- 0:04Speaker 1: Tune in week days at four on Radio Hodaki.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Nirvana There on the Radio Hodaki Big Show this Monday afternoon.
- 0:11Speaker 3: The time is five thirty eight.
- 0:12Speaker 2: And fellas and particularly Keysy, I've got a favor to ask.
- 0:19Speaker 4: Right well, when you say fellers in particularly me, do
- 0:21Speaker 4: you just mean me?
- 0:22Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean you specifically because I remember you talking
- 0:24Speaker 2: about this the other day.
- 0:25Speaker 3: I believe you have a water blaster.
- 0:26Speaker 4: Oh yeah, I've got a water blaster. Yeah, yeah, I
- 0:28Speaker 4: was using it today. I've got on top of the
- 0:30Speaker 4: roof there. I was just cleaning off careful. Oh yeah, totally, totally.
- 0:36Speaker 3: Scare folding and everything. And you've you got your hardness
- 0:38Speaker 3: in that.
- 0:39Speaker 4: Uh yeah, you have my harness on like you told me.
- 0:42Speaker 3: Because you got you gotta be aligned with the work
- 0:46Speaker 3: safe practices. Man. You can't just get up there willy nilly, totally. Man.
- 0:49Speaker 4: I would never get up there willy.
- 0:50Speaker 2: Nilly, especially if you get a big gust under the
- 0:53Speaker 2: snows there. And you now listen, my wife and I geez,
- 1:01Speaker 2: we worked our asses off over the weekend because we
- 1:04Speaker 2: have a big back deck. Fillers, a massive back deck
- 1:11Speaker 2: but it was a bit overgrown and she's a bit
- 1:14Speaker 2: run down.
- 1:14Speaker 3: How many years had you left it? Do you reckon? Twenty? Wow?
- 1:18Speaker 3: Did you use it? Well?
- 1:19Speaker 2: This is the weird thing my wife and I were
- 1:21Speaker 2: talking about over the weekend. I was like, why did
- 1:23Speaker 2: we never really use this deck? Because A, it's a
- 1:26Speaker 2: lovely little oh, it's a lovely big dick, you know,
- 1:29Speaker 2: and it's surrounded by lovely plants and bush and mostly weeds.
- 1:34Speaker 2: But your puger is that sort of thing. Well, you know,
- 1:37Speaker 2: we cleaned it all out and now it needs a
- 1:40Speaker 2: good water blast, and I reckon, we give it a
- 1:42Speaker 2: good water blast and she'll be tickety boo. Replace a
- 1:45Speaker 2: few rotten planks and that sort of thing, right, squirt
- 1:49Speaker 2: a bit of paint on it. Bob's your uncle.
- 1:52Speaker 4: I'm not coming around of your house and replacing planks
- 1:54Speaker 4: of wood. If that's what you're asking, well.
- 1:57Speaker 2: I mean, if you could, that'd be great, But I
- 1:58Speaker 2: wasn't going to ask you. I was just gonna so
- 2:00Speaker 2: if I al borrow your water blaster, can borrow can
- 2:06Speaker 2: mates course you can.
- 2:07Speaker 3: Borrow it exactly. I don't feel like I felt like
- 2:09Speaker 3: I should ask. You'll bring it in tomorrow if you.
- 2:12Speaker 5: In fact, probably easier if it would make more sense
- 2:15Speaker 5: if you just dropped it off at your house rather
- 2:17Speaker 5: than bring it all the way in here for you
- 2:19Speaker 5: to then grab it and take it all the way
- 2:20Speaker 5: back and you can drop it off.
- 2:21Speaker 3: Actually, that'd be really good, no trouble because.
- 2:26Speaker 2: For yeah, totally, that is how I would put it.
- 2:28Speaker 2: I might, you know, buy you a box of busies
- 2:31Speaker 2: or something.
- 2:32Speaker 5: Don't worry, honestly, don't worry about won't accept anything for it, man, It's.
- 2:38Speaker 3: Yeah, that's what friends do.
- 2:40Speaker 4: Right, Okay, Well, look to be honest, I was going
- 2:43Speaker 4: to say no, but Maggie, you've got a real good
- 2:44Speaker 4: point there. It sounds like it's all pretty much signed,
- 2:46Speaker 4: sealed delivered anyway.
- 2:47Speaker 3: Yeah cool, thanks mate. One you can you.
- 2:51Speaker 4: Can borrow it all right, But you I'm just really
- 2:54Speaker 4: fussy about things very particular about you and is it.
- 2:58Speaker 4: There are a few rules that come with.
- 2:59Speaker 3: It, of course, are they written by you or your wife?
