- 0:01Next stop for Gold $3000 per oz. Silver $44.00 per oz $50 per oz.
- 0:09But do you ever find yourself wondering, can it really happen?
- 0:14Will it really happen? Hey, look, in today's live
- 0:18stream video, we're going to talk about the reasons why it
- 0:22can happen. And some of them are downright
- 0:24alarming. Let's start with Elon Musk
- 0:28himself pointing out a very, very, let's say, frightening
- 0:34fact about what is happening right now in our country.
- 0:38Elon tweeted this just the other day.
- 0:40Federal government spending will bankrupt the country unless
- 0:45action is taken to reduce government waste.
- 0:48But what is absolutely rattling to see is this chart right here.
- 0:54Let me make sure I've got that pulled up for my friends, the
- 0:57basement dwellers, which I do. Guys.
- 0:59This is the US national debt from the year 1900 through 2020,
- 1:05a 120 year history. If you look down near the
- 1:09bottom, you can see that for decades and decades it doesn't
- 1:12even register. And then look how the red lines
- 1:16increase. I mean, that is just absolutely
- 1:19insane. That, my friends, is a direct
- 1:23correlation to the value of the dollar.
- 1:26And when the value of the dollar goes down, that is a supportive
- 1:30factor for the price of gold, for the price of silver is,
- 1:34well, I would imagine that if we were to draw, hey, let's do a
- 1:39little drawing. What the heck?
- 1:41We like to do our coloring and what do you guys say?
- 1:45I bet your favorite color's green Today.
- 1:47We'll do green. If we were to draw the price of
- 1:53gold, The price of silver on the same chart, I, I bet it would
- 1:58look a lot like this, right? It would be taking off.
- 2:03It's unsustainable. What is going on with the debt?
- 2:06We talked about this a lot over the weekend.
- 2:09We have the 35 trillion, 400 billion in national debt in this
- 2:14country. That makes the interest expense
- 2:17get bigger. So when the interest expense
- 2:19gets bigger, that makes the deficit get bigger.
- 2:22When the deficit gets bigger, that makes the total debt level
- 2:25get bigger, which then feeds back into the interest expense
- 2:28getting even bigger, which makes the national deficit get even
- 2:32bigger. We are in a doom loop, OK, And
- 2:36that doom loop means one thing for your silver, one thing for
- 2:40your gold, likely one thing for your precious metal mining
- 2:44stocks as well. And that is as measured in U.S.
- 2:47dollars as the value of the dollar goes down, right?
- 2:52The value of your real assets will go up.
- 2:55Look, we love our country. I know I can speak for you as
- 2:57well. A lot of you are joining me from
- 2:59the United States of America. We love our country.
- 3:03We're disgusted with that chart that we just saw.
- 3:07But we're not going to put our heads in the sand, right?
- 3:09We're going to look at the big picture.
- 3:11Look, I'm a I'm a flag waving. Where is it?
- 3:13Right there, huh? I mean, I bought a self waving
- 3:16flag as part of my props for the basement.
- 3:19We love our country, but the fact is the dollar is in big,
- 3:22big trouble. It will be good for the value.
- 3:25Let's go to Ray Dalio. You know who Ray Dalio is?
- 3:28Hold on. Let me look at you.
- 3:30You're the most important part of the basement, right?
- 3:32300 of us already on a Sunday morning.
- 3:35It's getting crowded down here. Remember, basement dwellers,
- 3:38there's only going to be so much room in the basement.
- 3:43We can handle about 800 at a time.
- 3:46More people are going to want to join us.
- 3:48And that will mean the price of the metals will go up.
- 3:51But for now, it's a big deal that you are here.
- 3:53Yes, I see you. There's only one you.
- 3:55Thank you. Please subscribe to the channel.
- 3:58Give this a thumbs up that helps get the word out to more people
- 4:01and super chat. Super thanks are never, ever
- 4:04expected, but always much appreciated.
- 4:06But who's Ray Dalio? Ray Dalio?
- 4:09He doesn't get as much press coverage as let's say, Warren
- 4:13Buffett, right? Warren Buffett's like, for some
- 4:16reason the poster child of billionaires, but Ray Dalio's
- 4:22actually, in my opinion, smarter.
- 4:24He started Bridgewater Capital. I think it's the world's biggest
- 4:27hedge fund. This guy's super, super
- 4:30intelligent. Let's go see what Ray Dalio is
- 4:36scaring us, right? He is not real optimistic on
- 4:40what is going on in this country.
- 4:42And then we're gonna talk about Warren Buffett and what he has
- 4:45going on. Oh, by the way, we'll have a
- 4:49little quick fun here. This is what happens when the
- 4:51dollar goes down in value. OK, a Taco Bell commercial from
- 4:572010. 89 cent beefy 5 layer burrito.
- 5:01OK, today, beefy 5 layer burrito.
- 5:05Same thing Went from $0.89, right?
- 5:08214 years later, $5.36, an absolute demonstration of how
- 5:15the dollar is losing value. I'd imagine in silver this would
- 5:20be you know, you'd get you probably could have gotten
- 5:22yourself, I don't know what 567 beefy 5 layer burritos back in
- 5:292010 with an American Silver Eagle and today you can still
- 5:34get yourself 5 or 6 beefy vibe layer burritos with an American
- 5:39silver ego. I am not a foodie, but I really
- 5:43try to avoid. I don't know, do you feel that
- 5:45way? Like every time you eat at
- 5:46McDonald's or Taco Bell, I'm sorry, Burger King, but Burger
- 5:51King's the worst. I always feel like sick
- 5:53afterwards, but I know you're like me, basement dwellers.
- 5:56I'm always nice to the people in the drive throughs at the fast
- 6:00food restaurants. They're there working.
- 6:02Always be nice to those people. This is from the Daily Hodel.
- 6:05Billionaire Ray Dalio says that the 35 trillion new US national
- 6:10debt will not reverse. This is important, guys, and I'm
- 6:15going to give you the reasons why right now.
- 6:17And again, this feeds into the fact that unfortunately, those
- 6:20things, those paper Unicorn fart dust dollars, the picture of
- 6:24which you're looking at right now, will continue to lose
- 6:28value. They wouldn't have if we'd
- 6:29stayed on the gold standard. But we won't argue that point
- 6:32right now. Ray Dalio says America's
- 6:34national debt will continue to grow no matter who wins the race
- 6:40for the White House. Dalio says the fast approaching
- 6:43November election represents a crossroads for a number of
- 6:49critical issues, including taxation and the reach of the
- 6:53federal government. He's telling us, like we just
- 6:56talked about, the debt is not going away.
