- 0:00Any questions? This is the Jabba and the Mouth
- 0:05show. Breaking news Goody has no
- 0:08woody. Busy all day today.
- 0:11I have no woody. This makes my pecker hard.
- 0:14I got the bubble gums. What about Skid Mart?
- 0:16He takes himself at. 631-672-3108 is the number to
- 0:25call. You're listening to Jabba and
- 0:29the Mouth every single Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30 PM.
- 0:34Just remember something. All you have to do to tune in
- 0:37and check out our local listings for all the shows is go to our
- 0:39website at www.worldwidesportsradio.com.
- 0:44I, I, I listen. I love the banter, the arguing,
- 0:49the craziness of the show. That's what makes this show so
- 0:52fun, so entertaining and so different.
- 0:56I just think that sometimes we got to take a step back, breathe
- 1:00a little bit and just, you know, kind of, you know, swing
- 1:05somewhere else, speedy. You swing low, Jabba could swing
- 1:08high, and fish can swing right in your nice little hole, right?
- 1:13I would hope not. What do you mean what hole?
- 1:15Which hole would you want any of them?
- 1:16I mean what kind of hole would you like?
- 1:18None of them. Which hole do you like the most
- 1:20on your body? What?
- 1:22Which hold you want any of them swung at?
- 1:29And that, ladies and gentlemen, is why Speedy is Speedy.
- 1:37All right, ladies and gentlemen, we call this goodies bag of
- 1:41balls. My mom was going to wire a car.
- 1:42Battery with my testicles. Trying to put Tiger Bomb on this
- 1:45jungle's nuts. Goodies Bag of balls.
- 1:48That's how you become great man. Your balls out there.
- 1:53Oh, man. All right.
- 1:55Speaking of Espy's, we have the Espy's being talked about here.
- 1:58Shane Gillis apparently is killing it.
- 2:02I'm going to I'm going to mention some top performances
- 2:04here. Simone Biles women's all around
- 2:06gold medal at the 2024 Olympics, Steph Curry gold medal
- 2:09performance with Team USA at the 2024 Olympics, Freddie Freeman's
- 2:12MVP performance helping the Dodgers win the 2024 World
- 2:15Series and Rory McIlroy winning the 2024 Masters to complete his
- 2:22career Grand Slam. And your ESPY for the best
- 2:25championship performance goes to Simone Biles.
- 2:30What have we got on that? It's pretty simple.
- 2:33Simone Biles should not have won the SP.
- 2:36That's just my opinion. I would have went so many
- 2:39different ways with that. Now, obviously I would probably
- 2:42Steph Curry, Yeah, I'm not a Steph Curry fanboat.
- 2:45What Steph Curry did in the gold medal game, getting United,
- 2:49getting the United States back in the game and hitting on,
- 2:52having that 3 point entourage, you know, what do they call
- 2:56that? Three points barrage.
- 3:00The way he hit 83 pointers I think and I get. 83 pointers,
- 3:04but how about in the fourth quarter?
- 3:05I think at one point in the fourth quarter, he hit three in
- 3:08a row and he scored nine points of United States, 16 points of
- 3:13the last five minutes of the game.
- 3:15I mean, that's, that's pretty incredible.
- 3:18It's not about anything like that.
- 3:19It's just best championship performance and I think Simone
- 3:23Biles performance was definitely inspired.
- 3:25But as Arrow said, he's she's been dominating it the entire
- 3:29time. I think Freddie Freeman carried
- 3:32his team through not just one event, but the Crucible that is
- 3:36the post season of October. And he not only was he dominant,
- 3:41he was clutch and in clutch situations he produced.
- 3:44He didn't just he didn't just show up and win right here.
- 3:48Boom. He owned he owned the biggest
- 3:52stage in the American sports right here.
- 3:54You had the two top best teams in baseball going at it in the
- 3:57World Series and he showed up. It's not just an event, it's
- 4:00best clutch performance and I'm. Going I'm going with Steph Curry
- 4:04and what Steph Curry? Did like take away everything
- 4:07else that they do off the field and all the the events that they
- 4:11create and just go by clutch performance or best performance
- 4:15in the Championship series? I mean case, all the guys here
- 4:18were clutch. My argument with you is
- 4:21basketball, they had one game and baseball, Freeman had to do
- 4:25it in multiple games. And it wasn't just Freeman, it
- 4:27was a team. I think Steph Curry took over
- 4:31the game. That's what he did.
- 4:33And and to me, as much as Simone Bio and you say clutch he she's
- 4:38playing for herself as much as she's playing for team, she's
- 4:42doing it for Team USA. She's doing she's it's a single
- 4:45game. It's like golf.
- 4:46That's why I just when you're talking.
- 4:48About clutch performance. Just Rory McIlroy.
- 4:51Those are single games. It is what it is.
- 4:53But you know, And then she acted like, yeah, listen, Simone Biles
- 4:58is a fantastic athlete. I'm happy she she performed and
- 5:01and competed her Team USA. But you know, she acted like she
- 5:05was surprised. All right, next one right here,
- 5:07Speedy, You'll like this. This particular player LED a
- 5:11season changing meeting that flipped the Mets trajectory in
- 5:152024, delivered clutch MVP level production well into October.
- 5:22And I know as well as Jabba knows, he is a personification
- 5:26of leadership in every aspect on the field, in the in the locker
- 5:29room and throughout the city. This is Mr. Smile.
- 5:33This is, I don't know if we were supposed to know this, but this
- 5:36is your 5th captain in Mets history.
- 5:39How do you feel about that as a Mets?
- 5:41Fight, I think he deserves it. Like like Java was saying, he's
- 5:44a guy that is very much liked by the players, A lot of different
- 5:47types of players too, that the Mets have gone through all this
- 5:50turmoil at the beginning when when Lindor got there, the
- 5:53roster turnover, obviously the GM and all the GM turnover too.
- 5:56And I think he admits all of that, has been a great leader in
- 6:00many different facets with the younger, younger hitters of that
- 6:03time and then now with these veteran hitters and some younger
- 6:06hitters that are in the infield now.
- 6:07Very well deserved for somebody like Lindor, who outside of that
- 6:10first year with the Mets wasn't great, was kind of down for a
- 6:13stand. Has been very consistent, too.
- 6:15I would go with Pete Alonzo. And that's, that's just my
- 6:18opinion. Pete Alonzo was the one that
- 6:20decided, hey, you know what I took away?
- 6:23He got rid of all his social medias from Twitter, Facebook,
- 6:26all of them just because he wanted to.
- 6:28He wanted to stand for the Mets. He is the face of the Mets.
- 6:31He's always been the face. When Jacob degrom left, who did
- 6:35they say was going to be the next face of the New York Mets?
- 6:37Who's going to be Pete Alonso? Pete Alonso is a Met.
- 6:40No, no, no offense to Francisco Lindor.
- 6:43He is a great player. He's a star.
- 6:45We know he's one of the best short stops in the league.
