- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome.
- 0:03Speaker 2: To jasonnew Land dot com. My name's Jason new Land.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Please only listen when you can safely close your eyes.
- 0:20Speaker 2: There's nothing for you to do. I'm just gonna whisper.
- 0:26Speaker 3: In your ear.
- 0:29Speaker 1: I'm kind of relax.
- 0:34Speaker 2: We're gonna feel sleepy because of whispering activates that part
- 0:46Speaker 2: of your brain that knows, that recognizes it's time to
- 0:56Speaker 2: let go.
- 1:01Speaker 1: It's time to let go.
- 1:06Speaker 2: Of everything because there's nothing to think about, nothing to
- 1:16Speaker 2: be concerned with.
- 1:20Speaker 4: When you relax.
- 1:21Speaker 2: Deeply, you take a break, you step back from that stuff.
- 1:33Speaker 2: You give yourself permission to rest because you deserve this opportunity.
- 1:46Speaker 3: To feel more relaxed.
- 1:52Speaker 2: And as you focus on your mind, noticing what kind
- 2:02Speaker 2: of thoughts are going on there, maybe being aware of
- 2:12Speaker 2: the speed of.
- 2:14Speaker 3: The thoughts, and perhaps.
- 2:21Speaker 2: My voice is much slower than the speed of the
- 2:33Speaker 2: maybe your internal dialogue. So maybe that's an idea. You
- 2:43Speaker 2: could start to match your own internal chatter with mine,
- 2:59Speaker 2: or my internal chatter, but my voice, now, there's no
- 3:09Speaker 2: way you'd know what my internal chatter was like as there. Really,
- 3:15Speaker 2: I'll be honest, there's not much going on inside my head.
- 3:20Speaker 2: It's almost like my internal voice is my external voice.
- 3:26Speaker 1: It's the same.
- 3:29Speaker 2: The same speed, which means I'm probably very slow. But
- 3:43Speaker 2: as your internal voice slows down, maybe to the speed
- 3:49Speaker 2: of my voice, it may feel unusual to start with.
- 4:00Speaker 2: It may even be a bit annoying if you're not
- 4:06Speaker 2: used to it. And I understand that at times you
- 4:15Speaker 2: wouldn't want to be thinking this slowly, But this is
- 4:25Speaker 2: a time when you're relaxing.
- 4:32Speaker 1: And when you're ready to just drift off. A nice, slow, soft.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Voice can be more conducive relaxing your body, because when
- 5:11Speaker 2: you're mind feels more relaxed, your body feels more relaxed,
- 5:32Speaker 2: and in turn, when your body feels relaxed, your mind
- 5:40Speaker 2: also feels relaxed. It goes full circle. It's quite a
- 5:55Speaker 2: good positive thing. More relaxed you feel, the more relaxed
- 6:01Speaker 2: you feel continuing, Sometimes you may not even be aware
- 6:16Speaker 2: of just how much you need this relaxation.
- 6:24Speaker 4: In your life.
- 6:29Speaker 5: You may not have been aware or even cared in
- 6:35Speaker 5: the past the benefits.
- 6:43Speaker 3: That you can.
- 6:47Speaker 2: From allowing the muscles in your body to listen to
- 6:52Speaker 2: my voice and let go of all that stress, let
- 7:01Speaker 2: go of that tension, and you don't have to try
- 7:11Speaker 2: and do anything, just allow it to occur naturally, just
- 7:25Speaker 2: by listening to my voice, almost as if the energy.
- 7:33Speaker 1: From my voice is just.
- 7:35Speaker 3: Spreading through your body, through.
- 7:41Speaker 2: Your face, into the top of your head, moving all
- 7:48Speaker 2: the way down, relaxing every single muscle in your face,
- 8:03Speaker 2: your eyes, your joe, your mouth, tongue, your neck, shoulders
- 8:20Speaker 2: and arms, your hands and fingers, chest.
- 8:29Speaker 4: And stomach, your back.
- 8:38Speaker 2: Your hips, your buttocks and groin, your legs, and your
- 8:48Speaker 2: feet and toes, or relaxing in their own way.
- 8:57Speaker 6: And in their own time.
- 9:02Speaker 2: Because there's no pressure, there's no effort involved.
- 9:12Speaker 4: It's just you.
- 9:15Speaker 1: And me, and I'm the one doing the talking.
- 9:23Speaker 3: You're the one listening.
- 9:29Speaker 2: And even though you're listening, you may start to notice
- 9:38Speaker 2: your mind begins to drift. Not because I'm extremely boring,
- 9:49Speaker 2: because obviously I'm super exciting to listen to.
- 9:56Speaker 1: That just seems to be something.
- 9:58Speaker 2: That it happens when your mind relaxes deeply, when the
- 10:11Speaker 2: muscles of your eyes relax deeply, when you joke relaxes deeply,

- 30:14Speaker 3: If you haven't already.
- 30:18Speaker 9: Do that.
- 30:22Speaker 4: Now, all of your.
- 30:34Speaker 3: Intern organs.
- 30:37Speaker 4: It can be affected in.
- 30:41Speaker 2: An extraly positive way.
- 30:47Speaker 20: By my voice, sir relecs super beautiful.
- 31:26Speaker 3: Service. It feels really pleasant.
- 31:52Speaker 21: To yourself this time, relax.
- 32:25Speaker 3: In a more deep and.