- 6:59The debt will, will, will, will kill the value of the US dollar.
- 7:04Unfortunately, it will be good for the value of silver and
- 7:08gold. The billionaire believes that
- 7:11the national debt is bound to be ignored.
- 7:14Oh yes, the national debt is bound to be ignored while the
- 7:19government uses inflationary policies to reduce the real
- 7:26burden of its debt. That's the key right there,
- 7:29guys. Inflation.
- 7:30They want to inflate away the debt, devalue the dollar.
- 7:35I promise. I promise you.
- 7:36I promise you. Stay with me here, please.
- 7:39I won't say it again, is the dollar D values the value, The
- 7:43real value of your gold and silver go up whether you measure
- 7:47it in beefy 5 layer burritos, gallons of gasoline, milk,
- 7:51bread, whatever, whatever floats your boat.
- 7:53Barbie dolls, who cares? OK, all right, we have listen to
- 7:56this. We have an enormous amount of
- 7:58debt and it's going to keep increasing.
- 8:00This is the red part here. And one man's debts are another
- 8:04man's liabilities. I mean that think about that,
- 8:08right? 35 trillion, 1 trillion is a
- 8:11million times a million, OK? the US alone has 35 trillion.
- 8:15The world has 300 trillion. I got a little secret for you,
- 8:20OK? It's impossible, absolutely,
- 8:23utterly impossible with the value right now, right?
- 8:27The quote UN quote value of the paper currencies that are not
- 8:31just in the United States, but around the world.
- 8:33There's no mathematical possible way that all that debt could
- 8:37ever get paid back with the currencies being valued where
- 8:39they are right now. The only option that the world
- 8:42has is to print money. OK.
- 8:46And that's what he goes on to next.
- 8:48Nobody's going to deal with the debt policy.
- 8:51That's going to end up, and I made these letters big.
- 8:55That's going to end up being monetized down the path.
- 8:59What that means in simple terms, this is big.
- 9:02There's Ray Dalio right there. Look him up, guys.
- 9:05He's the smartest guy in the room, OK.
- 9:08What that means is the Fed will have to print money in order to
- 9:13pay back the debt. So they will make money out of
- 9:16nothing, right? They're proud of that.
- 9:18Remember Ben Bernack? And they've asked them.
- 9:20Ben Bernanke. Remember.
- 9:22What's the other guy? Gomer.
- 9:24Gomer Powell. No.
- 9:25Jerome Powell. Surprise, surprise, surprise.
- 9:28What are we going to do when we can't pay the debt?
- 9:31We'll just print more money. That'll make the debt bigger.
- 9:35That'll make the value of the dollar go down.
- 9:37That will make you, you and me. We have 500 people in the
- 9:42basement. We only have room for 300 more.
- 9:45But we will be very, very happy. It's got to happen, guys.
- 9:51I mean, look, I could be wrong. Don't make any financial
- 9:55decisions. Don't decide to get engaged,
- 9:57adopt A puppy, do anything based on what I'm saying.
- 10:00But I'm telling you, right? Right.
- 10:02My calculator works. I happen to have a degree in
- 10:05accounting, believe it or not, and it is an inevitability that
- 10:09the value of the dollar is going to go down and the value of the,
- 10:13of the silver gold will go up. I lied.
- 10:15I said I wouldn't say it again, but I did because I'm a big fat
- 10:18liar. Well, I'll say it maybe one more
- 10:20time. Give myself a little leeway.
- 10:22We're in big trouble. Look, look, look.
- 10:25And it's not, it might be the stock market.
- 10:27Could you, could we see a stock market crash, a big correction?
- 10:33Oh my gosh, not the stock market.
- 10:35You know what everybody says, right?
- 10:37Peter Grandage calls it the don't worry be happy crowd.
- 10:40The stock market always goes up. It always goes up.
- 10:44Look, we're not that old of a country.
- 10:46It's a 270 year experiment. The stock market does it only
- 10:51goes up. It only goes up.
- 10:53BS has only been around since like the 1990s.
- 10:57We could be in for a big stock market crash and do we is are
- 11:00there reasons why? Yes, there are reasons why we
- 11:04should be concerned. Let me show you right here,
- 11:07right now, live in the basement. Let's go to here.
- 11:12Not that one. Next one.
- 11:15Make sure we got you on the right page, Albright basement
- 11:18dwellers. Hopefully you're not dizzy.
- 11:20We don't go to The Motley Fool very often, but when we do, it
- 11:23is powerful. And it says right here,
- 11:26billionaires, Warren Buffett, David Tepper and Terry Smith.
- 11:31Again, Warren Buffett is like the poster child, right?
- 11:34Everybody knows Warren Buffett. These other guys, Ray Dalio,
- 11:37David Tepper, Terry Smith are just as rich, just as
- 11:40successful. Well, maybe I don't know
- 11:42specifically, you can check that out.
- 11:43But these are billionaire guys. These are the smartest guys in
- 11:47the room. These are the big money guys.
- 11:48And they are sending a very clear warning, warning, warning
- 11:54to Wall Street. Are you paying attention?
- 11:57Motley Fool asks. You are you?
- 11:59Wait till you hear what these guys have to say.
- 12:02I mean, do what the smart guys. Central banks are buying gold,
- 12:06OK. Uh oh.
- 12:07Did I lose it? Nope, I didn't.
- 12:08All right, here we go. Right here.
- 12:11Let's go back up and look at the key points quickly.
- 12:14Although the Bulls have been firmly in control on Wall Street
- 12:17for nearly two years, optimism is not universal.
- 12:21This is a reason why we could have a big major market
- 12:23correction, a crash possibly. Warren Buffett's and David
- 12:27Tepper's Appaloosa and Terry Smith's Fundsmith have been
- 12:31decisive net sellers of equities.
- 12:33This is crazy. This is another reason why one
- 12:37time tested valuation metric finds that stocks have only been
- 12:41this pricey two time two other times in 153 years.
- 12:52There's your friend Warren. Everybody knows Warren Buffett.
