- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, this is Adam, host of the podcast you're
- 0:04Speaker 1: listening to. Don't skip this. It's not an ad I
- 0:07Speaker 1: just wanted to drop in and let everyone know that
- 0:10Speaker 1: the episode you're about to listen to was initially recorded
- 0:14Speaker 1: and released in August of twenty nineteen, but it was
- 0:17Speaker 1: only released as a Patreon subscriber bonus episode. We are
- 0:23Speaker 1: now releasing it publicly because it's an episode about Trump's
- 0:27Speaker 1: favorite conspiracy theories, and I don't know, seems like he's
- 0:30Speaker 1: been throwing around some new ones of late, so this
- 0:34Speaker 1: episode is timely again and we want everyone to hear it.
- 0:37Speaker 1: My co host on this episode is Olivia Hidar. We
- 0:40Speaker 1: recorded it right after I got a new mixer, so
- 0:43Speaker 1: there's some soundboard play at work. Very fun times. Also,
- 0:48Speaker 1: if you are a Patreon or Supercast subscriber, you're not
- 0:53Speaker 1: just hearing this episode again, You're getting an extended, updated
- 0:58Speaker 1: version with some of Trump's more recent conspiracy theories thrown in.
- 1:03Speaker 1: In fact, whenever you hear this sound that means I'm
- 1:08Speaker 1: about to jump in with an update for that ass.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Except there's one point at the end of the podcast
- 1:15Speaker 1: where I play that sound effect just because it was
- 1:18Speaker 1: so new and inviting back then, and all these bright
- 1:21Speaker 1: buttons on this mixer, I had to hit one of them,
- 1:23Speaker 1: so you will hear it at one point near the end,
- 1:25Speaker 1: and there won't be an update. But by that point
- 1:27Speaker 1: I think it's pretty clear the episode is over. If
- 1:30Speaker 1: you're listening to the free public version of this and
- 1:33Speaker 1: you want to hear that bonus extended version, go to
- 1:37Speaker 1: Patreon dot com, slash on pops or on popsnetwork, dot
- 1:41Speaker 1: supercast dot tech or Conspiracy dot supercast, dot tech and
- 1:46Speaker 1: subscribe and you'll be able to hear the extended version
- 1:50Speaker 1: of this episode, which is very long. There is never
- 1:53Speaker 1: a shortage of stuff to talk about when it comes
- 1:56Speaker 1: to Trump and conspiracy theories. So either way, no matter
- 2:01Speaker 1: where you're listening, thanks for listening, and let's get to
- 2:03Speaker 1: the show. Wait Truly, Tran spit im True the Truth,
- 2:18Speaker 1: Apa Chesna both things the adults. Hey, everybody, welcome to
- 2:27Speaker 1: Conspiracy the Show. I'm your host, Adam Todd Brown joining
- 2:31Speaker 1: me as co host. Who are you? I'm Olivia Hider. Hello,
- 2:35Speaker 1: how's it going? I am good? How are you doing?
- 2:37Speaker 1: How have you? I'm good?
- 2:38Speaker 2: How have you been since we recorded last You know,
- 2:41Speaker 2: it's been Usen highs Ubin Low's.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Yeah. Uh, you know, we've been living together. I make
- 2:47Speaker 1: everyone live with me in between recordings.
- 2:50Speaker 2: Yes, indeed, and I have not changed my clothes like
- 2:53Speaker 2: a Scooby Doo character. Well there's no bathroom here, no,
- 2:56Speaker 2: I mean very little light, very yeah, it's it's kind
- 3:01Speaker 2: of if the it's a closet.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Yeah, I was.
- 3:04Speaker 2: I was gonna say, I was gonna sae like a
- 3:05Speaker 2: like a like a cave or it's.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Like an above ground dungeon. Yeah, there you go. That's
- 3:12Speaker 1: what that was the word I was looking for this episode.
- 3:15Speaker 1: I don't know if this is coming out a week
- 3:18Speaker 1: after the episode we just recorded about Jeffrey Epstein or
- 3:21Speaker 1: two weeks ago, but at some point in the not
- 3:24Speaker 1: so distant past, you know what is time exactly. I've
- 3:27Speaker 1: heard it was a flat circle. I have heard that
- 3:30Speaker 1: on several pots.
- 3:31Speaker 2: No one's ever been able to tell you what that means,
- 3:32Speaker 2: but I've heard it.
- 3:33Speaker 1: No one has any idea except I did. I did
- 3:36Speaker 1: say that to someone once and they like explained it.
- 3:40Speaker 1: But after I listened back to their explanation, I was like, no,
- 3:44Speaker 1: you're not telling me anything. Sounds good, though, yeah, it
- 3:47Speaker 1: sounds great. Uh, but on that episode we talked about
- 3:51Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and great guy, fantastic dude. Who the fuck
- 3:56Speaker 1: knows what's happening with the Jeffrey Epstein case? Oh man, Yeah,
- 4:00Speaker 1: by the time this comes out, my god, imagine he
- 4:03Speaker 1: could be fucking president right now for all I fucking know.
- 4:07Speaker 2: No, it turns out he's actually Jesus. Yeah, he's come
- 4:11Speaker 2: back into the second.
- 4:12Speaker 1: He was actually rescuing all those girls gez from the
- 4:15Speaker 1: Clinton's Clinton body count. Yeah, hashtag Clinton body count. So
- 4:21Speaker 1: who knows what's going on with Jeffrey Epstein right now?
- 4:25Speaker 1: But we did mention on that episode that Trump had
- 4:29Speaker 1: been pushing an Epstein conspiracy thing. He wighed in, he
- 4:34Speaker 1: did have something to say. It's usually so laconic, which
- 4:39Speaker 1: before we really launch in to this episode, which we're
- 4:43Speaker 1: going to be talking about the twenty three conspiracy theories
- 4:48Speaker 1: that Trump has elevated, according to the Washington Post. This
- 4:53Speaker 1: is from a Washington Post article The Top twenty the Top,
- 4:57Speaker 1: And I've mentioned this before on I think on the
- 5:02Speaker 1: three hundredth episode of the Main Unpopular Opinion podcast. But
- 5:06Speaker 1: to me, one of Obama's biggest failings as a president
- 5:11Speaker 1: is his decision to be the Twitter president as opposed
- 5:15Speaker 1: to being the president who recognized, oh, this is bad,
- 5:19Speaker 1: no government officials on Twitter.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Honestly, it's amazing that that isn't the rule.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Yeah, that that would have been. Like Obama was at
- 5:28Speaker 1: a fork in the road, yeah, when he became president,
- 5:32Speaker 1: and he followed the wrong path, Yes, which was to
- 5:35Speaker 1: embrace the idea of a president spreading his message via
- 5:40Speaker 1: social media. Yeah, which, in retrospect, we should have outlawed
- 5:45Speaker 1: the idea of a president being aunt.
- 5:47Speaker 2: Honestly, it's it seems like it is going to have
- 5:50Speaker 2: disastrous consequences, or it seems like maybe it has already.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, also true. And so Trump that's a thing
- 6:00Speaker 1: he does regularly is uses Twitter to elevate conspiracy theories,
- 6:07Speaker 1: right wing talking points, all the things you don't want
- 6:11Speaker 1: a president dabbling in, whatsoever. Yep. And the Washington Post.
- 6:17Speaker 1: When Jeffrey Epstein died, the Washington Post put out an
- 6:23Speaker 1: article about Trump pushing the conspiracy theory that Jeffrey Epstein
- 6:29Speaker 1: was killed by the Clintons, or at the behest of
- 6:33Speaker 1: the Clintons, which probably.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Not I yeah, I mean, yeah, we talked about this
- 6:38Speaker 2: in the last episode. It's like, of, I mean, it
- 6:40Speaker 2: doesn't seem like the most likely theory.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Yeah. And they also in that same article where they
- 6:48Speaker 1: called out Trump over this, they list twenty two other
- 6:53Speaker 1: conspiracy theories that Trump has given credence to on his
- 7:00Speaker 1: Twitter or in other ways like in public whatever. So
- 7:05Speaker 1: we're gonna go through them, Yeah, yay, And we're gonna
- 7:12Speaker 1: see if we land on any that we maybe find credible,
- 7:17Speaker 1: because there's gotta be on a list of twenty two.
- 7:20Speaker 1: There's got to be something in there. I mean, you
- 7:23Speaker 1: would think, like what if he's like, what if like
- 7:26Speaker 1: nineteen is aliens are real? Oh, there we go, common ground,
- 7:33Speaker 1: We found it. But I feel like it's not.
- 7:35Speaker 2: No, I feel like it's not that the fatal problem
- 7:39Speaker 2: is that he is stupid. That is a big problem,
- 7:44Speaker 2: and so anything that he believes is also going to
- 7:48Speaker 2: be really stupid.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Yeah. And I don't even know that it's so much
- 7:53Speaker 1: that he's stupid. He is to some extent, he's definitely ignorant. Yeah,
- 7:58Speaker 1: but I think he's I think he's malleable, also true, gullible,
- 8:02Speaker 1: extremely I think he sees something and if it sounds
- 8:08Speaker 1: about right.
- 8:08Speaker 2: Yeah, if it fits his agrees his worldview, and I.
- 8:12Speaker 1: Think that's probably where a lot of this comes from.
- 8:15Speaker 1: So should we dive right in? I'm ready. The Number
- 8:19Speaker 1: one is Clinton's might be involved in Epstein's death. I
- 8:22Speaker 1: mean I talked about it. Is that going to be
- 8:24Speaker 1: the most reasonable one? We'll see? Yeah? Uh. Number two
- 8:28Speaker 1: the Clintons might have been involved in Vince Foster's death.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Have you ever looked into the death of Vince Foster?
- 8:36Speaker 2: Not super in depth, but I will say it is
- 8:38Speaker 2: the first conspiracy theory that I remember hearing and thinking
- 8:44Speaker 2: that it was stupid. I think it's the first one
- 8:46Speaker 2: where I was like, this is probably fake, right, Yeah,
- 8:51Speaker 2: I don't even remember, like it might be the first
- 8:53Speaker 2: conspiracy theory period that I had ever heard, because yeah,
- 8:56Speaker 2: it came up a lot in the nineties.
- 8:58Speaker 1: And the the thing about Vince Foster, there is a long,
- 9:02Speaker 1: long line of really shady suicides that were probably government murders. Yeah,
- 9:12Speaker 1: and his is the least convincing, yep, Like, there are
- 9:16Speaker 1: so many others, Like I've talked. We talked about Terry
- 9:20Speaker 1: Yeeky on one of the first episodes of this podcast.