- 3:02Speaker 4: Well, we didn't write them down. That would just be weird.
- 3:04Speaker 4: It's just the rules that you should just have committed
- 3:06Speaker 4: to your memory whilst you're using it.
- 3:08Speaker 2: Can you imagine what Keysy's garage looks like it'll be
- 3:11Speaker 2: everything painted in there, and all the little labels and
- 3:14Speaker 2: little tupperware containers.
- 3:16Speaker 3: I just remind you that you're looking for him to
- 3:17Speaker 3: do you a favorite. Yeah, oh yeah, that's right. You're
- 3:20Speaker 3: a backbone keezy. Thanks mate.
- 3:23Speaker 4: Okay, first of all, I mean it goes with that
- 3:25Speaker 4: saying you've got to keep it in a locked garage, man,
- 3:28Speaker 4: or inside your house?
- 3:29Speaker 3: Is that all good?
- 3:29Speaker 4: Behind a lock I've.
- 3:30Speaker 3: Got a little dick out in the back. It'll be
- 3:32Speaker 3: fine out there. It's got a roof over, it won't
- 3:33Speaker 3: get wet.
- 3:34Speaker 4: No, a deck, a deck with a roof over is
- 3:38Speaker 4: not behind a locked door. Jase, behind a locked doors.
- 3:41Speaker 3: It in paint view from the street. Yes, i've got
- 3:44Speaker 3: a garden shed.
- 3:45Speaker 4: Is it going to lock on it?
- 3:46Speaker 3: No?
- 3:47Speaker 4: Or you have to bring it inside, put it in
- 3:49Speaker 4: the lounge or something.
- 3:50Speaker 5: Oh well, what about if has it got one of
- 3:52Speaker 5: those sliding bolts on it.
- 3:53Speaker 3: Doesn't have a door on it?
- 3:55Speaker 4: Whatever to the door?
- 3:57Speaker 3: Do you get sullen it fell off?
- 4:01Speaker 4: I'm not putting my water blaster in a ship. If
- 4:03Speaker 4: someone already stole.
- 4:04Speaker 3: The door, well it's around the back. No one goes there.
- 4:08Speaker 4: Second thing, you can only use it in thirty second
- 4:11Speaker 4: bursts because I don't like the motor to get tired. Yeah,
- 4:14Speaker 4: so you just squirt it for thirty seconds, set a
- 4:16Speaker 4: timer and then reset on the timer and then stop
- 4:20Speaker 4: and then when it goes off again for thirty seconds,
- 4:22Speaker 4: then you can start again. It sounds annoying, but trust me,
- 4:25Speaker 4: not that bad. And it means that it won't get
- 4:27Speaker 4: worn out, you know what I mean.
- 4:31Speaker 3: Okay, you're going to do that.
- 4:33Speaker 2: It sounds massively ball a, Well, don't use It's fine,
- 4:37Speaker 2: if that's fine.
- 4:38Speaker 3: If I have to do that, just say yes. Yes,
- 4:42Speaker 3: I'm going to say yes.
- 4:44Speaker 4: You have to tell down the machine after use. Okay,
- 4:51Speaker 4: all right, fine, you can borrow it.
- 4:53Speaker 3: Thanks mate. When are you going to drop it off?
- 4:56Speaker 2: Man?
- 4:56Speaker 3: No worry, why you have to work?
- 4:58Speaker 4: Yeah, you can pick it up from me easy afterward, yeah,
- 5:02Speaker 4: man afterward.
- 5:04Speaker 1: The Hdarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio hod.

- 5:44Speaker 3: How good would that be?
- 5:45Speaker 2: I've always sort of fantasized about having a beer named
- 5:48Speaker 2: after me, yeah, or I named it.
- 5:51Speaker 3: I've come up with you know what I mean, feels.
- 5:52Speaker 4: What about Hoydy fizzi Hi?
- 5:57Speaker 2: Actually that's brilliant into the mog do now listen, fellas
- 6:03Speaker 2: speaking of great ideas, we gave away our trip to
- 6:07Speaker 2: Fiji yesterday and there's been a bit of so there's
- 6:09Speaker 2: a bit of a sort of hole in our scheduling
- 6:11Speaker 2: now for a new competition. And I came up with
- 6:14Speaker 2: the idea of Fixed Jason's Deck twenty twenty five Project.
- 6:17Speaker 4: Yeah, which basically is and feel free to you know,
- 6:20Speaker 4: give us, give us your thoughts and feelings on this
- 6:23Speaker 4: amazing giveaway on three four eight three. Basically, you want
- 6:26Speaker 4: sex winners to come around and fix your deck backbones.
