SPEAKER_00: Alright, khul enough yud, and we're gonna start by the two dots towards the top of the page.
0:04
SPEAKER_00: Itma.
0:05
SPEAKER_00: So doesn't need much of an introduction to jump right in.
0:08
SPEAKER_00: Itma has shukit visaken vinimts pguma.
0:10
SPEAKER_00: Someone who shafts with a knife, and after he finishes the shrub the shita, let's say a while later, later in the day, we're gonna see a while later, you didn't check right away, he finds it to be bguma, meaning it has uh it had a nick in it, whatever it was, it was a bagum, which is a problem, as we know, because if you schecht a knife that's not a hundred percent uh you know smooth and it has a nick in it, what's gonna happen?
0:30
SPEAKER_00: We know that the knife, instead of cutting straight through the simonim, which is a proper shrita, instead it tears the simonim.
0:36
SPEAKER_00: And tearing the simonim renders the animal a trefa.
0:38
SPEAKER_00: If it's a trefa, it became a trefa before a proper shita, which is a problem, and you're not gonna be able to eat that.
0:43
SPEAKER_00: That is not a good shit, and that's why the knife has to be perfectly smooth.
0:46
SPEAKER_00: Now, if it's pogum, uh what do we do?
0:48
SPEAKER_00: When was it pogum?
0:49
SPEAKER_00: Was it pogum before?
0:50
SPEAKER_00: Was it pogum after?
0:51
SPEAKER_00: So that we're gonna see.
0:52
SPEAKER_00: So Amruna Vuna says, Afilo Shivba Tsamas Kala Yampsullah.
0:55
SPEAKER_00: Even if you use that knife after that shita to break, you use that knife to break uh bones the entire day.
1:02
SPEAKER_00: Breaking bones with a knife, cutting bones with a knife is something that can cause the knife to be poguma.
1:07
SPEAKER_00: So even if, what's the even if the even if is that even if you mamash used it the whole day for cutting bones, so we could assume, and then you realize that it's phuma.
1:14
SPEAKER_00: So there's good mukim to think that maybe it was the breaking bones that probably caused the pig.
1:19
SPEAKER_00: And back when you shafted it before you touched any bones, and you by the way, you checked it before you shafted, because that's what you have to do.
1:24
SPEAKER_00: You checked the knife and it was good before you shafted.
1:29
SPEAKER_00: What for breaking the bone?
1:30
SPEAKER_00: Should you not use it?
1:31
SPEAKER_00: For breaking the bones is no halo.
1:33
SPEAKER_00: What do you have to use?
1:38
SPEAKER_00: For this, first of all, and I'm uh I might be a little bit behind on the past uh, but for but for for what's it called?
1:45
SPEAKER_00: For breaking the special halo saying you ended up using the same knife, whatever it was.
1:49
SPEAKER_00: As long as you check the knife.
1:52
SPEAKER_00: It has to be.
1:53
SPEAKER_00: You have to make sure it's smooth as the icker for for chefting.
1:55
SPEAKER_00: But either way, um even if you used it for breaking bones the entire day, for for cutting through bones, the point is that we don't assume that it came from afterwards, we don't assume that it came from uh breaking those bones, which is, by the way, a very uh very reasonable uh idea of what happened, that you were cutting through these uh these bones, and that's what caused it to be Puguma.
2:16
SPEAKER_00: But either way that's where Buna says a fiduciar batamaskalayampsula.
2:18
SPEAKER_00: It's still gonna be possible.
2:19
SPEAKER_00: Why Hashin and Shemabah are nefkumal?
2:21
SPEAKER_00: Because you're gonna ask me what you checked it before, you had to check, you checked it before you did the shita, and it was fine.
2:25
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so you did the shit, then afterwards you were breaking all these bones.
2:28
SPEAKER_00: Welcome back, Grosh Kaila.
2:30
SPEAKER_00: And you were breaking all these bones afterwards, so I would think maybe it came afterwards.
2:33
SPEAKER_00: The point is that no, we don't assume that.
2:36
SPEAKER_00: Aye, so where would it have gotten its bgam from?
2:39
SPEAKER_00: You you didn't you checked it right before the shit, and it didn't have any problems.
2:43
SPEAKER_00: So you want to know where?
2:44
SPEAKER_00: Maybe from the arm, maybe from cutting through the skin, cutting through the through the hide.
2:48
SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's what caused the bagam, which is before the proper shita, before you got through the simoning.
2:52
SPEAKER_00: Maybe that is what um actually happened, and that's why Ravuna says it's gonna be psulah because we have to be such a thing, whereas Rahizdah mark shayra, Rachzah says no, it's fine.
3:00
SPEAKER_00: Shemma B'hatzim, Nifkama, because we assume that where did it get its bagam?
3:04
SPEAKER_00: It got its begam from cutting the bones afterwards.
3:07
SPEAKER_00: But back when you did the actual shita, it was fine back then.
3:09
SPEAKER_00: It's like, okay, let's try to figure this out.
3:10
SPEAKER_00: Bishama Ravuna Keshmaitze.
3:12
SPEAKER_00: I understand why Ravuna says it's gonna be Psula Keshmaitzi, because that's like what Ravuna says, Rashi references it over here, the um la elsenadaftas.
3:18
SPEAKER_00: Behhezkas isr, a mendis achi but the khabiman minus khattah.
3:22
SPEAKER_00: Whenever you have an animal, it's always becheskas isr until you know 100% that it was a good shrita.
3:26
SPEAKER_00: Because it's something called the chazakah, and it had a cheskas isr, and you need to know that it was a good shritah to be mighty from the cheskas isr.
3:32
SPEAKER_00: So Ravuna, I understand very good, because right now we have a suffic.
3:35
SPEAKER_00: We don't know.
3:35
SPEAKER_00: All we found is a saq in baguma.
3:37
SPEAKER_00: So was it a good shrita?
3:38
SPEAKER_00: What is it not a good shritah so ukeach?
3:40
SPEAKER_00: So what was the chazak?
3:41
SPEAKER_00: The chazakah was it?
3:42
SPEAKER_00: It's usar.
3:43
SPEAKER_00: It's becheskas isr until you know 100% it was a good shaita.
3:45
SPEAKER_00: Over here, do you know 100%?
3:46
SPEAKER_00: No.
3:46
SPEAKER_00: You're trying to figure it out.
3:47
SPEAKER_00: Maybe be toilet on the on the rocks, maybe it was Shemaba or Nifkema, and therefore you have a problem.
3:52
SPEAKER_00: El Rchizda, according to Rhiz.
3:54
SPEAKER_00: So that's why Ravuna says it's gonna be a problem.
3:55
SPEAKER_00: Al Rhizda, but according to Rafchizda, my time uh, what is Rafchizda's reason for saying that you're allowed to be toilet on the ra on the on the bones, that that caused it.
4:03
SPEAKER_00: And back when you did the shita, it was okay.
4:05
SPEAKER_00: So Amil Khai is gonna tell you etsem vadai poigin.
4:08
SPEAKER_00: Etsem cutting through bones, that for sure makes problems to the knife.
4:11
SPEAKER_00: That for sure causes all types of nicks in the knife, and that's a vadae.