- 32:31Speaker 1: Meaningful way, maybe in a way that can not just
- 32:39Speaker 1: allow you to feel calmer now and throughout the time
- 32:50Speaker 1: we spend together here, not just relaxed at the end
- 32:58Speaker 1: of the recording when it's finished and you can enjoy
- 33:03Speaker 1: that sense of comfort and peace, but also I think
- 33:20Speaker 1: it would be nice to have those feelings of relaxation
- 33:34Speaker 1: continue for longer after the recording has ended, so that
- 33:48Speaker 1: you can still benefit from listening to my voice, maybe
- 34:01Speaker 1: in a few hours time, perhaps tomorrow, and then by
- 34:12Speaker 1: listening regularly, especially if you find like some people do
- 34:20Speaker 1: and myself as well. I sometimes I find one particular
- 34:24Speaker 1: recording that really resonates with me, and I just listen
- 34:34Speaker 1: to it over and over again every morning, every evening.
- 34:47Speaker 1: There was this recording from We're going back to about
- 34:52Speaker 1: nineteen ninety nine. It was it wasn't hypnosis, but it
- 34:57Speaker 1: was a guided you vizations. It kind of was it
- 35:01Speaker 1: niciss really and I managed to find it again and
- 35:09Speaker 1: it still has the same effect on me, And part
- 35:15Speaker 1: of it was the person's voice relaxed me. She just
- 35:28Speaker 1: felt so peaceful, and I'd look forward.
- 35:34Speaker 6: To listening to her.
- 35:39Speaker 1: In the morning and in the evening. And I knew
- 35:49Speaker 1: before even pressing the play button that since I've done that,
- 35:59Speaker 1: pressed the play but button. This is in the days
- 36:02Speaker 1: of CD players, pressed the play button, ifact it might
- 36:16Speaker 1: have even been a tape recorder. I'd lie down on
- 36:21Speaker 1: the bed and then even without necessarily listening to her
- 36:34Speaker 1: words because I had to memorized. Really, it was as
- 36:47Speaker 1: if my body knew exactly what to do, and the
- 36:58Speaker 1: muscles just almost went into automatic relaxation, and I remember
- 37:20Speaker 1: my mind would slow down.
- 37:30Speaker 15: Now.
- 37:32Speaker 1: Now, I was listening to this recording in the early
- 37:39Speaker 1: days of learning hypnosis, and long before I ever made
- 37:47Speaker 1: any videos or audio recordings myself, because I didn't start
- 37:55Speaker 1: doing that till two thousand and six, I knew, I
- 38:09Speaker 1: knew how helpful I found being able to just let go,
- 38:25Speaker 1: to have that trust in the person that I'm listening to,
- 38:38Speaker 1: knowing that it's going to be just as relaxing, if
- 38:46Speaker 1: not more so. Each time you hear my voice, you
- 38:56Speaker 1: may feel the same. Some people have been listening to
- 39:08Speaker 1: me for over a decade, maybe not solidly, obviously, not
- 39:21Speaker 1: twenty four hours a day, but maybe people come back.
- 39:30Speaker 1: Some people maybe listen every day. That's something that I
- 39:45Speaker 1: do which you may not realize by listening, is when
- 40:01Speaker 1: I record these recordings. Now, for example, I also am
- 40:17Speaker 1: affected by the words that I say. So if I
- 40:31Speaker 1: set you focus on your feet, notice your feet relaxing,
- 40:41Speaker 1: I will be focusing.
- 40:43Speaker 3: On my feet.
- 40:49Speaker 4: I will be noticing.
- 40:53Speaker 1: My feet relaxing. If I said focus on your hands,
- 41:10Speaker 1: and maybe notice the difference between each hand, perhaps notice
- 41:20Speaker 1: the air in the room, the temperature of the room.
- 41:28Speaker 1: On the backs of your hands, you may start to
- 41:39Speaker 1: notice what almost feels like a very light breeze, even
- 41:47Speaker 1: though there may not be any type of breeze at
- 41:51Speaker 1: all where you are right now. And as you become
- 42:05Speaker 1: aware of your hands, I'm also aware of how relaxed
- 42:20Speaker 1: my hands are feeling now. And when it comes to
- 42:45Speaker 1: potentially drifting off to sleep, which may be the reason
- 42:51Speaker 1: you're listening, I also feel drowsy when I make these recordings.
- 43:12Speaker 1: I also notice my mind drifting. In fact, at times
- 43:31Speaker 1: I've actually fallen asleep without even noticing, and then I
- 43:45Speaker 1: carry on talking and it's suddenly where I listen back
- 43:57Speaker 1: to do the editing, I hear snoring, and I think
- 44:06Speaker 1: I don't remember snoring. I remember talking this snorings I
- 44:17Speaker 1: pick turned up. That's why I sound like when a
- 44:23Speaker 1: snare and I get really into the whole experience. I
- 44:42Speaker 1: don't know how you feel. How relaxed do you feel
- 44:51Speaker 1: in your feet? How relaxed you feel in your hands.
- 45:17Speaker 1: I have noticed more and more that the more relaxed,
- 45:31Speaker 1: deeper level of comfort you feel, the easier your breathing
- 45:46Speaker 1: becomes solmst like that dishall muscle relaxation. So this allows
- 46:10Speaker 1: you the breath easier without necessarily focusing on your breath. However,
- 46:41Speaker 1: being able to notice the ease in which he brieve
- 47:10Speaker 1: so naturally, you priez so very easily and smoothly. Whenever
- 48:00Speaker 1: I imagine my breathing improving. When I've got my eyes closed,
- 48:25Speaker 1: I tend to visualize beautiful field trees and flowers producing
- 48:46Speaker 1: all that life giving oxygen. It feels nice to, if
- 49:20Speaker 1: nothing else, just taking some time away from everything, enjoying
- 49:57Speaker 1: that feeling of pace serenity with a joyful art. Time
- 50:49Speaker 1: seems to just drip by, so varies slowly, relaxed, so
- 51:20Speaker 1: deeply peaceful, completely unattached to any thoughts whatsoever in this
- 51:59Speaker 1: moment completely free. You like to say that's your mind
- 53:02Speaker 1: slowed down. Slowed down because nothing really requires your attention.
