, right?
- 10:18Long term, short term noise. Now long term, the dollar's
- 10:22cooked. Unfortunately, I hate to have to
- 10:24say that, but that's the way that it is.
- 10:27Next up, we're going to look at 03.
- 10:30This is interesting and there's all these arguments, right, and
- 10:33I make them myself, of why silver can is undervalued, why
- 10:37it can go higher. We're going to look at 3
- 10:39concrete real reasons why from investing.com.
- 10:43Before we do that, thank you to 1st Mint.
- 10:47If you want to get your hands on some silver of at these what
- 10:51some people would say are bargain prices, do yourself a
- 10:53favor check out First Mint. They are a silver exclusive mint
- 10:58based in the United States, Las Vegas, NV.
- 11:01They get their silver from First Majestic.
- 11:03Literally right. The silver goes from the mine to
- 11:07the mint to you. There's no comex, no LBMA, no
- 11:12paper, no nothing involved. It's the freshest silver on the
- 11:16market. It's beautiful.
- 11:18You guys. I, I even this morning I, I got
- 11:21was looking at some messages that you're sending me have been
- 11:23so happy with first mint. It's a real honor to have them
- 11:27as a sponsor. And here you go Hold on.
- 11:30Let's go back right now. They have a special going there.
- 11:36We go $2 off silver cast bars. There's their Year of the Horse
- 11:40coin. Here is their Buffalo round,
- 11:44which you know, is one of my favorites.
- 11:46And they've got a Las Vegas round, all kinds of great stuff.
- 11:49Free shipping on orders over $299.
- 11:53And there is a special discount code for you here.
- 11:56Let me draw it on the screen. OK, VIPR B, you'll get a
- 12:09discount if you use that at your checkout.
- 12:11I also want to say thank you to channel sponsor First Mining
- 12:15Gold. And then we're going to get back
- 12:17to some crazy information about gold and silver guys.
- 12:20But First Mining Gold is a development stage gold mining
- 12:23company with two major projects in Canada, Spring Pole in
- 12:28Ontario and Duparque located in Quebec.
- 12:32You can go out here to their website First Mining Gold to
- 12:35learn more about their company. And look, there's a lot of
- 12:40reasons why we love silver and gold, but with silver in
- 12:44particular, there's, I mean, it is the most undervalued asset in
- 12:47the history of the world. Some people say, right, But
- 12:51here's three very interesting, concrete, right, provable
- 12:56reasons why silver is, is set for what we believe to be much,
- 13:01much higher prices. This comes from investing.com.
- 13:05It's a big long article, but I got the summation for you and
- 13:09then we're going to go back and learn about something very
- 13:11interesting. 3 structural forces.
- 13:15Hold on, I almost forgot to share it.
- 13:18Now we are on investing.com when Susie's gone.
- 13:22We do the best we can, guys. 3 structural forces are tightening
- 13:26the noose around silver's supply, demand, balance and none
- 13:31of them can be resolved with short term price movements.
- 13:36OK, three things that cannot be fixed.
- 13:40India's Sebi, which is their Securities and Exchange Board,
- 13:44something we're going to, I'm going to show you this in one
- 13:46second. Reform opens an institutional
- 13:50challenge channel into a nearly one trillion asset base in 19
- 13:55days. Actually, it's like 14 days.
- 13:57Those articles a few days old. This is, and we're gonna just
- 14:01bear with me, but literally trillion, trillions of dollars
- 14:06and a big portion of that is now going to be able to buy silver.
- 14:10We're going to dig into that a little more in a second.
- 14:12Secondly, the mining industry cannot respond to price signals
- 14:17because of geological constraints, all declining ore
- 14:20grades and a 15.7 year development timeline.
- 14:25OK, That is critical to understand guys.
- 14:28The mining sector cannot just start making more silver, right?
- 14:32The amount of silver coming out of the ground from mines has
- 14:35been stagnant or slightly declining for the last, I don't
- 14:39know what, 10 years at this point, and there just aren't any
- 14:43big discoveries being made or development projects for new
- 14:48minds right now. That is a fact.
