- 0:00Speaker 1: You just heard the news. Now you'll find out what
- 0:04Speaker 1: it all means. It smarts alone on seven tenor.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Hey, it's March nineteenth. It's the last day of winter.
- 0:18Speaker 2: Spring tomorrow. Spring begins tomorrow. That's great, What a winter
- 0:22Speaker 2: that was to get to remember. So you know, after
- 0:24Speaker 2: two or three winters of really no snow, suddenly get two, three,
- 0:29Speaker 2: four blizzards in a row. It's over. Spring begins tomorrow.
- 0:34Speaker 2: We'll get to the latest on the war in Iran,
- 0:36Speaker 2: the liberation of Iran. We'll get to crazy mom Donnie
- 0:40Speaker 2: and his latest crazy rulings that he's come out with.
- 0:43Speaker 2: We'll get to crime in New York, how bad is
- 0:45Speaker 2: it really? We'll get to drinking. Why how come people
- 0:48Speaker 2: are drinking less and less and less and less. So
- 0:52Speaker 2: overnight a lot went on. Israelis took out a major,
- 0:59Speaker 2: major new natural gas facility in Iran. Iran went crazy
- 1:03Speaker 2: responded by attacking Cutter and taking out their oil giant
- 1:08Speaker 2: Cutter energy extensive damage. There. Now the problem with this stuff,
- 1:12Speaker 2: this takes a long time to repair, drives up the
- 1:15Speaker 2: price of oil and energy, and again takes a long
- 1:19Speaker 2: time to repair. And it looks like there's some sort
- 1:22Speaker 2: of rift between President Trump and Net and Yahoo. President
- 1:26Speaker 2: Trump putting out a strong statement condemning Net Yahoo for
- 1:29Speaker 2: that attack, totally unnecessary in saying it should never happen again. Now,
- 1:35Speaker 2: behind the scenes, apparently Net Yahoo Israel did brief the
- 1:40Speaker 2: president on the attack, the possible attack, but apparently somebody somewhere, somehow,
- 1:46Speaker 2: signals got crossed. President Trump took it as they were
- 1:51Speaker 2: briefing him on a possibility, when in fact Israel was
- 1:55Speaker 2: ready to go ahead and do it immediately. And that's
- 1:59Speaker 2: the confusion. So it happened. Let's see if it happens again.
- 2:06Speaker 2: Let's see if they get this under control, get their
- 2:08Speaker 2: signals together. I imagine they will. We're changing a course
- 2:14Speaker 2: sometimes day to day in Iran. The biggest fear now
- 2:19Speaker 2: is the drones. We've taken out most of the missiles
- 2:21Speaker 2: and most of the missile launchers. That's not the big
- 2:24Speaker 2: thread anymore. These attack drones, and they can go for
- 2:27Speaker 2: one thousand miles these drones, and of course they're guided
- 2:31Speaker 2: from somewhere else. The problem a missile you can usually
- 2:33Speaker 2: take out because you can see the launcher and take
- 2:35Speaker 2: it out. A drone you can't see. It can be
- 2:37Speaker 2: hidden in a basement, in a garage and a warehouse.
- 2:40Speaker 2: You have to know where they are, and we've been
- 2:42Speaker 2: lucky great intelligence, mostly from Israel, knowing which warehouse is
- 2:47Speaker 2: to blow up, and we've taken out probably ninety five
- 2:49Speaker 2: percent of their drones, but they had a tremendous amount
- 2:53Speaker 2: of inventory of drones, so there's plenty left. The difference
- 2:58Speaker 2: now is we used to go after them with missiles.
- 3:01Speaker 2: We try to shoot down the drones from far away.
- 3:04Speaker 2: We're now using a ten war hogs. Those are Apache
- 3:07Speaker 2: helicopters that can get in much, much, much closer. This
- 3:11Speaker 2: is a sign of how much progress we've made. The
- 3:14Speaker 2: missiles from far away, from miles and miles hundreds of
- 3:17Speaker 2: miles away, that's called stand out weapons. Stand off weapons.
- 3:23Speaker 2: We have to do it from far away. These Apache
- 3:25Speaker 2: helicopters that go in there are called stand in weapons.
- 3:29Speaker 2: And to be able to send those in there and
- 3:31Speaker 2: get close means we've taken out most of their offense.
- 3:34Speaker 2: It's a lot safer to go in with these now,
- 3:37Speaker 2: so that's a good sign of real progress. The son
- 3:41Speaker 2: of the ayatolam Chabi Common. I can't say this guy's
- 3:46Speaker 2: called common as supposed to be the leader. Our intelligence
- 3:52Speaker 2: is showing he's not. He's totally out of commission due
- 3:55Speaker 2: to massive injury from the bombing, so he's not really
- 3:58Speaker 2: in charge. It was Lejhanni who was in charge. We
- 4:01Speaker 2: took him out two days ago, so we don't really
- 4:04Speaker 2: know who's in charge at the moment. Now, oil prices
- 4:08Speaker 2: have sort one hundred and eleven dollars a barrel. This
- 4:10Speaker 2: is a temporary spike, so we're getting oil at Biden
- 4:14Speaker 2: prices nowadays. Now, if you're watching the nightly news last night,
- 4:19Speaker 2: if you were watching the NBC Evening News nightly News,
- 4:23Speaker 2: you saw the screaming headline at the opening, oil prices
- 4:27Speaker 2: soaring to a new highest level in years. They couldn't.
- 4:31Speaker 2: This was the lead story, the big front story. This
- 4:34Speaker 2: was the first five minutes going on and on about
- 4:36Speaker 2: the oil prices hit up highest level in years. And
- 4:39Speaker 2: they kept going on and now, let me just predict this.
- 4:43Speaker 2: This is an easy prediction. In a few weeks, when
- 4:45Speaker 2: this is all over and oil prices plunge, it will
- 4:49Speaker 2: not make the NBC Nightly News. There'll be no coverage
- 4:52Speaker 2: of it. If you're watching last night, you would think
- 4:55Speaker 2: that oil prices are the main topic of their coverage
- 4:59Speaker 2: at all times. This is all the care about his
- 5:00Speaker 2: oil prices. When they plunged to sixty dollars, it won't
- 5:05Speaker 2: get mentioned. There'll be no coverage of it by NBC
- 5:09Speaker 2: or by any network. They'll never mention oil prices again.
- 5:12Speaker 2: In a few weeks when it plunges, they'll be zero coverage. Now,
- 5:17Speaker 2: you had these congressional hearings yesterday about was Iran actually
- 5:21Speaker 2: an imminent threat? What kind of imminent threat was it?
- 5:23Speaker 2: So they're going to go on and on with these hearings.
- 5:28Speaker 2: Apparently the President's daily briefing, the real deep intelligence that
- 5:33Speaker 2: we get showed it was an imminent threat that when
- 5:36Speaker 2: we took out the nuclear eractors, Iran was quickly trying
- 5:41Speaker 2: as hard as they could to get more nuclear material
- 5:44Speaker 2: and planning and plotting some sort of attack on us,
- 5:46Speaker 2: on Israel. There was an imminent threat. And remember all
- 5:49Speaker 2: these people yelling and screaming against this incursion, this excursion,
- 5:54Speaker 2: this liberation of Iran. All these people are on record
- 5:58Speaker 2: for years as saying, we got to get rid of
- 6:00Speaker 2: the Iatola, got to get rid of Iran. It's the
- 6:03Speaker 2: biggest threat in the world. And every Democrat from Hillary
- 6:05Speaker 2: Clinton to Obama to Biden, all on the record and
- 6:09Speaker 2: video is up there. You can see it all over
- 6:11Speaker 2: the Internet of them promising for years to take out
- 6:14Speaker 2: the Ayatola, to get rid of this regime in Iran,
- 6:17Speaker 2: to do something about it. It's one reason they're so
- 6:20Speaker 2: upset President Trump. It's really two reasons Democrats are really
- 6:23Speaker 2: upset about this. By actually getting this done, it takes
- 6:26Speaker 2: away one of their big campaign promises that they use
- 6:30Speaker 2: every campaign season, so they've lost that promise. And the
- 6:34Speaker 2: other reason is it removes the greatest threat ever to Israel.
- 6:38Speaker 2: Israel's existence has changed forever because the biggest threat was Iran,
- 6:44Speaker 2: and all the attacks on Israel from Hamas, Hezbollah hoodie's
- 6:49Speaker 2: were all financed and run by Iran. So you eliminate
- 6:54Speaker 2: all the terrorism with this one moves. And Democrats don't
- 6:58Speaker 2: like that. They like Israel in Khans in trouble at
- 7:01Speaker 2: all times. Now, that guy Joe Kent who quit, he
- 7:07Speaker 2: was the counter intelligence, intelligence, national director, intelligence, national counter something,
- 7:13Speaker 2: whatever the hell he was. This is the guy that
- 7:15Speaker 2: quit because of there was no threat from Iran, no
- 7:20Speaker 2: imminent threat, no anything. Well, it turns out the real
- 7:23Speaker 2: reason he quit He was under serious FBI investigation as
- 7:27Speaker 2: a leaker. Now, this guy, he's tried to run for
- 7:31Speaker 2: office before, and apparently he wanted to run for office again,
- 7:35Speaker 2: and he looks like a sharp guy and he's a
- 7:37Speaker 2: good talker, and he thought he could get elected. But
- 7:40Speaker 2: he was leaking out classified information. He was under That's
- 7:44Speaker 2: the allegation. He was under investigation for it, not since
- 7:48Speaker 2: he resigned, No long before.
- 7:49Speaker 3: That it started.
- 7:50Speaker 2: In fact, that's probably the reason he resigned. He was
- 7:54Speaker 2: under investigation. Now, why would he be leaking out classified information. Well,
- 7:59Speaker 2: if you want to run for if you want to
- 8:00Speaker 2: do stuff like that, you make friends with the news media.
- 8:03Speaker 2: And the quickest way to make friends is become a source.
- 8:06Speaker 2: Even better ways become a leaker. That's probably what this
- 8:10Speaker 2: was all about. But he was under investigation. Still is
- 8:13Speaker 2: this guy could end up in jail a bad guy,
- 8:17Speaker 2: which kind of explains everything. Why would he suddenly quit
- 8:20Speaker 2: over the war in Iran? He was pushing for the
- 8:22Speaker 2: war in Iran for years. He also seems to have
- 8:25Speaker 2: a lot of anti Semitism in his dialogue, always bashing Israel,
- 8:30Speaker 2: always accusing Israel of everything, even accused Israel of pushing
- 8:35Speaker 2: us into the Gulf War. Well, if you check the record,
- 8:38Speaker 2: Israel always opposed the Golf w In fact, they were
- 8:40Speaker 2: trying to stop us from going in back then. Caroline Levett,
- 8:43Speaker 2: White House Press Secretary, about this leaker, anyone who has
- 8:47Speaker 2: been a suspected of leaking or is proven to be
- 8:50Speaker 2: a leaker will not be welcome in this administration.
- 8:53Speaker 4: I know that for a fact, because I've heard the
- 8:55Speaker 4: President say it myself. There are investigations underway into leakers
- 9:00Speaker 4: in this administration and people will be held accountable for that.