- 53:58Speaker 1: You can enjoy the physical sensations of allowing the stress
- 54:12Speaker 1: to drip out of your body, dripping out of every
- 54:28Speaker 1: part of your body and being released from your brain
- 55:00Speaker 1: your mind slowly but surely. The muscles in your.
- 55:34Speaker 22: Legs remacs RECs so very deep thing.
- 56:20Speaker 1: Rigs sweet deeply, and the feedings pleasant feelings in your
- 56:51Speaker 1: arms and shoulders deepening each part of your body further
- 57:24Speaker 1: and deeper and deeper. Might to say, the feelings in
- 57:57Speaker 1: the back of your neck, feelings in your wrists, muscles,
- 59:00Speaker 1: fants of your body say peace deep it was a
- 59:54Speaker 1: sense of peace. M spreads through.
- 1:00:02Speaker 23: A very cool.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: Who manu focus on your mind. Your mind becomes a low, deep,
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: relax fairy sly stomach dayste for many of stomach, your back, nice,
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: nice sounds relaxed.
- 1:03:26Speaker 4: You now feel.
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: In the hole of your back in a spy from
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: your brain. Woll lay down the middle of your back,
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: sending and receiving millions of messages every day deep coomfort.
- 1:04:41Speaker 3: Increasing deeply relaxed.
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: Ms, legs spreading the signals down his spinal cold into
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: reports of your body.
- 1:06:21Speaker 24: Sins in conferences, outputs, fears.
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: Of peace and tranquility, spreading through your body, tips of
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: your toes to your eyes, your fingers. All wait till
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: you love a bad and letting go, reiating pace, drifting.
- 1:08:51Speaker 15: Mind.
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: This will not man away, happy to let go, let God.
- 1:09:19Speaker 3: Lately leer.
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: So drink no body en joy of censor listener nod pace, joy, space, this, space,
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: pace and safety les. Maybe we can just focus on
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: the different parts of your body, just to notice a
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: forehead and your eyes. Let's say, in a sense complete freedom,
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: absolute freedom, yes, Shane, paste to grace a made notes
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: of my test your mind, trift.
- 1:21:05Speaker 25: Pace any anual deeply.
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: In the direction of dito, blissful pace, bliss for pace
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: two pays such lets you go. Are the films almost physible,
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: fairy fat and paceful.
- 1:26:07Speaker 26: Schools.
- 1:27:06Speaker 1: And you could start to notice that you are feeling
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: more relaxed, even though if not purposely focused your mind
- 1:27:25Speaker 1: upon that sense of physical comfort that is growing within
- 1:27:33Speaker 1: you throughout your body, and your mind starts to slow down,
- 1:27:47Speaker 1: and that could be almost in recognition of I guess
- 1:27:54Speaker 1: my speech not being particularly fast and things generally feel calmer.
- 1:28:13Speaker 15: Just by listening to my voice, you give yourself an opportunity.
- 1:28:24Speaker 1: To take a break from the day, take a break
- 1:28:29Speaker 1: from your life, as it is, to give yourself a rest,
- 1:28:40Speaker 1: giving yourself permission to take some time off and to
- 1:28:48Speaker 1: allow your body to relax and allow your mind to
- 1:28:54Speaker 1: slow down, which in.
- 1:28:59Speaker 15: Turn releases the tension any stresses that you had in
- 1:29:07Speaker 15: your body.
- 1:29:13Speaker 1: It's almost as if the parts of your body just
- 1:29:18Speaker 1: open up, allowing the negativity out and at the same
- 1:29:29Speaker 1: time replacing that negativity with positive healing energy, which then
- 1:29:41Speaker 1: fills your body up and your mind.
- 1:29:45Speaker 3: To also.
- 1:29:50Speaker 1: Starts to appreciate those feelings of increasing confidence and an
- 1:30:05Speaker 1: almost uplifting feeling, positive healing energy that spreads through your
- 1:30:22Speaker 1: body like a wave of comfort. And all this comes
- 1:30:34Speaker 1: from just allowing yourself.
- 1:30:42Speaker 15: A few minutes, maybe half an hour, however long you
- 1:30:47Speaker 15: want it to be, just rest, allow.
- 1:30:59Speaker 1: Your mind and your body to almost reset itself to
- 1:31:10Speaker 1: the settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness, which allows more
- 1:31:26Speaker 1: room for feelings of pleasure and happiness to move around
- 1:31:40Speaker 1: your body and into your mind, almost as if your
- 1:31:48Speaker 1: mind and your body are sinking together, almost mirroring each
- 1:31:59Speaker 1: other with that growing positivity and calmness, and it feels nice,
- 1:32:15Speaker 1: really does feel nice to know that you are the
- 1:32:21Speaker 1: one that has allowed.
- 1:32:23Speaker 15: Yourself to feel more comfort and to experience.
- 1:32:39Speaker 1: More of this.
- 1:32:41Speaker 15: Deep relaxation spreading throughout your body.
- 1:32:55Speaker 1: And as I focus on each part to your body,
- 1:33:03Speaker 1: you can notice that that part becomes even more relaxed
- 1:33:17Speaker 1: just by focusing on it.
- 1:33:21Speaker 15: Becomes even more calm and comfortable, just by focusing.