- 9:24Speaker 1: He was one of the first first responders on the
- 9:27Speaker 1: scene at Oklahoma City. Oh word, and his suicide like
- 9:33Speaker 1: he was bound and had rope burns on his neck,
- 9:36Speaker 1: in ligature marks on his wrist and was shot in
- 9:40Speaker 1: the head at a forty five degree angle like he
- 9:43Speaker 1: was murdered. Maybe maybe he was a trick shooter. Yeah,
- 9:48Speaker 1: like he had a series of it's just a shame YouTube,
- 9:51Speaker 1: didn't it sist exactly?
- 9:53Speaker 2: Well, he was trying to start a trend, right, but
- 9:55Speaker 2: he was just a little too soon, and that's what happened,
- 9:58Speaker 2: way too early.
- 9:59Speaker 1: But Vin Foster's isn't that weird? He just committed suicide
- 10:03Speaker 1: at a time when you could see him committing suicide, right, Like, yes,
- 10:09Speaker 1: he had knowledge of whatever was going on with the Clintons.
- 10:13Speaker 1: Maybe at the time, ye who knows. He also was
- 10:17Speaker 1: he was going down for that scandal that he was
- 10:20Speaker 1: involved in, right, So it's just as likely he could
- 10:23Speaker 1: have been saving himself from prison exactly, and if he was,
- 10:28Speaker 1: depending on how loyal he was to the Clintons. There
- 10:31Speaker 1: are those crazy people out there who will be like,
- 10:33Speaker 1: I'm not going to fucking take the Clintons sound with me,
- 10:36Speaker 1: I'd kill myself first, And it's like really for Bill
- 10:38Speaker 1: Clinton Jesus.
- 10:40Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, there ye people who believe a lot
- 10:43Speaker 2: of stuff. There are probably people who think that Bud
- 10:46Speaker 2: Dwyer's death was was a murder.
- 10:48Speaker 1: What how that's that's the joke. I don't know.
- 10:53Speaker 2: Yeah, it would just be funny. Oh yeah, And I
- 10:55Speaker 2: just wanted to talk about budwire. I always I always like,
- 10:58Speaker 2: have you seen the documentary? Uh no, I haven't seen
- 11:01Speaker 2: a documentary. I've just seen the video heartbreaking. Yeah, yeah,
- 11:04Speaker 2: I mean it seems like a very sad story, but
- 11:06Speaker 2: also it's a politician killing himself a TV. It's kind
- 11:09Speaker 2: of like incredible.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Yeah, it's incredible. But he was like the one politician
- 11:14Speaker 1: that probably didn't deserve yet, like he was absolutely framed
- 11:19Speaker 1: for the shit he was accused of and it just
- 11:22Speaker 1: ruined his life. Yeah, and it's that documentary is hard
- 11:26Speaker 1: to watch. Great now I feel bad about using him
- 11:29Speaker 1: as a joke all the time. Well, I bet. At
- 11:30Speaker 1: the same time, don't kill yourself on TV if you
- 11:33Speaker 1: don't what I mean.
- 11:33Speaker 2: It's just it's like, yeah, don't look it up because
- 11:36Speaker 2: it's a I don't want to tell people to look
- 11:37Speaker 2: up a snuff video, but it's fucking nuts.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Yeah, anyway, sorry, uh so, yeah, the Vince Foster thing.
- 11:44Speaker 1: Go back and listen to our episode about shady suicides.
- 11:48Speaker 1: We talk about Vince Foster there. It's not that yeah shady.
- 11:52Speaker 1: It seems like a suicide and it really, legitimately is
- 11:57Speaker 1: one of the instances of this where I've looked in
- 12:00Speaker 1: to it and been like, oh right, I don't think so, yeah,
- 12:03Speaker 1: which is rare, and it's not because I fucking care
- 12:05Speaker 1: about Bill Clinton, no give a fuck.
- 12:08Speaker 2: Yeah, I hope he goes down for the Epstein thing. Yeah,
- 12:11Speaker 2: and Healy might, we'll see.
- 12:15Speaker 1: Yeah, Barack Obama wasn't born in the United States. Well,
- 12:18Speaker 1: to be fair to Trump, he did not spread this.
- 12:21Speaker 1: He created it? Yet did Trump create this?
- 12:25Speaker 2: I mean it is him talking about it is my
- 12:28Speaker 2: first understand like hearing about it, and then I'm and
- 12:31Speaker 2: I'm sure that's the same for most people who have
- 12:33Speaker 2: heard of it. He was the main proponent.
- 12:36Speaker 1: Yeah, I guess I just don't remember Trump being the
- 12:40Speaker 1: one pushing it when it first surfaced, which was like
- 12:45Speaker 1: mid two thousands, because well not mid two thousands. Obama
- 12:49Speaker 1: wasn't even president then like late mid yeah, or maybe
- 12:53Speaker 1: even into like twenty ten or so like around when
- 12:57Speaker 1: he was first running for president, because I remember at
- 12:59Speaker 1: one point his campaign put out a T shirt with
- 13:03Speaker 1: his birth certificate oh on it, which I thought was
- 13:05Speaker 1: really funny.
- 13:07Speaker 2: I remember it being talked about in two thousand and
- 13:10Speaker 2: eight when he was Yeah, definitely, but I.
- 13:12Speaker 1: Just I don't remember Trump being tied to it then,
- 13:15Speaker 1: but maybe he was. Yeah, yeah, but I know, but
- 13:18Speaker 1: he definitely spread it, Yeah, he definitely as it carried on. Yeah,
- 13:22Speaker 1: he became one of the main people spreading it. And
- 13:26Speaker 1: we've seen his birth certificate.
- 13:27Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean it's he was. I mean, it's just
- 13:30Speaker 2: it's just so nakedly racist, that's all it is. It
- 13:33Speaker 2: really is like there's That's how it is with so
- 13:37Speaker 2: many of his conspiracy theories and and the widespread white
- 13:40Speaker 2: wing conspiracy theories that go around, like they're just like,
- 13:44Speaker 2: it's you gotta dismiss him because they're just so nakedly
- 13:47Speaker 2: like bigoted. Yeah, either racist or anti Semitic.
- 13:51Speaker 1: Number four, This is a fun one. Oh yeah, this
- 13:54Speaker 1: is good. This is good. No, you know what, this
- 13:57Speaker 1: is his best one. Ted Cruz's father may have been
- 13:59Speaker 1: an involved in the Kennedy assassination.
- 14:02Speaker 2: You know, what makes this one really good is that
- 14:05Speaker 2: Ted Cruz still kisses Trump's ass all the time. Now, yeah,
- 14:10Speaker 2: that was like he would like say this shit, he
- 14:12Speaker 2: would call his wife ugly and like say this shit
- 14:15Speaker 2: to his face in debates, and now he's still all
- 14:18Speaker 2: over him.
- 14:19Speaker 1: It's funny. It's suck. I mean it sucks for the country. Yeah,
- 14:22Speaker 1: it sucks for the country. It makes you almost feel
- 14:24Speaker 1: bad for Ted Cruz.
- 14:26Speaker 2: No.
- 14:26Speaker 1: The thing about this though, is I do think there
- 14:30Speaker 1: is some evidence that Ted Cruz's dad was at least
- 14:34Speaker 1: had knowledge of Lee Harvey Oswald. I think this is,
- 14:38Speaker 1: against all odds, one of Trump's conspiracy theories that's most
- 14:41Speaker 1: based in something that actually happened. Yeah.
- 14:45Speaker 2: No, it's like, you know, the the Kennedy is just
- 14:48Speaker 2: a whole fucking not a tangled knot of theories and
- 14:54Speaker 2: who knows what is actually true.
- 14:56Speaker 1: Have you ever seen there's a documentary on Netflix called
- 15:00Speaker 1: The Smoking Gun. I haven't watched it, though it is
- 15:03Speaker 1: I think the most compelling jfk assassination theory, and the
- 15:09Speaker 1: theory is that Lee Harvey Oswald was the only shooter,
- 15:15Speaker 1: and he did shoot John F. Kennedy once and that
- 15:19Speaker 1: the second bullet that hit John F. Kennedy was accidentally
- 15:24Speaker 1: fired by the Secret Service. I have heard about this theory,
- 15:28Speaker 1: and the guy who came up with that theory is
- 15:31Speaker 1: the same ballistics expert who proved that Lee Harvey Oswald
- 15:35Speaker 1: could have fired those three shots.
- 15:38Speaker 2: I mean, that's been proven by pretty much any military marksman.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Hanes No, well, no, CBS did a recreation of it,
- 15:45Speaker 1: and there were something like eighteen different people who tried it,
- 15:49Speaker 1: and one guy was able to get those three shots off.
- 15:52Speaker 1: And when he got him off, he was like, Lee
- 15:55Speaker 1: Harvey Oswald didn't fire all three shots. He was like,
- 15:58Speaker 1: I'm the fucking best and I could barely do it.
- 16:02Speaker 1: And he spent the next thirty years of his life
- 16:05Speaker 1: looking into just the ballistics evidence from the JFK shooting,
- 16:11Speaker 1: and he came up with a really compelling theory that
- 16:15Speaker 1: what happened. There's a famous picture of one of the
- 16:18Speaker 1: cars behind JFK pulling off and you see a Secret
- 16:22Speaker 1: Service agent holding a rifle. And his theory is that
- 16:27Speaker 1: the Secret Service agent heard Lee Harvey Oswald shooting and
- 16:31Speaker 1: stood up to start looking around to see where he
- 16:34Speaker 1: needed to shoot. Yeah, and when he stood up, the
- 16:37Speaker 1: car accelerated and he had sell back and accidentally fired
- 16:42Speaker 1: a shot that fucking hit John F. Kennedy in the head.
- 16:46Speaker 1: And the thing about that conspiracy, it makes everyone, right,
- 16:51Speaker 1: Lee Harvey Oswald really was the only assassin there, but
- 16:57Speaker 1: the government was involved did cover it up, just not
- 17:02Speaker 1: in the nefarious, crazy ways that we've been accustomed to.
- 17:08Speaker 2: Hearing, right, Yeah, that and that does make sense. And
- 17:10Speaker 2: I had and I had heard that that theory about
- 17:12Speaker 2: the secret service agent, and yeah, that makes sense.
- 17:15Speaker 1: It's I think it's the most compelling.
- 17:18Speaker 2: And I mean, I think the other one that i've
- 17:21Speaker 2: you know, I again, it's this whole thing about I
- 17:24Speaker 2: don't want to like take culpability away from people who
- 17:26Speaker 2: might deserve to like have agency over their actions, you know,
- 17:30Speaker 2: like it kind of takes away from the evil that
- 17:32Speaker 2: people do. But there's also compelling evidence that Oswald might
- 17:37Speaker 2: have at least had influence by like the KGB and
- 17:41Speaker 2: that sort of thing, right, nothing like nothing so nefarious
- 17:45Speaker 2: as like plotting missions and second gunmen and all this stuff.