- 9:03Speaker 2: Yeah. Now that's Joe now with all his anti Semitic ranting,
- 9:07Speaker 2: and he wanted to speak somewhere yesterday publicly. Where did
- 9:11Speaker 2: he go to speak? Well, if you wanted to pick
- 9:15Speaker 2: the most anti Semitic place in the world, you go
- 9:17Speaker 2: to speak. Yep. He went to the Tucker Carlson podcast
- 9:22Speaker 2: and was on there for a great length of time.
- 9:24Speaker 2: He and Tucker and the anti Israel anti some medic
- 9:28Speaker 2: stuff flowing out of their mouths all of me. As
- 9:31Speaker 2: I mentioned, you know, for weeks and weeks they medium,
- 9:35Speaker 2: they come up with these false narratives and they try
- 9:37Speaker 2: to drill it inar your head. One of them they've
- 9:40Speaker 2: been working on is that with the Iran and all
- 9:42Speaker 2: of this going on, there's a split in the magabase.
- 9:46Speaker 2: The magabase is torn, the magabas is turning against Donald Trump. Well,
- 9:51Speaker 2: no truth to that, as we've been telling you, absolutely
- 9:53Speaker 2: no truth to that at all. And what are they
- 9:55Speaker 2: talking about? What magabase? Well, they're talking about Tucker Carlson,
- 10:00Speaker 2: Marjorie Taylor Green, Megan Kelly. These people have nothing to
- 10:04Speaker 2: do with MAGA. They're not in MAGA. They're not in
- 10:06Speaker 2: the magabase, they have no connection to it. These are
- 10:10Speaker 2: like freak show that they're like the new Alex Jones.
- 10:13Speaker 2: You remember Alex Jones. He was like this crazy fringe
- 10:16Speaker 2: character who got a big audience but had nothing to
- 10:19Speaker 2: do with the Republicans, nothing to do with MAGA, nothing
- 10:22Speaker 2: to do with Trump. They have these on the left too,
- 10:24Speaker 2: they're like really far out freak show left wing podcasts
- 10:28Speaker 2: and hosts that have nothing to do with mainstream, mainstream Democrats.
- 10:32Speaker 2: But the magabase is not torn. And this was quite
- 10:36Speaker 2: a moment on CNN. CNN's Polster they were forced to
- 10:41Speaker 2: admit the actual results. They did a deep poll into
- 10:46Speaker 2: the MAGA world to see if they still supported Trump.
- 10:49Speaker 2: What percentage of MAGA do you think still supports Trump?
- 10:54Speaker 2: Look what they listening with the CNN pollster on the
- 10:56Speaker 2: air had to admit.
- 10:57Speaker 5: Yeah, you know, sometimes you look at the polling data
- 11:00Speaker 5: and there are numbers that just jump off the.
- 11:01Speaker 2: Screen at you, and this is one of those because just.
- 11:05Speaker 5: Take a look here, MAGA GOP a view of Trump
- 11:08Speaker 5: approve one hundred percent, one hundred percent. If you are
- 11:12Speaker 5: a member of MAGA and the GOP you approve of
- 11:16Speaker 5: Donald John Trump zero percent?
- 11:19Speaker 6: Say that they disapprove.
- 11:20Speaker 5: You don't have to be a mathematical genius to know
- 11:22Speaker 5: you can't go higher than one hundred percent. He is
- 11:25Speaker 5: the nineteen hundred and seventy two Miami Dolphins.
- 11:29Speaker 2: That's CNN. Now, if CNN's poll says it one hundred percent,
- 11:34Speaker 2: that means it's like one hundred and twenty percent. Probably
- 11:36Speaker 2: they always slant every pole. But even in their rig
- 11:38Speaker 2: slanted pole, he came out at one hundred percent. Hey,
- 11:42Speaker 2: speaking of crazy left wing networks that have no ratings,
- 11:46Speaker 2: MSNBC announces big changes in the lineup. What's that? I mean?
- 11:51Speaker 2: You know that old thing about shuffling the deck chairs
- 11:54Speaker 2: on the Titanic. This is a good example. No ratings
- 11:57Speaker 2: for MSNBC, but more Joe will become six to nine
- 12:01Speaker 2: instead of six to ten, three hours instead of four.
- 12:05Speaker 2: I would imagine he's not that upset about it, although
- 12:09Speaker 2: it probably was a pay cut with that, with that
- 12:12Speaker 2: loss of an hour, but that's tough four hours. Although
- 12:16Speaker 2: you know Morning Joe years ago, around two thousand and five,
- 12:19Speaker 2: two thousand and six, somewhere around there was four hours
- 12:22Speaker 2: on the radio, and then it was four hours on TV,
- 12:26Speaker 2: then two hours on the radio. They would get off
- 12:29Speaker 2: the air ten and then go on radio from ten
- 12:31Speaker 2: to noon. And this was on the other station back
- 12:35Speaker 2: when I was there. And then for some reason Mika
- 12:37Speaker 2: or Joe, I guess they were just tired, didn't want
- 12:39Speaker 2: to do it. Happened so half the time I had
- 12:41Speaker 2: to do it. But that was back when, believe it
- 12:44Speaker 2: or not, this is hard to believe. In the original
- 12:47Speaker 2: Scarborough days. He was a conservative Republican and when he
- 12:51Speaker 2: first went to MSNBC did a show every night called
- 12:54Speaker 2: Scarborough Country where he was a Republican, a conservative, a
- 12:58Speaker 2: big conservative. For years, I used to be a regular
- 13:01Speaker 2: on that show, and there came a point where he
- 13:06Speaker 2: just switched and he became a Trump hater. You could
- 13:08Speaker 2: see which way the wind was blowing profit wise, money
- 13:11Speaker 2: wise over there, and he switched. You know, this is
- 13:14Speaker 2: hard to believe, but CNN, if you got in a
- 13:17Speaker 2: time machine and went back to two thousand and five
- 13:21Speaker 2: at CNN, the biggest show they had. Their number one
- 13:24Speaker 2: show at CNN was lou Dobbs Tonight. It was on
- 13:28Speaker 2: every night at six o'clock. I was a regular on
- 13:30Speaker 2: that show every week, Lou Dobbs. It was a very
- 13:33Speaker 2: conservative show, and he was talking about closing the border
- 13:36Speaker 2: and all that. He was like way ahead of his time.
- 13:39Speaker 2: President Trump used to watch that show every night. That's
- 13:41Speaker 2: one of the main sources for where we got a
- 13:44Speaker 2: lot of these positions. Closing the border was the main topic.
- 13:47Speaker 2: But that was CNN. Bill Hammer did the morning show
- 13:51Speaker 2: on CNN. All these Fox people used to be at CNN.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Paul and Paula's on was there. It was Larry King
- 13:58Speaker 2: Live every night at nine o'clock. And then somewhere I
- 14:01Speaker 2: forget exactly where and how it happened. They just went
- 14:04Speaker 2: crazy left wing, as did MSNBC. Hey, speaking of which,
- 14:10Speaker 2: you know Apple News they keep trying to you have
- 14:12Speaker 2: your iPhone, they keep trying to sell you Apple News.
- 14:14Speaker 2: Subscribe to Apple News. Well, make sure you never ever
- 14:17Speaker 2: ever look at Apple News. It's the most distorted, slanted
- 14:21Speaker 2: partisan news site in the world. There's the Media Research
- 14:26Speaker 2: Council that actually investigates all this and studies all this.
- 14:30Speaker 2: So they did Apple News earlier last year and they
- 14:34Speaker 2: found that Apple News only used the most left wing
- 14:38Speaker 2: partisan websites and news sources for their news. What percentage
- 14:43Speaker 2: were not left wing partisan sites? Zero zero percent. So
- 14:50Speaker 2: Apple got a lot of bad publicity about that about
- 14:53Speaker 2: six seven months ago. So they said they would do
- 14:55Speaker 2: damage control and correct it, and they switched up things. Well,
- 15:00Speaker 2: the same group did the study again, how much of
- 15:03Speaker 2: their news is not from left wing partisan sites two percent?
- 15:10Speaker 2: They went from zero percent to so ninety eight percent
- 15:14Speaker 2: of it is now totally slanted by this news. Again,
- 15:16Speaker 2: stay the hell away from Apple News. Hey, a lot
- 15:20Speaker 2: of Hollywood is very upset with Vanity Fair. They're very,
- 15:24Speaker 2: very mad at Vanity Fair for that Oscar party. You
- 15:28Speaker 2: know that that used to be the party, the Vanity
- 15:30Speaker 2: Fair Oscar Party, with this huge, incredible they've had to
- 15:33Speaker 2: cut it down. The Oscars has like ten percent of
- 15:38Speaker 2: the viewers they used to have, and they've cut down
- 15:41Speaker 2: the parties. They're half the size. But you might have
- 15:44Speaker 2: seen that what they call the red carpet. But in
- 15:46Speaker 2: the case of the Vanity Fair party, it was like
- 15:48Speaker 2: light gray. Behind them was all light gray, and all
- 15:52Speaker 2: the celebrities on that light gray carpet there, but they're
- 15:57Speaker 2: all upset because of the lighting. If you go back
- 15:59Speaker 2: and look at it was like the most harsh, brightest,
- 16:02Speaker 2: whitest police interrogation kind of light. You know, that brings
- 16:06Speaker 2: out every wrinkle. You just look terrible in that lighting.
- 16:09Speaker 2: Usually a red carpet, you want some flattering lighting. You
- 16:12Speaker 2: don't want any bright white lighting. You want some yellowish,
- 16:15Speaker 2: pinkish soft lighting. So Jane Fonda, even who you know,
- 16:20Speaker 2: she's eighty eight, she's eighty eight, but she's had a
- 16:24Speaker 2: ton of work done and it looks great. You know,
- 16:27Speaker 2: Normally you get that much work and you look like
- 16:30Speaker 2: one of those bulk ratan women with the plastic face,
- 16:33Speaker 2: you know, like they went to a body and fender
- 16:35Speaker 2: shop or something. But she I don't know who the
- 16:37Speaker 2: plastic surgeons were on her, but it looks as natural
- 16:40Speaker 2: as it can look and she's eighty it. But even
- 16:43Speaker 2: she was upset about the lighting. So they're very very
- 16:45Speaker 2: upset about that. Hey, we got a lot to get to.
- 16:48Speaker 2: We'll take some calls. Next. Eight hundred three to two
- 16:51Speaker 2: one zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three
- 16:55Speaker 2: two one zero seven ten.
- 16:58Speaker 1: Give woa, bre said on the iHeartRadio app to hear
- 17:02Speaker 1: Marx Simone and all the WR hosts in an instance.
- 17:07Speaker 1: Now back to the Mark Simo show on WOR.
- 17:14Speaker 2: Yeah, let's take some calls. Eight hundred three two one
- 17:18Speaker 2: zero seven ten is the number. Let's go to Dave
- 17:20Speaker 2: in Chicago. Dave, how you doing.
- 17:22Speaker 7: Good morning, Mark, I'm doing very well.
- 17:24Speaker 3: Thank you, Mark.
- 17:25Speaker 7: Democratic Senator John Fetterman said recently the Democratic Party does
- 17:29Speaker 7: not have a leader and it's filled with trump ter
- 17:32Speaker 7: Range syndrome, which controls the party. Now I have a
- 17:36Speaker 7: quick example. The temporary high gas prices, as you pointed out,
- 17:41Speaker 7: are due to the Iran War. Did you notice there
- 17:45Speaker 7: was not a word about this issue during Biden's four
- 17:48Speaker 7: year term.