- 6:48He's not considered a Met. He beat a lot to his so that's
- 6:52why I go, I'm going with the met.
- 6:54When you look at the Yankees right now and as talented as
- 6:57Aaron Judge is and why he got the captain, cuz he's the best
- 7:00player. That's why he got it.
- 7:02He is not the most spoken person in that locker room.
- 7:06He Derek Jeter was the captain. He was not the biggest speaker
- 7:10in that locker room when the what was the All Star break?
- 7:14I think it was and Gary Sanchez, Gary Sanchez was having a
- 7:18problem with Joe Girardi. They had a problem.
- 7:20Who did he go to? Who did he speak to?
- 7:23He went to Alex Rodriguez. He didn't go to Derek Jeter.
- 7:26He didn't go to anybody else. He went to Alex Rodriguez.
- 7:29Why did he go to Alex Rodriguez? How about you, Goody?
- 7:32Well, I mean, who would I have gone to?
- 7:34Well, I mean, I didn't play. I did a spring training with
- 7:37Derek Jeter and I was a rookie. Like I wasn't even in the show.
- 7:41I was just three. I mean, I was there rehabbing
- 7:45and I found that Derek Jeter was more easily, he was more
- 7:50approachable. So like for me, I had more
- 7:52conversation with Derek Jeter. I had a full on like 20 minute
- 7:56conversation with Alex Rodriguez in the weight room in Minnesota
- 7:59about how I need, how I should throw my splitter more.
- 8:02And I didn't even throw a splitter.
- 8:03He thought I was Kirby 8. So you know, like nothing
- 8:06against Alex Rodriguez. If it was a fine teammate.
- 8:09He kind of kept to himself more towards the end of his career.
- 8:12He had an auxiliary locker room that he would hang out in.
- 8:14So I, you know, my the guys that I would talk to would be Adele
- 8:17and Patanzas or ACC Sabathia and then, you know, Aaron Judge,
- 8:21obviously by Aaron Judge, we were this we were had the same
- 8:25amount of time. So like we were trying to find
- 8:27our way together. See that's.
- 8:28That's interesting. That's interesting.
- 8:30Take All right, last one. I have my guardians hat on for a
- 8:33reason tonight. Indians, guardians, whatever you
- 8:36want to call it. That's a nice hat.
- 8:39This is spring training hat they had.
- 8:40Yeah, it's not bad. It's not bad.
- 8:42It's all right. Are we going to be buyers,
- 8:44sellers or both at the at the deadline Right now, Currently
- 8:48we're sitting 46 and 49 or 4 1/2 games back in the wild card.
- 8:53I think we're turning towards selling.
- 8:58I want to get your guys's takes on what we need.
- 9:00For me, I think we are. We definitely need a power
- 9:03right-handed bat. Our offense ranks near the
- 9:05bottom since June. We are.
- 9:08We had a rough stretch there where we lost 10 games, 10 games
- 9:11in a row. I think it was we're we're worse
- 9:14than runs average OVP and slugging since June.
- 9:19So I think right now we we definitely could use a
- 9:22right-handed at bat and maybe some bullpen reinforcements.
- 9:25I know they talked about Claus A being on the trade block as well
- 9:28as Paul Sewald. I think Claus A is sort of
- 9:31cooled down. I don't necessarily think we
- 9:34should trade him, although you know, we we do have the
- 9:37firepower in our bullpen. But I don't know, the guys who I
- 9:42think could be traded are Carlos Santana, maybe a Jacob Junis,
- 9:46maybe a Paul Sewald, somebody who's a little veteran, has a
- 9:49veteran status. You know, you might be able to
- 9:52flip a couple of those guys and get yourself a right-handed bat
- 9:55or somebody in the bullpen. I'm sorry to cut you off.
- 9:58I don't think the Guardian should be sellers.
- 10:00The Guardians are of one of the best second-half teams in all of
- 10:04baseball. If you look at their numbers,
- 10:06the Guardians are exactly where they were last year coming out
- 10:10of the All Star break. So do I think they should be
- 10:13sellers? No, I think they have Jose
- 10:15Ramirez. I think they have a tremendous
- 10:16amount of talent. Their pitching staff is still
- 10:18amongst the league's best. I think Cleveland needs to look
- 10:21for pitching. I think that's what I think
- 10:22Cleveland needs to do. Add a bigger bat, like you said,
- 10:25a right bat and get get themselves bullpen arm and maybe
- 10:29a starting pitcher. I think there's a tremendous
- 10:31amount of teams right now looking to move players because
- 10:34they're not very good. And I expect I would say about
- 10:38at least six or seven teams, no already they're not making the
- 10:40playoffs. And I think they should
- 10:42absolutely look at those teams and see what they could bid for
- 10:46it going into the trade deadline.
- 10:48The trade deadline's a week and a half away.
- 10:49They need definitely offensive depth because if they are going
- 10:52to be buyers, they're going to have to emphasize, I think
- 10:54middle infield definitely they've had a trouble with since
- 10:57trading Lindor has kind of been a an ongoing rotation of that.
- 11:01Now, Goody, you brought up an interesting point about trying
- 11:03to salvage the relief market too, because what's interesting
- 11:06is teams are going to be desperate for bullpen guys and
- 11:08Cleveland's always done really well as sellers getting a lot
- 11:12better value than expected. So it's not worth, I'm not
- 11:15saying necessarily Class A, but it's not worth.
- 11:16It's definitely worth trying to explain.
- 11:18I don't think they're really pushing hard to trade them, but
- 11:20I think they're dangling to see what the market would be like.
- 11:22And if they because they have a ton of good relievers, they need
- 11:25a lot of hitting right now, hitting depth, maybe they'd call
- 11:28up their number one pick in Benzona at they needed.
- 11:31A lot of hitting last year and they made the.
- 11:32Play Lazana. Lazana is currently rehabbing,
- 11:35so we'll see how it goes. Same.
- 11:36He's hurt, right? I like I like Menzarda.
- 11:38We'll see. How he develops, but they're.
- 11:41We also have two, two guys in AAA with Caiphus and Chase De
- 11:46Lauder, who I think it's smart to kind of dangle Class A out
- 11:50there. I mean, his he's had a slow
- 11:52start. He's turned it on as of late.
- 11:54His number, I mean, his numbers aren't trending the best.
- 11:57He is one of the best pitchers in baseball.
- 11:59He's an elite arm. You definitely put him on the
- 12:01trade block because if you can, if you can, if you can flip him
- 12:05for three or four other products, you're not.
- 12:07It depends on what they're offering.
- 12:08It has to obviously we have to be a boatload of, you know,
- 12:12potential and stuff that either can help us now or help us next
- 12:15year and the year after that. But to me, like you have to, you
- 12:19have to see what he's worth, you know, Goody.
- 12:21Here's the scenario I'll bring. Up you got to sell when he's
- 12:23still. The thing is, his numbers are
- 12:27they they weren't what they are were last year.
