- 0:50Welcome back. We are at episode 15.
- 0:56I want to start off with thanking all the new listeners
- 1:00and subscribers. Those both on Facebook and our
- 1:03podcast platforms. We definitely appreciate you.
- 1:07I thank you. Your input is always welcome.
- 1:11I think tonight we went ahead and decided early on that we are
- 1:14titling. This episode at the aftermath
- 1:17after probably a good majority. 30 of people received their 4241
- 1:23Asia yesterday. I know quite a few offices,
- 1:26probably won't get them till tomorrow and management comes
- 1:28back in and it's definitely been a mixed amongst the social
- 1:35media. I have seen definitely more
- 1:37towards the negative than the positive.
- 1:40But on that note tonight, we've got Bill and Josh and James with
- 1:44us again and Josh. How you doing?
- 1:48How did you fare out? Art Birdwell I gained two
- 1:56standard hours but I was already a 48, so I didn't gain any
- 2:02money. I just I gained more time that
- 2:05they can cut for me. When they finally do cuts.
- 2:10In my office, talk from the chatter, I heard two people went
- 2:15down three hours. The other ones I've talked to
- 2:19pretty much stayed the same. Another one went down one hour.
- 2:25so, I hear ya my office. I'm going to say it was kind of
- 2:33mixed. My Ox wrote didn't really change
- 2:36my standard hours, had a minimal change went from 16, .19 to 15
- 2:42.58. So I'm still a 16-hour Ochsner
- 2:46out. Are 43 kpov Route, 93 Miles. 478
- 2:54boxes to take a three-hour cut down to a 4, R TK, he's not
- 2:59happy. Trust me, our 48k us of what 47
- 3:07K. So, she was fine with that.
- 3:09I think she had said it had just recently gone back down to a
- 3:1147k. So she stayed the same are two
- 3:1642k routes. Both went to forty five.
- 3:19K's And our 40. We had to 42 J routes one, went
- 3:26to a 45 J and the other a 44h. Now that one was the pad at her
- 3:33out. So I knew that was going to go
- 3:35back down to an H, it's because it didn't have any business
- 3:38being a j and outside of that. That's how my office fared Bill.
- 3:45Did you get any news? well, I don't know about news
- 3:49because, you know, even though it was my day off being the
- 3:53local Steward, my phone blew up and I'm telling you, We don't
- 4:01get paid enough, you little shit words.
- 4:05I know the normal day normal day, my thumb doesn't go below a
- 4:1050 percent charge. Yeah, me using it, from whatever
- 4:13reason, you know, phone or music or sports with a.
- 4:17But I'll tell you what, it started at 7:30 in the morning,
- 4:21and it didn't stop until 8:00 10:00 last night, that and then
- 4:26in between that and watching a grandson overnight Friday night,
- 4:30And Saturday by time 9:00 came came.
- 4:34I didn't even need a glass of Crown Royal to go to sleep
- 4:37because people were pissed. Then that's just being mild
- 4:43about it. The ones that lost were the ones
- 4:47that, you know, made the comments.
- 4:50Oh, I don't give a fuck about that or I don't even and, and
- 4:54the other ones were, you know, didn't pay attention.
- 4:57And they said, see this many mail survey was was bogus.
- 5:01And I said, it's not the mini mail survey.
- 5:04It's the two years before, when I've been telling you to do
- 5:09everything on the scans, the pay To enter the information.
- 5:14It's the year-long preceding. This is what your evaluation
- 5:18was. So if you didn't do what I've
- 5:20been telling you for two years that's on you. well, I didn't
- 5:25know and folks if I had enough hair to pull out, I would but I
- 5:33don't want to hear that. I don't want to hear that.
- 5:37I have witnesses to say Bill's been up there at every moment.
- 5:41Telling you what you need to do and you didn't pay attention.
- 5:45It's your paycheck and you just screwed yourselves.
- 5:52And the mini ramp. Yeah.
- 5:57It's I had to explain to the one carrier that went from a.j. to
- 6:04an H. The difference.
- 6:06She's like so I lose my DACA day because she was working six days
- 6:10a week and I was like, yes, you don't get to take a Deca
- 6:13anymore, on that one day, because now you have to work six
- 6:17days a week. I said, but you went from a 42
- 6:20to a 44. So I had to get out the, the pay
- 6:25table and show. Or yeah.
- 6:29Yeah. And of course, my one POV wrote
- 6:35that drop three hours and Yeah, I yeah.
- 6:41And I know where a lot of that came from.
- 6:45It's just trying to get them the carriers to understand the
- 6:50difference in. The standards.
- 6:55I mean when you're going from 2 minutes, a box on an out, route
- 6:59to one point two minutes a box that's an hour-and-a-half cut on
- 7:03that route right then. And there we're open that right
- 7:07off the bat was like 95 minutes because I was I said how many
- 7:09box I was doing the math with him tonight?
- 7:12As I was as he was reading me is 42 41 M and I'm going through
- 7:16the wrecks comparison, 42, 41, M, and trying to explain to him
- 7:20what these are and And I said, in your drive speed.
- 7:25I said, yeah, that's where your loss was.
- 7:28Was that that has him at 68% coverage?
- 7:32so, Unfortunately, it's not a heavy route.
- 7:38It never has been it. Probably never will be.
- 7:41And unfortunately, it's at this point unless there are some
- 7:46discrepancies that we can find when I have the stuff in hand
- 7:50looking at it with my eyeballs. Then you know I don't know where
- 7:55we'll go from there. It's definitely been
- 7:58interesting. James, how did you make out?
- 8:03So, it's going to be quite interesting for me tomorrow.
- 8:11Yes, and I'm already not looking forward to going into work
- 8:15tomorrow. I'm the heaviest day of the week
- 8:18and having everybody complaining about them losing hours in this
- 8:21and that. The other thing in my office,
- 8:24one route went up two hours. And that was our littlest.
- 8:30Ox route went up two hours. We knew it was going to go up,
- 8:33no matter what kind of count we had, just because of the mail
- 8:35volume, it had ever since they formed it, but now it's finally
- 8:39official that is gone up to Towers the other Ox route went
- 8:43down. Five hours.
- 8:47Whoa. Went from a 39 to a 34.
- 8:54And my route stayed the same. I'm still a 42k on mine.
- 9:02So five day work week in my office of the remaining nine
- 9:10routes in my office. I think it was if I recall one
- 9:18of them went to an h / McKay. Four of them went to AJ from,
- 9:26okay, including ones that were almost 48k.
- 9:31And just like you guys have been saying, I had one guy tell me
- 9:37straight up to my face when I told them you got to start doing
- 9:40these games because it's your money.
- 9:42He said they told me I had to do the six cans, that's all I'm
- 9:45paid for. So, that's all I'm doing.
- 9:47Well, they The Roosters come into wrote The Roosters.
- 9:51Come into home, know if, unfortunately, the thing and the
- 9:57one that went to an H route is the one.
- 9:59I feel the worst for Back when this first started, I actually
- 10:04put on my own training. I borrowed the fire department's
- 10:08conference room and put on a training there for anybody that
- 10:12wanted to attend. It was off the books, no
- 10:15management approval, no Union approval.
- 10:18And I wanted our carriers to know about it.
- 10:20I had three regular carriers and one sub show up out of nine
- 10:27regular carriers. and at the time, Seven Subs, So, I had 16
- 10:36people that could have gotten this training at even before it
- 10:41went live. And only four of them showed up.
- 10:45Well, the 18 route is one of the carriers that showed up to my
- 10:48training. She always asked questions, you
- 10:50always ask how she should input stuff, but her route is in a
- 10:55subdivision. They replace the mailboxes in
- 10:58the subdivision and 90% of her package is now fit in their
- 11:02mailboxes. And that's one of the big things
- 11:05that cost her a lot of time because she no longer gets the
- 11:09distance from the mailbox to the park point and from the park
- 11:12Point walking Line to the door. Those distances, add up big
- 11:17time. You know, my route being a 42 K
- 11:21is number one, a miracle that I did not get cut because I
- 11:27figured I would I didn't expect to go up.
- 11:30I didn't expect to stay the same.
- 11:31I expected to go down like everybody else, but to be told,
- 11:34I'm staying the same and I'm not doing any extra scans.
- 11:39Need to be need to pad my route or anything like that.
- 11:42I was completely. As with all my scans and somehow
- 11:46I was able to stay a 42. Now, I don't know why everybody
- 11:52else is going down in my office. When I know some of the routes
- 11:57should stay up with the volumes that they have and some of the
- 11:59routes should go down with the volumes they had.
- 12:03The one that said Jay route, one of the message, a route got cut
- 12:06from a 48 with a massive cut. He should probably be an H route
- 12:12now. But he only went down to a.j.
- 12:15and I'm thinking that there's so much variability here with his
- 12:19route and the aux route that went down because that's where
- 12:23his boxes went to that. I'm thinking that because of
- 12:27this last year and the routes only being cotton within the
- 12:30last three months that there's Is your volume still sitting on
- 12:34that route from the 52 weeks that hasn't been taken off?
- 12:39And the same on the ox route. There's residual of lower amount
- 12:43still on there and that's why it got cut.
- 12:46Unfortunately, we don't have the numbers to back it up.
- 12:49We don't have the paperwork to back it up.
- 12:52And there's a lot of questions on these papers that I'm going
- 12:56to have to answer on Monday that I'm going to have to say.
- 12:59I can't answer them because I don't have the information and
- 13:03nobody can get it for me. And that's the worst feeling in
- 13:07the world is that I can't get the information.
- 13:11I'm fine with saying, I don't know, but I could find out when
- 13:14I have to say, I don't know, and I can't find out.
- 13:18That's what upsets me in the steward.
- 13:20I don't know about you, guys. How do you feel about that?
- 13:25Well, alright not her fault either.
- 13:33Well, I'll blame the Dr. Then I can't then their fault.
- 13:37They've done their job happened. They they've been completely
- 13:40transparent. They were fully trained
- 13:44professional. Yeah.
- 13:45And efficient large the Gill giving us the information when
- 13:49we needed what we needed and don't forget.
- 13:52They also took the time to train us all on it too.
- 13:54Yes. They even paid us to go to
- 13:56training member. Yes.
- 13:57Yeah I think I can do remember that.
- 14:00I think I was drunk that day. And I know, I know in Michigan,
- 14:06specifically. I mean, we had a couple
- 14:10different trainings but even the national office put on a
- 14:15steward, Zoom Q&A for us. So yes, they did.
- 14:20So that is with the Union. The problem with the Union on
- 14:23that, is that they gave it to union members.
- 14:26Only there wasn't anything for the non-union members.
- 14:31It was done through paying members.
- 14:34So they could get that information and the only way to
- 14:37get that information is either through a third party or through
- 14:41management management is not going to give you the completely
- 14:43right? Answer on that.
- 14:45They're going to tell you whatever's best for management.
- 14:47Like not counting accounting album through the mini mail
- 14:51survey Man's me even though you're right answers when they
- 14:55don't let it right answers. Yes.
- 14:57Oh exactly. So there was properly.
- 15:01I mean it goes honestly, I think anybody to blame on anything
- 15:06when it comes to the training in general, and not having the
- 15:11information lay solely on the postal, outlay solely on postal
- 15:16headquarters, Yes, because they were told in Arabic for a stone
- 15:21that they were required to, to train the carrier's on this and
- 15:25they completely failed in that portion of the arbitration.
- 15:29The union has stated multiple times through all these
- 15:31trainings that were not supposed to put this on, but nobody else
- 15:35is doing it. It's more likely that trainer is
- 15:46a union member, but it's the post office is paid by the post
- 15:53office to do the training. The man that was for management,
- 15:59The Strain the carrier's? Yes.
- 16:03All right. Well, I can tell you in at least
- 16:05in North Carolina. The avrs all went to offices and
- 16:10conducted the Rex training because they knew management was
- 16:15a, you know, on top of it. So oh, I'm the one that did it.
- 16:18Of course, I started to study office.
- 16:20So I was already somewhat familiar with everything and it
- 16:23was just getting re familiarized with the changes that they added
- 16:27scans and the scans, I don't want her dead from when I had
- 16:30first started, right? And so I kind of took over, not
- 16:34fully the training, but jointly with Management in my office,
- 16:37And you know I made sure everybody had all the handouts.
- 16:41I print out one copy management would print copies for everybody
- 16:45including the 99 page Rex comprehensive guide.
- 16:48She made sure every carrier in my office had a copy of that.
- 16:53Well that's a good on her guide is I I printed off?