4:15
SPEAKER_00: Or, however, what's the other tsad?
4:17
SPEAKER_00: What was Rahuna's chad?
4:18
SPEAKER_00: Shemabarnifkima.
4:19
SPEAKER_00: That you checked it, yeah, you checked it right before you did the shit, and it was fine.
4:22
SPEAKER_00: But maybe cutting through the skin while you're doing the shrita, that's where it caused the bhagama.
4:26
SPEAKER_00: Shemabarnifkema.
4:27
SPEAKER_00: So Ruchin's gonna tell you that or suffic plagim, suffic lampagam.
4:30
SPEAKER_00: It's not a vada, it's only a suffix.
4:32
SPEAKER_00: The r is much softer.
4:33
SPEAKER_00: It's only a suffix whether it was caught up cause of gam in the knife.
4:36
SPEAKER_00: So have a suffix vibada, in suffic ma'simidevada.
4:39
SPEAKER_00: You have a suffic and a vada, a suffic that the or caused it, and a vaday that bones cause it.
4:42
SPEAKER_00: And in suffic micsimidebada, that's why I'm gonna blame it on the bones.
4:46
SPEAKER_00: The bones happen after, meaning it's a good shait according to the Rchizdah says you the Ravuna.
4:51
SPEAKER_00: Rabbah asks the following kasha.
4:53
SPEAKER_00: That's really a rayat ravuna, which would naturally be a question on Ravchizda.
4:57
SPEAKER_00: Again, that said that you could rely on the stone, on the on the on the bones, so it's a good shaita.
5:01
SPEAKER_00: Talvavillah.
5:02
SPEAKER_00: So in Tvila, right?
5:04
SPEAKER_00: Someone's tame, he's going to the mikvah.
5:05
SPEAKER_00: Tabuba'alla'llah, Immsa Allah Khaitzis.
5:07
SPEAKER_00: He goes to the mikveh, comes out, very good, and a little while later he finds something, uh he finds a chatzita on himself.
5:13
SPEAKER_00: He finds a little bit of dirt, whatever it is, he finds uh chatzitza on himself.
5:16
SPEAKER_00: Meaning he didn't check himself right after to see if there was a chatzitzah.
5:19
SPEAKER_00: He sees it a half hour later or later in the day, whatever it was.
5:22
SPEAKER_00: He finds doubts.
5:28
SPEAKER_00: Even though whatever he found, let's say he found some paint on him, even if after he went to the mikvah, he was mammoth painting.
5:32
SPEAKER_00: That's what he was doing.
5:33
SPEAKER_00: He was nostastic by oysamin.
5:35
SPEAKER_00: That min that he found the chat on himself, he was nostastic in that thing the entire time after he went to the mikveh.
5:40
SPEAKER_00: So by logic, you would say, ah, when did it happen?
5:43
SPEAKER_00: Probably after the mikveh.
5:44
SPEAKER_00: So it wasn't on you when he went into the mikveh.
5:45
SPEAKER_00: Even so, loyal's feel is not good, and you have to go back.
5:52
SPEAKER_00: Unless you are sure, and you could say barili a thousand percent that it was not on me before I went to the mikvah, and it only came afterwards.
5:58
SPEAKER_00: And when I went to the mikvah, there was no chat at all.
6:00
SPEAKER_00: Otherwise, you're gonna have a problem.
6:01
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so what is the question?
6:02
SPEAKER_00: The question is like this bade tabbal, suffik, ha'vele alayh, suffik lay abele.
6:08
SPEAKER_00: Over here it's a badeh that he went to the mikvah, vade tabbal, and it's only a suffic whether he had this chat on him before the mikvah or not.
6:15
SPEAKER_00: Because he suffikum might, and you have the suffic of whether the chat was on him, and that's and where do we what do we do?
6:21
SPEAKER_00: We go after that.
6:22
SPEAKER_00: We go with the suffigh and say that the tvila was lay aslay tvila.
6:25
SPEAKER_00: And therefore the suffic is might simi devaday that you vaday went into the mikvah, says the Gemara Shani Hasla.
6:30
SPEAKER_00: No, you can't ask over there.
6:31
SPEAKER_00: Meaning, so what's the question?
6:32
SPEAKER_00: The question is over here it's the suffic be mightime.
6:35
SPEAKER_00: But according to what you tried to say earlier, ain't suffic might simide vadae.
6:39
SPEAKER_00: And that's why I'm gonna tell you that it's again, you could line up the same case that it's a vadae that the bones break in.
6:44
SPEAKER_00: And it's a uh that the bones cause a pogam over here.
6:46
SPEAKER_00: It's not a vada, it's only a suffic that the aura causes in.
6:48
SPEAKER_00: Therefore, in suffic mightyvade.
6:50
SPEAKER_00: If we said the same thing over here, so ain' suffic mythumidevada, the suffic of whether the chat of was on him before the twila or not, it's not gonna be mighty from the vadae that he went to the mikvah.
6:59
SPEAKER_00: So the game are no shanihasim, you can't ask over there the eko de meymar, hemed tome'alchizk.
7:03
SPEAKER_00: You can't ask from there, because over there you could say that there's a chazako.
7:06
SPEAKER_00: There's a chazakhameikara that Hamed Tame alchizkash.
7:09
SPEAKER_00: What was his chazako?
7:10
SPEAKER_00: Yada chaskastumah.
7:11
SPEAKER_00: Now you're trying to be mightsi miya that chazaka by saying that he went to the mikvah and now he's tari.
7:16
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but you have a question about that mikvah right now with Driachva Khatzita.
7:19
SPEAKER_00: Did he not?
7:19
SPEAKER_00: We go with the previously known chazako, which was that he is tame hemed tomeah chazkata.
7:24
SPEAKER_00: So vehemalatva.
7:24
SPEAKER_00: And maybe he wasn't a good thila because he had a chazak.
7:30
SPEAKER_00: Over here we could say the same exact logic.
7:32
SPEAKER_00: What was the original?
7:33
SPEAKER_00: Right now we have a suffic about the shahitah was it a good shaitha, was it not?
7:36
SPEAKER_00: The knife had a gun.
7:37
SPEAKER_00: We're not sure if it was there before, after shembah, or nishkita, shemabah, maybe it was the bones that that caused the problem.
7:43
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, Behem al Inish.
7:46
SPEAKER_00: Maybe we should say the same thing.
7:47
SPEAKER_00: That what was the original Khazakhah the Behimah?
7:49
SPEAKER_00: The original Khazakh was that it was Asar until you know you have a good shait, Behim Allah in Ishkita.
7:53
SPEAKER_00: So maybe it wasn't shachtid.
7:54
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it wasn't shafted properly.
7:57
SPEAKER_00: What are you talking about over here?
7:58
SPEAKER_00: You had the shuta al-fanacha.
7:59
SPEAKER_00: What are you telling me?
8:00
SPEAKER_00: Hamrik Behimbah the Behameh as the original chazaka.
8:02
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it didn't get shafted.
8:03
SPEAKER_00: It's shafted.
8:04
SPEAKER_00: It's harish al-fanachha.
8:05
SPEAKER_00: It's right in front of you, shachtid.
8:06
SPEAKER_00: So the obvious follow-up.