- 12:54He's a good guy, rich. I'm not saying he's not smart,
- 12:57but he's not the only smart guy. Okay, hey, you're just as smart
- 13:00as Warren Buffett. So this is a good time for me to
- 13:02remind you of something critically important.
- 13:05And that is if you subscribe to the channel, you can leave
- 13:08comments in the comments section.
- 13:10You got a big, big brain, a good head on your shoulders.
- 13:14We can learn from you. Your opinion matters, you
- 13:17matter. Please subscribe to the channel,
- 13:19leave comments in the comments section and you could be
- 13:22featured on a live stream, which could, could, could be the
- 13:24catalyst for a fame and fortune. All right, the June and the
- 13:28quarter marked the what did, what did Warren, what would it
- 13:31mean if Warren Buffett sold stocks?
- 13:34Because in the June and a quarter, it marked the 2nd, 7th,
- 13:38sorry, consecutive quarter that Warren Buffett was a net seller
- 13:42of stocks. He sold almost 390,000,000
- 13:47shares of Apple, Oh my gosh, during the second quarter and
- 13:52north of 500 million shares in aggregate.
- 13:56Now these fancy words, aggregate means total since October of
- 14:00last year. So in the last year, he has sold
- 14:02500 million shares of Apple Computer.
- 14:05OK, He's selling, look, 131 billion in net stock sales.
- 14:10And you know what he's doing? He's putting it in cash, OK.
- 14:13He's not alone. David Tepper's Appaloosa closed
- 14:17out June with a with a 37 security investment portfolio
- 14:21worth $6 billion. During the quarter, his team
- 14:26added to nine of their positions, but reduced or
- 14:29completely sold his fund stake in 28 others.
- 14:34Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, NVIDIA, OK.
- 14:37And then finally U.S. stock picker extraordinaire Terry
- 14:42Smith ended the June end of June with a 40 stock portfolio worth
- 14:47roughly 25 billion. He added to his he added to just
- 14:51three of his stocks that he owned.
- 14:55Let me read, let me slow down. He added to his stakes in just
- 15:00three of his 40 stocks. So of the 40 stocks he had, he
- 15:05only added the three of them while reducing his funds
- 15:09position. So he sold 37, didn't sell all
- 15:13of them, but reduced his fund position.
- 15:15So what does this tell us about what to expect in the US stock
- 15:20market? These are the smartest guys in
- 15:22the room. And guess what?
- 15:23I got more for you later because we're going to hear from Ray
- 15:26Dalio specifically about gold and silver.
- 15:30We're also going to hear a little comment from Warren
- 15:32Buffett, specifically about gold and silver because, guys, we're
- 15:37in trouble. I got to pull this one up.
- 15:39This comes from our friend Don Indris.
- 15:42And this is not a political statement, OK?
- 15:45It just happens that Joe Biden's been our president for the last
- 15:48four years. This says here, this is
- 15:50hilarious. If Build Back Better was a beer,
- 15:56it'd be nothing but foam and right and a little bit of beer
- 15:59on the bottom. Again, not a political
- 16:01statement, but what this shows is government spending because
- 16:05they have put us in such a horrific financial situation in
- 16:09this country, it's getting less bang for the buck.
- 16:13That's what that represents, right?
- 16:14All any, any new big programs they put out aren't really
- 16:18generating any type of economic growth.
- 16:21It went when we were in a better financial situation in this
- 16:24country. They could.
- 16:26And they abused this ability after the after the tech bubble
- 16:30burst during the great financial crisis, right?
- 16:32Oh, we can just print it. Back then, there was more a
- 16:36power to what they were doing. Now, right now, the government
- 16:40says we're going to spend 5 trillion.
- 16:41It doesn't really generate any net benefit to the economy.
- 16:45We are up a Creek without a paddle.
- 16:47Remember the doom loop? If you're good boys and girls,
- 16:50buttercup, that's the term of endearment.
- 16:52I might just pull up the US debt clock later.
- 16:55Isn't it always fun? All those numbers we need to see
- 16:57if we're at 35 trillion, 400 billion.
- 17:00Somebody remind me to do that later, please.
- 17:02OK, so now the big news, because remember they have screwed this
- 17:10situation up so bad. The big news of last week, the
- 17:13half point rate cut, blah, blah, blah.
- 17:16I got a great piece of information from another
- 17:20subscriber, Chris B, we'll call him Mr. Chris B and he brought
- 17:24up some great, great points. OK, because guys, we are in
- 17:29stagflation. Hold, let me look you in the
- 17:31eye. We are in stagflation right now.
- 17:38I'm going to tell you the reasons why here in a second.
- 17:42But what's critical for you to remember as we go through this
- 17:45conversation as we walk down the stagflation path together is
- 17:50that as a silver and gold investor, it's like a path that
- 17:54goes through a beautiful green Meadow with wildflowers and
- 17:57butterflies and little unicorns flying around the stagflation
- 18:01path. If in your pockets you have some
- 18:05silver and gold because there is no other environment that is
- 18:08more it is the best in stagflation is like is like an
- 18:13all you can eat dessert buffet for a 12 year old kid.
- 18:17If you're a silver and gold investor.
- 18:21Briefly in the 1970's, the last time we had stagflation in this
- 18:24country, gold and silver, I'll just put it this way,
- 18:28skyrocketed. No guarantee that that's going
- 18:31to happen again, but I believe it to be very, very likely.
- 18:34I think you, come on, join me, are going to have a big, big
- 18:38smile on your face. Let's go to see what Chris B
- 18:40said this had to do with the rate cuts.
- 18:43OK, He said think about why and how the half point reduction
- 18:48will not reduce unemployment. Hold on, Susie's calling me Yes
- 18:56dear, if. You recognize Jasper for his
- 19:00super chat and you have over 200 likes.
- 19:03OK, Thank you. Over.
- 19:04Thank you for the Super chat. I'll pull that up in a little
- 19:06bit and I'm going to ring the cowbell because we got 200 likes
- 19:11and that's a tradition that US basement dwellers do.
- 19:13That's the last call because we can only fit 800 people and we
- 19:17have 730 right now. Think about why and how the half
- 19:21point reduction will not reduce unemployment, right?
- 19:24And unemployment's already low. The slaves are fully employed.
- 19:31I'm sorry, there's no other way to say it.