- 17:50Speaker 2: No, And as I said, when the price is plunged
- 17:52Speaker 2: in a couple of weeks, don't never mention gas prices again,
- 17:55Speaker 2: they don't care about gas prices, as they've prove it.
- 17:58Speaker 2: But good point, Dave. Uh yeah, Well we'll get back.
- 18:01Speaker 2: We'll get back to Fetterman a little later. Interesting comments
- 18:04Speaker 2: he made about his party having only one issue, Trump
- 18:08Speaker 2: arrangement syndrome and nothing else. But we'll get to that
- 18:10Speaker 2: a little later. Let's go to Mike in Florida. Mike,
- 18:13Speaker 2: how you doing.
- 18:15Speaker 8: Good morning, Mark, that's Mike. Remember a couple of weeks
- 18:18Speaker 8: ago we would talk about Jackie Vernon and you happen
- 18:21Speaker 8: to be in the news save it popped into my
- 18:23Speaker 8: head at the time. Well, another name popped into my
- 18:25Speaker 8: head recently. Have no idea why. Milt Cayman remember him?
- 18:30Speaker 2: Yeah, Milt Cayman was This is a very obscure show business,
- 18:34Speaker 2: but he was a Canadian.
- 18:35Speaker 9: I don't know.
- 18:37Speaker 2: Nineteen fifties, nineteen sixties, when Sid Caesar did your show
- 18:41Speaker 2: of Shows, the biggest show in television at the time,
- 18:43Speaker 2: Milt Cayman was his stand in and did the warm
- 18:47Speaker 2: up and all that stuff. And then if you were
- 18:49Speaker 2: growing up in the sixties and seventies, you saw the
- 18:51Speaker 2: end of Milt Cayman's career. He was on Mike Douglass.
- 18:54Speaker 2: He was on Murga exactly time.
- 18:57Speaker 10: And he was on those show all of Carson.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Man, not a lot of Carson Little Card. They Carson
- 19:03Speaker 2: had to be really stuck for a guest, but a
- 19:05Speaker 2: lot of.
- 19:05Speaker 10: Them might have been a lower echelon of guests.
- 19:08Speaker 8: All right, already talk about opening the fires up again
- 19:13Speaker 8: in New York is gone now? Auction stuff off?
- 19:17Speaker 2: Well, no Friars Club. It was driven into the ground
- 19:20Speaker 2: by some people who didn't know what the hell they
- 19:22Speaker 2: were doing it. Every normal person quit, uh when that
- 19:26Speaker 2: was happening. It's gone. The building has been seized by
- 19:30Speaker 2: the lenders. The I don't think they even have the
- 19:32Speaker 2: rights of the name anymore. And somebody in that build
- 19:36Speaker 2: was in that building and took all the memorabilia off
- 19:38Speaker 2: the walls and it's put it up for auction.
- 19:39Speaker 8: I know.
- 19:39Speaker 10: Cindy Adams said they were selling it off.
- 19:42Speaker 2: Yeah, but Cindy Adams also said, nobody knows who the
- 19:44Speaker 2: hell had the right to take this stuff and where
- 19:47Speaker 2: the money's gone from that auction. But all right, thanks
- 19:51Speaker 2: for Colin. Let's go to Uh, let's go to Bill
- 19:54Speaker 2: in Lafayette, New Jersey. Bill, how you doing okay?
- 19:58Speaker 8: Mark?
- 19:59Speaker 10: A couple of things First of all, I love Anne Calter.
- 20:01Speaker 10: I remember when she was on the View when President
- 20:05Speaker 10: Trump was running the first time, and the question was
- 20:08Speaker 10: who do you think is gonna win? And she said Trump,
- 20:10Speaker 10: and everybody, including the audience, laughed their heads off, and
- 20:14Speaker 10: Trump won.
- 20:15Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 20:16Speaker 2: Bill Mahers, Bill Marsh show that that happened.
- 20:19Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 20:21Speaker 10: The second thing is Luigi Manngioni, whatever his name is.
- 20:25Speaker 10: I mean, this guy is guilty as hell. He's going
- 20:28Speaker 10: to jail for a long time. How stupid can you be?
- 20:32Speaker 10: Did you ever hear of the term lay low? You
- 20:34Speaker 10: go to McDonald's and eat Peter Pott's standing up and
- 20:37Speaker 10: you get caught. His lawyers are on TV. We're talking
- 20:40Speaker 10: about procedure and due process, but they're just stretching this
- 20:44Speaker 10: out because the money clock is running and they could.
- 20:47Speaker 2: They all no other choice.
- 20:49Speaker 10: The problem.
- 20:50Speaker 2: The problem is if you can shoot somebody in the
- 20:51Speaker 2: middle of New York City. It actually happened right outside
- 20:53Speaker 2: our window, right that's it. Go look out that window
- 20:56Speaker 2: right there, that's where it happened. And that's fifty fifth
- 20:59Speaker 2: and sixth and anywhere in Manhattan. There's surveillance camera's video
- 21:03Speaker 2: of every inch of Manhattan. So they have video of
- 21:05Speaker 2: him doing it. It's an opening shut case. Here's the
- 21:08Speaker 2: video you see him shooting him.
- 21:09Speaker 9: That.
- 21:09Speaker 2: So all the lawyers can do is fight procedural stuff
- 21:12Speaker 2: and try to get this tossed out and that tossed out,
- 21:15Speaker 2: try to get delays. That's all they can do. There's
- 21:17Speaker 2: nothing else they can do. Yeah, and you're right, he goes.
- 21:21Speaker 2: If you're on the lamb hiding out and you got
- 21:24Speaker 2: to go into a you gotta eat, you gotta go
- 21:26Speaker 2: get something to eat. If you go into McDonald's, it's
- 21:29Speaker 2: a big national chain, you know, big national chain like that.
- 21:32Speaker 2: They have security cameras everywhere. They got surveillance cameras on
- 21:35Speaker 2: every inch of a McDonald's. One reason is they want
- 21:37Speaker 2: to keep an eye on the employees. But if you
- 21:40Speaker 2: went into a little, little, little local deli, little mom
- 21:43Speaker 2: and pop, maybe they don't have a security camera. But also,
- 21:46Speaker 2: if you're gonna go in there, get it to go.
- 21:49Speaker 2: Don't sit there and people recognize you and they call
- 21:53Speaker 2: the police, the police show up and arrest you. So
- 21:55Speaker 2: at least get it to go, don't stay there. That's
- 21:58Speaker 2: absolutely ridiculous. So he'll easily get convicted, but they'll delay this.
- 22:06Speaker 2: I mean he's in jail anyway, but they'll delay this
- 22:08Speaker 2: for another year before the trial ever actually happens. Hey,
- 22:12Speaker 2: when we come back. Actually Steve Moore is away this week,
- 22:15Speaker 2: but the great talk show host Howie Carr, we'll talk
- 22:18Speaker 2: to him next. Lots to discuss with him in just
- 22:20Speaker 2: a moment on seven to ten WR.
- 22:23Speaker 1: Now more Mark Simone on seven ten.
- 22:27Speaker 2: R Well, Howie Carr, one of the great talk shows
- 22:31Speaker 2: in the world. Loved listening to them. You can hear
- 22:33Speaker 2: him on iHeart. You can get his podcast, you can
- 22:36Speaker 2: get a show, you get everything at Howie carshow dot
- 22:38Speaker 2: com is best selling books. The latest one is called
- 22:44Speaker 2: I Forgot the mass Howie Carr. What's the name of
- 22:47Speaker 2: the book mass Corruption that I should have realized that's
- 22:51Speaker 2: the title Masses in Massachusetts mass Corruption. Again, all of
- 22:56Speaker 2: his great books there at Howie Carr Show dot com. Hey,
- 23:00Speaker 2: Holly Carr, you've written the best Kennedy books. Have you
- 23:03Speaker 2: been watching the JFK Junior mini series?
- 23:07Speaker 8: No, I have not.
- 23:08Speaker 11: I don't.
- 23:09Speaker 8: I don't watch those things too much. But you know
- 23:12Speaker 8: he's uh, you know, did you know that Joe Joe Kennedy,
- 23:16Speaker 8: the congressman the the the ginger who tried to run
- 23:20Speaker 8: against that Marky six years ago. Did you know that
- 23:22Speaker 8: he's a friend of Mark Wayne Mullen. No, it's a
- 23:25Speaker 8: weird thing. Yeah, they were in the same I guess
- 23:27Speaker 8: they they had a workout group in Congress and uh,
- 23:30Speaker 8: you know when Mark Wayne Mullen was in the house,
- 23:33Speaker 8: and so they were buddies pretty much and just just
- 23:37Speaker 8: like uh he uh, Mark Wayne Mullen has become buddies
- 23:41Speaker 8: with Sean O'Brien, the the thug from Charlestown in Boston
- 23:45Speaker 8: who was now the head of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters.
- 23:48Speaker 8: She was sitting do you know he was sitting behind him.
- 23:50Speaker 8: After they were they almost were nuking it out in
- 23:53Speaker 8: the on Capitol Hill a few years back. Now they're
- 23:57Speaker 8: now they're big buddies.
- 23:58Speaker 2: Well that's one reason they now. Mark Wayne Mullen being
- 24:01Speaker 2: in the Senate, he had a better chance of getting confirmed.
- 24:03Speaker 2: And apparently he was very skilled at making friends with
- 24:06Speaker 2: everybody in the Senate, as you say, working out together,
- 24:08Speaker 2: going to lunch together. And you like him, don't you.
- 24:11Speaker 2: He's a pretty impressive guy.
- 24:13Speaker 8: Yeah, I mean he's yeah, he's good. I mean, I'm
- 24:17Speaker 8: not a big fan of Sean O'Brien's.
- 24:18Speaker 11: Let me put it that way.
- 24:19Speaker 8: I've seen it. I've seen him up close and personal,
- 24:22Speaker 8: and the people he hangs out with in Boston, you know,
- 24:24Speaker 8: plug ugly galore, and I'm not, but you know, I'm
- 24:29Speaker 8: will to overlook it if if you know, if Trump
- 24:32Speaker 8: wants him, that's fine with me. You know, I'm sure
- 24:35Speaker 8: he'll be an upgrade from Christina.
- 24:38Speaker 2: And Rand Paul didn't look too happy with him.
- 24:42Speaker 8: No, I thought Ran Paul actually got the better of
- 24:44Speaker 8: that that argument, you know, I mean, you know when
- 24:49Speaker 8: you say something like that, you know, after someone's been
- 24:51Speaker 8: attacked and almost killed, you know, just just apologize and
- 24:55Speaker 8: move on. But he he didn't do that. And again
- 24:58Speaker 8: I thought, you know, some of my listeners thought, you know,
- 25:01Speaker 8: Rand Paul was turning into Thomas Massey or Rhino or something.
- 25:05Speaker 8: But I don't know. I don't blame I don't blame
- 25:08Speaker 8: Brand Paul for being kind of irritated about what he
- 25:11Speaker 8: what Mark Wayne Mullin said about.
- 25:13Speaker 2: Him, do you no? In case somebody attacked I think
- 25:17Speaker 2: it was a neighbor and went into Rand Paul's house,
- 25:18Speaker 2: beat him up, attacked another guy from.