8:09
SPEAKER_00: This guy also went to the mikvah.
8:11
SPEAKER_00: The question isn't, the question is whether it was a good tvilah.
8:14
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so it was a question of whether it was a good sha'tit.
8:15
SPEAKER_00: It's the same exact case.
8:22
SPEAKER_00: Okay, but by tvilah, there was a reysa, right?
8:24
SPEAKER_00: Yada chatsa after.
8:25
SPEAKER_00: We're not sure if it was a good tvila biklal.
8:27
SPEAKER_00: That's why it's different.
8:28
SPEAKER_00: Okay, you have the same thing over here.
8:31
SPEAKER_00: Over here, you also have a reysa, because you found the pigam on the sakin, and you're not sure if it was before Shemba'i was from the Orif or if it was from the Etzim.
8:38
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, it's really the same case.
8:39
SPEAKER_00: And now the Gemara answers the difference that really over here is sakin isroy.
8:44
SPEAKER_00: Behema lo isroi.
8:46
SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you the difference.
8:46
SPEAKER_00: You're right.
8:47
SPEAKER_00: Very similar cases.
8:47
SPEAKER_00: You want to know what the difference is.
8:49
SPEAKER_00: The difference in this case of the sakin is that the sakin itself, where did the reusa happen?
8:54
SPEAKER_00: Again, there was a reusa, then now we're sure maybe this was a problem even before the shitta.
8:58
SPEAKER_00: And therefore it's gonna be a bad shark.
9:00
SPEAKER_00: And similarly, by the case of the tzvila, we found the chatzitsa.
9:02
SPEAKER_00: Maybe the chatzita was there beforehand.
9:04
SPEAKER_00: Why is the cases different?
9:05
SPEAKER_00: The cases are different because over here, by shrita, sakin is right.
9:08
SPEAKER_00: Where's the reusa?
9:09
SPEAKER_00: It's on the sakin.
9:10
SPEAKER_00: It's not on the goof of what we're talking about.
9:12
SPEAKER_00: It's not in the goof of the behema.
9:14
SPEAKER_00: It's not that the behema was the trapa, the behema wasn't a trait.
9:16
SPEAKER_00: I don't the reysah we find, and this is a big claw we're learning right now.
9:21
SPEAKER_00: The reason we found is where it's on the sakin itself.
9:24
SPEAKER_00: It's on the knife.
9:25
SPEAKER_00: Behemala is right.
9:26
SPEAKER_00: The reason that we found is not on the behema.
9:28
SPEAKER_00: That's not where we found the issue.
9:30
SPEAKER_00: Whereas by the guy that went to be Toyo, where was the reason found?
9:35
SPEAKER_00: On him.
9:35
SPEAKER_00: It was on him himself.
9:36
SPEAKER_00: He found the chat on him.
9:38
SPEAKER_00: And now the question was, was it there before or after?
9:39
SPEAKER_00: And that's why the case is different.
9:40
SPEAKER_00: That's why you can't compare.
9:41
SPEAKER_00: So the gmar maybe ask you kasha shokhatesh.
9:45
SPEAKER_00: So this is talking about by shaitas'.
9:47
SPEAKER_00: Shitas', we know is different that it only requires to shach through one semen.
9:51
SPEAKER_00: By behema, you need two, and by uh by o'if you only need one.
9:54
SPEAKER_00: So says the gomar, shachatash, if you shach it's through the vesh, one of the simon.
10:01
SPEAKER_00: And then after you shachted through one of the siman, which is a good shrita, the gargeris, which is another word for the khanah, which is the other semmon, trachia.
10:11
SPEAKER_00: So the gargeris got nishmata, it got like dislocated.
10:14
SPEAKER_00: But that's after you did a good shita, because you already shafted one of them.
10:16
SPEAKER_00: Shit, it's gonna be kosher, no problem.
10:20
SPEAKER_00: What if the the garger got dislocated before you sheched in the vesh, before you did the shetha bihal?
10:26
SPEAKER_00: Psalm that's gonna be possible why?
10:27
SPEAKER_00: Because if it got dislocated, it renders it a trefa.
10:29
SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna be able to live like that, and you scheched a trefa, it's gonna be a problem.
10:31
SPEAKER_00: So the gemar, shachat esa vesh, vinimza garges shmuta.
10:35
SPEAKER_00: What if you did the shh you did the shrikita?
10:36
SPEAKER_00: It was a good shrikita, you shachted through one of the Simonim the Vesh, and then you fell the Gargers was Shmuta, it was dislocated.
10:43
SPEAKER_00: You don't know when it happened.
10:44
SPEAKER_00: Did it happen before the Shita and therefore was a trefa?
10:46
SPEAKER_00: It's a problem.
10:46
SPEAKER_00: Did it happen after the shrikita?
10:47
SPEAKER_00: No problem.
10:48
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara of Ain't Khadem Shita Yamishmota Shita Nishmitta, what we just spoke out.
10:52
SPEAKER_00: Zelayyam May said, this actually happened.
10:54
SPEAKER_00: The Umru calls suffic Bishkita puzzle.
10:57
SPEAKER_00: And they said they paskin any suffic you have by a shita, it's gonna be puzzle.
11:01
SPEAKER_00: Why, like we saw before, it has a chazak of the chazak of it is usr, achey vadal khabaman shit, right?
11:07
SPEAKER_00: Like Ravuna said.
11:08
SPEAKER_00: Until you know 100% what exactly happened during the shitta.
11:12
SPEAKER_00: Okay, possible.
11:13
SPEAKER_00: So as the Gamara calls up a Bishita Maya.
11:15
SPEAKER_00: So what do we see over here?
11:16
SPEAKER_00: We saw we said a very interesting we said in a very interesting way.
11:18
SPEAKER_00: That call suffic bishita.
11:20
SPEAKER_00: We didn't just say like there was a mice, and they said that it was possible.
11:23
SPEAKER_00: Because you go after cause because it wasn't good.
11:24
SPEAKER_00: We didn't say that.
11:25
SPEAKER_00: They the what the the way they paskin in that story, they said call suffic bishita.
11:29
SPEAKER_00: So it's a very inclusive lush.
11:31
SPEAKER_00: And usually call is coming lerabai something, and therefore the gamara tries to prove from here.
11:37
SPEAKER_00: What's this lush of call suffic bishita?
11:39
SPEAKER_00: It's always gonna any suffic you have bashita is always gonna be possible.
11:42
SPEAKER_00: If you're not sure, it's possible.
11:43
SPEAKER_00: What's that coming Larabai?
11:44
SPEAKER_00: Lasuyemai, lav lasui kiya gamma.
11:47
SPEAKER_00: Isn't it coming to include a case like vi like our case?
11:50
SPEAKER_00: That what?
11:51
SPEAKER_00: Where the su where where again where you have a suffix on the sakin itself, there was not a suffix on the sakin, and this is a rayatar of huna.
11:58
SPEAKER_00: That even in this case where the suffix is not in the behema itself, but the behema, but the suffix is on the and the race is on the sakin, it's on the knife, so even that, call, suffic, bishita, possible.
12:09
SPEAKER_00: Any suffix is gonna be possible, even including this case where the race is not in the behemoth, it's on the knife.