- 1:33:35Speaker 1: And as I moved down your body, starting and your head,
- 1:33:43Speaker 1: the parts that you have already focused on or can
- 1:33:47Speaker 1: continue to relax deeply those parts that have not yet
- 1:33:57Speaker 1: focused on, or just automatically release any remain intention in
- 1:34:10Speaker 1: anticipation of even more comfort about to come. Now, the
- 1:34:25Speaker 1: start by focusing on your forehead. Just being aware of
- 1:34:32Speaker 1: the feelings of your forehead. Any background sounds like mister
- 1:34:43Speaker 1: Herbert the pigeon just allow you to feel you're more relaxed.
- 1:34:53Speaker 1: Just means during the moment, this isn't this isn't a
- 1:35:00Speaker 1: their iron environments. This is the world I live in
- 1:35:07Speaker 1: the countryside. There's lots of nature sounds around. As you
- 1:35:20Speaker 1: focus on your forehead, just notice how it becomes even
- 1:35:27Speaker 1: more relaxed as you focus only on my voice and
- 1:35:37Speaker 1: that part of your body. Moving down to your eyes.
- 1:35:48Speaker 1: Focusing on your eyes, noticing how your eyelids feel so
- 1:35:59Speaker 1: heavy it has so light at the same time, all
- 1:36:09Speaker 1: the muscles around your eyes relaxing completely. Moving your focus
- 1:36:22Speaker 1: down to your mouth, the lips, your tongue, your teeth.
- 1:36:29Speaker 1: You comes behore of your mouth, relaxing, calm and loose
- 1:36:46Speaker 1: as you focus now on your jaw, just a part
- 1:36:54Speaker 1: of your journey. Your mouth, your chin out, the size
- 1:37:01Speaker 1: of your face, to your ears, the hole of your jawl.
- 1:37:11Speaker 15: Fleeting, all relaxed, let me calm, focusing.
- 1:37:34Speaker 1: On your neck, the front of your neck and your throat. Relaxin,
- 1:37:45Speaker 1: loose and calm, sides of your neck, right the left
- 1:37:57Speaker 1: side of your leck, legs and lace and calm. Now
- 1:38:16Speaker 1: the back of your leg. Focusing on the back of
- 1:38:23Speaker 1: your leg, letting go with any tension that may be
- 1:38:33Speaker 1: there before, and enjoy.
- 1:38:37Speaker 3: In that.
- 1:38:41Speaker 15: Sense of increasing comfort and release.
- 1:38:50Speaker 1: I think you can experience in the back of your neck,
- 1:39:00Speaker 1: moving down your back, moving either side of your spine,
- 1:39:09Speaker 1: right from the top of your back all the way
- 1:39:14Speaker 1: down to the bottom of your back. Down It's your
- 1:39:27Speaker 1: lower back. As him move up and down your spine,
- 1:39:39Speaker 1: you can feel the muscles either side of your spine
- 1:39:46Speaker 1: relaxing even more. And it's those muscles relax that sense
- 1:40:01Speaker 1: of comfort starts to spread outwards from your spine into
- 1:40:11Speaker 1: both sides of your back, the top of your back,
- 1:40:19Speaker 1: the middle end your lower back. And as you're scared
- 1:40:27Speaker 1: gently and slowly up and down your back, the muscles
- 1:40:35Speaker 1: at the top of your back relax and become a looser.
- 1:40:45Speaker 1: The muscles in the middle of your back also seemed
- 1:40:51Speaker 1: to just almost define from each other, separating and oh
- 1:41:00Speaker 1: storm melting.
- 1:41:06Speaker 27: And in your lower back.
- 1:41:11Speaker 1: It seems to be an extra special feeling of comfort.
- 1:41:24Speaker 1: The spreads into your hips. Sit down your lower back,
- 1:41:31Speaker 1: into your hips, into the area where your cosicks are,
- 1:41:42Speaker 1: and into your buttocks. These muscles then spread bring your
- 1:41:52Speaker 1: lower back into your hip area, start to mount, start
- 1:42:06Speaker 1: to reading, let go and you know where about to
- 1:42:18Speaker 1: focus on your shoulders, back your spy, continue to let go,
- 1:42:32Speaker 1: continue to relax.
- 1:42:38Speaker 28: So coldly.
- 1:42:46Speaker 15: As you focus on your shoulders, you may notice they're already.
- 1:42:55Speaker 1: Feeding. Really this already cold.
- 1:43:23Speaker 9: Feel.
- 1:43:27Speaker 1: Those muscles then move from the neck into your shoulders
- 1:43:42Speaker 1: feels so soft and gentle, so calm. The feeling in
- 1:44:13Speaker 1: your shoulders seems to spread deep into your shoulders as
- 1:44:28Speaker 1: since relaxation not just traveling deeply into your muscles, also
- 1:44:41Speaker 1: relaxing the butterless and we feel the way underneath your arms,
- 1:44:58Speaker 1: relaxing the whole area between the tops of your shoulders,
- 1:45:05Speaker 1: and don't make your arms he Then if you're so
- 1:45:19Speaker 1: relaxed and comfortable in your shoulders always says that deep
- 1:45:34Speaker 1: he message into your arms, you may feel almost as
- 1:45:56Speaker 1: if your arms an leaven that s laxed, stakely laced.
- 1:46:16Speaker 15: S s.
- 1:46:51Speaker 1: Fas spreading, Oh my day.
- 1:46:57Speaker 23: Your cards.
- 1:47:01Speaker 1: To hours.
- 1:47:06Speaker 15: Clearing alwas circumpen spreads away into rests for sadrists.
- 1:47:44Speaker 3: So heavy.
- 1:47:48Speaker 1: Yet the same time chip pace, the sense of real
- 1:49:35Speaker 1: pace just seems to feel sip million strikes takes.
- 1:51:05Speaker 28: It's stay.
- 1:52:39Speaker 3: Focus less.
- 1:54:02Speaker 1: Ox five.