- 25:20Speaker 8: Massachusetts, a physician from New Bedford, Massachusetts who was his
- 25:25Speaker 8: next door neighbor, sucker punched him, put him in the
- 25:28Speaker 8: hospital from almost killed him.
- 25:30Speaker 2: Wow, And uh what Mark Wayne Mullen made some nasty
- 25:34Speaker 2: comments about that that Rand Paul did.
- 25:36Speaker 8: He understood why someone would do that to Rand Paul
- 25:39Speaker 8: since he knew Rand Paul.
- 25:45Speaker 2: But again, if he's half joking, it's not something. Well,
- 25:49Speaker 2: I guess if you're the victim, I guess a year
- 25:50Speaker 2: later he'd still hold it against a couple of years later. So, uh, hey,
- 25:55Speaker 2: I hear the next one ago is Telsey Gabbard.
- 25:59Speaker 8: Yeah, she didn't look too happy today at at that hearing.
- 26:02Speaker 8: She just uh she was just kind of reading everything
- 26:05Speaker 8: by rote. And I don't know, I mean, does she
- 26:08Speaker 8: deserve it? I mean, did she pick this guy Joe Kent,
- 26:12Speaker 8: who really does turn turn out to be a real
- 26:14Speaker 8: uh left fielder for for the administration? Is it is
- 26:18Speaker 8: it on? Is it on her?
- 26:19Speaker 9: On?
- 26:19Speaker 2: Her apparently been disagreeing with the administration on everything, not
- 26:24Speaker 2: being a team player. So I think she'll be the
- 26:26Speaker 2: next to go. This Joe Kent looks like a Massachusetts
- 26:29Speaker 2: politician to me, he's got that look about him, doesn't.
- 26:31Speaker 8: He I don't, I don't, you know, except for Brandon
- 26:36Speaker 8: gil who's got that little curly lock over his forehead.
- 26:39Speaker 8: I don't like. I don't usually like those curly locks.
- 26:42Speaker 8: You know, it's it's a little too stylized for for
- 26:45Speaker 8: my uh my, my predilection. So but I you know,
- 26:50Speaker 8: he's yeah, he does look like a Massachusets fall. The
- 26:52Speaker 8: other thing too, I didn't know what is he was
- 26:54Speaker 8: a He was a Bernie Sanders guy too, as was Tulsi.
- 26:57Speaker 8: And you know, I thought Tulsi had you know, repented
- 27:00Speaker 8: and you know, seeing the light. But this guy, this
- 27:03Speaker 8: guy Joe Kent, I mean, he's just seems like he's
- 27:06Speaker 8: just going going for the gold, and I do mean
- 27:09Speaker 8: the gold, you know, like he want to be an influencer.
- 27:13Speaker 2: Right, Well, he may end up in jail. I mean,
- 27:15Speaker 2: he's uh, looks like they have him on leaking your
- 27:19Speaker 2: protege there. Caroline Levitt even said they're going to go
- 27:22Speaker 2: after these leakers.
- 27:23Speaker 8: Yeah, no, I'm glad they are. They should, you know,
- 27:27Speaker 8: I mean he's not he's you know, he's not a
- 27:30Speaker 8: team player and he's not and you know the thing is,
- 27:32Speaker 8: they've got all these all these tweets. You know, he
- 27:35Speaker 8: was one hundred percent for Trump, and you know, he
- 27:39Speaker 8: was running against one of the one of the less
- 27:42Speaker 8: crazy Democrats in Congress, this woman who was who she
- 27:45Speaker 8: and her husband owned the garage. I mean, how many
- 27:48Speaker 8: Democrats have actually owned anything, you know, business or anything
- 27:52Speaker 8: that provides these saces. It's got to be like less
- 27:55Speaker 8: than less than twenty out of every out of all
- 27:58Speaker 8: of them in the Congress, you know. And uh, and
- 28:01Speaker 8: she she defeated him, and I guess he just he's
- 28:04Speaker 8: a bitter guy. And so he's going to become Tucker
- 28:08Speaker 8: Carlson Jr.
- 28:10Speaker 2: Hey ally carl Is DHS shutdown affects t s A,
- 28:15Speaker 2: the airports, the line. Don't Democrats realize as we go
- 28:18Speaker 2: to this big vacation season, they're playing with fire, screwing
- 28:22Speaker 2: up everybody's travel plans, I know.
- 28:25Speaker 8: And then they go on Mark, they go on TV
- 28:27Speaker 8: and they say, well, we know this is how we
- 28:29Speaker 8: we hate Ice because you know, they're rounding up violently,
- 28:32Speaker 8: illegally and criminals. We want to continue committing crimes against Americans.
- 28:37Speaker 8: We realize this doesn't hurt Ice, but we just want
- 28:39Speaker 8: to make our point to you know, play to uh uh,
- 28:43Speaker 8: play to our our deranged base. Yeah. I don't think
- 28:47Speaker 8: it's working out. I I think people people understand it,
- 28:52Speaker 8: And I mean, what's the what's the point here? They lost,
- 28:55Speaker 8: they lost the election. If you if you, you know,
- 28:58Speaker 8: maybe next time you can dominate somebody who's not insane
- 29:02Speaker 8: and or not senile, and you could, you know, you
- 29:05Speaker 8: can regain the levers of power. But you know, they're
- 29:10Speaker 8: just jerks. And how about this guy, Jamie Raskin, how
- 29:13Speaker 8: about yesterday with them? You know, Thomas Payne and Thomas
- 29:16Speaker 8: Jefferson were illegal aliens. That's what he said, basically.
- 29:22Speaker 3: Well, Christopher Columbus documentation.
- 29:24Speaker 2: Christopher Columbus was actually the first illegal alien, wasn't he right?
- 29:28Speaker 8: Well, I looked at it. I looked up Thomas Payne
- 29:30Speaker 8: during a break when he said, Thomas Paine, you know,
- 29:34Speaker 8: used to have to have a letter of sponsorship when
- 29:37Speaker 8: you came into the US. You know, it's that would
- 29:42Speaker 8: swear under U, you know, an A and signed an
- 29:45Speaker 8: affidavit that you were going to become a charge of
- 29:47Speaker 8: the public. And do you know who wrote do you
- 29:50Speaker 8: know who wrote the letter for Thomas Payne when he
- 29:53Speaker 8: came over Adam sif it wasn't the same kind of letter,
- 29:56Speaker 8: but it was. He wrote him a letter of recommendation
- 29:59Speaker 8: to get him a job. Benjamin Franklin, Well, that's a
- 30:01Speaker 8: pretty good recommendation, I would say it wasn't.
- 30:04Speaker 2: That pretty impressive? Yeah, so, hey, we only got about
- 30:08Speaker 2: a minute a half left. If we went to sleep
- 30:11Speaker 2: for like three months and woke up, how would the
- 30:14Speaker 2: Iran look?
- 30:17Speaker 8: How will it look in three months?
- 30:18Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 30:21Speaker 8: I think I don't. I don't know who'll be in charge,
- 30:24Speaker 8: but I don't think it'll be the I don't think
- 30:26Speaker 8: it'll be the the Islamic Republic. I don't think the
- 30:28Speaker 8: Islamic Republic is going to exist. I mean I don't.
- 30:31Speaker 8: I don't understand why they're firing. They were yesterday, they
- 30:35Speaker 8: were firing more missiles at the UAE than they were
- 30:37Speaker 8: in Israel. What's that all about? I mean, you know,
- 30:40Speaker 8: you know, there's a whole saying, you know, don't worry
- 30:42Speaker 8: about the the bullet that's got your name on it,
- 30:45Speaker 8: worry about the one that says to whom it may concern.
- 30:48Speaker 8: All these Arab states are getting hit with missiles that
- 30:50Speaker 8: say to whom it may concern? And then even the
- 30:53Speaker 8: missiles they're throwing in, they're thrown into Israel. They killed
- 30:57Speaker 8: six people yesterday. Four of them were Palacedine, mean women,
- 31:01Speaker 8: and one was a foreign worker. So that that leaves
- 31:04Speaker 8: one one Zionist that they killed out of the out
- 31:07Speaker 8: of the six as far as I can count, maybe
- 31:09Speaker 8: not even one. I mean, they're they're crazy. And then
- 31:12Speaker 8: they're complaining, oh you can't, you're you were hitting civilian targets.
- 31:17Speaker 8: The the the Americans of the Israelis aren't aiming at
- 31:20Speaker 8: the civilian targets. These guys are aiming. They don't care.
- 31:23Speaker 8: They're just firing them. And they've hit more Arab our
- 31:27Speaker 8: Arab villages, Arab people than they have Jewish people. You know,
- 31:33Speaker 8: they don't care. I don't think. I don't think they're
- 31:36Speaker 8: gonna last. What do you think?
- 31:37Speaker 2: I agree? I agree. I think it's gonna be a
- 31:39Speaker 2: whole different world in three months. You'll be very happy
- 31:43Speaker 2: for everybody will love Donald Trump in three months for this.
- 31:46Speaker 8: I just don't know who's gonna take over though. I
- 31:48Speaker 8: that's why I can't quite figure out who's gonna who's gonna,
- 31:51Speaker 8: you know, step in. It's a it's a vacuum. I
- 31:53Speaker 8: mean there is no there is no batise, there is
- 31:55Speaker 8: no castro coming out of the hills.
- 31:57Speaker 2: You know, well, we'll get to Cuba next week. But
- 32:01Speaker 2: Howey car great stuff. Get his latest book, Mass Corruption.
- 32:04Speaker 2: You'll love it. Best place to get that is.
- 32:06Speaker 8: Amazon, right, Yeah, yeah, I get it at Amazon. And
- 32:10Speaker 8: you know then you got other books, the organized crime books.
- 32:12Speaker 8: There's new stuff about Whitey Bulger this week. Oh, you
- 32:15Speaker 8: can check that out at howicarshow dot com. Yeah, they
- 32:18Speaker 8: found some more documents, more of Whitey's writings that apparently
- 32:22Speaker 8: they never turned over to some of the defendants. They
- 32:24Speaker 8: found them in a desk drawer in the Miami Dade
- 32:28Speaker 8: State's Attorney's office. Pretty interesting.
- 32:30Speaker 2: Yeah, we'll get all You get all the information on that,
- 32:33Speaker 2: go to howiecarsshow dot com. You can get his program there,
- 32:36Speaker 2: his podcast everything howiecarsshow dot com. Howie Carr, thanks for
- 32:40Speaker 2: being with.

- 32:52Speaker 2: and he'll be with us in the next hour. He'll
- 32:54Speaker 2: be our guest coming up on seven to ten wor
- 33:00Speaker 2: Mark Simon, Well, I'll get to the latest craziest Mondami
- 33:05Speaker 2: nonsense coming up after the news. Also, Jimmy Fala will
- 33:09Speaker 2: be with us in the next hour. Him here every
- 33:11Speaker 2: day ten to noon or listen anytime. Just get the
- 33:15Speaker 2: podcast back right after the news with another hour ago
- 33:18Speaker 2: on seven to ten.
- 33:21Speaker 1: Mark Simone on sevent tenor.
- 33:30Speaker 2: Well, hey, the final day of winter today, winter is over.
- 33:35Speaker 2: Today's the last day. Spring begins tomorrow. That is great news.
- 33:39Speaker 2: So we're talking about this last hour. They're trying to
- 33:43Speaker 2: confirm Mark Wayne Mullen to replace Christy Nome at DHS,
- 33:49Speaker 2: and he had to go through the committee hearings and
- 33:52Speaker 2: he got through it. He got through it by one vote.