12:12
SPEAKER_00: Even that's gonna be possible.
12:14
SPEAKER_00: What is that?
12:14
SPEAKER_00: That's a rayatura of huna.
12:15
SPEAKER_00: A riatar of huna, kashran of khizda, says the gemara.
12:18
SPEAKER_00: No, not necessarily.
12:19
SPEAKER_00: L'aswi is suffix shah, suffig daras.
12:22
SPEAKER_00: No, it's coming to include a case of you have a suffix, whether you had one of the classic uh psula, Shihiya, uh drasa, maybe you waited a little bit while you're shuffling, maybe you push down a little bit, and that's the subject is coming to include.
12:33
SPEAKER_00: If you have a subject about that, that's whole suffic.
12:34
SPEAKER_00: But Shita is gonna be psula, that's gonna be a problem 100%.
12:37
SPEAKER_00: Sasigamara Mishnah Hasum.
12:39
SPEAKER_00: Um what Umaichnah Hosum is a behema.
12:43
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, Myshna.
12:44
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, sorry.
12:45
SPEAKER_00: What is the difference between the two things?
12:46
SPEAKER_00: And says the game, very good.
12:47
SPEAKER_00: Hasam isa the be re sub the behema.
12:50
SPEAKER_00: Hachasakin isroy.
12:51
SPEAKER_00: Behemala isroy.
12:52
SPEAKER_00: Very good, like we said before.
12:53
SPEAKER_00: Over there, the rehes is on the behema itself.
12:56
SPEAKER_00: That's why it's 100% gonna be a problem.
12:57
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna say the subject is gonna be psulah, whereas ha sakin is there's no reason on the behema itself.
13:03
SPEAKER_00: The reesah is on the sakin, and that is already one step removed, and that's why it's gonna be okay.
13:08
SPEAKER_00: So the game is related to allah.
13:09
SPEAKER_00: What are we gonna say over here?
13:10
SPEAKER_00: Behsa khabazdunokishem.
13:12
SPEAKER_00: Now alokh is like of unah, meaning if you have a case, a guy shachted an animal, and then he started uh cutting up bones, or he didn't cut up bones, we're gonna see.
13:19
SPEAKER_00: But later on he finds a n he finds that the knife had a bhagam on it.
13:22
SPEAKER_00: So are we gonna say like if are we gonna say like her huna that what that maybe it got the bhgam while you were shafting through the through the skin?
13:30
SPEAKER_00: And therefore by the time you went through the simon, it was a problem already, so it's gonna be a problem according to the murder.
13:34
SPEAKER_00: Or we're gonna say like no, we could be titled it like later on you you shachted uh bones, you you you cut through bones with the same knife, that's what caused the problem.
13:42
SPEAKER_00: Back when you did the shiita was fine.
13:43
SPEAKER_00: So what's the aloha?
13:44
SPEAKER_00: So the hihchak of s derhuna kishlo ishibarbaya.
13:47
SPEAKER_00: What if after the shahitah you did not shacht bones with it?
13:50
SPEAKER_00: You didn't f you didn't uh you didn't cut bones with it.
13:52
SPEAKER_00: So if you didn't cut bones, then we're gonna say that uh the allach is like her.
14:02
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, by the time you did the shahitah it's gonna be a problem.
14:08
SPEAKER_00: But if you went and you used it to break the bones afterwards, you used the same knife, then we're gonna say that Allah, then we're gonna say that Allah zikr of khizdah, that we could be toilet that the bgamb came because of breaking the bones with the same knife.
14:20
SPEAKER_00: Sounds like okay, so we just split it down the middle, right?
14:23
SPEAKER_00: It before, when we first learned the machlikis, it sounded like the whole machelikis was in a situation where you were breaking the bones afterwards with the same knife.
14:30
SPEAKER_00: But from the fact that we just said the Allah zakr of khizdah specifically when you did break bones, then you could be toilet on that.
14:36
SPEAKER_00: What does that sound like?
14:37
SPEAKER_00: That sounds like a fkizdah says it's Allah across the board.
14:40
SPEAKER_00: Even if you didn't go and break bones, even if you didn't use it for bones afterwards, we could still be toilet on something and say that it was a good shaita.
14:45
SPEAKER_00: Meaning, because it's a much bigger khidish.
14:47
SPEAKER_00: Because if you used it for bones afterwards, then it makes sense that where did it get its gum?
14:51
SPEAKER_00: Probably on the bones.
14:52
SPEAKER_00: But if you didn't use it, of khizdah says the same thing.
14:54
SPEAKER_00: It would seem from here.
14:55
SPEAKER_00: Because we're saying that alloch is only like a fkizda if you shachhted bones.
14:58
SPEAKER_00: Okay, miqhlal says the gemara, miqlal, the rebchizah.
15:02
SPEAKER_00: And it sounds like a fkizah would maintain his position of aloha that what that it's gonna be good and you could be toilet on something, even if you didn't use it for bones afterwards.
15:08
SPEAKER_00: And he's gonna tell you the bagam came afterwards, and the shahitah was fine.
15:11
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara al Bim'ah.
15:13
SPEAKER_00: But if so, where'd the Pagam come from?
15:14
SPEAKER_00: If you didn't use it from bones, where in the world did the Pagam come from uh to say that during the shit there was no pogam at all?
15:21
SPEAKER_00: So the Gamar Aim of the Etsim the Mafrakas Ifkam.
15:24
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it came from the etsim the mafrakas which actually explains that's the the the neck bone, and really if you're cutting through the simanim on the other side of the back, that's gonna be the the you're if you cut through enough, you might start touching the neck bone at the back of the neck.
15:36
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, maybe once you already did the shaitha, again you cut through reviv the simanim, so it was a good shahitah, by the time you hit the bone, that's where it caused the bagam, and that's where I could be taught to say that the shaitha was gonna be good, and the bugam only came later on.
15:50
SPEAKER_00: That's what Rukhiz is gonna tell you.
15:51
SPEAKER_00: So in the Gemarahabuddh, there was a story like this with Torah Rivyysev at Tlisa Khiyusa.
15:56
SPEAKER_00: Riv Rivy Sef um he's he he paskined that all 13.
16:00
SPEAKER_00: I mean, what was the story?
16:01
SPEAKER_00: The story was that someone checked his knife, he didn't check it in between, he went ahead and chefed a bunch of animals with it, 13 specifically.
16:06
SPEAKER_00: He shafted 13 animals, and then afterwards they found the bagam on the knife, and Rivy Sef paskined that all of them are trefahs.
16:14
SPEAKER_00: All of them are considered trefas.
16:15
SPEAKER_00: Keman, who clearly was Ravysef going like Kerfuna.
16:18
SPEAKER_00: He was going like Karfuna.
16:19
SPEAKER_00: He says, sorry, Keman, Kervuna, va, fill the Kamaisa.
16:21
SPEAKER_00: He was going like Kerfuna, and even the first one, meaning, did he mean that all 13 are gonna be a problem?
16:27
SPEAKER_00: Or the first one is gonna be okay, but the rest of them are gonna be a problem.