- 1:54:57Speaker 28: Scotch using.
- 1:57:05Speaker 1: Faith, faith.
- 1:57:15Speaker 3: Says scon.
- 1:57:25Speaker 1: Sack so.
- 1:57:33Speaker 27: S pas ho.
- 1:58:09Speaker 1: Sc pas.
- 1:58:28Speaker 28: Same pace from.
- 1:58:38Speaker 1: C come lent like sation, the strictly chased story. Let's
- 1:59:08Speaker 1: you go everything. So I'm gonna start counting down now
- 1:59:30Speaker 1: from twenty down to one. You can imagine in a
- 1:59:39Speaker 1: way it's like just walking down some steps and each
- 1:59:45Speaker 1: step or twenty steps, each step represents a level of comfort.
- 1:59:55Speaker 1: Each step represents and deeply.
- 2:00:02Speaker 28: Of the comfort.
- 2:00:10Speaker 1: And the furthieses you walk down those steps that deeper
- 2:00:17Speaker 1: last feel so starting with number twenty twenty nineteen eight
- 2:02:59Speaker 1: six six three fourhhhhhhhhhhe you nohhhh d six five.
- 2:17:06Speaker 29: Huts us.
- 2:19:36Speaker 28: Us.
- 2:21:05Speaker 1: Now, as you focus on your lives, you're gonna countdown
- 2:21:22Speaker 1: from ten outs one, focusing just on your eyes, your eyelids,
- 2:21:39Speaker 1: the muscles around your eyes, your eye walls themselves, a
- 2:21:48Speaker 1: whole area that makes up your eye. As we count
- 2:22:05Speaker 1: down ten down to one, wants to focus in on
- 2:22:13Speaker 1: your eyes, you will become twice is relaxed with each
- 2:22:29Speaker 1: number count down that you may find the way you
- 2:22:42Speaker 1: want to do is just to drift off to sleep.
- 2:22:51Speaker 1: And if that's what you want, then just allow yourself
- 2:22:57Speaker 1: to do that. Now, focus it in your eyes and
- 2:23:12Speaker 1: to begin countain down ten down to one right now,
- 2:23:31Speaker 1: ten nine eight.
- 2:25:25Speaker 8: Seven uh.
- 2:28:40Speaker 30: Fihhh h, sir, cut down ten to one, ten.
- 2:32:49Speaker 1: Nine eight.
- 2:32:54Speaker 15: Seven six four three.
- 2:33:08Speaker 1: Two one. And maybe that was a bit too quick
- 2:33:21Speaker 1: in order to relax. Maybe it's a too fast for
- 2:33:25Speaker 1: you to notice the calming of your body, maybe even
- 2:33:35Speaker 1: a little bit of pressure. They're like, you'll count it
- 2:33:39Speaker 1: down from ten to one. Would you expect me to do? Man,
- 2:33:43Speaker 1: expect me to go with floppy just because you're counting down.
- 2:33:53Speaker 1: If you try again, but this time I'll go a
- 2:33:57Speaker 1: bit slower.
- 2:34:00Speaker 15: Time.
- 2:34:01Speaker 1: Then you focus on the whole of your body before
- 2:34:06Speaker 1: we focus on legs. Just notice how your body does
- 2:34:15Speaker 1: start to feel more relaxed with every number that I
- 2:34:29Speaker 1: count down ten nine, at eight, seven, six, five, four, three.
- 2:36:02Speaker 15: One.
- 2:36:14Speaker 1: Just notice how how you feel, generally, how your body feels.
- 2:36:27Speaker 1: It's not necessarily even about counting down from ten to one.
- 2:36:38Speaker 1: It's that space that you.
- 2:36:40Speaker 2: Have, that.
- 2:36:44Speaker 1: Space between being active physically or mentally, just sitting lying down,
- 2:37:07Speaker 1: just being there, not doing anything, not saying anything, or
- 2:37:13Speaker 1: needing to think about anything.
- 2:37:17Speaker 31: So it opens up a space, you know, a bit
- 2:37:21Speaker 31: of a space, a gap. And the more I came
- 2:37:32Speaker 31: down from ten to one, the bigger that gap becomes.
- 2:37:39Speaker 31: So there's that gap of calmness, of comfort, relaxation.
- 2:37:51Speaker 1: It's a nice feeling, and it moves those stresses or
- 2:38:04Speaker 1: discomforts physically or emotionally, moves them.
- 2:38:10Speaker 3: Away.
- 2:38:17Speaker 1: Allows you.
- 2:38:21Speaker 15: To just.
- 2:38:24Speaker 1: Slow down. Someone to count the game from ten downs
- 2:38:31Speaker 1: to one, and notice that gap widening, the gap, and
- 2:38:41Speaker 1: this it widens, this almost slight the stress and attention
- 2:38:47Speaker 1: falls into the gap, gives you that distance, that space
- 2:39:13Speaker 1: ten nine, eight, seven, six, five three one. Then how
- 2:41:15Speaker 1: did you body? You feel.
- 2:41:21Speaker 9: Now?
- 2:41:34Speaker 1: Can you notice that? Do you feeling calm? Then you
- 2:41:46Speaker 1: feel relaxed? It's now focus on your legs, just your legs.
- 2:42:33Speaker 1: You're just gonna start with focusing on your thighs. Of course,
- 2:42:53Speaker 1: it's not the most exciting thing to be done, because
- 2:43:01Speaker 1: I'm sure, like most of your body is not a
- 2:43:04Speaker 1: lot going on right now. Just focusing on the whole
- 2:43:17Speaker 1: of your thighs, the tops of your thighs, the sides
- 2:43:23Speaker 1: of your thighs, the bottoms of your thighs, your outer thighs,
- 2:43:31Speaker 1: inner thighs, basically the whole of your thigh that leads
- 2:43:37Speaker 1: into your hip and it goes down to your knee joints.