- 17:49Speaker 2: Just like this is the guy who was obviously very
- 17:51Speaker 2: sympathetic with.
- 17:53Speaker 1: The Soviet cause, married a Russia, had a.
- 17:56Speaker 2: Russian wife, and who was friends with someone who who
- 18:00Speaker 2: is very likely was a KGP agent, So like you
- 18:03Speaker 2: know who knows, But that's the whole other thing. And
- 18:06Speaker 2: like whether it would have been funny though if Ted
- 18:08Speaker 2: Cruse's dad was that secret service.
- 18:10Speaker 1: Hell, yeah, that would be amazing.
- 18:12Speaker 2: That would be the best possible outcome of all of this. Yeah,
- 18:15Speaker 2: like that's the secret is Like it turns out that
- 18:17Speaker 2: was his dad was.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Yeah, I brought this up. I feel like these are
- 18:21Speaker 1: sort of sister podcasts, And I brought this up on
- 18:25Speaker 1: the Pretty Scary Podcast on a recent episode, so I
- 18:29Speaker 1: feel like I should bring it up on the Conspiracy
- 18:31Speaker 1: podcast too. The thing that strikes me as weird about
- 18:35Speaker 1: conspiracy theories compared to true crime, which are two very
- 18:40Speaker 1: big genres right now for podcast TV shows. Whatever absolutely
- 18:45Speaker 1: is in any true crime show at some point a
- 18:48Speaker 1: thing you're gonna hear is I don't believe in coincidences.
- 18:53Speaker 1: Like Scott Peterson is a good example. All the evidence
- 18:57Speaker 1: against Scott Peterson is circumstantial, and there are a couple
- 19:01Speaker 1: witnesses who, if their version of events is true, he's innocent. Yeah,
- 19:06Speaker 1: And all it comes down to is did these people
- 19:08Speaker 1: really see Lacy Peterson walking her dog when they say
- 19:12Speaker 1: they did, because if they did, Scott Peterson didn't do it.
- 19:15Speaker 1: And people will go, why'd he buy a boat? Why
- 19:18Speaker 1: was he out fishing that day? I don't know, because
- 19:21Speaker 1: he was a dude who liked to fish. Why did
- 19:24Speaker 1: he buy a secret boat? Because his pregnant wife would
- 19:27Speaker 1: probably be like, why are you buying a boat where
- 19:29Speaker 1: I'm fucking pregnant. I mean, no, one's saying that he's
- 19:31Speaker 1: not an asshole. And what you'll hear in instances like
- 19:35Speaker 1: that is there's no such thing as coincidences. Like, it's
- 19:39Speaker 1: no coincidence she was found in the water and he
- 19:42Speaker 1: just bought a boat, and it's like, yeah, it could be.
- 19:45Speaker 1: But then cut to conspiracy theories. Yeah, And I think
- 19:49Speaker 1: a good mishmash of true crime and conspiracy theory is
- 19:53Speaker 1: there's a guy out there named Edward Wayne Edwards who
- 19:56Speaker 1: is a confirmed serial killer. I mean that a serial
- 20:00Speaker 1: killer name. Yeah, and his kid makes a good case
- 20:05Speaker 1: for him being the Zodiac killer, damn and the Atlanta
- 20:09Speaker 1: child murderer. Wow. And the weird thing speaking of there's
- 20:13Speaker 1: no such thing as coincidence is very tight in Jimmy
- 20:17Speaker 1: Hoffa's inner circle. When Jimmy Hoffa went missing. And the
- 20:22Speaker 1: thing about Edward Wayne Edwards is he was a serial
- 20:25Speaker 1: killer of opportunity. He would see someone not only did
- 20:30Speaker 1: he want to murder, but he wanted to frame people
- 20:34Speaker 1: and he wanted to kill in a way that made
- 20:36Speaker 1: it look like someone else did it. And one of
- 20:38Speaker 1: the suggestions in this documentary is there's a really famous
- 20:42Speaker 1: fight that everyone knows happened between Jimmy Hoffa and this
- 20:46Speaker 1: other guy. And what they suggest in this documentary is
- 20:49Speaker 1: Edward Wayne Edwards saw that and was like, if I
- 20:51Speaker 1: fucking kill Haffa, they're gonna think this guy did it,
- 20:54Speaker 1: and that maybe he killed Jimmy Hoffa. So there is
- 20:58Speaker 1: there no such thing as coincidence? Or is that a coincidence?
- 21:02Speaker 1: True crime fans truly was not expecting Jimmy Hoffa to
- 21:06Speaker 1: come into that story. People more of an open mind.
- 21:11Speaker 2: Imagine finding out for certain that the Zodiac Killer killed
- 21:16Speaker 2: Jimmy Hoffa.
- 21:18Speaker 1: That's a movie that sounds like a fucking movie. It
- 21:20Speaker 1: would be great and that I encourage people to watch
- 21:25Speaker 1: that it's on Investigation Discovery, and uh, it ends with
- 21:31Speaker 1: the person making the documentary. He has Edward Wayne Edwards DNA. Yeah,
- 21:37Speaker 1: and the San Francisco PD has the Zodiac Killers DNA.
- 21:41Speaker 1: That's a thing we know from history, right, Yeah. And
- 21:44Speaker 1: he sends this DNA to the San Francisco PD and
- 21:48Speaker 1: is like, will you check it? We see if it matches,
- 21:51Speaker 1: uh huh, And they refuse. They refuse to and it
- 21:56Speaker 1: ends with him like cut to six months later and
- 21:59Speaker 1: he's like still waiting. They won't they won't compare it
- 22:02Speaker 1: and see if it's him.
- 22:03Speaker 2: I mean, that's incredible. I now want Jake Jillenhall to return.
- 22:07Speaker 2: Is Robert gray Smith and like I want him Jake
- 22:10Speaker 2: Chillenhall hunting Jim Yeah, to test the DNA. It's gonna
- 22:15Speaker 2: be this whole investigated thing. He's gonna go and like
- 22:18Speaker 2: dig into Jimmy Hoffa's murder, Like just make a whole
- 22:21Speaker 2: Zodiac universe I have.
- 22:24Speaker 1: Yeah. Oh my god, that's so fucking like I had
- 22:27Speaker 1: not heard that before.
- 22:28Speaker 2: That's amazing. That's really incredible.
- 22:30Speaker 1: If that documentary had only involved the Zodiac Killer, the
- 22:35Speaker 1: Atlanta child murders in Jimmy Hoffa, I'd be sold if
- 22:39Speaker 1: this guy gets in. At one point, he claims this
- 22:42Speaker 1: guy killed John Benet Ramsey. He claims he killed Teresa Halbach,
- 22:47Speaker 1: which is the making a murderer case. Oh right, yeah,
- 22:51Speaker 1: and a weird thing of okay, okay, wait a minute.
- 22:54Speaker 1: But the weird thing about that there is this one
- 22:57Speaker 1: news clip where they're in the in the courtroom and
- 23:01Speaker 1: it fucking looks like he's standing in the hallway and
- 23:06Speaker 1: it would be another thing where he would be like,
- 23:08Speaker 1: if I fucking kill someone on his property, they're just
- 23:11Speaker 1: gonna think he did it.
- 23:13Speaker 3: So this guy is like he's the best, that's like
- 23:17Speaker 3: supernatural level CEO tiler.
- 23:20Speaker 1: That's a little much.
- 23:21Speaker 3: Okay, we we can't have him be responsible how much
- 23:26Speaker 3: this here's round. No one thought it was weird that
- 23:29Speaker 3: this guy's moving around every five fucking years.
- 23:32Speaker 1: Here's what he did. He would move from town to town,
- 23:36Speaker 1: and his kids said this. What he would do is
- 23:40Speaker 1: find a place that needed renovating and talk the owner
- 23:43Speaker 1: into letting him live there for free while he renovated
- 23:47Speaker 1: right place. Yeah, so this guy never had fucking apartment rentals,
- 23:52Speaker 1: like he just kind of lived like he moved his family.
- 23:55Speaker 2: Around and his and his kids say that they were
- 23:58Speaker 2: living in all of these places. Is as soos exactness?
- 24:04Speaker 1: Yes, indeed, and he was one of the big details
- 24:10Speaker 1: in the Zodiac. It's insane.
- 24:13Speaker 2: What's the name of this documentary. I don't usually watch
- 24:16Speaker 2: this kind of stuff, but like I might, Actually.
- 24:19Speaker 1: Everyone should watch this one. That's wild.
- 24:23Speaker 2: I'm legitimately shocked. Like I've been totally off balance ever
- 24:28Speaker 2: since you said Jimmy Hoffa, I've just been like spiraling.
- 24:33Speaker 2: It's called it was him, the many murders of Ed
- 24:36Speaker 2: Edwards and it's nuts.
- 24:39Speaker 1: Oh my god. And the thing about the thing about
- 24:43Speaker 1: the Zodiac Killer is we know the Zodiac Killer was
- 24:46Speaker 1: in this one particular prison. Yeah that was known for,
- 24:51Speaker 1: uh the leatherwork that they did, right, Yeah, this guy
- 24:55Speaker 1: was in that prison at that exact time, and one
- 24:59Speaker 1: of the only things he left his kid was all
- 25:02Speaker 1: this like leather work. And so the idea is that
- 25:04Speaker 1: he like he saw that.
- 25:07Speaker 2: What was the main suspects named Robert Allen? Uh you
- 25:11Speaker 2: know what I'm talking about, the Zodiac guy. I can't
- 25:13Speaker 2: remember his name. I like, I yeah, he was the
- 25:16Speaker 2: guy who was the creepy guy in the movie.
- 25:19Speaker 1: Oh yeah. So like the idea is that he like
- 25:22Speaker 1: saw and like knew this.
- 25:23Speaker 2: Creepy guy and was like but if I killed some people,
- 25:27Speaker 2: they would just think it was this guy, if they
- 25:28Speaker 2: ever thought it was anyone. Yeah, did And have they
- 25:32Speaker 2: pinned actual like, have they had evidence to pin actual
- 25:35Speaker 2: murders on him?