- 33:54Speaker 2: One Democrat voted for him. Now, normally, if you're appointed
- 33:58Speaker 2: by Trump, you're going to go through hell in a
- 34:00Speaker 2: confirmation hearing, and they're not going to confirm you. They're
- 34:03Speaker 2: gonna all hate you just because you're appointed by Trump.
- 34:05Speaker 2: But the reason they picked Mark Wwayne Mullen. He's in
- 34:08Speaker 2: the Senate for years, he's in the House for years,
- 34:11Speaker 2: and he was very good at making friends with everybody,
- 34:13Speaker 2: Republicans and Democrats. He just would have lunch with everybody,
- 34:18Speaker 2: go to the gym with everybody. So we've got a
- 34:20Speaker 2: lot of friends there. That made it easier to confirm him.
- 34:23Speaker 2: But you got to get through the committee first. The
- 34:26Speaker 2: committee has to approve your nomination. Then it goes for
- 34:29Speaker 2: the full vote. Hey, he should be okay in the
- 34:32Speaker 2: full vote the committee. The problem was Rand Paul is
- 34:36Speaker 2: on the committee and they are not friends. Now, Ran Paul,
- 34:41Speaker 2: you'll recall a couple of years ago, somebody I don't
- 34:45Speaker 2: know remember what the reason was or what happened, but
- 34:48Speaker 2: Rand Paul, a neighbor comes into his house and punches him,
- 34:56Speaker 2: beats him up and breaks his ribs and Ran Paul
- 34:59Speaker 2: ends up in the hoste. Now we don't forget what
- 35:01Speaker 2: the dispute was about. This was a neighbor is in Kentucky,
- 35:05Speaker 2: and at the time, I guess Mark Wayne Mullen listen,
- 35:09Speaker 2: a lot of people I like Rand Paul, A lot
- 35:11Speaker 2: of people find him annoying in all kinds of ways.
- 35:13Speaker 2: But Mark Wayne Mullen, when he heard somebody beat up
- 35:17Speaker 2: Rand Paul, today, I can understand it. So Rand Paul
- 35:21Speaker 2: not happy about it. And he just glared at Mark
- 35:24Speaker 2: Wayne Mullen gave him a hard time in the hearings
- 35:26Speaker 2: and just couldn't stop attacking him.
- 35:29Speaker 12: I owned the word apologized. Haven't heard the word regret.
- 35:32Speaker 12: Haven't heard I misspoke and it was heated and I
- 35:35Speaker 12: made a mistake, actually any of those words.
- 35:37Speaker 3: Sorry.
- 35:38Speaker 4: Actually it wasn't heated. And I'm not apologizing for point
- 35:41Speaker 4: not your.
- 35:41Speaker 3: Count or goodn't.
- 35:42Speaker 12: So you're you're jolly well fine, and you want the
- 35:44Speaker 12: American public and the people up here to vote that
- 35:47Speaker 12: may or may not vote for you to know that
- 35:49Speaker 12: you supported the felonious violent attack on me from behind.
- 35:53Speaker 4: I did not say I supported it. I said I
- 35:56Speaker 4: understood it.
- 35:57Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean he's not alone. There are people I
- 36:00Speaker 2: find ran Paul quite annoying. So the h Paul was
- 36:05Speaker 2: not going to be happy with him. But here's more
- 36:09Speaker 2: from the hearings.
- 36:09Speaker 4: Sometimes this political theater, sometimes it's true differences. But what
- 36:14Speaker 4: we do know is that we're playing with fire. We
- 36:17Speaker 4: have two hundred and eighty thousand agents employees right now
- 36:20Speaker 4: that are on day thirty without pay, and they're still
- 36:23Speaker 4: showing up every single day to do their job.
- 36:26Speaker 2: Yeah. Now this Department of Homeland Security. That also includes
- 36:29Speaker 2: the Secret Service, That includes TSA. That's how all the
- 36:32Speaker 2: airports could get screwed up, includes the Coast Guard, but
- 36:35Speaker 2: just the airports, the TSA. You got to settle this.
- 36:39Speaker 4: I won't back down from a challenge, and I'll also
- 36:41Speaker 4: admit when I'm wrong. I'm not perfect. I don't claim
- 36:45Speaker 4: to be perfect. I make mistakes just like anybody else.
- 36:50Speaker 4: But mistakes, if you own them, you can learn from
- 36:53Speaker 4: them and you can move ahead.
- 36:55Speaker 2: Yeah, but ran Paul was not going to vote for
- 36:58Speaker 2: this guy. Ran Paul was that you could see the
- 37:00Speaker 2: steam coming out of his ears as glasses were fugging up.
- 37:03Speaker 2: He was really mad.
- 37:04Speaker 12: He told the media that I was a freaking snake
- 37:07Speaker 12: and that you completely understood why I had been assaulted.
- 37:10Speaker 12: And I was shocked that would justify and celebrate this
- 37:15Speaker 12: violent assault that caused me so much pain in my family,
- 37:18Speaker 12: so much pain. I just wonder if someone who applauds
- 37:23Speaker 12: violence against their political opponents is the right person to
- 37:26Speaker 12: lead an agency that has struggled to accept limits to
- 37:28Speaker 12: the proper use of force.
- 37:31Speaker 2: I mean, listen, I understand his anger, but get over it.
- 37:34Speaker 12: It is not a personal disagreement when one of your
- 37:37Speaker 12: colleagues says they could completely understand why six of your
- 37:41Speaker 12: ribs were broken, your lung was damaged. I had part
- 37:45Speaker 12: of my lung removed.
- 37:46Speaker 3: I had an infection.
- 37:47Speaker 12: Almost had you know, I had an infection that had
- 37:50Speaker 12: a twenty five percent death rate. So I mean, no,
- 37:53Speaker 12: I went through hell, and anybody who thinks that that's
- 37:55Speaker 12: something that's commendable is an unfit person to lead law enforcement.
- 38:00Speaker 2: All right, all right, it was a terrible thing. Everybody
- 38:02Speaker 2: agrees it was a terrible, awful thing. Nobody's for anything
- 38:05Speaker 2: like that happening to anybody. But I think he was
- 38:07Speaker 2: kind of making a joke about uh, you know, it's
- 38:12Speaker 2: like what was with a comedian that somebody was murdered
- 38:15Speaker 2: and they said, yeah, there's two thousand suspects. It's just
- 38:18Speaker 2: I mean a lot of people don't like Randpall. It
- 38:20Speaker 2: was it was a joke. It was I I can
- 38:21Speaker 2: understand him not getting over it. You know, if you're
- 38:25Speaker 2: President Trump and you got through Butler, Pennsylvania, you know,
- 38:30Speaker 2: when that bullet took part of his ear off, he
- 38:34Speaker 2: looked pretty brave, and he's pumping his fist and he
- 38:36Speaker 2: was playing golf the next morning. It was pretty brave,
- 38:39Speaker 2: but you gotta you gotta think as brave as he
- 38:45Speaker 2: was in front of you, it really got to him,
- 38:48Speaker 2: you know, you got you think it.
- 38:49Speaker 10: Uh.
- 38:50Speaker 2: There were a lot of nightmares probably after that. And
- 38:52Speaker 2: then weeks later there's a guy with a big rifle
- 38:57Speaker 2: on your golf course trying to shoot you. Luckily Secret
- 38:59Speaker 2: Service got him. There's two assassination attempts. You gotta think
- 39:05Speaker 2: that really haunts you. I mean, as tough as you can,
- 39:07Speaker 2: brave as you can appear to be in front of
- 39:09Speaker 2: everybody alone when the lights are out and you're thinking
- 39:13Speaker 2: to your so you must really get to you what
- 39:15Speaker 2: could happen to you? And intelligence reports are showing that
- 39:19Speaker 2: Iran actually was behind these assassins. I have a feeling
- 39:23Speaker 2: this will come out at some point soon that Iran
- 39:26Speaker 2: was behind the assassinations. They said they were going to
- 39:28Speaker 2: attempt to assassinate Trump. And these two assassins young young
- 39:35Speaker 2: like in eighteen nineteen twenty, they're the only young guys
- 39:38Speaker 2: that have no social media presence whatsoever of any kind.
- 39:42Speaker 2: So you got to wonder where the hell they came from.
- 39:45Speaker 2: But what's going on in Iran? Right now. You gotta
- 39:49Speaker 2: think that was a factor. That was a big factor
- 39:51Speaker 2: because if Iran and they said they were going to
- 39:54Speaker 2: try to assassinate President Trump, and if Iran launched an
- 39:58Speaker 2: assassination against the US as president, you gotta believe that
- 40:02Speaker 2: something like that had to get approved at the very
- 40:05Speaker 2: top by the Ayatola himself, that he would have had
- 40:08Speaker 2: to give the go ahead, and all the top top,
- 40:10Speaker 2: top two or three or four Iranian leaders had to
- 40:13Speaker 2: sign off on it. So you gotta think that's a
- 40:17Speaker 2: factor in this blowing them up that I mean, they
- 40:21Speaker 2: tried to kill him and one of their bullets hit him.
- 40:24Speaker 2: You gotta think this was a big factor in all
- 40:27Speaker 2: of this. Hey so crazy mom, Donnie is latest thing now?
- 40:31Speaker 2: You know a big problem in New York. Remember you
- 40:35Speaker 2: go back ten years or so to Blasio is what
- 40:38Speaker 2: was he talking about how dangerous the streets were because
- 40:40Speaker 2: of the cars. You know, people getting hit by cars.
- 40:44Speaker 2: Remember what was that Operations safety something whatever. They're trying
- 40:48Speaker 2: to cut down on accident's cars hitting people. They made
- 40:51Speaker 2: a big, big deal out of this. This is years ago,
- 40:54Speaker 2: well over the last ten years. Cars are the least
- 40:58Speaker 2: your worries. It's these e bikes, these EA scooters, these
- 41:01Speaker 2: e things, these delivery guys just going every which way,
- 41:06Speaker 2: and they don't seem to know anything about traffic lights
- 41:09Speaker 2: or they can't tell what's the sidewalk, what's the street.
- 41:11Speaker 2: They're riding all over the place. In fact, the cars
- 41:15Speaker 2: are no problem at all, but most people terrified across
- 41:18Speaker 2: the street because of these e bikes. It's a big problem.
- 41:20Speaker 2: So they started to crack down during the Adams years.
- 41:23Speaker 2: They started to give these guys tickets. Not enough, they should,
- 41:27Speaker 2: you know, every they're always looking for more revenue. Just
- 41:31Speaker 2: go after these e bikes. Just ticket them every time
- 41:34Speaker 2: they go through a red light, every time they're on
- 41:35Speaker 2: the sidewalk, every time they're going too fast. Just ticket
- 41:39Speaker 2: them and believe it or not, e bike ticket was criminal. Well, mom,
- 41:44Speaker 2: Donnie just changed all of that. It's now no longer criminal.
- 41:47Speaker 2: It's now civil. Now you might say, well, okay for
- 41:51Speaker 2: a traffic thing, that should be so now. Problem is
- 41:54Speaker 2: a lot of these e bike riders are not really citizens.
