- speaker-0: Okay, as we look at our future, Texas has added more jobs to its rosters than any other state. Now, think about what that means here. Again, you talk there's an old adage in business, copy success. If we begin to copy much of what Texas has already done in the financial service industry, is which I'm really interested in, or as we're finding sports management. Which could very easily come out to this part of the country as we become the sports capital of the world. But in finance alone, okay, now remember, I've been in this industry a very long time. Texas blew up in the late 80s, went on during the last oil boom, and no one wanted to go there. I mean, it was Texas banks blew up. It was a mess. the place was just a mess. Here we are today. No longer a joke, folks. 400,000. Financial industry jobs alone are now in Texas. Texas now leads as the home headquarters to more Fortune 500 companies than any other state. We have literally left California and New York in the dust.