- 12:29Last year, if you flipped them at the end of the year, you
- 12:31could have got pretty much whoever the hell you wanted.
- 12:33Right? Right.
- 12:34This year, it might be a little. This year's going to be a little
- 12:36bit different. Yeah.
- 12:38People will still know that he's, you know, a manual Class
- 12:40A. He's one of the best pitchers in
- 12:41baseball, as I know that he's got the cutter.
- 12:43He's 100 still. There's three National League
- 12:46teams that definitely that are definitely contenders that could
- 12:48use bullpen help, and two of them have decent farm systems.
- 12:51The Cubs have a really good farm system and they just traded with
- 12:54the Cubs last offseason, so they have a good relationship with
- 12:56them. The Mets are having decimated
- 12:58bullpen right now. They're.
- 12:59Not trading with the Mets. Maybe not, but again, it's worth
- 13:02exploring. And then the Phillies, we always
- 13:03know they have rocky bullpens every year.
- 13:05Pretty much. It's like addition by
- 13:07subtractor. They try to rotate many
- 13:08different guys and they have some.
- 13:10They don't have a great overall farm system, but they have some
- 13:11decent top end. Guys, Stearns doesn't like to
- 13:14give up prospects unless he's trying to RIP somebody off.
- 13:18He did it in Milwaukee. You have to give up a ton to get
- 13:21a star from him. He's not going to just you.
- 13:24If you think for one second the Guardians are going to to take
- 13:28garbage for Class A, you're out of your mind.
- 13:31It's not going to happen. I know Met fans.
- 13:33No, no, I'm not saying it's not going to say sell high.
- 13:36What Cody was saying before. Dangle.
- 13:38Him out there. They're not trading him.
- 13:40I don't think they're. Going I mean, the Dodgers need
- 13:42help. The Yankees could use an elite
- 13:45bullpen arm, the Giants and Phillies could use bullpen
- 13:47insurance. The Pirates could use bullpen
- 13:49insurance. I mean, there's people out
- 13:51there, Phillies are good, Phillies, the Dodgers are good.
- 13:54It's really just the and the Giants are on the come up.
- 13:57They're not like the worst team. I mean, they're not bad at the
- 14:00worst team. It's the Pirates.
- 14:01I don't see them necessarily, but like Sue Alder, Junus might,
- 14:05they might be able to flip them for minor league arms because
- 14:08they're they're a veteran president.
- 14:10If we can trade him and get potential pieces for the future,
- 14:12then let's do that. Or a good bat to help you now.
- 14:15Potential right-handed bat to me.
- 14:17If you're if you're Indians guardian Cleveland fan, don't be
- 14:20shocked if Paul Sewald or Carlos Santana are gone by July 31st.
- 14:24Even at Jacob Junus, they're going to get stuff in return.
- 14:27I don't think Cleveland is done and I think Cleveland can still
- 14:32make the playoffs. I I've seen this before.
- 14:34We've seen this with Cleveland. They're a second-half team and
- 14:38there's still a lot of baseball left.
- 14:40I I think people are giving up too quick.
- 14:42What is? Cleveland, I'm not giving up on
- 14:43them. I'm just saying if we could, if
- 14:45we could flip it, flip a couple veterans for guys that will help
- 14:49us this year or potentially next year, why wouldn't we do that?
- 14:53And it's not, and Sue Walt's coming off of an injury anyway.
- 14:55So it's not like we're completely dismantling our team.
- 14:59I just and and I like, I like all those guys, right?
- 15:02I mean, I'm there, I see him, I talk to him, I like them.
- 15:05But at the same time, I understand the business aspect
- 15:07of baseball and I understand, look, we we're not too far out
- 15:10of the wild card 4 1/2 games back.
- 15:12Can we make our team better by getting rid of these one year
- 15:15guys? And potentially, and to be
- 15:16honest with you, those guys who are on the trade block, although
- 15:20maybe Santana would be he's a little more vested in Cleveland,
- 15:23but like a suit or a Junus, like those guys would probably want
- 15:26to go to a contender, somebody who's in first place or even,
- 15:29you know, a game two games back and have their best chance at
- 15:33winning the World Series. Because at the end of the day,
- 15:35like that's what they that's what you play the game for is to
- 15:37win a World Series and go to a contender.
- 15:39And it doesn't matter what team you're on when you win the World
- 15:41Series, as long as you win. Goodies Bag of balls, ladies and
- 15:46gentlemen. Honestly I agree with you, but I
- 15:49I do also believe Cleveland has a chance to to make a run and I
- 15:53I'm not. Going I do too.
- 15:55I don't think we're out of it. I just think like I said.
- 15:58I just if. We can, if we can get pieces
- 16:00now. Detroit needs to prove that they
- 16:03can do it full season. They're they're, they're hot.
- 16:06They're they're a young team, they're up and coming.
- 16:08They look great. We've seen this before and teams
- 16:11fall flat on their face. I just, I'm not saying Detroit's
- 16:14going to be that team, but there's a lot of they're good.
- 16:17They're there's still a lot of questions.
- 16:19They're a young team and they have the pitching, but are they
- 16:22going to be able to stay healthy and are they going to be able to
- 16:25last 162 games? We'll see.
- 16:28That's all I'm saying. All right, ladies and gentlemen,
- 16:30we call this Inside baseball. Now let's go deep.
- 16:34Deep inside what? I am excited.
- 16:38This is inside baseball. Lick it and stick it.
- 16:43All right, guys, we got a little bit new setup for inside
- 16:47baseball coming on up. Let's get the music going for.
- 16:51This I got to go back start. Off with a few stories from the
- 16:57last couple of weeks. The big one, we're going to
- 16:59start with Errol right here. A rod went on his podcast and
- 17:05said, or I forget whose podcast he said Rob Manfred, for all
- 17:10that he's done in the last couple of years, should be in
- 17:13the Hall of Fame of baseball put into Cooperstown right now.
- 17:18All the positive changes made by the great Manfred has put the
- 17:26game in a news position. He's getting them ready to
- 17:29advance to the future. Errol, how do you feel about the
- 17:33great A Rod statements here? Well, a rod must be getting on
- 17:37his hands and knees and giving somebody a blowjob because there
- 17:40is no way in hell Rob Manfred should be or ever go to the Hall
- 17:47of Fame. And maybe he believes that Rob
- 17:49Manfred will actually push him into the Hall of Fame because he
- 17:52was the same guy that screwed him and he was one of the guys
- 17:56that really brushed him under the rug when it all came out and
- 17:59opened. That guy is a complete OR on.
- 18:02There's no reason why anybody should believe that Rob Manford
- 18:06should ever go to the Hall of Fame, and it shows you the
- 18:08incompetence of a Rod. A Rod obviously doesn't know the
- 18:11game anymore and maybe he's lost in translation or maybe his head
- 18:15so far up the one and only Joba because he is absolutely lost in
- 18:23translation. Maybe he's hanging out with Bill
- 18:25Murray. Maybe he Can't Sing that, you
- 18:27know, Take Me Out to the ball game like that Lady did that
- 18:30podcaster at the Cubs game. Absolutely joke.