- 19:33I mean, it feels like America's become a, an overall slave labor
- 19:38economy. And I don't use that word
- 19:39lightly, right? I mean, it really has think
- 19:42about why and how the half point reduction will not increase
- 19:47economic growth like we just talked about with the with the
- 19:50beer. That's nothing but foam, right?
- 19:52These these moves that the Fed, the Fed has lost their power,
- 19:56but not all of it. I'm not going to say that, but
- 19:58they've lost a lot of their power.
- 20:01Chris B then says this is how you can build your case for
- 20:06stagflation. So we're in an environment where
- 20:10everybody's employed still. OK, Lowering interest rates
- 20:14isn't going to can't make that, that that lemons already been
- 20:17squeezed. Think about that.
- 20:19They're not lowering rates because because we have high
- 20:23unemployment, they're not. And supposedly we're not in a
- 20:26recession. Yes.
- 20:28OK. The whole thing has become such
- 20:31a cluster bomb, OK? Such an utter cluster bomb.
- 20:34Right now. They're lowering rates.
- 20:37People are fully, quote UN quote, employed, earning dollars
- 20:41that are worth a lot less, OK? That's going to make inflation
- 20:46way, way worse, while at the same time, OK, at the same time,
- 20:51we know that at best the economy is sputtering, OK.
- 20:56I think we're at least in a recession right now.
- 20:59And I think if you talk to some of your fellow Americans, how do
- 21:03you feel about it? Some people are even using the D
- 21:06word depression. You know, I think if the right
- 21:11set of circumstances come about, we could officially be in a
- 21:14depression. But we are in a situation where
- 21:16we have a stagnant economy and we have inflation.
- 21:21That is stagflation. Remember, that's the the
- 21:24beautiful, that's the yellow brick road for you silver and
- 21:28gold investor, the road of stagflation, all commodities.
- 21:32But you can't beat what it's going to do for the value of
- 21:36your silver and gold. And guess what?
- 21:38I got another secret for you. Remember how I said, remember
- 21:42how I said this guy, right? Jerome Powell, They're losing
- 21:46some of their power. That's because, and this is a
- 21:49basement dweller exclusive, I call it geopolitical inflation,
- 21:54right? The BRICS countries, the world
- 21:57by moving away from the dollar de dollarization.
- 22:02I was talking with coin shop Chris.
- 22:04He was like, we were looking at the IT when we had big spikes in
- 22:08the silver price and you know, it was like we didn't have the
- 22:11bricks back then in 2011, right? Or it was like nothing, right?
- 22:16We didn't have the bricks. We didn't have the massive
- 22:19national debt. That's a whole different story.
- 22:21We'll go there, I'm sure a little bit later, right?
- 22:25Think about how different things are now as now we're moving.
- 22:28We have what I call geopolitical inflation that's gonna hit us.
- 22:31We got 800 people. No more people are allowed in
- 22:33the basement. It's too crowded.
- 22:36Okay, that's what listen, that's six months from now.
- 22:40They're going to be banging on the door wishing they had joined
- 22:43us down here earlier and gotten their paws on some gold and
- 22:47silver. OK, congratulations, you're
- 22:49ahead of the crowd. Sometimes being ahead of the
- 22:51crowd can feel like being a little bit wrong, OK?
- 22:54Being early can feel like being wrong.
- 22:56And we felt that six months ago. Remember back in October of last
- 23:01year, like a year ago right now, I think gold was at 1800.
- 23:07Congratulations, Gold is now at 2600, right?
- 23:10We'll look at silver. Silver, same thing.
- 23:13Silver's ready to blast off, baby.
- 23:16I know. Let me get back on track.
- 23:18Geopolitical inflation, inflation, inflation, inflation.
- 23:23You're going to, you're going to be ready, right?
- 23:25Get ready to get sick of hearing that word and they'll start
- 23:28using my term geopolitical inflation.
- 23:30And we'll know that we said it first because there's an
- 23:32inflationary force coming at the United States from the rest of
- 23:37the world sending the dollars back, sending the debt back.
- 23:40Sorry, guys. We don't want it anymore.
- 23:42And guess who can't control that?
- 23:44Gomer Pyle, this guy, he OK. For those of you who are new,
- 23:52his name is Jerome Powell. He lives in a box.
- 23:55This is the stagflation box. He's got a recession on one side
- 23:59and inflation on the other. There's nothing they can do
- 24:04about it. We are in new territory.
- 24:06So buckle up, buttercup. OK, I don't joke around.
- 24:10That's a word. It's a term of endearment.
- 24:12It's going to be a big deal because the dollar will continue
- 24:16to go down in value. This is what it this is.
- 24:19Let's take a little break and have a little fun.
- 24:21You ready for a smile? It's really not a smile.
- 24:23This is actually, this is a tragedy about what's happening
- 24:28to the younger generations in this country.
- 24:31I have twin 12 year old daughters.
- 24:33I worry maybe you have children, grandchildren, neighbor kids, I
- 24:36don't know, kids, the local, these kids are coming into a
- 24:40world that is going to be vastly different than what we
- 24:43experienced. And this is, I think probably
- 24:46one of the best. It's funny in a very sad way,
- 24:51but I think this sums it up. If it's the right one, yes.
- 24:56Hold on. I want to give credit to whoever
- 24:59put this on Twitter. Fight with the memes.
- 25:03A lot of people are going to be struggling in the coming years.
- 25:06All right? This.
- 25:07I mean, this is it, right? My parents at my age, let's buy
- 25:11this house. Yes, OK.
- 25:13This is me at my age. This is a younger American.
- 25:16The check engine light comes on in their car.
- 25:18I will never financially recover from this.
- 25:23Don't you hate those things? We have a 2012 Honda Odyssey.
- 25:28I'm going to hold on, knock on wood and a 2012 Toyota Camry
- 25:34hybrid, right with 40,000 miles and the engine light comes on
- 25:38every once in a while. Those things give me a heart
- 25:39attack. I'm like, Oh no, you know, the
- 25:42one comes on. You can buy a little thing.
- 25:44I think mine's called fix it. My daddy gave it to me and plug
- 25:47it in and on my phone it'll tell me our Camry has this problem
- 25:51with the thermostat. And I got a buddy works for
- 25:53Toyota, and he's like, hey, you looked it up.
- 25:55But he's a great guy. I love him.
- 25:57And he was like, yeah, it's like 450 bucks to put in.