- 17:03Yeah I got it off. One copy, she took it, she took
- 17:07the copy that I printed off and brought in and ran copies for
- 17:10every carrier in the office. So there should have been one in
- 17:13every case and then she had one for herself as well.
- 17:17That way she could see what was going on.
- 17:24Yeah. See I am in my office.
- 17:28About that halfway through we got into having to do the
- 17:32mapping. When they first opened up the
- 17:35mapping, I turned around and I said, I'll be I'll be the
- 17:38facilitator as the Union steward.
- 17:40I'll be the facilitator, you know.
- 17:42Somebody has to be a facilitator.
- 17:44Not just management. I didn't trust management.
- 17:47No offense to my management. I have great management, but I
- 17:52have to make sure the carrier's, get it right?
- 17:53And so I offered to be the facilitator, I learned
- 17:57everything I could. About it.
- 17:59I learned out the whole 99 page manual.
- 18:02Everything I was working with management and eventually it got
- 18:05to the point where my postmaster turn around.
- 18:07So if you have any questions on this stuff, ask James because
- 18:12James is gone through all this stuff, James knows.
- 18:14All these things I asked him about it.
- 18:16He knows what he's doing. Even our OJ, I doesn't know as
- 18:21much about this system as I do in this.
- 18:23In this situation. It's not a knock on her.
- 18:26She has a lot of work to do with it.
- 18:27Okay. I Why is it is?
- 18:29And you know that to Kristen isn't OJ.
- 18:31I that there's a lot that I know GI has to do on top of you being
- 18:33a steward, know that other stuff.
- 18:35But yeah I hold those three of those hats in my office.
- 18:46Yeah. Well you know exactly how hard
- 18:49it is to cross between all three of those as it is and our
- 18:54office. I mean a lot of the people were
- 18:55just doing the bare minimum that they could.
- 18:58Good. And then also on the other side
- 19:00of it, there's another part that a lot of people did not realize
- 19:03actually affects this and didn't notice it and that was early.
- 19:09Work working off, the clock has affected your Rex score and it
- 19:15doesn't matter how you do it or what you do.
- 19:18If you go in early and you are not clocked in, you are not
- 19:22affecting your Rec score. If you are clocked in and
- 19:26working, you are affecting your Rec score.
- 19:29And here's another side to that, a lot of management is telling
- 19:32people not to punch in until your start time, and that is a
- 19:37falsity, a lot of people who are being forced to punch in late
- 19:44and being late is a discipline arable offense, being less than
- 19:505 minutes. Early is legal under the Postal
- 19:55operations manual. You have a five minute leeway
- 19:59and you can punch in early. I'm looking for carriers and
- 20:05other officers that are being told this, because I'm looking
- 20:08at filing a class action against postal management for putting
- 20:12this out there, because it's a violation of the postal
- 20:15operations manual. So, I'm working on that right
- 20:18now because it's not, right? And you should be able to punch
- 20:22in a little bit early on the clock instead of punching it in
- 20:25exactly 8:00 or whatever your start time is or even a minute
- 20:29or two after. It's not right?
- 20:32And it shouldn't be happening. I guess someone grieved about
- 20:39people, work coming in early and working.
- 20:41So, the 204 B now won't even let her some work on floor.
- 20:47I'll go to my come in and go to my case and take my coat off,
- 20:51just like because it's still not touching anything.
- 21:00To stay a while. Yeah, so yeah.
- 21:04Our start time is 8:30 and they posted something be a Saturday
- 21:11or Friday. Saying, start times will be
- 21:14eight, am starting on the 8th so they didn't tell us that was
- 21:19always City. They just said, start times will
- 21:22be 8 a.m. So, I will be there at 8:00 a.m.
- 21:25on Saturday and that's Management's discretion.
- 21:30Well, The postmaster put out, we were the last one.
- 21:36My station was the last one, any all in the Charlotte Post Office
- 21:42to go to eat 30, which was almost a year.
- 21:44After the Postmaster said, H star X will be 8:30 because they
- 21:49kept not changing our 42 40s. So, every time I gave him like
- 21:57that first Saturday, they said it's going to affect Saturday.
- 22:008:30, I show up at 8:30, Saturday, and it's still.
- 22:06So 7:30, so I would continue coming in at 7:30, So, and
- 22:13that's, and we got to talk about all these other carriers that
- 22:16are being affected by this. And what the union is doing for
- 22:20them, he's a union is doing what they're supposed to.
- 22:25When it comes to this, they have filed a step Four Agreements on
- 22:29this, which is the highest grievance they can file and that
- 22:35is too. Force the Postal Service to
- 22:39release the numbers. Because they haven't whole time
- 22:44and an unfair labor charge. I'll get to that.
- 22:47And the reason why they're filing that right now is because
- 22:52they've had step for us for this before but they're doing it at
- 22:55every instance that they can legally do.
- 23:01So when they first announced they were going to do them in
- 23:03email. Survey they filed a step for for
- 23:05now releasing the numbers when they finish them in email survey
- 23:10in announced that the route That are going down routes are going
- 23:13up and so on and so forth, they filed another one for it.
- 23:16Now they've also filed a labor charge for this very thing and
- 23:22they've also filed for a moratorium for 60 days on the
- 23:26route evaluations until the Postal Service can release the
- 23:29numbers. Now whether the Information and
- 23:38verify it so that way, yeah, it won't go into effect until they
- 23:42get an answer from the post office.
- 23:46So the post office drags it, drags its feet and holds off
- 23:50until the X-Men email survey, it'll be 60 days after the next
- 23:54mini mail survey, if they release the numbers just as the
- 23:57mini mail survey starts, 60 days from that point.
- 24:02And therein lies the problem because of the fact that, as of
- 24:06September that the union was saying that there was no
- 24:10transparency from the post office on the numbers.
- 24:13They were given an additional six months to provide that
- 24:16transparency and here we are to let you know, seven months
- 24:20later. There's still no transparency.
- 24:23And we're looking down the barrel of a gun for to that
- 24:26almost 70%. Of 70% of the royal craft is
- 24:29looking down the barrel of a gun.
- 24:31Basically. Yeah when you have carriers
- 24:34taking three to twenty thousand dollars, three thousand and
- 24:39twenty thousand dollars a year, pay cuts.
- 24:43I mean come on people. When you have yeah I'm gonna
- 24:48walk away. It's dropping H routes.
- 24:53Yes, yes, I mean what's going to go from 40 46 to 48, dropping
- 24:58down to 40. Mmm.
- 25:01What's going to happen there? Before these formula offices?
- 25:05That had all these K ropes, that are no J&H roaches, and what's
- 25:09going to happen to these pts because contractually a PT f is
- 25:12supposed to be a scientist at least two 25k routes.
- 25:16And now, if you don't have K, right Leon fear off yeah, to 25k
- 25:20routes per string for a PTF. And now While the key routes are
- 25:24gone, what's going to happen and in there isn't there isn't even
- 25:29a provision in the contract. For if the offices drop all
- 25:33their queiroz for pts, there is no there is no recourse for
- 25:37them. The only thing they would have
- 25:40is if there's other formula offices within 50 miles that
- 25:43they can bid on or District bid, they can even go for a national
- 25:47bit and move out of state or something for a PT F position,
- 25:50so within 50 miles of their office, basically.
- 25:53That they can bid in how many, how many are we going to
- 25:56actually lose in that situation on the PTF side?
- 26:00Not to mention the RCA side of these offices that had 1K route
- 26:07or had their own K, route on a Saturday and a k route on a
- 26:11Monday that they were running and then whatever they covered
- 26:13throughout the week. Now, if you have J routes in the
- 26:18offices will be working two routes, every pay period instead
- 26:22of one on a Saturday and then what happens to their Monday.
- 26:26If there's no K routes to work a Monday.
- 26:28Well, now, they're only working Saturday and maybe Amazon
- 26:30Sunday, if they have an Amazon Sunday, we like a my office, 28
- 26:37roads mean. Yes and yes.
- 26:46At this point in time are entitled to a leave replacement
- 26:50actually even in how many leaper place is the only going to work
- 26:53on here. Yeah, I when I first transferred
- 26:56into my office, I transferred in on an 8th route, the carrier at
- 27:00the time was out on owcp. She came back three weeks in
- 27:04after I transferred in over the first time ever, in my life, I
- 27:09had to pay checks that were zero.
- 27:13You know I love that so but an intro I know how that goes.
- 27:19Yeah, then we're looking at we're going to lose Subs.
- 27:22That were working three days a week and making, okay, money to
- 27:27subset of working one day a week now, which is, of course, only
- 27:30guarantee on teh routes one day a week.
- 27:34JWoww's one day, every two weeks HR us, you're only guaranteed to
- 27:38work with the carrier's off. And we're going to lose those
- 27:42subs because going to go off and work at McDonald's or Walmart or
- 27:46someplace else where they make a dollar or two an hour less, but
- 27:50they'll get more hours and then you have the regulars who are
- 27:55used to working five days a week doing six hours a day, going to
- 28:00six days a week, working five hours a day.
- 28:05We're getting paid 5 hours a day.
- 28:08And they're going to not be happy, they're going to quit.
- 28:11What are we going to do the subsequent?
- 28:12We are going to quit first before the regular do then the
- 28:15regulars are going to quit. There's no substance fill those
- 28:17positions. Now we've got even more route,
- 28:18sitting empty. You've already have.
- 28:23Ribbon new trying to get rid of the table one employees because
- 28:27we make too much. The thing is is that the
- 28:30employee the ones that they're going to push out is going to be
- 28:32the table too. It's gonna be the table to
- 28:36table. Canada.
- 28:36More likely to quit. Yes, Yeah, it's table.
- 28:43Two is going to walk out and then table ones are going to be
- 28:45Alice left. You're going to have carriers
- 28:47that were on table one, that our work until they're 80 years old.
- 28:50Because they can't retire because they don't want to leave
- 28:52their route abandoned because they have too much pride in
- 28:54their job, to leave the route abandoned, they're going to die
- 28:57in the in their postal truck. From old age out there on the
- 29:02route mics not on with us at the moment.
- 29:05I'm not sure if he's going to jump in or not but he just made
- 29:08an announcement and I want to put this out for everybody
- 29:10that's in the mid states. Conference region.
- 29:14If you are still interested in registering in attending mid
- 29:17states in Wichita, Kansas the first weekend of May the you can
- 29:22still register, they are going to keep the PO Box open until
- 29:27May 1st. So I'm just going to put that up
- 29:29for you guys. Anybody that still interested in
- 29:33registering to attend mid states, you have until May 1st.
- 29:38I'm going to say the last day of April to be safe.
- 29:42You get that mailed in. The PO Box will stay open until
- 29:44the first of me. Alright, go ahead.
- 29:49Sorry about that. I just want to put that out
- 29:51there because I know I'm definitely looking forward to
- 29:54going now. Because I think now that
- 29:56evaluations of come out, it's going to be quite interesting at
- 30:02mid states. And what you were saying
- 30:06earlier, you know, but a bit ago about h four outs entitled,
- 30:09you're having a sub. Yeah.
- 30:12And all the subs that are now on each routes that were Jays are
- 30:15caves are not going to be happy because now they're only work in
- 30:18that one week a year. If there's no other work in the
- 30:21office, it's not right there. We're people were looking for,
- 30:30that's exactly the ideal job. They were looking for was one
- 30:34day a week or less sort of become a sub for the Pope's
- 30:40office to get that where you had to cover the station.
- 30:46You could still go to whatever job that, you know, if they had
- 30:48another job, they could still go to that without having to worry.
- 30:52Yeah, they separate, you know, it was difficult, it was getting
- 30:55that foot in the door when this used to be quiet.
- 30:58I mean, this just be quite the coveted job and I remember, you
- 31:01know, it's only been, just over eight years for me, but I, you
- 31:05know, I all the time if people want who did, you know, to get
- 31:08in there? How did, how did, you know?
- 31:10It was one of those things you used to be weightless, mile long
- 31:13to get into the post office. Now we can't get help to save
- 31:16our lives. We've got regular carriers, who
- 31:19are getting so fed up now that our if they haven't already will
- 31:23probably be leaving sooner than they had anticipated to start
- 31:27with. We already have droughts in some
- 31:30areas that are already full time routes that are going up to be
- 31:34hired off the street because it's bounce back and forth
- 31:38between local and District bidding and nobody's taking
- 31:41them. I think right there should
- 31:44prompt a resolution to a lot of national bidding.
- 31:50Or how about 15? PT F positions in our area and
- 31:55only seven were filled. But that goes back to
- 32:00management, not doing everything they can to hire people.
- 32:03Either. My office is put in for a sub
- 32:06for the last two years with district and they'll post it for
- 32:11three days every two or three months.