- 6:29Speaker 2: And the exciting thing about it is we do it
- 6:32Speaker 2: in one weekend, so it's not sort of drawn out.
- 6:35Speaker 3: It's just bang, we get it done.
- 6:39Speaker 2: It's like, oh, you know, everyone chipping in, the whole
- 6:41Speaker 2: big show team will be there, Pugs will be making tofu.
- 6:45Speaker 4: Skewers, all hands on deck, all hands on deck, Hey, hey,
- 6:51Speaker 4: seam the whole Hodeki thing. Yeah, that's brilliant. Keys, thanks, yeah,
- 6:56Speaker 4: that's really good.
- 6:57Speaker 2: And then and then at the end of it, when
- 6:59Speaker 2: it's all done and dusted, sparkling and brand new, we
- 7:02Speaker 2: have a big deck party on houghdy J's new deck.
- 7:06Speaker 3: I'll pump out the tunes right.
- 7:08Speaker 2: A few beers, hees Keys he can bring some salads,
- 7:12Speaker 2: Bogie can bring some meat.
- 7:14Speaker 3: Puck said, I can borrow his barbecue. We have a party.
- 7:17Speaker 4: It sounds really great, Jays. Lots of great texts coming
- 7:20Speaker 4: in on three four eight three as well. That's a
- 7:22Speaker 4: hard pass on that comp for me. Thanks.
- 7:25Speaker 3: Yeah, Well, it's not going to be for everyone. It's
- 7:27Speaker 3: not for everyone.
- 7:28Speaker 5: You don't want any old dead beat coming around the
- 7:30Speaker 5: count doesn't know how to swing a hammer.
- 7:32Speaker 3: Thank you, Mogi.
- 7:32Speaker 2: Yeah, I want batbones and know how to handle their tools.
- 7:36Speaker 4: Pout this one here? Hey, can I enter this comp
- 7:39Speaker 4: that's good to someone showing interest there?
- 7:41Speaker 3: Yeah? Yeah, yeah good.
- 7:43Speaker 4: Will your missus be there, Jason?
- 7:46Speaker 3: Yes, ah, yes.
- 7:51Speaker 4: I'll come around and fix her sink if you want.
- 7:54Speaker 4: I don't know you got a faulty sink? What's going on?
- 7:56Speaker 4: I thought you just got to installed know?
- 7:58Speaker 3: The sinks are all good, I think. I mean, I
- 8:00Speaker 3: can look at my sinks.
- 8:02Speaker 4: I'll fix your dick hoidy chizmeister, as long as I
- 8:05Speaker 4: can stay the night.
- 8:06Speaker 2: Oh yeah, well we could see up a little camp,
- 8:08Speaker 2: a little camp out in my backyard there.
- 8:10Speaker 4: Why a camp? Well, you have plenty of bedrooms, don't you.
- 8:12Speaker 2: We've only got one spear room and it's full of shit. Wow,
- 8:17Speaker 2: it's actually not too bad, but it's a single bed.
- 8:19Speaker 4: Yeah. Will your cat be on the dick? Oh yes, yeah.
- 8:23Speaker 3: Oh yeah, she probably.
- 8:24Speaker 2: She loves it when we're gardening and stuff because we
- 8:27Speaker 2: am unearth all the skinks. Yes, so she has an
- 8:30Speaker 2: absolute ball. Yeah, eats a little neaty.
- 8:33Speaker 3: Bastard little steamers. True story.
- 8:37Speaker 2: Actually, we've buried a couple of our cats near our
- 8:41Speaker 2: dick and so while we were alive digging everything up,
- 8:46Speaker 2: we were like, this is like Pitt cemetery here.
- 8:49Speaker 3: We've got to be real careful.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Genuinely that we don't dig up any of our dead pits.
- 8:56Speaker 4: Yeah, did you manage to find any of them? No Ah,
- 9:00Speaker 4: that's good.
- 9:02Speaker 3: But if you are keen three four eight three, we'll
- 9:04Speaker 3: get a going a fellows. It's a great competition, man,
- 9:07Speaker 3: What an opportunity. So when are the weather's great few beersies.
- 9:11Speaker 5: I love the fact that it's twenty twenty five, which
- 9:14Speaker 5: suggests it's going to happen again next year.
- 9:19Speaker 1: The hold Aching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy
- 9:22Speaker 1: tune in week days and four on Radio Hodaky.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Be on Spring There on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show
- 9:28Speaker 2: this Wednesday afternoon.
- 9:29Speaker 3: The time is four forty fellows.
