Kia is recalling nearly 463,000 Telluride SUVs from 2020 to 2024 after discovering a dangerous flaw: the front power seat motor can overheat and ignite due to a stuck slide knob. Despite a previous fix, fires continued because some dealers didn’t install it correctly — 18 incidents have been reported since last October, with no injuries or crashes.