- 32:15And for those three days it's, you know, I I go out and I put
- 32:19it on all the local social media pages.
- 32:20When I find out, it's put up but to get people in the door and
- 32:24stuff like that. Given him three days to apply is
- 32:28not working. You need to keep them open and
- 32:30they're not doing that. Now the other side of this is
- 32:33with this these new evaluations you've got carriers.
- 32:36I know carriers that have actually gone out and when they
- 32:40saw their evaluation, they threw their badge and their keys on
- 32:43the desk and walk out the door, if their office And guess what?
- 32:46That's a resignation. Yeah that's in a voluntary
- 32:51resignation and your Steward is not going to be having an easy
- 32:57time of getting your job back. When you just voluntarily
- 33:00resigned in your anger towards your numbers that you got in
- 33:04through your badge and your keys on the desk, you abandoned your
- 33:08job and you voluntarily resigned.
- 33:11Yeah, out of haste. I know because I put our R&D are
- 33:15put an email blast out about that is, you know, It, I get
- 33:22weird, I get the anger in the animosity.
- 33:27I mean, these are, this is, this is everybody's livelihood and I
- 33:31completely understand that, you know, yes, I'm still in RCA, I
- 33:36am the next one to go regular. I will be regular as either just
- 33:42before the next mini mail survey or as the new evaluations take
- 33:46effect for the many mail survey it's going to fall in right in
- 33:49that. That right in that timeframe is
- 33:51that route that I am looking at taking still going to be a 45k
- 33:55in October? I don't know. but it's You know,
- 34:01I get this, this is people's livelihoods, this is, this is
- 34:04their money. This is what we, you know, house
- 34:09payments, car payments, kids colleges, you know, all that
- 34:14stuff. It's our life living paycheck to
- 34:17paycheck. Yeah.
- 34:18If you're living paycheck to paycheck, you're going to have
- 34:20to decide what bills you pay with each paycheck and what
- 34:24foods you eat for that next two weeks, because you're going to
- 34:28have to decide what's most important.
- 34:31When your bills come up because you're sitting there and talking
- 34:34about, you know, people who lost to to 13 thousand dollars a year
- 34:40and that could be their car payments.
- 34:43That could be their their utility bills.
- 34:45That could be the food, they put in their fridge, that could be
- 34:49the clothes on their kids back. I could be there more in the
- 34:51post office, just thank ya, just cost them all.
- 34:54I mean, yeah, our kids college tuition.
- 34:57I mean, it could be, could be their own College.
- 35:00Tuition. I mean, it's It you know, as I
- 35:06understand they're trying to push off the table once, but the
- 35:10ones that are actually going to affect our the table to stable
- 35:12to is already making 8,500 to fifteen thousand dollars a year,
- 35:17less than table ones. Those are the ones that are
- 35:20going to walk out the door. Uh-huh, and folks, let me put
- 35:26this in there. The most drastic thing that I've
- 35:32seen in my office and, and, and I've heard from other offices.
- 35:37Is the lack of involvement between a regular carrier and
- 35:42their sub when they're training them and you don't understand.
- 35:49I am a sub, a very good stuff that I trained and I put the
- 35:52time the effort I'm available. When I'm off, I'm available in
- 35:56the evenings, like I said, yesterday was my dropped day?
- 36:00My phone started at 7:30 in the morning.
- 36:02It didn't stop till 8:00 at night.
- 36:05What you put into the job and that includes training your sub
- 36:09correctly, is what you get back out of it.
- 36:13And my sub would call me up and say, well, I have this box
- 36:16holder is it addressed? Yes.
- 36:18Okay it's not a box holder that, you know does it say wsh on
- 36:23there? No.
- 36:24Okay. Then you can put it under the
- 36:25WSS, but what if it has wsh you're not allowed to put them
- 36:29in which I believe to be unfair, but it's another discussion.
- 36:35But if you don't put the effort into training your sub right,
- 36:39guess what? You're going to get screwed and
- 36:42the subs going to get screwed. I actually had a conversation
- 36:47with a couple of friends of mine that are adrs and they both said
- 36:53they can't authorize it on the union side but they said it's
- 36:58carrier discretion on the wsh and the rule of thumb would be
- 37:0280% coverage is what they said would be 80% of your active
- 37:06boxes for coverage to put it as a WSS but that is not coming
- 37:10from the union and that's why I'm not naming who they are.
- 37:13That I've talked to It is a suggestion to carriers if they
- 37:17wish to add a little bit of numbers to it that it won't
- 37:21affect it. But if you're putting WSS and
- 37:24every single day or putting two or three or four of them in
- 37:28every single day, it's going to throw a red flag.
- 37:31But if this one every couple of weeks, they're not going to say
- 37:34anything, it's going to be looked over.
- 37:38Well, that that would be Be the steward of mine that the Union's
- 37:46Towing on that. And somebody I'm not going to
- 37:51mention Myself by name suggested that if you're if you're getting
- 37:56eow sh and it's covering 60 to 70% of your route one day and
- 38:03then two days later, you get another one's covering 60, 70 %
- 38:06of your route. You've now created a WSS Because
- 38:11you now have a hundred fifty percent of your route covered.
- 38:14And if your finger slipped on that on that entry, you know, I
- 38:19would understand but I can't condone that.
- 38:22Exactly. It's carrier discretion on all
- 38:25of these scans, we can't tell you, whether you should or
- 38:29shouldn't put them in but you should think about what what
- 38:32would you think it'd be worth on your route when you actually
- 38:36look at? It's the same as with the
- 38:39letters versus Flats when we did them in email survey, you know
- 38:42when in doubt, if you think it's too big to be a letter, then
- 38:46it's a flat. You don't have to think about.
- 38:48You don't have to use a ruler or any of that stuff.
- 38:51But some carriers still use a ruler.
- 38:53They want to be as honest as possible, and that's perfectly
- 38:56fine. But again, it's carrier
- 38:59discretion on all of this stuff. You know, how many times do we
- 39:09don't know what I had when I was in there.
- 39:11It just went off. Exactly.
- 39:16The scanners aren't accurate. So we don't have to be accurate
- 39:19either but doesn't seem that the wsh was created to actually
- 39:25robbed us. Because when I get a wshh my
- 39:31address is of 639 addresses and it seems like a legal way for
- 39:37them to the rhombus. And it should be counted with
- 39:41your bundled Flats. It should be counted with your
- 39:45bundle flag. Notice I said, should not, it
- 39:47would should be counted. Well we don't know that.
- 39:50Then again we have the numbers. Exactly.
- 39:55It all goes back to. We don't have the numbers and
- 39:58then also the Ws. Huh.
- 39:59Splat technically should be counted for your route from the
- 40:05shipper but again, it's not because we don't have the
- 40:09numbers. Hours, everything you think?
- 40:13It would be counted unless you have an actual number on it like
- 40:16an end of run report which even before the started you could get
- 40:20your DPS numbers in an end of run report.
- 40:22That's not a problem that's a number.
- 40:24You can actually look up but you're bundled Flats.
- 40:28Your raw's that you get in your nlm mail, all that stuff is not
- 40:34counted in our eyes because we don't have the numbers.
- 40:39So if you have a question about whether it's counted or not,
- 40:43Default to it hasn't been counted.
- 40:46Will be lmm or bundle or free video.
- 40:53Dispatch tubs in the morning will show up on the end of Rome
- 40:56report. Okay.
- 41:03Yeah, carrier routed. Tubs will the clerk routed?
- 41:05Tubs will not The nfb nlm male will show up to but in the mini
- 41:13mail survey that the training from that I got from the union
- 41:19and management said that if the clerk's put the nlm in the hot
- 41:25case, then you counted as raw they nlm comes in your DPS.
- 41:30It's not supposed to be counted but if it's in your DPS
- 41:33technically it's a DPS error So should be counted as a DPS
- 41:38error. So either way you should have
- 41:40gotten a raw count for the nlm mail and anything else.
- 41:44You felt needed to be, counted should have been counted back on
- 41:48them in email survey. A lot of things that should have
- 42:04been included events. That carriers were never told
- 42:11that that was should have been a miscellaneous Time Event.
- 42:13So therefore, they're not getting that credit.
- 42:15Now, yeah, it's there's a lot of mistakes.
- 42:24There's a lot of mistakes that happen with this last mini mail
- 42:26survey and the 4241, A's and 4241 M's.
- 42:31And the union did put out an email about it or notification
- 42:35about it to everybody that they are taped step, foreing it.
- 42:40But if you feel like the numbers are wrong, on your 4241, a or
- 42:44your 42 for u1m that you should grieve it, and then it will be
- 42:49held at Step 2 until the step four is solved.
- 42:52And the national level and you should grieve it.
- 42:54If you feel like you're being wrong on your paperwork, now
- 42:58granted that puts a lot of work on a stewards.
- 43:01But that's what were there for. That's our job.
- 43:05We're there to help you, whether you are a dues-paying member or
- 43:09a nun, dues-paying member, our job is the same for you.
- 43:14Just like this podcast, we are here for everybody in the craft.
- 43:21Well, now there's a couple of my office on that.
- 43:29We'll do our best, no matter what I solve that problem and
- 43:32got decertified. Trust me, you're certifiable.
- 43:46Yeah, I almost want to call it. The Royal Apocalypse at this
- 43:51point in time. It I just I mean my office
- 43:57didn't get hit quite like some of these other offices.
- 44:01And I feel for those carriers I really do.
- 44:05I it's almost to the point. I just don't know what to say
- 44:08anymore because it's The loss, it hurts it, you know, it
- 44:14doesn't. It's not directly affecting me,
- 44:18but but it still hurts because, you know, we're all in this
- 44:22together. We're one big, huge role, care
- 44:25family. And what's affecting 66 percent
- 44:30of our carriers is affecting all of us in one way or another.
- 44:37Now granted I'm happy. I'm happy for the 33%.
- 44:42I'm happy for the 33% getting the money they deserve.
- 44:45But I also feel terrible for the 66 percent that are losing so
- 44:50much out of this, whether it be the loss in pay or being a loss
- 44:54in days off, because I know how much the days off means just to
- 45:00me alone, let alone to somebody else who may have kids or may
- 45:04have started. Ting family, or maybe parents
- 45:08that are getting up there in age that they have to take care of
- 45:12and stuff like that. You know, I know what those days
- 45:14off means and that hurts them too.
- 45:18And I don't like seeing this but I hope that as a group, we can
- 45:23come together and find some kind of positive resolution to this
- 45:27that benefits all rural carriers.
- 45:30All together. And that's, you know, I feel for
- 45:35everyone to in 2018. I went into the count as a 47k,
- 45:42I came out as a 41k and I if I remember correctly, I was 2
- 45:48minutes into 41. So the initial numbers showed
- 45:5240K, So I know, I know and I felt wherever you know, most of
- 46:00these people are now it sucks. How many of them are going to
- 46:09have to go out and do boober, or ubereats or Lyft, or any of
- 46:15those other jobs just to make up this loss of Revenue?
- 46:20Although, it would be cool to ride in an Uber that has a
- 46:22right-hand Drive. Actually, I like food deliveries
- 46:35because of the fact that you can get out on the curb side.
- 46:38It's safer for you. Yeah.
- 46:40The big, the big joke going around and I did post that Meme
- 46:43on the Facebook pages. Only fans though.
- 46:47I think there's quite a few people as we now know.
- 46:51I what's that? Oh no babe.
- 46:55They pay me to keep my clothes on exactly.
- 47:02Me too. It's okay.
- 47:09Yeah, I just like I said I have no words anymore for it.
- 47:13I am just it hurts. It really, really hurts.
- 47:18And I'm not one that's directly affected by big eat.
- 47:22The big huge changes, but it still it hurts.
- 47:26I really do you are affected because you're the sub in your
- 47:29office that covers all the routes and so that pay actually
- 47:32affects you to do. It does don't get me wrong.
- 47:35But, you know, like I said, my office not getting hit as hard
- 47:39as some of these offices. We've seen, it's just Like my
- 47:45one carrier that went from a K2, an H.
- 47:47Yeah. Yeah, II.
- 47:51Know someone that that happened? Coincidentally it was a 40 42
- 47:5644. So they got lucky I gave up
- 48:00there two days off For the same amount of money.
- 48:17Exactly. I mean, wrap your head around
- 48:39that, folks. I mean, I lost twelve thousand
- 48:42dollars, I lost 16, I lost 8300, I wrap your head around.
- 48:47The fact that you lost that much time on a route.
- 48:53What did you do or not do and earn?