- 18:34I, I, I such a stupid statement. It just shows you how stupid a
- 18:37Rod is. Shame on you, A Rod.
- 18:40Speedy, what is your favorite of the Manfred changes that have
- 18:47been made in the last couple of? Years.
- 18:48Is that your cucumber or are you happy to see that's?
- 18:51Not many of them. I'm I'm I actually did like the
- 18:53the only one I kind of do like is the three batter minimum
- 18:56because I didn't like when one pitcher, then another pitcher
- 18:58comes in for one hitter and then all that stuff.
- 19:00I'm good with the three pitcher 3 batter minimum.
- 19:02Besides that, not much at all. Goody how we doing buddy?
- 19:05We're good, we're good. It's awesome you got to make it.
- 19:09I was just texting you to join as soon as you hopped in.
- 19:12That's a little goody right there.
- 19:14So same question to you man. We this is a wild statement from
- 19:20a Rod. I just wanted to hear what you
- 19:23had to say about the success or maybe lack thereof of Manfred
- 19:29with some of these changes to the game last couple years.
- 19:35You know, I don't think a lot of people are his great, you know,
- 19:40his biggest fan. But I will say watching a
- 19:45baseball game in under 3 hours as a fan is pretty awesome.
- 19:50But I, I'm a, I'm a traditionalist when it comes to
- 19:53this. I do like the loogies, the
- 19:56left-handed one out guys that would come in.
- 19:59I'll play with a lot of those guys prior to the the change
- 20:02that was made. So I do like the chess match and
- 20:06having a left left on left match up come in for one, one or two
- 20:10hitters and then be taken out. I know that that brings the
- 20:13game. It makes the game a little bit
- 20:14longer and have a three in front of the hour mark instead of A2,
- 20:18which not a lot of people really liked.
- 20:20But at the end of the day, you know, baseball is a it shouldn't
- 20:24be on a time limit. It's one of the only sports that
- 20:26are not on a time limit. And so I think it should have
- 20:29that way. But that being said, though, one
- 20:32of the rules, I don't know if it was under Manfred or not, but
- 20:35the I I liked hard slides in the second base.
- 20:39I know that they changed that. And I also like, I like the the
- 20:42plays at the plate. I brought that up to Brian
- 20:44McCann in 2015 and and he immediately respondible.
- 20:48You have you have John Carlos Stanton running down third base
- 20:53and, and see how you are coming from 3rd to home and see how you
- 20:56like standing in in front of home plate garden that I said,
- 20:59you know what, you're right. So I guess for players safety,
- 21:02that's what that's probably a a good rule that he's implemented.
- 21:05Aside from that, though, I mean, I don't know.
- 21:08I I'm gonna, I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna comment too much on
- 21:13this. Fame.
- 21:13You gonna put him in the Hall of Fame?
- 21:14Yes, or. No Would I put him in the Hall
- 21:17of Fame or what exactly I I rest my.
- 21:19Case No. A rod's on trucks.
- 21:23What a joke. What the freak is he drinking?
- 21:25I was about to say something else, but he must be drinking
- 21:28something. Maybe he's drinking Manford.
- 21:30Come. You brought up players that
- 21:32don't want to throw himself under the bus.
- 21:34Josh Towers did, Mensch did. I can name players that you can
- 21:38compare to yourselves. Every one of them attack.
- 21:41I could go to NHL players that have attacked Gary Bedman over
- 21:45the like Chris Chelios was on NHL.
- 21:48What was that Saturday night or Sunday night who came and took
- 21:52shots at Gary Bedman on some of his his draft, the way he set up
- 21:56his draft? Let's move on to a more
- 21:58universally solid story here. You mentioned it earlier today,
- 22:05Jabba, with the the World Baseball Classic.
- 22:08Well, in 2028, we might not have a regular All Star break.
- 22:12We may have Olympic baseball with base and major leaguers.
- 22:17It's in the same, It's in the same year.
- 22:19It's in the same year and they're what they were talking
- 22:22about. This was both baseball and the
- 22:24Players Association. Think there is obvious interest
- 22:27for it to just have like an extra long All Star break that
- 22:31year and just and make it so that everyone can play in this
- 22:35Olympic tournament. You would have more people
- 22:37participating than if you had an All Star game, obviously.
- 22:40How different countries Both of them though?
- 22:42You wouldn't have an All Star game, you would do it.
- 22:44And this is also similar to what we saw the NHL is going to do
- 22:47Errol with the Winter Olympics coming up next year.
- 22:51So let's start there. Baseball in the Olympics is cool
- 22:55in the 1st place. Now we might actually get the
- 22:58best players in the world. How about that?
- 23:00I don't like it. I, I don't like it in the middle
- 23:02of a season, baseball season, if you're an owner of a team, if
- 23:05you're AGM of a team and one of those guys go out there and hurt
- 23:09themselves at the Olympics. Hold your breath.
- 23:11What, what are you going to do when it comes to a World Series?
- 23:13You're out there, you're spending all that money to win a
- 23:16World Series. You got guys like Mike, Max
- 23:20Freed, he's going to pitch for Team USA and he throws his arm
- 23:23out, he throws his UCL out and he's out for the rest of the
- 23:25season, maybe 2 years. Garrett Gold comes back and he
- 23:28pitches for Team USA after coming back from an from an arm
- 23:31surgery or shoulder surgery. You don't want that.
- 23:33You don't want to put your team, your your players through that.
- 23:36And if I was an owner of a team, I wouldn't like that.
- 23:39I don't think this is a good idea.
- 23:40I wouldn't do it in the middle of a season if it is in the
- 23:42middle of season because the Olympics land that way.
- 23:45The players should not be in the Olympics unless they're retired
- 23:48or they're not playing Major League Baseball.
- 23:51I think it's a bad move for the ML.
- 23:53Yeah. I mean, I'm not going to
- 23:54disagree with what you're saying, Arrow, because I think
- 23:56as an owner, you, like you said, you're paying these guys
- 24:01hundreds of millions of dollars for, you know, the Olympics is,
- 24:05you know, is, is one of the biggest sporting events in the
- 24:08world. And you know, you're going to
- 24:10get Aaron Judge, you're going to want Mike Trout, you're going to
- 24:13want to, you know, and all those guys are going to be wanting to
- 24:15put USA slapped across their chest.
- 24:18But in the middle of the season, I'm not sure it's the smartest
- 24:22thing. 1 You know, you guys look forward to an All Star break
- 24:25and, and especially if they're going to have an extended All
- 24:27Star break, I think they would. Put.
- 24:31As much as winning an Olympic gold medal is what you want, I
- 24:36think winning a World Series is probably a equivalent or even
- 24:41more so because at the that same time they're going to make a
- 24:43boatload of money and, and all in the playoff shares and all
- 24:47that. But as a player, of course,
- 24:49anytime I would get a chance to put on the USA and, and go out
- 24:52there and compete for my country, I want it.