16:31
SPEAKER_00: Meaning the first one is gonna be okay because there was no bones that you came into contact with, but maybe after the first one while you're cutting through and it was a good shait that you hit the etz and the mafreka.
16:39
SPEAKER_00: So maybe that happened, and the rest of them are a problem.
16:41
SPEAKER_00: So says the gemara, are we going sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry.
16:43
SPEAKER_00: Are we going like Ravhuna?
16:45
SPEAKER_00: My bad.
16:46
SPEAKER_00: Are we going like Ravhuna?
16:47
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, that has the swara of Shemmah be ornifgema.
16:50
SPEAKER_00: Maybe the Pgam it got was even before the shait of the first one.
16:53
SPEAKER_00: While you're cutting through the skin, it got a pgam.
16:55
SPEAKER_00: By the time you reach the simonim, it was already a sakint guma, and therefore you have a problem.
17:00
SPEAKER_00: And so therefore, who when your Vyasev trafered up these 13 animals, was he going like a Rhuna that has the Swar of Shema be or nifkam of Afilub Kamaisa, and therefore even the first one is gonna be a problem because the second you came into contact with the order of the first one, that could have caused a bagam.
17:17
SPEAKER_00: Uh says gummarloi.
17:18
SPEAKER_00: That's not what Ravyasev was meant.
17:20
SPEAKER_00: That's not what we meant when we said the story.
17:23
SPEAKER_00: Really, Ravysev was going like a Rvchdah Ulabani Kamaisa.
17:27
SPEAKER_00: And we meant that he train he he said the the besides for the first one.
17:32
SPEAKER_00: The first one's gonna be okay, the rest of the 13, the other 12, those are gonna be a problem.
17:36
SPEAKER_00: Why is the first one gonna be okay?
17:37
SPEAKER_00: Again, because you checked the knife beforehand.
17:39
SPEAKER_00: We're only worried about bones.
17:40
SPEAKER_00: Maybe the bone that you hit, as we saw, Shemal Baetzim Mafrekes, right?
17:44
SPEAKER_00: Maybe the maybe the the mafrekes nifkema, maybe the you hit the back of the bone, but that was already once you did a shiit of the first one.
17:50
SPEAKER_00: Then maybe you came into contact with with that neck bone, which is gonna passle the knife up to use for the next animal.
17:55
SPEAKER_00: So that's why the rest of the 12 are gonna be a problem.
17:57
SPEAKER_00: But the first one is gonna be okay, says the Gemarav Ibaisam.
18:01
SPEAKER_00: Another answer I could say is La'em Kerhuna.
18:03
SPEAKER_00: Really was going to Kerfuna.
18:05
SPEAKER_00: The Kerfchizda, because if you're gonna tell me he's gonna Kerchizda, then Mikti, let's see.
18:08
SPEAKER_00: Why do we have to say that he he passed up 12 of them and only the first one was okay?
18:12
SPEAKER_00: Mitla Talinum.
18:13
SPEAKER_00: In Rufchizda's world, we're already trying to find the tliyah, we're already being til on something.
18:17
SPEAKER_00: We're trying to find the kula.
18:19
SPEAKER_00: Why?
18:20
SPEAKER_00: Where do we see that?
18:20
SPEAKER_00: Because we we say shemabah mafrekas, ifkimah.
18:24
SPEAKER_00: Maybe you hit the bone on the back of the neck.
18:26
SPEAKER_00: Once we're in the world of trying to find the tliyah, we're trying to be tilh on something.
18:29
SPEAKER_00: So we might mafrekis to come aise ifkim.
18:31
SPEAKER_00: Who said that it got the pgam, it got this nick in the knife from the etzen the mafrekas of the first animal?
18:38
SPEAKER_00: Dilma bats and the mafrek is the best Isa Ifkim.
18:40
SPEAKER_00: Maybe the nick that you found, again, you only checked it after you finished all the shitas of all 13 animals.
18:44
SPEAKER_00: So maybe the nick that you found happened on the last animal.
18:48
SPEAKER_00: So maybe they're actually all okay.
18:50
SPEAKER_00: Even the last one's gonna be okay because you already did the shkitah that you cut through all the way to the bone, and that's where it got the problem.
18:54
SPEAKER_00: Again, in R Khizda's world, since we're already being toila, then maybe it happened there, so maybe it happened on the last one.
19:00
SPEAKER_00: So it's the Gemara, and therefore in the Iba Isama, we're saying really he's not going like it.
19:03
SPEAKER_00: Rafchizda, Riv Ysef that said all 13, that these 13 are a problem.
19:07
SPEAKER_00: It's not going like Rchizdah because in Rifizdah's world, we're trying to find a triyah, so let's take it all the way.
19:12
SPEAKER_00: Let's be making all the way.
19:13
SPEAKER_00: Let's uh take the we let's be toila on the last possible option.
19:16
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, Omale Rabah Braid the Rabbi Larabashi, that we're continuing.
19:21
SPEAKER_00: Oh sorry, new thing.
19:24
SPEAKER_00: Rivkahana Matsuh b di kusa bing kol khada bhadu.
19:27
SPEAKER_00: You should know that Rif Kahana requires you to check the knife in between each animal.
19:33
SPEAKER_00: So over here we just brought a story, right?
19:35
SPEAKER_00: Where he checked the knife in the beginning, checked it 13 animals, and afterwards he found that it was a sak and to kumba.
19:40
SPEAKER_00: The question was, what happened?
19:41
SPEAKER_00: Is it when did it happen?
19:42
SPEAKER_00: Are they good, are they not?
19:43
SPEAKER_00: First one, last one, etc.
19:44
SPEAKER_00: Now that assumed that this is something you could do.
19:47
SPEAKER_00: You could check it in the beginning and then go ahead and go ahead and check a bunch of animals.
19:50
SPEAKER_00: But says the Gemara that Ramahab read the Ravasat Ramashi, you should know R of Kahana, he requires you to check the knife in between each animal.
19:56
SPEAKER_00: Kiman.
19:57
SPEAKER_00: Who's this going like?
19:58
SPEAKER_00: Kerfuna.
19:59
SPEAKER_00: Ulimif so kamay.
20:00
SPEAKER_00: So is this going like Kravuna?
20:02
SPEAKER_00: And the nafkamina of checking it in between each animal would be for what?
20:06
SPEAKER_00: That would be to passel up the first one.
20:08
SPEAKER_00: Why?
20:09
SPEAKER_00: Because if you're checking up it in between each animal, what would be the significance?
20:12
SPEAKER_00: That if you find the phaguma after the first one, according to Ravuna, he's gonna tell you that it passles up the first animal.
20:18
SPEAKER_00: That's why you have to.
20:18
SPEAKER_00: You have to know the one you just did, it passles it up because Chema baarnifkema.
20:22
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it got the bagam uh before you did the good shita, meaning when you were going through the art.
20:28
SPEAKER_00: So the goal alloy, that's not what he meant.
20:30
SPEAKER_00: Kirbchizda ulaqshri basraisha.
20:32
SPEAKER_00: Why does he require you to check in between each one?
20:33
SPEAKER_00: Really, he was likabhizda.
20:34
SPEAKER_00: And the point of checking in between each one is laqa, to catch of the next one.