- 48:56And you know what did your supper or you know whoever was
- 48:59kind people didn't switch the scanners over people who didn't
- 49:02bother entering the WSS or entering the UB be absorbed or
- 49:08any of those things or all the times around here and the times
- 49:14are opposite in the southern, couldn't do it.
- 49:16The subs didn't do the scans on the routes because they were
- 49:18splitting it and so they didn't do the full scan set for the
- 49:21route and that's another Thing that affects it is.
- 49:24If you have sons that do splitting a route, one of the,
- 49:29one of the neither of those subs are going to be clogged down
- 49:31there out, cuz they probably were doing an ox route or
- 49:33something else on top of that. And if they also don't change
- 49:37the scanner over to that route, you're not going to get the
- 49:40package credits for that route. They're good.
- 49:41They're going to put the credit on that Ox route that they were
- 49:44running. And then you have carriers who
- 49:48were not inputting any of this information whatsoever until the
- 49:52Last month month and a half. So you only have a month and a
- 49:56half worth of scanner inputs, that are now divided over 12
- 50:01months. You have your mini mail survey
- 50:04and stuff like that. That doesn't really affect your
- 50:07out that much 4%. I mean, yeah, you were gain
- 50:10maybe at most 10, 15 minutes if you had a lot of mail.
- 50:15But you really have to look hard at all.
- 50:17The different things that come out of this, the Driveline
- 50:21Matrix changes. Aged a lot like Christian said,
- 50:25she had that 93 mile route, that's an en el route.
- 50:29That route was getting two minutes per mailbox and now that
- 50:34routes getting one point two minutes per mailbox on top of
- 50:39the 9.6 mom minutes per mile because of the distance between
- 50:45boxes probably up to maybe 12 minutes a mile.
- 50:50But yeah. Come on now.
- 51:03Is I see where that losses but I'm also finding out that the
- 51:08the former regular on that route retired last summer.
- 51:11Last July she did the six mandatory scans and said screw
- 51:15the rest, you know, I retire and I don't care.
- 51:19Yeah, her foot out the door, she don't care.
- 51:21What happens next career. and then when the new regular, took
- 51:30it over so that whole first half of the year, Wasn't getting a
- 51:36credited, like, it was supposed to because it was only getting
- 51:39done when I was running the route when she wasn't there.
- 51:43Yeah. And then you have the routes
- 51:44that are getting the mileage off the LTM which may or may not be
- 51:50accurate. And if the mileage is incorrect
- 51:53on your 4241, you need to turn around and you need to grieve
- 51:57that because as it stands our mileage is not based on the LTM
- 52:02it is still based on a certified.
- 52:04Oh damn. Amateur, any manager tells you.
- 52:07It's not based on a certified. Odometer is lying through their
- 52:10teeth because our contract still requires a certified odometer to
- 52:14measure the mileage of the route.
- 52:18Exactly. And that's what I try to tell
- 52:22him because the that was another thing too is under the Rex
- 52:27mapping. See here's the thing.
- 52:29When I came out of that route it was an idea.
- 52:31It was 98 mile route, regular had a remeasurement done Just
- 52:38before covid. And it went down to 93 miles.
- 52:43So we automatically lost an hour.
- 52:46They're losing five miles at 12 minutes a mile so that dropped
- 52:53it down to a 41. Maybe 42 at the time, it went
- 52:59down to 41 and he was telling me when I was talking to the
- 53:04regular that has it today. That you know, Anna doing the
- 53:11Rex mapping the wild. The Rex may, I think has it at
- 53:1391 .83 miles and that's the amount of mileage on the 4241 a
- 53:20And he's like, I set my odometer, he goes I have the two
- 53:24trips. I said.
- 53:25Yeah, just like you know I do. I my Jeep, it goes like, lots of
- 53:29one, go. He goes with the other one.
- 53:31I keep it going because then he takes a difference from going.
- 53:34His going up, the driveways and down.
- 53:39And he goes, if just running the flat route, he goes, I subtract
- 53:43the mileage out of the driveways he goes, it's at 95 miles.
- 53:48I said, ask for a remeasurement with a calibrated vehicle.
- 53:53He does. But the, you know, they're
- 53:54trying to argue that it's all done in the GPS.
- 53:56I said, ask for a remeasurement, there is no language that says
- 53:59you cannot ask for a realist measurement, still Mr. Not
- 54:07allowing you to get a remeasurement with a certified
- 54:09odometer, you can actually agree that because it is a contractual
- 54:13dispute. Correct.
- 54:16So much. How was your night?
- 54:21Well, my daughter has a new ride now we're here.
- 54:28Hello he got a 2020 Mazda CX-5. Nice nice.
- 54:38Which is she does in she's a CNA.
- 54:44She does in home. The in-home care.
- 54:47Okay, so that's good. So so she needs something
- 54:52reliable something with a lot of space to carry her supplies
- 54:55around did so Yeah fairly fuel-efficient.
- 55:00So yeah it's up moderately high so she has a good field of
- 55:06vision. Yes that's yeah.
- 55:11And this herb her roommates boyfriend works at a car dealer
- 55:16ship and he went with her to test-drive it.
- 55:20Look it over and the seller. I'd help the sellers like a car
- 55:26flipper instead of A home flipper.
- 55:29He flips cars. So he was really well organised
- 55:33and he had a Carfax already run and just he was really, really
- 55:40well prepared for us. So I was little, she found him
- 55:44on Facebook of all places and I was like, well, you know, I was
- 55:47little I was a little wary of that at first, but they went
- 55:53without talk to him and he was a nice guy.
- 55:56And like I said, really well-organized and everything
- 56:00was really about bored. So So yeah, that's how I spent
- 56:07my afternoon and early part of the evening.
- 56:09So how did your route and office feared with yesterday's?
- 56:20Okay. Personally, my route went, I
- 56:24went up about 30 Standard time. I went up about 30 minutes that
- 56:28put, so I went up from a 45k to a 46k.
- 56:33Congratulations. Thank you.
- 56:36My route are my office was kind of a mixed bag.
- 56:41We had some, we had some big losers, we had some big Gators
- 56:47and then we had some in the middle.
- 56:51We had. We had to K routes one gal and
- 56:59she's been out with an injury and so just the topic you were
- 57:04talking about before her routes been being run by RCA's and
- 57:08being split since about December and she went from a she want
- 57:13from a 47k to a 42 H? Yeah.
- 57:22Let me meet her. Yeah.
- 57:24There's another regular and I know it used to be my sub of
- 57:27record route and Chic when I ran it was I think it was a 46k and
- 57:31it may have been about that and she went to an 8th route as
- 57:35well. So that we had another another
- 57:41couple of K routes that went to J's And then we had a couple of
- 57:48a couple of ladies lost like three or four hours but are
- 57:52still still K routes. And one lady, one of the ladies
- 57:57is like well yeah, I lost for hours but I got so much growth
- 58:00on my route. I'm not not really, really
- 58:05worried about it and then I catching the end of the last
- 58:10conversation, I'm going to say bring your lawn chairs and
- 58:14popcorn on Monday because one of the The carriers who is off on
- 58:17Saturday, is going to come in more Monday to find, he was cut
- 58:21from a 47 to a 40K. That said, and I don't know this
- 58:28for sure, but he told me he works.
- 58:30He works two cases down for me and I believe he told our case
- 58:36neighbor that he wasn't going to do any of the wreck stuff.
- 58:41So I put that firmly, If he if he took that cut and that's
- 58:45firmly it on him and I don't have a lot of sympathy for him.
- 58:49None at all. Well, I'm going to say this 30%
- 58:54of your evaluation is the scans you put into your scanner.
- 58:59Yeah. But we percent of it.
- 59:02Forty percent of it is the computerized stuff that gets put
- 59:06into it, then you have the DPM and the LTM that's on top of
- 59:15that, that reaches you up to the last six percent, which 2% of
- 59:19that is your office measurements and 4% of that, is your main
- 59:22email survey and so and I will tell you for the I'm not trying
- 59:30to Pat myself on the back or blow my own horn.
- 59:32But I was diligent, once they said, hey, you know, you need to
- 59:36start doing these scans. I was I was diligent about doing
- 59:40them. And that's the thing is, I know
- 59:45some carriers that were doing them diligently and still lost
- 59:47big. Yeah and I'm sure that that is
- 59:50part. Yeah and I'm sure I'm sure
- 59:52that's out there. I'm sure there's I'm sure you
- 59:54guys have been over this and I don't want to backtrack too much
- 59:56but there are a couple things like my my 4241 a my route is on
- 1:00:03the my for okay. My 4003, my route measurement is
- 1:00:0916 miles the LT on my 4241. A it says I'm almost 17 So, so
- 1:00:19they're obviously entering the data from from the, from the
- 1:00:23LTM. Yes.
- 1:00:26Do you go over? And then my my box Factor, my
- 1:00:31coverage Factor was 92%. I don't know.
- 1:00:34Did you guys go over that? I don't want to know.
- 1:00:37Yeah, right. We haven't gotten that far.
- 1:00:41And then the whole thing about zero, I kept, I've been asking
- 1:00:45since yesterday is, is the volume factors that still a
- 1:00:50thing under x. I I don't know our Rex, I don't
- 1:00:53know, we haven't got enough. Solid answer on that.
- 1:00:56But what I have seen, is that the Box factor is an adjustment
- 1:01:01slot in the wreck stuff, at least, from what I've read in
- 1:01:04different things, including the 99 page manual.
- 1:01:07Supposed to be an adjustment that if you change significantly
- 1:01:11on your route that when the next mini mail survey comes out and
- 1:01:15your next 40 to 41 comes out, that'll be in the adjustment
- 1:01:18section until you hit your next mini mail.
- 1:01:21Survey, six months later. That's at least what I'm getting
- 1:01:25from. What I've read, but I must
- 1:01:27hundred percent under certain on, okay?
- 1:01:30So, yeah. And I, I've looked at my 4241,
- 1:01:37a, I printed out the, I printed out the cheat sheet from the for
- 1:01:41the, well, what, what, what goes into each of the blocks on the
- 1:01:454241? A, I was wondering and I didn't,
- 1:01:48I didn't go to lunch because I've been kind of busy with
- 1:01:51stuff today. If there's a comparable Guide to
- 1:01:57the 42 41, m, He does anyone know?
- 1:02:02And the 99 page manual? There is the 4231 M comparison
- 1:02:09and it has, you know what you would have and then the
- 1:02:11breakdown of the new one with explanations.
- 1:02:13Yeah, I was kind of going over it with the carrier in my office
- 1:02:17today as he's reading me as 4241 him numbers and I'm kind of
- 1:02:22trying to follow along in the comparison guy and explaining
- 1:02:25what they were. So yeah.
- 1:02:27Okay it is in there so I need I obviously Need to dig out my
- 1:02:32need to dig out my Rex manual again.
- 1:02:34It's on a shelf here somewhere. I saw it the other day I need to
- 1:02:38dust it off. So another one that we got to
- 1:02:42talk about is all the zeros that you see on your 4240 ones.
- 1:02:48I have a carrier that sent me their 4241.
- 1:02:50I haven't seen mine yet, I haven't been in the office.
- 1:02:53When I went in this morning, the 204 B was told not to give them
- 1:02:57to the carriers that morning and then Then interesting.
- 1:03:01And then he was told around noon to give them out.
- 1:03:06When the carrier's got back, and he called me and said, hey, I
- 1:03:10just got told I should give them out at in this this afternoon
- 1:03:13everybody gets back and I told him straight up.
- 1:03:17I said, tell them, please Don't Kill the Messenger.
- 1:03:20Yeah, talk with Denise and James on Monday about it but don't
- 1:03:26kill me. I'm just giving you what they've
- 1:03:28told me to give you. We know this poor guy, this poor
- 1:03:33guy, he's a great guy, he's a great tool for be for us and I
- 1:03:37really feel bad that he had to be the messenger in this
- 1:03:40situation. Our 2004, be gentle, log in to
- 1:03:44the computer on Saturday, and he had an email stating that his
- 1:03:49detail had ended, and he lost access to everything.
- 1:04:00He had stated that the Postmaster said that she'd
- 1:04:03rather he, you know, wait until Monday to give them Chris,
- 1:04:07everybody's hovered around the desk.
- 1:04:09I look at him and said, you know, the postmasters login,
- 1:04:12right? He looks at me Smiles, he goes,
- 1:04:14yep. I said get to prison buddy,
- 1:04:29but she printed out the 4241 atoms without being asked and
- 1:04:34gave those out to everyone as well.
- 1:04:36I, I told everybody, I told her when they come into the office
- 1:04:41as well, I may just Tim's going to give me his to go over
- 1:04:51tomorrow. I don't think anybody else is
- 1:04:55really complaining much. Obviously, the other three
- 1:04:59routes went up. Three hours.