- 25:36Speaker 1: Yes. His daughter ended up turning him in because there
- 25:41Speaker 1: was this cold case in Wisconsin, in rural Wisconsin where
- 25:44Speaker 1: making a murderer happen. Yes, And there was this cold
- 25:48Speaker 1: case and his daughter ends up seeing a television report
- 25:51Speaker 1: about it and it's like we were living right by that,
- 25:55Speaker 1: yeah when that happened. And in the report she found
- 25:58Speaker 1: out that they had the hiller's DNA, So she went
- 26:02Speaker 1: to this reporter and was like, you can test mine
- 26:05Speaker 1: and if it like, it's gonna be sort of a
- 26:07Speaker 1: match if it's my dad. And that's how they fucking
- 26:10Speaker 1: caught him. His daughter was just like, yeah, that was
- 26:13Speaker 1: probably him.
- 26:13Speaker 2: So they just so they had to just been like,
- 26:16Speaker 2: our dad is a fucking psychopath.
- 26:18Speaker 1: Yeah. They They described one instance where there was a
- 26:23Speaker 1: kid that was I think had like beat up one
- 26:27Speaker 1: of the kids when they were at school, like one
- 26:29Speaker 1: of his kids, and he came home one day and
- 26:32Speaker 1: was like, that kid's not gonna be a problem anymore.
- 26:34Speaker 1: And that kid was fucking murdered. Holy sh and they
- 26:38Speaker 1: think he probably murdered that kid, so its like he
- 26:42Speaker 1: was a good dad, Oh my god. And yeah, it's a.
- 26:48Speaker 2: This is like, this is so off of what we
- 26:50Speaker 2: were but like, this is crazy. This is the craziest
- 26:53Speaker 2: they I've heard today.
- 26:54Speaker 1: It really is. I encourage it. Yeah, we went way
- 26:57Speaker 1: off course, but it's still a conspiracy. Yeah, no, it definitely.
- 27:00Speaker 2: I mean people are gonna I mean, I'm definitely really
- 27:03Speaker 2: fascinated by this, and it's it's I think it's it
- 27:07Speaker 2: still ties into what we're talking about because the the
- 27:09Speaker 2: original point I was on was the idea that there's
- 27:12Speaker 2: no such thing as a coincidence or everything's a coincidence.
- 27:17Speaker 1: Watched this documentary. What if he killed Kennedy? What if
- 27:20Speaker 1: he killed Jeffrey Epstein? He don't know, I don't know
- 27:25Speaker 1: what prison this guy's I think he died in prison,
- 27:27Speaker 1: he allegedly, Yeah, what if? Yeah, who knows?
- 27:31Speaker 2: What if he killed himself like they killed himself? Yeah,
- 27:34Speaker 2: I now I'm just gonna say that this guy he
- 27:36Speaker 2: killed Vince Foster.
- 27:37Speaker 1: He killed Vince Foster's Clinton's people are gonna suspect these Clintons.
- 27:42Speaker 1: I think It goes without saying that he killed Martin
- 27:45Speaker 1: Luther King Junior and Malcolm X. He killed Seth Rich,
- 27:49Speaker 1: Seth Rich.
- 27:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 27:50Speaker 1: He was the guy who broke into the apartment. Yeah.
- 27:52Speaker 1: Uh yeah. He broke into Watergate, Yeah, Watergate hotel. True.
- 27:56Speaker 2: He wasn't even he didn't get even though the Democratic
- 28:00Speaker 2: Office was in there.
- 28:00Speaker 1: He was just like looking around. He used chemical weapons
- 28:03Speaker 1: in North Korea, Yep, he was the guy.
- 28:06Speaker 2: He had weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, right, and
- 28:09Speaker 2: that was him all right.
- 28:11Speaker 1: Back to Trump's silly conspiracy theories. Joe Scarborough involved in
- 28:16Speaker 1: his intern's death. I don't know anything about this. I
- 28:18Speaker 1: had never heard of this one though. This is Trump's tweet.
- 28:20Speaker 1: So now that Matt lower is gone, when will the
- 28:23Speaker 1: fake news practitioners at NBC be terminating the contract of
- 28:27Speaker 1: Phil Griffin? And will they terminate low ratings Joe Scarborough
- 28:31Speaker 1: based on the quote unsolved mystery that took place in
- 28:35Speaker 1: Florida's year years ago, investigate This is just boomer conservative nonsense,
- 28:41Speaker 1: and this is a reference to whispers that then Florida
- 28:46Speaker 1: Congressman Scarborough had been involved in his intern's death. The
- 28:50Speaker 1: Washington Post notes it is not an unsolved mystery, authorities
- 28:53Speaker 1: determined she lost consciousness from an abnormal heart rhythm and collapsed,
- 28:58Speaker 1: striking her head. Sin. Yeah, people do die that way. Yeah,
- 29:02Speaker 1: that is a thing that happens.
- 29:05Speaker 3: Uh.
- 29:05Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean this just it. It just sounds like
- 29:08Speaker 1: boomer nonsense. Yeah.
- 29:09Speaker 2: Uh, No one else gives a shit about Phil Griffin
- 29:13Speaker 2: and Joe Scarborough.
- 29:15Speaker 1: Yeah, no one else cares. Yeah, and why the fuck
- 29:17Speaker 1: would Joe Scarborough murder his intern? Yeah, it was his motivation, Yeah,
- 29:21Speaker 1: Gary Condit didn't even murder Chandra Levy, And I was
- 29:24Speaker 1: sure that was gonna be a thing. Number six late
- 29:27Speaker 1: Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. Scalia may have been.
- 29:32Speaker 2: Murdered if only Yeah, why would I don't understand. It's
- 29:36Speaker 2: so stupid for him to promote anything like this.
- 29:40Speaker 1: Yeah, I know the thing he's talking about with the
- 29:45Speaker 1: pillow on the face. Uh, it was weird that Scalia
- 29:49Speaker 1: died with a pillow on his face. But who fucking
- 29:51Speaker 1: knows how it happens. He could have been fucking flopping around,
- 29:54Speaker 1: and it felt like.
- 29:55Speaker 2: It seems like if he was killed then something would
- 30:00Speaker 2: have happened. Yeah, something good would.
- 30:01Speaker 1: Have been, some benefits like it.
- 30:03Speaker 2: Probably he probably like what they I want to make
- 30:07Speaker 2: sure the Scalia was twenty sixteen, right, Yeah, yeah, and
- 30:12Speaker 2: so they definitely would not have like Merrick Grland would
- 30:18Speaker 2: have been our Supreme Court justice if he if they
- 30:20Speaker 2: went to the trouble of murdering antonin Scalia, then we
- 30:24Speaker 2: would not have. Obama's the most ineffectual fucking president. He
- 30:29Speaker 2: does let shit happen. And the idea that he would
- 30:32Speaker 2: go to all the trouble of murdering a Supreme Court justice,
- 30:36Speaker 2: I'm assuming it would be Obama who's.
- 30:38Speaker 1: Murdering him, like I'm guessing.
- 30:40Speaker 2: Yeah, And like the idea that he would go to
- 30:43Speaker 2: that trouble and then not get his like chosen justice
- 30:47Speaker 2: onto the court is laughable. Yeah, it's again, it's insane.
- 30:52Speaker 2: It's because conservatives are stupid, and that is.
- 30:54Speaker 1: It, I feel like an important aspect of any conspiracy theory.
- 30:58Speaker 1: Yeah did it, que bona do anything? Who benefits what happened? Yeah? Uh?
- 31:03Speaker 1: Number seven, The deep state is trying to undermine or
- 31:06Speaker 1: oust him. He is the deep state. Yeah, and it
- 31:10Speaker 1: depends on what you mean by deep state. There was
- 31:12Speaker 1: they do bring up that New York Times op ed
- 31:15Speaker 1: where someone allegedly one of his staffers said, we are
- 31:19Speaker 1: trying to undermine the president. Sure, I mean because he's
- 31:23Speaker 1: a fucking president that everyone hates. Yeah, and he's doing
- 31:26Speaker 1: bad things.
- 31:27Speaker 2: I think that's the key thing is if people are
- 31:30Speaker 2: trying to undermine him, it's just because they are conscious
- 31:33Speaker 2: citizens who are doing anything in their power to mitigate
- 31:37Speaker 2: the damage being done by this person.
- 31:39Speaker 1: Yeah, that's the thing. Like he if he's referring to
- 31:42Speaker 1: like intelligence agencies or things of the like, I want that, Yeah,
- 31:48Speaker 1: Like I want if Trump is the crisis that he
- 31:52Speaker 1: seems to be. Yeah, I hope there are people within
- 31:55Speaker 1: intelligence who are like, how do we fucking fix that?
- 31:57Speaker 2: I mean we were like ideally they should be at
- 32:00Speaker 2: least somewhat what's the word, not like aggressive, but like
- 32:06Speaker 2: skeptical and like yeah, like that's why they don't, you know,
- 32:10Speaker 2: get state Like they're not assigned to presidents like people
- 32:15Speaker 2: working in intelligence, and that those sorts of jobs are
- 32:18Speaker 2: go from administration to administration. And that's you know, as
- 32:23Speaker 2: we talked about last episode, that's like presumably the benefit
- 32:26Speaker 2: of having that system is that you don't have people
- 32:28Speaker 2: who are loyal to one political party or the other.
- 32:32Speaker 2: He probably just means that they didn't vote for him
- 32:34Speaker 2: and they're not going to vote for him. I feel
- 32:36Speaker 2: like that's all he thinks about, and he considers that
- 32:39Speaker 2: undermining and not he thinks that. I think he believes
- 32:42Speaker 2: that every single government employee has to vote for him.
- 32:46Speaker 1: Well, I think he definitely wants it that way. Like
- 32:49Speaker 1: he's definitely the type who wants some degree of loyalty
- 32:53Speaker 1: to be embedded in the idea of getting a government
- 32:57Speaker 1: just yes, yeah, and that's antithetic to what those jobs
- 33:01Speaker 1: should be. Yeah, whether it comes to that or not,
- 33:03Speaker 1: we'll see.
- 33:04Speaker 2: But I mean, you know, that's the only, like, the
- 33:06Speaker 2: only thing I can say positively about Comy is he
- 33:10Speaker 2: like he fired him because he didn't want to take
- 33:12Speaker 2: a one didn't want to claim loyalty take it loyalty oath.
- 33:16Speaker 1: Yeah, and that's good. You shouldn't do that, that's not proper.
- 33:21Speaker 1: But you also could have held off on the Clinton.
- 33:23Speaker 1: Oh yeah, it didn't have to happen two days before.
- 33:27Speaker 1: I am not looking to praise Comy.
- 33:30Speaker 2: Yeah, that is not my intention. I'm just saying that
- 33:35Speaker 2: one instance, he was in the rights.
- 33:37Speaker 1: Yeah. Finally, Wan Olivia agrees with vaccines can cause auts
- 33:42Speaker 1: I mean, this is just fact. This is just just
- 33:44Speaker 1: solid science.