- 26:00Needs a new thermostat. Because it's not that it lets
- 26:03the engine get too hot, it's that it doesn't let the engine
- 26:06warm up fast enough. I guess it stays open anyway.
- 26:10Those things can give you a heart attack.
- 26:12I wish they didn't have them, you know, that and the tire
- 26:14lights and whatever. So.
- 26:16But that's a good indication of what's going on with the younger
- 26:19generation in this country, right?
- 26:22They're not thinking about buying houses.
- 26:23They're thinking about how they can get a basic repair done on
- 26:26their cars. You know, one of a great friend
- 26:30of the channel. I'll respect his privacy because
- 26:33I didn't get his permission to share this.
- 26:34I called me today. He's like, yeah, my, I'm trying
- 26:36to help my grandma out. She's got to get a repair done
- 26:39on her, on her toy, on her Toyota.
- 26:41Toyotas are great cars. I love Toyotas. 2400 bucks for
- 26:45like an air conditioning repair. I mean, it's crazy.
- 26:48Anyway, I digress. Everything is synthetic.
- 26:53They have screwed this system up so bad, so bad, right?
- 26:57It's bubble gum, duct tape, shoe goo, you know, some some dog
- 27:04boogers. It's like I mean they've really
- 27:06screwed it up. It is fake.
- 27:08It is this this, right? It's got to make its daily
- 27:11appearance right there it goes Woo Hoo, right confidence.
- 27:15I don't know, it's not ugly, but let's talk about a potential
- 27:19near term situation that could be catastrophic to the United
- 27:24States economy, OK? And I'm not talking about the
- 27:28potential government shutdown. This is something else that that
- 27:31very few people are talking about, but it's on the near term
- 27:35horizon. We got a great piece from our
- 27:39friend Don Indris, big friend of the channel.
- 27:42He sent this to me. He actually wrote this himself.
- 27:45Here we go. In about 10 days.
- 27:48Hold on. Hopefully we're still alive, OK?
- 27:52Yeah, In about 10 days, there may be a longshoremen strike.
- 27:57OK. And that means things might
- 27:59start backing up in the supply chain.
- 28:01The longshoremen are the union guys that work at the big ports
- 28:05on the coast that unload all the all the big container ships that
- 28:09bring us all of our cheap Chinese goods, all that good
- 28:12stuff. OK, they may be going on strike.
- 28:15Things could start backing up in the supply chain.
- 28:17The ships from coming into the port, deliver their cargo, will
- 28:21be stuck out at anchor waiting for the docks to reopen.
- 28:25Why is this a big deal? Because guys, this could shut
- 28:28down big parts of the US economy if they strike for a week.
- 28:33These are the reasons why it's a big deal.
- 28:35Things will be backed up for a month if they strike for two
- 28:40weeks and we're looking at a major snafu in the supply
- 28:44chains. Remember the beginning of C19,
- 28:47right? Well, we could be seeing a
- 28:49repeat of stores running out of everything again in two weeks,
- 28:55he says. I'm stuck stocking up on meats,
- 28:57butter, flour in the freezer, extra toilet paper and paper
- 29:00towels, plenty of alcohol, and just about anything else I would
- 29:05need. OK, all right, hold on.
- 29:08I think the strike would send gold to $3000 faster than anyone
- 29:13might realize. Silver is still being.
- 29:15This is Don the brain, by the way.
- 29:17That's why I used to refer to him as Don Indris being heavily
- 29:20manipulated. But when it when it runs out,
- 29:23they can't keep building things with paper silver.
- 29:27Thank you, Don, for that alert. Right, guys, we need to be on
- 29:30top of this. This could be a major remember
- 29:34that the big problem now is the supply chain.
- 29:36The way we get things. It's so sensitive, everything's
- 29:40just in time, whatever that we could be good, good, good.
- 29:43I don't want to say the Sky's falling, but I actually saw a
- 29:46report on this on the mainstream media.
- 29:48This is a big deal that we need to stay on top of.
- 29:54Let's shift over. And talk about gold and silver
- 29:58and I'm gold is the ultimate silver are the ultimate forms of
- 30:03financial privacy, OK? On top of that, On top of that,
- 30:08this will bring a smile to your face.
- 30:10Gold and silver investors, they're the oldest markets in
- 30:14the world. They're the wisest, OK, Because
- 30:16they're the oldest, they see further out into the future than
- 30:19any other market, right? With age comes wisdom, but
- 30:23they're also the biggest markets in the world, and I'm going to
- 30:26tell you the reasons why right now.
- 30:28Let's go back. We aren't going to repeat what
- 30:30we talked about yesterday, but we have some more information.
- 30:33This is a great article from a guy who's been Mike Mihari from
- 30:39Money Metals Exchange. He's been in the basement
- 30:41before. I did an interview with him a
- 30:43while back. India reports this is a big
- 30:46story, but this is not the real big story.
- 30:48I'm going to give you those reasons here in a second.
- 30:50India reports record gold imports in August.
- 30:57India reported record gold imports in August after the
- 31:00country slashed its import duty. Oh, yeah, just record India the
- 31:04biggest gold country in the world.
- 31:05Don't forget they have 25,000 metric tons.
- 31:08We talked about that yesterday. I'm going to talk about what I
- 31:11have in red. That's new for today.
- 31:14No, that's not so far. Up 3030% up in 2024.
- 31:19Hold on, here we go. OK, I can't help, but I can't
- 31:24help us basement dwellers. India's the precious metals
- 31:26capital of the world according to US basement dwellers and
- 31:29Ron's basement. That is if you agree with me.
- 31:31If you don't agree with me, tell me the reasons why and put it in
- 31:34the comments or send me an e-mail.
- 31:36I truly know that India is the precious metals capital of the
- 31:42world, OK? They got three times their
- 31:45houses and their houses at least three times the amount of gold
- 31:49that we supposedly have at fart docks, OK?
- 31:52And that number's actually probably higher because that's
- 31:55the official number, that 25,000 metric tons.
- 31:59Let's, let's, let's shift over to silver just just so I can
- 32:02give you this reason why I know that India is the precious
- 32:06metals capital of the world, OK. And we'll come back because we
- 32:11got some startling information about gold.
- 32:13I'm not forgetting about you. But this is from yesterday.
- 32:16Breaking news. India just imported 45,000,000
- 32:20ounces of silver in the month of August alone.