- 24:54I and on the flip side, though, as an owner, I can see their,
- 24:57their side is saying let's, let's not do that and let's send
- 25:00as they have in the past, our minor league guys.
- 25:02If it was in the offseason, if it was in.
- 25:04The If it was in the offseason, it would still be the same thing
- 25:07as an owner. Let's get into the Tampa Bay
- 25:10Rays. We're sold for $1.7 billion.
- 25:15They had a deal for it to make a new stadium.
- 25:19It fell through after Hurricane Milton, which destroyed the
- 25:23Tropicana Stadium. They're playing at Steinbrenner
- 25:26Field, which is single a baseball field for the Yankees.
- 25:31Field sits only 10,000 people. They got permission if they make
- 25:35the playoffs to host games there.
- 25:37It's the first time there's been a 10,000 seater for playoff
- 25:41games. Nobody goes to the games anyway
- 25:43so it doesn't really. Matter.
- 25:44They're sold and they may not stay in Tampa because they can't
- 25:48draw an audience. It doesn't matter how good they
- 25:51are or bad they are from season to season.
- 25:53People don't show up to their games.
- 25:54None. And it's been a big problem.
- 25:57They say they're going to try to keep them in Tampa as Errol.
- 26:02I don't see it. I lived down there for three
- 26:05years. I.
- 26:05Don't. They're not.
- 26:06They're in Saint Pete if they move.
- 26:08I understand you got. If they move to 30 minute.
- 26:10Drive one way or the other. Yeah, if they move to Tampa,
- 26:13where the Lightning are AT and kind of have like a complex
- 26:16where it's the Tampa Lightning and then you have the Tampa Bay
- 26:20Rays, then it could be a different story and they would
- 26:22draw more because it's like it's like a whole.
- 26:25Get them out of Florida. I mean, honestly, right now I
- 26:28think Montreal is craving for a baseball team.
- 26:31Bringing back the Expos. I think that's what they should
- 26:34do. It's a great baseball place over
- 26:36there. I've been to Montreal.
- 26:38They love their baseball. I think Canada could use another
- 26:41baseball team and bring back the Expos.
- 26:43I think it would be sensational and they have a tremendous town
- 26:46over there of fans that still love the game of baseball.
- 26:49That's where Tampa should go. And I remember two years ago,
- 26:53two years ago, where there was conversations that Montreal was
- 26:56actually putting a bid in, trying to get Tampa to go over
- 26:59there, do it again. I think it would be a great for
- 27:01baseball, sending them back to Montreal and make him in the
- 27:04Expos. I think that's a great idea.
- 27:06They're talking about doing an expansion team.
- 27:08I'm not sure. It also talks of like the
- 27:10Orlando Dreamers and all that. The biggest thing is Tampa Bay
- 27:14Rays need to stay in Tampa. That's fine.
- 27:15They just actually need to be in Tampa and not in Saint Pete.
- 27:18That's what it if they're in Tampa and not safety and you
- 27:22have the, and you have the complex that the, you know, the,
- 27:27the Lightning and that or whatever may, you know, whatever
- 27:29may be. But I think they'll draw a lot
- 27:32better because there are a lot of Tampa Bay Rays fans here.
- 27:34The problem is in Florida, we're just very distracted with a lot
- 27:37of other things going on. We have Disney World and
- 27:40Universal Studios and Busch Gardens.
- 27:42How about beaches? How about the Tampa Bay
- 27:44Lightning and the Florida Panthers that are selling out
- 27:46their games? They sell out games.
- 27:48It's the Tampa Bay. The Tampa Bay Rays do not.
- 27:51Nobody wants to go to a Tampa Bay Ray game.
- 27:53Nobody. Nobody wants to go and watch.
- 27:55The fact of a matter I could never afford to sit right behind
- 28:00home plate at Yankee Stadium, and I've sat behind home plate
- 28:05at in the Rays game, comfortably in the third row.
- 28:08Yeah for like 30 bucks. It was like 45 bucks.
- 28:11It was a matinee game in the middle of the week, but it was
- 28:13still 45 bucks to get those seats for a Major League
- 28:17Baseball game. And to me, the Tropicana,
- 28:20Tropicana Stadium looks like like Nickelodeon studio for a
- 28:23baseball park. It's a terrible stadium.
- 28:24We got we're going to do one more when we're just going to
- 28:26kind of give. A.
- 28:28Middle All Star break right now. There's been talk about the
- 28:32salary cap being instituted into baseball.
- 28:37He's a Tony Clark came out and called it.
- 28:39He called it institutionalized collusion that a salary cap in a
- 28:45sense. And economically, what he's
- 28:47basically saying is because there's only a limited amount of
- 28:50money being put into the pool, you're intentionally limiting
- 28:54what people can pay different players.
- 28:57So like, for example, if there was no salary cap in basketball
- 29:0010 years ago, LeBron should have been getting $200 million
- 29:03contracts because that's what he would have been worth.
- 29:06The salary cap is collusion to keep those numbers down to a
- 29:10manageable number for teams. Tony Clark doesn't want the
- 29:14players to lose money, so he's against the salary cap.
- 29:18I don't. It's the only sport though that
- 29:21doesn't have it. Is this just an inevitability?
- 29:24I think it should be. I think baseball should have a
- 29:27salary cap. Right now you have a guy like
- 29:30Shay Ohtani who's not even getting his money and he's
- 29:34making $102 million through endorsements.
- 29:36It's ridiculous. So if he was getting his 70
- 29:39million, this guy's making $200 million.
- 29:42And then you're talking about guys that were baseball players
- 29:45that probably in the next 10 years we're going to have our
- 29:48first billion dollar player. You're going to pay one guy a
- 29:51billion dollars to play a baseball game, which by the way,
- 29:55paying those guys don't guarantee you championships.
- 29:59As we see in Major League Baseball.
- 30:01There has to be a salary cap. I I know Clark, Clark was a
- 30:05former player. He's going to back it up and
- 30:07he's going to say he's going to stick up for the players.
- 30:10But I, I understand that these owners are making a ton, a ton
- 30:13of money. They're charging at the
- 30:15ballparks, the hot dogs, the hamburgers and all the crap that
- 30:18they're selling there and they're putting it in their
- 30:20pockets. That's why they're the owners.
- 30:22That's why these players, after they leave the game of baseball,
- 30:25they want to be owners and basketball players.
- 30:28Look at a Rod. He owns the Timberwolves.
- 30:30Why do you think he bought the team?
- 30:31Because he's putting money in his pockets and he doesn't have
- 30:34to. He doesn't have to go out there
- 30:36and play it anymore. The fact is there's got to be a
- 30:38salary cap because if there is isn't a salary gap, it's only
- 30:42going to get worse. The NBA has it.
- 30:45The NHL. Why is it going?