20:39
SPEAKER_00: As Rashi explains, if you find it guma, if you check in in between each one and we find that it has a problem, maybe we're gonna say the last one is actually okay.
20:47
SPEAKER_00: Why?
20:47
SPEAKER_00: Because shema bimah frakesifgima.
20:49
SPEAKER_00: So why do you need to check it?
20:50
SPEAKER_00: Because the next one you wanna make sure it's good.
20:52
SPEAKER_00: Rashi says, Shain Timtsabguma is it.
20:57
SPEAKER_00: And also the last ones are gonna be okay.
20:59
SPEAKER_00: That's why he requires you.
21:00
SPEAKER_00: If you find it, you're gonna be able to fix it to continue, but not to say that the previous ones are gonna be a problem, because really you could uh to say and be toilet on the last at uh the last neck bone of the last one.
21:11
SPEAKER_00: Says the Igamar, Iochit to Bayamah Bdikas Khacham.
21:14
SPEAKER_00: I don't understand.
21:14
SPEAKER_00: If you're telling me that he requires you to check it in between each animal, then you should also need a bidikas chaqum.
21:19
SPEAKER_00: Why?
21:19
SPEAKER_00: Because we know this alloha is that you have to bring the sakin to a khacham to check.
21:23
SPEAKER_00: A chhacham utam al-Khacham has to check the sakin to make sure it's good.
21:26
SPEAKER_00: So if you're requiring to check it in between each one, so you have to check it for you should have to check it properly, just like the regular alloch of checking the knife, which is before you start, bring it to the chhaqum.
21:34
SPEAKER_00: So maybe in between each animal you should have to have aloha, bring it to the chhacham.
21:36
SPEAKER_00: Answer the gomar, you don't have to do that.
21:38
SPEAKER_00: Why?
21:38
SPEAKER_00: Aid achaman misurin, because we know the allaha.
21:40
SPEAKER_00: Aid achanam and naam on bisurin when it comes to uh isuri, like kasharis, not stuff like a rayas, where we know uh uh you need uh in the marshabar of a paknaim.
21:51
SPEAKER_00: By regular isurim, and this is the classic example by kashris, eyedach naman misurin, says the gomar, Yachime Karnamiloi.
21:57
SPEAKER_00: Okay, ey ach naman basurin, so we trust you.
22:00
SPEAKER_00: And therefore you don't have to bring it to Al-Khacham.
22:01
SPEAKER_00: So why do you why in the world do you have to bring it to Al-Khachim at the beginning?
22:04
SPEAKER_00: When you're starting to shaft, we know it's alhacha, you bring it to the chacham.
22:06
SPEAKER_00: And this is the Gemara Haamar.
22:15
SPEAKER_00: This whole idea of bringing the knife to the Chaqim, you should know.
22:17
SPEAKER_00: And a khanami, you're right.
22:18
SPEAKER_00: Really, Mikara Din Eda Khanaman Misurin.
22:21
SPEAKER_00: Why do you have to bring it to the Chachum?
22:22
SPEAKER_00: The whole Indian is only to Shahum.
22:26
SPEAKER_00: To give covet to the Chachum.
22:27
SPEAKER_00: That's really the reason.
22:28
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, this whole thing was instituted for the covet of the Chacham.
22:30
SPEAKER_00: So if you're dealing with a situation where you're shafting a bunch of animals, you're not gonna have to do it in between each one.
22:34
SPEAKER_00: In between each one, you have to.
22:36
SPEAKER_00: Because again, like the swara we saw, or like Ravhuna, where we really knocked that off.
22:39
SPEAKER_00: Not like Ravhuna to passel the last ones, but really in case you have an issue to make sure it's good for the for the coming ones.
22:45
SPEAKER_00: But when do you have to show it to the Khachum?
22:47
SPEAKER_00: That's really when you're starting.
22:48
SPEAKER_00: You're starting for the day, this batch, whatever it is, bring it to the Chacham, that's a separate inion.
22:56
SPEAKER_00: And with that, the Gemara segues on to a very classic Sogya.
23:00
SPEAKER_00: And this is where you said this, because we're about to talk say me also Damara Bonan Uki Mih Melchaz aches khase.
23:06
SPEAKER_00: Basically, where do we know that there's such a concept of a chazaka?
23:09
SPEAKER_00: Why are we talking about this?
23:10
SPEAKER_00: Because we know we've been dealing with uh we mentioned chazaka, it was one of the primary uh topics of the last two daaf.
23:16
SPEAKER_00: The point was specifically where Evuna said that as it relates to shit, we always go after the cheskaser, actually vod al-Habamaneshita, unless you know 100% that the shita uh was a hundred percent good, otherwise, it has a cheskaser.
23:29
SPEAKER_00: Has a cheskasr, unless you have the shita, then you know a thousand percent was good, that's gonna be mighty it into chzqas kachris.
23:36
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gemara, how do we know?
23:38
SPEAKER_00: And what is the Mikar of Chazaka?
23:40
SPEAKER_00: And specifically the chazaka we're talking about is the classic chazakah of chazaka de meyikara.
23:44
SPEAKER_00: That something was like this, chazak and the meikara, there are many types of chazakas, right?
23:48
SPEAKER_00: There's a uh chzkas umdanah that's other type of chazakahs that we say that uh it's a chazaka that a person would never do that, right?
23:54
SPEAKER_00: A chazaka that uh lay the would not amaze Panobifah.
23:57
SPEAKER_00: Or there's a that's a chazkas umdanah.
23:59
SPEAKER_00: Khazal said, a person, this is the way it is, a person wouldn't do that.
24:02
SPEAKER_00: But this is how the world runs.
24:03
SPEAKER_00: This is a chazakhanayikara.
24:05
SPEAKER_00: This is how something was, and we're trying to say that it's gonna have the same chazakah unless you know, Vaday, something was mighty in mechask.
24:13
SPEAKER_00: That's chazakah the maykar, and that's the chazakh that we're about to try to bring a Mikar to.
24:16
SPEAKER_00: That's the chazakh we're talking about right now.
24:17
SPEAKER_00: Hada Khazkas Isr, right?
24:19
SPEAKER_00: Because you're not allowed to eat up the hema without shaita.
24:21
SPEAKER_00: It's asr until you have a good shit that's might see it from that chaskas isr.
24:24
SPEAKER_00: So it says the game are with that me noho milsa the omaraban, uke milk milsa achiskase.
24:29
SPEAKER_00: How do we know this?
24:30
SPEAKER_00: Where's the mikar to this idea that the Rabban say then the araisa?
24:33
SPEAKER_00: But how do we know this inin?
24:35
SPEAKER_00: That we're Uke Milsa Akheskase, that we go after the chazakah, makar.
24:39
SPEAKER_00: Umrana Nachmini, Omr Vyanisan, very interesting Mikar.
24:42
SPEAKER_00: Umrkah, because the Pasq says, the Yotza Kain Minabais or Pesakha Bais.
24:45
SPEAKER_00: This is in the Indian of Mige Bhatim.
24:48
SPEAKER_00: We know just like a person can become a matzaira, his clothing and also his house.
24:51
SPEAKER_00: That's nigebatim.