- 32:26If you were to annualize that amount, 500 and it comes to 540
- 32:30million, that's 2/3 of the world's production of silver.
- 32:36The global silver mining supply, all the silver ever made.
- 32:40Silver, silver, silver. OK, undoubtedly, right?
- 32:44That's India with silver, one country, right?
- 32:48And I mean, the real number is I think they'd imported like 225
- 32:52million oz already. Now it's probably up to what,
- 32:55200? And I don't know, I'll have to
- 32:56look that up. But India alone this year has
- 33:00probably imported almost half, somewhere between 1/3 and 1/2 of
- 33:05the world's silver production, the entire world silver
- 33:09production. OK, back to this.
- 33:12Let's hear what an Indian economist though said.
- 33:15He told the Times of India that the push to accumulate gold was
- 33:19based on both political and economic factors.
- 33:22He said the reliability this they had record gold imports.
- 33:25Guys, listen to this. He said that the reliability of
- 33:30the US dollar has quote, UN quote, diminished.
- 33:34Remember geopolitical inflation, like we talked about earlier,
- 33:38those Indians that bought the record amount of gold, they had
- 33:41a choice. Am I going to buy gold?
- 33:43Am I going to buy obviously silver or am I going to store my
- 33:48wealth in U.S. dollars? What did they choose?
- 33:51Right? They're they're part of this
- 33:53gold and silver market. They chose gold, they chose
- 33:56silver, he noted. This is an Indian.
- 34:00Economist. The quote UN quote.
- 34:03Noticeable decline in the confidence in U.S. dollar
- 34:09assets. What are we?
- 34:13Reading You need to ring the gong. 300 OK, I was just doing.
- 34:19A dramatic pause and Susie told me we got more to talk about
- 34:22that. I need to ring the gong for 300.
- 34:24I will ring the that stuff you haven't.
- 34:27Already. Oh, yeah.
- 34:27Thank you. OK, OK.
- 34:29That's Susie on the walkie-talkie from her secret
- 34:32lair. OK, I need, I'm going to ring
- 34:34the gong and thank Jasper. I want to finish this.
- 34:38He noted noticeable decline in the confidence in U.S. dollar
- 34:42assets. Guys, India's huge 1.4 billion
- 34:45people. India's economy is huge, growing
- 34:48quickly. India will have, I think it's
- 34:52100 million people entering the consumer class over the next 5
- 34:56or 10 years. The statistics are alarming.
- 35:00And they are moving their money to gold and silver.
- 35:03And other economists told the Times it makes a lot of sense to
- 35:07invest in gold, giving the increased volatility in the FX
- 35:11market. That's the dollar market, the
- 35:13foreign exchange market, elevated interest rates in the
- 35:17US And of course, also the central banks in each economy
- 35:20would like to diversify the asset classes in which they are
- 35:24parking their reserves. OK, we're overloaded.
- 35:28We almost have 1000 people in the basement.
- 35:30I need to say thank you and then we're going to hear, we're going
- 35:34to hear about $3000 gold and the reasons why we're going to get
- 35:39$3000 gold. Could it be coming to a town
- 35:43near you sooner as opposed to later?
- 35:46First, let's say thank you to our friend Jasper and that is
- 35:51DKKI. Think that's Swedish money.
- 35:53Thanks Rod for working so hard. You're very welcome and I
- 35:56appreciate you by giving me the the the Super chat.
- 36:00I appreciate you giving me the kind words.
- 36:01OK now oh, I got to ring the gong.
- 36:05I'll do that at the end. Let's talk about.
- 36:08Let's talk about. Well, I got more Here we have a
- 36:13we have a another subscriber comment.
- 36:15What's going to happen to the price of silver?
- 36:18There's coin shop Chris's. Here we go.
- 36:21Here's a subscriber comment from Terry Dilorenzo.
- 36:25I didn't know this guys. Maybe you can corroborate.
- 36:28The shorts on silver contracts on the Comex are near a record
- 36:34low. Every time this happens, silver
- 36:37shoots higher everywhere we look.
- 36:40Thank you for that update there, Mr. Terry.
- 36:43Guys, everywhere we look, everything we look at when it
- 36:46comes to silver, let me give you a couple of reasons why silver
- 36:50can shoot higher. Real good reasons here quickly.
- 36:54OK there. Did you read that?
- 36:56Read that. See that silver goes from $30.00
- 37:01and we made this before it was a $30 to $44.00 by Christmas.
- 37:07OK, that's the price of silver going up there.
- 37:10Ain't nobody wanting to sell, OK, over $30.
- 37:14They've already sold. We've already been about $30.
- 37:16Two other times we had a double top.
- 37:20When we get through 32, I think technically that's a AAA triple
- 37:24top. It's very rare you have a triple
- 37:26top and come back down. Usually you shoot through.
- 37:29The same thing happened with gold.
- 37:30I think gold did have a treble top and then went through on the
- 37:32fourth time. But that ain't gonna happen for
- 37:34silver because gold is already so much higher.
- 37:37This thing right here, these are the reasons why silver's gonna
- 37:41take off. This is the gold price.
- 37:44The silver truck is the silver price.
- 37:46Gold is, let me go back gold, right?
- 37:49The gold is taken off and that's a giant bungee cord and silver's
- 37:53back here at $32, right? That's going to happen.
- 37:58I put my toys away. We got the 45 year cup and
- 38:06handle in the silver price. We got new stackers.
- 38:09We have Western investors coming in.
- 38:11These are the reasons why silver is going to take off Hold on.
- 38:14We got more China and India investors coming in.
- 38:18The investors are what are going to drive the price of silver.
- 38:22The guy Christian from CPM Group has said it.
- 38:25Our good friend Phil Streibel from Blue Line Futures said it
- 38:28right. Everybody sees it right.
- 38:30Higher prices for silver. Industrial demand.
- 38:33Industrial demand for silver. Or you can we got 1000 people in
- 38:37the basement. Thank you guys.
- 38:38Industrial demand, are you? I've never heard of that, OK
- 38:44Solar panels, electronics, you know, that whole story, OK.
- 38:48The dollar, just the just the just the underlying fundamental
- 38:51factor, the US debt, the US deficits, the interest expense,
- 38:56the unfunded liabilities, all that stuff.
- 38:59OK. We haven't talked about.
- 39:02This in like 3 weeks. The number one producer of
- 39:05silver in the world is Mexico. I love Mexico.