- 2:43:53Speaker 1: And this is a big area. It's very heavy. We
- 2:44:00Speaker 1: are very strong, probably the strongest muscles in your body
- 2:44:07Speaker 1: or in your thighs. But I don't think we perhaps
- 2:44:23Speaker 1: give us attention to her thighs. Perhaps we don't they
- 2:44:35Speaker 1: acknowledge how important our thighs are to our lives, how much.
- 2:44:59Speaker 27: They actually do for us.
- 2:45:04Speaker 1: All through our lives. And it may seem sound really weird.
- 2:45:18Speaker 1: I think that all her body parts, especially her thighs,
- 2:45:25Speaker 1: needs TLC, a bit of love shown, a bit of acknowledgement,
- 2:45:42Speaker 1: thank you, gratitude for what our thighs do for us.
- 2:45:58Speaker 1: And I know this may sound it is strange. Maybe
- 2:46:04Speaker 1: you think, why am I sure? How I should be
- 2:46:06Speaker 1: out in the garden hugging a tree or something. So
- 2:46:16Speaker 1: I had to set like I phone up on a tree.
- 2:46:19Speaker 1: Why I'm doing to see doors? I was, I wouldn't
- 2:46:21Speaker 1: be outside o the tree. I can't see the television
- 2:46:25Speaker 1: from the tree. We moved down to your knees. We
- 2:46:35Speaker 1: gain such an important part, and I think we don't necessarily.
- 2:46:45Speaker 1: I must speak for myself here. I don't necessarily appreciate
- 2:46:53Speaker 1: all that I needs to do for me until I
- 2:46:58Speaker 1: have a problem with my need. Occasionally, if I ever,
- 2:47:03Speaker 1: maybe i'll bash it. It's aching for some reason then
- 2:47:10Speaker 1: that I realize how much it does. You know, the
- 2:47:15Speaker 1: benefit of being able to use my legs without any
- 2:47:23Speaker 1: kind of physical discomfort is a beautiful thing that's possibly
- 2:47:31Speaker 1: not appreciated tool. It's temporarily removed. You know that's comfort.
- 2:47:43Speaker 1: But as you focus on your knees, regardless of how
- 2:47:47Speaker 1: your needs feel, you can have that sense of gratitude
- 2:47:56Speaker 1: and love to your needs for all that they do.
- 2:48:10Speaker 1: You can still have that attention on your thighs. Maybe
- 2:48:14Speaker 1: notice how your thighs feel. Maybe you notice that they
- 2:48:21Speaker 1: are relaxing more deeply as you focus now on the
- 2:48:39Speaker 1: bottoms of your legs and your sheets, your calf muscles,
- 2:48:44Speaker 1: the bones between your knees and your feet incorporate, and course,
- 2:48:53Speaker 1: your ankles.
- 2:48:56Speaker 28: So important.
- 2:49:02Speaker 1: Anyone that's had even like the slightest spray of an
- 2:49:07Speaker 1: ankle knows how how much we take our encurs for granted.
- 2:49:21Speaker 1: And it's kind of strange in a way when you
- 2:49:23Speaker 1: think that. You know, logically, our wrists are a lot
- 2:49:29Speaker 1: of thinner than the rest of our arms, which is okay,
- 2:49:34Speaker 1: it doesn't I can't see any problem with that because
- 2:49:38Speaker 1: we're just picking stuff up. Our ankles so much thinner
- 2:49:46Speaker 1: than the rest of our legs, and from a physics
- 2:49:54Speaker 1: perspective or logical even it doesn't really make sense. All
- 2:50:00Speaker 1: this weight will ultimately be resting on your ankles. Then
- 2:50:09Speaker 1: lead to your feet, a thin area, thin bone. Yeah,
- 2:50:23Speaker 1: it does so much great work. Supports us, supports our
- 2:50:28Speaker 1: body for a lifetime, helps us to balance, It helps.
- 2:50:40Speaker 3: You to.
- 2:50:44Speaker 1: Get around, to be mobile. And there's the car muscles.
- 2:50:54Speaker 1: Of course I was younger, I couldn't see the pointing
- 2:51:02Speaker 1: calf muscles. Didn't seem to do anything. Okay, if worked
- 2:51:08Speaker 1: around my tiptoes and my calf muscles get some work.
- 2:51:13Speaker 1: But of course that's not true. The calf muscles are
- 2:51:16Speaker 1: being used whenever we use our legs and your shins
- 2:51:29Speaker 1: there to protect your lower legs shaped in a way
- 2:51:40Speaker 1: the most as a protector for the bone, leading of
- 2:51:52Speaker 1: course to your ankles and your feet. I'm not going
- 2:52:02Speaker 1: to focus on your feet. I'm just going to focus
- 2:52:04Speaker 1: on the legs. I realize now that I've mentioned your feet,
- 2:52:12Speaker 1: you'll probably focus on them anyway, So maybe I should
- 2:52:16Speaker 1: focus on your feet a little bit. You can have
- 2:52:23Speaker 1: them in your awareness the same as you have your
- 2:52:28Speaker 1: thighs in your awareness. Even though we haven't been focusing
- 2:52:33Speaker 1: on your thighs a few minutes, be focusing on your angles.