- 1:05:02The one stayed the same and the other one went back down to an
- 1:05:05H, but it shouldn't never been in ja.
- 1:05:07Anyways, it's always been an age.
- 1:05:10So otherwise I probably would put a request for information
- 1:05:14and just to get a hold of of all of them.
- 1:05:17So I could go over them with a fine-tooth comb, but I don't
- 1:05:20think they made nessus, made nests may be necessary.
- 1:05:25Gosh, I can't even talk to me. Well, we found Tim's numbers
- 1:05:28work out and if you see issues, then you can request them.
- 1:05:32Yeah, exactly. You know, it's I just and
- 1:05:36that's, that's the key word, where there's errors, you need
- 1:05:39to grieve it wherever you see errors, okay.
- 1:05:42Like, one of my carrier sent me their 4241.
- 1:05:45A, a and I saw there was Zero for walk distances.
- 1:05:50For what they walk and that is your Park point to Door delivery
- 1:05:54times. So this tells me that one or two
- 1:05:59things happen either, they weren't delivering to the door
- 1:06:04with packages or the system didn't record.
- 1:06:07It, are they working the way it's supposed to?
- 1:06:15That to there's all different kinds of possibilities with that
- 1:06:18or but now we've got a kind of incorrectly, I don't know.
- 1:06:24No, it was math correctly because I was there when they
- 1:06:26Master. Okay.
- 1:06:27Yeah the animatic facility is the facilitator.
- 1:06:30Yeah me too. Same with like traffic control
- 1:06:35points. If you sat there and put in your
- 1:06:37traffic control points in that says zero, you need to grieve
- 1:06:40that because you have to have traffic control points in there.
- 1:06:45For those of us that have, let's just go over all these different
- 1:06:48slots on the 4241. Do people actually know what
- 1:06:52they're about, okay? You guys okay with that?
- 1:06:57Yeah, somebody had put the cheat sheet, I think I put it in our
- 1:07:08chat. If not I can put it in our chat.
- 1:07:12Anyway I mean give me a second. So starting starting in the top
- 1:07:19left will go across each row and I'll explain a little bit about
- 1:07:23each section here. So the first slot is random
- 1:07:27letters, this is based on the end of run report that the
- 1:07:33management gets. So the carrier routed letters,
- 1:07:36like the nlm and things like that, as well as your mini mail,
- 1:07:41survey raw letters that you counted are listed here.
- 1:07:47Next to that is your carrier out of flats and you're raw flash,
- 1:07:52that you counted in the mini mail survey.
- 1:07:55Next to that is your W SS letters that you input on your
- 1:07:59scanner. So each time you input that WSS.
- 1:08:04It gave you coverage for every box and then divide it by the
- 1:08:10number of days prior to that. So if you had one every week,
- 1:08:15you have 52 weeks of WSS coverage but that's also divided
- 1:08:22by 6. The same with the WSS Flats box,
- 1:08:26holder letter box, holder Flats, DPS letters.
- 1:08:31Is your DPS counter from the system from the end of run.
- 1:08:37Same with DPS Flats. If you had the FSS, that would
- 1:08:42have been there but everybody lost F SS at the beginning of
- 1:08:46the day. And January first.
- 1:08:51I do not know what see our flag star to somebody else carry
- 1:08:55around it, okay? Okay, so carry around.
- 1:09:01So I'm assuming that's the bundled Flats.
- 1:09:03No. That would be the one or tops,
- 1:09:12okay. Pull down.
- 1:09:15Is the time they believe it should take you to pull down
- 1:09:19your case? Okay, it's a average that was
- 1:09:24included in the mini mail in the 99 page, manual, based on your
- 1:09:28volume and your bundling system. Parcels.
- 1:09:36That is the number of parcels that you scan that are scan to
- 1:09:41your route. So, whatever the clerks scan at
- 1:09:45the office is put under Parcels here.
- 1:09:49Same with accountable mail, signature item.
- 1:09:54Carrier pick up forms when you scan them when you do the
- 1:09:57pickups, that will be listed there.
- 1:10:01Okay. Yeah.
- 1:10:03Go ahead. No, no, I was going to say,
- 1:10:05maybe you should hold my questions to the ends.
- 1:10:06He can get through this, okay? See, see, odie's and Customs.
- 1:10:13Do if you have cash on delivery or somebody has to pay the
- 1:10:18Customs toll for something, that would be posted there postage
- 1:10:22due is the next one, same thing. If somebody owes you cash and
- 1:10:27you go and pick up that cash, you would hit the postage due
- 1:10:30and that would show up there. Markups.
- 1:10:34That is standard based on mail volume and average of your
- 1:10:39markups from your mini mail survey.
- 1:10:43Powers labels from the mini mail survey.
- 1:10:46Office walk time for the distances that you were measured
- 1:10:50for. Load time.
- 1:10:53This was a big one. This was your start load vehicle
- 1:10:57to end load vehicle average for the year.
- 1:11:01All the times would be added up and then divide it by the number
- 1:11:05of days daily activities. That was your miscellaneous
- 1:11:14daily activities that you would do.
- 1:11:19Route length, it says LTM mapping.
- 1:11:22It's going to be the LTM mapping.
- 1:11:24If it doesn't match your official mileage that you had
- 1:11:28before, ask for a remeasurement with a certified odometer,
- 1:11:35Regular boxes from the DPM mapping.
- 1:11:38Technically, it's from your edit book.
- 1:11:41Now from the DPM mapping Centralized boxes also edit
- 1:11:47book, but they say DPM mapping total boxes is total boxes
- 1:11:53collection compartments. The numbers that you put in on
- 1:11:57the mapping program for collection compartments, will go
- 1:12:02here. Daily dis mounts comes from your
- 1:12:06edit book. Staley Dismount distance should
- 1:12:10have been measured with your measuring stick or whatever
- 1:12:14measuring wheel, whatever you use to get your distance to all
- 1:12:17your disc mounts. The reserve plot is open for
- 1:12:21whatever they want to add to this.
- 1:12:25Blue box collection is or how many blue boxes you have on your
- 1:12:28route. Service center unit.
- 1:12:32So if you have an Intermediate Unit that you go to, that's
- 1:12:35where that would go, that be the lock pouch.
- 1:12:40I believe. So the parent-child routes were
- 1:12:45you have to go to go to an intermediate office for?
- 1:12:52Yeah, or like up I saw one of those those offices here in
- 1:12:55Michigan where the rural carrier goes in, does the PO Boxes and
- 1:13:03then turns around and clerks the window for two hours.
- 1:13:10Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:13:14Then you have drive. That is your time from your
- 1:13:21mapping, both your make, your map, your mailbox mapping and
- 1:13:29your LTM. That is the time.
- 1:13:32It takes you to drive your route using the drive.
- 1:13:34Matrix no longer the 12 minutes per mile but multiple different
- 1:13:39versions of it but it is now Service.
- 1:13:48I am not sure what that one is. Do you guys know?
- 1:13:52I don't know. It just says it's from TPM and
- 1:13:54LP I'm mapping, so I'm not sure what that is.
- 1:13:58Maybe it's the distance to your gas station.
- 1:14:05I'm not sure, I know feeling. I know fuel is different, but
- 1:14:09that's yeah, that's that's based on a hundred miles but I think
- 1:14:12that might be your your distance to your gas station.
- 1:14:17Is what I'm thinking walk that is the distance from your Park
- 1:14:24point to the front door that you placed on the map as from your
- 1:14:31to pinpoints that you put on the map in a straight line.
- 1:14:35TCP is traffic control, Point fuel.
- 1:14:39That is for Only government vehicles.
- 1:14:45If you're in a POV this should be zero if it's anything else.
- 1:14:48It's wrong. But the government vehicles, it
- 1:14:52is based on 100 miles. So, for instance, on my route,
- 1:14:57it's 28 miles. I could get to feelings a week.
- 1:15:01So I would get 2 times the fueling on here versus somebody
- 1:15:05who has a 93 mile route would get a fueling every single day.
- 1:15:11volume Factor here is says yearly average volume So that
- 1:15:19is, if you guys have any numbers in your volume Factor.
- 1:15:23No, they've all zeros, okay? But we'll have to look into that
- 1:15:28because I'm like, I said, it could be that when you adjust
- 1:15:32your role, like, lose a few box, use lose a few boxes, add a few
- 1:15:36boxes or add a neighborhood or something like that.
- 1:15:38Is what I was reading drive speed.
- 1:15:42This is your average speed on the route based on the speed
- 1:15:47Matrix. X.
- 1:15:51Route coverage. This is your mail fact volume on
- 1:15:56your route. How many boxes on average you
- 1:16:00service a day? USPS vehicle used it will be a
- 1:16:07yes or a no. POV will be no government
- 1:16:12vehicle. Be yes.
- 1:16:15Verify mail, that is your fingering of the DPS, your stuff
- 1:16:23like that. Reload, does anybody know that
- 1:16:28one? When we would move mail,
- 1:16:39especially in POV routes when you'd have to stop and get out
- 1:16:44and physically move the mail to continue on, that's your reload.
- 1:16:49Okay? There was actually the reload
- 1:16:52now, is already a calculated average based on your mail
- 1:16:57volume. Yeah, which okay, yeah, which
- 1:17:00is, which is a lie because Mort Times not.
- 1:17:04You have to move trays of Spurs. More than you do the mail?
- 1:17:08Yeah, yeah. It was an average and I don't
- 1:17:11want time to test study offices. I actually remember because we
- 1:17:14had a start reload and reload feature and I know that they
- 1:17:19were collecting that data from those 4,000 test drugs at the
- 1:17:22time. And that's where the initially
- 1:17:24came up with an average to work with everything else.
- 1:17:27But yeah, that's the reload is having to the mail too.
- 1:17:34Where you have it when you deliver serviceable?
- 1:17:38Yes. To move it to her serviceable.
- 1:17:40Okay, the next one is registered and certified accepted.
- 1:17:46So for some people they have law firms.
- 1:17:49That send out certified. Nice.
- 1:17:52You scan all of them in that you accepted them.
- 1:17:55That's where that goes. If you don't pick up any
- 1:17:56registered or certified out on your route, this would be a
- 1:18:00zero. Money order applications.
- 1:18:07We are a post office on Wheels. Some people actually have money
- 1:18:10order applications and their and their trucks.
- 1:18:13So if you do those that would be perfect pair.
- 1:18:19Contact rural reach, this is a big one.
- 1:18:23They just came out with the instruction to do more rural
- 1:18:28reach and get more customers to send stuff through the postal
- 1:18:31service. If you sit there and you talk
- 1:18:33with your customer about sending things through the mail, whether
- 1:18:37it be Parcels, or it be first-class letters or you get
- 1:18:40them to do, eddm, or if you sit there and have a small
- 1:18:43conversation with one of your customers about how their day is
- 1:18:46going, reaching out to that. We're making sure they're okay,
- 1:18:49that's a real Reach customer. Put it in the scanner.
- 1:18:52You need to use that. As a big one, we don't get an
- 1:18:55automatic credit for it anymore. That's five minutes.
- 1:19:00Yeah, one where you discuss informed delivery?
- 1:19:04Yes. Yeah.
- 1:19:05All right. Yes.
- 1:19:07And and then the next one stand up stock the automatic credit we
- 1:19:15had until our Rex. Come Al's stamp stock.
- 1:19:19We're allowed to carry stamp stock with us.
- 1:19:22A lot of postmasters don't want us to but you can actually ask
- 1:19:26the carry staff stock on your route.
- 1:19:28And if you do a stamp stock sale on your route, you in, put it in
- 1:19:32your car, in your scanner. Of course, some of us carry
- 1:19:35stamps in our back pockets. If somebody puts 63 cents in the
- 1:19:38mailbox, take that stamp out of your pocket, stick it on the
- 1:19:41envelope stamps and ship it. Stale. activity scans that is
- 1:19:51every skin you put in scanner, you get a credit for Hmm.
- 1:19:56And you get a Time factor for putting that bats can in Parcels
- 1:20:03this this is your parcel. This is for Parcels out on the
- 1:20:11route. The first one was the parcels
- 1:20:13that were routed to your route. This one is the ones you scan
- 1:20:18out on your route including unscanned parcel.
- 1:20:23Account mail signature item. If you deliver a certified
- 1:20:27registered or anything else that requires a signature, that's
- 1:20:31where that will show up. Carrier pick up items.
- 1:20:36This is your carrier pickup or your prepaid.
- 1:20:40Except in septums, That goes in that slot there.