- 41:58Speaker 2: Nobody can really find them. And if you just give
- 42:01Speaker 2: them civil means, they just get a ticket and if
- 42:04Speaker 2: they don't answer it, nobody can do much of anything
- 42:06Speaker 2: to them. They're kind of off the books. There's no
- 42:08Speaker 2: way to touch them. Criminal means you I got to
- 42:11Speaker 2: go to court. You've got to appear in court and
- 42:14Speaker 2: answer the thing. So by dropping the criminal part of it,
- 42:18Speaker 2: now it's only civil. If they can get all the
- 42:20Speaker 2: tickets in the world, they can just throw them away,
- 42:21Speaker 2: don't have to do a thing about it, and really
- 42:23Speaker 2: nothing can happen to them. If it had remained criminal
- 42:26Speaker 2: as it was, they would have to show up in court.
- 42:29Speaker 2: If they didn't, they could be arrested. So it's another awful,
- 42:32Speaker 2: awful crazy thing from mom Donnie. He I mean, the
- 42:38Speaker 2: good news is everybody thought he'd just destroyed the whole city.
- 42:41Speaker 2: He's doing it like little nickel and dimes stuff here
- 42:44Speaker 2: and there. It could be worse, It could be worse now.
- 42:48Speaker 2: Police Commissionery Tish was all for criminal tickets of these
- 42:53Speaker 2: e bikes. In fact, remember last year she wrote a
- 42:55Speaker 2: big op ed in the Post and support of it.
- 42:58Speaker 2: She and Adams were behind this big blitz. This is
- 43:02Speaker 2: her editorial she wrote back then. When vehicle drivers fail
- 43:05Speaker 2: to respond to a traffic summons, their license can be suspended.
- 43:09Speaker 2: E bikes do not require any license so their operators
- 43:13Speaker 2: can simply ignore a traffic summons with virtually no repercussions.
- 43:17Speaker 2: Now that's the other thing. If he's really concerned about revenue,
- 43:20Speaker 2: make every E bike, every E scooter, every E everything
- 43:25Speaker 2: have to have a license, put a license on it.
- 43:28Speaker 2: You charge money for the license, a yearly fee. You
- 43:32Speaker 2: just like you're driving. You know your license in your car.
- 43:34Speaker 2: You pay every year for that. So every E bike
- 43:37Speaker 2: and scooter has to have a license, charge whatever, one
- 43:39Speaker 2: hundred and fifty a year. Also, that way, when they
- 43:43Speaker 2: get a ticket, you can trace them down. Also, if
- 43:47Speaker 2: there's a horrible hit and run by one of those
- 43:49Speaker 2: e bikes, you could go to the surveillance video, which
- 43:53Speaker 2: if you do it, now, what are you going to
- 43:55Speaker 2: find nothing? You just see a bike and you see
- 43:57Speaker 2: a guy with a helmet on. Can't really identify him.
- 44:00Speaker 2: But if there was a visible license on the back
- 44:01Speaker 2: of that bike, then you then you could identify them.
- 44:04Speaker 2: So but apparently with mom, Donnie, you're not going to
- 44:08Speaker 2: get that. You're not going to get that. Hey, how
- 44:11Speaker 2: bad is the crime in New York? Now I'm talking
- 44:13Speaker 2: to all you people way out there in the suburbs
- 44:15Speaker 2: or and we've got listeners all over the country and
- 44:17Speaker 2: other cities. Sometimes you talk to them and they'll give
- 44:20Speaker 2: you I would never go to New York. It's so dangerous.
- 44:23Speaker 2: I watched the news. It's a shooting, a stabbing. It's
- 44:25Speaker 2: so dangerous, And it's not dangerous in the middle of Manhattan.
- 44:29Speaker 2: It's not dangerous. Would you guys in the control room agree,
- 44:32Speaker 2: it's not right here. We're in the middle of midtown Manhattan.
- 44:36Speaker 2: If you haven't been to New York since the Giuliani
- 44:39Speaker 2: days and you suddenly flew here and walked around right
- 44:43Speaker 2: out there by Rockefeller Center and down there, it's fine,
- 44:47Speaker 2: it's just fine. Everything looks it looks exactly the same.
- 44:50Speaker 2: So when you're seeing all this crime and there's some
- 44:53Speaker 2: people getting pushed and shoved in the subway and stabbing
- 44:55Speaker 2: and shooting, it's unfortunately, it's all like an eight pre
- 45:00Speaker 2: There are areas that still remain dangerous. In the Bronx,
- 45:04Speaker 2: there's certain you know, I think parts of Queen's, parts
- 45:07Speaker 2: of Brooklyn, there's still some dangerous areas. But the middle
- 45:10Speaker 2: of Manhattan it's just as safe as ever. It's really fine.
- 45:13Speaker 2: But in the Bronx, they got the police Commissioner Tish
- 45:16Speaker 2: on the stand and but they got a right to complain.
- 45:20Speaker 2: But it's not her fault. When you got a shortage
- 45:21Speaker 2: of cops. It's supposed to have forty thousand, we've got
- 45:24Speaker 2: like thirty four thousand. You got a skimp in some places.
- 45:28Speaker 2: And it's not about discrimination. But obviously you got to
- 45:31Speaker 2: protect your business district. You're all and this is where
- 45:33Speaker 2: all the revenue of Manhattan happens. It's where everybody works.
- 45:37Speaker 2: But she was on the hot seat yesterday.
- 45:39Speaker 13: Shootings are down city wide. In the Bronx, they're up
- 45:41Speaker 13: thirty five points. I understand that in nice middle now. Yeah,
- 45:44Speaker 13: so it's safe to say that the progress related to
- 45:46Speaker 13: shootings hasn't reached the Bronx.
- 45:49Speaker 8: Last year there were over one hundred viewer people shot
- 45:52Speaker 8: in the burrow of the Bronx.
- 45:54Speaker 1: Then the previous year.
- 45:56Speaker 13: We've made progress last year, but it seems like we're
- 45:58Speaker 13: going backward. The numbers related to shooting victims and shooting
- 46:01Speaker 13: incidents and murder. I'm going on this here, compare to
- 46:04Speaker 13: last year. That ye, those numbers. They cannot ignore a
- 46:08Speaker 13: record breaking serve for gun violence.
- 46:10Speaker 12: And I will not have the work of the members
- 46:14Speaker 12: of the New York City Police Department mischaracterized.
- 46:18Speaker 2: Again, it's not her fault. There's a shortage of cops,
- 46:21Speaker 2: uh and mom Donnie's going to keep that shortage going.
- 46:23Speaker 2: We need about forty thousand. I think we're a thirty
- 46:26Speaker 2: four thousand, and he's not going to hire a new
- 46:29Speaker 2: Other things when you don't hire new cops. Got number
- 46:31Speaker 2: of shrinks because we lose about three thousand a year
- 46:34Speaker 2: just through retirement attrition. That's why you got to keep
- 46:37Speaker 2: adding cops. And we're not doing it at a fast
- 46:40Speaker 2: enough pace. Hey, you know, there's a big problem going
- 46:44Speaker 2: on in the restaurant in the bar world, the nightclub world.
- 46:48Speaker 2: People don't drink as much as they used to. Can
- 46:51Speaker 2: you believe this? Yeah, restaurants are struggling. Americans are drinking less.
- 46:58Speaker 2: A lot of Americans just aren't drinking a lot less.
- 47:01Speaker 2: And the problem is younger generations, you know, under thirty five,
- 47:04Speaker 2: they're really not interested in alcohol. They don't drink much.
- 47:07Speaker 2: They can't stand wine, they don't drink it. You know
- 47:10Speaker 2: a lot of the top vineyards in America, a couple
- 47:13Speaker 2: of them have had to close because business is down.
- 47:16Speaker 2: But it's really affecting restaurants because that was a big
- 47:19Speaker 2: part of their revenue. In fact, in a restaurant, your
- 47:22Speaker 2: food alcohol it was about a fifty to fifty split
- 47:25Speaker 2: in revenue. But now it's different. Seventy percent is coming
- 47:30Speaker 2: from food, only thirty percent from alcohol. A new Gallup
- 47:35Speaker 2: poll finds that in the US, how many adults drink
- 47:38Speaker 2: fifty four percent. That's a very low number, only fifty
- 47:42Speaker 2: four percent. So it's hurting restaurants. Also, it's a killing
- 47:46Speaker 2: happy hour. There's not as big a happy hour crowd
- 47:48Speaker 2: anymore Friday nights and whatever the big bar see, and
- 47:52Speaker 2: that's kind of empty.
- 47:53Speaker 11: Now.
- 47:53Speaker 2: People aren't drinking. The reasons well, increased awareness of health risks,
- 47:59Speaker 2: a generational shift. Younger people just aren't drinking. They aren't interested.
- 48:03Speaker 2: And about six percent of America now uses those injections,
- 48:07Speaker 2: those those zepic type things, And apparently with that you
- 48:11Speaker 2: drink a lot less, not just eat less, drink less.
- 48:15Speaker 2: Alcohol sales are slumping in every category the restaurant industry.
- 48:19Speaker 2: Casual fine dining, thirty one percent of operations reporting severe
- 48:25Speaker 2: declines in alcohol sales in twenty twenty six. I don't
- 48:30Speaker 2: know what's in the liquor stores. You can imagine the
- 48:33Speaker 2: problems they're having. Anyway, we'll take some calls. Next. Eight
- 48:35Speaker 2: hundred three to two one zero seven ten is the number.
- 48:39Speaker 2: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten.
- 48:44Speaker 1: Get instant access to Mark by setting a pre set
- 48:47Speaker 1: in the iHeartRadio app for his live show and his podcast.
- 48:52Speaker 1: Now back to the Mark Simone Show on wr.
- 48:58Speaker 2: Hey, we'll take some calls. Eight hundred three to two
- 49:00Speaker 2: one zero seven ten is the number. Let's go to
- 49:03Speaker 2: Dante in New Jersey. Dante, how you doing.
- 49:06Speaker 8: I'm doing all right. I got a question maybe somebody
- 49:09Speaker 8: can answer.
- 49:10Speaker 13: Yes, these oil producers in America, I think they're they're
- 49:14Speaker 13: ripping us off because they're not paying one dime more
- 49:18Speaker 13: to produce the oil in this.
- 49:19Speaker 2: Country than they were three weeks ago.
- 49:22Speaker 11: And we produced more oil than anybody else in the world.
- 49:25Speaker 11: And some of the oil comes off of our own
- 49:27Speaker 11: sedral land, which belongs to us.
- 49:29Speaker 2: Yeah, sometimes it's the oil companies. More often it's the governments,
- 49:32Speaker 2: the local state governments. You know, gas when it was
- 49:36Speaker 2: two dollars and thirty cents everywhere in America, still six
- 49:39Speaker 2: dollars in California, still four dollars. In parts in New York.
- 49:43Speaker 2: That's because the governments just tax it to death, tax
- 49:46Speaker 2: it to death. You know, when you go to the
- 49:49Speaker 2: pump and it's the let's say four dollars, about twelve
- 49:53Speaker 2: cents of that goes to the oil company. The rest
- 49:54Speaker 2: is all taxes and fees. Let's go to Joe in Mattawan,
- 49:59Speaker 2: New Jersey. Joe doing.
- 50:01Speaker 14: Well.
- 50:02Speaker 3: Thank you, Mark.
- 50:02Speaker 14: I enjoyed your piece just before the break on alcohol
- 50:06Speaker 14: consumption of the demographic group below thirty five. My question
- 50:10Speaker 14: to you is, if they're not drinking and going to
- 50:12Speaker 14: happy hours, what are they doing with that time.
