Two Phoenix cops, Antonio Felix and Luis Vasquez Jr., both 31, were fired and arrested after a terrifying traffic stop on August 5th where they allegedly pulled a gun, threatened to shoot the driver, cuffed and shoved his girlfriend face-down, and used a Taser—all without reporting the stop or turning on body cams.