- 1:20:45So if you have packages, they want you to do a minimum of five
- 1:20:49but I guarantee you every single customer.
- 1:20:51You have out there. Would want you to scan every
- 1:20:54parcel they give you so they can track it all the way through.
- 1:20:57From the time. You pick it up the time.
- 1:20:59It's delivered give that customer that benefit of seeing
- 1:21:04that, you picked it up and sent it off.
- 1:21:06Because if they have a parcel that the guy is calling and
- 1:21:09saying I never got this parcel and you didn't scan it to Up.
- 1:21:13They're going to say, well I never shipped this.
- 1:21:15We're going to have to send another one, but if you scan it
- 1:21:17with a picked up, they can track where it went and see where it
- 1:21:20ended up. So no fee odie's custom to do.
- 1:21:29Again, this is the same as the one up above, but this is when
- 1:21:32you deliver them versus receiving them on your route.
- 1:21:38Postage due again. Same thing in the office versus
- 1:21:43on the route and express deviation.
- 1:21:47If you have to leave your route in the middle of it to go back
- 1:21:50to the office, to get an Express, you start.
- 1:21:53Your deviation from the moment you decide to leave your route,
- 1:21:57just before you pull off from them, they all box.
- 1:21:59You hit start deviation and you don't hit in deviation until you
- 1:22:04return to that exact mailbox. And that time will be recorded
- 1:22:09right there. That also if it's I'm going to
- 1:22:11say since Express is now are six pm guarantee time.
- 1:22:18I and I most of us are usually, you know, we'll have them
- 1:22:22deliver its if it's it like something that's off at the end
- 1:22:25of the route. It's Christmastime you know
- 1:22:28you're not going to get to that spot by 6:00 and you have to
- 1:22:31deviate to go get that Express delivered by six.
- 1:22:35That's also when you would use that start.
- 1:22:37In deviation from the time you met.
- 1:22:40Leave that spot on your route. Go deliver it until you get back
- 1:22:44is also the start and end of deviation for the express.
- 1:22:47Yep. And if if you go and pick up the
- 1:22:50Express at the office and it's further down on your route from
- 1:22:54where you left it. Go right back to where you left
- 1:22:57off from your route in deviation continue around and deliver that
- 1:23:01Express. If it's before it, go deliver
- 1:23:04it. Then come back to that spot.
- 1:23:05That's the only way it works. Now, the last ones are the final
- 1:23:10numbers on your route. That show your standards.
- 1:23:14It shows your office, time, your street time, and your total, and
- 1:23:20the total is what they base your evaluation on now questions.
- 1:23:25I want to go back to the WSS letters and flats.
- 1:23:30Uh-huh. Explain again because you didn't
- 1:23:33so well, how the numbers are factored.
- 1:23:37The WSS letters and WSS Flats. You get a full coverage for the
- 1:23:44day, but you have to remember that's through a 365-day window
- 1:23:51- Sunday's 301 meaning. Exactly.
- 1:23:56So you take that one day and / 301.
- 1:24:00If you have 665 boxes, good that gives you two letters for the
- 1:24:06year Or to flash for the year. If you have one every week,
- 1:24:15guess what? That's now a hundred and four
- 1:24:18letters at the letter, volume the s that they give you four
- 1:24:24letters for the year. So that's not a big number, but
- 1:24:30it does make a difference. Especially if you, if you get
- 1:24:34them every week or you get them every three days or you have
- 1:24:37ones that come in every other week.
- 1:24:39Or once a month, they all add up because I was like, yeah.
- 1:24:43Because I was thinking because I'm assuming the same goes for
- 1:24:47the Box holder letters and flats.
- 1:24:49Yes, same exact thing because because, yeah, because we've got
- 1:24:53my office, we have a grocery store.
- 1:24:57Store ad that comes in every week.
- 1:25:01And so it's a box holder. It's a box holder flat every
- 1:25:04week. And so, you get, so, you get how
- 1:25:09many boxes do you have 845? Okay.
- 1:25:13Divide 845 by 301, and that's how many you get for each day on
- 1:25:24your average for the year, okay? It's almost 3:00.
- 1:25:27Okay, and then you go, you also have to figure that three times
- 1:25:3352 And that's your, that's your volume factor.
- 1:25:38For just valve to the Box holder that comes every week.
- 1:25:44I know it's it's convoluted and complicated and math is one of
- 1:25:48my strong suits and it confuses the crap out of me.
- 1:25:54Remember, this system was this was devised by Engineers so
- 1:25:57these are smart people who put this together.
- 1:25:59They haven't / Engineers input from managers who haven't
- 1:26:11carried mail and a long time and unions.
- 1:26:14Union management that hasn't carried in a long time.
- 1:26:17Yeah. So, and I say that with all due
- 1:26:22respect my brother, my brother is an engineer.
- 1:26:24So I have I have I have a lot of friends who are engineers and I
- 1:26:30have friends who work on on jet engines and cars and things like
- 1:26:37that. And I can tell you, you get them
- 1:26:40into a room and start talking about something other than
- 1:26:42engineering and they look like a fish out of water.
- 1:26:44Yeah, I always said when I always joke with my brother and
- 1:26:48snow you can do you can do Earth without numbers, but you can't
- 1:26:52balance a checkbook. Yeah.
- 1:26:55Yep. Exactly Exactly.
- 1:26:58But if it is, it's a compound convoluted calculation.
- 1:27:04That after you actually understand how all the numbers
- 1:27:08go together, make a lot more sense.
- 1:27:12So next question. Yeah, thanks.
- 1:27:17Yeah, no problem. I guess, I guess, why are we
- 1:27:20getting a keystroke? Okay, for on the office time for
- 1:27:24Carrier, pick up forms and it says, because activity activity
- 1:27:29keystroke. Oh, because you're not a just
- 1:27:32happy that they copied it from the delivery side.
- 1:27:35But it's actually, it's actually counting it in both, those
- 1:27:39slots, when you hit that key stroke.
- 1:27:41So, when you go out, Onto the field and you Scandal sheet.
- 1:27:44It's giving you a credit for it out on the street but it's also
- 1:27:47giving you a credit from you getting it and putting it where
- 1:27:50it's close to the goal, okay? You to take it out to the
- 1:27:52street, okay? So for example, so on mine, I'm
- 1:27:58looking at my 4241 right now so for carry a pick up items on
- 1:28:02Street time I've got four minutes for Carrier pickups but
- 1:28:05in my office time for Carrier pick up forms.
- 1:28:07I have a zero Okay, so you get more time on the street than you
- 1:28:15do in the office. Okay.
- 1:28:18I just and it's probably that way because I don't I don't get
- 1:28:23a lot of I have I have two or three customers who send stuff
- 1:28:30out on a non regular basis. Let's put it that way.
- 1:28:35Yeah. You know it's not like it's not
- 1:28:37like the girl in my office is service is the UPS Store and
- 1:28:42we'll come back with more Parcels than she came back.
- 1:28:44Then she went out with, you know, especially at Christmas
- 1:28:48Yeah, and that's the other thing is like me.
- 1:28:50I have customers that they don't put in a pickup form, they just
- 1:28:54stick a flag up and leave a note in their mailbox, to get the
- 1:28:57package at the front door or wherever they put it.
- 1:28:59So I don't get Carrie. I don't get pickup request for
- 1:29:02that but I still get the credit for the parcels.
- 1:29:04Yeah. Yeah, I noticed they notified
- 1:29:07you that there's a pickup. Yes.
- 1:29:11So you should get carrier pick up.
- 1:29:13You don't get the Manifest credit.
- 1:29:15Yes, but I still get the carrier pickup.
- 1:29:18I get the carrier pick up and I also do a door miscellaneous
- 1:29:21game. Are you glad we did?
- 1:29:30Because to get the credit to the door for that day and I was told
- 1:29:35that trip to door is two or more.
- 1:29:38So if you hear through for deliveries yeah I would have
- 1:29:42told the truth or is your room? But if you do a pick up, this is
- 1:29:49what I was told. But all I would say in, at least
- 1:29:56in my district my addr has told us when it comes to the carrier
- 1:30:01pickups, little more than five pieces and I agree with you
- 1:30:05100%. It is customer service to scan
- 1:30:07them but it is at management approval to scan more, if the
- 1:30:16customer wants them done, then the customers should quit in A
- 1:30:23written request stating that they want one or, you know, the
- 1:30:28reasoning that they want or need them scan on a daily basis or
- 1:30:32that were off them. And management gives the
- 1:30:36approval to do it. Yeah, that's the other side of
- 1:30:43this. You get all these different
- 1:30:44managers and Union people that give different answers to
- 1:30:48everything that's going on. But I'm looking at this from the
- 1:30:52aspect of what credits can I do honestly and back up with some
- 1:31:00kind of fact as to why I'm doing them.
- 1:31:04And I'm going to an according to the sheet on the, on the quick
- 1:31:09reference guide. The trip to door, says two or
- 1:31:13more for parcel delivery. When you have to go to the door
- 1:31:19multiple times for Parcels, you use trip to door the door,
- 1:31:23miscellaneous is for any trips to the door.
- 1:31:26You have to do. So, if you're doing a carrier
- 1:31:30pick up, that would be a door miscellaneous.
- 1:31:32You were told if it's old male, you're supposed to do a door
- 1:31:36miscellaneous, but now they've changed that over curly
- 1:31:38unscanned parcel when you have more than eight letters.
- 1:31:44Well, it's always been eight or more.
- 1:31:49Yeah. And but at the beginning it was
- 1:31:52to add or miscellaneous because that's basically like a parcel
- 1:31:55regret it if anyone has former. Yeah and now it's an unscanned
- 1:32:04parcel. Just period to period.
- 1:32:08If it's over eight pieces, it's a nun.
- 1:32:10Scan parcel, period. Okay, and you can say to door as
- 1:32:15your location. So yeah, yeah, exactly.
- 1:32:18So, so one of my in frequent customers, doesn't leave me a
- 1:32:23note, doesn't put in a carrier pickup request or the to the
- 1:32:27computer. I'll just open up her CV.
- 1:32:29You and she'll have a bunch of small Parcels outgoing.
- 1:32:36Where they at inner mail slot in the mail slot?
- 1:32:40Yeah, it's still there and it's still a pickup but it's just
- 1:32:44your standard carrier. Pick up, right there at the
- 1:32:47mailbox is, are you doing? Should I still be doing carrier
- 1:32:50pick up? Or should I be doing prepaid
- 1:32:52acceptance under carrier Place cup?
- 1:32:54The Just no man. It just just is there the the
- 1:32:59fill and the Manifest. Yeah, no one technically.
- 1:33:06Over your pickup, qualifier when collecting them out of the box
- 1:33:11or what not is, if it's over two pounds or it's a priority, that
- 1:33:16would be the carrier pick up option.
- 1:33:20Qualifier. No.
- 1:33:22All right, how many of us carry a scale in our mail in our mail
- 1:33:25truck? Well, I will tell you is for
- 1:33:28the, for the customer. I'm thinking about none of them
- 1:33:30are over two pounds. Yeah.
- 1:33:31And I think they all go first class.
- 1:33:34So, I've not our job to weigh them, that's the clerk's job
- 1:33:40well and at this point, you know, honestly I'm going to say
- 1:33:44what works best for you. Yep.
- 1:33:47Another act like you can do a courier pick up.
- 1:33:49You can do prepaid acceptance. Yep, it just fit the other the
- 1:33:53other thing too. And Because people throw this
- 1:33:58word around manifest. Okay, there's the gosh, I can't
- 1:34:06remember the form the form. You a printout from the
- 1:34:09computer, that the computer generated, carrier pick up form.
- 1:34:13Okay, carrier pickup request? Yeah.
- 1:34:16Because because we have within our office, we have, we have
- 1:34:21businesses that send out parcels and they, you know, do the do
- 1:34:28the thing where they put them all on one form.
- 1:34:32Mhm. To manifest.
- 1:34:35That's the Manifest. Yeah, it is.
- 1:34:38Yeah. Okay.
- 1:34:39Because people are people are conflating calling the carrier
- 1:34:43pickup request to manifest and they do two different things and
- 1:34:48Scandal equal number Okay, they're not the complaint
- 1:34:52number, they're not the same form number and they do
- 1:34:55different things because if you scanned, the you scan the, the
- 1:35:00carrier pickup request that does not.
- 1:35:05Put the put on tracking numbers in the system, doesn't put the
- 1:35:08tracking numbers into the system, scanning the Manifest
- 1:35:12where you may have, you know, 20 50 100 Parcels on one-on-one
- 1:35:18manifest, you scan that all those parcel numbers, all those
- 1:35:21tracking numbers, get put in the system.