- 33:46Speaker 2: You know, it's just common sense when you really think
- 33:48Speaker 2: about it. Why would you put a thing in your
- 33:51Speaker 2: body to make you not have that thing?
- 33:53Speaker 1: A thousand YouTube videos aren't all gonna lie, no, obviously not,
- 33:57Speaker 1: like the algorithm is pure, right, Yeah, this is so
- 34:01Speaker 1: fucking it's just I mean, do we even have like,
- 34:03Speaker 1: what give you to say about it's vaccines cause autism?
- 34:05Speaker 2: Yeah, you know the arguments. You know why they're bad.
- 34:08Speaker 2: You know why vaccines are good.
- 34:10Speaker 1: We need it, We need vaccines or we haven't even
- 34:12Speaker 1: had measles recently.
- 34:15Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the whole reason we have vaccines. It's called
- 34:18Speaker 2: her community. Fucking look it up. It's just it's just science.
- 34:21Speaker 1: It's just fact.
- 34:22Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 34:23Speaker 1: Yeah. Uh Number nine. Fuck this motherfuck Oh.
- 34:26Speaker 2: He's the fucking worst, one of the worst people on
- 34:29Speaker 2: the planet.
- 34:29Speaker 1: The death toll from Hurricane Maria was inflated. Fuck fuck.
- 34:34Speaker 1: The death toll from Hurricane Maria was suppressed. Yes, for
- 34:39Speaker 1: almost a fucking year. Yeah, like for the longest time,
- 34:42Speaker 1: we were told it was like sixty nine people niceactly,
- 34:46Speaker 1: which that would have been nice, but it was it
- 34:51Speaker 1: was like nine to eleven it was nine to eleven numbers.
- 34:55Speaker 1: Puerto Rico. It still hasn't recovered. It's still it's a nightmare.
- 34:58Speaker 1: There's so many fucking political scam now to go along
- 35:01Speaker 1: with it.
- 35:01Speaker 2: It's absolutely ridiculous. If if I were Puerto Rican I
- 35:04Speaker 2: would want nothing.
- 35:06Speaker 1: To do with this country.
- 35:07Speaker 2: We have, we have been every all of our government's
- 35:11Speaker 2: actions towards Puerto Rico since that hurricane have been fucking reprehensible,
- 35:15Speaker 2: like absolutely unconscionable.
- 35:17Speaker 1: It makes me sick. I hate it. Yeah, it's pretty
- 35:21Speaker 1: fucking horrifying, and just another to fucking say that there's
- 35:28Speaker 1: a conspiracy to make him look bad about the it's
- 35:33Speaker 1: all about He's such a fucking narcissist. He makes everything
- 35:36Speaker 1: about him. It's just disgusting.
- 35:38Speaker 2: I hate him. I mean, I you know, a fucking
- 35:42Speaker 2: bold like claim I hate Donald Trump, but I fucking
- 35:45Speaker 2: hate him.
- 35:46Speaker 1: He's a terrible person. This was that, and what you
- 35:50Speaker 1: just said was his exact words, because this was a
- 35:53Speaker 1: two part tweet, and the second part, after saying that
- 35:56Speaker 1: the numbers were inflated, was this was done by the
- 35:59Speaker 1: Democrat in order to make me look as bad as
- 36:02Speaker 1: possible when I was successfully raising billions of dollars to
- 36:06Speaker 1: help rebuild Puerto Rico. I lie, lie, lie lie. If
- 36:10Speaker 1: a person died for any reason, like old age, just
- 36:14Speaker 1: add them onto the list. Fuck you, bad politics. I
- 36:18Speaker 1: love Puerto Rico. Fuck you. And like the the death
- 36:23Speaker 1: toll obviously rose after the hurricane. Hurricanes don't work that way.
- 36:29Speaker 1: It's like nuclear weapons don't work that way. They kill
- 36:33Speaker 1: some people immediately, and then there's after effects that lowly
- 36:38Speaker 1: kill people.
- 36:39Speaker 2: No, I mean, yeah, all you would have to do
- 36:41Speaker 2: is look at a picture of Puerto Rico after the hurricane,
- 36:45Speaker 2: and you would know that people are dying in there.
- 36:48Speaker 2: It's absolute hell on earth, like after a hurricane with
- 36:52Speaker 2: no assistance and no aid and nothing.
- 36:56Speaker 1: That's how any Like, the only way that any Americans.
- 37:00Speaker 2: He has ever recovered from hurricanes is because the federal
- 37:04Speaker 2: government stepped in and provided aid and provided utilities and
- 37:11Speaker 2: you know, helped evacuate and helped get people the supplies
- 37:15Speaker 2: that they need and clear out the streets and fixed
- 37:18Speaker 2: buildings and all of that. And none of that was
- 37:22Speaker 2: done with Puerto Rico for purely racist, jingoistic reasons.
- 37:28Speaker 1: Yeah. I feel like gutless pieces of shit, all of them. Yeah,
- 37:33Speaker 1: and I feel like it's another one of those things
- 37:36Speaker 1: where like I feel like we're being tested as a country,
- 37:41Speaker 1: and like this administration wants to know what we're willing
- 37:45Speaker 1: to put up with before we really fucking take to
- 37:48Speaker 1: the streets exactly, And it seems like we're willing to
- 37:51Speaker 1: put up with almost anything.
- 37:54Speaker 2: And when people do take to the streets, it's either
- 37:57Speaker 2: in a very orderly and good like protests that serves
- 38:00Speaker 2: the government interest, or it's like a few people.
- 38:03Speaker 1: Like yeah, with Puerto Rico, like if people died in
- 38:07Speaker 1: the aftermath, which they obviously did, a big part of
- 38:10Speaker 1: that was because of our response or our laps absolutely response,
- 38:14Speaker 1: which that's a huge fucking scandal. Yes, And the thing
- 38:18Speaker 1: is this country is so big, yeah, Like it's hard
- 38:22Speaker 1: to organize a the kind of mass protests you see
- 38:26Speaker 1: in a place like France or Hong Kong, where the
- 38:29Speaker 1: whole country can be like, we're coming.
- 38:31Speaker 2: Out that Puerto Rico thing, like the hurricane in Puerto
- 38:35Speaker 2: Rico that was during that terrible hurricane season where also
- 38:39Speaker 2: there was also a devastating hurricane that hit Galveston, I'm
- 38:42Speaker 2: pretty sure, and the response to like it's just night
- 38:46Speaker 2: and day the responses when you see how the government
- 38:50Speaker 2: responded to Galveston and Puerto Rico when they should have
- 38:54Speaker 2: responded equally or at least with comparable measures right when, like,
- 39:00Speaker 2: and especially considering Puerto Rico's size, it's so small that
- 39:03Speaker 2: the entire thing can just be completely devastated by a
- 39:07Speaker 2: storm like that.
- 39:08Speaker 1: Yeah, there's nowhere to go. It's just an island. Yeah.
- 39:12Speaker 2: So it's not like I mean, you know, Texas is Texas.
- 39:15Speaker 2: If you can go away, you can leak right easily.
- 39:19Speaker 2: It's just it's just absolutely horrible.
- 39:22Speaker 1: Yeah. Uh so fuck that. Fuck that. Yes, that's ridiculous. Uh.
- 39:28Speaker 1: Speaking of ridiculous, Muslims are attempting to install sharia law
- 39:32Speaker 1: in the United States. No, they're not. No, they're not. No,
- 39:35Speaker 1: they're not You're you're the president. Yeah, duh. It would
- 39:38Speaker 1: come to your desk at some point. Jesus Christ.
- 39:43Speaker 2: Also, for one thing, tree law isn't really that big
- 39:47Speaker 2: of a deal. It's mostly just a moral code. It's
- 39:50Speaker 2: just a phrase that people use that conservatives use and
- 39:55Speaker 2: racists use to smear Muslims.
- 39:59Speaker 1: It's not a bad thing.
- 40:00Speaker 2: It's not even technically a strictly defined thing. It's got
- 40:03Speaker 2: a series of rules that could apply and could be considered.
- 40:07Speaker 2: Suree a law, right guideline, that's all it is. Yeah,
- 40:10Speaker 2: and it's only ever used as a racist cudgel.
- 40:13Speaker 1: Yeah. Absolutely. Uh And along those same lines, thousands of
- 40:18Speaker 1: Muslims celebrated in the streets in nine to eleven. Here's
- 40:21Speaker 1: a thing a few might have but so fucking what. Yeah,
- 40:25Speaker 1: it's a country. Yeah, supposedly you're you're kind of allowed
- 40:29Speaker 1: to do that. But also this is just again, this
- 40:31Speaker 1: is one of those things. It's just nakedly racist. Right,
- 40:33Speaker 1: there's just nothing like it's like, that's it, that's all
- 40:36Speaker 1: it is. He's a racist, And that was something that
- 40:39Speaker 1: was big and among racists after nine to eleven. I
- 40:42Speaker 1: saw that so many times. Yeah, all right, I feel
- 40:44Speaker 1: like we have landed on one that isn't the craziest suggestion.
- 40:51Speaker 2: Yeah, it is at least not the most unethical thing
- 40:54Speaker 2: that I've ever he and it's it's it's an example
- 40:57Speaker 2: of this argument that probably doesn't come from a racist place,
- 41:02Speaker 2: even though it was talking about Ted Cruz. Definitely, Ted
- 41:06Speaker 2: Cruz wasn't eligible to be president because he was born
- 41:09Speaker 2: in Canada. And the thing is, he was born in
- 41:14Speaker 2: Canada to an American citizen. And the thing is it's
- 41:19Speaker 2: never been tested in court. Right.
- 41:22Speaker 1: Legal experts agree that it satisfies the Constitution's requirement for citizenship.
- 41:29Speaker 1: But we just he has a double passport.
- 41:32Speaker 2: Yeah, and like he was, he spent I would believe,
- 41:35Speaker 2: the majority of his life in the United States.
- 41:38Speaker 1: Yeah. So yeah. Also, yeah, it's it's so it's it's
- 41:43Speaker 1: one that someone could take to court and sure find out.
- 41:46Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, there's there's there's definitely wiggle room there.
- 41:50Speaker 2: That's something that the Constitution doesn't really take into account,
- 41:53Speaker 2: the idea of double passports and that sort of thing.
- 41:56Speaker 1: He also claimed the same thing about Marco Rubio, which
- 42:00Speaker 1: doesn't h he was born in the United States. Yeah,
- 42:03Speaker 1: he's that's just pretty sure that and that's a that's
- 42:06Speaker 1: another case of someone who now is just such a
- 42:10Speaker 1: Trump supporter.
- 42:11Speaker 2: Yep, it's totally he it's just pure like sick of fancy.