- 30:46Why is it going to get worse? Because look at what these guys
- 30:48are making 7. Or what?
- 30:51That's what we that's what we fought.
- 30:52That's what the guys before us fought for.
- 30:55That's just the 94 strike and and that's what we fought for.
- 30:59So like you fought for that's. Yeah.
- 31:01I mean, I personally, I didn't fight for it, but I appreciate
- 31:04the guys that did and came before me.
- 31:07Now our contracts are guaranteed.
- 31:08We have the strongest unit in sports.
- 31:10Like that wouldn't have happened had it not been for those guys.
- 31:13And some of those guys careers are over and now we're just
- 31:16going to roll over. And those guys, everything that
- 31:18those guys stood up for, now we're just going to roll over
- 31:20and say, OK, we'll take it. Well, it's not going to happen.
- 31:24If they. If they try and put a salary cap
- 31:26on, there will be a strike to sit.
- 31:28Plain and simple. I'm not the only one who thinks
- 31:30that all the players are on the same page and the owners get
- 31:34paid enough money. Like they get paid enough money.
- 31:36That's what I'm saying. They're already loaded, and the
- 31:39fact is, if you want to win. Billionaires.
- 31:41If you win, you get more money. So why wouldn't you just keep
- 31:44dumping money into your product? You want you want a good
- 31:48product. You put money into the product
- 31:49and you hope that it gets better.
- 31:50That's what we're doing with this show.
- 31:52Like so you want to cap it cap the show at 10,000 dollar $3000
- 31:57advertisements or? One that's.
- 31:59What? So I guess the better question
- 32:01though, is would it make the game better speedy, speedy if we
- 32:05had this parity that we always say the salary cap gives, right?
- 32:11You have team, you see the NFL, you could be great one year,
- 32:14terrible the next. And then the team that was
- 32:16terrible can be great. You see a lot of teams kind of
- 32:19in the middle, you know, hovering around playoff
- 32:22contention, whether or not to go forward or not.
- 32:24And every once in awhile they do.
- 32:26But when you have the haves and have nots like you see in
- 32:29baseball, especially recently with the Dodgers, would a salary
- 32:34cap improve the game? But I want to hear what Speedy
- 32:36has to say about how this would make the game either better or
- 32:41worse. Because we do see parity.
- 32:43The Dodgers are way more loaded than like the bottom five teams
- 32:48in the league combined. The bottom like cheapest teams
- 32:50are the bigger issue just because I don't even know if a
- 32:52salary cap would do that necessarily if they know they're
- 32:56still not going to get it anyway because they're still going to
- 32:59be having, they're still be having restrictions in their own
- 33:01right when it comes to the cap situation.
- 33:03So still those ownership change, I think that's going to be a
- 33:06bigger problem and whether you have a salary cap or not.
- 33:09All right, ladies and gentlemen, here's the final segment of the
- 33:12night. We call this analytics.
- 33:14Ladies and. Gentlemen.
- 33:16And now it's Analytics I. Want everybody together to go
- 33:21ahead and say penis, penis, penis, vagina, vagina, vagina.
- 33:28There it is. Welcome back everybody to yet
- 33:31another episode of Analytics, a quality educational experience.
- 33:37If you're new to the show, this is a competition between Errol
- 33:40and Speedy where they will have a mystery term that they have to
- 33:43solve. They will both have up to three
- 33:46clues. Whoever can get it right in the
- 33:48fewest amount of clues is the winner.
- 33:50Once they answer it, they will have to answer, explain it in a
- 33:54sentence and whoever has the best sentence is the tiebreaker.
- 33:58If they get in the same amount of clues, the catch is they're
- 34:01going to have different terms. You see, Speedy, he is the
- 34:05sports analytical guru. He is going to be asking Errol
- 34:10one of these newfangled terms that Errol, you know, isn't the
- 34:14biggest proponent of. He's more of a traditionalist,
- 34:17we say in this type of a situation.
- 34:20He's an eye test man when it comes to sports.
- 34:22When he watches sports, he knows himself.
- 34:24His sports, he doesn't need need these fancy numbers.
- 34:26So we're going to try to educate him on one of these terms.
- 34:30On the other hand, Errol is going to ask Speedy something
- 34:33else because he can't ask Speedy the sports analytical term.
- 34:36It's going to be something that Speed doesn't know much of.
- 34:38It's going to be a sexual innuendo.
- 34:41We're going to have to get it going in the same medical loose.
- 34:43Boys. Are you ready for tonight's
- 34:46episode of analytics? All righty.
- 34:48Let's go all. Right.
- 34:49So mine all right. Baseball, we got SSR.
- 34:54SSR for this. Is baseball, Yes.
- 34:57Baseball SSRSS Oh wait, is Nathan here?
- 35:05Ron? Nathan is supposed to be on A
- 35:07tag team with Speedy tonight, isn't it?
- 35:10Right here. There he is.
- 35:13Fish. You forget about me, Fish.
- 35:14Come on, fish. Don't you forget about nothing?
- 35:19No, no. OK, that's your song.
- 35:23Nothing. All right, SSR.
- 35:26SSR, yes. Ron's you should know this.
- 35:33I have no idea. I have no idea, I said Ron.
- 35:38So I got that one wrong. All right.
- 35:42Beep. Done wrong.
- 35:47No, I think we're just going to give you a no on that one, all
- 35:51right? No, nothing on the wild guess
- 35:53Flip in the script for the big reveal of the analytical term of
- 35:59the night. All right, here it is.
- 36:01All right. Queening, Nathan.
- 36:05Do you have any contacts queening?
- 36:09Queening. Queening Yes, Nathan, do you
- 36:11have any? Conscious.
- 36:12Yes, Queening. Yes.
- 36:16Hold on. Queening.
- 36:18OK. Wild guests round no help on
- 36:22this one. First thing that comes to your
- 36:24mind on. All right, Nathan, are we going
- 36:27to take the medieval approach or are we going to take the the
- 36:30crown? Approach.
- 36:30Hold on a second Queening. Queening, what do you got?
- 36:33Nathan, what is your ideas here? Nathan probably did this like
- 36:37the other day, whatever it is. Queening.
- 36:41Queening. Damn, what the heck?
- 36:44Think. Think about it in.
- 36:48Oh, you can't tell me there's no, there's nothing, nothing,
- 36:50nothing. Just cleaning.
- 36:52Are we? Thinking of first guess.
- 36:53Are we thinking? Are we thinking an upper body
- 36:55approach like you're like a queen wearing a crown?
- 36:57Just take a guess you don't get. Wild guess.
- 37:00Wild guess round. I'm gonna go lower body.
- 37:05You know what? This is a wild guess, right?
- 37:07You said, Oh yeah, I'm gonna go the lady's vagina, lady.
- 37:13'S vagina. You're gonna get more than.
- 37:15That. Do you think that's all it is?
- 37:18No, there's more to it. I'm trying to think.
- 37:19I just don't know. Wait.