- 1:35:24All those tracking numbers are considered picked up, right?
- 1:35:27And they and they go and they go and they're in the system.
- 1:35:31So I want to be, I want to start clarifying, what we're carrier
- 1:35:37pickup is different from a manifest, yes, correct way it
- 1:35:42works the way it works in the way to tell the difference.
- 1:35:45It carrier pickup request comes from management, it gets handed
- 1:35:50to you. After case the pickup manifest
- 1:35:55is printed by the shipper by the customer.
- 1:35:58Yep. Yep.
- 1:36:00I whoever shipping It and with placed with the packages and we
- 1:36:05scan it with Ethel, where we pick it up and we leave the
- 1:36:08Manifest with the customer, right?
- 1:36:12Yep. The package is go with us the
- 1:36:14Manifest days with the customer. The carrier pickup request comes
- 1:36:18back with us to the office. Circular table visible because
- 1:36:33all that's doing is once you scan that when you pick it up,
- 1:36:36it's closing out that pickup order by the management and in
- 1:36:40the system. Yeah, it's recognizing that,
- 1:36:42yes, I picked it up or no, there was nothing to pick up because
- 1:36:46we have businesses that I just have the standing orders that
- 1:36:49come every day and some days, they may not have anything.
- 1:36:51So you know, you're at least acknowledging that you did the
- 1:36:56attempt on that pickup notice, whether it was a yes or no and
- 1:36:59it's closing out that order for the day when you scan it, And
- 1:37:05then yes, that if your question manifest, the carrier on the
- 1:37:09customer side, should have everything connected.
- 1:37:12That's, yeah. So you know, like I said with on
- 1:37:16the one route, we've got the carrier that has the pickup
- 1:37:19automatic request unless he's on vacation and as males on hold
- 1:37:24and we don't have step. Obviously, we don't get the
- 1:37:26pickup request but we get the pickup request daily, we go
- 1:37:29there. He usually has asked and she or
- 1:37:34Us to print out what I do is I okay how many packages do I have
- 1:37:38eyeverify? I put in the number and then
- 1:37:42I'll scan I'll pick up five of them scan them and then after I
- 1:37:46do that then I'll go ahead and scan as a his manifest in that
- 1:37:51way, everything is logged. And then I'm done with that one.
- 1:37:55So Hey, do we have any other questions on the 4241?
- 1:38:07Let me think I want. I'm wondering what that service
- 1:38:11is because I got over 1,000 minutes in there for service.
- 1:38:18Wow, I don't know. Yeah, that's awesome.
- 1:38:23I don't know what I'm doing but I'm Gonna Keep there was a, I
- 1:38:37got to figure out. We need to find out what that is
- 1:38:40because I need to keep doing that, but I will.
- 1:38:43But what the in the wrecks in the wrecks manual, there was a
- 1:38:47Maybe it was another wreck spaniel.
- 1:38:49It was in the Q&A. They gave a thing where you
- 1:38:53could do a rough determination of what your drive time would be
- 1:38:59using the drive speed Matrix and Iran.
- 1:39:03That and and I just redid the numbers here and I was and that
- 1:39:08rough guy they gave you is I'll tell you is pretty darn close to
- 1:39:11what I came to. What I'm getting Credit in here
- 1:39:15and it's like I said my drive time.
- 1:39:17Went up like based on the old compared the old system went up.
- 1:39:22Almost two hours. Yeah.
- 1:39:25And that's that's the key is the smaller.
- 1:39:27The smaller. The distance on the route for
- 1:39:29mailboxes. The greater the dry time Matrix.
- 1:39:34Yeah. If your boxes are all really
- 1:39:37close together. Your boxes are really close
- 1:39:40together. You're getting almost 20 minutes
- 1:39:42a mile. Yeah.
- 1:39:43If your boxes are really, really far apart, you're only getting
- 1:39:46nine minutes. Am I?
- 1:39:46Well, 95% of my route is CB use Oh yeah.
- 1:39:52I got 40. So it is a 44.
- 1:39:55I got 44 curb boxes and let's see. 13.
- 1:40:03Let's see about 10 of them. Let's see 4713.
- 1:40:11About about about 20, about half of them are three or four on a
- 1:40:18post and then the rest are individual, you know, driveway
- 1:40:23to driveway. Yeah, so so yeah.
- 1:40:30No, that was a really great explanation of everything on
- 1:40:35here, appreciate that, that's really good.
- 1:40:40Any other questions anybody? It's a lot to take in.
- 1:40:50It's a lot to take in, but yeah, it's important.
- 1:40:57Yeah. Who did I just blow?
- 1:41:10Everybody's mind so much that we don't can't talk about anything
- 1:41:12else anymore. Like, whoa.
- 1:41:17Well, let me, let me lick got to let that marinate a little bit.
- 1:41:22I think he's in bills, quiet. Yeah, yeah.
- 1:41:33I think he fell asleep. Listening to me.
- 1:41:35Talk. Yeah.
- 1:41:37I turn my hearing aid off. I do have one in front of me and
- 1:41:52I was like, oh okay. I'm going to go double-check
- 1:41:55that when I get back to the office tomorrow.
- 1:41:57Yep. Yeah, when you get going, you
- 1:42:01get back to your 4241. A then 4241 Elms if you have
- 1:42:05discrepancies. Highlight them.
- 1:42:08Yeah. Highlight them.
- 1:42:10Take them to management and be like these are incorrect and
- 1:42:13then turn around. And if they don't want to fix
- 1:42:16them grieve, it will hold it a step too, until till the
- 1:42:21national gets their stuff for Saul.
- 1:42:23Hey, I'm not not a question per se.
- 1:42:27Well, I guess it is for blue color.
- 1:42:29Section boxes. like I said, one of the one of the one of the
- 1:42:37other carriers in my office services at UPS Store on her
- 1:42:40route, And she takes, you know, she takes a tub of mail and they
- 1:42:46have a mail collection. They collect male outgoing mail.
- 1:42:54Okay, got a tub. Yeah, right.
- 1:42:56They've got a, they Right. But that it's in a cabinet and
- 1:43:00she has to open the cabinet swap the tub out, and then it's got a
- 1:43:04barcode. She has to scan to say that she
- 1:43:06picked it up. That's what exactly a bluebird.
- 1:43:10That's what I yeah that's what I said.
- 1:43:12So that's as we were kicking her out.
- 1:43:16I said you should get a blue box credit for that.
- 1:43:19Yes. Yeah.
- 1:43:20If you have a if you have a blue box inside of it yeah you got to
- 1:43:23have that credit. Yeah.
- 1:43:24That she's got in fact, you know I mean there's days where you
- 1:43:29have to go back and you know because they've got that report
- 1:43:32that because management gets that report that says, hey have
- 1:43:37all the blue Have they been collected too early or whatever?
- 1:43:42And you know when I was in RCA oh I forgot to put it in my cart
- 1:43:46was back when I was in re, CA wasn't that long ago but yeah I
- 1:44:00had to go back to the UPS store and just run in and scan that so
- 1:44:04it clears the report. So I'll tell you that if that if
- 1:44:06she's not getting credit for that, You probably should
- 1:44:09finally either see if management will correct it or file a
- 1:44:13grievance on that because she took a pill away because she
- 1:44:17took a big hit and you know, every every like Gaulle said,
- 1:44:21every little bit helps. Yes, and everything, everything
- 1:44:25you want to grieve about the very first step you have to do
- 1:44:30is talk to a man commits per step, one discussion.
- 1:44:33Yep. You have to click on Yes, and
- 1:44:38then it then when management says I can't fix that, then you
- 1:44:41can file the grievance and you do not advise me that that's not
- 1:44:48the way first, you have to file an RFI before you can file a
- 1:44:52grievance and I said, excuse me. No, I says what what I can file,
- 1:44:58a grievance in our heart. What information am I
- 1:45:02requesting? If I haven't seen the grievance
- 1:45:04yet, Not my problem. Okay, yeah, it's white.
- 1:45:13He says, what you call me? I said that's white and I walked
- 1:45:18away, he come over because you can't, you can't talk to me like
- 1:45:22that on the floor. I said, when your dad stupid,
- 1:45:25I'll do worse, I'll just turn around.
- 1:45:30And I've done that, I've done that to a supervisor and I put
- 1:45:33him in his place. And when he, when he questioned
- 1:45:36me, He actually took me back for an II and he just basically
- 1:45:40berated me in the office about it.
- 1:45:42He said, I want to have a an official discussion about this
- 1:45:46and when he got done berating me I said, can I talk?
- 1:45:48I said, no, we're done. I turn around as I was walking
- 1:45:51out the doors and then I don't consider this an official
- 1:45:53discussion because we really didn't discuss anything to
- 1:45:58remember. You're equal to R equals with
- 1:46:05that man was management at that time.
- 1:46:08So if they want to be assholes to you you can toss it right
- 1:46:12back. Get right back.
- 1:46:13Shit that they can do to you about it.
- 1:46:17Yeah, and also and walk out while they're yelling at you and
- 1:46:23say sorry. I'm not going to subject myself
- 1:46:27to a hostile work environment. Here's your the other side of it
- 1:46:32is also also on that side too, as a steward, you want to take
- 1:46:38that manager out of their office, do not.
- 1:46:42Let them have their discussions in the with you in their office
- 1:46:46because They still will feel like they have the power over
- 1:46:49you when they're sitting at their desk and you're on the
- 1:46:52other side of it. Take them out, put them in a
- 1:46:55conference room. I don't care if you take them
- 1:46:57out onto the back, doc of the post office into the break room
- 1:47:01into the bathroom long. As you're the same sex, I'll be
- 1:47:06going into the opposite. Sexes bathroom.
- 1:47:17I did not say what I did. I said as the opposite sex, I
- 1:47:20didn't say if you identify as the opposite effect of what?
- 1:47:24What you were born? As that's different story.
- 1:47:27So if you identify as a female, then you shouldn't be going in
- 1:47:31the male bathroom to have a discussion with the other male
- 1:47:34supervisor when you shouldn't also be taking the male
- 1:47:38supervisor into the female bathroom.
- 1:47:40Well, if you'd been advised, the female, should you be working in
- 1:47:44the mail room? but anyways, continuing
- 1:48:03continuing with this discussion of the Fallout of the Ralph We
- 1:48:13got to stay on track here. We're getting up there in time.
- 1:48:18So is there anything you guys want to tell carriers?
- 1:48:25About this to help them in this situation.
- 1:48:29Bill, you first. No, I don't want to go first
- 1:48:49within a framework of where they expected to be.
- 1:48:53So they're kind of happy, you know, they were nervous about
- 1:48:57this whole situation. I think that Basically, if you
- 1:49:04haven't been doing the wreck scans all this time for the past
- 1:49:09and especially my office for the past five years, this is what's
- 1:49:13coming back to bite you in the ass.
- 1:49:16Look at your numbers. Ask questions.
- 1:49:18If you have a local Steward, you know, quite question them.
- 1:49:21Take direction from them again. Go to your supervisor, discuss
- 1:49:25it before you go filing, a grievance or crying to the
- 1:49:28Stuart know what you're talking about, folks.
- 1:49:33And check every every little nook and cranny for anything
- 1:49:37that's missing or anything that seems ask you.
- 1:49:40This is one of those situations where you have an opportunity to
- 1:49:44correct this before it goes into effect.
- 1:49:48And again, when the the LTM comes available for us, to make
- 1:49:55adjustments, make sure you're getting your dis Mouse.
- 1:49:58Make sure you're getting your CD use as as far as the collection
- 1:50:03compartments and their parcel lockers everything that you
- 1:50:07didn't pay attention to, you better start paying attention to
- 1:50:13because folks that I'm telling you it, when I see some of these
- 1:50:17comments about the money's people are missing effort, you
- 1:50:21know, my heart breaks warm. Absolutely.
- 1:50:24If you didn't do your job, then, you know, it's on you it's not
- 1:50:28on anybody else but yourself So folks you know, if it doesn't go
- 1:50:35in the scanner it doesn't go on your wallet.
- 1:50:37I've said that a hundred times of my office I'll preach it
- 1:50:41until the day I retire and you know I can only hold your hands
- 1:50:46so far at some point you have to step up for yourself.
- 1:50:49Yeah. Just echoing, it's been my
- 1:51:00philosophy and I've said it, in social media posts before and
- 1:51:07that is that no one should care more about your paycheck, then
- 1:51:10you can, this is you caring about your paycheck.
- 1:51:16I also want to say that this is not the time and believe me, I'm
- 1:51:19seeing the just all kinds of, I'm getting out of the Union.