- 50:15Speaker 2: They're staying home, they're looking at their phone, they're meeting
- 50:18Speaker 2: each other online. They don't need to go to a
- 50:20Speaker 2: happy hour. They don't need to go.
- 50:21Speaker 11: To a bar.
- 50:24Speaker 2: It's kind of sad. I mean, everything's moving to online
- 50:28Speaker 2: and not in person.
- 50:30Speaker 3: But okay, thank you Mark.
- 50:32Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 50:32Speaker 2: Now, if you're in the middle of Manhattan and you
- 50:34Speaker 2: go to you'll see a big bar crowd in the
- 50:36Speaker 2: middle of Manhattan. But that's Manhattan, although not as big
- 50:38Speaker 2: as it used to be. But if you're out in
- 50:40Speaker 2: the suburbs or in other places, you really don't see
- 50:42Speaker 2: the happy hour crowd is a lot lot smaller than
- 50:46Speaker 2: it used to be. Let's go to Vincent and Brooklyn. Vincent,
- 50:49Speaker 2: how you.
- 50:49Speaker 11: Doing, good morning, Mark, Mark. I'm okay. I believe part
- 50:52Speaker 11: of the problem with the repeat crime in the Bronx
- 50:57Speaker 11: is the fact that you have these you have a
- 51:00Speaker 11: whacked out liberal district attorney up there, and also a
- 51:05Speaker 11: lot of the judges. There's one judge in particular, she's
- 51:08Speaker 11: she's like Bruce Wright of the of the seventies and
- 51:12Speaker 11: eighties that was in Tom Wolf's book exactly exactly Mark.
- 51:22Speaker 11: This law that Mondomi wants to pass about lowering the
- 51:26Speaker 11: threshold of having him with the inheritance tax, that's a
- 51:30Speaker 11: real can of worms if you really look into it.
- 51:33Speaker 11: Because let's say a person owns a business and it's
- 51:37Speaker 11: it's not traded publicly. Let's say a person who has
- 51:41Speaker 11: a real Tony car dealership that could easily be worth
- 51:47Speaker 11: over a million dollars. First, even a small business to
- 51:50Speaker 11: be worth over a million dollars these days isn't very hard,
- 51:54Speaker 11: especially if it's a small building attached with the business.
- 51:58Speaker 11: And if this person and wants to pass that on
- 52:01Speaker 11: to his kids, his grandkids, whoever, A friend if these
- 52:06Speaker 11: people don't come up with the inheritance tax on that,
- 52:10Speaker 11: the city could confiscate the property and everything.
- 52:13Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that's the idea. I think that's what
- 52:15Speaker 2: man Done's.
- 52:15Speaker 11: Uptod that's what he said, because he wants.
- 52:17Speaker 2: Inheritance tax doesn't kick in till seven million. He wants
- 52:19Speaker 2: to make it seven hundred and fifty thousand, which means
- 52:21Speaker 2: for most people, if they die the house, the kids
- 52:25Speaker 2: will need to sell it to pay the inheritance tax
- 52:27Speaker 2: and they.
- 52:27Speaker 11: And that's going to really really hurt the black and
- 52:32Speaker 11: Hispanic middle class and even the white middle class because
- 52:36Speaker 11: that's into generational wealth. These people worked all their lives
- 52:40Speaker 11: to finally pay off this house, and they want to
- 52:44Speaker 11: pass it on to their kids or their grandkids. And
- 52:47Speaker 11: he's not even saying per individual, who's in the will,
- 52:51Speaker 11: who who's going to inherit this?
- 52:53Speaker 8: This is the.
- 52:54Speaker 11: Total value of the estate that's nothing these days, seven
- 52:58Speaker 11: hundred and fifty thousand dollars.
- 53:00Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 53:00Speaker 11: So what about a company like the Trump Corporation. Now
- 53:05Speaker 11: I don't know if it's publicly traded, but I'm just
- 53:08Speaker 11: using that as an example. What did it get to
- 53:10Speaker 11: come and confiscate big companies and everything that has still
- 53:16Speaker 11: helped privately.
- 53:17Speaker 2: No, it's ridiculous, Vincent, great call, thanks for calling. Yeah,
- 53:20Speaker 2: the real problem is in New York City and they's
- 53:23Speaker 2: talking about fifty percent tax if you die. Let's say
- 53:27Speaker 2: it's a seven hundred thousand dollars house, the tax will
- 53:29Speaker 2: be three hundred and fifty thousand. Many many cases, they
- 53:32Speaker 2: wouldn't be able to pass the house along to their kids.
- 53:33Speaker 2: The kids would have to sell it to pay the
- 53:37Speaker 2: inheritance tax. And first of all, they arguing against inheritance tax.
- 53:41Speaker 2: This money's already been taxed when the person earned it,
- 53:44Speaker 2: they paid tax on it. It's already taxed. The money.
- 53:49Speaker 2: Once you pay all the tax and it's yours, it
- 53:50Speaker 2: shouldn't be taxed again. Anyway. It's a crazy, crazy, ridiculous
- 53:55Speaker 2: mom Downie proposal. Hey, when we come back. Jimmy Fayla
- 53:58Speaker 2: on every night at nine here on JOBBA. It's very funny.
- 54:01Speaker 2: We'll talk to Jimmy Taylor next on seven ten wrks.
- 54:06Speaker 1: So marximone show on sevent ten WR.
- 54:11Speaker 2: Well, every night, Jimmy Fayla is on wr nine to midnight.
- 54:15Speaker 2: It's a great show. It's very funny. Nine to midnight
- 54:18Speaker 2: every night on WR Also on Saturday nights, he does
- 54:21Speaker 2: the best late night show in television. It's Saturday nights
- 54:25Speaker 2: at ten on the Fox News Channel with the best
- 54:28Speaker 2: monologue anywhere in television today, Jimmy Fayla, How you doing?
- 54:33Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 54:34Speaker 3: I'm doing.
- 54:34Speaker 6: Man, What a crazy week to be hosting a comedy
- 54:37Speaker 6: show because everybody's always like, you know, are you afraid
- 54:42Speaker 6: you're going to offend people? Nothing I can say is
- 54:45Speaker 6: worse than what mom Donnie's wife is retweeting. So I
- 54:49Speaker 6: feel like I feel like I got a free pass
- 54:52Speaker 6: this week to really pull the goalie.
- 54:53Speaker 3: I mean, those people.
- 54:56Speaker 6: My goodness, gracious.
- 54:57Speaker 9: And I was telling my wife's family this.
- 54:59Speaker 6: I was like, because they wanted to come to the
- 55:01Speaker 6: show this weekend, Like, hey, you know, we would come
- 55:03Speaker 6: to the show, but.
- 55:03Speaker 3: They're a little scared. They've ever been to New York.
- 55:05Speaker 3: They're from Ohio.
- 55:06Speaker 6: And I said, hey, you don't have to worry about
- 55:08Speaker 6: terrorists because they're not on the street. Because the mayor
- 55:11Speaker 6: keeps inviting them to dinner, so you're safe. You can
- 55:13Speaker 6: just come hang out as long as you're not a
- 55:16Speaker 6: door dash person who delivers the Gracie mansion.
- 55:18Speaker 3: You're not going to run into them.
- 55:20Speaker 2: So yeah, his wife, she's on Twitter something about October seventh, yep,
- 55:27Speaker 2: killing babies, raping women, Hamasa that she clicks like on it.
- 55:31Speaker 2: Who would click like on something like that? What would
- 55:34Speaker 2: it take?
- 55:34Speaker 12: Like?
- 55:34Speaker 10: I like?
- 55:35Speaker 2: Yeah, So hey, if now people want to come see
- 55:39Speaker 2: your show, if they want to be in the audience
- 55:41Speaker 2: for the show, you do it on Friday ago. How
- 55:43Speaker 2: did they get the tickets?
- 55:45Speaker 6: Oh, tickets to the show are always free. It's it's
- 55:47Speaker 6: you can get free tickets at Fox Across America dot com,
- 55:52Speaker 6: foxcross America dot com. You sign up, you're gonna meet
- 55:55Speaker 6: a lot of Mark Simone fans because.
- 55:56Speaker 9: They always tell me, hey, I heard you own Simone.
- 56:00Speaker 3: Okay, what's the man?
- 56:00Speaker 10: You know?
- 56:01Speaker 6: Always friendly our people, friends of hours is they say,
- 56:03Speaker 6: at Donnie Brasco. And it's a great crowd. You meet
- 56:06Speaker 6: all the Fox people. You might even get to drag
- 56:09Speaker 6: me out of an Irish pub.
- 56:10Speaker 3: A few hours later.
- 56:11Speaker 9: It's a very it's a very unique TV taping.
- 56:14Speaker 14: Uh.
- 56:15Speaker 6: And it's every Friday night and of course the air
- 56:17Speaker 6: Saturday at ten. Assuming Trump doesn't go bomb Cuba next
- 56:20Speaker 6: and we get bumped.
- 56:21Speaker 3: This weekend.
- 56:22Speaker 2: But it's a very good Friday Friday night date to
- 56:24Speaker 2: take somebody too, because it's exciting, it's it's free too.
- 56:27Speaker 3: You just go to you're gonna laugh. We have.
- 56:31Speaker 6: It's become there's like a couple's thing. There's a couple
- 56:34Speaker 6: of like young Irish couples specifically that I met at
- 56:37Speaker 6: Langan's Bar across the street from Fox that now come
- 56:40Speaker 6: every Friday.
- 56:42Speaker 3: And I don't even know what.
- 56:44Speaker 6: Their professional background is, but they look like models, like
- 56:48Speaker 6: like actual models, and maybe that's what's.
- 56:51Speaker 3: Keeping them in shape. They come see my chubby behind
- 56:54Speaker 3: and it's.
- 56:55Speaker 6: Like a scared straight Do you remember scared straight back
- 56:57Speaker 6: in the day, But they're there. It's like, if you
- 56:59Speaker 6: want it, it's the great You're right to say this.
- 57:01Speaker 6: It's the greatest Friday night date ever.
- 57:03Speaker 3: Because it costs you nothing. You're at a TV show,
- 57:06Speaker 3: which is kind of cool.
- 57:07Speaker 6: And my show is very foreign to the concept of
- 57:10Speaker 6: TV in that we talk to.
- 57:11Speaker 3: You during the commercial break.
- 57:13Speaker 6: We're not stuck up TV people who just keep to
- 57:15Speaker 6: ourselves and like shut up and laugh when we say
- 57:18Speaker 6: something like we actually hang out, you know, the card tricks,
- 57:21Speaker 6: chit chats, Q and a's it gets roudy. Actually you
- 57:24Speaker 6: should come, you know what. I make fun of myself
- 57:26Speaker 6: a lot, but everyone listening should come.
- 57:28Speaker 3: You'd enjoy it.
- 57:28Speaker 2: Yeah, get free tickets. Go to Foxacross America dot com. Hey,
- 57:33Speaker 2: the Oscars, the ratings are way way down. What do
- 57:37Speaker 2: you think that means for the Oscars and for Conan?
- 57:40Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 57:40Speaker 6: I was saying, it's a bad look for Hollywood when
- 57:42Speaker 6: even the ratings are on ozembic, Like you guys are
- 57:46Speaker 6: trying to shrink everything out there, you know what, you know,
- 57:50Speaker 6: I don't delight in this obviously.