- 14:50Okay, the third fact and the macroeconomic backdrop has
- 14:54shifted from risk of stagflation to stagflation is here with oil
- 15:00above $100, the economy losing jobs, and the Fed unable to act
- 15:06in either direction. We're going to, I'm going to
- 15:08teach you something about the smoke and mirror situation with
- 15:11the Fed here in a little bit that is fundamental for all of
- 15:14us gold and silver investors to completely understand.
- 15:18It says in blue these aren't speculative forces.
- 15:22India Sebi reform has a specific date and it's coming up very
- 15:26soon. The ore grade data is geological
- 15:29fact, right? All the easy silver has already
- 15:33been found. That was like 700 years ago.
- 15:36The February jobs report is published by the Bureau of Lies
- 15:40and Statistics. So it's over.
- 15:43It's overly generous. The supply deficit is in its
- 15:48sixth consecutive year and mining constraints don't ease
- 15:51because silver went from 30 to $84.
- 15:55They get worse because the easy or was extracted years ago.
- 16:01These are concrete facts, but let's just briefly dig into
- 16:05what's going on with India cuz this could be a massive wave of
- 16:10new money. Hold on, this is a big long
- 16:12article. You can get it at investing.com.
- 16:16Hold on, there it is. Quick, I'll read through this
- 16:18quickly. On February 26th, India's
- 16:21Security and Exchange Board announced reforms permitting
- 16:25mutual funds to allocate up to 35% of assets to non core
- 16:30holdings, including gold and silver ETFs.
- 16:33But it gets even better, right? Because they booted the LBMA.
- 16:37Hold on one second. A separate Sebi circular on
- 16:40valuation methodology takes effect on April 1st.
- 16:44Right now guys only like 9 days away, mandating that Indian ETF
- 16:51use domestic exchange published spot prices rather than the LDMA
- 16:57international benchmarks. The practical consequence,
- 17:01Indian mutual funds net asset values will reflect local demand
- 17:06conditions where silver typically trades at a premium to
- 17:11London. So not only, not only are they
- 17:16going to open up these trillion dollars worth of, of, of, of
- 17:20funds to be able to invest a what, 35% portion into silver
- 17:25and gold ETFs, but they told the LBMA, hey, it's been nice living
- 17:29on Fantasy Island with you where you set the price of physical
- 17:33gold and silver. We're going to use our own
- 17:36benchmarks now, and they're very similar to what we see at the
- 17:39Shanghai Gold Exchange, in the Shanghai Futures Exchange,
- 17:43always much higher. Think about what's going on
- 17:47right now. It is absolutely, absolutely
- 17:50crazy, guys. OK, now let's move on with the
- 17:54Fed. All this noise out there,
- 17:57everybody says, oh, gold's going to go down because the Fed has
- 18:01to raise rates. I'm going to show you right now
- 18:03in no uncertain terms why it's all smoke and mirrors, OK?
- 18:08And what really matters, and this is critical for all of us
- 18:13in the precious metals world to completely understand what did I
- 18:17do? Hold on, Hold on.
- 18:19Here it is, OK. It's the relationship.
- 18:24It doesn't matter what interest rates are at by the Fed.
- 18:28It's the relationship between inflation and the interest
- 18:33rates. So in this hand, right, I have
- 18:35inflation. In this hand, I have interest
- 18:38rates right now, for example, we're going to say they're both
- 18:42around 3%, which according to the government they are OK.
- 18:46So they're kind of in balance. Everybody wants interest rates
- 18:51to go down, right? Oh, if the Fed cuts rates and
- 18:55Trump wants lower rates, that's going to be good for gold and
- 18:58silver, right? Oh, that's what if, you know, we
- 19:01need them to cut rates, that's good for gold and silver.
- 19:04Why is that? Because when that happens,
- 19:06right, interest rates are lower. So people are making less money
- 19:12on their on their fixed income type investments.