- 1:51:22This, all the Union's fault. How could the union a group of
- 1:51:25agreed to this? Folks, this is not the time to
- 1:51:31jump ship. Now this this is when you
- 1:51:34really, really need to understand that a union is every
- 1:51:37member, it's not that it's not the national board, it's not,
- 1:51:41it's not just the national board, it's not just your
- 1:51:44Steward. If you are paying dues then you
- 1:51:48are the union and you need to, we need to stand strong and
- 1:51:52stand for each other. So I know I one of the social
- 1:51:59media groups, ladies said, hey don't don't be attacking other
- 1:52:02carriers when they're posting on here.
- 1:52:04You know, while can't hit, you know, we need to stick together
- 1:52:09the first Postmaster, General of the United States.
- 1:52:11Benjamin Franklin said it best, you know.
- 1:52:14We must all hang together or we will surely hang separately.
- 1:52:17So There you go. That's that's awesome there.
- 1:52:22Mike. Yeah it's this has been a this
- 1:52:27is the wake-up call and again this is not the Union's fault.
- 1:52:32Rex was put in place via arbitration in 2012.
- 1:52:37Yes, that was Thirty thirteen, eleven eleven, eleven years ago,
- 1:52:42by bunch of math. And yes, this This was handed to
- 1:52:51us via arbitration 11 years ago. Is it perfect?
- 1:52:55Not at all. Is it does a still to be
- 1:52:59tweaked? Definitely.
- 1:53:03This is, I mean, but this is just the first initial wake-up
- 1:53:08call. It is now it's not a two to four
- 1:53:11week. Count into February first part
- 1:53:16of March, that determines your evaluations for the year.
- 1:53:21This is something that your evaluation is going to be what
- 1:53:25you put into it. Literally, what you put into
- 1:53:29that scanner is go it's going to affect a good portion of your
- 1:53:33evaluations. Yes the Box count or the drop it
- 1:53:39from two minutes to one point, two minutes sucks for some
- 1:53:43rotes. The drive speed Matrix for those
- 1:53:46higher Mi routes with less boxes Yes, it sucks.
- 1:53:53Unfortunately, I hate to say it is what it is on those ends but
- 1:53:58unless you all of a sudden and those really rural areas get a
- 1:54:03massive build somewhere in more boxes, it's going to hurt for a
- 1:54:07little bit. It really is and it's hard to
- 1:54:10deal with for a lot of us October you know with those when
- 1:54:17we have the next mini mail survey at the end of September
- 1:54:20And no evaluations and October. Are we going to know where we're
- 1:54:23at, again? Maybe not.
- 1:54:26I know volumes are dropping. Even more Parcels.
- 1:54:29I know in my area, you know, we had those couple of years with
- 1:54:33covid, with Amazon and, and now, all of a sudden, we have
- 1:54:37contractors, delivering Amazon in our area, and our Parcels
- 1:54:41have started to dwindle again. Those last couple months, so
- 1:54:45it's going to be up in the air, unfortunately.
- 1:54:49Again, but definitely go over your 4241.
- 1:54:53A's go over your 4241 Em's. You know, I would say, hey, take
- 1:55:00a poem, go over with a fine-tooth comb.
- 1:55:02No, don't take a poem that's an into shift Duty.
- 1:55:05Get paid for that. Get paid for that and you know
- 1:55:15Josh is out you got a little bit of a coughing throat issue.
- 1:55:19So he went Ahead and departed with us this evening.
- 1:55:22So we'll skip over him and yeah, stewards definitely be prepared
- 1:55:28for Lots of questions, lots of upsets.
- 1:55:36And basically, I mean, it's going to be hard on us.
- 1:55:39I mean, maybe not, so not all of us, but we're all going to be
- 1:55:45handling something or another in our offices.
- 1:55:48I know that let me disagree with their young lady about.
- 1:55:53It's not the Union's fault. It is the Union's fault.
- 1:55:56I mean, you know, you had all this time during covid that a
- 1:56:00lot of work could be done, that never got done.
- 1:56:02Yes, no, I don't agree with that.
- 1:56:04Yeah, yeah, we had, we had them come out and say, four years.
- 1:56:09We've known about their your computer systems yet.
- 1:56:13Nothing was done about it. Okay, we've had years where we
- 1:56:17haven't had the transparency that we should have.
- 1:56:20What, what did the Union do about it?
- 1:56:23They just kept buying excuses from the post office.
- 1:56:26Like I said before, at the National Convention, if I was,
- 1:56:30you know, the president of this Union during covid, I'd have
- 1:56:33been down there every damn day. With a mask on, on the door and
- 1:56:40saying, yo, what the hell's going on?
- 1:56:43No, but they did and sat on their asses.
- 1:56:52And that's the Union's fault. I do.
- 1:56:56It's on both side, management management and Union, it's on
- 1:57:00both sides. This whole thing could have been
- 1:57:02solved three years ago we could have had account in 2019.
- 1:57:07We could have had a count in 2020.
- 1:57:09Everything they should have stalled, everything until
- 1:57:12everything became transparent, readily available and verifiable
- 1:57:17within 48 Hours of any numbers being put up.
- 1:57:20Yeah, I mean the whole time, you know, their toe know, there'll
- 1:57:24be a dead. A base of the website and you'll
- 1:57:26be able to log into it and check your numbers and blah blah blah.
- 1:57:29And then they finally just came to us all.
- 1:57:32Not that long ago saying yeah that's not even going to be
- 1:57:34feasible. No, wait, it's been 11 years. 11
- 1:57:39years in the making And folks, please don't forget her past
- 1:57:45five years, you've been working your ass off the living Amazon,
- 1:57:49and you've gotten no renew murmuration out of it
- 1:57:51whatsoever. That's the other side of it.
- 1:57:55Yeah, that we've all worked our butts off through covid and all
- 1:57:58that stuff. And we have absolutely nothing
- 1:58:00to show for it. Especially the subs, subs were
- 1:58:05the unsung heroes through covid and they have absolutely nothing
- 1:58:09to show for it either and now they're getting read out of
- 1:58:12route times and management gets a three percent raise and didn't
- 1:58:17even have to wait for it. Yeah, we have it takes 11
- 1:58:21months, to get our back pay. But man, talk about that next
- 1:58:26week but management gets a three percent raise.
- 1:58:31And then we turn around and get shit on with these evaluations
- 1:58:38because they can't get their shit together.
- 1:58:41To make this system work that they had 11 years now to, you
- 1:58:46know, and initially when that arbitration came out and with
- 1:58:50the engineers they wanted it in place in 2015.
- 1:58:54Yep. So we're already 8 years past
- 1:58:57when it was supposed to be in place.
- 1:59:00Eight years eight, you're supposed to figure it out now
- 1:59:06and you're still going to pass the blame off on all the postal
- 1:59:10reorganization. Ation and all those initial
- 1:59:12people are now replaced with people that didn't know what was
- 1:59:15going on and eight years. People eat years since this was
- 1:59:21initially supposed to be in place.
- 1:59:24Remember if it would have benefited the post office, it
- 1:59:27would have been in place in 2015.
- 1:59:29Yep, yes. And now if it had benefited now,
- 1:59:33it actually benefits the post office for them to put it out
- 1:59:36now and that's why I felt rude. Yep, so we're hitting up on two
- 1:59:45hours here guys. So we're going to wrap it up for
- 1:59:48tonight resolutions again had to take a back seat, we will get to
- 1:59:54those. I promise we're way more
- 1:59:58important and we still have time before we Put them up to our
- 2:00:01counties to go to State Convention or to whether it be
- 2:00:11next week. I don't know yet.
- 2:00:13We'll see what's going on because I can't quite see what
- 2:00:15new comes out. Yeah, he's from though.
- 2:00:19So either will either going to start on the next week or
- 2:00:22definitely the week after we may just be a whole episode
- 2:00:26dedicated or as resolutions. We're getting there though.
- 2:00:28Well, we'll have fun, we'll have to do a special episode in the
- 2:00:31middle of the week. We could do that to you to do
- 2:00:35that. We can do that.
- 2:00:37Yeah, we may think about that as things go on.
- 2:00:40Let's get through this week, definitely.
- 2:00:42For sure. Yeah.
- 2:00:45Not this week, not this week please.
- 2:00:50Yeah, but that do guys, we're gonna wrap it up for tonight.
- 2:00:55Again I'm gonna think you a huge thank-you for me and I'm sure
- 2:00:59all of us out there for all our new subscribers.
- 2:01:02Purrs and all the new people that are following us on the
- 2:01:06Facebook page. I can't tell you how much we
- 2:01:10appreciate that. I mean it's just it feels good
- 2:01:13to see that it's finally getting out there and this week has just
- 2:01:16been amazing, watching my analytics and all the notices
- 2:01:20coming up. My phone has been going off
- 2:01:22constantly the last few days. Not only with this whole
- 2:01:26aftermath Fiasco, but with just the notifications of the new
- 2:01:31subscribers. And again, I thank you all for
- 2:01:33that. Keep spreading the word amongst
- 2:01:34yourselves, please. We appreciate that.
- 2:01:37Don't be afraid to hit us up. Facebook page.
- 2:01:41We've had several new people join us on Discord, which is
- 2:01:43just absolutely great out. Then for the conversations,
- 2:01:47anything you want to hear us, talk about, feel free to email
- 2:01:50us messages, you know, hop on a dis quartet say, hey, you know,
- 2:01:55I've got an idea the so that you know, or did you guys talk about
- 2:01:59this a little bit more? I've got questions, we're here
- 2:02:02for you. No matter what it is, we will do
- 2:02:06the best we can to get answers for you.
- 2:02:09You and find the information that you're looking for and put
- 2:02:12you in the right direction, is anybody else have anything else
- 2:02:16tonight? All right, I have one thing go
- 2:02:20ahead. Mike, if anyone is interested in
- 2:02:28attending the mid states conference.
- 2:02:30In May the post office box for registrations will remain open
- 2:02:37until May 1st and they will accept registrations until May
- 2:02:411st. If I saw your message, I did
- 2:02:44announce that but thank you for okay that again I wasn't wasn't
- 2:02:49sure if you're going to put that out, that's okay.
- 2:02:52We want it's a good exotic women then where is that?
- 2:02:55Because I have 68 days of annual, leave the burn up.
- 2:02:59Wichita, he is in went to the Drury Plaza Hotel in Wichita,
- 2:03:04Kansas and nobody wants to go to Wichita Kansas.
- 2:03:07Come on, man. Jeez.
- 2:03:09Well good, even. Even if you don't go to the
- 2:03:11conference, you can at least Chase tornadoes.
- 2:03:13Rose. No, they'll chase me.
- 2:03:38It's in a registration. But I'm going to be there
- 2:03:41because I'm not buying any food at this point.
- 2:03:42So I'm just going to register. Anyway.
- 2:03:45Okay. So again, excited myself, my
- 2:03:48definitely James should be there.
- 2:03:52Well, I'll be there, you know, want to have conversations with
- 2:03:54us when we're outside of the Ring of more Roar that goes on
- 2:04:00inside the conference Hall. I think this myth States might
- 2:04:04be a little interesting. What do you think, Mike?
- 2:04:08That's why I was hope that's what I think about National
- 2:04:10Convention to but we'll see, maybe a little more content, the
- 2:04:14more concentrated group Yes, and I'm just going to put it out
- 2:04:18there for National with this whole thing with Rex going into
- 2:04:22a fight and we've talked about the engineers I did here.
- 2:04:28From Ronnie on. I think it was one of the zoom
- 2:04:33Stewart things quite possibly. It does sound like dr.
- 2:04:37Ken Miracle will be at National just putting it out there folks.
- 2:04:42So anyways, I'm that know I am. Well I'm hoping that you guys
- 2:04:51are going to have a metal detector look for Pitchfork and
- 2:04:55a bomb-sniffing, dog for the Torches.
- 2:05:00But I hope that people can be civil and respectful about this
- 2:05:05because, again, it's only 30% of the Union's fault and 70%
- 2:05:09Management's fault. I like those numbers the other
- 2:05:1330% and 70% because that's what they're giving us and cuts and
- 2:05:17cuts and raises on routes. So, it sounds good to me to
- 2:05:21blame like that. But remember, like everybody's
- 2:05:25been saying these scans are your life.
- 2:05:28Now, every scan you do puts pennies in your pocket, on your
- 2:05:32paycheck, and it may not be a lot.
- 2:05:35But remember, if you take a penny a day and double it every
- 2:05:40single day, You'll have more than a million dollars by the
- 2:05:43end of the year. Now, you're not going to get a
- 2:05:45million dollars on your route, only anybody will, but you can