- 2:52:45Speaker 1: There's still that sensation of comfort in your thighs, and
- 2:53:00Speaker 1: there's that movement of energy because the thighs hold lots
- 2:53:10Speaker 1: of different sensations. Of course, there's the muscles and the
- 2:53:15Speaker 1: big strong muscles that we have in our thighs, but
- 2:53:28Speaker 1: the skin on the outside of the thighs, as in
- 2:53:34Speaker 1: the outside of all of our body, it can be
- 2:53:38Speaker 1: very sensitive, sensitive to a touch, sensitive to temperature, and
- 2:53:56Speaker 1: inside your thighs the bones, there's the muscles, the blood, vessels,
- 2:54:04Speaker 1: the archrees to all this stuff inside of thighs. I
- 2:54:15Speaker 1: guess sometimes it'd be nice if you can actually put
- 2:54:18Speaker 1: your fingers inside your thighs and message, so you can
- 2:54:26Speaker 1: message on the outside of the course, but be able
- 2:54:29Speaker 1: to get deep into the muscles, to be able to
- 2:54:33Speaker 1: just message inside your thighs, message in the bones.
- 2:54:39Speaker 3: If your leg.
- 2:54:42Speaker 1: Massage the veins just gently heaving thighs, you can move
- 2:54:57Speaker 1: downsi inside your these some message in those bones with
- 2:55:06Speaker 1: healing fingertips spreading the heathing energy deep into the joints these.
- 2:55:20Speaker 1: Of course, there's the baking and the inside crease. Real
- 2:55:27Speaker 1: need is it's a very sensitive area. It feels really
- 2:55:35Speaker 1: nice when it strucking. That might be because it's an
- 2:55:40Speaker 1: area that's not really touched very often. It's almost like
- 2:55:45Speaker 1: a hidden part. A crease your legs. It's a west
- 2:55:54Speaker 1: like a part that.
- 2:55:57Speaker 15: Has a sensitivity, which is a little bit of course,
- 2:56:08Speaker 15: it's protected by your legs. Let you put in your
- 2:56:20Speaker 15: fingers into increase your legs and folding between your legs.
- 2:56:31Speaker 15: You can just message with your fingertips. Let your fingertips
- 2:56:36Speaker 15: going inside massage in the muscle tissue.
- 2:56:46Speaker 1: You can cause field.
- 2:56:47Speaker 27: The bones of your knees.
- 2:56:52Speaker 1: Head through your fingertips and then they should go down
- 2:57:05Speaker 1: to your calf muscles. And that's a part I'd like
- 2:57:08Speaker 1: to be able to reading. But my thinker to stain
- 2:57:12Speaker 1: inside the calf muscles. Massage in every single tissue with
- 2:57:22Speaker 1: the muscle, healing every part. They do the same for
- 2:57:33Speaker 1: the shiels, massage and gently stroking the bones, gently stroking
- 2:57:44Speaker 1: the healing and loving way because they deserve to be treated.
- 2:57:53Speaker 1: There's the precious bones that they are.
- 2:57:56Speaker 15: Their legs are so precious that it will parts of
- 2:58:00Speaker 15: our body the more precious of any tub.
- 2:58:08Speaker 21: Planet.
- 2:58:17Speaker 1: When you start to.
- 2:58:20Speaker 23: Think about.
- 2:58:24Speaker 1: Reles in its way, it can change your perspective. In myself,
- 2:58:39Speaker 1: it's silly to start with the idea of family love
- 2:58:45Speaker 1: fels showing appreciation with your thighs, wanting to be able
- 2:58:55Speaker 1: to be your hands in your thighs, passage the muscles
- 2:59:04Speaker 1: and the bones. When do you get your fingers deep
- 2:59:08Speaker 1: in their releasing tension, Just to show how much you
- 2:59:19Speaker 1: care about your legs much you care for what your
- 2:59:27Speaker 1: legs do for regularly you be your calms, your ankles,
- 2:59:41Speaker 1: the strength of your ankles, considering how fit they are
- 2:59:49Speaker 1: compared to the rest of your legs, especially your thighs.
- 2:59:57Speaker 1: They're so strong, so flexible, absolutely amazing things, and course
- 3:00:09Speaker 1: are truly a gift because of what they do for you.
- 3:00:24Speaker 1: Supporting all that weight, regardless of how what weight you are,
- 3:00:32Speaker 1: even if you're only at stone, it's still a long
- 3:00:37Speaker 1: weight for these angles. How a lot the heavier the
- 3:00:44Speaker 1: mainsto double dob.
- 3:00:51Speaker 23: In my course.
- 3:00:53Speaker 1: Support my body all the time. I do give off
- 3:01:01Speaker 1: a sigh of relief to sit down as old legs
- 3:01:07Speaker 1: though my thin fingle s, my toes. Clapping your legs
- 3:01:41Speaker 1: really are amazing, and talking about talking about your legs
- 3:01:50Speaker 1: is probably possibilitely my most my sporing things. Anyone say that's.
- 3:02:03Speaker 23: Boring, l.
- 3:02:05Speaker 1: Everything I said is true. My legs are amazing. Your
- 3:02:21Speaker 1: lex deserve not just respect because they deserve to relax deeply.
- 3:02:41Speaker 1: They deserve to take some time out of the day
- 3:02:46Speaker 1: to just let go completely. Your legs really can relax
- 3:03:23Speaker 1: because the legs are so such a nice, you know,
- 3:03:27Speaker 1: very important part of your body. When you relax your nets,
- 3:03:33Speaker 1: the rest of your body also naturally follows in that
- 3:03:44Speaker 1: journey of comfort. Like I'm feeling my hips, my hips
- 3:03:57Speaker 1: feel really nice, and also my nfe back as well.
- 3:04:06Speaker 1: My knoe back really feels it feels stretched, even though
- 3:04:11Speaker 1: I'm just sitting in a chair and there's no stretching
- 3:04:18Speaker 1: as far as my way that I'm doing. It's almost
- 3:04:21Speaker 1: as if the muscles are just relaxed so much and
- 3:04:25Speaker 1: there is.