- 42:17Speaker 1: Uh number four Yeah, I think it sounds about right.
- 42:21Speaker 1: Uh man I neat, we are so many of them. Well,
- 42:26Speaker 1: we had that big detour about Edwards, uh number fourteen.
- 42:31Speaker 1: Three to five million illegal votes in the twenty sixteen election,
- 42:35Speaker 1: but none for Trump. This is he fucking started a
- 42:41Speaker 1: commission to look into this issue, and that commission, by
- 42:46Speaker 1: some fucking miracle, actually admitted that they didn't find anything,
- 42:53Speaker 1: and he still carries on with this fucking argument.
- 42:56Speaker 2: It was like, like this whole conspiracy theory was almost
- 43:00Speaker 2: his first act as president, right, was to start this
- 43:04Speaker 2: like narcissistic conspiracy theory.
- 43:07Speaker 1: Yeah, he was hinting at it before he got elected. Yeah,
- 43:10Speaker 1: that if he didn't win, he was maybe gonna contest
- 43:13Speaker 1: the results. Yeah, And I do think that's what this
- 43:17Speaker 1: argument is building up to.
- 43:19Speaker 2: What I speaking of conspiracy theories and Trump, I like
- 43:23Speaker 2: this is mine, Okay. I think the Russia thing is
- 43:26Speaker 2: he did, like use information from Russia. Uh, he just
- 43:31Speaker 2: wanted to get to the final He wanted to get
- 43:34Speaker 2: to election night and then lose so that he could
- 43:38Speaker 2: coast off of having lost and contesting the vote and
- 43:42Speaker 2: being a pain and just doing all this stuff. I
- 43:45Speaker 2: think that was his end goal, and he did not
- 43:47Speaker 2: expect to become president.
- 43:48Speaker 1: The one thing, like when Trump got elected, we heard
- 43:51Speaker 1: all this stuff about he didn't want to be president,
- 43:54Speaker 1: the things along those lines. I think the one, the
- 43:58Speaker 1: one that rings true to me is neither he nor
- 44:03Speaker 1: Russia thought he was gonna win. I don't think so.
- 44:07Speaker 1: I think he didn't.
- 44:08Speaker 2: He didn't want to be president, but he also didn't
- 44:11Speaker 2: want to lose, right.
- 44:12Speaker 1: I think that's just who he is, right, And I
- 44:15Speaker 1: think Russia thought they were doing what Russia does and
- 44:19Speaker 1: just sewing discord and getting Because there was a comedian
- 44:24Speaker 1: I don't remember who it was, so I'm sorry, but
- 44:28Speaker 1: he had a joke about Trump in the run up
- 44:30Speaker 1: to the election where he was like, Trump is like,
- 44:35Speaker 1: if five of your friends are trying to figure out
- 44:38Speaker 1: what to eat for dinner, three of your friends vote pizza,
- 44:43Speaker 1: two of your friends vote to eat you. He goes,
- 44:46Speaker 1: even if pizza wins, there's still a huge problem. And
- 44:51Speaker 1: that was Trump. Like even if Trump lost, like him
- 44:55Speaker 1: getting that close was gonna be a problem.
- 44:59Speaker 2: He had success, like his campaign had successfully like created
- 45:04Speaker 2: the like strengthened the massive divisions that were already in
- 45:07Speaker 2: place in our country and further divided them, and like
- 45:11Speaker 2: created this large gap between left and right that that
- 45:15Speaker 2: we're dealing with, and firmly cemented the right as being
- 45:20Speaker 2: openly and outwardly racist. And I like I said it
- 45:24Speaker 2: at the time, like even if Hillary Clinton won, we
- 45:27Speaker 2: were still going to be dealing with a lot of
- 45:29Speaker 2: the cultural things that we've been dealing with for the
- 45:31Speaker 2: last few years.
- 45:32Speaker 1: Oh yeah, for sure. But yeah, so yeah, that's just
- 45:34Speaker 1: my I.
- 45:35Speaker 2: Think the I think it's literally just that he didn't
- 45:38Speaker 2: want to win, but he also really didn't want to lose.
- 45:40Speaker 1: Yeah, and that fucked him. I think the closer he got,
- 45:45Speaker 1: I think I think up to I do think he
- 45:48Speaker 1: didn't think he was gonna win.
- 45:49Speaker 2: I absolutely don't think he was gonna win. I don't
- 45:52Speaker 2: think he thought he was gonna win.
- 45:53Speaker 1: He was like yeah, so yeah, uh Number fifteen Obama
- 45:56Speaker 1: wire tapped Trump Tower. Here's the thing. I hope so
- 46:00Speaker 1: sure like that we have sixteen fucking intelligence agencies, but
- 46:05Speaker 1: also I hope one of them wire tapped Trump Tower
- 46:08Speaker 1: during the fucking twenty sixteen election. Yeah.
- 46:11Speaker 2: If so, they weren't doing their non job, like the yeah,
- 46:15Speaker 2: the supposed job.
- 46:16Speaker 1: Yeah uh yeah.
- 46:17Speaker 2: I mean this is just stupid, Like he wouldn't know
- 46:19Speaker 2: about it for one thing, if it happened, because how's
- 46:23Speaker 2: he gonna know.
- 46:23Speaker 1: Right, And it's the the thing like this Washington Post
- 46:27Speaker 1: article mentions there's no evidence that Trump Tower was wire tapped. Well,
- 46:31Speaker 1: there wouldn't be is Well, that's not how wire tapping
- 46:34Speaker 1: is supposed to work exactly.
- 46:36Speaker 2: Is Is this the most insecure that any president has
- 46:40Speaker 2: ever started, like from day one? Just absolute projecting total insecurity? Yeah,
- 46:46Speaker 2: I think so, more than anything else. That's the five
- 46:50Speaker 2: I've always gotten from him.
- 46:51Speaker 1: Yeah, it's it's insecurity but also kind of a victim.
- 46:56Speaker 1: Come absolutely those go hand in hand. Yeah yeah, uh
- 47:00Speaker 1: Number sixteen, global warming is a hoax perpetrated by the Chinese. Okay, buddy,
- 47:06Speaker 1: that shock.
- 47:08Speaker 2: You know.
- 47:09Speaker 1: Jesse Ventura believes the same thing, but about al Gore,
- 47:12Speaker 1: like he's Oaks perpetrated by the Chinese. No, He's got
- 47:16Speaker 1: an episode of his conspiracy show where he talks about
- 47:19Speaker 1: how global warming is just a way for who named
- 47:24Speaker 1: for people like every I love everyone on this network
- 47:28Speaker 1: as a Jess venture impression, Yeah, I've never tried it
- 47:31Speaker 1: out before. It was not bad, and his that whole
- 47:37Speaker 1: episode is about how al Gore is going to make
- 47:39Speaker 1: all this money off of global warming and how it's
- 47:41Speaker 1: really just a hoax and sure, yeah I bet al
- 47:44Speaker 1: Gore's rolling. Jesse Venturer knows how to straddle a line.
- 47:48Speaker 1: That guy, he's a card, he has a character. The
- 47:51Speaker 1: thing that keeps Esse Venture of fun is that he
- 47:53Speaker 1: never tried to run for president. Yeah. Our last episode
- 47:56Speaker 1: on Pops was called Jesse Ventura for President because oh yeah,
- 48:00Speaker 1: someone suggested it. I mean, hey, it's not outside the
- 48:03Speaker 1: row of possibility. It could happen. Number seventeen, a man
- 48:07Speaker 1: who charged the stage at a Trump rally had Islamic
- 48:10Speaker 1: state ties. Fuck you, I mean, no US government agency
- 48:17Speaker 1: has ever tied this person, yeah, to Isis or Islamic State.
- 48:24Speaker 1: He's just racist. And apparently Chuck Todd pushed Trump on this,
- 48:30Speaker 1: which is shocking because Chuck Todd doesn't push Trump on anything.
- 48:34Speaker 1: And uh, Trump kind of walked back what he said,
- 48:39Speaker 1: but not really. He said he was playing Arabic music,
- 48:42Speaker 1: he was dragging the flag along the ground, and he
- 48:45Speaker 1: had internet chatter with Isis and about ISIS. So I
- 48:48Speaker 1: don't know if he was or not.
- 48:50Speaker 2: Uh huh, okay, what everbody, Oh my god, it's just
- 48:54Speaker 2: what we just got president.
- 48:56Speaker 1: He also added, what do I know about it? All
- 48:59Speaker 1: I know is what's on the internet. That is potentially
- 49:02Speaker 1: the most terrifying thing he has said as president.
- 49:06Speaker 2: Absolutely, Oh my god, I mean it, He says that
- 49:10Speaker 2: often it's not just the Internet.
- 49:12Speaker 1: He also is like, I just hear it on the news. Yeah,
- 49:14Speaker 1: it's like you're the president. Yeah, people come to you
- 49:18Speaker 1: every morning and tell you everything. You're supposed to be
- 49:21Speaker 1: the one who doesn't just get it from the internet. Yeah. Ah,
- 49:27Speaker 1: that is fucking horrifying. All I know is what's on
- 49:31Speaker 1: the internet. Man, We're doomed. Yep. Well, speaking of number eighteen,
- 49:36Speaker 1: the white genocide of South African, I did someone actually
- 49:41Speaker 1: canceled the Patreon over this, and I know they canceled
- 49:45Speaker 1: their subscription over it because in their exit survey it said,
- 49:49Speaker 1: I'm not supporting a racist because I did an episode
- 49:52Speaker 1: about South Africa and what's happening there, and no, white
- 49:56Speaker 1: farmers are not being murdered for their land. And it's
- 50:00Speaker 1: a situation where the land in question was stolen under
- 50:06Speaker 1: apartime and their argument is now, well, we stole it
- 50:11Speaker 1: so long ago, it's ours now.
- 50:13Speaker 2: That's how rich people white like, that's how white people
- 50:16Speaker 2: have land in South Africa.
- 50:18Speaker 1: That is how it happens. And for the longest time,
- 50:21Speaker 1: the government, the government has had all these programs in
- 50:26Speaker 1: place where they're like, look, we'll buy it back. You
- 50:29Speaker 1: can still have some of your land. You just can't
- 50:32Speaker 1: have all the land you stole in the sixties or whatever. Exactly,
- 50:37Speaker 1: not even that long ago. It happened in the fucking
- 50:41Speaker 1: fifteen hundred. It wasn't a Dutch colony. Beetles were on
- 50:44Speaker 1: the radio when you stole this land, and like, there
- 50:49Speaker 1: have been all these programs to allow them to sell
- 50:52Speaker 1: it back, and no one has wanted to sell it.
