- 0:28[SPEAKER_01]: and it's the antidote to fear.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_01]: Each week my guess will bring bold, executable, intrinsic, and targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and be it until you see it.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_01]: It's a practice, not a perfect, let's get started.
- 0:48[SPEAKER_01]: Happy Fuck Yeah Friday.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome to the mini episode we have here on the Beat to you see a podcast.

- 0:57[SPEAKER_01]: I'll vent a little bit and you can go, oh yeah, that's the problem I have to and then we go, oh, but we have to celebrate and they're fun and it's a good time and it's a good time for us to be together and I don't know break up whatever true crime, slash political podcasts are feeling you up.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, my goodness, there's an election in a couple of weeks in the States and we are probably all over whatever podcasts we're listening to on the news.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_01]: So.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_01]: Hopefully this is brightening your day and your life.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_01]: So my little high moment, I would like to just spend to us this way too many books I want to read and not enough time.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_01]: And I have tried to read before I go to bed and I'm just going to tell you right now get one page and I fall the fuck a sleep.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_01]: I'm grateful because it just puts me to sleep and so on the night say I've broken up and can't get back to sleep.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_01]: I just read a book that I want to read, but the actual reality is I want to read the book.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_01]: And I love listening to my audio books.
- 1:39[SPEAKER_01]: They're really, really great, but also I want to read a book, especially the non-fiction ones that I'm trying to learn stuff from.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_01]: I want to underline, I want to do this stuff.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_01]: So try to figure out a way to actually make some meaningful reading time happen.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_01]: I'll let you know how that goes.

- 2:19[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to eventually, we're going to have their start dates, right?
- 2:21[SPEAKER_01]: So names and locations.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_01]: Some of them will do some remote, but I'm just so proud.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_01]: This has been a year-long program, just in the build-up, and it's going to take a couple more years to juice everything out.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm just so, so excited and grateful for what it is that we're doing and all that we've created.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_01]: immensely grateful for the educators who raised their hand to be in the beginning parts of this because the truth is is that I can't do this without them and I really appreciate their trusting the process and what I put together and there as excited as I am and I'm really excited that we're going to have cohort starting in January 2027.