- 19:14But inflation remains up here, right?
- 19:18So inflation is greater than the interest rate.
- 19:21It's called negative real interest rates.
- 19:23So, so now what? We're in the situation with gold
- 19:26and silver. Everybody's worried about the
- 19:29Fed hold on a minute. Raising interest rates, right?
- 19:34And that's going to be bad for gold and silver bad, right?
- 19:37Well, not necessarily, because remember, what matters is this
- 19:41gap, right? When, when interest rates are
- 19:44lower than inflation, sorry, what I see on the screens
- 19:48backward to what I'm looking at. When interest rates are lower
- 19:51than inflation, OK, that creates negative real interest rates.
- 19:56All right, Now, as as interest rates go up, let's say they
- 20:00raise rates. Oh, that's got to be bad.
- 20:02That's got to be bad. No, because what could easily
- 20:05happen is inflation goes even higher.
- 20:08Let's say they were at 3% inflation and 3% interest rates
- 20:13and they raise interest rates to 4%.
- 20:16Oh my gosh. OK, well, that's bad for gold
- 20:20and silver until you factor in that inflation.
- 20:23Oh, you can't even see inflation goes all the way up to 8%.
- 20:27Right. And so then we're again, we're
- 20:29in a situation with negative real interest rates.
- 20:31The amount of interest that people are earning on their
- 20:34money is more than eaten away by the inflation rate, right?
- 20:39You subtract inflation from the interest rate to get the real
- 20:43interest rate. So everybody's so focused on the
- 20:46Fed's going to cut rates, the Fed's going to raise rates,
- 20:48whatever. What really matters is that
- 20:50relationship between inflation and the prevailing interest
- 20:55rate. I hope that makes sense.
- 20:57It's really can be a little confusing.
- 20:59I understand, right? But it but if you if you take a
- 21:02step back, wait a day, watch this again, it, it, it's true
- 21:07and it makes perfect, perfect sense.
- 21:09OK, guys, let's move on here. All this craziness going on.
- 21:14Let's get some more commentary to what's happening in the
- 21:18market. Chris Martenson.
- 21:20We are in unprecedented times right now with what's happening
- 21:24in the overall general markets. Here we go, he says.
- 21:28Let's be clear. Everything is plummeting more or
- 21:32less equally. That points to a liquidity
- 21:34crisis, which points to a leveraged position scrambling
- 21:39for dollars, not because that's the right thing to do, but
- 21:42because that's what contracts require.
- 21:45Here's a clue from yesterday, right?
- 21:47Gold, silver, platinum, Palladium, copper, everything is
- 21:51getting smashed, even bonds. U.S.
- 21:54Treasury bond prices are getting smashed.
- 21:56And interest rates are continuing to go up in this
- 22:00volatility. This, this is, this is, as we
- 22:07all know, things. You know, volatility is no fun
- 22:11to deal with. But Luke Roman brings this up,
- 22:14right? Gold falls to under $4500, set
- 22:17for its biggest weekly fall since 1983.
- 22:21So that's getting all kinds of attention out there.
- 22:24Hold on, Let me look at you when I say this.
- 22:26That's getting massive attention, right?
- 22:28Oh, gold had its worst week in 43 years.
- 22:31Oh, my gosh, the sky is falling. And yes, it's horrible.
- 22:34Yes, it's no fun, no doubt about it.
- 22:36But if we look at this crazy volatility that we're
- 22:40experiencing through the lens of history, we see something very,
- 22:44very interesting, as he points out in this post, right?
- 22:48Gold volatility in U.S. dollar. U.S. dollar is doing what gold
- 22:52volatility volatility did in 1920 Weimar German Reichmarks,
- 22:59which makes perfect sense once you understand our present
- 23:02context, right? This is is what happened and
- 23:06we've looked at this chart before.
- 23:08This is a chart which the black line, OK, hold on here.
- 23:15There we go. The black line shows the gold
- 23:18price, which you can see just went pretty steadily up, up, up,
- 23:22up and skyrocketed in Weimar Germany.