- 50:55Speaker 1: And now they're getting to the point where they're like, look,
- 50:58Speaker 1: we might have to take it if you don't want
- 51:01Speaker 1: to make things right. It's not yours. Yeah, you got
- 51:05Speaker 1: it through incredibly fucked up means. Guys, how about chill?
- 51:10Speaker 2: Why are you drawing so much attention to your genocidal past?
- 51:14Speaker 1: That seems weird? It really does.
- 51:17Speaker 2: Oh man, you know what genocide means, right, Like that's
- 51:21Speaker 2: what you guys did. Yeah, like this is this is payment.
- 51:26Speaker 1: It was brutal.
- 51:27Speaker 2: You're lucky that you're Honestly, if they were killing the
- 51:31Speaker 2: white farmers, I still wouldn't really not be on their side.
- 51:35Speaker 1: It wouldn't like I prefer that that not how things get.
- 51:41Speaker 2: Obviously, am glad that people aren't being murdered, right, Like
- 51:45Speaker 2: if they have every right to.
- 51:47Speaker 1: Honestly, it's a war.
- 51:49Speaker 2: You're colonists, Yeah, who came to this continent and enslaved
- 51:56Speaker 2: the people, murdered them, and destroyed their cold, replaced it
- 52:01Speaker 2: with your own, then said you were there already and
- 52:03Speaker 2: that you.
- 52:03Speaker 1: Were originally there.
- 52:04Speaker 2: And now you're still trying to claim even after you
- 52:07Speaker 2: were deposed, you're still trying to claim that it's your shit.
- 52:10Speaker 1: No, man, that's not how that works. Yeah, you gotta
- 52:14Speaker 1: give that shit up. Yeah, that's how wars end. So
- 52:18Speaker 1: you give up the land you claimed.
- 52:20Speaker 2: And anyone who says white genocide is a fucking racist. Yeah, sorry, guys,
- 52:24Speaker 2: uh number nineteen. It might not be his voice on
- 52:27Speaker 2: the Access Hollywood tape.
- 52:29Speaker 3: Like we need just to ask Billy Bush he was there,
- 52:32Speaker 3: we'd ask the woman who was in the room as well.
- 52:35Speaker 1: Now, if Billy Bush dies in prison, then we're gonna
- 52:40Speaker 1: have some fucking questions be wild. But until then, someone
- 52:44Speaker 1: just pulled Billy Bush aside and go, hey, was that
- 52:46Speaker 1: Trump on that tape? And he'll go, yeah, yeah, it
- 52:49Speaker 1: was a good Billy Bush a press thank you? Yeah,
- 52:52Speaker 1: uh sure was so get the fuck out of here.
- 52:55Speaker 1: That was you on that tape. But I feel like
- 52:57Speaker 1: this is where we're headed with deep fakes.
- 53:00Speaker 2: Oh absolutely, like oh absolutely that Just like if people
- 53:04Speaker 2: were on the fence about whether or not they should
- 53:06Speaker 2: use deep fakes, that whole incident just convinced them like,
- 53:10Speaker 2: oh we can. We can just say whatever we want
- 53:12Speaker 2: and people believe it, like as long as we make
- 53:14Speaker 2: it kind of sound good. And that's why you see
- 53:17Speaker 2: that Tom Cruise video. Bill Hayter Tom Cruise video that
- 53:21Speaker 2: was terrifying.
- 53:23Speaker 1: Yeah, there are there's there's a few out there, like
- 53:26Speaker 1: I I like, there's one. There's one where they put Trump.
- 53:30Speaker 1: Uh they it's Alec bald when doing his Trump yeah impersonation.
- 53:35Speaker 1: But the video is Trump at a rally and it
- 53:38Speaker 1: looks so fucking real.
- 53:40Speaker 2: I like in the ones that I'd seen in the
- 53:42Speaker 2: past were very good, but we're it was still possible
- 53:46Speaker 2: to see the seams, but like that was just young
- 53:49Speaker 2: Tom Cruise sitting in that fucking chair.
- 53:52Speaker 1: Yeah it was. It moved, he moved like him.
- 53:54Speaker 2: He looked like it, like he had the same micro
- 53:57Speaker 2: facial expressions like like the like his weird like smile
- 54:02Speaker 2: and shit like it was. That's if you haven't seen
- 54:04Speaker 2: that video, that Bill Hayter, Tom Cruise, like, I don't
- 54:08Speaker 2: this channel, does this YouTube channel?
- 54:10Speaker 1: Does them? Like? Which stop? Yeah? No, I know, but
- 54:14Speaker 1: like and like it's just insane. It blows my mind
- 54:18Speaker 1: that we know so much about deep fakes now, which
- 54:23Speaker 1: that's the thing I know a lot because it's the
- 54:24Speaker 1: thing I look into. But the fact that we know
- 54:27Speaker 1: those are coming down the pike and we're also so
- 54:30Speaker 1: many of us are using face app, Yeah, and just
- 54:33Speaker 1: giving all of our photos to some shady stop using
- 54:38Speaker 1: Russian government. Oh really, stopped using app? Like that's what
- 54:43Speaker 1: shit like that. That's how deep fakes work. They only
- 54:47Speaker 1: look a couple of pictures, thousands, like they can it
- 54:50Speaker 1: can be only a couple. But the more the merrier,
- 54:53Speaker 1: like how machine learning works, the more pictures they have
- 54:56Speaker 1: of you, especially older pictures, like like, we are entering
- 55:01Speaker 1: an age where there's gonna be videos out there of
- 55:04Speaker 1: people doing really bad things and we're gonna have no idea.
- 55:08Speaker 2: And it's the most terrifying thing about deep fakes is
- 55:12Speaker 2: it doesn't matter how educated people are about deep fakes,
- 55:16Speaker 2: because first of all, knowing that they exist is already
- 55:20Speaker 2: on the step to planting the seeds of misinformation, Like
- 55:24Speaker 2: just having that doubt in the back of your mind
- 55:28Speaker 2: is enough. And even if you know that they exist,
- 55:31Speaker 2: that does there's still it's gonna get harder and harder
- 55:34Speaker 2: to verify whether it's the case. So even if you're
- 55:37Speaker 2: looking for a deep fake, that's just going to lead
- 55:39Speaker 2: you to mistrusting actual video, which.
- 55:42Speaker 1: Is right, that's the goal, that's the goal is. It
- 55:45Speaker 1: doesn't matter the videos.
- 55:46Speaker 2: I don't think the videos themselves are going to be
- 55:48Speaker 2: anything that people are really like caring about too much. Yeah,
- 55:51Speaker 2: on the whole, it's just going to be enough misinformation.
- 55:54Speaker 2: And we're already experiencing that with just regular misinformation with
- 55:58Speaker 2: bots and propaganda. Yeah, and like white supremacist online recruiting
- 56:02Speaker 2: in these things, Like it's just gonna get worse.
- 56:05Speaker 1: Immerse it. Yeah, it's it's gonna get so much worse.
- 56:10Speaker 1: And I don't know what we do about it. It's
- 56:12Speaker 1: I mean, I don't think there's nothing. I don't think
- 56:15Speaker 1: there's an answer.
- 56:16Speaker 2: That's the scariest part. I don't think there's anything to
- 56:19Speaker 2: be done. Yeah, except like unless we all decided to
- 56:23Speaker 2: log off of the Internet forever.
- 56:25Speaker 1: That is kind of what we need. But like or
- 56:27Speaker 1: at least social media. But how are we ever gonna
- 56:29Speaker 1: do that?
- 56:29Speaker 2: You know, like that's never You're never gonna get one
- 56:31Speaker 2: hundred percent of the people on the planet to do that, Yeah,
- 56:34Speaker 2: to do anything.
- 56:35Speaker 1: That's the problem. I've been saying for a long time
- 56:38Speaker 1: that I think if the p tape is real, that's
- 56:41Speaker 1: gonna be the defense when it comes is that it's like, absolutely,
- 56:44Speaker 1: it'll come out after deep fakes are well known enough
- 56:47Speaker 1: that Trump can just literally get in front of his
- 56:50Speaker 1: rally audience and go deep fake. Yeah, oh I can.
- 56:53Speaker 2: I've definitely thought about him saying the word Steve fake.
- 56:56Speaker 1: Oh yeah.
- 56:57Speaker 2: Ever again, Uh, the only reason he didn't say it
- 57:00Speaker 2: for the Excess Hollywood tape is it it wasn't really
- 57:02Speaker 2: a popularized.
- 57:03Speaker 1: Term at the time. Yeah, and there's no well there's
- 57:06Speaker 1: sort of video, but but I mean, it's not just
- 57:08Speaker 1: to ask Billy Bush, Like I've heard Billy Bush as
- 57:11Speaker 1: a willing collaborator in.
- 57:13Speaker 2: The FU you heard the vocal deep fakes because those
- 57:15Speaker 2: are terrifying too. Oh yeah, yeah, I mean it's really
- 57:18Speaker 2: really scary scary stuff.
- 57:20Speaker 1: Bad World Number twenty. General Pershing executed Muslim terrorists with
- 57:25Speaker 1: blood tipped bullets.
- 57:27Speaker 2: This is uh, you know what, I that might be true. Yeah,
- 57:31Speaker 2: this might be the least crazy one. Right, the American
- 57:34Speaker 2: military has done some depraved shit.
- 57:37Speaker 1: Yeah, and it's it's the thing is this has been
- 57:42Speaker 1: a long running story, yeah or myth, I guess they
- 57:47Speaker 1: call it. And Washington Post points out that it's not
- 57:51Speaker 1: there's no evidence of it. But now there's no evidence
- 57:55Speaker 1: of a lot of shit.
- 57:56Speaker 2: I mean a lot of people didn't even think that
- 57:58Speaker 2: there were atrocities going on in Rack until fucking Avu
- 58:01Speaker 2: Grabe came out.
- 58:03Speaker 1: And yeah, they say this is a baseless anti Muslim
- 58:06Speaker 1: story that has circulated for years on the internet. Is
- 58:09Speaker 1: who's General Pershing?
- 58:11Speaker 2: Is he not an American general? I could be totally wrong,
- 58:15Speaker 2: but I definitely could see Americans doing that shit. That
- 58:18Speaker 2: doesn't seem like also it's anti Muslim in the sense
- 58:22Speaker 2: that it feels like he's saying that too.
- 58:25Speaker 1: Yeah, he was a senior United States Army officer, So
- 58:29Speaker 1: I thought.
- 58:30Speaker 2: Like, it doesn't seem like he's saying that is a
- 58:32Speaker 2: bad thing about General Pershing, Right, he's saying it is
- 58:36Speaker 2: like check out what this badass did. Yeah, he shot
- 58:39Speaker 2: fifty Muslims with pig's blood bullets.