24:52
SPEAKER_00: As it relates to a house, it could also become a matzaira.
24:55
SPEAKER_00: So as it relates to the coin that has to go and paskin whether this nega is a real nega or not.
25:01
SPEAKER_00: So what does he do?
25:02
SPEAKER_00: He checks out the nega.
25:02
SPEAKER_00: If he decides that it uh it might fit the bill, then he has to go out of the house and close it, he's suigger it for a week for seven days, and then he goes back.
25:10
SPEAKER_00: If again, this process repeats itself until it becomes uh from Muzgar to Muchlet.
25:16
SPEAKER_00: Um, and then we have the whole uh parsha of the of what happens to the house, you remove the stones, everything.
25:21
SPEAKER_00: But the point is over there that it says that the kind goes in to check out this uh nega that you found in your house.
25:29
SPEAKER_00: Then he leaves the house after looking and seeing that, yeah, this looks like a nega, he leaves the house if he sees that it's the proper shear, the shear is a gris, he leaves the house, this grasp, and then he suiger the bias, he closes it off and does his thing in Paskin Shibatyam for seven days.
25:44
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, how could the coin come out of the house and then only then paskin?
25:50
SPEAKER_00: The point over here is that he's leaving the house.
25:52
SPEAKER_00: He looked at it very good.
25:53
SPEAKER_00: He leaves the house, a few minutes later, he soiger it.
25:56
SPEAKER_00: What do you mean?
25:56
SPEAKER_00: says the Gemara, the Dilma, Dilma Adenofik Vasa, but aleshiura.
26:02
SPEAKER_00: Maybe by the time he comes out of the house, the nega that he saw, maybe it shrunk a little bit, and it's not the shear anymore.
26:08
SPEAKER_00: The shear is a gris.
26:08
SPEAKER_00: Maybe by the time he came out, it's Pachasmika gris.
26:11
SPEAKER_00: If it's Pachasmika gris, it's not gonna be a problem anymore.
26:13
SPEAKER_00: So now he's being soiggered based on the fact that when you saw it a few minutes ago, it was the proper shear.
26:18
SPEAKER_00: So what's this?
26:19
SPEAKER_00: You're relying clearly on the on the way it was a few minutes ago.
26:23
SPEAKER_00: You're clearly relying, meaning I understand says the Gemara, the point is he has to leave.
26:26
SPEAKER_00: If he could look at it right now in the house and be soigered on the spot, very good.
26:30
SPEAKER_00: You're looking at it, there's no relying on what it was a few minutes ago.
26:32
SPEAKER_00: You're looking at it, that's it.
26:35
SPEAKER_00: And he closes it for seven days.
26:36
SPEAKER_00: But the point that he has to leave the house, he's leaving the house, you have time in between.
26:39
SPEAKER_00: So the gumara again, Dom'a Adnafikvasabala Shora, maybe it's strong.
26:42
SPEAKER_00: Allah, what must we say?
26:46
SPEAKER_00: We say that we go after the chazakah.
26:48
SPEAKER_00: The original chazakah, how it was a minute ago.
26:49
SPEAKER_00: A minute ago was this size.
26:50
SPEAKER_00: We assume it was the same way, and nothing.
26:52
SPEAKER_00: It was a chazak of the meekara, it was more than a grist.
26:55
SPEAKER_00: That's why when he leaves, he's able to be sure of the house like that.
26:59
SPEAKER_00: How could you bring a riot from there?
27:04
SPEAKER_00: Maybe this whole parishment that we're saying the kind of sugar the house when he comes out, maybe yeah, he has to come out, but you still have to see it.
27:10
SPEAKER_00: Maybe he's walking out backwards, very good.
27:11
SPEAKER_00: Maybe he's walking out backwards, and therefore he does see it.
27:13
SPEAKER_00: We're not relying on any chazaka from two minutes ago.
27:15
SPEAKER_00: He's he sees it, he mama sees it.
27:17
SPEAKER_00: He's walking out, he comes out of the house, he's psyched, he still has a good view.
27:20
SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's what maybe that's the case.
27:24
SPEAKER_00: I'll answer you two chubasbidaver.
27:26
SPEAKER_00: Why?
27:27
SPEAKER_00: Choddah, the yetzia der chhar of loshmaity.
27:30
SPEAKER_00: First of all, what did the pasik say?
27:31
SPEAKER_00: The posik the posak says, Vyyotza koinmen abais.
27:34
SPEAKER_00: He left.
27:34
SPEAKER_00: A yetziah, proper yetziah is to walk out like a normal person.
27:37
SPEAKER_00: A yetziah der chhaira of loshmayitia.
27:40
SPEAKER_00: That's not considered a yetzia like a normal person, therefore, when the pasik says vyotzah, it means you're walking out forward like a regular person does.
27:45
SPEAKER_00: But furthermore, a chaira dehell was my.
27:51
SPEAKER_00: You have to leave the house, and you're there's no way to leave the house while you're still looking at it.
27:54
SPEAKER_00: So Metia's question, what if what if the nega was in a place that you can't see?
27:58
SPEAKER_00: So must be that what?
27:59
SPEAKER_00: It must be that he doesn't see it.
28:00
SPEAKER_00: He's walking out and relying on what it was two minutes ago, and that's the state shoup's bidam.
28:03
SPEAKER_00: Bikita, maybe you're gonna say to the last time that I said that maybe it's a chariados.
28:08
SPEAKER_00: Maybe you're gonna say, if it's a chariados, the passach me kapsa.
28:10
SPEAKER_00: Maybe you have to cut a hole.
28:11
SPEAKER_00: Cut a hole in the door, uh, because cut a hole to see the nega if it's in the back of the door, the khanam, you're gonna have to adapt to the situation.
28:19
SPEAKER_00: I have a Mishnah, base offel.
28:20
SPEAKER_00: If you have a base off, it's a dark house.
28:22
SPEAKER_00: You have a dark house, you have to start when the claims come in to check out the nega in a dark house.
28:26
SPEAKER_00: Does he have to start uh opening windows, bringing in lights?
28:29
SPEAKER_00: Says the Mishnah.
28:30
SPEAKER_00: No, in place, we don't open windows, there isn't to have the claims see the nega better.
28:35
SPEAKER_00: That's not something we do.
28:36
SPEAKER_00: So we see opening windows is not something we do.
28:39
SPEAKER_00: So over here, also, maybe it's on the back of the door.
28:41
SPEAKER_00: First of all, walking out means walking out, not backwards.
28:45
SPEAKER_00: And also, even if you want to say backwards, what if it's on the back of the door?
28:47
SPEAKER_00: You're not gonna be able to see that.
28:48
SPEAKER_00: We don't open windows, the Mishnah said.
28:50
SPEAKER_00: But I'm Rava said, I'll tell you, I'll answer your both both your questions.
28:54
SPEAKER_00: Why?
28:54
SPEAKER_00: Because dhika amrit yitziya darkharbashmayitzia.
28:57
SPEAKER_00: First of all, that day you said that walking out backwards is not considered a yetziyah.
29:01
SPEAKER_00: That's not true.
29:03
SPEAKER_00: The koengadal on kippahra will prove to you that it is.
29:06
SPEAKER_00: Why?