- 39:08I love Mexican people. They're wonderful.
- 39:11Right? But the Mexican government is
- 39:12anti mining. Mexico produces the lion's share
- 39:16of the world silver. They're talking about outlawing
- 39:20open pit silver mining. Hello.
- 39:24Hello. That's the world's biggest
- 39:26supplier of silver. So demand for silver's going up.
- 39:30The supply from the mines is already going down, but it could
- 39:33really go down. Buckle up, buttercup, right?
- 39:37These are the reasons why we're going to put some boots on the
- 39:39warehouse floor. When it comes to the silver
- 39:43price, the dollar look, this is the one this this will make you
- 39:46feel warm and fuzzy. From 2001 through 2011, the
- 39:50silver price went from like 4 bucks to 50 bucks only up like
- 39:541210. Whatever. 10 XA 1000% not 100
- 39:58percent 1000%. And what happened during?
- 40:02That period was a bear market in the US dollar and we could
- 40:07we're, we're, we're it still the dollar that has come down the
- 40:10DXY index, the prettiest car in the used car lot none the less,
- 40:18right. We can see it again.
- 40:20We're still very high. the US dollar can go down.
- 40:23We could have a 10 year bull run.
- 40:25I talked with Keith Newmeyer. This was the second last time I
- 40:28talked to him, he talked about this bull run.
- 40:31It was right after the tech bubble burst.
- 40:33Could we have a could we have a tech bubble right now?
- 40:37Do you think, do you think tech stocks are only more richly
- 40:42valued right now than they were during the 1999 two thousand
- 40:47tech bubble? No, no, we don't have a tech
- 40:50bubble. No, no.
- 40:52What happened when the last tech bubble went bursty?
- 40:55Bursty, right? The price of silver and gold
- 40:57went exploding. Exploding to the upside.
- 41:03We could have AUS. Debt crisis, we could have, we
- 41:05got the geopolitical situation, we got the Oh my gosh.
- 41:10Oh man, I just remembered something.
- 41:12There's a bricks meeting. Hey, today's September.
- 41:17It's one month, the bricks meeting.
- 41:21I don't think we're invited. the United States, no, Right, OK.
- 41:25And we could see massive, massive news coming out of that.
- 41:29Some people are speculating that we could see news about a new
- 41:34gold backed currency. So if you want to get your hands
- 41:37on some gold, silver, platinum group metals before the price
- 41:41could continue much higher, please support channel sponsor
- 41:43Pembex Pi MB EX. You know, I've worked with them
- 41:48personally before they sponsored my channel.
- 41:51I heard about them from you. When you get a package in the
- 41:53mail from Pembex or something unique about it, it always
- 41:56weighs a little more as compared to if you'd bought that same
- 42:00amount of silver or use the same amount of money to buy silver
- 42:05from some of the other big online bullion dealers.
- 42:08Because Pembex has ultra competitive pricing.
- 42:11That means when you get that package, you know that it may be
- 42:13weighs 234 depending how much silver you bought 5 oz more than
- 42:18if you'd spent the same amount of money at one of the other big
- 42:20online bullion dealers. But what makes you feel even
- 42:23better, right? What makes is that you know
- 42:25you're working with a company you can trust, but you need to
- 42:28find that out for yourself. I'm not telling you what to do.
- 42:30I'm just saying you may benefit. You may benefit from considering
- 42:36giving Pembex a shot. Do your own due diligence.
- 42:39Also, if you ever go to convert part or all of an IRA, I'm going
- 42:44to look you in the eye. This is critically important.
- 42:47Shop around and please include pin backs in that process of
- 42:51shopping around. You might just be shocked.
- 42:54OK, compare how many actual ounces of silver and gold you're
- 42:56getting. Because I got news for you,
- 42:58buttercup. Despite what they're telling
- 43:00you, the high paid celebrity people, there's no such thing as
- 43:04$15,000 in free silver. I hate the burst the bubble.
- 43:07OK. All right, let's move on here.
- 43:13This was great. From Dave Earfley, the junior
- 43:16Mining junkie. I'm going to cover some
- 43:18information he did the other day, but what a great cartoon.
- 43:21Here we go. Here, let's look at this here,
- 43:24click bait, $550 silver. Are you out of your mind?
- 43:34OK, thank you, Susie. Thank you for that reminder,
- 43:36$550 silver. But here, this is even better
- 43:40gold. In case of.
- 43:44Economic uncertainty. Break the glass.
- 43:47Get your gold. OK, I mean, that just sums it
- 43:50up. All right, We're going to talk
- 43:52about $3000 gold. The reasons why?
- 43:56We're going to talk about $44.00 silver.
- 43:59The reasons why. Before I do that, I need to ring
- 44:01the golden gong as a symbol of our camaraderie and appreciation
- 44:06for each other. Here we go.
- 44:20Put that down there with. The other toys.
- 44:22This comes from an interesting article I got hold on here from.
- 44:33Here it is. Alpha investment news, a new
- 44:37gold rush. Let's hear, let's hear what the
- 44:41big banks. Let's just do a quick they, they
- 44:43go through again. This is AA alphainews.com alpha
- 44:49investment news. They go through the reasons why
- 44:51gold, a new gold rush and silver rush, OK?
- 44:54They go through the macro reasons, right?
- 44:56the US dollar. We've talked about all that.
- 44:59We're not going to cover that. They talk about real interest
- 45:04rates, the Fed, blah, blah, blah.
- 45:07This Hold on, I'm going to get to the good part.
- 45:11Big banks. Here's here Goldman Sachs, let's
- 45:14let's talk about these are the big banks.
- 45:16It is important what they say. We may not like them.
- 45:19Nonetheless, we need to pay attention to what they're
- 45:21saying. They have a $2700 price target
- 45:24for early 2025 on gold. They say, quote gold stands out
- 45:29as the commodity where we have the highest confidence in near
- 45:33term upside. Imminent Fed rate cuts are are
- 45:37poised to bring Western capital back into the gold market.
- 45:41Remember what we learned from Phil Streibel at Blue Line that
- 45:45typically after the Fed cuts rates, it takes about a month
- 45:49later and that's when Western gold and silver ETF inflows
- 45:53increase. Bank of America said this.
- 45:57They piggybacked on Goldman Sachs.
- 45:59Do what the central banks are doing, buy gold.
