- 0:00Speaker 1: Garfield will not be seen tonight, but will return next
- 0:02Speaker 1: week at its scheduled time.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Guess it's time for our early mid-morning nap.
- 0:07Speaker 1: Instead, stay tuned for the following Meltdown Horror Club Thanksgiving special,
- 0:11Speaker 1: where you'll hear them say amazing things like this.
- 0:16Speaker 3: Nowhere in this song do they mention Santa Claus or
- 0:20Speaker 3: Jesus or presents or any of that crap.
- 0:24Speaker 2: So, I say we take it back.
- 0:28Speaker 4: Again, I didn't know that when I hit play, so
- 0:31Speaker 4: I was like, oh, what am I getting into?
- 0:34Speaker 3: I am nothing but a small child trying to operate
- 0:36Speaker 3: like an adult. As far as I know, he's not
- 0:40Speaker 3: an orangutan, but I'm kind of picturing it, and that
- 0:43Speaker 3: makes it so much better.
- 0:47Speaker 2: The metal clinking of shoe buckles.
- 0:52Speaker 3: You stay over there, Kerr.
- 0:53Speaker 1: We're keeping an eye on you. Semicolon? Colon?
- 0:58Speaker 4: Exclamation point?
- 0:59Speaker 2: Apostrophe.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Ah, that one. I don't know the words anymore. Oh, yeah,
- 1:04Speaker 3: because it's like Halloween. Yeah, it's between the E's of
- 1:08Speaker 3: all places. But it doesn't get rid of one. So
- 1:10Speaker 3: is there a third E that she uses, but she
- 1:13Speaker 3: decided to cut out so the weird Americans would understand
- 1:16Speaker 3: what Halloween is?
- 1:18Speaker 1: It would.
- 1:20Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:21Speaker 2: Being like, oh, hell yeah. Because it's in some big
- 1:24Speaker 2: gorgeous villa period piece. It looks amazing once again. Spooky gothic.
- 1:29Speaker 2: I'm like, I love that shit.
- 1:32Speaker 4: They did make one Ikea joke because, of course, you did.
- 1:38Speaker 3: So now he's like, well, murdering people, people like that
- 1:41Speaker 3: in this country.
- 1:42Speaker 1: So he's just kind of.
- 1:44Speaker 4: He's not wrong.
- 1:44Speaker 2: He's all in on this. And I'm like, more power
- 1:47Speaker 2: to you.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Keep making these things.
- 1:50Speaker 4: And then once they got there, which was in a
- 1:53Speaker 4: set of cabins in the woods, it became a pretty
- 1:56Speaker 4: decent Friday the 13th ripoff.
- 1:58Speaker 2: That's fun.
- 1:59Speaker 4: Yeah, complete with like masked serial killer.
- 2:04Speaker 3: So I wondered, I was like, all right, they're crossing
- 2:06Speaker 3: over that maybe now we're getting into more of a
- 2:10Speaker 3: spooky territory versus stabbing people territory. So I like that
- 2:16Speaker 3: she was our internal voice the entire movie.
- 2:18Speaker 1: Yeah. I'm just like, what?
- 2:20Speaker 2: No, this is stupid.
- 2:21Speaker 3: Why are you doing this? And then we got the
- 2:25Speaker 3: cranberry blood fake out.
- 2:28Speaker 2: No, this movie, if you think about it too much, yes.
- 2:32Speaker 2: You just gotta enjoy the ride and just accept. They're
- 2:37Speaker 2: murderous pilgrims.
- 2:39Speaker 3: They're, they're, uh.
- 2:42Speaker 2: We should, we should have a board retreat. The Meltdown
- 2:45Speaker 2: Horror Club.
- 2:46Speaker 1: I'm all for that.
- 2:48Speaker 2: But instead of going to the woods, we just sit
- 2:50Speaker 2: on the couch and watch a bunch of movies.
- 2:52Speaker 4: Well, I'm not going to the woods. Popcorn, serial killer
- 2:55Speaker 4: or not.
- 2:57Speaker 2: Too many other things.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Out there, yeah. Bugs. Sunlight? No, thank you.
- 3:03Speaker 2: Fresh air?
- 3:04Speaker 5: Gross.
- 3:06Speaker 1: So go to MovieMeltdown.com and click on the link at
- 3:08Speaker 1: the top of the page that says Join the Meltdown
- 3:10Speaker 1: Horror Club. Then you'll be able to hear them talk
- 3:12Speaker 1: turkey all year round.
- 3:15Speaker 5: It's a quiet celebration with family and friends. A time
- 3:21Speaker 5: for counting blessings. A time to make amends. There's a
- 3:26Speaker 5: feeling all around you. You can hold it in your hands.
- 3:31Speaker 5: Pass it round the table for all to understand Though
- 3:36Speaker 5: tomorrow may take us far away