29:08
SPEAKER_00: Because it says yet, he leaves the kadeshgadash by the kayango.
29:10
SPEAKER_00: But it's none, and we know how did he leave the khadash gadashim?
29:13
SPEAKER_00: Yatso balai derekni sasai.
29:15
SPEAKER_00: And the way that works is he mamesh walked out backwards.
29:18
SPEAKER_00: He's he's facing the uh he's facing the order, and he walks out backwards, and it's called considered a yetziah.
29:22
SPEAKER_00: So we see leaving backwards is considered a yetzia.
29:24
SPEAKER_00: So maybe that's what it means over here, because you have to see the nego, because you can't just rely on the way it was two minutes ago.
29:29
SPEAKER_00: Uh the Kahamrad based offel in Poisman Bachalanis, and that that you brought the Mishnah that a bias offel, you're not gonna be able to open up any windows, Liras is Nagoy.
29:36
SPEAKER_00: Hani Mili, that's only true.
29:37
SPEAKER_00: Maybe that we're not gonna start cutting windows in the door or the house, whatever.
29:40
SPEAKER_00: Heychadula ischazik.
29:41
SPEAKER_00: Where the coin never came in, he can't even see it yet, right?
29:43
SPEAKER_00: It's a bias offel.
29:44
SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's only true where the coin never determined that this is the proper shear.
29:47
SPEAKER_00: So that's okay.
29:48
SPEAKER_00: If there's no if there's no uh khazakoh that now this is the proper shear, it was never established as that.
29:54
SPEAKER_00: So we're not gonna have to start cutting windows.
29:56
SPEAKER_00: But Abu Heikhad is chazik.
29:57
SPEAKER_00: But now that it was his chazik, right?
29:59
SPEAKER_00: The coin did establish that it was the proper shear, we're just questioning that maybe it changed, maybe it shrunk.
30:03
SPEAKER_00: Over here is chazik.
30:04
SPEAKER_00: Maybe you would have to actually take this more seriously and start cutting windows, and therefore I can answer both of you.
30:08
SPEAKER_00: First of all, walking backwards is considered it's a I Acharia Deles, and a khanami start cutting windows.
30:13
SPEAKER_00: It's not it's not the same case as the Mishnah you just bought me.
30:15
SPEAKER_00: Send the Gemara with that Tanya Deloik Rabakhbar Yaakov.
30:20
SPEAKER_00: I'll bring you a r uh a braisa, not like Rabakhbar Yaakov, that said what again?
30:24
SPEAKER_00: Just Rashi reminds us, the armor loi mukiach, and the beyotzidar khakhar.
30:29
SPEAKER_00: That Raba Khabar Yaakov said that we're not gonna be Muhi Mukiyach.
30:33
SPEAKER_00: And we're not gonna say that we rely on what it was based off a chazaka two minutes ago, but rather we're gonna say the Byatzidhikov he has to be walking backwards, then he mamash sees it until the time that he soiger it.
30:43
SPEAKER_00: So I'll bring you a raya, not like that.
30:45
SPEAKER_00: Then we actually do rely on it.
30:47
SPEAKER_00: What's the raya?
30:47
SPEAKER_00: Theatsa can be.
30:49
SPEAKER_00: So Yochol, the Brahsa says, Yeah, I would think that maybe the coin has to do the sgiro, be soiger it for seven days.
30:56
SPEAKER_00: Where should he make that psac inside the house?
30:58
SPEAKER_00: Talm noymer al-pesachabais.
31:00
SPEAKER_00: No, you have to do it.
31:04
SPEAKER_00: If it just said pesa chabbais, you have to do it in mamish in the entrance way.
31:06
SPEAKER_00: I would think you have to stand mamish under the doorpost, in the entrance of Pesachabaias.
31:09
SPEAKER_00: That's where you have to do the sgiro.
31:14
SPEAKER_00: He leaves the house, meaning you have to leave the house completely.
31:16
SPEAKER_00: Don't stand under any uh mashkai.
31:19
SPEAKER_00: Okay, tzad, so what does he do?
31:21
SPEAKER_00: I mean bitzada mashkaif um masgir.
31:23
SPEAKER_00: So he stands next to the mash kwif on the outside, and that's where he's suigir for seven days.
31:28
SPEAKER_00: Uminain She Mohalach Sehba Basegir.
31:34
SPEAKER_00: And how do we know that Bidiebed, if he didn't do this, he didn't do it the proper way, he stood inside the house and he was suigur.
31:40
SPEAKER_00: Or he goes back to his own house later on and he's suigurat.
31:43
SPEAKER_00: Later on, all the he's Mam is back in his own the Kayan's house.
31:46
SPEAKER_00: How do we know that it's still gonna be good Bidiavid?
31:47
SPEAKER_00: She is Girar Muzgar, it will work.
31:49
SPEAKER_00: As the Skirah, the the Pasik says, Vizgir is a bayas mikomakin.
31:54
SPEAKER_00: It's coming to be marbe, even a case where he didn't do it 100% the way he wanted, next to the maskkit.
31:59
SPEAKER_00: No, he did it in the house, or he went back to his own house.
32:01
SPEAKER_00: That's also gonna be okay.
32:03
SPEAKER_00: What's the rayah?
32:04
SPEAKER_00: He's going back to his own house and it's gonna be Sogar?
32:06
SPEAKER_00: Okay, if he's going back to his own house, then clearly you can't say all these things.
32:10
SPEAKER_00: He walked out backwards, he cut a hole in the window, he this guy went back to his house, who knows where, and he is far away, he doesn't see it.
32:17
SPEAKER_00: So clearly he's relying on a chazakah of the way it was a couple of minutes ago.
32:20
SPEAKER_00: What's Racha Bariakov gonna tell you?
32:22
SPEAKER_00: Mitsius, Rachabariakov is gonna answer you back, not such a question.
32:25
SPEAKER_00: I can just tell you that really in that case, could be in the kaimi, Dora Degabri, Vahamri, ki kidekoi koy.
32:30
SPEAKER_00: You wanna know what that case is talking about?
32:32
SPEAKER_00: Where is it gonna be good?
32:33
SPEAKER_00: Where the kind went back to his house and uh said we're not relying on a chazaka, says Rabak Variakov.
32:38
SPEAKER_00: We're not relying on how it was two minutes ago.
32:39
SPEAKER_00: I said, how do you know what's going on?
32:40
SPEAKER_00: You don't have a camera there.
32:41
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about where you have a line of people, Dora Degavri, you have a line of people from that house to your house, and the Amri, they're all telling each other until it gets to you, kidekoikoi.
32:50
SPEAKER_00: It's Mamish the same way it was.
32:52
SPEAKER_00: You get that telegram the second it is, you pass in your siger.
32:56
SPEAKER_00: Stam Metzias, I can work it out, and therefore Imamaq does not subscribe to this Khazaka.
33:01
SPEAKER_00: We'll hold it here tomorrow.
33:02
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna get into another very classic.
33:03
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna go straight on to Mino Hamas Nam Rabbanan Khazaka.
33:07
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna go on to Roy.
33:08
SPEAKER_00: How do we know Roy is such a Zah?
33:11
SPEAKER_00: It says.