- 58:42Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't get the how is this an anti
- 58:45Speaker 1: Muslim story? This sounds like an anti it.
- 58:48Speaker 2: Is anti Muslim in that it. Oh yeah, he is
- 58:52Speaker 2: praising racism against Muslims. Yeah, but like it's also I mean,
- 58:58Speaker 2: if you look at it as a rational feeling human being,
- 59:01Speaker 2: then you see it as an anti military.
- 59:03Speaker 1: Still, right, Yeah, and it might be Yeah, it's weird.
- 59:07Speaker 2: To just totally write it off as anti Muslim.
- 59:11Speaker 1: It might be baseless. There might not be evidence.
- 59:13Speaker 2: This also happened a long time ago, so, like, you know,
- 59:17Speaker 2: who knows what evidence is out there? And the military,
- 59:20Speaker 2: I don't know if you've heard, they've got this whole
- 59:22Speaker 2: brotherhood thing, but they don't like to talk about what
- 59:25Speaker 2: happens in the military, right, so, and especially not what
- 59:29Speaker 2: they're superior officers get up to. And he was a general, right,
- 59:33Speaker 2: which is a pretty superior officer.
- 59:35Speaker 1: Yeah, so they're probably not gonna tell he probably did it.
- 59:39Speaker 2: That honestly might be the most plausible theory. Yeah, I
- 59:43Speaker 2: have no reason to believe that that is. How is
- 59:45Speaker 2: that impossible?
- 59:46Speaker 1: But where did they get the pigs blood? Oh? You
- 59:48Speaker 1: know what, good point. It's hard to find pigs. Well,
- 59:51Speaker 1: it's not hard to find pigs, but if you're in
- 59:53Speaker 1: a region that's that anti pork. But pigs still exists,
- 59:57Speaker 1: I hope. But are they growing them and breeding them there?
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: I don't think they're gonna be that hard. It's just
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: gonna thirty faral hogs.
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: Show might be thirty to fIF Maybe that's the faral hogs.
- 1:00:06Speaker 2: Maybe John Jay Pershing killed the faral hogs.
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: Could be don't get me started on the Farrell hogs.
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: I mean that guy had a decent point. If you
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: look into the faral hog issue in Arkansas. Oh my god,
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: they have a faral hog Eradication task Force. Yeah, it
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: doesn't It doesn't mean he needs an ar fist. He's
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: not a very good gun control He could try a face.
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: I think first the problem.
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: Is the gun control aspect. And yeah, how about the fence, buddy, Yeah,
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: how about the wall? You like walls so much?
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: But it also would have been a decent avenue to
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: like have a discussion with someone like that. And uh no,
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: but it was. It was extremely funny. It was sure,
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: just the freezing of it. Uh speaking of funny, when
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: farms caused cancer, that's number twenty one which Yeah, I
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: did a whole episode on this. We know why this happened,
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: and this is because Trump had a dispute when he
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: was building his golf course in Scotland. They put some
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: wind farms offshore where you could still see them from
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: his golf course. He's hated wind farms ever since, and
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: he has been very like the number of times he's
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: tweeted about wind farms will blow your fucking mind. Yeah,
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: it's definitely what is And I think that that's kind
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: of the fun.
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: Like the weird thing about Trump talking about conspiracy theories
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: is a lot of the time, like with this one.
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: When he talks about a conspiracy theory, there is a conspiracy.
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: It's him conspiring to bring down whatever he's talking about, right,
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: like he does he wants to discredit windmills, and so
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: he's talking about how windmills give people cancer, which is
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: a conspiracy theory.
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: But like, yeah, different or the NFL, which refused to
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: have him as an owner before he was he's resident.
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: He doesn't give a shit about patriots.
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: He lost a lawsuit, a very famous lawsuit to the NFL. Well,
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: he won, but the judge awarded him a dollar in damages. Yeah,
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: so he basically lost. He's the pettiest human being alive. Uh.
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: And he also goes on ti raids about how many
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: birds wind farms kill, like he cares and the hole kills. Yeah,
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: definitely more birds, like like Department of Agriculture guy, probably
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: kills more birds. Yeah, wind farts like like. The danger
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: of asbestos is a con pushed by the mafia. What
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: one of the greatest cons is asbestos? Trump told New
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: York Magazine in nineteen ninety two. There's nothing wrong except
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: the mob has a strong lobby in Albany because they
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: have the dumps and control the truck. Sure, buddy. Meanwhile,
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: the World Health Organization says one hundred thousand people die
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: annually from asbestos.
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: He was sure pissed about having to pay for is
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: BESTUS removal from his properties?
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: Probably yeah, well that's almost certainly what it would be.
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: And like Johnson and jo Johnson lawsuit, that's happening. Now,
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: have you heard about that? I haven't. It turns out
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: talcum is mined right next to asbestos, and since the
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: seventies women have been applying asbestos laced talcum powder to
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: their couters for decades and decades and decades and now
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: like we've recently found out it's been causing cancer this
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: whole fucking time because it contains asbestos. And it's this huge,
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: huge lawsuit that's just not getting that much attention. Like
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: all they've the damages, it's like billions in damages Johnson
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: and Johnson has had to pay. And it's because apparently
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: talcum and asbestos are mined right next to each other.
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: That's amazing. Yeah, and it's been it's been giving people like, uh, yes,
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: cervical cervical cancer. Well, but this mafia thing is stupid. Yeah,
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: but at least the Saudi Prince does co own Fox News.
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: That's number twenty three? Uh is that that doesn't seem true?
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: I don't think so. Yeah, not to my knowledge, he's not.
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: Uh he owned the guy he was tweeting about, Prince A. L.
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: Walid bin Tallal was not a Fox News co owner.
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: He owned a small share of twenty first century Fox
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: through his investment company. Sure that is not the same thing.
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: Nope, not at all, not even Uh And I wonder
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: what was going on that day, Yeah, that Trump was
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: mad enough at Fox News to tweet that.
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: Yeah, when did that? When did that come out. It doesn't.
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: That's the one where it doesn't really give a date.
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: M was that before or after presidency? Because he's like
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: he's all on the Saudi Arabia.
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: Train right now twenty fourteen. Yeah, it looks like it.
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, you know, he wasn't running for president,
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: so he probably didn't give a shit what Fox News said.
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: He's just yelling at the.
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: TV like an angry boomer ow Trump and now he
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: only does that about things that affect him. Uh yeah,
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: I mean, you know this doesn't seem true. I mean
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: there's lots of things like that's the thing. There's lots
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: of things you could fucking smear the Saudis with. They're
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: not good. It's a bad government. They're a very bad government,
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: like it does one y and like. But we support
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: them nonetheless.
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: Of course they're our.
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: Best friends, even though they did nine to eleven.
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: Okay, a majority of the hijackers were Saudis. Yeah, that's
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: another thing I always point people to when they just
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: kind of discredit the idea of conspiracy theories. Oh yeah,
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: I always yeah, the same because the for a long time,
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: the nine to eleven report, there were those twenty six
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: redacted pages and people are like, you know, what's in
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: there proof that Saudi Arabia was involved in nine to
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: eleven And people are like, okay, whatever, and then they
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: unredacted those pages and Yep, that's exactly what he's in there. Yeah.
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: And also like even like at its most basic level,
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: the nine to eleven is a perfect example of a conspiracy.
- 1:06:00Speaker 2: It's a bunch of people who got together and made
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: a plan to do to do a thing, and they
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: did it, and that is the conspiracy they did it.
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: Like even with without larger machinations, it's like, that's still
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: a conspiracy.
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: So yeah, I think we had one, like one or
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: two on the list that I think the general person.
- 1:06:18Speaker 2: I think General Pershing definitely uh desecrated those Muslim people's bodies.
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: Uh.
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: That seems absolutely within the realm of what a what
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: a US military.
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: Olivia believes vaccines cause autists.
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: Obviously, I mean we all know, and obviously being autistic
- 1:06:35Speaker 2: is way worse than dying easels.
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: Yeah, absolutely, I think we can all agree on that. Yeah.
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: I think it's just kind of the General Pershing thing
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: is the only one and we we we.
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: Also Dad was like in the neighborhood Cruise's dad was
- 1:06:52Speaker 2: Ed Edwards the Zodiac.
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: Oh ship, Jimmy Hoffa what if ted ed ed Words?
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: Oh no, putting that new soundboard to use. Uh so
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: that's our episode. Trump's a fucking maniac. He's a terrible person,
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: and I feel coming from someone who believes a fair
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: share of conspiracy theories, Yeah, well that's our episode. Good times,
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: awesome times. Just what a great world in country that
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: we like, fun, fun time. The past two episodes that
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: we've recorded have been been along couple of weeks. Feels good,
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: feels like we're headed for something special.
- 1:07:36Speaker 2: Yeah, oh yeah, definitely, we're definitely heading for something real special. Man,
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: we shouldn't fucking say that. They'll think that we're talking about.
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: Fucking mass shooting it. Yeah, I mean the country feels
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: like it's headed in a bat. Nope, I don't listen.
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: Everything's fine, America's great. You made it, And I'm gonna
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: say everything sucks. Yeah, it's the worst.
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: We're probably not gonna make it for very long.
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: Yeah, we probably won't even I don't know what we're
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: worried about. We wanted to think we got country by
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: the time this coms, we yet twenty years Max on
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: the planet as a species.
- 1:08:11Speaker 2: Yeah, did you read the Atlantic piece about the anthroposcene
- 1:08:17Speaker 2: era and the folly of mankind? No, it's basically just like,
- 1:08:23Speaker 2: there's this thing called the nthroposyn era. It's where it's
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: where humans live. It's our time, but like that's nothing
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: in geologic time. And oh yeah, it's like a blink
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: of an eye. And the whole article is just like
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: enforcing it's just like, yeah, no, none of this matters.
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: Calling it nanthroposy is selfish and self involved. Yeah, so yeah,
- 1:08:42Speaker 2: it's all great. Everything's good, everything great.
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: Thank you give us good ratings and reviews on iTunes,
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: especially after this. Yeah, it really matters. Go out and

- 1:09:09Speaker 1: my home address. It adds you on Facebook, Uh, Olivia,

- 1:09:38Speaker 2: But up because that's the only way I can do
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: a podcast like this. I gotta have something that's just
- 1:09:43Speaker 2: like light. I just we talked about Jackie Chan last month.
- 1:09:47Speaker 2: We're talking about Animal Attech Movies this month. So nice,
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: just fun stuff. Low's common phenomenator you find at low
- 1:09:54Speaker 2: comfin I'm on social media.