- 57:53Speaker 3: You know, we know that a.
- 57:54Speaker 6: Lot of the problem is obviously got a little political.
- 57:57Speaker 6: They alienated a lot of the audience. But I feel
- 57:59Speaker 6: like they're blowing such a good sting. I mean, Hollywood
- 58:03Speaker 6: and it's Heyday at the peak. You know, they were stars,
- 58:07Speaker 6: and they leaned into being stars. They didn't try to,
- 58:10Speaker 6: you know, act aggrieved and complain because nobody wants to
- 58:14Speaker 6: hear the luckiest people.
- 58:15Speaker 3: In the world complain. You know that's who you are
- 58:17Speaker 3: if you're in.
- 58:18Speaker 6: Hollywood, right you pretend to be a fireman and make
- 58:21Speaker 6: twenty million dollars in a movie like you don't have
- 58:24Speaker 6: real problems compared to an actual fireman or a cop
- 58:27Speaker 6: or anybody out there in the real world. And that's
- 58:29Speaker 6: what I think they did wrong, is they started to
- 58:31Speaker 6: embrace this notion that victimhood was currency.
- 58:35Speaker 9: So instead of getting up there and being like, hey.
- 58:37Speaker 6: We hit the genetic lottery, we're gorgeous. We're here wearing
- 58:41Speaker 6: dresses that cost more than your house. This is a
- 58:43Speaker 6: fantasy life. Now they're trying to be like culture warriors,
- 58:47Speaker 6: and nobody wants it, you know. And it's not even
- 58:50Speaker 6: like if they were Republican, we wouldn't want it either.
- 58:52Speaker 3: We just we don't want anything. Just stick to doing if.
- 58:55Speaker 6: You're Hollywood for real, stick to doing what you do best,
- 58:58Speaker 6: which is cocaine.
- 59:01Speaker 2: And what happened to Jimmy Kimmel. He used to be
- 59:03Speaker 2: many years ago a Jimmy fail, a type of a
- 59:06Speaker 2: fun guy. Now he comes out he just looks angry
- 59:08Speaker 2: and bitter and mean. And what happens to me?
- 59:12Speaker 6: I know, I loved it the oscars when he goes America,
- 59:15Speaker 6: doesn't that free speech? I'm like, you're saying that in
- 59:18Speaker 6: America freely if you're not going to jail.
- 59:21Speaker 3: You know that any kind of trouble.
- 59:23Speaker 6: You know, he's definitely a guy who got bit by
- 59:26Speaker 6: that radioactive spider, you know, that anti Trump thing a
- 59:29Speaker 6: lot of people have on the left. And I think
- 59:32Speaker 6: he has a second issue though, when he was on
- 59:34Speaker 6: The Man Show, which was a good funny, you know,
- 59:36Speaker 6: a reverend show, and it was very Sophomorican stupid.
- 59:40Speaker 9: But it was funny, okay, But he got into the.
- 59:42Speaker 6: Habit of wearing black face a lot on that show,
- 59:44Speaker 6: which makes him very cancelable to the modern left. And
- 59:48Speaker 6: I think like Sarah Silverman before him, because he's good
- 59:51Speaker 6: friends with Sarah Silverman. Obviously they both right around like
- 59:55Speaker 6: twenty fourteen twenty fifteen, when they were retroactive firing comics
- 1:00:01Speaker 6: for old jokes. They both suddenly became like militant liberals.
- 1:00:05Speaker 6: So it's almost like a protection racket, like they're literally
- 1:00:08Speaker 6: like making amends with the outrage mom, Like, hey, we'll
- 1:00:12Speaker 6: just attack Trump every time someone hands as the microphone
- 1:00:14Speaker 6: as long as you don't cancel me for dressing up
- 1:00:17Speaker 6: as Karl alone.
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: And that's pretty interesting theory there. That's uh yeah, So
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: are you guys at FOTS, are you very worried about
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: MSNBC with the big new lineup there unveiling.
- 1:00:32Speaker 6: You know what's funny about since she said that, the
- 1:00:34Speaker 6: fact that they're cutting Joe and Mika back by an hour.
- 1:00:37Speaker 6: That was not the network's choice. That was a marriage
- 1:00:40Speaker 6: counselor's choice. Okay, those two people hate each other. Everyone
- 1:00:45Speaker 6: listening to this interview has had a couple over for dinner,
- 1:00:48Speaker 6: and when you answered your front door, you could tell
- 1:00:50Speaker 6: the couple had been screaming at each other in the
- 1:00:52Speaker 6: car the whole way there. That is every time I
- 1:00:55Speaker 6: have ever met Joe and Meda at like a media event,
- 1:00:58Speaker 6: they have that energy. Like these two people were just
- 1:01:01Speaker 6: screaming a minute ago.
- 1:01:03Speaker 3: And so I think for them, less is more.
- 1:01:05Speaker 6: And I obviously you know, as far as the ratings go,
- 1:01:08Speaker 6: less is a lot more.
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: So good move.
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: Yeah, well, I haven't been around them. I think that's
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: their thing. They like being angry. They're always angry, by
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: the way. They always.
- 1:01:19Speaker 6: Don't ever forget. They called Trump Hitler for ten years,
- 1:01:22Speaker 6: and then when Trump won reelection, they knocked on Hitler's
- 1:01:25Speaker 6: door and asked to be friends. Is there anything funnier?
- 1:01:28Speaker 6: You know, there's no shame left in the media. It's like,
- 1:01:31Speaker 6: remember this Mark, how much time did we spend about
- 1:01:34Speaker 6: the Democrats?
- 1:01:35Speaker 3: And Michelle Obama was the most recent one to do.
- 1:01:37Speaker 6: It, to say, oh, America is too misogynistic for a
- 1:01:39Speaker 6: female president.
- 1:01:40Speaker 3: I'm not gonna run.
- 1:01:42Speaker 6: And now they're literally telling us we can have voter
- 1:01:44Speaker 6: id because women.
- 1:01:45Speaker 9: Are too stupid to figure it out.
- 1:01:47Speaker 6: I'm like, pick a lane.
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: Yeah, speaking of first ladies, Joe Biden's got a book
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: coming out. Will you be reading that?
- 1:01:57Speaker 6: Yeah, The Idiot's Guide to Elder Abuse.
- 1:02:00Speaker 9: It's in the self help section.
- 1:02:04Speaker 3: It's in the self You got a lot of choices
- 1:02:06Speaker 3: this year.
- 1:02:07Speaker 6: Okay, you got the Jaill thing, and then you've got
- 1:02:09Speaker 6: those historic Joe's got a book.
- 1:02:11Speaker 3: Coming out written entirely in auto pen. And you know, as.
- 1:02:15Speaker 6: I've been telling you everybody at Fox, Trash is the
- 1:02:17Speaker 6: Kamala Harris book. But it is historic because it's the
- 1:02:20Speaker 6: only book that began in chapter eleven.
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: I mean, come on, we're almost out of time. But Mayor, Mom, Donnie,
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: he's easing up on the e bikes. It's not going
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: to be no more criminal anything. Would you say that's
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: one of the biggest threats to anybody walking around New York.
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: Those e bikes, ea, scooters, all that stuff.
- 1:02:40Speaker 3: Yes, we're all living in the video game Frogger.
- 1:02:43Speaker 6: Okay, because it's not just trying to cross the street,
- 1:02:46Speaker 6: they're on the sidewalk, they're going the wrong way in traffic.
- 1:02:50Speaker 6: The bike lanes are obviously a suggestion.
- 1:02:52Speaker 9: And by the way, those bike lanes were originally.
- 1:02:55Speaker 6: Justified because they said we'd have less emissions. They said, well,
- 1:02:57Speaker 6: you know, we cut down on.
- 1:02:58Speaker 9: The car lanes, more people, bikes, less pollution.
- 1:03:01Speaker 6: There's not a guy pedaling in the whole city. Every
- 1:03:04Speaker 6: one of those bikes has an engine, and all of
- 1:03:07Speaker 6: that congestion was.
- 1:03:08Speaker 3: Caused by them, and now they're banging us a tax
- 1:03:10Speaker 3: for it.
- 1:03:10Speaker 9: It's absurd, But mom, Donnie doesn't care.
- 1:03:12Speaker 6: I think like he likes the chaos man. It's like
- 1:03:15Speaker 6: the Broadway play the producers. He's trying to tank the
- 1:03:18Speaker 6: play and collect insurance money. There's no other way to
- 1:03:21Speaker 6: describe it.
- 1:03:22Speaker 3: He's zorn biali stock. That's weird.
- 1:03:25Speaker 2: That could be. Hey, we'll just about out of time.
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: Jimmy failos on every night on WR nine to midnight.
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: It's a great show. What do you have on tonight?
- 1:03:33Speaker 8: Show?
- 1:03:34Speaker 6: WHOA We're getting a return engagement from Byron Donalds, who
- 1:03:37Speaker 6: is in the lead to be the next governor of Florida.
- 1:03:41Speaker 6: And we're supposedly going to be able to get Kennedy
- 1:03:43Speaker 6: out of the Blondie Stone in time for her interview.
- 1:03:45Speaker 6: So wish me luck with that, Eddy Byron Donalds Tonight,
- 1:03:48Speaker 6: We're excited.
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: Tonight on wo R nine to midnight, and make sure
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: you watch his Saturday night show on the Fox News channels,
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: best late night show on TV. Saturday Night's at ten.
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: And where do you go to get the tickets if
- 1:03:58Speaker 2: you want to be in the studio audio?
- 1:04:00Speaker 6: Oh, you want to come to a japing Foxacross America
- 1:04:03Speaker 6: dot com.
- 1:04:04Speaker 9: Cheapest date in Manhattan. It's also it really is the
- 1:04:06Speaker 9: best dates.
- 1:04:07Speaker 6: And I've told so many jokes about my wife. You
- 1:04:09Speaker 6: might have a shot with her if it comes solo,
- 1:04:11Speaker 6: So no wrong way to do it.
- 1:04:13Speaker 2: Fox across America dot com. And listen tonight Jimmy Fayla
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: nine to midnight on w R. Jimmy Fayla, thanks for
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: being with us.

- 1:04:26Speaker 2: right after the News at noon. Then you got the

- 1:04:32Speaker 2: to six, and don't forget Curtis is back. He's on
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: w R every morning with Larry Minty six to ten
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: on wo RR. Well, Hey Fetterman, I love John Fetterman.
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: He was asked about the Democratic Party what they stand for.
- 1:04:53Speaker 10: Who do you think leads the Democratic Party today?
- 1:04:56Speaker 15: Oh, we don't. We don't have one. I think the TDS.
- 1:05:01Speaker 15: I think that's the leader right now. You know, right
- 1:05:03Speaker 15: now our party is governed by the TDS. And now
- 1:05:09Speaker 15: it's made it virtually impossible without being punished as a
- 1:05:12Speaker 15: Democrat to agree something's good or I agree with the
- 1:05:16Speaker 15: other side.
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: Interesting, it's all Trump the arrangement syndrome. That's the whole party. Now, hey,
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: we're out of time. This is today. This is the
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: final day of winter, tomorrow, first day of spring. So

- 1:05:33Speaker 2: with me tomorrow ten to noon. See you then seven
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: to ten. WR