- 23:26The red line shows the percentage change in gold price
- 23:32on a monthly basis. And as you can see, right, while
- 23:36the while the black line, the actual price of gold over that
- 23:40period went steadily up, the volatility level on a monthly
- 23:46basis was extreme. OK, Now look, I'm not calling
- 23:51for the for the fact that I want to see Americans walking around
- 23:55with wheelbarrows full of U.S. dollars to buy themselves some
- 23:59cash. Hold on one second here.
- 24:01Hopefully you guys can still see me.
- 24:06Hold on. We might be having some tech
- 24:08issues. Nope.
- 24:10OK, we are OK. I think we're back.
- 24:12All right. But this volatility within the
- 24:15context of of a currency that's going through a rough period is
- 24:19not out of the question, right? Crazy, crazy price moves all
- 24:24over the place. OK, here's more.
- 24:26We got some fun some and then we're going to go to Singapore
- 24:29and do a check on what's happening at our favorite
- 24:32bullion dealer. Make Gold great again.
- 24:36This isn't the biggest silver panic sell off of all time, OK?
- 24:41It's the mother of all short covers.
- 24:44So Make Gold Great Again is constantly giving us with kind
- 24:47of a humorous look at what's happening out there.
- 24:50And with all this crazy volatility going on in the
- 24:54silver and gold markets, I wonder if people in Asia are
- 24:58still buying gold and silver. Let's go to the Bullion Star who
- 25:02shares this. They're a big bullion dealer in
- 25:05Singapore. Gold and silver prices dip and
- 25:09demand at our bullion center has not slowed down.
- 25:13We are seeing 2 buyers for every seller, meaning more
- 25:17accumulation than liquidation. Physical buyers are using this
- 25:22dip as an opportunity to buy more.
- 25:26Let's pause this. It's only 20 seconds long.
- 25:29Let's see what a a big bullion dealer looks like in Singapore
- 25:34right now. Looks like a lot of people.
- 25:58I think it's safe to say that there's still robust demand for
- 26:02silver and gold in Asia. It's going to be crazy
- 26:05interesting tonight. It's about noon central time on
- 26:08Sunday to see what happens when the physical markets open around
- 26:125:00. No matter what, keep your keep
- 26:15your eye on the long term of fundamental reasons why we love
- 26:22gold and silver. Yes, you know, their short term
- 26:25manipulation, JP Morgan, whatever, you know, speculation
- 26:29that that's going on when even the crypto people are bringing
- 26:32it up. And the biggest long term factor
- 26:35that we know will support the value of silver and gold is the
- 26:39unfortunate reality that the US dollar will continue to lose
- 26:44value. OK, mathematically, it's
- 26:46impossible at this point without, without our government
- 26:51putting us through a major depression, right?
- 26:54The only the only options they have left are for devaluation of
- 26:59the paper currency. And this has happened time and
- 27:02it's unfortunate. I love my country.
- 27:05I'm so sad the president, Richard Nixon temporarily took
- 27:08us off the gold standard in 1971.
- 27:11But the facts are what the facts are in every Fiat currency in
- 27:15the history of the world has unfortunately suffered with the
- 27:19same fate. It winds up getting printed into
- 27:21eternity. And when we look at the US debt
- 27:23clock and see that we now have over $39 trillion in debt,
- 27:29right? And we're running interest
- 27:30expense of a trillion per year. We're only bringing in five
- 27:34trillion. I mean, the, the it's you don't
- 27:36have to be an MIT math major to realize that that's an
- 27:41inevitable consequence that the that the value of the dollar
- 27:46will continue to go down. The facts in my opinion, are are
- 27:52really cannot be disputed that we're sitting pretty.
- 27:56Thank you for being here. Please subscribe to the channel.
- 27:58Take care of yourself. You're important, right And I'll
- 28:01see you and yes, right. I do see you.
- 28:04I'll see you next time. Thank you.