- 37:23Actually being done in the lady's vagina while wearing a
- 37:26while wearing a Queen's cloak. What a queen cloak like a dress.
- 37:35This one is wild. I found this definition.
- 37:37It took me like a. 5 minutes to it.
- 37:39There's more to it. No, I haven't a gown.
- 37:40Either wrong term, not cloak, gown.
- 37:46Just take a guess. I'm about a girl's, a lady's
- 37:49vagina, but there's more to it. Though my guess My guess is
- 37:52action in a woman's vagina while she's wearing a Queen's gown.
- 37:58Is that? No, that's not correct.
- 38:03At no point. Correct.
- 38:04Was that right? It wasn't.
- 38:07It was a good, a mediocre effort, but you know, better
- 38:10than 50%. I would say we're going to flip
- 38:13it back the other way for the first clue on SSR.
- 38:17What do you have on SSR? The more.
- 38:18General term is both of the s s where you're trying to hit or
- 38:24strike a s s and then in this case it's a hitting term for
- 38:30trying to get this spot on the bat.
- 38:35Say that. Again, one more time, so like a
- 38:37general term if you're trying to hit or strike.
- 38:39What do you do with a baseball? Do you swing or Sorry I gave it.
- 38:44Away like you're trying to. If you're trying to get a
- 38:47desired spot when you're punching or striking something
- 38:51or hitting something, you could consider it a s S.
- 38:57Slugging. No, not slugging like it's a
- 39:01more general term. You hit the blank blank.
- 39:03The general of slugging. What is the?
- 39:06General of slugging. No, you got it wrong.
- 39:10Let's give it back the other way.
- 39:12The next clue or the first clue for queening?
- 39:16No, this is second. That was wild guess.
- 39:18Like, yeah, that was a wild guess that he was close, but he
- 39:26wasn't. Speedy was.
- 39:27Close. I have no idea.
- 39:29No, you guys were not. Arrows close, you're riding.
- 39:32Arrows close, you're riding. On something, riding, riding on
- 39:35something, riding on something. OK, maybe.
- 39:40Maybe a carriage like a carriage like a grand entrance for queen.
- 39:44What? No.
- 39:46If you don't think a. Handicap match the two of you
- 39:49verse him. So you're Arrows saying you're
- 39:52right, so I'm gonna OK, so you're riding on something.
- 39:56What is it, what is it, Ruth? And what are you thinking?
- 39:58What do you think it is? What do you think it is?
- 40:00What do you think it? Is I'm going to.
- 40:04What do you think it is? Listen.
- 40:05What do you think it is that different?
- 40:06He's too bashful. He can't say these inappropriate
- 40:09words, Errol. Spit it out.
- 40:10What is? It I'm going to say, oh Lord,
- 40:13the kid is there. He's no.
- 40:16Goody. Oh, you're on mute?
- 40:18Yeah. What is?
- 40:19What is it? What do you think it is?
- 40:21I'm going all right. I'm going to say the penis.
- 40:24This one. Just tell us what the term is.
- 40:27Think a little more, are you thinking?
- 40:30Something different than my potential fairy tale
- 40:33hypothetical that I'm going with here.
- 40:36Nathan, do you have any alternative theories?
- 40:38I. Can't believe I'm can't all.
- 40:41Right, Nathan, we're running out of time.
- 40:42I'm going to. It's all right, Nathan.
- 40:44We don't have all night just. To guess what I'm doing, I gave
- 40:47you a hand. What was my hand, Speedy?
- 40:49What was the hand? It involves a carriage.
- 40:54What? That's not what I.
- 40:55Said Carriage. Carriage.
- 41:00It involves some undercarriages, but that.
- 41:03Under undercarriage, not carriages all.
- 41:06Right, let's move on. All right, this is just not
- 41:09really going all right, moving back the other way, next clue
- 41:15for SSR all. Right.
- 41:16So you're trying to eat less of this type of food?
- 41:22Oh. You're trying to avoid these
- 41:25types of drinks too now with your new Sugar's condition.
- 41:29Yeah, the sugar is not. What type of food is sugar?
- 41:36It's not sour. Not sour.
- 41:42Not sour. What?
- 41:43Type of sugar. Not sour, but.
- 41:46How do we go from a bat and. Honey mustard is.
- 41:51Sweet, yes, that's the first S so then you're.
- 41:55You had to say honey mustard. Oh wait, a sense sweet spot,
- 41:59yes. And then R and then R.
- 42:01Rating. I'll give it to you rate.
- 42:03That's good rate. That is correct.
- 42:07Sweet spot rate. Explain it, Speedy.
- 42:10So it's actually. Wait, hold on, He has to use it
- 42:12in a sentence first. My mistake.
- 42:14We can't do that, Errol sweet spot rating.
- 42:20Use it with Aaron Judge on the Yankees as your example.
- 42:25Let's get the music back on. Oh.
- 42:27God, Aaron Judge has the best swing swing spot rating in
- 42:41baseball right now. Am I?
- 42:44Is that good? That.
- 42:47I don't know if that's a true statement, but it's definitely
- 42:50way up there. We're going to give you.
- 42:52No, all right, Aaron Judge has has the one of the best swing
- 42:59spot ratings in the major. League sweet spot, sweet spot,
- 43:02sweet spot, sweet spot, sweet spot, sweet spot.
- 43:05So it's, it's basically you get it on if you barrel it.
- 43:08Up. Yeah, it's.
- 43:09A modified barrel. All right, you ready?
- 43:11You ready for the? All right, so you have you have
- 43:14to get it here on this one and have a sentence better than
- 43:18arrows. Arrows was almost perfect,
- 43:21really just made like minor errors.
- 43:23So you're going to have to really sweep this round, boys.
- 43:27The music is back on. All right, good luck.
- 43:31All right, boys. You could sit on it and it feels
- 43:38good, but you also got to eat it.
- 43:42Wow. You sit on it.
- 43:46Oh my gosh. These aren't the best clues.
- 43:49I think I gave him, I've given him the answer to what it could
- 43:53be. Is it a carriage made of food?
- 43:57This is a. Dislike.
- 43:59Whoa, Speedy? What are you talking about,
- 44:01Speedy? All right, what's your theory,
- 44:02Nathan? If you're just joining us, this
- 44:05is the second clue for Queenie. Think more creatively.
- 44:08What is your theory? If you're not going to go on
- 44:11mine, what could be eaten and sat on?
- 44:16Penis. Nathan, you're going to eat a
- 44:18penis. It's like you only went to 6th
- 44:21grade health for two days where they taught you a penis and a
- 44:24giant. Here's another clue.
- 44:25Here's another clue. All right, You're a man.
- 44:30OK, You're laying down and a woman comes in all.
- 44:34Right. And you say I want to taste you.
- 44:38OK, All right. Does that give you a hint?
- 44:44What? What do you think it is, Speedy?
- 44:50And it's undercarriage related come.