- 9:31Speaker 4: Exciting times. Gig A little is returning thanks to our
- 9:33Speaker 4: mates at Super Liquor. They've given us ten grand cash
- 9:37Speaker 4: to give away.
- 9:37Speaker 3: Oh goo, yeah, just chill.
- 9:40Speaker 4: Men, I haven't even told you how it works.
- 9:42Speaker 3: Well, we're already massively excited.
- 9:44Speaker 4: I thought it was free, Well, it is free. Basically,
- 9:47Speaker 4: they want to get people gigging. So if you hear
- 9:49Speaker 4: the roar of the crowd it's going to be playing
- 9:51Speaker 4: from Monday onwards on Radio Hodarchy, then call a one
- 9:54Speaker 4: one hundred Hodarky and you can pretty much instantly you
- 9:57Speaker 4: get two hundred and fifty dollars to put towards your next gig.
- 10:00Speaker 4: What's all. Cheers to gigs, Cheers to superlik At, cheers
- 10:02Speaker 4: to that.
- 10:04Speaker 3: So good men.
- 10:05Speaker 2: Hey fellas, we were talking about the dawning of spring yesterday,
- 10:08Speaker 2: will we Yeah, how are you finding the old daylight savings?
- 10:11Speaker 2: Of course that kicked in on Howdy Jay's birthday. My pleasure,
- 10:15Speaker 2: my pleasure everyone.
- 10:16Speaker 4: You taking for daylight saving?
- 10:18Speaker 2: Well, basically, yes, it happened on my birthday.
- 10:20Speaker 3: Ke is he?
- 10:20Speaker 2: So?
- 10:21Speaker 3: Yes I am.
- 10:21Speaker 4: Is that why you seem to age backward differently to anywhere?
- 10:25Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 10:26Speaker 2: Totally, because my birthday falls on daylight Savings, so you
- 10:30Speaker 2: put my age back an hour or consequently back.
- 10:33Speaker 3: A year, right, Okay, yeah, I was one of those.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Is there only I think about three percent of the
- 10:38Speaker 2: population that that happens too, right, where your birthday falls
- 10:42Speaker 2: every single year on Daylight Savings, and thus every single year,
- 10:47Speaker 2: well after eighteen, every single year after that you get
- 10:50Speaker 2: put back a year.
- 10:52Speaker 4: Right, So if you're at the end of Daylight Savings,
- 10:54Speaker 4: are you double the age? You actually are, correct, because
- 10:57Speaker 4: you put your your year forward in extra years.
- 11:00Speaker 2: So by the end of when Daylight Savings stops, yes,
- 11:03Speaker 2: I'll actually be seventy eight.
- 11:06Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, yeah, that makes perfect.
- 11:09Speaker 3: But does it go back an hour or does it
- 11:11Speaker 3: go back a year?
- 11:13Speaker 2: In case it goes back a year, right, but in
- 11:17Speaker 2: terms of Daylight Savings, you put it forward an hour.
- 11:21Speaker 5: And you get to relive that whole year all over again.
- 11:24Speaker 5: But you know what's going to happen like groundhog days?
- 11:27Speaker 2: Well, no, this is the very special thing about it
- 11:29Speaker 2: is a completely different year.
- 11:31Speaker 5: Oh right, So you just get younger, but you're living
- 11:36Speaker 5: in the same timeline as everybody else.
- 11:38Speaker 4: Correct, man, But you're still aging though, right, Well.
- 11:42Speaker 2: At the end of Daylight Savings, I am, yes, you
- 11:45Speaker 2: know what I mean. So when you put the when
- 11:46Speaker 2: you put the clocks forward again, I go to seventy eight,
- 11:50Speaker 2: So it's like being put on pause while it's on
- 11:52Speaker 2: Daylight Savings is this similar sort of thing to if
- 11:55Speaker 2: you're born on February the twenty ninth and e leap year,
- 11:59Speaker 2: then I have to tell yeah, yeah, after hundred years,
- 12:01Speaker 2: you'll be five.
- 12:02Speaker 4: Yes, it's twenty five. Huh right. I think I'm starting
- 12:07Speaker 4: to pick it up now, Yeah, yeah, yeah. So when
- 12:10Speaker 4: winter comes back around autumn and daylight Savings comes back,
- 12:13Speaker 4: you are seventy eight.
- 12:14Speaker 5: Seventy eight yeah wow, okay, yeah, it explains it. So
- 12:16Speaker 5: that's double the age is now what which is thirty nine?
- 12:20Speaker 3: But that's taken into account that I put it back
- 12:23Speaker 3: a year.
- 12:24Speaker 4: So how old were you Let's just say you weren't.