- 3:04:25Speaker 15: A natural stretch as the tension has reduced a lot.
- 3:04:50Speaker 15: And I'm now going to count down ten down to one.
- 3:04:58Speaker 15: You can continue fill last.
- 3:05:08Speaker 1: Ten nine, eight, seven, six, five, four three las. I'm
- 3:06:00Speaker 1: just going to count down fire down to one. And
- 3:06:05Speaker 1: as a countdown, you just focus on the numbers, just
- 3:06:11Speaker 1: the numbers counting down, and notice how you feel.
- 3:06:21Speaker 23: In this moment.
- 3:06:24Speaker 1: As you hear the numbers counting down, knowing that those
- 3:06:29Speaker 1: numbers counting down represent you feeling calmer, not just in
- 3:06:42Speaker 1: your body, but also relaxing the mind. Just notice how
- 3:06:50Speaker 1: you feel. There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say,
- 3:06:57Speaker 1: there's nothing to think about. Starting with number five four
- 3:07:23Speaker 1: three two one. As you notice the gradual letting go
- 3:08:02Speaker 1: the tension in your body, you may also begin to
- 3:08:09Speaker 1: notice and be aware of how your mind is starting
- 3:08:17Speaker 1: to slow down. This is just a natural thing that happens.
- 3:08:28Speaker 1: It's not really a special procedure. It's just natural. Because
- 3:08:33Speaker 1: it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax,
- 3:08:41Speaker 1: and the more the mind relaxes, the more your body relaxes.
- 3:08:44Speaker 1: Is just a continuous circle of relaxation, and there's that
- 3:08:56Speaker 1: calmness that comes from relative quietness. You know, even even
- 3:09:04Speaker 1: if this background sounds, maybe your side online is still
- 3:09:11Speaker 1: going to be quite calm. You know, you haven't got
- 3:09:17Speaker 1: the television on, there's no music in the background, unless
- 3:09:22Speaker 1: you're listening to record it with music. Of course, you
- 3:09:29Speaker 1: are very likely not going to be sitting in a
- 3:09:31Speaker 1: room with other people. Of course you my people. Generally,
- 3:09:36Speaker 1: it's more idea if you can do this on your own,
- 3:09:41Speaker 1: so no distractions, and when you stop thinking about stuff,
- 3:09:58Speaker 1: relaxation automatically rises. The sense of comfort starts to grow
- 3:10:13Speaker 1: and without trying to build it up into something fantastical,
- 3:10:23Speaker 1: something magical. This is just a natural process, something that's
- 3:10:33Speaker 1: easy to accomplish. In fact, it's almost you know, the
- 3:10:42Speaker 1: sense of relaxing completely happens really when you put no
- 3:10:49Speaker 1: effort into it. It's not something that you can really force.
- 3:10:56Speaker 1: It's something that happens naturally. A part of the process
- 3:11:06Speaker 1: of this recording and others is simply to allow you
- 3:11:20Speaker 1: to take advantage of this space, this time, to just
- 3:11:35Speaker 1: let go, to just be here, to be in tune
- 3:11:46Speaker 1: with how you feel, yet with the intention of wanting
- 3:11:58Speaker 1: to relax deeply that maybe even to fall asleep, depending
- 3:12:11Speaker 1: on what it is that you wish for yourself.
- 3:12:17Speaker 23: In this moment.
- 3:12:25Speaker 1: As we know, relaxing is the majority of the process
- 3:12:34Speaker 1: of falling asleep, the actual fall. The sleep part is
- 3:12:39Speaker 1: the tiny bit at the end. The deeper relaxed you become,
- 3:12:51Speaker 1: the easier you find yourself drifting. You can also choose
- 3:13:11Speaker 1: stay focused on my voice.
- 3:13:17Speaker 3: And that.
- 3:13:19Speaker 1: Really enjoy the process.
- 3:13:31Speaker 15: Congratually relaxing.
- 3:13:43Speaker 1: Each muscle in your body effortlessly and just observing the
- 3:14:10Speaker 1: sensation I've letting go.
- 3:14:23Speaker 3: Completely.
- 3:14:30Speaker 1: This time, I'm a count from six down to one.
- 3:14:39Speaker 1: You can notice your mind calming down with each number
- 3:14:51Speaker 1: that you hear me saying, actually feeling six, five, six, hhhhhh,
- 3:18:02Speaker 1: being aware how your mind slowed right down, sinking deeply
- 3:18:21Speaker 1: into relaxation as she focused on your mind.
- 3:18:42Speaker 32: I notice that.
- 3:18:45Speaker 1: There are some thoughts still there, maybe some stubborn thoughts
- 3:18:53Speaker 1: that for some reason I abs need your attention. That's
- 3:19:08Speaker 1: what you can do is send love to those thoughts.
- 3:19:20Speaker 1: Sprinkle those thoughts.
- 3:19:27Speaker 15: With love.
- 3:19:29Speaker 1: Ador petals form a flower. Just sprinkle over petals feel
- 3:19:35Speaker 1: good love towards those thoughts. To let those thoughts over
- 3:19:43Speaker 1: the lot bad You just need them. You require to
- 3:19:55Speaker 1: just calm down, slow down, quiet down for now, so
- 3:20:15Speaker 1: as you focus on those remaining thoughts, and to count
- 3:20:20Speaker 1: down this time from seven down to one. Each number,
- 3:20:29Speaker 1: just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness, gratitude
- 3:20:45Speaker 1: over those thoughts. You will allow them to just not
- 3:20:54Speaker 1: away relax deeply. I stots week fast starting seven, six

- 3:26:50Speaker 1: starting to dress said just in your hands and fingers.