- 44:53On Speedy. Come on, Speedy, let me see
- 44:55where you go. All right, so you're tasting.
- 44:58Nathan, I'm disappointed in your help tonight.
- 45:03Out of I don't know, was Nathan right about the?
- 45:06I don't think so. I don't think I don't think he
- 45:10was right about the vagina. So I'm going to go.
- 45:11Off Speedy, I think you're on your own bro.
- 45:15So we'll go with tasting the pus of the asshole, then walking up
- 45:27to her make and licking it in her own mouth during sex.
- 45:40What? Wait a second.
- 45:40Explain that again to me so I I I can figure this out here.
- 45:45Hold on, say that again one more time.
- 45:46So. It licks the woman's asshole.
- 45:48OK, I'm not going with vagina because I think Nathan was
- 45:51deterring everything. You were.
- 45:53You're you're, you're on to something.
- 45:55You're so far, so good. All right.
- 45:58So you're licking it. Come on.
- 46:00You're licking it. OK, then the ceremony, the royal
- 46:07ceremony that you're with the Queen, you're walking down into
- 46:13an intimate action. And going back?
- 46:17To having sex while making out at the same time.
- 46:23Errol Marx, you are tonight's champion of.
- 46:26Linux. Oh, can I bring up?
- 46:28No, that was you had your right, Speedy.
- 46:31All right, Nathan, what do you think it is?
- 46:33No. Can I bring up one thing good
- 46:36that that porn star we're talking about?
- 46:39You didn't bring it up until just now.
- 46:42Go ahead, who's the porn star? Brooke Suptick.
- 46:45No, the one who is getting all the attention right now, her
- 46:48name, her name is Bonnie Blue. Bonnie Blue.
- 46:51You couldn't have used that in any context before.
- 46:57Nathan, you know all about these raunchy.
- 47:00All right, all right, here's here's here's an easy word for
- 47:03queening, and you could tell me what it is.
- 47:04Ready, Nathan, face sitting. Do you know what that is?
- 47:10Yeah, when the woman sits on your face, right?
- 47:13There you go, Da, what do you do?
- 47:16What do you do when that? Happens.
- 47:18You eat the pussy and then then come on.
- 47:22Tommy clip that right now, right now 413 and change.
- 47:28Goody, are you lost over there? What are you watching over
- 47:35there? You watching somebody blue?
- 47:40Errol, you got to send him some jab in the mouth earmuffs for
- 47:43his kid if he's going to be sitting there with all the
- 47:45segments. I got you in my ears.
- 47:47There's no chance I'm letting him listen to this.
- 47:50He needs to get out of here. Yeah, there's no chance.
- 47:54I got. I got my I got my headset on.
- 47:57It's just this isn't for. Yeah.
- 48:00I don't think you definitely don't want your kids to hear
- 48:03that. No, no, definitely.
- 48:06I'm embarrassed. I'd be embarrassed.
- 48:10Too. I'd be embarrassed too, I mean.
- 48:12I have been playing video games. That's what we're playing right
- 48:14now. He's playing playing some video
- 48:16games. Who's?
- 48:16Who's what are you playing, first of all?
- 48:19He's playing Fortnite and I'm kind of just watching him a
- 48:21little bit here. He's it's like a, it's like a
- 48:26run around and shoot him, but he's it's like a sandbox, so.
- 48:29He's just running around. My nephew is in the top 13
- 48:32percentile right now in the country.
- 48:34He's actually. OK, well my son is definitely
- 48:37not and you know he's 7 so. He actually has won a little bit
- 48:41of money doing playing Fortnite my.
- 48:45Nephew, I know he could do it and just I don't let him play
- 48:48too much. But tonight we were going to
- 48:50watch Obi Wan. Obi Wan Kenobi's on a we're on a
- 48:52Star Wars kick right now. So I'm trying to get him.
- 48:55I don't know much about Star Wars.
- 48:56I got to ask Speedy call. Speedy want to come to this.
- 48:59You want to come to the Jersey Shore with us?
- 49:02You want to go to the Jersey show with them?
- 49:04When? Remember my friend Frank Luna?
- 49:08Frank Luna. Yeah, you should do that.
- 49:10You got to do that. You got to Hey, fish.
- 49:13I mean nothing, Speedy coming to the Jersey Shore.
- 49:16We'll, we'll come to the Jersey Shore.
- 49:19He'll hook you up. He'll hook you.
- 49:21Up. Yeah, Nathan, I know you have a
- 49:22dream to be my wing man. I'm aware all.
- 49:25Right, more dumb and Dumber outfits.
- 49:27The tuxedos, could you? About it's actually an upgrade
- 49:30for Nith. Errol, you realize that the term
- 49:37you picked tonight was shown in ancient Egyptian drawings and
- 49:41part of ancient Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Medieval
- 49:45European, Victorian and other culture sexual excapades.
- 49:50No, I didn't know, but I knew by going that or that route if I
- 49:54said face sitting, they were going to get it.
- 49:57So yeah, queening is is the perfect word for, you know,
- 50:01learning a little bit about sexual, you know, terminology.
- 50:06So there you go. Anyways, that's it guys.
- 50:09It was a great one. I'd like to thank all the fans.
- 50:11Thank you, by the way, to Jordan Poyer.
- 50:14He was fantastic. I know he's been busy.
- 50:17He's going to Brazil. He's got, you know, a kid, an 8
- 50:19year old daughter and a family. So thank you for Jordan.
- 50:22Thank you to Jordan. And thank you, Nath, for getting
- 50:25Jordan to join us. That it wasn't obviously easy
- 50:28drawing somebody to come on on the show when he's getting ready
- 50:31for the season. We're going, we're going to,
- 50:32we're going to go to a strip. All right, let's do it.
- 50:37Let's do it. Just keep it on the lowdown.
- 50:38I don't need to hear somebody. I need Brittany also like.
- 50:43Her, you know, trying to cut my you know what off all right, so
- 50:48I don't need that anyways. Thank you to all the fans

- 51:33well, and he'll be out at 8:45 and then 930 joining us.
- 51:36He's been on our show a lot. Our friend Matt O'Leary, a New
- 51:38York Jets analyst. Oh yes, Matt's going to join us
- 51:41and he's a Jake Asman enthusiast as he's been on his show quite a
- 51:45few times. So it'll be it.
- 51:47Matt when he comes on a show, I don't really mention Jake, but
- 51:50he he knows, I know my my jets and, and he kind of takes a step
- 51:55back and kind of has a little bit of fun with us.
- 51:58He's not like, you know, he's not really, he's like in between
- 52:03the Jake Asmin personality and our kind of takes.
- 52:07And he's an Islander guy too. So I definitely want to hear
- 52:10what he thinks about the Islanders draft and where the
- 52:12Islanders went in free agency this offseason.
- 52:15So interesting. Interesting.
- 52:17And that's a really good guy, too.
- 52:18So we got to get him to come and hang out with us because he
- 52:22lives in Long Island. So interesting.