- 12:26Speaker 4: Let's just say you were born on the day before
- 12:29Speaker 4: daylight Savings. How old would you be?
- 12:31Speaker 2: Ah, Like, it's hard to say because it gets so
- 12:34Speaker 2: mixed up over the years.
- 12:35Speaker 3: Probably i'd be probably in my mid fifties.
- 12:38Speaker 4: Wow, that's that's unbelievable.
- 12:40Speaker 2: Could you imagine Houghdy Jay and is meant? I mean, God,
- 12:43Speaker 2: wouldn't it be fun to project forward and see Howdy
- 12:47Speaker 2: J is in his mid fifties?
- 12:51Speaker 3: I can't picture him now, can I Can you imagine?
- 12:54Speaker 2: Can you imagine the amount of Ethan and Jeffer and
- 12:56Speaker 2: that would be going on.
- 12:57Speaker 4: I reckon you'd be a massive pain in the ars.
- 12:58Speaker 1: In the mid fifties, the whodiche Big Show with Jason,
- 13:02Speaker 1: Mike and Keyzy. Tune in week days at four on
- 13:05Speaker 1: Radio Hodich.
- 13:06Speaker 2: John Petty there on the Radio Hodikey Big Show. This
- 13:09Speaker 2: Thursday evening fellows, have got a question for you, and
- 13:12Speaker 2: it perplexes me?
- 13:14Speaker 4: Does it bug you slightly?
- 13:19Speaker 2: Yes?
- 13:20Speaker 3: Bugging.
- 13:25Speaker 2: I was watching a movie today Aliens the Earth, That's
- 13:32Speaker 2: what it was called. And it struck me when I
- 13:39Speaker 2: was looking at the alien that they always look the same,
- 13:43Speaker 2: you know what I mean? And when people think, and
- 13:46Speaker 2: presumably no one's ever seen an alien, so why do
- 13:50Speaker 2: we always when they've always got massive heads and weird bodies?
- 13:55Speaker 3: Where does that come from? You don't know, because no
- 13:59Speaker 3: one's ever seen alien.
- 14:00Speaker 2: So and it seems to be the go to for
- 14:04Speaker 2: every single alien is massive head, weird body, big guys,
- 14:08Speaker 2: big eyes.
- 14:09Speaker 3: You know what I mean? I mean, what where is
- 14:11Speaker 3: that from? If we've never seen one?
- 14:13Speaker 4: What's that about?
- 14:15Speaker 3: And it bugs me? I assume, I mean, because you're using.
- 14:18Speaker 2: Your imagination, right, So can't you can't you imagine a
- 14:23Speaker 2: different type of alien.
- 14:25Speaker 4: So like in The Simpsons where the two aliens have
- 14:27Speaker 4: like tentacles and one eye, you prefer that, like a
- 14:31Speaker 4: really weird version, Sure, why not? Or like the Aliens
- 14:34Speaker 4: and Alien versus Predator.
- 14:35Speaker 2: Well, because we don't know what an alien looks like,
- 14:37Speaker 2: so it can be anything we want it to be.
- 14:39Speaker 4: Describing the traditional the cliche.
- 14:44Speaker 3: Tag here with a sort of pointed kind of yeah right.
- 14:49Speaker 2: Sort of thing, you know, big nashy teeth and that
- 14:53Speaker 2: kind of carry on, like.
- 14:54Speaker 4: The aliens from Alien vis Predator. Yes, right, that's what
- 14:58Speaker 4: you've got an issue with. I thought you met the
- 15:00Speaker 4: traditional UFO guy that everyone draws, like the Roswell Look.
- 15:03Speaker 5: I'm actual one year where it's a humanoid and it's
- 15:06Speaker 5: got big black eyes and a little mouth and a
- 15:10Speaker 5: bald head and it's green and it comes from you know,
- 15:12Speaker 5: as it came from Area fifty one Roswell where there
- 15:15Speaker 5: was sightings of aliens and they all looked exactly the same.
- 15:17Speaker 5: But if you're talking about the alien from the movie Alien,
- 15:21Speaker 5: those aliens only exist in the movie, yeah Alien, and
- 15:25Speaker 5: no other aliens I because it's copyrighted and they can't
- 15:29Speaker 5: have it.
- 15:30Speaker 3: I have seen numerous films.
- 15:32Speaker 4: Yeah, they all alien versus something or just alien.
- 15:35Speaker 3: Yeah, in this case alien verses. Yeah.
- 15:39Speaker 4: Okay, So the issue here is that Jason has seen
- 15:42Speaker 4: multiple films in the Alien franchise.
- 15:44Speaker 5: Yeah, it doesn't realize that connected, but it's annoying because