- 46:02Gold is now the second largest reserve asset and has one of the
- 46:07lowest correlations to stocks across all assets.
- 46:12OK, hold on. Let me look you in the eye.
- 46:17We are in the showdown at the OK Corral.
- 46:21We've got here it is. We got this in one corner and
- 46:27this beautiful one ounce silver representing that's from Big 10,
- 46:33the silvershire beautiful, what a beautiful coin, right,
- 46:36representing precious metals. This is in one corner, this is
- 46:40in the other. It is really happening.
- 46:42Bank of America, the groundbreaking news brought up
- 46:45the fact that that that gold is now the world's second largest
- 46:50reserve asset, second only to the US dollar.
- 46:53OK, look, the dollar still from a percentage perspective
- 46:56dominates, but this is growing. And think about think about the
- 46:59fight that's going on, right? You got the dollar been around
- 47:03for 200 years and during those 200 years has proven, I mean,
- 47:09that it just loses value, right, consistently, right.
- 47:13That's one corner and the other corner you've got precious
- 47:16metals. Oh, they've been around for 5000
- 47:19years and they have a perfect record of maintaining their
- 47:23value. Yes, this exact same silver,
- 47:27right? This this exact same.
- 47:29OK, It was not in this form. It's been melted and turned back
- 47:33into this beautiful silver round.
- 47:34But this exact same silver. I know that I know this because
- 47:38I've talked to it and I've listened to it.
- 47:40This exact same silver was around during the Roman Empire,
- 47:44OK? And you know what?
- 47:45It bought back then with $30.00 with, with one ounce of silver.
- 47:49I'm sorry. It bought a really nice meal
- 47:53back in the Roman Empire, OK, It it told me that.
- 47:56Then it got melted down and big time.
- 47:58The silvershire gave it to me. You know what it buys today?
- 48:01This exact same silver. It'd buy me a really nice meal
- 48:05today. Think about that.
- 48:08OK, Think about that. So you've got precious metals in
- 48:12one corner versus this in the other corner.
- 48:16Ready for a big fight OK guess what final point Mic drop this
- 48:22fight that this this versus this precious metals versus the
- 48:27dollar OK this is this is the dollar's first and only time
- 48:31doing it this. Hold on, let's.
- 48:35Look at the back, there's a pretty eagle.
- 48:39This has been. OK, I'll blow.
- 48:43The thank you, Susie. I'll blow the train whistle.
- 48:45This, this beauty, precious metals has been in the same
- 48:50fight. It was any form whatever other
- 48:54Fiat currency hundreds and hundreds of times.
- 48:58OK, it's the dollar is just the Johnny come lately the the this
- 49:03is fought against the German, whatever it was called doing at
- 49:06the Deutsche Mark. But you know, during the
- 49:07hyperinflationary periods, it's fought against the Roman
- 49:09currencies, Greek currencies, Chinese paper currencies, all
- 49:13kinds of this has been in the same fight.
- 49:15And guess what? This has a perfect record, an
- 49:20absolute perfect. Come on focus.
- 49:24Anyway, perfect record. That's what's happening.
- 49:26Let me blow the train whistle and then we're going to get back
- 49:28to that article. But the reasons why we're going
- 49:30to get $3000. Well, thank you again, Don
- 49:34Indress, He's responsible for the train whistle.
- 49:37And we're going to look today. We're going to do, we're going
- 49:42to do flag man protect the train rear, which is 1 long and three
- 49:46shorts. OK, we got 4. 100 thumbs up.
- 49:59No more whistles, no more any of that stuff.
- 50:03Let's get back to the. Article.
- 50:07OK. And so that's bank.
- 50:12Of America and finally, oh, this shows household investors have
- 50:19missed the rally to all time highs in gold.
- 50:22OK, so the dark blue line that you see there is the Spot gold
- 50:27price right there it is there's the the scale on the other side,
- 50:30obviously going up, up, up through the roof.
- 50:34The light blue line are ETF holdings, right.
- 50:37That was through early 2024. That's actually started to loop
- 50:41up a little bit, but see how this always follows.
- 50:45So what we're going to see is more ETF money coming in and as
- 50:49a result of that, potentially even much higher gold prices.
- 50:53OK, Citigroup our friends and Citigroup, they have upped the
- 50:57ante with a $3000 gold price target for 2025.
- 51:03In July, they said that it's models predict central banks
- 51:06will buy roughly 1100 tons in 2024, A 6% year on year increase
- 51:11with upside north of 1250 tons. They say we.
- 51:16Remain constructive. On gold physical uptake over the
- 51:19next 12 months with a potential Fed cutting cycle, which is
- 51:22happening in the US labor market headwinds buttressing paper
- 51:26demand for the yellow metal. So that's the big banks.
- 51:30Remember we talked about Ray Dalio earlier, right?
- 51:33The the Bridgewater Capital founder, the smartest guy in the
- 51:38room. He talked about the national
- 51:40debt, all those big issues, right?
- 51:42Dollar goes down in value, silver and gold go up.
- 51:45What does Ray say specifically about gold?
- 51:47He says if you don't own gold, you know, neither history nor
- 51:54economics, man, let that sink in.
- 52:01Neither history nor economics. He also said gold is a
- 52:06diversifier against inflation, against currency risk, and it's
- 52:11a good store hold of wealth. Now, Warren Buffett said some
- 52:16questionable things about silver and gold in the past.
- 52:18We know Warren Buffett's also bought massive amounts of silver
- 52:21in the past. Lot of people don't realize
- 52:24that, but yes, Warren Buffett has at least once bought massive
- 52:28amounts of silver. But what does he say about gold?
- 52:31He said gold is a way of going long on fear and it has been a
- 52:35great way to go long on fear from time to time.
- 52:39Paul Tudor Jones, another guru. The best trade is going to be
- 52:43gold. If I have to forecast my best is
- 52:46that it would be gold and Peter Schiff.
- 52:48We love Peter Schiff. Gold stocks are not merely a
- 52:52hedge against inflation, but also against the potential
- 52:56collapse of the US dollar. Man, I hate to say goodbye,
- 53:01guys. 1000 people, right? We over packed the basement.

- 53:18As always, thank you to Silver Susie, right?
- 53:21She's here on the walkie-talkie. You may have heard her.
- 53:23Let's see. Hold on a second.
- 53:25Hey, Susie. Yes, Sir.
