Lucas: That's right. መኪና means car. Luna: Car. So መኪና is car. Got it. Lucas: Now, another important one: ታክሲ. Luna: ታክሲ. That sounds like taxi. Lucas: Exactly. ታክሲ is taxi. Listen again: ታክሲ. Luna: ታክሲ. Lucas: Great. Now, let's put them in simple sentences. If I want to say 'the car is red', I say: መኪናው ቀይ ነው. Luna: መኪናው ቀይ ነው.
